00:01:09.060 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition, Human Events Daily, powered by Turning

00:01:13.340 Point USA. Today's biggest and top stories. First up, the Ottawa police are attempting to break up

00:01:20.080 a massive trucker protest. Many are calling it the trucker uprising in Canada. We'll discuss that.

00:01:26.480 Second, Bill Kristol, a former conservative or nominal conservative, and his group spent normally

00:01:31.860 $40 million on behalf of the 2020 cycle. Third, Senator Lindsey Graham backing Biden's pledge,

00:01:40.060 President Biden's pledge, to automatically pick a black woman for the Supreme Court, saying it will 0.68

00:01:45.260 make the court look more like America. And then finally, billionaire megadonor George Soros is

00:01:51.080 pledging an unprecedented $125 million in funding in 2022. All this in Warhead, Human Events Daily.

00:02:15.260 Peter, the

00:02:37.220 The truckers of Canada 0.83

00:03:06.600 are rising up.

00:03:08.680 This is amazing.

00:03:09.520 You know, it's like,

00:03:10.980 and look,

00:03:11.840 no offense to any Canadians out there,

00:03:13.620 please do not take this the wrong way,

00:03:15.020 but this is like the first time

00:03:16.780 that something's actually happened in Canada.

00:03:19.860 You know what I mean?

00:03:21.260 You know, it's normally like,

00:03:22.700 well, the lake froze

00:03:23.760 and there was hockey, right?

00:03:25.920 You know, out of Canada.

00:03:26.680 But this, no, look,

00:03:27.940 always been a huge fan

00:03:29.240 of what's going on up there in Canada,

00:03:32.800 especially right now,

00:03:33.920 huge supporter of this.

00:03:34.940 This is an inflection point.

00:03:37.840 You need to go and look at

00:03:39.300 who is supporting the truckers

00:03:41.580 right now of Canada.

00:03:42.560 This is an actual worker uprising.

00:03:44.860 You know, one of those things

00:03:45.900 that the left always says

00:03:47.900 that they support,

00:03:49.260 you know, workers of the world unite, right?

00:03:51.840 Well, the workers of the world are uniting.

00:03:53.420 It's just that they're uniting

00:03:54.440 against vaccine mandates

00:03:56.180 and you don't like that.

00:03:57.820 So you're completely against them.

00:03:59.940 So you're attacking them.

00:04:00.880 You're trying to smear them as racist.

00:04:02.080 You're trying to say they're misinformation,

00:04:05.940 far right, extreme, everything.

00:04:07.760 There's actually indigenous families out there

00:04:10.760 singing along with everybody else.

00:04:13.320 It's beautiful.

00:04:14.540 And by the way,

00:04:14.960 Canada has a beautiful national anthem.

00:04:16.960 We've actually been going up.

00:04:18.480 I'm from Pennsylvania originally

00:04:19.600 and we would go up to Canada in the summer.

00:04:21.760 We would go hang out on the lake up there,

00:04:23.660 north of Kingston,

00:04:24.640 and just beautiful,

00:04:25.640 absolutely beautiful area,

00:04:28.220 beautiful people,

00:04:29.460 love the food.

00:04:30.320 This is an inflection point.

00:04:32.680 It is a moment

00:04:33.320 where free people can stand up.

00:04:36.960 But of course,

00:04:37.380 the police in Ottawa,

00:04:38.400 now what are the police in Ottawa?

00:04:39.320 They put a huge thread out on Twitter.

00:04:41.660 Ottawa police tell downtown workers

00:04:43.440 to work from home on Monday

00:04:45.300 and that area schools may be closed

00:04:47.320 due to the convoy of freedom.

00:04:49.160 And they're asking city residents

00:04:50.540 to avoid the area

00:04:51.780 while they ask truckers to leave.

00:04:53.660 You know, this is how you know,

00:04:54.560 by the way,

00:04:55.000 that this trucker protest

00:04:58.020 is not one of those CIA-backed

00:05:00.640 color revolutions, right?

00:05:02.560 You know, Norm Eisen and his friends,

00:05:04.380 they're not behind this one,

00:05:06.260 the Open Society Network.

00:05:07.540 They're not like,

00:05:08.260 you know, like Syria,

00:05:09.100 like Venezuela,

00:05:10.300 some of the stuff

00:05:10.940 that we saw in Kazakhstan recently.

00:05:12.720 This isn't one of those, right?

00:05:14.740 And you can tell it's not one of those

00:05:16.320 because the elites

00:05:17.900 are freaking out

00:05:19.480 over this entire thing.

00:05:21.460 MSNBC this morning,

00:05:22.820 Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski,

00:05:24.200 they're saying,

00:05:25.240 you know,

00:05:25.840 we believe there's lots of racists

00:05:27.300 in there and it's a cult.

