this is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare
00:00:43.100
a commentator international social media sensation and former navy intelligence veteran this is human
00:00:54.720
with your host jack persovic christ is personally i don't i think that a lot of voters really don't
00:01:04.620
like fake people and they're sick and tired of fake politicians and so what i actually think is worse
00:01:12.200
is saying something you don't believe and so if during the entire time in campaign season
00:01:18.600
you're saying that you're down with trans people or like the lgbt community and then you lose an
00:01:31.160
election and then the next day you say all that stuff was wrong i actually think what people are
00:01:38.340
more upset about is someone was doing something they didn't believe and just saying something
00:01:42.860
the idea that identity politics was the problem for democrats is laughable considering it wasn't
00:01:48.640
vice president kamala harris who relentlessly focused on race or gender either her own or anyone else's
00:01:54.060
that would be donald trump in fact it was trump and his running mate jd vance who ran an identity
00:01:58.960
politics entire campaign focused on men they have an identity too you know let's act like an opposition
00:02:05.600
party we have no power you understand that none none we have no legislative power we have no executive
00:02:12.360
power we have no judicial power so when you're out of power you're an opposition party we told you
00:02:19.260
this identity was disaster we told you to get out in front of public safety issues get your out of
00:02:25.240
washington and go work on a 2026 campaign and do penance to make up for your damn arrogance and stupidity
00:02:42.360
new york state judge has paused proceedings uh in the already decided criminal case on charges stemming
00:02:52.060
from the hush money uh paid to a porn star so this now is a whole new ball of wax are you planning on
00:02:59.380
deporting american citizens no exactly not look the view it's like the island of misfit toys they don't
00:03:05.460
know what the hell they're talking about president trump has made it clear we will prioritize public
00:03:09.960
safety threats and national security threats first and that's where the focus will be and there's
00:03:14.580
over 1.5 convicted criminal aliens in this country with final orders removal that we're going to be
00:03:19.840
looking for tuition costs at colleges and universities have been exploding while academics have been
00:03:26.420
obsessed with indoctrinating america's youth our secret weapon will be the college accreditation system
00:03:34.480
the accreditors are supposed to ensure that schools are not ripping off students and taxpayers but they have
00:03:41.280
failed totally when i return to the white house i will fire the radical left accreditors that have allowed our
00:03:47.600
colleges to become dominated by marxist maniacs and lunatics
00:03:53.200
ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard another edition of human events daily i am your elect host kevin
00:04:02.800
posobic filling in for my brother jack posobic down here in west palm beach and as you can see we're
00:04:09.760
getting all kinds of live live reviews in from news around the day today is november 12th 2024 anno domini
00:04:19.360
and yeah i just want to take a second to to thank everybody for having me on and uh listen we we just
00:04:27.680
brought back uh pennsylvania i mean we saw dave mccormick earlier today post a picture about him
00:04:34.400
as the elect he's looking fresh he's looking ready to ready to get to work here uh you can see my hat
00:04:40.800
here you might have recognized me from my interviews all along the trail doing work as correspondents for
00:04:46.240
human events here and i just want to say um we got this we got this man we got um mainstream media on
00:04:56.800
the run here they're talking about identity politics they got nothing new they got nothing
00:05:01.040
new to come at us with and dave mccormick looking at the senate seat he's got what 99 already counted
00:05:10.000
in for him casey didn't didn't resign he they ap called the race on thursday and he's still here like
00:05:19.520
inching inching along like why are they slow walking this why are they dragging it out like
00:05:23.600
i don't i don't even know i like keystone state the commonwealth state is what we have they spent
00:05:32.560
it was the second most expensive race in this election and what did they get what did they get
00:05:41.600
did you see josh shapiro do anything the campaign for bob casey i don't think so i don't think so all i
00:05:47.840
do know is that mr shapiro did start to follow a uh certain certain influencer on twitter today so
00:05:55.920
something to be said for that like it's it's incredible uh mccormick's out here too posting
00:06:02.720
posting news articles saying all about the win like bob casey has been in office since
00:06:09.760
