00:00:55.420 AmFest.com, I'll see you there.

00:00:58.260 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard.

00:00:59.860 Today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning Point USA.

00:01:03.580 Today's top stories.

00:01:05.640 A CNN senior producer was arrested for child sex trafficking.

00:01:10.480 Next, the Antifa San Diego cell has been broken up by prosecutors.

00:01:15.180 More to come on that.

00:01:16.360 Third, a poll has found that public confidence in the woke military is in free fall.

00:01:21.640 No questions there.

00:01:22.460 And finally, D.A. Binger.

00:01:24.200 Yes, he's back.

00:01:24.960 And he's attacking Kyle Rittenhouse on a new podcast.

00:01:27.980 All this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:01:29.500 So this story today is something that broke late last Friday.

00:01:46.720 And really, if you were anywhere on social media, you saw this.

00:01:51.240 Now, if you weren't on social media, you wouldn't have seen it

00:01:52.900 because I don't think anywhere in corporate media wanted to talk about this story

00:01:57.740 because it's disgusting, it's horrific, and it made me sick to my stomach to read this indictment.

00:02:03.820 But a CNN senior producer, a guy who worked for New Day, worked directly with Chris Cuomo for years, 0.96

00:02:12.820 has been arrested for child sex trafficking.

00:02:19.460 And I'm going to go directly to CNN's own reporting on this

00:02:23.840 because I know what they're going to try to say.

00:02:26.020 They're going to say, oh, Poso is making this a huge deal.

00:02:29.680 It's so much bigger.

00:02:30.800 He's embellishing, et cetera, et cetera.

00:02:32.300 All right, I'm going to go to CNN.com, to their own article, to explain what's going on.

00:02:39.800 CNN producer John Griffin arrested for attempting to persuade minors

00:02:43.740 to engage in unlawful sexual activity.

00:02:46.980 A Connecticut man, John Griffin, was arrested Friday and charged with three counts

00:02:50.840 of using a facility of interstate commerce to attempt to entice minors

00:02:55.700 to engage in unlawful sexual activity.

00:02:57.860 The U.S. State's Attorney's Office for the District of Vermont said,

00:03:02.300 in a news release, Griffin has been a producer with CNN for eight years.

00:03:06.020 The charges against Mr. Griffin are deeply disturbing.

00:03:09.060 Listen to this.

00:03:10.800 The charges stem from conversations between Griffin and the purported parents of minor daughters,

00:03:16.240 in which he allegedly tried to persuade them to allow him to train their daughters

00:03:22.420 to be sexually submissive, as well as an incident in which prosecutors allege unlawful sexual activity

00:03:30.220 occurred with a nine-year-old girl.

00:03:34.420 According to an indictment filed on Thursday, Griffin allegedly paid for and kept up an online profile

00:03:39.820 on a BDSM and fetish site for several years leading up to July 2020,

00:03:46.440 on which he allegedly wrote he was looking for women who were, quote,

00:03:49.420 sexually submissive and open-minded.

00:03:51.960 During conversations on separate online platforms,

00:03:54.380 Griffin allegedly said he believed in a way of life

00:03:57.060 in which women are sexually subservient and inferior to men. 0.99

00:04:00.880 This is from CNN's senior producer.

00:04:03.600 According to the indictment, he allegedly used online platforms to seek parents who, quote,

00:04:08.480 would allow him to train their minor daughters to be subservient. 0.98

00:04:13.820 Around February 2020, Griffin allegedly acquired a Vermont ski house

00:04:18.920 in which he offered to host mothers and their minor daughters

00:04:22.660 for training sessions according to the purposes.

00:04:26.740 According to the indictment,

00:04:27.380 In June and July of 2020, Griffin allegedly talked online and on the phone

00:04:31.920 with someone who claimed to be the mother of two girls, 9 and 13.

00:04:35.500 He paid them more than $3,000 to fly the mother and her nine-year-old girl to Boston in July,

00:04:42.980 where prosecutors say that he picked them up from the airport,

00:04:46.160 brought them to the ski house,

00:04:47.700 and the child was directed to engage in and did engage in illegal sexual activity,

00:04:54.300 according to the indictment.

