00:00:43.880 a commentator international social media sensation and former navy intelligence veteran this is
00:00:55.340 human events with your host jack persovic christ is families of american hostages held in gaza
00:01:01.520 calling the killing of hamas chief yaya sinwar the architect of the october 7th attack a step toward
00:01:08.160 justice but urging authorities to seize this moment as an opportunity to bring their loved ones home
00:01:14.880 either through negotiation or by any other means south korea's intelligence agency now reporting north
00:01:21.700 korea has started sending troops to fight with russia in ukraine didn't obama spy on a journalist
00:01:27.520 but ryan it's in hold on right it's in all caps and it seems funny it seems wild so people sometimes
00:01:32.400 dismiss it even though it's very serious but ryan didn't obama no administration is perfect
00:01:36.800 what a judge has agreed to release a dossier of evidence in the 2020 federal election interference
00:01:43.660 case former president donald trump demanded the evidence gathered by special counsel jack smith
00:01:48.280 should remain hidden until after the election but in a five-page ruling judge tanya chuckkin says
00:01:53.980 waiting to release the files would be an act of election interference numbers say it is a tie game
00:01:59.440 here weeks before the election and it's that shift our last poll taken in the wake of that september
00:02:04.400 debate harris had opened up that advantage over trump gone in our new poll now versus september on the
00:02:10.080 immigration and the border we ask voters who would be better on this in september trump had a big
00:02:15.160 advantage it's gotten bigger on inflation in the cost of living trump's advantage now hits double
00:02:20.120 digits i can't emphasize enough that pennsylvania is i think the linchpin in this election and this
00:02:25.960 election i think is going to decide uh the fate of america and as along with the fate of america the fate of
00:02:32.500 western civilization i used to think that democrats were crazy for saying that men have
00:02:38.060 periods but then i met tim waltz there's a group called white dudes for harris have you seen this
00:02:47.280 white dudes for harris but i'm not worried about them at all because their wives and their wives
00:02:53.420 lovers are all voting for me ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events
00:03:03.200 daily we are here live today october 18th 2024 ano domini folks today is october 18th and we have 18 days left
00:03:16.200 more importantly the regime has 18 days left so go read atlantic magazine go look at all of the neoliberal
00:03:27.200 neoliberal uniparty the order that exists within the u.s government the u.s establishment do you really
00:03:35.480 think that all those people and all of those billions of dollars that's on the line of donald trump
00:03:40.900 wins the election again you think they're just going to do nothing for these 18 days so today's the 18th
00:03:47.340 and there's 18 days left kamala harris she is a non-entity don't worry about kamala harris
00:03:54.360 because president trump isn't running against kamala harris he's running against a regime he's running
00:04:01.960 against the elites and that's why all of us need to be hard-nosed and steely eyed know what you're up
00:04:11.940 against know what the situation is and know what the stakes are they couldn't be higher steve bannon
00:04:19.340 in jail right now by that regime by their hand should have been out by now by the way i guess the
00:04:26.120 first stepped act doesn't apply to steven k bannon because under the first stepped act he could have
00:04:31.820 been out a month ago but the doj apparently doesn't care about that no no no understand what they did to
00:04:41.020 steve bannon is what they want to do to all of us i guarantee you
00:04:45.560 if merrick garland stays as attorney general they're going to take out every single one of us
00:04:52.920 they're going to come after me they're going to come after charlie kirk
00:04:56.360 they're going to go after donald trump's family donald trump will certainly and just be clear about this
00:05:02.120 if donald trump does not win the election they will put him behind bars they will it is a
00:05:10.880 certainty okay and letitia james who was there at that al smith dinner by the way
00:05:16.560 was laughing about it that's why she's clapping because she knows and yeah and trump did a great
00:05:23.740 job there but she knows that if he doesn't win the election she's going to put him behind bars
00:05:30.420 and she can't wait to do so she's trying to do the same thing to bannon again in december
00:05:36.300 so wake up we're going into the weekend we're going into a time where you need to vote i've already
00:05:46.160 voted my parents have voted why haven't you voted yet and then once you have voted you need

00:06:13.000 because we're actually bullying people into voting that's the entire point huge show viva fry

00:08:41.660 want to bring on now the great viva fry viva i was just on uh on your show now you're on my show i got
00:08:49.740 to ask you so as a you know as a an outsider as an outside observer a a foreign observer if you will to
00:08:57.580 the u.s elections i got to ask you what is your sense of the state of the race right now i don't
00:09:05.660 want to jinx anything uh i i've never been this involved in an election cycle in my life i've never
00:09:10.940 been so uh personally and emotionally invested in the outcome of an election it's it's i've never seen
