00:01:03.200 Point USA.
00:01:04.300 Today's top stories.
00:01:05.960 The judge has ruled that the mob members in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial can be referred
00:01:11.400 to as rioters, arsonists, and looters.
00:01:14.420 We'll break that down next.
00:01:15.640 An Alec Baldwin update straight from Santa Fe.
00:01:18.580 Third, huge story, Speaker Pelosi may not be running for re-election.
00:01:22.780 And finally, a Loudoun County update.
00:01:25.440 All of the insanity that's going on there.
00:01:27.400 All of us in more ahead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:40.140 Judge Bruce Schroeder, Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:01:43.880 They don't make them like this anymore.
00:01:47.000 These type of judges are not long for this world.
00:01:49.700 He's an older guy, appointed by a Democrat, by the way.
00:01:52.560 And he is on the bench.
00:01:54.320 He's presiding over the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
00:01:57.000 Judges like this won't be around forever.
00:01:58.720 And one day, the bench will be controlled by millennials.
00:02:01.360 So just think about how different this country is going to be.
00:02:04.860 Well, let's get into the story here.
00:02:06.040 The men shot by Kyle Rittenhouse out of Chicago Tribune
00:02:09.840 can be described as rioters and looters, but not victims.
00:02:14.460 The judge rules ahead of the trial.
00:02:16.240 Kyle Rittenhouse lawyers can refer to the men he shot as rioters and looters,
00:02:19.920 but prosecutors still may not call them victims at any time
00:02:22.340 during the teen's upcoming murder trial.
00:02:25.140 Schroeder cautioned the defense team against using pejorative terms
00:02:27.880 during the opening statements,
00:02:29.220 but he said they could use it in their closing arguments
00:02:31.340 if the evidence suggested the men engaged in criminal acts.
00:02:35.200 He can demonize them if he wants,
00:02:37.140 if he thinks it will win points with the jury.
00:02:39.100 He also pointed out, by the way, and I saw this video,
00:02:42.600 that not a lot of people are mentioning this,
00:02:44.700 that he went to the prosecutor and also said
00:02:46.600 that the prosecutors can lionize these guys if they want to,
00:02:50.220 if they're making their argument.
00:02:51.300 You can be persuasive in your arguments,
00:02:53.580 is what the judge was saying.
00:02:54.660 But what he was specifically pushing back against
00:02:56.620 was this idea of calling them victims,
00:02:58.920 because obviously that's the question that's up to the jury.
00:03:01.980 For the jury to decide, were they aggressors
00:03:04.980 and Kyle Rittenhouse was committing an act of self-defense,
00:03:08.140 he was acting in self-defense,
00:03:09.660 or were they victims that were targeted by Kyle Rittenhouse?
00:03:13.280 Obviously, that's the entire question of the trial.
00:03:15.800 So he's saying, I don't want you to prejudice this entire thing.
00:03:19.340 You can be persuasive,
00:03:20.520 but I want to put some limits on what you're doing.
00:03:22.560 But listen to the prosecutor.
00:03:25.000 I'm going to play some clips for you
00:03:26.260 of the prosecutor in this case,
00:03:27.920 because honestly, I think his case is falling apart.
00:03:30.880 There's another point that I want to make, Your Honor,
00:03:32.760 that is akin to what you had said
00:03:35.220 when you ruled against us on the CBS video
00:03:37.540 and on the fight at the lake.
00:03:39.600 You believed that there was no factual commonality
00:03:43.580 between those prior events
00:03:45.020 and what the defendant did on the night of August 25th.
00:03:47.680 What I'm hearing the defense say is,
00:03:49.760 for example, Mr. Rosenbaum started fires that night.
00:03:53.000 Well, that has nothing to do with the allegation
00:03:57.340 that he chased after Mr. Rittenhouse
00:03:59.100 and tried to physically attack him.
00:04:01.540 Arsonists or alleged arson
00:04:03.380 has nothing to do with an alleged physical assault.
00:04:06.860 There is an argument that Mr. Rosenbaum
00:04:09.160 was shouting racial slurs.
00:04:12.300 That has nothing to do with a physical assault.
