00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.520 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.180 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.200 Christ is king.

00:00:50.680 I rise to announce that I will bring articles of impeachment against the president.

00:00:55.860 I will restore integrity to the Justice Department.

00:00:59.280 USAID in particular, they refuse to tell us anything.

00:01:02.060 We won't tell you what the money's going to, where the money's for, who has it.

00:01:05.640 We are going to have foreign aid in this country that is going to further the national interest of the United States.

00:01:10.680 If it doesn't make us stronger or more prosperous or more secure, we aren't going to spend taxpayer money on it.

00:01:17.500 We owe that to the people of our country.

00:01:19.160 As I told Linda, Linda, I hope you do a great job and put yourself out of a job.

00:01:24.480 I want the states to run schools.

00:01:26.120 The CIA is now offering buyouts to its entire staff, the latest move in President Trump's push to downsize the government.

00:01:33.840 They're not forcing anyone out.

00:01:35.200 These are voluntary buyouts.

00:01:36.860 They're voluntary.

00:01:37.600 And the CIA is voluntary.

00:01:38.420 Every USAID employee in the country and the world.

00:01:40.180 Yes, they are reorienting the self-power bureaucracy.

00:01:44.740 But that's different than the buyout program.

00:01:46.420 They're not making anyone take a buyout.

00:01:47.940 It's very, you're out of order.

00:01:49.660 You know you're out of order.

00:01:50.760 You know the rules of this committee.

00:01:52.740 There's been a motion.

00:01:53.360 Mr. Elon Musk is out of order and disbanded.

00:01:55.980 He's out of order.

00:01:57.280 Upon coming out here to the briefing room, I was made aware of the funding from USAID to media outlets,

00:02:05.480 including Politico, who I know has a seat in this room.

00:02:08.800 And I can confirm that the more than $8 million taxpayer dollars that have gone to essentially subsidizing subscriptions to Politico,

00:02:16.080 the American taxpayer's dime, will no longer be happening.

00:02:19.280 The Doge team is working on canceling those payments now.

00:02:22.480 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:02:25.620 We're here live in Washington, D.C.

00:02:27.360 Today is February 6, 2025.

00:02:29.940 Anno Domini.

00:02:31.440 They had Caroline Levitt with a huge press conference at the White House, which ended only a few moments ago.

00:02:39.420 We here in Real America's Voice are going to be working to get you Brian Glenn,

00:02:43.460 who was there and asked a very interesting question regarding Politico.

00:02:47.680 And in fact, Zero Hedge also has information that not only was Politico taking money from the United States government,

00:02:59.140 from the taxpayer, who had propped up by millions of dollars, the press secretary saying right there,

00:03:06.560 that $8 million in taxpayer money was going to subsidizing subscriptions to Politico on the taxpayer dime.

00:03:17.320 So think about it.

00:03:18.620 It was Politico that came after the Hunter Biden laptop story all the way back in 2020, five years ago.

00:03:25.400 It was Politico that leaked, and this is from Sean Davis pointing it out, that leaked the Dobbs decision

00:03:32.780 that nearly caused the assassination of Supreme Court justices back in 2022.

00:03:39.460 Are we surprised to find out that we've actually ourselves been paying for Politico this entire time?

00:03:48.460 This is a massive scandal, a massive, massive scandal.

00:03:53.100 And of course, Max Tani yesterday from Semaphore had the tweet up that said,

00:03:58.260 oh, Politico's payments haven't gone out on time.

00:04:02.620 The staffers there haven't been getting paid.

00:04:04.260 What's going on?

00:04:05.860 What has our government been paying for?

00:04:09.960 What have they been doing?

00:04:11.840 This is crazy.

00:04:12.720 Let's we've got only one minute here until the break.

00:04:15.160 Let's have we have Brian Glenn up at the White House.

00:04:18.580 Brian, just give us a quick preview, and then we'll come back to you after the break over

00:04:22.620 your political question and how big of a story this really is.

00:04:26.680 Yeah, that was that really wasn't the initial purpose.

00:04:29.800 But when I came across the wire, Jack, and I saw that story, I thought this is just combined

00:04:35.480 with some of those bizarre items that have been on that list for for USAID.

00:04:41.200 And so to find out that we're now funding tax power dollars or funding some of these things

00:04:47.100 and Politico for subscriptions.

00:04:49.840 I mean, I cannot believe that that's where we're at.

00:04:53.040 And I think if you dig a little deeper, Jack, we're going to find that they may not be alone

00:04:57.300 in all of this.

00:04:58.580 But great.

00:04:59.380 It's certainly a breaking situation here at the White House.

