00:00:00.000 Hey, guys, it's Jack.
00:00:14.860 I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on Human Events Daily.
00:00:21.020 So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends.
00:00:28.060 make sure they're all going and downloading as well because we need to get the signal out as
00:00:33.020 much as possible look we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started and
00:00:38.340 we're only going to do so much more let's get it this is what happens when the fourth turning
00:00:48.200 meets fifth-generation warfare.
00:00:54.820 A commentator, international social media sensation,
00:00:59.260 and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:01:01.500 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:01:04.540 Christ is king!
00:01:06.140 Clearly, Judge, we have a person who, under their oath,
00:01:11.800 stood in front of you yesterday
00:01:13.460 when you did the individual voir dire,
00:01:16.120 and according to this information under oath looked you in the eye and lied that juror told
00:01:24.720 you that he would be able to apply the law to the facts as you asked him and based on this note from
00:01:33.280 this juror it clearly and unequivocally indicates that they are basically 11 to 1 and this person
00:01:41.740 will not apply reasonable doubt to the evidence to return a not guilty verdict further raise the
00:01:49.340 issue of the american with disabilities act i believe that this is a situation where there
00:01:54.100 is a clear and present danger that this individual for some reason what it is we don't know but is
00:02:00.420 is taking a position that's intractable trying to find out what it is that you're asking for
00:02:07.620 What I'm asking for is time to file a single justice appeal for this travesty.
00:02:11.840 That's what I'm asking for.
00:02:13.360 So you're asking for an emergency stay at this point?
00:02:15.820 Yes.
00:02:16.260 And the jurors don't have to come back tomorrow.
00:02:18.380 They can be told they don't even have to come back if I lose the motion.
00:02:22.200 But if I win the motion, then obviously they would have to come back Tuesday.
00:02:28.740 If you want to go up and petition to the SJC for a stay, I'll give you an hour before we bring the jury back down.
00:02:37.620 I think you could. It's just a request for the stay of the declaration of the mistrial.
00:02:43.060 So I'll hold off for an hour and then we'll come back in in regards to that.
00:02:48.480 OK. All right.
00:02:52.240 All right, folks, Jack Pacific, we are live here.
00:02:55.460 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:02:59.060 And of course, we today is September 4th, 2026.
00:03:02.980 Ladies and gentlemen, breaking news that we have an active situation in the Lindsay Clancy trial where there is one man, a lone man, who is the holdout, the holdout on the trial.
00:03:18.900 Now, you heard the earlier news that the defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, came up in the courtroom in an extremely bizarre move and read a note from the jury forewoman stating, in his view, and stating that according to the note, that there's an 11 to 1 split in the jury room.
00:03:45.280 and that 11 jurors wanted to vote not guilty
00:03:51.940 and that one juror has been the one holding on.
00:03:56.920 We're now in day seven
00:03:58.400 and that one juror has said guilty.
00:04:04.580 And now the forewoman is claiming that this one juror,
00:04:10.040 the holdout, a male juror, according to Kevin Reddington,
00:04:13.720 defense attorney for lindsey clancy that one male juror refuses to vote to acquit that one
00:04:21.520 male juror is holding out and saying no i'm not going along with the rest of you i'm not going
00:04:29.320 to break i'm not going to bend i believe she's guilty and i believe she did it folks this is
00:04:38.520 the holdout. And you got to be the holdout in this world. You have to be the holdout for Western
00:04:48.360 civilization. You have to be the holdout for your family. You have to be the holdout who's willing
00:04:55.420 to say no, who's willing to stand up to the herd, stand up to the longhouse, stand up to the hive
00:05:03.200 and say no this isn't right and i'm not going along with it because you know how this goes
00:05:11.720 if there's 11 people in there this jury four woman she's going to be bullying him she's going
00:05:17.200 to be badgering him she'll be saying everything she can to try to get him to flip he won't budge
00:05:23.720 and in addition now what she's doing well the same thing that the long house always does and 1.00
00:05:29.740 And by the way, for a lot of people out there who don't believe in the longhouse or understand it, this is when you have toxic feminists in charge of a society or in charge of an organization or in charge of a group of people. 1.00
00:05:41.840 This is what they do because it's a common longhouse tactic where they turn around and they claim, oh, well, you're not actually eligible to be part of the group anyway since you won't go along. 1.00
00:05:53.040 So we are going to kick you out.
00:05:55.840 So that's what they're trying to do.
00:05:57.000 They're trying to kick the holdout off the jury now rather than allow him to be there and actually have his own opinion.
00:06:05.800 And I think, as a matter of fact, we have a video of a perhaps dramatic representation of what that may look like.
00:06:15.380 Guys, let's play I am the holdout.
00:06:18.220 It's 11 to 1. Just say not responsible.
00:06:22.400 No.
00:06:23.100 She had postpartum psychosis.
00:06:24.700 It wasn't her fault.
00:06:26.100 That is not the question.
00:06:27.500 Then what is the question?
00:06:29.840 Did she know what she was doing?
00:06:31.580 She needed help.
00:06:32.600 She was sick.
00:06:33.260 It was her husband's fault.
00:06:34.900 The judge says to keep deliberating.
00:06:38.360 Okay, then change your vote.
00:06:39.920 No.
00:06:40.340 Not responsible. 0.74
00:06:41.180 She was sick.
00:06:41.480 It wasn't her fault.
