Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - MAR 11 2022 - WAR IN UKRAINE - DAY 16 UPDATE

00:00:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:00:05.860 Hopefully this will be the last audio-only episode of Human Events Daily

00:00:09.400 while we're taking this week off to upgrade our studios.

00:00:12.440 We're doing audio-only, but we are still here to provide you with the news and analysis of the day's events.

00:00:17.220 Today's top stories.

00:00:18.840 First, of course, the war in Ukraine, Day 16 update.

00:00:22.660 We're going to go to the Institute for Study of War,

00:00:24.380 and we're going to talk about the UN Security Council meeting on these biological weapons claims.

00:00:29.020 Next, Facebook, Instagram are calling for a temporary allowing of the call for violence against Russians.

00:00:37.540 Third, an exclusive from the Federalist, the Special Counsel's Office, Durham, is investigating the 2016 DNC server hack.

00:00:45.180 And then finally, when we all vote, Michelle Obama's voter registration drive is kicking into high gear. 0.95

00:00:50.960 All this is more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:00:59.020 Turning Point USA is out with another documentary.

00:01:06.120 You guys have to go watch this.

00:01:07.920 Season 2 just launched of the Socialism Sucks series and the first episode.

00:01:12.240 Of course, it's so amazing.

00:01:14.260 Everything about China, everything about communism, and everything about the Wuhan lab.

00:01:19.680 You may have forgotten some pieces of this, and what they've done is put this all together, just like I do here.

00:01:25.700 Be good, be brief, be gone.

00:01:26.740 They've taken the POSO model, and they've taken all of COVID-19 and the ties between Fauci, the NIH, the Wuhan lab.

00:01:34.440 You remember the whole thing?

00:01:35.960 We talked about it day in, day out, from every single day here on the podcast and on other podcasts.

00:01:41.280 What Turning Point has done, they've taken all of that.

00:01:43.880 They synthesized it together.

00:01:45.140 You've got to watch this documentary.

00:01:47.300 It is fantastic.

00:01:48.520 It's so well done, and it's also really great, by the way.

00:01:50.960 You can just send it to anybody you want, and they will know.

00:01:53.580 Boom.

00:01:54.580 That's what happened with COVID.

00:01:56.400 That's how this thing got started.

00:01:57.980 That's what was going on in the Wuhan lab, and that's what Fauci was up to.

00:02:01.480 So you go, you watch the Socialism Sucks series, turningpointusa.com.

00:02:05.400 All right, starting things off today, we're going to the Institute for the Study of War,

00:02:10.780 the Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment for March 10th.

00:02:15.080 So this is at the end of the day, close of business.

00:02:16.900 Yesterday, we're recording this to you for today, and we know that there will be developments

00:02:21.340 on the ground, but it states,

00:02:23.340 the likelihood is increasing that Russian ground forces are attempting to encircle and

00:02:28.460 take Kiev.

00:02:29.900 Russian forces seem stalemated around Kharkiv, and they claim distracted for efforts around

00:02:35.200 seizing that activity.

00:02:37.340 Russian advances in the south around Mikolaev and around Zaporozhitsya in the east are making

00:02:42.320 progress as well in the last 24 hours.

00:02:44.180 Russia likely retains much greater combat power in the south and east and probably renew 0.92

00:02:48.920 effective operations and offensives in the coming days.

00:02:52.360 But the speed of these operations is questionable, given the performance of the Russian military

00:02:57.560 to date.

00:02:58.240 Yes, of course, as we've said again, the Russian attempts, right? 0.95

00:03:02.040 Russia is known for this. 0.99

00:03:03.140 Russia's military strategy is renowned for being really bad in terms of supply chains and supply

00:03:10.740 logistics.

00:03:14.480 They move to encircle opponents, and you're starting to see that now.

00:03:18.840 You can actually see the encirclement of Kiev and the encirclement of several areas in the

00:03:24.240 vicinity, sort of the outskirts of Kiev, taking place.

00:03:26.780 A new Russian invasion from western Belarus with or without Russian Belarusian ground 0.51

00:03:31.780 forces support appears increasingly unlikely.

