00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on Human Events Daily.
00:00:09.340 So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends.
00:00:16.700 Make sure they're all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.440 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're only going to do so much more.
00:00:29.360 Let's get it. 0.92
00:00:59.360 administration continues to go after that country's economy.
00:01:02.340 The economic pressure is beginning to bite.
00:01:05.820 Prices are going up, availability of goods is going down.
00:01:10.020 And even some within the Iranian leadership are now talking about a change in approach.
00:01:16.720 President Pozeshkian saying today, for instance, quote, it is better to end the war today when
00:01:22.660 we are in power and dignity.
00:01:24.600 That is the first time we have heard a senior Iranian official use the words, end the war today.
00:01:32.160 We are talking about white non-college voters.
00:01:35.360 This is Trump's base.
00:01:36.680 But look at Trump's net favorability rating.
00:01:39.060 You know, you go back to November of 2024 when he was reelected to a second term.
00:01:43.620 Look at this.
00:01:44.300 He was 25 points above water.
00:01:46.500 Now look at this.
00:01:47.420 He's at minus six points down in the cornfields of Iowa.
00:01:51.440 I feel like sweeping it away here with my hoe. 1.00
00:01:54.080 my goodness gracious. For the first time in more than two months, the U.S. military has carried out 0.99
00:01:59.660 a strike on a boat it says was trafficking drugs. U.S. Southern Command said early this morning
00:02:05.580 that two people were killed in Sunday's strike in the Pacific Ocean. Southcom says the vessel
00:02:11.320 was operating along established narco-trafficking routes in the eastern Pacific. Trump's trade deal
00:02:17.400 with Canada collapses overnight. The deal's demise means 50% tariffs on $20 billion worth of
00:02:24.060 goods will now go into effect, hitting products ranging from alcohol to hockey sticks.
00:02:29.060 Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said in a statement that the results of the negotiations
00:02:33.200 had not been enough to meet our objectives for Canadians and pointed the finger at Washington.
00:02:37.980 The U.S. Trade Representative Jameson Greer said the U.S. had offered tariff reductions for Canada
00:02:43.160 on steel, aluminum, alcohol and lumber. A senior administration official told CBS last night that
00:02:48.860 Canada wanted tariff concessions on automobiles that the U.S. was just not willing to give.
00:02:53.840 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events.
00:03:23.840 daily. We're here live. Real America's voice today is August 24th, 2026. Anno Domini. Breaking news
00:03:32.200 out of the post-millennial today. A spokesman for the Communist Party of America now sees a
00:03:40.180 membership surge over the last decade. Quote, we've always seen the young generation as the
00:03:47.680 spark of the revolutionary movement. And that's where the energy comes from. This is particularly
00:03:55.400 since the Bernie Sanders 2016 presidential campaign. So Communist Party co-chair Joe
00:04:02.220 Sims posted to the organization's YouTube channel. Member and co-chair of the New York
00:04:07.100 Young Communist League, Brooklyn Crawford, asked about the Communist Party has been experiencing
00:04:12.720 this search this is in league with the dsa the video is entitled we are so back so of course
00:04:19.320 the communist party can't meme they're stealing our memes they stated in the last year that a
00:04:23.680 communist party listen to this listen to this and take it very seriously the communist party of
00:04:28.480 america has recruited 20 000 members over the last several years sims explained that the younger
00:04:34.860 members were increasingly more willing to publicly identify themselves as members of the communist
00:04:42.160 party. We've always seen them as the spark of the revolutionary movement. We say who we are
00:04:49.040 and what we are and nobody gets upset. We have to organize the party in that tradition and that
00:04:55.400 spirit. Folks, understand that this is all connected. There is a degenerate thread that
00:05:05.800 runs through all of this, whether it's Assam Piker up there singing to a crowd of degenerates,
00:05:12.680 San Francisco mocking Charlie, mocking his death, laughing about the response to it,
00:05:21.180 mocking you, mocking Christians who sought to use Charlie's murder as a way perhaps
00:05:28.960 to go back to church, to open up a Bible.
00:05:32.780 Let me tell you something, folks. These people will put a bullet through your Bible. They'll put a bullet through you and they will laugh about it. They will cheer about it. They will celebrate it. They think it's funny. They're joining the Communist Party again. The DSA is on the march. The socialist revolution is on the march. 0.87
00:05:57.100 So when are people going to wake up as to what's happening in this country?
00:06:04.020 They're killing us. 1.00
00:06:06.500 They're killing Christians. 1.00
00:06:08.880 They're going after Christians. 1.00
00:06:11.020 They're putting people in the grave. 0.96
00:06:14.660 And people think it's a joke.
00:06:16.300 They say, ah, we'll just laugh about it.
00:06:18.820 It's not a big deal.
00:06:21.080 You know, we'll make some counter memes.
00:06:23.560 It's just politics.
00:06:24.860 It's no big problem.
00:06:26.060 you know nothing to be too worried about yeah nothing to be too worried about until you're
00:06:31.820 holding the funeral until you're sitting there going through the autopsy pictures
00:06:36.300 nothing to worry about nothing to worry about at all right no big deal until you got Maggione
00:06:44.460 shooting people on fifth avenue walking down the street two in the back
00:06:51.800 understand what part of the movie we are in ladies and gentlemen
00:06:58.580 you might not be interested in socialist revolutions but you better wake up because
00:07:07.220 ladies and gentlemen you are in one you're in one right now and it is time to strike back
00:07:15.960 jack posovic right back human events daily real marcus voice
00:07:21.800 Jack. Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack. Thank you. What
00:07:42.580 a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake
00:07:46.440 news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting policies.