00:06:42.440 Just change your vote.
00:06:45.420 11 to 1 doesn't make you right.
00:06:49.220 It doesn't make you right.
00:06:52.600 And it doesn't make it right.
00:06:55.060 what lindsey clancy did send power to the holdout focus your energies focus your prayers focus your
00:07:03.780 spiritual warfare on supporting the holdout because this man is holding out for our society
00:07:10.260 this man is holding out for everything that we have fought to hold dear in our country and our
00:07:16.860 entire civilization be right back jack posobik human events daily
00:07:25.060 Just say not responsible.
00:07:45.380 No.
00:07:46.220 She had postpartum psychosis.
00:07:47.820 It wasn't her fault.
00:07:49.240 That is not the question.
00:07:50.620 Then what is the question?
00:07:52.940 Did she know what she was doing?
00:07:54.540 She needed help. She was sick. It was her husband's fault.
00:07:58.020 The judge says to keep deliberating.
00:08:01.440 Okay, then change your vote.
00:08:03.060 No.
00:08:03.480 Not responsible. She was sick. 0.74
00:08:04.780 It wasn't her fault. Just change your vote.
00:08:08.540 11 to 1 doesn't make you right.
00:08:12.740 All right, folks. Jack Subic back live.
00:08:15.240 Human Events Daily. Real America's Voice.
00:08:18.360 Folks, right now, there's a page on the Internet with your name at the top of it.
00:08:21.680 Your home address, your phone number, your relatives, your old addresses going back years.
00:08:26.340 You never made that page and you never said yes to it.
00:08:29.600 A company called a data broker built it to make money.
00:08:32.680 And there are hundreds of companies just like it, each one publishing their own version of you.
00:08:36.860 And here's what that means.
00:08:38.120 A stranger with your name in about 20 minutes can figure out where you live, where you used to live, who your family is.
00:08:43.040 When you bought your house, they can map out your whole life.
00:08:46.100 And the people doing that, people doing that homework on you are not doing it for a good reason.
00:08:52.360 That's how the scams start.
00:08:54.440 They find your birthday, they find your mother's maiden name, and now they can answer your bank security questions better than you can.
00:09:00.600 And that's why I use Patriot Protect.
00:09:02.580 They go to those sites and get your information taken off.
00:09:05.860 And they keep checking so when it pops back down again, excuse me, when it pops back up, they can take it down again.
00:09:13.060 So this is ongoing monitoring.
00:09:15.520 Before Patriot Protect, look, I could type my own name into Google,
00:09:18.340 pull up my own home address, page after page of it.
00:09:20.600 No.
00:09:21.200 Now that information is invisible.
00:09:23.400 They pulled tens of records for listeners of this show.
00:09:27.720 My family's on my plan.
00:09:29.380 Get your family on yours.
00:09:30.680 Other services just send you alert after your information's already out there.
00:09:34.320 Patriot Protect makes you and your family unsearchable.
00:09:37.080 So the scams never get started.
00:09:40.040 The targeting never gets started.
00:09:42.640 And look, this is real for us because my family has been swatted, and this is something that actually helps keep their information out of adversary hands.
00:09:55.000 Becoming unsearchable costs a whole lot less than dealing with that.
00:10:00.000 It's so simple, by the way.
00:10:01.040 If they don't remove any of your records within 30 days, you get your money back.
00:10:04.700 That page with your name on it is up right now while you're listening to me.
00:10:07.660 So for 30% off on the annual plans, go to PatriotProtect.com slash POSO and use promo
00:10:12.800 code POSO at checkout.
00:10:14.020 The link is available right there for you.
00:10:16.660 That's PatriotProtect.com slash POSO.
00:10:18.760 And remember, it's always promo code POSO.
00:10:21.300 You give them 20 minutes, they can get your whole life unless you become unsearchable
00:10:26.080 with Patriot Protect.
00:10:27.940 All right, now, folks, I want to go in through a little bit of the information here because
00:10:34.680 We're now seeing that the courtroom is is is out.
00:10:41.600 It looks like they may there may be resuming soon.
00:10:45.040 The judge declared a mistrial because of the holdout, because of this one man who's holding firm, who's holding the line, who's refusing to bow, who's refusing to break.
00:10:58.200 But then the defense lawyer came back and said, hold on, hold on, let me file an appeal to the Supreme Court.
00:11:05.640 So we are now waiting to hear what happens with that appeal and currently waiting to see what happens in this court. 0.83
00:11:16.320 We want to bring on now Evita Duffy Alfonso. Evita, how are you?
00:11:21.040 Hey, Jack, thanks for having me.
00:11:22.240 well it it you know when we have this situation and i want to throw it out it's actually going
00:11:28.060 to be our question of the day uh 1776 at humanevents.com 1776 at humanevents.com
00:11:33.880 it's what does the lindsey clancy trial say about where we're at as a country as a society
00:11:42.300 as a civilization 11 votes of not guilty and only one man holding out evita let's get your
00:11:50.200 answer on that. What does this say about where we're at? You know, it's funny that I had a call
00:11:55.360 yesterday. It was from my sister. And she was kind of like, she's not somebody that pays a lot
00:11:58.980 of attention to politics. And she was kind of like, why is everybody paying attention to this
00:12:02.820 case? Like, there's lots of cases, true crime cases that come out. People are interested. They
00:12:06.760 want to talk about them. But there's something about this case that feels almost metaphorical
00:12:11.840 to real life in a lot of ways. You see this one juror who is standing up to a mob of mostly women 0.94
00:12:20.040 And then two, I think probably beta males and saying, no, this woman clearly killed
00:12:25.400 her children.
