00:00:38.600 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:45.220 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec. Christ is king. The state of Florida is charged
00:00:51.840 and failed Trump assassin suspect Ryan Ruth with attempted first degree murder and terrorism.
00:00:57.340 Consumer prices month over month. So this was actually a drop of 0.1%, negative 0.1%. That's
00:01:03.100 the first time we've seen that since COVID. Year over year, the annual inflation rate was at 2.4%.
00:01:09.820 This was also better than expected and a six month low moving in the right direction.
00:01:16.620 Mr. President, where does the TikTok deal stand given what we've seen? We know the tariffs in China.
00:01:21.140 But obviously I would say right now China's not exactly thrilled about signing it. We have a deal
00:01:26.960 with some very good people, some very rich companies that would do a great job with it. But we're gonna
00:01:33.220 have to wait to see what's gonna happen with China. President Trump is expected to meet with his
00:01:39.160 cabinet at the White House. Now, this comes a day after he pressed pause on his punishing reciprocal
00:01:45.140 tariffs against most countries except for China. As the trade war with China heats up,
00:01:50.620 President Trump is urging Americans to stay cool. The president posted on Truth Social,
00:01:55.840 everything is going to work out well. Beijing isn't so sure. Communist government put another
00:02:01.140 84% tariff on American goods. Mr. Trump saw that tariff and raised his on China from 104% to 125%.
00:02:09.500 So you're okay. You're okay. If we continue to put our own economic and national security future in
00:02:15.820 the hands of our biggest enemy, because effectively they use slave labor to build stuff and that makes
00:02:22.240 it better for us. That is terrible. I am. All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's
00:02:27.340 edition of Human Events Daily here live Washington, D.C. Today is April 10th, 2025. Anno, Dominic. Want to
00:02:36.760 go now to President Trump, who is speaking in the White House as part of this cabinet meeting?
00:02:43.600 Oh, yeah. I'm actually being told it just wrapped up. So what we're going to be doing is give you a
00:02:53.440 quick recap of that. You know, we had this meeting, President Trump, a lot of questions, round robin,
00:02:58.660 and, you know, really went through all the different departments, found out what's going on,
00:03:03.300 talking about the different, you know, the different research from each of the departments,
00:03:08.240 what everyone's working on, held the meeting, a couple of questions from various members of the press,
00:03:13.600 a couple of questions from various members of the cabinet as well about what's going on, but really
00:03:19.320 a full frontal push there from the administration on what's going forward and this idea that the new
00:03:26.440 policy going forward will be this great deal. The target on all of it is China. The target on
00:03:35.020 everything that they are focused on is China. And in fact, it always was China. What we're seeing is
00:03:41.500 the art of the deal versus the art of war. President Trump studying Sun Tzu, understanding Sun Tzu,
00:03:52.120 the Chinese generals, Chinese leaders also understanding Sun Tzu. But you've got the art
00:03:57.900 of the deal from Washington, D.C. getting the entire world to club up against the Chinese Communist
00:04:06.380 Party. And we're going to talk a little bit about the background of the Chinese Communist Party,
00:04:10.140 how they got to where they are today, how they stood to the point where they are today when the
00:04:16.260 Soviet Union fell apart. And it was because of the West. It was because of Western elites. It was
00:04:22.640 because our leadership decided to put them in this position. But now President Trump has decided that
00:04:28.960 we shouldn't be honoring the elites of the Chinese Communist Party. In fact, what we should be doing
00:04:33.400 is working on behalf of the American people. We'll be right back. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:04:51.400 Nothing will stand in our way. And our golden age has just begun.

00:06:19.800 from Altha News. She is an investigative reporter there. And the last time we had her on, she was
00:06:26.020 telling us about this new confrontation, or at the time it was a new confrontation, that she had with
00:06:31.360 a member. Folks remember this. This is all about Derek Chauvin, George Floyd, all of these cases,
00:06:37.200 and something that occurred at the case itself. Well, she confronted a member of law enforcement
00:06:44.420 there and got up in her face and asked a few questions. Let's play that clip right now.
00:06:50.660 Hi, Katie. Fine. Yeah, actually, I have a few questions for you. Are you aware that 14 former
00:06:56.400 and current Minneapolis police officers say you lied during Derek Chauvin's trial and perjured yourself?
00:07:00.800 What's the truth here? I'd like to talk to you about the lawsuit you filed against myself and
00:07:07.520 Alpha News. 34 police officers have come forward to say that MRT was trained by the Minneapolis
00:07:14.180 Police Department. I've been trying to get in touch with you. You have obviously declined my
00:07:18.660 interview requests. Don't you think people deserve the truth?
