00:01:27.880 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:01:37.740 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:01:49.000 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:01:51.600 Christ is here.
00:01:53.100 Yesterday I saw for the first time what a massive disconnect there was between social media and the real world.
00:02:01.280 Because we were flooded with phone calls from people all day, literally around the world.
00:02:07.240 Very positive, very supportive.
00:02:08.860 And I don't think you need to sit down for 90 minutes at Mar-a-Lago and kiss his ring to be able to speak truth and to be able to cover a story.
00:02:20.160 I'm amazed.
00:02:20.700 I did not expect Hitler to get so many meeting requests, first from Joe Biden, now from Mika and Joe.
00:02:25.380 It's amazing that literal Hitler is getting all these meeting requests.
00:02:28.100 And what it tells me, professor, is that all the rhetoric that came from the left, from the Democrats, from the White House, from Kamala Harris and everyone else before the election,
00:02:37.180 all of the rhetoric, the fascism, the Hitler, the Nazi rally, it was all a bunch of BS.
00:02:44.260 Pennsylvania's Supreme Court ruled yesterday that ballots with an inaccurate date or no date written on the return envelope cannot be counted.
00:02:52.820 Wisconsin Congressman Sean Duffy has just been named the first secretary of transportation.
00:02:58.860 Would you as governor allow state police and National Guard to carry out mass deportations?
00:03:07.180 We will not be participating in misguided efforts that harm our communities.
00:03:13.220 The election that we just had was a repudiation of the status quo, an overly regulated system that is no longer responsive or delivering for the needs of the people.
00:03:26.260 Ukraine fired six U.S.-made missiles here at Russia's Bryansk region.
00:03:32.840 We have never been closer to World War III than we are today under Joe Biden.
00:03:40.320 A global conflict between nuclear armed powers would mean death and destruction on a scale unmatched in human history.
00:03:49.100 It would be nuclear Armageddon.
00:03:53.200 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:57.200 We are live here in Palm Beach.
00:04:00.060 The Mar-a-Lago editions of Human Events Daily continue.
00:04:04.840 Today is 11-19-2024, Anno Domini.
00:04:10.340 Well, ladies and gentlemen, we've now found out that, as it turns out, Russia has been attacked by Ukraine using long-range American missiles.
00:04:22.340 We told you this was coming yesterday.
00:04:23.800 We said that it was likely to occur.
00:04:25.940 We said that there was no question that this was a massive escalation on their end.
00:04:32.220 There's been question on the end of Ukraine and the United States, the Biden administration giving this authorization.
00:04:39.800 And yet we know they're on their way out.
00:04:42.300 They're leaving office.
00:04:43.920 So if they're leaving office, why go and escalate things like this?
00:04:47.620 President Trump is on his way in.
00:04:49.960 They've already said that they weren't briefed on this whatsoever.
00:04:53.480 You got Mike Waltz, the incoming national security advisor, says he hasn't been briefed on any of this.
00:04:58.500 Biden's hanging out in the Amazonian jungle somewhere in the rainforest.
00:05:02.440 Can't even find him for the G20 photo.
00:05:04.860 No one has any clue where this is actually coming from or what's actually going on.
00:05:11.060 And we've got the same situation, by the way, over in the state of Pennsylvania.
00:05:15.200 What do I mean?
00:05:16.580 We have no idea what's actually going on because the Democrat governor there, Josh Shapiro, has put out.
00:05:22.400 So late last night he put out this letter and I put a video up on X because he's essentially defending the four counties of Pennsylvania that have continued this illegal violation of law,
00:05:37.540 counting votes that should never have been counted, these provisional ballots that don't have the proper signatures, don't have proper dates.
00:05:46.020 They've been ordered once by the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court to not count them.
00:05:51.340 They said, we're going to violate that order.
00:05:53.300 So the Pennsylvania Supreme Court came down again and said, you need to stop immediately.
00:05:58.420 They said no.
00:06:00.540 And then late last night, Josh Shapiro puts out this letter saying, oh, there's a lack of clarity.
00:06:07.320 There's a lack of clarity on what's going on.
00:06:10.960 Here's what the lack of clarity is.
00:06:12.780 The lack of clarity is Josh Shapiro refuses to actually step up and do something when it's his own side,
00:06:22.440 when it's his own people that are doing it, when it's Democrats that are doing it,
00:06:28.040 when it's Democrats that are involved, he's not going to step up.
00:06:32.040 So, Josh, how are you supposed to be president of the United States?
00:06:35.940 How are you supposed to be the guy who's Mr. President if you won't stand up to your own party?
00:06:43.180 You're going to stand up to Xi Jinping?
00:06:44.600 You're going to stand up to Vladimir Putin?
00:06:46.740 You're going to stand up to North Korea?
00:06:48.320 No, you can't even stand up to local county officials and county commissioners.
00:06:54.060 It's a joke.
00:06:54.840 You're a joke.
00:06:56.320 And you are absolutely going down.
00:06:59.100 Stay tuned, folks.
00:06:59.680 We've got a great show coming up.
00:07:01.820 Tony Schaefer coming up next.
00:07:03.920 Darren Beattie after that.
00:07:05.460 Right back.
00:07:06.040 Human Events Daily continues.
00:07:12.040 Today, you know, they talk about influencers.
00:07:14.580 These are influencers.
00:07:16.680 And they're friends of mine.