00:04:55.120 This is a senior CNN producer.

00:04:59.920 But let's go back to just a couple of months ago

00:05:02.580 to what Jake Tapper was saying.

00:05:05.500 While all this was going on, here's what you heard on air.

00:05:08.560 Take a listen.

00:05:09.320 The president, as Abby just alluded to,

00:05:11.060 continued to spread and endorse these deranged conspiracy theories.

00:05:16.540 Last night he said he did not know whether what QAnon says is true, 0.93

00:05:21.920 the idea that the country is secretly run by a satanic cult of pedophilic cannibals. 0.95

00:05:29.780 Take a listen. 0.87

00:05:32.080 Let me just tell you, what I do hear about it is they are very strongly against pedophilia.

00:05:37.480 And I agree with that.

00:05:38.800 I mean, I do agree with that.

00:05:40.060 And I agree with it very strongly.

00:05:40.500 But there's not a satanic pedophile cult.

00:05:42.380 I have no idea.

00:05:43.480 I know nothing about that.

00:05:44.460 You don't know that?

00:05:45.240 Okay.

00:05:45.760 No, I don't know that.

00:05:46.560 You just this week.

00:05:47.620 And neither do you know that.

00:05:48.240 Okay.

00:05:49.180 I don't know that, and neither do you know that, Philip.

00:05:53.220 He's talking about whether or not the nation is secretly run by a cabal 0.97

00:05:57.300 of Satan-worshipping cannibalistic pedophiles. 0.95

00:06:00.900 I don't know that, and neither do you. 0.96

00:06:02.820 I mean, what the actual...

00:06:05.180 Philip?

00:06:06.260 This guy was at CNN for years.

00:06:08.980 This was happening right under their noses.

00:06:13.360 And you can go through and find thousands of pictures of this guy

00:06:16.860 all throughout trips with CNN, foreign trips with CNN, trips with Chris Cuomo.

00:06:23.720 Why would you trust anything that this network tells you?

00:06:27.540 They think they can go and investigate things that are going on behind closed doors

00:06:33.660 in government, in the intelligence community, in politics,

00:06:38.640 and yet they have this guy working for them in their own office.

00:06:45.260 This week, I guarantee you, they're going to act like the story never happened.

00:06:50.660 Are you paying attention yet?

00:06:52.700 Folks, you need to get on the lifeboats.

00:07:00.880 The Twitter banhammer is coming.

00:07:02.840 Our new tech overlords have decided that we are no longer welcome on their platforms.

00:07:08.540 What does it mean?

00:07:09.520 Get on the lifeboat, and the lifeboat that I'm choosing is Getter.

00:07:12.960 G-E-T-T-R dot com. 1.00

00:07:14.620 Go there.

00:07:15.160 Establish yourself.

00:07:16.000 Establish your presence now.

00:07:17.420 Drive people to that.

00:07:18.560 Think of it as your lifeboat away from Silicon Valley.

00:07:22.700 Away from Twitter.

00:07:23.920 Away from the ban lords. 0.98

00:07:25.520 The people that won't let you talk about all the kind of subjects that we talk about here.

00:07:29.480 The ones who won't let you talk about the medical tyranny that's going on in our country.

00:07:33.260 They won't let you talk about everything that happened in 2020.

00:07:36.180 This is where we need to go.

00:07:38.180 So get on Getter.

00:07:38.940 G-E-T-T-R. 1.00

00:07:39.880 Get on the lifeboats.

00:07:40.960 Make sure you're going and getting on Getter today.

00:07:43.760 This next story.

00:07:44.680 A headline that I really didn't think that I was going to see,

00:07:46.780 especially at a Newsweek of all places.

00:07:48.940 Though Newsweek has been, like, slightly okay lately.

00:07:52.700 Here is this headline, which is just amazing.

00:07:56.000 Prosecutors make the first move to break up an Antifa cell as 11 activists are charged with violence.

00:08:04.400 The story, of course, by my friend Andy Ngo, who is writing in Newsweek.

00:08:07.720 For the first time in the U.S., prosecutors are attempting to break up a network of alleged violent Antifa cells.

