00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:26.680 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:32.940 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:36.100 Christ is dead.
00:00:37.060 Transgender female athletes will be allowed to continue competing in Maine.
00:00:40.820 That's according to the Maine Principals Association.
00:00:43.280 I heard men are still playing in Maine.
00:00:47.340 So we're not going to give them any federal funding, none whatsoever, until they clean that up.
00:00:51.600 An overnight in Washington, President Trump got a boost toward advancing his broad agenda.
00:00:57.800 A budget resolution was narrowly approved in a late night vote.
00:01:01.500 I've been watching him negotiate with no cards.
00:01:04.900 He has no cards.
00:01:06.600 And you get sick of it.
00:01:08.720 You just get sick of it.
00:01:10.580 And I've had it.
00:01:11.520 And he then made a deal with us for rare earth and things.
00:01:18.100 Secretary of Treasury, a very good guy, actually went there.
00:01:23.040 And they couldn't even come close to getting a deal done.
00:01:26.680 So it was just a wasted trip.
00:01:28.520 We had a conversation with President Zelensky.
00:01:30.500 And we discussed this issue about the mineral rights.
00:01:32.720 And we explained to them, look, we want to be a joint venture with you,
00:01:35.680 not because we're trying to steal from your country,
00:01:37.720 but because we think that's actually a security guarantee.
00:01:39.960 I read two days later that Zelensky's out there saying, I rejected the deal.
00:01:43.460 I told him no way that we're not doing that.
00:01:45.260 Well, that's not what happened in that meeting.
00:01:46.800 Victory is only measured at the final day when we pass on this republic to our children.
00:01:54.360 And our children asked us, Mom, Dad, what did you do when America was on the line,
00:02:01.560 when the revolutionaries were trying to take over and destroy this country?
00:02:06.300 What did you do?
00:02:07.400 And we will be able to tell them, children, we fought.
00:02:12.120 Children, we fought.
00:02:14.940 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live at CPAC.
00:02:20.900 My name is Jack Posobiec.
00:02:22.420 Today is February 21st, 2025.
00:02:25.700 Anno Domini.
00:02:27.220 We're on a little bit of a break because President Trump cut us off.
00:02:29.700 We're here with the great Libby Emmons from Human Events and Post-Millennial.
00:02:34.620 Libby, we're going to the quick break, but say hi to everyone anyway.
00:02:37.900 Hey, everyone.
00:02:38.540 Glad to be here.
00:02:39.480 Happy to be here at CPAC with everybody.
00:02:41.280 It's been a great couple of days.
00:02:42.960 Let's go.
00:02:43.700 We're restoring the American nation.
00:02:46.140 We're restoring freedom.
00:02:47.180 And President Donald J. Trump is leading the way.
00:02:57.900 America first truly means welcome to the second American revolution.
00:03:04.460 All right, Jack Posobiec, we are live here at CPAC Human Events Daily, third hour of Charlie Kirk on the Salem Radio News Network.
00:03:16.560 I want to take you back to President Trump right now in the White House.
00:03:19.600 And it's an honor to be with you.
00:03:22.200 You're very, very smart people.
00:03:25.400 To do what you do, to get elected, it's a tough business.
00:03:30.940 But if you could take back education and if we could do some of the things that we just laid out very easily in this plan,
00:03:38.880 and you have a federal government that's behind you all the way, all the way.
00:03:43.640 We'll be sending help.
00:03:44.660 As an example, if we do get rid of FEMA, which we should, it's very expensive, doesn't work.
00:03:48.340 But we'll be sending federal help in.
00:03:50.920 If you have a big hurricane or a tornado or all of the things that I've been watching,
00:03:55.740 and you'll be taken care of much, much better than you're taken care of now.
00:03:59.420 You have to wait around for these people to come, and they come so late.
00:04:02.280 But the worst example was what you had to go through in North Carolina.
00:04:05.860 What happened there was a terrible thing.
00:04:09.320 So congratulations on your victories.
00:04:11.980 And you're going to have many more victories.
00:04:14.020 And I'm here for you.
00:04:15.760 If you want to ask a couple of questions, you could.
00:04:17.860 If you'd like to.
00:04:20.000 Yes, please.
00:04:21.380 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:04:22.720 So I think we share excitement about disaster response and how we can make it better.
00:04:27.260 We've all had disasters.
00:04:28.680 We usually love to see the president after a disaster that's, you know, never fun.
00:04:32.540 We have fires, other people have flood circuits.
00:04:34.720 We want to be a part of helping to make a federal emergency response work, changing FEMA so they're not putting square pegs and round holes.
00:04:43.400 So involve our group, because we're the ones on the other end of it, and say, oh, my God, why are they coming with this when we need that?
00:04:48.460 Right.
00:04:48.620 So we're ready to help.
00:04:49.140 Good.
00:04:49.440 Thank you very much.
00:04:50.300 It's very nice.
00:04:51.200 I agree.
00:04:52.460 Yes, please.
00:04:53.020 President, thank you for welcoming us.
00:04:56.220 As we go through the process of putting in your priorities as president, would you give us an opportunity to speak with you about, say, return on investment?
