00:00:00.080 From the age of Big Brother.
00:00:02.800 If they want to get you, they'll get you.
00:00:05.180 DNSA specifically targets the communications of everyone.
00:00:09.100 They're collecting your communications.
00:00:21.700 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome once again to another Thursday edition of Thought Crime.
00:00:27.840 It is Thought Crime Thursday, and the Thought Crimes will always continue.
00:00:34.600 I am Jack Posobiec, coming to you from the remote studio.
00:00:40.400 But back in Phoenix, I believe we've got two of my compatriots in person.
00:00:45.360 Who we got in Phoenix, guys?
00:00:46.660 We got Andrew Colvett and Tyler Boyer, who just made it in by the skin of a seat.
00:00:53.780 He weaseled in right as your intro was going.
00:00:55.800 Tyler, are you worried, Jameis?
00:00:56.280 Doing a busy day.
00:00:57.060 No, he's wearing the Sun Devil hoodie thing.
00:01:00.240 Yeah, I don't know if you heard, but ASU defeated a top-ten team this week.
00:01:04.620 No big deal.
00:01:05.760 No big deal.
00:01:08.940 We're going back to the playoff.
00:01:11.500 We're talking sports, Jack.
00:01:13.220 Just be happy about that.
00:01:14.620 We're talking sports.
00:01:15.360 No, no, I'm happy for you.
00:01:17.180 No, I mean, I love you more than a friend.
00:01:19.800 But I'm just saying, it just kind of looks like you got some birthday PJs.
00:01:24.680 Because it was Tyler's big 4-0, what, yesterday.
00:01:28.180 So here we are.
00:01:28.760 Welcome to the club, buddy.
00:01:29.760 Yeah, ASU won a top-ten game.
00:01:32.740 And then yesterday, for the opener, the Suns defeated the Sacramento Kings.
00:01:37.220 Yeah, the Suns, the Suns are hot.
00:01:39.920 The Suns are hot.
00:01:40.940 For your birthday.
00:01:41.840 He's got the Forkham hat on, which I literally thought said something else.
00:01:47.880 I got a high-five Devin Booker last night, so I'm good.
00:01:50.580 Yeah, you got to be really careful when you read the Forkham hat.
00:01:53.460 And, like, when you say the Forkham hat.
00:01:55.940 Yeah, I was very careful to articulate.
00:01:58.420 You could be really out of big trouble.
00:01:59.720 No, we had people last year.
00:02:01.960 It was, I mean, this is kind of thought-crimey.
00:02:04.820 Last year, when ASU went to the Peach Bowl, they had stuck the fork inside the Peach.
00:02:09.920 And that was not a good visual.
00:02:12.240 That is thought-crimey.
00:02:13.680 This is a perfect time to bring up Cliff Maloney.
00:02:16.400 Cliff Maloney, also here.
00:02:18.040 He's streaming in from a remote location as well.
00:02:21.500 Where are you at, Cliff?
00:02:22.060 I am in Pittsburgh, gentlemen.
00:02:23.420 I'm in Pittsburgh.
00:02:24.120 We're fighting the fight here in PA.
00:02:25.580 But traversing all over the world, as you guys know.
00:02:28.280 No days to rest.
00:02:29.140 We've got 12 days until Election Day.
00:02:31.900 Thank you for all your hard work in New Jersey.
00:02:33.720 Yeah, why don't we start there?
00:02:35.080 It's not on the script.
00:02:36.580 Give us a quick Cliff's Notes, which is pun intended.
00:02:39.980 Cliff's Notes.
00:02:40.440 I love the Cliff's Notes.
00:02:42.000 That's great.
00:02:42.560 P.A., but really NJ and V.A.
00:02:47.460 Yeah, so real quick, in Pennsylvania, we've decided to double down.
00:02:50.920 So the Pennsylvania Chase is not going to be a once-every-four-year thing, not every other year.
00:02:55.640 You know, it's a permanent infrastructure.
00:02:57.520 And obviously, you guys are, you know, three of the only people in the world that understand that and get what we're trying to do.
00:03:02.200 So we're knocking another 500,000 doors in Pennsylvania.
00:03:05.780 We've got 118 full-time people on the ground right now.
00:03:09.660 But as people do get distracted by shiny objects, New Jersey, we did launch the New Jersey Chase program.
00:03:17.080 And so we've got 105 additional folks in New Jersey, 10 Airbnbs throughout the state.
