00:00:55.480 taking aim at a new border crossing.
00:00:57.520 The Gordie Howe Bridge will connect Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, and it's set to open this year.
00:01:02.620 But Trump is threatening to block it.
00:01:04.800 According to the latest effort to find Nancy Guthrie, her family is now issuing a new plea for her safe return,
00:01:09.380 saying that they are in the hour of desperation.
00:01:11.840 It has been 10 days since the mother of today's show co-host Savannah Guthrie vanished from her home near Tucson, Arizona.
00:01:17.840 Investigators say that Savannah herself is now appealing to the public for help.
00:01:23.080 As the FBI confirms, there are still no suspects and no new messages from Nancy's apparent abductors.
00:01:28.560 This morning, a new document coming to light claims in the mid-2000s President Trump called police about Jeffrey Epstein.
00:01:34.980 Among the three million Epstein files released by the Department of Justice last month is a four-page FBI report on an interview the Bureau conducted in 2019 with the man believed to be former Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Ryder.
00:01:47.920 Ryder and his detectives began investigating Epstein for human trafficking in 2004.
00:01:52.200 According to the document, Trump called Reiter around that time and said,
00:01:56.180 thank goodness you're stopping him. Everyone has known he's been doing this.
00:01:59.580 Reiter also says Trump said he threw Epstein out of his club,
00:02:02.860 and he was around Epstein once when teenagers were present, and Trump got the hell out of there.
00:02:07.280 The former police chief says Trump told him to focus on Epstein's associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, saying she is evil.
00:02:13.020 Tonight, newly released videos showing Jeffrey Epstein's only convicted co-conspirator, Glenn Maxwell,
00:02:18.180 appearing before lawmakers from a Texas prison, refusing to answer questions unless President
00:02:23.740 Trump grants her clemency first. I invoke my Fifth Amendment right to silence.
00:02:28.540 Her lawyer stating she is prepared to speak fully and honestly if granted clemency by President
00:02:33.340 Trump, adding both President Trump and President Clinton are innocent of any wrongdoing.
00:02:38.160 Ms. Maxwell alone can explain why. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of

00:03:12.480 terrified over what we were able to accomplish together by reaching out to middle America,
00:03:19.220 by reaching out to normal America and putting on a show with the type of music that they like,
00:03:25.060 the type of music and type of artists that they want to hear, and a show that didn't talk down
00:03:30.000 to them, that didn't demean them, that told them that they were something wrong with them for being
00:03:34.280 an American, for trying to change what it means to be an American. No, just a celebration of
00:03:38.700 patriotism faith family and freedom that's what we promised and guess what that's what we delivered

00:03:53.360 starting to hear and i don't i want to give out specific numbers right now but the early the early
00:03:58.500 data that's starting to come out on the other halftime show is that i'll just put it this way
00:04:03.860 a lot a lot of people tuned that show out that when that turned on a whole lot of people tuned
00:04:12.520 out so we'll just see we'll just see but what can i say folks what can i say it was all thanks to
00:04:22.880 god i am humbled by god's grace because it was god only and god alone all god that did this
00:04:31.640 It had nothing to do with me.
00:04:33.820 It doesn't have anything to do with, you know, tweets and politics and all the rest of it.
00:04:40.520 It's God's will.
00:04:42.180 Whatever God wants, God gets.
00:04:45.060 And we know that.
00:04:46.820 And he has bestowed this grace upon us.
00:04:48.760 And we just have to have humility.
00:04:51.000 We have to have reverence.
00:04:53.120 We have to have respect for God, for the Lord at all times.
00:04:57.180 and keep that centered firmly and squarely in our minds
00:05:00.840 and all the things that we do.
00:05:03.180 Everything that we do, we do Jesus and we do in his name.
00:05:08.620 AMDG.
00:05:09.400 You remember we were talking about here on the program the other day.
00:05:13.720 AMDG.
00:05:14.940 Ad majorum de glorium.
00:05:19.760 There for the greater glory of God.
00:05:22.800 There for the greater glory of God.
00:05:25.280 And that's what you do.
00:05:27.180 one day we're all going to get up to those pearly gates we're all going to get up there
00:05:31.420 we're going to get asked the question what did you do with your life did you use it to bring people to
00:05:37.020 me one day we're all going to have to answer that question the fbi has released shocking footage
00:05:48.220 and we're going to be talking about this later on in the program of what i can only describe as
00:05:54.780 what appears to be an abductor who is arriving at nancy guthrie's home tucson arizona the
00:06:03.600 outskirts of tucson arizona and this horrific footage it's it's some of the most shocking
00:06:08.600 footage that i've ever seen a you know it's it's actually nest camera not ring um pounding on the
00:06:15.460 door um trying to block and obfuscate it um something just out of a nightmare out of an
00:06:24.220 absolute nightmare. And you see the equipment there. You see the, uh, very amateurish, I'm
00:06:33.580 going to say very amateurish way that they try to block the footage. Um, but you do see what
00:06:38.540 appears to be a firearm. You do see what appears to be a flashlight in the mouth and honestly a
00:06:45.000 description. And the question I have is how long was this information known? And why was this not
00:06:51.860 put out day one why was this footage not put out day one so that the entire country would know who 0.76
00:06:59.440 to be looking for or to have some understanding of it this thing stinks it stinks to high heaven
00:07:06.280 and we're going to dig into it human events daily continues next
00:07:21.860 Nothing will stand in our way, and our golden age has just begun.
