00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.920 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.280 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.

00:00:49.680 Christ is king.

00:00:50.760 It is an in-your-face show of unity born of necessity.

00:00:54.140 Kim provides Russia hundreds of thousands of artillery rounds and missiles for its war in Ukraine.

00:01:00.600 And in return, Kim is hoping Putin will help him with his nuclear and ballistic missile program.

00:01:06.400 And indeed, after hours of meetings, the two leaders did pledge support for one another in what Putin called a fight against the imperialist policies of the U.S.

00:01:16.100 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is calling on the U.S. to send more weapons to support its war against Moss.

00:01:22.880 Netanyahu just released a video saying the Israeli military needs the tools in order to, quote, finish the job a lot faster.

00:01:30.020 I said it's inconceivable that in the past few months, the administration has been withholding weapons and ammunitions to Israel.

00:01:38.300 In a landmark decision, President Biden just signed a new executive action that will shield undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens from deportation.

00:01:48.080 The program will protect an estimated 500,000 undocumented migrants who have lived in the U.S. for over a decade.

00:01:54.700 After a long investigation, Rachel's murder is no longer a free man.

00:02:00.700 The Hartford County Sheriff says Rachel Warren's killer has finally been caught.

00:02:06.120 Authorities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, took 23-year-old Victor Martinez Hernandez into custody late Friday night.

00:02:13.260 He's been charged for killing and raping Morin on the Monpaw Trail in Bel Air in August of last year.

00:02:19.600 According to investigators, Martinez Hernandez is a citizen of El Salvador.

00:02:23.620 They say he killed a woman there in January of 2023, then illegally fled to the United States a month later.

00:02:31.060 After already facing street justice, Christian Inga now awaits a judge and jury.

00:02:36.440 The 25-year-old, caught by nearly a dozen neighborhood vigilantes.

00:02:40.680 Police say Inga is the man who attacked two 13-year-olds last week and forced them into the woods at knife point.

00:02:46.720 It's there where authorities say he sexually assaulted the 13-year-old girl.

00:02:50.460 Police say Inga is a migrant from Ecuador who entered the U.S. through Eagle Pass, Texas back in 2021.

00:02:57.800 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily Live once again from Washington, D.C.

00:03:03.840 Today is June 19, 2024.

00:03:05.780 Anno Domini.

00:03:06.760 So, I got a message up here for MSNBC in general and Joy Reid in particular.

00:03:15.280 Here's my response.

00:03:16.820 Joy Reid, you want to say my name?

00:03:19.880 Well, here's a couple of names that you're not saying.

00:03:23.360 Here's a couple of names that you won't say.

00:03:26.260 Joy Reid.

00:03:27.340 How about Lakin Riley and Lakin Riley's killer, Jose Antonio Ibarra, a Venezuelan illegal. 0.96

00:03:36.900 How about Rachel Morin, her murderer, Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, an El Salvador illegal.

00:03:45.900 How about the 13-year-old girl who was tied up and brutally raped in a park in Queens by Christian Giovanni Ina Landi, an Ecuadorian illegal.

00:04:01.160 By the way, an Ecuadorian illegal who received what we like to call a different kind of justice, what we like to call a more localized version of justice.

00:04:15.100 You see, this is what MSNBC won't tell you, what Joy Reid won't tell you.

00:04:22.580 She'll complain about Jack Posobiec and she'll complain about Donald Trump every single day no matter what we do.

00:04:31.900 And yet she won't say the names of the brutal killers that are terrorizing our people, that are terrorizing this country. 0.93

00:04:45.100 This unhuman freak up in Queens took a 13-year-old girl and tied her up, then tied up her boyfriend at knife point and made him watch while he raped a child in front of him. 0.97

00:05:01.220 And then left. 0.99

00:05:05.040 He said that they had to stay there or he would come back and kill them.

00:05:09.620 This is the kind of freakish violence that's going on in America's cities.

00:05:18.260 This is New York City, ladies and gentlemen, in this summer 2024.

00:05:23.860 So I ask yourself, is this what the media is talking about?

00:05:29.100 Is this what MSNBC is focusing on?

00:05:31.680 No, they don't want to focus on this.

00:05:33.520 They don't want to focus on, what are we calling them?

00:05:35.820 Oh yeah, Biden's newcomers.

00:05:37.680 They don't want to tell you about what Biden's newcomers are doing to this country.

00:05:42.640 They don't want to tell you about the five children of Rachel Morin who have to grow up without a mother now in Bel Air, Maryland because she was raped and murdered on a hiking trail by one of Biden's newcomers.

00:05:58.680 No, MSNBC, Joy Reid, they don't want to talk about that.

00:06:03.660 Well, guess what?

00:06:04.580 We will and we're not going to stop.

00:06:06.320 We'll be right back.

00:06:12.640 We'll be right back.

00:06:42.640 All right, Jack Posovic, we're back live, Human Events Daily.

00:06:48.580 Folks, I got to tell you, going online without ExpressVPN is like not having a case to your phone.

00:06:55.640 Most of the time, you'll probably be fine, but all it takes is one drop and you wish you spent those extra few dollars on a case.

00:07:00.600 Listen to this.

00:07:01.300 Every time you connect to an unencrypted network, cafes, hotels, airports, wherever, your online data is not secure.

00:07:10.520 Any hacker or state or non-state actor on the same network can gain access to and steal your personal data.

00:07:20.180 They'll steal your passwords, your bank logins, your credit card info, all while you're sipping a latte reading the latest from Human Events.

00:07:27.160 That's why you need to prepare and stay frosty using ExpressVPN.

00:07:32.360 It would take a hacker with a supercomputer, seriously, over a billion years, billion with a capital B, to get past ExpressVPN's encryption.

00:07:42.080 Look, you need to use ExpressVPN.

00:07:44.480 I use this thing when I travel.

00:07:46.600 We're going around.

00:07:47.720 We're using airports.

00:07:48.620 We're in different places.

00:07:49.740 You need to be safe.

00:07:50.960 I need to be safe.

00:08:17.300 ExpressVPN.com slash POSO.

00:08:19.660 All right, folks, we're very excited to bring on our next guest because this has a sense of urgency.

00:08:26.280 We are only, and I'm just going to say it, folks, we are a week and a half away.

00:08:30.840 We are a week and a half away from when Stephen K. Bannon, the leader of the War Room Posse,

00:08:37.400 is set and has been ordered to surrender himself to the Department of Justice, the Bureau of Prisons.

00:08:44.260 Jeff Clark, former Attorney General Associate, is now on with us here in the Trump administration, by the way,

00:08:53.620 to explain how there is a way that the currently constituted House of Representatives

00:09:00.780 can actually undo what was done by the completely illegitimate January 6th committee.