00:09:17.280 this type of movement that i think i'm seeing right now where ordinarily as we you know i watch
00:09:22.180 these elections in 2016 2020 and what's irritating is the ground game as they call it of the democrats
00:09:27.940 is always you know much more active much more effective it's almost like it's on steroids the
00:09:33.880 the litigation game from the democrats is always like it's on steroids i wouldn't say that uh maybe
00:09:39.280 the the right or the trump side has caught up on the litigation side of things but it feels like the
00:09:43.380 ground movement the the the actual grassroots movement is really really on the side of the
00:09:49.560 people this time and that being you know what they call mega americans it really feels that way but i
00:09:54.900 don't know if that's just because i'm in florida that's what i'm seeing i'm in my own silo but touch
00:09:58.660 wood may this translate into the result that needs to occur this election well i think i think that's
00:10:05.080 great and i've also told to a lot of people out there uh people are voting early i'm seeing this
00:10:10.200 i've got a number of events this weekend i'm going to be down in north carolina i've also got an event
00:10:16.060 in pennsylvania that i'll be attending i'm not revealing that event yet but uh people know there's
00:10:22.300 a lot of different events elon musk is crisscrossing the great swing state of pennsylvania my home state
00:10:28.780 and it's it's we're seeing incredible energy the likes of which that i didn't even see all the way back
00:10:34.400 into 2016 but you know that's why we you know we put together the book together on the trump
00:10:39.760 assassination attempts by the way i'm just seeing now uh crossing my my desk and i know you and i
00:10:45.400 were just chatting about this that judge eileen cannon down there in florida who's overseeing the case
00:10:52.640 of ryan wesley routh this of course will come up on november 14th so just uh about a week or so
00:11:00.560 after the uh the election ryan wesley routh has requested the judge eileen cannon recuse herself
00:11:10.700 from the criminal case taken together these unprecedented facts and circumstances might
00:11:17.500 create an appearance of partiality in the mind of the public accordingly the constitution and the
00:11:22.440 federal accrual statute blah blah blah so yes she they have filed a motion to recuse these attorneys we
00:11:29.200 have no idea how uh he's affording these attorneys or paying for them by the way unique and unique facts
00:11:35.940 and circumstances and essentially what they're saying is and this is what they're saying that
00:11:41.500 the fact that uh she was nominated by president trump and ryan routh is charged with attempting to
00:11:48.760 murder president trump they are claiming that she has a conflict of interest because the person who
00:11:56.360 obviously was the subject of the assassination plot was the person who nominated her uh viva you know
00:12:04.160 we weren't planning on uh you know doing legal analysis here but i've got to ask you with your
00:12:09.900 you know with your lawyer's hat on uh have you ever heard of something like this taking place
00:12:15.000 oh i i certainly have never heard of anything like this taking place i never did criminal law even up in
00:12:20.600 canada but can you appreciate what this what the argument is here that she was appointed by trump
00:12:26.140 so she's going to be partial to trump as if to suggest someone who he wants a judge who's not going
00:12:32.620 to be partial to the person that is alleged to have been the victim of the assassination i mean flip it
00:12:37.360 another way all judges or at least these federal judges are appointed by presidents and he tried to
00:12:41.940 kill a president so he should not have a judge because any judge is going to be biased that the person
00:12:46.640 would try to assassinate the political leader that appointed them as judges at large i mean it's
00:12:52.100 idiotic i don't know who the other federal judges in florida would be that would be potential to take
00:12:58.740 the realm of the the helm of this but if he's going to say i like that which by the way but let me let
00:13:03.780 me let me let me let me ask this though so shouldn't by the way shouldn't judges be biased towards
00:13:09.740 towards the lie the livelihood of any federal official by the way not just ones who appointed
00:13:17.020 them but regardless of you know the the politics of it shouldn't a judge be partial to
00:13:23.140 like it's not a political question that a judge should be anti-assassination that like i would hope
00:13:33.580 that a judge that it's not a question of partiality that well no even if i you know let's say that that
00:13:38.960 biden had you know appointed her i would hope that she doesn't want joe biden assassinated either
00:13:44.620 or barack obama or if kabbalah ever became president right that this is wild i tried to
00:13:50.720 kill president trump he nominated you and therefore you shouldn't be on the case no that's insane
00:13:55.720 no i'm sure i'm sure he would love a judge mershaw but that's a state judge i'm sure he'd love
00:14:00.220 chutkin get chutkin in this case right right that's what he wants no it's it's it's a patently
00:14:06.340 preposterous just because you follow the argument and the argument would be well every the judge was
00:14:10.660 appointed by a president i'm accused of trying to kill a president therefore the judge is going to
