00:00:48.860 certain floridian governor may also be announced i'll see you there folks

00:00:53.240 ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events daily powered by turning point usa

00:01:00.800 today is june 1st 2022 and no domine today's headlines a former clinton campaign manager

00:01:09.060 michael sussman acquitted found not guilty by a dc jury in the trump russia collusion case

00:01:17.080 next supreme court clerks are alarmed as officials are requesting cell phone records to help find the

00:01:24.200 scotus leaguer third nini yankovich implying that the federal ministry of truth could have stopped

00:01:30.520 the uvaldi killer and then finally an iea chief economist has come out saying that the u.s summer

00:01:38.980 fuel shortages could be worse than the 1970s oil crisis all this and more head human events daily

00:01:45.680 i have a few thoughts to share now that the trial has ended first i told the truth to the fbi

00:02:02.160 and the jury rec clearly recognized that with their unanimous verdict today i'm grateful to the members of

00:02:09.420 the jury for their careful and thoughtful service despite being falsely accused i'm relieved that

00:02:15.920 justice ultimately prevailed in my case so it's amazing right and there's sussman the clinton campaign

00:02:21.320 lawyer out of perkins coy admitting or at least stating i told the truth i was falsely accused

00:02:29.900 this had nothing to do with that look i'm not even going to walk through the merits of decision we

00:02:37.800 clearly know what's going on here we clearly know what happened a dc jury found direct evidence of lies

00:02:45.980 between the clinton campaign their lawyers and the fbi the fbi on the other hand turned around and

00:02:54.220 through their doj compartments with the derm investigation said well they were the victims

00:03:00.460 of the clinton campaign that they didn't themselves do anything wrong sussman of course claimed he didn't

00:03:05.820 do anything wrong but here's how it works here's how it works we're a banana republic now we have a

00:03:13.120 two-tiered system of justice if you're michael flynn general michael flynn and you make a statement

00:03:20.080 to the fbi that isn't even a lie and only has to be turned into a lie because you misquoted him

00:03:28.260 in the reporting on fbi 302 forms then you have to be put through years and years of political persecution

00:03:37.320 but if you're from the clinton campaign hey you get a free check you get a blank check you do get to

00:03:47.180 pass go you do collect 200 everybody else straight to jail straight to jail remember general flynn

00:03:56.040 even had to be pardoned by the president united states by president trump to stop this because

00:04:03.240 even after the doj dropped the charges on general flynn the judge was still going to try to convict him

00:04:13.380 the judge was still going to try to put him in jail and it took president trump having to sign a

00:04:18.600 pardon for them to finally drop the whole thing look i say this how many times a day on here i i really

00:04:26.840 don't mean to beleaguer the point understand what point of the movie you're in and now a lot of people

00:04:34.280 came out of me yesterday and they said poso why did you go on twitter and target sean hannity

00:04:40.820 directly and i want to be clear about this i'm anything personal against sean met him a couple

00:04:46.980 of times right works hard does his show but i want to make a point that there are people out there

00:04:54.520 that go on that program every night trey gowdy senator lindsey graham all these types and they push 1.00

00:05:03.380 the endless tick tocks tick tock tick tock tick tock and just two more weeks folks just two more

00:05:10.060 weeks until we find out the truth we're gonna we're gonna get her we're gonna get hillary secretary 1.00

00:05:15.340 hillary clinton she's going down we're gonna get her and they keep pushing this stuff over and over 0.77

00:05:21.160 and over again and nothing ever happens because here's how it works ladies and gentlemen and yeah

00:05:28.580 i got flack a couple years ago for speaking out against what i called the magic letter people

00:05:35.580 the trust the plan people i was in the hbo documentary about this all right no one is coming to save you

00:05:42.980 we are the american people we need agency just like on war room we talk about agency human agency action

00:05:51.460 action action action can't sit back and think oh the white hats and some secret plan is gonna work

00:05:59.700 and it's gonna save the day no that's not how it worked in 2016 that's not how it worked throughout

00:06:06.180 2017 through 2020 that's not how it works now you have to do the work you have to suck it up embrace

00:06:15.080 the suck the department of homeland security just came out yesterday and they've got a report a new

00:06:22.200 report a cyber report saying that there are election systems in 17 states including particularly the state 0.97

00:06:30.900 of georgia which could be vulnerable to hacking that's their report not my report all right do you

00:06:38.220 understand they're throwing it in your face they're in your face they're in your grill

00:06:43.580 and if you think you can just sit back and listen play along don't have to take any action

00:06:52.320 don't have to actually use your political agency as a citizen of the united states of america then

00:06:59.240 you're going to lose then you are going to keep losing again and again and again and you will see

00:07:05.640 people sitting back and saying well the only thing that we can do is hope for better next time no