00:05:29.100 It's absolutely a cult.

00:05:30.480 And look,

00:05:30.880 I gotta say, guys,

00:05:32.680 I was up last night

00:05:34.600 watching the live streams

00:05:36.480 of what was going on.

00:05:37.580 They turned this thing

00:05:38.300 into like a rave up there

00:05:40.040 in Ottawa,

00:05:41.400 right on Parliament Hill.

00:05:43.040 It was beautiful.

00:05:44.820 And you just hear

00:05:45.900 not only the music

00:05:46.720 and the dancing,

00:05:47.660 but those horns, 1.00

00:05:48.860 those horns honking

00:05:50.360 from these people

00:05:51.520 who are the salt of the earth.

00:05:53.420 They literally

00:05:54.340 are the backbone

00:05:55.260 of our economy.

00:05:56.600 So all you people

00:05:57.540 who've been supporting

00:05:58.800 the lockdown policies

00:05:59.900 all along, right?

00:06:01.200 How do you,

00:06:01.880 but you've been eating

00:06:02.720 and you've been getting supplies

00:06:04.260 and every time you go,

00:06:05.360 you adventure out,

00:06:06.260 sneak out to the supermarket,

00:06:07.720 right?

00:06:08.320 You know,

00:06:08.560 with your gloves

00:06:09.760 and your triple masks

00:06:10.860 and your face plates.

00:06:12.760 How do you think

00:06:13.520 all that stuff got on the shelves?

00:06:15.820 If you got it,

00:06:17.240 a trucker brought it.

00:06:19.000 That's how this works.

00:06:20.520 Those are the guys

00:06:21.880 who are out there

00:06:22.620 driving Houston to Brooklyn,

00:06:25.100 no sleep,

00:06:26.520 you know,

00:06:26.700 listening to books on tape,

00:06:27.860 listening to podcasts,

00:06:28.960 maybe listen to Human Events Daily,

00:06:30.680 hear and air.

00:06:32.220 They are the people

00:06:33.280 who actually make

00:06:34.880 this country run.

00:06:37.120 The actual working class. 0.56

00:06:39.160 Many of them

00:06:39.520 are entrepreneurs,

00:06:40.240 by the way.

00:06:41.480 Many,

00:06:41.740 I'm talking about

00:06:42.220 truckers in general right now,

00:06:43.400 but you know,

00:06:44.000 many truckers

00:06:44.780 own their own rigs.

00:06:46.500 So they're entrepreneurs,

00:06:47.480 they're family men,

00:06:49.140 they're religious,

00:06:50.000 they're believers,

00:06:51.060 and they represent

00:06:52.320 truly some of the best

00:06:54.100 in society.

00:06:55.300 So of course,

00:06:56.180 it makes sense

00:06:57.080 that the entire

00:06:58.300 neoliberal establishment

00:06:59.700 would have it out for them.

00:07:02.160 Well,

00:07:02.740 I have a message

00:07:03.240 for the truckers.

00:07:04.480 Honk on.

00:07:09.260 Bill Kristol.

00:07:11.020 Now you might remember

00:07:11.820 Bill

00:07:12.280 as the guy

00:07:13.760 who went around

00:07:14.420 saying

00:07:14.840 that we absolutely

00:07:16.260 must attack Iraq 1.00

00:07:18.000 immediately 0.95

00:07:18.700 because Saddam Hussein

00:07:20.740 has weapons of mass destruction

00:07:22.360 and he's about to use them

00:07:23.900 against the homeland.

00:07:25.560 This is

00:07:26.180 our greatest

00:07:26.940 national priority.

00:07:28.580 He's of course

00:07:29.020 now running around

00:07:29.680 saying

00:07:30.000 that we need

00:07:30.980 to put boots

00:07:32.240 on the ground

00:07:32.920 in Ukraine

00:07:33.580 because Ukraine

00:07:35.100 is our greatest

00:07:36.240 national interest,

00:07:38.080 core interest

00:07:38.720 to the United States.

00:07:40.400 And if we don't,

00:07:41.480 Russia

00:07:41.800 will overrun Ukraine 0.98

00:07:43.300 and then probably also

00:07:44.820 use weapons of mass destruction

00:07:46.580 against the United States. 0.98

00:07:48.020 It's ridiculous. 0.97

00:07:49.360 But 0.86

00:07:49.600 the New York Times

00:07:51.740 has just done

00:07:52.540 a very interesting report.

