00:00:23.900This is video from the Nepal-China border, where a deadly flash flood engulfed the area.
00:00:30.360Initial reports suggest this might have been caused by an earthquake triggering an avalanche, which unleashed this wall of water.
00:00:38.000This young lady did nothing wrong in her life.0.96
00:00:45.400She was a nurse, a daughter, a wife, and a darn good mother.
00:00:51.960Tonight, after President Trump imposed steep new tariffs on Canadian goods, Canada now firing back with tariffs of up to 50 percent on some 700 American products sold in Canada.
00:01:04.160Canada will match the United States tariffs dollar for dollar, rate for rate.
00:01:09.680Canada doubling its tariffs on American goods, including steel, aluminum, furniture and clothing.
00:01:15.040The Qatari prime minister is in Tehran today from meetings with Iranian officials.
00:01:19.900He is focused on exploring avenues for de-escalation, according to the Qatari foreign ministry.
00:01:25.720We do know this comes as President Trump told Al Jazeera, quote,
00:01:29.360the U.S. is achieving a very big victory, but the war will continue for as long as necessary.
00:01:34.920Another report crossed today of an oil tanker being hit with an unknown projectile in the
00:01:39.460Strait of Hormuz earlier this week. The international waterway remains a location
00:01:43.360of tension as the region and the U.S. is still overseeing vessels through the southern route.
00:01:49.140So far this year, there have been 393 confirmed cases of measles in Pennsylvania. That is the
00:01:56.800highest number of measles cases since 1992. Nearly 20 percent of those cases have resulted
00:02:05.880in someone being hospitalized. It's important to note that every single one of those cases
00:02:12.860was someone who is not fully vaccinated. And just this morning, the Pennsylvania Department
00:02:18.960of Health announced the first two measles-associated deaths in Pennsylvania in 35 years.
00:02:26.460We're trying to get information about those two casualties. According to a statement that was
00:02:37.740released by the Lancaster County Commissioner today they cannot find any measles deaths in
00:02:44.560Lancaster County and they complain that the governor will not give them that information
00:02:51.020the CDC tried to get that information from the governor yesterday and the state is refusing to
00:02:57.580cooperate well ladies y'all welcome on board today's edition of human events daily here on
00:03:05.000real america's voice today is august 27th 2026 anno domini josh shapiro governor of pennsylvania
00:03:14.300he's up there all giddy hopping around pulling himself up on his tiptoes to that press conference
00:03:24.520saying we got two deaths from measles two deaths from measles big measles outbreak in pennsylvania
00:03:30.980and deaths from measles that he's saying are Bobby Kennedy's fault and the Maha agenda's fault
00:03:37.140and President Trump's fault. And more importantly than all that, the underlying subtext here is that
00:03:46.020he's blaming the Amish community. Why? Because Lancaster, PA is the largest concentration of
00:03:53.500the Amish anywhere in America. It's the largest settlement of Amish. The religious freedom of
00:03:59.460Amish Christians. And of course, Josh Shapiro doesn't care about Amish religious freedom the
00:04:04.800same way that he sued the little sisters of the poor for trying to force them under Obamacare
00:04:11.160mandates to have contraception. So Josh Shapiro hates Christians. This is obvious if you've met0.98
00:04:17.620him for five minutes, and I've known him for almost 20 years now. I can't believe it's been
00:04:22.520almost 20 years since the first time I met this little elf. Angry little elf. And he's been caught
00:04:29.700in a big lie. He's been caught in a big, big lie. This isn't the first time he's lied about deaths
00:04:35.120in Pennsylvania. Go ask the family of Ellen Greenberg about that. But no, because you see,
00:04:42.640Lancaster County, when asked about this, said they don't have any evidence of deaths from measles
00:04:50.480in their county they don't have any and in fact they recorded two deaths recently
00:04:57.120and the one was from it's very unfortunate very sad a baby that passed away an infant
00:07:08.780Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:07:20.800All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we are back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:07:30.820Folks, gold has been on a serious run, and it keeps pushing higher.
