Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - JUN 30, 2022 -EXCLUSIVE： TRUMP WHITE HOUSE OFFICIAL DEBUNKS HUTCHINSON JAN 6 TESTIMONY

00:00:00.000 Human events exclusive. We've got a hot story for you guys today, all about Cassidy Hutchinson,

00:00:07.160 two sugars, and this discussion that she may or perhaps may not have had with Pat Cipollone.

00:00:12.940 We've got the inside scoop that nobody else has here at Human Events Daily. But first,

00:00:17.120 I want to let you guys know, I was just talking to Charlie Kirk. We were on the show the other day

00:00:20.960 and I said, Charlie, we've got a string of wins, huge W's, Roe v. Wade done at the Supreme Court.

00:00:26.940 We need to have a celebration. Charlie said, Jack, I agree. He said, where do you want to have it?

00:00:31.320 I said, Florida. It's got to be Florida. Summertime. It's going to be great. We're going down. And I

00:00:35.020 said, Charlie, here's what we got to do. We got to have President Trump and we got to have Governor

00:00:39.100 Ron DeSantis. And I want them both on the same stage. And Charlie said, Jack, it's done. We're

00:00:43.640 going to do it. The Student Action Summit. It's coming up. TPOSA.com slash SAS promo code POSO,

00:00:50.000 all caps. You got to use the all caps. You will get the 25% off. And yes, Trump, DeSantis,

00:00:55.300 they will be appearing on the same stage together. Turning Point USA, the only place where you will

00:01:01.200 be able to see that. And by the way, I'm told the other thing Charlie told me, he said, Jack,

00:01:05.220 we're going to run a straw poll. That's right. The hottest straw poll of the summer between Trump

00:01:12.020 and DeSantis. Ooh, what's going to happen? I don't understand in the state. It is DeSantis

00:01:16.640 state, but then again, they're both Florida residents. So we'll see. We will see a lot of spice.

00:01:21.100 Make sure you are there so you can have your voice heard. Link is in the description. TPOSA.com

00:01:25.620 slash SAS. Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily

00:01:31.000 powered by Turning Point USA. Today's June 30th, 2022. Anno Domini. Today's top story is a Human

00:01:36.840 Events exclusive for a White House official from the Trump administration coming out to us debunking

00:01:42.720 the Hutchinson Jan 6 testimony. We're going to get into that next. The left is proposing abortion

00:01:49.380 tents on federal lands, including national parks. Third, the personal information of every California

00:01:57.300 concealed carry permit holder has been leaked. And finally, in a horrific story, the Ethan

00:02:04.160 Liming autopsy is out. This is the individual, the minor 17 year old who was killed at LeBron James

00:02:09.160 School in Akron, Ohio. The autopsy reveals a broken skull bone and a shoe imprint on his chest. We're

00:02:15.800 going to have to get into this grisly story. All this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:02:30.080 And we understand, Ms. Hutchinson, that you also spoke to Mr. Cipollone on the morning of the 6th,

00:02:35.840 as you were about to go to the rally on the ellipse. And Mr. Cipollone said something to you like,

00:02:41.400 make sure the movement to the Capitol does not happen. Is that correct?

00:02:46.160 That's correct. I saw Mr. Cipollone right before I walked out onto West Exec that morning.

00:02:52.020 And Mr. Cipollone said something to the effect of, please make sure we don't go up to the Capitol,

00:02:58.640 Cassidy. Keep in touch with me. We're going to get charged with every crime imaginable if we make

00:03:04.920 that movement happen. And do you remember which crimes Mr. Cipollone was concerned with?

00:03:12.080 In the days leading up to the 6th, we had conversations about potentially obstructing

00:03:17.220 justice or defrauding the electoral count. So Cassidy Hutchinson, the Hutch, two sugars, 1.00

00:03:25.860 right? We've been talking about this story and about how each piece of it was or has been at this

00:03:32.880 point debunked. And in a human events exclusive, we've been working the phones. We've been working

00:03:38.940 our network of contacts in Trump world, in the former Trump administration, reaching out to

00:03:45.500 individuals who were in and around January 6th. And one of the specific pieces of her testimony

00:03:51.960 that I wanted to get into was regarding the White House counsel, Pax Cipollone.