00:07:54.420 And look,

00:07:55.300 I know,

00:07:55.980 I know

00:07:56.540 the fake news

00:07:57.260 New York Times,

00:07:57.880 the failing New York Times,

00:07:59.420 but this is what's so interesting

00:08:00.800 because they're reporting

00:08:01.960 on donations,

00:08:03.960 dark money donations

00:08:04.860 from,

00:08:06.120 this is Kenneth Vogel

00:08:07.000 and Shane Goldmacher

00:08:08.120 and Kenneth Vogel

00:08:08.760 is one of the few guys

00:08:09.680 over there,

00:08:10.000 he's a straight shooter.

00:08:10.940 He is a straight shooter

00:08:11.800 at the New York Times.

00:08:12.500 Remember,

00:08:12.900 this is the guy

00:08:13.460 who explained

00:08:14.260 the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:08:15.620 This is the guy

00:08:16.240 who explained

00:08:16.680 what was going on

00:08:17.340 in Ukraine

00:08:17.780 earlier on

00:08:19.020 with a lot

00:08:19.440 of these different things.

00:08:21.380 I shouldn't say

00:08:21.840 he wasn't involved

00:08:22.340 with the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:08:23.160 He was involved

00:08:23.800 with what Hunter Biden's

00:08:25.480 deals were in Ukraine.

00:08:26.660 Okay?

00:08:27.300 So he's got to report out

00:08:28.280 New York Times

00:08:28.960 cried dark money.

00:08:30.600 Then they won with it

00:08:31.500 in 2020.

00:08:32.280 A New York Times analysis

00:08:33.180 reveals how the left

00:08:34.440 outdid the right

00:08:35.980 at raising and spending

00:08:37.380 millions

00:08:37.940 from undisclosed donors

00:08:39.360 to defeat

00:08:40.200 former President Trump

00:08:41.060 and win power

00:08:41.980 in Washington.

00:08:44.060 But then if you dig down,

00:08:45.640 it shows

00:08:46.300 the big money right

00:08:47.680 was fractured

00:08:48.500 over whether to support

00:08:49.980 President Trump's

00:08:51.140 re-election.

00:08:53.700 Started new groups

00:08:55.440 that were welcomed

00:08:56.480 into the left's

00:08:58.240 big money firmament.

00:09:00.520 Defending Democracy Together,

00:09:02.120 co-founded in 2018

00:09:03.860 by conservative pundit

00:09:06.060 William Crystal,

00:09:07.060 Bill Crystal,

00:09:07.520 spent nearly

00:09:08.560 $40 million

00:09:10.080 in 2020,

00:09:12.680 $10.5 million

00:09:13.520 of it from the

00:09:14.180 1630 fund

00:09:15.580 to go

00:09:16.820 against

00:09:17.740 Republicans.

00:09:19.320 So explain this to me.

00:09:21.280 If you're someone

00:09:22.160 who supported

00:09:23.260 this current administration,

00:09:25.540 who supported

00:09:26.060 these policies

00:09:26.900 that they support,

00:09:28.200 who, by the way,

00:09:29.060 with the Supreme Court

00:09:29.920 justice coming up,

00:09:30.840 we're going to talk about

00:09:31.320 that in the next segment,

00:09:32.040 we know

00:09:33.500 that President Biden

00:09:34.760 is going to pick

00:09:35.380 someone who's

00:09:36.640 pro-abortion,

00:09:39.140 who's against gun rights,

00:09:40.780 who's against

00:09:41.200 freedom of speech,

00:09:42.780 who's for

00:09:43.400 the unlimited

00:09:44.180 growth of government,

00:09:46.200 yet this is someone

00:09:47.000 that you put in office

00:09:48.040 with your dollars.

00:09:49.980 And then you go around

00:09:51.240 calling yourself

00:09:51.960 a conservative.

00:09:52.780 Let's play a clip

00:09:53.660 of Bill Crystal

00:09:54.820 from about

00:09:55.880 a decade ago

00:09:56.980 explaining

00:09:57.560 what he believes in.

00:09:59.080 When you really see

00:10:00.580 modern liberal

00:10:02.000 big government

00:10:02.720 up close,

00:10:03.720 when you see

00:10:04.120 its attempt

00:10:04.540 to expand even further,

00:10:06.360 voters really got

00:10:07.460 spooked by that.

00:10:08.560 They really got worried

00:10:09.480 that this was

00:10:10.100 changing America almost.

00:10:11.500 It's one thing

00:10:11.880 to have a little

00:10:12.420 incremental change,

00:10:13.460 a little more,

00:10:14.440 you know,

00:10:14.840 a little addition

00:10:16.560 to the Medicare program

00:10:17.640 or another,

00:10:18.600 one more

00:10:18.980 environmental regulation.