00:03:22.460 And this is my report on how it's looking.
00:03:24.600 If you would have asked me six months ago, I would have said, I'm not sure if Jack has a shot.
00:03:28.200 But Jack Cittarelli has a shot.
00:03:30.660 And as Jack Pasovic would say, NJ is in play.
00:03:34.580 The numbers right now tell us we're about 5.5% in a better position than Jack was four years ago when he was running for governor.
00:03:42.260 That's not enough to win.
00:03:43.700 I want to say this.
00:03:44.560 We've been as honest as we can be here when we get out to talk to some of our viewers.
00:03:49.060 That is not enough to win.
00:03:50.660 Jack is going to have to continue to climb with vote-by-mail.
00:03:53.180 And then most importantly, he's going to have to do very well with early voting and dominate election day.
00:03:58.680 But the good news is that this thing is a race.
00:04:02.600 It's dead heat.
00:04:03.380 We're seeing polling that's matching.
00:04:05.100 And so we've just got to finish the deal.
00:04:06.840 We've got 12 days to try to flip New Jersey, which I didn't think was in my vocabulary until about a couple months ago.
00:04:13.860 Wow.
00:04:14.440 That's awesome.
00:04:15.080 And by the way, not only to mention that, but your NJ Chase efforts are going to be bolstered because I believe Tyler Boyer made a pretty interesting turning point action first-time-ever announcement yesterday on his birthday.
00:04:31.100 What's that?
00:04:31.780 Yeah, Tyler, let's tee you up.
00:04:32.720 Give us the rundown.
00:04:33.620 We've got two big events, Super Chase events that we're doing in New Jersey.
00:04:37.080 So we want to make those as huge as possible.
00:04:39.420 I know.
00:04:39.780 I think, Cliff, I think you're going to be there for them.
00:04:42.280 Yes, sir.
00:04:42.640 And so we're going to be driving as many volunteers as we possibly can because our technology can support getting out people basically in rapid speed, out knocking doors and talking to voters.
00:04:55.600 And that's what we're going to need to do in the final week.
00:04:58.460 Yeah, we have the graphic.
00:04:59.620 I'll find it.
00:05:00.300 We'll grab it.
00:05:00.920 We'll throw it back up here so everyone can see it.
00:05:03.600 But those are two big events.
00:05:06.060 So you can go to tpaction.com slash superchase slash NJ.
00:05:10.200 That's tpaction.com slash superchase slash NJ.
00:05:14.560 And if you're in the tri-state area, if you're in the South Jersey, Philadelphia area, Maryland, D.C. area, there it is.
00:05:24.800 You can make your way up and come join us for both these events.
00:05:29.200 One's on Sunday, November 3rd at 3 p.m.
00:05:32.160 And one's on Monday, November 4th.
00:05:34.960 I'm sorry.
00:05:36.180 I'm blind.
00:05:36.900 I got it.
00:05:37.280 Sunday, November 2nd.
00:05:38.480 Yeah, at 3 p.m.
00:05:39.300 At 3 p.m.
00:05:40.080 And Monday, November 3rd at 4 p.m.
00:05:43.020 So I literally just made that same mistake like 20 minutes ago when I was talking to Tanya about something.
00:05:49.520 Because no announcements, but I'm going to see if I can break away from family stuff because it's like Halloween weekend.
00:05:56.560 But I'm going to see if I can break away to come to at least one of those.
00:06:00.540 I mean, it's so close.
00:06:01.300 So I figure, you know, sneak over, do something, and then sneak back.
00:06:05.520 And we'll definitely see.
00:06:07.080 Because, look, NJ is the play.
00:06:09.060 NJ is the thing.
00:06:09.640 And by the way, guys, we should also mention, since we're all here right now, I'd love if we could all get together for election night next week.
00:06:18.580 Like, oh, yeah.
00:06:19.720 It's going to happen.
00:06:20.480 We will be broadcasting.
00:06:21.560 We will.
00:06:22.220 Yep.
00:06:23.320 Do not fear.
00:06:24.360 This show will be live.
00:06:26.180 We are broadcasting.
00:06:29.120 See, there's one big problem, though.
00:06:30.660 My crappy headquarters in Harrisburg, after the big win, we decided to give it a paint job.
00:06:35.900 So I can't fully reenact election night.