00:12:25.940 And there's, there's something like spiritual about it as well.
00:12:29.420 You know, as a, as a new mother myself, I think about what it would take for me to,
00:12:35.220 to be in a situation where I'm strangling my, my, my little baby, right.
00:12:39.840 It's like, I can't even imagine doing that, right.
00:12:41.920 There's, there's a level of evil and wrong.
00:12:44.840 And I just think so many people are reacting to the way feminists have come out in support of this woman and were horrified by it. 1.00
00:12:55.580 And there's a cultural battle and a spiritual battle that's playing out in this courtroom.
00:13:01.520 And the one juror, I think, is representative of, you know, the one person who wouldn't wear a mask during COVID.
00:13:07.140 That meme where it says, yes, you're all wrong.
00:13:09.340 This is a situation that so many good people in America are put in all the time because our culture is spiritually wrought.
00:13:14.840 Well, and it's so rare. It's so rare that you find one of these cases where someone is willing to, in a highly pressurized situation, highly emotional situation, obviously high profile, just given the nature of it, knowing, by the way, that he could be doxed by the Ku Klux Klansys, as Zach Peter calls them, that he could be doxed and probably willed, that he could have the entire, these online arms.
00:13:44.840 of brain rot tiktokers and toxic feminists come after him but he's still saying you know what
00:13:53.060 no i'm not going along i'm not going to do this because what happened here is heinous what happened 0.95
00:13:59.160 here is horrific and he's just simply saying that he doesn't go he doesn't believe the defense's
00:14:05.360 case he doesn't believe the defense made their case and he believes the prosecution made their
00:14:09.120 case which by the way is the way that our system is supposed to work that's why they're trying to
00:14:13.880 throw him off, not because he broke the rules or something, because he doesn't agree with the
00:14:19.900 group. Evita, why is it though that so many, and I do see this by the way, so many conservatives
00:14:26.680 are having a hard time with this one because they, it's like, they don't actually believe
00:14:31.660 that 11 people on a jury could find not guilty in this case, even though that is exactly what
00:14:37.380 the lawyers just told us. Well, first of all, I just want to say like this, this guy is extremely
00:14:43.680 brave. I think about the Derek Chauvin case in Minneapolis. Everybody on that jury, it didn't
00:14:49.180 matter what they thought, what the case was. George Floyd had a fatal level of fentanyl in
00:14:54.600 his system when he died. There's so much to that case. I know you've covered it, Jack.
00:14:58.280 No one was going to vote in his favor because they're terrified of being doxed and killed or
00:15:06.120 having their own city burned down for however many times again. You're right. These situations
00:15:10.980 are extremely pressurized this this juror is incredibly brave for doing what he's doing and
00:15:17.040 the defense should be ashamed of himself debarred i think for effectively um doxing him when he says
00:15:23.340 oh it was a male who's doing it well that means that there's only three men we're going to find
00:15:26.720 out who it is right this this this juror is screwed um and he's a very brave individual
00:15:30.800 what we're seeing right now jack is a tension between second and fourth wave feminism because
00:15:36.440 what's fascinating is you have these women on um who are defending lindsey clancy who are you know
00:15:41.920 advocates for women's rights advocates for you know the safety and protection of women and i
00:15:47.920 think they probably classify themselves as pro-feminist but what you're arguing is that 0.64
00:15:52.320 this woman a a regular normal woman is unable um to be responsible for her own actions so if women
00:15:59.700 can't be responsible for their own actions after having a baby because of so-called postpartum 0.90
00:16:04.300 depression or psychosis, not saying those things don't exist, but eight months after you have a
00:16:09.900 baby, you don't have postpartum psychosis. That's been proven. So what they're doing is, I just
00:16:15.740 think, creating a situation where we don't actually trust women. We don't have them responsible for
00:16:20.680 their own actions, which is, in fact, regressive. That's what the people who are against women's 1.00
00:16:25.860 suffrage would have argued. So it's very contradictory.
00:16:28.420 no it's extremely contradictory but it's also it's also almost part and parcel of what they've
00:16:37.420 wanted because the idea is just just like in cultural marxism that we talk about in unhumans
00:16:43.000 and in unhuman second edition which is socialist revolution this and you get this level of toxic
00:16:48.460 feminism that we're talking about and we actually have a whole chapter on it because they want to 0.99
00:16:53.040 separate all of society into the oppressor versus the oppressed classes as we always know we're 1.00
00:16:58.280 familiar with this. But what they're also doing is saying that any crime, any act that's committed
00:17:04.260 by one of the oppressed classes, whether it be a street thug or whether it be an illegal alien or
00:17:11.720 whether it be a migrant or someone who fraudulently is driving a semi, you know, down our highways and
00:17:18.880 crashes into people and kills and maims children. Well, they're not really guilty because actually 0.99
00:17:27.080 society is guilty, because actually society is the one that was oppressive to them, or white men
00:17:35.040 were the ones who were oppressive. This is the danger, because you will not be able to hold
00:17:41.840 people accountable. Well, and it's actually Christians, Jack, who respect women the most,
00:17:48.620 because we say women are responsible for their own actions. They have souls, and they are capable
00:17:53.700 of going to heaven or hell in the afterlife. And they are real agents of their own beings.
