00:14:12.180 And keep in mind, understand how this stuff works, folks, that a federal informant or a federal plant isn't necessarily and usually isn't a federal agent themselves or a federal officer.

00:14:29.260 So that's an informant or a plant who's working with a handler, and the handler would be the agent, right?
