00:02:58.680 aboard today's edition of human events daily we are here live in washington dc today is june 11 2024

00:03:05.960 anno domini hunter biden found guilty in the new uh this new delaware case this new delaware case

00:03:17.740 and gun charges and oh he was he on those drugs you better believe he was on those drugs

00:03:23.020 folks this is a cover up this is a cover up operation and you need to understand why when i said

00:03:32.440 maga demands reciprocity i'm not talking about a slap on a wrist for some gun charge i mean real

00:03:40.060 reciprocity which means real justice not a hollow pacification so that the rhinos and the progressives

00:03:46.880 can blather around about with their condescending indignation no one is above the law nor the

00:03:53.320 president nor the president's not ladies and gentlemen let me take you on a little journey

00:03:59.520 back to ancient babylon a time when civilization was still in its infancy picture if you will

00:04:05.920 a society striving to find order amidst chaos yearning for a structure that would ensure

00:04:11.880 justice and fairness for all people we enter what the code of hammurabi a seminal collection of laws

00:04:18.920 etched into stone standing as a testament to humanity's first significant leap towards organized

00:04:26.600 governance why was the code of hammurabi so profoundly good you ask because it established a

00:04:33.320 baseline for civilization the groundwork for a system where rules and laws govern in human behavior

00:04:39.560 rather than the arbitrary whims of those in power the code introduced the radical idea that justice

00:04:46.400 should be predictable and impartial a cornerstone of any stable society now consider the principle

00:04:54.380 an eye for an eye now this is often misunderstood in its simplicity but at its core an eye for an eye

00:05:00.840 was about proportionality and fairness ensuring that the punishment fit the crime this was a clear move

00:05:08.740 a way from the unchecked vengeance and personal retribution that would could and would tear communities

00:05:15.780 apart through tribal violence instead it brought about a sense of balance where individuals could trust

00:05:23.460 in a system that would uphold their rights and protect them from unjust harm so let me ask you a question

00:05:31.620 which society do we live in now do we live in a society where we believe our rights are upheld and where we

00:05:41.700 have trust or do we live in a society where those in power can wield the forces of anarcho tyranny against their

00:05:51.140 political opponents against individuals who step out of line and against movements that they are trying to squelch shut down and imprison i think you know the answer

00:06:01.220 the answer stay tuned be right back mike ben's editor ron johnson

00:08:09.540 going silent is probably the worst thing you could ever see happen because that probably means he's

00:08:14.980 gunning for you his name is mike benz the foundation of freedom online benz i gotta ask you man what is

00:08:22.340 your initial reaction to these hunter biden so he's convicted he's convicted of the gun charges and yet

00:08:28.900 i can't help but ask myself the question what about the ukraine stuff what about all the money

00:08:36.660 from china what about all of the corruption that we found in the laptop sure the gun charges they

00:08:44.100 had him dead to rights and that's what the jury ended up coming out with but it really seems to me

00:08:49.700 like this is giving the media and the department of justice by the way merrick garland a huge pass

00:08:56.100 here what say you i don't even blink when i look at this it's a it's a sham it's a fraud it's a facade

00:09:03.860 it's a charade the whole thing is total bs these prosecutors had to be basically dragged into the

00:09:11.380 dentist office by the judge if you remember this actually started with a sweetheart deal to hunter

00:09:18.180 but uh and that that gave hunter full immunity and the judge said listen we're delaware

00:09:26.100 we're rigged we know that like beau biden hunter's brother ran the ran the whole state just you know

00:09:32.340 criminal justice system here uh for a decade but if in this is too much they're not we're playing a game

00:09:38.340 here we you gotta at least tango dance with this you can't just give them full immunity we have to we 0.93

00:09:44.020 have to go through the charade of some de minimis thing in order to make it look like our system isn't

00:09:49.300 so crooked so he sent it back to the prosecutors they made their full case in less than a week

00:09:55.140 they only hit him with the with the gun charges now mind you there's there was there was three

00:10:00.260 charges total total we watched hunter biden measuring grams of cocaine on a digital scale 0.99

00:10:07.620 chasing hookers down a hallway snorting lines off the ass cracks of russian prostitutes 1.00

00:10:13.940 doing deals for foreign countries without registering as a as a foreign agent under farah 1.00

00:10:21.220 for you uh for ukraine for china and and god knows how many other countries that that he was involved

00:10:28.580 in there there's 170 crimes that are outlined in the marco polo report you've got you know between the

00:10:35.540 the the tax evasion the the foreign influence and frankly whatever happened to uh to the statute of

00:10:43.060 limitations games we are in a world now where if you recall several of the trump prosecutions

