00:00:51.600We are learning that President Trump has canceled his second wave of attacks on Venezuela.
00:00:56.940ahead of a meeting at the White House scheduled for today to discuss oil. Here is this post here
00:01:02.580from President Trump that I put up on your screen. It says Venezuela is releasing large numbers of
00:01:08.460political prisoners as a sign of seeking peace. This is a very important and smart gesture. The
00:01:14.160USA and Venezuela are working well together, especially as it pertains to rebuilding in a
00:01:19.860much bigger, better and more modern form, their oil and gas infrastructure. Because of this
00:01:25.320cooperation, I have canceled the previously expected second wave of attacks, which looks like it will not be needed. However, all ships will stay in place for safety and security purposes. Wednesday morning, a bystander films as an ice agent shoots and kills Renee Good in her vehicle. More than 24 hours later, the street is still filled with mourners. A vigil grows as people strengthen barricades blocking off traffic between 33rd and 34th streets on Portland Avenue. I have in downtown Seattle where anti-ice protesters
00:01:55.300GATHERED AT THE FEDERAL BUILDING TONIGHT.
00:04:08.200Do you think this is going to get as bad as 2020?
00:04:11.980You know, it does seem that we're seeing indications now that it already is not.
00:04:16.560I will say that Alpha News just recently released the video obtained from sources of what actually took place that day on Wednesday morning with the ICE officer and Renee Good.
00:04:29.520And that tells a different story than what a lot of these activists and even the mainstream media in Minnesota is telling.
00:04:35.700I know you guys will be featuring that video as well, but you can clearly see that this officer is hit by the vehicle and this agitation that has gone on.
00:04:45.320We've reported for months about these groups that have infiltrated the ICE system in many ways.
00:04:50.860They're following these officers out to calls and making it very difficult for them to do their jobs.
00:04:57.300But just judging by the last couple of nights, the city crews have cleared the barricade now.
00:05:01.660They've opened up the street around the, you know, makeshift memorial they have there in Minneapolis.
00:05:08.020We haven't seen, you know, anything start on fire quite yet.
00:05:11.220So all indications are that this is not July, this is January, and that's playing a role in the response, I think, as well.
00:05:18.960Well, it certainly is, but at the same time, we're also seeing, and we'll have my brothers coming on in a minute,
00:05:23.720he's been working to get on some of the lists, these mailing lists, email lists, text message lists,
00:05:30.240and the blasts are going out like crazy indivisible and other groups are saying come to minneapolis
00:05:35.440come in it seems like this weekend things could get really wild yeah i think the weekend we will
00:05:40.000definitely see i know um mpd the minneapolis police department their days off have been canceled
00:05:44.720through sunday uh we are aware of and they're working you know kind of in their riot mode i
00:05:50.480guess if you will i think a lot of lessons have been learned um perhaps maybe our political
00:05:55.280leaders haven't quite figured it out but lessons have been learned on the ground and you know
00:05:59.760they're they're reacting it seems already very differently we saw yesterday several arrests take
00:06:04.080place if anybody was getting anywhere close to these federal officers you know they they were
00:06:08.560out of there well and i certainly saw that as well because actually if people were getting close to
00:06:13.280the officers this morning uh you you didn't see them originally but they they there were all these
00:06:18.160cars in the parking lot and uh suvs a couple of minivans and the minute when someone was getting
00:06:24.640too close. All of a sudden, all of the doors popped open at once. And what did you say? I wish
00:06:29.620I had gotten video of this, but it happened so fast that all of just about a dozen agents in full
00:06:36.580kit popped out all at the same time. You didn't even know they were there. They were lying in
00:06:41.000way that somebody crossed the line and crossed into actual illegal activity or breaking the law.
00:06:47.520They popped out immediately swarmed, arrested, got them right off. And it's just so repulsive to
00:06:51.980You have these people trying to get in the way of these officers, but they are reacting, I think, much differently.
00:06:59.440And perhaps federal agents are following different orders.
00:07:02.980We've seen kind of a stand-down order from MPD, certainly in the past.
00:07:07.700But you had people spitting at officers that we captured.
00:07:10.380Coming up on our first break, we're here with Liz Collin, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
00:07:21.980Nothing will stand in our way, and our golden age has just begun.
00:07:31.220This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:07:32.980Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:07:37.640Welcome to the second American Revolution.
00:07:43.640All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back here.
00:07:45.880We're live on the ground just outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
00:07:50.580Folks, I got to tell you, scammers and criminals raised the stakes last year, and they're only getting worse.
00:07:56.500Scams are more complicated and harder than ever to catch.
00:07:59.560AI clones, voices, texts that sound like your family and friends, and emails are much better at impersonating banks.
