Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - MAY 02 2022 - PA COUNTY FINDS LARGE NUMBER OF ELECTION CODE VIOLATIONS IN DROP BOXES

00:00:00.000 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning Point USA.

00:00:07.060 Today's May 2nd, 2022, and no domine.

00:00:10.180 First headline, exclusive story for us here at Human Events.

00:00:13.640 We've obtained a memo from a county in Pennsylvania that found a large number of election code violations in regards to the drop boxes.

00:00:21.620 We're going to break all that down.

00:00:23.180 Next, Antifa attacking a conservative rally, volunteers in Oregon State.

00:00:28.860 Third, President Biden, new clip, laughing at inflation.

00:00:32.640 You've seen this one. We'll break it down.

00:00:34.040 And finally, Noam Chomsky, talked about him last week.

00:00:36.820 Well, he's back out again, saying that Donald Trump is the only statesman calling for negotiations and diplomacy with the Ukraine crisis.

00:00:45.500 All this more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:00:46.860 Again, the vote is central to our democracy.

00:01:01.260 It's how we all choose the people to be our public servants.

00:01:06.200 This is the hiring process, the election.

00:01:08.400 We have to have fair elections, and those elections have to be free of external influences.

00:01:15.680 We need to have confidence that people are choosing their leaders and that the leaders are not choosing the people who vote for them.

00:01:23.720 We need to make sure that the voters are choosing the leaders, not the other way around.

00:01:28.640 Elections are the bedrock of our democracy, and our commonwealth and our country thrive when people freely exercise this franchise.

00:01:37.020 Huge Human Events exclusive that we have for you guys today.

00:01:42.320 This comes via Lehigh County, the office of the district attorney.

00:01:47.920 Lehigh County Courthouse, we've got it out now.

00:01:50.600 An internal memo that was written and submitted April 4, 2022, by James B. Martin, the district attorney of Lehigh County.

00:02:00.360 Here's what happened.

00:02:01.240 Under the date of January 20, 2022, the Lehigh County Committee, acting through its chairman, Joe Visho, directed a letter to Sarah Murray, the deputy solicitor of Lehigh County under the Department of Law.

00:02:15.380 The letter was captioned, Government Center Drop Box Surveillance.

00:02:20.460 Copy of the letter is attached, etc.

00:02:22.740 Here's the issue.

00:02:24.740 The chairman raised concerns about obvious violations of our election laws in the 2021 election.

00:02:31.340 2021.

00:02:32.500 The letter further states,

00:02:34.260 First and foremost, there are serious violations of individuals submitting multiple ballots with at least one individual placing five or more into the drop box.

00:02:43.100 This is very apparent just by reviewing the video.

00:02:45.780 There are no certifications of authority in the county's possession for the period investigated, which would validate anyone dropping off more than one ballot.

00:02:53.700 The letter goes on to state,

00:02:54.600 Furthermore, there is even a larger issue that must be addressed and investigated by the office.

00:02:59.260 Our findings found to count discrepancy of over 300 ballots when comparing the number of individuals who came to the drop box between the times mentioned above and the vote count given by the election office.

00:03:10.560 What does this all mean?

00:03:11.780 What's going on?

00:03:13.020 Here's the situation.

00:03:13.960 Ballot harvesting. 0.61

00:03:16.340 What is ballot harvesting?

00:03:17.500 Ballot harvesting is when third party individuals, either volunteers or paid, go around, collect mail-in ballots or absentee ballots, and then drop them off either at mail centers or drop boxes.

00:03:29.880 Here's the problem with that.

00:03:31.600 Under Pennsylvania election law, ballot harvesting is illegal.

00:03:36.460 If you are paid to drop these off, you're breaking the law.

00:03:40.140 If you're dropping them off for someone other than yourself or your immediate family, you're breaking the law.

00:03:47.100 They conducted the investigation.

00:03:49.100 Lehigh County.

00:03:49.840 We're going to have this up on the website afterwards that everybody can read.

00:03:53.160 It's very clear.

00:03:54.520 And the Lehigh County District Attorney has put this out.

00:03:57.520 Here's the conclusion.