00:07:12.700 no i'm not a student of that school thought i'm a big believer and you got to grind you got to

00:07:19.720 get in there and you got to grind every day you got to wake up every morning and you got to grind some

00:07:24.580 more keep grinding you have to do the work and folks sometimes the only way out is through

00:07:33.480 the head of the international energy agency is saying that the oil crisis of the 1970s

00:07:42.820 will not be seen as bad as the energy crisis of 2022 is about to become so you need to understand

00:07:52.280 the fragile state of the u.s dollar and the petrodollar and what that means for you and your

00:07:56.620 family we are in for a tough time and the biden printing and spending and the fed could be more

00:08:02.740 catastrophic for the u.s dollar and our markets now real patriots we know that bide inflation is

00:08:08.040 the real pandemic and it is only getting worse that's why i recommend you diversify with gold and

00:09:00.060 well and how hilarious is this story we've got to hear from the post-millennial supreme court clerks

00:09:08.180 are alarmed as officials request cell phone records to find the supreme court leaker sources familiar

00:09:14.320 with the matter say that the exact language of the affidavits or the time period covered or content

00:09:20.240 sought in the phone records search remains unclear oh my goodness so you guys are worried that all of

00:09:27.340 a sudden that it's and look look i shouldn't i shouldn't be like that i shouldn't say that

00:09:31.660 but if you have a leaker in your midst guess what there's going to be an investigation do you think

00:09:39.700 that just because you work at the supreme court that you're not a government employee

00:09:42.880 all right you're if you're a government employee that means all of your systems all of your equipment

00:09:48.980 everything that you have is always subject to search by the u.s government and by u.s government

00:09:56.420 officials period full stop end of story and so uh three individuals with knowledge have said that

00:10:04.260 some clerks have become so alarmed over their actions that they've begun considering whether to

00:10:08.580 hire outside counsel which so this is crazy by the way think about it they're doing the leak hunt

00:10:13.400 right and i've been in uh situations in the intel community where there were leak situations

00:10:19.320 and you guess what you know they come into your spaces and you got to sit down and you got to shut

00:10:25.280 up and you got to take it you have to be there and wait for them as long as it takes and you have

00:10:31.040 to answer every single question because they're not stopping they're not stopping at all

00:10:35.060 but of course in this situation everyone involved is a lawyer so you know they are going to be

00:10:42.480 throwing around law at each other like crazy and you're going to have lawyers hiring lawyers right

00:10:47.820 because every person who is a supreme court clerk is themselves a lawyer this is the main situation of

00:10:54.220 things what are they going to do when it comes down because look there's only one person who was the

00:11:01.260 actual leaker there's only one person who was involved with this there's only one person who

00:11:07.100 conducted this crime and it is a crime so what that person needs to do then is come clean if you are the

00:11:13.440 person who did that you need to come clean because what you're doing is you're putting all your other

00:11:18.560 colleagues not only at risk you're making them look bad you're degrading the the reputation of the

00:11:25.720 institution of the supreme court now what do we have the escalating scrutiny of law clerks

00:11:32.020 reflects robert's concern supreme court justice robert's chief justice that the breach in

00:11:40.380 confidentiality and possibly further leaks it also suggests the court so far has been unsuccessful in

00:11:46.360 determining the source of the political leak we still don't know can you believe this we still

00:11:52.760 actually don't know who the leaker was they still don't know no so we know they printed out

00:11:59.640 some copies of this and it's a photocopy of the printout copy so they took a lot of steps to be

00:12:06.660 able to protect this leaker and i understand that from a journalistic perspective but from an american

00:12:14.500 perspective and a judicial perspective what they did is tantamount to obstruction of justice

00:12:20.760 number one leaking supreme court documents so leaking government materials that's number two

00:12:26.820 and number three they did this because of a politically motivated agenda to stop this decision

00:12:35.220 from coming through extra judicially guess what you don't like the majority in the supreme court

00:12:40.580 well then go out there and elect presidents and elect senates that will get your preferred justices

00:12:48.840 on the court that's our system you don't get to sit up in there and decide which things you you know

00:12:55.500 you can pick and choose as to what's going to be real and what's not that's not how it works you lost get

00:13:01.400 over it i would say that the disinformation governance board was the victim of disinformation clearly there

00:13:08.660 was a malign intent on some actors in the media and in politics who just really stood up to uh the the

00:13:16.660 formation of this board i understand why americans are upset about the idea of of a board that might

00:13:22.220 decide what's true or false of course that's not what the board was going to be doing i'm happy to

00:13:26.280 take one for the country when it comes to protecting our national security and putting these issues at

00:13:30.900 the forefront because i do believe they are some of the most pressing issues of our time i'm not going

00:13:34.920 to be silenced by my critics so she's back nina yankovich there she is she's back again i didn't

