Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - JAN 10 2022 - ANTIFA MILITANT ARRESTED WITH ALLEGED PIPE BOMB IN FLORIDA AT CONSERVATIVE EVENT

00:00:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by

00:00:06.280 Turning Point USA. Today's top stories that we're going to get into. An Antifa militant was arrested

00:00:12.240 with an alleged pipe bomb in Florida at a conservative event. Next, you got to watch

00:00:17.480 this video. Alec Baldwin completely melting down as he's comparing his set shooting where he shot

00:00:23.900 his cinematographer to January 6th. Yes, I kid you not. Third, Dr. Malone is triggering a massive

00:00:30.720 pushback to the mass formation psychosis and the framing, his new discussion. And then finally,

00:00:36.720 felony charges is a great story. Felony charges have been dropped on Kyle Rittenhouse's friend

00:00:41.860 Dominic Black in the AR-15 case. All this in Morehead, Human Events Daily.

00:00:53.900 All right, so first up, this is one of those stories where, and I know it's cliche to say this,

00:01:01.860 but if this were someone on the right, this would literally be the lead story anywhere and everywhere

00:01:09.260 in the country, probably internationally right now. An alleged Antifa member targeted a Florida rally

00:01:16.480 with a pipe bomb style IED and more explosives were found at his house. The arrested individual

00:01:24.020 suspect, Garrett James Smith, 22, was found and arrested carrying a pipe bomb. Antifa propaganda

00:01:30.160 and a written document on what to bring for his direct actions, basically a direct action plan that

00:01:35.880 he had written out. He had recently returned from Portland, Oregon. Go and watch the video explaining

00:01:41.560 what's happening. The next category on Smith's list is what he calls armor. So you can see there at the

00:01:48.220 top, it's got the clothing, and then it's got a list of armor. And within that section of his list,

00:01:56.660 it contained a black helmet with armor, black vest, knee guards, elbow pads, and a personal shield.

00:02:06.880 The third category, which is the one at the bottom of the list, and it's the most extensive,

00:02:11.560 is titled gear, and it is to be kept in a backpack, and it includes a gas mask and filters,

00:02:18.920 pepper spray, smoke rockets, and flammable rags. After finding the explosive device, deputies called

00:02:27.800 the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office bomb squad to the scene, and bomb technicians determined that

00:02:32.840 the device was in fact an active explosive device. So Post Millennial continues. This is Andy Noe,

00:02:39.480 my friend who's writing it. A man in full black block behaving suspiciously near a right-wing rally

00:02:44.920 outside of Pinellas County Courthouse in Florida on Jan 6th was apprehended by deputies after he tried

00:02:51.460 fleeing on foot. Garrett James Smith was arrested and found carrying an active pipe bomb. He had Antifa

00:02:57.220 propaganda. Sheriff Bob Gilardi said he was running fast. He was running away from something at a press

00:03:04.580 conference. The Tampa Police Department responded to the scene and determined that the device that

00:03:09.780 they found was a homemade M-type destructive device, according to the affidavit. Smith was purportedly

00:03:17.380 targeting dozens of the attendees at a rally protesting the treatment of Jan 6 suspects on the

00:03:23.780 one-year anniversary of the Capitol riot. An executed search warrant of his residence that he shares with

00:03:28.900 his parents revealed more explosives, tape, and nails for use in grenades. Bomb squad investigators

00:03:36.180 from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the Tampa Police responded to the home and determined

00:03:40.820 the devices were homemade IEDs. He also included what he called a direct action checklist, or a DAC.

00:03:48.980 It included drawings of an umbrella, a symbol adopted by Antifa militants for their frequent use of black

00:03:54.740 umbrellas, to shield one another from cameras while they conduct acts of violence or vandalism,

00:03:59.300 including a backpack with an Antifa iron front fist on it. He also wrote tips, no logos, armor,

00:04:06.260 pick a helmet with a roll cage, gear, keep your gear concealed, and it goes through it goes through gas

00:04:11.860 masks, collapsible batons, lighters, head loams, head domes, laser pointers, large pepper spray,

00:04:19.860 flammable rags. You understand why he says flammable rags, right? He wants to make Molotov cocktails,

00:04:26.820 black balloons, firework satchels, spray paint, black paracords, grappling hook, literally wrote