00:05:02.760 That's exactly right.

00:05:03.720 Brian, we're going to come back to you in just a second after the break.

00:05:07.700 Stay right here, breaking news, Human Events Daily, live from your White House.

00:05:13.060 We'll be right back.

00:05:20.740 Welcome to the second American Revolution. 0.56

00:05:29.080 All right.

00:05:29.780 Welcome back.

00:05:30.420 Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.

00:05:33.000 I really want to thank, by the way, the Charlie Kirk audience for joining us here on the Salem

00:05:38.460 Network.

00:05:39.020 I want to go back live directly to the White House, where RAV correspondent Brian Glenn just

00:05:44.820 really cracked the surface on this burgeoning scandal out of USAID.

00:05:50.080 Millions of dollars of taxpayer money going to fund corporate media.

00:05:55.760 Brian, walk me through this because $8 million, they're claiming this was for a couple of subscriptions.

00:06:02.000 Look, you know, I check my monthly subscription bill every month, and I don't remember spending

00:06:08.060 $8 million on subscriptions.

00:06:10.080 I think my wife would be a little upset about that. 0.99

00:06:12.540 Yeah, I think maybe if you peel the onion back further, there might be more details on

00:06:17.900 that.

00:06:18.220 I would imagine that there are.

00:06:20.860 Now, I have noticed some other media outlets coming out and saying, hey, just for the record,

00:06:26.500 you know, we have not accepted any type of government funding.

00:06:30.060 So, Jack, I'd like, on behalf of Real America's Voice right now, saying that we have not and

00:06:35.420 we will never accept government funding for our network.

00:06:39.920 Jack, I would imagine Human Events Live, I can say the same thing about your meeting

00:06:45.960 as well.

00:06:46.800 No, that's exactly right, Brian.

00:06:51.680 Once again, I'll have to go check with the producers here and the money folks, but pretty

00:06:55.980 sure that, no, we are, we have, look, certainly we have our advertisers.

00:06:59.760 We have the great, the MyPillow, promo code POSO.

00:07:02.500 We got our Trump maps up over on Sticker Mule.

00:07:04.760 But I, I don't recall taking any taxpayer dollars anytime forward.

00:07:10.700 I mean, Brian, when it comes down to it, though, this is Politico that got involved with a

00:07:14.560 Hunter Biden, the 51 Intel officials.

00:07:17.700 This is Politico that got involved with leaking the Dobbs decision back in 2022.

00:07:23.100 And by the way, Brian, I'll, I'll just go and throw this out that there, we do have some

00:07:27.400 breaking news to put out that as a matter of fact, the FCC within, within the day plans

00:07:33.740 to release the 60 minutes transcript, full transcript of the Kamala Harris interview that

00:07:40.860 that does, we expect to come down later today, because when it comes down to it, these are

00:07:47.860 actually stories that are not just news.

00:07:50.660 These are interference and influence in our election processes, and they do actually become

00:07:56.500 illegal in kind contributions.

00:07:59.160 Brian, will you be digging down on this story further with the White House as it develops?

00:08:04.220 Yeah, we'll do.

00:08:05.360 We'll do.

00:08:07.340 Not really incredible stuff.

00:08:09.020 Brian Glenn there at the White House.

00:08:11.060 Brian, where can people follow you for all the breaking updates?

00:08:14.120 Oh, thanks, Jack.

00:08:14.900 You can follow me at Brian Glenn TV across the board at Brian on true social.

00:08:19.740 By the way, I was in the Oval Office as Pam Bondi was sworn in there, and she has really

00:08:25.540 committed, Jack, and to your previous point, to make sure the wills of justice are fair and

00:08:31.520 not skewed in any way.

00:08:34.640 And of course, that applies to all of the investigations, perhaps, that the FCC wouldn't do.

00:08:39.260 That's exactly right.

00:08:42.260 Brian Glenn doing the yeoman's work there at the White House within the first few days of

00:08:47.660 the Trump administration.

00:08:48.580 Thank you, Brian.

00:08:49.600 I want to go now.

00:08:50.700 Here we have legendary political consultant and strategist Roger Stone joining us.

00:08:57.460 Roger, I've got to get your comment on this last, this breaking news that USAID was funding

00:09:04.240 Politico to the tune of $8 million, I believe, annually from the reporting that's come out

00:09:11.380 so far.

00:09:11.900 Roger, have you ever heard of something like this, of the federal taxpayer dollars going

00:09:16.100 to fund these political media organizations?

00:09:20.520 Well, Jack, I haven't heard of anything like this since the whole Mockingbird project by

00:09:25.620 the CIA was uncovered, ironically, by Carl Bernstein.