00:09:08.000 And we cannot forget that it is inseparable.

00:09:11.820 The subpoena that Stephen K. Bannon was ordered to respond to came from an illegitimate committee.

00:09:18.960 But of course, the current House of Representatives is now controlled by Republicans.

00:09:23.900 At the time, it was controlled by Democrats.

00:09:27.420 Jeff Clark is back to walk us through the steps.

00:09:29.800 Jeff, how are you?

00:09:31.900 I'm good.

00:09:32.780 Good to be with you, Jack.

00:09:34.000 And this is highly important.

00:09:35.720 So I'm glad to be here with your audience to explain what's going on.

00:09:39.880 Well, this is great.

00:09:40.980 And all credit, by the way, to Matt Gaetz.

00:09:43.720 He came out and really gave a lot of life to this.

00:09:47.280 Roger Stone has also been someone I know has been pulling for it.

00:09:50.500 But I haven't been walked through all the legalities and the process of it yet.

00:09:55.620 So what is the process by which the currently sitting House of Representatives can declare

00:10:01.820 the Jan 6th committee and declare those subpoenas illegitimate?

00:10:06.140 Sure.

00:10:06.900 So there are three options, Jack, in order of, you know, highest aggressiveness to least aggressiveness.

00:10:13.560 So let me start with the first.

00:10:15.800 That's the Congress, the House passing a resolution by majority vote that basically disclaims, repudiates

00:10:23.180 the Jan 6th process.

00:10:25.420 It was established in violation of law in multiple respects.

00:10:29.220 It didn't have a ranking minority member.

00:10:32.340 It did not have, therefore, a minority council who needed to get equal time in any depositions.

00:10:38.380 And the January 6th committee under Nancy Pelosi, Benny Thompson, Liz Cheney, they tried to cover

00:10:44.720 up for these defects by naming Liz Cheney the vice chair of the committee, making her kind 0.99

00:10:52.200 of an ersatz ranking minority council, a ranking minority member who could appoint a ranking

00:10:58.320 minority council.

00:10:59.440 But it doesn't work.

00:11:00.760 It didn't work.

00:11:01.520 They realized they couldn't really claim that.

00:11:03.200 They just tried to sort of pass that off for anyone who might buy that for appearances.

00:11:08.380 And so all of the depositions they conducted, all of the subpoenas they issued, Jack, all

00:11:14.280 of those are what lawyers call ultra virus.

00:11:16.920 They're all outside of the committee's authority.

00:11:19.580 And it's entirely proper for the House of Representatives under new management now to

00:11:25.520 say that fact and just pronounce that the rules of the House established for the January

00:11:31.320 6th select committee were not followed.

00:11:33.580 And for that reason, the very base act that Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro were found guilty

00:11:40.920 of in criminal contempt of Congress for disobeying is a nothing burger because, you know, you have

00:11:47.900 to have something that's proper in order to to unlawfully disobey it.

00:11:51.480 That's the starting step.

00:11:52.920 So there's a resolution that's been introduced by Representative Burleson.

00:11:56.200 And there are 24 other signatories at that to this point.

00:12:00.640 I call them the stalwart 25.

00:12:02.860 And I think that what your posse, Jack and Human Events, needs to do and anyone from War Room

00:12:10.200 Posse who's watching as well, you need to get with your representative and you need to advocate

00:12:14.560 to them that they need to sign on to this petition.

00:12:19.180 Well, OK, so this is huge.

00:12:20.740 So they sign on to the petition.

00:12:23.480 The petition goes forward.

00:12:25.140 The Jan 6th committee is then declared illegitimate.

00:12:28.340 The subpoenas then are rescinded.

00:12:30.320 So if the subpoenas are rescinded, let's say best case scenario, all this happened today.

00:12:35.760 Where does it go tomorrow?

00:12:37.280 It's not like the Bureau of Prisons just automatically says Steve Bannon doesn't have to doesn't have

00:12:41.360 to surrender.

00:12:42.000 So how does it work from that step?

00:12:43.520 So, Jack, look, you know, you can expect maximum resistance from the Biden-Garland Justice

00:12:50.820 Department, right?

00:12:51.540 We knew we know that as soon as night follows day.

00:12:55.320 So if the resolution is passed, I would expect that Steve Bannon's lawyers would immediately

00:13:00.600 present the evidence of that, an official copy, which is judicially noticeable to the D.C.

00:13:06.700 Circuit in the first instance.

00:13:08.000 That's the appellate court with jurisdiction over Steve at this point, and then to the

00:13:12.820 U.S. Supreme Court failing that, arguing that, you know, the leg of the stool that holds

00:13:18.540 all of this nonsense up, you know, this made up misdemeanor from hell that's really never

00:13:23.780 used against anyone who happens to be a Democrat.

00:13:27.400 They've flouted congressional subpoenas many times with impunity.

00:13:30.920 And then, you know, arguments need to be made that Steve definitely, in light of this, should

00:13:38.300 be able to stay out pending his appeal, pending his cert petition to the U.S. Supreme Court

00:13:44.700 asking him to take this result and his improper trial, where basically he couldn't present any

00:13:51.460 defenses of himself.

00:13:52.540 Jack, as you know, he wanted to present a defense that his lawyers had advised him that since

00:13:58.160 President Trump had invoked executive privilege, that he had a reason and he was not in willful

00:14:03.940 disobedience of a subpoena.

00:14:05.620 And they presented, prevented him from saying that.

00:14:07.900 Instead, the jury was essentially misinformed, even though it was a, you know, biased D.C.

00:14:12.200 jury, as most of them are, given their political makeup.

00:14:15.440 But they were sort of led to believe that, you know, Steve just thumbed his nose at a congressional

00:14:19.660 subpoena without more.

00:14:21.140 But that's not what he did.

00:14:22.220 He got sophisticated legal counsel.

00:14:24.320 He was advised not to show up.

00:14:26.600 And that defeats willfulness right there.

00:14:28.700 And under our criminal laws, there is no, you know, basis for reading willfully is to

00:14:34.580 have some kind of special, different meaning when you were talking about congressional subpoenas

00:14:38.860 compared to when we're talking about committing other purported types of crime.

00:14:43.580 So that would be the first step.

00:14:44.840 The resolution passes.

00:14:45.980 Then it would be put in briefing and motions practice before the D.C.

00:14:50.720 Circuit and the Supreme Court.

00:14:53.600 And the other two options, right, are that, you know, the next one is that the Blagwood

00:15:01.040 Act.

