00:00:43.240 sass ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events daily powered by turning

00:00:49.940 point usa coming to you live from budapest hungary it's time for your daily dose of human events

00:00:55.700 today's headlines cpac budapest a massive success and the media is in meltdown mode as victor orban

00:01:03.460 the prime minister here delivered a 12 point plan for victory for the conservative movement next

00:01:09.420 the generation of war uniting to fuel the machine president biden and former president bush next a

00:01:16.120 spacex flight attendant yes we're going to get into this accusing elon musk of sexual harassment and

00:01:22.760 finally new york governor kathy hochel has announced a police unit will be combating hate speech that's

00:01:31.300 wonderful all this and we're ahead human events daily

00:01:33.440 what is going on here is building up a society which is very successful economically politically

00:01:50.020 culturally even in demography we have some success family policy so what you can see here could be

00:01:57.680 described as a success story but the fundamentals of this success are totally different than it is

00:02:05.040 wished and run and created by the by many other western countries so the the western liberals cannot

00:02:13.880 accept that inside the western civilization there's a conservative national alternative which is more

00:02:20.640 successful at the everyday life at the level of the then the liberal ones that's the reason why they

00:02:26.880 criticize us they are fighting for themselves not against us but we are an example that somebody or a

00:02:32.900 country which is based on traditional values on national identity based on tradition of Christianity could be

00:02:42.240 successful or sometimes even more successful than a leftist liberal government so i'm here in budapest

00:02:48.140 hungary attending cpac hungary held right on the banks of the denube and we're having a fantastic event it's

00:02:55.820 extremely well attended media coverage has been amazing except for in the u.s the liberal media is very

00:03:04.540 very upset that we're all inside and having a very good time we're meeting we're talking about faith we're talking

00:03:10.700 about family we're talking at what what it really means to make a country work and that's what prime

00:03:16.700 minister orban gave a really strong keynote speech about and so prime minister orban spoke tucker

00:03:22.340 carlson president trump came in with a pre-taped message uh candace owens just spoke this morning

00:03:28.200 but was really interesting in prime minister orban's speech and i've gone through all 12 points of this

00:03:33.680 and we're going to make this available to you later i'll spread it out on social media

00:03:36.920 but i've tweeted out some of the best points of it that i thought were very strong and important too

00:03:43.380 for people out there that say how can we do this how can we use this as a playbook for ourselves

00:03:48.440 in other countries to figure out ways to essentially as he said win in the movement how do we do this one

00:03:56.060 thing he said that i thought was very strong he said there is no political success without well

00:04:01.720 functioning communities the fewer the communities the lonelier the people the more voters turn to the

00:04:07.860 liberals whereas the more communities there are the more votes we get it's as simple as that he also

00:04:13.100 said that he spends a whole day every week setting aside just for reading books really emphasize the

00:04:19.460 importance of reading uh he wrote that we must give to god what belongs to god to the emperor what

00:04:26.540 belongs to the emperor and to science what belongs to science very interesting point in order to win

00:04:33.460 you must have a conservative media but not one that is just reactive to the media by itself you need a

00:04:39.960 conservative media that are willing to be taboo breakers in order to expose your opponent's true

00:04:45.720 intentions what's he saying you can't only be reactive you have to be willing to be proactive in media

00:04:52.720 you can't just be some member of the conservative media out there um you know complaining about the

00:04:57.440 left no break news get stuff out there do what we're doing focus on expose the who agenda at the

00:05:05.520 upcoming pandemic summit expose what the world economic forum is doing pushing the great reset expose

00:05:10.860 what your opponents are up to now of course the mainstream media is losing their minds at this let me

00:05:17.660 just pull up some of these headlines so that i could show you exactly what they're saying from the

00:05:21.880 guardian victor orban tell cpac the path to power is to have your own media jason stanley oh come on u.s

00:05:32.180 conservatives stop embarrassing yourselves have some dignity and national pride rolling stone a

00:05:39.540 republican circus pitches his tent in europe playing host to an authoritarian horror show and then uh from