00:05:06.100 Sure.
00:05:06.700 Before we go, for example, into, oh, forgive me, we've heard and we await the decisions you make and the secretary will make, but, for instance, on Medicaid or Medicare, if cuts are proposed, perhaps give us an opportunity as governors to prove to you that we can make these programs worthwhile.
00:05:24.580 That might help us on our purpose.
00:05:25.440 I love that.
00:05:26.220 I think it's great, Bobby.
00:05:27.400 I think it's great.
00:05:28.260 One of the things we're really focused on is bringing down the costs, and we haven't been treated very fairly, especially over the last four years.
00:05:36.100 And as you know, we had transparency, which is one of the biggest things that could have happened.
00:05:40.560 And Biden, for whatever reason, terminated that.
00:05:43.060 That would have brought down the costs tremendously.
00:05:44.980 But we'd love to have your ideas on any of them, Medicare, Medicaid, any of it.
00:05:50.060 And we will, if those ideas are good, you probably have better ideas than anybody as governor.
00:05:54.760 So we would love that.
00:05:57.220 Thank you.
00:05:59.980 On that issue of health care, we've talked about it before.
00:06:02.700 If we reform the health care industry, and you tried to do that in the first administration,
00:06:08.900 and they tried to fight it back every step of the way, we all deal with high health care costs in government and the private sector.
00:06:17.820 And if we reduce that, 20% of our GDP down to 10 to 12, you can pay for a lot of things in government that we can't currently do it.
00:06:27.040 We need to get the industry in line helping us do it as well.
00:06:30.300 Well, you're a good example of it.
00:06:32.380 And in your state, they've done a good job.
00:06:35.580 But you can do, you're going to get those numbers down even lower.
00:06:38.420 I know that.
00:06:38.880 That's something very strong for you.
00:06:41.360 And as you have ideas, I'd love you to pass them along to the other governors here.
00:06:45.780 But there are some states that have done a really, really good job with that.
00:06:48.880 And we are totally open to suggestions, right?
00:06:51.740 Thank you.
00:06:54.500 Yes, Henry.
00:06:56.960 Mr. President, thank you for having us here.
00:06:59.200 It's the de minimis rule in tariffs.
00:07:01.760 We've got the amount that is self-declared now is $800.
00:07:07.860 If you package, you say your package coming from wherever is under $800, it's not inspected, there's no tariff on it.
00:07:15.800 The problem is there are a lot of things coming in that are over that.
00:07:19.040 That's right.
00:07:19.460 And we're not doing that anymore.
00:07:21.120 And also there's fentanyl coming in, I think, to all of these states.
00:07:24.840 That's a real problem, and I think that everyone is sharing that.
00:07:29.840 Thank you, Henry.
00:07:30.840 So I had a deal with President Xi just prior to leaving office, but before the election, that President Xi was going to give the maximum penalty to anybody sending fentanyl into the United States.
00:07:47.060 His maximum penalty is death.
00:07:49.160 If you notice that every country that has a death penalty has no drug problem, they execute drug dealers.
00:07:59.100 And when you think about it, it's very humane because every drug dealer, on average, they say, kills at least 500 people, not to mention the damage they do to so many others.
00:08:10.680 But they kill large numbers of people, China, Singapore, actually, there are quite a few, many in Asia, where they have the death penalty.
00:08:21.260 There's no drug problem whatsoever.
00:08:22.940 They come to our country because we have a much softer policy.
00:08:27.780 We give them a slap on the wrist and say, kill a lot of people.
00:08:30.760 So we are going to, I mean, I don't know if our country is ready for it.
00:08:36.360 I am ready for it, the death penalty of your deal, drugs.
00:08:39.620 You know, you have to set out guidelines like fairly large numbers, et cetera.
00:08:43.580 But you'll have it go down very greatly.
00:08:47.640 One of the things we're going to do is we're going to do an advertising campaign.
00:08:52.140 They're working on it right now, and that's saying how bad drugs are for you.
00:08:55.240 I was speaking, actually, to the president of Mexico, saying, you know, you can't send the people through your country.
00:09:01.060 And I said, you know, you're not a big drug-taking nation.
00:09:06.260 You send us plenty of drugs, but the people aren't a drug-taking.
00:09:11.880 And she said, yes, we're not a consumer nation.
00:09:14.100 That was a very interesting term.
00:09:16.020 And I said, so why aren't you?
00:09:17.600 What are the reasons?
00:09:18.580 Why is it?
00:09:19.180 It's true.
00:09:19.600 Mexico, they don't have a lot of drug problems in terms of taking the drug.
00:09:22.800 But he said, well, two things, and a lot of you could do the second thing.
00:09:27.020 He said, we have very strong family values.
00:09:29.440 I said, but so do we.
00:09:30.540 I mean, I see people, they die of a drug overdose.
00:09:34.840 The daughter, the son, the mother and father will never be the same.
00:09:37.580 Never be the same.
00:09:38.440 Their life is ruined.
00:09:39.820 Their life is over.
00:09:41.360 I've seen it so much.
00:09:43.060 So we have strong family values, also family members and relationships, just as strong as Mexico.
