00:00:45.960 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.080 Christ is king.

00:00:50.640 We are breaking into coverage because we have what we have confirmed is an active shooter situation happening in Minneapolis.

00:00:57.920 Earlier today, just before 8.30 a.m., our city experienced an unthinkable tragedy.

00:01:06.060 Minneapolis police officers responded to a report of a shooting at a mass that was happening at the Annunciation Roman Catholic Church on the block behind me.

00:01:16.620 This worship service was marking the first week of school for children that are attending the Annunciation Catholic School.

00:01:27.880 During the mass, a gunman approached on the outside, on the side of the building, and began firing a rifle through the church windows.

00:01:37.060 Towards the children sitting in the pews at the mass, shooting through the windows, he struck children and worshipers that were inside the building.

00:01:48.780 The shooter was armed with a rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol.

00:01:54.480 Two young children, ages 8 and 10, were killed where they sat in the pews.

00:02:01.220 Their parents have been notified.

00:02:05.900 17 other people were injured, 14 of them being children.

00:02:12.600 Two of those children are in critical condition.

00:02:15.440 As you can see, more families taking their children home now after what has been just a horrific morning for them at Annunciation Catholic School.

00:02:23.600 Spoke to a parent who was sitting in a back pew when mass started at 8.15 local time.

00:02:30.100 A shooter opening fire outside the building with a semi-automatic weapon.

00:02:35.880 The outlet also quotes the parent as saying this, quote,

00:02:39.900 He just pepper sprayed through the stained glass windows into the building.

00:02:44.140 50 to 100 shots.

00:02:46.180 The suspect is dead. 0.98

00:02:47.400 The coward who fired these shots ultimately took his own life in the rear of the church. 0.67

00:02:52.040 In the name of the Father, and of the Holy Spirit, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. 0.96

00:03:09.040 Father Nostrum, quies in celis, santificeter nomen tuam, advenia regnam tuam, fiet volantas tua, sicut in celo et in terra.

00:03:22.000 Panam nostrum, quotidianam do nobis hodie, dimite nobis debita nostra, sicut nos dimitibus debitoribus nostris,

00:03:30.040 et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos amalo, sed libera nos amalo, sed libera nos amalo. Amen.

00:03:41.980 In the name of the Father, and of the Spirit, and of the Spirit, and of the Spirit, and of the Spirit, and of the Spirit, and of the Spirit. Amen.

00:03:46.820 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:03:50.600 We're coming to you live from West Virginia right now. I'm filling in for Tim Poole this week.

00:03:57.920 And today is August 27th, 2025, Anno Domini.

00:04:03.900 There was a massacre in Minneapolis just hours ago as Catholic children attended their very first school mass,

00:04:14.640 walking into the pews, sitting down with their teachers, sitting down with their school administrators,

00:04:22.900 their principal and others.

00:04:24.960 They had just started school a couple of days ago, on Monday.

00:04:29.060 This morning, as they sat down for their school mass at 8.15, mass had just begun,

00:04:34.880 shots rang out, shattering stained glass windows that were up along the beautiful walls of this church,

00:04:41.780 the Annunciation Parish, there in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

00:04:48.440 We're told dozens, possibly as many as 50 or 100 rounds rang out, multiple firearms.

00:04:58.620 Dozens of children hit, and two, ages 8 and 10,

00:05:06.640 have now become martyrs to our Lord Jesus Christ,

00:05:10.760 and they are in heaven now with God, seated right next to the altar, the throne of the universe.

00:05:19.680 It's now being reported that the shooter in this case,

00:05:23.960 and we are going to be working to confirm everything that has come out, Human Events Daily,

00:05:29.780 and the Postmillennial are working behind the scenes as much as we can

00:05:32.820 to confirm a lot of the information that's coming.

00:05:35.000 So far, it seems that the individual who has perpetrated this heinous attack,

00:05:41.300 this demonic attack, was named Robert Westman. 0.99

00:05:45.880 He's burning in hell now. 0.80

00:05:47.620 And died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the scene.

00:05:52.560 Never entered the church, stayed outside, as far as we can tell. 0.91

00:05:55.140 And was reportedly a transgender, obvious extremist. 0.63

00:06:04.280 And there's a lot of information coming out.

00:06:06.520 There's YouTube videos.

00:06:07.960 There's a manifesto.

00:06:09.360 There were plans, specific diagrams talking about attacking this church,

00:06:14.200 talking about, and this is very disturbing, but we're not going to shy away from it,

00:06:18.020 talking about, and meticulously plotting, the murder of Catholic children.

00:06:24.220 The murder of children whose lives were being dedicated to our Lord Jesus Christ.

00:06:30.600 And if anyone is telling you that this is not demonic,

00:06:35.260 if anyone is telling you that this is not spiritual warfare that we are engaged in right now,

00:06:40.460 then they are not paying attention.

00:06:42.660 And that is why I do not have time for people who want to play little word games

00:06:47.520 or want to dance around the situation that we are in.

00:06:50.760 This is a spiritual war.

00:06:53.040 They are coming for our children.

00:06:55.180 My children are in Catholic school right now, as I'm saying this.

00:07:00.200 So this is something that deeply affects us personally

00:07:03.640 and anyone who has their kids in a Christian school or a religious school of any sort.

00:07:10.400 This needs to stop.

00:07:11.540 We don't have to live like this.

00:07:14.140 Enough is enough.

00:07:15.800 And it is time to do the things which we know are necessary.