i had some 30 plus years i can remember jack protesting against him down at temple like wearing
00:06:15.280
like a big duck hat wearing a big duck hat and uh you know mainstream media is dead we're here to stay
00:06:21.600
journalism is not dead we got it elon we're on board with you man like this is where we're at
00:06:30.960
stay tuned we got plenty plenty more for you coming ahead hey you know they talk about influences these
00:06:36.800
are influences and uh they're friends of mine jack where's jack jack he's done a great job
00:06:50.480
all right and we're back and i want to continue mainstream media ratings are collapsing you know
00:06:55.280
joy reed's down ari melber's down chris hayes alex wagner morning joe stephanie rule andrea mitchell
00:07:01.520
they're all down they're all down and they can't do anything to get it back up but what we need to
00:07:06.640
do if you're on your lunch break right now make some calls to your local senators get them to support
00:07:11.680
rick scott we you can email them call them do what you need to do we got to have the gas pedal down
00:07:18.640
all acceleration everything we did towards getting trump in office like we don't need to rest on our
00:07:25.200
laurels now fortune favors the bold and we got to keep this up so with that we have senator ron johnson
00:07:31.280
coming to speak with us about his insights into the senate majority leader race senator ron johnson
00:07:36.640
nice to have you on human events again okay thanks for having me on can you talk to us a little bit
00:07:43.360
about uh you know towards this towards this race and um what do you see and what are you hearing for
00:07:51.120
for rick scott and who else like thune we had thune come in and a recent tweet about him saying that uh
00:07:58.800
he didn't even want he wanted mike pence to take over for trump in 2016. talk to us a little bit
00:08:04.400
more about that and then you know what you see for us moving forward sure so let me just kind of lay
00:08:09.840
down the foundation in terms of you know why i'm so strongly supporting rick scott first of all you know
00:08:14.720
i got here in 2011 i'm not of this world i'm a manufacturing account i'm not not a political figure
00:08:20.720
at all now i'm a u.s senator but when i got here i realized there's so very few bureaucrats inside the
00:08:28.160
federal agencies uh congressional staff members and members of congress that have any experience
00:08:33.600
in which means very little knowledge of and maybe even worse very little sympathy sympathy for the
00:08:38.960
private sector and they look at you know profitable businesses as their cash cow that they're going to
00:08:44.320
tap that they've got to you know regulate so they don't mistreat their employees and customers so
00:08:49.760
that's level of arrogance but even worse uh very few have even been part of a functioning
00:08:57.360
organization and i really want that sinking in a functioning organization most people actually are
00:09:04.000
part of a functioning organization whether it's a profitable company or a non-profit
00:09:08.240
you're in part of an organization that has a mission statement a vision statement you probably
00:09:12.720
establish you know annual goals uh everybody associated the organization understands the role they
00:09:19.200
play in achieving those goals and that that's what what it takes to have a a successful functioning
00:09:25.040
organization that's not congress not at all and so i have not now known rick since he got here in 2019
00:09:34.480
uh he's an extraordinary individual i mean i can't hold a candle to what he accomplished in the
00:09:39.360
business world you know then a very successful governor he turned florida around set ronda sands up
00:09:45.200
for success then came over here the united states senate i've had the privilege of being his ally here in
00:09:50.160
the senate he's a perpetual motion machine but again he has all that private sector experience all that
00:09:56.720
success he's obviously run functioning organizations and he would turn the united states senate into a
00:10:03.760
functioning organization one that respects the private sector the the the golden goose uh that
00:10:10.720
really powers our economy so again i i couldn't be more supportive of rick scotty being extraordinary
00:10:15.920
majority leader so i do appreciate you know shows like yours that are telling your listeners to go
00:10:21.680
call up their members of congress members of the senate and urge them to vote for rick scott and i i've
00:10:27.200
heard reports that the senators are annoyed by that they shouldn't be we this is what we need to do we
00:10:32.720
need to respond to our constituents not not not necessarily always agreeing with them or doing what
00:10:38.000
they're telling us to do but this is where constituents need to have their voices heard loud and clear
00:10:43.760
and in a minimum senators ought to respect their constituents somebody with experience like
00:10:50.560
