00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions
00:00:06.860 here on Human Events Daily. So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you
00:00:11.980 hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends. Make sure they're
00:00:17.420 all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.660 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're
00:00:26.840 only going to do so much more. Let's get it. This is what happens when the fourth turning
00:00:36.560 meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation,
00:00:47.360 and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:52.760 Christ is king.
00:00:54.220 Regardless of whether there was criminal wrongdoing on behalf of the governor, of course, like I said, well, we're going to let the law make those determinations.
00:01:00.900 We know that he turned a blind eye towards this.
00:01:03.320 I mean, you have people, Will, who came into this country, many of them illegally, and six months later they're driving Mercedes despite the fact that they don't have a job.
00:01:13.300 That doesn't happen without some defrauding of the American taxpayer.
00:01:17.520 The fact that they turned a blind eye towards it for so long is a scandal.
00:01:21.680 We're also going to find out whether it was criminal.
00:01:23.560 Some big news out of the Emirates say the UAE announcing they will be leaving OPEC on May 1st.
00:01:28.660 That's the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries.
00:01:31.920 Iran was one of five founding members back in 1960.
00:01:35.900 The UAE, the seventh largest oil exporter in the world.
00:01:38.800 It appears that Iran, a big reason for the UAE to be leaving now.
00:01:41.720 At a nationwide average of $4.23 per gallon, gas prices now at their highest level this
00:01:47.460 year and since the war with Iran began. Here in California, the state with the highest gas taxes,
00:01:53.720 the average nearing $6 a gallon, premium users shelling out 40 cents more. This morning,
00:01:59.660 House Republicans are one step closer to unlocking billions of dollars to pay for
00:02:04.300 immigration enforcement. The House voted late Wednesday to adopt a budget framework,
00:02:09.680 setting up a path to fund ICE and Border Patrol without Democratic support. Today,
00:02:14.020 Florida House and Senate voting to approve a new congressional map that could give Republicans
00:02:18.140 four more seats in Congress. We're coming on the air because the Supreme Court has just released
00:02:23.020 a major decision which could have a profound impact on the midterm elections. The justices
00:02:28.760 issuing a ruling on a case out of Louisiana involving the Voting Rights Act redistricting
00:02:34.700 and whether states must end any consideration of race when redrawing congressional maps. The
00:02:40.020 decision, potentially reducing the influence of minority voters and minority representation in
00:02:46.640 Congress. Tonight, these chilling images of the man the Justice Department is calling a would-be
00:02:52.380 assassin, just moments before authorities say he unleashed mayhem at the White House Correspondents
00:02:57.740 Dinner. 31-year-old teacher Cole Allen in a black shirt and red tie, admiring himself in the mirror
00:03:04.160 of his hotel room. Zoom in and you can see knives and weapons on his body and in his bag.
00:03:09.460 And tonight, new pictures obtained by The Washington Post
00:03:12.300 allegedly show Allen carrying a shotgun as he rushed through the metal detectors.
00:03:18.340 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:22.080 We're here live, Real America's Voice.
00:03:25.500 Today is April 30th, 2026.
00:03:28.880 Anno Domine.
00:03:31.440 We now have the charging document, the indictment out on Cole Thomas Allen.
00:03:37.600 The third assassination attempt of President Trump.
00:03:42.580 And reading through the documents, obviously the most striking thing that we've all seen here
00:03:47.400 is a selfie that he took prior to attempting to murder the president.
00:03:53.740 You can see knives and guns, a murse, a man purse that he is using for an ammo bag
00:04:02.260 that he has with him as if he's in some kind of video game.
00:04:06.380 He actually thought he actually had knives. He thought that perhaps he'd be able to use the knives.
00:04:11.580 He also had, I believe, throwing knives at one point that you can see in some of these, you know, some of these images that we're now showing.
00:04:20.520 So he actually thought that he would be throwing knives.
00:04:23.680 I mean, just it speaks to a level of disassociation with reality when you actually look at what he thought would be a good idea.
00:04:31.900 But I want and guys, if you can show the the weapons again in the images, and I'd like to also show the shotgun, because look at this.
00:04:42.340 This is what they will do to us.
00:04:44.760 This is what they want to do to all of us.
00:04:49.820 This is what they brought.
00:04:52.980 To a dinner, a peaceful dinner.
00:04:55.420 to kill the president, first lady, vice president, everyone else who's there.
00:05:06.380 Any other targets of opportunity?
00:05:10.000 Need to wake up.
00:05:12.380 This isn't going to stop until it is stopped.
00:05:14.940 It's not just going to go away on its own.
00:05:17.300 And improving security isn't getting you all the way there.
00:05:22.220 Improving security doesn't stop assassins.
00:05:25.420 it doesn't. They will continue to try to find other ways. It doesn't stop the assassin cycle
00:05:33.380 of someone becoming an assassin and attempting to put this out.
00:05:40.920 I said last year that millennials, when it came to political violence, tended more towards
00:05:49.540 antifa and blm this mass movement the black blocks but you don't see zoomers doing that
00:06:00.100 as much anymore what you're seeing with zoomers is the rise of selfie culture the rise of tiktok
00:06:07.620 culture and so i said what kind of political violence would you see from zoomers and this guy
00:06:13.940 being 31, he's right on the cusp, but he's a teacher. So he's got a lot of, um, osmosis with
00:06:19.880 zoomer culture. And I said, zoomers are going to be more likely to commit assassinations if they
00:06:29.760 choose political violence. Why is this? Because they want to go viral because they want to do
00:06:35.840 the biggest possible impact they can. And the fact that he took this selfie and left it on
00:06:42.460 his phone. Didn't share it, but left it on his phone. Means he intended for the world to see
00:06:47.860 his face. The smug, condescending Reddit atheist face. Staring down at you. Dressed in red and
00:06:59.380 black. He's just missing his Redditor's atheist fedora. Well, he did go viral. Wasn't this
00:07:05.760 picture, was it? No, it was the one where he looked like a gay baked potato. Be right back.