00:03:34.040 That's according to ISW.

00:03:35.480 Russian forces remain pinned down in attempting to reduce Mariupol by siege and bombardment.

00:03:40.360 So they're not pushing into Mariupol yet.

00:03:42.660 That's down in the southeast.

00:03:45.100 Ukrainian air forces and air defense operations continue to hinder Russian ground forces maneuver

00:03:49.760 likely by limiting Russian close air support and exposing Russian mechanized forces to Ukraine.

00:03:54.460 So there's really no air superiority from either side in this case.

00:03:58.620 You do have both being able to field.

00:04:00.960 Of course, Russian air clearly outnumbers Ukrainian air, but they've been doing much better than 1.00

00:04:06.340 a lot of western analysts likely originally decided or perceived.

00:04:12.020 Russian forces are now securing long ground lines across Sumai in attempt to link up with

00:04:17.700 Luhansk.

00:04:18.180 This is what I was talking about yesterday.

00:04:19.660 This is the long land bridge that you're starting to see built now in the northeast.

00:04:24.600 So you go to that northeast corridor.

00:04:26.080 So we've talked about the land bridge in the southeast and much has been made of this,

00:04:30.220 the land bridge linking Donbass to Crimea.

00:04:32.700 So you're now seeing a land bridge linking Donbass in the north from the northern sector of Luhansk

00:04:37.940 all the way across that northern rim of the Ukrainian border with Russia or what was once the Ukrainian

00:04:44.820 border with Russia and is now linking up with the Russian offensive in Kharkiv.

00:04:49.780 You're also seeing encirclement of various Ukrainian armed forces in that region with the ability then

00:04:55.860 because if they can extend these lines all the way across from Donbass to Kharkiv, they will form a united front.

00:05:02.340 And you're seeing this sort of like, you know, almost, you know, I'm again, I apologize for this being audio only.

00:05:07.480 But, yeah, think of it as an inverted C.

00:05:10.160 So you're looking at a C that's flipped behind to a backward C, kind of like how Russia uses the backwards R in the sort of like alphabet.

00:05:17.620 But a backward C, that's essentially what Russia is now forming around the cusp of Ukraine with the addition of Crimea to the south. 0.82

00:05:26.580 So in various cities like Mariupol, of course, Russia does have its achieved circlement there.

00:05:31.860 And they're attempting to use envelopment operations, but because of the presence of these civilians,

00:05:38.480 because civilians have not been able to get out, we are now seeing many, many civilians caught in harm's way.

00:05:44.140 And as I said yesterday, I'll say again, any information that's coming out of the battlefield,

00:05:48.580 you have to give it the 24 hour rule, 24 to 48 hour rule.

00:05:53.900 So whatever comes out of there, we know that both sides are going to be playing that up.

00:05:57.860 Now, getting to the United Nations situation.

00:06:01.940 Now, I said this on War Room and I'll say it again.

00:06:03.860 I don't think that the talks at the UN Security Council are going to go anywhere.

00:06:08.540 What I think Russia is doing with this whole Biolabs narrative, right, 1.00

00:06:12.260 regardless of whether or not they find something in there, right, we know they might.

00:06:16.020 Because, of course, Victoria Nuland's crazy testimony a couple of days ago where she did not deny, right,

00:06:23.000 Rubio asks her, he says, do they have bioweapons?

00:06:26.040 And she could have easily said, nope, do not have it.

00:06:28.380 But she didn't say that.

00:06:29.500 She said there are research materials and we want answers as to what that actually is.

00:06:34.320 My stance, incinerate them.

00:06:36.220 Get rid of it. 0.99

00:06:37.100 This shouldn't be in anyone's hands.

00:06:39.140 It shouldn't be, period.

00:06:40.760 Just get rid of them. 0.51

00:06:41.860 We don't want them on this planet.

00:06:43.460 That's number one.

00:06:44.460 Number two, what is Russia doing at the Security Council?

00:06:47.780 They know they're not going to get a ruling in their favor or a resolution in their favor.

00:06:51.480 What they're doing, it's very clear.

