Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - Human Events Daily - Sep 17 2021 - Clinton Lawyer Charged in Phony Russiagate Hoax

00:00:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:00:04.400 First up, U.S. Attorney John Durham has indicted a Clinton lawyer from Perkins Coit.

00:00:10.220 We're going to talk a lot about that because it actually is significant.

00:00:13.680 Next, we are going to go down to the border, Del Rio, Texas.

00:00:18.860 What is happening down there?

00:00:20.580 10,000 migrants encamped under a bridge.

00:00:23.540 And finally, Joe Biden cutting antibody treatments to the South.

00:00:28.620 Is this political?

00:00:30.000 All of this and more up ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:00:43.440 Folks, let's get right into it. 0.93

00:00:45.220 So we talked yesterday about how the Justice Department and Durham under him was probably

00:00:51.240 going to be making this indictment of Michael Sussman.

00:00:54.720 Who is Michael Sussman?

00:00:55.820 What is this all about?

00:00:56.760 What does it have to do with the Clintons?

00:00:58.160 Don't worry.

00:00:59.020 I'm here to help you.

00:01:00.340 We're going to do two full segments on this.

00:01:02.640 Sussman was a lawyer for Perkins Coit.

00:01:05.780 Perkins Coit is the top Democrat law firm.

00:01:09.900 They represented Hillary. 0.57

00:01:11.740 But I want to take everybody back to 2016 to understand why this is so big.

00:01:15.420 Before the dossier, remember, the dossier comes out January 2017.

00:01:21.660 But before the dossier, they needed a way to prove that there was some nefarious connection

00:01:28.120 between Trump and Putin.

00:01:30.660 And that was the Alpha Bank story.

00:01:33.840 Listen to how big this got.

00:01:36.140 Here's a clip from CNN.

00:01:37.080 CNN reported that the FBI is still investigating what's being described as this odd link between

00:01:45.300 a computer server, computer servers at a Russian bank called Alpha Bank, and a server over that dealt with Trump,

00:01:53.420 the Trump organization, although that server was outside a Trump tower, wasn't a Trump tower.

00:01:58.180 The FBI has refused all comment.

00:01:59.960 The Trump organization, the Alpha Bank, they've denied any contact.

00:02:03.900 The allegation originally, as you well remember, came up during the presidential campaign in an article in Slate magazine.

00:02:10.860 It was widely dismissed at the time when you were working for the Clinton campaign.

00:02:15.600 You issued a statement calling it a secret hotline between Trump and Russia and asking that it be investigated.

00:02:23.700 How surprised were you to hear last week that this investigation is still ongoing?

00:02:28.260 I wasn't surprised, because what we learned during the campaign was that very serious computer science experts,

00:02:34.840 people who work closely with the United States government, had uncovered this secret hotline

00:02:41.160 between the Alpha Bank, the Russian bank, and the Trump organization.

00:02:45.940 Now, of course, we didn't know for sure if, in fact, that were the case, but we knew that it should be investigated.

00:02:51.460 And we knew that, given how serious these computer scientists were, they weren't just making up crackpot theories.

00:02:56.460 So it wasn't surprising to learn that, even as of last week, the FBI is still looking into this.

00:03:01.320 And do you have any idea what they're looking for?

00:03:03.620 I don't. Of course, I don't have a line into the FBI on this, but what I know, based on public reporting,

00:03:09.120 is that there is very unusual server activity between this Russian bank and the Trump organization,

00:03:14.880 which suggests contact that took place over the course of the campaign.

00:03:18.900 Getting answers to what the nature of that contact was,

00:03:21.840 and why they were going to lengths to hide it, to encrypt it, is really important.

00:03:27.900 And the American people deserve answers.

00:03:29.560 You hear that? Very serious computer scientists.

00:03:33.820 Yeah. OK, Jake Sullivan.

00:03:35.100 By the way, that's Jake Sullivan, ladies and gentlemen.

00:03:38.020 Guess what job he has now?

