00:09:08.140absolute superstar, an American actor, a singer, a filmmaker, appearing in over 130 films. Ladies
00:09:17.100and gentlemen, without further ado, our guest today, special guest, only guest here on Human
00:09:22.200Events today is Robert Davi. Robert, how are you, man? All right, Jack, and thank you so much for
00:09:28.240having me and what you're doing and it's 170 films over 170 170 oh i'll have to correct that
00:09:35.440human events records over here well it's the wikipedia that's not up to date gotcha gotcha
00:09:41.580so let me just ask you this though you you've been out there you've been outspoken you've been
00:09:46.440making films and and and you've been always a proud american did you ever believe that socialism
00:09:54.940and communism would be something that would be gaining popularity in the United States of America.
00:10:02.800I have to be honest and say, in a way, I did. And I knew it was a looming threat for many,
00:10:09.680many years. Because don't forget, I grew up in the 50s. And that was the heart of the McCarthy
00:10:15.060era, when McCarthy was demonized, and Ronald Reagan in 1946, before he became president,
00:10:26.660he was involved with SAG, there was a meeting in California at Ida Lupino's house, let's
00:10:34.480just say the modern-day Meryl Streep, of all the Hollywood elite, Mark Ruffalo and George
00:10:41.260clunys and the the springsteins and the ugatzis of the of the of the of hollywood at that time
00:10:48.220and it was the communist party that was having the meeting now ida lapina was not a communist
00:10:53.500she held the meeting they didn't understand what they were getting into and one person an actor
00:10:58.060named william holden told ronald reagan about this meeting and they crashed the meeting and
00:11:03.980reagan wanted to speak and they told they shot they shot him down they shouted him down they
00:11:10.540called them names they wouldn't let him speak and then an actor a man who got on a chair and said
00:11:16.940he has a right to speak we should hear what he has to say and ronald reagan spoke for about an hour
00:11:23.260and later on and that actor that did that was john garfield and a great actor at the time he
00:11:29.020was the first anti-hero the first brando de niro the first actor of that type and um later on
00:11:37.580sterling hayden the actor in the godfather who plays the police captain who punches al pacino
00:11:42.060in the face said that ronald reagan was a one-man wrecking crew of the communist party in hollywood
00:11:48.860and this was back then now cut to the mccarthy era well mccarthy in 1996 a democrat democrat
00:11:57.740senator out of new york daniel patrick monahan wanted the venona project to be made public and
00:12:05.420people are going what is the venona project the venona project was the soviets who spent more
00:12:11.500money in america than anywhere else propagating communist marxism socialism from the 1920s on
00:12:18.700had an a code they thought was undecipherable well the american government had deciphered it
00:12:24.380since the 30s and monaghan wanted this venona project to be made public and in it 98 of the
00:12:32.540people that mccarthy fingered as communists in our government and in our entertainment were
00:12:38.060they were communists and mccarthy of course was uh demonized and till today people use it well
00:12:46.300the mccarthy era like it's a shake-up thing but no one tells the truth they don't know the rest
00:12:51.500of the story now there was some belligerent aspects to the whole thing of course and we
00:12:56.140don't want people to suffer i don't i've been blacklisted now we have the mccarthy era from
00:13:00.940hollywood that goes against conservative actors that speak out and um now you could speak out on
00:13:08.540the left and you get you get propped up but you're told in hollywood keep your mouth shut if you want
00:13:14.780to work i just can't do that i was unable to do that i grew up differently but here we go today0.91
00:13:24.380it's alive and i'm sure you have the communist chinese that have been pouring money into the0.75
00:13:30.700the universities other organizations the wef all those globalists that see it's like what mandami
00:13:37.660wants to do to new york he wants to create the wef in new york in a certain way this guy who is a0.97
00:13:45.740in my opinion a danger to this country he's un-american he's a fraud he's a manchurian0.98
00:13:52.860candidate. He comes from Uganda, which is fine. But his parents, his father, was educated in the1.00
00:14:01.260United States, Jack, with taxpayer money and the Kennedy Lift Foundation in the 70s when Bill Ayers
00:14:09.700was rising up. Don't forget, Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground. People don't know this
00:14:14.240aspect. And I was there. I lived through this. Bill Ayers was blowing up building,
00:14:19.500much like they did in the federal building in new york recently they were blowing up buildings
00:14:23.900and it was the to take and here's this was on their website this was their constitution
00:14:29.300to get the blm the black liberation movement of the time combine it with the white liberal
00:14:35.600to bring down american imperialism common institute world socialism and communism
00:14:41.580That's what they existed for. Bill Ayers, after they broke that organization up, went into education and they started writing textbooks and recruiting students, people like Mandami, people like his father, who was a anti-imperialist out of Africa.
