00:02:08.860And I don't think you need to sit down for 90 minutes at Mar-a-Lago and kiss his ring to be able to speak truth and to be able to cover a story.
00:02:20.700I did not expect Hitler to get so many meeting requests, first from Joe Biden, now from Mika and Joe.
00:02:25.380It's amazing that literal Hitler is getting all these meeting requests.
00:02:28.100And what it tells me, professor, is that all the rhetoric that came from the left, from the Democrats, from the White House, from Kamala Harris and everyone else before the election,
00:02:37.180all of the rhetoric, the fascism, the Hitler, the Nazi rally, it was all a bunch of BS.
00:02:44.260Pennsylvania's Supreme Court ruled yesterday that ballots with an inaccurate date or no date written on the return envelope cannot be counted.
00:02:52.820Wisconsin Congressman Sean Duffy has just been named the first secretary of transportation.
00:02:58.860Would you as governor allow state police and National Guard to carry out mass deportations?
00:03:07.180We will not be participating in misguided efforts that harm our communities.
00:03:13.220The election that we just had was a repudiation of the status quo, an overly regulated system that is no longer responsive or delivering for the needs of the people.
00:03:26.260Ukraine fired six U.S.-made missiles here at Russia's Bryansk region.
00:03:32.840We have never been closer to World War III than we are today under Joe Biden.
00:03:40.320A global conflict between nuclear armed powers would mean death and destruction on a scale unmatched in human history.
00:04:10.340Well, ladies and gentlemen, we've now found out that, as it turns out, Russia has been attacked by Ukraine using long-range American missiles.
00:04:22.340We told you this was coming yesterday.
00:05:16.580We have no idea what's actually going on because the Democrat governor there, Josh Shapiro, has put out.
00:05:22.400So late last night he put out this letter and I put a video up on X because he's essentially defending the four counties of Pennsylvania that have continued this illegal violation of law,
00:05:37.540counting votes that should never have been counted, these provisional ballots that don't have the proper signatures, don't have proper dates.
00:05:46.020They've been ordered once by the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court to not count them.
00:05:51.340They said, we're going to violate that order.
00:05:53.300So the Pennsylvania Supreme Court came down again and said, you need to stop immediately.
00:07:41.060You can turn your plans upside down, especially on vacation.
00:07:43.700Well, after thousands of customer requests, the wellness company has just launched the Kids Medical Emergency Kit.
00:07:50.020You no longer have to deal with emergency illnesses in panic mode.
00:07:53.940Now you can have six critical medications at your fingertips to treat 20-plus illnesses for issues like strep throat, ear infections, lice, respiratory illnesses, avoiding urgent care in hospitals.
00:08:04.820The Kids Emergency Kit has been hand-selected by the wellness company's medical board and includes chewable amoxicillin, dissolvable ivermectin, and an optional EpiPen, and so much more.
00:08:17.280This includes a detailed guidebook guiding you step-by-step in emergencies.
00:09:25.580The votes are still being counted in a couple of counties, but we're going to work on that.
00:09:29.340And yet we were told that peace was going to win, that President Trump was the peace candidate.
00:09:36.080And the idea was that his win would bring peace, not just to the various simmering wars out there, but also to Ukraine, Russia.
00:09:45.480And certainly we hoped that the peace plan would be in place.
00:09:48.840And President Trump said that he's going to be working on that specifically.
00:09:51.680And I'm sure he is, I'm sure he is, by the way, on ending it before he actually takes office.
00:09:56.060But it seems that one of the parting shots, literally in this case, that Joe Biden has delivered, is these ATAKAMS long-range missiles, which have now been given authorization by the United States to attack deep into Russia.
00:10:10.800We saw this last night or early this morning, depending on where you are, where a weapons facility, ammo stockpile, was hit by the Ukrainians deep within, this is in the internationally recognized borders of Russia, with U.S.-NATO weapons.
00:10:30.200Tony, what is going on, and are we seeing an escalation here before a de-escalation, or does this have the possibility of causing a situation to spill out of control?
00:11:09.740And keep in mind here, Jack, how many times have we been told that Ukrainians just get this one more weapon, just get this one more tool, they're going to win?
00:11:19.400We were told that over a year ago, we're told the M1s was going to do it, we're going to do it, the F-16s.
00:20:33.100Lieutenant girl, Tony Schaefer, who we're speaking with about Ukraine, Russia, the escalation that's going on over there.
00:20:38.460There's something that you mentioned in the last segment that I wanted to come back to.