00:05:47.760 vice.com the hungarian organizers cpac had partnered with to host the event refuse all entry to journalists

00:05:55.460 from u.s media outlets despite months of effort to obtain press credentials for the event to which of

00:06:01.940 course i responded feel free to watch the live stream look i'm sorry but freedom of the press doesn't

00:06:08.640 mean that you get access to every event that you want to get to if you want to get an interview with the

00:06:12.960 president of the united states and you walk down to the white house and you start demanding an interview

00:06:17.340 right find out what's going to happen if you start demanding access in the white house it ain't the way

00:06:21.900 it works so no that does not mean that you get to come everywhere you want to come in i'm sorry but there

00:06:28.460 will be a live stream on youtube where you can watch this because we all know that they are terrified of

00:06:34.900 addressing the actual content of cpac budapest the content of the speakers this summit of conservatives

00:06:43.540 of traditionalists family oriented government policies to actually grow and strengthen our own

00:06:52.560 countries as opposed to destroying borders and following the open society agenda of everyone's favorite

00:07:00.300 hungarian billionaire tanya and i are over here we're in europe you know we've we've seen some

00:07:07.300 of the amazing sites we did um kind of a half day long layover in dublin we we hit italy we're in

00:07:13.600 hungary right now but i gotta tell you something i gotta i really gotta tell you something the main

00:07:16.640 thing that i'm asking her about constantly is what are we going to put in our next good ranchers

00:07:22.060 order what do we want in that case until last week i started asking her about it this week

00:07:26.820 i'm every day i said this is pretty good and but i bet you good ranchers does better i think this is

00:07:32.520 great this italian steak that reading but i'm telling you i want something like this exactly in

00:07:37.040 my good ranchers box and when i looked online on the good rancher site good rancher.com slash post so

00:07:42.020 it says that they've got stuff that's even better they've got stuff that's even better than what i'm

00:07:47.660 eating on my plate in rome because why i'll tell you why is that 100 american beef goes into every

00:07:54.980 single case of this thing it's it's the stuff that you get in stores it's it's this imported

00:07:59.780 it's it's from all over the place you're not getting the best american meat sourced from local

00:08:05.860 american farms plus they've got chicken they've got seafood this stuff is amazing so in your good

00:08:11.040 ranchers box you get ribeyes t-bones new york strips signature steak burgers wagyu burgers pre-trim

00:08:16.640 pre-marinated chicken breast it is steakhouse quality right in your home and if you go and use

00:08:23.180 good ranchers.com slash post so if you put in promo code post so you get 30 off and free express

00:08:29.540 shipping so make sure you're using promo code post so of course we're going to put the link in the

00:08:33.380 description right here when you get your succulent amazing good ranchers box and so yeah i'm over

00:08:38.860 here i know i'm eating good in europe but i'm telling you tanya and i are going back and forth saying

00:08:43.960 what are we going to put in our good ranchers case let us know what do you plan plan to put in

00:08:49.760 yours go to good ranchers.com slash post so the link is in the description the result is an absence

00:08:57.080 of checks and balances in russia and the decision of one man to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal

00:09:07.320 invasion of iraq i mean of ukraine iraq too anyway uh 75 uh

00:09:16.960 well this is wonderful we've got a uniting of the war generation former president george w bush

00:09:27.260 and a lot of people are saying that he gave you know that was a gaffe right that he just made a gaffe

00:09:32.020 it was just a little accident that he didn't mean to say that no no no that it was just a little slip

00:09:37.920 up no that's what's called a freudian slip he knows exactly what he was saying a unilateral invasion of

00:09:47.040 an unprovoked nation that's exactly what he did when it came to iraq now i understand that in his

00:09:56.360 point of view he says that iraq provoked him but iraq never did anything in the united states

00:10:01.400 certainly not anything on the scale of what we did to iraq under george w bush we don't even share

00:10:07.320 a border with them this wasn't even a national security interest for the united states but it

00:10:12.360 was done anyway and i'll tell you why it was done it was done for the same reason that the senate just