00:03:39.640 Now, Jake Sullivan is the national security advisor for Joe Biden,

00:03:45.540 the guy who's in charge of things like Afghanistan, things like the border.

00:03:49.740 Nothing too serious, nothing too important.

00:03:53.160 Literally, that's who we got.

00:03:55.140 That's the guy we got in charge.

00:03:56.440 So when you see everything falling apart right now, understand,

00:03:59.120 this is who we have in charge of these things.

00:04:01.780 That's number one.

00:04:03.020 Here's number two.

00:04:03.700 Look at this tweet from Hillary Clinton back then, right?

00:04:08.160 Hillary Clinton posts up.

00:04:10.260 Computer scientists, again, same phrase.

00:04:12.240 Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server

00:04:16.100 linking the Trump organization to a Russian-based bank.

00:04:20.360 And look who wrote the statement.

00:04:23.820 Just look.

00:04:24.420 I just, I just, I just go look, go look, go look, go look.

00:04:26.820 I hope the guys just zoom in on this.

00:04:28.780 Statement from Jake Sullivan.

00:04:31.840 On new report, exposing Trump's secret line of communication to Russia.

00:04:39.620 Jake Sullivan, we got you, buddy.

00:04:41.800 We got you.

00:04:43.100 Did you honestly think that Poso would not save the receipts after all these years, Jake?

00:04:48.780 I told you I was coming for you.

00:04:50.920 And now here we are.

00:04:51.960 Ladies and gentlemen, Jake Sullivan was part of a massive, not just political conspiracy,

00:04:59.660 but now we know criminal conspiracy to lie to the FBI in order to start an investigation

00:05:08.660 that included surveillance of the Trump campaign under false pretenses.

00:05:14.560 Jake Sullivan needs to be called.

00:05:16.980 He needs to either testify or potentially the grand jury needs to look at the national security advisor.

00:05:26.000 But they say, oh, but Jack, you can't charge a national security advisor.

00:05:28.580 Really?

00:05:29.280 You mean like General Flynn?

00:05:30.860 Because they didn't have any problem charging him when he was, oh, what was he for Trump again?

00:05:35.220 Let me just check.

00:05:35.960 Oh, right.

00:05:36.560 The national security advisor.

00:05:38.920 So Jake Sullivan, let's go, buddy.

00:05:42.320 Show us what you got.

00:05:43.560 What did you know about this?

00:05:45.600 When did you know it?

00:05:46.560 Did you tell that lawyer to lie to the FBI and make these false claims?

00:05:54.040 Stay tuned.

00:05:54.640 Segment two.

00:05:55.180 We are going to continue this because the story is just that big.

00:06:01.860 All right.

00:06:02.540 So while Jake Sullivan is going to be having his rough night of sleep because he didn't

00:06:06.760 go to MyPillow.com and use promo code POSO for up to 66% off, Jake, why didn't you do it?

00:06:13.260 Jake, you're going to have to now.

00:06:14.500 You only have a few nights left.

00:06:16.760 I don't know if they'll let you take your MyPillow with you.

00:06:18.740 I'm sorry.

00:06:19.460 I'm very sorry.

00:06:20.660 But I want to take people back a little bit more because let's go to somebody else who

00:06:24.400 deserves our attention.

00:06:26.280 We have a limited amount of time here, but this just absolutely, I thought, deserved

00:06:30.420 our attention.

00:06:30.960 Here's Natasha Burstrand, now known as Fusion Natasha.

00:06:36.180 Why?

00:06:36.500 Because she will publish anything that Fusion GPS asked her to.

00:06:40.140 Listen to her on MSNBC discussing this hoax just a few years ago.

00:06:46.700 I mean, what more evidence do you need?

00:06:50.200 It's very, very obvious and it's really Occam's razor here.

