Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - HUMAN EVENTS DAILY： OCT 29 2021 - THE GREAT RESET PRESENTS： THE ZUCKERVERSE.

00:00:00.000 So yesterday we talked about how my wife Tanya and I were having this, you know, it was a discussion.

00:00:07.280 I would say it's a discussion. It's definitely not an argument over who we're more excited to see.

00:00:12.420 And it's probably Brantley Gilbert for her.

00:00:14.480 But now we've moved over to the next phase.

00:00:17.380 Are we bringing the kids? Are we going to bring the kids to AmericaFest?

00:00:21.240 Now we're definitely bringing the family out there to Phoenix for AmericaFest, December 18th, 21st, Phoenix, Arizona, blah, blah, blah.

00:00:29.080 So turningpointusa.com, AmericaFest, promo code POSO.

00:00:31.760 I got to do, got to do the pitch. You know, I got to do the pitch.

00:00:34.960 But the question is, do we want to bring the kids into the actual event itself?

00:00:40.360 And are we going to have them go to the concert?

00:00:43.120 I think we're leaning towards yes.

00:00:44.860 So leave us a message. Shoot us a comment. Should we bring the kids or not?

00:00:48.900 What do you think? Honestly, I'm going to go with yes.

00:00:51.420 We've got the three-year-old. We've got the 10-month-old.

00:00:53.780 And then both parents, both sets of parents are going to come and we're renting this house.

00:00:57.760 It's going to be awesome. But I think that the kids should come.

00:01:01.640 I think they're going to like it. I think they're going to have a great time.

00:01:03.980 We'll get them a little turning point ambassador stickers or something.

00:01:07.520 And I want them to see the show. I want them to be a part of this thing.

00:01:11.020 You know, I'm not saying they have to, you know, grow up to be, you know,

00:01:14.480 exactly agree with everything Jack Posobiec says on every issue, whatever.

00:01:18.100 No, that's their kids. I'm not going to be like that as a dad.

00:01:21.000 But I think it's going to be a fun event. We're going to bring the kids.

00:01:24.820 And this is me, of course, answering for her. I'm bringing the kids.

00:01:28.060 We're bringing the kids. No discussion. We're doing it.

00:01:30.620 So if you come there, you see us, we're hanging out.

00:01:32.760 You know, I'm not one of those people who's like, get away from me. No selfies.

00:01:36.200 No, come up, say hi. You know, but, you know, don't, don't, don't like linger.

00:01:39.840 Don't, don't, don't, don't cling. You know, you know, if we're with the family

00:01:42.700 and we're doing something, come on, just be normal. Just be normal.

00:01:46.200 It's as simple as that. So go, tpusa.com backslash AmericaFest, promo code POSO.

00:01:51.040 Remember to make sure you use all caps POSO, P-O-S-O, for up to 25% off.

00:01:57.600 And myself and the rest of the POSO family, we will see you there.

00:02:33.880 The Great Reset presents The Zuckerverse. 0.86

00:02:49.780 Sign up now while pods still last.

00:02:54.360 You'll own nothing, but you'll be happy because you'll be living a carefree life,

00:02:59.600 renting things, and spending your money, your hard-earned Zuckerbucks,

00:03:04.840 as you live your life within the Zuckerverse.

00:03:09.080 Listen to how Mark Zuckerberg explained it at a recent Facebook conference.

00:03:13.940 So let's start by exploring what different kinds of metaverse experiences could feel like,

00:03:19.140 starting with the most important experience of all, connecting with people.

00:03:29.600 Imagine, you put on your glasses or headset and you're instantly in your home space.

00:03:39.080 It has parts of your physical home recreated virtually,

00:03:41.820 it has things that are only possible virtually,

00:03:44.240 and it has an incredibly inspiring view of whatever you find most beautiful.

00:03:50.520 Hey, are you coming?

00:03:52.340 Yeah, just got to find something to wear.

00:03:59.600 All right, perfect.

00:04:04.920 Oh, hey, Mark.

00:04:06.720 Hey, what's going on?

00:04:07.520 Hi, Mark.

00:04:08.220 What's up, Mark?

00:04:09.140 Whoa.

00:04:09.640 So it's pretty clear what's going on here.

00:04:11.600 The Zuckerverse is the wing of the Great Reset that's designed to distract you 0.99

00:04:17.360 from the BlackRock wing of the Great Reset and what they're up to.