00:06:38.640 But I will be in Harrisburg.
00:06:39.840 So I would love to join you guys.
00:06:41.920 There it is.
00:06:42.800 Mark it on your calendars, folks.
00:06:44.660 Mark it on your calendars.
00:06:46.440 We're going to get out.
00:06:47.040 I mean, I think there's very few better ways to honor Charlie Kirk than streaming on election night.
00:06:52.700 I mean, it's basically written in stone at this point.
00:06:57.120 We will be streaming on election night.
00:06:58.780 Right, Jack?
00:06:59.260 Not only are we going to be streaming, but I'm going to be sitting right next to you, buddy, out there in Phoenix, right in my apportioned seat where I was one year ago.
00:07:10.380 And, Andrew, I'm bringing you another tasty cake.
00:07:13.620 Dude, I still got that tasty cake in my backpack.
00:07:15.820 I want to watch that thing.
00:07:17.260 No, you ate it.
00:07:18.200 You got to admit it.
00:07:19.160 You ate it.
00:07:19.740 That thing will last through the apocalypse.
00:07:22.960 And it never goes bad.
00:07:26.760 I think they sell them at mypatriotsupply.com slash Kirk.
00:07:32.040 Because they will last over 25 years.
00:07:34.260 It doesn't matter if—
00:07:36.460 Tasty cakes are Philly tough.
00:07:38.020 They will not burn in a fire.
00:07:39.920 They will not—
00:07:40.580 Nope.
00:07:41.120 No.
00:07:41.520 No, you cannot destroy a tasty cake using conventional methods.
00:07:44.800 Yeah, you can't flood it.
00:07:46.240 You can't burn it.
00:07:47.420 You can't—
00:07:47.980 Nope.
00:07:48.540 While we're on the topic of New Jersey and we've got Cliff here, Cliff, do you happen to know—
00:07:54.340 I'm sorry to just bring this on you.
00:07:55.720 Do you happen to know what the Democrat vote advantage was going into Election Day and four years ago?
00:08:03.340 I'm not sure what it was.
00:08:05.080 I do know it's very different than Pennsylvania.
00:08:07.620 You know what I mean?
00:08:08.120 It's a much larger gap.
00:08:10.040 The current number, you're going to probably correct me, is what?
00:08:12.660 The registration gap set?
00:08:14.800 No.
00:08:15.040 Well, I mean, I'm talking about the actual returns.
00:08:18.740 Right now, the return advantage that Democrats have over Republicans is about $175,000, as of I think that was yesterday.
00:08:26.500 Um, so that—that may have been today, actually.
00:08:30.320 So that's—yeah, that was my question, was if you had handy what the number was heading into Election Day,
00:08:38.440 uh, what the advantage was for Democrats four years ago.
00:08:41.940 I can pull it up.
00:08:43.080 Yeah, but I can—I can—yeah, I can pull it.
00:08:45.380 But what I'll tell you that's interesting, and you guys know this because you operate in a bunch of states.
00:08:50.020 I don't operate in that many states, right?
00:08:51.580 Like, Pennsylvania, the one thing that we do have is they're very transparent about requests, about returns by party.
00:08:58.140 But even more importantly, the votes by method.
00:09:01.380 You know, New Jersey's kind of been fascinating because it's much—I mean, you can get to it, but it's much tougher to find.
00:09:06.260 But no, I'll pull that.
00:09:07.140 I mean, the thing I mentioned earlier, the 5.5 percent, that is this far out from the election.
00:09:12.320 If you look at the returns by party, we are 5.5 percent better than we were.
00:09:16.840 I'm not sure whether that is on raw, but to me, I like to look at the trends of the percentage because then it's based on,
00:09:22.120 OK, not just what Republicans are returning, right, but what are the Democrats doing as well.
00:09:27.180 But let me pull it.
00:09:29.480 Yeah.
00:09:29.940 Well, I just sent one in the chat if you guys want to see.
00:09:32.840 Yeah.
00:09:33.540 4.25 general, 24, 22, et cetera.
00:09:37.280 That's by county.
00:09:38.540 It's a lot of numbers, so I won't let Tyler do that.
00:09:42.020 But I believe the return rate is about neck and neck, and I have that out of Decision Desk.
00:09:46.800 So Michael Prusso over on Decision Desk, look, we're already doing the election live stream.
00:09:51.760 Decision Desk has it at neck and neck 50-50 with a Dem raw advantage at 174,000.