00:06:54.240 The fact that we still have not been able to rule out the idea that this was a covert

00:06:59.780 communication channel two years after the fact, the fact that no one has come forth

00:07:04.200 with a plausible explanation for why this was happening, for why Alphabank was one of

00:07:08.800 three organizations communicating with the Trump server in those months leading up to the

00:07:13.520 election is just completely remarkable.

00:07:15.620 And I think the fact that Frank's story got overlooked or criticized as much as it did

00:07:22.220 and the fact that now it's being revisited and you have the editor of the New York Times

00:07:26.480 saying that there was a story there just shows the lack of imagination.

00:07:31.200 So it's massive, right?

00:07:32.560 It proves everything.

00:07:34.560 What more evidence could you possibly need to know that a candidate for president was actually

00:07:41.820 a secret, uh, you know, KGB plant by Vladimir Putin.

00:07:48.320 Let's go to read from the actual indictment, shall we?

00:07:52.560 On or about August 20th, 2016, Originator 1 emailed Tech Executive 1, Researcher 1 and Researcher 2

00:07:58.020 stating among many things that, oh, wait, wait, what is this?

00:08:01.240 Even if we don't find what we were asked to found, even if we don't see the money flow and

00:08:07.140 we don't see the content of some message saying, send the money here, Originator 1 then explained

00:08:13.520 that it would be possible to fill out a sales form on two websites.

00:08:19.000 Wait, wait, wait, wait.

00:08:20.300 You're saying Rush is filling it out?

00:08:21.820 Trump's filling it out?

00:08:22.200 No, no, no.

00:08:22.780 You're filling it out.

00:08:24.160 Okay.

00:08:25.000 Fake the other company's email address in each form and therefore cause them to, quote,

00:08:31.820 appear to communicate with each other in DNS.

00:08:37.940 He then concluded, if we can take this inference that we gain through this team exercise, then

00:08:45.120 work to develop even an inference may be worthwhile.

00:08:48.920 It's just not the case that you can rest assured that Hillary's opposition research and whatever

00:08:55.120 professional government and investigative journalists are also digging up will find the

00:09:00.360 same thing.

00:09:01.780 Ladies and gentlemen, what does that mean?

00:09:04.800 What are they talking about?

00:09:08.120 I will tell you.

00:09:10.440 They are discussing faking the data.

00:09:14.240 They are discussing how to manipulate already existing systems that exist in the world on

00:09:20.900 different websites, cause them to communicate with each other through their own input, right,

00:09:29.220 through their own actions, and then take that data back, which they knew from the start,

00:09:34.080 by the way, which they knew from the start was fake because obviously they were the ones

00:09:37.860 doing it, but then use the data to say, hey, look at these communications.

00:09:42.480 We need to investigate this.

00:09:45.500 Folks, that is fraud.

00:09:48.160 That is a lie.

00:09:49.540 And if you think for a second that Michael Sussman, the lawyer at Perkins Coie, was the

00:09:54.860 only one that knew that this was fake, I got a bridge and bloke on it.

00:09:59.680 I'd love to sell you.

00:10:00.520 Folks, understand the power dynamics here.

00:10:04.580 I see a lot of people saying, well, Jack, why isn't Hillary indicted? 0.76

00:10:07.380 Why aren't higher level people jumping us, et cetera, et cetera, right?

00:10:10.120 The power dynamics here are massive.

00:10:13.800 Democrats don't get indicted in Washington, D.C.

00:10:17.540 It just doesn't happen, right?

00:10:19.560 This is a guy from one of the most powerful law firms in the country that is being indicted

00:10:26.340 for this.

00:10:27.180 That is a tectonic sea change in terms of what's going on here in Washington.

00:10:33.080 Now, I absolutely believe that the DOJ is going to fight this every step of the way.

00:10:36.940 I don't know what a jury is going to do, a D.C. jury, because, of course, we know that

00:10:40.860 they are on his side.

00:10:42.260 They probably all hate Trump and probably believe that he's actually a Russian spy, even though

00:10:46.140 it's completely false.

00:10:47.520 But go back.