00:07:11.780 Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.
00:07:19.640 Stand in our way in our golden age has just begun.
00:07:23.460 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:07:25.240 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:07:29.900 Welcome to the second American Revolution.
00:07:34.300 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back here.
00:07:43.120 Human Events Daily, Real America, America's Voice.
00:07:51.200 Folks, one in three people will face a battle with cancer,
00:07:54.900 and most never see it coming.
00:07:56.940 Dr. Kelly Victory at the Wellness Company did everything right.
00:08:00.560 She exercised, she ate clean, she avoided processed foods,
00:08:03.800 and had zero symptoms when she went in for a routine mammogram in July 2023. She walked out
00:08:10.080 with an aggressive cancer diagnosis that could have been fatal if found later. It revealed a
00:08:15.700 hard truth. Even healthy people get cancer, and it exposed a bigger issue. Most modern medicine
00:08:22.240 is reactive, not preventative. You wait for a scare until you start to care. Every day,
00:08:28.000 our bodies are under constant pressure from stress, toxins, inflammation, and immune strain.
00:08:33.800 That damage builds quietly year after year until disease starts to form.
00:08:38.420 Dr. Victory asked a different question.
00:08:40.940 What do we do daily to support the body before something goes wrong that led her to formulate
00:08:45.960 SHIELD?
00:08:47.160 SHIELD is a two-part natural system designed to support immune balance, antioxidant defense,
00:08:52.040 and cellular health.
00:08:53.300 Exactly the systems you want strong to live a long, healthy life.
00:08:57.440 In the morning, drink the high-dose nutraceutical cocoa mix.
00:09:00.720 Then with food, take the soft gels.
00:09:03.240 With ingredients like medicinal mushrooms, turmeric, green tea, olive leaf, berberine,
00:09:06.680 and black cumin seed oil, SHIELD gives your body the tools it needs to keep cells healthy.
00:09:11.320 Head on over to twc.health.poso and use promo code POSO to get 10% off plus free shipping
00:09:17.420 for all U.S. residents.
00:09:19.280 Again, that's twc.health.poso.
00:09:22.300 All right.
00:09:22.980 Want to have on now Rich Barris.
00:09:25.380 He's got new numbers for us.
00:09:27.000 He's been, we've been checking in with rich on these numbers for years at this point.
00:09:31.980 I think pretty much as long as we've been doing the show, rich, how are you living the
00:09:37.240 dream?
00:09:37.580 Jack, how you doing brother?
00:09:39.560 I'm well, I was going to say, I was like, man, I think I've been, we've, cause we've
00:09:44.980 been working together since war room.
00:09:46.420 So, I mean, that's predates human events at this point.
00:09:49.860 That's over half a decade.
00:09:52.100 It is.
00:09:53.520 Yeah.
00:09:53.880 Yeah.
00:09:54.140 It's been a long time, brother.
00:09:55.520 It's been a long time.
00:09:56.320 Been a ride, been an absolute ride.
00:09:58.400 It's been a fun ride.
00:09:59.560 Yeah, it's been a fun ride, hasn't it?
00:10:00.960 Oh, wouldn't, wouldn't, wouldn't miss it for the world, man.
00:10:04.480 Wouldn't miss it for the world.
00:10:06.020 When, you know, so we look at stuff, you got, you guys have out, he just shared it for us.
00:10:11.420 This is, this is hot off the presses.
00:10:13.860 President Trump's approval numbers, and you've got issue, you've got it broken out issue by issue.
00:10:19.660 Give us the top lines.
00:10:21.320 Yeah, top lines, Jack.
00:10:22.400 We did generic ballot, Trump's approval, which isn't looking great.
00:10:25.800 this it comes down to the war people always get war weary right there you have it uh it's for you
00:10:31.200 know 40 he was two tenths away from falling into the 30s now we had biden fall into the 30s too
00:10:36.380 and he popped back up so you know it i want to put this into a context but the generic ballot is
00:10:41.980 what's what's really worrying me because it's not it's not simply that this is an affirmation of the
00:10:49.120 Democratic Party. This is about Republican enthusiasm, certainty to vote, and of course
00:10:55.500 the independents. Because if your side is more enthusiastic, more gung-ho, more generating of
00:11:00.500 energy, your independents that lean toward your side are also going to get more energized. So
00:11:06.080 a lot of people tend to think, when we look at these polls, when they look at the independent
00:11:09.280 margin, they tend to think it's the same people swinging back and forth. And that's not really
00:11:13.620 the totality of what's happening. It really is who is generating more excitement. And we've been
00:11:18.760 seeing this with special election after special election, Republicans were able to hold it out
00:11:23.360 in Tennessee. If you remember Tennessee, of course, we had a special congressional election,
00:11:27.720 but Democrats still perform better than they should have in that district.