00:04:22.040 The fact that they're buying everything, they're buying all the real estate,

00:04:24.740 they're buying all the single-family homes,

00:04:26.140 that Bill Gates is buying up all the farmland,

00:04:28.240 but it doesn't matter because you'll know nothing and you'll be happy,

00:04:31.880 but you'll be distracted.

00:04:34.000 This is the ultimate bread and circuses.

00:04:37.260 You will be plugged in to the Zuckerverse.

00:04:40.360 This is how they achieve Elysium.

00:04:42.480 Remember Elysium in the movie?

00:04:43.920 This is how they achieve it, by plugging you in to the program,

00:04:48.120 getting you hooked up to the Zuckerverse.

00:04:51.020 You're going around, you're doing everything, and it doesn't matter.

00:04:53.940 It doesn't matter the squalor you live in, right?

00:04:56.940 Ready Player One, propaganda.

00:04:59.940 That is not how it's...

00:05:01.540 Well, actually, remember this.

00:05:02.780 If you saw Ready Player One, the guy lived in, they called it the stacks,

00:05:05.780 and they were just trailer parks where the trailers were stacked upon each other.

00:05:09.900 That's going to be the world.

00:05:11.580 The elites, they won't live in there.

00:05:13.940 They'll live in the beautiful, wonderful Elysium.

00:05:17.680 But you, no, no, no, no, no.

00:05:19.000 So listen to transhumanist Yuval Harari talk about how you, you're not a person anymore.

00:05:26.000 You're not a spiritual being.

00:05:27.320 No, no, no. 1.00

00:05:28.000 You're a hackable animal. 0.99

00:05:30.980 His term. 0.97

00:05:31.600 Governments and corporations, for the first time in history,

00:05:34.720 have the power to basically hack human beings.

00:05:38.600 There is a lot of talk about hacking computers, hacking smartphones, hacking bank accounts.

00:05:43.280 But the big story of our era is the ability to hack human beings.

00:05:48.160 And by this, I mean that if you have enough data and you have enough computing power,

00:05:53.360 you can understand people better than they understand themselves.

00:05:57.120 And then you can manipulate them in ways which were previously impossible.

00:06:02.420 And in such a situation, the old democratic system stopped functioning.

00:06:10.900 We need to reinvent democracy for this new era in which humans are now hackable animals.

00:06:20.340 You know, the whole idea that humans have, you know, this, they have this soul or spirit

00:06:26.120 and they have free will and nobody knows what's happening inside me.

00:06:29.660 So, whatever I choose, whether in the election or whether in the supermarket,

00:06:34.660 this is my free will, that's over.

00:06:36.500 Yuval Horari, by the way, and he wrote the book Sapiens.

00:06:39.120 Good book.

00:06:39.560 I read it.

00:06:40.920 He's a contributor at the World Economic Forum.

00:06:44.120 So, your free will is gone.

00:06:45.760 Your human agency, gone.

00:06:48.940 Who you choose in the election or what you choose at the supermarket, gone.

00:06:54.080 No agency, no choice, no belief, no connection to the transcendent.

00:06:59.300 No ethos, no God.

00:07:03.020 You live in the Zuckerverse. 1.00

00:07:05.220 You are a hackable animal.

00:07:07.960 This is the future that the Great Reset is pushing. 0.94

00:07:12.080 So, you got one arm, you'll own nothing.

00:07:14.800 And then the other arm, you'll be hacked.

00:07:17.280 You'll be uploaded.

00:07:18.400 You'll be digitized.

00:07:19.840 You'll be commercialized.

00:07:21.280 You'll be infantilized here in the real world.

00:07:24.180 But everyone else, the elites, again, they will live in Elysium.

00:07:30.000 And you, you'll own nothing and you'll be happy.

00:07:33.140 So, when we talk about all this, I want to give people an understanding.

00:07:36.200 We are talking about the future and we are talking about the near present term.

00:07:44.000 This is what you need to fight.

00:07:46.440 This isn't liberal, conservative.

00:07:48.820 It's not any of that stuff.

00:07:50.200 It is, are you pro-human or are you pro-transhuman?

00:07:54.320 That's the way all of this is heading.

00:08:00.720 Joe Biden visiting the Vatican.

00:08:03.620 You know, I say Joe Biden is just as Catholic as Admiral Rachel Levine is our first female

00:08:11.200 admiral.

00:08:11.760 You know, what can I say?

00:08:13.180 So, everybody's asking about what's going on.

00:08:15.880 Why did they drop the live stream from the White House at the Vatican?

00:08:19.980 Why was there this breakdown?