00:18:01.020 Feminists and the left will actually argue the opposite, that because of systems of oppression 1.00
00:18:06.040 that are allegedly destroying the lives of women, motherhood or marriage or just the patriarchy in 1.00
00:18:15.460 general, that then they can't make decisions for themselves. As Christians, we believe the
00:18:19.260 opposite. We actually believe that women are capable of making their own decisions and of 1.00
00:18:22.920 being responsible for those decisions, whether they be good or bad. In this case, it was very 0.94
00:18:26.700 bad and evil.
00:18:28.420 Buena Vida, of course, this is what the Bible directly shows us, is that this is the sort of
00:18:33.960 dichotomy between Eve and Mary, where Eve is the one who disobeyed. Mary is, of course, the one
00:18:42.060 who obeyed, the one who obeyed God's will. So we see this direct dichotomy between the Old Testament
00:18:48.280 example of Eve and the New Testament example starting out with Mary saying, your will be
00:18:55.020 done, my Lord. So Mary going to the angel Gabriel saying that God's will be done. So again, it comes
00:19:02.460 down to that personal choice and it comes down to that personal decision whether or not to obey God
00:19:08.940 or to disobey God. This, of course, is the core. It is the very moral core of Christianity itself,
00:19:16.780 And particularly in this case, what we're talking about when it comes to women.
00:19:21.340 Jack Posobiec, Anita Duffy, right back.
00:19:23.120 New events daily.
00:19:23.700 We'll be right back.
00:19:53.700 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live.
00:19:56.320 We're here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:19:59.800 We do, I believe, have breaking news in the Clancy situation.
00:20:06.640 We're going to go to that right now into that courtroom in Plymouth.
00:20:09.840 And I thought of that phrase when all of you were agreeing to be on this jury.
00:20:16.220 You agreed to brace for that duty.
00:20:18.720 And each one of you knew how long the case was going to go.
00:20:22.980 You knew how difficult the case was going to be to listen to facts-wise.
00:20:28.520 But still, you braced for that duty.
00:20:31.680 And I just kind of wanted to also let you know, I watched every day, day after day, week after week,
00:20:40.540 all of you performing that duty that you braced for.
00:20:45.280 And I just kind of wanted to let you know I understood how hard everybody worked in this case.
00:20:50.460 understood that you all gave everything you could and probably more than you
00:20:55.500 thought you could and so on behalf of myself I just want to thank you so much
00:21:01.800 that you should be proud for what you did you brace for that duty you perform
00:21:06.700 that duty and I just kind of wanted to thank you on behalf of myself and behalf
00:21:11.460 of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts thank you so much the only thing I am
00:21:16.900 going to ask one more thing is that what I'd like to do is be able to come back
00:21:20.900 and thank you personally. I'm going to have to talk to the council for just a
00:21:26.740 couple of minutes so if you could stay just for a couple of minutes not to go
00:21:30.820 over the deliberations or anything like that but just to thank you personally
00:21:35.300 again for for just an incredible commitment and dedication that each and
00:21:40.900 every one of you showed here. So I just want to thank you so much and with that
00:21:45.040 you're discharged. Thank you.
00:22:15.040 All right, folks, we're seeing here, this is live within the courtroom, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
00:22:24.660 You're seeing Lindsey Clancy right there.
00:22:27.200 This is live footage.
00:22:28.320 This is all happening in real time.
00:22:29.700 I just kind of wanted to echo again.
00:22:31.260 I wanted to compliment all three counsel.
00:22:34.080 A trial like this is so hard, so difficult.
00:22:37.980 And so I just kind of wanted to thank the three of you for your efforts in regards to this.
00:22:43.160 and so with that if you talked I think we should probably pick a status date any
00:22:53.380 where we are trial assignment date I wouldn't I would I know I would like to
00:23:01.840 argue a 25 b2 and that has to be done within five days so I mean I would like
00:23:06.160 if possible to have this on for a hearing on a motion for required finding
00:23:11.480 reconsideration 25 b2 on Tuesday and my request assuming that you deny that
00:23:17.580 motion would be that we impaneled the following Monday that would require I'm
00:23:23.840 gonna have to check my schedule and also so what I'm gonna suggest I understand
00:23:29.480 that's the request in my my thinking is to try it sooner rather than later but
00:23:36.440 but I'm not sure of that sooner.
00:23:38.640 And it's a situation, I also have to check
00:23:41.640 the trial court schedule, council schedule,
00:23:45.240 witnesses schedule, but my thought would be to try this.
00:23:50.400 You know, if we could do it, maybe sometime later in the fall.
00:23:55.040 But why don't we pick a date, maybe a couple of weeks down the road,
00:23:59.240 so everybody could get their calendars together
00:24:01.840 and kind of see where we go, all right?
00:24:04.440 What about the 25V2, the motion for required finding reconsideration within five days?
00:24:10.180 You can file it.
00:24:11.640 Do we have to have a hearing within the five days?
00:24:13.880 I'd like to, but I mean...
00:24:14.960 I know you'd like to, but I, you know, maybe we could do it later in the week.
00:24:20.980 Maybe not Tuesday.
00:24:22.360 Okay.
00:24:22.740 Maybe Thursday or so.