00:11:32.160 We, you know, at this point, we're going into May. We really need Republicans to start to
00:11:36.340 understand what's at stake here. Now, the Supreme Court ruling yesterday is a great opportunity to
00:11:40.960 do that because they need to get fired back up. If you want to take advantage of that Voting
00:11:45.120 Rights Act ruling from the Supreme Court yesterday, we, we, you just can't get bludgeoned come
00:11:49.880 November. You have to snap out of it, realize that every election is important, not just
00:11:54.380 presidential elections, and you have to get out to vote. And so this, this is big and we've got,
00:12:03.000 yeah, we've got the issues up now. We've got the issue numbers up and this is what you've been
00:12:08.020 talking about. It's that, that immigration and border security. That's the one where the president
00:12:13.520 is up, that typically is, I mean, obviously, since President Trump came down the escalator,
00:12:17.840 that's been his number one. But right now, that spread is only up by 2.8, whereas things like
00:12:24.200 inflation, Democrats have a lead, 9.5, economy, jobs, Democrats up eight, healthcare is the big
00:12:31.000 one, Democrats up 18, it's always been there. And foreign policy still gives an edge to Democrats
00:12:37.160 where going into 2026, whereas usually foreign policy is an area that Republicans, not always
00:12:41.860 president trump but republicans in general do well that's right that's exactly right and i think
00:12:47.140 we're just hitting a patch of anger you know the statement i gave for this press release might come
00:12:51.740 across a little bit harsh but i really i mean i watch these leads disappear i watched the inflation
00:12:58.040 and cost of living lead disappear months ago but economy and the job and jobs that just disappeared
00:13:04.020 last week foreign policy that just disappeared last week so i think what what it's important
00:13:09.800 understand is that voters have been saying, we want a different direction. You know, we don't
00:13:13.800 want to be consumed by foreign policy. That's not what we elected Donald Trump to do. And they gave
00:13:18.180 him a lot of grace because they like and respect him in a way that they don't respect other
00:13:24.360 politicians and political parties. Right. I mean, it's just true. And they gave him a lot of grace
00:13:28.760 because of that. But I think now we're at the end of their rope. So we, they have given us a lot of
00:13:35.400 time to turn the corner to turn the page and get back to you know centered on what they are
00:13:41.020 interested in jack we this can be fixed it can be fixed you know you not only pivoting away from
00:13:47.500 the foreign policy but i mean specific things that can be done um they're there i mean the save act
00:13:53.000 would be a great start reinstituting the deportations none of this undercover narrative
00:13:58.260 all right we all know what's going on they shifted deportations away from agriculture
00:14:02.160 hospitality right where all the big GOP donors are that's the most popular deportation target
00:14:08.480 out there when we poll big business they are the ones that voters want to see ICE bother
00:14:13.300 so I mean there's there's very simple things that they've been saying for now the better part of a
00:14:18.300 year you know don't bomb Iran's nuclear facilities tell BB to go home I mean there's no way to have
00:14:23.020 this frank conversation without making some people upset but it's time to have it we're going into
00:14:27.800 May. You know, I've been shooting flares in the air for months. We're going to get crushed.
00:14:31.200 No, no. And you certainly have. I'm looking at the data here. Is this when you have it ranked,
00:14:39.360 you have economy jobs, number one, then inflation, number two, then immigration,
00:14:42.660 number three. Is that in order of voter preference? It isn't only because crime and safety is number
00:14:49.120 four. And for some reason, we never did trust to handle issues after that. Now we're going to,
00:14:55.020 We're going to start as of this week because it came out of nowhere.
00:14:57.620 Honestly, it was never really that high and it came out of nowhere.
00:15:00.840 So we'll have to readjust and do that.
00:15:03.200 But it goes inflation, cost of living, economy and jobs, health care, Obamacare is number
00:15:09.140 three.
00:15:10.020 And then now accountability is kind of trading off with immigration and border security.
00:15:16.740 It's sad, but it's true.
00:15:18.240 When somebody addresses a crisis, a problem like we had under Joe Biden, sometimes it's
00:15:24.000 unfortunate.
00:15:24.380 that they don't get the credit that they deserve for shutting that down. Like we were being invaded
00:15:28.080 Jack under Joe Biden. Right. And the president Trump came in and shut that border down. So as
00:15:33.420 people perceive issues to be solved or addressed, they fall on the priority list for these people.
00:15:39.940 So now what do they care about? They, the Comey indictment was great. I mean, that's the kind of
00:15:44.200 stuff we hear about all the time. Why isn't Fauci in handcuffs yet? Why isn't Comey in handcuffs yet?
00:15:48.800 I hear it. I hear it. Every, you know, I always, I always joke. I say, I got this one chat that
00:15:55.100 isn't even, you know, like it's, I mean, I have my family chats of course, but then I have like
00:15:58.620 this one, it's like an Eagles chat, you know, the Eagles guys from back home. And it's, it's not
00:16:03.240 necessarily political, but it's my Eagles chat. But every once in a while, the guys in the Eagles
00:16:07.200 chat say, Hey Jack, where, where, where are your rests? Hey Jack, where's the, you know, where's
00:16:12.200 this guy getting purple? I actually, Hey Jack, how come they're pulling out of Minneapolis?
00:16:16.700 That was a huge thing that people look and say, why are they doing that?
00:16:21.240 I thought we were going to go get all these guys.
00:16:22.520 What's going on?
00:16:23.520 So the fact that you've got Comey, you've got Fauci's advisor now, which isn't nothing,
00:16:28.960 you're really starting to see a movement in that direction.
00:16:32.000 And I think, and I can probably guess, a lot of those people in that chat are probably
00:16:36.440 millennials and younger Gen X, right?
00:16:39.320 Because we see this a lot with that group.
00:16:41.700 And they are millennials and younger generation X are hanging on more than people, I think people understand.
00:16:50.340 And why is that important?
00:16:51.560 Because I've been pretty critical that you weren't elected.
00:16:54.320 The president in the coalition wasn't elected by boomers, but they've been governing like a Fox, kind of like a typical Fox News watcher would want to see a Republican president govern.
00:17:04.540 And we put this up on the crosstabs this week.
00:17:06.920 We're going to do it from now on because our sample sizes are big enough.
