00:00:30.000 We are in a fifth generational conflict.
00:00:40.160 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:46.780 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:49.700 Deliver us from evil.
00:00:51.440 It's nothing short of a miracle that J.D. Vance is a household name.
00:00:55.960 Or a United States senator.
00:00:58.760 Or our next vice president.
00:01:01.760 But here he is.
00:01:03.680 Born into poverty.
00:01:05.960 His family torn apart by drug addiction.
00:01:09.220 No money.
00:01:10.380 No prospects.
00:01:12.100 No future.
00:01:14.660 J.D. joined the Marine Corps.
00:01:16.840 Used the GI Bill to attend college.
00:01:18.900 Then went to Yale and earned a law degree and shared his heartbreaking story in a best-selling book.
00:01:27.740 Only in America is this story possible.
00:01:31.220 But today, for many families, the American dream is now gone.
00:01:36.780 And this is the team tough enough to bring it back.
00:01:39.940 J.D. Vance understands that working families have become the forgotten families.
00:01:46.880 Under Biden, wages are going down while prices skyrocket.
00:01:51.720 Forcing the majority of Americans to live paycheck to paycheck.
00:01:55.680 Working families will have J.D. Vance fighting for them.
00:01:59.820 Seniors, J.D. will have your backs, too.
00:02:03.200 No more deciding between putting food on your table and paying for the prescriptions you need.
00:02:07.900 As a husband and father, J.D. knows the importance of fighting for a parent's right to protect their children.
00:02:16.660 And you can count on this Marine to stand up for our soldiers who put their lives on the line for their country every day.
00:02:24.820 J.D. Vance's story is one of perseverance, of duty, of commitment to what's right.
00:02:32.440 It's an American story.
00:02:34.460 And it's just getting started.
00:02:37.900 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board to a very special edition here on Human Events Daily.
00:02:42.460 Because there's been a lot of talk lately about the selection of Donald Trump's pick, J.D. Vance, as the vice president.
00:02:50.660 A lot of forces, a lot of machinations, a lot of factions that were against him.
00:02:55.820 Many that were for him.
00:02:57.100 How did this all play out?
00:02:58.680 How did this all work out?
00:03:00.120 Well, guess what?
00:03:00.680 Here at Human Events, we've got the inside story, and we're going to give it to you here today.
00:03:05.800 This is part one of the inside story of J.D. Vance.
00:03:09.560 Were you in the arena when Donald Trump entered?
00:03:12.080 So for folks at home, we're in a slightly—
00:03:14.240 There's all these different configurations here.
00:03:15.880 Yeah, these different configurations.
00:03:16.980 So where we are is just adjacent to where Donald Trump walked in.
00:03:21.580 The place was, I mean, beyond electric.
00:03:23.600 I mean, I was tearing up.
00:03:24.600 I mean, when you see that bandage, you're like, you're two inches from that man being in a morgue.
00:03:28.980 And I mean, he's just like, it comes to life.
00:03:31.420 And next him was Byron Donald's talker.
00:03:33.400 J.D. Vance is the VP, which we're going to celebrate.
00:03:36.060 Did you hear about that, that J.D. is actually going to be the VP?
00:03:38.620 You heard about that?
00:03:39.200 We've had a long day.
00:03:41.580 So, yeah, I got caught in the news cycle here.
00:03:45.760 We should actually tell people who have only been watching this some of the news that broke today.
00:03:49.880 Oh, it's huge.
00:03:51.080 So we have the news.
00:03:52.200 During the RNC speeches, it came out that Elon Musk is going to be donating an estimated $45 million.
00:03:59.380 All right, so that's the question, here's the question.
00:04:00.800 Per month.
00:04:01.260 Does November count?
00:04:02.120 Does November count?
00:04:02.920 Is that a month?
00:04:03.540 We're going to make it count.
00:04:04.900 It's prorated.
00:04:05.680 Yeah, it's a prorated.
00:04:07.300 Not even prorated.
00:04:08.020 It's a full month.
00:04:08.760 It's a full month.
00:04:09.800 It's a calendar month.
00:04:10.860 Every calendar month that has a day since his announcement.
00:04:13.100 It's like, you know how they push recurring donations now and it's $45 a month?
00:04:17.000 Ethan was like, I'll do that.
00:04:18.480 But then, you know, I don't know, maybe his finger slipped.
00:04:20.240 This is really important, everybody, because how long, Blake, have we been complaining?
00:04:24.240 Where are the elites, the elites of this top-down revolution?
00:04:26.720 It really is what's totally different about this race, is in 2016, there were a few people
00:04:32.180 who supported Trump.
00:04:33.220 Very few of them did it openly.
00:04:34.700 Very few elites would really just step up and say, I like what Trump says.
00:04:38.560 I like what Trump wants to do for the country.
00:04:40.360 But in the last year and a half, you've seen this seismic shift where way more people in
00:04:45.120 Silicon Valley are coming out and saying, publicly, I support Trump.
00:04:48.920 You and I both have sometimes had conversations with people in that world.
00:04:51.860 And they'll say, in private spheres, too, people will just say, oh, yeah, I'm voting
00:04:55.440 Trump this year.
00:04:56.520 Totally different.
00:04:57.480 And now we're seeing that money line up to back him.
00:04:59.860 Yeah, and Elon was supporting Trump behind the scenes.
00:05:01.720 It's kind of like getting there.
00:05:03.300 But something, Jack, I want your opinion on this.
00:05:05.700 Something set off in Elon's, like, mind as soon as he saw Donald Trump get shot.
00:05:10.760 It was like complete no rules.
00:05:13.000 I do know a little bit about this, and I'll just say, in the same vein, apart from talking
00:05:18.900 to people in that world, I've only spoken to Elon ever once, and it was in a public setting.
00:05:24.140 I've never met him.
00:05:25.220 I've never spent time with him.
00:05:26.460 But I've been told at assassination plots, kidnapping for his many children, security
00:05:34.900 is something that he just takes paramount.
00:05:37.280 This was, like, for example, the whole thing with his private jet.
00:05:39.980 I'll give you that example.
00:05:40.700 When he banned the guy who was tracking and doxing his private jet, people thought that
00:05:45.400 he was being, you know, flippant or that he was being, you know, like, acting like a diva
00:05:50.600 or something people were saying.
00:05:51.640 No, no, no.
00:05:52.400 Like, he was actually concerned for the safety, not just of himself, but of everyone he tracks
00:05:57.460 with that could potentially be put a threat by that.
00:06:00.100 And so I always knew that that was something that he thought about a lot.
00:06:05.040 And I'll put it this way.
00:06:07.020 Like, I was surprised but not shocked when Elon pointed out that in the wake of that, that
00:06:13.740 I think he said something in the last six months that he had had two attempts on his life that
00:06:18.640 his security actually deemed credible.
00:06:20.620 Deeply personal.
00:06:21.680 Yeah.
00:06:21.800 And, again, Elon, to his great credit, is now forking money over.
00:06:25.140 All right, folks, we're back here at Cuban Events Daily.
00:06:29.920 I got to tell you, the world is in flames and Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster.
00:06:34.100 But it cannot and will not ruin my day.
00:06:35.780 Do you know why?
00:06:36.500 It's because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.

00:06:53.700 You guys are going to love it, too.

00:06:56.400 Power's our business.
00:06:57.180 Power's our family.
00:06:58.540 And I'm going to tell you something right now.
00:07:00.460 Support businesses like Out Blackout Coffee because they love and support America.

00:07:30.720 Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Usha Vance.
00:07:51.100 Good evening.
00:08:00.040 Good evening.
00:08:01.900 When I was asked to introduce my husband, J.D. Vance, to all of you, I was at a loss.
00:08:09.040 What could I say that hasn't already been said before?