00:07:30.800 Well, Liz Collin was later sued by Katie Blackwell. The court just ruled. Liz joins us now. Liz,
00:07:41.540 what's the update in the case? Hey, Jack, thanks for having me back on. Well, we are relieved to put
00:07:48.520 this behind us. Earlier this week, we got the judgment and Judge Wall ruled in our favor, dismissed
00:07:55.660 what our attorney has referred to as a garbage lawsuit that was filed in the first place over
00:08:02.240 the fall of Minneapolis. In my book, They're Lying, the Media, the Left, and the Death of George
00:08:06.300 Floyd. That lawsuit was filed by now Assistant Police Chief Katie Blackwell. She is the person who,
00:08:14.240 one of the members of law enforcement that took the stand in Derek Chauvin's trial,
00:08:18.240 to say that the technique that Derek and the other officers were doing with George Floyd was not
00:08:26.780 trained by the Minneapolis Police Department. We put that clip under great scrutiny in the documentary
00:08:35.620 itself and dedicated a couple pages of the book to that as well. And Judge Wall ultimately threw out,
00:08:43.380 dismissed the lawsuit against us. And it's kind of interesting how it's been spun a bit by the
00:08:50.720 mainstream media here in Minnesota. They're saying this was free speech, so this is why the judge went
00:08:56.560 ahead and dismissed the lawsuit. But in fact, we passed the substantial truth test. I was just going
00:09:02.760 to read part of the order. But under these facts, it is possible to interpret Blackwell's testimony as
00:09:08.300 incomplete or misleading by omission. Judge Wall went to great care in his 58-page ruling in all of this,
00:09:17.140 10 different points that actually question the truthfulness of Katie Blackwell's testimony in
00:09:24.020 Chauvin's trial. So I think in many ways, there's going to be much more to come here, Jack.
00:09:30.840 So when you're talking about this being a legitimate or a truthful interpretation,
00:09:37.840 let's be very clear. We're talking about the training of the use of the knee restraint that
00:09:43.060 Derek Chauvin used on George Floyd in that, of course, infamous video that everyone I'm sure in
00:09:48.500 the world has seen at this point. When Katie Blackwell testified, she at the time was the training
00:09:53.840 commander. So all training that was received by the Minneapolis Police Department was overseen by her,
00:10:00.120 and she testified that that, I believe she said, was not familiar to her, the knee restraint that
00:10:07.180 was used. And yet, of course, Chauvin's argument and his lawyers argued that this was, in fact,
00:10:12.860 exactly how he had been trained to restrain a suspect when they were acting in the way that
00:10:19.640 George Floyd was. And so basically, I guess what the court is ruling here is that there is a degree
00:10:25.460 of truth to what you said. Now, that being the case, then, is this something that Chauvin,
00:10:31.740 this ruling, is this something that Chauvin himself could use in a potential, and obviously,
00:10:36.540 he is filing appeals, is this a ruling that he could then use in his favor?
00:10:42.340 Yes, absolutely. We've already been in touch with Derek Chauvin's attorney. Greg Joseph is
00:10:46.920 representing him in his state appeal, and he plans to use these declarations. So keep in mind,
00:10:51.760 we have 34 police officers as part of our case that have said, this is exactly how we trained.
00:10:58.800 We used MRT. 14 of them said that Katie Blackwell perjured herself in his trial, and these are sworn
00:11:05.960 court declarations that Greg Joseph intends to use for Derek Chauvin's trial. But we had about 50 people
00:11:12.480 in all come forward and do declarations on behalf of Alpha News for our case. We're obviously grateful
00:11:18.480 to all of them. It's sometimes a tough go here in Minnesota, Jack. I know you know that well,
00:11:25.300 but it does seem that perhaps a little bit more every day, you know, that the truth is being told
00:11:30.400 and perhaps more accepted now than ever before. Keep in mind, you know, the book, the documentary,
00:11:35.700 this was not covered at all by the mainstream media in Minnesota, but they were very quick to jump
00:11:41.900 and cover on the fact that we were being sued, almost cheering this lawsuit on in a way. But
00:11:47.540 it's quite interesting how no one has yet to ask the assistant police chief, again, in Minnesota's
00:11:52.920 largest city, if she lied in the, you know, most high-profile hearing, you know, court proceeding
00:12:01.660 in Minnesota history, essentially, and what does that mean to the job that she currently has.
00:12:08.140 So we'll continue, of course, to follow it here at Alpha News. But also keep in mind,
00:12:13.400 this, you know, should question the tactics, the techniques used by the prosecution in Chauvin's
00:12:17.980 trial as well, led by Attorney General Keith Ellison. So I think there's more to come.