00:07:19.000 Jack Persovic.
00:07:20.520 Where's Jack?
00:07:21.480 Jack.
00:07:22.440 He's done a great job.
00:07:23.940 All right, Jack Persovic back here.

00:09:05.300 All right, we're very excited now.
00:09:07.160 I want to bring on now, I wish we were under better circumstances, but we've got Lieutenant Colonel Tony Schaefer joining us.
00:09:13.640 Tony, how are you, man?
00:09:15.360 Hey, good morning.
00:09:16.180 Good afternoon, Jack.
00:09:17.380 Good to be with you.
00:09:17.940 Thank you for having me.
00:09:19.620 Well, I've got to say, so, you know, here we are.
00:09:23.440 The election has ended.
00:09:25.580 The votes are still being counted in a couple of counties, but we're going to work on that.
00:09:29.340 And yet we were told that peace was going to win, that President Trump was the peace candidate.
00:09:36.080 And the idea was that his win would bring peace, not just to the various simmering wars out there, but also to Ukraine, Russia.
00:09:45.480 And certainly we hoped that the peace plan would be in place.
00:09:48.840 And President Trump said that he's going to be working on that specifically.
00:09:51.680 And I'm sure he is, I'm sure he is, by the way, on ending it before he actually takes office.
00:09:56.060 But it seems that one of the parting shots, literally in this case, that Joe Biden has delivered, is these ATAKAMS long-range missiles, which have now been given authorization by the United States to attack deep into Russia.
00:10:10.800 We saw this last night or early this morning, depending on where you are, where a weapons facility, ammo stockpile, was hit by the Ukrainians deep within, this is in the internationally recognized borders of Russia, with U.S.-NATO weapons.
00:10:30.200 Tony, what is going on, and are we seeing an escalation here before a de-escalation, or does this have the possibility of causing a situation to spill out of control?
00:10:42.060 I think it's the latter.
00:10:43.520 So note where we're at.
00:10:45.720 First, this isn't Biden.
00:10:48.460 This is Tony Blinken and Jake Sullivan attempting to box President Trump into having to deal with an expanded war.
00:10:56.820 That's what's going on.
00:10:57.780 This is about expansion, not giving the Ukrainians leverage.
00:11:03.660 This is about potentially moving us towards World War III.
00:11:06.460 That's what the neocons want.
00:11:07.920 That's what they've always wanted.
00:11:09.740 And keep in mind here, Jack, how many times have we been told that Ukrainians just get this one more weapon, just get this one more tool, they're going to win?
00:11:19.400 We were told that over a year ago, we're told the M1s was going to do it, we're going to do it, the F-16s.
00:11:29.540 This is all about drawing this out.
00:11:31.780 And ultimately, they thought they were going to continue this into a Kamala Harris administration.
00:11:36.820 Well, they can.
00:11:37.340 So this is their last shot.
00:11:39.700 This is what they've got left.
00:11:40.900 They've got $9 billion to play with.
00:11:42.400 They've got this policy to use.
00:11:45.800 And let me be very clear on this.
00:11:47.220 I'm not pro-Putin, but I am pro-reality.
00:11:50.720 The Russians have said there's two red lines that they will not allow us to cross.
00:11:54.740 First is no membership in NATO for Ukraine.
00:11:58.140 Well, that's not going to happen, not anytime soon, if ever.
00:12:02.100 Secondly, don't allow advanced weapons to be used in Russia past the 2014 borders.
00:12:13.080 And we have.
00:12:14.180 They have.
00:12:14.640 So that's why you saw a very public revision of the nuclear strike policy of the Russians yesterday.
00:12:21.800 And now there's a potential for that to be used.
00:12:24.560 And let me be clear on this, Jack.
00:12:26.700 We've talked about this before.
00:12:28.460 What if Putin decides to use a nuclear weapon in Kursk on their own territory?
00:12:32.940 What are they going to do?
00:12:34.320 They have that right.
00:12:36.160 The Ukrainians have invaded.
00:12:37.880 So what's to take, what's to prevent Putin from taking out, you know, three or 4,000 Ukrainians
00:12:44.480 in one 15 kiloton Hiroshima-sized strike, just to make a point?
00:12:49.660 Secondly, what are we going to do if he hits Ukraine?
00:12:52.000 Because, again, there's no policy for that.
00:12:53.900 So the West is, what's the sailing?
00:12:58.140 We're going to mess around and find out.
00:13:00.920 So we're about to find out how much poking the bear in the eye is going to benefit anybody.
00:13:07.260 But I see this as an attempt to get Trump boxed in so he has to maintain the war no matter what.
00:13:13.900 That's what I think is really going on.
00:13:15.740 Well, I think that's right as well.
00:13:19.460 And so the idea being then is they're looking for Russia to essentially have that response
00:13:27.620 then, isn't it?
00:13:28.200 They're trying to provoke a bigger response.
00:13:30.480 Meanwhile, what we're seeing with Russia is, and this has to be said because we haven't
00:13:34.360 really done an update on this in a minute, but Russia at this point, and there's something
00:13:39.940 that if you go and read some of the Russian hardliners right now, what they're saying is,
00:13:44.580 why should we negotiate at all?
00:13:46.640 Why negotiate when we are winning?
00:13:48.220 And if you look on the ground, Russia is currently taking more territory in Ukraine than they did
00:13:54.120 even at the beginning of the war, which is now almost three years ago.