00:07:53.160 All right, folks, we're back. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice. Ladies and gentlemen,
00:07:56.980 there are hundreds of data broker companies out there publishing your name, your family members'
00:08:00.680 names, your address, your phone number, as well as basically everything about you that's ever
00:08:04.360 been online. It's leaked. Maiden names, old addresses, tax records, email addresses, all of
00:08:10.260 it. It's sitting right there unless you actively take it down. Someone who knows what they're
00:08:15.000 doing can find out where you live, find out where you used to live. They can see when deeds changed
00:08:20.060 hands. They can map out your life. That kind of research is not hard to do. Plenty of people doing
00:08:26.140 it don't have good intentions. If you don't want that info out there, if you don't want someone
00:08:30.300 jumping on your Facebook because they figured out your account, found your birthday, and use that to
00:08:35.420 answer your bank security questions after finding your login on the dark web, you can do something
00:08:40.280 about it. Patriot Protect is how you do it. They get your information removed from these
00:08:45.140 data broker sites before anyone gets the chance to use it. This isn't something you do after
00:08:50.180 someone's already stolen from you. It's something you do in advance. Other services just alert you
00:08:55.860 once your money's already gone. Patriot Protect makes sure you're unsearchable in the first
00:09:00.040 place. The phone scam can run you thousands of dollars. It's way cheaper. Just head over
00:09:04.100 PatriotProtect.com and use promo code POSO for 15% off. The link is right in the description.
00:09:10.280 of everything we put out. So protect your own privacy. There's real benefit to being harder
00:09:16.220 to find online. Get some digital camouflage in your life and become unsearchable. Patriot-Protect.com
00:09:22.840 slash POSO. All right, folks, and I wanted to bring in here now my good friend and co-author
00:09:29.660 of not just Unhumans, but also Unhumans' second edition socialist revolution, currently number
00:09:39.640 one on amazon i want to say thank you to everybody uh for for coming out and supporting this number
00:09:44.660 one on amazon in politics and globalization it's joshua lisek joshua how are you well thank you
00:09:51.200 for having me on jack that's right so we've got another another number one amazon bestseller
00:09:55.700 in terms of this but but joshua we've got 14 new chapters here and when you see what's going on
00:10:03.320 with this this breaking news about the communist party coming out and gloating gloating that these
00:10:08.800 murderous freaks now have are boasting about 20,000 members in their midst.
00:10:15.340 So people will say, well, Jack, hold on away.
00:10:16.780 That's, you know, turning points way bigger than that.
00:10:18.920 Republican Party is way bigger than that.
00:10:20.740 I think you need to understand something. 0.99
00:10:22.260 That means 20,000 people who are willing to pick up a gun and shoot Christians. 0.94
00:10:29.540 That's way too many than we want committed in any organization like that. 0.99
00:10:34.000 20,000 people who are willing to commit violence against you and your children. That is an insane
00:10:41.820 number. If there were 20,000 members of the KKK or 20,000 members of Proud Boys or anything like
00:10:47.580 that, it would be national news. But unfortunately, here in the United States, this is not national
00:10:54.600 news anywhere, but right here on Human Events and with the work that you and myself do every day
00:11:00.300 And we're putting out these books, Joshua. And by the way, programming note, we do have President Trump will be speaking soon on its education policy.
00:11:09.480 So we will be taking that, of course, when it goes live because he may be doing other questions.
00:11:14.460 But Joshua, you know, I think the answer is almost speaks for itself.
00:11:18.520 But walk walk through for people why we did this new version of Unhumans, why we decided to update it, why we decided to have this new book out for pre-release and the 14 new chapters.
00:11:30.300 Yes, Unhuman's first edition and its first release was a reframe of history. The last 250-plus years of Western history has, in fact, been a series of left-wing revolutions across time, space, place, and race, up until the Cold War period, the very end of World War II, when the Communist Revolution came to America.
00:11:56.160 And what we've seen since then, first the infiltration of the State Department, the universities in Hollywood.
00:12:02.680 McCarthy, of course, was right about that.
00:12:04.760 Subsequently, major institutions from the executive branch, the judicial branch, into the churches and education system, so on and so forth.
00:12:13.660 A slow-walked cultural revolution. 0.57
00:12:16.880 This was the unhuman's hypothesis, of course. 0.68
00:12:20.020 We explained the past.
00:12:21.320 And first, people said that we were hyperbolic.
00:12:24.320 hyperbolic. We were extreme. And then month after month, year after year, it turns out, no, we were
00:12:31.300 just right about everything. Unfortunately, the Inhuman's hypothesis has been proven correct 100%,
00:12:37.420 and so now we're sort of wondering, where do we go from here? How do we fight back? We're seeing
00:12:44.980 the left as institutions being increasingly overtaken by radicals, by, frankly, street thugs
00:12:52.960 who are celebrated. Luigi Mangiuni has become a folk hero. The deeds of the credibly accused
00:13:00.560 defendant Tyler Robinson, of course, have created him to be some kind of a folk hero. We've seen
00:13:06.300 the mocking of the murder of innocent men, women, and children. We saw, let's say, the fifth wave
00:13:11.960 feminist movement last week. All of this is in the present moment explained by the unhuman 0.98
00:13:17.100 a human hypothesis and it's also predicted what must we do next now as the ranks of the democratic
00:13:24.200 socialists of america swell we've got paying members also of the communist party usa who
00:13:29.620 famously condemned the first unhumans book and wrote a scathing rebuke of of us and it's not
00:13:35.760 that they disagreed with any of the facts presented they simply didn't like it uh and and so in this
00:13:41.540 in this current age what do we do now where do we go from here what's working well actually joshua
00:13:47.700 um to defend the west if if i if i may i'd love to add one on that you know one thing that we and
00:13:53.220 you know we've been kind of remiss on and slept on is that people don't realize that the democrat
00:13:58.260 primary for washington dc which is essentially the real election because we know a democrat's
00:14:03.220 going to win uh that mayoral primary a dsa member janice lewis george just won there as well so
00:14:10.020 So you've got Washington, D.C., as well, is going fully socialist.