00:17:09.660 go look at and break it down by generation the president's strongest supporters are actually
00:17:14.760 young men millennial men younger generation men they don't want to see the kind of agenda we've
00:17:22.020 been seeing but they've been hanging on for him and they they love that you put comey in a video
00:17:27.220 like comey was forced to do this video the other day they love it and they throw they throw stuff
00:17:31.860 at the tv and laugh at him and mock him you know people like fauci's assistant exactly the covid
00:17:36.860 you know the idea that running on it as a primary issue that's one thing but people do want people
00:17:42.900 punished for what happened during covid like these are not forgivable sins in the minds of
00:17:47.500 these voters they want uh you know like donald trump said i will be your retribution they want
00:17:52.680 that retribution and i think it's important it really needs to be the most important conversation
00:17:57.220 we have going forward because if you guys look at those generation demographics we put up on the
00:18:01.960 crosstabs, you'll see two things. One, that boomers live in their own world. And that is
00:18:08.160 including us apart from the silent generation and the builder generations, right? And definitely
00:18:14.900 from millennial, Gen X and Gen Z. The electorate is going, the first boomers turn 80 this year,
00:18:20.920 guys. The electorate is going to change very rapidly in the near future. And we have to care
00:18:27.400 what those millennials think. We have to care what Gen X thinks. We have to care what Gen Z thinks.
00:18:31.960 They're the future. And the funny thing about those boomers, which Republicans haven't seemed
00:18:36.960 to come to grips with yet, they're not very loyal. They're not. They're not the seniors
00:18:42.460 of 10 years ago. And that's, Rich, I want to have you on for longer to be able to pick your
00:18:47.620 brain some more. We have a very special guest coming up next, and we're only able to have her
00:18:52.280 today. So thank you so much for being here. Go and follow Rich Barris, the People's Pundit,

00:19:40.800 very first time. Molly, how are you? Great. It's so good to be here with you, Jack.
00:19:45.160 It's amazing to have you on.
00:19:48.040 And you've just written this incredible book about the Supreme Court.
00:19:51.280 You're always so laser focused on a variety of issues.
00:19:55.000 But, you know, I would say legal issues, court issues.
00:19:57.500 That has always been one of your absolute strengths.
00:20:00.940 Tell me, what made you want to write a book about Alito?
00:20:04.680 And did you know, did you coordinate with him to write this latest briefing on the week that your book was coming out
00:20:11.860 as a way to, you know, kind of bump some sales a little bit there.
00:20:14.600 I did love the timing.
00:20:15.880 I could not have expected that everybody would be talking about Sam Alito this week
00:20:20.080 with his major decision on the Voting Rights Act.
00:20:23.300 But it was seeing so many of these decisions over the years
00:20:26.840 where he just quietly but bravely gets major work done.
00:20:31.020 But for some reason, people haven't been paying attention to him.
00:20:34.180 He is much shyer or more reserved than a lot of justices are.
00:20:38.020 but he's just delivered win after win for people who do believe that America should adhere to its
00:20:44.960 founding ideals. And so I thought it was important. Like I wanted to know more about him and I'm so
00:20:49.200 glad that so many other people want to know about him too. I think it's just great.
00:20:54.600 Well, one of the things that I've, I've heard and, and, you know, I'm sure the book delves
00:20:59.060 into this. And by the way, I, I got to throw it out there as a fellow Philly area, conservative
00:21:04.660 Catholic, just like Sam Alito. I've always felt a sort of, you know, wavelength there because,
00:21:10.520 you know, there's not a lot of us, but when you get one, we're really good. Walk us through,
00:21:15.280 though, sort of the role that he plays on the court because, you know, people look to Clarence
00:21:19.800 Thomas so much as this, you know, figurehead for conservatism. People call it the Thomas Court.
00:21:25.820 What would you say the role Sam Alito has? It may not be his high profile, but it's actually very
00:21:30.600 key. So I just have to first off point out that Justice Alito thinks that his love of the Phillies
00:21:37.420 explains a bit about his personality. He says if you're always rooting for a winning team that
00:21:41.920 just delivers victories, like if you're a Yankees fan, you have a much less interesting personality
00:21:46.000 and you're not able to endure bad times as well as if you're a Phillies fan. No, I have said this
00:21:51.580 a million times. I've literally said this a million times. And because the Eagles have won a couple of
00:21:57.200 Super Bowls now, since my kids have been alive, I've always said that, I said, you guys are like,
00:22:02.640 this isn't fair, right? You know, you need to learn to love the taste of dirt before you can
00:22:07.900 actually call yourselves an Eagles fan or a Phillies fan. I love it. But as for how he compares
00:22:12.560 with Thomas, you know, they agree so much of the time, almost always they're on the same side of
00:22:17.200 a decision. But whereas Justice Thomas is, like Justice Scalia, incredibly theoretical, thinking
00:22:23.400 about the philosophy underlying issues, Justice Alito is more practical. And Justice Thomas,
00:22:31.000 he'll say, well, here's what the court should be saying. We should have this position.
00:22:35.440 And Justice Alito will think, well, I agree with that. But he cobbles together that majority that
00:22:41.260 can get you on the road to getting to that final place that Justice Thomas would like to see people
00:22:47.140 taking a certain issue, whether it's gun rights or freedom of speech or freedom of religion.
00:22:51.680 They work well together because they have these different strengths, but they are quite different in their approach.
00:22:58.400 Right. And so his approach has been a little bit more in terms of, if I understand correctly, actually bringing the conservative justices together, which which may be partly or or even singularly why he was the one that ended up writing the majority opinion in this latest Louisiana ruling.
00:23:15.200 Well, he got a broad, broad group together. It was a 6-3 decision. And you look at what Thomas
00:23:21.100 wrote in his concurrence. He's, you know, he had a much more pure and extreme, if you can say it
00:23:26.820 that way, approach to how people should view the Voting Rights Act. I think a lot of people actually
00:23:31.760 agree with him. But if he had had that, if he were authoring it, he would only have had two to three
00:23:37.200 people. Again, Alito's able to build those coalitions. It's also why he authored the Dobbs
00:23:42.780 decision. It had been a goal of the pro-life movement and conservative legal movement for 50
00:23:47.620 years to overturn Roe v. Wade. Every time the court had gotten close, that majority would crumble.
