Kamala Harris releases her first major economic plan as a presidential candidate in North Carolina. Meanwhile, a new CNN poll shows Donald Trump gaining ground in the Pennsylvania primary race. And the Venezuelan opposition continues to protest the results of the election.
00:05:41.280So, anyone who's out there telling you that the race is over, what happened was base Democrats went back and returned to mean with Kamala Harris.

00:08:47.920Yeah, look, President Biden and Kamala Harris have attempted to illegally, unconstitutionally buy votes in an upcoming election by trying to cancel student loan debt after the Supreme Court previously rebuked the administration for its unlawful behavior.
00:09:01.800The Constitution gives the Congress the power of the purse, not the president.
00:09:05.860And what the Supreme Court said in the first student loan case was that if Congress intends for the president to have that massive authority over the U.S. economy
00:09:13.600and to be able to redistribute a half trillion dollars in debt that is owed, then Congress has to speak explicitly.
00:09:19.600Well, Congress has passed no such bill.
00:09:21.500In fact, Congress has twice rejected such bills, once in 2019 and again in 2021.
00:09:26.060And yet, despite that rebuke, despite the lack of legal authority, Biden and Harris rolled out another attempt to buy votes.
00:09:33.640We filed suit, got an injunction, and the injunction was upheld at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
00:09:38.260So the Department of Justice has filed a petition with the United States Supreme Court seeking to overturn that injunction and be allowed to, again, redistribute a half trillion dollars in debt.
00:09:47.660And I'm not going to let Joe Biden or Kamala Harris saddle working Missouri families with Ivy League debt.
00:09:54.320And that's what it comes down to, because remember, we talked about before, this is something of tangible value to secure a vote.
00:10:01.700How is that not illegal electioneering?
00:10:06.480And I think the Supreme Court is picking up on that.
00:10:08.760I think that this case ends up at the high court.
00:10:10.540I think the high court is going to be upset with the president for, again, undermining the authority of a co-equal branch of government.
00:10:16.880You know, if anyone else, if a Republican did this, if a Republican willfully defied case precedent from the United States Supreme Court, they would be pilloried by the mainstream media.
00:10:25.480And yet here, the media coddles Biden and Harris and coddles their attempt to unlawfully take your money to pay off other people's debt.
00:11:18.120Our Constitution is our national identity.
00:11:20.520The Constitution exists to protect us from the government and the government exists to protect our rights.
00:11:24.920And yet time and time again, under this lawless regime of Biden and Harris, they have weaponized government to buy off votes, to silence political opponents and to commit lawfare against President Trump, who's a chosen presidential candidate by so many different states.
00:11:40.120And so these are all poisonous to our democratic process.
00:11:44.620Now, talk to me as well about another case you've got coming up that's actually going to the Supreme Court.
00:11:49.640Yeah, well, we've also filed suit to stop Biden and Harris from attempting to pay for illegal aliens' health care using your tax dollars.
00:11:59.160We know in the state of Missouri, there's upwards of 104,000 illegal aliens that have come in under the Biden-Harris regime.
00:12:06.680Again, you know, Kamala Harris was the border czar.
00:12:14.880And they're trying to pervert the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare, to take your tax dollars, dollars you paid into the system, and take that money and use it to pay for illegal immigrants' health care.
00:12:27.280So it's not only that they've undermined our law and our national sovereignty by allowing these people into our country.
00:12:32.220Now they're making you pay for their health care.
00:12:48.000Congress makes law, not the president of the United States.
00:12:50.740So we have filed suit and intend to fight this all the way to the highest court if we have.
00:12:56.980Again, you know, I just keep looking at some of the other states, and I say, as much as I love what you're doing, it always reminds me of the fact that we should have every red state operating like this, all of the other fighting attorneys general out there.
00:13:27.020When one man becomes the first mover, becomes the first one to take action, to take that step forward, others will follow because this is how you generate momentum.
00:13:37.120Sitting around talking, sit around complaining, it's interesting, and people will go into the nuances of various many things.
00:13:45.380But at the end of the day, it is not enough to generate a mass movement because you must take action and be forward-focused.
00:13:52.800And I believe we talked about it before.