00:08:06.060Much of your information, your name, address, phone number, even some of your online activities is publicly available right now.
00:08:23.540Stay vulnerable or take action with Patriot Protect.
00:08:26.220Patriot Protect removes your personal data from the Internet, wiping it from Google and every major website where scammers, skyber criminals and stalkers search for targets.
00:08:34.440Patriot Protect also deletes your personal information from over 240 people, search engines and data brokers.
00:08:40.760The exact sites criminals use to case people before they strike.
00:08:45.340It's the peace of mind of having your own security team digitally
00:08:48.540all for the cost of keeping your porch lights on.
00:11:09.560We saw the New York Post has out today that they've received training, that they received orchestration for doing this.
00:11:14.880And they are there conducting those anti-ICE operations.
00:11:18.780There's no question in my mind that that's exactly who they were targeting.
00:11:22.520And as you say, we see in this video now that she is looking directly at the officer in front of her as she's – you can see her spinning the wheel, turning the wheel.
00:11:31.420very quickly because it may be that she's on ice.
00:11:35.740I've been driving around here a little bit as well.
00:11:37.720There's ice all over the roads, completely frozen.
00:11:40.880And it seems to me to be a completely different narrative
00:11:44.460than one that's being told in the mainstream media
00:12:57.960and this video it's just it's a complete bombshell you had the scoop on this i just have to say you
00:13:14.300know looking at this one of the things and i was speaking to some lawyers legal experts from the
00:13:18.260article 3 project this morning uh correct me if i'm wrong but i believe it's a crime in the
00:13:24.140state of Minnesota to interfere with police operations. Absolutely and frankly they should
00:13:30.580have been doing this a long time ago actually I think enforcing these these laws and now we have
00:13:35.540this situation where you know the streets have been flooded in a way with these ICE agents and
00:13:41.400many people taxpayers very thankful for just that but you've already allowed a lot of these
00:13:47.400infiltrators to be out there and organized at this point and you can see also on surveillance
00:13:53.600video that this woman's car was parked in this spot for about three minutes
00:13:58.500before the officer even arrives on scene so they're parked you know
00:14:02.480perpendicular in the middle of the road as the officers are trying to complete
00:14:05.780their operation so they're there for some time she didn't just pull up after
00:14:09.840dropping her son off from school as the the mainstream media here in in
00:14:13.340Minnesota likes to pedal that already but she'd been there this was in the the
00:14:18.620wife gets out of the vehicle and she's got her cell phone up to the officers
00:14:23.120space almost immediately and, you know, insulting him and doing what she can to instigate the
00:14:28.520situation. So she's instigating the situation. They're agitating. They've been there for three
00:14:33.240minutes blocking traffic. The idea, and this is something where, you know, I've even come in and
00:14:39.320interestingly, there's a question of a legal matter. There's something called the felony
00:14:44.660murder rule. And under the felony murder rule in most states and in the federal government,
00:14:50.540that if you are in the commission of a crime and a death occurs as a direct result of that crime,
00:14:56.900even if you didn't commit the killing, you can become liable for it.
00:15:02.120Now, I understand that Tim Walz actually changed this law in Minnesota to really defang it just a couple of years ago.
00:15:09.620Are you familiar with that legislative update?
00:15:11.300I'm actually not. This doesn't surprise me at all.
00:15:13.460Apparently, it's something that criminal justice reformers have been asking for for a long time,
00:15:17.300And he says only the new law states under Waltz from 2023 that only if you're an active participant in the act of the killing does that take place.
00:15:27.640So that's one of the most progressive versions of this.
00:15:30.220So it's kind of like if you're in a bank robbery and you're the getaway driver, but they shoot a security guard and he killed the guard, that driver can still be liable for the death of the security guard even if he didn't pull the trigger.
00:15:45.560However, even though it was changed in Minnesota, at the federal level, it is still on the books in the traditional way.
00:15:54.400And this was a crime against federal law enforcement.
00:15:58.080You have an attempted ramming of a federal officer here.
00:16:02.280There's a real possibility that, and I'm just talking to lawyers and basic legal analysis here, that that partner who's out there instigating and disrupting these operations could face legal liability herself.
00:16:14.200We even heard, though, this morning they are so desperate to hold on to this investigation at the state level, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry making remarks about that today, that they're going to go ahead with their own investigation, despite the FBI saying we don't want the BCA working on this, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension here in Minnesota, we're going to go ahead and take over this, which is their purview.
00:16:33.280They're obviously allowed to do this as a federal agency.
00:16:36.240But we saw this actually with the George Floyd incident as well.