00:13:58.900 And so that could very well be what we're looking for is a potential.
00:14:05.160 They're looking to provoke that response.
00:14:07.720 They want Russia to respond.
00:14:09.440 They want them to come back to create a situation where President Trump has to continue the status
00:14:14.880 quo rather than seek a peace deal because if Russia commits to some larger action, then
00:14:20.180 the entire media is going to be blowing down his neck saying, you've got to stay the course.
00:14:24.360 How can you seek peace with the guy who blew up Odessa or something?
00:14:29.520 Not that the Russians would do that, but again, that seems to be what they're trying to provoke.
00:14:33.600 Tony, what's going on?
00:14:35.520 Well, look, again, we're in a gray area here.
00:14:38.900 I don't think the Russians are going to take the bait, but then again, I think they could
00:14:44.320 do something, as I mentioned.
00:14:46.120 If they so chose to set off a tactical nuke on Russian territory, what are we going to do?
00:14:51.520 What would the West do?
00:14:52.340 What if they take out that brigade of Ukrainians near Kursk?
00:14:59.260 Just saying.
00:15:00.200 I mean, what would we do?
00:15:01.500 And I think that's the thing we have to face here is that the Russians are deadly serious
00:15:05.180 about this.
00:15:05.740 Now, I think Trump reaching out is the only hope of keeping this from expanding.
00:15:10.980 That is to say that he's reached out to the leaders.
00:15:12.820 I think he's got the potential to lower this.
00:15:16.100 And I think if I have not talked to the Trump folks at all, I've not talked to the president.
00:15:21.020 But instinctively, I think what I would do if I were President Trump is just say, look,
00:15:27.960 Biden's compromised.
00:15:29.800 That's why they didn't let him run.
00:15:30.840 You've got uncontrolled, unaccountable bureaucrats in the form of Tony Blinken, Jake Sullivan,
00:15:38.700 who his best destiny is to go back to being a Democrat operative, not even pretending he
00:15:44.360 understands national security.
00:15:46.300 Those are the guys in charge.
00:15:47.700 Those are the ones provoking this.
00:15:49.800 Give us until 20 January before you take any serious response.
00:15:54.580 Kind of take it on the chin right now is what he's probably going to be telling them.
00:15:57.680 So I think Putin is smart enough to understand that the United States under Trump would be
00:16:03.620 very serious about negotiating.
00:16:05.820 I think we just have to get to 20 January without any major escalation, which is going
00:16:10.600 to be the challenge.
00:16:11.200 By the way, another thing I said, Jack, on your show is that the maximum time of danger
00:16:15.800 is from, if Trump wins, is from the 6th of November to the 20th of January, because the
00:16:21.080 deep state, they're already doing it.
00:16:23.660 I think they thought they were going to win.
00:16:25.280 They lost.
00:16:26.120 Now they're going through the different options they have to provoke Trump and to keep the
00:16:30.440 war going.
00:16:31.020 And also, I think they're going to do something domestically before the 20th of January as
00:16:34.240 well.
00:16:36.320 Well, and the other side of it is that President Trump, yes, he's not currently in power.
00:16:41.340 He's President-elect Trump.
00:16:43.060 But at the same time, he's got a phone, right?
00:16:46.940 Pick up the phone.
00:16:47.620 We know that he's spoken with Zelensky already since he won the election.
00:16:51.720 We know that he's spoken with Vladimir Putin, that it came out a couple of days after it
00:16:56.260 actually took place.
00:16:57.220 Pick up the phone.
00:16:58.120 Just say, call me.
00:16:59.300 Say, let's have the conversation.
00:17:01.740 Let's get this.
00:17:02.440 Let's get this sorted out.
00:17:03.340 And for all we know, by the way, they could already be doing this.
00:17:07.340 Of course, by the way, this is similar to how General Flynn, the incoming NSA, the first
00:17:12.760 time around, was wrapped up talking to Sergei Kislyak about various negotiations and policies
00:17:18.940 that they were trying to get across to the Russians and say, hey, this is what we're going
00:17:23.380 to do.
00:17:23.700 This is where we are in these various things.
00:17:25.200 And they tried to wiretap him on the Logan Act and go after him on all this stuff just
00:17:29.660 because he was having the basic conversation.
00:17:31.680 So, look, that's why Matt Gaetz needs to be in there at DOJ.
00:17:35.700 But I digress.
00:17:37.040 The idea, the real idea, I think, is that these guys need to get on the phone, say, call me.
00:17:45.220 Vlad, both Vlads, I guess, Vlad and Vlad, right?
00:17:48.960 Get both in here and say, let's get on the phone.
00:17:52.360 Conference us in.
00:17:53.180 You can merge the call.
00:17:54.800 You can merge it up there.
00:17:56.780 Have the translators.
00:17:57.760 I don't know, and actually have a conversation about ending this last minute in this segment.
00:18:03.100 Tony Schaefer.
00:18:04.580 Well, we have a situation akin to a movie that I liked in the 60s called Failsafe.
00:18:11.060 Failsafe saw essentially a series of bad decisions and events lead to a strike against Russia.
00:18:19.900 It's kind of mirror imaging that.
00:18:21.920 It's not the exact one-for-one analogy.
00:18:23.640 But I'm just saying, Jack, miscalculation is the biggest enemy of reality right now, either side.