00:09:49.400 What's the other?
00:09:50.060 Well, we spend a lot of money on advertising, saying how bad drugs are for you.
00:09:54.180 And I said, oh, I never learned anything on phone calls.
00:09:58.160 This time I learned something.
00:09:59.360 I said, you know, I never thought of that.
00:10:01.100 Because we set up, like committees, and you can't have the death penalty, I guess.
00:10:07.620 But someday somebody's going to get sick of it and do it, and you won't have any drug problem in this country.
00:10:12.240 But, and you can do it on an individual state basis for the governors in the room that want to do it.
00:10:18.440 But you will not have a drug problem in your state if you did it.
00:10:21.000 But I will say this, we have a situation where we have now hired a couple of the best agencies, and we're going to spend about 100 million, maybe 200 million on advertising, saying that when you take certain drugs, the drug fentanyl, et cetera, et cetera, it destroys your skin.
00:10:41.460 It destroys your teeth, it destroys your brain, it destroys everything.
00:10:45.240 And really horrible commercials.
00:10:47.960 I mean, I've seen the first of them, and they are brutal.
00:10:51.400 They are brutal.
00:10:52.580 And when some young kid is sitting down watching this commercial a couple of times, I really don't think they're going to be taking drugs.
00:10:59.820 So I think that this is, I mean, this is a big statement, but I think we can drop it 50%, 5-0, by doing this.
00:11:06.120 And I give her credit, she was talking to me about it, telling me about it, but I knew immediately as soon as she said it, it was not, she didn't have to say anymore.
00:11:15.120 She went on to tell me different things, but it was just the concept of it.
00:11:19.160 And I think states can do that, too.
00:11:20.800 If you do commercials talking about how horrible it is, drugs, I mean, what it does, you look at their skin, it gets eroded, their teeth, you can tell.
00:11:33.540 I mean, you can see a person that takes a lot of drugs, especially fentanyl and some of the others, the bad ones, the real bad ones, some of them, the heroin.
00:11:43.160 It's unbelievable what it does to people.
00:11:45.460 And we're going to put very, very strong ads.
00:11:47.620 And now that I'm thinking about it, I think you should put on strong ads, too, really strong ads.
00:11:53.200 I think it's an unbelievable thing.
00:11:55.220 We'll all do it.
00:11:55.700 We're going to do it on a national basis, but you can do it individually on an individual basis.
00:12:00.700 And you can also look, I think, you'll have to get rulings in this, but your states have the right to go death penalty also for drug dealers.
00:12:10.400 But only do that if you want to get rid of drugs, because if you don't do that, it's a little tough.
00:12:15.320 But I think the advertising will have a huge, I think we can get it down by 50, 50%.
00:12:19.700 We're listening to Jack Posobiec on the Charlie Kirk Hour 3 Salem Radio News.
00:12:27.520 Well, ladies and gentlemen, we are back here at Human Events Daily, live at CPAC.
00:12:54.080 This is the start of the second American Republic.
00:12:58.840 The new American Republic is here, and we are winning.
00:13:04.080 Ladies and gentlemen, it's been an incredible couple of days here at CPAC.
00:13:07.920 We're also live, very thankful, to the Charlie Kirk audience joining us on the Salem News Network.
00:13:14.320 But, folks, listen up, because I'm going to have to put you on to something that will change the way you start your day.
00:13:20.560 And I'm talking, of course, about blackout coffee.
00:13:23.520 Look, blackout coffee is the number one patriot coffee.
00:13:27.720 It is not just coffee, either.
00:13:29.400 It's a wake-up call.
00:13:31.660 Blackout coffee is a call to rise and grind, to push harder, and to never compromise on what you stand for.
00:13:38.100 This isn't your average cup of Joe.
00:13:39.940 Every bag of blackout coffee is roasted with purpose, packed with bold flavor, and fueled by the kind of values that built this country.
00:13:47.240 I'm talking about grit.
00:13:48.700 I'm talking about determination and a refusal to back down.
00:13:52.000 They don't just make coffee.
00:13:53.880 They make a statement.
00:13:55.000 Blackout coffee is stepping up, adding more warriors to get your orders out faster than ever.
00:14:00.080 So when you hit that order now button, you know your coffee's coming fresh and ready to fuel your next move.
00:14:05.780 Whether you're powering through the daily grind, chasing big goals, or just refusing to settle for mediocrity,
00:14:12.020 don't just...
00:14:12.420 Blackout coffee, they got your back.
00:14:14.260 Don't just drink coffee.
00:14:15.420 Drink blackout.
00:14:16.300 How do you get some?
00:14:17.580 Blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO and use promo code POSO for 20% off your first order.
00:14:23.280 The coffee that doesn't just wake you up, it fires you up.
00:14:26.500 Blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.
00:14:29.320 Want to bring in now Libby Emmons.
00:14:32.180 Libby, you're here.
00:14:33.680 You're the editor-in-chief, the post-millennial human events.
00:14:37.000 Tell me, where are we at?
00:14:38.620 We're one month in to the Trump administration.
00:14:41.380 You've been covering it from day one.