00:15:01.520 And I know you've spoken about this, the bipartisan legal advisory group, which is headed up by

00:15:08.240 Speaker Johnson.

00:15:09.000 And that group controls, so and Republicans controlled by a three to two majority, they

00:15:15.120 can file an amicus brief with the court system arguing that the, you know, the whole rug has

00:15:22.820 been pulled out from under the illegitimate January 6th committee and they can help Steve

00:15:27.320 that way.

00:15:28.360 And the last thing, which certainly can be done, is that Speaker Johnson could just write

00:15:32.980 a letter to the courts and say, this is my understanding as Speaker of the House, as informed

00:15:39.800 by my general counsel, that, you know, we now believe that these subpoenas were illegitimate

00:15:45.780 because the committee was operating in violation of the rules that even the Nancy Pelosi House

00:15:51.360 had established in the 117th Congress, Jack.

00:15:53.980 Well, and there you go.

00:15:58.240 So all of us, because this, this is kind of like, it's, it's similar and, and, you know,

00:16:02.580 folks around here know I've said a million times, I'm not an attorney, but this reminds

00:16:06.680 me of something similar to a fruit of the poison tree argument.

00:16:11.460 Yes, exactly.

00:16:13.080 You know, the, the, the fountain of error here is the fact that the January 6th committee

00:16:17.200 was established in violation of law.

00:16:20.420 Let's just start with the fact that it was supposed to have 13 members.

00:16:23.360 But Nancy Pelosi only put nine members on there. 1.00

00:16:26.460 Then second, under, you know, long established House procedures, you know, the, the majority

00:16:33.200 party doesn't get to pick the membership of the minority party, right?

00:16:37.600 The minority party picks that.

00:16:39.020 And then we have a scrum.

00:16:40.400 We have an adversary process that takes place based on, you know, the respective strength

00:16:45.620 of the two parties in, in the House or in the Senate.

00:16:48.700 And it's that which Nancy Pelosi shortcutted by saying, oh, no, no, no.

00:16:52.860 You can't put Jim Jordan.

00:16:54.400 You can't put Jim Banks on this committee.

00:16:56.480 I'm going to pick the members.

00:16:57.880 I want Liz Cheney. 1.00

00:16:59.020 And I want Adam Kinzinger, right?

00:17:00.520 Very, very convenient people who carry a Republican label.

00:17:05.640 Ostensibly.

00:17:06.300 Yeah.

00:17:06.540 But are deadly.

00:17:07.060 That's not how it's supposed to work at all.

00:17:09.960 Right.

00:17:10.640 Precisely.

00:17:11.080 And so these guys had already decided to go all in with the Democrat narrative.

00:17:16.000 Exactly.

00:17:16.760 And look, it is.

00:17:18.640 And as I pointed out many times in my own briefs, right, since I've had my own subpoena

00:17:21.960 fights with this committee, the committee voted every single time I've ever seen in

00:17:27.360 the public record.

00:17:28.140 We don't know about any secret votes.

00:17:29.740 They might have taken over preliminary votes, nine to zero.

00:17:33.180 So it had nine members every time they had to present a vote, they would say, would they

00:17:39.140 all voted for it, right?

00:17:40.160 So it was just a monolith that was handcrafted by Nancy Pelosi to reach a predetermined result.

00:17:45.900 And I also think that that's not just in violation of the traditions of the House.

00:17:49.680 It's in violation of basic due process.

00:17:52.280 If something the House does is going to turn into something that can send somebody to jail

00:17:56.240 where they lose their liberty, right, a process like that is, you know, a joke of a sham.

00:18:02.100 You know, it's a mockery.

00:18:04.320 It's a direct due process violation.

00:18:07.420 Goes right back to the Fifth Amendment, ladies and gentlemen. 0.74

00:18:10.180 Stay tuned.

00:18:10.700 And the Sixth Amendment, too, by the way.

00:18:12.320 Stay tuned.

00:18:13.000 We'll be right back.

00:18:13.640 Jeff Clark with more.

00:18:14.900 Are we going to be able to keep Steve Bannon out of jail?

00:18:18.240 Stay tuned.

00:18:22.580 I grew up in the hood.

00:18:24.100 I rolled with bloods.

00:18:25.220 And them boys had a saying.

00:18:27.860 You can't be listening to all that slappy, whack, trim out as I let's a bam ship, nippy, bam, bam,

00:18:33.260 like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:18:37.340 All right, Jack Posobiec back live here.

00:18:39.260 Human Events Daily.

00:18:40.300 Folks, America is finally starting to see how corrupt our judicial system and our government actually is.

00:18:47.780 Just look at what we're talking about, what they're doing to Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, and President Trump.

00:18:52.200 As terrible as it might be, we wouldn't be able to see the truth had we not gone through this process.

00:18:58.920 So sometimes there is a bigger plan in the works.

00:19:02.960 Which brings me to a new movie that I want you to see when it comes out in a few months.

00:19:06.420 It's called The Firing Squad.

00:19:09.420 And it stars, you're going to love this, Kevin Sorbo and Cuba Gooding Jr.

00:19:13.020 This is the remarkable true story of a group of men sentenced to death for trafficking drugs in a third world country who find redemption in Christ Jesus.

00:19:23.720 While they're awaiting their fate, they made it their mission to convert the entire prison camp to embrace Christ.

00:19:29.220 It's an inspirational story and a reminder that God is always at work.

00:19:34.540 Kevin Sorbo, I've talked to him.

00:19:35.960 He wants this film to be part of a nationwide revival and will be leading viewers in prayer in the hopes that this will bring one million souls to Christ.

00:19:45.720 Go to firingsquadfilm.com.

00:19:47.840 That's firingsquadfilm.com to purchase tickets and learn more about this extraordinary film.

00:19:52.640 That's firingsquadfilm.com.

00:19:55.100 We're on with Jeff Clark.

00:19:56.960 Now, Jeff, you've got some of the actual legal briefs that we're looking at here that pertain to what exactly we're talking about.

00:20:03.580 I want people to understand this.

00:20:05.120 Nancy Pelosi polluted the January 6th committee.

00:20:09.220 And that is key to the House Republicans exonerating Peter Navarro, by the way, could potentially actually spring him right now from prison and prevent Steve Bannon from having to go.

00:20:22.180 Jeff Clark's got the receipts.

00:20:23.420 Jeff, what do you have for us?

00:20:25.100 Sure, Steve.

00:20:26.160 So, look, this is the biggest gem from the DOJ brief that was filed against Steve Bannon just two days ago.

00:20:34.060 You're going to like this.

00:20:35.100 It's really rich.