00:10:20.060 It's another thing

00:10:20.400 to go to cap and trade

00:10:21.460 or to Obamacare

00:10:22.380 or to the stimulus package

00:10:23.880 or to $1.3 trillion

00:10:25.260 of debt.

00:10:26.460 And so I think voters

00:10:27.420 really recoiled

00:10:28.680 from that

00:10:29.180 and it made them

00:10:30.180 also think,

00:10:31.060 as happens when you

00:10:32.020 recoil from something,

00:10:32.800 you don't just recoil,

00:10:33.600 you also think,

00:10:34.320 well, what went wrong?

00:10:35.620 And people started

00:10:36.480 to rethink

00:10:36.840 some of the other aspects

00:10:37.940 of the modern welfare state.

00:10:39.240 So I think it's a very

00:10:40.120 interesting moment

00:10:40.800 for conservatives,

00:10:41.600 a very promising moment

00:10:44.040 where voters

00:10:45.200 and citizens

00:10:45.900 are really open

00:10:46.720 to rethinking

00:10:47.400 some things

00:10:48.000 that seem kind of closed

00:10:49.100 over the last decade

00:10:50.300 or two.

00:10:51.120 It's a scam.

00:10:52.680 It's all a scam.

00:10:54.300 You are being hoodwinked.

00:10:56.440 So if you're someone

00:10:57.380 who actually believes

00:10:59.620 in these ideals,

00:11:01.260 they say,

00:11:01.540 I believe in limited government.

00:11:03.180 I believe in unlocking

00:11:05.380 the power of the individual.

00:11:06.720 I believe in having

00:11:07.440 a small government,

00:11:08.400 small spending,

00:11:09.260 et cetera, et cetera.

00:11:11.120 This ain't your guy

00:11:12.260 because if you're going

00:11:13.580 with him,

00:11:15.040 he's putting money

00:11:16.580 towards the people

00:11:17.740 that stand against

00:11:20.360 everything you believe in.

00:11:21.420 So if they stand

00:11:22.120 against everything

00:11:22.600 you believe in,

00:11:23.880 it makes no sense, 1.00

00:11:24.840 he's a hypocrite. 1.00

00:11:27.620 Now, again, 1.00

00:11:28.100 you can do what you want.

00:11:29.080 I'm not advocating

00:11:29.840 one way or the other,

00:11:30.900 but this guy

00:11:31.960 goes out and says

00:11:33.380 one thing,

00:11:34.520 raises a bunch of money,

00:11:35.800 and then turns around

00:11:37.020 and helps people

00:11:38.160 who are doing

00:11:39.040 the exact opposite

00:11:40.420 because he has

00:11:41.760 his own agenda.

00:11:43.380 His agenda

00:11:43.860 isn't what

00:11:44.640 he's telling you.

00:11:45.860 His agenda

00:11:46.500 is what he does.

00:11:48.280 I've said this before.

00:11:49.040 I've said this

00:11:49.340 a million times.

00:11:51.500 Conservatives

00:11:52.060 judge people

00:11:53.080 by their actions.

00:11:55.600 Liberals

00:11:55.960 judge people

00:11:57.000 by their words.

00:11:59.460 And so you can see

00:12:00.200 this day in,

00:12:01.200 day out

00:12:01.500 where they'll say,

00:12:02.140 oh, look at this comment.

00:12:03.300 Don't look at this thing.

00:12:04.580 You know,

00:12:04.740 what about this thing?

00:12:05.600 Why did they say this

00:12:06.280 if somebody misspoke

00:12:07.200 or something is taking

00:12:08.120 out of context, right?

00:12:09.100 You look what they're doing

00:12:09.740 to Joe Rogan right now.

00:12:11.240 They're judging Joe Rogan

00:12:12.500 by trying to take away

00:12:13.540 his speech.

00:12:14.580 But if you look

00:12:15.160 at Joe Rogan's actions,

00:12:16.240 what does he do?

00:12:17.620 He allows people

00:12:18.820 who have a difference

00:12:20.040 of opinion

00:12:20.700 to come out

00:12:21.980 and have a platform.

00:12:23.080 It's a very Gen X 0.97

00:12:23.960 way of thinking,

00:12:24.800 1970s era

00:12:25.960 freedom of speech

00:12:27.240 because they can remember that.

00:12:29.100 That's what they came up in

00:12:30.140 when they were born

00:12:31.220 in the 70s.

00:12:33.980 But as we talked

00:12:34.840 about last week,

00:12:35.740 we're moving

00:12:36.380 to a new situation

00:12:37.580 as the millennials

00:12:39.200 and Gen Z

00:12:39.780 are coming up

00:12:40.420 where they don't believe

00:12:41.400 in freedom of speech.

00:12:42.480 They believe in control.