00:08:11.780 After all, the man was already the subject of a Ron Howard movie.
00:08:20.520 J.D. has shared much of his life through his own eloquent words.
00:08:24.900 In his book, Hillbilly Elegy, during his Senate campaign, and now as a sitting United States
00:08:31.740 Senator, it occurred to me that there was only one thing to do, to explain from the heart
00:08:39.760 why I love and admire J.D. and stand here beside him today, and why he will make a great Vice
00:08:47.720 Vice President of the United States.
00:08:58.560 I met J.D. in law school when he was fresh out of Ohio State, which he attended with the
00:09:03.120 support of the GI Bill.
00:09:05.640 We were friends first, because, I mean, who wouldn't want to be friends with J.D.?
00:09:09.720 He was then, as now, the most interesting person I knew, a working-class guy who had
00:09:17.460 overcome childhood traumas that I could barely fathom to end up at Yale Law School, a tough
00:09:23.920 Marine who had served in Iraq, but whose idea of a good time was playing with puppies and
00:09:30.140 watching the movie Babe.
00:09:31.220 The most determined person I knew, with one overriding ambition, to become a husband and
00:09:41.080 a father, and to build the kind of tight-knit family that he had longed for as a child.
00:09:48.100 My background is very different from J.D.'s.
00:09:51.580 I grew up in San Diego, in a middle-class community...
00:09:55.220 ...with two loving parents, both immigrants from India, and a wonderful sister.
00:10:07.040 That J.D. and I could meet at all, let alone fall in love and marry, is a testament to this
00:10:13.040 great country.
00:10:13.720 It is also a testament to J.D., and it tells you something about who he is.
00:10:29.900 When J.D. met me, he approached our differences with curiosity and enthusiasm.
00:10:36.680 He wanted to know everything about me, where I came from, what my life had been like.
00:10:42.360 Although he's a meat-and-potatoes kind of guy, he adapted to my vegetarian diet and learned
00:10:49.020 to cook food for my mother, Indian food.
00:10:52.920 Before I knew it, he had become an integral part of my family, a person I could not imagine
00:11:01.060 living without.
00:11:03.460 The J.D. I knew then is the same J.D. you see today, except for that beard.
00:11:08.800 And his goals in this new role are the same that he has pursued for our family, to keep
00:11:17.460 people safe, to create opportunities, to build a better life, and to solve problems with an
00:11:24.080 open mind.
00:11:26.740 It's safe to say that neither J.D. nor I expected to find ourselves in this position.
00:11:31.460 But it's hard to imagine a more powerful example of the American dream.
00:11:37.120 A boy from Middletown, Ohio.
00:11:38.920 A boy from Middletown, Ohio.
00:11:52.660 Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie.
00:12:02.520 Raised by his grandmother through tough times, chosen to help lead our country through some of its greatest challenges,
00:12:10.420 I am grateful to all of you for the trust you've placed in him and in our family.
00:12:17.860 And with that, it is my great privilege to introduce my husband and the next vice president of the United States, J.D. Vance.
00:12:34.660 Guys, 48 hours a-ish ago, Donald Trump was exiting a hospital.
00:12:38.760 That feels like two months ago.
00:12:40.140 I want you to think of everything we've lived through since Saturday.
00:12:43.220 Saturday afternoon, I remember.
00:12:45.280 Was I the first person to text you about that?
00:12:46.920 I was pretty quick on the draw because I have a funny story about this.
00:12:51.260 But it was a Saturday.
00:12:52.640 So how did you find out?
00:12:53.640 Because I broke Shabbat halfway through the morning.
00:12:55.980 What?
00:12:56.940 Because someone contacted Erica saying, do you want J.D.B. vice president?
00:13:02.800 Yeah.
00:13:03.400 And so I said, do I really need to break Shabbat?
00:13:05.760 They said, we need you to turn your phone on.
00:13:07.840 And so that's a big deal for me, to break Shabbat, right?
00:13:10.560 Yes.
00:13:10.980 And so I sent some input.
00:13:14.640 All right.
00:13:15.080 And so then, anyway, I had my phone open for the rest of the day.
00:13:18.020 And Erica, I kid you not, was like, she said, I think God wants you to have your phone on today.
00:13:21.800 I was like, she really said that.
00:13:22.860 She said that.
00:13:23.300 I had the text.
00:13:24.060 Because I, so I got the call.
00:13:26.400 And the first thing I started doing was looking for Erica's number.
00:13:29.760 Because I didn't know that.
00:13:30.520 Yeah, I had that.
00:13:31.420 So I had, and I'm like, and I'm like, why do I not have that?
00:13:34.320 I oddly called Charlie, he picked up, and I didn't think he was going to pick up.
00:13:37.320 And then I, yeah, and then I called Andrew, and he was like, Charlie already knows.
00:13:41.540 And so for people who don't know that Charlie is usually completely incommunicado, completely dark on Saturdays.
00:13:50.040 And it just so happens because there was this other thing going on that you happen to be on your phone on this Saturday when you're never on your phone on Saturdays.
00:14:00.280 And so I went to the gym, all of a sudden I see this, and you know what's amazing?
00:14:03.820 Two-year-olds have amazing instincts.
00:14:05.360 Yes.
00:14:05.580 I had my two-year-old.
00:14:06.360 All of a sudden, she was like clinging on to me.
00:14:09.080 Like she could feel the energy in the room as soon as I was like, something's wrong.
00:14:13.000 She was like, you know that sensation with a two-year-old?
00:14:15.580 Oh, yeah.
00:14:15.720 And she was like, like daddy's not, you know, necessarily confident what's happening.
00:14:21.080 And I was literally had to like claw her off and give her to Erica as I kept walking.
00:14:24.880 I kept walking across the gym closer and closer.
00:14:27.520 I was like, holy crow, he's shot.
00:14:29.760 Yeah.
00:14:29.960 And, I mean, at that moment, I felt as if I was watching Kennedy, Malcolm X, MLK.
00:14:34.760 Because understand, like, yeah, Trump was defiant and everything.
00:14:37.760 He's still got a wound that he didn't realize, right?
00:14:40.420 Yeah, so.
00:14:41.200 Adrenaline.
00:14:41.620 There was a lot.
00:14:42.420 Okay, so, yeah, we talked about this.
00:14:44.560 By the way, you know, I'm not going to like pat ourselves on the back, but I know there were a lot of stories that came out and a lot of fog of war in the midst of that.
00:14:52.880 So I think we were what, we came to the live stream within, what, 45 minutes of us all getting the news.
00:14:58.680 And by the way, shout out to all the folks at the turning point, at the turning point, at the Charlie Kirk show.
00:15:03.220 And the team.
00:15:04.360 Unbelievable.
00:15:05.160 That put that together.
00:15:05.980 You guys get free in and out.
00:15:07.080 You know, came in on a Saturday like that.
00:15:10.860 Not a single person complained.
00:15:12.900 Everybody knew what we had to do.
00:15:14.860 And I really think that we did a good job of keeping things grounded, but also understanding of the potential for future threats.
00:15:25.060 Thank God it didn't happen.
00:15:26.260 But as we've learned more and more, a lot of the things that we brought up seem to have borne out.
00:15:32.580 So, anyway, that was Saturday.
00:15:35.300 And I think it was 6, 16 p.m. or so that it happened.
00:15:38.620 Are you guys, like, when you go to sleep, think about this, like, relentless?
00:15:41.960 I like weird that now the last, Tyler, are you with me?
00:15:45.300 That when I'm, like, closing my eyes, I think about Donald Trump's brains getting blown out?
00:15:48.080 Nonstop.
00:15:48.620 Like, I know that sounds really graphic.
00:15:49.540 I thought about that before that, though, because I was really worried because.
00:15:52.800 No, I was, I've been super worried about this.