00:10:18.300 approved 40 billion dollars of more war spending in ukraine and we this comes on the news right

00:10:26.580 before we went to to um record the show today producer shah says wait a minute there's another

00:10:32.700 hundred million in weapons that are being spent on top of the 40 billion right so even in the 40 billion

00:10:42.360 they couldn't find room for this 100 million and so the 100 million is being put on top of that's

00:10:49.480 putting up again it's a grift the whole thing is a grift right they're making money they're lining

00:10:56.100 their pockets 10 for the big guy whether that comes in political donations or whether that comes

00:11:01.540 in sponsorships think tanks afterwards the whole thing is a massive grift and the people caught up in

00:11:08.360 the middle well who cares and you hear you know it isn't even so much that george w bush said what he

00:11:14.560 said in that clip about iraq and ukraine but what's even more amazing is the reaction of the audience

00:11:20.100 they laughed they laughed it's a joke to them it's hilarious it's funny is anybody laughing for the

00:11:28.080 hundred thousand people who died in the wake of that how about the families of the honored americans

00:11:33.760 who lost their lives over there when they were sent to die in the desert the children that will never

00:11:41.080 come home you're gonna laugh for them no you won't so only 11 republicans voted against the 40 billion

00:11:49.640 only 11 so i'm going to read you the names of the 11 that stood strong as american first america first

00:11:59.620 politicians and america first leaders in the united states senators blackburn buzeman brawn crappo

00:12:10.580 hangerty hawley lee loomis marshall rampaul of course and tommy tuberville right it's very very simple

00:12:21.580 are we a country that goes around the world seeking wars or are we a country that goes around the world

00:12:28.760 seeking peace you know a wise man named julian assange once said that if wars can be started by

00:12:36.080 lies then peace can be started by truth let's end the lies let's start telling the truth about what's

00:12:44.740 going on let's seek stability in every region of the world whether that be in eastern europe whether

00:12:51.520 that be in eurasia or whether that be on the southern border of the united states now i would argue by the

00:12:58.460 way that the southern border of the united states is currently extremely unstable and so unstable to

00:13:05.960 the fact that perhaps a military force of some sort a martial force would be accurate and appropriate

00:13:14.400 in this case president trump of course said come out and came out and said why don't we bomb the cartels

00:13:19.520 well hold on a second why wouldn't we use military force to secure our border and if they've got drug

00:13:28.000 labs if they've got weapons bases that are controlled by the cartels run by the cartels then it's in the

00:13:34.880 interest of our nation to do so because that nation is on the other side of the border they share with us

00:13:42.840 that's how you can't protect your nation that's how you keep your nation strong not by sending money

00:13:48.980 overseas to the grift machine that's by the way is not going to get in the hands of any one of the

00:13:55.380 ukrainian people mark my words this is going to go to the arms dealers and the oligarchs that's what this is 0.50

00:14:01.340 about i mean we really want to wake up in the morning and and look forward to the future we want to be

00:14:09.320 excited about uh what's going to happen um and um and life cannot simply be about uh sort of solving

00:14:18.460 one miserable problem after another elon musk of course in the news every single day the twists and turns

00:14:23.900 going in is the deal on is the deal off is the deal on is the deal off you know and i've spoken to people

00:14:29.580 on wall street about this and they've said straight up look this guy's got a contract that is a pair of

00:14:36.300 silver bracelets he signed on the dotted line and if he thinks he's going to make some stink about

00:14:41.800 bots and this traffic and that traffic it's going to it's not going to amount to anything other than

00:14:46.560 a hill of beans because that contract locks him in and there are all sorts of clauses that would take

00:14:52.920 him uh to the cleaners if he tries to get out of it or if he tries to renege on it at this point

00:14:57.720 so essentially saying that that 54 20 yeah there might be some wiggle room you know take a dollar off

00:15:03.780 take two dollars off maybe drop it down to 52 20 that kind of thing but it looks like he is locked