00:12:44.000 They believe

00:12:44.720 in restrictions

00:12:45.720 and regulations

00:12:46.600 on freedom of speech.

00:12:48.340 So you've got guys

00:12:49.300 like this again,

00:12:50.460 Bill Kristol,

00:12:51.020 everything he says

00:12:53.420 is coordinated.

00:12:54.980 It's programmed.

00:12:55.940 It's planned.

00:12:57.540 And it's all a scam.

00:12:59.680 It's meant to fool you.

00:13:01.560 It's meant to get you

00:13:02.740 believing one thing

00:13:03.920 while he does another

00:13:05.140 with your money.

00:13:06.560 The island of Nantucket.

00:13:12.480 Those beautiful

00:13:13.260 historic homes up there

00:13:14.640 underwater

00:13:15.940 because of the

00:13:17.200 nor'easter last weekend

00:13:18.540 winter storm Kenan.

00:13:20.960 And you know

00:13:21.640 that I spent

00:13:22.160 all last week

00:13:22.980 telling you,

00:13:23.460 get ready

00:13:24.220 for this thing.

00:13:25.480 Do not,

00:13:26.080 look,

00:13:26.540 once it happens,

00:13:27.480 it's already

00:13:28.420 too late.

00:13:30.040 That is why

00:13:30.660 you need

00:13:31.440 to prepare

00:13:32.300 before it happens,

00:13:34.320 before something happens.

00:13:35.560 And that's why

00:13:36.460 this winter

00:13:37.020 I'm urging everyone

00:13:38.320 go out,

00:13:38.960 support this show,

00:13:39.860 support yourselves.

00:13:40.560 You go to

00:13:40.820 MyPillow.com,

00:13:41.900 use promo code

00:13:42.960 POSO.

00:13:43.580 You've got the bedding,

00:13:44.560 you've got the robes,

00:13:45.520 you've got the sheets,

00:13:46.520 the towel packs,

00:13:47.680 the slippers,

00:13:48.560 and of course,

00:13:49.560 of course,

00:13:50.600 the original pillows.

00:13:51.900 That's where you need

00:13:52.960 to go.

00:13:53.760 Support the patriots,

00:13:55.080 get in the fight,

00:13:56.000 support American workers,

00:13:57.520 MyPillow.com

00:13:58.460 backslash POSO

00:13:59.800 and use promo code POSO.

00:14:01.160 Well,

00:14:01.340 Senator Lindsey Graham,

00:14:02.580 a nominally

00:14:05.200 conservative senator,

00:14:06.860 right?

00:14:07.020 So we're talking

00:14:07.460 about scams today.

00:14:08.380 We're talking

00:14:08.640 about people

00:14:09.000 who go around

00:14:09.560 begging for donations

00:14:10.360 and claiming

00:14:11.160 they're conservatives.

00:14:13.160 Well,

00:14:13.440 he went on CBS

00:14:15.060 Face the Nation

00:14:16.000 this weekend.

00:14:16.900 And I'm not even

00:14:18.080 going to tell you

00:14:18.940 what Senator Graham said.

00:14:20.460 I want you

00:14:21.540 to hear

00:14:22.320 what Senator Graham

00:14:23.420 said to yourself.

00:14:24.480 And President Reagan

00:14:25.400 said running

00:14:26.520 for office

00:14:27.140 that he wanted

00:14:27.760 to put the first

00:14:28.500 female on the court. 0.91

00:14:30.420 Whether you like it

00:14:31.040 or not,

00:14:31.560 Joe Biden said,

00:14:32.400 I'm going to pick

00:14:32.980 an African-American woman

00:14:34.360 to serve on the Supreme Court.

00:14:35.920 I believe there are plenty

00:14:37.040 of qualified

00:14:38.180 African-American women,

00:14:39.600 conservative and liberal

00:14:40.440 that could go on

00:14:41.220 to the court.

00:14:41.980 So I don't concede it.

00:14:43.420 I don't see Michelle Charles

00:14:44.700 as an act

00:14:45.900 of affirmative action.

00:14:47.060 I do see 0.83

00:14:47.800 putting a black woman 1.00

00:14:48.920 on the court, 0.91

00:14:50.180 making the court

00:14:50.960 more like America 0.92

00:14:52.040 in the history

00:14:53.080 of our country.

00:14:54.200 We've only had

00:14:55.500 five women serve

00:14:57.000 and two African-American men.

00:14:59.480 Senator Graham

00:15:00.220 went on to say

00:15:00.840 that nominating 0.96

00:15:01.520 a black woman 0.97

00:15:02.220 to the Supreme Court 0.86

00:15:03.000 would make it look

00:15:03.620 more like America 0.92

00:15:04.380 and that it was not

00:15:05.620 affirmative action,

00:15:06.700 according to Business Insider.