00:15:54.360 No, it's been, because we've talked about many times.
00:15:57.860 We're talking about openly.
00:15:58.640 This is the only thing that they've got.
00:16:00.220 So, so for me, it's, it's, it's interesting because actually, um, and I'll, so when I first got the call, I was in a, so I was out, we're at the swim club and not far from where we live, but it's sort of like a low self, you know, low signal area, which I kind of like because you're, you did and you can just have fun and you don't, you don't feel as obligated to be on your phone.
00:16:21.180 You're like, oh, there's no connection.
00:16:22.340 So I'm just going to go around.
00:16:23.940 We're playing pickleball.
00:16:24.940 Actually, we're playing pickleball.
00:16:26.420 And, um, you know, I get the call and.
00:16:30.220 Point, people weren't sure if he was shot in the ear or shot in the neck.
00:16:33.520 And for a second, I could feel that emotion just sliding up that.
00:16:38.340 It's everything about to, is, is the ground about to fall out completely.
00:16:42.520 And then, but I'll just say that it's, you just kind of do that sort of, I know it's cliche, but you do that military thing where it's like, okay, you just put that on the shelf and you just get to work.
00:16:50.580 So then today, history took Sunday off, I think.
00:16:55.660 So I did pause today.
00:16:57.860 The cases were dropped against Donald Trump.
00:16:59.820 Out of, out of the blue.
00:17:01.100 I don't think anyone expected that.
00:17:02.400 He re-enters a convention with literally like missing part of his ear.
00:17:07.180 I mean, Elon Musk pledges that he's going to give $250 million-ish, $2 to $250 million-ish.
00:17:13.200 Quarter of a billion dollars.
00:17:14.200 Quarter of a billion dollars.
00:17:14.920 One of the largest political donations ever.
00:17:16.680 And I'm actually, I'm missing, there's other news that I'm missing.
00:17:21.300 There was the whole vice president thing.
00:17:23.680 The vice president was chosen, Charlie.
00:17:26.240 I'm not being, I'm not being cute.
00:17:28.040 No, I know.
00:17:29.020 And we're not talking about how it was.
00:17:30.300 And we didn't know who it was going to be.
00:17:31.900 We're not sure Trump knew who it was going to be.
00:17:33.440 We, we, we were talking about this.
00:17:35.160 We're not, we're not, we're not allowed to tell these stories now that it's done.
00:17:37.520 Well, we're not, we're not talking about how.
00:17:38.980 No, we won't tell anyone.
00:17:39.660 Do it.
00:17:40.720 Do it.
00:17:41.460 Should Charlie tell the stories?
00:17:42.500 Do it.
00:17:43.040 Do it.
00:17:43.080 I will tell you, I can tell you this.
00:17:45.240 Within 15 minutes before Donald Trump's truth social post, J.D. Vance did not know he
00:17:51.180 was going to be the VP.
00:17:52.500 Suspicion, not a single senior staff to their credit leaked.
00:17:56.440 And they were like, Hey, DJT is going to call you.
00:17:59.160 That's all they said.
00:18:00.180 By the way, he was calling Rubio and Burgum too.
00:18:02.880 And J.D. is like, well, I think I have good vibes.
00:18:04.920 And we, I have big disagreements with Senator Lindsey Graham.
00:18:09.560 He was the one that was on the plane yesterday with Donald Trump heavily lobbying against J.D.
00:18:15.920 Vance.
00:18:16.340 Yes.
00:18:16.520 And the announcement would have happened before then if it wasn't for that.
00:18:24.720 Welcome back to Human Events Daily, folks.
00:18:26.560 Stop what you're doing and listen to this.

00:19:38.920 Thank you

00:19:42.320 Are far and far
00:19:44.200 Who's blessed?
00:19:46.080 Who has been cursed?
00:19:48.780 There's things to be done
00:19:50.960 All over the world
00:19:53.060 Let's rebuild America first
00:19:56.100 Thank you, thank you, please
00:19:58.260 Wow, wow
00:20:02.580 First of all
00:20:29.600 Aren't I a lucky guy?
00:20:30.980 Isn't she lovely?
00:20:32.300 Isn't she amazing?
00:20:37.700 Greetings, Milwaukee
00:20:39.320 My fellow Americans
00:20:41.640 And my fellow Republicans
00:20:42.860 My name is J.D. Vance
00:20:45.360 From the great state of Ohio
00:20:47.340 Tonight
00:20:55.400 O-H-I-O
00:21:00.060 O-H-I-O
00:21:02.160 O-H-I-O
00:21:04.000 O-H-I-O
00:21:04.020 O-H-I-O
00:21:06.060 O-H-I-O
00:21:06.960 You guys, we gotta
00:21:07.620 We gotta chill with the Ohio love
00:21:09.740 We gotta win Michigan too here
00:21:11.040 So
00:21:11.420 My friends, tonight is a night of hope
00:21:24.440 A celebration of what America once was
00:21:28.220 And with God's grace
00:21:29.880 What it will soon be again
00:21:32.080 And it is a reminder of the sacred duty we have to preserve the American experiment
00:21:43.340 To choose a new path for our children and grandchildren
00:21:47.640 But as we meet tonight, we cannot forget that this evening could have been so much different
00:21:53.580 Instead of a day of celebration, this could have been a day of heartache and mourning
00:21:58.520 For the last eight years, President Trump has given everything he has to fight for the people of our country
00:22:06.040 He didn't need politics
00:22:16.960 But the country needed him
00:22:19.440 Now prior to running for president, he was one of the most successful businessmen in the world
00:22:29.220 He had everything anyone could ever want in a life
00:22:32.720 And yet, instead of choosing the easy path
00:22:36.260 He chose to endure abuse, slander, and persecution
00:22:41.560 And he did it because he loves this country
00:22:44.060 I want all Americans to go and watch the video of a would-be assassin coming a quarter of an inch from taking his life
00:22:59.380 Consider the lies they told you about Donald Trump
00:23:03.920 And then look at that photo of him, defiant, fist in the air
00:23:08.960 When Donald Trump rose to his feet in that Pennsylvania field
00:23:12.860 All of America stood with him
00:23:15.700 And what did he call us to do for our country?
00:23:37.080 To fight
00:23:38.460 To fight for America
00:23:40.620 Even in his most perilous moment, we were on his mind
00:23:45.160 His instinct was for us, for our country
00:23:48.160 To call us to something higher, to something greater
00:23:52.000 To once again be citizens who ask what our country needs of us
00:23:57.160 Now consider what they said
00:23:59.620 They said he was a tyrant
00:24:01.860 They said he must be stopped at all costs
00:24:06.240 But how did he respond?
00:24:08.400 He called for national unity
00:24:10.080 For national calm
00:24:11.560 Literally right after an assassin nearly took his life
00:24:15.040 There was this very interesting
00:24:20.580 I'm not going to name all the names
00:24:21.720 Because some of these people are friends
00:24:22.780 And I have to work with them for the next 10 years
00:24:24.700 Until, but if you team JD
00:24:26.940 You were under the age of 50
00:24:29.520 You were very interested in the ideological part of politics
00:24:35.480 And you also were sick of endless and foreign wars
00:24:40.120 Neoconservative, neoliberalism
00:24:42.340 And or you don't necessarily have a political background
00:24:45.520 You come from business, finance
00:24:47.640 And just the way things are operating don't make sense
00:24:50.300 If you were on the team of the others
00:24:51.840 There was this conglomeration of people that were a little bit older
00:24:56.440 People that were part of the kind of permanent Washington
00:25:02.040 And they just floated from one non-JD choice to the other
00:25:05.780 Is that a fair summary, Blake, would you say?