00:15:09.820 in on this that's number one number two the latest news out of this yeah so what they're claiming is

00:15:16.120 that elon musk paid a spacex flight attendant 250 000 to settle a claim of essentially sexual harassment

00:15:24.900 i'll read the claim the claim is that he propositioned her for sex exposed himself and

00:15:30.920 offered to buy her a horse in exchange for a massage but he says there's more to the story

00:15:37.440 and so he also points out if i were inclined to engage in sexual harassment this is unlikely to

00:15:43.400 be the first time in my entire 30 year career that it comes to light he added there's a lot more to

00:15:48.600 this story which he calls a politically motivated hit piece so what does that actually mean what is

00:15:53.400 actually going on here well there's a couple of things i saw some lawyers that i know talking about

00:15:57.440 this where they were essentially saying look if there was a settlement that may have been a

00:16:03.420 settlement to make this claim go away not necessarily agreeing with the arguments of it

00:16:09.480 why because if you go to court with one of these things as amber heard and johnny depp are finding out

00:16:14.280 right now in their civil suits right this is a huge issue right this could eventually come to

00:16:20.880 a uh a major a major head it's going to be a ton of problems it's going to take so much time that

00:16:26.120 amber heard trial is still not done right it's been like six weeks at this point now of course johnny

00:16:30.580 depp wants to right johnny depp is the one who wants to do it and he's got the money to do it to

00:16:34.900 put up all these legal fees but for elon on this perspective it it may have been a situation where

00:16:40.520 they said and again it's not me this is legal analysis um that i was reading from people online

00:16:45.680 that they were saying look it you know this probably was to make the thing go away but we know

00:16:50.340 what's really going on here we know what's happening the powers that be want to shut down

00:16:56.620 elon and they want him canceled they want him done they want him gone they don't want him to be part

00:17:04.000 this of the scene anymore that for all those years right for all the years when he was mr green energy

00:17:09.440 mr green cars mr electric cars we're gonna have your charging stations everywhere gonna plug in your

00:17:14.680 house right they loved him they threw money at the guy they gave him all the government contracts for

00:17:20.540 spacex that he wanted because he was their guy and now all of a sudden when he's doing something the

00:17:27.500 regime doesn't like when he's doing something when he's making a move that they don't they actually do

00:17:31.940 care about he's got showrooms in xinjiang showrooms in xinjiang for tesla he's got manufacturing plants in

00:17:39.700 shanghai for tesla but when it comes to the actual case of him wanting to buy twitter and restore

00:17:49.680 to restore freedom of speech to the internet and the actual exchange the exchange of free ideas in the

00:17:59.860 world now suddenly the entire regime is after him and you know there are going to be more stories like

00:18:07.540 this there are going to be more problems like this because this is what the regime does when you take

00:18:12.780 a shot across their bow if you do something so potentially damaging to them as allowing people 1.00

00:18:20.460 to freely converse and freely exchange ideas across right by the way actually across borders right twitter

00:18:29.220 is obviously an open borders network but so for the open society people this shows the falsehood behind

00:18:36.560 the name they don't want open societies they want controlled societies they want societies where their

00:18:44.560 authoritarian control is the rule not the rule of law not the rule of elected leaders the rule of

00:18:52.260 unelected bureaucratic technocrats and that's what the world economic forum and that's what the world 0.77

00:18:57.900 health organization assembly and this new pandemic treaty are all about

00:19:01.800 yeah i'll stand i'll protect the first amendment any day of the week but you don't protect hate speech

00:19:09.540 you don't protect incendiary speech you're not allowed to scream fire in a crowded theater there are

00:19:15.300 limitations on speech and right now we have seen this run rampant and as a result i have 10 dead

00:19:21.460 neighbors in this community and it hurts and we're going to do something about it well new york governor

00:19:26.920 where kathy hochel on wednesday announced plans to create a new police unit designed in part to combat 0.86

00:19:34.060 hate speech in the wake of the tragic shooting in buffalo promising to quote confront this epidemic

00:19:40.520 head on now that's really interesting to me because as horrific as this event was