00:12:24.940 Liz, is this something that Chauvin himself could potentially use as grounds for a new trial?
00:12:30.820 Absolutely. This is already part of, we're aware of it being part of filings as part of his state
00:12:39.320 appeal. And that, it sounds like, will be in November at this point, at last check. Also,
00:12:47.620 just to remind your viewers who have followed this very closely, Derek Chauvin was stabbed 22 times in
00:12:55.580 prison. And it's been six different times at this point that that trial has been delayed. The person
00:13:03.320 responsible for, you know, attempted murder has yet to face trial for that incident in prison.
00:13:12.400 Do we even know where this guy is, by the way?
00:13:14.860 Well, that's what's interesting. Still, no. The only answer is that the Federal Bureau of Prisons,
00:13:20.400 he's not in their custody. But that that is all that's that's listed publicly. It's really it's
00:13:28.200 really crazy. I want to say congratulations to you, Liz Collin and to anybody out there. Don't
00:13:33.940 mess with Liz Collin. You know, she's going to court. You're going to take her to court. You're
00:13:37.520 going to lose. You're going to lose every time because she operates on the basis of the facts,
00:13:43.220 follows the truth wherever it leads. And so this is where she goes. And so if you're going to come at
00:13:49.680 her, you need to have a set of facts that are better than the ones that she already has,
00:13:53.860 because that's what she takes the time to do. Liz, where can people go to watch the documentary
00:13:59.280 that's that's now got a court order that is that has met the standard of truth and to get the book?
00:14:06.700 Well, I appreciate the kind words. Also want to give props to our attorney, Chris Maddell and his team.
00:14:11.920 He talk about a bulldog. He's was really something to see in court. Don't mess with that guy. But
00:14:18.260 the fall of Minneapolis dot com and alpha news dot org, you'll find everything right there.
00:14:23.680 All right. The fall of Minneapolis dot com. Go right there. Make sure you're following
00:14:28.100 Liz Collin for all the updates on the truth about Derek Chauvin. Right back. Human Events Daily.
00:14:34.300 Today, you know, they talk about influences. These are influences and they're friends of mine. Jack
00:14:50.200 Prasovic. Where's Jack? Jack. He's done a great job.
00:14:55.300 Lifting the rock only to drop it on one's own feet is a Chinese folk saying to describe the behavior
00:15:02.680 of certain fools. The reactionaries in all countries are fools of this kind. In the final analysis,
00:15:10.620 the persecution of the revolutionary people only serves to accelerate the people's revolutions
00:15:17.220 on a broader and more intense scale.
00:15:20.400 Would you like to tell me how you're spending your bank holiday weekend? Are you staying here the whole weekend?
00:15:27.400 Would you like to translate?
00:15:28.400 Down with British imperialism.
00:15:34.400 Run live chairman more. Long live chairman more.
00:15:47.060 Long live chairman more.
00:15:48.080 Long live chairman more.
00:15:50.380 Long live chairman more.
00:15:52.040 Long live chairman and more.
00:15:54.680 Down with British imperialism.
00:15:57.980 Long live chairman more.
00:16:00.900 Well, ladies and gentlemen, here we are back, Human Events Daily.
00:16:08.280 What you just listened to was actual audio of a Red Guard, one of the Chinese youth that
00:16:15.960 were ginned up, that were radicalized by Chairman Mao himself during the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
00:16:23.480 Rare video, by the way, and audio of them actually speaking in English.
00:16:28.300 Long live Chairman Mao, Long live Chairman Mao, Mao Zhuhi Wansui, Mao Zhuhi Wansui.
00:16:36.380 And so the idea is that what we've seen from China all the way back to the beginning, all
00:16:45.480 the way to now, has been this history of the revolutionary movement, the People's Liberation
00:16:50.360 Army, which originally the Red Army, then Renmin Jiefang Jun, which then became the
00:16:58.300 People's Republic of China, all led by Chairman Mao, Peng Dehui, its leading general at the
00:17:04.620 time, later became the leading general of the Korean War for the Chinese side after they
00:17:09.080 got involved when the U.S. had pushed them back, pushed the Koreans back, Korean communists
00:17:13.640 by Kim Jong-un's grandfather, Kim Il-sung, all the way back to the Yalu River.
00:17:19.120 So the history between the U.S. and the Chinese Communist Party is very long.
00:17:25.160 There is a long march of history between the U.S. and China as pertains to the Chinese Communist
00:17:32.200 Party.
