00:00:20.160 Read what I read for show prep.

00:00:21.740 You will not regret it.

00:00:23.320 Humanevents.com slash Poso.

00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.920 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.580 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.500 Deliver us from evil.

00:00:50.800 New sanctions coming out.

00:00:52.420 These are breaking sanctions.

00:00:53.580 In fact, new just announced against Russia.

00:00:57.000 This is announced by the White House.

00:00:58.080 They're in response, of course, to the death of opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

00:01:02.240 And also, time to mark the two-year point of Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine.

00:01:07.340 The House of Representatives must pass the bipartisan national security bill.

00:01:11.200 The bill provides urgent funding for Ukraine.

00:01:14.100 And it passed overwhelmingly in the Senate.

00:01:16.540 And there's no question, none, none, if the speaker called for a vote in the House, it would pass easily today.

00:01:22.920 I'm here today because I know that to achieve victory in this fight, just like in the battles of the past, we still need the hand of our Lord and the grace of almighty God.

00:01:34.180 There's many different groups orbiting Trump.

00:01:35.760 But the thing that unites them as Christian nationalists, not Christians, by the way, because Christian nationalists is very different, is that they believe that our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don't come from any earthly authority.

00:01:50.020 They don't come from Congress.

00:01:50.900 They don't come from their Supreme Court.

00:01:52.040 They come from God.

00:01:53.240 These people are telling you exactly who they are, folks.

00:01:56.300 Here's what Jack Posobiec said at one of the breakout sessions today.

00:02:00.100 Welcome to the end of democracy.

00:02:01.680 We're here to overthrow it completely.

00:02:04.800 We didn't get all the way there on January 6th, but we will endeavor to get rid of it and replace it with this right here.

00:02:12.280 We'll replace it with this right here.

00:02:13.960 All right. Amen.

00:02:15.220 That's right.

00:02:15.880 Because all glory, all glory is not to government.

00:02:18.740 All glory to God.

00:02:23.120 If their attempt to market dictatorship to Americans is successful, scaring is caring.

00:02:27.960 We're in for a lot worse.

00:02:29.020 As historian Nancy McLean writes in The New Republic, lurking behind the full frontal assault by Donald Trump and his enablers lies a far more far reaching threat.

00:02:39.800 If the Republicans gain control of both houses of Congress, expect a state authorized constitutional convention to eviscerate core rights and protections most Americans hold dear.

00:02:51.200 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, live from Washington, D.C., CPAC, with today is February 23rd, 2024, Anno Domini.

00:03:07.040 Ladies and gentlemen of the media, to Joy Ann Reed, to Mark Hamill, to MSNBC, to the Washington Compost, to the failing New York Times, and dare I say, the former Vice.com.

00:03:26.340 Welcome to the end of your democracy.

00:03:31.180 It's done.

00:03:32.380 It's finito.

00:03:33.640 I'm sorry.

00:03:34.440 You've had your turn.

00:03:35.760 It's all over now.

00:03:37.660 Because we are coming in.

00:03:39.360 Yes, we are coming in.

00:03:40.780 Oh, Drudge Report is very upset with me.

00:03:44.460 Joy Ann Reed is very upset with me.

00:03:46.360 But I'm going to tell you.

00:03:47.320 I'm going to tell you.

00:03:48.200 Here's how I'm going to end democracy.

00:03:50.000 Are you ready for this?

00:03:50.800 We're going to introduce a little thing called voter ID.

00:03:55.560 We're going to introduce something called citizenship checks before you're allowed to vote.

00:04:01.780 We're going to introduce a little something called election integrity.

00:04:07.360 We will return to one election day.

00:04:10.540 We will return to in-person voting.

00:04:13.740 And if you say that's the end of democracy, I say that's the end of your authoritarianism.

00:04:20.140 You say democracy, but you mean total control.

00:04:24.780 You call us.

00:04:26.840 You dare say that I am the one who's instituting a dictatorship when your regime is the one that is seeking to strip Donald Trump from the ballot.

00:04:38.400 Your regime is the one that is seeking and has arrested Donald Trump not one, not two, not three, but four times.

00:04:47.420 You've arrested the J6ers. 1.00

00:04:49.260 You've given them unequal treatment and unequal sentences.

00:04:55.020 You're trying to put people like Dr. Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, all behind bars.

00:05:00.540 And you have the gall, the absolute gall, to accuse us of being the ones who institute a dictatorship as you are trying to make Donald Trump die in prison the way Navalny died in prison.

00:05:16.120 Well, I have something to say to you, Joy Ann Reed and MSNBC and Mark Hamill, apparently.

00:05:22.620 Luke Skywalker's upset at me, folks.

00:05:24.460 I suppose the force is no longer with him.

00:05:27.400 What can you say?

00:05:28.300 I guess he just can't get his lightsaber up.

00:05:30.120 But, you know, you know, folks, you know, as Master Yoda once said, every once in a while, there is another.

00:05:39.680 And this time around, folks, that other's name is Donald J. Trump.

00:05:45.300 And when I say there will be another January 6th, I mean there will be another January 6th when Donald Trump is certified president of these United States once more.

00:05:59.340 Stay tuned.

00:05:59.860 We'll be right back.

00:06:05.040 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events and the work that we do is subscribing to us on our Rumble channel.

00:06:23.560 I rolled with bloods and them boys had a saying.

00:06:27.420 You can't be listening to all that slappy, whack, trimatazol, it's a bam, ship, nippy, bam, bam, like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:06:38.520 Jack Posobiec back here live.

00:06:40.720 Human Events daily.

00:06:42.400 Sea pack in the house.

00:06:44.160 Folks, the world is in absolute flames.

00:06:46.000 Bidenomics, a complete and total disaster.

00:06:48.620 But it cannot, it will not ruin my day.

00:06:50.200 Do you know why?

00:06:50.680 It's because I start my day with a hot America First cup of blackout coffee.

00:06:54.680 100% America, blackout coffee, 100% committed to conservative values.

00:06:59.820 From sourcing the beans to the roasting process, customer support and shipping, they embody true American values, except no compromise on taste or quality.

00:07:07.940 We love blackout coffee.

00:07:09.200 It powers us.

00:07:09.960 It powers the show.

00:07:10.940 It powers us here at CPAC.

00:07:12.500 It powers our fight against the Democrats and their democracy.

00:07:16.460 So if you want to support blackout coffee, the businesses that support America and it is family owned, make sure you go to blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.

00:07:24.640 Use promo code POSO20 for 20% off your first order.

00:07:27.980 We know Easter is coming up.

00:07:29.860 Blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.

00:07:31.800 Promo code POSO20.

00:07:33.500 We're here with Mike Davis, Article 3 Project.

00:07:36.320 Ladies and gentlemen, the next acting attorney general of the United States of America.

00:07:40.980 Here he is, Mike Davis.

00:07:42.380 Well, thank you for having me, Jack.