00:14:43.020 You covered the entire campaign.
00:14:44.700 You've been a champion on these women's issues.
00:14:46.880 We see the president talking about this.
00:14:49.060 Give us your assessment of where we stand one month into this thing.
00:14:52.760 Well, we have a president who has done more in 30 days than most presidents have done in their first 100.
00:14:58.740 And as you mentioned about the women's issues, he has been steadfast in his upholding that there are just two sexes, no extras,
00:15:07.360 and that men should not be in women's sports or women's bathrooms.
00:15:11.260 We just saw that the president has said that he would withhold funding for the entire state of Maine
00:15:16.980 because Maine has refused to go along with the ban of men and women's sports.
00:15:24.060 If I have to say, if I have to say, I always say this, that I consider Maine to be the most beautiful state in the Union.
00:15:30.660 I really do.
00:15:32.080 Kevin's here.
00:15:32.720 My brother's here.
00:15:33.500 Maine is a great state, right?
00:15:35.400 Am I right?
00:15:36.860 Maine.
00:15:37.740 Yeah, of course.
00:15:38.880 Kevin and I used to go to the marginal way, jumping off rocks, Perkins Cove, doing all of it.
00:15:42.880 Well, it's not a great state if you're a woman trying to compete in high school sports.
00:15:46.960 That's the problem that we have all over the place.
00:15:49.760 Great places, bad leaders.
00:15:51.840 Europe is like that.
00:15:52.940 Great places, bad leaders.
00:15:54.580 You got that issue all across.
00:15:56.280 A lot of these swing states, Pennsylvania's got that issue with our governor.
00:15:59.900 So what is going on with the status of Maine?
00:16:02.560 Walk me through that.
00:16:03.700 Yeah, so Maine has said that they would not comply with Trump's executive order to make sure that men are not competing against women in athletics.
00:16:11.080 Maine has men competing against women in athletics at the high school level, and they have vowed to continue doing that.
00:16:17.660 California has done that as well.
00:16:19.280 They're continuing that as well.
00:16:20.860 The NCAA has backed down from that.
00:16:23.980 There's talk that the Olympics is going to be prevented from doing that when L.A. hosts the Olympics the next time around.
00:16:32.420 So we're going to have to see what happens.
00:16:34.480 But there's definitely gearing up to be a fight between these blue states that want to be trans-sanctuary states, sanctuary states for illegal immigrants,
00:16:44.200 and that want to make sure that women are deprived of their rights when it comes to their attendance in schools.
00:16:50.880 But think of it.
00:16:51.720 Think of it.
00:16:52.100 We've gone from a situation where now all of those states that were on the offensive, now they're on defense because the federal government,
00:17:00.160 rather than pushing this junk, is now coming after them.
00:17:03.280 Yeah, and this is the kind of junk, as you say, that should never have been pushed in the first place.
00:17:07.200 It doesn't make any sense.
00:17:08.820 And we've had a return to common sense when it comes to gender issues, and I'm really happy to see that.
00:17:14.660 You also have a lot of the states that have put up laws banning gender transition, surgeries, and medication for minors.
00:17:24.120 They are waiting to hear what the Supreme Court says about the Tennessee ruling with Skirmeti.
00:17:29.600 That's going to be really fascinating.
00:17:31.420 And if the Supreme Court, as I think they will, will uphold the Tennessee law, more states are going to be able to do that as well.
00:17:37.320 As we sat here, when you first came into this movement, we've got a quick break coming up.
00:17:42.940 Did you ever think that in five years, four years later, that we'd be in this position?
00:17:47.880 I thought it was going to take at least 15 or 20 years.
00:17:50.720 I did not think it was going to happen so quickly.
00:17:52.800 And I certainly didn't think that it was going to happen with just the past 30 days.
00:17:57.380 President Donald J. Trump will be right back.
00:18:00.060 Human Events Daily.
00:18:01.000 Charlie Kirk, Hour 3, Salem Radio.
00:18:11.660 Where is Jack?
00:18:14.160 Where's Jack?
00:18:16.260 Where is he?
00:18:17.540 Jack, I want to see you.
00:18:21.180 Great job, Jack.
00:18:22.640 Thank you.
00:18:23.420 What a job you do.
00:18:24.840 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:18:26.020 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.
00:18:28.540 But we have guys, and these are the guys who will be getting politicians.
00:18:35.140 Jack Klosovic, we're back live.
00:18:36.980 Human Events Daily here at CPAC, where President Trump, we know, will be speaking.
00:18:43.140 It just, at this point, it's down to hours, right?
00:18:45.520 It's down to hours?
00:18:46.300 Yeah, I think that's right.
00:18:47.180 It's down to hours.
00:18:47.640 Less than 24 hours, right?
00:18:49.900 Less than 24 hours.
00:18:51.240 President Trump will be on stage.
00:18:53.820 We've got Natalie to make.
00:18:54.640 Natalie, are you excited to hear President Trump?
00:18:56.480 I am very, very excited.
00:18:58.420 Natalie's excited to hear President Trump.
00:19:00.160 Have you seen him before?
00:19:01.180 Not in person, no.