00:15:08.660 Graham rejected

00:15:09.800 the idea

00:15:10.440 that President Biden

00:15:11.480 tapping a black woman 0.99

00:15:12.920 for a Supreme Court 0.98

00:15:13.680 is affirmative action.

00:15:14.660 The senator said

00:15:15.240 the president

00:15:15.640 had a wealth

00:15:16.380 of qualified candidates

00:15:17.600 to choose from.

00:15:18.820 Earlier,

00:15:19.180 Senator Wicker

00:15:19.780 also said

00:15:20.660 that a black female nominee 0.88

00:15:22.120 or excuse me, 0.89

00:15:23.200 he said that a black female nominee 0.97

00:15:24.420 would be a beneficiary

00:15:25.860 of affirmative action

00:15:26.900 because obviously

00:15:28.100 it's affirmative action 0.92

00:15:29.300 if you're choosing someone

00:15:30.760 based on identity politics first

00:15:33.440 and not choosing

00:15:34.620 the best person for the...

00:15:36.220 You know,

00:15:36.640 if you go back,

00:15:38.420 they used to actually have

00:15:40.380 to do this dance

00:15:41.380 kind of around this,

00:15:42.380 right?

00:15:42.720 So they used to say,

00:15:43.620 oh, no, no, no, no,

00:15:44.120 it's not because

00:15:44.920 of affirmative action,

00:15:47.080 it's not because

00:15:47.580 we believe diversity

00:15:49.380 is our strength, right?

00:15:50.260 That's what they always say

00:15:50.880 for some reason.

00:15:51.740 They would say,

00:15:52.360 well, you know,

00:15:53.020 we just, you know,

00:15:53.580 we think that this is better

00:15:54.680 and they'd play

00:15:55.520 this word game with it.

00:15:56.820 Well, the word games are done.

00:15:58.380 They are just outright saying,

00:16:00.700 we are going to choose someone

00:16:01.860 because of their race

00:16:03.400 and because of their gender. 0.88

00:16:05.660 And that's actually detrimental

00:16:07.040 to the people

00:16:08.360 that are put in these positions

00:16:09.580 because now,

00:16:11.240 anytime someone is nominated

00:16:13.920 who may actually be

00:16:16.020 very qualified

00:16:16.860 for this position,

00:16:18.360 though,

00:16:18.740 because it's President Biden,

00:16:20.220 I'm not really sure

00:16:21.440 what's going on with that.

00:16:22.760 I think I'd like to double check.

00:16:24.280 Maybe run a little fact check

00:16:26.060 on that.

00:16:27.500 But here's the thing.

00:16:29.520 If you're doing that,

00:16:30.820 you're undercutting everything

00:16:32.520 that person has worked for,

00:16:34.340 that person's accomplished,

00:16:35.640 that person's achieved,

00:16:36.720 and that's what we really have now

00:16:38.360 in this country.

00:16:39.000 And this has been going on

00:16:40.020 before I was born,

00:16:41.920 before many of us were born.

00:16:43.800 It is a war on achievement.

00:16:46.960 It's a war on success.

00:16:49.060 It's saying,

00:16:49.920 it's going to people

00:16:50.540 and saying

00:16:51.040 that you doing your best

00:16:53.300 isn't good enough

00:16:54.820 because of how you were born,

00:16:57.180 because you're a Kulak, 0.96

00:16:58.940 right?

00:16:59.260 You're someone

00:16:59.920 who it's now been

00:17:01.380 that the Kulaks were 1.00

00:17:02.220 in the Russian Civil War

00:17:03.260 after the Communist Revolution.

00:17:04.740 They were pressed aside.

00:17:06.580 All of the ills of society

00:17:08.200 were blamed on them.

00:17:09.960 Everything that was wrong,

00:17:10.860 everything that,

00:17:11.540 you know,

00:17:11.780 could potentially be

00:17:12.940 criticized about society,

00:17:14.880 well, it's not there.

00:17:15.520 Anyone else's fault,

00:17:16.280 it's the Kulak's fault. 0.57

00:17:17.760 So you're a Kulak now. 1.00

00:17:19.220 It doesn't matter

00:17:19.640 how hard you work.

00:17:20.780 It doesn't matter

00:17:21.200 what your test grades are.

00:17:22.640 It doesn't matter

00:17:23.400 if you can speak

00:17:24.460 multiple languages

00:17:25.300 and play multiple instruments

00:17:26.680 and, you know,

00:17:28.280 letter on a sports team

00:17:29.980 in high school.

00:17:30.940 It doesn't matter

00:17:31.580 because you're a Kulak. 0.90

00:17:34.220 And someone else

00:17:35.060 will always be put ahead of you

00:17:36.900 because of the way

00:17:38.320 you were born.