00:16:39.260You had BCA agents that went in six months after that to search George Floyd's car again.
00:16:46.420And then all of a sudden, this is when they discover pills laced with fentanyl and methamphetamine.
00:17:30.100I actually just came from George Floyd Square this morning, first time, first time, first time visiting.
00:17:35.260It's so different from what happened with Derek Chauvin and George Floyd, because now there is not only one narrative that's getting out.
00:17:43.560There's actually the media narrative and the true narrative.
00:17:47.640Yeah, and I think that's why we have been trying to push out, even on this situation, as much information as possible.
00:17:53.880We're thankful, obviously, for this exclusive video, but get this out there right away.
00:17:57.920If you're going to go ahead and back this woman who clearly revs her engine at this ICE officer, people need to see that, and they need to see it soon.
00:18:05.660We saw the body camera footage in the Chauvin case.
00:18:09.280That was withheld from the public for nearly two months.
00:22:22.040So it's going to be interesting to see what happens, but definitely people coming out
00:22:25.760from further than before as the days go on.
00:22:28.640but as you say they're they're not conducting the violence against the city against random
00:22:36.980businesses but how are they treating ICE officers and ICE employees when they come by
00:22:41.960so you really seen two different types of protesters so you're seeing ones that are
00:22:47.060angry they're yelling at these officials to go kill themselves uh get a real job you're a terrorist
00:22:52.640your Nazis. And then you also see some protesters who say lesser complaints or lesser insults,
00:22:59.200such as, I hope your hotel has bedbugs. And so I think what we're seeing is the people who are
00:23:04.220angry and saying those things, those are the ones likely to cause destruction, likely to cause
00:23:09.120some bad things to happen. Then the ones that say lesser insults, my guess is maybe they're
00:23:14.540part of the campaign. Maybe they're trying to be organized. And so that's what we're looking at.
00:23:19.280but seeing different types of protesters, which is really interesting all across the spectrum.
00:23:23.800And also yesterday at this field office, we saw one protester get unruly,
00:23:27.840started throwing something at the officials, and other protesters actually reined her in.
00:23:32.840So all different types and just a big movement here with lots going on.
00:23:40.000Well, unfortunately, they're able to use those crowds to be able to protect themselves,
00:23:44.380use those crowds to be able to conceal those people who are being more violent.
00:23:48.780When I was there just earlier this morning, a couple hours ago, we saw as people, as ICE officers and federal employees were showing up, they were swarming the cars.
00:23:58.760We were live on War Room, and there was one car that had to drive at full speed just to be able to get through this human blockade.
00:24:05.700Are they still doing the human blockades in the road the way they were this morning and swarming cars?
00:30:37.580Because as far as I can tell, you're one of the only people that was actually at both the Maz, the Minneapolis Autonomous Zone, and the Chaz five years ago.
00:30:46.080I believe I'm probably one of the few, yeah.
00:30:49.260And it was very eerily similar, Jack, to the Chaz in Seattle 2020, Cal Anderson Park.
00:30:57.880And, you know, there was multiple barricades and barrel fires last night as well.
00:31:03.960There was even like a makeshift wigwam or something, kind of like liberal sweat lodge, where they were attempting to build a structure for long-term use, and people could stay warm inside of it.
00:31:16.700But thankfully, it's been dismantled, as we all know, but, I mean, Chaz lasted about three weeks.
00:31:22.960I thought we were going to be heading back there after this, but it was pretty well attended, I guess.
00:31:33.880It was a little cold, so that is a major difference.
00:31:35.780Tell me about the supplies that you saw there, because I mentioned to you on the phone about hand warmers, if you had any, and what did you see?
00:31:43.340Oh, there was no shortage of hand warmers there last night.
00:31:47.060Many, I don't know if they were local people or if they were called in or maybe hired by an outside source, funded from an outside source.
00:33:12.940Yeah, well, anybody could sign up for a local event happening at the Weekend of Action they're calling for.
00:33:20.040If you are familiar with the No Kings protest, that whole database has been also relayed, commandeered, if you will, to Indivisibles for this weekend.
00:33:30.920And you can find your local event or maybe, hey, Jack, we could create one of our own if we want to.
00:33:37.340Well, so what you're saying is you've signed up for the Indivisible text message chain.
00:33:42.520You're getting messages from Indivisible.
00:33:47.980And please show it to the camera if you have it.
00:33:49.280There's all kinds of resources you can get here on what to do at the event.
00:33:54.180They're talking about having even bringing like makeshift coffins or encouraging people to do chalk lines in the ground or have empty shoes as demonstrations.
00:34:04.060There's demonstration examples all in this convenient resource link here.
00:34:10.620And when when are they calling for this? What's the time frame?