00:20:36.460 It's total hypocrisy coming from the Biden administration and from the Garland Justice Department.

00:20:42.520 Quote,

00:20:42.700 So just stop there for a second.

00:20:59.740 They're saying that Steve is making an argument for special treatment when he's the first person essentially to be jailed under this statute or to be potentially jailed after after Peter Navarro.

00:21:11.440 So in a very long time when we have, you know, Eric Holder thumbing his nose at a subpoena, we have Merrick Garland himself in recent weeks thumbing his nose at a subpoena to get access to the audio tape of Joe Biden being interviewed and deposed by special counsel Robert Herr.

00:21:30.100 I mean, the hypocrisy is so thick you can't even cut it with a knife.

00:21:34.060 And that's one of the reasons, Jack, while, you know, my group, the Center for Renewing America, is spearheading this effort to call on your member of Congress to join the resolution and to vote to pass that resolution, finding that the January 6th committee was an abomination, really, and that everything it did was legally defective and void.

00:21:58.860 And, you know, I'm joined in that effort. If you go to our website, the Citizens for Renewing America, you can find our workup of this by my colleague at the Center and its citizens, Wade Miller.

00:22:12.100 He's a former Marine. And if you're going to be in a fight like this, you always want to have a lawyer coupled with a Marine, Jack. It's a good company.

00:22:19.820 Look, I keep saying this. We need to return back to the type of people who are willing to fight. You have to be active in your beliefs.

00:22:31.280 And by the way, I take this directly from the left. You know, the left is always active. The left is always agitating. The left is always pushing the Overton window.

00:22:40.780 The left is always pushing for action. They don't sit back and say, oh, the right's being hypocritical. 0.98

00:22:45.620 They do a little bit, but they don't sit back and wait for things to happen. They are the ones who are actually driving the ball down the field.

00:22:53.000 And so unless we do that, unless we actually take shots on goal, that doesn't mean every shot's going to make it.

00:22:58.840 But guess what? If you take 10 shots, one of them might, two of them might, three of them might.

00:23:03.880 And then guess what? We got points on the board. And suddenly with points, it's like, it's like, and Jeff, you've been in D.C. a long time.

00:23:10.220 What is it about sort of Republicans and particular, by the way, not asking you to speak out of turn or out of the classroom here,

00:23:17.580 but I noticed a lot of Republican legal types do not like the confrontation the way that you do.

00:23:25.980 You know, Jack, I think it's it's a crisis of courage. Right.

00:23:30.080 It's it's one thing to be in the confines of the debating society of the federal society. Right.

00:23:36.960 And and the fight is essentially between, you know, some member of the left who's called in to represent them.

00:23:43.120 And then it's otherwise a fight between conservatives and libertarians.

00:23:46.440 It's another thing to roll up your sleeves, really be a man in the arena and to take the necessary steps to save the country. Right.

00:23:54.080 We're not just talking about something that's a debate about how law school should function.

00:23:59.240 We're talking about, you know, bottom line issues of life and death.

00:24:03.460 And, you know, we're watching CNN.

00:24:05.620 They're crawling over the fact that they want to send Steve Bannon even to Rikers Island.

00:24:10.660 Right. Or they're going to send him to a place where he's going to be like in a communal lockup.

00:24:14.840 You know, when he's 70 years old, you know, roughly.

00:24:18.840 I don't know Steve's precise age. I mean, it's truly ridiculous. 0.95

00:24:21.740 And look, I feel a fire in my belly about this. 0.93

00:24:24.860 I'm not personally on the on the line about this.

00:24:27.460 I had my own fights with the January 6th committee about subpoenas.

00:24:30.980 But, you know, the the the advantage I have, I guess, is that, you know, I've been inside the Justice Department.

00:24:36.300 I know a lot of constitutional law.

00:24:38.840 I know a lot of legal arguments to make.

00:24:40.800 And so they never actually sent me to the floor.

00:24:43.400 So I'm not benefiting from this resolution.

00:24:45.420 We at, you know, the Citizens for Renewing America, we're calling for this petition, you know, that that we sort of put on our Web site for you to call your congressmen.

00:24:56.340 So they join the resolution so they can try to undo all the damage that the January 6th committee has done.

00:25:01.800 And it's even not just, you know, Steve and Peter.

00:25:04.200 Right. Or some of the others mentioned in the resolution, like Dan Scavino, it's the people who are the ordinary people who, you know, showed up, you know, on January 6th.

00:25:15.000 And they were hit with all kinds of subpoena process, legal bills they couldn't afford.

00:25:19.360 Right. Wouldn't it be great for them to get some justice with a declaration from our current Congress, which was supposed to be elected to undo these kinds of things, to just, you know, lay it on the line and say, hey, this is all, you know, BS and it needs to be vacated.

00:25:33.740 That's what we need.

00:25:34.560 What can you tell us about the place now, currently they're talking about sending Steve to this, this Federal Corrections Institute up in Connecticut.

00:25:46.540 What can you tell us about the conditions there where he's initially been ordered to surrender?

00:25:53.140 Well, I understand that only roughly.

00:25:55.560 I haven't been there, Jack, but, you know, I don't understand it to be a great place.

00:26:01.180 You know, they're definitely, if you're talking about a misdemeanor, right, a misdemeanor level crime where you're only talking about a sentence of a few months, why wouldn't you put them in a minimum security camp-like setting, especially given Steve's age, right?

00:26:15.260 Steve is not a violent threat of any kind.

00:26:18.400 I'm convinced that they want to send him to something that's much more closer to maximum security, like Rikers, because, you know, either they're so evil-hearted they want to see harm come to him, or because the conditions of the lockdown will be so extreme that he won't even be able to communicate to the outside world, you know, to the war room posse, to communicate those who will run the show in his absence.

00:26:44.220 And this shows you that the real objective is to take him off the field, to take one of the most effective political players and leaders off the field during the key last four months before the election, Jack.

00:26:56.840 It's just so transparent that's what they're doing.

00:26:59.420 That's what they're doing to Alex Jones.

00:27:01.580 That's what they're doing to Michael Patrick Leahy in a ridiculous, you know, fight about the manifesto, the trans manifesto there where the judge can't even name what order she issued that Mike might have violated.

00:27:15.380 You know, it's just the same playbook again and again, and it's all about squelching speech.

00:27:20.480 And so it just shows, right, there's a whole conspiracy going on to squash real civil rights like First Amendment liberties.

00:27:27.000 And as an American, we just can't, Americans, we just can't stand for it.

00:27:32.460 Look, I remember serving at Guantanamo Bay, and Guantanamo is based on a federal prison.