00:18:32.840 We know that we have knuckleheads, Blinken, and Sullivan, Lloyd Austin, all out of their element.
00:18:43.980 We have to have steady hands, steady heads work through this.
00:18:47.000 If not, we could see World War III.
00:18:48.780 But I like to believe President Trump, with his phone, will prevent that.
00:18:53.100 All right.
00:18:53.320 We'll see.
00:18:53.800 Hopefully, he does.

00:20:28.340 That's trainwithposo.com, trainwithposo.com.
00:20:33.100 Lieutenant girl, Tony Schaefer, who we're speaking with about Ukraine, Russia, the escalation that's going on over there.
00:20:38.460 There's something that you mentioned in the last segment that I wanted to come back to.
00:20:42.340 You mentioned about something happening domestically, domestically before President Trump takes office, that something could be done by potentially one of these breakaway groups because they don't want a peace deal between Russia, Ukraine, or various other.
00:21:02.120 I mean, there's certainly other motives, but that is obviously one of the biggest ones.
00:21:05.900 When you talk about something happening domestically, what are you getting at?
00:21:09.420 What could happen?
00:21:10.200 So, look, right now, President Trump is appointing individuals, many of them you know, you and I both know, who aren't part of the deep state.
00:21:24.180 Marco Rubio is kind of the closest to the neocons of the group.
00:21:29.540 And these people aren't going to be held back by convention, I guess, to put it politely.
00:21:36.360 Well, I think people are now assessing, Jack, what they need to do regarding maintaining the, not democracy, but the bureaucracy.
00:21:45.620 Remember, you and I talk about the bureaucracy all the time.
00:21:47.860 Well, the bureaucracy has a vote.
00:21:50.200 And their vote is, yeah, we don't want to go along with the change that's coming.
00:21:53.880 We see the change, we don't like it.
00:21:55.880 Well, I've gotten calls from officers at the Pentagon and other commands saying,
00:22:00.440 Is Trump serious about, you know, strengthening the military and doing all these things?
00:22:04.720 My answer is, yeah, absolutely.
00:22:06.400 And they say they don't want to retire because they see a light in the tunnel.
00:22:10.500 Others, Jack, are afraid of that light because they're going to be run over by the train that's going to be, you know, behind that light.
00:22:18.280 So what I'm saying is, while you have officials, both political appointees, as well as career bureaucrats, who recognize that these people coming in, Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hicksteth, potentially Matt Gaetz, they ain't going to play the old game.
00:22:37.380 They ain't going to play the, oh, we're just going to be here a few years and get along.
00:22:42.220 It's like their job is to disrupt.
00:22:44.060 And when they start disrupting, these people are going to be in trouble.
00:22:47.060 So what I'm saying is, based on the premise I just laid out, they're going to get more desperate.
00:22:53.420 They're going to look at options they have to either prevent President Trump from coming in, taking the oath of office on the 20th of January, or something that disrupts the American economy to make it so that it's ungovernable.
00:23:05.160 I think they're looking at options right now.
00:23:06.740 So that's what I'm saying.
00:23:07.880 I have nothing specific, but I've talked to Jerry Corsi.
00:23:10.940 Dr. Jerry Corsi and I share this concern that within the next two weeks, they're going to start developing options and sharpen their intentions to do something between, I'd say, the 1st of January to the 20th of January to prevent Trump from coming into power.
00:23:28.560 I don't know what that is, but I think the more they see the writing on the wall, Jack, the more they see their potential criminal investigations of their activities, the more desperate they're going to be.
00:23:40.960 And desperate people do desperate things.
00:23:42.680 Well, Tony, not only do we have Matt Gaetz to look forward to as Attorney General, should that confirmation cross the line, but we should probably chat a little bit about the potential of Tulsi Gabbard coming in as the DNI, the seat of James Clapper, the anointed seat of James Clapper, because people over there are terrified, absolutely terrified of her.
00:24:10.360 And I would argue, and I've said this before, I'll say it here, that Tulsi Gabbard is someone who probably actually terrifies them even more at DNI than Matt Gaetz over at DOJ.
00:24:26.960 Walk me through why that is.
00:24:29.180 Well, the DNI is the nexus of all clandestine and intelligence collection operations.
00:24:37.680 While they don't have budgetary control, and you and I have spoken about this issue, John Lehman and Admiral, I mean, Ambassador Negroponte put together the concept.
00:24:48.500 It's State Department heavy.
00:24:50.620 But with that said, the DNI has no budgetary control, but they see everything.
00:24:54.720 And they basically do management oversight of the entire community.
00:24:58.760 So that means, Jack, she sees the stuff that goes under Title X, which is traditional military activities, black operations.
00:25:08.460 I don't know if your audience is aware.
00:25:10.040 You and I have talked about this.
00:25:11.780 Most of what we consider black operations are hidden within the Pentagon's budget.
00:25:15.800 She's going to see that.
00:25:17.460 There are operations that are very, very restricted.
00:25:21.280 She'll see it.
00:25:21.980 And one of the things Mike Flynn did tell me when he was going to be going into the national security job is that he had been briefed on all these programs.
00:25:30.620 Highly expensive, but very dubious regarding focus, these programs.
00:25:35.280 Well, she's going to get a look at those, and she'll be able to make decisions on what is ethical, what is moral, and most importantly, what is legal.