00:07:43.840 Because I haven't caused enough trouble, so I figured I'd bring Davis on.

00:07:46.780 Yeah, yeah.

00:07:47.120 And then do we, do we want to, do we have a quick, do we have time for a quick special, crashing human events?

00:07:54.760 Crashing human events, ladies and gentlemen, the next, we got the next attorney general and the person, the person who will confirm the attorney general, it is the next senator from the state of Arizona, Carrie Lake.

00:08:07.580 I don't want to ruin her Senate career.

00:08:09.200 No, I know, I know.

00:08:10.100 I can't, all right, all right.

00:08:10.900 I can't promise votes.

00:08:12.000 I can't promise votes.

00:08:12.780 I don't need to vote.

00:08:13.260 I wish I could vote.

00:08:14.180 Carrie, Carrie, how are you liking CPAC?

00:08:16.240 It is so great.

00:08:17.200 I mean, I think back to my first time at CPAC when I came just to watch and see what was going on.

00:08:22.880 And now I realize that this is the conference that is changing the world.

00:08:27.460 We are seeing world leaders here.

00:08:29.480 The president of El Salvador.

00:08:31.000 Tomorrow, I believe we're having Millet.

00:08:34.220 Yes.

00:08:34.480 If I'm pronouncing that right.

00:08:35.880 Yeah, Javier Miller.

00:08:36.200 And we're having the most consequential leader of our time and possibly one of the most consequential leaders in human history, President Donald J. Trump.

00:08:44.860 This is where news is happening and this is where the conservative movement is being molded and grown, frankly, to go out and save America.

00:08:52.100 Now, President Bukele said last night, and it was an incredible speech where he said the theme of CPAC this year is where CPAC is where globalism goes to die.

00:09:02.160 But he said that in El Salvador, it has already been killed.

00:09:07.660 If you're elected to the United States Senate this year, can we as a country finally pull ourselves out of this globalist system?

00:09:16.880 Absolutely.

00:09:17.660 100 percent.

00:09:18.680 I don't just have optimism.

00:09:20.460 I have confidence because we saw what President Trump was able to do in his last administration, his last term.

00:09:27.980 He was able to do a lot, even though he had the deep state working against him.

00:09:31.620 Now imagine if the people are with him and he has some backup and support in Washington, D.C., we have seen in El Salvador. 0.79

00:09:39.360 At one point, El Salvador was the murder capital of the world.

00:09:42.800 It is now one of the safest countries in Central America.

00:09:47.120 It can turn around quickly.

00:09:48.520 And I believe that's just been in the last three years that they've been able to turn this around.

00:09:53.360 What we have to do, though, is use every ounce of our energy to get out there and make it happen by November of 2024.

00:10:00.220 And keep in mind, we already know what the policies are.

00:10:03.520 We know how to turn this around.

00:10:05.200 But we just have to realize the power that we hold when we work together.

00:10:08.840 It's truly amazing.

00:10:10.080 President Trump is the man to do this.

00:10:12.020 We're watching people like Viktor Orban turn things around in Hungary.

00:10:15.220 We're watching El Salvador.

00:10:16.920 We're watching these nations where it looked like all hope was lost and they've turned things around quickly.

00:10:21.960 And Malay down in Argentina slashes his administrative state, is shuttering departments, and all of a sudden they have a budget surplus and he's only been in office a couple of weeks. 0.57

00:10:34.480 It's amazing.

00:10:35.260 And I think we will see that as well.

00:10:37.000 When we are not pouring hundreds of billions of dollars into endless wars overseas, when we're not doing that, think about what we could have done with that money here at home.

00:10:47.080 We could have solved the water crisis in the West.

00:10:50.880 We could have built the wall.

00:10:52.520 We could have given Americans who want good jobs but don't have the training job training. 0.98

00:10:57.520 Or for goodness sake, we could have returned a whole lot of money back to the taxpayers.

00:11:01.020 So we just have to stop this, I call it money laundering, because it's pouring overseas into countries to start wars, and we have no accountability where those dollars are going.

00:11:10.720 Carrie, where can people go to follow you, to get involved with the campaign?

00:11:14.520 They go to CarrieLake.com.

00:11:16.020 K-A-R-I-L-A-K-E.com.

00:11:18.260 We've had a bunch of reputable polls come out showing that we are ahead.

00:11:22.080 We don't know yet if Kirsten Sinema's going to run, but it's starting to look like she's not. 0.99

00:11:25.620 But we are going to be going to battle with one of the most radical Democrats in all of Washington, D.C.

00:11:32.180 He makes AOC look mainstream.

00:11:35.120 So we've got to win this Senate race.

00:11:36.840 We need to give President Trump the majority in the Senate so he can get his Agenda 47 accomplished.

00:11:41.780 And I'm going to be there to work with him and make sure we do that.

00:11:44.460 Amen.

00:11:44.980 Folks, would you like to see Carrie Lake in the United States Senate? 1.00

00:11:48.060 What do you say?

00:11:49.220 Thank you.

00:11:50.700 This crowd is great.

00:11:51.800 I think you've won these guys over.

00:11:53.020 Okay.

00:11:53.480 Any of you voting in Arizona?

00:11:56.180 Okay.

00:11:57.080 We need some Arizona voters here. 0.81

00:11:59.260 Right there.

00:12:00.000 All right.

00:12:00.320 He said, I'll move to Arizona to vote for you.

00:12:02.400 Thank you for what you do.

00:12:03.800 You know, we're all part of a big movement here.

00:12:08.140 And it takes all of us.

00:12:09.600 And I want people at home to know that you were born for this moment.

00:12:15.160 You are here for this moment.

00:12:16.760 And you may not think you have the ability to make a change, but you do.

00:12:20.480 Get involved.

00:12:21.440 Knock doors.

00:12:22.020 Get involved with a campaign you care about.

00:12:24.080 Make a donation if you can.

00:12:25.280 And I know we're in Biden's economy.

00:12:26.600 It's not easy.

00:12:27.780 Get involved and do something.

00:12:29.280 We have 10 months to save our country.

00:12:31.520 And I just know we're going to do it.

00:12:33.700 10 months to save America.

00:12:35.540 Carrie Lake, the next senator from the state of Arizona.

00:12:38.660 Great polling, by the way, recently.

00:12:40.620 Great polling.

00:12:41.420 I saw that.

00:12:42.460 God bless.

00:12:42.960 Thank you.

00:12:43.500 Carrie Lake, storming the set, folks. 0.99

00:12:45.800 Storming the set.

00:12:46.560 Mike Davis, now, we promised that you would be the next attorney general, possibly only acting attorney.

00:12:53.120 We'll use a pocket confirmation.

00:12:54.460 You know the process better than anyone.

00:12:56.700 Walk us through, because, you know, we're already talking about the end.

00:13:00.320 When I say the end of democracy, I mean their democracy, the liberalism-wasting disease that has taken over Washington.