00:10:48.660 And Arthur Schwartz had a tweet up.

00:10:51.360 And I think we can go back a little bit and understand what's going on here.

00:10:55.180 Arthur Schwartz has a tweet up that's referring to a letter that Ratcliffe wrote to Lindsey Graham

00:10:59.820 back in 2020.

00:11:01.740 He said that there was Russian intelligence that they had received stating,

00:11:06.940 that it was the Russian assessment that Hillary and her campaign cooked up the entire Russia

00:11:12.460 hoax as part of a scheme to deflect from Hillary's email server problems. 0.50

00:11:17.020 That's what I've always said since 2016.

00:11:19.660 Doesn't it seem like Hillary just said, I'm under investigation.

00:11:23.180 Let's get him under investigation.

00:11:26.140 That's the genesis of Russiagate.

00:11:28.720 For all those years, everything that this country was put through, the lies, the mass

00:11:35.480 shooting at a congressional baseball game by a Russiagate supporter, it was all made up.

00:11:40.680 It was made up from the start.

00:11:43.240 It was intentional.

00:11:44.400 And it was just a way to try to get back a Trump from a flailing, desperate candidate

00:11:49.920 being propped up by a neoliberal ruling class establishment.

00:11:55.460 Stay tuned, because if you'd like to talk about corruption, we're going to talk a lot

00:11:57.980 about that next.

00:12:02.440 All right, ladies and gentlemen, we've got to go down to the border, down to Texas, because

00:12:07.180 what is going on down there is nothing less than another surrender.

00:12:11.480 You saw the surrender in Afghanistan of Joe Biden.

00:12:14.300 That was not a, you know, a handover.

00:12:17.020 That was not peaceful.

00:12:18.040 That was a surrender and a complete withdrawal and an abandonment of people behind enemy lines.

00:12:23.120 Now, Joe Biden has abandoned and surrendered the U.S. southern border.

00:12:28.940 Take a look at this completely insane video coming out of Del Rio, Texas.

00:12:34.440 So we are just on the Texas side of the Rio Grande River at about the point where thousands

00:12:44.240 and thousands of Haitians are crossing over into the city of Del Rio.

00:12:52.020 And there are over 10,000 now that are just being allowed to pour over the border.

00:13:00.200 They seem to mostly be Haitians.

00:13:01.960 There's also some Cubans among them, but really a vast majority of them seem to be Haitian,

00:13:08.280 the ones that I've talked to.

00:13:09.600 That right there is the international bridge providing some shelter and cover for these

00:13:15.760 immigrants who are being allowed to just cross over. 0.98

00:13:19.600 And they're going to probably be living here for weeks as thousands more come.

00:13:25.860 I'm going to show you the underside of this bridge.

00:13:28.200 There are just thousands and thousands camped.

00:13:34.520 Border Patrol is totally overwhelmed.

00:13:36.940 They can't possibly process these people.

00:13:40.220 They predict that the average wait time will be probably three weeks before the last one

00:13:48.140 of the ones that just came in today will get processed.

00:13:50.840 So they will just simply be here.

00:13:54.060 Some of them have tents.

00:13:56.080 They're looking to stay here for a while.

00:13:57.720 You can see.

00:14:00.640 But this is the circumstance.

00:14:05.680 This is the circumstance.

00:14:06.840 The images that you're now seeing, and I think it's so important for Americans to see this,

00:14:11.820 to understand that this is what's going on in your border.

00:14:14.680 This is the door to your country right now, the back door.

00:14:20.460 These images come to us via the Center for Immigration Studies and Todd Bentzman, who's got

00:14:24.860 a report from there this morning.

00:14:26.700 Go follow them.

00:14:28.000 Go support them.

00:14:28.900 Go take a look at this.

00:14:29.760 He describes it as a beachhead that you're seeing on the southern border, and 10,000 or

00:14:36.840 so, mostly Haitians, Cubans, some Venezuelans.

00:14:42.160 And the question is, of course, why are they all massing under this bridge?