00:23:53.100 And so you needed to have someone who would hold together that majority
00:23:56.800 through unbelievable pressure. And I don't think they realized
00:24:00.200 how bad the pressure would get, but it held together.
00:24:04.580 You know, since you mentioned Dobbs, was there any indication as you were doing the research for this
00:24:10.480 or, you know, just interviews, et cetera, as to how the actual leak of the Dobbs decision took
00:24:17.580 place? So, Jack, a big part of the book, I look at that leak, what happened inside the court,
00:24:22.420 behind the scenes, what happened with the investigation. And it was really interesting
00:24:27.160 to me how nobody praised the investigation. They all thought it was weak. They thought that the
00:24:32.260 marshal investigating it didn't really understand who had access, where they have access, and didn't
00:24:37.760 Ask the kinds of questions that should have been asked.
00:24:40.400 So instead of saying to these people, do you know the author of this piece?
00:24:44.060 Have you ever communicated with him?
00:24:45.400 Has your spouse ever communicated with him?
00:24:47.120 Have you ever socialized with him?
00:24:48.420 They just said, did you leak the Dobbs decision?
00:24:51.920 And everybody said no.
00:24:52.920 And they said, well, I guess we can never figure it out.
00:24:55.200 Imagine, you know, if detectives were trying to figure out who robbed a bank or who set a fire.
00:24:58.980 And they just said, did you do it?
00:25:00.500 No?
00:25:00.920 Okay, well, carry on.
00:25:02.080 That's not how a thorough investigation should have been conducted.
00:25:04.980 And you're seeing additional leaks from the court now, including recently there were some leaks attempting to go after Chief Justice John Roberts.
00:25:13.780 So he maybe should have done a better job conducting that investigation in the first place.
00:25:19.300 Yeah, I mean, look, when I was in the intelligence community, I was in not the subject, but in a variety of situations where people were asking about leaks.
00:25:30.900 And when a leak investigation over there gets serious, they break out the polygraphs.
00:25:36.240 They break out the lie detectors.
00:25:37.780 They I mean, they make you sit down and you are not allowed to leave until you've been
00:25:42.000 questioned multiple times by multiple people and making sure that everyone's story stays
00:25:46.960 straight.
00:25:47.320 So I know what a real leak investigation looks like.
00:25:50.780 I actually found out who it was at that time.
00:25:52.760 Obviously, I can't talk about it, but no, it was not me.
00:25:56.320 And that just wasn't what happened here.
00:25:59.460 Yeah, not even close.
00:26:00.500 And the thing about that leak is that it really hurt the relationships on the court.
00:26:06.180 People felt they couldn't trust each other.
00:26:08.100 Nobody thought it was an actual justice who leaked, but they did think that someone's clerk, you know, one of the justice clerks probably did it.
00:26:15.860 A few people thought maybe there was a permanent staff member who might have done it.
00:26:19.620 But until that person comes forward, we probably won't know.
00:26:23.180 Certainly people have their suspicions on on inside the court.
00:26:27.880 Wow.
00:26:29.100 So the new book, folks, is Alito.
00:26:31.300 Molly Hemingway is our guest.
00:26:32.860 We're coming up on a quick break, but we're going to have her hang on for more because there's so much to this.
00:26:38.160 I'm getting, by the way, we're getting comments in already.
00:26:40.580 People saying they want to get the book.
00:26:42.380 People are buying it already.
00:26:43.620 It's flying off the digital shelves as we speak.
00:26:47.340 So we'll be right back.
00:26:48.260 One more segment with Molly Hemingway.
00:26:50.180 Where is Jack?
00:26:52.500 Where is Jack?
00:26:54.820 Where is he?
00:26:56.100 Jack, I want to see you.
00:26:58.360 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always
00:27:05.100 talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting
00:27:10.060 all right jack for so big we're back live human events daily real marcus voice folks i talk about
00:27:17.620 government overreach every single day on this show but we are securing the border cleaning up
00:27:21.240 our elections and one more thing that washington still can't protect is the deed to your house
00:27:25.680 This time, it's not the government coming for you.
00:27:27.500 It's criminals.
00:27:28.100 It's called title theft.
00:27:29.040 If you own a home, you need to hear this.
00:27:30.740 The FBI has been warning about a type of real estate fraud that has been on the rise, and
00:27:36.820 your equity is the target.
00:27:38.660 It's called title theft.
00:27:40.040 Here's how it works.
00:27:40.680 Criminals forge your signature on a single document, use a fake notary stamp, and file
00:27:45.500 it with the county.
00:27:46.120 And just like that, on record, they own your home.
00:27:48.460 Using your ownership, they can take out loans against your equity or even sell your property,
00:27:52.680 and you won't know about it until foreclosure or collection notices show up in the mail.
00:27:59.340 That's why I've partnered with Home Title Lock so that you can protect your equity and find out
00:28:05.240 today if you're already a victim. Find out today. It would be so important for you if you're a
00:28:10.160 homeowner. So use promo code POSO at HomeTitleLock.com and you'll get a free title history
00:28:16.840 report and a free trial of their million dollar triple lock protection. Again, that's HomeTitleLock.com
00:28:22.660 promo code POSO. All right, guys. So just a quick programming note. I'm told the president
00:28:27.080 may be holding a press conference here soon. So we are going to be looking for that. But
00:28:32.180 I want to bring Molly Hemingway back in because, Molly, you know, I apparently, you know,
00:28:37.880 prosecutors at the DOJ must be listening to our show because Bloomberg News just broke the story
00:28:45.380 that DOJ prosecutors in Virginia are pursuing separate charges against James Comey for
00:28:52.300 allegedly leaking classified information in and I believe this would be in conjunction with
00:28:59.740 with President Trump and some of those earlier, you know, earlier iterations of the New York
00:29:07.200 Times article and the Russiagate situation with the Steele dossier. So so, Molly, again,
00:29:13.580 we see the president here really taking a new tack, I think, going directly after James Comey.