00:07:20.400 We'll be right back.

00:07:23.260 In our way, in our golden age has just begun.

00:07:26.900 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:07:28.680 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.

00:07:33.320 Welcome to the second American revolution.

00:07:37.760 All right, Jack Posobiec.

00:07:41.440 Here we are back live.

00:07:43.020 Human Events Daily.

00:07:43.880 We're in West Virginia today, covering in with Tim Poole.

00:07:50.360 Tim cast IRL.

00:07:52.700 But right now, we're here at Human Events Daily.

00:07:55.360 Folks, real quick, I'd have to tell you that the Department of Energy just released a shocking report.

00:08:00.000 Well, thanks to skyrocketing energy demand from electric cars and AI data centers, power outages could increase by 10,000% over the next few years.

00:08:08.840 Look, if you don't have a backup generator, it's time to get one.

00:08:11.820 The one that I recommend is Grid Doctor 3300 solar generator from my friends and my Patriot Supply.

00:08:17.800 Look, unlike gas generators, it's quiet, fume-free, and it's safe to use indoors.

00:08:22.760 It is powerful enough to run almost everything in your home.

00:08:26.440 We've partnered with my Patriot Supply for years, and right now, they have one of the best deals we've ever seen.

00:08:31.620 So when you go to mypatriotsupply.com slash jack and order a Grid Doctor 3300 solar generator, you will get a free expansion battery, which doubles the power capacity of this system.

00:08:42.960 They're doubting, excuse me, they're doubling your power for free.

00:08:46.180 Go to mypatriotsupply.com slash jack.

00:08:49.440 The free expansion battery offer is only available for a limited time.

00:08:53.100 They've got a great, you know, selection there, so go check them out.

00:08:56.460 Please, of course, support our sponsors.

00:08:58.600 They give us the ability to do this reporting day in and day out.

00:09:02.180 So head over, help us out.

00:09:03.640 Go to mypatriotsupply.com slash jack.

00:09:06.940 All right, I want to get on now.

00:09:08.400 Liz Collin from Alpha News.

00:09:10.560 She is there.

00:09:11.760 She's on the ground in Minnesota.

00:09:13.720 They've got reporters that have been out at the scene.

00:09:17.400 She's got all the latest on what we're seeing now, this stream of information coming out on the suspected shooter.

00:09:25.320 Liz Collin, how are you this morning?

00:09:27.460 Or I should say afternoon.

00:09:28.480 You know, it's really been a horrific, horrific morning and afternoon here, Jack.

00:09:33.480 Thank you for having me on to discuss this.

00:09:36.160 Actually, this is the school where my son attended preschool annunciation in Minneapolis.

00:09:43.700 Thankfully, we've since moved.

00:09:45.880 But it's absolutely horrific to see these little faces and their parents, what unfolded this morning.

00:09:54.020 We are hearing quite a bit more now about who is responsible, this 23-year-old who killed himself in the parking lot of Annunciation Catholic school after opening fire during morning mass.

00:10:08.160 This is how the kids start their day at Annunciation.

00:10:11.420 The school day or the school year, I should say, just started on Monday.

00:10:14.500 It's a kindergarten through eighth grade school, but they have some preschool programs there as well.

00:10:19.860 But it's Robin Westman who's been identified as the shooting suspect.

00:10:27.160 And Robin was Robert, interestingly enough, a few years ago.

00:10:31.700 From what we can find online with court records, it looks to be that Robert was 16 or 17 at the time that his family petitioned the court to have his name changed legally to Robin.

00:10:47.020 So that took place when he was 16 or 17-year-old, just by looking at his birth date.

00:10:56.460 But also, his mom appears to have worked at Annunciation.

00:11:02.180 It appears she retired several years ago, back in 2021.

00:11:05.960 So there is some sort of connection to this school.

00:11:09.060 I will say that his manifesto, we viewed that as really quite troubling.

00:11:14.560 There's a lot to look at online here.

00:11:17.740 I think most of it has been taken down by YouTube and other social media sites at this point.

00:11:26.900 But absolutely horrific what has taken place.

00:11:29.680 We know two children, again, ages 8 through 8 and 10 were killed.

00:11:33.520 We know 17 others were injured.

00:11:35.880 We're hearing that six of them are in critical condition at Hennepin County Medical Center.

00:11:39.780 Two adults, we know, were also shot.

00:11:43.200 But primarily, this was an attack on school-aged children attending mass this morning in Minneapolis.

00:11:51.300 So do we have any indication?

00:11:54.180 And I've seen parts of the manifesto.

00:11:56.900 I've read a bit of it, some in English, some in Cyrillic.

00:12:01.460 But with AI, there's able to be some translation.

00:12:04.200 It's quite extensive.

00:12:05.620 But is there any information linking the shooter at this point to this school, to this community, to this parish?

00:12:13.220 Do we know yet if they were a former student, if he was a former student, or, you know, had someone, you know, maybe family member, a friend that was connected to it?

00:12:20.560 Yeah, as I said, the mother of Robin, or Robert, seems to have worked at the school.

00:12:30.460 Annunciation announced on Facebook that she was retiring a few years ago, and that's something that's out there online.

00:12:38.140 I don't know how long she worked there. 0.99

00:12:40.440 Perhaps I'm guessing, you know, if she was a teacher at that school, that this Robert would have attended the school as well.