00:13:45.440 really want to have to spend a lot more time talking about this person because honestly she's kind of

00:13:51.660 aggravating to me but at the same point she decided that she wanted to keep calling me out so i guess i'm

00:13:58.280 going to have to keep an eye on her to make sure that she doesn't come back in charge of any sort 1.00

00:14:04.840 really anywhere near the federal government or any government for that case right i don't want her 0.76

00:14:10.680 being in charge of like you know a chucky cheese with children i just i don't think that niki nina

00:14:15.980 yankovich should be in charge of anything anywhere she should not be paid she should be you know i don't

00:14:21.320 know just just doing finding some other line of work maybe going and uh trying it hurt you know her 0.93

00:14:26.580 hand at theater again her songs actually weren't that well put it okay her songs were bad yes her

00:14:31.380 songs were very bad but her singing wasn't that horrible i know i know people are gonna be like

00:14:38.320 post nobody no look her singing wasn't that bad so what i'm saying is you know maybe i don't know

00:14:44.500 try your hand back at that again living in a fantasy fiction world that seems to be much more you know

00:14:50.840 potentially productive for you productive use of your time but nina yankovich is back and she says

00:14:56.280 that if we had had the federal ministry of truth right this disinformation governance board that

00:15:02.140 they could have stopped the avaldi killer the avaldi shooting so i mean what this is is basically

00:15:10.640 an opportunity for her to just kind of find a way to get headlines get attention say something that's 1.00

00:15:16.480 going to be so completely insane but gets everyone talking about her all right that's you know it's a 0.97

00:15:20.680 time-honored tradition by hacks and people like nina yankovich but what she is saying is that yes yes

00:15:27.860 this and i'm trying to figure out what it was you see you know okay disinformation plays a role in

00:15:36.380 radicalizing people to violence i got the quote up here from media research council you know we're

00:15:41.100 seeing continued mass shootings here in the united states and in many of those cases

00:15:45.340 she doesn't specifically mention any of them she writes that violent extremism is begotten by things

00:15:51.080 seen on the internet so that's the sort of thing we would be looking to address okay now now do we have

00:15:59.820 actual information from the avaldi shooter about targeting this school for um reasons of of violent

00:16:11.240 extremism or disinformation because nina if you know that please share that with the authorities

00:16:18.180 immediately or perhaps not the authorities at least in uvalde because they don't seem to be giving

00:16:22.720 anyone the truth i'm not even sure what they're on about you've got to go share that with like i don't

00:16:27.280 know some real authorities maybe go share it with the texas governor's office the texas ag's office with

00:16:32.660 a train general paxton who's actually conducting a real investigation into this thing even though

00:16:36.940 we just heard that the uvalde police department the sheriff's department is no longer going no longer

00:16:45.660 going to be cooperating with the investigation yeah that's a red flag folks that's a red flag look

00:16:52.480 i said this on twitter yesterday i'm gonna put it out again i think it's very clear that they are

00:17:00.120 covering up something in uvalde we don't know exactly what that is yet but everybody knows

00:17:06.920 there is something that these officers know or this department knows that their leadership knows

00:17:11.680 locally and it's going to come out it's going to come out and we're all going to know and there's

00:17:17.280 going to be lawsuits and potentially criminal prosecutions in terms of all of this too many

00:17:23.740 questions about the timeline too many changes of the story was the door propped open or was it not

00:17:29.260 propped open was there an engagement with a school resource officer or not we later found out

00:17:35.660 that the school officer wasn't even at the school when it happened explain that to me and that he raced

00:17:45.700 over there and engaged with someone who i believe was a teacher a teacher not the actual shooter

00:17:53.940 himself but drove past the shooter in the parking lot at that time

00:18:00.700 yeah there's problems here there's big big problems all right and what does it say

00:18:09.800 the from media research council it says this is coming from a woman employed by an administration

00:18:15.320 that has at its disposal not only funds for npr's government pushing budget but the resurrected

00:18:20.540 vampire of the portman murphy countering foreign propaganda office which can spend 150 million

00:18:26.140 dollars on u.s media outlets it deems good messengers of the government uniparty line by the

00:18:31.680 way i love the fact that we're we're starting to use you know you're starting to see uniparty

00:18:34.880 uh used a lot more you'd see uniparty used in terms of a variety of different issues where it

00:18:42.240 seems as though you if you notice even on this one that one party right the democrats of course

00:18:48.720 were pushing this but it seemed as though the republicans uh the republican party writ large

00:18:52.800 and conservatives were not fighting back i'm talking about those elected in office we're not

00:18:58.120 fighting back against the government disinformation office and you had it was rep daryl isa who came

00:19:03.260 out and said that they were opposing it because of who was in charge of it nini yankovic to which i

00:19:08.280 responded no you should be opposing it because it's evil that's why it shouldn't exist because it's