00:14:45.060 What's the point?

00:14:45.680 What's the purpose of this?

00:14:46.740 Why would our government do this to our people?

00:14:50.660 Why would our government just be letting people in and then telling them to sit there?

00:14:54.440 Well, apparently the policy used to be that they would come in, they would get processed,

00:14:58.780 and then if you were coming across illegally, you would be sent home, you'd be given a flight

00:15:03.200 back to Haiti.

00:15:04.180 Now, the new process is stay here for a while, and this is under Biden, stay here, get processed,

00:15:11.340 be relocated into the United States, and then on the honor system, we expect you to apply

00:15:21.020 for asylum later.

00:15:22.440 Well, what do you think happened once people found out that that was the new system?

00:15:26.940 Obviously, they got on their cell phones and they said, guys, come on up, the doors open.

00:15:34.000 When you provide people an incentive, they are going to follow it.

00:15:39.040 It's as simple as that.

00:15:40.300 It's moral hazard.

00:15:41.620 So we don't even know the kind of perilous journey these people had to take getting up

00:15:46.240 here.

00:15:46.600 We just know that Joe Biden has given them the opportunity and given them the ability to.

00:15:52.200 It's completely corrupt, completely corrupt, with everything that's going on in the world

00:15:58.360 right now.

00:15:59.260 Plus, don't even get me started on the idea of, are there, you know, are these people

00:16:04.340 vaccinated?

00:16:05.120 Are there variants that are coming up?

00:16:07.160 What's the health situation?

00:16:08.320 It certainly doesn't look like there's much of a sanitary health situation for them right

00:16:11.320 now.

00:16:11.700 But of course, Joe Biden didn't plan for that.

00:16:14.340 From Afghanistan now to this absolutely insane crisis at the border.

00:16:19.620 The people running this White House think they're a bunch of West Wing LARPers.

00:16:23.460 They're doing Harry Potter personality tests.

00:16:25.720 They don't care what's actually going on out in the country.

00:16:28.340 We're going to talk about that as well in the next segment, because now they're not just

00:16:32.620 punishing people from other countries.

00:16:34.760 They're not just punishing people who live in the states now that where these resettlement 0.53

00:16:40.380 operations are going on.

00:16:41.500 No, no, no, no, no, no.

00:16:43.000 They're punishing people who don't follow the edicts of the White House when it comes

00:16:48.660 to COVID.

00:16:49.400 They're punishing governors.

00:16:51.200 They're punishing the people of these states that are at risk for COVID.

00:16:55.220 So stay tuned.

00:16:56.260 H.E.

00:16:56.640 Daily.

00:16:57.020 I'm a little hot today, folks.

00:16:58.440 I'm a little hot.

00:16:59.840 Be right back.

00:17:05.020 This story is actually shocking.

00:17:08.280 And I think a lot of people are confused about it because of the way it's been reported.

00:17:13.980 So I want to cut through all that and just explain what's happening right here.

00:17:17.960 Joe Biden is cutting the supply of antibody treatments to states in the South.

00:17:25.040 I didn't stutter.

00:17:26.240 I didn't make a misstatement.

00:17:27.860 I'll say it again.

00:17:29.580 Joe Biden is cutting antibody treatments to states in the South.

00:17:34.800 He is politicizing the distribution of this medicine.

00:17:40.500 So the monoclonal antibodies, right?

00:17:42.640 What is that?

00:17:43.360 We're talking about Regeneron.

00:17:44.480 We're talking about therapeutics.

00:17:45.980 We're talking about things who, by the way, even if you're already vaccinated, can still

00:17:50.320 help with this to prevent hospitalization for people like, I don't know, say seniors or

00:17:55.200 people who are immunocompromised.

00:17:57.220 Here's Governor DeSantis yesterday talking about this.

00:17:59.460 We are very, very concerned with the Biden administration and the HHS's recent abrupt,

00:18:07.900 sudden announcement that they are going to dramatically cut the number of monoclonal

00:18:13.040 antibodies that are going to be sent to the state of Florida.