00:12:46.960 In this manifesto, it does appear that he has a drawing of the, you know, of the actual area that where he opened fire, that the church pews are all lined up.

00:12:59.100 He has the cross in the front and whatnot in the notepad linked to him online.

00:13:04.640 Really pretty horrible to watch, but left quite an extensive online footprint before this horrific attack.

00:13:15.580 That seems what it looks like.

00:13:18.940 And again, this is obviously going to raise a lot of questions as to, you know, the idea that, you know, YouTube and all of these places are, you know, this very show would get flagged immediately if I were to say something that was against the YouTube algorithm.

00:13:34.400 And yet you have this manifesto being uploaded that YouTube didn't seem to have any issue with whatsoever.

00:13:39.780 So certainly something that I want to look into from that perspective.

00:13:44.040 Do we know if there's any criminal record associated with Westman at all?

00:13:48.100 Or was he on any radars?

00:13:50.840 Yeah, that question was asked during this morning's press conference and the police chief of Minneapolis was there along with the mayor of Minneapolis.

00:14:01.780 And they said, no, that there appeared to be no criminal history.

00:14:06.140 He, you know, we've heard of this barrage of gunfire that that took place and was it sounds like he was able to get off rifle shots, also from a shotgun and a pistol in the time that this all transpired and then took several steps back and killed himself in the parking lot.

00:14:27.480 Police did say they were able to get there quickly to start rendering aid.

00:14:31.560 And we know that these these children and again, two adults are treated being treated at this time as well.

00:14:37.260 We're taken to a children's hospital in Minneapolis and also a Hennepin County health care where they have the the level one trauma center.

00:14:47.000 But they're they're even saying that, you know, these other children obviously are not out of the woods.

00:14:52.980 These six that are critically wounded.

00:14:54.920 And it sounds pretty, pretty horrific for everyone who was on scene.

00:14:59.620 And I also wanted to mention this is the fourth shooting in Minneapolis in less than 24 hours.

00:15:05.580 Three people died in shootings in a matter of 13 hours.

00:15:09.040 And then this horrific shooting took place this morning at a school.

00:15:12.880 Another mass shooting happened just yesterday outside of, again, a Catholic high school.

00:15:18.980 But police did say today that they did not think they were connected.

00:15:23.240 But you have a depleted police force in Minneapolis.

00:15:25.960 That's no secret.

00:15:26.880 And I talked to a few officers yesterday.

00:15:32.440 One said this was the darkest 24 hours in Minneapolis history as he sees it.

00:15:38.620 So when you tell me more about that depleted police force, obviously, this is something that you've written and reported on quite extensively.

00:15:48.460 But what is the status of this police force as as it stands today?

00:15:51.880 Here we are five years after after George Floyd and when and everything that happened happened that summer.

00:16:00.900 Yeah.

00:16:01.420 In the city, there were nearly 900 police officers the beginning of May of 2020.

00:16:06.000 There was actually a push by Mayor Jacob Fry at the time, which is interesting now, to to hire hundreds more.

00:16:13.000 And the police chief back then quickly, they determined that police, of course, had to be the bad guys after George Floyd and made quite a few decisions leading to this depleted force.

00:16:25.780 So now I've been told, and this is just kind of a recent update, that it's about 350 officers who now work the streets in Minneapolis.

00:16:34.240 They have they have quite a few, you know, administrators and things of that nature.

00:16:40.260 But those are street cops, people who are actually out there.

00:16:48.300 And, you know, when you when you hear those numbers in such a short amount of time, crime is not down.

00:16:53.040 That is what we're told consistently by our local media and the mayor of Minneapolis.

00:16:58.780 And just as what has transpired here in the last 24 hours, I think proves that.

00:17:04.780 Well, and and and exactly. And whether or not these cases were connected, which is something I certainly hope is going to be investigated.

00:17:13.580 And we're going to have a official from the Department of Justice joining us here soon.

00:17:18.120 And that'll be a question that I ask as well. But, you know, when it comes down to it, when you're looking at your you're obviously you're in Minnesota, you're you're a mom in Minnesota, too.

00:17:26.340 You've got kids. Is this something where when the President Trump says that we'd like to see the National Guard augment to these big cities?

00:17:35.480 Is this something where you would see that could help backfill this gap that's going on that's now being exploited by these heinous criminals?

00:17:41.060 I can't tell you, Jack, how many times people are pleading to us over at Alpha News, like, you know, hey, do you know anybody?

00:17:49.460 You know, can can you help bring the feds here?

00:17:54.360 You know, this cry for help that continues in Minneapolis.

00:17:57.460 But you really have you know, you have a city council, you have a mayor, it's it's all part of this anti police rhetoric that we see continue these activist groups who have, you know, since become some sort of, you know, security force in Minneapolis.

00:18:12.880 It's absolutely wild what they've allowed to happen to really this once very safe and beautiful city, Minnesota's largest city that that so many people actually now even refused to go into and will.

00:18:30.700 At all costs and it and it happened so quickly, Liz, Colin, obviously, you're going to be reporting on this extensively throughout the day.

00:18:38.960 Alpha News, where can people follow you directly?

00:18:40.960 Yeah, Alpha News, MN, we are at X on X there reporting all of this in real time and Liz Colin also on X, but alpha news.org.

00:18:54.540 We have many stories covering all the angles here after this just absolutely horrific morning in Minnesota.

00:19:00.460 It is. And absolutely. Our prayers are with you and all the people affected by this in in the community.