00:09:30.520 You see, when Woodward and Bernstein, the famous Washington Post journalists who supposedly gave

00:09:36.940 us the breaking news of Watergate, a narrative that you and I have really decimated here on

00:09:42.360 your show, Woodward tried to cut Bernstein out financially.

00:09:47.400 Woodward had invested his money in real estate and other SEF investments, while Carl, I think, 0.95

00:09:54.500 put his money into hookers and blow. 0.99

00:09:56.960 And he wrote a seminal piece for Rolling Stone exposing the fact that many, many mainstream 0.97

00:10:04.220 media outlets were on the payroll of the Central Intelligence Agency.

00:10:08.460 Now, I think what we've seen, because actions by USAID don't require a presidential finding,

00:10:15.020 unlike CIA operations, that we've stumbled on the slush fund of the deep state.

00:10:23.360 I think it is, we're just scratching the surface.

00:10:26.120 Not only are they paying for mainstream media, I suspect they are involved in toppling governments.

00:10:32.740 I'm not going to be surprised to see them involved in the lawfare campaign against President Donald

00:10:41.240 Trump.

00:10:42.240 I think we've just scratched the surface.

00:10:44.780 Kudos, by the way, to Elon Musk for ferreting this out and bringing the truth to the American

00:10:50.140 people and to the president, too, for having the courage to shut down something that was

00:10:55.880 not created by Congress, Jack, but created by an executive order signed by John F. Kennedy.

00:11:01.640 Now, Roger, I have to ask, USAID, you bring up Operation Mockingbird, are there any agencies

00:11:09.480 of the federal government that USAID has been associated with or accused of being associated

00:11:16.360 with?

00:11:17.900 Not that I'm aware of, but again, I think this is a breaking story and we're just beginning

00:11:23.360 to see the various elements of the dirty business that they've been involved in around the globe.

00:11:30.120 I mean, Jack, the important thing here, I think, is that first that Donald Trump has the will

00:11:38.440 to shut this operation down and Elon Musk has the platform to expose their epic, epic national

00:11:48.120 and international corruption.

00:11:51.620 But I've never seen anything quite like this.

00:11:54.120 This was supposed to be aid for developing nations like third world nations.

00:11:58.740 But it's morphed into something far more evil, far more sinister, far more political, and

00:12:04.820 they've been able to hide it.

00:12:06.000 What's really amazing is that the officials at USAID don't believe they're accountable

00:12:11.060 to anyone.

00:12:12.540 They don't even believe that Elon Musk has a right to see their books.

00:12:16.060 They don't believe the president of the United States has the right to direct their activities

00:12:20.280 or examine their activities.

00:12:21.700 The arrogance level here is really beyond belief.

00:12:26.980 No, it really is.

00:12:28.480 And certainly when we're talking about Operation Mockingbird, we do have to ask questions as

00:12:34.440 to what else?

00:12:36.160 What else could it have been that those $8 million were for?

00:12:43.040 And Roger, we've got a quick ad coming up here, but I want to hold you over the break and really

00:12:48.380 keep you on for the program if we're able to, because there's so many questions here.

00:12:52.540 Politico's coverage over the years, the 51 intelligence agents, the leaking of the Dobbs

00:12:58.400 decision, various things that certainly we thought were part of their normal course of

00:13:04.080 reporting, now all come into a new light, in a new light, when we see that they were taking

00:13:11.380 millions of dollars from the federal government.

00:13:14.420 Folks, while we may have won this election, the fight to restore our great nation is only beginning.

00:14:27.060 That's PatriotMobile.com slash POSO.

00:14:29.300 But folks, we will be right back with more on this breaking story, huge scandal, USAID

00:14:35.200 uncovered by Elon Musk and the Doge team funding directly to Politico, a corporate anti-Trump

00:14:43.380 outlet that was coming from your taxpayer dollars.

00:14:46.780 We'll be right back.

00:14:47.240 Today, you know, they talk about influencers.

00:15:01.360 These are influencers and they're friends of mine, Jack POSOVIC.

00:15:07.100 Where's Jack?

00:15:08.060 Jack, he's done a great job.

00:15:10.540 All right, Jack POSOVIC, we're back live here.

00:15:15.160 Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C.

00:15:17.600 We're on with veteran political strategist Roger Stone and we're breaking through, we're

00:15:22.720 breaking down this massive political story, bombshell coming out that U.S. federal taxpayer

00:15:28.580 dollars in a move reminiscent of Operation Mockingbird were in fact flowing to the tune

00:15:36.460 of $8 million a year to Politico.

