00:00:00.220 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition Human Events Daily. We have a white 0.97
00:00:04.420 hot story for you today, folks. This program today has obtained leaked audio from a White 0.97
00:00:11.540 House phone call, including a DOJ lawyer discussing religious exemptions to the vaccine mandates
00:00:18.160 on abortion. You have to hear this. You have to hear what this person said. Next, Southwest,
00:00:24.940 a Freedom Flu protest and new breaking news about employees that have decided to not take
00:00:31.320 the vaccine next. And a veteran Antifa member who took part in the CHAZ has been sentenced to 3.5
00:00:37.560 years in federal prison. And finally, the G7 is planning to roll out a new program called the
00:00:43.620 Central Bank Digital Currency. All of this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.
00:00:54.940 Human Events Daily has exclusively obtained leaked audio from a White House official of
00:01:04.540 a phone call that took place in late September between DOJ lawyer Marty Letterman and the rest
00:01:11.260 of the staff of the White House. This call was regarding religious exemptions and religious
00:01:15.860 accommodations. Listen to what this DOJ lawyer had to say about religious exemptions when it
00:01:22.300 comes to the issue of abortion. Cases. And for instance, in the New York case that's currently
00:01:27.960 going on against the state of New York, the Thomas More Society is representing a bunch of
00:01:32.000 doctors and nurses who claim that they would sing gravely if they acted in cooperation with
00:01:38.560 the evil of abortion. How would they be doing so? The claim is that all three of the current
00:01:44.780 vaccines either have fetal cells that were obtained by abortions in the vaccine itself, or in the case
00:01:54.700 of Pfizer and Moderna, that those vaccines were tested using fetal cells that had been aborted.
00:02:00.440 And even the connection to the previous testing makes them cooperative with evil in a way that
00:02:06.400 their religion prohibits. I don't want to say anything too categorical, but I believe that when
00:02:12.500 this claim will be very difficult for agencies to successfully claim that that's either insincere
00:02:20.620 or non-religious, even if it is, even if we know that many of those claims are not sincere,
00:02:26.160 or are sincere but not religious, this is the most common claim you're going to confront probably,
00:02:32.760 and it's likely that you will have to take as a given the employee's claim. Not always,
00:02:38.980 right? One response that some hospitals have started to give is, well, do you know that Tylenol
00:02:44.800 and Tums and Preparation H, those were all tested using aborted fetal cell lines too, and I expect that 0.92
00:02:51.320 employees will then say, well, I didn't know that, but now that you tell me that, I'll stop using those
00:02:55.680 products as well. And then we will turn to what does the government have to do once the employee 0.75
00:03:03.100 makes that show. And here, basically, there is a compelling interest, obviously, in keeping our
00:03:10.380 workforce and the public with which we interact safe from COVID.
00:03:15.060 So I want to be incredibly clear about this. What he's saying is, now, we know that many of
00:03:22.840 these exemptions, these religious exemptions, accommodations, may not be sincere, that the
00:03:29.300 employees are not sincere in their religious beliefs. So this DOJ official thinks that it's
00:03:35.660 incumbent on him, he is the one, to decide what your religious beliefs are. He's the one who gets
00:03:42.340 to make the decision whether or not you have a duly held religious belief. This is who's running our
00:03:50.240 government, ladies and gentlemen. These are the people at the highest levels of the United States
00:03:56.060 administration under Biden. They will determine whether you are sincere or not. And listen to
00:04:02.140 his words, listen to the specific words that he uses. We know that most of them aren't sincere.