00:27:38.700 And so they talk about how there obviously are different levels, so there's satellite camps, which is for the females, which I believe is the one from FCI Connecticut, which that TV show Orange is the New Black is based on.

00:27:52.520 And people remember that was not some kind of minimum, you know, super minimum security sort of place.

00:27:57.420 Then, by the way, there's this, the low security facility, they have, you know, mail inmate, secure perimeter, dormitory style housing, you've got accommodations, multiple bunk beds, federal standards, but, you know, has faced overcrowding in the past.

00:28:11.600 I've got a little report right here.

00:28:13.780 Basic medical facilities, work programs, educational programs, some recreation.

00:28:19.720 It does have visitation during visiting hours.

00:28:22.500 Those visitors are subject to security checks and regulations, obviously reentry services.

00:28:28.120 I mean, these are, and by the way, by the way, and Jeff, we also know this, that these, these federal facilities, they still all have all the COVID protocols still in place, don't they?

00:28:38.500 Yes, you know, that's my understanding, right?

00:28:41.040 So it's even more reason to lock things down.

00:28:43.420 And look, let me remind you of what happened with Peter Navarro, right?

00:28:46.280 Some members of Congress wanted to visit Peter Navarro down at his prison facility in Florida, and they wouldn't let them in, saying that, quote, unquote, you know, Peter Navarro is too notorious, right?

00:28:59.180 I think when Peter gets out, he needs to get himself, you know, a whole shirt line of, you know, the notorious Peter Navarro.

00:29:05.440 So that should be his book title.

00:29:07.060 That's his book title.

00:29:08.200 That's his, that's his merchandise line, Peter Navarro, too notorious.

00:29:12.000 It's perfect.

00:29:12.720 The too notorious Peter Navarro.

00:29:15.700 Jeff, I'm looking at the time.

00:29:16.640 I realize we've only got about a minute left.

00:29:18.200 Tell people what is the website to connect with your new organization, and how can people get involved with this petition to nullify the Jan 6 Committee in these crooked and illegitimate subpoenas?

00:29:31.060 Sure.

00:29:32.900 So I think it's a, you know, quick Google of Citizens for Renewing America.

00:29:38.260 That's the website.

00:29:39.380 And then if you search for how to help Steve Bannon on the site, you'll quickly pop up our proposed resolution, which is a little more complicated than the one that Representative Burleson has introduced.

00:29:50.900 But his one is great, too.

00:29:53.480 And you can urge them to pick up elements from ours.

00:29:56.320 And you should call your congressman.

00:29:58.280 Use that as a model.

00:29:59.400 So the two documents on there are a call for action and then the proposed resolution draft itself, Jack.

00:30:06.280 This is perfect.

00:30:07.440 Citizens for Renewing America.

00:30:10.000 File the petition.

00:30:11.200 Everyone needs to sign this.

00:30:12.880 Nullify the Jan 6 Committee.

00:30:14.920 Nullify the subpoenas.

00:30:16.560 And then Speaker Johnson, of course, do the right thing and nullify all of this so we can go back to correcting the errors of this country and doing the work of the people.

00:30:28.480 Jeff Clark, thanks so much, man.

00:30:32.400 All right, right back.

00:30:33.320 Human Events Daily continues.

00:30:34.320 Rich Farris joins us next.

00:30:35.420 Where is Jack?

00:30:40.680 Where's Jack?

00:30:42.740 Where is he?

00:30:44.020 Jack, I want to see you.

00:30:47.680 Great job, Jack.

00:30:49.080 Thank you.

00:30:49.840 What a job you do.

00:30:51.260 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:30:52.680 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.

00:30:54.740 But we have guys and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.

00:31:00.580 Jack's back live.

00:31:01.620 Human Events Daily.

00:31:02.360 Folks, the world is in flames and Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster.

00:31:05.800 But a Canada will not ruin my day.

00:31:07.260 Do you know why?

00:31:08.100 It's because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.

00:31:12.040 This coffee is 100% America.

00:31:13.860 Blackout coffee is 100% committed to conservative values.

00:31:16.480 From sourcing the beans to the roasting process, customer support and shipping,

00:31:20.020 they embody true American values and accept no compromise on taste or quality.

00:31:24.860 By the way, so we had a four-hour delay getting out of the Midwest yesterday,

00:31:29.280 getting out of Ohio back to D.C.

00:31:32.340 Had some maintenance issues, all that stuff that we're all used to hearing now.

00:31:36.040 A little door on the 737 action.

00:31:38.360 So this morning, and by the way, four extra hours in a terminal.

00:31:41.420 Kids were good.

00:31:41.980 Kids were good.

00:31:42.800 But I'm telling you, we got in really, really late last night.

00:31:45.440 And this morning, I'm sitting there going, need my blackout coffee.

00:31:48.720 Absolutely need my blackout coffee.

00:31:51.260 So you, if you find yourself in a situation like that,

00:31:54.500 just go to blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO and use promo code POSO20 for 20% off your first order.

00:32:01.720 Summer is here.

00:32:03.260 So whether or not you're caught up in one of those things,

00:32:05.940 look, we all love our summer vacations.

00:32:07.440 We love our summer travels.

00:32:08.620 But we know sometimes it's like you need a vacation from the vacation.

00:32:11.880 And that's where blackout coffee comes in for that extra pick-me-up.

00:32:16.660 Blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.

00:32:19.440 Blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.

00:32:21.100 Promo code POSO20.

00:32:22.780 Power yourself.

00:32:24.220 Power your family.

00:32:25.060 Power your business.

00:32:26.220 Real quick, by the way,

00:32:27.900 got to get into some of these great comments

00:32:29.620 that we received on our opening monologue

00:32:32.120 talking about the migrant violence.

00:32:34.860 And it's really the invader violence because that's what they are.

00:32:37.740 Got a message here from Candy.

00:32:39.660 These murderers are directly on Garland, Obama, and Biden administration.

00:32:46.360 Patrick J. Collins III.

00:32:47.920 Biden and his admin are accomplices in these murders, Jack, and the NGOs.

00:32:52.760 Brownie 63.

00:32:53.940 Don't forget the MSM.

00:32:55.820 AK forever in my heart.

00:32:58.020 This news makes my stomach turn.

00:33:00.660 Every congressman should have to go and see the remains of these victims up close and personal.

00:33:07.820 I could not agree more.

00:33:10.000 I absolutely could not agree more.

00:33:12.620 Rich Barris, the People's Pundit, joined us next.

00:33:14.600 Rich, I know we got some polls to get into, but let me ask you about this issue,

00:33:19.500 the migrant violence, the invader violence.

