00:16:40.020business licenses keeping keeping the anti-corruption charges off of barisma was vital to u.s national

00:23:32.340that coal is a natural resource that's bad bad bad so who cares if the russians get it because uh you
00:23:38.980know isn't coal supposed to be totally verboten under the uh under the clean energy uh transition here
00:23:45.620it's so it's it's the same thing by the way with with fracking uh for the for the shale that uh you
00:23:51.300know it's one of the things that that they were building up ukraine to do is become this giant fracking
00:23:55.620zone well and with yeah but basically they want to get massively rich off of it off of the the exact
00:24:05.060same thing in ukraine that they've functionally declared illegal here in the us i mean it's the same

00:24:46.260another driver to u.s foreign policy that i think totally gets swept out and totally gets left out of
00:24:52.740the picture where um lindsey graham is kind of encroaching on this territory and it that is even beyond
00:25:00.340the mineral right something that's even more important to the u.s government or the u.s
00:25:06.500establishment if as you would and that is the petrodollar that is the fact when people say that
00:25:12.740the u.s dollar is is just fiat currency and i know my all my bitcoin bros love to say oh the u.s
00:25:18.260dollar is just fiat it's not backed by anything it's like yes and no right on paper no it's not but
00:25:22.900in reality it's actually backed by a system that is quotely referred to as the petrodollar this is one
00:25:29.780of the main reasons that we see so much of our of our aggressive foreign policy and which bleeds
00:25:35.460into then military policy in ukraine now but even all the way across the middle east break down what
00:25:41.140the tie is there mike bens yeah so our uh the petrodollar is is essentially this this agreement
00:25:48.900that we've had with foreign countries that whenever they transact in the in the purchase or sale of
00:25:54.500oil that it you know that it's the petro and petrodollar the petroleum that that the transaction
00:26:01.140would be denominated in u.s dollars instead of any other currency and what that essentially does
00:26:06.500is that ensures that there is that there are dollars being distributed within the international finance
00:26:12.500system way above the amount that there would ordinarily be in terms of demand so what it does is it
00:26:18.580keeps a constant supply of u.s dollars uh and and that's that's essentially what keeps the dollar
00:26:25.300afloat right now we are in a bit of a crisis because uh a huge proportion of u.s dollars for example are
00:26:31.220held by are held by china china has something like 16 12 to 16 percent of uh of all like you know u.s
00:26:39.060dollars and float from our debt and they offloaded 50 billion dollars they divested 50 billion dollars of
00:26:46.340those of those of those dollars in circulation in the first quarter of 2024 and so this is something
00:26:52.740that is you know there's a few different tricks that the u.s has up its sleeve in order to preserve
00:26:59.060the u.s dollar one of them is the petrodollar another thing that's very interesting now is
00:27:03.140cryptocurrency which you know which which i think is very interesting because you mentioned the
00:27:07.780the crypto bros here um i've been quite fascinated by the role in of crypto and actually supporting the
00:27:14.900u.s dollar because it it turns out that the the two major stable coins tether and circle which are
00:27:23.220which are virtually all of of how large trades are exchanged on the uh on crypto platforms they've
00:27:32.420begun to hold essentially all of their holdings in u.s treasuries so there's about a hundred billion
00:27:38.340dollars worth of treasuries that were that are held now by tether which um you know is uh is quite a can
00:27:46.740of worms in terms of it's total never been audited um they they can essentially produce tethers out of
00:27:52.340nowhere on a pinky promise that there's some dollar behind it but uh it's it it may very well be a uh
00:27:59.780kind of offshore federal reserve that is propping up the u.s dollar and so there are all these little
00:28:04.900tricks that we're having to resort to now because we don't have a healthy organic economy to be able
00:28:08.820to support the u.s dollar in a healthy way and this is interesting because as you read as you're
00:28:16.340talking about this so you've got tether and you got circles of these stable coins are probably coming up
00:28:20.580just as china and it's it's beyond just china because you do see this burgeoning movement towards
00:28:26.660multi-polarity uh obviously the rise of the bricks nations the rise of bricks as a trading block which
00:28:32.900has for a decade now billed itself as a potential alternative to the swift system an alternative
00:28:39.460to the western back system alternative to the petrodollar system it it from a variety of reasons
00:28:45.380isn't quite there yet but you really can't describe it because you've got the rise of bricks without
00:28:50.820leetware without mentioning in the same breath the rise of crypto as a completely alternate new money
00:28:57.460market that has been created for this that actually sort of sort of exists outside the normal system
00:29:04.180of nation states right i think it's very interesting that you hear blackrock now talking about the
00:29:09.860utility of crypto you hear larry fink you hear jamie diamond has seemed to have about faced on on some
00:29:15.860of these things it's it's um i think as the u.s treasury now sees crypto as a way of supporting the u.s dollar
00:29:23.460uh it's actually changed how institutional players see the the future profitability of the space which
00:29:29.540i find very interesting but you know they also crypto also plays a really interesting role in cia
00:29:34.180money laundering operations in fact it was you no less than ukraine itself which began getting hundreds
00:29:41.460of millions of dollars in these discrete crypto payments around the around the uh the start of the
00:29:47.8602022 um breakout of the war just recently there was a kind of an incredible frankly i think it should be
00:29:54.980a scandal but coindesk uh reported that that the state department and us aid were now um in an attempt to
00:30:04.420regime change venezuela are are targeting their us aid payments to venezuelan political dissidents and the

00:35:05.140this that he was initially one of the national guardsmen that was called in the uh in the aftermath
00:35:11.540of that day but his orders were revoked because they were worried he was too conservative enough
00:35:16.580and they were calling him an extremist now we find revelations that general milley apparently said
00:35:22.660or was telling people that he was worried that president trump might use the national guard to declare some
00:35:28.260kind of martial law start going after the congress i've got to get your response on general milley
00:35:34.100well the most interesting thing i've read so far is an article that described a order that was
00:35:39.940prepared by general milley and army secretary mccarthy on january 5th that required army secretary
00:35:47.860mccarthy to approve uh the deployment of the guard and then he was you know curiously awol during that time
00:35:56.580period it's like he wasn't around to actually give the order and so the order was never given uh but
00:36:02.100no it sure sounds like uh general milley has got a lot of explaining to do and i've been saying for
00:36:08.820really ever since january 6th of 2021 uh that the full story on january 6th hasn't even begun

00:45:14.900whistleblowers coming forward but uh again i think this is a massive cover-up on the part of the
00:45:20.340individuals involved i i couldn't agree more i i would completely support an open investigation into

00:45:35.700calling people in we're going to go after every single person who was involved and as you say the chain
00:45:40.980of command we have to understand what was the chain of command when it came to the security posture of

00:45:53.620think some of the things that he's been saying and it sounds like and and this is a very a very uh
00:46:00.980disturbing sentiment but it sounds like the head of our military actually began taking what they would
00:46:07.700call active measures against the sitting commander in chief because he had this bug planted in his
00:46:14.020ear by susan rice and some of these others that he was talking to that the commander-in-chief was somehow
00:46:19.300a threat i think it's irrefutable that throughout the the trump presidency and quite honestly even before
00:46:25.780he was inaugurated the deep state was doing everything they could to undermine his presidency and it continues
00:46:32.820that that undermining of president trump continues now you have the law fair so no this this is this