00:09:09.980So please go and follow him. Commissioner Josh Parsons there locally. And he had a great line about this. I want to be want to be clear. Asking questions and following the facts is not pro measles or anti science. It's what we should all do.
00:09:23.160And he is trying to follow the evidence as much as he can, because claiming someone died from measles in a highly charged political press conference like Governor Shapiro did is very different than saying and blaming it on the unvaccinated is very different than waiting for all the medical facts to come together.
00:09:44.560And in fact, the Lancaster County coroner has said that there are zero reported measles deaths in Lancaster County.
00:09:52.060All right. Very clear. The Lancaster County coroner has reported there are zero deaths from measles.
00:09:58.740And of course, there's there's there's it goes deeper and deeper into all this.
00:10:02.680We talk about this, by the way, and on humans, socialist revolution.
00:10:07.620And this is a tactic called micro revolutions.
00:10:10.040And if you want to learn about that tactic, of course, the new book is the new edition of the book is up for presale.
00:10:15.700And a micro revolution is a tactic whereby in Saul Linsky style, a political actor will target a group, will target like in this case, the Amish, the unvaccinated will demonize them like you're seeing Josh Shapiro now do to the Amish.
00:10:30.860and you will see the media go on and repeat exactly what the Democrats said
00:10:37.160without any follow-up, without any questions.
00:10:41.520And I'd love to bring on someone here who knows all about media misinformation
00:10:46.960and micro-revolutions, of course, because she's the former assistant secretary of DHS.
00:10:53.980It is Trisha McLaughlin. Trisha, how are you?
00:10:56.940Jack, it's great to see you. How are you?
00:16:18.940And it's the same agenda that we see again and again, where he's going, where he's obviously going for donations from certain pharmaceutical companies in his potential bid for 2020.
00:16:31.040He's trying to carve a lane for himself.
00:16:32.760Anyone who works in politics understands what he's doing.
00:16:35.360But the point of the matter is, is that he's willing to do so and fudge the facts when it comes to this.
00:16:43.200That's that's that's one thing that will it never surprised me, but it will never cease to amaze me that they just go along with any little thing that he says, even in this case, where it unfortunately is one of them includes the deaths of children.
00:16:58.700Yeah, I mean, you saw RFK when he was on the Sunday show with Dana Bash,
00:17:03.380her clearly having no facts, and yet she was really castigating Secretary Kennedy,
00:17:10.180acting like he was not following, following the science,
00:17:14.060which of course, if you can question the science, it's actually science.
00:17:20.020And that's what I think the Trump administration has done a fantastic job of,
00:17:23.440is questioning these norms and what actually makes sense.
00:17:26.800I know for myself, I'm six months pregnant and my husband and I are looking at, you know, what kind of pediatrician, what kind of vaccines or not will we provide for our child?
00:17:36.540Looking into it for yourself and looking at the new guidance that RFK and HHS have put out, it is very enlightening and in some ways disturbing to see what these children, what the norm has been giving for our children.
00:17:52.060giving hepatitis B shots as early as days, you know, in days after birth. I mean, unless you're,
00:17:59.620you know, this child is not shooting up in Vietnam. What are we doing? What is the justification
00:18:04.840here besides lining the pockets of these big pharmaceutical companies? So I think that for
00:18:11.400Josh Shapiro, maybe in a primary for the Democrats where they're at so far to the left, really
00:18:17.920Marxist at this point. Is this going to work? Maybe. But I think the American people writ large,
00:18:24.520their eyes are very open after 2020 and after what the mainstream media has been trying to
00:18:30.260force feed us for the last six years. I think that this would fail in a general election.
00:18:35.560And I think we're going to see it's very unpopular. No, I think you're exactly right.
00:18:40.360And I wasn't going to out you, by the way, the fact that you are expecting yourself.