that you would know especially from wisconsin like everything that eric hovde was trying to put forth
00:10:56.080
that tammy baldwin is guilty of like just just a blatant rubber stamp for kamala and the biden
00:11:01.520
administration and what she's been doing in wall street yeah that that that was a senator but i was
00:11:10.160
going to say you know tuesday night was fabulous i mean wisconsin sank the putt that won trump the
00:11:15.920
president's cup i mean that that was a pretty fun moment it was very disappointing to have uh eric
00:11:21.200
company not be my colleague here in the next congress no senator uh jack posobic here apologies for being a
00:11:27.920
little tardy today just come over from uh mar-a-lago to uh had a few discussions over over there with
00:11:35.120
some some some interesting folks one of your one of your uh former colleagues uh jd vance is is now
00:11:41.360
over here right now but he'll be unfortunately he'll be leaving but when it really comes down to it
00:11:46.400
you know the team there understands that this they were elected with a mandate you don't get the people
00:11:52.480
of pennsylvania the people of michigan the people of wisconsin and all of the southern states coming
00:11:58.080
together along with the popular vote to not deliver that mandate it isn't that really what rick scott
00:12:03.760
being at the leadership of the senate majority it was all about yeah listen we can't proceed
00:12:10.880
under business as usual and business as usual under mcconnell took us from eight trillion dollars in
00:12:16.400
debt to 80 to 35 trillion dollars in debt with very little resistance instead with rick scott you get a
00:12:22.640
business person's approach again a functioning organization somebody understands the harmful impact
00:12:28.480
of regulation and over taxation that's what we need in the united states senate and by the way by the
00:12:34.800
way i hope president trump weighs in and helps uh governor dewine select a good replacement for jd vance
00:12:42.000
uh i've got a fair amount of confidence in governor de santos but again i i think president trump
00:12:46.000
ought to play a real role in helping select those uh those interim uh well i guess i guess it would be
00:12:52.160
uh appointments uh uh for the u.s senate and then have to run for re-election yeah that's right and
00:12:58.240
so obviously i think jd would have about four years left on that term so then he would have to write then
00:13:05.760
whoever it would be would then have to come back for another uh another term in their own right if they
00:13:11.440
wanted to stick with it but you know this is something where it's it's very clear and and senator johnson
00:13:16.800
talk to us a little bit about you mentioned how wisconsin was the state that sunk the putt what
00:13:21.440
was it about trump this time around and the and the the message this time around that led the people
00:13:27.920
of wisconsin to go and shift over to that column well first of all it's what we've done on the ground
00:13:33.760
since the 2018 loss with scott walker uh i call it trickle up elections but uh in 2018 we let 30 assembly
00:13:41.680
democrats run unopposed and so we got donors to support new assembly candidates republicans and we
00:13:48.160
had 92 we only let seven run unopposed in 2020 and collectively those 92 assembly republican candidates
00:13:57.840
beat my record my statewide record by 180 000 votes uh and again trump what trump did this uh election
00:14:06.080
he just garnered support from just basically every demographic group um because of what he
00:14:11.440
what what he represented an individual who fervently loves his country uh was able to communicate
00:14:17.520
the destruction of the the biden harris radical leftists and put america on a different path i mean
00:14:24.000
that's basically what americans voted for to put america take us off this highly destructive path
00:14:29.920
and a far more productive path you know led by a business person somebody who understands and respects
00:14:36.560
the private sector understands how harmful government government is that's about donald trump that's rick
00:14:41.360
scott i think that's right you know i've always found it interesting that whenever president trump
00:14:48.480
talks about foreign policy he does so in terms of economics so he talks about the economics of the
00:14:55.280
foreign policy he talks about the energy economics he talks about how tariffs anything that we spend
00:15:02.480
overseas is money that we're not putting into the united states and you don't typically hear that from
00:15:08.160
anyone in government but you do hear it from people who have that business background so obviously two
00:15:13.200
different businesses uh president trump being in real estate and then um rick scott being involved
00:15:18.400
in health care just an incredible incredible success in health care i mean it just goes to show you though
00:15:24.320
that you get a better you get a certain quality of governance when you choose someone who's had that