00:19:47.560 what about the homicides and mass shootings that take place in new york city every single weekend

00:19:57.380 governor are you setting up special task forces for that are you doing anything to bring in police

00:20:05.020 units and police forces to do anything about this because i guarantee you i guarantee you right that is

00:20:11.040 the major problem in new york when you look at what's actually happening on the streets compare the hate

00:20:16.960 crimes now that being said it's perfectly fine to want to stop crimes obviously we want to stop crime

00:20:24.340 we want to stop all crime period right it you know it's it's an unattainable goal right it's not realistic

00:20:29.640 but the goal of government should be to prevent crime as much as possible clearly this is the entire

00:20:35.000 point that governments are constituted so whether that be an 18 year old kid driving to a supermarket

00:20:40.020 whether that be somebody trying to work out some kind of um some kind of beef on a corner right

00:20:46.000 these are all crimes that we want prevented but what's interesting is that governor holkol seems

00:20:51.980 to be focused on crimes of speech not crimes of of of terrorism domestic terrorism shootings no no

00:21:01.320 no she's talking about speech and specifically targets it's up she says we we are proposing a

00:21:07.180 comprehensive plan to combat this strengthening state gun laws and in gun control of course and

00:21:13.820 investigating social media platforms isn't that interesting directly talks about investigating

00:21:20.220 social media platforms here we go there's more we will develop investigative leads based on social

00:21:27.000 media analysis i'm reading this from breitbart focused on radical extremist activities motivated

00:21:32.300 threats by identifying online locations and activities that facilitate radicalization and promote

00:21:40.280 promote violent extremism the issue however is of course the debate over what individuals consider hate

00:21:46.020 speech so here's the question here's the question how do you determine once something becomes criminal

00:21:55.020 hate speech versus protected first amendment speech right this is why you cannot have speech police in the

00:22:02.400 united states on any tier of the u.s government because we have the first amendment and yes the first

00:22:08.840 amendment includes protecting speech that you don't like that's the entire point of having the freedom of

00:22:15.620 speech now what it doesn't include what it does not include are implements to commit crimes if you are

00:22:23.280 planning to commit a crime and if you are taking steps in furtherance of that crime then you're you are at

00:22:29.160 you're guilty of criminal conspiracy and being guilty of criminal conspiracy is clearly something that

00:22:35.640 that already is on the books but of course governor hochel doesn't want that because what she truly wants is

00:22:41.600 power she wants power to be able to police speech to police the internet and to police your thoughts and words by the 1.00

00:22:51.040 way speaking of unelected people governor kathy hochel is a great example of that someone who was never elected to 0.79

00:22:58.320 governor of new york who probably won't win re-election but no no no no no she's gonna do whatever she can 0.99

00:23:04.580 while she's there well that's all the time we have for uh human events daily today remember our promise

00:23:11.920 our oath our solemn vow to you be good be brief be gone and as always your homework for us share this out

00:23:21.860 your podcasts so i'm here in hungary budapest uh today rounding out the first week of international

00:23:28.700 uh human events daily episodes want to say huge shout out to the entire team producer mike producer

00:23:33.920 shah everybody back in phoenix for helping to put this thing together while we are on the road

00:23:39.100 we will continue to be on the road next week for some exciting uh exciting special operations which i'll be

00:23:46.160 able to tell you more about next week but i'm going and immediately after i'm done recording this

00:23:52.260 episode i'm walking over to cpac hungry where i will be delivering the closing speech of cpac hungry so

00:23:59.980 it opened with uh prime minister victor orban will be ending with jack sobek so without further ado

00:24:06.720 let's wrap this up because i got places to be what do we talk about today of course cpac hungry the

00:24:14.260 massive success that it is the media in meltdown mode and those orban 12 plans the generation of 0.52

00:24:19.860 war uniting to fuel the war machine we talked about the space x flight attendant accusing elon musk of

00:24:26.900 sexual harassment and the fact that he is locked in with that twitter contract and finally we talked