00:10:00.000 And Tyler, I know you were talking about this on the Charlie Kirk show yesterday, but look,
00:10:05.360 if Republicans are going to win this, it's going to come down to that day of turnout.
00:10:08.980 It's going to come down to really needing to just blow out.
00:10:13.060 And look, and here's the thing.
00:10:14.000 That was the same thing we did last year, right?
00:10:16.020 Republicans won on day of, but the difference was we came into Election Day with a bank of votes
00:10:22.360 already built up.
00:10:23.780 That was the point of the PHAs.
00:10:25.620 That was the point of turning point action all across the targeted states, the swing states.
00:10:30.080 And so the seven swing states, we all remember them.
00:10:32.480 And the entire point was that if you come into Election Day with a bank of votes already,
00:10:37.140 then you have your E-Day wave.
00:10:39.460 That could be enough to put you over the top.
00:10:41.580 Whereas before, we weren't banking those votes.
00:10:44.200 We weren't chasing.
00:10:44.780 We didn't have Cliff Maloney and the Maloney method to come out there.
00:10:48.300 It's like Maloney ball over here where he's coming in and putting it all, you know, putting
00:10:53.260 it all in bank so that we have something to actually springboard into.
00:10:58.260 And this is what Charlie talked about all the time in 2022.
00:11:01.180 He said, and he could see it happening in real time that the Dems just kept dipping into that
00:11:06.480 reserve.
00:11:06.940 Whereas we didn't have one.
00:11:09.380 Yeah.
00:11:09.860 And, and, and this is what was the separator with us here in Arizona and why we felt so
00:11:14.920 comfortable going into Election Day was we were trending about five to 6% ahead of the
00:11:22.200 Democrats.
00:11:22.720 That was our goal was we wanted to remain upwards of 5% better than Democrats and early returns.
00:11:29.060 Talking about Arizona.
00:11:30.160 Yeah.
00:11:30.340 And Arizona.
00:11:30.700 Yeah.
00:11:30.900 And so, I mean, that's, we're seeing that.
00:11:34.480 And I mean, that's, that's the name of the game, right?
00:11:36.700 Is get out ahead of the Democrats as, as on return percentage.
00:11:41.620 Which, you know, you just mentioned, Jack, that, that, you know, the Democrat return
00:11:47.980 percentage is, is reflecting very similar numbers to what the Republican return
00:11:52.920 percentage is right now.
00:11:53.900 The Republicans have actually been out ahead of the Democrats up to this point.
00:11:57.780 Yeah.
00:11:58.260 They just, they just closed that gap and matched it up.
00:12:01.460 And Pruser said that was to be expected.
00:12:03.380 That's what he expected anyways.
00:12:05.760 Which is really interesting, but that's, that's, I mean, name of the game moving forward,
00:12:09.540 especially in these states, these, these states that we have to win, if President Trump isn't
00:12:14.020 successful at eliminating mail-in ballots in, in, in totality, you're going to have to
00:12:20.660 chase them to stay out ahead of them in order to give ourselves the best chance possible
00:12:25.940 on election day, especially when, again, inclement weather can happen, or, you know,
00:12:30.880 just people wake up on the wrong side of the bed that day, you know, national tragedy
00:12:34.720 could happen, you know, just, there's lots of things that can impact.
00:12:39.540 One election day, which again, I, for, you know, everybody that's listening here, I'm
00:12:47.340 in full support of going back to how things used to run, which is, you know, one big election
00:12:52.860 day, you know, ballots, we support the president completely on that.
00:12:57.240 But if the, if it's not eliminated, you know, we have to unfortunately play by these stupid
00:13:04.060 rules that have been put into place by, you know, leftists, they have been trying to manipulate
00:13:07.920 our elections now for decades. So that's what we're up against in New Jersey.
00:13:11.840 Well, and here's that Michael, that's a Michael Pruser tweet. I just put it in the chat here,
00:13:16.160 guys. It says, New Jersey vote by mail file is in for 1023. Democrats flip the return rate
00:13:21.400 margin, picking up 54 basis points and adding nearly 9,500 votes to their raw turnout lead.