00:19:02.120 Here we go.
00:19:02.700 We've got a first timer, folks.
00:19:03.940 It's not your first time, though, is it, Libby?
00:19:05.060 No, it's certainly not.
00:19:06.160 No, you've got to be.
00:19:06.720 You've been covering it for a while.
00:19:08.160 You've got to be.
00:19:08.600 No, look, when the president speaks, but hearing him speak at CPAC as president is going to be completely different than it's been for the last couple years.
00:19:18.480 Because, really, there's been a few organizations like CPAC, Turning Point as well, that have really kept the flame of this movement going during all these years.
00:19:27.260 And that's what it's felt like.
00:19:28.260 And D.C. turned totally cold, totally dark, totally bleak, and they tried to stifle this movement.
00:19:37.440 But it was thanks to CPAC, Turning Point, and others that kept giving President Trump a place to come, especially here in D.C., especially right here.
00:19:46.760 So we're going to take a quick break in a second.
00:19:50.000 But to me, that's what it's all about, having a place where the movement can gather together and say, look, we kind of thumb our nose a little bit at those guys across the river there.
00:20:00.080 We're coming.
00:20:01.080 We haven't gone away.
00:20:02.400 We haven't gone away.
00:20:03.420 We're coming right back.
00:20:07.440 We haven't gone away.
00:20:38.120 Where is he?
00:20:39.420 Jack, I want to see you.
00:20:43.060 Great job, Jack.
00:20:44.540 Thank you.
00:20:45.260 What a job you do.
00:20:46.700 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:20:48.120 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.
00:20:50.400 But we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:20:53.880 Folks, we're back here at Human Events Daily.
00:21:00.560 We're on Hour 3 of the Charlie Kirk Show, Salem News Radio.
00:21:04.560 And we're here.
00:21:05.060 We have a very special guest here at CPAC with us.
00:21:07.640 Because did you know, we know your car can be stolen, especially here in Washington, D.C. until President Trump takes it back over from home rule, which I certainly hope that he does.
00:21:17.100 And I completely support, by the way.
00:21:18.820 So your car can be stolen.
00:21:20.600 Libby, my wallet could be stolen.
00:21:22.420 Your purse could be stolen.
00:21:23.620 But did you know, and Libby, you're a homeowner, right?
00:21:27.040 Yeah, I sure am.
00:21:28.440 Did you know that your home can be stolen?
00:21:31.540 Like by squatters?
00:21:33.000 Not just by squatters.
00:21:34.520 This is what's even crazier.
00:21:35.840 Did you know that your home could be stolen while you're still in it?
00:21:39.520 I had no idea that that was possible.
00:21:41.100 It's true.
00:21:41.700 And we've got someone with us who can explain all of it to us.
00:21:44.920 This is Natalie Dominguez.
00:21:46.440 She is the Education Director for Home Title Theft.
00:21:51.900 So explain to Libby and to our listeners, what are we talking about?
00:21:56.040 How could your home be stolen while you're still living inside of it?
00:21:59.620 Yeah, absolutely.
00:22:00.540 So title theft, title fraud, deed fraud goes by a couple different names.
00:22:04.760 Essentially what it is, is there's a glitch in this system, right?
00:22:09.320 So if I'm a criminal, I can go take a single one-page document, file it at the county,
00:22:14.500 with all of your home's information on it, with that one piece of paper,
00:22:18.480 I put your home, your property, your title in my name if I'm a criminal.
00:22:22.660 And then I can go take out a loan, extract your equity, or even sell your home behind your back.
00:22:28.200 So it's kind of like identity theft, but instead of losing your online account or your bank account,
00:22:33.640 you can actually lose the title to your home.
00:22:36.580 And the criminals, what they'll do is they'll take out loans in the name of you and your home.
00:22:43.140 That's pretty terrifying.
00:22:44.060 I've got to say.
00:22:45.240 It's absolutely terrifying.
00:22:46.860 So Natalie, what can people do at some point to be able to actually fight back against this?
00:22:54.020 The biggest thing that you can do to protect your equity is to monitor your property.
00:22:59.220 So a lot of people, you know, you have smoke alarms, you have ring cam doorbells,
00:23:03.080 you do all these things to protect your physical home, but a lot of people are not protecting your equity.
00:23:07.700 And you don't even realize it's something you need to do.
00:23:10.260 When was the last time that you walked into the county office and said,
00:23:13.560 hey, can I make sure that my title is still in my name?
00:23:16.740 Probably never, right?
00:23:17.920 For myself, it's been never until I got home title lock.
00:23:21.240 So we offer monitoring, alerts, and restoration.
00:23:25.260 It's called our million-dollar triple lock protection.
00:23:28.180 And we do that so that consumers have a chance to keep an eye on everything
00:23:31.920 when this isn't even something most people know is going to rhyme.
00:23:35.500 Very, very scary.
00:23:36.380 And as it turns out, we also have a promo code at HomeTitleLock.com,
00:23:41.240 which is promo code POSO, of course, for, and I'll make sure I get this, the legalese, right?