00:20:42.340You mentioned about something happening domestically, domestically before President Trump takes office, that something could be done by potentially one of these breakaway groups because they don't want a peace deal between Russia, Ukraine, or various other.
00:21:02.120I mean, there's certainly other motives, but that is obviously one of the biggest ones.
00:21:05.900When you talk about something happening domestically, what are you getting at?
00:21:10.200So, look, right now, President Trump is appointing individuals, many of them you know, you and I both know, who aren't part of the deep state.
00:21:24.180Marco Rubio is kind of the closest to the neocons of the group.
00:21:29.540And these people aren't going to be held back by convention, I guess, to put it politely.
00:21:36.360Well, I think people are now assessing, Jack, what they need to do regarding maintaining the, not democracy, but the bureaucracy.
00:21:45.620Remember, you and I talk about the bureaucracy all the time.
00:22:06.400And they say they don't want to retire because they see a light in the tunnel.
00:22:10.500Others, Jack, are afraid of that light because they're going to be run over by the train that's going to be, you know, behind that light.
00:22:18.280So what I'm saying is, while you have officials, both political appointees, as well as career bureaucrats, who recognize that these people coming in, Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hicksteth, potentially Matt Gaetz, they ain't going to play the old game.
00:22:37.380They ain't going to play the, oh, we're just going to be here a few years and get along.
00:22:44.060And when they start disrupting, these people are going to be in trouble.
00:22:47.060So what I'm saying is, based on the premise I just laid out, they're going to get more desperate.
00:22:53.420They're going to look at options they have to either prevent President Trump from coming in, taking the oath of office on the 20th of January, or something that disrupts the American economy to make it so that it's ungovernable.
00:23:05.160I think they're looking at options right now.
00:23:07.880I have nothing specific, but I've talked to Jerry Corsi.
00:23:10.940Dr. Jerry Corsi and I share this concern that within the next two weeks, they're going to start developing options and sharpen their intentions to do something between, I'd say, the 1st of January to the 20th of January to prevent Trump from coming into power.
00:23:28.560I don't know what that is, but I think the more they see the writing on the wall, Jack, the more they see their potential criminal investigations of their activities, the more desperate they're going to be.
00:23:40.960And desperate people do desperate things.
00:23:42.680Well, Tony, not only do we have Matt Gaetz to look forward to as Attorney General, should that confirmation cross the line, but we should probably chat a little bit about the potential of Tulsi Gabbard coming in as the DNI, the seat of James Clapper, the anointed seat of James Clapper, because people over there are terrified, absolutely terrified of her.
00:24:10.360And I would argue, and I've said this before, I'll say it here, that Tulsi Gabbard is someone who probably actually terrifies them even more at DNI than Matt Gaetz over at DOJ.
00:24:29.180Well, the DNI is the nexus of all clandestine and intelligence collection operations.
00:24:37.680While they don't have budgetary control, and you and I have spoken about this issue, John Lehman and Admiral, I mean, Ambassador Negroponte put together the concept.
00:25:21.980And one of the things Mike Flynn did tell me when he was going to be going into the national security job is that he had been briefed on all these programs.
00:25:30.620Highly expensive, but very dubious regarding focus, these programs.
00:25:35.280Well, she's going to get a look at those, and she'll be able to make decisions on what is ethical, what is moral, and most importantly, what is legal.
00:25:43.620And it's going to be a difficult thing for a lot of people within the intelligence community, all 17 or 18 agencies now, to have someone looking at everything they're doing.
00:25:56.760And, oh, by the way, Jack, I'm going on record.
00:25:58.880They're going to try to hide things from her.
00:26:00.680Well, I'd like to believe she's going to pick some people to help her bird dog and track those things down as they start trying to hide these things they don't want her to see.
00:26:11.820Well, I think that's exactly right of me.
00:26:13.340When you think of it, right, you're going to have the entire – so DNI is run out of LX1, Liberty Crossing 1, and then there's LX2 over there as well in Roslyn, Virginia, in the Fairfax, that real deep state area towards Langley outside of Washington, D.C.
00:26:30.140And this is going to be – I'm just going to have to say it.
00:26:34.380The entire building is going to be hostile to her.
00:26:36.400The entire building is going to be hostile to her.
00:26:38.800They are going to try to prevent her from taking office.
00:26:41.400They are going to – no, they might be polite when they see her.