00:07:26.700 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:07:28.460 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:07:33.120 Welcome to the second American Revolution.
00:07:40.360 All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back live.
00:07:42.840 We're here down in West Palm Beach today for the show.
00:07:45.980 We've got some business to attend, some complicated business, as they say.
00:07:51.240 Folks, let me tell you something.
00:07:52.580 Scammers, criminals, we know they raised the stakes last year,
00:07:55.960 and they're only getting worse.
00:07:57.600 Scams are more complicated and harder than ever to catch.
00:08:00.460 AI clones, voices, texts, things that sound like your family and friends,
00:08:04.680 emails, much better at impersonating your banks.
00:08:07.280 Much of your information, name, address, phone number,
00:08:09.280 and even some of your online activities are publicly available right now.
00:08:13.340 They're not hard to find.
00:08:15.360 And look, we know that there's hundreds of data brokers
00:08:18.880 openly listing your information.
00:08:20.320 it's often how scammers decide who to target and how often identity fraud starts or potentially
00:08:26.700 worse. This year, the choice is yours. Stay vulnerable or take action with Patriot Protect.
00:08:32.380 Patriot Protect removes your data from the internet, wipes it from Google and every major
00:08:36.620 website where scammers, cyber criminals, and stalkers search for targets. Patriot Protect
00:08:40.700 also deletes your personal information from over 240 people search engines and data brokers.
00:08:46.340 the exact sites that criminals use to case people before they strike.
00:08:52.760 And look, I just played that footage for you,
00:08:54.980 and it's certainly going through my mind right now
00:08:57.440 of what happened at the home of Nancy Guthrie,
00:09:01.960 and we're praying for them very hard because we need that peace of mind.
00:09:06.420 We need the peace of mind of knowing that ourselves, our loved ones,
00:09:09.900 our parents have their own security team,
00:09:12.000 and all for the cost of keeping porch lights on.

00:09:36.620 So I want to talk about another story that's going on right now.
00:09:40.820 piracy on the high seas and interdiction on the high seas. And of course, one of those is
00:09:49.380 the Indian Ocean, which brings us back to our good friend Kingsley Wilson, the press secretary for
00:09:55.840 the Department of War. She joins us now. Kingsley, how are you? I'm doing great. Thanks for having
00:10:00.460 me, Jack. Well, we've yet again, we've got you on and we have seen another naval operation take
00:10:08.640 place a maritime interdiction operation known as a MEO in the parlance. I try not to use too
00:10:17.080 much of the lingo here on the show, but that's what we refer to them as. Walk us through what
00:10:22.640 happened. There's a tanker. My understanding is that it just transited the Straits of Hormuz,
00:10:27.620 was now going into the Gulf of Oman, out into the open Indian Ocean. An interdiction operation was
00:10:33.440 conducted by the United States Navy, seized by the U.S. government. What's happened here?
00:10:38.640 Yeah, so this operation was historic in a couple ways. The first is that under President Trump's
00:10:44.840 administration, this is the first interdiction that we have done in conjunction with the quarantine
00:10:50.860 of Venezuelan oil vessels that are sanctioned by the U.S. government that is DOW-led. So this was
00:10:58.060 led by the Department of War. It was all Title X forces that were able to board this vessel and do 0.98
00:11:04.360 a right of visit on this vessel. And it shows, I think, too, the dominance of the United States
00:11:10.880 military. We will find you no matter where you are. There is no sanctuary. This actually came
00:11:16.560 all the way from the Caribbean and we tracked it and hunted it into the Indian Ocean and were able
00:11:22.880 to seize it. And that is a testament to the United States military under President Trump.
00:11:27.520 When we say quarantine in regards to illegal Venezuelan oil tankers, we mean it. And this
00:11:34.100 is something that the department is going to be proud to do as the lead agency going forward.
00:11:40.200 Well, and it's really as simple as this. Now, we, of course, haven't seen as many of these
00:11:45.540 in this part of the world, seen them more in the Southern Atlantic, seen in the Caribbean as well.
00:11:52.140 However, these sanctions are something the United States Navy and the United States clearly are
00:11:56.600 taking seriously wherever they are in the world. Are you able to give us many details about this
00:12:02.920 specific vessel, why it was targeted and what, what the DOW believes that the intentions
00:12:09.680 were for, for its mission.
00:12:11.760 Absolutely.
00:12:12.760 So this vessel was targeted because it was acting in defiance of President Trump's established 0.95
00:12:18.040 quarantine down in the Caribbean, making sure that individuals and groups who may be carrying
00:12:23.900 or trafficking illegal oil that is sanctioned by the US government are not able to do so.
00:12:29.380 So we are going to make sure that wherever you are in the world, if you are one of those
00:12:32.900 vessels that when the quarantine was established, maybe tried to get away, you're not going
00:12:37.320 to get very far.
00:12:38.320 You will run out of fuel before you will outrun the U.S. military.