00:25:43.620 And it's going to be a difficult thing for a lot of people within the intelligence community, all 17 or 18 agencies now, to have someone looking at everything they're doing.
00:25:56.760 And, oh, by the way, Jack, I'm going on record.
00:25:58.880 They're going to try to hide things from her.
00:26:00.680 Well, I'd like to believe she's going to pick some people to help her bird dog and track those things down as they start trying to hide these things they don't want her to see.
00:26:09.580 It's going to be very important.
00:26:11.820 Well, I think that's exactly right of me.
00:26:13.340 When you think of it, right, you're going to have the entire – so DNI is run out of LX1, Liberty Crossing 1, and then there's LX2 over there as well in Roslyn, Virginia, in the Fairfax, that real deep state area towards Langley outside of Washington, D.C.
00:26:30.140 And this is going to be – I'm just going to have to say it.
00:26:34.380 The entire building is going to be hostile to her.
00:26:36.400 The entire building is going to be hostile to her.
00:26:38.800 They are going to try to prevent her from taking office.
00:26:41.400 They are going to – no, they might be polite when they see her.
00:26:46.200 They're going to be – and when I say prevent her from taking office, I mean from effectively carrying out the mission that she's been given by President Trump.
00:26:55.400 And here's what they really don't like about Tulsi Gabbard.
00:26:58.320 She's a truth teller.
00:26:59.600 It's as simple as that.
00:27:00.980 She's just a truth teller.
00:27:02.780 She's someone who looks at the facts and says this is obviously true and this is obviously not, and she's not going to put up with any of the BS.
00:27:13.540 They're going to try rope-a-dope.
00:27:14.800 They're going to try deception, and you're absolutely right.
00:27:17.140 And I've even – look, I put this out on Twitter last night that I got a message saying that there's already these hashtag resistance blue-anon types that are talking about sanitizing PDBs.
00:27:29.420 They're talking about sanitizing any information that goes up, which by the way is already a pretty common practice in the intelligence community.
00:27:39.960 Typically before anything gets briefed to the president or anyone in Congress, they're making sure that it already sits with whatever political ideology or basically whatever their political leanings are.
00:27:51.780 So they want this reality done.
00:27:54.440 They want this effect done.
00:27:56.040 That's the one that they're going to brief to, not whatever the actual intelligence is.
00:28:00.640 But what Tulsi has the ability to do is cut through that with a wide swath to say, wait a minute, this is what is in the best interest of the United States, and what you guys are telling us is completely at odds with all of that.
00:28:15.980 Tell me, over there at DNI, what are some of the things that you would expect her to do when she is actually uncovering some of the things when she has her fingers on the keys there?
00:28:28.320 Well, the first thing you said, Jack, is the premise she has to go in and examine.
00:28:32.140 CIA has become an organization that focuses on collecting information and presenting it to match political aspirations, not ground truth reality.
00:28:40.940 That's why they are failing so badly.
00:28:43.700 Oh, by the way, CIA is the one largely running the on-ground war in Ukraine, so there's a clue for you.
00:28:50.380 So she's going to have to sort through and figure out the lay of the land.
00:28:53.620 She's going to have to find people who are on the inside, who are fed up with what's going on.
00:28:58.820 I know of some people who I think would be signing up immediately to help her out.
00:29:03.800 Others are going to try to hide stuff.
00:29:05.440 She's got to look for internal truth tailors who can help her, and I think she's going to find them.
00:29:09.440 Secondly, there's about three different centers of gravity she has to get control of immediately.
00:29:16.180 I don't want to say those on the air, but I'm telling you right now, you as a former intelligence guy like me, you probably know what those three centers of gravity are.
00:29:25.760 Once you capture those, you have a pretty good understanding of who's doing what and who's trying to hide stuff and where they hit it.
00:29:32.580 If she can do those two things, find internal truth tellers, get control of the centers of gravity, she has a pretty good shot within about three months of having a real clear picture of what's going on.
00:29:45.860 That's just the beginning.
00:29:47.140 Just to get a picture is going to take three months.
00:29:49.000 And then you've got to bring in people who can then investigate, go down the rabbit holes and start looking for all of these things that she's responsible for.
00:29:58.480 So she's going to have to have a team of about 12 people who are completely loyal to her, loyal to the Constitution and the president to go in and do the actual investigations, which would take another year.
00:30:07.760 So it'll take her 18 months to get a get a handle over what's going on.
00:30:14.000 Couldn't agree more.
00:30:15.100 Tony Schaefer, where can people go to follow you, to get access to your writings and to see what you're up to next?
00:30:22.000 Just Project, ProjectSentinel.com.
00:30:24.120 And, of course, X, where we're always stirring up trouble, Jack.
00:30:28.100 So it's always great to join you.
00:30:29.340 Thanks for being here.
00:30:30.500 I mean, thanks for having me on and joining you for all these great discussions.
00:30:35.860 No, these are great, man.
00:30:36.940 And I'm glad we're able to get you on on Ukraine.
00:30:39.440 And I just think I've got to say it again.
00:30:41.380 Tulsi Gabbard, I think, is more terrifying to the real beltway critters and cockroaches of the deep state when it comes to the intelligence community, when it comes to Clapper.
00:30:54.620 She's the one they're really worried about because Gates, they're going to say, all right, we're going to try to get rid of this guy.
00:30:59.300 But her over at D&I, because Clapper gave it so much power.