00:03:58.300 It's abundantly clear that provisions of the law are being breached by large numbers of voters.

00:04:06.260 It is clear that under the election code, each voter shall mail in his or her own ballot himself or herself and deliver only his or her ballot in person.

00:04:15.440 I will note, and this is going back to the quotes, I will note parenthetically that governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Wolfe, admitted that his wife dropped off a mail-in ballot for him.

00:04:25.240 To my knowledge, she has not been prosecuted.

00:04:28.280 Interestingly, HB 1300, to which Governor Wolfe vetoed in 2021, among with other amendments, would have allowed members of the same household.

00:04:35.580 So blame my last, you cannot have members of your household dropping off the same ballots.

00:04:41.120 They actually conducted an investigation, and this is similar, by the way, to the stuff that Dinesh D'Souza is talking about in his new movie, 2,000 Mules.

00:04:49.660 The difference is this is a county in Pennsylvania using the same methods, looking at these drop boxes, looking at the surveillance, lining that up with people dropping this off.

00:05:00.260 And you can see, you can see these people, Dinesh D'Souza refers to them as mules, similar to the drug mules that the cartel uses, dropping off ballots illegally.

00:05:11.120 They also further state that during the 2022 primary election in Pennsylvania, which is coming up on May 17th, hotly contested election, that at least in one county of Pennsylvania, these drop boxes will be kept under strict surveillance.

00:05:27.860 Every single one of these options should be prosecuted.

00:05:31.420 Now, we've heard, by the way, that there are legal motions that may be in the works regarding this situation.

00:05:37.960 Every county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania should have these under surveillance.

00:05:43.920 And quite frankly, if you want to have a serious election, you should get rid of the drop boxes, or if you have them, put them in the county board of elections.

00:05:51.800 People can show up during office hours, 8 to 4, whenever it is, drop them off.

00:05:57.060 You can vote there.

00:05:58.000 Across the country, Americans are deciding that if we want to change this nation, we have to change the way the marketplace works.

00:06:07.440 Woke corporations are seeking to divide us.

00:06:10.000 Big banks are freezing the accounts of people who disagree with their political views.

00:06:13.340 And our supply chain is dependent upon countries that actively work against our values.

00:06:18.120 It's time for change.

00:06:19.080 And that change starts with you and your wallet.

00:06:20.740 That's why I'm proud to partner with Public Square, the largest directory of freedom-loving businesses our nation has ever seen.

00:06:27.480 Public Square is the first app to connect freedom-loving Americans with their local community and the business that shares their values.

00:06:33.900 Now, whether you want to support a restaurant that only buys from local farms, a coffee shop that took a stand against COVID, or a bank that would never cancel you for your political views, Public Square is your guide.

00:06:44.380 Just download the Public Square app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, create a free account, and begin your search.

00:06:55.680 Download the app, Public Square.

00:06:57.200 That's Public Square, Public S-Q.

00:07:15.260 Safe communities here in our state.

00:07:20.740 What you just heard there are the horrific scenes and sounds, if you're listening on the podcast, of an Antifa attack.

00:07:41.260 Now, I tweeted this about a week ago.

00:07:43.880 I said, midterms are coming up, and look at the signs.

00:07:49.080 Antifa meeting those illegal immigrant buses that Governor Abbott is sending up from D.C. to Union Station here in Washington, D.C.

00:07:58.140 Antifa was meeting them and blocking reporters from filming any of this.

00:08:02.680 Then, you had an Antifa member, Gage Groskruitz, who pointed a 9mm pistol at Kyle Rittenhouse's head and forced Kyle Rittenhouse to have to defend himself.

00:08:14.660 That guy, Antifa Gage, shaking hands with President Biden out in Seattle, because he's not welcome back in Kenosha.

00:08:22.600 They're putting out the signal that Antifa is coming back online.

00:08:28.140 They're being reactivated for the midterms.

00:08:30.840 And wouldn't you know, one week later, I think less than a week later, we have this attack on conservative volunteers in Portland.

00:08:38.860 Now, of course, as we know, the city of Portland is essentially an Antifa-controlled city at this point.

00:08:45.180 And they're going to say, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, it's not Antifa-controlled, it's fine, everything, no, no, no, no.