00:10:49.380 including what they did with with the with the civil cases they actually went back and they and they

00:10:53.940 had the state assembly change the statute of limitations to be able to go back in time

00:10:59.540 and hit trump with things that were totally lawful if you uh under a lapsed statute of limitations

00:11:07.140 so i should say they would not be prosecutable uh under under a lapsed uh statute of limitations

00:11:13.620 but the state assembly because they wanted to go out and get them then turned the clock back to be

00:11:19.460 able to indict well we've got hunter nailed dead to rights they didn't bring the cases even though they

00:11:28.820 had his they had his laptop the whole time they had him you know we just came out two weeks ago that

00:11:35.060 the fbi knew about his dealings in ukraine and we're monitoring it the whole time which probably

00:11:40.740 gets to the whole other aspect around intelligence frankly but they could have done the exact same

00:11:46.420 thing to hunter for even for the things that we all saw on video the end the the dozens of federal

00:11:52.100 crimes that are just openly circulating right now on twitter so everyone knows what this is they get

00:11:57.300 zero credit let me let me dig into that with you because this is something you've been outlining for a long

00:12:02.900 time that it wasn't just hunter biden doing this out of the goodness of his own heart and by the way

00:12:10.100 possibly it wasn't even his own father that was directly uh influencing or directing and coordinating

00:12:18.340 these uh these deals but you've actually got a sense that perhaps hunter biden wasn't just an illegal

00:12:24.180 foreign agent for ukraine and for these oligarchs and burisma and these companies but there may have been

00:12:30.340 a hidden third hand in all of this yeah that third hand is u.s intelligence and and in particular our

00:12:38.260 foreign policy establishment of which intelligence is one of the subsets of you know there's defense

00:12:43.700 diplomacy and intelligence that is the pentagon the state department and the cia are are woven

00:12:50.180 inextricably together into what was termed under under the obama era as the blob and the blob had a grand

00:12:58.260 plan in ukraine in ukraine in order to shift the european energy market away from russia and towards

00:13:04.820 nato energy stakeholders bankrupting russia in the process depriving them of the ability to fund their

00:13:10.900 own military industrial complex and then therefore having unfettered military reign over the entire world

00:13:17.620 and part and parcel of that plan was to cut russia off of two countries germany the nordstrom pipelines

00:13:26.660 and ukraine for the transit points of the centuries of a century of of gas pipeline architecture

00:13:34.820 that is the lifeblood of european energy and hunter was dead in the middle of that ukraine gas play

00:13:43.620 burisma was mining the endogenous shale to to as a feeder into nafta gas the state-owned ukrainian gas giant

00:13:53.540 that george soros no less than george soros himself was the architect of the privatization plan for and

00:13:59.780 was locked in a power struggle against vladimir putin for control over nafta gas because half of

00:14:04.980 the board nafta gas was basically split between the soros faction and half of it was split between

00:14:09.780 the russian faction in the run-up to the 2014 ukraine coup and what's really amazing is about a week ago

00:14:16.020 john solomon's just the news uh got a hold of a internal set of documents from 2014 by hunter biden's

00:14:24.340 law firm at the time in in 2014 where as this is right after you know hunter was on on the board got

00:14:32.020 put on the board of burisma and the law firm drew up a plan to pitch to the state department that hunt

00:14:39.220 that burisma uh that the state department should interfere in ukraine's own legal system and remove 0.99

00:14:46.500 victor shokin the prosecutor and take dramatic action to preserve burisma's business license

00:14:52.100 because the operations of burisma were critical to u.s national interests once you think about that

00:14:57.700 for a second this is so they and by the way this is the prosecutor this is the prosecutor that every

00:15:03.380 fact checker and every foreign policy article and every economist article for years has been telling

00:15:09.700 us that oh that prosecutor was corrupt and the fact that joe biden of course it is now infamous clip

00:15:15.700 from the castle farm relations saying you know well son of a b i got him fired that that actually was

00:15:21.700 the direct action that burisma and now what you're saying is the law firm of hunter biden which to your

00:15:28.740 point uh very much looks like an intelligence front organization was being used to craft both u.s and

00:15:36.420 ukrainian foreign policy yeah i mean well look the fact checkers lied i mean shock of all shocks they

00:15:42.180 they lied to what no no no bens how could you say such a thing get the cut this guy's mike come on you 0.84

00:15:50.900 can't just my goodness not our not our illustrious and honored fact checkers they're a democratic

00:15:56.260 institution don't you know so what's what's amazing though is in this john solomon article where they