00:04:09.500 And then he brings up this, you know, this joke, this canard, complete canard. Frank Luntz and I
00:04:14.280 got into it over this on Twitter recently, when he talks about aspirin. Aspirin has been used
00:04:19.580 for hundreds of years, right? Let's go back to Bayer, the 1800s. Willow root has been used for
00:04:25.940 thousands of years, right? This is a complete canard. But they know that they can use this up
00:04:31.940 to try to sow dissension and doubt and uncertainty on you and on your religious beliefs. And I've said
00:04:39.180 this before to the pro-life community, this is the seminal issue. If you are pro-life, you need
00:04:46.280 to step up and say it's time to end abortion testing, right? Be firm on this. Vegans won't eat 0.96
00:04:53.800 honey. Universities will pay reparations for something that happened hundreds of years ago,
00:04:58.700 right? So when it comes to this, even if it is distant, you need to demand that companies in the
00:05:03.540 United States be better. And when it comes to this, be firm. If you are a federal employee,
00:05:08.980 you need to sue. You need to sue the federal government, sue your administration,
00:05:13.260 sue your agency, whatever you're in. Take them to court. You have First Amendment rights to
00:05:20.660 religious protections under the United States of America. And you either have your rights or you 0.53
00:05:25.860 don't. I'm sorry. I'm very sorry, but you're going to have to fight for them because that's the
00:05:30.980 situation we're in here today. Now, the White House official that gave this to us, we thank them
00:05:35.760 very, very much for providing this information to us. And we'll continue, by the way, to provide more
00:05:41.480 inside information as to what's going on inside the Biden administration, as to what this regime
00:05:47.120 is pushing on the federal workforce and to the people that do have sincerely held religious
00:05:53.660 beliefs, as opposed to what DOJ officials and what Biden and everybody else are telling them
00:05:59.500 that they ought to believe and what they should believe. No, no, no. They'll tell you what they
00:06:04.040 believe. Southwest Airlines just this morning announced they are going to be dropping their
00:06:13.760 plan to put unvaccinated workers on an unpaid leave status starting in December. Why are they
00:06:19.960 doing this? Because of the freedom flu, the protests, the sick outs. They said it was, oh,
00:06:25.880 it's just the weather. It wasn't just the weather. We knew it wasn't just the weather. And the people
00:06:30.480 that work for that airline were actually out there just yesterday at their headquarters,
00:06:35.340 Love Field, in Dallas. My friend Savannah Hernandez was down there. Look at this footage that she got
00:06:40.960 from this massive freedom flu protest right outside Southwest headquarters. Take a look.
00:06:46.060 my body, my choice. Bye. Bye. My body, my choice. My body, my choice. My body, my choice. Sorry I
00:07:07.020 All right, so we're here with the pilot from Southwest who has a sign that reads no jabs
00:07:27.520 for jobs. Can you talk to us about why you're out here today?
00:07:30.160 Yep, I think it's fairly well known that our CEO is trying to mandate the vaccine for all
00:07:36.800 of the employees, and this is just all of the employee groups represented here today, whether
00:07:41.420 there's Flight Ops, Ground Ops, Provo, anyone that has any department with Southwest is out
00:07:47.300 here, just telling our CEO to stand up for Texas, stand up for our freedom of choice.
00:07:53.300 As you can tell, we're getting lots of attention here, and just no vaccines should be required.
00:08:02.580 There's no medical tyranny should be allowed at Southwest Airlines.
00:08:05.420 We're the love airline, the airline of freedom.
00:08:08.180 Our slogan is freedom, and yet our executive management is trying to take away our freedoms
00:08:13.480 of choice.
00:08:14.480 What would your message to President Joe Biden be?
00:08:18.980 I think it's very clear Joe Biden needs to start standing up for America and not for the
00:08:23.620 foreign nationals that are supporting him.
00:08:28.360 And it's just as simple as that, ladies and gentlemen.
00:08:30.920 The working men and women of this country have a voice.
00:08:35.640 You actually have all the power, right?
00:08:37.280 I talked about this before when I talked about the history of Poland, that in the solidarity
00:08:41.320 movement against the Soviet Union, against the communist regime that had taken over Poland,
00:08:46.140 it was the workers, it was the dock workers of the shipyards that led the fight forward.
00:08:50.740 They said, we are going to stop.
00:08:51.980 We are going to shut down economic activity.
00:08:54.980 We're going to shut down trade, of course, transport, all of that infrastructure, that
00:08:59.060 human capital that played that huge role in being the backbone of the country.
00:09:03.200 They put their shoulder to the wheel and they said, no mas, we are not going along with this
00:09:08.860 anymore.
00:09:09.740 And I've said before, by the way, that it's your personal decision.
00:09:13.460 Now, it's been my personal decision, my family's personal decision.
00:09:16.380 And I've said this publicly, we are not vaccinated.
00:09:18.700 Though I should probably add, yes, of course, we are vaccinated for every single other vaccine
00:09:24.340 that's required out there.
00:09:25.600 I was in the U.S. military.
00:09:27.100 Of course, you get shot with everything.
00:09:28.600 You walk up and down vaccine alley, you know, all up and down, you get the left side, the
00:09:32.620 right side, the left side, the right side, shoulder, shoulder, shoulder, shoulder.
00:09:35.700 And the last one, the last one goes somewhere else.
00:09:38.200 Then when I went to Guantanamo Bay, you get the TB shot, tuberculosis, because when you
00:09:42.620 come in contact with the detainees, particularly from Afghanistan, tuberculosis is still an issue
00:09:47.600 there.
00:09:47.780 So they determined that I should get the tuberculosis vaccine.
00:09:50.000 So I got that one as well, right?