00:31:03.740 Suddenly, they never thought that that power would be given to someone who actually wanted to tell the truth.
00:31:10.880 Stay tuned right back.
00:31:12.260 Darren Beattie joins us next.
00:31:13.400 And Jack, where is Jack?
00:31:21.620 Where's Jack?
00:31:23.760 Where is he?
00:31:25.040 Jack, I want to see you.
00:31:28.680 Great job, Jack.
00:31:30.100 Thank you.
00:31:30.860 What a job you do.
00:31:32.300 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:31:33.480 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys.
00:31:37.540 And these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:31:39.460 All right, Jack, so we're back live here, Human Events Daily.
00:31:45.080 Folks, after Roe v. Wade fell, the abortion industry radically changed their tactics.
00:31:51.260 Today, their top scheme is brainwashing the most vulnerable minds, those of young people.
00:31:57.340 Planned Parenthood and their cronies target college, high school, and even middle school students through academic indoctrination, social media algorithms, and downright lies.
00:32:05.920 In fact, 9 out of 10 Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are within walking distance of a college campus.
00:32:12.840 But you can stop these merchants of death from poisoning the heart of your child or grandchild before it's too late.
00:32:19.740 That's why I'm partnering with Students for Life of America.

00:32:52.160 That's studentsforlife.com slash poso.
00:32:54.840 All right, guys, we've got Darren Beattie on now because we mentioned Matt Gaetz.
00:32:59.200 We talked about Tulsi Gabbard in the last segment, but we mentioned Matt Gaetz, and this is the one we've got to get into.
00:33:06.000 So Darren's here, and he's got a brand-new article all about the man.
00:33:10.240 Darren, how are you?
00:33:11.760 Doing great.
00:33:14.140 So you've got the piece up.
00:33:15.980 Revolver.news, the swamp's worst nightmare, how AG Matt Gaetz can make the DOJ great again.
00:33:23.980 Talk to us about your new piece.
00:33:27.220 And look, you and I did the show here last week.
00:33:31.180 We were in person, and it was just, I think, like five minutes after the show ended that this nuclear explosion went off from just across the bay here at Mar-a-Lago,
00:33:44.680 directly targeting Washington, D.C. like an attack-em's missile of political justice, that being the pick of Matt Gaetz as attorney general.
00:33:58.920 Walk us through the piece.
00:34:00.440 Absolutely.
00:34:00.920 Well, first I want to kind of set the table as to why this is so significant, why this position out of all the rest.
00:34:09.900 And, you know, part of our job, unfortunately, over the past several years, really since Trump entered the political arena,
00:34:16.940 has been to chronicle the sorry and really tragic trend of every single institution in our country being corrupted, repurposed, and weaponized for the nefarious function of Biden regime going after his political enemies.
00:34:35.360 Really, even going back to Obama, if you want to look at the first transition.
00:34:39.400 And the intelligence community is obviously implicit in this at the highest levels.
00:34:47.080 At the same time, there's a certain sense in which we expect a dirtiness associated with the intelligence community.
00:34:56.020 We only hope that at least sometimes, maybe, just maybe, the intelligence professionals can, for once, apply that dirtiness to something that's of benefit to America's interest
00:35:08.820 in the interest of the American people.
00:35:11.000 We want them to apply the dirtiness to promote America rather than conspire against American people.
00:35:17.920 But I think the Justice Department is in a separate category.
00:35:22.340 It's in a category that's far more central to our self-conception as Americans.
00:35:27.080 And therefore, the corruption of the Justice Department is of a different and, I would say, more important category.
00:35:35.220 It was only when the Biden-Harris administration started targeting its political enemies, for instance, that we started hearing this term, Banana Republic, floating around, referring to this once great country.
00:35:47.780 And so, for that reason, I think that fixing the Department of Justice, restoring genuine rule of law to this country, is the precondition for the broader task of cleaning up all of the other bureaucracies.
00:36:05.240 This is the first and most critical step toward cleaning up the swamp and restoring legitimacy in our institutions.
00:36:12.500 That's why I think, just in its essence, this position is the most important.
00:36:19.140 Politically, we've learned, and Trump has certainly learned, that a weak, a cowardly AG, a disloyal AG can be the Achilles heel of an administration.
00:36:31.220 And it's not just about not doing the important work that needs to be done at Justice.
00:36:37.540 You have an attorney general who isn't willing to stand up for the president and for the program and for the mandate that can cripple the entire administration's ability to fulfill its function.
00:36:49.960 It can suck all the bandwidth out, all the energy out, with the Russia-Russia nonsense and so forth.
00:36:56.220 Trump has learned that, and I think that's one of the reasons that he's so unwavering and so committed to ensuring the confirmation of Matt Gaetz.
00:37:07.420 Now we get to why is Gaetz the person to do this?
00:37:10.840 Why is he the indispensable man for the indispensable job?
00:37:13.920 Well, I don't think there's anyone in the country who better combines unwavering, demonstrated, repeated loyalty, not only Trump, but the MAGA agenda, acute intelligence and legal expertise, and the ability to navigate the complexities of something like DOJ.
00:37:34.280 And thirdly, and not least, is that he, arguably more than anybody other than Trump, has experienced the brunt of the very corruption, the very weaponization of the Justice Department, that he soon will be in a position to correct.
00:37:53.100 But I think the confluence of these criteria, these three factors, means that he's really the only person to do it.