00:12:42.280 And that is because we have forces all across the world who are going to ensure that the
00:12:46.460 American people are kept safe, that American sea power is respected.
00:12:50.740 And this actually marks, as I said, this is the first DOW led maritime interdiction operation
00:12:56.600 under the President Trump administration, which is very, very exciting. But this is also the
00:13:01.960 seventh total that DOW has supported. We have six million barrels of illegal oil that has been
00:13:07.900 seized as a result of these very successful operations, and they will continue. We want to
00:13:12.860 make sure that the world knows President Trump means business and the United States military is
00:13:17.440 back. The world saw the brilliance of the Maduro raid and the capture of Nicolas Maduro, and now
00:13:23.800 seeing that we are just continuing to apply that pressure when it comes to these illegal oil
00:13:29.320 transiting vessels. And by the way, these are similar operations that have been conducted
00:13:35.480 under other administrations for violating sanctions, particularly something that you
00:13:41.000 would see sometimes with weapons of mass destruction, WMD sanctions or WMD precursors,
00:13:46.520 something that happens frequently. You think Iran nuclear program, think North Korea nuclear program
00:13:51.960 back before that was getting done. These were done by the Obama administration for a number of
00:13:58.360 reasons. They were totally on board. I certainly don't remember the media being upset about any of
00:14:04.620 those because, again, they were following the same type of legal, again, legally sanctioned
00:14:10.880 maritime interdiction operations that were conducted. I'm talking around this, but ones
00:14:16.780 that I may have been a little bit familiar with when I was still serving because I read about
00:14:20.940 them in the newspapers, of course. And those were the ones that the media was more than happy to
00:14:26.640 have. So has the media been treating this any differently? They are absolutely treating it
00:14:33.080 differently. And that's because President Trump is in office. As I know you know, Jack, they love to
00:14:37.560 act like things that happen under previous administrations that President Trump is doing
00:14:41.880 and succeeding at are all of a sudden scandalous. But the American people see past that. And you're
00:14:46.660 correct. I know we've talked about this on the show before. The American people are used to
00:14:50.740 seeing this kind of activity, particularly in the Middle East, in the CENTCOM AOR. Now they are
00:14:56.120 seeing a refocus on the Western Hemisphere under President Trump on our own backyard.
00:15:01.140 And that's not to say that if a vessel tries to escape the Western Hemisphere and go all the way
00:15:05.460 to the Indian Ocean, that we won't go and grab it. But the priority at this department is homeland
00:15:10.780 defense again. And that is thanks to President Trump's bold vision. And we will continue as a
00:15:15.420 department to make sure that the American people are kept safe and our borders are strong
00:15:19.560 and secure and our waterways are safe from dangerous drugs and illicit activity.
00:15:26.560 And it's really as simple as that. And this is something, by the way, that
00:15:29.980 any nation would do when they find someone who's violating sanctions like this. This is, again,
00:15:36.860 something that the United States government has done, not just under the Obama administration and
00:15:41.520 the Trump administration, but also for years, for decades, for generations, this is nothing
00:15:47.620 new. And, you know, going back to, oh my gosh, the days of the United States Navy and the
00:15:53.140 Caribbean, you know, you look at stopping the rum runners, smugglers, slavers, you know,
00:16:00.020 in the civil war era, there were, there were ships that they were after the slavery ban
00:16:03.280 went in, there were ships that had to get interdicted for all sorts of reasons. This
00:16:07.720 is actually one of the oldest purposes and uses of the United States Navy. And it's kind of
00:16:14.100 interesting that here we are using the United States Navy for its actual core mission. And yet
00:16:20.220 the media just can't seem to wrap their heads around it. And I wish too, the media would realize
00:16:26.080 how incredible that our warfighters are doing these sorts of operations. As you know, Jack,
00:16:31.300 a lot of these operations when you're boarding a vessel can be incredibly dangerous, especially
00:16:36.440 if individuals on the vessel aren't friendly, which in many instances they are. And yet our
00:16:42.200 brave warfighters sign up to do this kind of hard work, to go and seize these vessels, to make sure
00:16:47.480 that America's military and maritime dominance in particular are protected all across the seas
00:16:53.840 and all across the world. And I wish that our journalists would maybe shine a light on their
00:16:58.820 incredible bravery, but I might be holding my breath for a little while on that one.
00:17:02.500 No, and unfortunately it seems to be that on and on again.
00:17:09.000 Now that being said, when it comes to this, does the DOW, the US DOW have plans, any other
00:17:17.000 vessels that are on the radar, that are on the bubble for this type of activity, or is
00:17:22.000 it more of an ongoing sweep as indications and warnings, intelligence comes across regarding
00:17:28.260 ships that appear to be violating these sanctions?
00:17:31.900 That's a great question, and I would say this is an ongoing effort.
00:17:35.420 As the secretary alluded to yesterday when he was out visiting some defense companies
00:17:39.520 in Maine and Rhode Island, he talked about how we saw this vessel try to escape when
00:17:44.340 the quarantine was established by President Trump, and we have been tracking it ever since.