00:09:51.640 Perfectly fine with getting all those vaccines.
00:09:53.660 It was perfectly fine.
00:09:55.060 But when it came to this thing, because we've already had it, because we've had COVID, both 0.67
00:10:00.600 myself and my wife, like real COVID, like on my butt, wasn't the flu, you know, mainlining
00:10:08.300 DayQuil and NightQuil for a week straight, right? 0.51
00:10:11.360 We have natural immunity.
00:10:13.120 So I don't understand, right?
00:10:15.120 Don't get me wrong.
00:10:15.880 I understand the arguments, but we've made the decision.
00:10:18.440 We also look at it from a pro-life perspective that we're not going to go for it.
00:10:22.040 That's our decision.
00:10:23.380 The workers of this country have a decision to make as well.
00:10:26.080 And you're seeing it now spread beyond the airlines.
00:10:29.640 Americans making decisions.
00:10:30.940 Delta is now making decisions.
00:10:32.220 It's spreading beyond that to the military.
00:10:34.040 It's spreading beyond that to the police departments.
00:10:36.820 Chicago, right?
00:10:37.920 With 50%.
00:10:38.820 TSA agents, by the way.
00:10:40.420 I just flew this weekend.
00:10:41.200 We spoke in Denver last night at the Centennial Institute.
00:10:45.340 Fantastic, fantastic event.
00:10:48.100 Really go support them.
00:10:49.740 Colorado Christian University.
00:10:51.240 The Centennial Institute.
00:10:52.620 Jeff Hunt, thank you so much for having me out.
00:10:54.840 But when I flew, when I flew, I noticed that only one TSA checkpoint was open.
00:11:01.560 That's because the TSA is now seeing a worker shortage as well.
00:11:04.620 What do you suppose is behind all of that?
00:11:06.420 Now, again, I'm not saying all of this is being done because of the vaccine mandates.
00:11:10.060 But understand that COVID policy and our complete mismanagement of this situation has led to where we are as a country today.
00:11:18.400 That's where we are in terms of these labor shortages.
00:11:20.680 And that's where we're going to be if they continue to want to push this thing by December 8th.
00:11:24.760 Of course, December 8th is December, the biggest travel month of the entire year, Christmas and New Year's.
00:11:30.900 You do not want to use that time to shut down your travel.
00:11:34.220 You look at the problems with the supply chains right now.
00:11:36.300 But as well, you also have to say, because we're having problems with getting stuff overseas, get your Christmas shopping in now.
00:11:44.800 Order American.
00:11:45.620 Go to MyPillow.com.
00:11:47.720 Use promo code POSO for up to 66% off.
00:11:50.820 Order American.
00:11:51.820 Beat the supply chains.
00:11:53.360 Put money back into the United States of America.

00:11:59.160 You will not regret it.
00:12:00.280 Okay, so huge news, folks.
00:12:06.440 I know I've been talking about Turning Points America Fest.
00:12:09.820 It's going to be December 18th to 21st, Phoenix, Arizona.
00:12:13.880 You need to be there.
00:12:14.880 And I remember I've been telling you for all this time that I wish I could tell you some of the speakers who will be there.
00:12:21.020 Well, guess what?
00:12:21.920 It just dropped today.
00:12:24.180 The official list, or I should say the start of the official list of speakers.
00:12:28.700 This isn't everybody, but listen to some of the names that we're able to say right now.
00:12:32.960 Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson, Kayleigh McEnany, Ted Cruz, Jesse Waters, Candace Owens, Donald Trump Jr., Madison Cawthorn, myself, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Congressman Jim Jordan, and even Sarah Palin is going to be there.
00:12:47.880 Folks, this is the hottest ticket in conservative space today.
00:12:54.640 Make sure you go there.
00:12:56.100 Go to TurningPoint.com.
00:12:57.740 Get your tickets right now because once these are sold out, they're done.
00:13:00.640 So don't come to me and say, Poso, you know, give me the hookup. 1.00
00:13:03.880 Can you get me in?
00:13:05.160 Can you do something?
00:13:05.960 Can you get me?
00:13:06.600 Look, guys, I am giving you fair warning.
00:13:09.460 We are two months out from this thing.
00:13:11.440 Go and get your tickets now.
00:13:13.260 Get your accommodations.
00:13:14.440 Get all your stuff set up.
00:13:15.560 Because once this thing is gone, it's going to be the hottest thing.
00:13:18.640 And what I haven't been able to announce yet is the country music acts that are going to be playing there.
00:13:23.380 And I've been asking myself, please, can I just, can I say, because it's A++.