00:33:22.060 This is something, and Joy Reid's up there screaming about me all last night,

00:33:25.880 but she won't talk about what's going on.

00:33:29.060 The American people see this.

00:33:30.660 Look, they saw the street justice that went on with the 13-year-old.

00:33:33.660 13-year-old girl gets tied up and raped in front of her boyfriend,

00:33:37.920 and the guy on his little bicycle there got street justice out in Queens.

00:33:42.640 They said they waited for him outside a bodega.

00:33:45.180 Look, I think the insane levels of violence,

00:33:48.300 this is Mad Max-style violence that's going on in our cities.

00:33:51.520 They can't ignore it, so that's why they're running all these,

00:33:54.460 oh, I hate Jack Posolvic, and Jack Posolvic is such a bad man kind of segments out there.

00:33:58.720 Rich, talk to me about how this is driving the election.

00:34:01.940 Yeah, I was just going to say, in reaction to that,

00:34:03.960 what I would say to Joy Reid is that isn't it ironic?

00:34:08.100 I mean, and I'm not alone.

00:34:09.540 Other pollsters will back this up.

00:34:11.280 The two things that we hear about when we're talking to black voters

00:34:14.660 who are now voting for Donald Trump is, one, obviously, the economy.

00:34:18.200 I had more money under Donald Trump.

00:34:20.560 Things were better under Donald Trump.

00:34:22.740 And then, two, it's immigration.

00:34:25.020 They absolutely cannot stand the flood of illegal immigrants, 1.00

00:34:29.460 which, by the way, they view to be coming at a direct cost to them.

00:34:35.140 Which, are they lying?

00:34:36.620 Whose schools are being emptied out and being used as flop houses for illegal migrants 1.00

00:34:41.240 because they're overflowing and there's nowhere to put them?

00:34:43.720 Whose schools?

00:34:44.520 Is it the white liberal schools that Joy Reid's friends send their kids to

00:34:48.800 and she sends her children to? 0.98

00:34:50.620 No.

00:34:51.520 It's the less fortunate, working-class areas, inner-city areas

00:34:57.760 that aren't even working class.

00:34:59.200 They're, unfortunately, even worse because nobody has paid attention

00:35:02.160 to any of their problems or grievances for years

00:35:04.840 since Trump and the economic zones, the economic opportunity zones.

00:35:09.000 That's it.

00:35:10.040 I mean, it is overwhelming.

00:35:11.920 It is over and over, is constantly regurgitated,

00:35:15.320 and it's incessant when we conduct these polls.

00:35:18.280 So, I mean, she can ignore it all they want,

00:35:20.500 but no one's going to point the finger at you, Jack, and say,

00:35:22.920 you know, these voters that I'm talking about,

00:35:25.180 you're not going to watch a Joy Reid segment and say,

00:35:27.420 you know what, I guess my problem is from that Jack Posobiec guy.

00:35:30.880 No, that's not going to work.

00:35:32.640 I mean, people have, it's, that's over.

00:35:34.860 But then I think the better, the sooner the Joy Reid's of the world figured that out,

00:35:38.160 the better for them.

00:35:39.640 Biden's newcomers, they're Biden's newcomers.

00:35:42.240 I'm just going to keep saying it over and over.

00:35:44.020 These are Biden's newcomers.

00:35:45.680 This is what Biden's newcomers are bringing to our neighborhoods.

00:35:48.560 This is what they're bringing to our towns.

00:35:50.640 This is what they're bringing to our communities.

00:35:52.640 So Biden's newcomers want to, that's what we said, 0.86

00:35:54.840 we're supposed to call newcomers.

00:35:55.960 Fine.

00:35:56.420 These are Biden's newcomers.

00:35:57.860 It's Biden newcomers doing this to 13-year-olds in Queens,

00:36:01.500 to mothers of five, like Rachel Moran in Maryland.

00:36:05.420 It's Biden's newcomers that are doing this to Laken Riley.

00:36:08.860 It's Biden newcomers who are doing this over and over and over.

00:36:12.360 Rich Barris, though, I got to ask you.

00:36:14.200 So if all of this is on Joe Biden, and I look at Polly Market,

00:36:17.920 and I know, I know the betting markets are what they are, right?

00:36:22.280 I don't lead myself with the betting markets.

00:36:24.500 But there's a big one that popped up over the weekend.

00:36:26.920 31% now, as of today, believe that Joe Biden will drop out of the presidential race.

00:36:35.500 This has now almost doubled from where it was just two weeks ago.

00:36:40.260 But I'm skeptical, man.

00:36:41.820 I'm skeptical.

00:36:42.820 I just don't know if I see it.

00:36:45.440 What's your take?

00:36:46.160 Does Biden drop out at the convention?

00:36:48.680 Listen, we were talking about this earlier.

00:36:51.880 LBJ is the incumbent president that we could point to in modern times,

00:36:56.020 or he bailed.

00:36:56.940 But I mean, that announcement was made on March 31st, 1968.

00:37:00.980 It was time.

00:37:02.680 There's a couple of things.

00:37:03.840 I mean, we could do a whole show on this, Jack.

00:37:05.760 One is Joe Biden.

00:37:07.580 It pulls the strongest against Donald Trump.

00:37:10.680 So it's a difficult thing if you're the Democrats to look around and see who would we bring off the bench?

00:37:16.340 Who would we take off the bench?

00:37:17.540 The bench is not developed yet.

00:37:19.520 There's talent on it, but it's not known.

00:37:21.800 And it would be an enormous Herculean task to not only get that talent known,

00:37:26.740 but also to somehow quell the anger that's going to come from the Kamala Harris wing of the party 0.54

00:37:32.000 that's going to be very angry that they leapfrogged America's first non-white, 1.00

00:37:37.380 first female vice president for one of those people who were on the bench,

00:37:41.720 who, by the way, is either a white woman or an old white or a middle-aged older white male.

00:37:48.240 That's all they have.

00:37:49.460 So I just don't see it.

00:37:51.460 And then that's not even a logistic part.

00:37:53.160 And you know, by the way, you know they want to bring Hillary back in. 1.00

00:37:56.220 That's why they did the whole surprise guest with Hillary at that. 1.00

00:37:59.420 What was that?

00:37:59.880 Like that L.A. thing with the celebrities.

00:38:02.280 And they bring her out, and she's wearing all white as usual. 0.61

00:38:05.560 Say, pick me.

00:38:06.820 Pick me.

00:38:07.480 I'm here.

00:38:08.260 I'm still here.

00:38:09.160 Just kind of, you know, just as we talk about, think about it.