00:24:24.360 Governor, I'm going to be out of the state until the 22nd.
00:24:28.900 All right.
00:24:29.440 As long as it's filed.
00:24:34.440 What you want to pick, what you can do is pick that status date, trial assignment date, and actually then do the argument of the 25, rule 25.
00:24:44.260 Some of the next steps here.
00:24:49.820 Folks, what we're seeing now, they're going back and forth in the trial.
00:24:55.940 We are watching this.
00:24:58.040 I want to go back and play.
00:24:59.160 We have the actual clip of the declaration by the judge.
00:25:02.800 I'm going to go back just a few moments here.
00:25:04.560 We didn't get this live.
00:25:05.840 I'm going to play it now.
00:25:06.780 This is the clip of the judge officially declaring the mistrial.
00:25:10.820 Let's play that now, guys.
00:25:12.500 All right.
00:25:13.760 Counsel, it's my understanding that the SJC issued their order that the emergency request for relief was denied and that the temporary stay is lifted.
00:25:26.240 And so it would be my intention at this time to call the jurors back in.
00:25:30.780 and, as I indicated to you before, to declare a mistrial.
00:25:35.500 I understand, Your Honor, and at the risk of incurring the wrath of the court,
00:25:39.720 I'd like to raise an additional...
00:25:42.160 And you can hear, that's Kevin Reddington.
00:25:44.780 He is the lawyer for Lindsey Clancy.
00:25:47.900 You can hear just how upset that he is.
00:25:50.160 The court declares a mistrial.
00:25:52.520 All prior bail orders remain in full force in effect.
00:25:55.180 This matter is continued to September 29, 2026, at 9 a.m. for status.
00:26:00.780 trial assignment and the rule 25 motion in the climate no council thank you thank you all right
00:26:12.540 yes
00:26:21.580 you all right it's back to that i want to bring evita duffy back in here um evita you what what
00:26:29.660 What does this say? What is this? I mean, here's what I will say. Here's what I will say is that
00:26:35.000 we need to, we need to remember that this was almost, almost, if not for the actions of one
00:26:41.420 man, students would have been found not guilty. That one man just held out for an entire week
00:26:48.200 refusing to bend or break on the principle of what happened in that basement three and a half
00:26:57.800 years ago to say, no, I don't believe that she has been found not guilty beyond a reasonable
00:27:04.500 doubt. And it's simple as that. He said, I doubt her story. I doubt her story. I don't think she
00:27:10.380 is. She's being truthful. And I believe that the prosecutors have have set this up in in such a way
00:27:19.580 that that they're stopped out. So, OK, we actually we actually are getting a break. So,
00:27:26.720 Evita, I want to bring up your comments right after this.
00:27:31.480 Doing it live, folks.
00:27:32.340 We're doing it live.

00:29:27.700 All right, Evita Duffy got caught up by the clock.
00:29:30.080 We are now back on live stream, of course, going back and forth.
00:29:33.500 Evita, give us your final take on your just thoughts about where this shows how we stand as a society.
00:29:44.300 Well, it's very obvious as a country that we have a tendency to treat people differently based off of their perceived identities, right?
00:29:51.580 if you're an oppressor or you're the oppressed. And, you know, I was just reading up today on a
00:29:56.100 case. A man in 2001 killed his two daughters and his defense said that he had a psychotic episode
00:30:03.580 brought on by bipolar disorder. The jury deliberated for 19 minutes and they convicted him
00:30:08.640 and he received the death penalty in 2018. So that's one very similar instance to Lindsay
00:30:15.280 Clancy, except for it was a dad, not a mom. And if we continue to judge people based off of their
00:30:21.920 identities and not their actions, we are, I think, going to experience a very, it's a very scary
00:30:28.640 thing. This is cultural Marxism. This is race Marxism and sex-based Marxism. And the result
00:30:36.020 is injustice and it is bloodshed. And it's actually quite terrifying. So I would view this
00:30:43.260 as a as a very stark warning for everyone. No. And what what gives me hope and I hope gives us
00:30:51.260 all hope is that one man did hold out. Avita Duffy Alfonso, where can people follow you?
00:30:56.860 Avita Duffy underscore one is my ex and my Instagram account.