00:29:18.420 Well, there is this issue where people elected Donald Trump in part because they were horrified
00:29:23.880 at what people like James Comey had done to our institutions.
00:29:27.620 James Comey, yes, he leaked, again, to hurt Donald Trump, but he also leaked to hurt Hillary
00:29:32.920 Clinton, according to what we know.
00:29:34.900 And so I wouldn't be surprised if there were additional leaks that he had done for political
00:29:39.240 gain.
00:29:40.180 When you have people like that in positions of incredible power and trust, and they abuse
00:29:45.200 those positions, it is important that they be held accountable. And we have not seen that thus
00:29:50.740 far. You don't really have a republic if people are allowed to run an absolute coup attempt against
00:29:56.360 a duly elected president by falsely accusing him of being a traitor who colluded with Russia
00:30:01.900 to steal the 2016 election. And I think we all know that James Comey knew that wasn't true.
00:30:07.520 And yet he perpetuated that. And I've reported on how he demanded that the obviously joke of
00:30:13.400 a dossier be included in that IC, the intelligence community assessment that was then distributed to
00:30:19.400 members of Congress, all to make them believe this absolutely delusional conspiracy theory.
00:30:25.780 You know, Molly, I seem to remember testimony by a number of U.S. officials that the dossier
00:30:31.700 played no role in that ICA. When you testify something under oath, there's a word for that
00:30:38.300 if it's not true. Isn't that correct? Yes. And there is a problem, though,
00:30:41.780 that there are these statutes of limitations that limit your ability to hold people accountable
00:30:46.200 after five years. It's why I've been happy to see that the Department of Justice has been looking at
00:30:51.580 the ongoing conspiracy. When you're perpetuating an ongoing conspiracy, that five-year statute of
00:30:57.900 limitations, it starts running at the last moment that that conspiracy is taking place. Well, these
00:31:05.000 people are still running this conspiracy. They are still claiming that this was true, what they were
00:31:11.320 doing, that they didn't behave poorly when they tried to make it seem like President
00:31:16.220 Trump was not a duly elected leader.
00:31:19.540 And so that does give more leeway for people to truly investigate all of the lies and disinformation
00:31:26.500 and misinformation that were perpetuated against the American people.
00:31:30.900 I mean, this was a crime against the country, and it could have caused even more global
00:31:35.300 problems than they did.
00:31:36.600 And because the corporate media were part of this conspiracy theory perpetuation, they're
00:31:42.800 never going to be honest about how damaging and serious it was and the need for accountability.
00:31:47.880 But I really think the country, it needs to hold these people accountable.
00:31:52.220 And not just with the Russia collusion hoax, but also with what they did to people during
00:31:56.780 the COVID pandemic aftermath, when they had the government silence people from free and
00:32:02.020 open debate and they hid their involvement in what became this global pandemic. These are really
00:32:09.040 serious crimes and they have to be taken seriously. And we don't have a corporate media
00:32:13.420 that is applying pressure because they're guilty as well. Well, no. And Molly, actually, one thing
00:32:20.220 we were chatting about this in the show open today, but I'm currently working on compiling
00:32:25.660 a searchable um archive of cole thomas allen's tweets so many of them are in the archive but
00:32:32.740 the way the wayback machine works is you have to click each link so it makes it very cumbersome but
00:32:37.500 as we've been going through this and i think we're up to um i think we're up to june of 2024 so just
00:32:42.980 before the butler assassination attempt but one of the things that jumps right off the page uh as
00:32:49.060 human events and our team are working on this is that this was a full-on believer in the russi
00:32:53.880 gate conspiracy theory. He was a full on believer in Russia collusion. He referenced it over and
00:32:58.880 over and over, almost on a seemingly daily basis. So, I mean, you have a direct tie right there.
00:33:05.780 Well, I saw Chuck Todd earlier this week say that he didn't feel safe going to an event that
00:33:12.420 Trump was at. And I thought about this. Chuck Todd every day on his TV show pushed the Russia
00:33:19.080 collusion hoax. If he had a Republican guest on, he'd make them denounce Trump and Russia.
00:33:23.880 And he did it day after day after day.
00:33:26.060 Then you have this attempted assassin who believes Chuck Todd, who believes the New York Times, Washington Post, Atlantic Monthly, CNN, MSNBC.
00:33:36.520 He wasn't saying anything that they weren't saying.
00:33:39.400 He got his feelings and thoughts from them.
00:33:43.680 And I thought that was what was so chilling about this guy is when he wrote his note to his family.
00:33:48.780 He was just sounding like, frankly, my liberal friends from high school on Facebook where I read their notes and I'm like, oh, this person does not seem to be totally attached to reality.
00:33:59.220 Or they sounded like what you hear on Jake Tapper's show.
00:34:02.740 You saw a poll recently that half of Democrats don't believe that their people's previous attempts on President Trump's lives were real.
00:34:13.880 You have people who died in some of the left's assassination attempts, not just against Trump when Clark Comparatory was killed, but also, you know, when they killed Charlie Kirk.
00:34:23.380 These are this is very serious. They're doing it and then denying that it's being done. It's crazy.
00:34:29.820 And, Molly, we don't have all the the archives set up for this just yet.
00:34:33.700 But what my guys tell me is that Cole Thomas Allen himself subscribed to the theory that Butler was staged.
00:34:41.240 So, I mean, this is just it's it's it's a level of meta reality where here's a guy who doesn't actually he believed the conspiracy theory, which, by the way, Chris Ray played a role.