00:19:07.480 We'll be right back. Jack Posobiec. We have Harmeet Dillon from the DOJ coming up next.

00:19:11.320 Real America's Voice.

00:19:11.900 They talk about influences. These are influences and they're friends of mine.

00:19:23.900 Jack Posobiec. Where's Jack?

00:19:26.380 Jack. He's done a great job.

00:19:28.780 It of course makes me think about guns and all the work we've done to ban these automatic rifles and to do something when it comes to the background checks and everything.

00:19:45.860 And we keep getting thwarted. We were able to pass a limited measure on a bipartisan basis, but not enough to stop something like this.

00:19:55.100 And it just makes you think about that as well without knowing the details about how we got that gun, if the gun was legal, what kind of gun it was.

00:20:02.620 But it was clearly one of these automatic rifles to be able to shoot that many kids so fast.

00:20:10.420 Earlier this year, of course, I think about the attacker who shot two Minnesota state lawmakers in their homes.

00:20:15.700 How many millions of people in the United States right now that are taking mind-altering substances prescribed by their doctor and then sent out on their way that have firearms at home, they can go and purchase a firearm, et cetera, et cetera.

00:20:30.540 And, folks, you can have it one way.

00:20:33.340 You can have it one way or the other.

00:20:35.100 But I'm telling you, I'm begging you to understand that if we live in a country where it's SSRIs on demand, just about, and those very same people have access to firearms, SSRIs, probituates, et cetera, and those same people are able to access firearms the same way, then you're going to have more problems.

00:20:56.680 Don't just say this is about thoughts and prayers right now.

00:20:59.540 These kids were literally praying.

00:21:01.780 It was the first week of school.

00:21:04.100 They were in a church.

00:21:07.300 These are kids that should be learning with their friends.

00:21:12.520 They should be playing on the playground.

00:21:15.520 They should be able to go to school or church in peace without the fear or risk of violence, and their parents should have the same kind of assurance.

00:21:26.060 But what we have to be clear about is don't take the bait.

00:21:30.100 It boggles my damn mind that in the midst of a military takeover of our cities and the attempt to go into others, the flaunting of the rule of law, the cruelness, and the unconstitutional nature of the way they're attacking our neighbors, that the press finds the need to talk about, oh, there's a division in the Democratic Party. 0.98

00:21:51.180 There's a division in my damn house, and we're still married, and things are good. 0.99

00:21:55.700 That's right. 1.00

00:21:56.700 That's right.

00:21:57.700 That's right.

00:21:58.700 That's right.

00:22:03.700 That's right.

00:22:04.700 That's right.

00:22:05.700 We are strong.

00:22:06.700 We are strong because we challenge each other.

00:22:10.700 We are strong because we're held accountable.

00:22:12.700 We're strong because we believe that there's a place for everyone here. 1.00

00:22:16.700 Think of how easy it would be to be a damn Republican. 0.99

00:22:19.700 Oh, what should I wear today? 1.00

00:22:21.700 This stupid freaking red hat. 1.00

00:22:23.700 What should I say today? 1.00

00:22:24.700 I don't know.

00:22:25.700 Just make sure it's cruel.

00:22:26.700 Who do we listen to?

00:22:27.700 That guy.

00:22:28.700 Oh, the felon in the White House?

00:22:30.700 Yeah, listen to him, and that will be fine.

00:22:32.700 Jack Posobiec, we are back live.

00:22:35.700 You can see that shot now, live shot from the White House, where the American flag, that new flag that's been put up on the lawn, I believe that's the South Lawn, is now at half-mast for the victims of this horrific massacre in Minneapolis.

00:22:52.700 I want to bring on now Harmeet Dillon.

00:22:56.700 She is the Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.

00:23:03.700 Harmeet, how are you today?

00:23:05.700 I'm great.

00:23:06.700 Thanks for having me.

00:23:07.700 Well, I wish we were on in better circumstances, but unfortunately, here we have yet again another instance of a religious institution, a house of worship, and in this case, tragically, a school.

00:23:21.700 That has come under attack.

00:23:25.700 This is something that you've been outspoken on.

00:23:28.700 Are you able to tell us what your division is doing in response to what we're just seeing nationwide with these things?

00:23:36.700 Well, absolutely.

00:23:37.700 So I think, first of all, religion has been under attack in our country for decades.

00:23:41.700 That's been part of the plan of the left.

00:23:43.700 Throughout my career, I've stood up for people of faith in multiple different circumstances, and particularly during COVID, where Governor Newsom in my home state, but many other governors, too, put people of faith in a second-class citizen status, or worse, threatened to imprison people who, if they wanted to pray together.

00:23:59.700 And so here you see part of that trend.

00:24:01.700 And it's combined, however.

00:24:02.700 You don't see a lot of that in the liberal press.

00:24:04.700 But the reports of this shooter are that this person was transgender.

00:24:09.700 We've seen quite a bit of that in school shootings and other people disrupting.

00:24:13.700 A lot of Antifa members are transgender in cases that I've been involved in.

00:24:18.700 And, you know, you've mentioned on your show the use of SSRIs, but let's not forget the use of the cross-gender hormones, cross-sex hormones that are artificially pumping young people's bodies with hormones that don't belong in their bodies and that have adverse side effects for them.

00:24:36.700 And these side effects, unfortunately, are ending up killing other people as well.

00:24:40.700 So I think that needs to be part of this conversation.