00:16:01.300 they put out this you know they just the news publishes this 53 page uh law firm pitched to the

00:16:07.460 state department they actually have the whole timeline where it shows another thing the fact

00:16:11.940 checkers lied about where it's where they actually had at that time they knew that they were under

00:16:15.860 investigation by victor shokin's uh uh prosecutor's office in ukraine which is something that the fact

00:16:22.740 checker said oh no no that the chronology can't be true because the chronology doesn't match but it's

00:16:27.060 right there in the document so they just lied again but what's really really critical here is

00:16:32.900 this if the state department determined that barice that that building up barisma maintaining its

00:16:40.020 business licenses keeping keeping the anti-corruption charges off of barisma was vital to u.s national

00:16:46.740 interests if the state department made that determination that means the cia gets a green

00:16:53.860 light to have all of its tentacles descend regionally to it to carry that out because all the cia really

00:17:02.820 does is provide covert plausibly deniable support to a state department goal the cia does not set u.s

00:17:09.860 foreign policy it is the enforcement arm it's the same thing with the cia has the same relationship

00:17:15.140 with the state department as the fbi does with the justice department a lot of people think oh the

00:17:19.620 fbi the fbi is so crooked well they are but the fbi doesn't come up with the idea the fbi is the

00:17:26.100 intelligence arm of the justice department so when you see crooked things being done by the fbi

00:17:33.140 that's the crooked arm but the crooked brain is in the justice department and it's the same relationship

00:17:39.220 with the cia and the state department if these if this if the state department did what hunter

00:17:44.340 biden's law firm asked them to do then you can bet your bottom dollar and i was going to say something

00:17:50.500 a lot worse there that the cia was wrapped up in protecting barisma and lo and behold who was right

00:17:58.980 next to hunter biden on the board of barisma cofer black 30 years at the cia was actually according to

00:18:05.620 the daily beast mit romney's cia sherpa there's and there's so much more there's so much more i want

00:18:13.700 to come back we're going to play an interesting clip from a u.s senator talking exactly about what

00:18:20.740 mike benz has been telling us all along stay tuned

00:19:32.500 c-h-o-q.com promo code post i want to play now a clip from everyone's favorite u.s senator from south

00:19:40.420 carolina what did trump do to get the weapon slowing he created a loan system they're sitting on 10 to 12

00:19:48.580 trillion dollars of critical minerals in in ukraine they could be the richest country in all of europe

00:19:55.380 i don't want to give that money and those assets to put in to share with china if we help ukraine now 0.64

00:20:01.780 they can become the best business partner we ever dreamed of that 10 to 12 trillion dollars of

00:20:06.740 critical mineral assets could be used by ukraine and the west not given to put in china this is a

00:20:13.540 very big deal how ukraine ends let's help them win a war we can't afford to lose let's find a solution to

00:20:20.500 this war but they're sitting on a gold mine to give putin 10 or 12 trillion dollars of critical

00:20:26.580 minerals that he will share with uh china is ridiculous i mean there you go folks there you go 0.72

00:20:35.140 tens of trillions of dollars of critical minerals by the way this was the same argument that you heard

00:20:42.900 uh prevent it from falling into the hands of putin in china this was the same argument you heard at the

00:20:47.380 very tail end of the afghan war of the afghanistan uh occupation that the u.s conducted for 20 years

00:20:53.220 spent 20 years to uh give the taliban but had knocked the taliban out of power to just give it

00:20:58.340 back to the taliban and they use the same line on president trump and so it's kind of like this when

00:21:05.060 the military industrial complex ruse loses all credibility everywhere else every day every single

00:21:09.780 line has been debunked finally they come back and say all right it's about the lithium deposits all right

00:21:15.140 it's about the minerals mike benz you've been called so many names under the sun for saying this from day

00:21:21.460 one on ukraine so i'll i'll add another thing to that i'm just going to call you right because you

00:21:27.300 were right all along and there's lindsey graham admitting it it's such a breath of fresh air yeah

00:21:33.220 you and i were just talking before before this it really is like the first honest sentence that's

00:21:39.380 come out of lindsey graham's mouth about the whole thing for years now it's oh it's democracy it's

00:21:44.900 democracy well they're not having elections it's democracy they banned alternative media

00:21:49.220 it's elections they banned everyone from social media it's elections they banned alternate religions

00:21:53.940 it's it turns out you know you spell democracy with basically a bunch of cia dollar signs i mean this

00:22:00.420 is the same sort of of covert action in order to control natural resources that has been the standard

00:22:07.940 left-wing critique against you know the imperial overreach of of the united states since the the