00:34:12.900The time frame, I believe, I guess any time tomorrow and Sunday, it's the 10th and 11th weekend of action here.
00:34:25.380Indivisible is calling for a weekend of action.
00:34:27.960This is breaking news, exclusive human events daily.
00:34:30.880You've infiltrated the Indivisible online forum where they're organizing a weekend of action here in Minneapolis, Saturday, Sunday.
00:34:41.480This ties into the reporting that we've been doing the last couple of days about groups from all around the country converging on Minneapolis this weekend.
00:34:49.720Yes, and not only what to do at events, but how to deal with law enforcement.
00:34:55.460If you choose to not want to be arrested or how to de-escalate things or take further action to make your voice heard, who knows what that will look like.
00:35:08.220So there's a message here, and then there's information on hosting your own ice out for good event.
00:35:16.460And public vigils, memorials, silent marches, because they're always silent.
00:37:17.760They're also but listen to this. Oh, my goodness.
00:37:20.420Wait, wait, hold on. They're talking about where to have areas where you can focus on public officials that are, quote, lower security risk and threats, and the individuals who manage and maintain those facilities can choose to take action accordingly.
00:37:39.380Take action accordingly. Folks, this is huge. Human events has infiltrated Indivisible.
00:37:50.420jack is a great guy he's written a fantastic book everybody's talking about it go get it

00:39:26.480now, we've got Julio Rojas, who's out here doing some reporting for TPUSA Frontlines. He was out
00:39:35.080last night covering the protests, the agitators. He was also out. You remember him from 2020 in
00:39:40.700the Chaz in Kenosha. Julio, what's going on, man? All this is bringing back great memories from 2020.
00:39:53.180It certainly is bringing it all back. Tell us, what did you see last night down at Lake Chicago,
00:39:59.640this uh this march that you were covering i mean so this was pretty significant because you have
00:40:06.060to remember right i mean it's obvious it's january um and on top of that on top of the
00:40:10.180coal it was uh sleeting and so even despite that there were you know i mean like thousands of
00:40:15.720people uh marching down along lake street and and that's significant because uh lake street
00:40:21.620was heavily damaged by blm rioters back in 2020 so that's why um a lot of people are on edge of
00:40:28.980of even more kind of violent things happening because that was only, you know, barely six
00:40:33.160years ago. So, um, but, but this time, obviously the, the issue is different in the sense that,
00:40:37.760uh, you know, they were calling for governor walls or calling for, uh, mayor Frye to issue
00:40:42.660an arrest for the ice agent involved in this self-defense shooting. And so, um, even though
00:40:48.420we've had all these videos, multiple different angles, I know you just had Liz calling on
00:40:53.340to discuss the video that they just released. You know, I'm, I'm seeing, um, a lot of, you know,
00:40:58.120a lot of liberals, a lot of progressives, a lot of Democrats still saying this guy still murdered Rene Goode.
00:41:05.160And that just kind of shows how, you know, you can show everybody the evidence.
00:41:09.800And it harkens back to the Kyle Rittenhouse case where, you know, in that case, another self-defense shooting,
00:41:14.900you have all this evidence and people still to this day consider Kyle Rittenhouse murder.
00:41:19.480And so unfortunately for this ICE agent, it seems like that's going to be the same for him as well.
00:41:23.760well unfortunately that we do see these people that have been completely radicalized they've
00:41:33.180been so indoctrinated by their woke ideology that you've now got suburban moms from middle america
00:41:39.940who are willing to ram ice agents as if they were some radical member of isis like an isis jihadist
00:41:46.960conducting a vehicle ramming attack that's how bad the radicalization is and unfortunately
00:41:52.680I agree with you that I don't think it matters how many videos you show I don't think it matters if you you can show the video where this this wife this partner is screaming at the ICE agent is egging him on she's clearly complicit in the conspiracy here I think she should be charged with felony murder under the federal rule there's no question in my mind but it the issue where we're dealing with is full hardcore radicals and Julio when it comes to those radicals do you think we're going to see more violence against ICE agents and police
00:42:22.400at large? Oh, absolutely. I mean, they're calling for it. I mean, this is—and we've been building
00:42:28.740to this moment basically since President Trump came back into office, right? I mean, the thing
00:42:34.700that I've been telling people is that the rage that Democrats have right now is unprecedented
00:42:40.160because they thought that they were done with President Trump after January 2021. They thought
00:42:44.720that he's out of office. We're going to get him in prison for all these things. And not only is he
00:42:50.240back, but he's back and carrying out his campaign promises even stronger than before.
00:42:55.560And so all this is amid a large deployment of federal agents to Minneapolis, and that's