00:17:33.080 And originally it was very antagonistic.
00:17:35.620 And so you saw this antagonism where the U.S. was nominally supporting Chiang Kai-shek and
00:17:40.640 the Nationalists.
00:17:41.300 We talk about this in Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions and How to Crush
00:17:45.260 Them, the book that we released almost a year ago.
00:17:48.260 It has now been over a year since I announced the book.
00:17:51.000 It was July 9th when we released the book.
00:17:53.640 The book has just taken on a life of its own.
00:17:56.140 And we get into this quite specifically, the background of the Chinese Communist Party,
00:18:01.260 the way that Chairman Mao and his policies were used to purge the country of what he called
00:18:06.660 the petty bourgeoisie or what the Russian Bolsheviks would call the kulaks in their world.
00:18:13.880 But this idea of landowners, landlords, Chairman Mao's own father being a, you know, was actually
00:18:21.060 a, you know, sort of petty landlord in his own right.
00:18:25.200 But of course, of course, the communists always look out for their own.
00:18:29.760 But along the line, so after Chairman Mao dies and the communist revolution, the cultural
00:18:34.920 revolution ends with his death, Deng Xiaoping came in.
00:18:37.960 And Deng Xiaoping coming in sort of shifted China from this economic model of communism to
00:18:46.320 a new model of what they call socialism with Chinese characteristics, where the party would
00:18:50.340 stay in control and then their economy would shift closer towards market capitalism.
00:18:56.480 But what happened in 1989?
00:18:58.020 Well, in 1989, after Tiananmen Square, that's when the Bush administration, Bush 41 administration,
00:19:03.580 came in and conducted this secret meeting, a series of secret meetings with General Scowcroft,
00:19:09.280 who had been the national security advisor at the time with the Chinese Communist Party,
00:19:13.420 that sowed the seeds for what later became the system of globalization, globalism.
00:19:18.620 That continued through the 90s and then culminated in the Bush 43 administration.
00:19:23.340 So Bush, Clinton, Bush, they all pursued this policy.
00:19:26.200 Where China would become the factory of the world, Western IP and Western elites would merge,
00:19:33.140 essentially, and the handover of Hong Kong occurred during all of this, a dowry, if you will,
00:19:39.380 towards globalism, the merger of the Western elites and the Chinese Communist Party elites.
00:19:45.840 By the way, the 1% of China essentially is the Chinese Communist Party.
00:19:50.080 It's only 1% of their population.
00:19:51.340 And so the idea was that they would be able to rule over the middle class and working class of both countries,
00:19:59.660 really all countries, by this system of globalization, hollowing out the middle class, hollowing out middle America.
00:20:06.840 But now, President Trump is actually working to upend that system and upend that deal that's been going on for 30 years.
00:20:17.620 That's why Shanghai and Shenzhen and all of those cities look the way they do,
00:20:23.120 and Chicago, Detroit, and all the rest look the way they do.
00:20:26.940 We'll be right back.
00:20:27.720 Human Events Daily with more.
00:20:41.080 Hey, Jack, where is Jack?
00:20:44.040 Where is Jack?
00:20:46.360 Where is he?
00:20:47.600 Jack, I want to see you.
00:20:51.240 Great job, Jack.
00:20:52.700 Thank you.
00:20:53.440 What a job you do.
00:20:54.880 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:20:56.300 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who'll be getting Pulisic.
00:21:03.880 All right, Jack Sobek, we're back.
00:21:05.320 Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C.
00:21:08.280 Also up on Real America's Voice, as well as the Salem Radio Network from Coast to Coast.
00:21:15.220 Folks, did you know that scammers can literally steal your home right out from under you?
00:21:20.800 We're going to talk about this here in this segment because the FBI calls it house stealing.
00:21:25.060 It's a growing real estate scam that's targeting American homeowners.
00:21:28.660 Here is how it works.
00:21:30.080 Criminals forward your signature on a document and then use a fake notary stamp, pay a small fee, and then file that with your local recorder's office.
00:21:39.120 And guess, guess what?
00:21:40.860 Just like that, your home title can be transferred out of your name.
00:21:45.300 Then, they take out loans using your equity as collateral or even sell the property behind your back.
00:21:53.240 And you won't even know what's happening.
00:21:54.740 Of course, until you start getting collection or foreclosure notices.
00:21:57.960 So, let me ask you something.
00:21:59.420 When was the last time you checked your home title?
00:22:02.500 Probably not.
00:22:03.620 If you're like me, the answer is, well, never.
00:22:05.720 That's exactly what scammers are counting on.
00:22:08.540 That's why I trust Home Title Lock.