00:15:30.480
real world experience versus someone who's really just been a career politician well let's face it
00:15:36.240
economies drive the success or failure of nations and when you know you have bad economies that puts
00:15:44.000
pressure on different governments they may strike out trying to create war if the entire world was
00:15:49.040
prosperous it'd probably be a far more peaceful place and so it makes sense i mean i remember rick grinnell
00:15:54.720
you know was able to do a deal between serbia and kosovo not not exactly the friendliest neighbors
00:16:00.960
it was based on economics you know so no i mean again that's right realizes that
00:16:09.280
all right and these are people that and this and this was president trump's strategy all along
00:16:13.600
he even said it to the north koreans i mean the people laughed at it but he told he told kim jong-un
00:16:18.320
that he's got all this beautiful coastline that he should be developing properties there like he does in
00:16:22.560
south beach what what man other than a businessman would say that to kim jong-un and by the way it
00:16:29.040
should have its appeal you know i recently went to vietnam and they're basically making vietnam a
00:16:34.080
tourist not only destination but paradise beautiful places so again did you why not what city in vietnam
00:16:41.440
were you senator what's that what what cities were you in senator over there we went to hanoi um and
00:16:51.040
again i was when i was a pretty quick trip when i was in um so when i was in the navy i i conducted
00:16:58.560
one it was a a joint training session down in not trying vietnam and it's exactly as you say right on
00:17:04.960
the beach and you could see the development and you could see the money that was going in and it's
00:17:10.000
clearly an a viable economic model it's huge beachfront property and you know there's uh plenty of uh
00:17:16.000
uh apocalypse now references i'm sure we could all make about surfing over there but it's it's true
00:17:21.360
actually it's it's it's great beaches it just really is and we don't think of it that way when
00:17:25.520
it comes to our foreign policy and i think you're right though senator for the last minute that we have
00:17:29.840
you on what should people at home be doing when they're looking at trying to figure out who should
00:17:36.160
be the next senate majority leader well again it's a business person's approach as a business as usual
00:17:42.720
approach you know business as usual have produced endless wars you know we did not take eisenhower's
00:17:48.320
warning about the military industrial complex seriously so they're running the joint here that's
00:17:52.400
business as usual we need a business person's approach not only in the white house but also
00:17:57.360
the united states senate i think it would make a enormous difference and you know rick scott i think
00:18:02.080
will uh do the best job of making sure that president trump can use that business business man's
00:18:07.440
approach to for for our government amen i think that's exactly right senator johnson thank you so
00:18:14.400
much for your time thank you so much for your service and for your information to our audience here

00:20:15.840
in going out none of it none of the security there though right now is absolute you you've seen it
00:20:21.040
i've seen it i've seen it the whole island shut down the whole pretty well half the island let's
00:20:25.280
say half the island yeah yeah half the island is shut down america's it is america's island now but
00:20:31.360
one of the first things that president trump has stated that he will do when he comes back to office
00:20:39.520
day one is a series of pardons and really a series of rectifications
00:20:43.520
of things that have been done in the past from a lawfare perspective we're going to undo and in
00:20:52.160
fact reverse some of the lawfare that has been done well joining us is a great friend of the show
00:20:58.960
and just one of the best twitter accounts on the planet after mine after mine ladies and gentlemen
00:21:04.160
doug mackie joins us here along with the great julie kelly doug how are you
00:21:08.320
i'm here all right oh there she is okay now we've got her up so doug when it when it comes to this
00:21:27.360
uh situation when it comes to the lawfare and and and it's it's i i'm certainly going to be pushing for
00:21:34.480
a full pardon on on day one for you as well as many others but i i guess the question is
00:21:41.680
you're someone who's been uh obviously at the center of all of this do you think that it's enough to
00:21:49.120
simply rectify it or do real change real changes need to be made at the department of justice
00:21:55.280
well absolutely real changes have to be made there's no question about it uh if you look at my case the
00:22:01.760
election specialist of the doj there's only 10 around the country rather than go around and bust
00:22:07.520
up the voter fraud rings that we know are occurring in places like new york city they spent two years