00:14:15.220 So people need to understand that this isn't things that are happening in the abstract.
00:14:19.980 OK, this is what's happening in real life.
00:14:23.080 You've got Democrat socialists that are winning in New York City.
00:14:25.520 They've won in in Michigan, maybe not in, you know, in name, but in obviously in spirit.
00:14:31.920 I think I'm very close to winning in Wisconsin.
00:14:34.400 You've got one up now in Washington, D.C., who's going to be the next mayor.
00:14:38.960 All right. 0.78
00:14:39.520 And so people have to understand that you are going to have this, the soft edge of this, which is, of course, as you say, the Mondamis, and then you're also going to have the hard edge of it, the Mensheviks and the Bolsheviks, of Mangione. 0.81
00:14:53.460 Yes, and it's unfortunate because we predicted all of this, and many first
00:15:00.940 respondents thought, oh, no, this is too far. You're going too far. And then we realized,
00:15:06.320 oh, no, we've gotten so many apologies, frankly, over the last two years that, yeah,
00:15:10.880 you guys were just right about everything, so now what do we do? Well, the second edition with the
00:15:15.020 14 new chapters is the answer to, so now what do we do? What all has gone on? What is still
00:15:21.060 protectable? What is salvageable? What is reversible? What can good, normal, everyday
00:15:25.760 people doing? Those who are allies in the Republican Party, who understand uniquely
00:15:30.860 the inhumane ideology of the far left, what is to be done? Well, we explain all of it in the book,
00:15:38.880 how to defend our families, defend ourselves, defend our country, and even engage in counter
00:15:43.660 offensive legally, of course, legally, of course. And we are being fought on two fronts, frankly.
00:15:50.780 There is the ever-leftward-moving mainstream institutions, aligned with the Democratic Party, of course, and then there are those who are pushing the limits. 0.51
00:15:59.540 It's that sort of push-pull of the Mensheviks and the Bolsheviks, right, where the Mensheviks want socialism, but the Bolsheviks also want socialism, but much more faster and much more violently.
00:16:11.300 One has social justice, one has street justice, but both of them are extrajudicial justice, which, of course, is no justice at all.
00:16:18.840 and it's the ever-present left-wing friend-enemy distinction. And we still have conservatives,
00:16:24.960 unfortunately, on our side who are pointing out the hypocrisy of it and double standards much,
00:16:31.540 but understand that's exactly the point. Of course, they're going to treat their guilty friends
00:16:36.420 better than innocent enemies of theirs. They're going to punish our people for what we didn't do
00:16:40.920 and excuse their guys for what they do do because it's on the same side. That's how this works.
00:16:47.440 and we have to understand that the rules of the game have changed because the game itself has
00:16:52.400 changed this is an all-out battle for western civilization there is no second place it's
00:16:56.880 winner take all and and this is what time it is in america and so this is why we we felt that it
00:17:02.660 was necessary because the game has changed we're now seeing fifth generation warfare being employed
00:17:09.180 in terms of the socialist revolution that's going on so we're facing a fifth generation socialist
00:17:13.840 revolution. That's why in our new book on humans, socialist revolution, we teach you specific
00:17:22.080 tactics and we walk through the tactics that they're using against us in the fifth wave
00:17:28.580 Marxist revolution, the fifth wave Marxism, the fifth generation Marxism. And we walk through
00:17:33.720 how to use similar tactics to defeat it. We even also, and this is one of the more incredible
00:17:40.220 chapters is that we walk through what charlie kirk outlined for us after and and of course you
00:17:47.180 know charlie was a big supporter of the original unhumans we did an incredible podcast with him
00:17:54.140 uh had the opportunity to record that uh at the people's convention uh aptly named right in uh
00:17:59.980 in detroit of june of 2024 and he actually said it was the best conversation he felt that it was
00:18:06.460 the best conversation we ever had. Talking about how communism actually works as a tactic. And then
00:18:13.140 it was in the wake of that, that he went on and put forward his plan for combating the rise of
00:18:21.120 socialism forward. And unfortunately, I don't see a lot of people on the right that have picked up
00:18:27.620 as JD Vance has, I would argue. You know, you see the president doing it here and there. You see
00:18:32.660 Scott Besson talking about it. But by and large, the plan that Charlie left is incredible. It's
00:18:39.240 magnificent. And we need to put it into practice. So that's why we wrote that entire chapter,
00:18:45.840 Charlie Kirk's plan for dismantling socialism. And, you know, we took basically what he outlined
00:18:52.620 and mapped that into a system that can be implemented, by the way, everywhere from the
00:18:58.260 federal level, to the state level, to the local level, even at the school board level, or the
00:19:03.920 community organization, even in your HOA, right, you can use these tactics. So these are tactics
00:19:09.000 that even, believe it or not, even in a relationship, these tactics can be used. And oh yes, there is
00:19:15.100 a full chapter on toxic feminism. Right back, Jack Posobiec, Joshua Lysak, the new book 0.93
00:19:19.300 Unhumans, Socialist Revolution, second edition.
00:19:28.260 You talk about influences. These are influences. And they're friends of mine. Jack Prasovic.
00:19:37.940 Where's Jack? He's done a great job.
00:19:43.560 All right, folks. Jack Prasovic back, Human Events Daily. Folks, gold has been on a serious run,
00:19:49.440 closing strong Friday and pushing higher again today. So what's behind this move?
00:19:54.400 We'll look at the forces that are hitting the market.
00:19:56.640 War.