00:22:11.740 Their million-dollar triple lock protection helps keep your home and equity safe.
00:22:16.160 Here is what you get.

00:23:00.760 Now, I really wanted to get into this subject because, look, we've been hearing a lot about the markets this week.
00:23:07.720 Obviously, that's been the big story from tariffs to the bond market, et cetera, and a lot of talk about the Federal Reserve.
00:23:15.620 Talk about the interest rates.
00:23:17.880 Are they going to go up?
00:23:18.980 Are they going to come down?
00:23:20.120 President Trump, of course, wants them to come down, has been pushing for this left and right.
00:23:24.920 Jerome Powell will see if he wants to actually do this, the Chinese Communist Party, doing everything they can to keep the interest rates where it is.
00:23:33.260 Zero Hedge is putting out great reporting on this.
00:23:35.260 By the way, Zero Hedge is actually in the White House pool today.
00:23:40.260 God bless Zero Hedge and God bless the work that they've been doing.
00:23:44.600 So all of this, what's it going to do?
00:23:48.040 It's going to get in.
00:23:49.100 If those rates come down, it's going to have a huge effect on the ability of people to access money.
00:23:55.880 And that, of course, it also goes directly towards this level of home ownership, home buying, house flipping, that comes up again.
00:24:03.500 And what does that do that leads people into this idea?
00:24:06.920 So these criminals, these identity thieves who want to go after your home, go after your home equity, take out loans in your name, guess what?
00:24:14.900 That's where the trouble comes in.
00:24:17.320 So I wanted to bring on now our next guest.
00:24:19.320 She is the marketing director of Home Title Lock.
00:24:22.800 Natalie, thank you so much for joining us.
00:24:25.480 Hi, Jack.
00:24:26.180 Thank you so much for having me with you guys again.
00:24:28.420 And thank you for that great introduction.
00:24:29.960 I don't even think you need me here, honestly.
00:24:31.440 But I'm so glad that you brought up the market changes and people buying additional property.
00:24:38.140 For most of Americans, your home is your biggest asset.
00:24:42.400 And for a lot of people, their financial future, it's the financial future of their children.
00:24:47.340 So I think it's really, really important to talk about these things because of that.
00:24:51.020 I mean, there's $32 trillion in equity as of, I think, last year, right?
00:24:55.020 And it could be even more now and hopefully more in the future.
00:24:57.620 But, you know, with squatting, one of the scary things, we actually just had a report on this recently.
00:25:02.540 There was a woman that in Florida did this in two different homes, told the police when she got found out that the reason she started doing it is because she knew other people that were doing it, broke into someone's home who, you know, and this is really important for people that own different properties or go back and forth.
00:25:19.620 Or if they're flipping something and they're currently not living there, she found a property that was vacant.
00:25:24.760 She broke into it.
00:25:26.000 And then she went and tried to file a quick claim deed at the county to put the home in her name.
00:25:30.920 So luckily, the neighbor of this homeowner saw this suspicious activity, called the homeowner, homeowner called the police.
00:25:37.700 Everyone, please befriend your neighbors.
00:25:39.420 This is the best thing that you can possibly do.
00:25:40.920 And then when the police showed up, I kid you not, this woman says, finders, keepers, losers, weepers.
00:25:46.860 This is in the court reports.
00:25:48.560 It is such a wild story.
00:25:50.560 And I don't mean to laugh because it's not funny, but I just find it absolutely ridiculous.
00:25:55.160 But here's the craziest.
00:25:57.240 Yeah, the brazenness.
00:25:58.220 I mean, she just and she admitted to everything right out.
00:26:01.140 She's like, I wanted to take care of this house.
00:26:03.280 I was going to, you know, I can't believe they left it in shambles.
00:26:06.700 And the home was perfectly fine.
00:26:08.000 They were getting the lawn cut every single week.
00:26:09.800 It was just their second home that they went back and forth between.
00:26:13.020 But it wasn't the first house she'd done this.
00:26:15.340 And the sad thing is she wasn't even fully attempting to just squat.
00:26:19.260 She went the extra mile.
00:26:20.440 And we're seeing this more and more as people are filing this paperwork to make it official.
00:26:26.060 So the thing is, when the police showed up at her door, and this is what people need to understand.
00:26:30.740 If she would have filed that quick claim deed with the county and it had gone through, luckily for this particular instance, she'd messed up some of the paperwork so it wasn't approved.
00:26:39.380 But if it had, legally, there would have been nothing the police could have done to remove her from the home.
00:26:45.160 She would have been legally on paper the owner of the home.