00:15:40.500 Roger, you and I were chatting during the break.

00:15:43.180 It's been years since we've seen anything like this, these direct payments from the federal

00:15:49.380 government to a media organization.

00:15:52.740 It certainly goes back to questions about the Washington Post in years past or folks like

00:16:00.300 Ken Delaunian over at NBC, allowing the CIA to get the first edit on his draft stories

00:16:07.440 before they were released.

00:16:08.580 But Roger, when it comes to these questions regarding Politico, do you think this rises

00:16:13.760 to the level of something that perhaps Brandon Carr, the new FCC chairman, could potentially

00:16:19.820 look at in terms of illegal in-kind donations?

00:16:23.380 Well, it's a very interesting question, Jack.

00:16:25.620 Now, if you go back on my Twitter feed, I'm very grateful to Elon Musk for having it back

00:16:30.660 because I was one of those who was decapitated in 2017 because of my support for Donald Trump.

00:16:37.620 On numerous occasions, I would say specifically, Politico is not a news outlet or a journalistic

00:16:44.360 enterprise.

00:16:45.140 It is a propaganda front for the deep state.

00:16:48.020 And indeed it is.

00:16:49.320 And now it all makes sense.

00:16:50.540 Thinking back to my trial, you covered my trial, Jack, when Mike Cernovich uncovered the

00:16:56.640 fact that the jury forewoman in my case had lied during jury selection under oath and during

00:17:03.540 the trial, claiming she was unfamiliar with me, unfamiliar with my past, unfamiliar with

00:17:08.980 the case, she was lying because she had been attacking me on Twitter and Facebook for almost

00:17:15.040 a year prior to being chosen as a juror in my case.

00:17:18.080 But Politico never covered that story.

00:17:21.540 Then I think back to when BuzzFeed sued the Department of Justice to get the full, unredacted

00:17:27.880 Mueller report released.

00:17:29.760 Remember, the judge was supposed to review it and give us relevant sections.

00:17:33.280 But we learned that there was a section she didn't give us.

00:17:36.900 It was a section in which Mueller couldn't sugarcoat the fact that, well, in my case, he had found

00:17:41.560 no evidence of Russian collusion or WikiLeaks collaboration or, by his own admission, any

00:17:46.720 other crime, said the bearers to my prosecution for anything more than misleading Congress were

00:17:54.620 factual because there were no facts.

00:17:56.740 They didn't cover that story either.

00:17:58.800 Now I understand exactly why.

00:18:01.740 This is shocking, but I think we're just scratching the surface, Jack.

00:18:05.180 I think the nefarious deeds of USAID, both nationally and internationally, are going to be – this is going

00:18:15.340 to be a story that will roll out over the next two weeks.

00:18:17.700 I think we need to be prepared to be shocked.

00:18:20.200 I think they're involved in the toppling of a legitimately elected democratic government in

00:18:27.080 Ukraine, which led to the events there today.

00:18:30.620 That's just one example of where they took the place of the CIA in these illicit activities.

00:18:39.320 Well, Roger, I think this may actually be true.

00:18:41.960 And, you know, we're seeing things like – we're seeing things that 34 – by the way,

00:18:49.580 I'm seeing this out of Liz Wheeler over at The Blaze, that it wasn't just $8 million that

00:18:54.140 Politico received from USAID.

00:18:55.600 It was 34.3, if you actually go out to all political spending – or excuse me, all governmental

00:19:04.260 spending from the U.S. government, that yes, from USAID was the $8 million, but total $34.3

00:19:11.120 million in 1,349 transactions.

00:19:16.560 And we're looking at – I'm seeing Department of Homeland Security, Department of Education

00:19:22.060 again and again, Roger.

00:19:23.560 Something – something – something stinks in Denmark.

00:19:28.720 Yeah, we have discovered the slush fund for the deep state.

00:19:32.500 This is where they were doing all of their – of their deep black ops rather than the

00:19:39.360 CIA.

00:19:40.200 This is just going to get worse and worse.

00:19:42.900 Thank God, once again, for Elon Musk for not only ferreting this information out, but

00:19:47.840 essentially, you know, broadcasting it to the world, as well as the courage of President

00:19:53.340 Donald Trump just to shut the whole thing down.

00:19:56.440 This is one of the most shocking revelations, I think, in American history.

00:20:00.940 And again, I think we're just scratching the surface.

00:20:03.380 We're going to find more dirty deeds here where they were running political operations 0.99

00:20:10.140 to not only buy coverage for their false narrative.

