00:01:04.540 a phone call that took place in late September between DOJ lawyer Marty Letterman and the rest
00:01:11.260 of the staff of the White House. This call was regarding religious exemptions and religious
00:01:15.860 accommodations. Listen to what this DOJ lawyer had to say about religious exemptions when it
00:01:22.300 comes to the issue of abortion. Cases. And for instance, in the New York case that's currently
00:01:27.960 going on against the state of New York, the Thomas More Society is representing a bunch of
00:01:32.000 doctors and nurses who claim that they would sing gravely if they acted in cooperation with
00:01:38.560 the evil of abortion. How would they be doing so? The claim is that all three of the current
00:01:44.780 vaccines either have fetal cells that were obtained by abortions in the vaccine itself, or in the case
00:01:54.700 of Pfizer and Moderna, that those vaccines were tested using fetal cells that had been aborted.
00:02:00.440 And even the connection to the previous testing makes them cooperative with evil in a way that
00:02:06.400 their religion prohibits. I don't want to say anything too categorical, but I believe that when
00:02:12.500 this claim will be very difficult for agencies to successfully claim that that's either insincere
00:02:20.620 or non-religious, even if it is, even if we know that many of those claims are not sincere,
00:02:26.160 or are sincere but not religious, this is the most common claim you're going to confront probably,
00:02:32.760 and it's likely that you will have to take as a given the employee's claim. Not always,
00:02:38.980 right? One response that some hospitals have started to give is, well, do you know that Tylenol
00:02:44.800 and Tums and Preparation H, those were all tested using aborted fetal cell lines too, and I expect that
00:02:51.320 employees will then say, well, I didn't know that, but now that you tell me that, I'll stop using those
00:02:55.680 products as well. And then we will turn to what does the government have to do once the employee
00:03:03.100 makes that show. And here, basically, there is a compelling interest, obviously, in keeping our
00:03:10.380 workforce and the public with which we interact safe from COVID.
00:03:15.060 So I want to be incredibly clear about this. What he's saying is, now, we know that many of
00:03:22.840 these exemptions, these religious exemptions, accommodations, may not be sincere, that the
00:03:29.300 employees are not sincere in their religious beliefs. So this DOJ official thinks that it's
00:03:35.660 incumbent on him, he is the one, to decide what your religious beliefs are. He's the one who gets
00:03:42.340 to make the decision whether or not you have a duly held religious belief. This is who's running our
00:03:50.240 government, ladies and gentlemen. These are the people at the highest levels of the United States
00:03:56.060 administration under Biden. They will determine whether you are sincere or not. And listen to
00:04:02.140 his words, listen to the specific words that he uses. We know that most of them aren't sincere.
00:04:09.500 And then he brings up this, you know, this joke, this canard, complete canard. Frank Luntz and I
00:04:14.280 got into it over this on Twitter recently, when he talks about aspirin. Aspirin has been used
00:04:19.580 for hundreds of years, right? Let's go back to Bayer, the 1800s. Willow root has been used for
00:04:25.940 thousands of years, right? This is a complete canard. But they know that they can use this up
00:04:31.940 to try to sow dissension and doubt and uncertainty on you and on your religious beliefs. And I've said
00:04:39.180 this before to the pro-life community, this is the seminal issue. If you are pro-life, you need
00:04:46.280 to step up and say it's time to end abortion testing, right? Be firm on this. Vegans won't eat
00:04:53.800 honey. Universities will pay reparations for something that happened hundreds of years ago,
00:04:58.700 right? So when it comes to this, even if it is distant, you need to demand that companies in the
00:05:03.540 United States be better. And when it comes to this, be firm. If you are a federal employee,
00:05:08.980 you need to sue. You need to sue the federal government, sue your administration,
00:05:13.260 sue your agency, whatever you're in. Take them to court. You have First Amendment rights to
00:05:20.660 religious protections under the United States of America. And you either have your rights or you
00:05:25.860 don't. I'm sorry. I'm very sorry, but you're going to have to fight for them because that's the
00:05:30.980 situation we're in here today. Now, the White House official that gave this to us, we thank them

00:14:15.920 He is someone who pledged to attack the Florida capital in Tallahassee.
00:14:21.980 He said that he was going to go there and raise a militia in order to attack it.
00:14:25.460 Now, this isn't the first time that he's been involved in militia activity.
00:14:28.480 Daniel Allen Baker also traveled overseas to train with Kurdish militia and the YPG, these left-wing foreign fighters, in northeast Syria.