00:23:47.700 First 30 days of triple lock protection for free and the complete title scan with title monitoring
00:23:54.560 to make sure that this hasn't already happened already.
00:23:58.340 And in fact, this issue, Libby, it's real.
00:24:01.700 And people lose millions and millions of dollars.
00:24:04.760 By the way, I'm not going to say who, but someone I know very recently had a similar thing happen to them
00:24:11.720 with student loans.
00:24:13.600 I kid you not, I'm, like, dead to rights.
00:24:17.620 I actually know someone who, I'm not even going to say anything about their identity,
00:24:23.300 but someone I know in my personal life who texted me, and I said,
00:24:26.740 because I could see something, and I said, what's the matter?
00:24:28.600 And they said, I've had this identity theft,
00:24:31.520 and now someone is taking out student loans in my name.
00:24:34.760 And so, of course, when you take the loan out, it's the same way with the home loans.
00:24:38.600 So the money goes to them.
00:24:40.580 The money goes to them, but the bills go to you.
00:24:43.100 Yeah, that's not what you want to have happen.
00:24:45.560 And here's the even scarier part.
00:24:47.340 So with that situation.
00:24:48.700 Actually, before, can I ask?
00:24:50.540 So if this were to happen, is that how would you first become notice?
00:24:56.740 Let's say you don't have home title lock.
00:24:58.620 Is that what would happen?
00:24:59.580 Essentially, the bills would start to show up and accumulate?
00:25:01.860 Yeah, basically.
00:25:02.500 And it's really sad.
00:25:03.400 We do a lot of research and look at these news stories,
00:25:05.860 and a majority of people don't find out about this until way later, months to even years.
00:25:10.820 And it's when foreclosure notices start coming through the door.
00:25:13.580 Oh, my gosh.
00:25:13.620 And they get foreclosure notice.
00:25:15.280 Oh, that's terrifying.
00:25:16.020 You can say it's fraud all you want.
00:25:18.460 The bank doesn't care.
00:25:19.420 Your house is collateral for this loan.
00:25:22.200 They just want their money back.
00:25:23.280 And if they have better lawyers than you.
00:25:25.540 And banks always have better lawyers than you.
00:25:27.840 Or if someone sells your property behind your back.
00:25:30.460 If a development company purchased it.
00:25:33.080 We've seen that happen in the news as well.
00:25:34.660 A development company purchases a home, and it gets bulldozed to the ground.
00:25:38.180 Homeowner doesn't have the home anymore.
00:25:39.840 They have better lawyers.
00:25:40.840 The homeowner can't get it back.
00:25:42.060 It's legally theirs.
00:25:42.840 They purchased it.
00:25:43.540 And this is also, I remember when I was reading about this before,
00:25:46.760 that let's say you have an Airbnb.
00:25:49.900 And I remember reading one where it was, I guess, someone had registered.
00:25:54.280 They were staying at the Airbnb as a guest.
00:25:56.420 But then they found some mail, and they found some information in the house.
00:26:00.520 So if you're someone who, hey, if you're away for business or whatever,
00:26:03.380 you put your house up on Airbnb, because so many people do that.
00:26:06.500 Well, guess what?
00:26:07.360 Now I can act as if I'm in your house.
00:26:10.040 People could even come over the house, and I can act like I'm the owner.
00:26:13.740 Because I'm renting it.
00:26:15.080 Well, and you could just squat it and just stay there for a long time.
00:26:17.580 It's very hard to get people out of your house once they take possession of it.
00:26:21.160 And that's it.
00:26:21.780 It's beyond the squatters, because they don't want the house.
00:26:24.140 They want the money.
00:26:24.920 Right.
00:26:25.200 Because they get the money, and guess what?
00:26:26.560 They move on to the next one.
00:26:28.040 Then they change their identity.
00:26:29.340 You can't even track them down.
00:26:30.260 And we work with a very prominent real estate lawyer in California, and he does this primarily
00:26:35.320 in his work is fixing title fraud.
00:26:37.900 He said that about 60% is always someone that you know.
00:26:40.940 So a lot of people absolutely.
00:26:43.140 Online stuff is incredibly scary.
00:26:45.380 The use of AI makes everything more easy.
00:26:47.260 But a lot of people think that, oh, it's these people overseas.
00:26:49.520 They're coming in.
00:26:50.220 They're stealing your house.
00:26:51.100 Most of the time, you're an elderly person.
00:26:53.000 We have caretakers.
00:26:53.960 We have rogue family members.
00:26:55.560 We have even family lawyers we've seen, title companies.
00:26:59.040 There was a news story that just came out at the end of 2024, where a woman working for
00:27:03.080 a title company got $350,000 from her lenders, her buyers, just by doing this fraudulently
00:27:08.980 because she had knowledge of the system and utilized it for her gain.
00:27:12.260 If people want your money-
00:27:13.300 Does she go to jail?
00:27:14.520 She just recently, I believe, got prosecuted.
00:27:17.320 The funny thing is, it wasn't even for title theft.
00:27:19.460 It was for wire fraud, like wire transfer fraud.
00:27:22.720 Because unfortunately, title theft isn't even a crime in most states.
00:27:27.140 It's a civil issue.