00:08:14.280 This week, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office charged 11 alleged Antifa members with felony conspiracy and felony assault charges, among other crimes, in a riot case where supporters of former President Trump and random bystanders were beaten in Pacific Beach, California, in January.

00:08:32.060 Eight suspects were arraigned this week.

00:08:33.860 They have all pled not guilty.

00:08:35.960 Now, this is going on.

00:08:36.860 Arrest warrants and search warrants are coming down San Diego County, L.A. County.

00:08:40.540 Police recovered three guns, ammunition, body armor, and drugs.

00:08:45.820 The large operation, the largest that I've seen, certainly to date in terms of Antifa, has gone down involving mutual support from multiple law enforcement agencies in Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Escondido.

00:08:57.780 This is sending shockwaves through the far-left networks in Southern California.

00:09:03.060 What have they been doing?

00:09:04.120 They're out there raising funds for their comrades.

00:09:07.040 Now, as you can imagine, the left-wing networks are freaking out about this, but you have conservatives out there and patriots and just normal Americans who are saying, thank God.

00:09:16.180 And finally, finally, someone is doing something about these groups that have been able to operate with complete impunity for the past five, six years, specifically in the state of California.

00:09:28.120 We haven't seen this in the East Coast.

00:09:29.440 We certainly haven't seen this around Denver or any of the Western states or in the Midwest, et cetera.

00:09:34.520 Chicago, this is something that needs to be done to these violent networks nationwide.

00:09:39.920 Take a look at this video describing some of the charges and some of the suspects just released.

00:09:45.080 After demonstrators clashed at a pro-Trump rally in Pacific Beach, six out of ten people are now answering to charges.

00:10:15.080 So you're a fascist?

00:10:39.720 You think that only you should have freedom? 0.91

00:10:43.600 I'm a fascist.

00:10:44.600 But you're acting fascist. 0.97

00:10:46.020 You're acting totalitarian.

00:10:47.240 In this case, we have Mr. Mora using bear mace on multiple individuals.

00:10:51.860 We have Mr. Mora attempting to swing at a local photographer.

00:10:55.100 It essentially is a group beatdown that happens over eight different attacks involving 16 different victims.

00:11:01.200 And it is a series of events, so it's hard to pick out specifically what individuals do.

00:11:08.360 The DA's office says video evidence overwhelmingly shows the violence was committed by the Antifa groups

00:11:14.900 and was not a, quote, mutual fray between two groups.

00:11:19.680 If convicted, the defendants face anywhere from probation to up to 10 years in prison.

00:11:25.340 So for people to understand who Antifa is, you have to understand the purpose of Antifa.

00:11:30.780 Yes, Antifa has their stated goals.

00:11:32.620 And we talk about that in my book.

00:11:33.840 You can go get a copy, antifabook.com.

00:11:36.080 My hand is getting sore from signing copies of this thing for Christmas this year as we do the autographed copies.

00:11:41.500 But understand, Antifa exists as a destabilization force.

00:11:47.640 Their goal is not to institute communism.

00:11:51.460 That's what they want you to think.

00:11:53.440 They are the people that the ruling class is using as their shock troops in the streets.

00:12:00.460 They're going after anybody who's actually anti-establishment, who's actually a dissident,

00:12:05.740 who actually cares about their country, who actually cares specifically about the people of the United States.

00:12:13.260 Antifa doesn't care about that. 1.00

00:12:15.040 If you stand up for your country, if you stand up for your school, if you stand up for your kids,

00:12:19.300 if you stand up for bodily autonomy, Antifa's coming after you.

00:12:23.700 They are the shock troops of the regime.

00:12:27.640 And once the totalitarian regime gets completely established here,

00:12:32.080 they're going to be the first ones to go.

00:12:33.520 They're going to be the first ones locked up.

00:12:35.300 And that's what's going on now in San Diego and L.A.

00:12:38.780 They're getting locked up because they don't need them anymore.

00:12:42.140 Why wasn't this done at all for the past five years?

00:12:44.980 It's simple.

00:12:45.880 They wanted the violence.