00:17:48.720 So we will make sure that if there are any vessels that are sanctioned for this sort
00:17:52.680 of illicit activity coming from Venezuela and the Caribbean, wherever they try to flee,
00:17:57.400 they will not be able to hide from the United States military. 0.92
00:18:00.220 We will track them down and we will make sure that they seize them for defying President
00:18:04.860 Trump's very successful quarantine and we will continue to make sure that we have a
00:18:09.180 strong and safe and secure Western hemisphere.
00:18:14.640 And that's really what it comes down to.
00:18:16.520 And by the way, I'm looking at some of the data right now, a 21% drop in fentanyl overdoses
00:18:21.820 since this, and it's really a whole of government approach.
00:18:24.780 But when you, when you look at the, the strikes in the drug vessels, when you look at the
00:18:29.180 interdictions and you look at the operations regarding Venezuela and other places, 21%
00:18:34.220 drop. That's a huge deal. It's incredible. And just last night, we had another boat strike in
00:18:40.380 the Southcom region that was announced by our Southcom folks. And we've now got a new combatant
00:18:46.060 commander down there, General Donovan, who is fantastic, really getting after it, doing a great
00:18:50.620 job. And we are going to make sure, as you said, Jack, that these individuals who are trafficking
00:18:55.500 deadly narcotics to America's shores are taken out. No more. The Biden administration turned a
00:19:01.120 blind eye to this, but President Trump means business. And we only want to see those fentanyl
00:19:05.760 death numbers continue to plummet. And thanks to President Trump, it's happening.
00:19:10.660 And you just, you'd love to see it. It's not a left or right issue. Kingsley Wilson,
00:19:13.880 God bless. Thank you for joining us here at Human Events Daily.
00:19:16.320 Thanks, Jack.
00:19:20.260 Talk about influences. These are influences. And they're friends of mine.
00:19:25.500 Hi there everybody. I wanted to come on and just share a few thoughts as we enter into another week
00:19:47.020 of this nightmare um i just want to say first of all thank you so much for all of the prayers
00:19:58.060 and the love that we have felt my sister and brother and i
00:20:04.300 and that our mom has felt
00:20:07.760 because we believe that somehow some way she is feeling these prayers and that god is lifting
00:20:16.520 her even in this moment and in this darkest place we believe our mom is still out there
00:20:26.840 we need your help
00:20:30.920 law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock trying to bring her home trying to find her
00:20:38.280 she was taken and we don't know where and we need your help
00:20:42.680 so I'm coming on just to ask you not just for your prayers but no matter where you are even
00:20:52.520 if you're far from Tucson if you see anything you hear anything if there's anything at all
00:20:58.520 that seems strange to you that you report to law enforcement we are at an hour of desperation and we
00:21:11.720 need your help. Jack, we're back. We're live here, human events daily, and we've got a lot
00:21:22.000 of questions. Uh, the Guthrie family obviously has a lot of questions and there's now new video
00:21:28.680 and new information that has suddenly been released in the case where nothing seems to add
00:21:37.040 up. And we also heard indications. Fox Digital, of course, had a story out last night. We've
00:21:42.680 reported on as well to Post Millennial that local law enforcement, the sheriffs there down in this
00:21:49.040 county, Democrat run county, were not working with federal investigators until days after they
00:21:57.940 had requested it, that they were very an icy reception is what we were told, that they were
00:22:03.200 dragging their feet to actually work together. And now suddenly after 10 days, we get the first
00:22:09.640 video off a Nest camera. I don't understand what's going on here. I don't understand how a video like
00:22:14.820 this doesn't trigger some type of AI response immediately. This is nuts. We got to dig into it.
00:22:22.080 I want to get Lyndon Blake back here from Daily Wire because she's got an incredible story and
00:22:27.600 incredible show that she's been putting together on it to try to try to connect the dots in this
00:22:31.820 story and shocking just within the last few minutes, this new video released.
00:22:36.940 Lyndon, how are you?
00:22:38.480 I'm good.
00:22:38.900 How are you?
00:22:40.920 I'm flabbergasted.
00:22:42.700 So walk us through what are they saying?
00:22:45.500 Why is it that we are 10 days into this thing and we're only now seeing footage of what
00:22:52.180 I have to describe as a suspect?
00:22:53.720 How could you describe it as anything else other than a suspect when every single day
00:22:59.240 the sheriffs are saying there's no suspect there's no suspect there's a there's a suspect
00:23:03.360 he's right there he's on the tv hey guys i think back in the day they used to call that a clue
00:23:08.340 what's going on well yeah i think that's the biggest question is what took so long when cash
00:23:13.840 patel put out the images and video he said for the last eight days they've been working with
00:23:19.300 the private sector on this investigation trying to get those images off that doorbell camera that
00:23:25.500 did not have a subscription. And what we were told about Pima County, that meant whatever you're
00:23:30.220 seeing right there on your screen, when it happened in real time, which was around 147 in the morning,
00:23:35.660 when it was done, it was done because Nancy Guthrie didn't have a subscription to go back
00:23:40.380 in the doorbell camera's memory to get it. And you brought up that point about Pima County
00:23:46.040 having an icy reception to federal agents there that Fox News reported. And, you know, it's day
00:23:54.500 10 of the search. And for the last eight days, they've been doing this. So that could indicate
00:24:00.060 that gap where there was that little hesitation of that partnership from 10 days to eight days
00:24:06.720 where they were working together to get this video. But I mean, this video is incredible
00:24:10.400 because look how clear it is. I mean, this is something that if you had earlier in the case,
00:24:17.920 this case could have been solved by now. Because this is when you start really getting people's
00:24:23.060 wheels turning. You can see clearly in this video the person's eyes. You can see what appears to be
00:24:27.980 a mustache above the person between the ski mask. In some of the videos, you see the person turn
00:24:34.000 around right there. You see the backpack. You see the way they walk up. I mean, a lot of cases in
00:24:39.500 the past have been solved on grainy video with a person's gait. And you have this person literally
00:24:44.340 looking directly into the camera. And it's just incredible how much evidence is right there. And
00:24:50.380 And I think that's why Savannah Guthrie posted almost immediately after this was released.