00:27:27.960 How could that not be a crime?
00:27:29.140 Because it's a paperwork issue.
00:27:30.800 They say, oh, it was falsely filed at the county office.
00:27:34.460 You go fix it before a judge.
00:27:35.820 You get your title restored.
00:27:37.420 But it's not considered fraud in most places.
00:27:39.820 Well, and it's sort of too late if they took out your home equity loan and all of that.
00:27:43.260 And if you can even find them.
00:27:44.580 Because some of these people are doing it.
00:27:45.640 They're disappearing with your money.
00:27:47.420 Most of the time, if it is someone you know, you might know who did it.
00:27:50.000 But if it's a stranger, and a lot of people, too, don't know that your records are public
00:27:54.660 record online.
00:27:55.600 I can walk up to a house, write down the property information, go to the county, say, I want
00:28:00.220 all the title information on this.
00:28:01.820 They're going to give you copies for 10 cents a page.
00:28:03.880 And you get it.
00:28:04.880 Why is that public information?
00:28:06.960 Public records act.
00:28:07.800 It's the property records.
00:28:10.820 But think about this, too, because there's add-on effects here and ripple effects.
00:28:14.720 Because you're talking about, so your credit rating is destroyed if you're not, because
00:28:19.300 if your home goes up for closure.
00:28:21.260 So think about it.
00:28:22.000 I'm not trying to scare you, Libby.
00:28:23.280 I'm terrified.
00:28:24.420 But it's, think of it, right?
00:28:26.220 Your home goes up for foreclosure.
00:28:27.840 Your credit rating is done.
00:28:29.100 Yeah.
00:28:29.360 You're complete.
00:28:29.800 So it's not like you can take out a loan to repay this.
00:28:32.820 Because you're done because you didn't already pay that loan back.
00:28:35.720 So your credit rating's done.
00:28:36.780 Now you can't apply for anything.
00:28:38.120 Now, God forbid, you want to take out a loan for your kid, put him in school or something.
00:28:42.380 That's not happening.
00:28:43.560 I mean, this is really serious stuff.
00:28:45.040 And it's funny that you mention the credit rating.
00:28:47.940 Because, yes, that can ask.
00:28:49.300 Because once all the chaos is done, everything's on you as the homeowner, right?
00:28:53.560 But we've seen people say, oh, well, I have a credit monitoring system.
00:28:58.080 I'll be notified that way.
00:28:59.340 Well, that's not true.
00:28:59.960 Because if someone's taking your title, taking it out of your name, it's no longer hitting
00:29:03.860 your credit when they're going to the hard money lenders.
00:29:06.360 That's why you need monitoring.
00:29:07.860 So we don't monitor the people.
00:29:09.460 We don't monitor you.
00:29:10.720 We monitor the property.
00:29:12.420 And that's super important.
00:29:13.640 So is that because by the time that it would hit the credit monitoring, it's already happened?
00:29:17.920 Yeah.
00:29:18.120 So if I'm transferring your home out of your name and into mine or into a random stranger's,
00:29:22.180 it's not going to hit your credit because it's not under your name anymore.
00:29:24.940 Right.
00:29:25.600 Yeah.
00:29:26.320 So we monitor the property.
00:29:27.500 We alert you of any changes to your property title.
00:29:30.460 So even if it's like you have an elderly parent or a grandparent or someone in your family
00:29:35.760 that isn't really being taken care of, you can monitor their property.
00:29:38.900 If you have rental properties, vacation properties, vacant property fraud has gone up about,
00:29:43.480 I think it was 500% in the last four years since COVID.
00:29:46.680 So 2020 to 2024.
00:29:48.700 It's especially with AI, all these, everything being digitized.
00:29:51.920 You can sell a house online without ever meeting the person buying it.
00:29:54.880 Well, and something else that I'd even point out too is, you know, and I say this as a
00:29:58.760 guy who's, you know, kind of like, uh, put it this way.
00:30:02.440 I got, uh, I got, I got some enemies out there.
00:30:04.320 Right.
00:30:04.540 So if you're someone who, let's say you're building up a following and you've got, you're
00:30:08.420 a influencer, you've got a big tick tock that goes viral because it's happening more and
00:30:12.580 more.
00:30:13.280 Um, it's here.
00:30:15.080 Andy Warhol was right.
00:30:16.040 Right.
00:30:16.260 Everyone's famous now for 15 minutes in the future.
00:30:18.540 That what happens though, if you get an enemy, someone who you're in some online war with
00:30:25.060 now, we know about swatting.
00:30:26.560 We know that that's come up and be a thing about my family's been victims of swatting,
00:30:30.040 but also that this could be something where someone decides, Oh, I'm going to, I'm going
00:30:34.860 to screw with this person that I don't like online because of politics or, you know, whatever
00:30:40.060 it is.
00:30:40.500 Absolutely.
00:30:41.120 And they can look up your information.
00:30:42.900 They could totally do something like this.
00:30:44.300 Well, look at what happened with Graceland.
00:30:45.600 Graceland is the second most popular home in America outside of the white house.
00:30:49.340 And someone tried to do it to Graceland last year.