00:04:15.360 There is an allegation that he's telling other people
00:04:17.900 at Ultimate Gas Station to shoot him,
00:04:20.360 which clearly is different
00:04:24.580 than what was going on with Mr. Rittenhouse.
00:04:27.060 He clearly didn't want Mr. Rittenhouse to shoot him,
00:04:29.320 so I don't see that there's any commonality there.
00:04:31.840 So this is bad character evidence, Your Honor.
00:04:35.600 This is an attempt to tell the jury
00:04:37.060 Mr. Rosenbaum's a bad guy and deserved to die.
00:04:39.520 That's really what it is.
00:04:40.760 He was an arsonist.
00:04:41.860 He was a rioter.
00:04:42.740 He was starting fights,
00:04:44.260 or he's not starting fights.
00:04:45.220 He was starting problems.
00:04:46.420 He was disorderly.
00:04:47.360 He was loud.
00:04:48.220 He was whatever.
00:04:49.700 Therefore, it was okay for the defendant to kill him.
00:04:54.660 That's really what's going on here, Your Honor.
00:04:56.200 And that's not at all what 90404 allows.
00:04:59.120 And if there were any evidence in this case,
00:05:02.980 and I would love to hear it,
00:05:04.620 because I haven't seen it,
00:05:05.640 if there was any evidence in this case
00:05:07.060 that Mr. Rosenbaum physically attacked anyone else that night,
00:05:11.100 chased anyone else that night,
00:05:12.900 assaulted anyone else that night,
00:05:14.740 threatened anybody with a weapon that night,
00:05:16.960 we can talk about that.
00:05:19.720 But I don't hear any evidence to that effect.
00:05:21.760 All we're talking about is arson.
00:05:23.140 We're talking about being loud and disorderly.
00:05:25.340 We're talking about, you know, being-
00:05:26.820 I can't believe some of the things you're seeing.
00:05:28.280 I mean, all we're talking about is arson.
00:05:30.040 Come on.
00:05:30.900 This prosecutor, and that's, by the way,
00:05:32.780 that's not the judge you're listening to.
00:05:34.520 That's not the defense.
00:05:35.920 That's the state.
00:05:37.440 That's the prosecutor, the DA in this thing.
00:05:40.020 And he's saying, well, you know, it's just,
00:05:42.100 all we're talking about is arson.
00:05:43.800 It's just a little bit of arson, right?
00:05:45.920 He was, all he was trying to do was burn down the gas station
00:05:49.880 and Kyle Rittenhouse got in his way.
00:05:52.280 And so, of course, then he tries to pull the gun,
00:05:55.140 as you do.
00:05:56.440 This is your case.
00:05:57.780 This is the best you got.
00:05:59.860 This is honestly the best you got, dude, right?
00:06:02.520 Honestly, if Kyle Rittenhouse-
00:06:06.080 Now, the trial starts Monday.
00:06:08.040 The trial starts November 1st.
00:06:09.720 If Rittenhouse and his legal team do a good job
00:06:13.520 in jury selection, right?
00:06:15.380 That's really what this is going to come down to.
00:06:17.480 Do you get people on that jury who are pro-BLM, pro-Antifa,
00:06:21.720 or are you going to get people that are not necessarily
00:06:24.300 pro-conservative, but, or pro-Second Amendment,
00:06:26.620 and maybe you will, but what you really want,
00:06:28.840 what Kyle's legal team wants,
00:06:29.920 is a group of people up there,
00:06:32.480 or a number of people, at least, on that jury,
00:06:34.760 enough to conclude that there's reasonable doubt
00:06:37.840 and conclude that he was acting in his mind
00:06:40.560 in self-defense, that there was no criminal intent,
00:06:43.140 that they didn't want the city of Kenosha burned down.
00:06:46.440 And you've got a lot of people there still to this day,
00:06:48.680 and I've been back twice to Kenosha since this happened.
00:06:50.980 You've got many people very, very, very upset
00:06:54.060 about what those rioters, looters, and arsonists did.
00:06:59.920 So I got a lot of pushback on social media,
00:07:04.980 all over the place for saying that it was possible
00:07:09.480 that criminal charges were on the table
00:07:12.000 in the Alec Baldwin case.