00:08:21.360 No live stream.

00:08:22.100 There's this little sort of, oh, I'm going to hand a coin ceremony, da, da, da.

00:08:26.360 But why did they drop this full live stream and why did the Vatican restrict access?

00:08:30.080 So, I have information.

00:08:31.700 This isn't necessarily a Shade War update, but I have information from a member of the

00:08:36.460 White House advance team specifically telling you, as a Human Events Daily exclusive, what

00:08:41.980 went down between the White House and the Vatican.

00:08:45.240 I'll read it to you.

00:08:46.280 The White House advance team and Vatican advance team had last minute disagreement over shooting

00:08:50.920 angles, moving in for soundbites, cutoff time for live footage, and a plethora of other

00:08:55.640 choreography-related issues.

00:08:57.920 And I said, what did you mean?

00:08:59.740 Advance team wanted soundbites.

00:09:01.780 Biden had a few lines memorized, and they wanted the Pope to say something specific in

00:09:06.280 response to those lines, plus specific camera angles.

00:09:09.180 It was supposed to be playing it up for Catholic America. 0.63

00:09:12.300 The Vatican said, you'll get what you'll get.

00:09:14.420 But we aren't going to do these movie sequel scenes.

00:09:17.620 The advance team said no.

00:09:19.140 Vatican said fine.

00:09:20.220 No live footage at all.

00:09:22.200 Obviously something that should have been brought up in advance.

00:09:24.660 He was going to thank Francis for praying for America, and then Biden was going to say that

00:09:28.340 he's working hard to bring prayer back into the American way of life in the midst of these

00:09:33.900 trying times.

00:09:35.480 He was also going to tell Francis his favorite verse and all that soundbite stuff.

00:09:39.300 They were hoping that Francis then would say something in response to him that could be

00:09:44.220 seen as the Pope's endorsement of Biden as a true Catholic.

00:09:48.200 So you get it?

00:09:48.860 They wanted to do all this stuff to set up Biden because of his issues when it comes to

00:09:55.520 the question of abortion.

00:09:57.240 So I'm going to play two clips for you right now.

00:09:59.040 Let's go back to 2015, before the first time Biden met the Pope, what he was saying about

00:10:03.700 how this Pope being so welcoming, and then a clip from Jen Psaki just recently.

00:10:07.500 The thing I love about this Pope, I got to meet him when I went to his, quote, inauguration.

00:10:13.580 I always thought it was an installation, but the inauguration.

00:10:16.760 And the Pope reached out like this, and he grabbed my hand.

00:10:20.560 He said, I know, Mr. Vice President, you're always welcome here.

00:10:26.500 That is the message he sent into the world.

00:10:29.140 And that is the tone.

00:10:30.140 He's striking everywhere, isn't he?

00:10:31.220 Absolutely.

00:10:32.040 That's why he's the single most popular figure in the world today.

00:10:36.200 And not just in Catholic nations, across the board.

00:10:40.420 Go ahead, Owen.

00:10:41.280 I said you could go.

00:10:41.880 Sorry.

00:10:42.160 Go ahead.

00:10:42.560 And then I'll go to Alex next.

00:10:43.600 Go ahead.

00:10:43.940 Thank you.

00:10:45.080 As you know, millions of Catholics will be watching when the President and Pope Francis

00:10:49.040 meet.

00:10:49.760 Yeah.

00:10:50.400 The White House has said they will discuss working together on efforts grounded in respect

00:10:54.620 for fundamental human dignity.

00:10:57.160 Question one.

00:10:58.240 Will that include the human dignity of the unborn?

00:11:01.200 Well, Owen, as you know, although you ask me most often, if not every time, about abortion,

00:11:08.340 but I will say there's a great deal of agreement.

00:11:10.580 Let me finish my answer.

00:11:11.520 There's a great...

00:11:13.000 There's not.

00:11:13.620 You can ask anything you want.

00:11:14.700 But what I wanted to note, since you follow this closely, is that there's a great deal of

00:11:20.020 agreement and overlap with the President and Pope Francis on a range of issues.

00:11:24.940 Poverty, combating the climate crisis, ending the COVID-19 pandemic.

00:11:28.720 These are all hugely important, impactful issues that will be the centerpiece of what

00:11:34.280 their discussion is when they meet.

00:11:36.120 The President has met with him.

00:11:37.800 This will be their fourth meeting.

00:11:39.220 We expect a warm and constructive dialogue.

00:11:42.260 You are familiar with where the President stands.