00:19:57.940 Geopolitical instability.
00:19:59.540 Tariff uncertainty.
00:20:00.960 Headline-driven volatility.
00:20:04.500 Growing questions about the strength of the dollar.
00:20:07.020 This is why my wife, Tanya Tay, and I became clients of Allegiance Gold.
00:20:10.240 Not because you panic, but because you prepare.
00:20:12.760 We treat protecting what we've built as seriously as we treat building it.
00:20:16.760 Headlines change.
00:20:17.560 Markets change.
00:20:18.300 And the thing nobody is worried about today has a way of becoming tomorrow's headline.
00:20:22.120 If you've worked hard for your savings and your family's future, do not wait until everyone is rushing to do the same thing.
00:20:29.560 Find out how you can move a portion of your 401k or IRA into gold and put physical gold and silver directly in your hands.
00:20:37.120 Shipped discreetly straight to your door.

00:20:56.740 That's protectwithposo.com or give them a call, 844-577-7676.
00:21:02.640 So we're on with Joshua Lysak, co-author of the new edition of Unhuman Socialist Revolution and Joshua.
00:21:09.320 So when we when we look at the the 14 new chapters, there's one chapter in particular that I got to say, you know, it was producer Fahs came up with this idea.
00:21:22.140 And it's it's something that you kind of do anyway, all the time.
00:21:27.000 And we never really thought to write it down.
00:21:29.240 And he passed it to me.
00:21:30.760 And when I said to you that, you know, we were looking to put out more more on humans, he said, this is what you got to do.
00:21:37.640 said, you've got to come up with a vocabulary guide. Tell us about the new chapter, which is
00:21:44.560 a vocabulary guide of the left. Yes. So for about four years now, I've had a number of viral
00:21:52.700 pop-offs called spot the propaganda. And what I do is I've looked at headlines from major news
00:21:59.260 networks of the mainstream left from NPR to the New York Times, Daily Beast, so on and so forth.
00:22:04.080 And that sort of left-wing blogosphere ultimately decides what the mainstream stories are.
00:22:08.940 That's how propaganda moves.
00:22:10.720 But it's first consumed by over-educated, people who are over-educated beyond their
00:22:15.720 intelligence set.
00:22:16.940 These people we like to call NPR Americans.
00:22:19.980 Don't forget the hyphen there. 1.00
00:22:21.760 These, and part of the revolution, might be called the useful idiots. 0.99
00:22:25.280 These are the people who are the persuadables of the left. 0.99
00:22:29.360 They're the ones who show up and they say, you know, you know, you know, Hassan Piker, you know, he's a little extreme, but the guy's hilarious. Or they'll say, oh, you know, they didn't really mean. And then the thing that they do, in fact, actually mean.
00:22:43.520 And this population, unfortunately, we believe it's the majority of the Democratic electorate.
00:22:50.220 You know, these individuals who believe that they're smart enough to know what news is real and fake,
00:22:54.940 and they know that NPR is real news, the New York Times, et cetera, is real news.
00:22:58.740 And that op-ed from such and such socialist blogger, that's a true and accurate assessment
00:23:04.340 because they appeal to the biases.
00:23:06.680 And NPR Americans, they have been given their own vocabulary, their own glossary, let's say,
00:23:12.140 of left-speak, you might even call it unhuman speech, and that it's the opposite of the thing
00:23:17.700 that it's supposed to be. So for an example of this, we've seen the left-wing blogosphere and
00:23:24.500 certain influencers, particularly those using social media, such as Facebook, what they've
00:23:30.340 been doing is they took the right-wing conservative traditional viewpoint of being pro-life. And
00:23:36.360 And they've said that being pro-life actually is to be pro-abortion because what we are
00:23:41.860 is pro-maternal life and the mother's life is more important.
00:23:47.180 Mom's lives matter, they'll say.
00:23:49.680 And so in fact, it's we who believe in reproductive health care, another unhuman glossary entry.
00:23:57.320 These things are the opposite of what they in fact are.
00:24:00.140 So now the left is co-opting pro-life to say we're actually pro the real life, which is
00:24:05.700 the mother, which is why we support the Massachusetts law allowing abortion up to the moment of
00:24:10.660 birth. We've also seen this come into play with fifth wave feminism, the toxic feminism 1.00
00:24:15.540 of the last week or so in defense of Lindsay Clancy, where everyone with a TikTok is saying,
00:24:21.720 you have to understand, it was her husband's fault, this horrific crime against these three
00:24:27.580 beautiful innocent children, because he was a narcissist. And of course, narcissist is a label,
00:24:33.160 it's an accusation. It's an entry in the glossary of the NPR Americans. What is a narcissist? A
00:24:38.460 narcissist is a right-wing male who tells a left-wing female, no. That's what a narcissist is. 0.59
00:24:46.580 Reproductive health care, of course, has nothing to do with health care. Of course, it's referring 0.99
00:24:50.200 to the slaughter of pre-born innocence via brutal methods. And we see NPR Americans using this on
00:24:57.480 each and every issue. When, for example, my neighbor city, Springfield, Ohio, when they say,
00:25:03.980 for example, we need to defend our vulnerable population, our vulnerable community of Haitian
00:25:09.360 neighbors, what do they mean by vulnerable? Oh, they mean a class of individuals who have lost
00:25:16.200 their temporary protected status and are now illegal immigrants. They're either criminal or 0.89
00:25:20.620 civil lawbreakers or both so vulnerable means subject to um to to to uh immigration and customs
00:25:29.220 and enforcement community means it's a group of people that we try to use as empathy props
00:25:35.440 and so we have dozens upon dozens upon dozens of these entries so you can tell when lindsey
00:25:41.700 clancy stands wait wait wait wait or i gotta i gotta ask so do we have a do this this was one
00:25:48.300 the ones that i said we have to put in there and and it's and by the way we said this before we 1.00
00:25:53.500 were this chapter we put out we wrote uh before the lindsey clancy toxic feminists really broke
00:25:58.700 out across the internet uh an entry for the word narcissist joshua how is a narcissist defined by
00:26:05.260 the left yes so the narcissist is the right-wing male who simply tells a left-wing female no that's
00:26:13.420 That's the beginning.