00:07:14.240 I got a lot of pushback.
00:07:15.660 I got a lot of heat.
00:07:16.540 Well, guess what?
00:07:18.600 The sheriff's office just came out,
00:07:21.560 and the DA just came out,
00:07:23.300 Mary Carmack Altwise,
00:07:25.360 and she stated,
00:07:27.200 and this is no, by the way,
00:07:28.420 no conservative, Republican, et cetera, et cetera,
00:07:31.660 criminal charges are on the table
00:07:34.160 in the Alec Baldwin shooting case,
00:07:36.700 say prosecutors,
00:07:37.880 as it emerges,
00:07:39.200 the crew were using the actor's gun
00:07:41.680 to shoot cans with live ammo
00:07:44.160 just hours before the tragic death on set.
00:07:48.580 So criminal charges are potentially on the cable.
00:07:52.980 Now, I've talked to a lot of gunners about this.
00:07:54.960 I'm a gun owner.
00:07:55.980 I'm a supporter of the Second Amendment.
00:07:57.940 I'm someone who's been in the military.
00:07:59.240 I've had a lot of training on this.
00:08:00.580 It's very simple.
00:08:02.200 There are four basic rules
00:08:04.680 when it comes to gun safety,
00:08:06.160 and the very first rule,
00:08:07.700 the very first rule
00:08:08.960 is always assume your gun is loaded.
00:08:12.560 The fact that he didn't check
00:08:14.220 while holding an inherently dangerous instrument,
00:08:18.120 that he knew, right,
00:08:19.720 that he knew could have the potential
00:08:22.420 to cause grievous bodily harm
00:08:25.660 and potentially fatal injury,
00:08:28.640 and he didn't check.
00:08:30.920 Bottom line is this, folks.
00:08:32.260 There is no special rule.
00:08:34.860 There's no special rule for actors
00:08:36.980 when it comes to involuntary manslaughter, right?
00:08:40.580 There's no rule whatsoever.
00:08:42.200 The law is the law.
00:08:44.140 It doesn't say,
00:08:44.940 oh, I was an actor.
00:08:45.660 I was doing a scene
00:08:46.780 and the armorer came up to me.
00:08:48.820 No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:08:50.000 We played Andrew Branca before,
00:08:51.780 Law of Self-Defense.
00:08:52.800 Go read his work on this
00:08:53.780 over at Legal Insurrection.
00:08:55.260 He's very clear about this.
00:08:57.320 It does not matter,
00:08:58.280 and even under New Mexico case law,
00:09:00.400 it doesn't matter who loaded the gun.
00:09:03.700 What matters is your reckless behavior
00:09:06.920 while handling that instrument.
00:09:08.880 Same way that if you drink
00:09:10.640 and get behind the wheel of a car,
00:09:12.260 which is, of course,
00:09:13.140 potentially an inherently dangerous instrument,
00:09:15.220 and then you hit somebody,
00:09:16.740 guess what?
00:09:17.420 That is involuntary manslaughter
00:09:19.720 because of your poor behavior,
00:09:22.560 your poor judgment,
00:09:23.620 your poor decisions
00:09:24.400 led to the death of someone else.
00:09:27.180 Period.
00:09:27.640 End of story.
00:09:28.520 Now, Baldwin may not be the only one
00:09:30.240 who has liability here,
00:09:31.340 but all I'm saying is
00:09:32.380 there clearly is a legal case
00:09:34.880 that could be made against Baldwin.
00:09:36.520 Now, we pulled up a lot of people.
00:09:38.660 I couldn't find this,
00:09:39.580 and apparently Alec Baldwin
00:09:40.480 has a TikTok account.
00:09:42.140 The last video that he posted on this,
00:09:44.380 I think I'm the only person who's seen it.
00:09:45.720 He only has a couple of followers on there.
00:09:47.420 We pulled it up,
00:09:48.320 and I'm going to play this for you.
00:09:49.760 This is Alec Baldwin
00:09:50.640 one week before the shooting.
00:09:52.540 Two things.