00:15:02.420and i understand but he's educated in the united states so this guy the father was making fifteen
00:15:10.020thousand dollars a year in tanzania or wherever they were from when he was teaching he comes to
00:15:15.520america colombia and i believe i read a figure two to three hundred thousand dollars a year he's
00:15:20.180making here in america the place that mandami wants to tear apart and make his own little hoa
00:15:25.960it's terrible this guy should be pulled out of office the founders wrote about this
00:15:32.900thomas jefferson i wish people would google what jefferson and quincy adams said john quincy
00:15:38.680adams said about communism and socialism and marxism at the birth of our constitution it's
00:15:44.180the antithesis of what this smiling cobra says to the people and what he sells and if you really
00:15:49.840research him you could see he's a shape shifter he's an actor his mother is a director of film
00:15:57.600so he grew up with the ideology of his father with the skills of his mother in terms of
00:16:03.920communication in uh media and acting if you look at this guy he's been in africa he's speaking like
00:16:11.960he's african he goes to turkey he speaks like he's arabic he can speak any way he want outside
00:16:17.580the country and then he come to new york and he speak like new york this guy's a shape shifter1.00
00:16:22.700he's dangerous and the ignorant people that are out there this ship of fools that are following him0.99
00:16:30.060and not everybody it's just that they've been uneducated they've been indoctrinated and uh0.99
00:16:35.900it's a fear to me and when when you look at this it this is why they targeted hollywood and you're
00:16:43.900You're so right for pointing out that this started all the way back during McCarthy's era.
00:16:47.660And I went back and I pulled the transcripts of the Venona Project, by the way, which is very well known to our audience because we talk about it here quite often and wrote a book about it and also about how Walt Disney himself testified before Congress that the communists were coming in to Hollywood.
00:17:04.900They started with the labor unions and they got on the sets and then they started working their way up to the Hollywood elite, just as you outlined, because they knew power of mass media.
00:17:16.460They knew the power of movies, the power of film, the power of stories.
00:17:20.220And then after that, it went after academia because we can get you on the film screen and the projector booth.
00:17:26.240Then we can get you on the TV screen, the radios, and then eventually go to the schoolhouses.
00:17:31.160And that gets you at the college level and then all the way down to the children level.
00:17:35.280So now you've got all these people coming through.
00:20:43.280No, the use of the term was a description of neighborhoods, not a description of intent.
00:20:48.460So you intend to tax the whiter neighborhoods more?
00:20:50.700No, we intend to create a fair property tax system because we want a New York City that is not only fair and equitable, but also one that every New York can afford.
00:21:02.360All right, Jack Sobek, we're back here at Human Events Daily.
00:21:39.220And I blame a part of it that the deadbeat, culturally barren GOP, Jack, they're not they're not up to date.
00:21:49.380They don't know how to communicate to the people. Mandami is a brilliant communicator.
00:21:54.520He parried your question beautifully. And unfortunately, how do you how do you hold him accountable?
00:22:03.380Because at the end of the day, we know what that's going to lead to.
00:22:07.540And it's a philosophical thing whereby they can take inches and inches and inches and they could say this and it sounds all very beautiful and it's packaged beautifully.
00:22:17.880And they've done that their whole lives.
00:22:22.700They should watch what happens when they take homes and places away from people.
00:22:27.840Because this is what's going to happen.
00:22:29.040You know, I want to read something that Jefferson said, the founder, one of the founders.
00:22:38.320He said, to take from one because it is thought his own industry and that of his father's has acquired too much in order to spare to others who or whose fathers have not exercised equal industry and skill is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association.