00:34:53.760 And when when I put out the book about Butler, that we talked about that at length, that, oh, it was it was shrapnel, that he wasn't actually hit, you know, that, you know, even though we have pictures of the bullet that, you know, that are heading right towards his ear.
00:35:07.740 Chris Ray himself played a role in spreading that conspiracy theory, not that it was staged, but the angle of it that perhaps he hadn't actually been hit by a bullet, which was very adjacent to the, you know, Butler was staged conspiracy theory.
00:35:20.700 I have some sources, you know, FBI related sources who said that when Chris Ray said that, they were actually glad that people saw that he's as partisan and nefarious as they seem to think he was.
00:35:34.560 We all know that Comey lies. We all have seen it. We've you know, it's beyond a shadow of a doubt.
00:35:40.520 Anybody who's analyzing the facts has seen how he's slippery and deceptive.
00:35:46.780 But I think Chris Wray was able to craft that he was somehow nonpartisan for a longer period of time.
00:35:54.420 But between so many things he was doing, people realized that he had some issues as well.
00:36:01.900 I think that's exactly right.
00:36:03.180 And with Comey, I mean, you know, one of the great examples I could think of is this,
00:36:06.940 is that, you know, if you go and take a picture of some seashells on the beach
00:36:11.240 and then blame it on your wife or blame it on just finding them,
00:36:14.860 But then in the immediate previous picture on your Instagram, it's you sitting and reading your book next to those very same seashells.
00:36:22.840 It's I mean, the guy has never been able to keep a straight story on anything, seemingly.
00:36:29.440 And to your point, just writ large, it's obvious that so many people wanted to see accountability.
00:36:35.160 That's why President Trump was reelected.
00:36:37.960 I, you know, I think that it played a huge role in 2024.
00:36:40.760 The, you know, these false ginned up indictments against him.
00:36:43.480 And that's why, ladies and gentlemen, you need to go out and get Molly's new book on Sam Alito, someone who is showing us from a legal perspective how we can write the ship.
00:36:54.840 Molly, tell us again how we can get the book.
00:36:56.600 Well, my book, Alito, which I just found out, made the bestseller list, which I'm very happy about.
00:37:02.080 It means that other people are interested in him.
00:37:04.060 You can get him anywhere books are sold, Amazon, Barnes & Noble.
00:37:06.900 Well, not anywhere.
00:37:07.500 Probably not a lefty bookstore that censors certain titles.
00:37:10.400 but it also is a great thing for everybody to see how he balances principle and prag and
00:37:16.060 pragmatism you know these are not in conflict you can be very principled and also secure victories
00:37:21.400 that's what he shows us molly hemingway god bless thank you so much for joining us here
00:37:26.960 absolutely incredible give her a follow folks i'm i'm i'm already getting the book i've already
00:37:33.420 told people i need that book we gotta have it right back human events call this the jack
00:37:38.560 Posobiec Appreciation Hour. I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the
00:37:43.500 vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec. And that is, I'm going to be honest.
00:37:54.080 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:02.000 Really excited to have on now the candidate for Congress in Utah's second district,
00:38:07.380 Karian Lazanvi.
00:38:08.560 Karian, thank you so much for joining us.
00:38:10.860 Thank you.
00:38:11.580 Nice to be here.
00:38:13.540 Well, it's great to have you on.
00:38:15.600 So talk to us a little bit about the race, talked about this, the dynamic.
00:38:19.720 And by the way, congrats on the primary.
00:38:22.140 Thank you.
00:38:23.080 It was convention.
00:38:24.280 So I won at convention.
00:38:27.060 So I'm the official Republican nominee.
00:38:29.280 But the primary is June 23rd.
00:38:31.600 So we're in a fight until the primary.
00:38:33.680 Thank you.
00:38:35.000 Yeah, no worries.
00:38:36.800 I really appreciate you having me on.
00:38:39.360 It is so important.
00:38:41.200 We are on the edge of a fiscal cliff in this country, and trust in Congress is at an all-time low.
00:38:48.040 Immigration is broken.
00:38:49.300 Our younger generations face growing inflation and fewer opportunities.
00:38:53.220 And we cannot afford two more years of go-along to get along.
00:38:57.820 That's what we have right now in our second congressional district here in Utah, and that's why I'm running.
00:39:03.320 well it's that's incredible to see tell us when when you're out there talking to folks
00:39:10.120 in the district when you're out there when you're you're talking to voters meeting with voters what
00:39:14.560 are some of the top issues that you have on we just had a pollster on who was telling us that
00:39:19.020 you know really hearing a lot of economy and jobs but there's also this question about
00:39:22.620 accountability you know is that tracking with what you're seeing in the field or are there
00:39:26.340 other things that pop up? I am seeing so many comments about the corruption that we see in DC
00:39:34.220 at every level and the concern over that. And that actually surprised me. I thought the economy
00:39:39.780 would be higher and top of mind on most voters' minds. And it's just the corruption. They see
00:39:47.540 this gridlock and not being able to get anything done at the federal level to really answer
00:39:53.080 the issues that Americans are facing, just normal everyday people who are affected by the price of
00:40:00.440 milk at the grocery store. And yet they see individuals in Congress who seem completely
00:40:06.620 disconnected from those concerns. You know, that's amazing you say that because that's exactly,
00:40:13.020 I mean, we were just talking about James Comey on here. We've been talking about some other,
00:40:18.320 arrests and prosecutions that are taking place. Comey may also now be facing, as we've just heard
00:40:24.580 in the last couple of minutes, more charges when it comes to leaking of classified documents.