00:09:53.460 One is that, again, about the vaccine,
00:09:57.660 I have my podcast on now
00:09:59.800 with Anthony Fauci,
00:10:01.720 Dr. Anthony Fauci,
00:10:02.840 and I wanted to invite him on,
00:10:06.980 and I was anxious.
00:10:08.000 He doesn't need any opportunity to speak.
00:10:10.240 He has the microphone and the camera
00:10:11.900 at his disposal 24-7,
00:10:16.780 but I wanted to sit with him
00:10:18.220 and just ask my version
00:10:20.880 of the questions of where we are
00:10:24.380 and where we're headed.
00:10:25.040 But, you know,
00:10:37.180 when we had a war,
00:10:39.060 and in my opinion,
00:10:40.320 this is most certainly a war
00:10:41.600 against this vaccine.
00:10:42.580 This is a war.
00:10:44.100 And when we had a war
00:10:45.140 in this country,
00:10:47.400 World War II
00:10:52.980 was the ultimate example,
00:10:55.000 and the sacrifices
00:10:55.840 that people made,
00:10:56.580 people were asked to sacrifice
00:10:57.720 to fight the war.
00:10:59.720 You know,
00:11:00.680 the simple things,
00:11:01.560 sugar, rubber,
00:11:02.700 you know, you name it.
00:11:04.060 There was rationing.
00:11:05.160 There was an effort.
00:11:08.940 The American people
00:11:09.800 were asked to chip in
00:11:11.180 on an effort
00:11:12.900 to win the war.
00:11:15.100 And the same is true here.
00:11:18.940 People were being asked
00:11:19.920 to make sacrifices
00:11:21.900 in order to prevail
00:11:23.620 at a time of war.
00:11:25.840 We are at war
00:11:27.080 with the virus
00:11:28.200 and its variants
00:11:30.120 that keep producing.
00:11:35.100 And we must make
00:11:38.160 the necessary sacrifices
00:11:39.440 to win that war.
00:11:40.400 if you haven't
00:11:47.980 been vaccinated.
00:11:51.080 So it's really
00:11:51.840 going to come down,
00:11:52.640 I think,
00:11:53.020 to a lot of different factors.
00:11:54.560 Alec Baldwin is someone
00:11:55.420 who's very,
00:11:56.600 very protected
00:11:57.340 by the system.
00:11:58.940 Alec Baldwin
00:11:59.560 is someone
00:12:00.220 who has been
00:12:01.060 at the cutting edge
00:12:02.660 of Blue Anon,
00:12:04.280 at the cutting edge
00:12:05.160 of the establishment.
00:12:06.580 He is their guy.
00:12:08.060 They will do everything
00:12:09.700 they can
00:12:10.940 to protect him here.
00:12:12.260 The only thing,
00:12:13.760 the only thing
00:12:14.880 that would lead
00:12:16.600 to potential charges
00:12:17.800 on him
00:12:18.300 from a criminal perspective
00:12:19.680 would be
00:12:20.700 if you've got
00:12:21.340 a local prosecutor there
00:12:23.440 who's willing
00:12:24.140 to do the right thing.
00:12:25.320 It's as simple as that.
00:12:26.880 However,
00:12:28.340 when you're looking
00:12:28.920 at the criminal liability,
00:12:29.980 or excuse me,
00:12:30.300 the civil liability,
00:12:31.880 a wrongful death suit,
00:12:33.220 that's absolutely
00:12:34.600 on the table.
00:12:35.840 And that his production,
00:12:36.800 because remember,
00:12:37.520 this guy was
00:12:38.120 the producer here.
00:12:39.680 He was involved
00:12:40.280 in running this operation,
00:12:41.920 which was absolute chaos.
00:12:44.320 Chaos on the set
00:12:45.140 for weeks
00:12:45.740 that led to this death.
00:12:47.600 He's going to have to pay,
00:12:48.520 and his company's
00:12:48.940 going to have to pay,
00:12:49.380 a lot of money.
00:12:55.200 So a huge story
00:12:56.540 that's been going around
00:12:57.560 Washington, D.C.
00:12:59.040 is what's going on
00:13:00.460 in the midterm elections.