00:22:13.040
and who knows how many millions of dollars prosecuting me for this meme but jack i can break a little bit
00:22:18.320
of news or at least give you an update on my case we are awaiting a court decision imminently on whether
00:22:25.200
my conviction will be vacated so we're just going to politely ask president trump to hold off on the
00:22:30.800
part of because if we get a favorable legal ruling here that will have consequences for
00:22:37.360
future american citizens who might find themselves in the crosshairs of the doj so we're just going to
00:22:43.200
hold off on the pardon and hopefully get the decision that we want at the second circuit
00:22:48.720
that's an excellent move well so that's that's really interesting because and you know funny enough it's
00:22:53.520
actually something that i had been discussing with a few people to say you know where they of course
00:22:58.560
we want to take care of doug make sure he's taken care of but at the same time if that does get
00:23:02.880
overturned that then creates a precedent which would prevent future lawfare for you know memes or just
00:23:11.920
other nonsense prosecutions at least as pertains to this and this is big too because and and julie let
00:23:18.480
me get you in here because there's a lot of people that have been charged under and remember doug was not
00:23:23.040
charged quote unquote for making a meme it was this this conspiracy against rights is that right julie
00:23:30.320
yes correct and that is something that they've been using of course they used against donald trump that
00:23:35.440
was in the j6 indictment jack smith one of the four counts against um donald trump they've used it against
00:23:42.160
others including j6ers so this was sort of a catch-all statute uh that they weaponized like they have other
00:23:49.840
statutes um to to continue these prosecutions of donald trump and his supporters so of course that
00:23:55.760
will all end but there have to be consequences jack for this doj's weaponization abuse unlawful abuse
00:24:05.280
of statutes uh to prosecute their political enemies and this is what apparently bnn had an article today
00:24:13.520
about this this apparently has both jack smith matthew graves the dc u.s attorney and their
00:24:20.320
prosecutors uh in quite the tizzy looking for legal representation themselves for fear that they are
00:24:27.040
finally going to be held accountable for this reckless unlawful prosecution criminal prosecution
00:24:33.200
well and that's that's really what it comes down to and we talked about this in my my previous book
00:24:42.240
earlier this year um and we talked about how to crush communist revolutions and one of the responses
00:24:48.320
that we gave is not not reprisal but reciprocity so people who were engaged in this site this sort of
00:24:55.920
thing people who were going after u.s citizens for protected speech there needs to be a response there
00:25:02.640
must be a response and and so no this isn't quote unquote retribution or revenge or something like
00:25:08.480
that but what it is is justice it's due justice seen as going through and so you know when i when it
00:25:17.120
comes down to it that's that's really been the biggest response because doug like put it in your
00:25:22.000
perspective i mean i really do think elon is someone who looked at your situation and even though i don't
00:25:29.760
think he got involved directly but he understood that something fundamentally had gone wrong in the
00:25:35.440
system when a guy could face everything that you went through over a meme and so i have to say that
00:25:43.520
what even though you did go through all of this i believe it did have an actual profound effect on
00:25:51.040
getting elon to get involved and get off the sidelines first purchasing twitter and then doing everything that he did
00:25:57.600
and and he's he's literally as we speak right now uh over there with president trump as they're talking
00:26:05.200
about putting together the next government so i mean a a small move has produced a huge backlash
00:26:13.120
yeah absolutely he long commented on my case himself absolutely he content he commented on my case
00:26:20.080
after the trial and uh the attorney general pick is going to be so important here uh when people don't
00:26:27.360
know about is that there's a division at the doj main justice called the public integrity division
00:26:34.160
and everybody knows about doj civil rights but public integrity is a cesspit they don't actually get any
00:26:40.400
real good prosecutions done this goes back to the governor mcdonald case which was run out of public
00:26:46.960
integrity and bob mueller so the public integrity division is the unit that came after me even though this
00:26:54.480
is a conspiracy against rights case so-called they didn't even run it through civil rights division
00:27:00.080
they kind of did an end run around so public integrity and um everybody knows about dc attorney's office