00:24:43.700 And so it's so hypocritical to see state leaders shouting about these circumstances when they've done nothing to protect people of faith.

00:24:51.700 In fact, you see mockery by online commentators on the left of people of faith, of these children who are the victims of this crime.

00:24:59.700 And so we cannot give in to that.

00:25:01.700 All of us people of faith in this country, it's literally in the First Amendment.

00:25:04.700 It is the reason why this country was founded, to give religious freedom to our settlers.

00:25:10.700 And we need to come together as a country around faith to seek guidance and solace, but also to renew our commitment to a way of life that includes faith, respects God and respects our laws.

00:25:23.700 Well, I couldn't agree more with that, Harmeet.

00:25:26.700 And the thing you mentioned about these these hormones and these procedures, it's it's something that and I've brought up and it's it's certainly a debate topic regarding in and on a state by state basis.

00:25:40.700 You know, we have red flag laws in some states.

00:25:43.700 We certainly have 5150 procedures and policies in a variety of states where people can be called in.

00:25:49.700 And one of the questions that I think does need to be asked is when it comes to firearm access.

00:25:55.700 If someone is pumping their body with these types of very powerful, mind altering chemicals, what what what can that possibly mean for public safety?

00:26:07.700 Well, you know, what's interesting is that I saw a case across my desk recently where a school district is actually saying to children who want to opt out of sharing their private spaces, their locker rooms and so forth with the opposite sex.

00:26:28.700 They have to fill out a mental health form claiming to establish that they're mentally unstable for wanting to tell the truth that they're a girl or they're a boy and that they want their privacy.

00:26:40.700 So we are actually gaslighting our children, all the adults who are calling people who are posing as the opposite sex by, you know, their so-called preferred pronouns and stuff, which thank goodness we're not doing in our government right now.

00:26:53.700 We're all being forced and conditioned to lie all day, which is actually at odds with faith.

00:26:58.700 And so I think people of faith are the first to push back against these lies.

00:27:03.700 We have a we have a quick break.

00:27:05.700 But what I'd like to do is if we can, I would love to hold you over because this is so important what you're talking about.

00:27:11.700 Stay tuned.

00:27:12.700 Do not dare click away.

00:27:14.700 Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice.

00:27:17.700 Where is Jack?

00:27:19.700 Where is Jack?

00:27:21.700 Where is he?

00:27:23.700 Jack, I want to see you.

00:27:27.700 Great job, Jack.

00:27:28.700 Thank you.

00:27:29.700 What a job you do.

00:27:30.700 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:27:32.700 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.

00:27:34.700 But we have guys and these are the guys should be getting Pulisic.

00:27:38.700 All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here.

00:27:42.700 Human Events Daily.

00:27:43.700 You're looking at a live shot of the White House lawn.

00:27:46.700 That flag that I was standing under just yesterday during the cabinet meeting now at half mass because of the victims of the Minneapolis massacre.

00:27:55.700 We're on with Harmeet Dillon, the assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice.

00:28:00.700 Harmeet, when we got cut off by the break there, you were just talking about this this tension that we have and some of the cases crossing your desk.

00:28:09.700 And really the situation all revolving around protecting our children in these schools.

00:28:17.700 Yes, it is religious schools and religious places of worship that do seem to be targeted, but it all.

00:28:22.700 But there are many questions as well about child privacy rights, family rights.

00:28:27.700 And certainly there's tension there.

00:28:29.700 But it seems as though the if if if the federal government were going to be coming in on any of these, you'd want to err on the side of safety.

00:28:38.700 Well, absolutely.

00:28:39.700 So, I mean, we were talking before the break about these issues.

00:28:42.700 I've actually had to go to court in California and my nonprofit is continuing to do this in other places to protect the rights of parents to say whether their children are going to be groomed by adults into believing they have a different sexuality.

00:28:54.700 I mean, I'm talking about children here, not teenagers and a different sex. 0.99

00:29:00.700 This is insane.

00:29:01.700 The United States Supreme Court and rulings going back almost a century has said that parents have the fundamental right to direct how their children are educated.

00:29:10.700 And this is being usurped from children and from parents all over the country.

00:29:14.700 And in the name of political correctness, you know, all these soccer moms and so forth, they want to be popular with their friends. 1.00

00:29:19.700 And, you know, you ask, where are the adults protecting these children?

00:29:23.700 So there are only so many lawyers like me who can go to court and and do that.

00:29:27.700 So we really need more parents and grownups to stand up and say no more, no more lying, no more gaslighting, no more denying biology and reality by adults.

00:29:37.700 It is. It's got to end. But, you know, on the religion front, it's not just these schools.

00:29:42.700 I mean, our DOJ in the less than six months I've been in office, we have done several prosecutions involving violence at churches and other houses of worship in our country.

00:29:52.700 I have had countless meetings with rabbis about graffiti and threats of violence against houses of worship in the Jewish faith.

00:30:01.700 And this is a nationwide problem and other faiths as well.

00:30:05.700 My faith has been under attack and their houses of worship have been shot up, too, in the Sikh faith.

00:30:09.700 So this country stands for faith.

00:30:12.700 Perhaps you see you see Europe getting away from faith and you see a godlessness over there.

00:30:18.700 We don't want that to happen in America.

00:30:20.700 So I think we need to see examples like this.

00:30:22.700 And everyone should stand up against the evil that is surrounding us in our culture and our society and really reaffirm our commitment to faith.

00:30:31.700 Well, I think there's no question about that.