00:15:35.640And by the way, you mentioned the Constitution before when you were talking about the branches.
00:15:39.220Explain to us why is it that a state can go and sue the federal government like this?
00:15:45.580Well, the federal government is intended to be a government of limited authority, and that authority is diffused over three branches of government.
00:15:52.840But the problem is the executive branch has built up this administrative state.
00:15:58.920It's the alphabet soup of agencies from the EPA to the Department of Education, the Department of Labor.
00:16:03.320It's all of these agencies that have rulemaking authority, and it's not the will of the people's elected representatives.
00:16:09.400But at the end of the day, the federal government is a government of limited authority, and there's a 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution that says any power not given to the federal government or denied to the states is enjoyed by the states and the people of the states.
00:16:21.140Government is most responsive at the local level.
00:16:23.240And so having that residual authority of the states empowers red state attorneys general to fight back against federal overreach and to try to eliminate that unelected fourth branch of government that our founders would have seen as despotism.
00:16:39.640So Kamala Harris, we're waiting for her.

00:33:29.900Mike, I've got to ask you these questions about Juan Mershon, the situation going on, the idea that it's going around that he is going to be sentenced.
00:33:41.340Is it possible that this judge sentences Trump to jail?
00:33:46.680I think it's very likely that this corrupt Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Mershon, whose adult daughter Lauren Mershon, is raising millions of dollars off of this unprecedented criminal trial of a former and likely future president requiring Mershon's recusal from this case.
00:34:03.780I think it's very likely he's going to move forward.
00:34:08.240The Supreme Court, there are many reversible errors in this case, many, many truckloads of reversible errors, including the fact that Judge Mershon didn't even tell the jury what the legal allegations are, what they have to unanimously agree to that Trump violated, what law that Trump violated in order to find him guilty.
00:34:31.500But the big problem for Juan Mershon now is the Supreme Court just ruled in the presidential immunity case.
00:34:37.900And not only did the Supreme Court say that the president, any president, is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts, not his personal misconduct, his official acts.
00:34:48.300That in addition to that, prosecutors cannot even take evidence that is subject to presidential immunity.
00:34:56.660And that's exactly what this Soros funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, along with this senior Biden Kamala Justice Department official Matthew Colangelo did in this case.
00:35:08.160They presented evidence of President Trump's discussions with his deputy chief of staff for communications and his deputy chief of staff for operations.
00:35:17.740Those are clearly subject to presidential immunity, yet this Bragg and Colangelo used this with the grand jury to get the indictment.
00:35:27.100They also used it at trial with Judge Juan Mershon to get to this bogus jury finding of guilt.
00:35:33.540And so Judge Mershon should declare a mistrial in this case at a minimum.
00:35:39.840If he moves forward and tries to convict President Trump and sentence President Trump on September 18th, President Trump is going to be able to get to the Supreme Court of the United States very quickly.
00:35:52.780And there is zero doubt in my mind that the Supreme Court will stop Judge Mershon, will stay the execution of the judgment, the conviction and sentencing pending the appeal.
00:36:09.020So this case is going to go away until long after the presidential election.
00:36:16.140And look, folks, this is what it might come down to, because, I mean, Mike.
00:36:21.020Do you actually think we could have a situation where a sitting candidate for office, Donald Trump, was a former president himself?
00:36:30.940Some of the evidence, of course, was gathered during his presidency, which you're talking about, would run afoul of the Supreme Court's ruling on presidential immunity, creating a sort of fruit of the poison tree situation.
00:36:42.520But we actually could be in a race here where we see a local state level judge ordering the leading presidential candidate right now, by the way, to jail during an election.
00:36:57.920What do you think would happen to our country in such a situation?
00:37:01.000I really hope that Soros funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Kamala Biden senior political appointee Matthew Colangelo and this corrupt Democrat Manhattan judge Juan Mershon do not take our country to the brink.