00:26:48.940 And then there would have had to been court cases and litigation and things like that to not only prove that the homeowner is the legitimate homeowner and that this squatter person is not, but even just to get the title back in their name.
00:27:01.460 And this report came out recently.
00:27:03.180 And even just without the paperwork being finalized, this had happened a year and a half ago.
00:27:09.100 So the processes take a really, really long time.
00:27:12.340 And that's also really scary for homeowners that, you know, don't have the resources to go through all of this.
00:27:19.220 So you're in these situations.
00:27:21.640 By the way, what state was that in?
00:27:23.300 I didn't catch what state that was in.
00:27:25.120 Florida.
00:27:25.560 Florida and California are really, really bad right now in New York.
00:27:30.180 And is that as far as New York, as we know, I think it's in the five boroughs where they actually have these squatters rights laws where essentially like even if you prove you're the homeowner, the police will still take are required under this law to take the side of the squatter.
00:27:47.440 So here you have a situation where someone come as a squatter, they've got your information now, you know, and this could be, by the way, let's say you've got a, you know, Airbnb, let's say you've got a summer home down the shore and, you know, you're not there because, you know, because it's winter or something like that.
00:28:03.560 Well, someone goes in.
00:28:04.640 Yeah.
00:28:05.160 Or even worse.
00:28:06.140 I remember there were some cases where people were actually renting the home from you.
00:28:09.940 And then if they're renting an extended period of time, well, they're starting to get mail there.
00:28:14.800 They're able to sign.
00:28:15.880 They can bring people over.
00:28:17.240 They can actually portray themselves as the homeowner.
00:28:20.540 And boom, now all of a sudden they're taking out loans and they're taking your name.
00:28:25.660 And the homeowner doesn't even know by the time the person, you know, actually gets found out, they're totally gone.
00:28:30.900 And so you're right that in this case, by the way, it's, they're very, very, very lucky about it getting caught and nipped in the bud and having that quick claim early on.
00:28:41.860 And so that's why, that's why it's huge.
00:28:43.520 By the way, you know, I had somebody, I'm not going to say who, but someone that, someone that I work with who was the victim of identity theft, not in terms of a home loan, it was something else, but did have loans taken out in their name.
00:28:55.560 And it's horrible.
00:28:56.500 It's absolutely horrible.
00:28:57.900 So that's why when, and I, and I just saw this, that home title lock is doing the, the $1 million up to a million dollars to fix the fraud.
00:29:05.980 That's huge because this is a, even once you discover it, it's an absolute nightmare from that point.
00:29:12.780 Well, and not only that, but I don't think people realize until we talk about it, how long it can take to actually get everything reversed and back.
00:29:20.140 And if there's loans taken out, it's even worse because the bank does not care that you're not the one that took out the loan.
00:29:26.900 Your home is down as collateral on a legal document.
00:29:30.280 They're going to fight you.
00:29:31.460 And we have seen cases where these banks will win against the legitimate homeowner because they have better lawyers.
00:29:37.900 They have more power.
00:29:38.800 They have more access and they just want their money back.
00:29:41.480 And it's, it's really sad and scary for the homeowners, you know, in the squatter story, I was just talking about what killed me.
00:29:47.180 I think the most was that the state attorney, and I'm going to quote this, the state attorney came out and said, although the deeds were not accepted by the clerk of the court in this case, if they had been, there could have been drastic and expensive consequences for the homeowner.
00:30:01.080 And then continues to say, and the homeowners can easily protect themselves, I quote, against this crime through monitoring systems.
00:30:09.080 And what kills me the most about this, and this is why we do what we do, right, is this state attorney is basically saying, oh, it's easy to protect yourself, but you have to protect yourself.
00:30:20.320 We're not doing anything.
00:30:21.720 What stood between this squatter being a squatter and this squatter owning someone's home was that they didn't fill out a line of an address correctly when they went to file this document, and it's the only reason it got rejected.
00:30:35.560 That is terrifying to me, that there are no county measures in place for homeowners to prevent this from happening.
00:30:43.740 They're just like, yeah, you can protect yourself, deal with it yourself.
00:30:47.280 And that's why we do what we do.
00:30:49.000 And we want to really be there for homeowners, and especially with, like, the restoration process.
00:30:55.580 You did such a wonderful intro about our million-dollar triple lock protection.
00:30:58.860 What a lot of people don't know as well is that we have built our protection more than just monitoring alerts.
00:31:04.700 We have built a network of legal experts across the United States because every single state is different.
00:31:11.840 Every jurisdiction is different.
00:31:13.200 The court cases, the paperwork, the process.