00:22:56.560the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it
00:23:03.460in short the founders defense of property industry and limited government was a direct
00:23:09.100philosophical rejection of the core tenants that later defined communism modern interpretation
00:23:15.260sometimes project socialism onto them for things like public infrastructure but their writings on
00:26:21.920Why isn't the Gaza Strip like Disneyland with all the money in these countries?
00:26:26.760Why isn't the Gaza Strip, the money put into that?
00:26:29.000How come Clinton, when he had the Camp David Accords, how come Arafat walked away when they had 98% of what they wanted and a free state of Palestine?
00:26:39.100Why did Arafat say, I'll get right back to you and walk and call and said, it's off.
00:30:12.840So I want to pull this up, maybe even pull up the actual,
00:30:15.200the actual YouTube, or excuse me, not YouTube,
00:30:20.960the Twitter live stream, the X live stream.
00:30:23.040And let me see. So I've got someone to comment. First thing I see on Rumble, Robert Davi is great. Yes, he is. Yes, he certainly is. I couldn't agree more. People are saying, wow, here's Vicky saying Davi must come back. I love his inside knowledge. No, that's 100% correct. We need a game that shows how communists run governments.
00:30:47.360that's from uh where is that from dark dark cloud from dark cloud sorry i'm going american
00:30:52.140supremacist all right this is become um twofold says this is becoming like the uk no it certainly
00:30:59.900is it certainly is um let's see here scotty ready popping off on one domi that's exactly right mr0.81
00:31:07.540sunshine we love mr sunshine saying that satan wants to destroy god's loved ones jesus and
00:31:12.960Christianity trying to save the world in contrast. Well, I completely agree with that. We need to1.00
00:31:19.040reject Satan. All right, here's an email. First email. Hi, Jack. My reaction is simple. There is
00:31:24.060a pattern emerging that we need to be prepared for. Unfortunately, we all need our very own
00:31:28.340flock camera. Body cameras are listed on Amazon. Also, it would be a business idea. You might make
00:31:33.600a killing on those. I'm prepared to purchase one right now, and I live in rural Texas. You know,
00:31:38.880I hate to say it, but I get where he's coming from. The idea that you need to be filming what's
00:31:44.500going on around you at all times, a personal flat camera. And before you say that's crazy,
00:31:50.200before you reject that out of hand, keep in mind that when you get one of these viral TikTok videos,
00:31:55.360what he's saying here, and even if he's in rural Texas, what he's saying here is actually very
00:31:58.640smart because the TikToker is only going to show you their preferred edited narrative.0.76
00:32:05.600They're going to show you what they want you to see and to provoke a reaction out of you.0.64
00:32:11.020And in fact, that's what the TikToker was doing here when he provoked Shiloh Hendricks.0.68
00:32:16.300And I tweeted this earlier today that you're going to see an incentive structure.0.78
00:32:20.660We already are seeing now an incentive structure that's being set up for this to happen again.
00:32:26.480This is going to happen again because now you've got TikTok saying we'll make you go viral if you provoke someone to saying something that's considered taboo.
00:32:35.100or politically incorrect in the wrong situation,
00:33:06.980I think claims about it being like the UK are exaggerated.
00:33:09.960Minnesota has clear criteria for disorderly conduct.
00:33:12.900The Minnesota Supreme Court limited abusive language to a fighting words delineation.
00:33:17.800From there, it was a jury of her peers, and they found it did reach low for the cameraman
00:33:21.300that didn't find her guilty of anything or the kid.
00:33:26.160Framing this as a matter of free speech is a tergiversation.
00:33:30.300No, it's not, actually, because there's no fighting words here at all.
00:33:33.900She didn't say that I'm going to beat you up. She didn't say I'm going to snatch that camera from you and beat the crap out of you. She didn't say, you know, step, take one step closer and I'm going to knock you in the head. She didn't say anything like that. She actually didn't say that.0.99
00:33:47.340So I'm just going to disagree here completely, but there is nothing in this in terms of fighting words.
00:33:53.800And I would direct everyone over to legal expert and lawyer Andrew Branca, who has been slicing and dicing this, that what this is is an expansion of the fighting words doctrine.