00:20:26.660today. So we're on Tricia McLaughlin and, you know, Tricia, so we just talked about these
00:20:33.320micro revolutions. And for folks who want to understand those tactics, we do have the new
00:20:37.120book, the new edition, the new expansion, Socialist Revolution on Humans Part 2. And
00:20:44.040And this is all about the tactics that they are using every day, whether it be the media, whether it be these officials, these false reality attacks or micro revolutions that they launch.
00:20:53.840So it's not just a revolution against a country. It could be a revolution against a group of people or a single individual.
00:20:58.340And you see this all the time. They've done it to you personally, Tricia.
00:21:02.520We all know what these what these are. But but when we see the tactics, I think it's important to to note them.
00:21:09.220President Trump, though, has decided that he's launching a little bit of a counterrevolution himself.
00:21:15.780And this is why he's so different from other Republicans, traditional politicians, because he likes to fight fire with fire.
00:21:22.400And just before we went live here, President Trump officially signed an executive order naming Lake Ontario to Lake America.
00:21:31.500And this is in response to a not just a trade war, but also issues with Canada and the northern border.
00:21:38.380So, Tricia, you and I went to the northern border together once.
00:21:42.120We also, on a trip with the secretary, we also, you've been posting about it.
00:21:48.180Tell us what's really behind this disagreement between the U.S. and Canada.
00:21:54.580Well, one of the things is certainly the security of our northern border.
00:21:59.680We haven't seen Canada in any way step up.
00:22:03.060and why this is a problem, of course, because who's, first and foremost, it is our job to defend
00:22:08.040our border. Of course it is. But there are these sectors of quote unquote tribal land
00:22:13.820that Canada has largely unpoliced. There's no enforcement activity going on there at all.
00:22:20.280And it becomes cesspools for illegal drugs, for fentanyl, for illicit tobacco and other products
00:22:26.780that go through really unvetted, unfettered and end up in the United States of America.
00:22:32.580So it becomes a national security problem for the United States of America because Canada won't do their job and won't actually protect these areas, police them and make sure that they don't become cesspools for organized crime.
00:22:50.160What is the United States responsibility in this is that we have the economic power, the economic might of the United States of America.
00:22:58.440We have a huge market that Canada wants to enter.
00:23:01.100If they're not going to do their job in actually protecting the United States citizens and protecting their own borders, then President Trump and the trade representative are correct to use that that USMCA trade negotiation as leverage to make sure that we keep our national security safe.
00:23:16.860and and this is a huge deal because for all the talk of the southern border they're ill
00:23:24.540there are still huge issues uh the scale is different but there are still huge issues at
00:23:29.860the northern border where we don't want people coming in unfettered and having that kind of
00:23:34.500access at the northern border as well and that's something of course that we learned going up there
00:23:38.540and talking to cbp up at the border it's also in many cases canada does not have the same level of
00:23:45.880protections on their side. And specifically, when President Trump was talking about, you know,
00:23:51.720changing the name of the lake, well, that's because Canada is not policing the lakes the
00:23:55.500way they should be. Many of these lakes are the borders. Yeah, absolutely. And I think President
00:24:01.140Trump, this administration has done a fantastic job because, I mean, the northern border for years
00:24:07.000and years was largely ignored. The border patrol up there was not getting the equipment that they
00:24:12.380needed, including winterized equipment. They were getting similar mirrored resources that
00:24:17.740the southern border was getting. And the Trump administration completely changed that. But we
00:24:23.300have seen that there's been spikes in known or suspected terrorists trying to get into that
00:24:28.780northern border, really using the vulnerabilities that Canada has created in order to exploit that
00:24:34.940northern border and either individuals themselves coming in, cartel members coming in, human
00:24:41.100trafficking that's increased at that northern border so that the united states is doing
00:24:45.700everything they can to clamp down but they do need that partnership of canada of which we really
00:24:51.440haven't seen they're being lazy they're turning a blind eye to these vulnerabilities not just for
00:24:56.880united states of america but for their country too well and i'm just going to come out and say0.84
00:25:02.600when it comes to the trade deal when it comes to the trade issues here china china has always
00:25:07.260loomed large because China has been dumping their cheap steel into Canada, their prefab
00:25:15.580manufacturers. So they'll send parts or auto parts of these different things from China
00:25:19.460to Canada. But then under the USMCA or previously under NAFTA, they'll find loopholes whereby
00:25:25.940in China can send something to Canada, then Canada slaps a label on it and now all of
00:25:30.720a sudden it's made in Canada. That is not the way this is set up, but we know China
00:25:36.420is doing this, and they're paying off so many Canadian politicians to do it.