00:38:12.360 Just as we talk about.

00:38:13.560 Looks like you raided Muammar Gaddafi's closet after they killed him.

00:38:17.240 Right. 0.99

00:38:17.680 Assassinate Muammar Gaddafi, steal his drip. 0.66

00:38:20.260 But when, right when we're talking about, what?

00:38:23.540 What?

00:38:23.720 It's true.

00:38:24.340 They assassinated Muammar Gaddafi because his drip levels were too high.

00:38:28.520 I will stand by that.

00:38:29.840 I will absolutely stand by that statement.

00:38:32.120 They assassinated him because his drip levels were too high.

00:38:35.020 And, of course, because he was hoarding gold because he wanted to introduce an all Africa-based currency.

00:38:41.020 Never doubt what the U.S. government is willing to do when the World Reserve currency of the U.S. dollar is on the line.

00:38:47.540 Especially when it comes to the petro dollar.

00:38:49.280 Talk to the Saudis about that.

00:38:50.860 But the idea is right when they're talking about Biden dropping out, suddenly Hillary Clinton resurfaces.

00:38:57.520 Do we really think that's by mistake?

00:38:59.920 Do we really think that's a coincidence?

00:39:01.360 No, I don't think so.

00:39:02.220 She would love nothing more, Jack, than not only to get another bite at the apple, but to get another bite at Trump.

00:39:09.960 She would.

00:39:10.520 She's always wanted to be president. 0.99

00:39:12.260 She feels robbed.

00:39:13.440 But again, there's so much to discuss on this.

00:39:16.120 There's also tens and tens of millions of people who voted for Joe Biden in the primary that they're going to have to tell, without them getting upset, that those votes are void.

00:39:24.780 They're null and void.

00:39:25.560 We don't care about them and we're going with somebody else.

00:39:28.720 It also is a risk for anyone who would try to engineer that.

00:39:32.980 Understand the Biden family is under enormous pressure.

00:39:38.080 They're exposed.

00:39:39.200 So is the Biden team that runs around the Bidens and has for years.

00:39:43.420 And what do I mean by exposed?

00:39:45.140 If they lose this election, they're exposed to legal issues.

00:39:50.180 You know, Trump could come after them for like actual crimes that they swept under the rug.

00:39:54.440 And the people around them would be exposed as well in the Biden family is just not going to let that happen.

00:40:00.760 And the people around the Biden family are not going to let that happen.

00:40:03.500 I understand what people are saying.

00:40:04.840 But absent something that I don't want to say out loud because I believe in the power of words, absent that happening, I don't see a way, a realistic way that they could get rid of.

00:40:18.040 They could dump Joe Biden.

00:40:18.800 I said to President Trump personally, now over a year ago, that Biden will be on the ballot if they have to prop him up with a stick.

00:40:29.820 And I still stand by that.

00:40:31.900 A stick.

00:40:32.840 If they have to weekend at Bernie's, that guy, weekend at Biden's, they will do it.

00:40:37.540 Because their bench is even worse.

00:40:40.200 Their bench is even worse.

00:40:42.120 We're going to put Hillary back up there. 1.00

00:40:43.720 No.

00:40:44.240 Biden is going to be there unless they decide they're seeding the election.

00:40:48.800 Coming up, quick break.

00:40:50.040 We'll explain what we're talking about next.

00:40:51.300 Rich Paris.

00:40:55.080 About the boring people at your office.

00:40:57.420 I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:02.960 All right.

00:41:03.560 Jack Posobiec back live here.

00:41:05.060 Human events daily.

00:41:05.960 Look, folks, I'm saying it, man.

00:41:07.320 I'm saying it.

00:41:08.580 Don't be surprised that Hillary Clinton is suddenly making more public appearances. 1.00

00:41:16.000 Just as they talk about removing Joe Biden from the ballot.

00:41:21.020 Look, there's no question in my mind that she is throwing her name back in.

00:41:27.180 This is the shadow primary.

00:41:28.840 How many times have you said that?

00:41:30.140 The shadow primary for the Democrat nomination.

00:41:32.820 It's not a public primary.

00:41:33.920 No.

00:41:34.240 It's a shadow primary.

00:41:36.180 Hillary's throwing her name out there. 1.00

00:41:38.100 And you watch.

00:41:38.920 Kamala Harris is going to come back out again. 0.94

00:41:41.080 And I've heard a lot of people, Rich Paris, by the way, also even suggest, well, if Biden

00:41:45.840 goes down, then they just, they switch slots up.

00:41:48.840 Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, then as vice president.

00:41:52.460 So your first openly gay man running as on the vice presidential ticket, you know, the

00:41:58.960 first, the first non-white woman running on the, on the presidential ticket, you know, 0.94

00:42:04.200 they're going to go for the first, the historic, et cetera, et cetera.

00:42:07.020 But ultimately, I think that if Kamala Harris goes in as the candidate, let's, let's just

00:42:13.880 say, you know, devil's advocate that Biden decides to walk up to that Chicago stage or,

00:42:18.400 or, you know, sort of stumble up to that Chicago stage and say that he doesn't accept the

00:42:23.680 nomination.

00:42:24.280 He wants Kamala to do it.

00:42:25.600 That means they're pulling, they're, they're popping smoke.

00:42:27.880 They're pulling out of the presidential race.

00:42:30.480 You're going to see a lot of that Democrat money and a lot of that dark money, the Arabella 1.00

00:42:33.740 investors, the Soros money, et cetera.

00:42:35.440 It's all going to go to your local races.

00:42:38.400 It's going to go to your state races.

00:42:40.160 They know Kamala Harris can't win. 0.99

00:42:42.020 It's as simple as that because rich, look, we've got this, we've got this new, um, where's

00:42:47.140 the poll, this poll out of Iowa where Trump is up 18 points, rich, if Trump is up 18 points

00:42:53.040 and you and I have talked about the Rust Belt for so long, I just spent, you know, uh, an

00:42:57.560 entire week up there.

00:42:58.800 We went from Detroit down to Sandusky.

00:43:00.960 We went over to Cleveland.

00:43:03.420 Tell me if, if the voters of, of Iowa are at 18 points for Trump, how does he lose Wisconsin

00:43:10.680 and Michigan?

00:43:11.780 I just want to say before a real quick, just a little pat here.

00:43:15.920 Uh, people can go to big data, poll.com, go to the public polling project, look at, look

00:43:20.140 at the last Rust Belt poll and you will see that ours in Iowa was Trump plus 15.

00:43:24.600 When we released that, of course, everybody dismissed it.