00:20:14.720 I'm going to go back and look at their coverage of the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:20:18.300 I think we're going to find that, for example, very interesting.

00:20:21.220 You're doing the same thing I'm doing, which is to say, searching online for some of their

00:20:25.380 most outrageous stories.

00:20:27.660 And Jack, it's not what they – it's not what they said when they covered things.

00:20:32.000 In many cases, they don't cover the news because it's inconvenient to their narrative.

00:20:37.420 That's the other way.

00:20:38.120 The story selection bias is one of their biggest powers.

00:20:41.440 Roger Stone will be right back.

00:20:43.440 Massive bombshell story, Politico, funded by the U.S. government.

00:20:47.380 We'll be right back.

00:20:54.500 And Jack, where is Jack?

00:20:57.500 Where is Jack?

00:20:59.820 Where is he?

00:21:01.120 Jack, I want to see you.

00:21:04.760 Great job, Jack.

00:21:06.240 Thank you.

00:21:06.800 What a job you do.

00:21:08.440 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:21:09.860 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.

00:21:12.160 But we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.

00:23:07.900 I want to go back now to Roger Stone.

00:23:10.180 Roger, as we're digging through this information, millions of dollars, way more, by the way, than they claim these are for subscriptions.

00:23:18.080 But I've never seen any subscription that cost $14,000 a year.

00:23:23.340 No, it's clear something else is going on here.

00:23:25.540 With all these questions regarding the deep state, the intelligence community, the national security state,

00:23:31.160 this really goes to show that President Trump's emphasis on choosing individuals for the national security team that focus on reform,

00:23:42.220 that focus on change, and bringing this team together, particularly when it comes to the DNI and FBI positions, is exactly what's needed.

00:23:51.980 What do you say, Roger?

00:23:52.780 I think that's exactly right, Jack.

00:23:55.840 I mean, yesterday was, I think, an extraordinarily important day.

00:23:59.920 Two very important developments.

00:24:02.020 First of all, Tulsi Gabbard getting out of committee with a positive recommendation.

00:24:08.340 Very touch and go at the end.

00:24:11.320 Frankly, those talking about primarying Susan Collins, I think, would be making a gigantic mistake.

00:24:17.200 She's acted very reasonably here.

00:24:18.780 I've known her back to the Reagan days.

00:24:22.480 We don't agree on many things, but there is no other Republican who can win in Maine.

00:24:27.060 And I'd rather have a Republican than a hardcore leftist Democrat.

00:24:31.040 And then Senator Todd Young of Indiana, I believe the president, actually responsible for getting his vote.

00:24:37.280 And a phone call, as I understand it.

00:24:39.420 It's also interesting, Jack, that J.D. Vance himself is running the vote count, the whip operation, on each one of these vital nominees, RFK, Kash Patel, and Tulsi Gabbard.

00:24:51.900 And you know this, Jack.

00:24:54.520 Her appointment just sends the deep state, the intelligence agency, into overdrive.

00:25:03.640 The idea that they would have somebody at the nexus of that position who can look at all of their dirty laundry and all their misdeeds.

00:25:12.420 This really makes them apoplectic, which, of course, proves why she's exactly the right person for the job.

00:25:20.300 I was talking to the president the other night, and I told him, in my opinion, Tulsi Gabbard will be the first woman president of the United States.

00:25:29.220 And I stick to that prediction.

00:25:30.880 You can write it down now.

00:25:32.580 I'm not saying this is going to happen in 2028.

00:25:34.700 I'm saying it's going to happen someday.

00:25:36.700 But I have no doubt about it.

00:25:38.060 Roger, I remember you saying that the other day, and look, a command performance with Lieutenant Colonel Gabbard, of course, there at her hearing,

00:25:47.140 as well as being able to show that she had the ability to pull those votes in. 0.91

00:25:51.940 Now, we know Kash Patel will reportedly be going up for a vote tomorrow at 10 a.m. in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

00:26:02.080 Also, though, we're being told, and I see reporting, that the Senate Democrats on the committee are trying to pull Kash in for another hearing.

00:26:12.340 I think that's ridiculous.

00:26:13.640 I think that they subjected him to all of the questions. 0.88

00:26:16.680 And, by the way, had the opportunity to subject him to any question they wanted.

00:26:20.540 It's not Kash Patel's fault that they wasted their time with him on frivolous nonsense and memes in the first hearing.

00:26:30.160 No, if they wanted a hearing, they had their chance.

00:26:33.000 It's over now.

00:26:33.980 It's time to take a vote.

00:26:35.400 But, Roger, from what I hear is that Kash Patel has the votes.

00:26:39.700 Do you hear the same?