00:25:41.080You're absolutely correct. And the other piece of that is there's this huge Chinese market for
00:25:45.900these illicit tobacco products, of course, fentanyl, and other state-sponsored illicit
00:25:51.100products that they are expecting to flow into the United States. That northern border is a big
00:25:56.400way of how they do that. And so us clamping down on that is a huge problem for the Chinese1.00
00:26:03.320government and um their market 100 trisha mclaughlin where can people go to follow you0.81
00:26:10.520at trisha ohio and x jack it's so good to be with you and thank you for having me
00:26:14.920you as well and congratulations of course and uh i hope to see some incredible posts soon when you
00:26:21.880have your baby so folks go and give uh give trisha a big follow and make sure you're tracking0.97
00:26:27.320everything that she is putting out because she is fighting the good fight from the sidelines as well
00:26:33.000now um we are going to be switching back because the lindsey clancy trial is moving to the jury
00:26:38.440phase and we do need to keep keep up with what's happening inside that courtroom right back human
00:27:13.320One communist among the American advisors at Yalta was one communist too many.
00:27:25.040All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:27:29.100All right, now the case that, I think at this point the whole country's been covering this, been following this, and it has just gone to jury.
00:27:37.380So Lindsay Clancy's jury has begun deliberations in her murder trial.
00:27:46.000Prosecutors say she intentionally killed her children, while the defense argues she should not be held criminally responsible because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
00:27:56.300This is, you know, really, really what you saw here.
00:27:59.740And this and the prosecutors came in with their closing argument and said she acted intentionally, rationally and swiftly to kill her children.
00:28:07.920They talked about the fact that it was planned.
00:28:09.360They talked about the fact that she had different murder weapons for each child, the fact that she sent her husband out and the fact that she she knew exactly where to where he was going and the fact that he'd be gone and how long he would be gone.
00:28:24.320Of course, of course, you know, it all goes to the jury.
00:28:27.440I'm just going to say right now, it wouldn't surprise me at all if a jury in Massachusetts made up primarily of women would find that would find her not guilty by reason of this, you know, either insanity or temporary insanity.0.71
00:28:42.820But I want to get bring on Viva Frye here because he's an attorney.
00:28:46.160I'm not. And he's been he's been looking at this trial as well.
00:28:53.480I should say former attorney and out of Quebec, and I never did criminal law, but I've been – you can understand the legal issues at this –
00:39:13.100This is one thing we just do not know when it comes to these situations.
00:39:16.660One thing we do know is that Lindsey Clancy was able to come up with thousands upon thousands of supporters and women who said this could be me.
00:39:28.780This could have been me or my friend in this situation.
00:39:32.620Viva, I want to get you in here to comment on this because it is a social phenomenon, and it's something where I think a lot of people are scratching their heads saying, how did we get to this point?