00:25:08.320 Yeah, definitely
00:25:09.600 Definitely saw that the business world really liked JD
00:25:13.060 They liked the energy that he brings to the Senate
00:25:16.120 The tech world
00:25:16.300 The tech world loves him
00:25:17.700 Yeah, I guess I should say
00:25:19.620 A lot of the classical business world
00:25:21.540 That you think of like pro-business
00:25:23.020 Military, industrial world
00:25:25.240 Like the Chamber of Commerce
00:25:26.080 Yeah, exactly
00:25:26.400 Chamber of Commerce guys, no
00:25:27.640 You know what's really interesting about that?
00:25:30.360 Is the JD
00:25:31.280 Now, Elon, Fusion intersection
00:25:35.240 Oh yeah
00:25:35.840 Which is
00:25:37.180 I'm not at liberty to tell that story
00:25:38.740 Well, it's just
00:25:40.400 That's the story that will be told
00:25:42.500 I think that will go in part of the
00:25:44.840 That will be a massive chapter
00:25:47.040 I think in the W, right?
00:25:48.980 So that's going to be really interesting
00:25:50.080 And so
00:25:50.740 And good for America
00:25:51.520 I'll put it this way though
00:25:52.840 I think from the outside
00:25:54.140 That people looking at the JD
00:25:57.180 And the Elon thing
00:25:58.680 Kind of happening
00:25:59.500 In conjunction
00:26:00.920 And yet you can't say that the assassination attempt
00:26:03.580 Played no role
00:26:05.300 But it just kind of changed the pallor of everything
00:26:08.740 I mean
00:26:09.160 Imagine if Trump died
00:26:11.180 What would this
00:26:11.660 This week, Tyler
00:26:12.500 The only
00:26:13.260 The only
00:26:13.980 And I
00:26:14.880 I actually
00:26:15.620 Know what I would have tweeted
00:26:17.160 And I
00:26:18.060 After condolences
00:26:19.220 All the
00:26:19.560 You know
00:26:19.900 I would be like tragic
00:26:20.820 Like for the political tweet
00:26:22.300 It would have been
00:26:22.760 It's a nomination
00:26:23.880 End of discussion
00:26:24.540 Same here
00:26:24.980 It's the only
00:26:25.560 Right, Jack?
00:26:26.140 It's the only way
00:26:27.020 You realize it would have been like
00:26:28.980 Freaking World War 4 here
00:26:30.820 I think
00:26:31.300 I think
00:26:31.620 Like right now
00:26:32.640 This would be burning
00:26:33.900 This
00:26:34.580 No, I'm not kidding you
00:26:36.100 This
00:26:36.880 This
00:26:37.460 High school gym that we're in
00:26:38.780 Would be on fire right now
00:26:40.780 It would have been like
00:26:41.480 Literally pitchforks
00:26:42.500 Diving each other
00:26:43.840 You would have had people claiming
00:26:44.840 Trump
00:26:45.340 Like they knew Trump's VP choice
00:26:47.000 This is correct
00:26:47.860 So then Burgum would have said
00:26:49.180 I got the nod
00:26:50.060 But it wasn't official
00:26:50.880 It would be
00:26:51.500 As close to Game of Thrones
00:26:53.380 I was the successor
00:26:54.700 But he didn't name me
00:26:55.940 Yeah
00:26:56.460 Yeah, Trump told me
00:26:57.600 And there's like a note
00:26:58.480 And like Natalie Harp
00:26:59.680 Actually had the draft
00:27:01.160 Oh my gosh
00:27:02.440 You know, draft the toast
00:27:03.600 Let's now talk about
00:27:05.160 What we saw at the actual convention
00:27:06.660 I thought it was beautifully scripted
00:27:08.720 I thought it was well written
00:27:09.880 Amber Rose backstage
00:27:12.540 Has a very mixed history
00:27:14.640 You guys gonna be TikTok-ing together soon?
00:27:16.260 I don't think so
00:27:16.960 By the way, she said she was a big fan
00:27:18.620 And
00:27:19.440 Okay
00:27:20.040 And that's
00:27:20.800 She has, you know, a very colorful past
00:27:22.880 We all believe
00:27:23.700 New eras and new day
00:27:25.260 I thought it was terrific
00:27:26.600 I don't know if you guys caught it
00:27:27.660 I thought it was a 10 out of 10 speech
00:27:29.400 We could see it
00:27:30.080 We couldn't hear it
00:27:30.680 She has a tattoo on her forehead
00:27:32.600 I don't know what to make of that
00:27:34.900 It's against the Greer Pledge
00:27:37.180 Right?
00:27:37.700 She's like a walking, violating
00:27:39.740 There are several violations of the Greer Pledge
00:27:42.340 However, I will say this
00:27:44.180 She violated all of them
00:27:45.620 Her delivery, what she said
00:27:47.500 I was on the left and I believed the lies of Donald Trump
00:27:50.180 Then I did my own research
00:27:51.540 As a MAGA supporter
00:27:53.140 I said, you're a racist now
00:27:54.540 And it nearly destroyed my family
00:27:56.140 Powerful the way she delivered it
00:27:58.140 And I thought it was perfect
00:27:59.960 There's a lot of that vibe going around
00:28:02.020 That viral post yesterday
00:28:03.840 There was that viral post
00:28:05.280 There's been so many posts
00:28:07.060 Can you pull that up, Jack?
00:28:07.900 I want you to read it without the swear words
00:28:09.600 That have been
00:28:10.280 Yeah, I think I will
00:28:11.900 That it's just been
00:28:13.940 For lack of a better term
00:28:16.220 That's the vibe right now
00:28:17.580 Is that there are a lot of people saying
00:28:19.140 You know what?
00:28:20.040 Why did I, you know
00:28:21.600 Why did I believe the media?
00:28:23.080 And why didn't I just look into it for myself?
00:28:25.100 An interesting take I've heard from several people is
00:28:27.940 If you're
00:28:28.760 Certainly this is not all of them
00:28:30.840 But a lot of women
00:28:32.380 You know, middle-aged women
00:28:33.660 Who found Trump really off-putting
00:28:35.020 They actually have really liked his response
00:28:37.760 To like the assassination attempt
00:28:39.300 How could you not like it?
00:28:40.220 It's one of the most magnanimous
00:28:41.620 Holding firm under fire
00:28:42.820 Is such an appealing characteristic
00:28:44.480 In any potential leader
00:28:45.920 Well, I mean, just so we're
00:28:47.560 I mean, he simultaneously
00:28:49.320 In one moment
00:28:51.120 One five-second interval
00:28:52.340 For, like, increased his numbers with men
00:28:55.620 And I hate to be like a little bit
00:28:57.500 Like, tribalistic
00:28:59.140 But if you're an American man
00:29:00.560 After you saw that
00:29:01.480 And you vote for Joe Biden
00:29:02.400 You have to turn in your man card
00:29:03.860 I'm sorry
00:29:04.200 Like, you're not a man anymore
00:29:05.820 I'm sorry
00:29:06.240 Like, you're something else
00:29:07.240 You're not a man
00:29:07.740 Right, Tyler?
00:29:09.260 Am I wrong by saying that?
00:29:10.180 It's really simple
00:29:10.900 We just talked
00:29:11.420 We talked about this earlier
00:29:12.260 This is now
00:29:13.560 Trump-Vance versus Kamala
00:29:15.540 Because there is no Joe Biden
00:29:17.120 This isn't Trump versus Biden
00:29:18.420 Yeah, that's right
00:29:18.920 This is Trump-Vance versus
00:29:20.280 And it's not even
00:29:21.460 It's Kamala
00:29:23.160 So, you're not
00:29:25.040 Anymore
00:29:26.580 If you're
00:29:27.200 I love that
00:29:27.860 If you're not voting for Trump
00:29:29.500 Because you're voting for Kamala
00:29:30.540 Again, if you're like
00:29:31.760 Anyone who has testosterone in your body
00:29:34.220 And you see a human being get shot
00:29:36.380 Literally shot
00:29:36.840 Not just shot at
00:29:37.640 Shot
00:29:38.120 Okay?