00:26:46.200They're going to be – and when I say prevent her from taking office, I mean from effectively carrying out the mission that she's been given by President Trump.
00:26:55.400And here's what they really don't like about Tulsi Gabbard.
00:27:02.780She's someone who looks at the facts and says this is obviously true and this is obviously not, and she's not going to put up with any of the BS.
00:27:14.800They're going to try deception, and you're absolutely right.
00:27:17.140And I've even – look, I put this out on Twitter last night that I got a message saying that there's already these hashtag resistance blue-anon types that are talking about sanitizing PDBs.
00:27:29.420They're talking about sanitizing any information that goes up, which by the way is already a pretty common practice in the intelligence community.
00:27:39.960Typically before anything gets briefed to the president or anyone in Congress, they're making sure that it already sits with whatever political ideology or basically whatever their political leanings are.
00:27:56.040That's the one that they're going to brief to, not whatever the actual intelligence is.
00:28:00.640But what Tulsi has the ability to do is cut through that with a wide swath to say, wait a minute, this is what is in the best interest of the United States, and what you guys are telling us is completely at odds with all of that.
00:28:15.980Tell me, over there at DNI, what are some of the things that you would expect her to do when she is actually uncovering some of the things when she has her fingers on the keys there?
00:28:28.320Well, the first thing you said, Jack, is the premise she has to go in and examine.
00:28:32.140CIA has become an organization that focuses on collecting information and presenting it to match political aspirations, not ground truth reality.
00:28:43.700Oh, by the way, CIA is the one largely running the on-ground war in Ukraine, so there's a clue for you.
00:28:50.380So she's going to have to sort through and figure out the lay of the land.
00:28:53.620She's going to have to find people who are on the inside, who are fed up with what's going on.
00:28:58.820I know of some people who I think would be signing up immediately to help her out.
00:29:03.800Others are going to try to hide stuff.
00:29:05.440She's got to look for internal truth tailors who can help her, and I think she's going to find them.
00:29:09.440Secondly, there's about three different centers of gravity she has to get control of immediately.
00:29:16.180I don't want to say those on the air, but I'm telling you right now, you as a former intelligence guy like me, you probably know what those three centers of gravity are.
00:29:25.760Once you capture those, you have a pretty good understanding of who's doing what and who's trying to hide stuff and where they hit it.
00:29:32.580If she can do those two things, find internal truth tellers, get control of the centers of gravity, she has a pretty good shot within about three months of having a real clear picture of what's going on.
00:29:47.140Just to get a picture is going to take three months.
00:29:49.000And then you've got to bring in people who can then investigate, go down the rabbit holes and start looking for all of these things that she's responsible for.
00:29:58.480So she's going to have to have a team of about 12 people who are completely loyal to her, loyal to the Constitution and the president to go in and do the actual investigations, which would take another year.
00:30:07.760So it'll take her 18 months to get a get a handle over what's going on.
00:30:36.940And I'm glad we're able to get you on on Ukraine.
00:30:39.440And I just think I've got to say it again.
00:30:41.380Tulsi Gabbard, I think, is more terrifying to the real beltway critters and cockroaches of the deep state when it comes to the intelligence community, when it comes to Clapper.
00:30:54.620She's the one they're really worried about because Gates, they're going to say, all right, we're going to try to get rid of this guy.
00:30:59.300But her over at D&I, because Clapper gave it so much power.
00:31:03.740Suddenly, they never thought that that power would be given to someone who actually wanted to tell the truth.
00:31:32.300You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:31:33.480We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys.
00:31:37.540And these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:31:39.460All right, Jack, so we're back live here, Human Events Daily.
00:31:45.080Folks, after Roe v. Wade fell, the abortion industry radically changed their tactics.
00:31:51.260Today, their top scheme is brainwashing the most vulnerable minds, those of young people.
00:31:57.340Planned Parenthood and their cronies target college, high school, and even middle school students through academic indoctrination, social media algorithms, and downright lies.
00:32:05.920In fact, 9 out of 10 Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are within walking distance of a college campus.
00:32:12.840But you can stop these merchants of death from poisoning the heart of your child or grandchild before it's too late.
00:32:19.740That's why I'm partnering with Students for Life of America.

00:33:27.220And look, you and I did the show here last week.
00:33:31.180We were in person, and it was just, I think, like five minutes after the show ended that this nuclear explosion went off from just across the bay here at Mar-a-Lago,
00:33:44.680directly targeting Washington, D.C. like an attack-em's missile of political justice, that being the pick of Matt Gaetz as attorney general.