00:11:44.760 He's somebody who stands up for and believes that a woman's right to choose is important.

00:11:48.900 Understood.

00:11:49.420 The Pope has spoken differently.

00:11:51.120 I have just outlined for you what the focus of the meeting will be.

00:11:54.020 I think we're going to have to move on.

00:11:55.260 Alex, go ahead, Alex.

00:11:56.420 Owen, I answered your question.

00:11:57.820 Alex, go ahead.

00:11:58.840 Owen, I answered your question.

00:12:01.080 Go ahead, Alex.

00:12:01.760 The Pope said abortion is murder and it's like hiring a hitman.

00:12:03.660 Does the President agree or disagree with that?

00:12:05.360 You know that the President believes in a woman's right to choose. 0.53

00:12:07.820 You're very familiar with this issue.

00:12:09.460 We've spoken about it many times.

00:12:11.000 So you get it, right?

00:12:11.960 This White House understands that they have a huge problem with Joe Biden running around saying

00:12:18.580 that he's a devout Catholic, but the guy supports abortion.

00:12:23.800 His entire administration supports abortion.

00:12:26.660 Jen Psaki is up there saying again and again, won't even answer the basic question that he

00:12:32.720 supports abortion.

00:12:33.440 And by the way, Pope Francis should say something about that as well, that you have a President

00:12:38.460 of the United States, one of the most powerful world leaders, who is someone who says, I'm

00:12:44.260 a Catholic, I'm a Catholic, I'm a Catholic.

00:12:45.880 And I say this as a fellow Catholic, that he should be corrected on his false doctrine

00:12:51.820 and on his false preaching of the Catholic faith.

00:12:55.340 This is something where, politics aside, if you are going to be a public leader and say

00:13:00.880 that you are Catholic and say that you are a devout Catholic at the same time and make

00:13:04.800 that a huge part of your appeal, then you must uphold Catholic teaching.

00:13:09.100 And that, of course, includes pro-life and the protective rights of the unborn.

00:13:14.160 It's as simple as that.

00:13:16.080 This is totally clear from Catholic catechism.

00:13:19.840 This is totally clear from canon law.

00:13:21.620 There isn't a question about this.

00:13:22.960 But let's be fair, folks, that's not what's really going on.

00:13:25.980 This is a chance where President Biden, he's on his farewell tour, he's just going around

00:13:30.780 having fun, going to go talk to the Pope, going to go do this, go do that.

00:13:34.920 The guy has no influence in Washington, D.C., couldn't even get his spending bill passed.

00:13:39.520 He's not the one in control.

00:13:42.040 And we've talked about the White House Shade War.

00:13:44.360 He's America's Yeltsin. 0.84

00:13:46.660 This is a thank you for your service.

00:13:49.000 Here's a nice whirlwind world tour.

00:13:51.220 Here's your Rolex watch.

00:13:52.540 Up until they hold his hand and they walk him out of the White House together with Jill.

00:14:02.360 Massive headline from the Wall Street Journal.

00:14:05.820 The United States is in talks to pay hundreds of millions to families separated at the border.

00:14:12.200 Isn't that nice?

00:14:12.900 The government is considering paying payments of $450,000 per person affected by the Trump administration's zero tolerance policy in 2018 for asylum seekers illegally crossing the border.

00:14:26.040 Listen, I love the way they phrase this, right?

00:14:28.540 Asylum seekers illegally crossing the border.

00:14:31.300 Now, remember, the Wall Street Journal, right?

00:14:33.520 People will say, oh, the Wall Street Journal, they're conservative.

00:14:35.420 They're good, right, right, right.

00:14:36.500 Remember, the Wall Street Journal, it's right in the name.

00:14:39.080 It is the Journal of Wall Street.

00:14:41.560 This is corporate America's mouthpiece outlet.

00:14:45.200 So corporate America, right, they want more illegal aliens coming across. 1.00

00:14:51.480 They want that completely turned on.

00:14:53.680 Why?

00:14:54.140 Cheap labor.

00:14:55.080 This is what the illegal immigration issue is all about, right? 0.93

00:14:58.020 It's all about cheap labor for big business and votes for Democrats.

00:15:02.800 It's as simple as that, right?

00:15:04.040 That's why you have this alliance of people who wouldn't necessarily be involved in, you know, you think, wait a minute, I thought Democrats were against big business.

00:15:12.300 I thought big business was Republican.

00:15:14.180 All that's changed.

00:15:15.420 And this is the issue where you can see the lines crossing.