00:13:02.420 You have the Democrat Party,
00:13:03.520 currently has the majority
00:13:04.580 in the House,
00:13:05.460 of course,
00:13:05.760 the Republican Party,
00:13:06.560 under Kevin McCarthy,
00:13:08.060 Congressman McCarthy,
00:13:09.380 is looking to retake
00:13:10.680 the House,
00:13:11.100 retake the majority.
00:13:12.000 In which case,
00:13:13.120 that would mean
00:13:13.920 that Speaker Nancy Pelosi
00:13:15.640 would no longer be
00:13:17.120 Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
00:13:18.520 And all of the die
00:13:20.100 seems to be cast
00:13:21.040 as if that's,
00:13:21.980 you know,
00:13:22.200 what's going to happen.
00:13:22.860 That's sort of
00:13:23.400 the tea leaves
00:13:25.140 right now
00:13:25.680 in Washington, D.C.
00:13:27.100 However,
00:13:28.020 the question becomes then,
00:13:29.860 does Speaker Pelosi
00:13:31.160 want to stay there,
00:13:33.160 right,
00:13:33.900 preside over that,
00:13:34.740 or is she looking
00:13:36.560 to step down?
00:13:37.500 Listen to her interview
00:13:38.740 and the answers
00:13:39.620 on CNN,
00:13:41.120 which went on
00:13:41.720 with Jake Taper,
00:13:42.680 who is, of course,
00:13:43.200 a regime apologist
00:13:44.020 and a regime stenographer.
00:13:45.640 And he asked her
00:13:46.520 whether or not
00:13:47.140 she was running
00:13:47.960 for re-election.
00:13:48.600 I do want to ask
00:13:49.400 about your own future
00:13:50.180 in Congress.
00:13:50.780 Are you going to run
00:13:51.280 for re-election?
00:13:52.400 Oh, you think I'm going
00:13:53.060 to make an announcement
00:13:53.720 right here and now?
00:13:54.520 Yeah.
00:13:56.280 Why not?
00:13:56.760 I'll have to be on
00:13:57.640 many more times than that.
00:13:59.380 You're going to run
00:13:59.820 for re-election, though, yes?
00:14:01.520 Why would I tell you that now?
00:14:03.180 Well, it's not just me.
00:14:03.880 It's the American people
00:14:04.740 of the world.
00:14:05.480 This is an international show.
00:14:06.920 Well, probably I would have
00:14:08.240 that conversation
00:14:08.880 with my family first,
00:14:09.960 if you don't mind.
00:14:11.080 Okay.
00:14:11.920 Thank you so much.
00:14:12.720 I really appreciate it.
00:14:13.820 Best of luck
00:14:14.420 with the legislation.
00:14:15.480 Thank you.
00:14:15.620 It's a heavy lift.
00:14:16.600 My pleasure to be here.
00:14:17.200 Thank you.
00:14:18.040 So Jake Taper is so upset
00:14:19.920 that she won't answer
00:14:20.720 the question for him
00:14:21.780 because he wants to break news.
00:14:23.160 Please, please, Nancy,
00:14:24.520 please, please give me the answer.
00:14:26.520 Look, it's as simple as this.
00:14:27.580 You can go all the way back.
00:14:28.640 The L.A. Times reported
00:14:29.560 this months ago.
00:14:30.920 After Nancy Pelosi, then who?
00:14:33.020 The political wrangling
00:14:34.520 is already going on here
00:14:35.780 because you've got
00:14:36.580 to think about it.
00:14:37.260 Nancy Pelosi,
00:14:38.700 she's in her 80s.
00:14:40.040 Steny Hoyer, Clyburn,
00:14:41.440 the two and the three
00:14:42.340 in the House Democrat caucus,
00:14:44.280 they're also in their 80s, right?
00:14:46.320 You've got a ton of people.
00:14:47.860 These are octogenarians.
00:14:50.420 It's time,
00:14:51.400 and a lot of Democrats
00:14:52.280 think this, by the way,
00:14:53.640 it's time for a new generation
00:14:55.820 to come up
00:14:57.000 and assume the power,
00:14:58.560 the mantle of the party.