00:14:14.800 be biased it is amazing so he's not he's not a pro se litigant he's being represented by an attorney
00:14:19.580 oh so that's right that's right he he is being represented and there is an attorney who made this
00:14:28.820 argument that because because his defendant which by the way he's pled not guilty so he's pled not
00:14:35.840 guilty to this because it it it also sounds a little bit like you know there there's a question
00:14:42.480 of uh of admission of guilt here because you know if you've pled not guilty then in fact in saying that
00:14:49.160 there's bias involved because uh because donald trump is involved in the case well then what exactly
00:14:56.700 are you saying are you admitting that you were attempting to do something malicious towards donald trump
00:15:01.980 i mean it's absurd i'm sorry this just seems completely absurd to me it's absurd you can't
00:15:07.040 blame them for trying and then they'll do this and they'll say look now the judge is being hostile to
00:15:10.640 us because we made a bunch of ludicrous requests now that i'm thinking about this jack i might have to
00:15:15.420 go attend the trial because it's not going to be more than 45 minutes here in florida yeah that now
00:15:20.560 let him yeah you're you're in uh you're in like sarasota right no i'm on the east side i'm like
00:15:26.080 i'm like a little north of fort lauderdale so this might actually be oh okay i thought you were over
00:15:31.380 with the uh with the rumble guys no no i'm i'm 45 minutes from mar-a-lago so if this is the courthouse
00:15:36.240 where i went at one point in time for one of the trump cases it's like an hour away i don't i don't know
00:15:40.920 if it's going to be if it's federal they're not going to be broadcasting it live uh but it might
00:15:44.700 you need to go you need to go we need you there we're going to need you there and we are going to need you
00:15:50.460 on doing the shoe leather just like you attended and well i know you didn't attend i attended but
00:15:55.140 you were covering the bannon case two years ago you've got to do this again and just give us the
00:16:00.340 details as to what's going on because this is a case where and and you and i were just chatting
00:16:04.880 about this on on your channel but you know there's so many questions that are opened up in this case
00:16:10.900 how was this individual able to procure a firearm like this how did he get the plates that he had so he
00:16:18.080 had constructed this sort of uh sniper called it's called a hide sight the sniper's nest that he put
00:16:22.980 together with ceramic body armor that he then placed on the fence to conceal himself and i've gone
00:16:30.820 through and i've spoken to eric prince about this that this was training that he more than likely
00:16:35.700 received while he was in ukraine this is a rudimentary hide sight or sniper's nest that he put together
00:16:41.100 and then we found out using a ai facial recognition that he was in a uh in an as of battalion propaganda
00:16:49.840 video and that was something that that i found at uh i was quite surprised i was like man alex jones
00:16:56.440 is really right this time i mean just throw throw all the money in the alex jones was right jar he said
00:17:01.680 the cia is trying to take out trump i said okay this guy is connected to the as of battalion and the as of
00:17:06.960 battalion was trained by the cia to conduct assassinations darn it alex is right again
00:17:13.200 i mean it's it's it's this is gonna but but let me ask you this and we have a minute till the break but
00:17:18.220 would you expect any of that to come out in court i mean it it can come out by accident that's the
00:17:23.920 thing like there i presume the arguments are going to be uh irrelevant so he's accused of a certain
00:17:29.040 crime here are the facts etc uh and so don't bring in extraneous what they might call more
00:17:33.920 prejudicial than beneficial evidence um but things are going to come out by accident and so it is going
00:17:38.560 to be a wild trial to to follow in real time the idea that you know he appeared randomly in an as of
00:17:44.300 battalion propaganda which i saw at the time okay the accidents can happen and there could be
00:17:48.820 coincidences but at some point as steve bannon said first time's an accident second time's a coincidence
00:17:52.940 and third time's enemy action something along those lines but uh no i'll be following this trial
00:17:57.700 thoroughly it's gonna be fascinating the third time is enemy action exactly right viva fry is our guest
00:18:07.780 we're walking through the trial ryan wesley ralph hit us up 1776 at humanevents.com
00:18:13.060 hours i'm always listening to human events with jack was so big
00:18:23.220 all right jack was up we're back live 1776 at humanevents.com folks the world is in flames

00:19:15.880 give mom and those close to your heart the gift of being awake not woke with blackout coffee that's
00:19:20.900 blackoutcoffee.com slash poso blackoutcoffee.com slash poso promo code poso 20 so viva fry is our
00:19:28.840 guest we were chatting about the uh this this recusal uh motion that's been made by ryan wesley
00:19:37.580 routh saying that he he doesn't want uh judge judge eileen cannon because uh she was appointed by the guy
00:19:44.820 he tried to kill or that he you know certainly intended to kill and by the way there's a letter
00:19:48.620 saying that he intended to kill trump by his own hand but viva you you threw that quote out about uh