00:13:08.360 What are some of the first moves you would make as attorney general?

00:13:12.520 Because I've said, day one of the new American republic, we are calling for righteous retribution.

00:13:20.680 Retribution!

00:13:22.240 Well, I would say this, Jack.

00:13:23.600 As you know, I can't get confirmed to anything.

00:13:26.140 But I would say someone like Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton would be a fantastic attorney general.

00:13:32.480 And whoever Trump brings in as his attorney general, it is time to clean house at the Justice Department.

00:13:39.420 It is time to clean house at the FBI.

00:13:41.880 It's time to clean house at these various U.S. Attorney's offices, particularly in D.C.,

00:13:47.360 because they have been loaded up with Democrat operatives and they have been politicized and weaponized to go after Trump,

00:13:55.120 his top aides, his lawyers, his supporters on January 6th, parents, Christians, 0.98

00:14:01.520 while they give amnesty to Joe Biden and every scumbag Biden, Antifa, BLM, Hamas. 0.95

00:14:08.360 We cannot have a politicized and weaponized justice system. 0.81

00:14:12.960 And that means we have to clean house in the Trump 47 Justice Department. 0.99

00:14:16.960 We have a country right now where violent criminals are allowed out on the streets right here in Washington, D.C., right up the river.

00:14:23.980 And at the same time, who do they lock up?

00:14:26.960 They lock up pro-lifers.

00:14:28.300 They lock up people who were peacefully protesting on January 6th, which, by the way, I was going to say this on stage,

00:14:34.660 but one of the lines we had was,

00:14:36.380 you have a God-given right in this country to protest a stolen election.

00:14:43.180 No one can take that right away from you and call you an insurrectionist.

00:14:47.860 You have a right to be there.

00:14:49.480 We had a right to be there.

00:14:50.600 I was there on January 6th, peacefully marching, peacefully there in support of the effort, by the way,

00:14:58.320 to actually look into what happened during the election.

00:15:02.020 And so when I made this comment, people are saying, oh, Posobiec says he wants another January 6th.

00:15:07.000 I said, yes, a January 6th where we certify the vote for Donald J. Trump.

00:15:11.700 That's exactly right.

00:15:13.300 What Biden and his Justice Department have done to these January 6th defendants is unconscionable.

00:15:21.040 We have a First Amendment right.

00:15:22.840 We have a God-given right to protest our government.

00:15:25.960 And it is only illegal to object to presidential elections in third-world Marxist hellholes like North Korea, right? 0.59

00:15:35.100 And that's where the Democrats are taking this country.

00:15:37.800 What happened on January 6th, it was a lawful protest permitted by the National Park Service that devolved into a riot.

00:15:45.220 And what the Democrats, what Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and his Justice Department are doing is they're using January 6th as a pretext to round up political opposition and throw them in prison.

00:15:58.060 That is not a democracy.

00:15:59.480 The same way.

00:16:00.000 And how ironic is it, by the way, that here we are, and I know you were here last night as well as myself,

00:16:04.880 that the president of El Salvador comes to the United States to lecture us about our issues of losing freedom, our issues of losing liberty.

00:16:15.680 It's like, wait a minute.

00:16:16.580 The whole world is upside down when El Salvador, and God bless, by the way, President Bukele and everything that he's done down there, 1.00

00:16:24.060 if they can figure it out, we can figure it out.

00:16:26.980 And the number one thing, the number one thing beyond all of this, not only justice for the Jan Sixers, but they are trying to put President Trump behind bars.

00:16:37.360 They've arrested him four times.

00:16:39.040 They're trying to strip him of the ballot.

00:16:40.740 If you want to talk about anti-democracy, I don't think what else you could do other than that.

00:16:45.800 Yeah, nothing screams democracy like impeaching someone twice for nonsense, indicting him four times for non-crimes,

00:16:54.640 trying to throw him in prison for 700 years, trying to bankrupt his business for non-fraud,

00:17:01.080 or having some nut job like Gene Carroll make up allegations against him.

00:17:06.080 And when that all backfires, we're just going to take him off the ballot.

00:17:08.840 Nothing screams democracy like taking the leading presidential candidate off the ballot like the Democrats are trying to do to Donald Trump.

00:17:17.120 If this were another country, we would sanction that country for what Joe Biden and Democrats are doing to Trump,

00:17:24.520 his top aides, his lawyers, his supporters, parents, Christians.

00:17:28.960 This is a war on the American people. 0.67

00:17:31.140 It absolutely is.

00:17:31.960 That's absolutely right.

00:17:33.700 Mike Davis is our guest.

00:17:35.900 We'll be coming back more.

00:17:36.900 Quick break here.

00:17:37.800 By the way, you know what's funny?

00:17:39.200 So, Joanne Reid, I got to get this out because I watched her and we played the clip and she said,

00:17:44.120 oh, and Posobiec and his ilk, she loves the word ilk, they want a constitutional convention to open up.

00:17:50.220 I said, whoa, whoa, whoa, I'm not even calling for a constitution.

00:17:52.700 I've never said that.

00:17:53.840 In fact, I've said, I just want to put the regular constitution back first.

00:17:58.200 If we can restore that and actually get some people into office in free and fair elections,

00:18:02.920 then maybe we can discuss going through the amendment process.

00:18:06.240 But constitutional convention, I've never even called for it.

00:18:09.060 I never said it, Joy.

00:18:10.260 I don't know where you're getting this stuff.

00:18:11.900 It's amazing.

00:18:12.860 It's so amazing the lengths they will go to live.

00:18:14.860 Stay tuned.

00:18:15.280 Right back.

00:18:15.700 You talk about influencers.

00:18:22.020 These are influencers.

00:18:22.960 And they're friends of mine, Jack Posobiec.

00:18:27.780 Where's Jack?

00:18:28.720 Jack.

00:18:29.860 He's done a great job.

00:18:31.140 All right.

00:18:35.620 Jack Posobiec back live here at CPAC.

00:18:37.920 Give it up, CPAC.

00:18:40.120 Give it up, everyone.

00:18:41.420 We got to do it.

00:18:42.180 I have a question.

00:18:43.000 Do we have any patriots in the audience today?

00:18:46.720 One or two?

00:18:47.680 One or two?

00:18:48.360 All right.

00:18:49.320 Do we have any J6 families around today? 1.00

00:18:52.240 Is that, I can't see past the light.

00:18:53.600 That's, that's, that's Ash, you're Ash's mom.

00:18:57.460 God bless.

00:18:58.220 Ashley Babbitt's mom is here right now.

00:19:00.040 We don't, do we have anyone?

00:19:01.360 Parker, do we have anyone who could get a camera out there real quick?

00:19:03.820 All right, two minutes.

00:19:05.800 Give us two minutes.

00:19:06.500 Let me, I got to do an ad read here.

00:19:07.720 I got to, got to pay the bills.