00:27:07.280
i'm telling you the new york fbi office is almost as bad or worse and the doj uh the uh the edny
00:27:15.680
and the sdny is almost just as bad so uh donald trump you know or trump jr or elon musk if you're
00:27:23.840
listening i've got a list of people that you're going to want to take a look at because you don't
00:27:28.000
want to have these kind of snakes in your administration so let me know and uh everybody
00:27:32.480
i still need help fighting this case at memedefensefund.com
00:27:35.840
and make sure that you're going in there because this is huge if if your case could or your conviction
00:27:45.440
could be vacated then that would be a huge message to everyone out there not just the memesters of the
00:27:52.640
world but you know let a thousand memes unite but also to anyone who gets involved in the political
00:28:00.320
process to understand that we're not going to live in a country where people take political speech
00:28:07.760
or political activism and use that against you in terms of criminality and and this look it's the
00:28:15.600
ballot box okay the ballot box is what it comes down to and the american people just one week ago today
00:28:21.360
made that very clear and i have to believe by the way that the law fair and it started against people
00:28:26.960
like you but it made its way all the way up to president trump and when voters were actually
00:28:32.400
given the chance to say which which country did they want to go for they decided to pick the united
00:28:38.720
states of america and not soviet russia julie um just a couple of minutes till the break but i'd love
00:28:44.800
can it by the way doug and julie can i hold you guys can hold you for one more segment absolutely
00:28:49.440
i got some weird audio issues with julie i don't know what it is but but well that's great because
00:29:02.080
this this is a fascinating subject but i think it's it's quite possibly the most important subject for
00:29:07.040
us right now it's free speech because it is free speech and it's about how many people in pennsylvania
00:29:11.760
signed the petition with elon to support the first and second amendment that's right freedom of speech
00:29:16.240
freedom of religion freedom of press we all renewed that and now we have doug here convicted in 2023
00:29:23.920
for it says on wikipedia here allegedly conspiracy spiring to deprive citizens of their right to vote
00:29:31.120
in the 2016 election that was what seven years ago and they're finally trying to get him now
00:29:36.160
but that would set an almost reverse precedent for if he does get it overturned to so that anybody that
00:29:44.240
makes a meme could be convicted ludicrous it is ludicrous and that's why it's it's smart by the
00:29:50.800
way and and by the way doug thank you for going through everything that you're going through and
00:29:55.120
that's why folks look president trump's there he's got the power of the pardon pen but if doug mackie
00:30:01.680
can get all of this overturned by having his conviction overturned and that's why you've got to go
00:30:07.760
to memedefensefund.com support him because you're not just fighting for doug and his young family no
00:30:15.360
you're fighting for all of us and our right to meme our right to be ourselves on the internet our
00:30:21.760
our right to actually just go and be free and have actual freedom of speech and that's what the first
00:30:27.280
amendment was all about political speech and getting involved in the political process it's not just
00:30:33.520
about you know me chatting with my brother and arguing about protecting your friends you know
00:30:37.600
who the best team is or something no it's about getting involved in your country stay tuned huge show

00:34:50.000
we'll dedicate you to our rosary that's right today and wellness company kit promo code poso promo code
00:34:56.640
poso but here here's a tweet that so producer fos put this tweet up and i wanted to read it to you
00:35:01.760
because it's i think it's important the biden doj weaponized the government against parity and they
00:35:08.720
should face consequences for that the crimes against douglas mackie weren't just against a person
00:35:14.320
that contributed to the decay of our culture censorship criminalizing jokes about elections
00:35:19.920
it's universally toxic to every creative space should lead to massive fines to companies who support
00:35:25.600
censorship be it public private or government hit him hard billions for every infraction let the people
00:35:31.040
speak let the memers meme doug i wanted to ask did you happen to catch the jimmy kimmel show just about
00:35:36.800
one week before the election and a certain joke that he made oh yeah absolutely uh sort of an age-old
00:35:44.000
joke that jimmy kimmel made trump voters vote on thursday or friday and the problem with what the doj
00:35:51.360
took to me is now they've created a country where you can be investigated for telling an elections joke
00:35:58.000