00:29:39.260 Ear gets nearly blown off
00:29:40.440 And, you know
00:29:41.060 And he comes up there
00:29:43.220 And he's just, like, defiantly pushing back
00:29:45.280 His secret service agents to fight
00:29:47.120 I just
00:29:48.020 It's hard to even capture
00:29:49.920 That energy
00:29:51.160 When I had
00:29:51.580 So, I had Nick Adams on the show today
00:29:53.460 On Human Events
00:29:54.380 Who's Mr. Mask
00:29:55.100 Mr. Alpha Male
00:29:56.220 Alpha Male
00:29:56.700 By the way
00:29:57.380 Fastest guest approval I've ever done
00:29:59.540 So, producer Fahs sent over
00:30:01.720 Hey, Jack
00:30:02.340 Do you want this guy
00:30:02.960 Nigga
00:30:03.200 Yes
00:30:03.600 Yes
00:30:04.420 Do you want to
00:30:05.180 Yes
00:30:05.740 Yes, we want him on
00:30:06.900 Jack, he's the greatest alpha male
00:30:08.560 The greatest alpha male
00:30:10.240 Understands
00:30:11.220 Courage under pressure
00:30:12.400 And
00:30:13.440 And so, he put him on
00:30:14.580 And I said
00:30:15.100 He said
00:30:15.500 He said
00:30:16.020 Jack, to an alpha male
00:30:17.300 It's instinctual
00:30:18.700 And I said
00:30:19.280 You know something
00:30:19.760 You're actually right about that
00:30:21.300 For Donald Trump
00:30:22.520 That response was instinctual
00:30:24.600 That was not
00:30:25.480 Obviously not something
00:30:26.420 That he had thought about
00:30:28.000 He had no clue
00:30:29.100 That that was coming
00:30:29.900 He had no clue
00:30:31.020 Whether or not
00:30:32.260 He was shot
00:30:33.340 Or injured
00:30:33.880 In other areas
00:30:34.820 He talked about
00:30:35.600 The secret service
00:30:36.280 Tackling him
00:30:37.060 So, he was
00:30:37.480 He was in
00:30:38.160 Immense pain
00:30:39.180 Potentially at that point
00:30:40.100 And
00:30:41.040 We are
00:30:41.900 And then
00:30:42.340 But
00:30:42.740 That you got
00:30:43.980 That way
00:30:44.580 There's a
00:30:44.900 But there's a line
00:30:45.360 In Sun Tzu
00:30:46.020 Where Sun Tzu
00:30:47.000 Said
00:30:47.200 Bring a man
00:30:48.380 To the brink of
00:30:49.080 That is the moment
00:30:50.460 When you truly
00:30:51.120 Need that

00:31:59.560 He remembered the victims
00:32:08.720 Of the terrible attack
00:32:09.760 Especially the brave
00:32:10.880 Cory Coppertory
00:32:11.860 Who gave his life
00:32:13.160 To protect his family
00:32:14.200 God bless him
00:32:19.620 And then President Trump
00:32:23.460 Flew to Milwaukee
00:32:24.760 And got back to work
00:32:26.220 Now that's the man
00:32:34.840 I've gotten to know
00:32:35.700 Personally
00:32:36.200 Over the last few years
00:32:37.540 He is tough
00:32:38.880 And he is
00:32:39.920 But he cares about people
00:32:41.420 He can stand defiant
00:32:43.320 Against an assassin
00:32:44.340 One moment
00:32:45.240 And call for national
00:32:46.660 Healing the next
00:32:47.860 He is a beloved
00:32:49.460 Father
00:32:50.080 And grandfather
00:32:51.180 And of course
00:32:52.180 A once in a generation
00:32:53.280 Business leader
00:32:54.000 He is the man
00:32:55.680 Who is feared
00:32:56.880 By America's adversaries
00:32:58.360 But two nights ago
00:32:59.720 And I'll share a moment
00:33:00.700 Said goodnight
00:33:01.760 To his two boys
00:33:02.640 Told them he loved them
00:33:03.920 And made sure to give
00:33:05.020 Each of them
00:33:05.480 A kiss on the cheek
00:33:06.320 And I will say
00:33:07.940 Don and Eric
00:33:08.700 Squirmed the same way
00:33:09.660 My four year old does
00:33:10.620 When his daddy
00:33:11.160 Tries to give him
00:33:11.860 A kiss on the cheek
00:33:12.660 Sorry guys
00:33:13.340 He is all those things
00:33:19.440 But tonight
00:33:20.160 We celebrate
00:33:20.940 He is our once
00:33:21.980 And future
00:33:22.780 President of the
00:33:23.940 United States of America
00:33:25.200 Now
00:33:44.720 I want to respond
00:33:47.760 To his call
00:33:48.400 For unity
00:33:48.900 Myself
00:33:49.500 We have a big tent
00:33:51.140 In this party
00:33:51.840 On everything
00:33:52.580 From national security
00:33:53.760 To economic policy
00:33:55.100 But my message
00:33:56.460 To you
00:33:56.960 My fellow Republicans
00:33:58.020 Is we love this country
00:34:00.100 And we are united
00:34:01.460 To win
00:34:02.160 Right
00:34:10.380 Now I think
00:34:13.240 Our disagreements
00:34:13.920 Actually make us stronger
00:34:14.940 That's what I've learned
00:34:16.480 In my time
00:34:17.020 In the United States Senate
00:34:17.960 Where sometimes
00:34:19.220 I persuade my colleagues
00:34:20.420 And sometimes
00:34:21.260 They persuade me
00:34:22.500 And my message
00:34:24.300 To my fellow Americans
00:34:25.740 Those watching
00:34:26.480 From across the country
00:34:27.520 Is
00:34:27.980 Shouldn't we be governed
00:34:29.440 By a party
00:34:30.100 That is unafraid
00:34:31.420 To debate ideas
00:34:32.920 And come to the best solution
00:34:34.380 That's the Republican Party
00:34:44.560 Of the next four years
00:34:45.900 United in our love
00:34:47.740 For this country
00:34:48.580 And committed
00:34:49.240 To free speech
00:34:50.580 And the open exchange
00:34:51.760 Of ideas
00:34:52.540 There was always
00:34:58.300 This sort of lie
00:34:59.380 That would be told
00:34:59.980 About Trump
00:35:00.580 A Civil War movie
00:35:02.140 There's a lot of fantasies
00:35:03.800 Where people would imagine
00:35:04.660 Like Donald Trump
00:35:05.340 Begging for his life
00:35:06.420 Wait wait wait
00:35:06.440 So this is the end
00:35:07.560 Of the Civil War movie
00:35:08.320 They're sick and perverted
00:35:09.020 Left wing
00:35:09.460 It's literally
00:35:10.600 The end of the Civil War movie
00:35:12.140 Right now
00:35:12.640 The president
00:35:14.340 Who is depicted
00:35:15.500 As Donald Trump
00:35:16.140 Throughout the film
00:35:16.840 Crying
00:35:18.820 At the bottom
00:35:19.740 Of the Resolute desk
00:35:21.200 As you know
00:35:22.380 The team comes in
00:35:23.420 And like
00:35:23.900 Begging them
00:35:25.020 Not to kill him
00:35:25.900 That's their view
00:35:26.980 Of Trump
00:35:27.400 Yeah they all
00:35:28.560 Like they had
00:35:29.400 This fantasy
00:35:29.980 Of Trump
00:35:30.460 As this fake
00:35:31.420 This coward
00:35:32.420 Who's just
00:35:32.860 Exploiting everyone
00:35:33.820 And he really
00:35:35.300 Did blow it up
00:35:36.080 It's not as simple
00:35:37.000 As Donald Trump
00:35:38.020 Survived