00:19:09.200 Folks, this is Ashley Babbitt's mother.

00:19:11.360 Go over here and, and can I get a round of applause in memorial for Ashley Babbitt, what

00:19:18.320 they did to her that day and what they've done to you to try and, and besmirch your name

00:19:25.920 and her memory.

00:19:26.940 God bless.

00:19:27.540 Let me, let's, we'll get a camera in just a minute. 0.99

00:19:29.240 Folks, the world is descending into chaos every day.

00:19:32.300 It feels more and more like rad, something radical needs to be done to fix it.

00:19:35.740 But one thing you don't have to worry about is your clothes.

00:19:39.240 Roan is our partner for today.

00:19:41.120 They saw the need for radical reinvention, stepped up to the challenge.

00:19:45.040 Roan's commuter collection.

00:19:46.520 I love Roan, by the way.

00:19:47.360 I love my Roan shirts.

00:20:11.040 be smelling fresh and clean all day long.

00:20:42.160 All right, Parker, let me know when we get that.

00:20:45.760 Are we set up?

00:20:48.340 One more minute.

00:20:49.120 One more minute.

00:20:49.640 Okay.

00:20:50.080 So real quick, Mike Davis, if you can give us a ... So we know Fonnie Willis has ... Everything's

00:20:56.180 blown up.

00:20:56.680 The cell phone data is out there.

00:20:58.180 I kind of feel like that case is going to get blown up along with her, and yet Alvin

00:21:03.800 Bragg, we hear, is going to be seating a jury in just a couple weeks' time.

00:21:08.440 Walk me through the process there.

00:21:10.140 For the non-felony of settling a nuisance claim.

00:21:21.520 A businessman settles a nuisance claim, and the prior Manhattan DA passed over this case.

00:21:27.680 The Manhattan U.S. Attorney passed over this case.

00:21:31.080 The Federal Election Commission passed over this case.

00:21:34.280 And Alvin Bragg himself, this Manhattan, this Soros Fund at Manhattan DA, passed over this

00:21:39.380 case.

00:21:40.380 It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo got sent from the number three office in the Biden Justice

00:21:45.100 Department to resurrect this zombie case against President Trump. 1.00

00:21:49.300 And it is a laughably stupid case. 0.99

00:21:51.540 They're trying to take a businessman settling a nuisance claim and turning it into campaign 1.00

00:21:58.020 finance felonies.

00:22:00.100 And so if they're going to go with one of their cases, the Democrats are going to go with one

00:22:03.900 of their four criminal cases, this is the worst one for them, politically and legally.

00:22:08.620 All right.

00:22:09.360 Now, real quick.

00:22:09.940 I think, do we have Mickey?

00:22:11.140 Are we all set up?

00:22:12.200 Let's go.

00:22:13.060 Mickey Withhoot, right?

00:22:14.680 Yes.

00:22:14.980 Mickey Withhoot, the mother of Ashley Babbitt, exclusive interview.

00:22:19.220 Mickey, what can we do to try to get justice for what happened to your daughter?

00:22:26.100 Well, Judicial Watch is taking that under their wing, and they're pursuing justice for Ashley

00:22:30.260 Babbitt.

00:22:30.640 But what we need to know right now, and would be so important to Ashley, is to realize that

00:22:35.400 the two-tier justice system that's coming after President Trump right now has got 1,300

00:22:40.420 American citizens hemmed up in that that don't have the notoriety and the lawyer power behind 0.84

00:22:45.960 them.

00:22:46.460 And they sit and languish in jail.

00:22:48.240 We hold a vigil outside the D.C. jail every night to draw attention to this.

00:22:51.940 The men and women inside that jail sing the national anthem every night at 9 o'clock.

00:22:56.080 We have held a vigil for 571 days, we're there every night to sing the national anthem with

00:23:00.260 them.

00:23:00.760 You can go to forashley.com and find streams to that.

00:23:03.900 You can also find links to write these American prisoners and let them know that America has

00:23:08.260 not forgotten about them, even though it seems like it.

00:23:10.640 And we need to know that American citizens, for misdemeanor charges, are sitting in jail

00:23:14.940 for seven and a half years.

00:23:16.200 These are people.

00:23:17.020 They have families.

00:23:17.940 They have children.

00:23:18.680 They have mothers.

00:23:19.280 They have fathers that love them, and they're forgotten by this country.

00:23:21.900 So as we watch President Trump come under attack from this two-tier justice system and this

00:23:26.260 criminal kangaroo court system he's in, that this is happening to American citizens.

00:23:30.480 These are not criminals.

00:23:31.540 This is Main Street America we have in prison, and American citizens should be righteously

00:23:36.160 indignant about that.

00:23:37.360 We have American patriots in jail, political hostages, because they are literally still sitting

00:23:42.260 there for no other reason than they dare question this United States administration and

00:23:45.660 this government.

00:23:46.180 Tell us the website again where people can go to get that information about joining the

00:23:52.540 prayer service, joining the National Anthem, and even if people just want to support you

00:23:56.440 guys being there, tell us the website again to make sure everybody hears it.

00:23:59.860 It's the number 4ASHLI.com.

00:24:02.940 We have all our live streamers.

00:24:04.220 We have live streamers out there every night, and if y'all are in the area tonight, please

00:24:08.360 join us.

00:24:08.820 We call it Freedom Corner.

00:24:09.820 It's at 1901 E Street.

00:24:11.880 We're around the back of the jail.

00:24:13.320 Freedom Corner, you know, they want to talk to us about political prisoners and the treatment

00:24:19.420 of dissidents in other countries, in authoritarian regimes.

00:24:23.860 I would ask all of those people to come here and speak with Ashley Babbitt's mother about

00:24:29.920 the treatment of dissidents in this country and what has been done to people who are not

00:24:35.660 posing a threat, to people who are unarmed, and to people who went to protest a stolen election.

00:24:41.620 God bless you, Mickey, 4ASHLI.com.

00:24:44.760 Thank you so much.

00:24:45.480 Thank you, Jack.

00:24:47.400 Now, Mike, President Trump, and he said this multiple times, that he wants to institute a

00:24:53.440 task force to review every single political prisoner case.

00:24:57.820 Walk me through, how do you, because I'm sure one of the issues there is that every, you

00:25:04.720 know, they're a political prisoner.

00:25:05.960 So how do you differentiate, what would the task force like that look like?

00:25:09.460 And I'm not asking if you've been, you know, tasked to, you know, come up with any of it

00:25:13.460 to reveal anything proprietary, but just walk me through the process a little bit.

00:25:17.000 Well, I would say this, if we just step back and remember, we can't have two systems of

00:25:21.020 justice in America.

00:25:22.120 We can't send the full force of the Justice Department and the FBI on the biggest law

00:25:28.540 enforcement operation in American history to go after January 6th protesters.

00:25:34.420 They were there lawfully.