00:13:28.060 So now you can see that Republican return rate is at 50.20%. Democrat return rate just slightly
00:13:34.300 higher at 50.26%. And so the raw vote edge is 100, about 175,000 for the Dems. So he goes
00:13:42.360 on to explain that the day of the day we all expected has arrived, Democrats have now returned
00:13:47.340 a higher rate of ballots and are likely to expand their lead to something around approximately
00:13:51.840 3% when all votes have been counted, including those that show up after election day. Return
00:13:56.260 pace will continue to slow as roughly 70% of all expected absentee ballots have been returned.
00:14:02.260 So, but that doesn't mean, so it's all going to come down to election day then, Jack.
00:14:05.900 And, and that's why these super chase events, getting the rah-rah out, getting people aware,
00:14:11.880 making some, making some noise, making some stink. So that's going to be huge, well-timed,
00:14:16.360 because that's really going to be where, where, where it's all determined.
00:14:19.760 Yeah. And hopefully we can also get some messages out to all the voters,
00:14:22.580 you know, in, in the name of turning point, letting people know and reminding people to vote.
00:14:29.420 Election reminders are really important. That's the work that, you know, Cliff's doing on the
00:14:33.380 ground with njchase.org. Go to njchase.org to follow what Cliff's doing and what his organization's
00:14:41.600 doing there. But vote reminders are what is the most necessary thing.
00:14:47.380 Phone calls and texts.
00:14:48.860 Phone calls, texts. You can go, you can download the turning point action application right now.
00:14:52.760 You can, you can join under make calls, uh, and send texts, uh, to do that and help with that.
00:15:00.220 There it is.
00:15:00.900 And so, uh, everybody that's within the sound of our voice, I know that we've, we beat this thing
00:15:06.020 like a drum and it feels like 2024 all over again. When we say these things, you know, we didn't get
00:15:10.820 the job done enough in Wisconsin with the Supreme court race. We had put thousands of people on the
00:15:15.240 ground doing this work. It still wasn't enough. The left has literally tens of thousands of people
00:15:21.200 doing this work leftover from Obama era where they have all these systems in place. And so you have to
00:15:27.420 get used to just doing this work and spending a little bit of time. I call it like going to church
00:15:31.240 every week. You got to spend a few hours every week, just doing the activist work as part of
00:15:37.420 your lifestyle in America. If you don't want the left to take over and it's the same as going to
00:15:41.780 church, not the same as going to church. Church is more important, but it's the same, not to the
00:15:46.340 left. It's not, it's the same type of commitment, which is that you have to the left, to the left,
00:15:51.140 you know, and this, this is one of the reasons, no, I do want to actually hit that because this is
00:15:54.860 maybe a thought crime and I know it's on the list, but who cares? All right. This is what we do.
00:15:58.660 Going to, so like the no Kings protests and you know, the phrase no Kings of course comes from
00:16:05.180 the French revolution, no Kings because they wanted to behead the King. That was the point
00:16:08.520 of saying it that for the right going to church is your theological experience of the week. That's
00:16:15.900 where you get your emotion. That's where you get your connection to God, your connection to community
00:16:19.320 for the left participating in mass protests is their way of going to church. It is their theological
00:16:27.160 activity of the week there. It is religious. They have a religious fervor for doing so.
00:16:32.080 They believe that by taking part in it, that they are doing something for their religion. And in fact,
00:16:37.260 they are because that is exactly what their belief system is that this, their commitment to
00:16:43.380 progressivism is not beyond ideological. It is in fact, a theology, religious movement. And they believe
00:16:50.280 Jack, are you, are you suggesting that leftists, uh, their ideology is beyond common sense or it's
00:16:58.380 nonsensical at times they're willing to bend the truth to fit into their ideology?
00:17:03.280 Well, it's a, it's a pagan religion. It's a neo-pagan religion. And you see this, uh, certainly
00:17:07.700 you see this certainly with, um, with their worship of the earth, which goes back, you know,
00:17:14.600 to Gaia worship and, and old religion, old pagan religions. You see it with their worship of again,
00:17:20.280 all earthly things because they don't actually believe in eternity. So they have these pagan
00:17:24.440 belief systems. Uh, they also believe in crazy things that you can't see. So they'll say like,
00:17:29.460 oh, you know, they'll say, oh, how come you can prove you, you say you believe in God and Jesus,
00:17:33.840 but you can't see God and Jesus and angels. And I say, okay, well, you guys say you believe in
00:17:37.780 things like systemic racism and the wage gap and none of those things exist in reality either.