00:39:47.740I mean, pun intended, it's some form of mass formation psychosis where we live in a society that is so defined by victimhood status that everybody out there is trying to, whether or not you think she's a victim of the medications,
00:40:00.900at the end of the day she murdered her three kids or killed her three kids and and you've got people
00:40:06.020out there on the one hand early on jack i'm sure you'll remember this saying the husband did it
00:40:10.780that he murdered the kids and threw her out of the window that the husband's you could tell by
00:40:14.660the look in his eyes that he drove his wife to do this and they're so desperate to find victimhood
00:40:19.600status in everything that they're trying to find victimhood status in in the woman who killed her
00:40:23.780three kids and in themselves oh this is me every day same lindsey like any rational person out
00:40:30.100there wants to kill their kids and even if you have that delusional thought because you're so
00:40:35.520frustrated you make these videos and post it to social media with your kids in the videos it's
00:40:40.860it's an at society has gone mad and it's what happens when you have the defining element of
00:40:46.060one's uh status in society being their victimhood status and you got these mother look at this the
00:40:50.820mother turning children into objects making themselves like look like crazy people and0.98
00:40:57.860exploiting their children for sympathy online. But Jack, it's sort of the TikTok trend and
00:41:03.380something tells me the algorithm in China doesn't promote this level of crap as it promotes it in0.65
00:41:08.360America, because if you operate on the basis, this is intended to be destabilizing and to turn0.97
00:41:13.660mothers into, say, not aspiring murderers, but thinking that it's normal and that there's some
00:41:20.400sort of victimhood status to be gained by it. This is exactly what you would do.
00:41:23.560well and and and this is where the marxist playbook comes in and we talk about this in uh on human
00:41:32.320socialist revolution because the idea is that all groups must become victim groups and that all
00:41:38.680society is a collection of oppressed versus oppressors and the in the classic marxist of
00:41:46.460course um dichotomy that would be to be economic so it'd be the proletariat the bourgeoisie
00:41:51.700But in here, we have a situation where and everyone's familiar with feminists saying that women are oppressed by men, patriarchy, et cetera.0.96
00:42:01.880This is nothing new. But what's new here is that in this new fifth wave feminism, which we actually outline in one of our new chapters in Socialist Revolution, that they actually claim that motherhood itself is oppressive and that actually the oppressors are the children.
00:42:20.120And that the children are somehow oppressing them by taking a Paris in a parasitic way by taking away from their ability to be career girls and girl bosses and all of this.
00:42:33.640And it's it's not only sick, it's a direct attack on the nuclear family in a way that I don't even think Karl Marx could have envisioned.0.79
00:42:41.920But but Viva, this is what we see. We see this as if it is directly a form of cultural Marxism.
00:42:47.600Well, that and it's also just attention seeking from people who have not have no other way of getting attention in their lives.
00:42:54.740The woman that you see throwing the ice in the bathroom, first of all, I'm fairly certain she's never had a kid.
00:43:01.420You know, my wife has had three kids and my mother had five.
00:43:03.860I don't think this woman has even had a kid and they're making believe so they can just get some clout on TikTok and social media.
00:43:11.600But it is precisely this sort of trend of, say, mass formation psychosis, for lack of a better word, where you get the attention you're looking for, you get the valorization as an eternal victim, and it feeds on itself.
00:43:28.080And the only question is whether or not it's totally organic or somewhat inorganic for the purposes of destabilizing Western society.
00:43:34.400But just to bring it back to the actual law of this particular case, up in Canada, there
00:43:39.100was a case of a man who strangled his 11-year-old son after being put on some of these medications.
00:44:15.980The only issue right now is on a fact based case like this.
00:44:20.860Was she criminally not responsible when she did what she did?
00:44:24.040And was it psychosis induced by medicine that she couldn't have controlled and that, you know, the medical practitioners ought to have foreseen and judged better before prescribing her a cocktail of medications?
00:44:34.120But listening to what the judge said, listening to opening, closing arguments, having followed the case, I had a clinical psychologist on last week, Dr. Roger McFillin, who sensitized me to the overprescription and borderline reckless prescription of these medications.
00:44:48.180flip side being if you take these medications you'd better be watching out for these
00:44:52.220negative homicidal suicidal ideations that these medications are known to induce