00:03:56.320 And there is a quote that she claims was said to her, right? We just played it in the White House

00:04:03.880 on the morning of January 6th. And where she's essentially said that Pax Cipollone told her,

00:04:09.800 right? Obviously, hearsay out of court statements that if the president marched to the Capitol,

00:04:15.700 we'll be charged with every crime imaginable. And so, of course, we've gone through, we found out

00:04:22.060 immediately, right? It wasn't the beast. It wasn't the limo that day. It was the SUV that

00:04:28.000 President Trump was riding in. Obviously, the plexiglass, the bulletproof shielding between him

00:04:34.220 and the driver would have prevented him from, you know, lunging for the driver's wheel, the steering

00:04:39.340 wheel. Though I do kind of like to believe that story, that he stole the presidential limo. I mean,

00:04:42.800 come on, that's pretty cool. But a serious note, this story about Cipollone going to her,

00:04:49.900 right? That's an important piece. And the left has been everywhere on this.

00:04:54.560 And so my question was, is it possible that that conversation or a conversation around that

00:05:01.060 was stated on the morning of January 6th? Because keep in mind, that was said supposedly before the

00:05:08.600 speech. And it was during the speech itself. And I remember watching that day, watching it live

00:05:12.460 when President Trump said, I will march with you. He did say that he later didn't march. We know that.

00:05:17.480 But what can we prove? What can we not prove? Well, I reached out to a number of people

00:05:22.420 and I was told, and I tweeted this out last night, multiple sources, including one who was at the

00:05:29.500 White House on the morning of January 6th, tell me that Pat Cipollone was not there in the morning

00:05:36.900 prior to President Trump's speech at the Ellipse when Hutchinson testified that she spoke with him.

00:05:42.120 Apparently, the January 6th committee is aware of this discrepancy and have been ignoring media

00:05:48.480 inquiries about it. Did she make up this entire conversation the way that we know that she

00:05:55.440 already made false statements about the limo? She made false statements about the note that she 0.94

00:06:00.080 didn't write that Eric Hirschman wrote, right? We've gone through again and again and found different

00:06:05.000 pieces of this. Now, here's the thing. The Secret Service has logs, obviously, of who is in the

00:06:13.160 White House, particularly in the West Wing. At any given moment, you have to swipe your blue badge to

00:06:18.640 get in there, right? If you don't have your badge swipe, that's something that they can check.

00:06:24.060 That's also something, by the way, that the January 6th committee easily would have had access to,

00:06:29.980 right? Those are federal government records. And I don't think that the White House

00:06:33.800 would have declared executive privilege on that, right? We know that Biden hasn't allowed

00:06:38.340 that. President Biden has said, we're not allowing them to declare executive privilege. Of course,

00:06:43.400 President Trump is fighting out of the Supreme Court. But so the question then becomes,

00:06:47.540 do they have testimony from the Secret Service as to whether or not Pat Cipollone was in the White

00:06:55.220 House on the morning of January 6th? Because if not, if not, then was this testimony itself

00:07:02.020 fabricated? Was this perjury, as we said yesterday? Was this an example of her ghostwriting? We are

00:07:10.000 going to need answers from the committee. We're going to need answers from her lawyer. We're going

00:07:13.940 to need answers from her. And by the way, if the House changes hands at the end of the year,

00:07:20.560 and that committee then changes over to a new majority and a new speaker, the question of perjury

00:07:27.680 and making false statements to Congress might still come up.

00:07:34.060 We're witnessing every day, the collapse of complex systems from our supply chains to the grain

00:07:41.020 routes, the shipping lines, war, Eurasia, the famine that's coming. Michael Yana has spoken of this

00:07:49.760 global famine. The world exists with a 90-day food supply. And we are only nine meals between society

00:07:57.680 and anarchy. We know that America is concerned, and you should be concerned, about where this country

00:08:04.120 is going. Many people have begun stocking up on emergency food storage. And I personally recommend

00:08:10.200 a three-month emergency food supply per person. The way things are going, you might just need it.

00:09:20.200 I'll start with the babiest of the babiest of the baby steps. Open abortion clinics on federal lands. 0.97

00:09:28.140 Right now. Right now. Right now.

00:09:33.000 So I want to tell you a little story about growing up in the Philadelphia area. So when I was younger,

00:09:41.220 one of my favorite places for my parents to take us was Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.

00:09:48.860 And we'd go there almost every weekend, you know, if it was nice out. And in the winter,

00:09:54.640 you know, so in the summer we'd go there for picnics. In the winter, oh, you better believe,

00:09:58.240 we got the toboggan out, we got the sleds. And we were going down those hills, right down the

00:10:03.260 statue of Matt Anthony Wayne, right? Just sliding down and loving every second of it, you know,

00:10:09.480 crashing and knocking in other people, just having the best time sledding in Valley Forge National Park.

00:10:16.460 My parents met in Valley Forge National Park.

00:10:18.980 They got married in a church next to Valley Forge National Park.