00:22:14.740 rise of the new left in the early 1960s but there is an actual sort of respectable honesty in in framing

00:22:23.540 the ukraine situation around this donald trump did something very similar when it when it came to

00:22:28.020 the syria operation he said we're leaving but we're taking the oil and and the state department was up in

00:22:33.700 arms no no no no no no no you can't say that you know we're supposed to we're supposed to lie to

00:22:39.860 them diplomacy is about duplicity it's about it's about getting what you want while lying to people

00:22:45.460 so that their guard doesn't activate by letting you know how you profit from taking advantage of them

00:22:50.980 but yes so this is one of these things with the minerals where it coincides with the oil and gas story

00:22:56.420 yeah the washington post reported in 2022 that ukraine sits on 10 12.4 trillion dollars worth of

00:23:04.980 of critical minerals which include some of the world's largest supplies of titanium lithium coal iron

00:23:12.100 ore the coal is particularly interesting because the coal is all in the donbass and actually almost all

00:23:19.620 of it is is all in the donbass uh which is which is of course the critical uh you know struggle right

00:23:25.380 now uh for for the pentagon to control but you know these are we've been told that these uh that these

00:23:32.340 that coal is a natural resource that's bad bad bad so who cares if the russians get it because uh you 0.99

00:23:38.980 know isn't coal supposed to be totally verboten under the uh under the clean energy uh transition here

00:23:45.620 it's so it's it's the same thing by the way with with fracking uh for the for the shale that uh you

00:23:51.300 know it's one of the things that that they were building up ukraine to do is become this giant fracking

00:23:55.620 zone well and with yeah but basically they want to get massively rich off of it off of the the exact

00:24:05.060 same thing in ukraine that they've functionally declared illegal here in the us i mean it's the same

00:24:11.140 thing frankly with uh with everything else they do where it's like you know they they want to turn

00:24:16.580 other countries into a giant narco zone they want to overthrow their governments do all the things 0.99

00:24:21.780 that we say are really bad to do here but we profit by turning our little vassal states into these

00:24:26.900 uh dysfunctional you know uh third world hell zones and and that's what we've done to ukraine 0.93

00:24:32.420 but yes at least there's finally some honesty in our diplomacy although i'm sure that this will be

00:24:36.580 rolled back uh by tomorrow night from the from the blinking crew we'll go back to there's a piece

00:24:42.020 of there's a piece of this as well and and we kind of mentioned this over the break and there's

00:24:46.260 another driver to u.s foreign policy that i think totally gets swept out and totally gets left out of

00:24:52.740 the picture where um lindsey graham is kind of encroaching on this territory and it that is even beyond 1.00

00:25:00.340 the mineral right something that's even more important to the u.s government or the u.s

00:25:06.500 establishment if as you would and that is the petrodollar that is the fact when people say that

00:25:12.740 the u.s dollar is is just fiat currency and i know my all my bitcoin bros love to say oh the u.s

00:25:18.260 dollar is just fiat it's not backed by anything it's like yes and no right on paper no it's not but

00:25:22.900 in reality it's actually backed by a system that is quotely referred to as the petrodollar this is one

00:25:29.780 of the main reasons that we see so much of our of our aggressive foreign policy and which bleeds

00:25:35.460 into then military policy in ukraine now but even all the way across the middle east break down what

00:25:41.140 the tie is there mike bens yeah so our uh the petrodollar is is essentially this this agreement

00:25:48.900 that we've had with foreign countries that whenever they transact in the in the purchase or sale of

00:25:54.500 oil that it you know that it's the petro and petrodollar the petroleum that that the transaction

00:26:01.140 would be denominated in u.s dollars instead of any other currency and what that essentially does

00:26:06.500 is that ensures that there is that there are dollars being distributed within the international finance

00:26:12.500 system way above the amount that there would ordinarily be in terms of demand so what it does is it

00:26:18.580 keeps a constant supply of u.s dollars uh and and that's that's essentially what keeps the dollar

00:26:25.300 afloat right now we are in a bit of a crisis because uh a huge proportion of u.s dollars for example are

00:26:31.220 held by are held by china china has something like 16 12 to 16 percent of uh of all like you know u.s

00:26:39.060 dollars and float from our debt and they offloaded 50 billion dollars they divested 50 billion dollars of

00:26:46.340 those of those of those dollars in circulation in the first quarter of 2024 and so this is something

00:26:52.740 that is you know there's a few different tricks that the u.s has up its sleeve in order to preserve

00:26:59.060 the u.s dollar one of them is the petrodollar another thing that's very interesting now is

00:27:03.140 cryptocurrency which you know which which i think is very interesting because you mentioned the