00:04:34.580 grappling hook, slingshot, ham radio, and a flag to, he actually wrote this, a flag to burn. Folks, 0.82

00:04:43.140 understand what's going on here. This is a situation where you had somebody who is a hardened

00:04:49.300 an actual believer in Antifa and this disgusting and completely insane ideology who was trying to 0.79

00:04:58.660 attack and kill all those people at that rally. They were out there exercising their First Amendment 0.52

00:05:04.580 right to peaceably assemble under the Constitution of the United States. You can like that, not like

00:05:10.180 that, disagree with it, you can do whatever you want. But the one thing you can't do is conduct

00:05:15.940 political violence against your opponents. You know, I held a rally outside the White House all

00:05:22.660 the way back in June of 2017, Lafayette Square Park, where we stood against political violence,

00:05:29.620 we stood against hate speech, we stood against all this stuff. We said, we're going to draw a line

00:05:33.860 right here. We're going to draw a line right here. Right? We understand that political violence

00:05:40.180 is illegal. And you'd think that would be something that everybody could agree with. But then we saw

00:05:47.060 2020. And we saw the entire media in this country condoning, supporting, and fanning the flames of

00:05:54.500 violence throughout the country. Alec Baldwin. What a guy. Really, what a guy in terms of this,

00:06:05.300 you know, if you are apparently a major left-wing celebrity, a member of the elite in this country,

00:06:13.620 and by the way, someone who is a made man for the ruling class, if you're someone who is a hired

00:06:21.860 majordomo of the ruling class, remember, this is their guy. Apparently, you can shoot someone 0.97

00:06:29.300 on your set. And then when the sheriff of the county puts out a search warrant,

00:06:37.140 you don't even have to respond and hand over your phone. Remember, he's left the state. He's

00:06:42.100 actually fled the state of New Mexico. He's gone to New York with his family. The sheriff's office

00:06:48.260 back in New Mexico, Santa Fe County, has said, hey, we are issuing a search warrant. We need to see your

00:06:53.700 phone. We need to know what's on there. We want the photos. We want the text messages, calls,

00:06:58.900 everything. We want that from your phone, Alec Baldwin. Now, I imagine, by the way, that they're

00:07:03.700 also getting it from his provider. I think it's a Verizon phone. So they're going to get that from

00:07:07.780 the provider. But for some reason, he is yet to turn this over. Well, instead of turning it over and

00:07:14.260 then going to his lawyers and explaining everything and be very careful about this, that's not what Alec Baldwin

00:07:19.220 is doing. Alec Baldwin is using that very, I kid you not, the very same phone to sit in his car

00:07:26.580 and make videos about how terrible everything is, how it's awful. It's so bad. Everyone's blaming him.

00:07:34.580 There's so much hate out there in the world. He is having an absolutely bizarre meltdown and rant

00:07:41.300 when it comes to this stuff. So go and watch. Let's just play. What we're going to do, we're going to

00:07:46.180 break this up. Watch the first part of this because this is one of the most stunning breakdowns I've

00:07:51.940 ever seen. The best way, the only way we can honor the death of Helena Hutchins is to find out the truth.

00:08:03.220 That's what I'm working toward, insisting on, demanding that the organizations involved in

00:08:11.620 this investigation do everything in their power, everything in their power to find out

00:08:17.060 what really happened. That's all that matters. The best way to honor the death of Helena Hutchins

00:08:23.700 is to find out the truth. Oh, he wants to go find the real killer. Well, that's wonderful. Find the

00:08:28.340 real person who's involved. It shouldn't take Alec Baldwin that long to track down Alec Baldwin. Guess

00:08:34.020 what? You're right there. You're literally in the mirror. You can turn around your phone because,

00:08:37.780 boom, you got the guy who's responsible. You're the one. Remember, folks, he is the one who pulled

00:08:43.460 the trigger. He is the one who was handed the gun. He didn't check to see if it was operating. He

00:08:50.180 didn't check to see if it was loaded. He pointed at somebody. He pulled the trigger. He says he didn't

00:08:55.300 pull the trigger. But does anyone really believe that? Because I think there's been debunk after

00:08:59.780 debunk after debunk that's come out on this that said, yeah, there's a 99% chance that that gun didn't

00:09:06.180 go unless you come up with some kind of freak accident, which apparently this is the weirdest

00:09:10.340 part for me. If this was on a film set, you know, there's footage of this. There's always

00:09:15.220 some camera rolling. If it's not the main camera, there's a side camera. There's always somebody

00:09:19.060 filming everything that goes on on account on a film set. But for some reason, this,

00:09:24.180 this horrific event is the only thing that we don't have on footage. No, not buying it,

00:09:29.540 not buying it for a second. But then go and look at what Alec Baldwin said next.