00:10:25.760 I proposed to Tanya Tay in Valley Forge National Park. We got our, right at Washington Chapel,

00:10:33.420 we did our photos there. We got married in a church right next to Valley Forge National Park.

00:10:38.840 Basically, basically sort of within the same area. And Valley Forge National Park has always been

00:10:46.760 a huge part of my life, my family's life, and growing up, learning the story, right, of the

00:10:55.420 Continental Army, and the winter that they had to spend there, freezing, starving, right, cold,

00:11:03.280 sickness setting in, realizing that this might be the end of the United States.

00:11:10.160 The British have already taken New York and Boston and Philadelphia at this point. 0.72

00:11:13.640 Things are looking grim. President Washington, he had set up his house right next to the river,

00:11:20.080 because he was worried that if they got overrun, right, that he'd have to hop in the river and

00:11:24.220 then get out as fast as he could. My brother and I, we grew up, right, you can't do this anymore,

00:11:29.080 but we would actually go be running around the battlements that the Continental Army had built,

00:11:36.080 right, the bunkers and the dug-in trenches that they had constructed in case the British did

00:11:41.820 attempt to attack them. My brother and I used to just, you know, play tag and play catch and fly

00:11:46.220 kites on those very battlements of the Continental Army. We'd go to reenactments, you know, see them

00:11:51.860 dressed up as the Continental soldiers, firing muskets off, firing cannons.

00:11:57.260 But AOC and the left, they don't want that. They want to turn our national parks into abortion centers 0.81

00:12:06.880 all across the country. So for kids like me growing up and going to Valley Forge now,

00:12:13.000 it's not that you go to Valley Forge, you know, to participate in our country's great and rich history.

00:12:17.720 No, no, no. You go there for your abortion tents. Then maybe you can do it again for, I don't know, 0.88

00:12:22.420 the Grand Canyon. What, the Rockies? We'll have that next. Go in. We'll have abortion tents 1.00

00:12:27.300 popping up everywhere. This is insane. This is completely insane. And this is a story. You got

00:12:33.000 AOC screaming about this. Apparently, Senator Elizabeth Warren is saying the same. Now, I would

00:12:37.800 have to ask, I don't know, Senator Warren, does that include Native American lands, the reservations?

00:12:45.480 Are you talking about setting up abortion tents there? Because I don't know, it might be a little

00:12:49.860 bit of an issue. I don't know. Maybe you can maybe you can, you know, you know, circle up with your

00:12:55.180 tribal elders and discuss it with them about your abortion tents on the federal lands. Is that what 1.00

00:13:01.540 she's saying, basically, that she wants the Native Americans that get as many abortions as possible? 1.00

00:13:06.980 Because I don't know, that sounds a little bit Margaret Sanger to me. This is this is the left,

00:13:12.660 right? You know, we used to have I was saying the other day, right? We used to have this situation

00:13:17.280 in America where we had where we had kind of a stalemate on the question of abortion. It was

00:13:21.860 safe, legal and rare, safe, legal and rare. And it was like that for like 30 years, right? You know,

00:13:26.740 you couldn't really get past it. And then the heartbeat bills started coming up. You started

00:13:30.760 seeing some changes. The technology really got in 3D ultrasounds and MP3s of heartbeats, et cetera,

00:13:35.600 et cetera, started moving. And then the left just went completely nuts with it, right? They went

00:13:39.920 completely nuts. And as a huge strategic mistake, they supported what the vaccine mandates. And when they

00:13:46.340 supported the vaccine mandates, they completely destroyed all of their standing when it comes to

00:13:51.580 my body, my choice. So now it's not my body, my choice. They want to tear down our national parks

00:13:57.440 and direct temples to abortion, because that is what abortion is to them. It is a holy sacrament. They

00:14:06.740 believe that this this is a sacred cow. You have to understand that this is like a sacred cow to the

00:14:13.240 left. And the fact of the matter is, it just got slaughtered and it got slaughtered right in front

00:14:18.800 of them the same way that they want to do apparently to as many babies as possible.

00:14:27.380 Even most of my family members do not know that I have a concealed weapons permit.

00:14:31.100 I have a good reason to get it. I got it because my spouse was being stalked by a violent abuser. And

00:14:36.260 we had went through a lot of a process to get that many years ago to provide us some peace of mind.

00:14:41.520 So this is this what's happened here is it's just a terrible thing for the citizens. And really,

00:14:48.580 it's really terrible that the attorney general hasn't stood up and apologized to the victims of

00:14:54.100 this release. Well, it'll never happen, right? You know, it couldn't possibly you can trust us.

