00:35:16.380 refusal to stop trespassing. None of that actually occurred with the Shiloh Hendricks situation.

00:35:24.200 And that's how you understand that Andrew Branca actually is looking into law. He's pulling

00:35:28.100 Minnesota pellet court decisions so that you can come down and look at other similar situations

00:35:34.560 where things like this have happened. Nothing Shiloh Hendricks did qualifies as fighting words

00:35:39.140 disorderly conduct? Nothing. Mean words alone are not sufficient. The legal issue that is

00:35:44.760 appealable, okay, let's see, let's see, let's see. And no, it does not matter what the specific

00:35:52.200 word is. You must, it is not a magical word. It is not disorderly conduct if it is not a

00:35:59.920 fighting, if it is not fighting words. In fact, Minnesota's case law examples of free speech

00:36:05.300 involved disorderly conduct invariably in verb either a concurrent threat of violence or offensive

00:36:10.720 speech that lasts for hours, often while the speaker refuses to cease trespassing. None of

00:36:16.320 these beyond mere speech aggravating factors exist in the case of Shiloh Hendricks. And this

00:36:22.640 is key. And so he's digging through all that. I want to go back to you guys, but really, really

00:36:28.400 throw it back to Andrew Branca there. Just incredible analysis. And again, pulling that

00:36:32.900 case law. This one in from I will not eat the bugs. I think the Shiloh case has revealed a lot

00:36:40.400 of weak conservatives that nobody should take seriously anymore. I hope people remember their 1.00