00:26:41.280 I believe that's true.

00:26:42.420 I'm a little concerned about Senator Grassley.

00:26:45.180 That has to be monitored very quickly.

00:26:47.320 I have great admiration for Senator Grassley.

00:26:51.480 But, you know, I'm unsure my information is correct.

00:26:55.520 Look, Kash Patel played rope-a-dope with these guys in the hearing.

00:26:59.520 They didn't lay a glove on him, although they certainly tried.

00:27:02.360 You know what's amazing, Jack, about the left is it doesn't matter how completely debunked, disproven, discredited one of their false narratives are.

00:27:11.940 They always return to them and try to recycle them over and over again.

00:27:16.200 Was the 2020 election stolen?

00:27:19.400 Were the events of January 6th an insurrection?

00:27:23.500 The American people voted on that.

00:27:25.340 That's a decided question.

00:27:26.780 They like to talk about decided.

00:27:28.240 That's a decided question.

00:27:29.940 The American people decided that in the last presidential election.

00:27:32.360 The answer was no. 0.99

00:27:34.280 But they keep recycling the same garbage. 0.99

00:27:37.640 I thought Kash put these guys to shame. 0.97

00:27:41.860 And so they realized that they weren't able to smear him.

00:27:45.160 They want a second chance to do so.

00:27:47.860 It's pretty obnoxious.

00:27:49.220 I think it's because they know that if this proceeds to a full vote, he has the votes.

00:27:54.340 And of course, Pam Bondi, who was a great attorney general of Florida, is going to be a great attorney general, confirmed by the full Senate yesterday.

00:28:02.600 So another piece of the puzzle in terms of having all the pieces necessary to rebalance the scales of justice in this country and return to having a one-tiered justice system in which only people who have actually done something wrong, something illegal, get prosecuted.

00:28:19.220 And we're moving swiftly towards that.

00:28:21.080 So between Chelsea Gabbard, Kash Patel, and Pam Bondi, this is the dream team.

00:28:27.380 That is the Liberty League in terms of correcting the epic weaponization of the criminal justice system and the abuse of our intelligence systems as part of that.

00:28:38.840 Those days are soon going to be behind us.

00:28:41.780 But people like Norm Eisen, people like Andrew Weissman, people who know they have committed egregious federal crimes, including prison in the case of John Brennan, they're quicking in their boots, as they should be.

00:28:55.260 It's not, Jack, as you know, about retaliation or about revenge.

00:28:59.800 It's about the law being equally applied.

00:29:04.500 It's about recalibrating the scales of justice.

00:29:07.700 Well, and so, Roger, in regards to that, there's something I also wanted to ask you about because I know it's something that you have personally been involved in.

00:29:17.920 There's this question now of not only buyouts to all CIA officers and CIA analysts, but also this questionnaire that's been sent out to all of the FBI field offices, including the rank-and-file agents, regarding their involvement with the January 6th cases.

00:29:38.780 Now, I know people who have connections within the FBI.

00:29:42.280 I'm told this story is completely correct, that that questionnaire has gone out, that people are being asked to fill this out regarding their involvement in the Jan 6th cases,

00:29:51.920 and particularly as well as the Mar-a-Lago raid there in this classified documents case raiding the president's residence at the time.

00:30:03.480 Roger, what is your sense of what the president is looking at and what he's going to go working through Pam Bondi and then Kash Patel when they're there?

00:30:12.040 What is your sense of what the plan is regarding this questionnaire?

00:30:15.140 Look, I think that the president wants to get the facts because he's going to pursue justice.

00:30:20.860 I can't even tell you, Jack, how many times my wife and I will be out and around socially, maybe at dinner, when retired agents will come up to me and say,

00:30:32.560 you know, I was one of those agents at your home that morning at 6 a.m. when the Washington office ordered us to storm your house.

00:30:41.620 And I'm ashamed of the agency. I'm ashamed that I was there. It was wrong.

00:30:47.020 What was done to you and your wife. It's happened more than once. It's not just a one-time occurrence.

00:30:54.640 So I think those in the FBI who were involved in these politicized, baseless assaults on the civil liberties of Americans, like Donald Trump.

00:31:05.520 I mean, just as they raided his home, just as they went through his wife's underwear draw, they raided my home.

00:31:12.080 They went through my wife's underwear draw.

00:31:14.960 They marched my 75-year-old wife out in her pajamas in handcuffs in front of my house for the CNN cameras. 1.00

00:31:24.520 I mean, Jack, she didn't do anything wrong. I mean, I didn't do anything wrong. She definitely didn't do anything wrong.