00:14:59.240 We're from the government and we're here to help. Story from National Review, a state Department of

00:15:07.260 Justice Data Breach has exposed key PII personal information of every concealed carry permit holder

00:15:17.800 across California, their name, their address, their age, their criminal identification index number,

00:15:25.260 and the license type of every permit holder in the entire state. Now, the sheriff's county,

00:15:31.840 the sheriff's office up in Fresno says that they're going to be digging into it. Apparently,

00:15:37.460 the breach transpired after the state launched his 2022 firearms dashboard portal, right? They got

00:15:43.380 they have a ton of they have everything out there. All this. Have you ever talked to anybody that's in

00:15:49.180 the shooter community before? Because if you want to understand, this is why this is why lawful gun

00:15:55.880 owners have opposed every single gun registry in the entire country since the beginning? Why did they say

00:16:03.860 because you're going to put me on a list? Because you're going to put me on a list, you're going to put my

00:16:07.900 family on a list, and I don't know what you're going to do with that information. Why should you be on a list?

00:16:12.600 Right? Why should I be on a list that the federal government is going to have, or in this case, the state

00:16:16.760 government, because you are going to abuse that you're going to have some bureaucrat pencil pusher, 1.00

00:16:20.700 uh, you know, neck, uh, uh, pencil neck dork inside the government abusing this list. And guess what? That's

00:16:29.560 exactly what just happened in California. So great job, California. It accidentally leaked on the internet.

00:16:38.080 Whoopsie daisy. How did that happen? Right? It's very obvious what happened here. And we've seen, by the way,

00:16:44.460 we've seen left wing hackers, and in some cases, even left wing employees for the government,

00:16:50.180 be conducting stuff like this time and time again in this country, because it, it blows my mind that

00:16:56.760 there's still people that refuse to even admit what time of the move, what part of the movie we're in.

00:17:02.680 We are in a cultural revolution. All right. This is similar to a time in the pre-Bolshevik revolution

00:17:11.740 in, in Russia. This is similar to the cultural revolution of China. Just understand, right? This,

00:17:19.240 these sorts of things have happened before. This isn't anything new. The world has seen this type

00:17:23.760 of activity. And if you think we're better, you think we're different or not, right? Just because

00:17:27.560 we had a functioning proper society and civilization in real cities at one point, right? That was a

00:17:33.140 hundred years ago, right? That's not what we have anymore. On the Upper East Side of New York City

00:17:39.880 yesterday, a 20 year old mother was walking her baby down the street in a stroller and someone walked

00:17:49.380 up behind her and shot her in the head for no reason. And the mayor of New York, Eric Adams said,

00:17:56.660 we need to get guns off the street. No, you need to get the psychopathic murderers off the street, 0.92

00:18:03.360 Mayor Adams. And for the people in the government of California, I think you need to get them all

00:18:09.860 out of government, right? So not, so obviously, right. I've said before, get out of cities,

00:18:14.140 get far out of cities, by the way, but also, but my, no, I look at that story, my family,

00:18:19.660 I was just on the Upper West Side with my family, right? We weren't, I mean, we were not on the,

00:18:27.180 on the East Side, right? But we were there, right? But that being said, we weren't just walking the

00:18:32.380 streets, you know, all the time either, but understand this is, is our country. Now there's

00:18:39.780 our city, get out of them. You have to get out of these cities, insane, crazy levels of violence.

00:18:45.860 And then our government, right? Our government will go after people, law buying citizens, 0.89

00:18:51.120 like the gun owners and the permit holders of California, right? Obviously this is comes out,

00:18:57.200 you know, what, just two weeks after, or even one week. Yeah. One week after the Second Amendment

00:19:02.980 ruling on concealed carry, which obviously affects California. Though I got to say, I got to say

00:19:07.920 that if you want to start messing with people in California and showing up at their homes or just

00:19:13.100 anyone in the country, I would highly suggest that you do not try to harass or attack the people

00:19:21.480 that, you know, are concealed carry holders. And I ain't saying, I ain't saying that people should 0.94

00:19:28.680 mess around. I'm just saying, be smart, make good decisions, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. 1.00

00:19:38.260 We're at the I Promise School in Akron, Ohio. Okay. Our friend just got knocked out. Okay. 1.00

00:19:45.140 We don't know what to do. Uh, what is your name? Okay. Is, are, is there a fight happening

00:19:50.960 there now? Hey man, we're sorry man. We didn't mean to, sorry, what was that? Is there a fight

00:19:56.960 going on? Uh, there was. Okay. Are the other people still there? Yeah. It's all good. It's okay

00:20:05.660 though. It's cool now. It's cool now. Okay. Is your friend unconscious? Yeah. Is he breathing?