00:26:14.420 And they'll often say, like, they'll also say toxic narcissist, okay, Jack?
00:26:19.180 Toxic simply means non-left-wing.
00:26:22.440 So in NPR American glossary, in the unhuman speech where the thing means the opposite
00:26:28.420 of itself, which is how they communicate with each other, and now we can understand it.
00:26:32.420 We've broken their code.
00:26:35.280 Unhuman second edition gives you the left-wing lexicon.
00:26:38.900 So a toxic narcissist is a non-left-wing male who says no to a left-wing female on an issue
00:26:49.820 that is of left-wing interest.
00:26:51.940 And so you can begin to see how it's all used.
00:26:54.460 Someone, usually a guy who tells a liberal woman, no.
00:26:58.940 Amazing.
00:26:59.600 Joshua Lysak, tell people where they can go to pre-order the book and where they can
00:27:04.280 follow you.
00:27:04.640 yeah unhumans second edition with the 14 new chapters wholly expanded work on the socialist
00:27:11.280 revolution is available right now pre-order amazon and i'm causing trouble over at josh
00:27:16.600 on x causing so much trouble right back jack was public president trump
00:27:22.500 set to go live very soon at the white house
00:27:24.600 All right, folks.
00:27:53.820 Jack Posobiec back live. President Trump set to step out there, the Rose Garden with the beautiful
00:28:01.040 new, of course, patio that you can see outside, much easier to hold events. Keep in mind, by the
00:28:07.160 way, just folks understand this, it's just none of those things that President Trump does from a,
00:28:12.700 you know, housekeeping perspective, really, where he's just, he's just making the White House more
00:28:18.560 functional. So it's one of those, those situations where, as I said to someone over the weekend,
00:28:23.320 And if this was something that that Biden had done or Obama had done, obviously like the ballroom, that this would be something the media would be cheering about.
00:28:33.100 Imagine how breathless the media would be about the ballroom if Obama was doing it.
00:28:36.640 They'd be saying, oh, who's going to be the first to perform there?
00:28:40.160 Who's going to be the first event there is, you know, is Malia Obama going to be married there?
00:28:44.980 What's the you know, what's the occasion?
00:28:47.400 Who's it going to be? Is it going to be Bad Bunny, you know, performing?
00:28:50.800 And then they'd be they'd be talking about it in the view and they'd be talking about on every show.
00:28:55.920 And yet when it's Trump, you know, suddenly it's oh, it's so terrible.
00:28:59.600 It's garish. How could you be doing this? How could you be paying for it?
00:29:02.320 So that's one of the rubrics that I like to use for a lot of these types of things when they're running anti-Trump ops is to say, here's what is going on.
00:29:11.220 How would the left respond if Obama or Biden were doing it?
00:29:14.780 And I say the exact same thing when it comes to, of course, my good friend, Natalie Hart, who, of course, has been the subject of much attacks by the media over the weekend and over the past couple of weeks where, you know, I'm sorry.
00:29:29.640 OK, so she's a staffer who's loyal to the president and she works hard and therefore that's a bad thing.
00:29:37.220 And so you flip that around and say, OK, well, what if this was someone who worked for Obama or worked for Biden?
00:29:42.280 What about Valerie Jarrett? Wasn't Valerie Jarrett living in the White House at one point
00:29:45.960 with Obama? Wasn't Valerie Jarrett someone who was like literally part of the family
00:29:50.980 at one point? And they talked about how great she was. They said, oh, this is wonderful.
00:29:55.860 Look at the loyalty Obama is able to inspire among even women in Washington, D.C., these
00:30:02.520 powerful women. And then she goes off to go and be on the board of all this. Susan Rice is another
00:30:06.800 one. She's on the board of Netflix. Susan Rice is on the board of Netflix. That's how Obama
00:30:11.380 of staffers get treated, but for a Trump staffer, suddenly it's, it's, oh my gosh, this person,
00:30:17.160 how dare they look, look, look what they did. They, they had to, you know, they were cramped
00:30:21.440 when they had to sit in the motorcade, like done it a million times, folks. I've done it a million
00:30:25.260 times. Everyone standing, I believe for the president of the United States commander chief
00:30:29.580 walking out now.
00:30:41.380 Well, thank you very much.
00:30:50.480 What a nice setting this is.
00:30:53.040 This is something we spent a lot of time and effort making the bringing the White House
00:30:58.280 back to a level that it should be for essentially 200 years.
00:31:04.620 No work was done on it.
00:31:05.920 It lived on its own merit, but we thought it was proper.