00:31:00.720 All right. God bless. And I want to bring in now Lyndon Blake. She is
00:31:03.680 a investigative reporter over at Daily Wire. Lyndon, of course, we've been chatting about
00:31:08.020 this all week. Huge developments today. Of course, the holdout held out mistrial has been
00:31:15.460 filed and declared. Walk us through what just happened. Okay. So yes, earlier this morning,
00:31:22.880 the judge was going to declare a mistrial. The jury sent back another note saying,
00:31:28.600 unfortunately, we cannot come to a unanimous decision. The context clues from Thursday tell
00:31:33.060 us that there was that one juror holding out and based on Kevin Reddington kind of identifying this
00:31:39.160 juror at least as a male we know that it was one male the one of the three men on the jury was
00:31:46.360 holding out we can also assume that no one knows for a fact that this is the one person that was
00:31:51.120 saying not agreeing with the not guilty why do we assume that because we saw on Thursday Kevin
00:31:57.640 reddington yelling like being very passionate about getting this juror dismissed thrown out
00:32:04.140 that was kind of a rinse and repeat and this morning too well yeah i was yeah that that's
00:32:09.420 exactly what happened today but even more so filing that emergency motion to try to get this
00:32:15.640 juror thrown out went through with the supreme court of massachusetts there was a virtual hearing
00:32:21.560 and jack i do think you were on air by this by this time but kind of eerie to see lindsey clancy
00:32:27.240 there which we've seen her on camera but coming virtually to this special hearing and just
00:32:32.680 staring right into the camera it was just a very odd yeah so i saw i i've been clicking around and
00:32:39.180 of course we were pulling in different live feeds and i think i don't think we got a chance to see
00:32:43.320 that but but i did see that on uh i think i'm just scrolling x a little bit here and i saw that that
00:32:49.060 feed and it was it and guys if we can pull that up at some point this virtual hearing because to
00:32:54.220 your point it's it's sort of the selfie you know cam of it's a zoom it's a zoom call you know and
00:33:00.520 and just to see her on a feed like that in something that's so so jarring and eerie because
00:33:07.480 you're again you know it's it's just these uh this this face this face that's just sort of like
00:33:15.600 dark it's just it's just a darkness it's just a it's just a very creepy darkness so if we can
00:33:21.560 pull that that new photo up guys and linden so it's a different point of view we've been looking
00:33:26.080 at her and then yeah yeah it's totally different she was looking at us or the people linden let
00:33:31.640 me ask you this do you think um what we've been saying um here on the show is is true that that
00:33:37.840 perhaps this juror or maybe the other jurors now face potential consequences from the lindsey
00:33:42.840 clancy supporters could could they be doxed could their information be found out we know that one
00:33:47.800 of these crazies was just arraigned and arrested a few days ago for, you know, trying to film the
00:33:53.080 jury and had video of the jurors. Could this be potentially a threat factor here for juror
00:33:58.700 intimidation? But 100 percent, I feel horrible for this one juror that's now being talked about
00:34:06.080 for 48 hours straight in the news cycle for doing, I'm going to say he because everyone else says
00:34:11.660 what he thought was his true conviction and saying that he didn't agree with the other 11 on
00:34:18.420 something and that's his right to do that that's why we're here at a mistrial but I think it is
00:34:22.960 very dangerous you've seen the crazies come out in this case and there's one thing to talk online
00:34:29.440 and spew your theories but these people showing up to the courthouse and that woman dawn light
00:34:35.740 going into the restricted areas and trying to take videos of the jury, even though she
00:34:41.200 claims she was just trying to see Clancy, that is real scary stuff.
00:34:45.160 And we've seen in the world today, people go to extreme measures to hurt people that
00:34:50.180 disagree with them.
00:34:52.400 And it's a horrible world to live in.
00:34:54.920 I've seen a lot of people say, protect this one juror at all costs, and I'll be praying
00:34:59.800 for him because it is a scary world.
00:35:02.040 And you just don't know what people are going to do anymore.
00:35:04.160 And it's a sad situation because these jurors under oath, they said they were going to stick to their convictions, convictions, they were going to be impartial and they were going to do what they think is right.
00:35:13.500 That's what they're supposed to do. And you have people that just can't take it.
00:35:18.620 Well, and they and they tried to throw them off. And at the very last minute in this Hail Mary, seemingly between the forewoman and the defense attorney.
00:35:27.160 Oh, gosh, we have that shot. And I'm looking at it now in the look at this. Oh, my goodness.
00:35:34.160 Mm hmm. Oh, my goodness. Very weird to see just, oh, different point of view for sure.
00:35:41.160 It just I mean, they and really more her than him. You can you can see it. It's like she's looking right through you.
00:35:47.740 It's like she didn't break eye contact. You know, Reddington would look down and he would, you know, doing his thing.
00:35:53.780 But she like a normal person. Yeah, she was not breaking eye contact.
00:35:58.660 and as you mentioned it's such a like juxtaposition because very serious a special hearing at the
00:36:04.480 highest court in massachusetts but it's on a zoom call it seems so casual that she's just staring
00:36:10.500 at you it's very bizarre something that you do not see every day staring into someone who has
00:36:18.360 admitted to killing her three young children but she's been very much a part of the last couple
00:36:25.220 day. She was in the sidebar yesterday. You know what else I would add, Linden? That's also the
00:36:31.620 face that whenever she looks in the mirror, that's what she sees herself. It's like looking
00:36:39.540 into a mirror. And when you have that, there's something about direct eye contact, which I
00:36:44.500 believe goes beyond biological. I believe it's spiritual. And we've heard this, right? The eyes
00:36:49.240 of the windows to the soul is a very common phrase. And I think that's the effect that we're
00:36:54.660 achieving here and guys if you can zoom in on just i'd like to i'd like to get that just you
00:37:00.740 know lose lose the lawyer there because this is it's it's it is very remarkable it's very
00:37:06.800 remarkable to see this i was in the uh um you know the courtroom with tyler robinson he never
00:37:13.500 once turned back and looked at us at all um but there's there's something truly remarkable about
00:37:18.300 this. Sorry, Lynn, I didn't mean to cut you off there. No, I mean, it does kind of take your
00:37:23.980 breath away in a, in a way, because again, we've gotten so used to looking at her and seeing this
00:37:31.160 flipped during this special hearing where she's just tuning in and, you know, not saying a word,
00:37:37.260 but just staring. And it's very tough. And we know that she's stared at the jury throughout
00:37:44.820 this trial that's where the screenshots have been taken the the slow zooms during trial where she
00:37:50.780 would look over and stare at the jury it is it is a wild scene is how i described it but yeah what
00:38:00.180 i was just saying is how involved she's been in the last two days in these deliberations in between
00:38:05.820 the deliberations she was in the sidebar yesterday with both the prosecution her defense attorney
00:38:11.720 linden um we are we're just out of time where can people go to follow you and get more access to
00:38:18.440 your podcast that's so criminal which i'm sure you're going to have an incredible episode
00:38:22.500 coming soon yeah that's so criminal on spotify apple and on daily wire platforms jack thanks so
00:38:29.040 much thank you god bless appreciate it right back blue microsoft voice
00:38:41.720 So we're going to call this the Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:38:45.000 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:38:51.100 And that is, I'll be honest.