00:20:12.580 Is he breathing? Yeah. Yeah. He's breathing. He's breathing. Okay. Are you with him now?

00:20:23.620 Yeah. How old is he? I'm not trying to fight. How old is he? How old is he? Hello? Look, this

00:20:41.120 is one of those stories where, you know, as, as a dad, as a father, um, it's hard to report.

00:20:48.160 What can I say? But I don't see anybody else there out there in the country really talking

00:20:54.320 about this. Jason Whitlock, right from blaze outkick. He's doing a great job, but we got to

00:21:00.980 get into it. The Ethan Liming autopsy, the 17 year old boy who was murdered in the parking lot

00:21:10.260 of LeBron James school in Akron, Ohio. Autopsy is now out. He was found with a broken skull bone

00:21:17.840 and a shoe imprint on his chest. Preliminary autopsy report has been released. Uh, it states

00:21:26.540 this is from the summit County medical examiner in Ohio documenting a daily mail has a story

00:21:31.960 gruesome injuries that Ethan Liming endured during his final moments in the parking lot,

00:21:37.020 blunt force trauma to the head, the major bone, the occipital bone that connects the cervical spine

00:21:43.580 and protects the brain had been broken. One of the investigators at the SEME office said that she

00:21:50.660 was unable to provide further details. The investigation is still going on the autopsy results

00:21:55.800 and death certificate are pending. Preliminary autopsy also indicated that Liming had a black

00:22:00.700 eye and he had laceration. A shattered cell phone was found near his body. So remember,

00:22:05.200 let's go through and look at the facts of this case. He's out with his friends. They've got this,

00:22:09.780 this, this water gel gun. Two of his friends are in the car firing at people, right? Late night at the

00:22:17.840 basketball court. Ethan and another friend stay in the car. His two friends get out of the car.

00:22:23.400 They're shooting at people, uh, three males and a female. They're black. Ethan Liming and one of 0.96

00:22:30.280 his friends are white. Ethan Liming's other two friends are themselves black. So I saw some people

00:22:36.440 trying to make this about saying, Oh, this is white supremacy. And they were attacked and they

00:22:41.100 didn't know. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. The group on the basketball court comes back to the

00:22:48.740 car. Very upset. Ethan Liming gets out of the car to try to deescalate the situation. He wasn't the

00:23:00.000 one who fired at them as far as we know, right? But they don't target the people that were shooting

00:23:06.920 the gun. They don't target the people that were running around. No, they see him and they beat him

00:23:13.040 to death in the parking lot of LeBron James school, broken skull bone and a shoe imprint

00:23:20.380 on his chest. It was lawyers were saying, Oh, it was self-defense really with a shoe imprint

00:23:25.980 on his chest. I don't know if they have the death penalty in Ohio, but I will say this it's cases like

00:23:33.340 this for why the death penalty exists because the death penalty is about protecting the life.

00:23:40.600 And it's about the life of the victim. And that's all the time we have here for Human

00:23:45.980 Events Daily. Remember, I promise our oath, our solemn vow to you. Be good, be brief, be gone.

00:24:06.600 sorry, folks, but sometimes that's just the way it is. That's just the way it be. What do we talk

00:24:12.040 about? First, our exclusive story, a White House official from the Trump administration coming out

00:24:17.220 to debunk the Hutchinson January 6th testimony regarding Pat Cipollone. Apparently, they're saying

00:24:23.300 he wasn't even in the White House. Next, the left proposing abortion tents in national parks. Thanks so 0.95

00:24:29.600 much. Third, the personal information of every California concealed carry permit holder leaks

00:24:36.240 coming soon to a town near you. And then finally, Ethan Liming's autopsy revealing that broken chest

00:24:41.540 bone, excuse me, broken skull bone and a shoe imprint on his chest. Folks, we have had all of these

00:24:49.240 stories, crazy stories. We're talking about the decline of civilization, the decline of the West.

00:24:54.720 We've seen our economy, which is obviously, by the way, in a recession, right? I don't know

00:24:59.860 if people just won't admit it yet, but that's where we are. That's clearly where we are. That's

00:25:04.680 what's going on. And where did this start? How did this start? Right? It started with the process

00:25:10.680 of hollowing out our cities, sending our jobs overseas, exporting our manufacturing, exporting our

00:25:17.360 supply chain. So before we go, it's time for today's history break. Today in 1997, Hong Kong,

00:25:24.180 the flag of the British colony was officially lowered at midnight and replaced by the flag of

00:25:29.060 the CCP, the People's Republic of China. The official transfer of power had begun. You need to look at

00:25:34.840 that. You need to look at that as an official sign of the beginning of the decline of the West.

00:25:41.620 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