00:06:53.540 They're taking the same words out of people like Colin Powell, people like Condoleezza Rice, people like George W. Bush, the CIA director at the time, George Tenet.

00:07:04.860 They are going and taking those very same words and throwing them in their faces because they are using this as an opportunity to throw back the United States' lines right at them.

00:07:16.860 That's what's going on here.

00:07:18.060 It's an inversion of the Iraq War playbook where they're saying, you have WMDs on the ground.

00:07:23.900 We are going in to clean this up.

00:07:25.520 So whether or not, you know, anything actually comes out of these UN discussions and, you know, my read on it, my analysis on it is probably not.

00:07:34.020 There's probably not going to be anything that comes out.

00:07:35.760 There's certainly you're never going to see the United States acquiesce to any of this.

00:07:39.880 You're never going to see anyone from the United States military, the establishment, the diplomatic corps acknowledge it.

00:07:44.920 That's why what Victoria Nuland said was so crazy.

00:07:47.660 Right.

00:07:48.060 Because that was something where she went totally off script.

00:07:52.280 Everyone expected her to just deny it and it would have been an entire non-issue.

00:07:56.040 But because she admitted it, she gave the Russians the ability to then tee up this UN Security Council meeting and throw all the Iraq war lines back in their faces. 0.62

00:08:06.920 I don't even know, by the way, if the Biden administration is smart enough to understand it.

00:08:11.340 But you got to imagine there's somebody in there who, you know, is kind of realizing that that's the game here.

00:08:15.840 That's what's being played.

00:08:16.660 So as we go into the weekend, we're going to see what's happening in these last two days.

00:08:21.620 But that 40 mile convoy, this is the bottom line here, that 40 mile convoy has separated and has dispersed across Kiev.

00:08:29.660 They're now going into those southern regions.

00:08:32.320 They're now going into the suburbs in that area.

00:08:35.060 This is the most dangerous scenario.

00:08:37.200 This is what I've been talking about.

00:08:39.080 You're now seeing the same siege tactics that were used in the early days of the Battle of Berlin.

00:08:44.560 Remember the Battle of Berlin, if you go read your history because they don't want to teach you this stuff.

00:08:49.020 You know, the United States was involved in strategic bombing, but did not take part in the actual fighting on the ground.

00:08:55.460 And so it's not really taught in American textbooks.

00:08:57.820 Go read about the Battle of Berlin.

00:08:59.260 What did they do?

00:09:00.020 They sent in the Poles. 1.00

00:09:02.340 They sent in the Belarusians. 1.00

00:09:03.600 They sent in Ukrainians, actually, in the Battle of Berlin first, and then they sent the Russians in after.

00:09:09.660 They also used tanks.

00:09:10.580 They used them as battering rams.

00:09:11.780 You're going to see the same move take place.

00:09:14.420 So if Belarusian troops do get involved and we're starting to see some potential reports of that, Lukashenko just went to Moscow, had apparently a five-hour meeting with Putin.

00:09:24.260 You know, we don't know.

00:09:24.940 But we do know that there's a lot of talk about the possibility of this happening.

00:09:29.300 And if it does, it wouldn't surprise me if they were sent in first, and that would really confirm this Battle of Berlin theory that I've been talking about.

00:09:35.840 But the main take on all of this, the frame that I want to give everybody on this, there are two ways to look at this.

00:09:41.740 You can go in and you can talk about the tit for tat.

00:09:44.540 You can talk about whatever the last dopamine hit you have is, whatever the last thing you saw on the news was.

00:09:49.520 You know, I heard Mitt Romney today screaming, MiG-29s, MiG-29s.

00:09:53.520 He doesn't even understand that the White House was reading off of a West Wing episode playbook, right?

00:09:59.280 Just straight up plagiarizing Aaron Sorkin to try to escalate or de-escalate.

00:10:04.800 I don't even know what they were trying to do, to be honest.

00:10:06.560 And it seemed to me like they were trying to frame Poland into starting World War III.

00:10:11.100 And the Poles were like, yeah, no, we ain't playing that one. 1.00

00:10:13.200 And me personally, you know, I am not going to let Poland or let the United States and the West do Poland like that.