00:17:39.700 And by that same token,

00:17:41.840 right,

00:17:42.740 if you're someone

00:17:43.700 who's the beneficiary

00:17:44.800 of this system,

00:17:46.100 completely unconstitutional,

00:17:47.360 by the way,

00:17:48.920 then all of the same applies.

00:17:50.240 You get put to the front

00:17:51.520 not because of your hard work,

00:17:53.140 but because of your identity.

00:17:56.400 That's a problem.

00:17:57.760 You can't run a country like this.

00:17:59.520 It's actually illegal.

00:18:00.320 You can't hire somebody 1.00

00:18:01.320 based on this.

00:18:02.420 Completely illegal.

00:18:04.440 And yet somehow

00:18:05.100 we're allowing

00:18:06.400 our Supreme Court

00:18:08.360 to be chosen this way.

00:18:12.660 President Biden's approval rating

00:18:14.660 is in the sewer.

00:18:16.180 I say it's in the sewer

00:18:17.300 because the sewer

00:18:18.100 is lower than the gutter.

00:18:19.520 It was in the gutter before.

00:18:21.440 Now it is completely

00:18:22.500 in the sewer.

00:18:23.200 That's what's below the gutter. 0.78

00:18:24.700 And that is where,

00:18:25.480 of course,

00:18:26.040 it will remain

00:18:27.300 until he starts returning

00:18:28.800 to a little something

00:18:29.700 that I like to refer to

00:18:31.080 as common sense.

00:18:33.660 Common sense government.

00:18:35.580 Stop getting us involved

00:18:36.740 in these overseas debacles.

00:18:39.620 We don't need

00:18:40.320 another endless war

00:18:41.340 and certainly not

00:18:42.300 on the Eurasian steppe.

00:18:44.480 We don't want to get

00:18:45.060 into a winter war

00:18:46.340 with Russia.

00:18:47.000 Just a little bit

00:18:48.480 of historical precedent there.

00:18:49.660 Just a tiny little bit.

00:18:51.400 But of course,

00:18:52.860 it doesn't matter

00:18:53.560 because they're going

00:18:55.600 to get paid anyway.

00:18:56.940 And what I mean

00:18:57.320 they're going to get paid anyway?

00:18:58.600 Story out of Politico.

00:19:00.920 Mega donor,

00:19:01.920 billionaire George Soros

00:19:03.040 pledges

00:19:03.980 unprecedented

00:19:05.200 $125 million

00:19:07.720 to help Democrat Party

00:19:09.780 win in November.

00:19:11.480 Isn't that nice?

00:19:12.640 Isn't that so good for him?

00:19:14.160 Politico reports

00:19:15.860 that the non-agenarian 0.99

00:19:17.320 billionaire

00:19:17.820 is committing $125 million

00:19:19.280 and enormous

00:19:19.900 and unprecedented

00:19:20.600 even for Soros some

00:19:22.100 to help them win

00:19:23.120 as many congressional races

00:19:24.480 as possible

00:19:25.240 in November and beyond.

00:19:27.140 It appears that Soros'

00:19:28.220 top issue

00:19:28.820 this time around

00:19:29.820 is voting rights,

00:19:31.200 which also happens

00:19:32.360 to be near the top

00:19:33.220 of President Biden's agenda

00:19:34.500 as he and his

00:19:35.560 congressional allies

00:19:36.600 struggle to pass

00:19:37.820 a new voting rights bill.

00:19:39.440 This is from Politico.

00:19:40.100 The group Democracy Pack

00:19:41.640 has served as Soros'

00:19:42.740 campaign spending vehicle

00:19:44.640 since 2019,

00:19:45.580 channeling more than

00:19:46.220 $80 million

00:19:47.340 to other groups

00:19:49.100 and candidates

00:19:49.560 during the 2020 cycle.

00:19:50.860 We've also talked,

00:19:51.640 by the way,

00:19:52.220 about how he's funded

00:19:53.000 many of these far-left,

00:19:54.920 I call them

00:19:55.560 pro-crime,

00:19:57.220 district attorneys.

00:19:58.460 The new nine-figure

00:19:59.400 investment from Soros

00:20:00.300 is aimed at supporting

00:20:01.260 pro-democracy,

00:20:02.200 pro-democracy,

00:20:03.600 causes and candidates,

00:20:04.980 regardless of

00:20:05.940 political party,

00:20:06.700 who are invested

00:20:07.520 in strengthening

00:20:08.320 the infrastructure

00:20:09.320 of American democracy.

00:20:11.300 You know,

00:20:11.760 I'm sorry,

00:20:12.220 I've got to do this

00:20:12.860 in the announcer voice.