00:31:10.260 you look at the exterior you'll see it's all been redone and in perfect shapes it's good for another
00:31:16.580 200 years okay that's the way i look at it we're very important it's such a symbol such a
00:31:22.260 representative symbol of us of of what we stand for and we're very proud to have done it we're
00:31:28.100 building outside we're building a beautiful heliport which has been asked for for many many
00:31:34.020 years a helicopter would land on wet grass and it was bad and dangerous and as you know over there
00:31:39.860 we're building a military complex in a ballroom that will be second to none anywhere in the world
00:31:45.540 we have president xi coming in two weeks and i was over in china two months ago and we saw the
00:31:51.700 great hall of china well now we're going to have a great hall too in the united states so it's very
00:31:56.420 important very very important i want to thank you all and welcome you to the white house as we
00:32:01.860 celebrate back to school season in america it's a big deal we're delighted to be joined by many
00:32:07.940 incredible parents devoted teachers exceptional educators and star students from all across
00:32:14.580 the nation in fact we have so many star students i want to make offers to some of you to come and
00:32:19.700 join us as soon as you get out of college because we want stars we want we want smart people
00:32:26.180 we like smart people some people say oh that's not nice to say no we want smart people
00:32:31.780 i want to thank our great secretary of education a fantastic woman by the way
00:32:36.500 my friend and all of that but she's a fantastic woman nobody like her linda mcmahon
00:32:43.780 nebraska governor jim pillin jim thank you very much thank you look good arkansas governor sarah
00:32:53.060 huckabee sanders thank you thank you sarah chairman of the house education committee
00:33:00.180 tim walberg thank you very much tim good job and our press secretary and mother of two and
00:33:07.940 well she decided she loved her children more than she loved donald trump i'm very upset about this
00:33:13.300 she has to go home and spend time with the children that does happen on occasion with some
00:33:17.540 people when they love their children and she does and caroline congratulations on your newborn your
00:33:24.580 perfect newborn and she's done a fantastic job she's been a great great press secretary now if
00:33:33.140 i say you're the best of all time i have sarah sitting here so i'll have but let's put it this
00:33:38.500 way they were both great okay is that all right but from the very beginning of our country americans
00:33:45.700 have understood that there's no job more important than teaching our children to become happy healthy
00:33:51.460 proud productive and flourishing citizens and unfortunately in the four years i took office
00:33:58.420 and since i took office our educational system itself was really i mean it was incredibly
00:34:05.860 before i got here it was weaponized like everything else in our government everything
00:34:09.940 was weaponized against the goals that we all stand for and under the last administration extreme 0.58
00:34:16.660 ideologies such as critical race theory and transgender insanity were forced on upon our
00:34:24.100 children as young as four and five years old transgender didn't work students were taught
00:34:31.060 that our heroes our villains the fbi was used to target patriotic parents at school board meetings
00:34:37.780 and meanwhile far too many government-run schools failed at the basics and you just have to look at
00:34:43.380 the charts they were failing at a thing called education with only 30 percent of
00:34:49.700 in reading and math that was under the last administration under the trump administration
00:34:54.980 we're systematically ending every single one of these radical left betrayals and we're putting
00:35:01.140 the parents back in charge they're the ones that love our children they're the ones that should be
00:35:05.860 in charge so immediately upon taking office i signed an executive order to ban critical race 0.79
00:35:13.700 theory and to ban transgender ideology from public schools that was a big deal we banned men from
00:35:21.780 playing in women's sports that was so easy to do i don't get it they're still arguing they're still
00:35:28.900 fighting i saw a democrat congressman the other day fighting a an anchor an anchor that was i would
00:35:38.260 say somewhere in the middle but fighting an anchor on men playing in women's sports and i said i hope
00:35:45.060 they keep doing that because it's got to be impossible to win a race politically just crazy
00:35:51.300 i've never seen anything like it but it continues out there although we've had big court victories
00:35:56.580 as you know and we've largely stopped it every public school in america is now on notice that
00:36:02.340 if they tell a child that they're trapped in the wrong body they are committing child abuse
00:36:08.660 and as we remove the far left extremism from the classroom we're taking historic action to ensure
00:36:14.340 that every child in america has access to a first class education the united states spends more
00:36:21.940 money on education than any other country in the world by double. And our results should
00:36:27.100 be better than they are. I would look at lists where we're rated out of the 40 top nations
00:36:32.960 were rated number 38, 39 and number 40 with all the money we spent. But Linda has changed
00:36:39.040 that so rapidly and so drastically. And frankly, it's shocking how fast it's gone under her 0.98
00:36:44.900 leadership. One year ago, as part of the great big beautiful bill, we passed the education
00:36:50.500 freedom tax credit, the largest ever expansion of school choice.
00:36:54.960 And we want, thank you.
00:36:59.360 And we want every parent to have the power to send their child to a high quality school
00:37:03.300 that shares their values.
00:37:05.220 So important.
00:37:06.860 With us today are Caleb and Jocelyn Griffith and their beautiful family from Statesville,
00:37:13.640 North Carolina.
00:37:14.640 Great place.
00:37:15.840 They have three biological sons and two foster children.
00:37:20.600 School choice and education freedom scholarships are going to give these kids more opportunity
00:37:26.080 than ever before.
00:37:27.600 And I'd like to ask Caleb and Jocelyn to come up and say a few words, please.
00:37:45.840 Mr. President, thank you for the honor of speaking today.
00:37:50.980 I'm Pastor Caleb Griffith, and I'm joined by my five beautiful children.
00:37:55.760 As President Trump said, two of them came to us through foster care, which is wonderful.
00:38:01.040 But my children, one of them has autism, and one has developmental delays.
00:38:06.460 And although they qualify for an IEP, because of the situation, they were unable to get
00:38:11.840 them, so we've been unable to access the support and help they need to be successful.
00:38:17.740 And we're blessed to be from a state that offers school choice, and it has helped part
00:38:21.980 of our children's educational needs.
00:38:24.340 I personally have seen the benefit of the Opportunity Scholarship for my family and
00:38:29.160 the school my children attend, Cornerstone Christian Academy, who is up for running for
00:38:33.540 the Yaz Prize.