00:14:59.500 Now, obviously,
00:15:00.340 the squad is kind of
00:15:01.940 in the position,
00:15:02.760 certainly in the position
00:15:04.580 of influencing the party,
00:15:06.420 but the question becomes,
00:15:08.300 will they actually be the ones
00:15:09.640 to assume what's called leadership?
00:15:12.040 Will they be the ones
00:15:13.080 to take the rungs of leadership?
00:15:14.000 Probably not.
00:15:15.340 But from a more salient question,
00:15:17.540 who is going to run
00:15:18.860 to take Pelosi's seat?
00:15:21.560 Now, the LA Times
00:15:22.280 had it out a couple of months ago
00:15:24.020 that even Pelosi's daughter,
00:15:25.520 Christine,
00:15:26.300 is considering running.
00:15:27.780 She's someone who had run
00:15:28.640 in the past,
00:15:29.180 but had come out of it.
00:15:30.580 You're also looking
00:15:31.300 at Harvey Britt,
00:15:32.980 who's out there
00:15:33.520 in San Francisco,
00:15:34.420 say, Senator Scott Weiner,
00:15:36.580 former supervisor,
00:15:37.640 David Campos,
00:15:38.760 the chairman
00:15:39.220 of the San Francisco
00:15:40.020 Democrat Party,
00:15:40.920 also known as
00:15:42.880 kind of a corporate Democrat,
00:15:45.120 Mayor London Breed,
00:15:46.180 the current mayor
00:15:46.980 of San Francisco,
00:15:48.320 State Assemblyman David Chu,
00:15:50.020 former supervisor Jane Kim.
00:15:51.440 You could actually have,
00:15:52.140 now keep in mind
00:15:52.640 that San Francisco
00:15:53.260 is an extremely
00:15:54.180 left-wing district,
00:15:55.200 obviously, as we've seen.
00:15:56.440 And probably,
00:15:57.200 I think a lot of people
00:15:57.940 would point out
00:15:58.420 that other than
00:15:59.060 the tax base
00:15:59.940 of the Silicon Valley companies
00:16:01.560 that have come in,
00:16:02.520 it is a failed city.
00:16:05.040 In terms of being able
00:16:06.760 to live in San Francisco
00:16:07.980 is almost impossible now.
00:16:09.080 People are having to bring
00:16:09.860 in private security
00:16:11.360 as they go around.
00:16:12.900 I think the last time
00:16:13.540 I was there was 2018.
00:16:15.120 I got off the plane
00:16:16.200 at San Francisco Airport
00:16:17.440 and we drove into the city
00:16:19.640 and I was going to meet
00:16:20.460 some people
00:16:20.960 and I was speaking
00:16:22.000 and then we were going
00:16:23.360 to this restaurant beforehand
00:16:24.400 and I had to step around
00:16:27.240 human feces
00:16:28.160 on the sidewalk
00:16:29.700 within probably five minutes
00:16:32.680 of getting out of the car
00:16:34.920 in downtown San Francisco.
00:16:36.580 And this was like
00:16:37.240 an upscale area.
00:16:38.180 This wasn't like,
00:16:39.200 you know,
00:16:39.720 like the slums
00:16:40.740 or something, right?
00:16:41.600 You know,
00:16:42.100 what can I say?
00:16:42.700 You know,
00:16:42.840 coming from Philly,
00:16:43.420 we know about the slums.
00:16:44.580 This was a nice area
00:16:46.340 and there's people
00:16:47.000 living under the bridge
00:16:47.920 and they were using
00:16:49.060 the sidewalk
00:16:49.640 as some kind of
00:16:50.620 public outhouse, right?
00:16:52.880 But there was no house.
00:16:53.620 It was just the sidewalk.
00:16:55.060 So San Francisco,
00:16:56.960 like many other cities,
00:16:58.060 is completely disgusting.
00:17:00.060 There's a new book
00:17:00.580 coming out
00:17:01.060 called San Francisco,
00:17:02.380 by Michael Schellenberger.
00:17:03.400 I haven't had a chance
00:17:03.940 to read it yet,
00:17:04.580 but his last book
00:17:05.220 on apocalypse,
00:17:06.600 on climate change
00:17:07.380 called Apocalypse Never
00:17:08.120 was fantastic.