00:40:29.820 And I think that, you know, I was just chatting about some folks that, you know, friends of mine,
00:40:35.560 Pennsylvania guys who are saying the same thing. They're saying we, you know, we came in with
00:40:40.480 President Trump and we got on board saying we want to see that accountability. We feel that we got,
00:40:45.700 you know, a raw deal, whether it's COVID or whether it's the economy, the Biden inflation,
00:40:50.780 all these other things. And people want to see that level of accountability.
00:40:56.540 Yeah. And what we see is just continued omnibus, minibus bills, right? No
00:41:01.760 clean appropriations bills, no budget that is proposed.
00:41:06.480 And Carrie Ann, pardon me, just very quickly, I'm told the president is now live in the Oval
00:41:12.860 office. So we're going to throw to that over on the network side. We're going to take that live.
00:41:18.680 Earlier this year, I promised to make the same types of retirement accounts enjoyed
00:41:23.340 by the federal employees available to all Americans. So that's what we're doing.
00:41:29.020 It always seemed fair. It's a tremendous, really a tremendous situation for all Americans. That
00:41:35.620 was really much promises made. As I say, promises kept. I'm thrilled to be joined by incredible
00:41:42.180 people that i know and the warriors jason smith these are congress people brian style mike gary
00:41:50.800 lloyd smucker bill heisinger ryan mckenzie john mcguire zach nunn garrick van orden all right we're
00:41:58.860 back here with uh carry on let's only um coming up there and we've had the president he has a new
00:42:04.780 executive order all about uh retirement accounts so he's taking that but i didn't want to i didn't
00:42:10.660 want to shortchange you there too much. It just so happens the president, for whatever reason,
00:42:15.180 he likes to go live during the program. What can I do? Well, that's very exciting. And I appreciate
00:42:21.160 the work on retirement accounts. I'm concerned about where Social Security is at right now over
00:42:26.520 the last six years. As my opponent has been in office, the unfunded liabilities within Social
00:42:33.560 Security have almost doubled in six years. So lots of concern around what Americans are going to do
00:42:40.240 as they age in the coming years and what Congress will do.
00:42:46.040 No, I think that's absolutely correct.
00:42:49.300 You know, speaking of accountability, you know, I'd be remiss if I didn't say that,
00:42:53.500 you know, one of the stories that we cover on this program, of course, and may actually
00:42:59.600 be taking us out to Utah here in, you know, a couple of weeks is the Tyler Robinson trial.
00:43:08.700 Well, the trial hasn't actually started yet, but the preliminary hearing will be in a couple of weeks when that happening in such close proximity relatively to your district and something obviously happened in Utah.
00:43:21.580 Would you say that having something as horrific as that, as impactful as that, obviously international global news taking place so close to home, has that resonated with the district?
00:43:33.760 Is it something that you hear people come up or are they following this?
00:43:36.920 Absolutely. And it was heartbreaking when it happened. I actually held a vigil the very night after Charlie was shot and killed at UVU campus. And I say, look, throw the book at Tyler Robinson. The left needs to understand there are consequences to their ongoing political violence.
00:43:58.840 well and and and here we had another one i don't know if you want to call it a copycat or what
00:44:06.180 just a couple of days later you know a couple excuse me a couple of days ago at the white house
00:44:11.960 correspondence dinner and unfortunately as the people of utah found out firsthand that this
00:44:18.760 is not going away it unfortunately has become a trend and and you know we've heard college
00:44:26.060 Republicans on campuses saying they're afraid. They're afraid to speak their mind. And we want
00:44:32.260 viewpoint diversity. That's what higher ed is all about. And yet we have this environment that
00:44:38.420 the left has created where speech is not protected and it's not respected. And we have to get back to
00:44:45.960 the America where we can agree, where we can disagree with respect, with cordiality, and with
00:44:51.920 civility and not be afraid that we're going to get shot for it.
00:44:57.180 And I couldn't agree more. You know, this is something where it's a straight line. It's a
00:45:04.120 straight line between what Charlie was doing on campus or, you know, a group of people who are
00:45:11.320 gathered to celebrate the First Amendment, the press, freedom of the press, freedom of speech.
00:45:15.720 these are the bedrocks of our society it's it's bigger even than individuals because it's it's
00:45:23.180 it's not just about charlie kirk or president donald trump it's actually about who we are as
00:45:29.280 americans do we believe in this system where we work things out by speech by dialogue by debate
00:45:36.360 and by voting or do we refuse that and go and try these other methods that's why it's so corrosive
00:45:45.260 And I've said from the long time, from the start, from absolutely the start, whatever the highest penalty is, throw the book exactly as you said, and obviously we see how the trial's been playing out, that they are working their way through and doing everything they have to do to make sure that this is held up as an example of something that we can never, ever see again.
00:46:07.400 yes and that's why i'm so grateful for you for all the media outlets who are out there
00:46:14.260 talking about the truth about what's happening in america giving americans an outlet to really
00:46:20.380 listen and understand about the issues of their day thank you i think i appreciate that and then
00:46:26.300 please you know it's uh you know i just try to try to call it like i see it and try to try to do
00:46:30.900 the right thing every day uh carry and tell us where we can go tell everyone where they can go
00:46:35.160 to find more information about you, about the race, and if they want to get involved.
00:46:39.640 Great. Thank you. Please check out my social media. Also, votecarianne.com.
00:46:43.940 We'd love to have you join us.
00:46:46.600 All right, vote Carianne. Well, I will certainly be out there. So if we have any free time or
00:46:51.860 I think we could probably work something out. Check out votecarianne.com to see her platform
00:46:58.420 and everything that's going on. James Comey. Well, hell, more charges coming for James Comey
00:47:04.800 Because you see, Comey, you don't get to just destroy the United States of America or attempt to and get away with it.
00:47:12.780 No, you don't.
00:47:14.300 What you get is the iron law of exact reciprocity.
00:47:19.840 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay it short.
00:47:34.800 You