00:27:07.780 the crypto bros here um i've been quite fascinated by the role in of crypto and actually supporting the

00:27:14.900 u.s dollar because it it turns out that the the two major stable coins tether and circle which are

00:27:23.220 which are virtually all of of how large trades are exchanged on the uh on crypto platforms they've

00:27:32.420 begun to hold essentially all of their holdings in u.s treasuries so there's about a hundred billion

00:27:38.340 dollars worth of treasuries that were that are held now by tether which um you know is uh is quite a can

00:27:46.740 of worms in terms of it's total never been audited um they they can essentially produce tethers out of

00:27:52.340 nowhere on a pinky promise that there's some dollar behind it but uh it's it it may very well be a uh

00:27:59.780 kind of offshore federal reserve that is propping up the u.s dollar and so there are all these little

00:28:04.900 tricks that we're having to resort to now because we don't have a healthy organic economy to be able

00:28:08.820 to support the u.s dollar in a healthy way and this is interesting because as you read as you're

00:28:16.340 talking about this so you've got tether and you got circles of these stable coins are probably coming up

00:28:20.580 just as china and it's it's beyond just china because you do see this burgeoning movement towards

00:28:26.660 multi-polarity uh obviously the rise of the bricks nations the rise of bricks as a trading block which

00:28:32.900 has for a decade now billed itself as a potential alternative to the swift system an alternative

00:28:39.460 to the western back system alternative to the petrodollar system it it from a variety of reasons

00:28:45.380 isn't quite there yet but you really can't describe it because you've got the rise of bricks without

00:28:50.820 leetware without mentioning in the same breath the rise of crypto as a completely alternate new money

00:28:57.460 market that has been created for this that actually sort of sort of exists outside the normal system

00:29:04.180 of nation states right i think it's very interesting that you hear blackrock now talking about the

00:29:09.860 utility of crypto you hear larry fink you hear jamie diamond has seemed to have about faced on on some

00:29:15.860 of these things it's it's um i think as the u.s treasury now sees crypto as a way of supporting the u.s dollar

00:29:23.460 uh it's actually changed how institutional players see the the future profitability of the space which

00:29:29.540 i find very interesting but you know they also crypto also plays a really interesting role in cia

00:29:34.180 money laundering operations in fact it was you no less than ukraine itself which began getting hundreds

00:29:41.460 of millions of dollars in these discrete crypto payments around the around the uh the start of the

00:29:47.860 2022 um breakout of the war just recently there was a kind of an incredible frankly i think it should be

00:29:54.980 a scandal but coindesk uh reported that that the state department and us aid were now um in an attempt to

00:30:04.420 regime change venezuela are are targeting their us aid payments to venezuelan political dissidents and the

00:30:12.100 political opposition uh in in venezuela uh using circle payments there's a direct partnership now

00:30:19.620 between circle one of the two major stable coins which is directly regulated by the u.s government

00:30:25.140 circle now is a direct partnership with the state department in order to target the u.s aid with the

00:30:30.180 regime change apparatus there we need to do an entire show on this man mike ben's foundation for freedom

00:30:36.660 online following folks mike ben's cyber the best office hours you will find on the entire internet

00:30:42.500 senator ron johnson wisconsin joining us next

00:30:47.620 jack where is jack where is jack where is he jack i want to see you

00:30:57.380 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always

00:31:02.580 talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting

00:31:07.540 policies jack's look back live human events daily very honored to have on senator ron johnson the great

00:31:15.060 state of wisconsin senator uh we've been talking about lawfare in the united states for a long time

00:31:21.780 we've been talking about the department of justice it's something that you've been banging on about for

00:31:26.100 quite some time so hunter biden has just been found guilty on three gun charges in the state of delaware

00:31:34.260 yet we've been detailing throughout the show that it seems as though a lot of the revelations of this

00:31:38.980 laptop the the money from ukraine the money from china the money from russia kazakhstan other sources

00:31:44.580 a lot of that seems to have been kind of left on the cutting room floor as they say senator what is your

00:31:51.380 reaction to the hunter biden conviction it was an obvious conviction uh the most important thing that

00:31:57.780 came out of that trial was the admission by the fbi that the laptop top was genuine hadn't been doctored

00:32:04.180 uh they knew that in december 2019 probably took them a little while to analyze that but you know

00:32:09.460 the day after senator grassley and i issued our report in september 2020 uh john mcisaac offered us

00:32:16.100 that computer because he finally felt safe enough if two u.s senators were investigating this

00:32:21.540 our problem is we went to the fbi i mean it sounded like an odd story and we wanted to make sure it