00:25:36.380 They were, there was a permit from the National Park Service.

00:25:39.220 Some of them got out of control and it turned into a riot.

00:25:42.520 But to-

00:25:43.060 And by the way, and I said this, I was speaking on NBC earlier, and I'm not saying that didn't

00:25:48.540 happen.

00:25:48.940 However, I physically saw with my own eyes that that was a peaceful crowd until the police

00:25:56.060 fired on them with flashbangs and rubber bullets.

00:25:59.000 They were peaceful until the police opened up.

00:26:01.180 Yeah, I mean, I ran the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing as the Chief Justice, or the Chief

00:26:05.700 Counsel for-

00:26:06.280 I remember those.

00:26:07.020 That was not peaceful.

00:26:07.920 Chief Counsel for nominations.

00:26:09.120 Those were not peaceful protests.

00:26:10.640 They interrupted the proceedings constantly.

00:26:12.680 So I asked Jeff Flake about his little elevator moment.

00:26:14.680 They trapped senators, they threatened senators, they disrupted the proceedings constantly.

00:26:20.000 Not a damn thing happened to them, right?

00:26:21.980 So we can't have a justice system where if they agree with your political viewpoints, they're

00:26:27.700 going to give you amnesty.

00:26:28.740 And if they disagree, they're going to throw the full force of federal law enforcement after

00:26:33.020 use of-

00:26:33.220 And let's talk about people like Matt Perna and other J6ers who, after they were found 1.00

00:26:39.200 guilty in some cases or in other cases, when they started going after them and they started

00:26:44.640 tacking on these escalated enhanced terrorism charges, and they go and they took their own

00:26:51.000 lives because they saw what Biden and Garland's Department of Justice was doing to them.

00:26:56.480 So if you want to tell me that this government doesn't have blood on their hands, this current

00:27:00.600 government as it sits right now does have blood on their hands, and not just Ashley Babbitt, 0.61

00:27:05.440 but also those J6ers as well. 0.98

00:27:08.300 I would say this.

00:27:09.040 Unless the Biden Justice Department starts arresting and prosecuting BLM and Antifa and

00:27:16.040 Hamas and abortion industry activists for their much more dangerous and deadly protest, 0.94

00:27:21.440 every one of these January 6th there should be partners.

00:27:23.240 We'll balance it out across the line.

00:27:24.100 By the way, Matt Gaetz, I want to cut over here real quick.

00:27:26.480 Matt Gaetz just took the stage.

00:27:28.600 CPAC, let's cut into him right now.

00:27:30.160 The truth is we can't save the nation with the current Republican team.

00:27:36.980 We have to get tougher, smarter, and we need newer, bolder voices in the United States Congress.

00:27:44.420 So if you're out there campaigning and running as a Paul Ryan or Kevin McCarthy Republican,

00:27:51.780 my message to you is this.

00:27:52.900 They don't work here anymore.

00:27:55.460 CNN is accusing me of wiping out institutional knowledge, but if you had knowledge of some

00:28:07.900 of my coworkers and how they made decisions, you'd want to put them in the institution.

00:28:13.580 The next phase of our plan is to replace the droves of retiring members with America first patriots.

00:28:23.020 Republican primary voters must do their part and the battle space will be full of enemies.

00:28:33.400 Mike Pence just announced that he's building a $20 million fund to combat America's embrace of populism.

00:28:43.540 It's no surprise to me that Mike Pence is against populism, he was never particularly popular.

00:28:54.460 People say I'm divisive, but this is the guy raising Republican money to weaken MAGA Republicans,

00:29:01.300 and the media isn't on our side either.

00:29:04.260 The Matt Gaetz chaos agenda.

00:29:06.820 That was the headline from the liberal New Yorker magazine.

00:29:11.020 I must not know what chaos is.

00:29:14.120 Open borders, $34 trillion in debt, $2.5 trillion annual national deficits.

00:29:21.620 Your government might label you a domestic violent extremist if you buy guns or Bibles or,

00:29:27.800 heaven forbid, show up at a school board meeting or attend mass too often.

00:29:33.080 This sounds a hell of a lot more like chaos to me because your chaos doesn't matter to a lot of the folks working 10 miles from here.

00:29:43.680 Interest rates on credit cards and car loans are skyrocketing.

00:29:47.680 Home ownership, the central thesis of the American dream to our parents and grandparents is now a mirage to the millennials. 0.91

00:29:56.880 They say inflation is down, but prices are still up.

00:29:59.980 I never thought I'd live to the day where I'd spend $11 on a bag of carrots.

00:30:05.980 Chaos for lawmakers is having to write budgets and take tough votes.

00:30:10.480 The chaos they are willing to inflict on your life is changing things for the worse.

00:30:16.580 I actually want orderly things like budgets that balance, single subject spending bills, term limits, block grant Medicaid, drill for oil, export liquefied natural gas to anyone willing to buy it in dollars.

00:30:32.580 Demand that I don't know if the government wants to spy on Americans, they should have to get a warrant and we should secure the southern border.

00:30:41.680 Does that sound like chaos or the orderly administration of this country that you deserve?

00:30:49.680 Now, Democrats, they believed in these things some point between 20 years and like 20 minutes ago.

00:30:56.680 Now they are the party of forever wars abroad, high prices, low T and reverse racism here at home.

00:31:05.780 And by the way, speaking of racism, if it is not racist to ask for an ID for a hunting license or a fishing license, then it is not racist to ask for an ID to vote in any election in any jurisdiction in a free country, the United States of America.

00:31:23.780 So I've noticed there are like two plays that House Republicans right now seem to be really good at running, the punt and the block.

00:31:37.880 And granted, I've thrown a few Hail Marys into the playbook, but the punt and the block seem to be what they're all in on.

00:31:45.880 We blocked the terrible Langford amnesty bill in the United States Senate.

00:31:52.880 But we punted on needed needed spending cuts.

00:31:55.580 We blocked Mitch McConnell's desire to deficit spend to fund the wants of nations oceans away.

00:32:01.980 But we punted on chronically needed reforms to the abuse of the FISA process where Americans were being spied on.

00:32:11.280 We blocked more money to Ukraine for now, and we punted Kevin McCarthy, who authorized $115 billion to Ukraine that we now see slushing around the money laundering capitals of the world.

00:32:25.380 We shouldn't have any foreign aid to any other country without corresponding cuts to our own bloated federal budget.

00:32:35.480 If you want to send aid to Israel, fine, pay for it by defunding the United Nations.

00:32:41.480 I want the U.N. to be zeroed out in our budget.

00:32:45.880 The U.S. should be out of the U.N., and the U.N. should be out of the U.S.

00:32:58.080 How about that?

00:32:58.880 How about take the money away from the entity that had some of their own people attacking and killing Israelis?

00:33:04.380 Seems like a good offset.

00:33:06.180 I know we've heard a lot about Alexei Navalny's death recently.