00:34:00.920Well, first I want to kind of set the table as to why this is so significant, why this position out of all the rest.
00:34:09.900And, you know, part of our job, unfortunately, over the past several years, really since Trump entered the political arena,
00:34:16.940has been to chronicle the sorry and really tragic trend of every single institution in our country being corrupted, repurposed, and weaponized for the nefarious function of Biden regime going after his political enemies.
00:34:35.360Really, even going back to Obama, if you want to look at the first transition.
00:34:39.400And the intelligence community is obviously implicit in this at the highest levels.
00:34:47.080At the same time, there's a certain sense in which we expect a dirtiness associated with the intelligence community.
00:34:56.020We only hope that at least sometimes, maybe, just maybe, the intelligence professionals can, for once, apply that dirtiness to something that's of benefit to America's interest
00:35:08.820in the interest of the American people.
00:35:11.000We want them to apply the dirtiness to promote America rather than conspire against American people.
00:35:17.920But I think the Justice Department is in a separate category.
00:35:22.340It's in a category that's far more central to our self-conception as Americans.
00:35:27.080And therefore, the corruption of the Justice Department is of a different and, I would say, more important category.
00:35:35.220It was only when the Biden-Harris administration started targeting its political enemies, for instance, that we started hearing this term, Banana Republic, floating around, referring to this once great country.
00:35:47.780And so, for that reason, I think that fixing the Department of Justice, restoring genuine rule of law to this country, is the precondition for the broader task of cleaning up all of the other bureaucracies.
00:36:05.240This is the first and most critical step toward cleaning up the swamp and restoring legitimacy in our institutions.
00:36:12.500That's why I think, just in its essence, this position is the most important.
00:36:19.140Politically, we've learned, and Trump has certainly learned, that a weak, a cowardly AG, a disloyal AG can be the Achilles heel of an administration.
00:36:31.220And it's not just about not doing the important work that needs to be done at Justice.
00:36:37.540You have an attorney general who isn't willing to stand up for the president and for the program and for the mandate that can cripple the entire administration's ability to fulfill its function.
00:36:49.960It can suck all the bandwidth out, all the energy out, with the Russia-Russia nonsense and so forth.
00:36:56.220Trump has learned that, and I think that's one of the reasons that he's so unwavering and so committed to ensuring the confirmation of Matt Gaetz.
00:37:07.420Now we get to why is Gaetz the person to do this?
00:37:10.840Why is he the indispensable man for the indispensable job?
00:37:13.920Well, I don't think there's anyone in the country who better combines unwavering, demonstrated, repeated loyalty, not only Trump, but the MAGA agenda, acute intelligence and legal expertise, and the ability to navigate the complexities of something like DOJ.
00:37:34.280And thirdly, and not least, is that he, arguably more than anybody other than Trump, has experienced the brunt of the very corruption, the very weaponization of the Justice Department, that he soon will be in a position to correct.
00:37:53.100But I think the confluence of these criteria, these three factors, means that he's really the only person to do it.
00:38:00.660And I think we were so blown away when this announcement was made, and I think that signals something.
00:38:07.860The Gaetz appointment sets the entire tone for the rest of the appointments.
00:38:14.060The Gaetz appointment sets the narrative in which we understand how serious the whole suite of appointments actually are in terms of commitment to the agenda and the mandate.
00:38:27.460And so this is why I think Trump is 100% committed to making this happen, and why all of us absolutely need to redouble our energies and ensure that every single senator understands there is no compromise here.
00:39:24.540The point is you want someone who's a disruptor.
00:39:27.560And I've seen a lot of folks from Speaker Johnson on down saying, look, presidents get their nominees.
00:39:33.920And from the very first minute, one of the things that I did was I posted a list of all the Republicans, Darren, that voted in the Senate for Merrick Garland.
00:39:46.640So if you could vote for Merrick Garland, then why would you have a problem voting for Matt Gaetz?
00:39:52.300What was interesting is that the Republicans who voted for Merrick Garland are also the ones who are most likely to not want to vote for Matt Gaetz.
00:40:46.220And also, he's willing, he's very open-minded, and there's even been pieces about why people on the left have things to like about him in terms of a lot of the things he's done.
00:40:58.940So, the characterization, he's a disruptor, but there's absolutely no reason why any senator should oppose this.
00:42:58.240And, you know, we could go on for hours about this.