00:32:25.140 was a stolen property or it wasn't a russian plant and of course the fbi just gave us the run around

00:32:30.820 for weeks until john mcisaac got impatient turned that over to rudy giuliani's attorney who then turned

00:32:37.220 over the new york post the rest of his history from that standpoint but again i point that out because it

00:32:41.540 just shows that the corruption of the fbi uh worked to a certain extent i mean it certainly uh made us a

00:32:50.740 very hesitant to accept that computer and take it at face value uh so that's what the fbi has been

00:32:56.340 doing so the same things happened here in terms of prosecution uh this this prosecutor has been

00:33:02.020 dragged kicking and screaming into these indictments into prosecuting this they're

00:33:06.100 the prosecuting the the lesser charge here um again swift conviction is obvious he was guilty but he

00:33:12.340 allowed the statute of limitations to run on the more serious tax charges and my guess is they will

00:33:17.940 do everything they possibly can at trial to limit the exposure of the rest of the biden crime family

00:33:25.140 including including joe biden uh they don't want to be asking or exposing so okay okay so you avoided

00:33:30.980 taxes on all these millions what did you do to earn these millions of dollars show show us one tangible

00:33:38.180 thing of value you provided in exchange for the tens of millions you got uh paid by our international

00:33:45.940 adversaries you know show us that i mean that's what really needs to be put under the microscope and

00:33:52.340 those are the kind of kinds of questions that hunter and james and joe biden really need to answer but

00:33:57.460 they've never really been asked and and of course we know that they might be turned into some tax

00:34:04.420 charges or something like that we're not even sure what the status of any of that is

00:34:08.500 no and again i mean probably the easiest way out of this situation would be uh plead guilty and try

00:34:15.460 and do some kind of plea agreement that won't surprise me at all but again uh this i appreciate the

00:34:21.460 conviction um but again this this is uh this is the lesser charge here and we still don't have a lot

00:34:29.220 of information on exactly how corrupt the the biden family is well i think that's clearly the biggest

00:34:35.620 piece of this that we're missing now and and in terms of corruption though looking back huge

00:34:41.780 revelations on something that you've been banging on about for a long time regarding january 6 and

00:34:47.540 specifically we've been looking at this role of the national guard and general milley and whether or not

00:34:54.020 there was this huge question of whether or not president trump had authorized january 6 to have the

00:35:00.660 national guardsmen there uh we just had on pete hegseth yesterday who's got a whole book about

00:35:05.140 this that he was initially one of the national guardsmen that was called in the uh in the aftermath

00:35:11.540 of that day but his orders were revoked because they were worried he was too conservative enough

00:35:16.580 and they were calling him an extremist now we find revelations that general milley apparently said

00:35:22.660 or was telling people that he was worried that president trump might use the national guard to declare some

00:35:28.260 kind of martial law start going after the congress i've got to get your response on general milley

00:35:34.100 well the most interesting thing i've read so far is an article that described a order that was

00:35:39.940 prepared by general milley and army secretary mccarthy on january 5th that required army secretary

00:35:47.860 mccarthy to approve uh the deployment of the guard and then he was you know curiously awol during that time

00:35:56.580 period it's like he wasn't around to actually give the order and so the order was never given uh but

00:36:02.100 no it sure sounds like uh general milley has got a lot of explaining to do and i've been saying for

00:36:08.820 really ever since january 6th of 2021 uh that the full story on january 6th hasn't even begun

00:36:15.940 to be told remember i'm the guy that in a senate hearing entered uh j michael waller's very accurate

00:36:22.580 eyewitness account 14 pages into the record i was immediately labeled a conspiracy theorist

00:36:27.460 that record that eyewitness testimony has pretty well stood the test of time

00:36:31.300 we just haven't really delved into who who were those provocateurs who were those agitators you know

00:36:37.460 to what extent were those groups infiltrated by you know different government informants or

00:36:44.820 personnel again we just i mean there's so many strange characters that have been documented that there

00:36:50.260 are just no answers for people that uh seem seem to have been uh you know ripe for prosecution that

00:36:56.020 the government's not touching while they go after grandmothers with the swat raids on their their 0.99

00:37:01.060 ranches i mean this is again it is so odd and it all starts with why didn't we have security there to

00:37:08.500 begin with you know what what was the plan they wouldn't even tell us what the plan was there was more

00:37:14.100 security for the brett kavanaugh uh supreme court judge hearings or justice hearings than there was

00:37:20.020 for january 6 even though we knew there were going to be tens of thousands more people there

00:37:24.260 um so again there's there's a lot of explaining to be done and unfortunately the january 6 committee