00:08:49.360 If you are a conservative or a Christian group, and you try to go into the confines of the city of Portland, 0.72

00:08:57.560 you do not have your freedom of speech, you don't have your right to freedom of assembly, freedom of association, it's all gone.

00:09:05.900 It's all taken away from you, because this group will show up and disrupt you and attack you,

00:09:11.100 and the police, at least as we've seen at this point, do not respond.

00:09:15.860 So we've got the video out, and there's this candidate, Stan Pulliam, who's running for governor out there in Oregon,

00:09:21.260 and they're just attacking him.

00:09:22.760 They come out of this park, paint bombs, smoke grenades, children are in the group as this is going on, and they don't care.

00:09:33.140 They're waving flags around, they've got their umbrellas, a black block. 0.88

00:09:37.340 And it's very obvious, right, it's very obvious, when you look at this thing, that these guys are dressed up, they mean to do harm.

00:09:46.540 They're not up to anything good when they show up like that, and we can all see it.

00:09:51.980 Meanwhile, if you try to honk your horn, if you're a truck driver in Washington, D.C., you'll get pulled over and pulled aside and asked to leave.

00:10:00.320 That's what's going on in our country right now.

00:10:04.200 So let me be very clear about this.

00:10:06.740 And the Department of Homeland Security and their new Ministry of Truth, are they going to do anything about this?

00:10:12.240 Are they going to do anything?

00:10:13.620 Because remember, last time I checked, the Department of Homeland Security doesn't exist to decide what is true and false on the Internet.

00:10:22.360 They exist to protect and defend the homeland.

00:10:26.220 They were set up after 9-11, right?

00:10:28.280 But it turns out that Ron Paul was actually right about this, and the civil libertarians were right about this, that when you give the government this kind of power, they will abuse it and use it for their own ends.

00:10:37.540 Now that same civil authority is being used, or going to be used, to go after what you say on the Internet.

00:10:45.460 But when it comes to this, when it comes to candidates for governor in Oregon that are being attacked, not protested, not harassed, not tweeted about, not memes, no.

00:10:55.060 Actual attacks in the streets.

00:10:58.540 Violent acts from a group that wrote a whole book about them.

00:11:02.440 It's called Antifa Rise of the Black Fights. 0.95

00:11:03.820 You can go read it.

00:11:05.360 You can go read it right now.

00:11:06.580 AntifaBook.com.

00:11:08.280 Go read every single page of the Summer of Rage of 2020, largely taking place within the confines of the city of Portland.

00:11:15.600 You know, this past weekend was the 30th anniversary of the L.A. riots.

00:11:21.440 30th anniversary.

00:11:22.480 And I posted on Instagram a bunch of places that photo, the iconic photo of the rooftop Koreans. 0.99

00:11:29.000 These men who, when the police, the government, the state, completely dropped the social contract and the idea that the government will come together for the purpose of collective defense.

00:11:44.940 In the face of marauders, in the face of criminal rioters that they will defend, didn't happen in L.A., that people took up their own arms, went up to the roofs of their own buildings and defended their property.

00:12:01.920 They defended their town.

00:12:04.640 That was America 30 years ago.

00:12:06.940 That was how criminals were dealt with.

00:12:11.760 That's actual law and order.

00:12:13.400 It's not just tweets about law and order.

00:12:14.720 It's actually getting the job done, whether it's the police, whether it was the military, which had to come in in the streets of L.A. 30 years ago.

00:12:25.920 Where did that country go?

00:12:27.500 What happened to that country go?

00:12:28.800 Sacrificed on the altar of wokeness, political correctness, whatever you want to call it.

00:12:37.220 Meanwhile, you got a kid up in Kenosha who defends himself against one of these mobs that are trying to kill him.

00:12:45.260 You put the kid on trial and one of the guys with the guns is meeting President Biden.

00:12:52.760 Understand what point in the movie we are in.

00:12:58.800 You know, I think ever since you've come into office, things are really looking up.

00:13:03.980 You know, gas is up, rent is up, food is up, everything.

00:13:08.720 No, it really has been a tough first year for you, Mr. President.