00:10:20.260 Oh, by the way, the EU last night just voted to sanction, economically sanction Poland and Hungary over what they call a lack of rule of law, right?

00:10:30.520 For totally unrelated issues.

00:10:32.020 When, by the way, Poland is the one that's actually taking in over a million five in terms of refugees when the rest of the EU is just sitting there yelling at them.

00:10:40.680 And then they're going to vote to economically sanction Poland and Hungary.

00:10:43.860 Hungary is also taking in refugees and all this.

00:10:45.940 So there you go again.

00:10:47.000 Western Europe selling out Eastern and Central Europe.

00:10:50.760 Not the first time it's happened.

00:10:52.340 Poland remembers 1939 and they remember it very well.

00:10:56.500 But I want to give everyone a frame to look at this a little bit differently.

00:10:59.160 Finally, the frame that I put on the news right now is escalators versus de-escalators.

00:11:04.460 So when I see escalators, I think of people like Senator Mitt Romney, straight up warmonger, neocon, whatever, you know, word label you want to use.

00:11:12.000 He is the old school George W. Bush type of Republican candidate.

00:11:16.640 And obviously he wants to run for president.

00:11:19.520 And he's trying to use this as a potential way to get back into the good graces of the GOP establishment and the GOP base.

00:11:24.580 President Trump, former President Trump, had been a strong anti-war, pro-American nationalist policies type of candidate, didn't want to get involved in these wars, wanted to use that rapprochement, wanted to use diplomacy, wanted to use the speak bigly and carry a big stick type of diplomacy for these people.

00:11:44.200 Telling Putin to his face that he would bomb Moscow, telling Xi Jinping that he would bomb Beijing if they made a move on Taiwan.

00:11:51.720 That's the type of policy that President Trump took.

00:11:54.840 Now, of course, you don't hear that from these other people, these escalators.

00:11:58.740 Right. And you don't realize, by the way, that what what President Trump was doing in in making those threats actually was de-escalatory language.

00:12:06.380 Right. And so this might be hard for mouth breathers and word cells and midwits to understand.

00:12:12.900 But what President Trump was doing by using tough talk and using what's called the madman theory of geopolitics, he actually created a security situation, a security blanket.

00:12:24.360 He threw a security blanket over Ukraine and flew a security blanket over Taiwan with that because they didn't know.

00:12:32.140 Right. Beijing and the Kremlin couldn't understand whether or not Trump was serious about his his comments.

00:12:38.940 And they saw the Syria strikes and they saw the Soleimani strike and they thought, you know what, this guy might just be enough of a madman that he would actually strike if we do this.

00:12:48.740 So, you know what, we're not going to do that. That's called military rapprochement.

00:12:52.300 That's called peace through strength. But now we've got war through weakness.

00:12:57.840 War through weakness is what Biden has done. And you saw that on the ground in Afghanistan.

00:13:01.580 You saw that. And we're seeing that now in Ukraine because he can't keep up his military commitments because they see he's weak.

00:13:07.160 They see Tony Blinken is an idiot and they see that Jen Psaki is taking things from the West Wing playbook. 0.99

00:13:12.500 They know how to read these people and they know how to play them like a fiddle. 1.00

00:13:16.160 So don't escalate, de-escalate. And every time you're watching the news, say you can see who is escalating and then see who is de-escalating.

00:13:23.260 And I will say that when it comes to the de-escalation of this, even though I'm no fan of President Erdogan, Recep Erdogan of Turkey, right?

00:13:30.620 I've called him a neo-Ottoman dictator, right? And he is one, but he's also a member of NATO, right?

00:13:37.480 So he's really at the middle of so much of this because even though he's a member of NATO, Turkey's a NATO member, he's also got close relations with who?

00:13:45.600 Moscow. And that, by the way, and you won't even hear this in mainstream media, that's where some of these highest level negotiations have taken place was in Turkey.

00:13:54.380 And so you saw the Ukrainian foreign minister and the Russian foreign minister, Lavrov, met in Turkey yesterday to discuss negotiations.