00:33:10.180 Tragic.

00:33:11.180 You should be allowed to oppose the ruling party in your country without risk of poison or prison or death.

00:33:17.680 But I would remind everyone, especially the journalists in the back, that Ukraine's Zelensky imprisoned an American journalist who then died in prison, Gonzalo Lira.

00:33:30.980 Not only that, but Zelensky supports outlawing an entire religion, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

00:33:36.780 And he just canceled Ukraine's presidential elections.

00:33:41.080 Now, call me old-fashioned, but I actually prefer democracies that hold elections. 0.64

00:33:47.580 To be clear, Putin is no friend of ours.

00:33:52.980 He partners with adversaries like Iran and is opposed to America's interests, but realism in our foreign policy means being clear-eyed.

00:34:01.580 It is being anti-war, not anti-American.

00:34:05.680 My goals are clearly defined.

00:34:08.280 Can the neoconservative followers of John Bolton and Liz Cheney and Nikki Haley say the same?

00:34:14.480 And what's really left unsaid in this Ukraine aid debate is that Europe's fecklessness is a direct result of them becoming national security welfare queens largely at your expense.

00:34:28.480 Our European allies, which consist of some very wealthy nations, underspend on their own defense because they dupe you into paying for much of it.

00:34:38.580 Spain sends less on its military than we do on the Department of Interior.

00:34:44.580 France spends less money on their military than we do on the Department of Labor.

00:34:48.480 I think they're allergic to labor in France.

00:34:51.980 With friends like these, do we really need to be searching behind every sand dude or in every Central Asian cave for more enemies? 1.00

00:34:59.280 We went straight from a welfare program for Afghan poppy farmers to this?

00:35:04.280 America is not the world's police force and we are not the world's piggy bank.

00:35:09.480 It is not sustainable.

00:35:12.980 It doesn't make us stronger to borrow money from China to give to another country.

00:35:17.880 We are saddling future generations with so much debt, all while becoming weaker at our core.

00:35:23.980 Now, Democrats want us to believe that Joe Biden can still be commander in chief in 2029.

00:35:30.180 I'm opening the 2024 vintage of this wine and I don't think it's going to get better with age.

00:35:36.880 Joe Biden isn't getting sharper or stronger or smarter.

00:35:40.380 He is getting older, weaker and less equipped to lead.

00:35:44.180 Trusting Joe Biden for four more years in the Oval Office is like trusting Dominion to count your votes.

00:35:50.480 It's a risky bet.

00:35:52.980 We all know it is time to take Grandpa's keys away.

00:35:57.180 And he just keeps getting meaner and weirder about it.

00:36:00.380 What else can explain allowing the world's prisons to be emptied and sent across our border? 0.98

00:36:06.780 Biden is aiding and abetting the invasion of our nation by thugs, Islamic extremists and Chinese spies. 0.56

00:36:14.880 Think about these a porous border, an unending stream of money supporting a forever war.

00:36:19.980 These are great, but man, are there simple solutions like not sending billions of dollars to corrupt countries and finishing the wall and endeavoring upon the largest deportation effort in American history.

00:36:32.180 Word is, I now have problems with the ethics committee, which seems really odd to me because I'm the one screaming loudest for actual ethics reforms.

00:36:51.580 Members of Congress should have a lifetime ban on becoming lobbyists or registered foreign agents.

00:36:59.780 We should make it impermissible and disallowed by rule for anyone to accept a campaign donation from a lobbyist or a special interest pack.

00:37:09.780 Their sole purpose is to buy votes.

00:37:13.780 And for the same reason you don't let the umpire bet on the game, members of Congress should not be allowed to trade individual stocks.

00:37:24.780 How about the ethics committee take up those reforms?

00:37:29.780 Now the Republican ethics chairman Michael Guest not only voted for the January 6th commission, he has become a brilliant stock trader while in office.

00:37:40.780 And I admire the obvious genius.

00:37:43.780 He knew exactly the right time to buy online gambling stocks.

00:37:49.780 His purchase in evolution gaming securities netted him a hefty 36% gain, not too shabby.

00:37:55.780 Now I'm not saying that this is insider trading, but this monetary affair is perhaps the most suspicious I've seen since Bonnie Willis and Nathan Wade.

00:38:07.780 So fire your financial advisor. 0.86

00:38:09.780 Just follow the quiver quantitative account on X.

00:38:12.780 You could have been on the ride up with Republican Michael Guest on gambling stocks.

00:38:17.780 You could have made millions like Nancy Pelosi did on Nvidia.

00:38:21.780 Or maybe you'll get a big return on a Raytheon purchase with armed services member and Oklahoma Senator Mark Wayne Mullen.

00:38:28.780 You see, when I offer these critiques that include the conduct of some fellow Republicans, I catch a lot of heat.

00:38:35.780 Don't get me wrong.

00:38:37.780 I'd prefer to just fight the Democrats.

00:38:40.780 But if the Republicans are going to dress up like Democrats in drag, then I will lead the fight against them too.

00:38:46.780 I'm here to fight for you.

00:38:51.780 It's the people's house after all. 0.90

00:38:54.780 Last time I checked, the people hate Congress. 0.97

00:38:57.780 We have a lower approval rating than the IRS. 0.98

00:39:02.780 So I don't give a rip if they boo me on the floor, if they hate me and their corrupt little souls. 1.00

00:39:09.780 And they can even try to expel me on bullshit if they want. 0.99

00:39:13.780 But this is a movement that the Uniparty cannot kill. 0.98

00:39:16.780 They're trying with President Trump.

00:39:18.780 And even the MSNBC resistance libs admit that he grows stronger by the day.

00:39:23.780 Well, you know what?

00:39:24.780 In the MAGA movement at CPAC, my friends Matt and Mercy.

00:39:28.780 Wow.

00:39:29.780 The great Matt Gaetz congressman from Florida.

00:39:33.780 What an incredible speech.

00:39:35.780 Here with Kevin Posoba, Kay Posso here.

00:39:37.780 So, Kev, I would like if we could, because I know you've been wading into this debate a little bit.

00:39:44.780 There's this, so Joy Reid is very upset at me as usual.

00:39:48.780 But in particular, she's mad at conservatives and really just Christians.

00:39:55.780 And they have this contention, they have this guest on MSNBC who said that, I'll paraphrase,

00:40:04.780 these Christian nationalists believe that our rights don't come from the Constitution, that they come from God.

00:40:13.780 Do you have a response to that, Kevin?

00:40:15.780 Do I have a response to that?

00:40:16.780 I mean, hey, first off, it's a Friday during Lent, so it's a better time than to bring up where our rights come from.

00:40:26.780 And I had to recall when you and I were in D.C. before January 6th, which is why we're being accused here.

00:40:36.780 We stopped the steel rallies.

00:40:37.780 To stop the steel rallies.

00:40:39.780 And we were on a mission to deliver a letter from one of the speakers to speak about that very point, how our rights do come from God.