00:43:00.540But the piece in question at revolver.news at the very top goes through some, I think, creative approaches that would have a tremendously positive effect on the country.
00:43:11.900One, make the First Amendment great again.
00:43:15.960In the previous administration, there was a religious liberty task force at the DOJ.
00:43:21.300I think there should be and will be a First Amendment task force at the Department of Justice, which is sort of a nerve center for all the legal efforts to defend the First Amendment.
00:43:33.300That could be done in conjunction with a kind of a widespread revelation of files like the Twitter files that do expose potentially criminal behavior on behalf of people that can then be prosecuted.
00:43:48.080So basically a nerve center within DOJ to defend Americans' constitutional right in the First Amendment.
00:43:54.280Second one is even more innovative and I think very interesting.
00:43:59.560And this happens to this has to do with an expansion of the False Claims Act.
00:44:05.620So there's something called the False Claims Act that's typically used in relation to tax law and some medical law.
00:44:13.580Basically, it allows potential whistleblowers to have legal standing to expose fraudulent behavior against the government.
00:44:22.820And if that fraudulent behavior is exposed and money is recovered, the whistleblower in question is entitled to a percentage of those recovered fees.
00:44:31.420So it creates a pretty compelling financial incentive.
00:44:36.220So for instance, you rat out somebody who's cheating on taxes, you can get a percentage of the recovered funds.
00:44:43.060There's no reason in the origin and history of this law that it has to have this narrow application.
00:44:49.300So one application that I would advocate is to universities.
00:44:52.780You know, it's legal now, as determined by the Supreme Court, to engage in affirmative action, racial discrimination.
00:44:58.360And many of the government grants that are given to universities are done so on the basis in understanding that the universities are compliant with constitutional law in this regard.
00:45:10.240So why not give whistleblowers a financial incentive to expose where the law is not being followed in this regard and cut to the core and destroy universities who are not complying with this constitutional mandate to not discriminate racially against certain Americans?
00:45:31.360Another example, correct the Doug Mackey case.
00:45:35.600I think there's a lot of things can be done there.
00:45:37.620That's an important First Amendment precedent.
00:45:39.480I expect Mackey will get a pardon, but the DOJ can do one better and just vacate the case entirely and, you know, possibly even provide compensation.
00:45:50.680I think Peter Strzok and these others were given like a million dollars as a sorry from the government.
00:45:55.660If they're entitled to that, then why not somebody like Mackey?
00:46:01.160And Darren, I should I should mention real quick on on Doug Mackey that he came on this program about a week ago and said that he's actually has requested that the president hold off on pardoning him because he is seeking to have it overturned on appeal.
00:46:16.820And should the I think it's the the circuit court in New York, should they that appellate court overturn it?
00:46:25.200And that, of course, would create precedent.
00:46:26.740So that is something that he's seeking to do.
00:46:32.280And if it doesn't go the way, then there's a question you wait for the Supreme Court, but the DOJ can do something to vacate and also provide compensation.
00:46:41.860And they should absolutely do that as in furtherance of the First Amendment, defense of the First Amendment.
00:46:49.220The next idea, the Great Transparency Project, release all the files pertaining to Russiagate, January 6th, Oklahoma City.
00:47:02.440The whole the whole suite of it, by the way, Oklahoma City will implicate Merrick Garland, not just to give American people the truth.
00:47:09.460But I think a real accounting in this regard is critical, a critical step towards restoring legitimacy.
00:47:15.800You know, the purpose of all of this is not disruption.
00:47:18.360The purpose is going through the necessary and difficult steps toward restoring much needed legitimacy to these institutions.
00:47:26.720American people need to trust our institutions again.
00:47:29.420And to do this, we need to be honest with the American people about the crimes that have been committed in the name of these institutions.
00:47:35.360So release those files, go after New York.
00:47:40.520You know, there's a whole cartel in New York of weaponized prosecutions.
00:47:44.720There's things that we recommend to go after New York, go after the Bragg Mafia, go after Latina James Mafia and so forth.
00:47:55.860You know, the first time that Farrah had been weaponized politically is going after people associated with Trump.
00:48:01.040But I think there's a very legitimate use for Farrah in the cases that we've learned about recently of basically people acting as agents of certain European governments to promote censorship here in the United States.
00:48:15.900So other foreign governments in Europe this time basically promoting people to go to the United States and advocate the violation of our First Amendment rights.
00:48:25.100In fact, one of our favorite women, Nina Yankovic, has kind of protected herself now and become an agent of the UK government.