00:17:42.640 Well, I was trying to, I was about to do the, the Harry Sisson head Bob for you just because,
00:17:47.620 you know, because, you know, because, uh, yeah, he's been sending me the bobble meme like 10 times
00:17:53.320 a day. I love the bobble meme. Just Harry Sisson going, uh, uh, uh, uh, Jack, uh, Jack. And, um,
00:17:59.040 show me on the meme, the bobble head doll, um, show me on the doll, the bobble head doll,
00:18:03.360 where the meme heard you guys, when he was doing that. And I was like, like I was, you know,
00:18:08.120 and Isabel Brown, the great Isabel Brown, um, was just going through chapter and verse. Cause I,
00:18:12.380 I was like, well, Kamala Harris did. And he goes, when she's reading it off and I see him doing
00:18:16.860 this. And I, I honestly, and I mean this in all sincerity, I thought he was having some kind of
00:18:21.800 medical episode and I'm sitting there thinking like, is this guy okay? Like I, I hope he is.
00:18:28.680 Honestly, I hope he is because I have, I have no idea what just happened.
00:18:32.840 We have to do the same thing. When we don't, we have the one with the same thing.
00:18:38.420 Destiny did the same thing. I didn't see that. No, he had like a, he had this weird,
00:18:42.200 like Twitch kind of thing where he was like looking off boneless, posted the tweet of both
00:18:47.180 of them together. And you could see, there's just this very strange behavior. I don't even know.
00:18:53.680 Yeah. The way, the way I, I describe it from a lot of people.
00:18:56.780 A lot of people on the left, I find this thing where when they don't actually debate people that
00:19:02.340 are bright on the right or that are articulate, you know, when they're just kind of in their echo
00:19:07.220 chamber and then they have to have a conversation, they just go to these weird emotions, right?
00:19:10.900 You like watch them in some of these interviews where they're just like, they don't know how to
00:19:15.180 articulate, right? Cause they're used to just getting a free pass and they're used to just hearing
00:19:19.080 people praising them from their side that when somebody just calmly presents facts, they have a
00:19:24.240 complete meltdown. They don't know how to react. Hold on. You can tell that he might be a,
00:19:29.200 he might've been having a medical episode, uh, play, play kit clip.
00:19:39.780 Play it again. Play it again. One more time.
00:19:45.700 I love it. Anyways, that's not what I was trying to give you an off ramp to though.
00:19:51.020 I don't like hearing, I don't like seeing his face and hearing the, the boing sound.
00:19:56.900 I don't, I don't like that.
00:20:00.640 So, so hold on. So, uh, that was a good moment, Jack. You, you, you got the better of Harry's
00:20:06.640 system there, uh, big time, but here, I was trying to give you an off ramp to Stephen A.
00:20:10.420 Smith. I was trying to give you the off ramp to Stephen A. Smith talking about how when you bend
00:20:14.580 reality to fit your ideology, you sound like a cuckoo bird. And this is, this is, uh, this is the,
00:20:20.940 this is the first thought crime today, right?
00:20:25.100 Well, so it is. And you're right. Stephen A. Smith did say that, but so I want to go back because
00:20:30.480 we've got an update. Everyone knows that we made the huge announcement, all American halftime show
00:20:34.920 turning point USA. Oh, we're going to have announcements of lineup. I know there's been a lot of like fake news
00:20:40.540 and fake set lists and fake rumors about who's coming up and showing up. And I may have participated
00:20:46.400 in spreading some of that, um, through, through, uh, through, but I, you know, I don't have any
00:20:51.600 burner accounts. I don't know what those things are, but, uh, we did mention this and I want to go
00:20:56.040 back because the Genesis of this, and I wanted to point out that the reason I mentioned something
00:21:01.180 about the halftime show wasn't in a vacuum because there is someone who used to talk about the Super
00:21:07.480 halftime shows every single year. Play clip three, four, eight. People say it's a spicy program.
00:21:14.360 Okay. Listen, spicy. It's supposed to be boundary pushing. When you have the most televised event,
00:21:23.880 this is true. Most televised event for the entire year. One of the most televised events on the planet,
00:21:28.520 by the way, that should be a reflection of the virtue that hopefully you want society to embody.