00:19:54.560 uh first time is happenstance second time is coincidence third time is enemy action that's
00:19:59.060 not actually steve bannon that's james bond that is from goldfinger uh and ian fleming steve bannon's
00:20:06.920 quote is there are no conspiracies but there are no coincidences well now i'm going to get fact
00:20:13.060 check because i've been attributing that to bannon for a long time um but which segued us into this
00:20:17.600 into this conversation my my chat was asking what the update on bannon is and now we're discussing
00:20:23.140 that um there was some talk about him getting out potentially a little earlier or at least the week
00:20:28.280 before the election but a little earlier and now you've mentioned that that's not going to happen
00:20:32.580 or at least that's not what the um well so here's here's the state of play so i got an email from
00:20:36.960 bannon last uh i i read it last night saying that and and he wanted to keep a close hold for the time
00:20:43.780 being but he wants to put this out and and when i so bannon and i are able to now communicate through
00:20:48.760 the the uh the doj app and with you know i'm sure merrick garland looking over our shoulder and
00:20:54.220 everything and all his thugs but he said he sent me an email last night that said the bureau of prisons
00:21:00.120 finally admitted today that i am in fact eligible for the first step act the fsa however the doj is
00:21:10.120 using a technicality to keep me imprisoned and uh rahim kassam over at the national pulse has the
00:21:18.680 article up on this and so people remember of course the first stepped act was exactly meant for this
00:21:24.160 type of thing a non-violent first offender to get them out of prison earlier to put them out
00:21:29.540 and he's released a statement now to uh just one hour ago to the national pulse saying that
00:21:36.520 let me go through here let me go through here
00:21:38.800 kamala harris has done nothing to implement president trump's heroic first step act in fact
00:21:45.320 welcoming hundreds of thousands of harland hardened illegal migrants criminals while allowing u.s
00:21:50.620 citizens eligible for early release to rot in prison no mass deportations but continual mass
00:21:57.400 incarcerations and so think about this so on august 29th bannon filed a motion to reimpose bail or impose
00:22:07.240 a period of supervised release the government's response to the en banc petition had been pending
00:22:12.820 for over 75 days his lawyer said the court should grant bannon's motion for bail upon completion of
00:22:19.720 supreme court review and order the bop to release mr bannon immediately uh and he is he says again to
00:22:28.320 rahim kassam that the harris bureau of prisons is illegally holding me past my legal release date
00:22:34.040 remember the first step act is still on the books folks they are trying to eliminate one of president
00:22:39.780 trump's strongest advocates and these criminals reek of desperation remember this was passed in december
00:22:46.420 2018 aiming to reform the federal prison system by reducing sentences for non-violent offenders and
00:22:53.960 key provision allows inmates to earn time credits through participation in educational and vocational
00:22:59.720 programs potentially leading to early release into pre-release custody such as halfway houses or home
00:23:05.820 confinement and then of course the law also expands compassionate release for the elderly or
00:23:10.540 terminally ill prisoners uh steve bannon is uh 70 he is 70 years old and clearly would qualify for all of
00:23:17.860 that and yet kamala harris her administration and merrick garland refuse to invoke the first step act
00:23:24.880 for him uh viva why is it that when i turn on cnn and uh you know our good friend brian grudusky is
00:23:32.040 is is on there uh you know just trying to give some facts they say that donald trump is going to lock up
00:23:38.540 his opponents and kamala harris says this to brett bear and then steve bannon is in jail right you
00:23:44.480 covered the trial two years ago it was ridiculous it was a farce he obviously they're not going to
00:23:49.840 let him out early because he should never have been in jail in the first place but you know the first
00:23:54.720 step act is is is only open to those who who lick the the government boot and and and say i love you
00:23:59.900 big brother and he should never have been locked up in the first place that he was sentenced and served
00:24:04.960 his time before the appeal could be fully heard uh you know so they're obviously they're not going
00:24:09.600 to let him out early because he shouldn't be in jail in the first place yet he is and it's sort
00:24:13.700 of like um if you listen to the judge who just sentenced tina peters out of colorado to nine years
00:24:19.820 in jail and you know the way he lectures the criminals who are the unapologetic criminals because
00:24:25.760 tina peters wasn't apologizing for what she did she believed in it as did steve bannon well of course
00:24:30.040 they're not going to let him out they're going to throw the book at them because they're not one of the
00:24:32.760 poor drug addicts or the poor uneducated criminals who doesn't know better they get to get all the
00:24:36.980 benefits of the law so this is obviously by design keep bannon in until i guess what his scheduled
00:24:43.080 release date is the week before the election um no but it's par for the course and yet you get
00:24:49.320 kamala harris sitting down with brett bayer uh lecturing him and the world about how trump is going