uh believe it or not i don't want jimmy kimmel to have the feds digging through his emails all of his
00:36:05.120
text messages all of his show writers to see if they meant it as a joke they weren't joking around
00:36:11.920
because that's what they did to me i posted a meme that was quite frankly obvious parody especially
00:36:18.000
anybody on the right understands that and they took it and decided that they were going to do a witch hunt
00:36:23.520
to see what was going on whether this was a joke or parody so that was uh what jimmy kimmel did is
00:36:29.760
completely absurd there's also a fellow named uh charles aka charlotte climber who sent a number of
00:36:36.400
text messages to philadelphia voters telling them that they already voted and then once that she got
00:36:43.200
caught or he got caught and see some of that he said uh oh well i didn't mean to is we just there was
00:36:49.680
a typo in the text message so that's an actual and duck and those and those were those targeting
00:36:55.120
were those targeting all voters or those targeting one specific universe of voters that's what we need
00:37:00.640
to know we need to know who did she send the text messages to if he sent the text messages to trump
00:37:06.400
voters and that's obvious uh that's obviously an actual conspiracy not posting a parody or jimmy
00:37:12.640
kimmel making a joke on a late night show yeah posting a meme is one thing uh making a joke on
00:37:20.640
a late night show is one thing but i really do think that sending messages and we all get you
00:37:25.600
know the election text messages i think trumps are actually pretty funny most of the time but you know
00:37:30.640
sending it out to people as if it's some kind of message from appearing to come from the government
00:37:34.880
that clearly seems to be one of the things i want to check do we have julie julie do we have you there
00:37:39.760
yes we do all right there we go we got it back up we love when technology works so julie
00:37:48.960
when it comes down to this what happens to our country and to our system
00:37:54.400
if one side is engaged in lawfare and the other side does nothing
00:38:00.240
i mean i think um obviously everyone knows and can see how this has unraveled over the past
00:38:06.480
several years and you have innocent americans who have been rounded up and charged and imprisoned
00:38:13.520
for exercising their first amendment rights and this is the sort of stuff that we would condemn at
00:38:19.840
the united nations of if other countries were doing that i mean this is the sort of thing we hear
00:38:24.960
vladimir putin is doing but yet we're doing it here brazenly doing it this department of justice
00:38:32.000
cheered on by the regime media who hasn't been circumspect at all about what this january 6th
00:38:40.160
prosecution both donald trump and his associates of course uh peter navarro and steve bannon and now
00:38:46.800
more than 1 500 j sixers and counting they're still arresting people uh you know talk douglas talking
00:38:53.360
about a meme i've seen memes used repeatedly in sentencing memos by this doj
00:38:58.720
memes that indicated the the defendant believed that the 2020 election was stolen making fun of nancy
00:39:05.120
pelosi you know planning to go uh january 6th this is used as incriminating evidence against americans
00:39:13.200
which should never be happening i think this was part of why donald trump won so decisively last week
00:39:21.920
yes the economy other issues are very important the people are very unsettled seeing the federal
00:39:28.160
government its most powerful agencies weaponized against its political foes whether it's someone
00:39:34.480
like donald trump or it's you know a 62 year old grandmother from florida which i've covered those
00:39:40.400
cases as well uh so the american people most americans not the left want to step to this some may not have
00:39:50.800
the appetite for what you know we call justice or sometimes i call revenge retaliation or at least
00:39:57.520
consequences for the government officials responsible for what they have done here for the past several
00:40:05.440
years but certainly since january 6th if they do are not held accountable this will just happen again
00:40:11.760
the next time the democrats are in power and it will be far worse than even you know the abuse of
00:40:17.360
prosecution incarceration etc that we've we've seen recently let me just ask you something so as
00:40:24.400
president trump is moving through obviously uh attorney general is going to be one of his next big picks
00:40:30.560
do you think that it's it's very important for the next incoming attorney general should they commit to
00:40:36.480
commit to uh pardons for the j6ers not blanket but at least opening up the pardon process for j6ers and and
00:40:45.200
folks like doug mackie and so many others yes or no absolutely
00:40:52.480
no absolutely on day one has to happen all right folks mean defensefund.com also please go follow
00:41:01.280