00:35:38.460 It's that Donald Trump
00:35:40.640 Was put through
00:35:41.360 A real life test
00:35:42.680 Of character
00:35:43.320 I totally agree
00:35:44.240 In ten seconds
00:35:44.940 Almost no one
00:35:45.680 Ever actually
00:35:46.340 Was through
00:35:46.900 This was Maggie Haberman's
00:35:47.940 Whole book by the way
00:35:48.660 Con man
00:35:49.540 The show man
00:35:50.480 Again I watched
00:35:51.440 MSNBC's
00:35:52.120 The great Steve Bannon
00:35:52.980 Who's still in federal prison
00:35:53.900 Hey Joe Biden
00:35:54.380 You want to unite the country
00:35:55.080 Give a pardon right now
00:35:55.840 To Steve Bannon
00:35:56.260 Get him out of prison
00:35:56.840 That's right
00:35:57.420 You go up to the polls
00:35:57.980 But I'm not kidding
00:35:59.160 How are we going to have unity
00:36:00.780 If Joe Biden issued a commutation
00:36:03.080 For Steve Bannon right now
00:36:04.140 And Peter Navarro
00:36:05.000 I mean Peter Navarro
00:36:05.500 Is getting out of prison
00:36:06.060 I think tomorrow
00:36:06.620 And coming from here
00:36:07.280 But he's not going to do it
00:36:08.280 Wednesday
00:36:08.640 By the way
00:36:09.140 Again if Joe Biden
00:36:10.280 Wants to score political points
00:36:11.300 Why doesn't he fire
00:36:12.000 The secret service director
00:36:12.860 I mean there's a fire
00:36:13.480 One bureaucrat
00:36:14.020 Just fire a single one
00:36:14.800 Which by the way
00:36:15.480 That was one of Trump's
00:36:16.500 Best lines
00:36:17.660 And I think
00:36:19.000 Actually direct hits on him
00:36:20.760 And Trump didn't hit
00:36:21.820 Biden really hard
00:36:22.640 During the debate
00:36:23.260 But one of his best hits
00:36:24.620 On him was
00:36:25.180 You haven't fired
00:36:26.060 You didn't fire
00:36:27.080 Anyone after
00:36:27.880 Zero
00:36:29.000 Zero
00:36:29.660 And that was just something
00:36:31.080 That it became
00:36:32.120 Instantly relatable
00:36:33.200 I think to kind of
00:36:34.060 Everyone in the country
00:36:35.100 Especially this
00:36:36.500 Business community
00:36:37.600 That we're talking about
00:36:38.360 That how do you not fire
00:36:39.380 Anyone after a massive failure
00:36:40.280 I totally agree
00:36:41.180 And so
00:36:41.920 The
00:36:42.740 I'll just kind of go back
00:36:44.680 To I want to complete the thought
00:36:45.740 If you are a man
00:36:46.580 And you vote for Joe Biden
00:36:47.440 You're something else
00:36:48.100 You're not a man
00:36:48.720 You're not a man
00:36:49.000 I'm sorry
00:36:49.300 I can now confidently say that
00:36:50.580 Now if you vote for RFK
00:36:51.920 Okay
00:36:52.380 Like you shouldn't
00:36:53.220 But at least there's something there
00:36:54.620 Well
00:36:54.980 If you want to talk RFK
00:36:56.300 Well there's RFK news today too
00:36:57.780 Yeah
00:36:58.080 Yeah
00:36:58.340 RFK might endorse Trump
00:36:59.940 And like that would be
00:37:01.200 I'm telling you
00:37:02.380 It could happen
00:37:03.720 Wait Charlie
00:37:04.160 Does that mean Tyler
00:37:05.460 Ends up being right
00:37:06.420 Over our long standing RFK debate
00:37:08.700 I think he should stay there right
00:37:09.420 I think he's saying
00:37:10.220 We need him in the race
00:37:11.180 It confuses their ballot chasing
00:37:12.340 Yes
00:37:12.760 From a tactical standpoint
00:37:13.960 From a tactical standpoint
00:37:14.940 We need him in the race
00:37:15.840 So let me just
00:37:16.440 But Donald Trump
00:37:17.680 Also simultaneously
00:37:19.020 Boosted his numbers
00:37:20.740 With women
00:37:21.460 Because women are so sick
00:37:23.560 Of the hyper feminization
00:37:24.600 Of American men
00:37:25.380 Okay
00:37:26.020 Read the tweet
00:37:26.600 Without the swear words
00:37:27.360 Yeah I will
00:37:27.860 This is incredible
00:37:28.820 So
00:37:29.240 And become a member
00:37:30.080 Members.charliekirk.com
00:37:31.500 This is from
00:37:32.460 Even the name
00:37:33.580 Stephanie Tyler
00:37:35.300 Have you looked at her
00:37:36.620 Twitter post by the way
00:37:37.420 It's all of her like
00:37:38.260 Wearing this weird lingerie
00:37:39.300 And like naked
00:37:40.420 Yeah we're not gonna
00:37:40.980 We're not gonna do that
00:37:41.660 It's very weird
00:37:42.220 Graduated in 2012
00:37:44.880 So this is her post
00:37:46.300 A few days after
00:37:47.300 50 million views
00:37:49.500 At this point
00:37:50.160 Graduated in 2012
00:37:51.680 With a degree
00:37:52.360 In women's studies
00:37:53.300 Pride in 2016
00:37:54.800 When Trump got elected
00:37:55.880 Lost touch with the Dems
00:37:57.600 Somewhere around me too
00:37:58.900 Discovered entrepreneurship
00:38:00.400 Updated my voter registration
00:38:02.700 In 2018
00:38:03.880 But didn't tell anyone
00:38:05.560 Told myself
00:38:06.640 I was a single issue
00:38:07.920 Voting centrist
00:38:09.220 The last 6 to 12 months
00:38:11.620 I believed
00:38:12.220 I was gonna abstain
00:38:13.280 From voting
00:38:13.760 In the upcoming election
00:38:14.640 Because the options
00:38:15.800 Were equally terrible
00:38:16.900 But watching Trump
00:38:18.540 Survive an assassination
00:38:19.800 Attempt
00:38:20.480 And act like
00:38:21.560 A total effing savage
00:38:23.100 Just shifted me
00:38:24.540 From some strange
00:38:25.900 Patriotic gear
00:38:27.140 Into
00:38:28.100 Excuse me
00:38:28.600 Just shifted me
00:38:29.500 Into
00:38:29.900 Some strange
00:38:31.040 Patriotic gear
00:38:32.080 That my fancy
00:38:33.180 Feminism
00:38:33.860 White men
00:38:34.480 Bad
00:38:34.860 Infected brain
00:38:35.780 Never
00:38:36.340 Showed me
00:38:37.260 Like
00:38:37.880 The dude
00:38:38.420 Took a bullet
00:38:39.160 And stood up
00:38:40.060 With blood dripping
00:38:40.980 Down his face
00:38:42.160 And rallied
00:38:43.020 At an effing crowd
00:38:44.160 While fist pumping
00:38:45.300 Yelling
00:38:45.780 Fight
00:38:46.400 Sorry
00:38:47.240 But I'm voting for that
00:38:48.620 And saying it out loud
00:38:49.840 Feels so
00:38:50.800 Freeing
00:38:51.620 2012
00:38:52.340 Stephanie
00:38:52.820 Would be upset
00:38:53.600 But that's okay
00:38:54.580 Because
00:38:55.200 2012
00:38:55.820 Stephanie
00:38:56.320 Didn't know crap
00:38:57.220 That right there
00:38:58.480 Honestly
00:38:58.880 Is
00:38:59.680 Nature
00:39:00.300 Is
00:39:00.460 Undefeated
00:39:00.900 I was about to say
00:39:01.880 There's a lot