00:20:14.380 The new nine-figure

00:20:15.540 investment from Soros

00:20:17.140 is aimed at supporting

00:20:18.520 pro-democracy,

00:20:19.900 causes and candidates,

00:20:21.200 regardless of

00:20:22.040 political party,

00:20:23.020 who are investing

00:20:24.080 in the strengthening

00:20:25.180 the infrastructure

00:20:26.380 of American democracy,

00:20:28.220 voting rights,

00:20:28.960 and civic participation,

00:20:30.560 civil rights,

00:20:31.500 liberties,

00:20:32.040 and the rule of law.

00:20:34.840 Wow,

00:20:35.280 isn't that just amazing?

00:20:37.440 But let's go back,

00:20:38.380 because we've been told

00:20:41.140 before from Mr. Soros

00:20:43.000 why he does this stuff.

00:20:44.880 Take a listen to this clip

00:20:45.760 from just a few years ago.

00:20:46.860 In the last two years,

00:20:47.820 you've been blamed

00:20:48.300 for financial collapse

00:20:50.040 of Thailand,

00:20:50.720 Malaysia,

00:20:51.240 Indonesia,

00:20:51.860 Japan,

00:20:53.060 and Russia.

00:20:54.000 All of the above.

00:20:55.720 All of the above.

00:20:57.140 Are you that powerful?

00:20:59.100 No,

00:20:59.620 I think there's

00:21:00.180 a great misunderstanding.

00:21:01.920 I am basically

00:21:02.780 there to make money.

00:21:05.820 I cannot and do not

00:21:07.700 look at the social consequences

00:21:09.400 of what I do.

00:21:11.440 As a competitor,

00:21:13.320 I've got to compete

00:21:14.580 to win.

00:21:15.680 As a human being,

00:21:17.960 I am concerned

00:21:20.040 about the society

00:21:21.160 in which I live.

00:21:22.440 Which George Soros

00:21:23.380 am I talking to now? 0.64

00:21:24.400 The amoral George Soros

00:21:25.880 or the moral George Soros?

00:21:27.760 It's one person

00:21:30.020 who at one time

00:21:33.300 engages in

00:21:34.260 amoral activities

00:21:35.340 and the rest of the time

00:21:37.760 tries to be moral.

00:21:39.020 So here's the bottom line.

00:21:41.600 Soros added,

00:21:43.120 let's go again

00:21:43.680 from Politico,

00:21:44.800 Soros added 0.99

00:21:45.620 that the donation

00:21:46.660 to the super PAC

00:21:47.560 is a long-term investment,

00:21:50.860 end quote,

00:21:52.040 intended to support

00:21:53.380 political work

00:21:54.180 beyond this year.

00:21:55.280 Ladies and gentlemen,

00:21:58.480 when people show you

00:21:59.640 who they are,

00:22:01.000 you need to believe them.

00:22:03.360 Are you paying attention yet?

00:22:07.240 Because here

00:22:07.740 in the Human Events Daily,

00:22:08.740 we certainly are.

00:22:11.240 And that's it for us today.

00:22:14.340 your fastest-paced,

00:22:16.120 hardest-hitting,

00:22:17.480 highest-value news

00:22:19.120 and analysis

00:22:19.740 that you're going to get.

00:22:20.600 This has been

00:22:21.220 your daily briefing.

00:22:22.900 Remember,

00:22:23.320 our motto to you,

00:22:24.100 our oath,

00:22:24.760 our solemn vow.

00:22:26.160 Be good,

00:22:26.800 be brief,

00:22:27.460 be gone.

00:22:28.520 But before we go,

00:22:30.140 it's time for today's

00:22:31.280 history break.

00:22:33.120 On this day,

00:22:34.100 in 1943,

00:22:35.920 was the end

00:22:36.820 of the Battle of Stalingrad.

00:22:39.520 Over a million people died.

00:22:41.620 We just talked about battles

00:22:42.880 on the Eurasian Steppe,

00:22:45.380 right?

00:22:45.640 Right on the Volga River

00:22:46.600 in the south of Russia.

00:22:49.280 This is one of the bloodiest wars

00:22:50.960 of the Eastern Front

00:22:51.800 and one of the bloodiest battles,

00:22:53.180 single battles

00:22:54.000 of the entire

00:22:55.340 World War,

00:22:57.080 World War II.

00:22:58.440 Do not get involved

00:23:00.320 in these killing fields.

00:23:01.580 You don't want that.

00:23:03.860 Ladies and gentlemen,

00:23:04.540 you have,

00:23:04.960 as always,

00:23:05.800 my permission

00:23:06.320 to lay ashore.