00:31:15.820 And we want to be able to be prepared to fight for the homeowner the moment something happens so that nothing worse happens in the aftermath.
00:31:24.300 So that's really why we do what we do.
00:31:27.200 Now, is this something, by the way, let's say, you know, let's say, God forbid, someone out there knows someone who's in this situation already but hasn't already retained home title lock.
00:31:36.940 Is that also something where home title lock can get involved?
00:31:39.180 I don't know if I have the legal ability to say yes or no.
00:31:47.340 I know that we have definitely taken phone calls from people in this situation and kind of given, you know, a one-two step.
00:31:55.560 I know it's not something that we can cover if they don't have our product.
00:31:59.220 But, you know, that's all the more reason to sign up now.
00:32:02.760 And actually, one thing I did notice earlier is that, you know, when you gave the offer, we actually have a better offer for you guys today for having us on, which is better.
00:32:11.740 So instead of just getting the title history report, you're also going to get 14 days free.
00:32:16.720 So you can just use the promo code POSO and it's active.
00:32:21.120 It's ready to go.
00:32:21.640 You get 14 days and that title history report, access to our title experts, which means you can call us, ask us questions, look over the documentation because most people aren't going to, you know, know what all these documents are filed on their property.
00:32:34.920 It's more than just, you know, a deed or whatever it is.
00:32:37.940 It's a lot of stuff.
00:32:38.980 So you can call us, you can talk to us, and we just want to be, again, there for homeowners so that they don't have to fight these battles themselves.
00:32:48.440 Look, and that's what it's all about, self-reliance, being the backbone of BAGA, being the backbone of the Human Events audience.
00:32:54.940 No one is going to help you but yourself.
00:32:57.020 So that's why Home Title Lock is a partner with Human Events Daily for everybody out there who's in the housing market.
00:33:02.920 I get it.
00:33:03.860 It's a roller coaster.
00:33:04.820 You want to protect yourself because eventually, you know, your house is something that you want to be able to pass on to your kids or at least be able to pass on with full equity and all of these debts and run into these problems.
00:33:15.480 So check it out.
00:33:16.140 Thank you so much, Natalie, for coming and joining us from HomeTitleLock.com.
00:33:20.800 And I hope that everyone goes within the sound of my voice and listens to that.
00:33:24.800 We'll be right back here at Human Events Daily.
00:33:34.820 Jack is a great guy.
00:33:40.620 He's written a fantastic book.
00:33:42.220 Everybody's talking about it.
00:33:43.480 Go get it.
00:33:44.600 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:33:48.600 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
00:33:51.720 Amen.
00:33:52.140 As we go through the queue and settle with these countries who are going to bring us their best offers, we will end up in a place of great certainty over the next 90 days on tariffs.
00:34:06.960 We had very good inflation numbers today.
00:34:09.880 Oil is down.
00:34:10.860 We had a successful bond market.
00:34:12.580 So I don't see anything unusual today.
00:34:15.600 And next steps for China, sir?
00:34:17.660 Well, we'll see what happens with China.
00:34:20.440 We would love to be able to work a deal.
00:34:25.620 They've really taken advantage of our country for a long period of time.
00:34:29.140 They've ripped us off beyond anybody, nobody.
00:34:33.040 How people stood for it, sitting in my position, is not even believable.
00:34:38.940 And we're talking about many presidents, not just a couple.
00:34:42.680 But they did.
00:34:44.000 And all we're doing is putting it back in shape.
00:34:47.080 We're resetting the table.
00:34:50.440 When I'm working long hours, I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:35:03.340 All right, Jack Posobiec, here we are back live Human Events Daily.
00:35:06.260 I want to go now to Real America's Voices' own Brian Glenn.
00:35:09.940 He is live at the White House.
00:35:12.180 Brian, we just finished up the cabinet meeting.
00:35:14.860 What's the latest you're hearing from the White House, from the administration?
00:35:20.160 Well, Jack, we had pretty much all the cabinet members, for the most part, come through here down Pebble Beach, stopping at a few outlets,
00:35:28.680 but really not taking a whole lot of questions at all as they just wrapped up that it seems like a two-hour cabinet meeting with the president and others taking questions.
00:35:37.260 But, Jack, it seems to be everything is about the tariffs.
00:35:40.420 And as you heard the soundbite coming in, the president talking about China.
00:35:44.240 And the first thing that came to my mind, Jack, is why are we all so worried about China?
00:35:49.740 I'm more worried about the U.S. and what our economy is doing and what we're paying in tariffs.
00:35:54.300 But it seems like the world is in such defense of China.