00:24:55.140 I mean, like someone can recognize this person.
00:24:58.200 And I 100% agree. 0.59
00:25:00.700 I mean, I just I if this were someone that I knew, right, and they were dressed in this ridiculous and it is it just seems to me ridiculous, extremely amateurish kind of kind of get up that you would you would have to believe that you'd be able to identify them.
00:25:18.760 If I, if this were someone I knew, I'd easily be able to identify them from this footage.
00:25:23.120 And as, as horrific as this is, I still can't get away from the fact of asking why wasn't
00:25:29.440 this footage out earlier?
00:25:30.980 This should be the very first thing that you do.
00:25:34.600 The very first thing that you start digging on.
00:25:36.780 If you say, Hey, there was a ring camera, nest camera, whatever it is, get the footage,
00:25:41.620 get the camera footage.
00:25:43.420 Don't be, you know, don't wait for, Oh, we're going to be digging around in, in manholes
00:25:47.700 and septic tanks and all the rest of it and and put going up there and breaking the timeline and
00:25:52.980 can't even get right whether she's going to church or she's going to a prayer service at her friend's
00:25:57.160 house i mean the amount of mistakes that we have seen from this sheriff's department it's it's
00:26:02.480 actually staggering and i i just feel for the people that live in this county that have to
00:26:07.760 have such an incompetent individual being the one who's supposed to be keeping them and their loved
00:26:12.260 unsafe? I mean, a hundred percent, like these cases, if you can't tell the public what to look
00:26:19.360 for at all, no vehicle, no footage, no, I mean, truly this is the first thing in this entire case
00:26:27.900 we've been given period. And that's incredible on day 10 to have that. It really is mind blowing.
00:26:36.160 And it goes back to, I just saw moments where I hopped on here that, you know, there's tons of
00:26:41.360 media outside nancy guthrie's house but a pizza delivery guy was just able to walk up and attempted
00:26:47.520 to deliver a pizza i mean obviously it was probably meant for a media member but they were
00:26:51.200 able to go up to the blood dripped steps and deliver a pizza to nancy guthrie's home just
00:26:57.880 like on monday that amazon driver was able to go walk right up to the door and drop a package
00:27:04.200 they didn't they didn't secure because they didn't secure the scene we'll be right back
00:27:07.640 human events daily. Jack Posobiec, the great Lyndon Blake.
00:27:14.520 Jack, where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you.

00:29:19.700 I just, I just mentioned I was drinking my blackout coffee today because I was traveling.
00:29:23.240 You know, this this, of course, breaks just as we go to air here. Walk us through these stunning new developments. How did this all come out? And again, you know, what are they saying about the reason for the delay in this shocking evidence?
00:29:40.640 All right. So, yeah, before these images came out, we were told that they should come out this afternoon.
00:29:46.740 They came out a little bit earlier. And I want to just to get people up to speed.
00:29:50.540 Before these images came out, the big thing was the ransom note second deadline had passed and the time frame that was laid out in the deadline.
00:29:57.880 It also passed as of this morning, giving even more, I think, non-credibility to those ransom notes.
00:30:04.600 And so then we get these. And what you're looking at right now is the person that Cash Patel said was armed and was tampering with the cameras and ski mask on, backpack there, gloves.
00:30:17.600 He's trying to cover it up, looking directly in the camera, though.
00:30:20.740 So you get very clear shots of his eyes.
00:30:23.940 And in the video, it looks like he was trying to first cover up the camera with some leaves.
00:30:30.060 And there's actually, from the video that we've seen of the blood on the front porch,
00:30:35.280 those are the, that's the leaves right there, the vegetation, you see some blood drops on
00:30:39.100 top of that after, you know, daylight came up the next day.
00:30:43.260 So these images are huge because this entire time, and again, we haven't heard from Pima
00:30:48.840 County Sheriff and in official media briefing since Thursday, you're saying, how can the
00:30:55.080 public be of help?
00:30:56.760 They just kept saying, anything suspicious, anything suspicious.
00:31:00.060 This is so huge because, Jack, you know how a lot of these cases are solved.
00:31:05.560 You get this like gut feeling like, oh, I may have known someone like that wouldn't
00:31:10.520 shock me if this person was involved.