00:13:26.800 It's A++.
00:13:28.220 It might even be, honestly, some of the names A+++.
00:13:31.740 I would give them the third plus.
00:13:32.960 I actually would give them the third plus.
00:13:34.320 Not all of them.
00:13:35.140 Some of them are just plus plus.
00:13:36.300 But some of them, definitely the third plus.
00:13:39.060 Go there.
00:13:40.460 Get your tickets now.
00:13:41.920 Lock it in.
00:13:43.120 Massive.
00:13:43.840 Tucker will be there.
00:13:44.700 I'll be there.
00:13:46.160 Charlie, Don Jr.
00:13:47.660 It's going to be amazing.
00:13:49.720 You might even say, it's going to be huge.
00:13:52.020 Let's get into our next story, though, because this is actually a big one.
00:13:56.260 An Antifa member has just been sentenced to 3.5 years in federal prison.
00:14:04.820 His name is Daniel Allen Baker.
00:14:07.820 What's the background of Daniel Allen Baker?
00:14:09.740 I wrote about this in my book, Antifa, Stories from Inside the Black Bloc.
00:14:13.840 And I wrote about him very specifically.
00:14:15.920 He is someone who pledged to attack the Florida capital in Tallahassee.
00:14:21.980 He said that he was going to go there and raise a militia in order to attack it.
00:14:25.460 Now, this isn't the first time that he's been involved in militia activity.
00:14:28.480 Daniel Allen Baker also traveled overseas to train with Kurdish militia and the YPG, these left-wing foreign fighters, in northeast Syria.
00:14:38.700 He went up there and he was fighting with them.
00:14:41.140 He claims that he was a sniper.
00:14:42.920 He then traveled to Seattle during Chaz last year when I was there to become one of the armed militia that took over a six-square-block radius of downtown Seattle.
00:14:54.720 And he was involved because of tweets that we have of him.
00:14:57.960 We know that he was involved.
00:14:59.200 We don't know if he was actually pulling the trigger.
00:15:00.780 But he puts himself, because of these tweets, at the scene of a double shooting that took place toward the end of Chaz.
00:15:08.320 Here's video from right after that incident.
00:15:10.500 So, I just want to hear this.
00:15:13.940 This guy came through here, broke through the barricade, and the defense people here stopped this person. 0.99
00:15:21.400 That's what I'm under the ass. 0.99
00:15:22.660 Yes. 1.00
00:15:23.140 Okay, it was two people?
00:15:25.760 Yeah, two people in the car.
00:15:27.140 Two people in the car.
00:15:28.360 And it looks like both of them were hit.
00:15:30.520 And both of these people were hit by defense.
00:15:33.620 Okay, so they didn't...
00:15:35.140 Now, this actually is a quite significant development.
00:15:37.620 And, of course, it's only being covered in, you know, I see it on Tallahassee.com.
00:15:41.900 I see it in some local news.
00:15:43.320 This isn't getting wall-to-wall coverage.
00:15:45.060 They'll go and show every single one of the grandmoms from January 6th who was walking around the Capitol and taking a selfie because she thought she was on a tour, didn't even cross the velvet ropes.
00:15:57.080 You know, and they'll send huge teams in, and it gets wall-to-wall coverage on CNN and MSNBC.
00:16:01.180 But I guarantee you, you will not see this story anywhere else, that a hardened left-wing militant who received overseas training in extremism and military training,
00:16:13.380 who traveled to Chaz in Seattle to put that training to use.
00:16:18.100 In my book, I even talk about how he said that he wanted to go to Chaz to institute even more violence, more attacks. 0.60
00:16:25.120 He was talking about getting AK-47s.
00:16:27.180 He wanted to build bombs.
00:16:28.440 He wanted to build IEDs.
00:16:29.540 He didn't think that they were going far enough in Chaz.
00:16:33.000 Even after all the people that were killed, even after all the brutal destruction that took place there in Chaz, he didn't think that it went far enough.
00:16:42.540 This is Daniel Allen Baker.
00:16:43.740 And then he started planning an attack on the Florida Capitol in Tallahassee, of course, Ron DeSantis, his governor there.
00:16:51.700 Understand where we are in this country.
00:16:53.900 Understand what moment of the movie you're in.
00:16:56.300 We got one of them.
00:16:57.200 But there are so many more hardened Antifa out there that are allowed to operate.
00:17:03.720 You know, one thing that we've been doing on this show that I don't think you're going to get anywhere else, Human Events Daily, we are telling you the future.
00:17:14.280 We are giving you stuff days in advance, weeks in advance, months in advance.
00:17:18.420 We played, of course, the White House audio for you this morning.