00:30:34.700 And obviously the attacking people of faith is is always evil and certainly attacking young children is clearly a demonic act. 0.52

00:30:44.700 It's just just a demonic act. And there's no question about that.

00:30:48.700 I also wanted to commend you, by the way, because we've just seen this new announcement.

00:30:53.700 This is originally what we were going to talk about today out of your office regarding race based employment practices at America's state and local agencies.

00:31:02.700 In fact, we were just on with Liz Collin of of the great alpha news, and she was talking about how the Minneapolis police force has been completely decimated since the the George Floyd situation and Derek Chauvin.

00:31:16.700 And that that certainly DI is something that has been practiced there, as well as many other big city police forces and led to a lot of issues.

00:31:25.700 You've come out and put out this this new statement that these race based employment practices violate equal treatment under the law and local and state agencies.

00:31:37.700 Well, so that today's announcement is about California and California's Air Resources Board, which is clinging to explicit DEI criteria in violation of federal law.

00:31:48.700 And so we're going after them with an investigation. But stay tuned, because this is happening throughout the United States.

00:31:54.700 And I'm already touching Minnesota on multiple levels. You mentioned George Floyd.

00:31:58.700 We dismissed a consent decree filing by the prior administration that really sought to punish all the people of the community for the mistakes of a few.

00:32:07.700 And so that's really not appropriate. But in the course of all of this work, we found that Hennepin County's prosecutor, Mary Moriarty there,

00:32:14.700 which is the biggest county there in Minnesota, is engaged in explicit race based plea deals. 0.88

00:32:20.700 And so if you're African-American or whatever category she has, you are under consideration for a lighter sentence than a white person doing the same crime. 0.57

00:32:30.700 This is blatantly illegal and outrageous. And we are taking aim at this policy and others.

00:32:36.700 Minnesota has led the way in actually suing the federal government over our attempts to ensure equal protection and equal rights for girls when it comes to the sporting situation.

00:32:49.700 Title IX was actually passed to protect girls and women and having equal opportunity in sports and in education—education and in sports, I should say.

00:32:58.700 And so, as you know, this administration is going very aggressively on that front.

00:33:02.700 That's part of the work that we do in the Civil Rights Division.

00:33:05.700 And preemptively, Minnesota sued us.

00:33:07.700 And so we're in court over their desire to force girls to be exposed to boys in their bathrooms and their locker rooms and taking their trophies.

00:33:20.700 And so I find it very interesting that these politicians in that state are, you know, blaming guns, blaming the president, orange man bad, you know, the usual type of rhetoric that they resort to, when in fact they should go and look in the mirror, because they've created a toxic environment for women.

00:33:38.700 They've created a toxic environment for people of faith. 1.00

00:33:40.700 And they've created a situation where everyone has to lie to get ahead in their state.

00:33:45.700 It's really problematic.

00:33:46.700 And we have more investigations to come into Minnesota.

00:33:49.700 I can't talk about them now because we haven't announced them publicly, but there will be more.

00:33:53.700 That's incredible.

00:33:55.700 Harmi, Dylan, thank you so much for your time.

00:33:57.700 For people who want to get more information about what your office is putting out, where can they go to follow it?

00:34:02.700 Well, they can follow us on X.

00:34:05.700 We put out all of our press releases there on X that I think at civil rights.

00:34:10.700 Also, I have my official account, AAG Dillon on X.

00:34:15.700 And then my personal account, which many of your viewers already probably follow, is Harmeet K. Dillon on X.

00:34:22.700 And so please follow.

00:34:24.700 We like to share information and express our views there.

00:34:27.700 And on our DOJ website, we also post our press releases and what we're working on.

00:34:34.700 All right. God bless Harmeet.

00:34:36.700 Thank you so much for your time today.

00:34:37.700 And thank you for fighting the good fight.

00:34:41.700 Folks, I want to go in now.

00:34:43.700 We have Dr. Taylor Marshall is going to be joining us in actually in just just a minute because, okay, we have a couple of changing things around on the fly here, folks.

00:34:53.700 But we have to we have a read for this.

00:34:56.700 And, folks, again, you know, we're able to do the reporting that we do because of our partners.

00:35:02.700 And one of our best partners is Allegiance Gold.

00:35:04.700 Let me tell you something.

00:35:05.700 When President Trump won the biggest election of our lifetimes, he promised that the economy would be popping within minutes of him taking office.

00:35:13.700 And boy, was he serious, especially when it comes to gold.

00:35:16.700 In April, gold shattered its all time high when it hit thirty five hundred dollars per ounce.

00:35:21.700 Silver is on the rise, too.

00:35:23.700 And the way things are looking, especially the uncertainty of war, the sky is the limit.

00:35:29.700 That's precisely why President Trump declared earlier this month that he will not be placing tariffs on gold.

00:35:35.700 There's no stopping the precious metals market.

00:35:37.700 And that's why I partnered with Allegiance Gold.

00:35:39.700 Whether you're a collector looking for the best pricing in the precious metal space or you're looking to protect your family's future, doesn't matter if it's five thousand dollars or five million dollars.

00:35:47.700 Now is the time to act.

00:35:48.700 Just go to protectwithposo.com to get started.

00:35:51.700 Allegiance Gold is the top rating in the industry.

00:35:53.700 I've partnered with them for years.

00:35:54.700 So when you go to protectwithposo.com or call 844-577-POSO, you can move part of your 401k, IRA, or savings into real physical gold and silver.