00:12:47.180 They wanted the destabilization.

00:12:48.800 They wanted the attacks.

00:12:49.760 And they wanted the actual, if you look up the root word of terrorism,

00:12:53.800 it goes back to the Jacobins and their terror campaign in the French Revolution.

00:12:58.440 The use of terror as a political tool, a political weapon.

00:13:02.460 That was the point of Antifa, to inject terror into anyone who was a patriot,

00:13:07.200 anyone who actually cared about their country, anyone who was a conservative, a Christian.

00:13:10.840 It was to make you terrified to go out in public.

00:13:14.260 But now the regime's in power.

00:13:15.760 They don't need them anymore.

00:13:16.640 So thank you for continuing to support our show, for continuing to support us, the work we do here.

00:13:25.320 If you want to continue that, and by the way, if you want to continue to support your family

00:13:28.800 and to support others out there, go to MyPivola.com.

00:13:31.300 Use promo code POSO.

00:13:33.040 You can go there.

00:13:33.760 Do your shopping.

00:13:34.680 Get your order in today.

00:13:36.660 Most people already have their orders in.

00:13:38.320 We have our orders in.

00:13:39.360 And one thing that we did this year, we wanted to add in a little bit extra.

00:13:43.140 So we ordered a couple extra things, some items we ordered doubles of.

00:13:46.760 One is, of course, going to be presents for us, for our family, for our kids.

00:13:49.700 The other one is going to be donated to our local church,

00:13:52.440 and they're going to be able to give that through the parish to needy families in the community.

00:13:56.000 And that's just something that we're doing a little bit extra.

00:13:57.820 So we're adding MyPivola, the sheets, the dog beds, the towels, the mattress toppers,

00:14:03.020 everything else they have, the body pillows, which are on sale right now.

00:14:05.460 We're going to be using those, but then also the Bible story pillows, the entire collection.

00:14:10.760 We've got a set of those.

00:14:11.540 We're going to donate them to our church.

00:14:13.620 They're going to distribute them through the community.

00:14:15.020 It's going to be great.

00:14:15.860 So MyPillow.com, promo code POSO.

00:14:17.420 Make it part of your giving and part of your shopping this year.

00:14:21.540 The next story.

00:14:22.840 I don't think this is going to surprise anybody.

00:14:26.020 They just ran a new poll about confidence in our military.

00:14:30.440 Where do you suppose confidence in the military is?

00:14:33.400 After all of these years of wokeness,

00:14:35.460 after all of these years of pushing critical race theory

00:14:38.460 and recruiting woke people for the military, for the CIA, the intelligence community,

00:14:44.920 the people who are supposed to be keeping our country safe,

00:14:48.040 keeping you safe, keeping your children safe.

00:14:51.200 Where do you suppose confidence is when you see the debacle in Afghanistan,

00:14:55.400 the fact that we can't maintain any of our alliances around the world,

00:14:59.240 that nobody fears us,

00:15:00.520 and you have the military running around with these new recruitment ads 0.96

00:15:04.320 that are all talking about finding yourself and woke values and fighting for this junk

00:15:10.180 that has nothing to do with national security.

00:15:14.100 The poll found a 25-point drop in confidence in the military.

00:15:20.320 For the first time, as far as I know, I've never heard about this,

00:15:23.320 in U.S. history, less than half the country has confidence in our military.

00:15:29.760 The military used to be the number one most trusted institution in the entire country.

00:15:36.100 Even if you didn't trust the politicians, even if you didn't trust the military,

00:15:39.000 and you definitely don't want to trust Congress,

00:15:41.360 you still at least trusted the men and women of the United States Armed Forces.

00:15:46.820 And I say this as a veteran, they need to get their act together.

00:15:51.580 This is out of the Ronald Reagan Institute.

00:15:53.360 Only 45% of those polled reported a great deal of trust and confidence in the military.

00:15:58.660 It's down 25 points in just three years.

00:16:01.700 And increasing numbers of Americans say they have little or not much confidence in the military,

00:16:06.080 and that little confidence in the military is up 15 points.

00:16:09.600 Why?