00:31:12.880 Well, then you get clear as day video and images and you're like, oh, my goodness, that
00:31:19.020 looks just like so and so.
00:31:20.740 So again, like you mentioned, these videos, images would have been very helpful on day
00:31:27.440 two of the investigation but we got them on day 10 and right now everyone is being asked to study
00:31:34.260 these videos and images study the way the person may again very distinct features in this video
00:31:46.480 the eyes are very distinct when you get the up close shot it appears there's some type of
00:31:51.180 facial hair, mustache looking thing that you see in that photo. So study these and that tip line
00:31:57.680 wide open, still $50,000 reward, 1-800-CALL-FBI. But I mean, this is the biggest break understatement
00:32:05.160 that we've had in the case. And now people can actually start being on the lookout out and draw
00:32:10.060 connections to if they recognize this person. And then authorities can now continue to just
00:32:15.720 track what they have. And I'm curious now because, you know, on Friday, the FBI recovered that
00:32:20.900 video from the camera, the multiple camera smash, all of these come from the same camera,
00:32:31.980 the front doorbell camera. Yeah, there's a back one. So there's more out there. I hope we get to
00:32:36.700 see that too. And to your point about the incompetency of this, we're still told no
00:32:43.440 scheduled media briefings, even after all this information came out. That is shocking to me
00:32:49.980 because the media, the public,
00:32:53.780 they should be able to ask about these new developments.
00:32:57.340 That's why you have press briefings.
00:33:00.620 But right now, crickets.
00:33:04.180 Well, and of course, we also have to understand,
00:33:06.760 the question is also what else was on this camera?
00:33:12.140 Because if this was the camera that was active
00:33:16.000 and they are able to recover this footage,
00:33:17.880 I want to know. I want to know what happened an hour before. I want to know what happened a minute
00:33:22.000 before. I want to know 10 minutes before, 10 minutes after this. Do you see a car driving up?
00:33:26.760 Can you tell if it's a you know, just if you only hear audio, can you hear the size of the car? Is
00:33:32.440 it, you know, sound like a motorcycle? Does it sound like a Jeep? Does it sound like an SUV?
00:33:36.620 Whatever. You know, what else? What other? So if this system has footage, it's clearly going to
00:33:42.240 have more than just this. And hopefully and presumably the FBI will have more clues that
00:33:47.380 they're going to be able to pull off of this other than just the footage of this guy by the way and
00:33:51.900 then of course we also have to ask the question of was there footage of her returning home and
00:34:00.280 when she returned so walk us through that again by the way when she returned home we were told
00:34:05.200 there was a family member who brought her home from a family dinner who was that family member
00:34:10.700 around what time was that and do we know which if this was the door that they used so yeah this this
00:34:16.360 starts the walk back circle which is in the story of this case say something up front take it back
00:34:21.460 a couple days later this was no different than who dropped her off their original reports that
00:34:26.060 it was Annie Guthrie then the more confirmed report from Sheriff Chris Nanos he told I do
00:34:31.420 believe it was the New York Times that it was Tommaso Sione the son-in-law that dropped her off
00:34:36.680 made sure she got in the home safely and then that was at 9 48 garage door closed at 9 50 so that was
00:34:44.360 what we were told but then it was walked back on thursday and they're saying it was just a family
00:34:48.200 member it was just a family member but to your point yeah you should be able to see now who that
00:34:53.300 was if they can dig back in the server it said you know over the last eight days they've been
00:34:57.680 doing some digging there has to be more they're looking at in that regard of what did it look
00:35:03.200 like when she got home a lot of people think that she went to the garage because the garage door
00:35:07.980 closed but it begs the question there there are multiple cameras being found now so will we see
00:35:12.360 images from those other cameras. Another thing, and you look at the timeline. Now we know this
00:35:18.080 is the person that set off at least one of the cameras at 147. 40 minutes went by before the 228
00:35:30.700 pacemaker disconnected from the cell phone. That is a long time for this person. If this is the,
00:35:38.160 you know, again, it's not being called a suspect. This is just, it's the person that was tampering
00:35:42.220 with the camera. Potential suspect is what the verbiage law enforcement is using. But that is
00:35:47.320 such a long time to be hanging out in this home, to be doing things in this home. And he seems very
00:35:54.280 calm there, just casually walking back after he knows the camera is on, walking back to the
00:36:00.700 vegetation, picking some up. Well, let me go back up to it, try to cover it up again. I mean, it's
00:36:05.960 just weird call it what it is it's weird the timeline was weird the amount of time it was
00:36:10.360 there it just gives off well whoever this is they were familiar so so it does seem like someone who
00:36:18.480 has a familiarity um someone who is clearly not ever done this sort of thing before um you also
00:36:25.460 see that there's only one individual apparently in this video it does not seem like a group of
00:36:30.440 people a, a ring, if you will, where in, you know, in, in, in professional abductions or people who
00:36:37.160 do this cartel or others, they never just send one person. Uh, it's, it's, it's always multiples.
00:36:42.940 There's always a team, you know, because there's always issues. You have to carry someone. If you've,
00:36:46.960 if you've knocked them out, you have to be able to secure them, et cetera. It's extremely rare
00:36:52.320 that you would only see one person in an abduction. Uh, there's no question about that.