00:39:02.800 She makes a comment
00:39:04.220 I think
00:39:04.640 Right under it
00:39:05.300 She says
00:39:05.640 I also minored in biology
00:39:06.900 So she kind of is
00:39:08.360 Referencing what you're saying
00:39:09.940 Right now
00:39:10.440 It's
00:39:11.100 Literally nature
00:39:11.980 Is
00:39:12.240 It's literally nature
00:39:13.040 Did you see the
00:39:14.540 Sticker Mule post
00:39:15.640 The what
00:39:16.240 So Sticker Mule
00:39:17.660 It's a big company
00:39:18.640 You go online
00:39:20.220 You buy like
00:39:20.720 Random stickers
00:39:21.380 Online
00:39:22.040 Yeah I've seen it
00:39:23.220 Yeah I've seen it
00:39:23.940 So Sticker Mule
00:39:25.660 Posted this today
00:39:26.520 You ready for it
00:39:28.640 I'm ready
00:39:28.980 Donald Trump was shot
00:39:30.220 I don't care what your
00:39:31.380 Political views are
00:39:32.340 But hate for Trump
00:39:33.500 And supporters
00:39:34.000 Has gone way too far
00:39:35.020 People are terrified
00:39:36.440 To admit they support Trump
00:39:37.680 Wow
00:39:38.000 I've been scared myself
00:39:39.060 Americans shouldn't live in fear
00:39:40.720 I support Trump
00:39:41.720 Many a Sticker Mule
00:39:43.240 Also do
00:39:43.920 Many a Sticker Mule
00:39:45.020 Also support Biden
00:39:45.980 The political hate
00:39:47.000 Needs to stop
00:39:47.660 Today a bull
00:39:48.260 Almost killed Donald Trump
00:39:49.260 He's got five kids
00:39:50.700 One still a teenager
00:39:51.720 No one should have to die
00:39:53.160 And sacrifice the happiness
00:39:54.260 Of their family
00:39:54.820 To run for office
00:39:55.660 If Donald Trump
00:39:56.740 Can risk that
00:39:57.340 The rest of us
00:39:57.940 Can do
00:39:58.340 At least do
00:39:59.380 Is vocalize our support
00:40:00.980 And end to helpless hate
00:40:02.360 The more people realize
00:40:04.320 That kind hearted
00:40:05.080 Compassionate people
00:40:05.860 Support Trump
00:40:06.500 The sooner the hate
00:40:07.160 Will end
00:40:07.580 I'm speaking of today
00:40:08.720 And I hope more
00:40:09.300 Will do so in the future
00:40:10.160 To stop this insane
00:40:11.020 Political hate
00:40:11.660 Awesome people
00:40:12.740 All over the world
00:40:13.440 Love Trump
00:40:14.000 Don't limit your friendships
00:40:15.300 And diminish your happiness
00:40:16.440 By indulging in political hate
00:40:17.760 Vocalize your support
00:40:19.140 Stop the hate
00:40:19.860 So today was also
00:40:21.560 A foreshadow
00:40:22.980 Into what we're going
00:40:23.580 To see out of Biden
00:40:24.160 You're going to see
00:40:25.020 Biden unhinged
00:40:25.820 The Democrat Party
00:40:26.800 Is abandoning him
00:40:27.540 They're already hedging
00:40:28.120 Their ballots down
00:40:28.800 Down ballot
00:40:29.840 We called this last week
00:40:31.380 In the chat
00:40:31.960 And publicly
00:40:32.640 Blake was in the specifics
00:40:34.100 I was in the abstract
00:40:35.060 Is that fair
00:40:35.660 I think so
00:40:36.320 I brought up the abstract
00:40:37.120 Blake was
00:40:37.680 I said I think
00:40:38.520 They're going to go crazy
00:40:39.560 And it's going to be
00:40:40.060 Based Biden
00:40:40.640 Today Joe Biden
00:40:42.060 By executive order
00:40:43.020 Said that we're pausing
00:40:44.620 All rents
00:40:45.520 Increases by 5%
00:40:46.400 Is this constitutional
00:40:47.200 By the way
00:40:47.640 I think
00:40:48.820 I think his plan
00:40:50.160 It actually is a plan
00:40:51.180 That Congress
00:40:51.660 Would have to pass
00:40:52.660 Did he do an executive order
00:40:54.180 I think he just signed
00:40:54.680 An executive order
00:40:55.360 I'll have to double check it
00:40:55.600 We've all been busy today
00:40:56.540 Through executive order
00:40:57.620 No
00:40:57.960 Yeah yeah
00:40:58.520 So we've been talking
00:40:59.400 We've been talking about
00:41:00.500 Biden has some sort of
00:41:02.280 He has weird based energy
00:41:03.500 Because the media
00:41:04.260 Are trying to get rid of him
00:41:05.200 And the Democrat elites
00:41:06.160 Are trying to get rid of him
00:41:07.100 So he's doing these rallies
00:41:08.380 Where he's attacking
00:41:09.220 The Democrat party elites
00:41:10.960 Where by the way
00:41:12.020 Like they're
00:41:12.600 They're like very much
00:41:13.580 Trying to like
00:41:14.360 Ape the Trump rallies
00:41:15.640 But they're sort of
00:41:16.380 Faking the size of it
00:41:17.480 And so tonight
00:41:23.800 Mr. Chairman
00:41:24.560 I stand here humbled
00:41:26.020 And I'm overwhelmed
00:41:27.520 With gratitude
00:41:28.160 To say
00:41:28.880 I officially accept
00:41:30.520 Your nomination
00:41:31.480 To be vice president
00:41:32.460 Of the United States
00:41:33.660 Of America
00:41:34.240 Thank you
00:41:47.560 Thank you
00:41:48.820 Now never in my wildest imagination
00:42:05.960 Could I have believed
00:42:07.640 That I'd be standing here tonight
00:42:09.360 I grew up in Middletown, Ohio
00:42:12.000 A small town
00:42:17.640 Where people spoke their minds
00:42:19.080 Built with their hands
00:42:20.520 And loved their God
00:42:21.680 Their family
00:42:22.380 Their community
00:42:23.120 And their country
00:42:23.900 With their whole hearts
00:42:24.880 But it was also a place
00:42:27.460 That had been cast aside
00:42:28.780 And forgotten
00:42:29.460 By America's ruling clash
00:42:31.100 In Washington
00:42:31.660 When I was in the fourth grade
00:42:33.960 A career politician
00:42:35.560 By the name of Joe Biden
00:42:37.160 Supported NAFTA
00:42:38.260 A bad trade deal
00:42:39.940 That sent countless good jobs
00:42:41.660 To Mexico
00:42:42.560 When I was a sophomore
00:42:47.660 In high school
00:42:48.260 That same career politician
00:42:50.200 Named Joe Biden
00:42:51.360 Gave China
00:42:52.100 A sweetheart trade deal
00:42:53.880 That destroyed even more
00:42:55.500 Good American middle class
00:42:57.140 Manufacturing jobs
00:42:58.360 When I was a senior
00:43:02.600 In high school
00:43:03.300 That same Joe Biden
00:43:04.700 Supported the disastrous
00:43:06.080 Invasion of Iraq
00:43:07.480 And at each step of the way
00:43:09.500 In small towns like mine
00:43:11.460 In Ohio
00:43:11.980 Or next door
00:43:13.040 In Pennsylvania or Michigan
00:43:14.440 In states all across our country
00:43:16.800 Jobs were sent overseas
00:43:18.720 And our children
00:43:19.780 Were sent to war
00:43:20.960 And
00:43:21.900 I agree