00:15:20.780 That's where you see the lines crossing.

00:15:22.240 That is why in 2016 when populism came around, it's also why, by the way, a lot of the labor unions, the actual workers of this country, when they came around to looking at it and they said,

00:15:33.360 and, of course, the leaders of the labor unions, you know, you can just throw them out the window because they're, of course, not going to do what's good for the actual workers.

00:15:41.060 But the workers understood this issue.

00:15:43.680 And that's why illegal immigration and the issue of illegal aliens coming across the border was such a big deal.

00:15:50.500 It's the same issue as well because they compete for those jobs. 0.99

00:15:55.700 They compete and they bring wages down for American workers.

00:15:59.380 It's as simple as that.

00:16:00.320 It's the same deal when we talk about China.

00:16:01.840 Now, go and look at what this is doing.

00:16:04.720 Look at what this is turning on in terms of the massive caravans that all of a sudden have continued yet again.

00:16:12.660 It's like they were turned off for a while.

00:16:14.420 Now it's back on under President Biden.

00:16:17.120 Take a look at this incredible, really incredible video from Oscar L. Blue, Tapachula, Mexico, interviewing the leader of the latest caravan coming up.

00:16:26.880 What is your opinion of me, of the Biden administration saying that this is not a crisis?

00:16:31.680 This is a humanitarian crisis and you know it.

00:16:34.340 What is your opinion on that?

00:16:35.500 I think they're just, they're just, they're just, they're just on denial of their own fault.

00:16:42.380 You know, they haven't been able to handle immigration.

00:16:45.560 I, if I tell you the truth, I believe that they are, at least with, with Donald Trump, we knew what we had.

00:16:53.200 With Biden, we don't know, we, he, he doesn't, he, he doesn't seem to have a clue what to do with immigration because he says one thing and does another.

00:17:04.140 And then what, tell me something different that Joe Biden has done.

00:17:07.900 He promised immigration before he hasn't done. 0.89

00:17:10.500 He promised he was going to take care of the migrants of Assad. 1.00

00:17:14.340 He hasn't done that.

00:17:15.300 He's, he keeps every single line when he's throwing to every, I mean, it's, it's a Donald Trump 2.0.

00:17:22.200 So you hear what he said.

00:17:23.480 Under the previous administration, we knew what we were getting.

00:17:27.540 We knew that the door was closed and that the only way in was through legal means.

00:17:35.040 The message was sent.

00:17:36.780 It's very simple, by the way.

00:17:38.260 People respond to incentives.

00:17:39.960 So if your incentive is to tell people that you have an open door, and by the way, if there's an issue, you're going to give out half a million dollars per person.

00:17:51.940 Half a million dollars, I would love, oh my gosh, if we could give half a million dollars to every person in poverty in America today, wouldn't that be wonderful, all right?

00:18:00.220 Whereas, what I'm saying is, do you understand how that's going to be read by people who are actually here now?

00:18:05.860 And who actually were born in this country, who legally came to this country, like my wife.

00:18:11.260 Do you understand how that's going to come across?

00:18:14.660 Think about that.

00:18:15.400 Seriously.

00:18:16.020 What that's going to do.

00:18:17.320 It is a slap.

00:18:18.260 Of course, it's a moral outrage, a slap in the face.

00:18:21.640 But the question that I want people to be asking, go a step further.

00:18:25.560 And that's what we do here on Human Events Daily.

00:18:27.060 We go a step further.

00:18:29.060 We think beyond step one.

00:18:31.600 Step two.

00:18:32.520 Step three.

00:18:33.040 Step four.

00:18:33.840 This is saying that the American order, the American sovereignty, the American country does not matter.

00:18:42.680 That we are a plaything for other countries.

00:18:46.120 And let's be clear about this.

00:18:48.080 These are not undocumented.

00:18:50.840 They do have documents.

00:18:52.220 They do have citizenship of foreign countries.

00:18:55.780 They are foreign citizens, members of their home country.

00:19:03.840 All right.

00:19:36.840 You will not regret it.

00:19:38.240 Let's get into the next story.

00:19:39.500 Tulsi Gabbard, someone who's kind of known for being a heterodox thinker, right?

00:19:44.520 She torched Vice President Harris during the debate stage in 2019 on the debates. 1.00

00:19:49.320 And then she went in.

00:19:51.100 Now, she herself was not successful running for president.

00:19:54.640 But she's now become known as something of a figure that sort of straddles both lines

00:20:00.580 because she's not necessarily a conservative, but she's definitely not a leftist either.