00:17:09.340 And I absolutely just,
00:17:10.640 I consumed that book.
00:17:11.900 I wolfed it down.
00:17:12.780 That book was fantastic
00:17:14.200 because this guy,
00:17:14.860 Schellenberger,
00:17:15.620 is somebody
00:17:16.520 who was from the left, right?
00:17:18.360 He worked for the
00:17:18.920 Open Society Foundation
00:17:19.940 in the past,
00:17:21.020 but he's sort of,
00:17:21.980 he's made a split.
00:17:23.120 He's come out now
00:17:23.820 and he's been on Rogue
00:17:24.460 and he's been a few
00:17:24.920 different things
00:17:25.460 talking about how basically
00:17:27.220 we got it wrong, guys.
00:17:29.240 And so I really appreciate
00:17:30.240 where he's coming from
00:17:30.940 because he actually wants
00:17:31.680 to solve the problems
00:17:32.540 in a constructive way.
00:17:33.960 And I think you need
00:17:34.660 people like that.
00:17:35.240 I think you do basically
00:17:36.220 need people like that.
00:17:37.220 So definitely going to give
00:17:38.480 San Francisco a chance
00:17:39.900 to read it.
00:17:40.720 But that being said, folks,
00:17:42.160 for the time being,
00:17:44.460 for the next five,
00:17:45.440 maybe 10 years,
00:17:46.480 just get out of cities.
00:17:47.960 Do not be there
00:17:49.120 because people like Nancy Pelosi,
00:17:50.960 people like the mayor there,
00:17:52.140 people like the district
00:17:52.780 attorney there,
00:17:53.760 they have turned these things
00:17:55.180 into absolute failures.
00:18:02.140 So we hit a million downloads,
00:18:03.960 Human Events Daily.
00:18:04.760 Thank you so much,
00:18:05.500 by the way,
00:18:05.840 from the bottom of my heart.
00:18:06.620 God bless all of you.
00:18:07.880 So thank you for continuing
00:18:08.960 to watch this.
00:18:09.700 Thank you for sharing this
00:18:10.580 with your normie friends.
00:18:11.640 And by the way,
00:18:12.500 of course,
00:18:13.560 support us,
00:18:14.240 support the work we're doing.

00:18:25.980 but Christmas is going to be coming
00:18:27.480 right around the corner.
00:18:29.280 You know there's going to be
00:18:30.120 issues with this.
00:18:31.020 You know that because of Biden
00:18:32.060 and everything else,
00:18:33.020 that shipping might be delayed
00:18:34.160 in some things.
00:18:34.860 I don't know if it's delayed on this,
00:18:36.240 but get your Christmas shopping,
00:18:38.160 your orders done now.

00:18:43.080 Next up,
00:18:44.280 huge,
00:18:44.940 huge story
00:18:45.980 that's roiling
00:18:46.840 not just Virginia,
00:18:48.300 but the entire country.
00:18:51.100 And Luke Rosiak,
00:18:51.880 by the way,
00:18:52.280 at Daily Wire,
00:18:52.920 blew this story wide open,
00:18:55.280 and I give full credit to him.
00:18:57.080 A Loudoun County judge
00:18:58.320 has now come out
00:18:59.200 and found that
00:19:00.080 a boy in a skirt
00:19:01.360 is guilty
00:19:02.540 of sexually assaulting
00:19:04.460 a female student.
00:19:06.200 From Daily Mail,
00:19:07.160 Loudoun County judge
00:19:07.900 has found a teenage boy
00:19:08.880 in a skirt
00:19:09.460 guilty of sexually assaulting
00:19:10.520 a 15-year-old,
00:19:11.660 underage,
00:19:12.500 female classmate
00:19:13.300 in the girls' bathroom
00:19:14.180 at their school,
00:19:15.260 siding with the victim's
00:19:16.220 outraged parents
00:19:16.980 who were shamed
00:19:17.960 for protesting
00:19:18.940 against trans bathroom
00:19:20.320 rules after the incident.