00:21:35.220 We should say, we should say Jack that the, all the fake, you know, there's, I've seen a bunch
00:21:41.820 of lineups for the halftime show. Talks are ongoing. There are no official. Yeah. We haven't
00:21:47.340 made any announcements. Yes. So I just want to reiterate underscore bold italic, but we're,
00:21:52.700 but we're talking about, there was an announcement that came out about the Superbowl halftime show from
00:21:58.800 Roger Goodell. Let's go to, uh, 324 decision to choose bad money as your Superbowl halftime performer.
00:22:06.840 He's one of the leading and most popular entertainers in the world. Uh, that's,
00:22:12.240 that's what we try to achieve. It's an important stage for us. Uh, it's important element to the
00:22:18.220 entertainment value. Um, it's carefully thought through. Uh, I would say that I'm not sure we've
00:22:25.060 ever selected an artist where we didn't have some blowback or criticism. Uh, it's pretty hard to do
00:22:29.760 it when you have literally hundreds of millions of people that are watching. Um, but I, we're
00:22:35.740 confident it's going to be a great show and that, uh, he understands the platform that he's on. And,
00:22:41.300 um, I think it's going to be exciting and a united moment.
00:22:45.920 A uniting moment, a uniting moment. So there's Roger Goodell, the great, everybody loves him so
00:22:55.060 much saying that bad bunny is going to be uniting. And so again, I don't have the clip sheet, but
00:23:01.820 there's a bad bunny clipped. I wasn't even aware of this until we were doing the show prep for
00:23:06.680 thought crime tonight. This is the, this is the bad bunny. Andrew, if you have the list, um, go for
00:23:11.940 it because this is the bad bunny statue of Liberty. Oh yeah. Did you guys even know about this?
00:23:16.960 Three 47 months ago. Three 47.
00:23:27.540 I made a mistake. I want to apologize to the immigrants in America. I'm in the United States.
00:23:35.340 I know America is the whole continent. I want to say that this country is nothing
00:23:41.560 without the immigrants. This country is nothing without Mexicans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans,
00:23:48.500 Colombians, Venezuelans, Cubans.
00:23:50.260 So that's a bad bunny video slash stunt that he put out just three months ago. Um, where,
00:24:01.100 and for those of you who are just listening, when that starts out, there's an image of the statue of
00:24:06.180 Liberty with the, with, I guess it's bad bunny up there. Like he's ghostbusters too. And he's putting
00:24:12.340 the, uh, Puerto Rican flag over the statue of Liberty. And then it cuts smash cuts to, um, a bunch
00:24:21.900 of guys sitting around a radio and listening as if it's like the 1980s, again, ghostbusters too,
00:24:26.980 um, in, you know, like in Brooklyn or something or the Bronx. And it's like this AI Trump apologizing
00:24:36.360 to Mexicans and his, it, this is just bizarre. No, it's so bizarre that immigrants, this guy's
00:24:41.860 nothing without Mexicans and Puerto Ricans and all this stuff. And by the way, Puerto Ricans are
00:24:46.740 American. It should be said. I mean, they, we, it's a territory. Well, they're American citizens.
00:24:51.700 They're American citizens. Yeah. They speak Spanish, but a lot, most of them do speak English.
00:24:55.680 Let's have some real thought crimes, boys. But I mean, here it is kind of annoying. The biggest
00:25:00.200 thing I think it's like when he says it's going to be unifying, well, I mean, okay, but you probably
00:25:06.180 should have talked to bad bunny about that first, Roger, you buffoon, because you know, he came out
00:25:11.480 and he instantly was like, I don't, I'm not going to speak English. And you guys all have four months
00:25:15.500 to learn Spanish. So, I mean, I think the message is pretty clear, you know?
00:25:20.480 And this is the problem. I mean, Roger Goodell is trying to take both sides. It's either A,
00:25:24.340 he's tone deaf or B, he's an idiot. It's 2025, right? We just had this major referendum in the
00:25:30.200 country. You have to research these artists and understand that if they're going to take certain
00:25:34.120 positions, you know, you're going to have to deal with that blowback. So you can't act like this is
00:25:38.400 not a political thing when the guys put out videos like that, put out statements like that. But I mean,
00:25:43.620 to me, it's, it's, they just always play to the mob of never wanting to offend anybody except the
00:25:50.060 American right. I mean, why are we always the ones that have to kind of be offended or they have to
00:25:53.580 push us? It doesn't make any sense to me. Well, the only thing unifying about Roger Goodell is that
00:25:59.420 everybody hates Roger Goodell and that's the most unifying thing in America. And so Roger Goodell being
00:26:07.480 a teammate with bad bunny just like villainizes the halftime show even more. And so I'm like all
00:26:14.440 about it. Like we need more Roger Goodell go out in public and saying how much he endorsed his bad
00:26:18.560 money. The more you talk, Roger, please, the better it gets for the all-American halftime show.