00:36:56.840 and and again you know it it gets into questions about this ransom what really went on what was
00:37:03.460 the plan was this perhaps a ransom that went went bad a ransom you know attempt that went wrong
00:37:09.240 by someone who was in an amateur you know we we still don't know that but one day and and and by
00:37:15.060 the way and i'm just going to say it that this there's a real question now if you got a ring
00:37:18.720 camera you got an s camera whatever it is and you don't have a subscription does that mean they're
00:37:23.040 not storing the data because it sure seems like they're storing that on their servers which is
00:37:27.160 you know obviously raises quite a few questions there as well for folks that if they want to get
00:37:32.640 it they certainly can and they certainly are able to coming up on a break but i just have to say this
00:37:37.420 um this sheriff that sheriff has got to go i'm sorry that sheriff has absolutely got to go
00:37:42.620 down there puma county you guys can you guys can do way better than this sheriff chris nanos he has
00:37:47.940 lost all credibility. He needs to step down. He needs to step down and let someone who's
00:37:54.500 actually competent at law enforcement do the job. Right back here, Human Events Daily.
00:38:05.940 Jack is a great guy. He's written that fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it.
00:38:11.600 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:38:15.060 and we're going to turn it around and make sure it's actually quite a good day. Amen.
00:38:23.180 Jack Posobiec, we're back live here. Human events daily. So we got all this new reporting regarding
00:38:30.960 the Nancy Guthrie case. I'm just going to pull some stuff up that NBC, of course, is breaking
00:38:37.360 a lot of this. And it's certainly existential for them because they're dealing with a case that
00:38:43.180 involves one of their biggest stars which is certainly driving a lot of the interest in this
00:38:48.300 as well as the now we can see this incredibly amateurish individual on camera um we know that
00:38:56.280 fbi director cash patel has visited the tucson command center in the guthrie case uh on monday
00:39:02.100 recording to nbc news he was brought to arizona on pre-planned travel but spent some time with
00:39:07.180 investigators we saw that information regarding the pizza delivery driver um the guthrie family
00:39:12.880 it's being reported does not recognize the individual seen breaking the mother's doorbell
00:39:19.380 camera and this is of course is why the fbi has made it public so they're saying they're not sure
00:39:23.900 who it was um we're seeing that the it has previously been revealed that the doorbell
00:39:32.140 camera is disconnected at 1 47 a.m february 1st and that home surveillance software detected
00:39:39.060 movement at 2 12 a.m but there is no video of that detected movement so it's unclear whether
00:39:46.320 it was a person animal or what else the white house itself has shared out this information now
00:39:53.140 cash patel has shared it from his account there is an a reward that the fbi is offering up to
00:39:59.800 fifty thousand dollars for anyone who has information on being able to identify that
00:40:04.400 leads to the identification of this suspect of this individual. And again, just one of the most
00:40:10.900 horrific things that I've seen, but look, and I want to bring Lyndon Blake back in here, but
00:40:15.760 you know, from my, uh, just my cursory view, I've only, you know, seen this just as we were going
00:40:21.140 live to air here. This does not seem to me like someone who is a professional. This does not seem
00:40:26.740 to me like someone who's ever done this type of thing before. And it seems to me like this is
00:40:31.860 someone who's, you know, watched too many movies, watched too much Breaking Bad and thought, hey,
00:40:36.700 maybe I can do that to get some money. Maybe, you know, obviously look for someone who's got
00:40:43.760 financial issues as a way to, you know, as a motive or a driver here. So that's just kind
00:40:51.220 of a cursory view. But again, the lack of any type of backup whatsoever really stands out to
00:40:56.940 me. Lyndon, your thoughts. Yeah, going back to amateur hour, I think that's what a lot of law
00:41:02.620 enforcement are going to say about this as well, because this guy, girl, couldn't quickly figure
00:41:08.380 out how to get a camera off a mount and make it stop working. It fails right there, as you can
00:41:14.680 see, and he turns around. I don't know what the thought process behind, let me get some leaves
00:41:21.040 from a bush and try to cover it up like he tries to do there. There doesn't seem to be any
00:41:26.780 planning whatsoever on how to disable the camera before his arrival at all which goes back to like
00:41:32.080 in more sophisticated operations i mean you are you are walking up with authority boom boom boom
00:41:38.420 like you're done you punch it you do something to quickly do it and this i mean or perhaps i don't
00:41:44.940 know wear a hat to block your eyes from or you know put it on sunglasses yeah it's really basic
00:41:52.880 you know things that that that professional i i don't mean to laugh because it's not a laughing
00:41:57.940 matter but i mean it's it's just such a i mean he's he's he's grabbing some plants that are
00:42:03.000 nearby and then trying to cover it up like he like like like he hadn't even occurred it hadn't even
00:42:08.340 occurred to him that the camera might even be there like what do you think the the leaves are
00:42:13.420 just gonna stick it makes no sense and again it's just amateur hour turning around like just i mean
00:42:20.880 The fumble here is incredible, but also good for law enforcement because you have 30 seconds
00:42:27.620 to video with this guy or girl given every single angle possibly that you could give.
00:42:34.060 I'm going to say, I'm going to come down.