00:30:51.700 Wait, wait, wait.
00:30:52.060 You mean like Elvis Presley?
00:30:53.180 Yes.
00:30:53.860 They tried to steal Graceland?
00:30:55.160 Yes.
00:30:56.440 And it was, it ended up being like an elderly, I think from, uh, uh, Montana.
00:31:00.900 I don't quote me on that.
00:31:01.940 I can't remember the state right now, but she was just an elderly woman with a history of
00:31:05.620 fraud in another state.
00:31:06.660 She gave everyone the authorities, the newspapers a run around because she was convincing everyone
00:31:11.740 that it was like a Nigerian, like criminal organization that was doing this and sending
00:31:16.360 all these like chat.
00:31:17.480 Wait, wait, so she blamed it on the Nigerian, but it was a little, wow.
00:31:21.700 Wow.
00:31:22.100 And it was just crazy.
00:31:23.540 And, and what she did as a, not that I'm saying this is good, but what she did wrong as
00:31:27.820 a criminal was go after such a, a widely looked at home.
00:31:31.220 Yeah, of course.
00:31:31.940 What's crazy though, is that the judge literally stopped the foreclosure sale sale one day before
00:31:37.680 it was supposed to go on sale one day, they got that far one day.
00:31:42.240 And the only reason they did it, in my opinion, is just because, uh, the, the house brings
00:31:48.100 in so much tax money to Tennessee.
00:31:49.840 That's my opinion.
00:31:50.600 Um, but if they were just a regular, you know, average Joe with the house, they're not going
00:31:55.120 to put a stop to your foreclosure sale because you say, Hey, this is fraud.
00:31:58.420 If it forecloses before you get through your legal process, you, you don't, you don't really
00:32:03.660 got a chance.
00:32:04.340 I think that's so crazy.
00:32:05.820 Um, so what can, what can people do to prevent this?

00:32:49.360 They're not making any of these legislation changes to make it harder to commit this crime.
00:32:52.680 Why, why isn't Congress interested in that?
00:32:55.600 Costs a lot of money to be safe, right?
00:32:56.680 Something to talk about, certainly.
00:32:57.740 And think of it, you know, for, for anyone out there, it's, it's, it's the emotional impact,
00:33:02.780 the ripple effect, feeling like your home is violated, your family is violated.

00:37:35.400 got the Panama Canal, you've got Gitmo on there, you've got it all, and of course, by
00:37:40.780 the way, for folks who don't know this, did you know that the phrase Gulf of America was
00:37:47.900 actually coined by Kevin Posobiec, my brother, right there in the front row, he's the guy
00:37:54.400 who came up with Gulf of America, the Washington Post is writing him up right now, because he
00:38:02.780 was driving around on a jet ski last year, and he said, I'm cruising around in the Gulf
00:38:09.180 of America, its name come 2025, do we love the Gulf of America folks, do we love our Gulf
00:38:16.400 of America, of course we do, so it's Kevin's fault, it's actually for once, this is hilarious,
00:38:22.360 because the Washington Post hits me up, and they go, and Libby, you know the Washington
00:38:25.540 Post, they love to blame me for everything, they sure do, yeah, they go, so you were posted
00:38:29.200 about the Gulf of America, I said, ah, ah, that one's not my fault, that one's Kevin's fault,
00:38:33.900 you got, it's all him, all the blame goes to that one, so he gave it, then I was posting
00:38:39.160 about it, and then, now it's on Google Maps, now it's history, so you look at that, it's all
00:38:43.700 Kevin Posobiec's fault, how dare he, how dare he do this, wait, Kev, come here, come here,
00:38:49.960 you got, I got to interview you on this, I got to get the scoop, we got about a minute
00:38:52.880 left, so before we hand out these stickers, tell us, tell us very briefly, how did you
00:38:58.260 come up with the name, the Gulf of America?
00:39:04.060 Providence, is this one on?
00:39:05.200 Oh, okay, it's on now.
00:39:06.220 It says it's Divine Providence.
00:39:07.520 Divine Providence, that's right.
00:39:09.400 It was a Sunday afternoon, and me and my buddy, Johnny, we just got out of church, it's a beautiful
00:39:15.700 sunny day, Tampa Bay, Florida, and it was just an American moment, you know, just like
00:39:21.900 Hulk Hogan, just like 4th of July, you know what I mean, it was just cruising, ripping out
00:39:27.200 on the Wave Runners, and it's like, you know what, it feels like Gulf of America.
00:39:32.540 Feels like the Gulf of America.
00:39:34.760 Yeah.
00:39:35.080 What do you think, he was channeling Hulk Hogan, he was channeling the 4th of July.
00:39:39.860 We're bringing it back.
00:39:40.740 We're bringing it, no, we're making it, we're making it the Gulf of America, and I don't,
00:39:44.300 I think, Kev, you know, I think the next level of this, the Panama Canal, I don't know, I
00:39:49.520 think the Panama Canal, we might have to name it, what do you think, folks?
00:39:52.960 The America Canal, what do you think about that, folks?
00:39:56.620 America Canal, America first, America first, America first.