00:09:35.140 Any suggestion that we're not complying myself and any lawyers I'm working with or what have you

00:09:40.020 is a lie. That's a lie. We're going to, as soon as we go through this process, then by all means,

00:09:44.980 we will comply. But, um, but I have no worries about that. I have no worries about that. That's

00:09:53.540 all we're going to work itself out regardless of what they say in these right wing rag sheets and

00:09:59.140 people who are all about hate. Um, but setting aside all the hate, setting aside all the January

00:10:09.540 6th of it all, there it is.

00:10:13.460 So I guess it wasn't enough when Kamala Harris compared, Vice President Harris compared January

00:10:20.340 6th to 9-11 to Pearl Harbor, right? They're going to be comparing it to everything. On Twitter,

00:10:25.300 I compared it to the Battle of Nakatomi Plaza, very horrific and tragic Battle of Nakatomi Plaza.

00:10:30.340 I also compared it to the film Old School with Will Ferrell. But no, Alec Baldwin's got to get into the

00:10:34.900 game because he says that's not enough. So he's comparing, and I don't even know how anybody else can

00:10:40.900 draw this line, right? Of January 6th to the shooting death of Helena Hutchins, his cinematographer.

00:10:47.860 You got to understand with people like Alec Baldwin, right? Actors in general, artists in general,

00:10:53.220 they are high in terms of emotional IQ. So this is your emotional IQ that you're dealing with.

00:11:00.420 They, they deal with emotion. They deal with narratives. They deal with how things make them feel.

00:11:06.500 So for him, that shooting death of Helena Hutchins makes him feel angry. January 6th makes him feel

00:11:14.260 angry. And so his knee-jerk response is to go and blame both of those on the right wing.

00:11:21.540 Instead of actually dealing with any of the facts involved in the shooting, instead of dealing with

00:11:26.020 the situation as it stands, it doesn't matter for him. He's using a mental crutch rather than employ

00:11:32.580 any thinking, logistics, or logic, reason, anything like that. No, no, no, no. He wants to go and blame

00:11:39.940 all of this on every single person out there, but himself. It's a form of projection. It shows someone

00:11:47.620 who's very mentally insecure. And Alec Baldwin, you have every reason to be. Talk to your lawyers.

00:11:54.660 Stop talking to the camera.

00:11:59.940 Well, I'd just like to thank our wonderful overlords at the AP and Reuters. They have come in

00:12:07.620 to save us once again from our delusions, to save us from the misinformation, the disinformation,

00:12:15.380 the bad faith actors out there. Yes, AP, the Associated Press, and Reuters who have never got

00:12:21.460 anything wrong before the Associated Press. We're not going to talk about their past and their ties

00:12:27.620 and propaganda that they were actually able and in a deal with to produce for Nazi Germany back in

00:12:33.940 the 1930s. No, no, no, no, no. We're not going to talk about the Associated Press in terms of that

00:12:37.940 because, thank God, they have come out with the headline, there is no evidence of pandemic

00:12:44.260 mass formation psychosis, according to Reuters and the Associated Press. Mass formation psychosis is not

00:12:50.980 an academic term recognized in the field of psychology, nor is there evidence of any such

00:12:56.500 phenomenon occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic. Multiple experts in crowd psychology have told Reuters

00:13:03.780 and the Associated Press. By the way, you see what they're doing here, and this is from Zero Hedge,

00:13:09.300 conservative pundit, Sundance has it. You see what they're doing, right? They're arguing that because

00:13:14.100 the term mass formation psychosis doesn't exist, which of course is a new term, but because that

00:13:20.580 doesn't exist, then they're arguing, therefore, that the underlying concepts behind what Dr. Malone

00:13:26.580 is talking about in terms of mass formation psychosis also don't exist. But you see the problem with

00:13:31.380 that, right? You straw man. Every single fact check is like this, by the way. And I've said,

00:13:35.780 what is a fact check? A fact check is a blue pill designed to keep the normies docile. A fact check

00:13:44.580 is a blue pill designed to keep the normies docile. Because somebody comes out there and starts spreading

00:13:51.940 a little bit too much truth, and they've got to roll out one of these fact checks to say,

00:13:55.700 don't worry normies, don't worry normies, we've got this fact check, take your blue pill,

00:13:59.300 take your little blue pill, take your little blue pill, see us in the morning, you'll be fine.