00:43:27.260 That's not possible now that, uh, and Seltzer's poll came out, uh, now everybody is having

00:43:32.640 a heart attack over it.

00:43:33.880 And that's because of what you just said, the overlapping demographics in many ways, there

00:43:38.580 are parts of Wisconsin, large swaths of Wisconsin that mirror Iowa far more than they mirror

00:43:43.780 Pennsylvania or even Michigan.

00:43:45.500 It's a too many overlapping demographics.

00:43:48.280 And when I'm talking about demographics, I'm not just talking about white versus black

00:43:51.860 versus Hispanic, right versus Asian and other. 0.87

00:43:53.840 And I'm talking about ethnicities and ethnic voting patterns for different, uh, between

00:43:59.120 the two different parties.

00:44:00.100 And of course the major ones at play there are Norwegians, right? 1.00

00:44:04.120 And other Scandinavian voters, whether they're, um, they're Germans of course, as well.

00:44:08.720 And what, and different denominations, whether they're Protestant or Catholic.

00:44:11.960 And bottom line here is there is just no way that Donald Trump carries Iowa by 18 points

00:44:19.220 and does not win the state of Wisconsin by a pretty comfortable margin.

00:44:23.740 And here's the kicker with that.

00:44:25.740 In 2016, all of the people who got it wrong, look back and said, looking at that Seltzer 0.57

00:44:30.540 poll, it was Trump plus seven.

00:44:32.380 The final poll looked back at it and said, that was kind of a canary in the coal mine.

00:44:36.400 That was a bit of a warning.

00:44:37.640 The other polls are wrong.

00:44:38.840 The rust belt's hard to pull and Wisconsin's notoriously difficult to pull.

00:44:42.780 We should have listened to, and she was forecasting his strength in the rust belt.

00:44:46.500 That's why people are having a coronary over this poll, because in many ways you can make

00:44:53.020 an argument that Iowa polling is more, is more predict, has more predictive value on

00:44:59.460 where the state of Wisconsin is going than recent polling in the state of Wisconsin.

00:45:03.980 Uh, that is just a fact, um, except for Ron Johnson in 22, uh, Republicans were outclassed

00:45:10.580 there with the get out the vote.

00:45:11.720 That's what happened.

00:45:12.400 And it was a midterm election, but this is a presidential cycle and it will.

00:45:16.480 They'll have a lot higher turnout and there's 31 in Iowa.

00:45:19.980 Give people a stat between Obama, the Trump era and the Trump years.

00:45:24.060 Iowa has 31 pivot counties or swing counties.

00:45:27.900 It's the most out of any state in the entire country.

00:45:31.340 31 voted for Barack Obama, who then switched and voted for Donald Trump and Trump held by

00:45:36.460 the way, all of them in 2020.

00:45:38.520 And in some of them got more Trumpy.

00:45:40.960 Some of them got a little slightly less Trumpy 18 Jack is a blowout, a blowout.

00:45:47.680 And it means a blowout for the rest of the rust belt as well.

00:45:50.560 He's not holding.

00:45:51.320 So you're talking about, you're talking about a rust belt sweep.

00:45:54.660 Oh, absolutely.

00:45:55.820 Even Minnesota is in serious, serious trouble because Iowa has, when we're talking about

00:46:02.080 those Scandinavian descent.

00:46:03.500 For the Democrats.

00:46:04.880 Yes.

00:46:05.520 Yeah, absolutely.

00:46:06.400 Because Minnesota has a lot of Scandinavian ethnicities that have been very tough for

00:46:12.120 Republicans over the years.

00:46:13.900 And there's not as many in Iowa, but they're there.

00:46:16.500 And so it gives us an idea.

00:46:18.060 And by the way, I'm talking about Swedes and Finns.

00:46:20.400 They tend to be much more liberal than Norwegians, especially Norwegians who are Catholic.

00:46:24.940 So, uh, you know, Minnesota would be, I mean, I don't want to just say this out loud, but

00:46:30.820 I guess I have no choice.

00:46:32.080 If Trump is winning Iowa by 18 points, he probably is a tiny lead in Minnesota.

00:46:36.700 And by tiny, I mean, anywhere between like one to three points.

00:46:41.060 I mean, that's what prior, uh, you know, that's what, that's what I think I'm being generous.

00:46:46.920 Actually.

00:46:47.520 I mean, he won Iowa by about eight and he lost Minnesota by about seven.

00:46:52.680 So you do that.

00:46:53.440 And Minnesota is not a state that Republicans win.

00:46:56.180 That's there's, it's just people don't understand this.

00:46:58.700 This is not a state that we should even be normally talking about in, in terms of presidential

00:47:04.980 politics.

00:47:05.500 But here we are.

00:47:06.680 Trump is now expanding the map because Biden is in complete, uh, physical as well as political

00:47:13.220 collapse.

00:47:13.980 Everyone can see it.

00:47:15.060 Now you're getting these people that are turning on, on Biden and they're looking at,

00:47:21.080 it's not necessarily that they're suddenly, they're suddenly waking up to Trump, but it's

00:47:27.400 more of a larger picture.

00:47:29.120 I think of waking up to realize that they've been lied to and that their lives have gotten

00:47:33.780 considerably and measurably worse than they were four years ago.

00:47:38.420 And I know that's a powerful statement.

00:47:40.180 We say it so much.

00:47:40.920 It's almost a cliche, but it's just true. 0.67

00:47:42.500 It's just true.

00:47:43.840 And people can see the AB test in a way that they've never seen before because Trump isn't

00:47:49.560 just a challenger.

00:47:50.540 He's also the former president.

00:47:52.320 Final minute, Rich Paris.

00:47:54.360 Perfect example.

00:47:55.940 In 2020 and 2016, we asked a very simple question.

00:47:59.720 The Midwest, many parts of it are very adverse to war and foreign interventions.

00:48:04.240 They don't like liberal internationalism and they don't like neoconservatism.

00:48:07.620 And in Minnesota, we asked people, who do you think was most likely to start a war?

00:48:13.100 In 2016, it was fairly close.

00:48:15.360 And Hillary Clinton barely held on when Trump won Iowa by almost 10 points. 0.87

00:48:19.380 She barely held on by about two points. 1.00

00:48:22.520 In 2020, it was by, people told us that Trump was more likely.

00:48:26.840 So they were sold a lie.

00:48:29.360 And now, you know, I mean, that's going to change opinions.

00:48:32.520 Locals.peoplespundit.com.

00:48:34.700 Go give Rich a follow.

00:48:35.720 By the way, I'd like to thank the audience for making this the number one live stream

00:48:39.840 on X yet again.

00:48:41.840 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay a short.