00:38:35.320 But it's thanks to great organizations like Parents for Educational Freedom, who have
00:38:39.500 helped a hundred and five thousand families just like mine access the
00:38:43.060 opportunity scholarship and now because of you mr. president and because of you
00:38:47.240 secretary McMahon the educational freedom tax credits will give my
00:38:51.440 children the access to the services they need to be successful in the most
00:38:56.320 formational years of their lives I want to tell you we only get one chance to
00:39:01.400 educate our children and our children are the future of America the Bible says
00:39:06.380 to train up a child in the way that they should go and that's to parents and this allows parents to
00:39:11.260 do that so on behalf of my family and every family in america that will access this thank
00:39:16.460 you president trump and god bless america thank you thank you what a great job beautiful beautiful
00:39:30.380 family whoop he made it well as many of you know no one cares more about america's children and
00:39:40.300 foster youth and our great first lady she works hard at it and loves it and loves the children
00:39:45.940 through her fostering the future initiative melani is helping transform the lives of children and
00:39:52.220 young people aging out of the foster care system and she's bringing hope and countless and you
00:39:58.600 have to see so many people so many phone calls so much work but really bringing hope to countless
00:40:05.640 family numbers of families and children and it's really something to see it's so difficult
00:40:11.960 they go through foster care and then all of a sudden they're released into the world
00:40:16.200 and you know many people have something to fall back on but they don't they can't go back to
00:40:21.080 their parents for a little help or for staying overnight or for staying for years in some cases
00:40:26.280 and it's a very very tough so i want to thank melania she takes it so seriously she's done
00:40:32.100 such a great job been so effective thank you and as part of the great big beautiful bill we
00:40:39.760 have massively expanded 529 education saving accounts tremendously doubling the annual
00:40:47.660 withdrawal cap from k-12 expenses to twenty thousand dollars a year and allowing families
00:40:54.460 to save the education and money for education at the private or religious school of your
00:41:01.720 choice.
00:41:02.720 So that's something that never happened before.
00:41:05.100 Nobody could even think about doing it.
00:41:07.260 They can't believe it's happened now.
00:41:09.420 And it's largely Linda and her representatives that have done this.
00:41:13.440 And now for the first time ever, families can also have their 529 accounts to support
00:41:18.440 home school education.
00:41:21.360 And then thank you.
00:41:24.380 And then one of the biggest things of all is what's happened with the Trump accounts,
00:41:29.980 where kids will have money.
00:41:32.380 I mean, every child is given at birth, newborn, $1,000.
00:41:37.820 And you're going to watch that money grow.
00:41:40.420 People like Michael and Susan Dell have put up a tremendous amount of money, over $6 billion.
00:41:47.560 But we have many people, some people have taken on an entire state, like the state of
00:41:52.520 indiana by a very very fantastic friend of mine brad thank you very much and uh some very wealthy
00:42:01.000 people and very wealthy companies are putting up tremendous amounts of money the trump accounts is
00:42:05.320 being talked about all over the world it's very good and very hot joining us today uh marina and
00:42:12.680 hubert from jacksonville florida they've been homeschooling their three children for 11 years
00:42:18.280 and will benefit enormously from the new policy the the amount of money they're getting is
00:42:24.200 something that they can very much use and it's something that wouldn't have happened without
00:42:29.000 the trump administration so marina and hubert please come up and say a few words
00:42:34.680 Mr. President, thank you so much for this opportunity to be here.
00:42:49.000 I have with me my beautiful family, my wife, Marina.
00:42:52.480 We homeschool our three kids.
00:42:54.480 We've been homeschooling for the last decade.
00:42:57.420 My oldest son is going into ninth grade, my daughter going into sixth, and my youngest
00:43:02.400 son is going into third grade.
00:43:04.400 homeschooling is something that is very personal to me back in 1988 my parents
00:43:09.980 made the decision to homeschool me and so I was homeschooled from kindergarten
00:43:14.840 all the way through the 12th grade and I've been blessed with the opportunity
00:43:19.400 to do the same for my family back in 1988 homeschooling wasn't popular and
00:43:26.960 there was not I don't think a president who was supporting us at this time to
00:43:32.240 see your administration and all that you've done for homeschooling families not only means the
00:43:37.320 world to me, but to also all the other homeschooling families that are out there. With the great big
00:43:42.680 beautiful bill, the expansion of 529, oftentimes with homeschooling are one income households
00:43:48.860 because I'm working and my wife is schooling the kids. So being able to have the extra resources
00:43:53.580 to provide them with their needs and also the option to support our children in the way that
00:43:59.700 we sit see fit means the world. So I just want to thank you for everything that you've done.
00:44:04.980 Great parents. You have great parents. Thank you very much. That's beautiful. Beautiful family. Thank you.