00:14:03.460 There won't be any issues. Don't worry. Don't listen to that crazy Dr. Malone and that crazy

00:14:08.740 Joe Rogan. You listen to us because we are the trusted source. Remember, I talked about this before 0.92

00:14:15.620 about how mass formation psychosis, so many people were typing this into Google, that Google had to

00:14:21.540 come in and manually change their algorithm to determine what would be the first thing that came up

00:14:27.940 because they had to prevent Dr. Malone's article, his substack, which has been shared hundreds of

00:14:33.220 thousands of times. It's gone hyperviral, but they had to make sure that that wasn't the first thing

00:14:37.620 that popped up. So here's a clip, Peter McCullough explaining this.

00:14:40.100 Mass psychosis says, is number four the solution? There's no limit to the absurdity of the solution.

00:14:46.260 But then it goes a step further. And huge hat tip out, by the way, to Wuhan clan on Twitter. This guy is

00:14:52.660 amazing. Just one of those great anonymous accounts out there. One of the actual, I kid you not,

00:14:59.300 psychologists that is quoted in the fact check of this. Wuhan clan has been going through this

00:15:05.700 guy's tweets and his own past research. Here's a tweet from him from August of 2020, Jay Van Babel.

00:15:13.620 Until we get a vaccine, our only real tools are behavior. We have to think through the lens of

00:15:19.780 behavioral science. What can we do to nudge and cajole and encourage and motivate people to do the

00:15:27.220 right thing? So you see, it's not mass formation psychosis. It's just psychological behavioral nudging.

00:15:33.940 And that's totally different, ladies and gentlemen. He's also got a piece, same guy, just keep tracking

00:15:40.420 him, Jay Van Babel. We found his name because he was quoted by them. Here's his piece, April 2020,

00:15:46.900 in Nature on Human Behavior, this journal, using social and behavioral science to support COVID-19

00:15:56.580 pandemic response. Targeting fears can be useful. Appealing to peers leads to people changing their

00:16:03.220 behaviors. Negative framing captures their attention, especially for people who are less

00:16:08.420 mathematically skilled. That's his words, not mine. Increase negative emotions and sensitize people to

00:16:14.820 otherwise neglected risks for themselves and others. Make them scared. Then leverage the impact

00:16:21.220 of norms falling under the category of what he calls behavioral nudges, which influence behavior

00:16:26.820 through modification of choice architecture. Ladies and gentlemen, he is explaining how the mass formation

00:16:34.500 takes place. Dr. Malone is talking about the conclusion of Jay Van Babel's work. That's why they're going after

00:16:43.140 Dr. Malone because he's the one who called them out.

00:16:50.660 Here at Human Events Daily, we are keeping up with the stories months and weeks and years after

00:16:57.620 they first come out because we are the ones that are sitting in day in, day out, doing the work that

00:17:03.140 the mainstream media will not do. So if you want to continue to support us, you go to MyPillow.com,

00:17:07.220 you use the promo code POSO and you tell them, you say, look, I want the pillows. I want the mattress

00:17:12.980 toppers. I want the towels. Sleep through. Sleep through the night the way that President Biden

00:17:21.060 sleeps through a food crisis or sleeps through an international crisis in Russia, Ukraine,

00:17:26.820 and Afghanistan and Kazakhstan. You will sleep like President Biden on your brand new MyPillow.

00:17:32.420 Promo code POSO. All right. So speaking of which, though, in all seriousness,

00:17:37.700 good news that came out this week. We said that we would keep up with the story and we're going to

00:17:42.260 keep up with it. Dominic Black. You guys remember Dominic Black? He was Kyle Rittenhouse's friend who

00:17:48.420 actually purchased the AR-15 for him. He was the one who said, I'm going to buy these, but I'm going to

00:17:53.940 hold it for you in Illinois. Remember, or excuse me, in Wisconsin. So it never crossed those state lines.