00:37:29.620 that select committee was thoroughly corrupt uh now that they've apparently destroyed their records they

00:37:35.380 didn't archive them so uh congressman laudermilk's having to you know get all those records for

00:37:40.660 himself to start archiving him that's taking a lot of time so we're not getting help out of this

00:37:44.980 administration that's for sure which again to me just seems suspicious and also corrupt

00:37:52.260 well senator it's it's interesting you mentioned that so j michael waller um you know he's a personal

00:37:56.100 friend of mine and and a colleague and what i saw as a reporter there at january 6 um at at some

00:38:04.340 point obviously i didn't even realize that was going to happen when it happened so we didn't have

00:38:08.500 we didn't have cameras for all of it ran to get a camera as soon as i saw what was going on um was

00:38:13.460 there and i've said many times for the first flash bangs that went off as we were coming down capitol hill

00:38:18.740 but i saw people and exactly the same thing that that waller was talking about in his report where they

00:38:26.740 i'll never forget this a guy in a green poncho wearing a hat and going up to couples there just

00:38:33.620 you know on the sidewalk who were not in the capitol or not you know quote unquote storming anything they

00:38:38.820 weren't even walking up the steps but these provocateurs were walking up to these couples 0.98

00:38:43.700 and saying go in go in you've come this far you need to keep going whereas they weren't going in

00:38:49.700 themselves they were going up to individuals in the crowd who were just middle-aged regular middle-aged

00:38:55.380 couples standing there with their little american flags and trying to urge them to go in uh while

00:39:01.540 as they themselves were doing nothing wearing nondescript you know kind of the same color as

00:39:04.580 the shirt i have on right here this sort of like military green and we've never seen any of these

00:39:09.460 people charged we've never had any kind of clarity on this i've been waiting for a long time to hear

00:39:14.660 something like that in any of the charges or waiting to hear some of the people that took down the

00:39:19.540 fencing that took down some of the implements that were originally erected these bike fences that were

00:39:25.700 put around the some of those parts of the national mall where you come up to the steps that it's usually open

00:39:31.220 um and so i can understand why people would would think that the lawn is normally open but for

00:39:35.140 whatever reason and i i think that we will not quite get the reason on this you we've never seen

00:39:40.340 charges of people like this you've never seen any of that and i've checked so many documents plus

00:39:45.300 then when we look at general milley it it seems to me and we were talking senator yesterday about

00:39:50.500 this as well in these reports that he's having these conversations and we're coming up on a quick break

00:39:56.820 here but he's having these conversations now that we know with people who were members of the obama

00:40:02.580 administration people like and this went viral when we uh when we posted it yesterday that he was in

00:40:08.420 direct communication with susan rice susan rice had been obama's national security advisor susan rice

00:40:16.740 was the individual who unmasked general flynn's name that same unmasking that then later showed up in

00:40:24.180 david ignatius's column of the washington post completely illegal and yet again just another

00:40:30.500 one of those actions that has never been charged the department of justice seems completely uh incurious

00:40:38.260 as to who that leaker was or why susan rice's name comes out and why would general milley

00:40:45.300 be in coordination with someone like this quick break coming right back senator ron johnson human events daily

00:40:54.180 in my ear about the boring people at your office i'm trying to listen to the new human events with jack

00:41:02.100 pozovic jack so we're back live we're talking about general milley his actions in lead up to january 6

00:41:10.900 senator johnson um i'd love to get your reaction to the news that has been breaking this all this week

00:41:16.420 about general milley being in communication with susan rice who had been obama's national security

00:41:23.940 uh advisor someone who of course hands off to general flynn doesn't tell him that he's under

00:41:29.300 investigation that he's being spied on even though she clearly knew about it she was in on all these

00:41:33.940 briefings biden well by the way had been in these briefings then she comes back as the domestic one of 1.00

00:41:38.980 the i believe domestic policy advisors under biden why would general milley be talking with somebody

00:41:44.420 like this in the run-up to january 6th well it's all very suspicious isn't it so from my standpoint

00:41:51.140 the most innocent explanation for general milley and anybody else congressional leadership who's in

00:41:56.020 charge of security is they're just completely derelict in their duty again that's the best case scenario

00:42:01.860 you can make for them the least nefarious explanation is they knew something was going to happen or likely

00:42:07.460 to happen and they just sat back and let it happen knowing that uh you know disruption on january

00:42:13.860 six would would pretty well sink trump that that would have been their calculation the the most

00:42:18.020 nefarious is they actually planted provocateurs agitators in there to make sure that there was