00:36:04.700 And you may qualify for up to five thousand dollars in free silver.

00:36:07.700 And with the way the market is looking, that free silver could be worth a lot more by the time it arrives securely at your doorstep.

00:36:14.700 Call 844-577-POSO or visit protectwithposo.com.

00:36:18.700 That's 844-577-7676 or protectwithposo.com.

00:36:23.700 It's smart, secure, and simple.

00:36:25.700 Call 844-577-7676.

00:36:29.700 All right, guys, I believe we do have Dr. Taylor Marshall there.

00:36:33.700 Dr. Marshall, how are you?

00:36:37.700 Dr. Marshall, how are you?

00:36:40.700 I'm well, but I'm very saddened by today's news out of Minnesota.

00:36:46.700 It's absolutely horrific.

00:36:48.700 And, you know, years ago we were talking about there's a war on Christianity in the world.

00:36:53.700 And our society is changing and it's changing in a way that's not wholesome.

00:36:58.700 And we have degeneracy and it's infecting us.

00:37:01.700 And I just, my heart goes out to the families and to all those who are suffering, the injured, those who have lost their lives under this violence.

00:37:10.700 And, yeah, there has to be some serious changes here.

00:37:14.700 And the way we look at the science of this and the medical sanity of these people and also just compassion.

00:37:25.700 There's no question.

00:37:27.700 We're all off of our clock today.

00:37:29.700 So we're coming up on a quick break, but I'm going to hold you over because this is something absolutely needs to be talked about.

00:37:36.700 You've got your new book coming out that really sparks the conversation about what we need to be getting back towards as a country.

00:37:45.700 And to have something like this happen to a Catholic community on this day is something that none of us ever wanted.

00:37:54.700 But unfortunately, many of us have been talking about and warning about because we've seen what is coming.

00:38:03.700 Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.

00:38:06.700 Jack is a great guy.

00:38:21.700 He's written a fantastic book.

00:38:23.700 Everybody's talking about it.

00:38:24.700 Go get it.

00:38:25.700 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:38:29.700 And we're going to turn it around and make our country cry again.

00:38:32.700 Amen.

00:38:33.700 All right, Jack Posobiec.

00:38:38.700 We're once again showing that flag right there at the White House.

00:38:43.700 Half-mast.

00:38:44.700 Were the martyrs, the child martyrs of Minnesota today.

00:38:51.700 Catholic children gunned down while attending mass.

00:38:56.700 And Mayor Jacob Frye, here's a message for you.

00:39:01.700 Do you seriously think we're going to let you just get away with mocking the families that are grieving while you are steps away from where children's bodies lie bloodied and still warm?

00:39:18.700 The Gwen's lips.

00:39:19.700 The FBI관.

00:39:20.700 That's not powerful Dennis with other Jess대es address.

00:39:21.700 It results.

00:39:22.700 If you're going to let me guide you down this country.

00:39:23.700 you hate God. You hate the Christian God. And all I can say is this, God will not be mocked, 0.99

00:39:31.740 Mr. Mayor. God will not be mocked. Dr. Taylor Marshall is on with us now. Taylor, I mean,

00:39:39.920 how can we have come to a situation like this where the mayor of a city, one of the first

00:39:47.240 things he says in a very brief press conference is to attack people for praying, to mock the concept.

00:39:57.420 We've reached a level in the United States of America where Christianity is under attack.

00:40:01.800 There's a war against Christianity. And you can have mayors like this say this without any shame.

00:40:08.220 You know, the blood is still wet in the church. People are on the way to the hospital. Children

00:40:14.760 are dead. And he's out here lecturing the parents in the Catholic community about how they should pray

00:40:21.660 or not pray. I mean, can you imagine a Christian mayor lecturing Jews at a synagogue after a tragedy

00:40:29.180 like this with this kind of language? It is not acceptable. Christians are peaceful, kind, loving

00:40:37.160 people. Perhaps sometimes we just tolerate too much. And we have come to a place in this country

00:40:42.640 where they are pushing us too far. And, you know, we need to be heard, not in a violent way,

00:40:51.440 but we are the majority. This is a Christian nation. We are Christian patriots. This is a horrible thing 1.00

00:40:58.360 that has happened. Those that lost their life today are martyrs of the Christian faith. You know,

00:41:02.920 if someone kills you for no reason, you're not a martyr. But if they murder you, according to

00:41:08.140 Christian teaching, because of hatred of Jesus Christ or hatred of Christianity, you are one of 0.88

00:41:13.400 the martyrs of Jesus Christ. And that's the highest title that you can have in heaven. And so today we

00:41:19.120 honor them and we grieve with their families and we grieve with those who are injured. And this is a

00:41:24.700 direct attack on Christians. And it cannot be tolerated. And we have seen too much of the celebration

00:41:32.820 of people who have mental disorders and advocates for them and protection for them and violence to

00:41:39.420 protect them while they are attacking us. And, you know, my, my mind goes back to the 2023 shooting

00:41:45.660 in Nashville, Tennessee, same situation, that shooter, who was also a professed transgender

00:41:51.200 went in and killed kids, but targeted the pastor's child and killed the pastor's child. One of my good

00:41:57.880 college buddies who was in my wedding, he's an elder at that church. And he just told me the aftermath

00:42:02.200 of what a horrible tragedy that was in Nashville just two years ago. Here we are again with it all

00:42:08.180 over again. And again, this has to be stopped. It's not just about personal security at locations.