00:44:18.060 Well, I'm very proud to say that the Trump administration's achieved more for the benefit
00:44:22.880 of American children in less than two years than most administrations do in many years. Eight years
00:44:29.060 or frankly you can take two or three administrations put them together they haven't been able to do
00:44:35.140 what we did after decades of racist policies and illegal quotas we brought back the merit
00:44:41.460 system into education we're back on the merit system which is what made our country great in
00:44:47.620 the first place so that our children will always be judged by the achievements and qualifications
00:44:53.300 not by the color of their skin or any other reason we issued a guidance for protecting the
00:45:00.420 right to prayer and we now protect prayer in the public schools they're totally protected
00:45:06.580 and last year i signed a historic executive order to begin the process of eliminating the
00:45:12.100 federal department of education getting them out of washington and bringing education
00:45:18.260 back to the states the most important thing
00:45:26.180 and working with me on the council on physical fitness we've proudly brought back a wonderful
00:45:32.180 tradition the presidential fitness test i signed the whole milk for healthy kids act
00:45:38.820 which people loved and the farmers love it because they know how good it is
00:45:42.900 more than anybody but the whole milk for healthy kids act we they weren't allowed to have whole
00:45:49.060 milk you can believe it they could have anything else but they couldn't have great milk the way it
00:45:54.180 is supposed to be paving the way for more than 30 million children who drink whole milk in school
00:46:00.420 and we introduced the real food pyramid and reformed the vaccine recommendations to protect
00:46:06.420 america's youth we're making america healthy again we're strongly requesting even telling
00:46:12.660 people when you get your shots for your young child and this has to do we think with preventing
00:46:18.820 autism that you go to the doctor for five small shots instead of one big massive shot you do it
00:46:26.260 in five different shots five different shots small little shots where those beautiful little bodies
00:46:34.580 can handle it and i think you're going to see a very big difference in the rate of autism which
00:46:40.420 is like an epidemic what's happened with autism and this year as we celebrate the 250th anniversary
00:46:47.460 of america's founding we're also bringing back patriotic education for our youth through the
00:46:54.340 freedom 250 mobile museum students from over 3 750 schools are learning about the heroes who
00:47:02.660 have made america the most exceptional nation in history and we're teaching our children to love
00:47:08.740 america not to hate america there's a lot of love going on right now our country's never done this
00:47:14.340 well we have billions and billions of different things happening money pouring in at the rate of
00:47:22.260 not even billions trillions 19 over 19 trillion dollars being invested in america right now
00:47:29.540 the last administration had less than one trillion in four years we had 19 more than 19 19.2 to be
00:47:36.740 exact and that's over a period of 12 months we haven't even included the additional five months
00:47:43.140 so there's never been anything like that in history and no other country in the world has
00:47:47.780 ever had investment like we're having right now being made which is building factories car plants
00:47:54.020 everything all over ai all over the country at levels that nobody's ever seen before no other
00:48:00.260 country has ever seen what's happened it's a revolution a positive revolution so in everything
00:48:06.340 we do we're empowering our nation's parents we're restoring high standards and the pursuit of
00:48:12.100 excellence and we're proving that the golden age of america education is just beginning
00:48:18.100 and i want to thank you all for being here you're incredible people i know so many
00:48:21.700 of you in the audience, but one in particular who's just an outstanding person, an incredible
00:48:27.740 woman, Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon. Please, come up, Linda. Thank you.
00:48:33.920 We'll get it down to my speed, which is always the case.
00:48:51.220 When I come up to the microphone, we have to adjust it.
00:48:54.340 Thank you, Mr. President, for assembling this incredible event this afternoon
00:48:58.200 because nothing is more important in our country than educating our students.
00:49:03.360 Parents, educators, and students, happy back-to-school season.
00:49:08.780 This school year marks a return to common sense in American education,
00:49:12.920 and it's all thanks to the leadership of our president, President Trump.
00:49:16.880 I remember when President Trump called me shortly after the Biden's administration 2024
00:49:21.980 Nation's Report Card, or NAEP, as you've heard, scores were released,
00:49:26.780 and he told me he was angry and he was also embarrassed by where these scores were.
00:49:32.100 We spoke about what a travesty it is that Americans have invested $3 trillion in a federal Department of Education
00:49:39.000 meant to improve student outcomes, and yet only 30% of our students can read or do math proficiently.
00:49:46.740 This is why President Trump demanded a hard reset to our education system.
00:49:52.380 And under his leadership, we are delivering it.
00:49:55.300 We are taking very deliberate and thoughtful steps to return education to the states.
00:50:02.800 This school year, American parents and students have so much to be excited about
00:50:07.580 because the Trump administration is steering education back to its rightful focus,
00:50:13.500 serving students so that they are prepared for successful futures.
00:50:18.700 Our administration has cut billions in funding for radical DEI programs
00:50:23.680 and redirected those dollars to teachers, classrooms, and results, supporting evidence-based
00:50:29.980 literacy instruction, pouring record funding into charter schools, and energizing workforce
00:50:35.560 training. Key decisions that once sat with bureaucrats here in Washington, D.C. are moving
00:50:41.320 to where they belong, to the hands of educators, parents, and local leaders who know these
00:50:47.340 children best. Six states now hold the first-ever returning education to the state waivers,
00:50:53.680 freeing over $100 million from federal micromanagement.
00:50:57.680 These waivers allow state leaders to direct federal dollars towards what makes the most sense for their students,
00:51:04.680 and not what Washington thinks is best for those students.
00:51:08.680 Additionally, a record 25 states are exercising EdFlex authority,
00:51:12.680 which allows them to immediately free thousands of local school districts from mountains of red tape
00:51:19.680 without first having to receive approval from the Department of Education.
00:51:25.060 And under President Trump's leadership, we are restoring parents' sacred role
00:51:29.480 as the first decision-makers in their children's lives.
00:51:33.980 Children belong to their parents, not the federal government.
00:51:40.500 And through the Education Freedom Tax Credit,
00:51:43.240 President Trump has delivered the largest national expansion of education freedom in history,
00:51:49.680 for over 50 million eligible children, giving parents unprecedented freedom to choose the
00:51:56.260 path that is best for their child.
00:51:59.160 So it's no surprise that over half of our nation's states, both red and blue, have raced
00:52:04.660 to this historic choice option, benefiting families whether their child attends public
00:52:10.860 or private school.
00:52:12.860 Parents can also rest assured that wherever their child goes to school, this administration
00:52:17.920 is vigorously protecting their right
00:52:19.900 to know what's happening inside those walls.
00:52:23.860 After the Biden administration allowed schools
00:52:26.020 to secretly transition students without parents' knowledge,
00:52:31.580 President Trump is defending parental rights like never
00:52:34.840 before.
00:52:36.060 At his direction, we are working hand in hand
00:52:38.860 with the Department of Justice to ensure no school district ever
00:52:43.160 has more power over a child than their own parents.
00:52:47.740 Thank you.
00:52:51.380 We've exposed states like California for some of the most widespread