00:38:57.700 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we're back live here at Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:39:02.960 Folks, right now, the major headlines feel relatively calm.
00:39:06.860 Oil is easing.
00:39:07.560 markets are reacting positively and everyone is starting to exhale a little bit but when oil
00:39:13.420 prices spiked the dollar strengthened and that pulled gold and silver back from their record
00:39:18.640 highs these are the exact calm moments that i start paying closer attention not less because
00:39:25.560 here's what i've learned the biggest opportunities show up when everyone else gets comfortable
00:39:30.520 headlines change markets change and the thing nobody's worried about today has a way of becoming
00:39:35.860 tomorrow's headline. And that's one of the reasons that my wife and I became clients of
00:39:39.960 Allegiance Gold, because we treat what we've built as seriously as we treat building it.
00:39:48.680 With gold and silver off their highs, the folks who've been waiting on the sidelines may have a
00:39:53.540 window worth a closer look. And if you've worked hard for your savings and your family's future,
00:39:58.300 don't wait until everyone's rushing back in to pay attention. Find out how you can move your
00:40:03.460 401k or ira into gold or put physical gold and silver directly into your hands ship discreetly

00:40:34.380 Want to bring in here some of these questions of the day.
00:40:36.940 We've got a lot of great emails from you guys.
00:40:40.160 And let's see, this one comes in from Lisa.
00:40:44.320 Lisa says, we have a large group of men, of people, mostly men,
00:40:47.560 who don't take postpartum psychosis seriously, and that's terrifying.
00:40:52.200 Well, I just want to remind you that Lindsay Clancy was not diagnosed
00:40:55.800 with postpartum psychosis.
00:40:58.180 This one in from Carl. 0.99
00:40:59.320 Why is it Lindsay Clancy gets to have an appeal sooner than everyone else? 1.00
00:41:02.840 There are people who might be innocent in prison and have to wait a year or more for hearing. 1.00
00:41:06.560 That sounds like a liberal feminist privilege to me. 1.00
00:41:09.220 This one in from Chris. 0.73
00:41:11.560 The Lindsay Clancy trial exposes something deeply disturbing and something that goes beyond the realm of mere politics into the spiritual realm.
00:41:17.860 I think what we're witnessing is mass demonization of godless women on a societal level by demonic forces that encourage infant mortality, child sacrifice, lust through prostitution and pornography, rage against the natural order.
00:41:31.000 I'm, of course, walking through the seven deadly sins here. 0.94
00:41:33.560 This is easily demonstrated by the number of women who are deeply unhappy and disturbed, consciously anxious and depressed, manic, rage-filled. 1.00
00:41:40.740 In the end, this female rebellion against men is an act of rebellion against God. 0.95
00:41:45.100 He goes on to speak more of this. 0.98
00:41:47.380 And I couldn't agree more.
00:41:49.200 This went in from Lori.
00:41:50.800 We've moved too far away from our values and founding principles.
00:41:54.320 If there is no humanity, we have no country, no values or morals, nothing at all.
00:41:58.120 The left has normalized killing.
00:41:59.500 I've called for it and celebrated it.
00:42:01.460 Please find the holdout juror, if lone or not, and give him or her a platform in the,
00:42:05.700 well, it says in the Republican Party to speak and show this evil movement for what it is.
00:42:09.580 People need to vote now more than ever and stand against this.
00:42:12.440 Yeah.
00:42:12.560 But one thing I was thinking was that sometimes now a juror can come forward on their own.
00:42:16.160 And, you know, I'm not going to tell this person what to do. Obviously, they have a right to their privacy. That's part of the jury process. I'm certainly not going to make any moves to seek to identify this individual. I'm not going to do that.
00:42:33.300 Um, but I will say that if he does choose, if he chooses to come forward, then I would
00:42:39.600 certainly give him a platform and certainly set up a give, send, go, or whatever else
00:42:44.500 he would need to come forward.
00:42:47.040 So that's again, but that's totally of his own volition.
00:42:50.360 I'm certainly not going to be trying to dox anybody around here.
00:42:53.360 And hopefully, you know, I could totally understand if he just wants to go back to his regular
00:42:59.440 life and I'm not going to not going to take that right away.