00:13:12.300 So if you're listening to the podcast version of this, you can't see the sheer audacity of this video.

00:13:21.460 That's the White House Correspondence Dinner, also known as Nerd Prom, that some people, grifters and deep staters and the beautiful people or the people who want to be beautiful people go to.

00:13:37.020 This event featured Trevor Noah, hardcore liberal, who's up there making jokes about inflation.

00:13:48.480 And President Biden sitting, just off to the side, laughing about it.

00:13:53.820 And then it turns and it shows everybody in their tuxedos, sipping their cocktails, their champagne, their wine bottles flowing.

00:14:02.240 And they're all laughing about it.

00:14:05.420 They're laughing at you.

00:14:07.460 They're laughing at every.

00:14:08.500 This reminds me of that video from Occupy Wall Street in 2011 to Cotty Park, where.

00:14:14.260 They had those Wall Street, you know, executives came out and as the people were screaming about the bailouts and people were so upset about what the government was doing to bail out the banks when everybody else was going into recession and they were drinking cocktails over the balcony, laughing, just laughing at them.

00:14:33.980 You got people hurting right now and inflation is up everywhere.

00:14:38.560 So I want you to remember this video.

00:14:41.420 Never forget that video.

00:14:44.260 And not even particularly so much about President Biden, but the way that room reacted, the way the whole room was laughing.

00:14:51.640 Because that's what I've been telling you about in one image, the Kentian effect, remember?

00:14:58.400 Inflation is good for the people closest to the crown and it benefits them at the expense of those furthest away.

00:15:08.480 Well, what are you seeing right there?

00:15:10.060 You're seeing the people who are closest, literally in that video, the people who are closest to the crown.

00:15:18.080 The money comes from the Fed, it makes its way to BlackRock and State Street and Vanguard.

00:15:24.920 This is the party of Davos.

00:15:28.560 This is the party of Davos at one of their key institutions, the White House Correspondence Center.

00:15:36.040 And they've got another one coming up soon, another key institution for the party of Davos.

00:15:40.400 That one is actually going to be held in Davos coming up in just a couple of weeks here in May.

00:15:46.860 They're all going to fly off to Switzerland where they're going to have more cocktails, more receptions, more tuxedos, more fancy parties in the Swiss Alps.

00:15:57.140 Well, all of you get to pull up to the gas pump, $5, $6, $7 in some areas.

00:16:06.980 We went to get gas this weekend and we went in and we went to Costco.

00:16:13.560 The Costco line got me 25 minutes, took me 25 minutes just to get gas because everybody knows it's a little bit cheaper there in Costco.

00:16:21.600 That's what's going on in the United States of America.

00:16:25.700 Look at diesel.

00:16:27.200 Diesel's going up like crazy.

00:16:29.340 So what does that mean?

00:16:30.460 That means the cost of everything else is going to go up.

00:16:32.380 The cost of your food, the cost of your goods, stuff you want for your home.

00:16:37.080 That's all going up as well.

00:16:38.260 And I know Mother's Day is this weekend, right?

00:16:41.320 So how does that feel?

00:16:42.720 How does that feel when you're going to get presents and you think,

00:16:47.320 boy, I'd like to be able to drive to see mom for Mother's Day?

00:16:51.600 But I hope I can afford it.

00:16:53.800 But President Biden doesn't care.

00:16:56.720 The party of Davos doesn't care because this is, folks, this is the Great Reset.

00:17:04.180 The people in that room get to laugh, get to party.

00:17:09.760 They get their champagne.

00:17:12.580 And they're laughing at you.

00:17:14.620 They're laughing about it.

00:17:15.820 You want to know what the Great Reset is?

00:17:17.480 Watch that video.

00:17:18.760 You want to know what the World Economic Forum stands for?

00:17:22.280 Watch that video.

00:17:23.220 This is how they institute Elysium.

00:17:25.940 Remember, Elysium is for the elites.

00:17:29.680 Elysium is for the haves.

00:17:32.780 Elysium is for people like this.

00:17:34.920 It's not for you.

00:17:36.020 You guys get the Zuckerverse.