00:40:48.780 And we were able to get on stage and deliver the message from Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, in which he elaborated at length about how this is true.

00:40:57.780 And none other than to deliver that speech was Dr. Taylor Marshall, our friend.

00:41:03.780 By the way, Kev, you mentioned Friday and Lent, right? You ready for this?

00:41:06.780 What's that?

00:41:07.780 Rosary check.

00:41:08.780 Fish?

00:41:09.780 Rosary check.

00:41:10.780 Rosary check.

00:41:11.780 Oh! 0.60

00:41:12.780 Rosary check.

00:41:13.780 Passed.

00:41:14.780 Passed.

00:41:15.780 All right, we're good.

00:41:16.780 Go, we've been doing that for each other.

00:41:17.780 Yeah, we're checked in.

00:41:18.780 We're checked in.

00:41:19.780 We're checked in.

00:41:20.780 Ashley Babbitt's mom there.

00:41:21.780 How about that?

00:41:22.780 The prayer service with her.

00:41:23.780 Powerful.

00:41:24.780 Very powerful.

00:41:25.780 Look, our founding fathers, this shows you how bad the education system has gotten in our country, that our founding fathers believed in something called natural law.

00:41:37.780 They believed that our rights, of course, come from our God.

00:41:40.780 One nation under God.

00:41:41.780 It's right there.

00:41:42.780 And it's in the words of our very Declaration of Independence.

00:41:48.780 Thomas Jefferson wrote it, and of course it was passed by the Continental Congress.

00:41:53.780 We know this.

00:41:55.780 Certain unalienable rights endowed by our Creator.

00:41:59.780 It's right there.

00:42:00.780 That's right.

00:42:01.780 This is the source of our rights.

00:42:02.780 You also have e pluribus unum.

00:42:04.780 For many one.

00:42:05.780 Out of many one.

00:42:06.780 That's Latin, right?

00:42:07.780 After all.

00:42:08.780 And so, this idea…

00:42:09.780 How are we one?

00:42:10.780 What is that unifying factor other than…

00:42:13.780 That we are all children of God.

00:42:15.780 Christianity.

00:42:16.780 Right.

00:42:17.780 We are all children of God created in the image of the founder.

00:42:20.780 We believe that people have equal rights.

00:42:23.780 That doesn't mean you're going to have equal outcomes.

00:42:25.780 That doesn't mean we have equal talents.

00:42:28.780 You know, Kev's got the nice wavy hair over here.

00:42:31.780 I got the straight hair, you know?

00:42:33.780 Yeah.

00:42:34.780 Nobody's equal in the world, okay?

00:42:36.780 But your rights are equal and we all have equal standing before God.

00:42:40.780 That's right.

00:42:41.780 That's right.

00:42:42.780 That's what it means.

00:42:43.780 We all have an equal chance at style, but not everybody's…

00:42:45.780 Oh! 0.60

00:42:46.780 Okay.

00:42:47.780 All right.

00:42:48.780 All right.

00:42:49.780 I see how it is.

00:42:50.780 God gives those skills.

00:42:51.780 Coming up on a quick break.

00:42:52.780 Yeah.

00:42:53.780 God helps those who help themselves, right?

00:42:54.780 Quick break.

00:42:55.780 Roger Stone.

00:42:56.780 We'll have to get Stone on style going on here.

00:42:57.780 Human Events Daily.

00:42:58.780 Jack, live from CPAC.

00:43:05.780 Working long hours.

00:43:06.780 I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:43:09.780 Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:43:10.780 All right.

00:43:11.780 Jack Posobiec, back live.

00:43:13.780 Human Events Daily.

00:43:14.780 CPAC, Washington, D.C.

00:43:17.780 Folks, we've said it before.

00:43:20.780 When they say democracy, they mean authoritarianism.

00:43:26.780 They believe that our rights come from the government and that the government is supreme.

00:43:32.780 Kevin, do we believe that government is the supreme authority in our world?

00:43:38.780 We do not.

00:43:39.780 There's one with ultimate authority.

00:43:40.780 His name is Jesus Christ.

00:43:41.780 I'm here to witness that.

00:43:44.780 When Moses went up to the mountaintop, did he bring down his own rules or did he bring down

00:43:49.780 God's rules?

00:43:50.780 Two tablets.

00:43:51.780 Ten Commandments.

00:43:52.780 Why did Jesus have apostles and disciples?

00:43:55.780 It's because he needed to teach them.

00:43:58.780 They didn't teach themselves.

00:44:00.780 That's exactly right.

00:44:01.780 And so we've gotten so far.

00:44:03.780 We've gotten so far to the point where we're locking up opposition candidates.

00:44:08.780 Kicking people off of the ballot.

00:44:11.780 Locking up the political dissidents.

00:44:14.780 The J6ers. 1.00

00:44:15.780 We just had Ashley Babbitt's mother on here. 1.00

00:44:17.780 A very, very powerful interview.

00:44:19.780 And they call that democracy.

00:44:22.780 And I say that's what we need to end.

00:44:24.780 They say democracy.

00:44:26.780 They mean authoritarianism.

00:44:28.780 We need to bring back an actual new American republic.

00:44:33.780 Bring back a republic that understands our rights come from God and it is the role of government to secure those rights.

00:44:41.780 That is the purpose of government.

00:44:43.780 That is why our government was founded when it was founded.

00:44:46.780 And if we need to push that reset button because the current occupants of those institutions have gone a little bit too far, then we're going to press that reset button to get us back to the words of our Constitution.

00:45:00.780 And, I mean, don't take it from me or Jack.

00:45:03.780 We're just two guys from Philly, right?

00:45:04.780 We're just two Philly kids.

00:45:05.780 But, you know, you want to.

00:45:07.780 Go Philly!

00:45:08.780 Today at CPAC we also have who?

00:45:11.780 Bishop Schneider from Texas.

00:45:13.780 Anybody know him?

00:45:14.780 Strickland.

00:45:15.780 Bishop Strickland, yes.

00:45:17.780 But also a friend of the war room is Bishop Schneider.

00:45:20.780 He's been here before.

00:45:21.780 He goes on with Bannon all the time.

00:45:23.780 And, I mean, what better authority than a bishop, you know what I mean?

00:45:27.780 Oh, I completely agree.

00:45:29.780 No, Bishop.

00:45:30.780 Bishop Strickland will be here tonight.

00:45:32.780 I can't wait for that.

00:45:33.780 Vivek Ramaswamy will also be speaking.

00:45:36.780 Bukele yesterday.

00:45:38.780 And then tomorrow we'll have Millay.

00:45:40.780 And, of course, of course, President Donald J. Trump.

00:45:44.780 And this is what people don't understand.

00:45:47.780 When the people of January 6 gathered on that day, and I will talk about it.

00:45:53.780 They say, oh, I don't want to talk about that.