00:20:05.520 I would say—I would go so far as to say that she's a nationalist populist. 0.99

00:20:10.240 She's someone who supports America.

00:20:11.900 She also supports the little guy.

00:20:13.700 And she stands up for many things which she believes are right.

00:20:17.160 And she does so, by the way, as an army officer.

00:20:20.700 I believe she just got lieutenant commander.

00:20:22.980 So that era, lieutenant colonel.

00:20:25.340 So this is huge.

00:20:26.240 This is really huge.

00:20:27.140 So thank you very much for Gabbard on this.

00:20:30.600 Video she just cut in support of Julian Assange.

00:20:34.180 The increasingly authoritarian Biden-Garland administration is doubling down on its crusade

00:20:40.240 against our constitutionally protected rights, our freedom of speech, freedom of assembly,

00:20:46.120 freedom of the press, by continuing their vindictive retaliatory crusade against Julian Assange.

00:20:51.900 Now, if they succeed in this, this will be yet another nail in the coffin of democracy here

00:20:59.380 in our country and around the world.

00:21:01.420 So what's going on?

00:21:02.480 What's the situation?

00:21:04.000 From BBC, WikiLeaks.

00:21:05.900 U.S. begins legal appeal to extradite Assange.

00:21:09.660 Lawyers from the U.S. have told the high court—now, he's currently in the U.K., right?

00:21:13.600 And the U.S. is trying to extradite him here.

00:21:15.820 The Biden administration and Justice Department is trying to extradite him to hold him up

00:21:20.120 for crimes he was indicted last year relating to the leaking of classified documents from

00:21:24.640 the U.S. Army during the Iraq War.

00:21:26.980 But a lawyer last year said no extradition.

00:21:30.540 Why did they say this?

00:21:31.320 So this is the appeal that's going on.

00:21:32.860 Lawyers for the United States have told the high court that the judge who blocked Julian

00:21:36.300 Assange's extradition was misled by his psychiatrist.

00:21:40.140 The United States government is starting a legal appeal to try to get the WikiLeaks founder

00:21:42.940 extradited.

00:21:44.000 In January, a British court ruled that Mr. Assange could not be extradited to the U.S.

00:21:49.120 due to concerns over his mental health.

00:21:52.860 Assange is wanted over the publication of thousands of classified documents, 2010-2011, that revealed

00:21:57.880 how the U.S. military had killed hundreds of civilians in underreported incidents during

00:22:02.880 the war in Afghanistan, while leaked Iraq war files showed the 66,000 civilians have been

00:22:08.260 killed and prisoners tortured by Iraqi forces.

00:22:10.180 The district judge overseeing the appeal ruled that he could not be transferred to the U.S.

00:22:15.760 because he was unwell and could take his own life.

00:22:18.580 Now, remember, Assange had been living in essentially a solitary confinement in the Ecuadorian

00:22:22.280 Embassy of London for many, many years.

00:22:24.960 He's now held in Belmarsh Prison.

00:22:27.640 Here's my take on all of this.

00:22:30.400 They want Assange arrested, indicted, and imprisoned for releasing classified information.

00:22:35.380 But under the First Amendment, isn't that the same thing that the New York Times, the Wall

00:22:40.540 Street Journal, and the Washington Post do every day?

00:22:43.300 Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks made a whole movie out of this.

00:22:46.380 So that is the question here.

00:22:47.940 When is it okay to do journalism, and when is it not?

00:22:51.280 Who is protected and who is not?

00:22:53.180 Are we going to apply the same standard to everyone?

00:22:56.180 That's it for us.

00:22:57.720 Wrapping up another week of Human Events Daily.

00:23:00.260 Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and God bless all of you for being there and helping

00:23:03.800 us hit one million podcast downloads this week.

00:23:15.720 We need you to be an information activist now more than ever.

00:23:19.360 So continue to share this.

00:23:20.800 Leave us your five-star review.

00:23:21.980 And before we go, before we go, I don't have to mention our motto, Be Good, Be Brief, Be Gone.

00:23:26.940 But it's time for today's Moment of History.

00:23:28.680 Today, October 29th, 92 years ago, 1929, Black Friday, excuse me, Black Tuesday, more than 16

00:23:39.520 million shares were traded.

00:23:41.300 The Dow lost another 12%, a stock market crash that, of course, revertibated throughout history.

00:23:48.320 Almost 100 years.

00:23:49.720 Will we see it happen again?

00:23:53.300 Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to lay sure.