00:17:21.300 You're not going to have that anywhere else.
00:17:22.740 That comes directly from a White House official that specifically gave it to Human Events Daily because they believed in the power of this program, the power of this audience.
00:17:31.780 Be the influence agent.
00:17:33.400 Make sure you are sharing this out with everyone.

00:17:38.600 Let them hear the DOJ and the White House in their own words.
00:17:42.820 Now, I want to give you someone else in their own words.
00:17:45.100 This is the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
00:17:48.680 Right.
00:17:48.840 This is a British title.
00:17:50.080 It's the number two, actually, British member of parliament, member of the government, right under Boris Johnson.
00:17:56.420 His name is Rishi Sunak, and he is talking about something called a new G7 report on the central bank digital currencies.
00:18:05.680 What is this?
00:18:06.620 This is the Great Reset's answer to Bitcoin.
00:18:09.580 We've told you before about how the Great Reset is aiming to remake the world financial system.
00:18:14.460 But Bitcoin stands in their way as a decentralized currency that central banks and governments cannot control.
00:18:22.960 So what's their answer?
00:18:24.520 The central banks are going to be instituting their own digital currencies.
00:18:29.320 Listen to what he says and listen to how he talks about it.
00:18:31.240 Today, I'm proud to say that under the UK's presidency, the group of the world's seven most advanced economies, the G7, is launching a set of public policy principles for retail central bank digital currencies, CBDCs.
00:18:46.900 Central bank digital currencies could be a digital version of money, a bit like a digital banknote that could be used alongside physical notes and coins.
00:18:55.240 Unlike most of the digital money people use daily today, it would be issued directly by a central bank, like the Bank of England in the UK.
00:19:04.220 And governments and central banks across the world are working together, looking into what having a digital currency might mean in practice.
00:19:13.080 This includes issues that people care about, such as ensuring users' money would be safe and secure, that it could work with other ways to pay, would be energy efficient and available to everyone.
00:19:23.600 A potential CBDC could offer businesses and consumers new ways to pay in the future.
00:19:31.020 It's all part of the wider story of digital innovation that has delivered benefits to millions around the world and in the UK.
00:19:38.740 The decision on whether to launch a central bank digital currency is for each country to make, and no G7 jurisdiction has yet made that choice.
00:19:47.140 These decisions raise important questions about the reshaping of our economy, financial systems, and the way in which people interact with money and payments.
00:19:55.780 That's why working together and careful evaluation with our international partners is essential.
00:20:02.180 I love this guy. I love it. It's like, it's so wonderful.
00:20:05.340 We're going to have a digital currency, and I see that you guys like your Bitcoin so much, so what we're going to do, it's so nice, we're going to have digital currencies.
00:20:13.680 It's kind of like Bitcoin, but it's controlled by us, and it's controlled by the central banks.
00:20:17.980 In fact, maybe it would be so good that we'll just merge all of it together, and we'll make one global currency that's directly controlled by all the central banks in the G7.
00:20:25.960 Don't you see how wonderful this is, right? Of course, now, we know China did the same thing with the digital yuan, but this is totally different.
00:20:32.440 We're not just copying China's system. No, no, no. This is different.
00:20:35.960 Ours, of course, is called CBDC. It's quite different from China's, which is called the yuan.
00:20:42.080 So you see, it's completely separate. Folks, we see what you're doing.
00:20:47.360 You want to take away this store of value. You've inflated fiat currency beyond.
00:20:53.040 You've stretched it beyond its normal lifespan, and now you're trying to take over the digital space.
00:20:59.700 You're going to outlaw, you're going to try to outlaw crypto and push everyone onto this.
00:21:03.980 We see you.
00:21:05.040 Thank you so much again for watching us here, Human Events Daily.
00:21:08.500 We really appreciate everything you do. Make sure that you go. Be the influence agent.
00:21:12.380 Remember our motto, be good, be brief, be gone.
00:21:15.780 And of course, go and leave us a review. It actually gives us a lot of help.
00:21:19.480 We thank you very much for this. It's so incredibly important.
00:21:22.240 You must go. You must leave us a review. Do not give up. Do not give up the fight.
00:21:27.540 We are in this moment, and we're in it together.
00:21:30.240 But of course, before I go, it's time for today's moment of history.
00:21:34.660 And yes, we were just dunking on the British, but there was a reason for that. 1.00
00:21:37.940 Because today's moment in history, the Battle of Yorktown, the final battle of the U.S. Revolution,
00:21:44.960 where George Washington accepted the surrender, and the United States of America won its freedom and independence.
00:21:53.960 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