00:31:30.440 It was to humiliate us or it was to pressure me specifically to bear false witness against the president, as you know, something I refused to do.

00:31:39.900 So, yeah, the rogue agents who did that need to be held accountable.

00:31:44.220 You know, Jack, that when someone is charged with a first-time nonviolent crime and they have no passport and they don't own a gun, they're not a danger, they're not a flight risk, that you would normally just contact their attorney and say, look, your client's being charged.

00:32:00.140 Bring them in for arraignment.

00:32:01.860 But, no, they insisted on tipping off CNN, which we can absolutely prove, and having 29 heavily armed FBI agents storm my home at 6 o'clock in the morning, all brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons.

00:32:19.120 Talk about over the top. Talk about a waste of taxpayer money.

00:32:23.660 So I was talking to James O'Keefe about this last night.

00:32:27.260 We were sitting at the same table at a great tribute dinner for Ronald Reagan.

00:32:32.000 It was his birthday yesterday.

00:32:33.420 And I said, you know, James, this is a very special table because if you're indicted, you're invited.

00:32:40.800 That's exactly right.

00:32:41.880 Now, Roger, at the same time, you know, this was I did see that post, by the way.

00:32:46.120 This was a just a remarkable situation because not only, of course, did we see those images of you and your wife, of course, the coverage of the CNN.

00:32:57.260 CNN crew who just happened to be down the street on a hunch.

00:33:01.220 Remember, they were on a hunch that the FBI raid might be taking place that night.

00:33:06.280 Just on a hunch, of course, CIA, CNN definitely not tipped off by the field office there by the FBI.

00:33:13.080 Certainly a parish of the thought.

00:33:14.240 But we've seen images are now going viral.

00:33:16.940 We've got a quick break.

00:33:17.760 But images have been going viral of Jan Sixers who were arrested at gunpoint with bulletproof shields being used, with children being marched away as their parents are taken in handcuffs all over someone walking around in the U.S. Capitol.

00:33:34.300 Clearly, clearly something went wrong.

00:33:37.240 Clearly, something went very wrong in the course of this investigation and the course of this agency and what President Trump through Kash Patel and Pam Bondi are doing is attempting to set it right.

00:33:47.580 We'll be right back with more Roger Stone.

00:33:49.260 Thank you.

00:34:05.260 Jack is a great guy.

00:34:07.080 He's written a fantastic book.

00:34:08.600 Everybody's talking about it.

00:34:09.840 Go get it.

00:34:11.040 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:34:15.000 And we're going to turn it around and make our country quite a good view.

00:34:17.940 Amen.

00:34:21.920 All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back live, Human Events Daily.

00:34:27.540 Folks, question of the day, 1776 at humanevents.com, 1776 at humanevents.com.

00:34:36.200 Which agency do you think that Doge should audit next?

00:34:42.500 So we've had USAID, but what about the IRS?

00:34:45.860 What about the ATF?

00:34:48.400 And I know we mentioned this yesterday as well, but I want to get some more in there because

00:34:52.740 when we're looking through these emails, I'm finding agencies that we've never even heard

00:34:57.020 of before.

00:34:57.840 We're finding agencies and departments and bureaus and all of these commissions that are sitting

00:35:03.880 out there where your taxpayer dollars are going towards.

00:35:08.120 And the fact of the matter is that this is what leftists do when they get into any government.

00:35:12.480 They use it to fund their friends and punish their enemies.

00:35:17.100 We'll be right back around the bend.

00:35:19.860 1776, humanevents.com.

00:35:22.440 When I'm working long hours, I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:35:26.740 We're on Human Events.

00:35:34.580 We've got Roger Stone back here on Human Events for the final segment with him.

00:35:40.220 Roger, when it comes to these cases, we're talking about the FBI.

00:35:43.780 We're talking about the DOJ.

00:35:47.000 We're talking about the CIA.

00:35:48.400 Certainly, these questionnaires are out there.

00:35:51.480 But when it comes to what President Trump, Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, Tulsa Gabbard, this great

00:35:55.820 national security team, John Ratcliffe as well, by the way, have put together, do you think

00:36:00.820 that simply issuing these statements and saying there's going to be a policy change or some

00:36:06.060 kind of reform, is that enough?

00:36:07.840 Or do you actually have to go in to the various cases and the various individuals and take action

00:36:14.300 there?

00:36:14.540 Jack, I think, unfortunately, it is the latter.

00:36:18.440 I'm particularly disturbed about the case of Master Sergeant Green Beret, Jeremy Brown.

00:36:23.900 Jeremy Brown was approached by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security.