00:17:37.320 You guys get to be plugged in, jacked up, transhumanism, ready player one with your intravenous vaccine streams sent directly to you and the disinformation board, making sure that you're not spreading any of those obscene thoughts.

00:17:54.100 That's what the party of Davos wants.

00:17:57.320 And this is what the Great Reset is all about.

00:17:59.620 Well, there is fortunately one statesman in the United States who has made a very sensible statement about how you can solve the crisis, namely by facilitating negotiations instead of undermining them.

00:18:22.860 He suggested something similar, move towards negotiations and diplomacy instead of escalating the war, try to see if he can bring about an accommodation, which would be roughly along these lines.

00:18:39.060 His name is Donald J. Trump, known Chomsky.

00:18:44.900 Is there anyone who's even further left than this guy?

00:18:47.600 Right. 93 years old.

00:18:49.200 One of the famous left wing liberal professors who's out there.

00:18:55.100 But because he's part of the old left, he's part of the anti-war left.

00:19:02.760 And the anti-war left, you see people out there who are still, you know, carrying on this tradition.

00:19:07.980 People like Glenn Greenwald, people like Tulsi Gabbard, Aaron Maté, Michael Tracy, they're out there carrying on the exact same beliefs they always had.

00:19:20.960 Specifically when it came to the area of warfare and this idea, because this is how it used to be, right?

00:19:26.440 It used to be in the area in the era of President George W. Bush or even his father, President H.W. Bush.

00:19:31.720 It was the the right was for war, was belligerent, was for aggression. 0.96

00:19:38.460 And that's what got you Afghanistan or at least the occupation of Afghanistan. 0.63

00:19:42.540 That's what got you Iraq. 1.00

00:19:43.780 That's what got so many of these things.

00:19:47.420 And in fact, a huge portion.

00:19:49.440 But funny enough, if you go back to the Vietnam era, it's actually a little bit different because Nixon ran initially on an anti-war platform.

00:19:56.980 And it was Johnson that actually ramped up the war that would lead to him not being able to run again because the left stood in opposition to it.

00:20:05.240 That was the anti-war movement at home.

00:20:06.880 So Chomsky is coming out and saying that the only person of stature who's actually putting a marker down and saying we want peace, we want to stop the fighting, we want to stop the killing in the killing fields of Eurasia.

00:20:24.360 Is Donald J. Trump, the former president of the United States, the 45th president.

00:20:29.420 He's the only one saying it.

00:20:30.720 Why?

00:20:31.680 Because Donald Trump Jr. explained why, if you go back to that Ohio rally speech he gave last week.

00:20:37.540 What did he say?

00:20:38.640 He said, because 2021 was the year of big pharma.

00:20:44.940 But now it's big war's turn at the trough.

00:20:47.460 Every time you see one of these shipments over there, it's Stan with Lockheed, Stan with Raytheon.

00:20:53.000 They're the ones who are making, and guess who's paying for it, by the way?

00:20:56.340 You're paying for it.

00:20:57.360 The American people are paying for it.

00:20:58.920 Go look at those videos of Detroit, Philadelphia, Chicago.

00:21:05.420 That's what's happening here in the United States.

00:21:08.140 Because billions and billions of dollars are going overseas, and then it's coming back in the form of arms shipments.

00:21:17.140 And it's money laundering.

00:21:18.080 It's money laundering plain and simple.

00:21:19.640 I think people kind of get that now.

00:21:21.340 I think people kind of understand how this works.

00:21:23.620 It's money laundering.

00:21:25.540 And then politicians get campaign donations from the same defense contractors.

00:21:32.380 There's a huge reason, by the way, huge reason that President Trump was opposed by defense contractors and a lot of these people during 2020.

00:21:41.460 Because he stood for peace, and unfortunately, there isn't a market for that.

00:21:47.460 There just isn't a market for world peace.

00:21:50.160 Why?

00:21:50.420 Because war is a racket.

00:21:54.180 Just as General Butler told us, and as President Eisenhower warned us of the danger of the defense industrial complex.

00:22:01.100 Well, that's all the time we have here, Human Events Daily.

00:22:07.240 Remember, I promise our oath, our solemn vow to you.