00:17:59.460 Kyle Rittenhouse lived in Illinois. Dominic Black lived in Wisconsin and the AR-15 never crossed state lines.

00:18:05.300 Well, Dominic Black just had his felony charges dropped. He's accepted a plea deal. He's essentially just going to

00:18:12.740 it's a non-criminal citation. They've dropped the whole thing. Binger and Lunchbox are taking the L again.

00:18:19.700 That's for you, Lunchbox. That's for you, Binger. Felony charges dropped on Dominic Black because you knew what would

00:18:27.540 happen that if you went to a jury, if you put that before a jury, that you would literally get laughed out of court

00:18:33.380 the same way that we laughed you out of court last time. And I'm sure that Judge Schrader is very happy to see

00:18:39.460 justice done here. But go back. I want you to go back and look at what they did to Dominic Black when they

00:18:45.380 interrogated him for the completely lawful purchase of two AR-15s.

00:18:51.220 You know where he got the rifle?

00:18:52.420 Yeah, it's mine. He got it from my dad's house.

00:18:54.740 Okay. It's your rifle?

00:18:56.100 Yeah. It was, he bought it with his money, but I got it for him.

00:19:00.900 Yeah, I know, but like in my head, like I could have stopped it. So he spent his money, but I told

00:19:06.900 him it's going under my name.

00:19:07.940 The whole thing has been pled down. Dominic Black's plea deal will result in a non-criminal citation,

00:19:13.220 according to court documents filed on Friday. He would be required to pay a fine of $2,000.

00:19:18.260 Black was charged in 2020 on two counts of providing a firearm to a minor. He purchased

00:19:22.900 an AR-15 for Rittenhouse, who was 17 years old when he brought the gun to a riot in Kenosha,

00:19:28.100 Wisconsin. Rittenhouse was too young to purchase the gun legally at the time. Now, here's the problem

00:19:33.620 with that, of course. Dominic Black didn't purchase the gun and then sell it to Kyle Rittenhouse.

00:19:41.140 This law is on the books for straw purchases. He said, I'm going to hold it in my possession

00:19:48.180 and then I'm going to transfer ownership when Kyle turned 18. That is not against the law and it was

00:19:56.180 never against the law. But what Binger was trying to do was find the specific thing in the law to use

00:20:03.140 that to go after a specific citation in the law to go after Dominic Black. And now, ladies and gentlemen,

00:20:09.300 the whole thing has been dropped because the citizens and the people, the residents of Wisconsin,

00:20:16.020 specifically the residents of Kenosha, understood what it was that Dominic Black and Kyle Rittenhouse

00:20:22.100 were trying to do that night. They were trying to protect their home. They were trying to protect

00:20:27.780 the town of Kenosha. They had been asked to be there by an Indian immigrant family to protect

00:20:34.820 their business, a car dealership that they ran in the town of Kenosha. They had a couple of lots.

00:20:40.020 They were trying to protect them all. That's what went on that night. These were not vigilantes.

00:20:45.620 These were people who were put in that situation that they never should have been in by the mayor,

00:20:51.060 by the state of Wisconsin. And that is it for us all the time we have here on Human Events Daily. But

00:20:57.060 remember, our motto to you, our pledge, we will not break it. Be good, be brief, be gone. Remember

00:21:03.940 your homework, ladies and gentlemen. Go share this out with one of your Normie friends. And then,

00:21:07.620 by the way, go and leave us a review. It really helps us out. It really takes care of us in terms

00:21:12.180 of this. We're going to have a lot of stuff coming up this year, so please go leave us the review. It helps

00:21:16.580 us out with the rankings, and it does a lot of good for us. But before we leave, I want to leave you all

00:21:22.660 with today's moment of history. Today, in 1776, Thomas Paine's Common Sense came out. This called for

00:21:33.940 independence against Great Britain. And what it was, keep in mind, it was a pamphlet that he had made

00:21:40.820 himself. And that it was shared in bars, it was shared in taverns, in inns, all throughout the

00:21:46.500 land. And people kept sharing it and sharing it and sharing it the same way that this podcast is

00:21:51.220 being shared today. Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to lay ashore.