00:14:02.000 And they even discussed holding talks in Turkey between Putin and Zelensky.

00:14:07.920 I think that's the road you need to go down. Do not go down the war of escalation. Go down the road of de-escalation.

00:14:15.600 Look, I'm just going to come out and say it, guys. We had Good Ranchers for dinner the other night.

00:14:23.760 Tanya Tay came home. She said, look, it's dinner time. It was Thursday. So we were going into Lent.

00:14:29.460 So we do the no meat on Fridays. It's a Catholic thing. So we were saying this is Thursday.

00:14:36.260 And we're like, what are we going to do? Let's get some meat.

00:14:39.180 Tanya goes, we are going to go in and I'm going to cook up the two biggest steaks I can find out of our last Good Ranchers haul.

00:14:45.860 She cooks them up. I'm telling you guys, I have never had steak like this before.

00:14:52.480 And I know, I know you're like, but Jack, Good Ranchers is, you know, one of your things.

00:14:56.380 You have the, you know, promo code POSO, et cetera.

00:14:58.740 Look, I know, I know, I know. But just I'm telling you, I should get Tanya on here to talk about it, actually, how good this thing was.

00:15:04.860 And she had the sauce that she put it in.

00:15:06.900 Now, I did ask her about the sauce. And I got to tell you, she said it's Tanya Tay's secret sauce.

00:15:12.280 And we cannot know what Tanya Tay's secret sauce is. So maybe we'll have to do that.

00:15:16.420 But I'm telling you, with this Good Ranchers, it was one of the greatest steaks that I ever had in my entire life.

00:15:23.720 And if you want Good Ranchers, and if you want your dinner to be as delicious as the dinner at the POSO household was when Tanya Tay was cooking with her special sauce, where do you go? 0.86

00:15:32.960 You go to GoodRanchers.com slash POSO. That's GoodRanchers.com slash POSO.

00:15:39.640 Steakhouse quality. Yeah. Prime upper choice. Highest quality possible.

00:15:44.900 They got ribeyes, T-bones, New York strips. They even have chicken. It's pre-marinated.

00:15:49.020 You just throw it right in. It's amazing. It's so convenient. It is less stressful.

00:15:52.600 I guarantee you, please go to GoodRanchers.com. Use promo code POSO. 30% off. Free shipping on a giant box of frozen meat to your house.

00:16:03.780 Yeah, that's obviously something that you want free shipping on.

00:16:06.340 So make sure that you go to GoodRanchers.com and use promo code POSO today.

00:16:10.620 And just to round out today's stories, we're also seeing now on the ground or in the information warfare space, as opposed to on the ground,

00:16:17.700 that Facebook is allowing a loophole or a temporary let-up of their anti-violence.

00:16:26.820 So Facebook is known for having anti-violence, anti-extremist, very strong.

00:16:30.960 When Facebook does censorship, right, they're saying they're centering calls to violence, they're centering calls to extremism.

00:16:36.340 But Facebook has now come out and said that they are going to lift that restriction, lift their famous restriction on violence when it comes to Russians.

00:16:46.540 They are going to allow people, and particularly it says people of Central and Eastern Europe, to call for violence against Russians.

00:16:57.100 Now, I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say this is a bad thing.

00:17:00.860 Because what we're seeing now is corporations, Western corporations, and I know that they like to claim that we are global citizens,

00:17:09.980 and this was a global citizen, you know, President Obama's global citizen moment and his movement and all of that was pushed with the globalists.

00:17:16.760 We are now seeing the tech companies in Silicon Valley take sides in geopolitics.

00:17:21.240 What does this mean?

00:17:22.660 This needs to be understood in the greater context of what we're seeing unravel in real time, and that is the project of globalization.

00:17:30.140 It's done.

00:17:31.420 We are now seeing a rapid advance and a decoupling of East and West, and perhaps the global South as well, as sort of being a wild card in all of this,

00:17:41.600 because you are seeing a rapid and systemic de-globalization of the world economy.

00:17:48.000 And this has been planned for years.