00:35:58.960 But that seems like they are the lone wolf right now as far as really coming to the table to negotiate a lower tariff,
00:36:06.360 as we've seen 70-plus countries, Jack, call that president up and say, look, we're willing to negotiate.
00:36:12.880 Let's do what's fair and balanced in terms of our trade deficit and in terms of what these tariffs look like.
00:36:21.300 Well, that's right.
00:36:22.060 What's the mood of the administration?
00:36:23.760 Obviously, we've seen the stock market.
00:36:25.320 It's gone up and down a lot.
00:36:26.460 Quite a roller coaster this week.
00:36:28.460 Do you get the sense that there's that kind of tension that the media is talking about?
00:36:32.800 You're there on the ground.
00:36:34.260 Give us a sense of the color inside the White House.
00:36:39.260 Yeah, that's a great question.
00:36:41.000 Everyone here remains very optimistic.
00:36:44.420 I mean, those numbers came in, inflation low, the oil, everything is doing what they expect it to do.
00:36:51.320 When you look at the fundamentals of a market, they're becoming right in place, going in the right direction.
00:36:58.540 Now, in terms of the tariffs and the stress and the anxiety that the media, I think, is committed to making sure that the American people feel,
00:37:06.620 I don't think you feel that inside the White House.
00:37:08.360 As a matter of fact, I'm clear to say they don't feel that in the White House.
00:37:12.500 They remain very confident that what they've put in place, their game plan here with these tariffs, with these negotiations with China, is what's going to get the best outcome.
00:37:22.500 So the mood here is very optimistic, Jack.
00:37:25.960 I don't see the anxiety coming from them.
00:37:28.700 I see the anxiety and really kind of the disappointment coming from the media and coming from the left that wants to demonize what President Trump is simply trying to do,
00:37:38.280 is put us all on an even playing field and putting America first.
00:37:42.000 That's what it's all about, putting America jobs, manufacturing first.
00:37:46.940 Now, what's the president's schedule like for the next couple of days there?
00:37:51.080 We know that he's got some events.
00:37:52.620 He's going to be leaving the White House.
00:37:54.260 What is the planning looking forward?
00:37:55.940 There is a bill signing probably taking place right now.
00:38:01.640 It was closed to the media, so I don't have a lot of details on that.
00:38:05.980 He does have a physical tomorrow at Walter Reed, tomorrow morning, and then he is flying out to Mar-a-Lago tomorrow afternoon.
00:38:15.540 And from what I've been told, he's going to make a stop in Miami on Saturday for an event and then back to Mar-a-Lago on Saturday night and then fly back up here on Sunday.
00:38:27.300 So the typical weekend for the president with the addition of a physical, which you and I both know, Jack, if you're over the age of 50, as I am, go get your physical once a year.
00:38:38.280 Go get your health check.
00:38:39.220 I think it's important for everyone to do that, and I'm glad the president's doing that tomorrow.
00:38:43.720 But he will have probably some news exactly with that bill that he is signing probably right now, a little bit later.
00:38:52.060 Now, this isn't the overall budget reconciliation process.
00:38:55.220 We know the House was up late last night.
00:38:57.720 Johnson holding meetings.
00:38:59.080 President Trump, I'm sure, making phone calls.
00:39:01.240 Any daylight as to whether or not we're going to get that bill by the end of the week?
00:39:09.520 We sure.
00:39:10.820 The House voted on it today, and it was approved.
00:39:14.680 But that was to open the door now to get the big, beautiful bill signed.
00:39:20.560 I don't think that's going to happen.
00:39:22.260 The only two holdouts from a Republican side on that, Thomas Massey, no big surprise on that.
00:39:26.760 He's always been pretty much a hard no on a lot of stuff.
00:39:29.180 And then Victoria Sparks as well was a no.
00:39:31.960 So he had two no's from the Republican Party.
00:39:33.920 But really, kind of a tug of war.
00:39:36.600 And what I've been told and kind of what I've seen, Jack, the biggest holdouts on all of this have been people that were never really in the Trump camp to begin with.
00:39:47.060 They were either, for whatever reason, in the Nikki Haley camp early on or the Ron DeSantis camp.
00:39:53.280 So the people that are causing, I think, are dragging their feet, I should say, in the biggest way of getting all of this done, were not necessarily Trump supporters.
00:40:03.740 The never-Trumpers at it again.
00:40:06.040 Brian Glenn, thank you so much for your yeoman's work there at the White House.
00:40:09.960 Make sure you're following Brian Glenn as he gives you the latest as it happens in real time.
00:40:15.640 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have our permission to lay a short.
00:40:39.960 Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for joining us.