00:42:36.280 I think it's a guy.
00:42:37.200 I think that looks like a guy to me. 0.93
00:42:39.080 It doesn't look like a girl to me at all. 0.75
00:42:40.680 And you mentioned when you see the facial hair, when you see the movements, when you
00:42:44.980 see just the size in general, it seemed like a guy to me.
00:42:49.760 You know, that'd be my first look. And also just understanding the profile of people who commit these kind of crimes, it'd be extremely rare to see that be a female. 0.51
00:42:58.240 Also, we haven't we haven't talked about this, but it does appear to be and I'm seeing some some people are commenting that there appears to be a firearm, either, you know, in a waist holster or maybe in a pocket.
00:43:09.360 Are you able to have you have you dug into that at all?
00:43:12.160 Well, we knew we know that the person was armed because Kash Patel said this armed person went up to the camera.
00:43:19.500 We'll call the guy. Like you said, I think it's a guy to the armed man walks up.
00:43:23.340 So we know that there was something. And I think that there the guns not like holstered properly.
00:43:28.440 But you can see on his left side right there. Can you make out like, is he trying to like hold the gun there like in the waistband or something?
00:43:38.180 i mean that's where i'm looking when i when i'm looking for the gun is over there in like the
00:43:43.940 left hand area trying to conceal it or something on that end but again behind it it almost looks
00:43:51.280 like you're seeing some kind of um you know some headlight to me it looks like a reflection and
00:43:56.220 some headlights and a and a wheelbase uh that are being reflected in the back again i'm just going
00:44:01.120 through this as we're as we're live i haven't looked at any of this but yeah but again there's
00:44:06.060 so many clues here it's just over and over the boots by the way there are the boots that's the
00:44:12.820 type of boots you're looking for so from the boots you can get the impressions of the feet
00:44:15.940 from the impressions of the feet you can you can in generally say hey we're looking for someone
00:44:19.580 who's around this size this you can get his height obviously off of this by judging his height based
00:44:25.180 on the uh you know the when he walks through the awning again you're looking for someone who's
00:44:30.200 around this height around this type of has this type of gate has these type of boots has this type
00:44:34.520 of firearm if you can tell which firearm it is it looks like a handgun i would say obviously
00:44:38.620 just given where it's um you know given where it's at you know maybe a glock or something like that
00:44:43.040 or a sig you know common you know a common handgun taurus i don't know um you know depending on how
00:44:49.300 you can easily measure the arch and then when he's standing right there and get a height just
00:44:58.280 like that yeah that's exactly the same way they do when you know when you're when you're at one
00:45:02.720 one of those convenience stores or a gas station and they have that height chart that's right on
00:45:06.460 the doorway. That's why it's there, boys and girls, because if you want to give a quick description,
00:45:10.500 it's a really fast way to be able to do that. And so this footage absolutely gives you the ability
00:45:15.960 to give you the height from the foot impressions. You might even be able to get the weight,
00:45:20.840 even the sense, you know, you've got obviously someone who's, you know, I wouldn't say obese,
00:45:24.480 but overweight, you know, someone that you're looking for here. There's no question. Facial
00:45:29.300 hair. And again, you know, someone who's not done and unfortunately, and this is where I want to get
00:45:36.600 serious for a second. Unfortunately, the fact that this doesn't appear to be someone who's done
00:45:41.500 something like this before that raises the threat profile of risk of mishaps of emergencies and
00:45:49.920 things not going well, where he may lose control of the individual of the victim. And, you know,
00:45:57.760 let's say he's got rope or some type of cord in that backpack with the attempt to, you know,
00:46:05.100 with the intent to tie them up. Well, with that, you know, it only remains to be seen what happened
00:46:12.620 with that gun or whatever else, if this is something that someone had never attempted before
00:46:18.380 and doesn't have anyone else there to be able to hold the individual down while you tie them up or
00:46:22.600 something like that. And I think it's, I think it's really horrific. I think it's absolutely
00:46:26.700 horrific so walk us through if people have been able to let's say someone's watching and they've
00:46:32.320 seen this how can they respond how can they react how can they contact law enforcement
00:46:36.160 well the big number that's been given out is simple 1-800 call fbi savannah has posted that
00:46:43.920 she has made two posts on instagram since this video and image was released in the last couple
00:46:49.360 of hours saying please call this number she firmly believes i say she i'm talking about savannah
00:46:55.240 Guthrie, that her mom is still alive, that Nancy is still alive, and someone's going
00:47:00.520 to be able to recognize the person on the video, and I agree.
00:47:03.920 I think this is an incredibly clear video from a doorbell camera, and this is the break
00:47:09.900 that the case needed.
00:47:11.560 So 1-800-CALL-FBI.
00:47:14.540 And again, you just start thinking if you have just ran into someone, I mean, we've
00:47:19.500 seen it for other cases, Elizabeth Smart, these other missing person cases, you could
00:47:23.240 just have an inkling or something that's a gut feeling and then you see this and a light bulb
00:47:31.380 goes off call there's a possibility i've also heard lyndon where can people go to follow you
00:47:37.360 and get access to the new show you're putting together with daily wire okay yeah we're deep