julie kelly her substack is required reading we'll be right back here from palm beach florida
00:41:07.680
jack is a great guy he's written that fantastic book everybody's talking about it go get it
00:41:18.880
and he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event
00:41:22.960
and i'm going to turn it around and thank our country great again amen
00:41:26.640
all right jack posobiec k posobiec k posobiec kevin posobiec back here human events daily mar-a-lago
00:41:38.560
edition poso the younger that's right that's you're you're in the not sitting at the yeah in the uh so
00:41:44.320
in the uh giving this year in the war room coffee table book what is it called outlaws rebels rogues and
00:41:52.000
outlaws rebels rogues and outlaws he uh kevin is referred to as poso the younger so poso the younger
00:41:58.800
uh who's here today um but i gotta say kev we got an email in over the break from from jose
00:42:08.640
and jose emails us at 1776 at humanevents.com dear mr posobiec we think having your brother kevin as a
00:42:15.920
co-host is a wonderful idea in fact why not have him as a regular co-host along with you you two make
00:42:23.360
a very nice team working together in front of the camera i like well i like how you took out little
00:42:28.480
brother well here's the thing jose i have to tell you though that the reason we can't do that is because
00:42:35.520
when you do a daily show that means you have to show up on time every single day of the week and that
00:42:42.880
requires something called work ethic that one of us and and also another thing called reliability
00:42:49.600
now i know i was a little bit a little a little behind the schedule today but that's because i was
00:42:54.800
literally at mar-a-lago right now with stuff that i can't even begin to tell you about say i was here
00:43:03.200
for a whole week before he got everybody yeah what were you doing the show i was ready for all and every
00:43:09.680
correspondence i mean you did do a little bit of the show i did do a little bit of the show
00:43:13.280
correspondence let's go let's go where's the interviews where's the oh oh we want we want
00:43:18.640
kept no but see people keep asking they say they say am i up for a job am i up for you know uh in
00:43:25.920
the transition team am i going to be in the you know the intel you know intel director i said no no guys
00:43:32.720
it's not that at all i'm here right now at palm beach because look look you got people trying to
00:43:40.960
call me during the show it's like guys shows on what are you doing so that's why i'm here at palm
00:43:45.280
beach not to take a position with the trump administration no no no i'm here to put together
00:43:50.640
a consortium of investors and kevin and i have been going around town we've got our powerpoint we've got
00:43:56.000
it all figured out we're going to buy msnbc and we're going to run yes msnbc so everyone on primetime
00:44:04.880
gets fired that's obvious but joe and mika can stay joe and mika will stay but we're going to change it
00:44:13.040
from joe and mika to mornings with mika so instead it's just going to be more because mika she's been
00:44:21.520
she's been she's been completely sidelined by the patriarchy and diminished for all these years
00:44:28.400
so now the question of course is there is a certain primetime host who really doesn't like me
00:44:35.040
very much actually the last time i was on msnbc i was on her show what's her name again kev what's
00:44:40.160
her name it's uh it's not not a very joyful name no it's not a very it's not very joyful at all it's
00:44:44.880
it's it's joyless joyless she she uh she reached out to us over the summer too oh wait wait wait i
00:44:51.280
thought we were supposed to talk about that oh really well it's winter now fair enough wvw winter
00:44:56.880
is coming winter is coming so what what was it that joyless reed reached out to us about over the
00:45:01.760
summer pray tell oh pray tell it might have been it might have been when we when we went on uh went
00:45:08.000
on stage to someone had a certain flag certain flag um certain pink flag pink flag pink flag palm beach
00:45:15.760
pink palm beach pink it was uh i got palm beach pink right here confidential look at that that's
00:45:20.880
rare right there that's rare very rare it's salmon actually it's salmon salmon rare yeah we're going
00:45:27.120
we're going from white boy summer right in the white boy winter let's go joy reed will be no joy
00:45:33.520
reed will be allowed to stay as long as she becomes the news the new face of white boy summer
00:45:40.720
i think she would look great in like a pink shawl she would look good and she would look so good
00:45:45.200
after a scarf well and but you got to see because ben burkwam got her to cut the
00:45:50.080
burkwam got her to cut the the trump hair we love ben we love ben don't we so much folks no i think i
00:45:55.280
think bring it back i think bring the trump hair back and then some wait wait wait pit vipers with the
00:46:02.400