00:17:50.860 The Russians were planning this. 1.00

00:17:52.540 The Chinese were planning this. 1.00

00:17:54.360 India is potentially making roads here.

00:17:56.780 Brazil, potentially.

00:17:57.800 South Africa.

00:17:58.420 You're talking over one half of the world's population.

00:18:01.980 So keep in mind, there's more people in the BRICS nations than there are in the rest of the world combined, and that means Europe and North America.

00:18:10.680 So don't think that they do not wield power when they have that much of the world's population between them.

00:18:17.320 And it is the utter fecklessness and idiocy of the United States for pursuing this globalization project for the last 30 years and trying to bring everyone under their heel, both financially, culturally, politically, and economically, that has led to this moment. 0.67

00:18:34.700 And look, I know people are going to come out there and say, oh, but Poso, you can't support what's going on. 0.97

00:18:41.000 You can't support what's going on.

00:18:42.420 Look, I don't support what's going on.

00:18:44.400 I certainly don't support war in any form.

00:18:47.340 This is wrong.

00:18:48.680 This is absolutely wrong.

00:18:49.580 Obviously, I support people defending themselves, but if you're going to make war and use that as your politics, and they say war is politics by other means, then you are playing off of a ridiculous playbook, and you're going to get innocent people killed so that you can get your way.

00:19:04.720 That's number one.

00:19:05.480 But number two is that we're not going to lie about the lead up to this situation.

00:19:11.260 We're not going to lie about the Biden family using this as their family business and the millions they got off Burisma.

00:19:17.200 We're not going to lie about Ukrainian corrupt oligarchs being the number one donor at one point, according to the Wall Street Journal, to the Clinton Foundation.

00:19:25.220 We're not going to lie about these things.

00:19:26.300 We're going to tell the truth.

00:19:27.480 And whatever's going on in these biolabs, we're going to tell the truth about that as well. 1.00

00:19:31.320 It looks like this is something, yes, it started with the Soviet bioweapon program, but people would like to know, and I think the people of the world have a right to know, what happened to those pathogens, and why is it that Victoria Nuland is so scared about them?

00:19:48.820 All right.

00:19:49.520 Now, if you want to continue to support Human Events Daily, support our work, support this podcast, let us keep the lights on.

00:19:55.840 Let us keep the ball rolling.

00:19:57.480 What do you do?

00:19:57.880 You go to MyPillow.com slash POSO.

00:20:00.260 You utilize promo code POSO, as well as go to support all of our advertisers, our sponsors.

00:20:05.500 That is how we're able to keep this going.

00:20:07.460 That's how we're able to punch back and cut through the mainstream media's lies, the propaganda, and by the way, the war propaganda that we're seeing now.

00:20:16.100 Look, we've seen domestic propaganda in the past couple of years in state campaign after state campaign.

00:20:22.080 And we've seen the mainstream media drive home this propaganda for the state's interest.

00:20:28.160 And whether that be social, whether it be medical, whatever the propaganda is, we've seen all of it.

00:20:34.020 But now we are entering a phase of war propaganda.

00:20:37.760 You will see the propagandists and the war machine merge together seamlessly as one in this phase.

00:20:45.180 You will see the uniparty stand together as one in this phase.

00:20:50.320 So pay attention.

00:20:51.280 And if you want to support our ability to get this message out, support our sponsors and go to MyPillow.com slash POSO.

00:20:58.400 So, this next story, incredible exclusive to The Federalist.

00:21:02.580 Durham is investigating the 2016 DNC hack.

00:21:07.620 There was previously no known connection between the special counsel and the government's investigation into the 2016 DNC hack.

00:21:13.260 This is from the great professor M.J. Cleveland, Margo Cleveland at The Federalist.

00:21:18.000 I highly encourage everyone to go to TheFederalist.com and go and understand what's happening here.

00:21:23.180 So, what is the bottom line?

00:21:28.880 Well, it turns out, and we've talked about this before, we've talked so much about this before,

00:21:33.420 that remember the Alpha Bank and how the Alpha Bank server scandal was based on faked up web data, right?

00:21:41.660 Go read the article for all the details.