00:24:54.900 to be the dictator who locks up his political opponents it's just the ultimate irony it's the party
00:24:59.260 that talks about criminal justice reform that will let out the violent criminals but then lock up the
00:25:04.820 political prisoners and like you mentioned in your book on humans this is anarcho-tyranny in in full
00:25:09.940 force in practice by deliberate design but it's deliberate design it's anarcho-tyranny so if a criminal
00:25:17.940 commits a crime then they are acting on forces of oppression and they are lashing out against the
00:25:28.520 oppressor but if you or i were to be caught with a knife well then we are a potential domestic
00:25:34.680 terrorist and so it is this deliberate twisting of the law to put it on certain groups for someone
00:25:43.340 like you or myself or someone like steve bannon who was president trump's chief strategist in the
00:25:47.420 white house that the book gets thrown against you but if you are a drug dealer or someone else
00:25:54.160 well you get the first dept act you get criminal justice reform you get all these things but steve
00:25:59.120 bannon no steve bannon has to rot again you're we are seeing and and i've actually we used to say
00:26:04.120 two-tier system of justice i go three now i i've realized there's actually a third tier and i figured
00:26:09.380 this out because we used to think it was two tier no that's actually three because we know that there's
00:26:14.540 the tier for trump and trump supporters that you get you get everything thrown against you and uh
00:26:18.980 apparently i haven't i haven't seen the full interview yet because we've been uh on air but
00:26:22.280 apparently when trump was on bongino's show earlier he compared the incarceration of the j6ers to the
00:26:28.500 internment of japanese americans during world war ii and the left is losing their minds that he played
00:26:33.020 this obvious parallel dude i'm i'm listening to it and i was sitting there thinking like i'm i'm uh i was
00:26:40.000 listening to this live as it's going it's like i want to make a montage of what i know the left is
00:26:44.580 going to flip out about there was a there was a point where he you know the fumbles the the the the
00:26:49.440 you know the hesitations they want to make him look tired and whatever uh when he said that i was
00:26:53.220 like oh my goodness he's comparing the jan sixers to the injustice of locking up the japanese based on
00:26:58.540 perceived threat it's an absolute analogous comparison and the treatment by the courts that
00:27:03.860 has been sanctioned by these politically biased judges uh is is is absolutely analogous so flip out
00:27:09.740 all you want you're crying lefty democrats it's what it's what was done back in the day it's what's been
00:27:15.760 done throughout the history of the democrat party and when he called them that was during the uh ai
00:27:20.360 the uh al smith dinner yesterday he says like call them democrats because it sounds worse than democratic
00:27:24.720 but um it's absolutely analogous but that is because past this prologue and as they say you know the more
00:27:30.880 things change the more they stay the same precisely so that's that's tier one right so tier one is the
00:27:37.400 book is thrown at you and you're a trump and or a trump supporter then there's tier two and tier two is
00:27:41.740 sort of like you know the the obvious you know the like uh you know you're driving over the speed
00:27:46.820 limit you get pulled over that type of thing or red light camera that's just your basic everyday run
00:27:51.920 of the mill the common man laws and then there's the third tier and the third tier is the secret tier
00:27:58.600 and the secret tier only exists for people whose last names are oh i don't know biden linton obama and
00:28:07.180 when you're in that tier what you can get away with pretty much everything you don't you can
00:28:10.940 not file your taxes you can do whatever you want and you will get away scot-free and don't by the
00:28:17.500 way don't uh don't believe for a second that joe biden isn't going to pardon hunter on his way out
00:28:23.680 can we all can we all just agree on that he's obviously going to do this on his way out of
00:28:29.400 office there's no reason that he wouldn't he's not running again uh he's this is done this is the
00:28:35.420 end of his political career he's going to pardon his son he clearly will do this so that
00:28:40.780 is those are your three tiers that we live under now and you know like i was saying before the
00:28:45.480 point of a system is what it does when a system wants to lock up trump supporters when a system
00:28:50.640 wants to use intentional neglect to not give president trump the a team when he's doing an
00:28:56.780 outdoor rally in a place called butler pennsylvania then they are going to give him the b team and this
00:29:03.020 is all going to happen on purpose again the point of a system is what it does last minute and a half
00:29:09.200 to you viva fry oh no i was going to say it is designed to shut people up and make them live in
00:29:14.400 fear and in as much as they failed in the assassination attempt on trump the the you know
00:29:19.100 the incidental um benefit might be that he'll have to hold smaller rallies to not expose himself and so
00:29:23.740 they'll they'll succeed that way with the tina peters case out of colorado sentencing someone to nine
00:29:28.120 years in jail for election denialism on the eve of the trial they're sending the message that if you