00:38:00.660 And I think we were so blown away when this announcement was made, and I think that signals something.
00:38:07.860 The Gaetz appointment sets the entire tone for the rest of the appointments.
00:38:14.060 The Gaetz appointment sets the narrative in which we understand how serious the whole suite of appointments actually are in terms of commitment to the agenda and the mandate.
00:38:27.460 And so this is why I think Trump is 100% committed to making this happen, and why all of us absolutely need to redouble our energies and ensure that every single senator understands there is no compromise here.
00:38:42.640 There is no wavering here.
00:38:44.940 You go with Gaetz, or it's absolute Armageddon.
00:38:52.140 And that's really a big piece of this.
00:38:54.480 And we've seen, you know, some people say, hey, this is a tall order.
00:38:58.480 The New York Times had a piece out where they think even Trump is saying so, apparently, behind the scenes.
00:39:05.420 Look, we understand that it is unconventional.
00:39:09.080 But at the same time, America elected an unconventional president.
00:39:14.500 They did so because we are in unconventional times.
00:39:18.680 Certainly, Matt Gaetz is an unconventional pick for attorney general.
00:39:23.000 That's the point.
00:39:24.540 The point is you want someone who's a disruptor.
00:39:27.560 And I've seen a lot of folks from Speaker Johnson on down saying, look, presidents get their nominees.
00:39:33.920 And from the very first minute, one of the things that I did was I posted a list of all the Republicans, Darren, that voted in the Senate for Merrick Garland.
00:39:46.640 So if you could vote for Merrick Garland, then why would you have a problem voting for Matt Gaetz?
00:39:52.300 What was interesting is that the Republicans who voted for Merrick Garland are also the ones who are most likely to not want to vote for Matt Gaetz.
00:39:59.860 It's funny how that works, isn't it?
00:40:00.980 Of course.
00:40:02.420 Well, that's the thing is these senators need to be spoken to in the language that they understand.
00:40:08.220 That is, if you don't, you are done.
00:40:12.940 And I think it's also important saying, yes, Matt Gaetz is the man for this job.
00:40:17.240 Yes, he will bring disruption where it's necessary.
00:40:19.840 Yes, he will restore legitimacy to the institution.
00:40:22.600 And that requires a bit of rearrangement, a bit of disruption.
00:40:29.580 But he's not somebody who is reckless.
00:40:32.880 He's a disruptor.
00:40:34.360 He's not reckless.
00:40:35.460 He's not someone who goes in and willy-nilly does this.
00:40:38.480 He's a very precise, surgical and intelligent approach to everything he does.
00:40:44.840 He thinks very strategically.
00:40:46.220 And also, he's willing, he's very open-minded, and there's even been pieces about why people on the left have things to like about him in terms of a lot of the things he's done.
00:40:58.940 So, the characterization, he's a disruptor, but there's absolutely no reason why any senator should oppose this.
00:41:06.760 They should all confirm.
00:41:08.660 And, you know, I think, you know, as Steve Bannon put it very well, and that is, look, Trump has been through everything.
00:41:16.800 He's been through hell and back.
00:41:18.620 He's been through lawfare.
00:41:20.120 He got a bullet to the head.
00:41:21.780 He won a historic victory.
00:41:23.260 He deserves the people that he appoints to do the job that he was elected to do.
00:41:28.940 Quick break.
00:41:30.680 We're back with Darren Beattie on Matt Gaetz's nomination, Human Events Daily.
00:41:41.500 Jack is a great guy.
00:41:43.080 He's written a fantastic book.
00:41:44.720 Everybody's talking about it.
00:41:45.980 Go get it.
00:41:47.100 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:41:51.000 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
00:41:54.240 Amen.
00:41:54.600 All right.
00:41:59.300 Jack Prasovic back here, Human Events Daily.
00:42:01.560 The Mar-a-Lago editions continue here on the program.
00:42:06.200 We're speaking with Darren Beattie about the really just seminal nomination of Matt Gaetz for Attorney General.
00:42:14.480 A historic nomination, certainly.
00:42:17.660 Darren, so let's talk past the sale a little bit here.
00:42:21.040 Let's so, you know, OK, can Gaetz get past the nomination confirmation process?
00:42:26.300 Sure.
00:42:26.480 Let's say it all goes through or this recess appointment plan goes through as well.
00:42:33.780 Let's say he's sitting there.
00:42:35.120 He's main justice.
00:42:36.300 He is the, you know, the attorney general.
00:42:39.240 What does he do?
00:42:40.600 What is what is the goal of Matt Gaetz just simply being there?
00:42:44.740 And, OK, he turns off, obviously, some of this fake lawfare.
00:42:49.420 But what tools are actually at his disposal when he takes the reins of power?
00:42:56.160 Absolutely.
00:42:57.020 Great question.
00:42:58.240 And, you know, we could go on for hours about this.
00:43:00.540 But the piece in question at revolver.news at the very top goes through some, I think, creative approaches that would have a tremendously positive effect on the country.
00:43:10.200 So I'll just go over a few of them.
00:43:11.900 One, make the First Amendment great again.
00:43:15.960 In the previous administration, there was a religious liberty task force at the DOJ.
00:43:21.300 I think there should be and will be a First Amendment task force at the Department of Justice, which is sort of a nerve center for all the legal efforts to defend the First Amendment.