00:42:23.220 violence again it's somewhere in that spectrum total dereliction or some some amount of planning to

00:42:29.460 actually create mayhem i don't know because we've never really done serious interviews with the

00:42:35.300 people actually in charge uh we haven't had access to the documents i mean i i haven't again i i was

00:42:41.860 chairman of the senate oversight committee up until basically 2021 and so i wasn't even ranking member

00:42:48.020 on the joint committee between the rules committee and homeland security committee uh so all i could

00:42:51.860 do is uh basically enter uh and i was account like i did for j michael waller's testimony but i've been

00:42:57.620 saying for years we haven't even been begun to be told the full story of what happened on january 6th

00:43:04.260 this is this is something you know like the kennedy assassination or so many other things that the

00:43:08.260 government is doing everything possible to hide the truth you know i'd love to see this is something

00:43:16.580 where i think there the appetite is still there and here we are we've already had one sort of uh

00:43:22.820 you know cursory it was okay it was a sham we had a sham investigation into january 6th that was run

00:43:29.220 by pelosi it's run by benny thompson it was run by liz cheney i think it was a complete sham i think that

00:43:33.860 republicans didn't even have the opportunity to real republicans by the way have the opportunity

00:43:38.740 to go in there and ask questions there was no cross-examination or anything like this i i would

00:43:43.380 go what what do you say senator is it time for or do you do you believe we should have a real investigation

00:43:48.900 sham is way too kind it was a completely corrupt so let me know it's really corrupt i mean the proof of 0.70

00:43:57.300 that is they destroyed their records all that should have been archived again i i don't know

00:44:03.300 know the law and that stuff but i don't know maybe they they're breaking federal records laws there i

00:44:08.180 mean it doesn't really apply to congress but i mean there's something really wrong something really

00:44:13.060 corrupt in what they did and now with these revelations coming out uh the the way that for

00:44:18.260 example the secret service agents that wanted to testify that wanted to uh refute the testimony of of

00:44:24.500 uh cassie was it whatever whatever her name is um is it the hutch we call it we call it the hutch

00:44:32.180 so so the secret they wanted to refute that they weren't allowed to so no that the select committee

00:44:37.700 on january 6th that was a thoroughly corrupt uh committee of congress and again i i have a great

00:44:44.820 deal of sympathy for congressman laudermilk he's trying to reconstruct the records and having investigated

00:44:49.780 things in the past it's like pulling teeth getting this information now january 6th committee they were

00:44:55.780 turned they turned records over to them they just selectively used records in a corrupt fashion

00:45:02.580 so laudermilk's having a real real problem but some of this stuff now is is uh being revealed uh it's

00:45:08.660 good that it is but it just shows the fact that we need a serious serious investigation we need more

00:45:14.900 whistleblowers coming forward but uh again i think this is a massive cover-up on the part of the

00:45:20.340 individuals involved i i couldn't agree more i i would completely support an open investigation into

00:45:29.060 exactly what happened there a completely transparent investigation and something where we're actually

00:45:35.700 calling people in we're going to go after every single person who was involved and as you say the chain

00:45:40.980 of command we have to understand what was the chain of command when it came to the security posture of

00:45:45.540 that event why was the chain of command altered by general milley one day prior to the event and i

00:45:53.620 think some of the things that he's been saying and it sounds like and and this is a very a very uh

00:46:00.980 disturbing sentiment but it sounds like the head of our military actually began taking what they would

00:46:07.700 call active measures against the sitting commander in chief because he had this bug planted in his

00:46:14.020 ear by susan rice and some of these others that he was talking to that the commander-in-chief was somehow

00:46:19.300 a threat i think it's irrefutable that throughout the the trump presidency and quite honestly even before

00:46:25.780 he was inaugurated the deep state was doing everything they could to undermine his presidency and it continues

00:46:32.820 that that undermining of president trump continues now you have the law fair so no this this is this

00:46:37.780 is now being revealed unfortunately the mainstream media pretty well it just turns a blind blind eye

00:46:43.060 toward it when they're not cheerleading it on uh but again there is corruption the deep state is real

00:46:48.740 it's pervasive and that's one of the reasons we have to re-elect president trump and and hopefully

00:46:54.100 he can come into office uh with his eyes wide open and appoint people to root out as much of this deep 0.88

00:47:01.780 state as possible i want to thank the audience by the way while we're watching here because i've just

00:47:09.940 been reformed here that we are the number one live stream on x that we are you know we've got almost

00:47:16.500 10 000 people watching live across rumble number of platforms and i just want to say thank you to

00:47:23.780 everybody out there for supporting us for supporting this work senator what can i say there's a lot of