00:43:45.440 Every time you find
00:43:50.480 A video that's actually
00:43:51.760 From the crowd
00:43:52.620 As opposed to the mainstream media
00:43:54.080 That shows the crowd size
00:43:55.660 It's kind of the opposite
00:43:56.540 It's always small
00:43:57.260 It's like the opposite
00:43:58.020 Of the Trump rallies
00:43:58.920 And so we said
00:43:59.600 What could Biden do
00:44:01.100 And our thought was
00:44:02.080 You know as we discussed
00:44:03.600 He just
00:44:04.420 He has to go full populist
00:44:05.920 Say
00:44:06.260 I'm running against the elite
00:44:08.020 He's going to be
00:44:08.800 Dementia Bernie Sanders
00:44:10.240 Yeah
00:44:10.660 Dementia Bernie Sanders
00:44:11.540 By the way
00:44:11.800 That's why Bernie and AOC
00:44:12.820 Are his most fierce supporters
00:44:14.360 Right now
00:44:14.860 And sorry to interrupt you
00:44:16.320 But Bernie and AOC
00:44:17.380 Are the ones giving him
00:44:18.100 Advice to do this
00:44:18.660 Yes exactly
00:44:19.100 And so he said
00:44:20.040 I think
00:44:20.500 Whether it was an EO or not
00:44:22.420 What he wants to do
00:44:23.100 Is basically
00:44:23.760 You can never raise
00:44:25.000 Rent more than 5%
00:44:26.440 In a year
00:44:26.980 No matter
00:44:27.320 You know
00:44:27.720 Even if
00:44:28.440 For example
00:44:28.900 If our inflation rate
00:44:29.820 Is 8 or 10%
00:44:31.260 Because I'm Joe Biden
00:44:32.220 And so he wants to do that
00:44:34.820 I bet we'll see him
00:44:35.560 Talk about like
00:44:36.260 He was bragging
00:44:37.100 With Lester Holt today
00:44:38.180 About steamrolling
00:44:39.460 The Supreme Court
00:44:40.260 To try to forgive
00:44:40.980 More student loans
00:44:41.880 So I wouldn't be surprised
00:44:43.260 If we heard a promise
00:44:44.060 For total student loan abolition
00:44:46.020 So he's now Bernie Biden
00:44:47.240 Yeah
00:44:47.680 Yeah
00:44:48.060 Bernie Biden
00:44:48.960 He's Bernie Biden now
00:44:49.920 Yeah
00:44:50.160 We should just start calling him
00:44:51.540 Bernie Biden
00:44:52.060 By the way
00:44:52.980 Anecdotally
00:44:53.500 So we were just
00:44:54.520 We had dinner a little bit earlier
00:44:55.920 Here at a place
00:44:56.800 Kind of off site
00:44:57.420 And I was like
00:44:58.740 Hey we're in Wisconsin
00:44:59.500 We're in a swing state
00:45:00.460 And so we did the whole
00:45:02.180 You know
00:45:03.400 It was digital tips
00:45:04.660 So I couldn't take a picture of it
00:45:05.960 But I told the waitress
00:45:07.360 Afterwards
00:45:07.780 I said you know
00:45:08.480 They're saying
00:45:09.480 If Trump gets elected
00:45:10.280 He's going to do
00:45:10.940 No tax on tips
00:45:11.740 And her jaw dropped
00:45:13.340 Her jaw actually dropped
00:45:15.660 For a second
00:45:16.220 Wait he can do that
00:45:17.260 And I said
00:45:18.040 He's pledging to drop that tax
00:45:19.860 He's going to fight to drop that
00:45:20.900 And she had never heard this
00:45:22.220 So she's here at the RNC
00:45:24.300 Well he can do by executive order
00:45:25.880 He can tell the IRS
00:45:26.820 To stop enforcing
00:45:27.760 He could do that
00:45:28.560 That's true
00:45:29.280 He can lack enforcement
00:45:30.680 Yes
00:45:31.120 Which is why it's a
00:45:32.120 Fulfillable promise
00:45:33.340 Because I had a waiter
00:45:34.360 Say he's not going to do that
00:45:35.280 I said wait a second
00:45:35.860 You look at Joe Biden's
00:45:37.140 Press release
00:45:37.720 A year and a half ago
00:45:38.560 He said
00:45:39.180 We are
00:45:40.060 He didn't say waiters and waitresses
00:45:41.320 He said we're coming after
00:45:42.580 The cash driven industries
00:45:44.480 Who are tax cheats
00:45:46.180 So he's literally
00:45:47.320 Instructed the IRS
00:45:48.500 By his own mandate
00:45:49.980 Of the executive branch
00:45:50.880 So Trump can say
00:45:51.780 Honestly
00:45:52.360 Turn a blind eye to it
00:45:53.800 That's what he could say
00:45:54.680 Just stop it
00:45:56.060 Just stop it
00:45:56.560 Just like I don't care
00:45:57.380 Just eliminate
00:45:57.980 Just shrink the IRS
00:45:59.200 And by the way
00:46:00.060 It's not just this too
00:46:01.080 And there's been discussion
00:46:01.980 About also
00:46:02.780 The taxation
00:46:03.940 On the Venmo transfers
00:46:06.240 And everything else
00:46:07.060 That everyone's talking about
00:46:07.960 Crypto
00:46:08.180 Wait so Charlie
00:46:08.820 You see what's going to happen here
00:46:10.340 Is that you're going
00:46:11.180 Like there's going to be
00:46:12.080 Like a populism arms race
00:46:13.480 So there's going to be
00:46:14.820 A populism arms race
00:46:15.980 On both sides
00:46:17.680 And so
00:46:18.420 So Trump
00:46:19.200 No tax on tips
00:46:20.100 Biden
00:46:20.720 You know
00:46:21.400 No cap
00:46:21.920 I'm afraid it's going to be
00:46:22.780 A pyrrhic victory
00:46:23.440 A pyrrhic victory
00:46:26.640 For those who don't know
00:46:27.480 Is where
00:46:27.920 You have such a terrible
00:46:29.900 Cost to yourself
00:46:30.980 It's actually not a victory
00:46:31.960 But you win the battle
00:46:32.760 At a great cost yourself
00:46:33.560 Yeah it's like
00:46:33.880 Every soldier died
00:46:34.700 You're like I won
00:46:35.300 So at some point
00:46:36.300 Trump's going to be promising
00:46:37.200 Like every populist thing imaginable
00:46:39.300 They're going to be
00:46:40.220 Outdoing one another
00:46:41.040 Right
00:46:41.300 And it's like
00:46:41.800 Okay we love populism
00:46:42.940 But it has to be
00:46:43.620 Within the framework
00:46:44.440 Of conservatism
00:46:45.380 And constitutionalism
00:46:46.480 You know
00:46:46.620 JD's actually good about that
00:46:48.420 He's the best
00:46:49.000 That's actually something
00:46:49.760 Where JD comes in handy
00:46:50.100 Let's talk more about JD
00:46:51.120 JD's going to be vice president
00:46:52.460 This is actually something
00:46:53.720 Where JD comes in handy
00:46:55.260 Because you know
00:46:56.540 JD is a guy
00:46:58.140 Where Trump will have
00:46:59.520 This idea
00:47:00.460 Which he just
00:47:01.100 Intuits these things
00:47:02.240 And then JD will
00:47:03.500 Then be able to come in
00:47:05.360 And implement Trumpism
00:47:06.740 In the way
00:47:07.880 That we've seen
00:47:08.700 Other administrations
00:47:09.720 Not be able to properly
00:47:11.100 It's a great segue
00:47:11.780 Thank you