00:19:21.540 The teenage girl's father,
00:19:23.200 Scott Smith,
00:19:23.760 whom we covered
00:19:24.180 on this program,
00:19:25.560 was dragged out
00:19:26.560 of a meeting
00:19:27.040 on June 22nd
00:19:28.200 after hearing teachers
00:19:29.360 from the woke
00:19:30.020 Loudoun County
00:19:30.760 school board
00:19:31.300 claim that they received
00:19:32.700 no reports
00:19:33.540 of sexual assault
00:19:34.520 involving students
00:19:35.720 in the bathrooms.
00:19:36.280 I want to just
00:19:37.100 footstomp that one
00:19:37.700 for a second.
00:19:38.920 They claimed
00:19:40.000 there were no reports
00:19:42.100 of this
00:19:42.640 even after it happened,
00:19:44.820 even after the investigation
00:19:46.440 was already going
00:19:47.380 and this guy Ziegler,
00:19:48.800 this corrupt fool,
00:19:50.640 this nincompoop,
00:19:52.320 right,
00:19:52.540 this toady,
00:19:53.740 had transferred
00:19:54.680 the student
00:19:55.260 who then allegedly
00:19:56.500 committed another
00:19:57.640 sexual assault
00:19:58.460 at the next school.
00:19:59.960 They had the father
00:20:00.780 of this girl,
00:20:02.180 this 15-year-old girl
00:20:03.380 arrested
00:20:04.280 for trying
00:20:06.340 to speak out
00:20:07.480 about what happened.
00:20:09.660 This is
00:20:10.720 one of those stories
00:20:11.880 when you look at it
00:20:12.620 and you say
00:20:13.120 the corruption
00:20:14.080 and the depravity
00:20:15.460 of what's going on
00:20:16.960 in our country
00:20:17.560 is absolutely
00:20:18.900 disgusting.
00:20:20.460 It's actually deplorable.
00:20:21.380 I know you're not supposed
00:20:22.020 to use that word anymore,
00:20:22.660 but it's actually deplorable.
00:20:24.300 So the Loudoun County School,
00:20:26.180 the student staged
00:20:27.340 a walkout
00:20:28.460 over this,
00:20:29.500 over this sexual assault.
00:20:31.260 Take a look
00:20:31.660 at this walkout.
00:20:32.280 We've got the video
00:20:32.780 right here.
00:20:34.280 that's kind of hard.
00:20:52.300 Bye.
00:20:52.860 Every single member of the school board, the superintendent,
00:21:22.860 principal, whoever, that knew about this, that had a hand in this, should be arrested.
00:21:28.740 Not just resign. No, not good enough. Arrested and prosecuted. This is something that's absolutely
00:21:36.420 disgusting. Imagine if that was your daughter. Imagine if that was your kid who had to go through
00:21:42.040 that and then was told that the person was allowed to be transferred to another school.
00:21:48.220 And if you have a problem with it, you're arrested. I would say this is something that's unheard of,
00:21:55.200 but you know what it is heard of? Just not in this country. We know what kind of countries act like
00:21:59.540 this. All right, that's all the time we have for Human Events Daily. Thank you so much again for
00:22:04.080 sharing this out with your normie friends. Our motto to you, be good, be brief, be gone. Go to
00:22:09.200 Apple Podcasts, leave us your five-star review. I've been reading some of these reviews. They're
00:22:13.600 absolutely hilarious, the stuff you guys are writing. Even some of the ones, honestly,
00:22:17.200 I like the one-star reviews. They're like, don't read this. If you read this, it will destroy your
00:22:20.940 mind. This is right-wing conservative propaganda. He's talking about Christian conservative values.
00:22:26.220 How dare he? Oh my gosh. It's like, oh no, why would the Catholic be talking about conservative
00:22:30.280 Christian values? I don't know. But before I go, it's time for today's moment in history. Ladies and
00:22:34.980 gentlemen, happy birthday to America's greatest populist president who put the people first,
00:22:42.660 Mr. Teddy Roosevelt. And I think the conservatives and the new right and the burgeoning populist
00:22:48.580 movement need to embrace TR, the bull noose, as they move forward in all of this. Ladies and gentlemen,
00:22:54.620 as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