00:18:16.680 Just last week on September 9th, President Joe Biden said that his administration would

00:18:22.400 be increasing shipments of monoclonal antibodies in September by 50 percent.

00:18:29.640 And yet, on September 13th, HHS announced that it was seizing control.

00:18:35.860 What the HHS and the Biden administration is now doing is they're saying that all of the

00:18:41.480 reduced amount will go to the state.

00:18:43.840 And we're responsible not only for sourcing our sites, which we're happy to do, but any

00:18:49.000 infusion center, any provider, any hospital will have to come through the state.

00:18:53.360 And to just spring this on us, starting next week, we're going to have to do that.

00:18:56.940 There's going to be a huge disruption, and patients are going to suffer as a result of this.

00:19:02.500 And so we're going to...

00:19:03.760 Essentially, what we're now seeing come out from the Florida government is saying that

00:19:07.140 they're only receiving half of the needed amount of the therapeutics based on their statistics.

00:19:13.060 Of course, we know Florida is a state with the most seniors.

00:19:14.960 But more importantly, that these cuts are coming directly from Washington.

00:19:21.400 Human Events can exclusively report that we have reviewed emails between the government

00:19:27.580 of Florida and HHS officials, where they were told back in August that they would be made

00:19:35.520 completely sufficient in terms of these antibody treatments, that they would get whatever

00:19:40.780 they needed, they were going to get.

00:19:43.400 Now, suddenly, just a few weeks later, that has been cut off.

00:19:48.860 The answer is simple, folks.

00:19:51.560 Joe Biden is punishing the people of these states, the people who actually need this therapeutic,

00:20:00.180 because he is mad at the governors, people like Abbott, people like DeSantis, and other

00:20:05.880 southern governors for not following his edicts, for fighting him on the vaccine mandates.

00:20:13.320 This is crazy.

00:20:15.360 He's willing to let people actually get sick and withhold medicine from them, medicine

00:20:21.780 that they need.

00:20:22.240 Because last time I checked, where's this?

00:20:24.780 They're saying there's a shortage of therapeutics.

00:20:26.880 Where's the shortage?

00:20:27.900 We had Operation Warp Speed.

00:20:29.160 There were therapeutics coming all over the place.

00:20:31.400 Did that get turned off?

00:20:32.740 Why did that get turned off?

00:20:33.980 Explain yourself, sir.

00:20:37.320 We need to know what's going on, because the American people have to know.

00:20:41.440 Are you willing to let people get this virus and then withhold the therapeutics that they

00:20:48.420 need for it over politics, because they're from a red state that didn't vote for you?

00:20:56.960 I don't want to live in a country like that.

00:20:59.080 I don't like making these kind of accusations.

00:21:00.780 That's something for me as a Catholic that I don't want to live in that sort of country.

00:21:05.900 But we have to ask these questions.

00:21:08.320 So that is why we're here.

00:21:09.780 That's what we do.

00:21:11.020 All right, ladies and gentlemen, that's all the time we have for today.

00:21:13.560 I want to thank you so much for all your support.

00:21:16.220 This has been the first week of HE Daily.

00:21:18.480 We're number one Apple podcast for politics.

00:21:22.160 And just thank you.

00:21:22.960 Thank you.

00:21:23.380 And God bless you so much.

00:21:24.420 We do a lot of work here to make this for you, to put this out.

00:21:27.000 We're going to be here every single day as much as possible providing this.

00:21:32.200 But before I go, today's moment of history, September 17th, 1939.

00:21:39.280 Poland had just been invaded by Germany on September 1st.

00:21:43.580 Today is the day that Poland was invaded from the east by the Soviet Union.

00:21:49.440 Germany and Russia invaded together.

00:21:52.160 That's what I always say about Poland.

00:21:53.260 Great country, not so great neighbors.

00:21:55.200 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