00:29:32.800 challenge the election and you're a politically disfavored person you will go to jail for the rest
00:29:36.660 of your life so don't challenge elections don't go to protests don't exercise your constitutional rights
00:29:41.400 because they'll lock you in jail like tina peters they'll lock you in jail like the jan sixers and they
00:29:45.600 will give the free pass to all of their political uh brown shirts for lack of a better word who will
00:29:51.060 literally get away with murder literally get away with burning buildings down because you know they don't expect
00:29:56.260 more from them and they don't get the subservience that they want from their political adversaries
00:30:01.360 that's why bannon's in jail they're never going to let him out early because what they want is the
00:30:05.360 subservience and the admission of wrongdoing that they will never get from him and that's exactly it
00:30:11.480 viva where can people go to follow your brother viva fry if you put it in the internet you'll find
00:30:15.520 everything but viva barnes law dot locals dot com and the viva fry for a little sassy viva on twitter
00:30:21.000 oh it's just a little bit sassy not too sassy folks give us a follow 1776 humanevents.com
00:30:28.680 shoot us an email have you voted yet are you seeing early voting what are you hearing
00:30:33.160 stay tuned we were up next as human events daily continues
00:30:36.380 and jack where is jack where is jack where is he jack i want to see you
00:30:50.300 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always
00:30:57.760 talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting
00:31:02.700 all right jack what's up we're back live here human events daily washington dc and we have on
00:31:10.700 joshua lisek my co-author the co-author of our new book bulletproof the truth about the assassination
00:31:18.540 attempts on donald trump the forward written by donald trump jr this is the first and as of right
00:31:26.560 now the only book that has been written about the assassination attempts joshua joins us now now
00:31:32.420 joshua you were there with me we hosted war room together on the site of the butler 2 rally we also
00:31:40.720 had the occasion to uh certainly really meet and be at the event with the core compitore family uh they
00:31:48.520 were sitting just a few seats down from us at the rally i didn't even know that prior to but walk me
00:31:55.200 through some of your reflections on having been with the family and uh really just being at butler
00:32:01.540 after we've put this book together you know i went we did the site survey but it's totally different
00:32:05.720 experience actually being there with the president and with the family it certainly was jack thanks
00:32:11.760 for having me on i appreciate the invitation to come to butler it was so important to me to to be there
00:32:16.900 for the memorial for core compitore the special moments there where his firefighter uniform was there
00:32:25.260 at the very spot where he was shot and killed by thomas matthew crooks following these so-called
00:32:32.840 security failures and that's what boils the blood more than anything security failure that frame as if
00:32:41.820 it was oops accidental that there was a trained marksman 140 yards from president trump now seeing
00:32:51.740 the site there in person you get a completely different feel for what you witness in the video
00:32:58.460 when you're there in person the perimeter of security around the butler event on that day july 13th
00:33:06.880 specifically at 6 11 p.m eastern daylight time and again the perimeter at the butler 2
00:33:13.600 reunion rally slash memorial for the core compitore you see how far out in a way
00:33:21.720 the secret service and the county police and local police there from butler were thomas matthew crooks
00:33:31.560 was deep in the pocket of security there's multiple in terms of geographic space literal physical space
00:33:40.400 multiple layers of security to have gotten through in order for him to be that close and also in the
00:33:48.340 hours prior in that day there were more than a dozen many dozen quote-unquote security failures
00:33:56.500 in the book bulletproof we call them security botches where the security failure is so bad
00:34:03.540 so egregious that if even one of these had been reversed thomas matthew crooks would not have gotten
00:34:10.660 those shots off we know this but when you look at every single security failure you look at the top
00:34:17.520 12 inside of bulletproof the book all 12 of them all lined up like this and then the very same day
00:34:24.300 the very same rally to the very same minute that all of these security failures are happening before
00:34:30.860 and during the rally the same time a trained marksman is 140 yards away
00:34:37.660 with an ar-15 style rifle the chances the odds of all of that happening all at once by random
00:34:47.640 without any coordination is one in one septillion the probability of one in one septillion is flipping a
00:34:56.300 coin and it comes up heads 96 times in a row the probability of thomas matthew crooks all of the
00:35:04.580 security failures all occurring independently of one another again the odds of that happening is one
00:35:11.400 in one septillion and when you see just how close the agr complex in that building is you have to wonder
00:35:19.100 how was he not seen by law enforcement and then you realize that he was he was seen the rangefinder that
00:35:29.740 he had was seen the rifle he had was seen he was recorded by police body cams dash cams all this stuff