00:34:06.320And of course, he's been doing live streams on it as well.
00:34:10.100And let's see. Let's see people saying this is this is not good. This is really not good.
00:34:15.800um you know he's saying this is a circle with a wagons moment you're either unequivocally stand0.64
00:34:22.280for the first amendment and for a white mother's right not to get harassed by somalians in her own0.87
00:34:27.100country um he says only a fool require relies on the apparent plain english reading of a statute
00:34:37.140to decide what the statute means statute means nothing until they are interpreted and applied
00:34:42.100by courts to real people in real cases. The Minnesota Appellate Court and State Supreme
00:34:47.160Courts invariably require more than mere words in order to find disorderly conduct based on
00:34:53.620fighting words and some additional factor. That's why the phrase fighting words itself exists,
00:34:59.460because you need more than just words. Examples of such aggravating factors from actual Minnesota
00:35:05.320appellate case law, were there explicit threats of violence? Was there a growing mob backing up
00:35:11.040the speaker. Then were the mean words ongoing for hours. The mean words were accompanied by a
00:35:16.380refusal to stop trespassing. None of that actually occurred with the Shiloh Hendricks situation.
00:35:24.200And that's how you understand that Andrew Branca actually is looking into law. He's pulling
00:35:28.100Minnesota pellet court decisions so that you can come down and look at other similar situations
00:35:34.560where things like this have happened. Nothing Shiloh Hendricks did qualifies as fighting words
00:35:39.140disorderly conduct? Nothing. Mean words alone are not sufficient. The legal issue that is
00:35:44.760appealable, okay, let's see, let's see, let's see. And no, it does not matter what the specific
00:35:52.200word is. You must, it is not a magical word. It is not disorderly conduct if it is not a
00:35:59.920fighting, if it is not fighting words. In fact, Minnesota's case law examples of free speech
00:36:05.300involved disorderly conduct invariably in verb either a concurrent threat of violence or offensive
00:36:10.720speech that lasts for hours, often while the speaker refuses to cease trespassing. None of
00:36:16.320these beyond mere speech aggravating factors exist in the case of Shiloh Hendricks. And this
00:36:22.640is key. And so he's digging through all that. I want to go back to you guys, but really, really
00:36:28.400throw it back to Andrew Branca there. Just incredible analysis. And again, pulling that
00:36:32.900case law. This one in from I will not eat the bugs. I think the Shiloh case has revealed a lot
00:36:40.400of weak conservatives that nobody should take seriously anymore. I hope people remember their1.00
00:36:43.860names. This I support free speech, but she's an awful person. Half-hearted crap is why conservatives1.00
00:36:49.060have been losing for 50 years. We need people that will stand up to leftist race communism,0.99
00:36:53.300not people who will fold at the slightest accusation of bigotry. Dan Hamor will never
00:36:58.180survive the appeal process, a clear violation of the First Amendment. Not for nothing, the left will
00:37:02.320never stop trying to get this passed into law the moment that speech is criminalized for real
00:37:06.880your thoughts are now a fair game an effective and overwhelming thought police is the dream of
00:37:11.960every tyrant throughout history carl wilson lawyers should just keep the meter running
00:37:16.600take it all the way to scotus get it struck down for first amendment violations sue minnesota
00:37:20.880for all they can get in distress and legal fees buy an island and retire yeah we'll see we'll see0.51
00:37:25.700that's that's the that's the happy ending right uh kmb unmitigated outrage she should never have
00:37:31.680lashed out at a child like that but the fact that she was charged for this is orwellian well
00:37:35.520look if you're a mom by yourself and a kid takes your stuff i get it you know moms are going to be
00:37:41.700moms moms are going to go into they are going to go into mama bear mode that's just kind of how
00:37:47.140that works but at the same time right at the same time the question is did this go too far did this
00:37:53.680maybe maybe the adults could have simply acted like adults and de-escalated the situation when
00:38:00.940When you add TikTok, you add live stream, when you add these incentives, and when you
00:38:04.800add the anti-white system and the NAACP, suddenly all of these things become fodder for going
00:38:11.200after the mother, way beyond what it should be for our society to work together.
00:38:16.600Jack Pesovic, right back with America's Voice.