00:19:14.540 evil and we should never have any government office running anything like that there should

00:19:20.220 be no government office of censorship in the united states period not only obviously is it direct

00:19:25.360 violation of the first amendment but it's direct violation of our freedom of speech you do not

00:19:32.060 have freedom of speech if you do not have this across the country hard-working americans are paying

00:19:39.780 the price for joe biden and house democrats war on american energy independence since joe biden's

00:19:46.360 inauguration day energy prices have skyrocketed by 81 percent american families simply cannot afford to

00:19:53.900 suffer under joe biden and speaker pelosi's energy crisis energy any longer when confronted about these

00:20:00.660 this anti-energy agenda joe biden tries to pass the buck and blames everyone but himself where they

00:20:07.200 attempt to blame american oil producers and russia for high gas prices but make no mistake the american

00:20:13.560 people are smart joe biden and house democrats own this energy crisis well that right there a huge

00:20:19.860 missive coming out make no mistake the american people are smart president biden the house democrats

00:20:24.940 own the energy crisis now let me switch over to the iea now this is a report out of new york post

00:20:32.080 u.s summer fuel shortages could be worse than the 1970s oil crisis yes that's absolutely right

00:20:40.840 i'm not misspeaking the iea is putting out a report that says the u.s summer full fuel shortages

00:20:49.360 could be worse than the 1970s oil crisis that's the international energy agency what are we hearing

00:20:56.580 the united states and europe could experience full fuel shortages this summer that could be worse than

00:21:01.140 the 1970s oil crisis as demand ramps up for the travel season when the main holiday season starts

00:21:06.740 in europe and the u.s fuel demand will rise then we will see shortages for example in diesel petrol or

00:21:13.220 kerosene particularly in europe the iea chief said that the current energy crisis could be worse and

00:21:19.760 longer lasting than the shocks of the 1970s back then it was just about oil now we have an oil crisis

00:21:26.180 a gas crisis and an electricity crisis simultaneously oil prices sparked spike sharply as a result of the

00:21:34.860 outbreak of the yom kippur war in 1973 as well as the islamic islamic revolution in iran in 1979

00:21:41.060 this year energy prices have been pushed upwards after the russian invasion of ukraine which has further

00:21:46.960 disrupted already limited supply gas prices well keep in mind it's the sanctions responding to the

00:21:53.200 ukrainian uh the russian invasion of ukraine not directly gas prices have soared nationwide

00:21:58.780 hitting record highs over the memorial day weekend american motorists are paying a nationwide average of

00:22:04.680 four dollars 62 cents per gallon going into the summer going in we're not even going out yet

00:22:11.360 new york post had another story today the washington state gas stations are running out of fuel

00:22:16.380 prepping for 10 a gallon what happens when you get to the point where the scarce resources actually

00:22:24.920 become scarce the beginning of the pandemic i remember people stocking up on toilet paper for all things

00:22:31.000 then i remember the shelves being empty in washington and other supermarkets my wife couldn't get dinner

00:22:39.400 we are headed we are hurtling towards an economic recession we're headed towards shortages we're headed

00:22:51.760 towards crises you need to get your family ready you need to prepare yourselves you need to prepare for

00:22:58.900 what's coming everything that we've said up until now the mismanagement of this regime

00:23:04.860 their inability to respond seriously in an adult manner to the crises facing the world their emotional

00:23:14.100 responses and bipolar responses to the things that are going on only serve to exacerbate situations

00:23:23.320 from afghanistan to ukraine to the middle east to the border and of course throughout the economy

00:23:31.440 keep in mind they're throwing sanctions on at the same time that they're cutting

00:23:38.180 cutting the fuel supply here in the united states it could be easily fixed this could all be

00:23:44.480 streamline the process for us lng streamline the drilling in alaska streamline drilling overseas cut

00:23:53.380 the regulations allow the united states of america to exploit american energy resources immediately

00:24:01.180 do it now or the united states is hurtling towards a great shall we say reset in terms of the

00:24:12.340 economic well-being and the standing of this nation

00:24:15.200 all right that is all the time we have for today for human events daily as always our promise our oath

00:24:23.480 our solemn vow to you be good be brief be gone your homework for us share this out with one just one of

00:24:29.140 your normal friends and leave us your five-star review on apple spotify wherever you get your

00:24:33.860 podcasts what did we talk about today the former clinton campaign lawyer michael sussman acquitted

00:24:39.180 in the trump russia collusion case him being acquitted at the same time that you're hearing dhs put out

00:24:46.160 this report about election machines and their vulnerability to hacking funny how that works next supreme court

00:24:52.380 clerks alarmed as officials request cell phone records to find the supreme court leaker third nini yankovic

00:24:59.380 implying that the federal ministry of truth could have stopped the evalty killer the evalty killer for