00:16:10.300 Here's a recent recruitment ad.

00:16:11.440 Although I had a fairly typical childhood, took ballet, played violin, I also marched for equality.

00:16:20.240 I like to think I've been defending freedom from an early age.

00:16:26.300 When I was six years old, one of my moms had an accident that left her paralyzed.

00:16:31.120 Doctors said she might never walk again.

00:16:33.860 But she tapped into my family's pride to get back on her feet, 0.99

00:16:38.140 eventually standing at the altar to marry my other mom.

00:16:42.000 With such powerful role models, I finished high school at the top of my class,

00:16:47.140 and then attended UC Davis, where I joined a sorority full of other strong women.

00:16:53.040 But as graduation approached, I began feeling like I'd been handed so much in life.

00:16:58.620 A sorority girl stereotype.

00:17:01.120 Sure, I'd spent my life around inspiring women. 0.95

00:17:04.320 But what had I really achieved on my own?

00:17:07.720 One of my sorority sisters was studying abroad in Italy.

00:17:10.380 Another was climbing Mount Everest.

00:17:13.640 I needed my own adventures.

00:17:15.400 My own challenge.

00:17:18.860 And after meeting with an army recruiter, I found it.

00:17:22.820 A way to prove my inner strength.

00:17:25.240 And maybe shatter some stereotypes along the way.

00:17:27.800 Perhaps it should come as no surprise, Zero Hedge is a great line on this.

00:17:31.620 Because over the past year especially, the Pentagon has openly devoted itself to the woke agenda,

00:17:36.280 putting out recruitment videos that focus not on forging leaders, strength and conditioning,

00:17:41.340 preparing for war fighting, overcoming obstacles.

00:17:43.540 No, no, no.

00:17:44.200 It's diversity, acceptance, and gender studies.

00:17:47.620 That is the point of our military now.

00:17:50.700 So if you look at this, a really interesting point that Zero Hedge is making,

00:17:54.260 that when you understand the representation of where our military comes from,

00:17:58.280 traditionally, the over-representation in the military,

00:18:01.780 and I could say this as a veteran, I remember this certainly,

00:18:03.820 is from the southern states.

00:18:05.460 The southern and western states are over-represented in our military.

00:18:09.060 It is the northern states, particularly the northeastern states,

00:18:12.000 that you just do not find people there joining the military.

00:18:14.820 This is going to create a huge problem.

00:18:16.740 We are not going to be able to operate as a military force going forward.

00:18:25.800 Assistant Deputy District Attorney Thomas Binger.

00:18:30.860 You remember this guy.

00:18:31.680 He was the star, the antagonist of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.

00:18:36.580 And I told you that we weren't going to be done with you, Tommy Bigger.

00:18:40.940 Little Tommy, with your soy bottle.

00:18:44.100 Yeah, we know about your Yahoo account, by the way.

00:18:45.820 We're not going to talk about that.

00:18:47.220 And we also are going to, we're not, because I'm not the kind of guy

00:18:50.180 that would want to bring up the fact that you got thrown out of your house

00:18:54.500 and you're now sleeping in the basement of one of your bros.

00:18:58.080 I would never bring that up because I'm not the kind of guy

00:19:00.920 that would talk about stuff like that.

00:19:03.040 But one thing that I will talk about is you going on to a podcast

00:19:06.880 and continuing to lie, attack, smear, and besmirch the good name,

00:19:12.980 the fully exonerated name of Kyle Rittenhouse.

00:19:16.940 Take a listen.

00:19:17.600 They got him off the stand as quickly as they could.

00:19:21.460 Because they knew this is a kid who can, they can only fill his head with so much coaching

00:19:26.220 and then it's going to break down.

00:19:27.840 And after five or six hours on the stand, it's not going to last.

00:19:31.560 So they had a calculated strategy here.

00:19:34.420 You know, they spent months, I'm sure, and money and time with whoever's out there

00:19:39.840 helping to prep him for trial.

00:19:42.200 And I think on his direct examination, I think he did a nice job.

00:19:45.920 You know, he did what they asked him to do.

00:19:48.960 He came across.

00:19:50.620 He looked presentable.