00:21:43.220 I'm going to give you the 50,000 foot view.

00:21:44.560 That web data was faked up by tech companies and then handed over to the FBI and handed over to other tech companies and said,

00:21:53.780 look, it looks like a Russian server at a Russian bank called Alpha Bank is communicating with another server located in Trump Tower,

00:22:02.360 somewhere in the Trump organization.

00:22:03.500 What turned out that that web data was completely fake and falsified by a domestic tech company,

00:22:11.580 which it turns out had ties to Fusion GPS and ties to people that were working on behalf of the Clinton campaign.

00:22:19.840 Now, we come to find that a similar situation may have happened with the DNC hack.

00:22:27.120 The Durham investigation is now digging into that very same data, which originally was told led directly to Russiagate.

00:22:37.740 We were told again and again that this was the genesis, even before the dossier, that this was the genesis of Russiagate.

00:22:46.120 So, I don't even think I need to explain to you the implications of whether or not this becomes true.

00:22:53.840 And our final story today comes to us by way of Breitbart.

00:23:00.000 Michelle Obama's When We All Vote stokes fear of racially motivated voter suppression in an HBCU campaign.

00:23:08.100 Michelle Obama's voter registration organization is stoking the fear in promotion targeting historically black colleges and universities.

00:23:15.160 The celebrity-driven voter drive comes out and says that voting rights for black people are under attack.

00:23:21.960 In this new video, Michelle Obama has teamed up with NBA athlete Chris Paul to sound the race alarm.

00:23:28.120 There are people coming out there working day in and day out to make it harder for communities of color,

00:23:33.260 people with disabilities, and young people like you to cast their ballots.

00:23:37.700 They appear to be referring to voter integrity laws being passed in various states to guard against voter fraud

00:23:43.260 and solidify voter identification requirements.

00:23:45.700 Democrats have sought to portray these laws as racist, claiming they are intended to disenfranchise minorities.

00:23:51.960 This has been promoted by Samuel L. Jackson, Paramount Network's Yellowstone actress Piper Perabo,

00:23:58.340 and former Obama administration official Valerie Jarrett.

00:24:01.580 We all love Valerie Jarrett, don't we?

00:24:03.420 And keep in mind, this is the same thing they always do.

00:24:05.800 They say, when you support voter ID, the same type of ID that you need to get on an airplane,

00:24:12.240 literally do anything in society, literally do anything in society, you need some form of ID,

00:24:17.420 except for when you go to vote.

00:24:20.360 That's it.

00:24:21.320 Try getting on an airplane.

00:24:22.740 Try buying tickets to Walt Disney World.

00:24:24.860 Try buying tickets to a movie in some places, right?

00:24:27.300 They'll ask you for ID, especially if you're underage, right?

00:24:29.580 Obviously.

00:24:30.760 But no, go to vote.

00:24:32.620 The sacred duty of democracy.

00:24:34.080 The thing that we're supposed to be defending in Ukraine right now.

00:24:38.020 They don't even care.

00:24:39.660 They don't even want you to have ID.

00:24:42.060 Why is that?

00:24:43.260 Well, to ask the question as to know the answer.

00:24:48.860 All right, and that is all the time we have for today.

00:24:51.560 Human Events Daily.

00:24:52.520 What did we talk about today?

00:24:53.540 We gave you that on-the-ground assessment of what is happening in and around Kiev,

00:24:59.600 in and around the south,

00:25:00.600 the land bridges that are being built across the southeast and the northeast of Ukraine

00:25:04.940 as the Russian army advances.

00:25:06.860 It is slow.

00:25:07.980 It is methodical.

00:25:09.120 But yes, the advancement is taking place on the ground.

00:25:12.860 We also talked about the United Nations and the Security Council meeting that is coming up.

00:25:17.280 Next, we talked about the situation with Durham and the DNC 2016 hack.

00:25:22.140 What will he uncover?

00:25:24.180 And finally, we talked about former First Lady Michelle Obama

00:25:26.740 and her race-stoking attack on voter ID and voter integrity laws. 1.00

00:25:43.600 it's time for today's history break.