00:45:54.780 Excuse me.

00:45:55.780 Excuse me.

00:45:56.780 You have a God-given right to protest what is, in your view, a stolen election.

00:46:03.780 That's a God-given right.

00:46:05.780 And, again, it is not Christian nationalism.

00:46:07.780 It's actually American nationalism to say that because that's what our founding fathers believed.

00:46:11.780 That's why it's there in the First Amendment.

00:46:14.780 The right to gather for a redress of grievances.

00:46:16.780 That's number one.

00:46:17.780 Number two.

00:46:18.780 All right.

00:46:19.780 Number two.

00:46:20.780 We were not the ones who wanted to destroy our Constitution.

00:46:26.780 We came together on January 6th to save the Republic.

00:46:31.780 That's right.

00:46:32.780 To save the Constitution.

00:46:33.780 They meant that.

00:46:34.780 To uphold the Constitution.

00:46:35.780 This was the point.

00:46:37.780 Now, the Fed's direction happened.

00:46:39.780 Okay?

00:46:40.780 We can't change that.

00:46:41.780 But what I would say is that next January 6th, if there are any issues with this election, then I would like to hear them out from the Democrat side or the Republican side.

00:46:53.780 We will have our day in the Senate, we will have our hearing, and we will restore the true American Republic.

00:47:02.780 Amen to that.

00:47:04.780 Yep.

00:47:05.780 Look, this is a guy, Biden, and a regime that was installed.

00:47:09.780 No one came.

00:47:10.780 Not a single person came to that inauguration.

00:47:13.780 The military occupied Washington, D.C.

00:47:16.780 It was an authoritarian regime when it began.

00:47:19.780 You have periscopes of that with the fencing.

00:47:20.780 I have periscopes of that with the fencing.

00:47:22.780 I didn't hear that.

00:47:23.780 The National Guard sleeping on the ground.

00:47:25.780 The soldiers telling me I couldn't see that.

00:47:26.780 So you tell me.

00:47:27.780 You tell me.

00:47:28.780 Does that sound like a democracy to the folks here?

00:47:30.780 Does that sound like a democracy?

00:47:32.780 When you're not even allowed to walk around with your cell phone out in the United States capital, our nation's capital, to view the inauguration of the President without soldiers with rifles and M4s coming up to you and saying, you know, papers please.

00:47:49.780 Does that sound like a democracy?

00:47:52.780 No.

00:47:53.780 And so, no.

00:47:54.780 What's that saying, Jack?

00:47:55.780 It's not that we hate who's in front of us, but it's we love who's behind us.

00:48:00.780 Amen.

00:48:01.780 Amen.

00:48:02.780 We love who's behind us.

00:48:03.780 We need to fight and protect.

00:48:04.780 You don't lock your door at night because you hate the people outside.

00:48:07.780 It's because you love the people inside.

00:48:09.780 Kevin, tell me, what are your impressions of CPAC looking forward to President Trump's speech tomorrow?

00:48:15.780 You having a good time?

00:48:16.780 How does it feel?

00:48:17.780 I'm having a great time.

00:48:18.780 How do you feel about 2024?

00:48:19.780 I'm having a great time so far.

00:48:20.780 I'm glad we got to see the Cabrini movie last night, see a bunch of familiar faces.

00:48:24.780 I am looking forward to Trump speaking tomorrow.

00:48:28.780 I think 2024 is going to be a lot like 2020, I will say.

00:48:33.780 So, we're in for a roller coaster ride.

00:48:35.780 I want to see who his running mate is. 0.91

00:48:37.780 Yeah, for sure.

00:48:39.780 I don't know who he's going to be.

00:48:40.780 You don't know?

00:48:41.780 You don't know?

00:48:42.780 I don't know.

00:48:43.780 Maybe, I would like to see Ben Carson.

00:48:45.780 He was one of my original favorites.

00:48:46.780 Dr. Ben?

00:48:47.780 I'm going to keep it on myself.

00:48:48.780 Alright, Dr. Ben.

00:48:49.780 Okay.

00:48:50.780 Alright.

00:48:51.780 We're going to have a quick A-B test.

00:48:52.780 Dr. Ben Carson, Vice President.

00:48:54.780 Dr. Ben?

00:48:55.780 Okay.

00:48:56.780 Okay.

00:48:57.780 Got some applause.

00:48:58.780 What about, she was here yesterday.

00:49:00.780 I love this.

00:49:01.780 This background.

00:49:02.780 Can we get the camera?

00:49:03.780 What about Tulsi Gabbard?

00:49:04.780 Tulsi Gabbard?

00:49:05.780 Okay.

00:49:06.780 Tulsi fans?

00:49:07.780 Who do you guys think?

00:49:09.780 Who do you guys think?

00:49:10.780 How about Byron Donalds?

00:49:11.780 Byron Donalds?

00:49:12.780 A couple, man.

00:49:14.780 Vivek?

00:49:15.780 Vivek Ramaswamy.

00:49:16.780 Vivek Ramaswamy.

00:49:17.780 Oh! 0.60

00:49:18.780 Vivek is in the lead.

00:49:20.780 Yeah.

00:49:21.780 Alright.

00:49:22.780 Interesting.

00:49:23.780 Carrie Lake.

00:49:24.780 We like that too.

00:49:25.780 Carrie's ready for Senate. 1.00

00:49:26.780 So, we would love, we all love Carrie very much.

00:49:28.780 Sorry?

00:49:29.780 RFK Junior.

00:49:30.780 How about RFK Junior?

00:49:33.780 I think I would say it's anyone's game at this point.

00:49:36.780 You know, we know Elise Devonick is here today.

00:49:39.780 Kristi Noem is here today.

00:49:40.780 A lot of money in the vice presidential race right now.

00:49:43.780 Honestly, yeah.

00:49:44.780 I think 2024, aside from who's running, who's not, from the politics, I think,

00:49:49.780 again, me personally, there's going to be some kind of like COVID 2.0 released, some kind of like weird vaccine.

00:49:58.780 There will be some crisis moment.

00:50:00.780 Climate crisis.

00:50:01.780 They're going to say there's like a giant thunderstorm coming in to keep us from moving.

00:50:07.780 So, what do you tell everybody at home?

00:50:08.780 Are you ready?

00:50:09.780 Are you ready?

00:50:10.780 Are you ready for everything they're going to throw at us here in 2024?

00:50:14.780 We've got to be ready.

00:50:15.780 Are you ready for them to give them their best shot and you turn around and look at them in their face and you know what you say?

00:50:20.780 Is that all you got?

00:50:22.780 Because that's how you have to do.

00:50:24.780 Right.

00:50:25.780 You have to stand and be measured as a patriot.

00:50:27.780 Stand and be measured as an American.

00:50:30.780 We are the American people.

00:50:32.780 Our rights come from God.

00:50:34.780 You will not take them from us.

00:50:36.780 Not you.