00:19:52.360 He told his side of the story.

00:19:55.000 He had his day in court.

00:19:56.620 There was a time in which he started breaking down and crying,

00:20:01.160 which I thought was unconvincing.

00:20:03.960 I thought that it was prompted by his own selfish fear

00:20:08.320 or what he claimed to be his fear at that time,

00:20:10.360 which I think is a less than sympathetic prompt for crying.

00:20:13.720 I think the tears were manufactured, crocodile tears,

00:20:17.740 and I think the jury saw right through them.

00:20:19.840 So the real thing here for people to understand

00:20:22.060 is that Binger is doing this podcast, but he wasn't supposed to be.

00:20:27.880 This is against all the rules in the Bar Association book,

00:20:31.520 but who is he doing the podcast with?

00:20:34.800 He's doing it with the Bar Association.

00:20:37.780 Do you understand why?

00:20:39.660 He is getting desperate.

00:20:42.020 He's up against the wall.

00:20:44.120 He knows that there is actually a public campaign now

00:20:47.460 to disbar Binger, which should be done.

00:20:50.520 He should also be brought up on charges

00:20:52.300 for altering the evidence, tampering the evidence,

00:20:55.420 to fortify it for 45 hours

00:20:57.920 and make sure that he made it look like Kyle Rittenhouse

00:21:02.040 in one magic frame of video

00:21:04.260 that only Binger seemed to be able to get a hold of,

00:21:06.540 that Kyle Rittenhouse magically switches hands

00:21:09.740 with the AR-15, and is now suddenly left-handed,

00:21:13.760 pointing it at Zeminski,

00:21:16.100 as opposed to being right-handed,

00:21:18.200 shouldered, pointed down, low port,

00:21:20.820 the same way that we've seen Kyle every single other time with that gun.

00:21:24.120 You altered evidence, and you should go to jail for that.

00:21:27.600 You should certainly be disbarred, and worse should happen to you.

00:21:30.960 But we don't live in a country like that yet.

00:21:33.120 But what Binger's doing by going on the Bar Association podcast

00:21:38.020 is he is shoring up his support with the establishment.

00:21:42.180 This is the establishment going to Binger and saying,

00:21:44.440 hey, we know that you broke the rules.

00:21:47.740 We know that you broke the law.

00:21:49.320 We know that you went above war

00:21:50.640 because you did what you had to do

00:21:52.540 as a good little foot soldier for the regime.

00:21:55.180 And we're going to take care of you.

00:21:57.220 We're going to make sure that none of these big, bad citizens,

00:22:02.200 these freedom lovers, these patriots,

00:22:05.500 aren't going to have any effect on you.

00:22:06.940 You're going to be taken care of.

00:22:08.560 You're going to be fine.

00:22:09.820 That's the message that's being sent here.

00:22:12.020 Binger is going to get a book deal.

00:22:13.660 He might even get a judgeship out of this.

00:22:16.560 In 10 years in Kenosha, you're going to see Judge Binger.

00:22:32.060 What's that?

00:22:43.300 It's time for Fauci in a Pouchy.

00:22:44.820 It's amazing.

00:22:45.880 But before we go, it's time for today's moment of history.

00:22:50.760 Today's a big one.

00:22:51.540 It is, we just had the 103rd birthday.

00:22:55.220 It would have been the 103rd birthday

00:22:56.340 of Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

00:22:58.440 Solzhenitsyn was a Russian dissident

00:23:00.020 who described what happened in the revolution there.

00:23:02.480 One thing he wrote towards the end of his life,

00:23:04.320 he said,

00:23:05.480 if I were asked today to formulate as concisely as possible

00:23:08.880 the main cause for the revolution

00:23:10.400 that swallowed up 60 million of our people,

00:23:12.560 I could not put it more accurately than to repeat,

00:23:15.280 men have forgotten God.

00:23:17.400 That's why all of this happened.

00:23:19.940 Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

00:23:21.980 Ladies and gentlemen,

00:23:22.700 you have my permission to lay ashore.

00:23:24.620 Ladies and gentlemen,

00:23:24.760 you have my permission to lay ashore.