00:42:14.920 This is about changing the culture, changing the ethics, changing the morality and standing up and

00:42:23.620 saying, we are Christians. This is a Christian nation. We are the Christian majority. We cannot tolerate a 1.00

00:42:30.300 war against Christianity in our beloved nation.

00:42:34.280 Well, and, and I, and it's, it's, you know, the timing is, is horrific, but at the same time,

00:42:41.900 it's I, you have this book that's coming out right now. It's, it's all about this. I've read,

00:42:46.360 I haven't finished it, but I've read a lot of it. It's, it's a short book. It's a quick book.

00:42:51.660 It's something that people can get into. It's called Christian Patriot, Christian Patriot book.com.

00:42:57.240 And it's, what's shocking to me though, is that everything you're talking about, you, you've been

00:43:01.920 writing about in this book. This is a book that you didn't write, you know, today, obviously you

00:43:06.820 wrote it months ago, but everything that you're discussing is laid out right here in this book,

00:43:12.800 that if we, if we re re embrace our Christian roots, we re embrace those and understand why we

00:43:21.220 became a nation in the first place. And it was for the free exercise of our religion. And I'm the

00:43:28.300 majority in this country is, and always has been Christianity that we can finally start to address 1.00

00:43:33.540 these things because I guarantee you by the way, that to the media, to Jacob Fry, to even the shooter

00:43:41.140 itself, Robert Westman, they have their religion and their religion is anti-Christianity.

00:43:47.760 That's right. And that's why the book is called Christian Patriot. Patriotism is a virtue. It's

00:43:52.940 a love for the patria, which in Latin is the fatherland. We have to love our fatherland. It

00:43:58.800 is a Christian virtue. Ultimately it's rooted in honor your father and mother and honor God,

00:44:04.380 the father. That is what true Christian patriotism. And so I show, you know, the history of our country,

00:44:09.560 the history of the Christian philosophy and theology of politics. It's, it's not a retreatment

00:44:15.060 philosophy or theology. Christians from the beginning days, from the early martyrs up until

00:44:21.600 the conversion of the Roman empire, Christians were actively taking the high ground in the political 0.96

00:44:26.700 sphere. And unfortunately for the last three, four, five decades, we have retreated from the public

00:44:32.440 sphere. And so in this book, Christian Patriot, I address, you know, people are seeing, we are moving

00:44:37.180 into a realm of degeneracy, you know, only fans, pornography, all kinds of deviant behavior and

00:44:45.040 violence. And our children are having to grow up and spend K through 12 navigating a very complicated

00:44:53.480 and evil landscape. And so when we look at what is conservatism, what is being Republican in the next

00:44:59.020 four years, four years, eight years, 16 years, we have to be much more faithful, much more vocal that

00:45:05.540 we want a Christian ethos to our society. It's not enough to just be conservative. We must be

00:45:14.340 Christian Patriots. And so the book has 12 steps on how every single one of us, all Christian Patriots

00:45:20.800 can advance as we pray in the Lord's prayer, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in

00:45:27.260 heaven. This has always been the goal of the Christian Patriot. And so, you know, we see today

00:45:31.920 really the, the battle between good and evil, God, anti-God, Christ, anti-Christ. And if we're going to

00:45:39.960 change this, we're going to turn it around and create a wholesome society for our kids, our

00:45:44.240 grandchildren, we have to implement strategies. And I give 12 in the book that we can actually

00:45:51.320 transform culture beyond even better than what we have now. Christianity hasn't been defeated.

00:45:57.080 We may be losing ground, but they're still attacking us. Why? Because we are in the place

00:46:02.440 of strength. We are the majority. That is our tradition. So, you know, that's the book and

00:46:07.940 that's, and that's our mission, you know, and Dr. Marshall, I want to, I want to show an image

00:46:14.000 now and guys put, put this full screen, go, please put this full screen. Just take, take us off and put

00:46:18.980 this full screen. I want everyone to see this, that I'm being told that this was an image directly

00:46:25.320 from the shooter's video that he used to practice that during target practice was using an image

00:46:35.940 of Christ crucified with the crown of thorns as target practice. So whether you believe it or not,

00:46:46.060 there is a war on Christians, they hate Christianity, they hate Christ, they hate God, they hate 0.99

00:46:56.300 themselves, they hate God for creating them. And so what do they do? They take it out on God's 0.99

00:47:03.440 perfect creations, his children. And there it is. He can't shoot God. He has Jesus Christ on,

00:47:11.700 on his target. He can't actually shoot Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

00:47:16.260 He's victorious and lives forever. So you're exactly correct, Jack. He goes after the image

00:47:22.340 and likeness of God. And that is other people and, and young, beautiful children who just days ago

00:47:29.460 were getting, you know, their supplies for school and getting their, you know, Catholic school uniforms

00:47:34.440 and praying with their parents and getting ready for a beautiful school year at a Catholic

00:47:39.480 private school. And then this villain, this antichrist comes in with all these weapons

00:47:46.080 and attacks all that. And we still know that, you know, the martyrs are the victors of the church

00:47:51.580 and it's antichrist. Dr. Marshall, thank you so much for, for joining us. We're out of time here

00:47:57.920 on the program. We are going to arm a Christian security force for schools and churches nationwide,

00:48:07.380 because this has to stop. God's children will be protected. God's children will be protected.

00:48:16.400 Ladies and gentlemen, as always.