00:35:41.720 was known it's not possible to say whoops we just had no idea it was just simply a security failure
00:35:48.820 when the mountain of evidence continues to grow that his presence was known we have the text messages
00:35:56.200 between and among law enforcement and counter snipers we put those in the book we put the
00:36:02.060 schematics and the diagrams the blueprints and everything that is uh pertinent to what happened
00:36:07.000 that day it's all there in the book we've curated all this information together with our own private
00:36:12.680 investigation that we've performed into the life and times of thomas matthew crooks both living and now
00:36:18.800 uh and now deceased unfortunately he took the great american patriot quarry conventory with him and it was a real sight a
00:36:27.980 speechless sight a breathless sight to be there in the front row very near the conventory family it looked like
00:36:37.040 they were having a hard time the bittersweetness of the singing of ave maria just that voice booming
00:36:46.320 hillside after hillside through the area the largest crowd i've ever seen in person anywhere outside of a sporting event
00:36:52.840 a sea of sympathy directed at those three women the widow and daughters of cory conventory
00:37:02.120 the bell ringing out four times i counted hearing it live the moment of silence at 6 11 p.m that day
00:37:11.540 that saturday i am never going to forget that and i'm never going to forgive those who are responsible
00:37:20.600 for it and it's not my place to extend that forgiveness and that mercy but i will repeat
00:37:27.720 what donald trump himself has said what elon musk has echoed never surrender and that means going
00:37:35.720 dull dark maga now never surrender means never surrender the frame never surrender the story
00:37:42.140 never surrender the truth and in pursuit of that truth and we have compiled and we are publishing
00:37:48.900 much of it and our co-author book bulletproof out october 22nd
00:37:52.880 and folks this is what's so important you know when we are writing this thing of course we're trying
00:37:59.520 to get the answers we're approaching it from a facts-based perspective but i'll say having met
00:38:04.240 the family and having been there at the rally with president trump and butler too it takes on
00:38:10.100 a new context for me and i think that even when it's something where when you're working on it you're
00:38:17.300 you're going through the facts you're going through the analysis and the emotions aren't something that
00:38:21.840 you're trying to process because you're trying to dig in and then maybe in a sense that is how
00:38:26.460 uh we process emotions that we you know we we put the the feeling of itself on the shelf and we we go
00:38:34.060 to work you know we dig and we dig and we dig and we try to find out what were the answers why was
00:38:39.960 this individual thomas matthew crooks allowed to do what he did and i think there was something that
00:38:46.020 you know perhaps perhaps we could do a better job of explaining and maybe if we weren't even looking
00:38:52.500 at it this way it's like yes donald trump lived and and there's been so much focus on that and and
00:38:57.660 that obviously understandable but someone was murdered that day someone was killed someone was
00:39:05.600 cut down and the fact that the fbi and the secret service and the dhs have not given the information
00:39:13.920 to the public have not given the information to the family and i haven't spoken to the family but i'd
00:39:19.220 like to know did they sit down with you have they sat down with your lawyers have they offered
00:39:23.540 information as to what was going on in these emails as to who he was talking to on these encrypted apps
00:39:28.760 onto all of the information that's going through no because guess what they have a right to know
00:39:34.360 because these two girls lost their father and this wife lost her husband and they did so because of your
00:39:41.100 lack of security that's why they lost him he should be home right now he should be with them
00:39:47.900 but he's not he never came home from that rally as his daughter said all i wanted him to do
00:39:56.580 was wake up but he never woke up again and he was murdered by thomas matthew crooks so the questions
00:40:05.300 about who thomas matthew crooks is or was and who he was in discussion with who he was in communication
00:40:15.340 with are very important and they're so important that we are going to continue the bulletproof project
00:40:21.880 because joshua and i don't trust the federal government to give us any answers that's why
00:40:25.780 we've hired our own independent private investigators who are going through the bethel park area who are
00:40:32.120 going through butler who are going to go as far as they have to go to find out exactly who this
00:40:37.420 individual was and whether or not he was working alone stay tuned we'll be right back with more
00:40:42.320 bulletproof the truth behind the assassination attempts on donald trump
00:40:46.300 stop buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office i'm trying to listen to the new
00:41:00.840 human events with jack pozabic all right jack so we back live here human events daily washington dc
00:41:07.780 we're speaking now with joshua lysac my co-author on the new book the first book about the trump
00:41:13.740 assassination attempts not just the one in butler but also the one in west palm beach thomas matthew