00:36:30.360 They asked him to become an informant on January 6th.

00:36:33.120 They wanted him to infiltrate Trump supporters and be a snitch, and he refused.

00:36:39.700 But he legally recorded those efforts.

00:36:42.560 They came to him twice.

00:36:45.040 He is not convicted on January 6th of any violent crime, didn't enter the Capitol, didn't assault

00:36:51.100 a police officer, didn't destroy public property.

00:36:54.020 And he's been fully pardoned by the president.

00:36:56.760 But because he exposed them, they had a D.C.

00:37:01.340 magistrate order a search of his home in Florida.

00:37:05.060 Notice they didn't go to a Florida magistrate.

00:37:06.960 He probably wouldn't have approved it.

00:37:08.360 And it is very clear from the papers, the legal papers, that that search of his home, which

00:37:15.220 they planted fake evidence against him, which was not very serious, was January 6th related.

00:37:24.060 Therefore, he is fully pardoned.

00:37:26.280 He should have been released.

00:37:27.200 The Bureau of Prisons and rogue U.S.

00:37:30.340 Marshals refused to release him.

00:37:32.500 And now he's being subjected to what they call diesel therapy, where they at 5.15 a.m.

00:37:37.540 in the morning, they move him from prison to prison to prison.

00:37:40.300 So he's been moved from D.C. to Kentucky to Oklahoma.

00:37:44.120 Last I heard, he was in Atlanta.

00:37:47.640 We cannot leave our wounded behind.

00:37:51.060 This guy's an American patriot, did nothing wrong.

00:37:53.560 The president has fully pardoned him, but they refused to release him.

00:37:58.420 So this is an important case.

00:38:00.440 I really hope Pam Bondi will do the right thing and call the head of the Bureau of Prisons

00:38:06.300 and order his release.

00:38:08.660 There is no further legal action.

00:38:10.780 Some have said, oh, well, because of the search in his home and the things found there, by the

00:38:15.820 way, he had two guns, that even if they were illegal, he should have paid a fine for having

00:38:22.540 them, and then some unspecified disk that they say was classified, which, by the way, doesn't

00:38:30.640 have his fingerprints on it or any of the dog hairs.

00:38:33.560 You know, a lot of dogs, but clearly planted there.

00:38:37.420 They've never even specified what that is.

00:38:39.400 I suspect it's nothing.

00:38:40.620 So we cannot forget Jeremy Brown.

00:38:43.880 By the way, he has a Give, Send, Go site you can go to for Jeremy Brown.

00:38:48.120 I think it's very important that the president pay attention to this case, that Pam Bondi

00:38:53.880 pay attention to this case.

00:38:55.220 We must have freedom.

00:38:56.500 We must have the immediate release for Jeremy Brown.

00:38:59.700 And in the short term, Jack, we have to pray for Jeremy Brown, pray for justice in his case.

00:39:05.500 I'm not going to stop talking about this.

00:39:07.460 I've talked to as many people in the administration at the highest levels.

00:39:11.060 We're going to get justice for Jeremy Brown.

00:39:13.300 I refuse to give up.

00:39:14.300 Well, Roger, I commend you on that.

00:39:17.720 And look, when it comes to all of these cases, every single one needs to be looked at with

00:39:22.080 a fine tooth comb.

00:39:23.560 These individuals, whether or not they had anything to do with January 6th, I believe

00:39:29.780 remains to be in question because we've seen all the lies that have been told by the FBI.

00:39:34.320 We've seen all the lies that come down in the court cases.

00:39:37.840 We need to actually go under, go through them.

00:39:40.560 And I don't think we can take them at face value.

00:39:42.540 Roger, I saw, of course, what they did to you, not only there at your home when they

00:39:47.860 raided you, but also in the courtroom when it felt like, honestly, I'm sure it must have

00:39:52.200 felt like they were raiding you every single day.

00:39:55.840 And so, Roger, I commend you for having gone through that, but also still taking the time

00:40:01.080 to think of others who might be in the same situation.

00:40:04.540 Roger, where's the best place for people to go to get more of the insights of Roger Stone?

00:40:09.280 And how can they support you in your work?

00:40:10.820 They can always go to StoneZone.com, StoneZone.com.

00:40:19.100 Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ, which was completely, I think, proven to be accurate in a recent

00:40:26.760 audio tape that Alex Jones released between two LBJ intimates in which they confirmed that

00:40:33.540 Lyndon Payne Johnson hired a man named Malcolm Wallace to kill John F. Kennedy.

00:40:37.960 Of course, the CIA, Organized Crime, Big Test of Oil, they're also involved.