00:43:33.300 That could be done in conjunction with a kind of a widespread revelation of files like the Twitter files that do expose potentially criminal behavior on behalf of people that can then be prosecuted.
00:43:48.080 So basically a nerve center within DOJ to defend Americans' constitutional right in the First Amendment.
00:43:54.280 Second one is even more innovative and I think very interesting.
00:43:59.560 And this happens to this has to do with an expansion of the False Claims Act.
00:44:05.620 So there's something called the False Claims Act that's typically used in relation to tax law and some medical law.
00:44:13.580 Basically, it allows potential whistleblowers to have legal standing to expose fraudulent behavior against the government.
00:44:22.820 And if that fraudulent behavior is exposed and money is recovered, the whistleblower in question is entitled to a percentage of those recovered fees.
00:44:31.420 So it creates a pretty compelling financial incentive.
00:44:36.220 So for instance, you rat out somebody who's cheating on taxes, you can get a percentage of the recovered funds.
00:44:43.060 There's no reason in the origin and history of this law that it has to have this narrow application.
00:44:49.300 So one application that I would advocate is to universities.
00:44:52.780 You know, it's legal now, as determined by the Supreme Court, to engage in affirmative action, racial discrimination.
00:44:58.360 And many of the government grants that are given to universities are done so on the basis in understanding that the universities are compliant with constitutional law in this regard.
00:45:10.240 So why not give whistleblowers a financial incentive to expose where the law is not being followed in this regard and cut to the core and destroy universities who are not complying with this constitutional mandate to not discriminate racially against certain Americans?
00:45:29.280 So that's just one example there.
00:45:31.360 Another example, correct the Doug Mackey case.
00:45:35.600 I think there's a lot of things can be done there.
00:45:37.620 That's an important First Amendment precedent.
00:45:39.480 I expect Mackey will get a pardon, but the DOJ can do one better and just vacate the case entirely and, you know, possibly even provide compensation.
00:45:50.680 I think Peter Strzok and these others were given like a million dollars as a sorry from the government.
00:45:55.660 If they're entitled to that, then why not somebody like Mackey?
00:46:00.100 No question.
00:46:01.160 And Darren, I should I should mention real quick on on Doug Mackey that he came on this program about a week ago and said that he's actually has requested that the president hold off on pardoning him because he is seeking to have it overturned on appeal.
00:46:16.820 And should the I think it's the the circuit court in New York, should they that appellate court overturn it?
00:46:25.200 And that, of course, would create precedent.
00:46:26.740 So that is something that he's seeking to do.
00:46:28.760 Of course, that remains to be seen.
00:46:31.420 Yes, yes.
00:46:32.280 And if it doesn't go the way, then there's a question you wait for the Supreme Court, but the DOJ can do something to vacate and also provide compensation.
00:46:41.860 And they should absolutely do that as in furtherance of the First Amendment, defense of the First Amendment.
00:46:49.220 The next idea, the Great Transparency Project, release all the files pertaining to Russiagate, January 6th, Oklahoma City.
00:47:02.440 The whole the whole suite of it, by the way, Oklahoma City will implicate Merrick Garland, not just to give American people the truth.
00:47:09.460 But I think a real accounting in this regard is critical, a critical step towards restoring legitimacy.
00:47:15.800 You know, the purpose of all of this is not disruption.
00:47:18.360 The purpose is going through the necessary and difficult steps toward restoring much needed legitimacy to these institutions.
00:47:26.720 American people need to trust our institutions again.
00:47:29.420 And to do this, we need to be honest with the American people about the crimes that have been committed in the name of these institutions.
00:47:35.360 So release those files, go after New York.
00:47:40.520 You know, there's a whole cartel in New York of weaponized prosecutions.
00:47:44.720 There's things that we recommend to go after New York, go after the Bragg Mafia, go after Latina James Mafia and so forth.
00:47:52.460 Another one's interesting.
00:47:54.860 Farrah.
00:47:55.860 You know, the first time that Farrah had been weaponized politically is going after people associated with Trump.
00:48:01.040 But I think there's a very legitimate use for Farrah in the cases that we've learned about recently of basically people acting as agents of certain European governments to promote censorship here in the United States.
00:48:15.900 So other foreign governments in Europe this time basically promoting people to go to the United States and advocate the violation of our First Amendment rights.
00:48:25.100 In fact, one of our favorite women, Nina Yankovic, has kind of protected herself now and become an agent of the UK government.
00:48:33.900 Certain other people haven't.
00:48:35.200 So I think we should use Farrah where appropriate in order to defend the country against foreign agents advocating for censorship.
00:48:43.860 And lastly, we need to investigate organizations like the SPLC.
00:48:49.680 We need to, of course, first of all, sever all relationships between the DOJ, the FBI, and the SPLC.
00:48:55.860 We should not rely on their reporting for anything.
00:48:58.460 We should not lend any credence to their definition of extremism.
00:49:01.960 But we go further and find out, investigate their potential criminal activity.
00:49:08.100 So, again, that's just a few ideas.
00:49:08.800 I couldn't agree more, Darren.
00:49:11.080 We're just about out of time, man.
00:49:13.360 But I can't wait.
00:49:15.400 The future looks bright with DOJ Matt Gaetz.
00:49:18.900 Go check it out, revolver.news.
00:49:20.620 It's right at the top.
00:49:21.660 And, ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
00:49:24.300 We'll be right back.