00:41:20.800 crooks ryan wesley routh the two individuals who we know so far are the only killers that have
00:41:28.280 attempted this that being said matt gates of course came on this program not very long ago
00:41:33.780 and told us of the five assassination teams of which ralph may be one who was being directed from
00:41:41.200 ukraine uh that is what matt gates told us on this program just a few weeks ago joshua i wanted to
00:41:48.440 respond or get your response to something that kamala harris said recently when she said that
00:41:53.640 donald trump doesn't care about other people that donald trump has no empathy that donald trump
00:42:00.700 doesn't um you know doesn't think about others he's only in this for himself and yet you and i were
00:42:06.220 just at the butler rally we were with the family of cory compitore i think almost the entire thing
00:42:12.860 was a memorial for cory compitore with with an opera singer and ave maria and all of these things
00:42:19.300 that were going on why does kamala harris overlook such things kamala harris said that trump that
00:42:27.020 trump doesn't care about people because the left generally as a vibe doesn't believe trump supporters
00:42:34.580 are people recall that 30 percent of polled democrats following the assassination attempt
00:42:43.820 at butler on july 13th at 6 11 p.m 30 percent of democrats wished and they felt comfortable saying
00:42:52.780 so they wished thomas matthew crooks had not missed they wished that he had in fact killed
00:42:59.560 donald j trump that day the fact that there was an effect a memorial service a nine-hour memorial service
00:43:09.960 by my estimate for cory compitore this past weekend in october that doesn't matter because again
00:43:17.840 if you say anything positive or show any sign of support for donald trump in public in the current
00:43:25.700 era you are systematically dehumanized this of course is why we titled our previous book together
00:43:32.760 jack unhumans because if someone is an accountant they do accounting if someone does ghost writing
00:43:38.900 they're a ghost writer if you unhuman your political enemies depriving them of the dignity of a human
00:43:45.300 being you yourself become unhuman and of course the left had a public freak out moment when the book
00:43:52.700 was released being angry as to the fact that we're calling out their methods their systematic
00:43:58.320 dehumanization methods which they have been engaging in for more than 250 years and the opposition to
00:44:04.780 trump supporters the laughing about violence towards trump supporters the saying and the the asserting
00:44:10.120 that trump doesn't care about people well they're in is their admission they do not believe republicans
00:44:16.760 are people or at least people in the same way and this is why there have not been from the mainstream
00:44:22.660 institutions any calls for justice for the life or the death of cory compitore so so miscarriage of
00:44:34.660 justice jack so what you're saying then is and and then of course this this does fall within our
00:44:41.220 previous work on humans that the left views trump and of course trump supporters as less than human
00:44:50.660 uh this is similar to something the streamer destiny said in the wake of all of this basically that cory
00:44:57.160 compitore deserved it that the people who attended the rally were insurrectionists who were supporting
00:45:02.720 an insurrectionists i think destiny said something else about you know cory was trying to take a
00:45:06.900 picture that's why he died that was obviously not true he was um covering his wife and children
00:45:12.600 uh his daughters with his own body and sacrificing himself in an act of just the most noble courage that
00:45:22.040 i've ever heard of um and this though should not surprise us because if they view trump supporters
00:45:31.020 or conservatives as less than human as something as of an invasive species again this goes really
00:45:37.640 into just sort of um confirming our thesis from the previous book and in fact when uh human events daily
00:45:44.680 conducted a search site survey up in the milwaukee rnc we attempted to find one leftist i even went into
00:45:51.620 the dnc myself and attempted to find one leftist say do you denounce the assassination attempt on
00:45:58.240 donald trump and i went around and around we did this live with charlie kirk and there was one person
00:46:03.920 that ben burquham talked to and they said i'm against violence against humans and he said oh okay so
00:46:12.840 you're against the assassination attempt on trump and she said no i don't mean trump
00:46:17.660 i recall that yes i made a big deal about that because the left went ballistic when hung humans came out
00:46:25.340 and we were proud to have a number of influencers such as our dear ohio senator and now vice president
00:46:33.920 nominee jd vance who gave praise who gave blurbs for the book and the left woe some sort of delicious
00:46:40.700 conspiracy theory about vance's secret motives and how it was uncovered that vance had endorsed this
00:46:48.540 fascist book you know the usual things that they that they do and one of their techniques is to use
00:46:54.880 inflammatory language dehumanizing language and often accuse our side of the very things that they're
00:47:00.500 doing or are planning on doing so they will say you're dehumanizing us so it's okay if we do it to
00:47:06.780 you too we're only being fair is the approach that they take now my perspective and this is my very simple