00:43:02.080 That's his right. 0.67
00:43:03.300 uh let's see this one's in from surge i don't know why we have everyone is so surprised women 0.58
00:43:08.280 have told us all how they feel about the lives of children for a very long time through abortion
00:43:11.820 rights they've told us for years that killing their children is empowerment it's liberation
00:43:15.720 the vast majority support late-term abortion as well the baby can live outside the mother that's
00:43:20.540 not a huge moral leap from killing them outside the womb we as men have allowed women far too
00:43:25.360 much leniency i would say liberal women i would just i would say liberal feminist women because
00:43:29.640 i wouldn't put conservative women in this in this category at all and look so he says look where it's 0.96
00:43:34.140 gotten us the massacre of children you're you're 100 right and it is toxic feminists fifth ways
00:43:39.180 feminists who have allowed this or the ku klux clancy uh this one from erin oh wow uh i'm a
00:43:46.500 christian young widow and a mother i'm so sorry to hear that and she says that um she believes the 0.97
00:43:53.900 19th amendment was a mistake women have proven to be too emotional and irrational the perfect 0.74
00:43:58.160 example is that they don't realize the decades of setbacks their antics just caused. Well, 1.00
00:44:02.280 and certainly we've been seeing a lot of people talk about that online. This one is from Jax.
00:44:06.180 Convictor of the crime, then sentence her to a psych hospital. Massachusetts does not have the
00:44:10.200 death penalty. It does have early release for good behavior. Lindsay should have to serve the
00:44:14.060 minimum sentence of five to 10 years per murder. Only 10 years per murder. I honestly, not enough.
00:44:21.680 I think this, I mean, you do something like this to a kid, that's life. I mean, whether it's in,
00:44:27.240 whether it's in a mental institution or whether it's prison with a psych ward um you know i just
00:44:33.400 i think that's something where you got to be you got to be you got to be locked up for life you
00:44:39.480 can't you can't allow people like this back into your society right do i support the death penalty
00:44:44.440 here i'm not sure i'm just going to say that i'm not sure i i want to read more about the drugs i
00:44:51.240 want to hear read more about big pharma all of these different things that went into this that's
00:44:56.200 That's where I would be personally when it comes to the death penalty.
00:44:59.940 So I'm not saying, I'm not going to say one way or the other.
00:45:01.720 I'm just saying I'd want to read more about it before I could get that, I could come to
00:45:06.400 that conclusion.
00:45:07.880 That's what, that's what I want to hear more.
00:45:10.880 Would I be open to it?
00:45:12.280 Yes, absolutely.
00:45:13.500 That I think that, look, when you, when you commit premeditated murder, when you commit
00:45:21.860 murder against
00:45:23.740 an innocent
00:45:26.000 like that. I just don't
00:45:28.140 know
00:45:28.520 I don't know what else
00:45:32.060 could be a more appropriate
00:45:33.240 kind of response.
00:45:36.100 I really don't.
00:45:41.360 And so
00:45:42.160 when we're looking at this case
00:45:43.820 when we're looking at the rest of it, you know, we do need to hear
00:45:46.060 more. I want to go to Telegram now.
00:45:48.180 Telegram, we have a ton of comments on Telegram.
00:45:50.560 Let's see.
00:45:51.060 uh we need to real real society way way back i think that's right it's a sad world uh we're in
00:45:57.780 deep uh deep crap and no paddle in sight wait okay uh folks i'm being told that the the lawyer um
00:46:06.420 just spoke outside i want to go i want to go to this right now here in massachusetts i had mass 0.98
00:46:11.540 declaration of rights they should have those but also speaking in the world that we live today
00:46:17.700 and all too often criminals are being treated as victims and the real victims are invisible
00:46:25.140 it is our job to make sure that the victims are not invisible to make sure that they're
00:46:29.460 not forgotten and to make sure that we stand for them in our and the way that we seek justice
00:46:35.540 and that's what i think we've done in this case
00:46:39.220 as i said this day of this trial has been really emotional for everybody
00:46:43.380 I am a father and a grandfather, and I cannot imagine the hell this entire family has lived
00:46:51.300 through. I remind myself that this is and has been and always will be about getting justice
00:46:58.360 and making sure that we do not forget Cora Dawson, a little cow.
00:47:05.340 Having said that, I'll answer questions that I can. One at a time, please.
00:47:10.280 Sir, you mentioned your passion for the victims, it's your decision whether there'll be another trial.
00:47:16.740 You get to make that decision. Why aren't you saying right now that you will retrial into custody?
00:47:21.320 You only cared when the kids were dead. Why don't you care about the mother?
00:47:25.300 Amen.
00:47:27.200 Vote out, Ken Cruz.
00:47:31.300 Listen, I told you my decision on that already. I'll be making that decision shortly.
00:47:35.600 I think that we're going to just stand as, and I'll just speak for them at this point.
00:47:52.940 Like you said, it has been a long and difficult few weeks.
00:47:55.320 DA Cruz, this is a question for you.
00:47:58.620 So if this goes to a potential retrial, what do you expect to do?
00:48:02.360 I can't hear you.
00:48:03.560 sorry if this goes to a retrial potentially what do you expect to do in terms of finding an
00:48:08.980 impartial jury given the current media crowd coverage and social media you know we'll do
00:48:13.620 what we always do you know we will go through the the court system and we will do it we have
00:48:18.780 extra preemptory you know i'm not going to stand out here and listen to this
00:48:24.320 all right folks uh you can hear him the lindsey clancy supporters absolute meltdown screaming
00:48:30.740 at the prosecutor outside the courthouse.
00:48:33.540 This is where we're at, folks.
00:48:35.300 This is where we're at.
00:48:36.620 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