00:26:24.480 Think about this. Think about this. He had to come out and give a statement about bad bunny because of
00:26:31.360 TPUSA. And that just shows the power and the strength of TPUSA and what Charlie and, and what,
00:26:38.320 what Tyler and, and then, you know, Andrew tried to clean up some of the messes here and there,
00:26:43.280 you know, obviously wasn't able to clean up much on his own part. But that's okay. No one's perfect.
00:26:48.760 And, and, you know, it just shows the power of what Charlie built, right? It shows the power of this
00:26:54.760 movement and shows the power of what TPUSA is because you've got the, you've got the commissioner of
00:26:59.640 the NFL has to come out and give a statement saying that we're going to stick with bad bunny
00:27:03.820 because legitimately people are just don't like this guy. He's not a uniter. He's obviously there
00:27:09.420 because they signed this George Floyd era contract with Jay-Z who's Barack Obama's best friend.
00:27:14.900 And that's why bad bunny gets put into, you know, these top Netflix movies, like happy Gilmore too.
00:27:20.560 All of a sudden he's happy Gilmore's caddy and not the guy who was in the original movie.
00:27:25.440 And then suddenly he's also at the NFL's halftime show. It's like, this is just such an obvious
00:27:31.520 corporate play and it looks really, really bad. And, and no, people are going to be sick of it
00:27:36.820 and they're going to tune out and they're going to tune in to TPUSA. And you know what? I say,
00:27:41.680 Hey guys, let's see, let's see how it goes.
00:27:43.920 Jack, that's not true. Cause I'm on Tik TOK. If you look at Tik TOK, there's a bunch of people
00:27:48.220 that say like, I just can't even like with turning point. Okay. I just can't even three 46.
00:27:56.300 Wait, you guys, I just saw the alternative halftime show thing. I'm not kidding. I thought it was a
00:28:01.640 joke. Cause I kind of saw it on Tik TOK and was like, Oh, they're trolling like whatever. I didn't
00:28:05.720 know they're actually having an alternative halftime show for people who are racist. That is, can you
00:28:10.820 imagine the people watching that? Not only racist and like hateful, but could not catch a vibe if
00:28:17.420 their life depended on it. The most vanilla unseasoned losers on the planet.
00:28:23.960 What is going on? And they're proud of it.
00:28:29.900 Are there more of those? There are more like Tik TOK videos. Yeah, absolutely. You want to
00:28:34.440 live Karen can't function. I never want to learn Spanish more. This is so three 44.
00:28:42.860 Charlie Kirk's network just announced that they're going to have a rival
00:28:47.360 halftime show. And all American rival halftime show.
00:29:02.540 Puerto Rico is a United States territory. Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens.
00:29:12.520 I have never wanted to learn Spanish more.
00:29:19.200 Wait, Cliff, that's what you just said that they don't actually, uh, use articulation and logic.
00:29:25.480 They just have this like weird emotional theatrical performances. Cliff Maloney just said it a minute
00:29:31.080 ago. She just did it. Yeah. And listen, I mean, she takes that video. She loves it. It goes viral.
00:29:36.780 And then what does she do with it? You know, she goes to her other liberal women in the area. They
00:29:40.680 sip on their wine and they talk about how they're, you know, they're the virtuous ones. I mean, that's
00:29:45.820 what these folks actually believe. It is a sickness. I mean, it is a deep, deep mental problem that these
00:29:51.800 folks have. And I don't know how you fix it. I mean, they believe what they're saying that there is
00:29:56.500 conviction in what she's saying. I think she's looney tunes. Um, but that's, you know, this is a deeper
00:30:01.500 problem that we want to give you credit for. And by the way, I'm going to have a little bit of a
00:30:04.280 pickle here, guys. I made a promise. I made a pact that I would be at every Eagle Superbowl. So
00:30:09.300 if the Eagles get to the Superbowl, we might have a problem where I've got to just, you know,
00:30:14.220 this, just decide where my allegiances are. So we'll see. Didn't they have to, so it's like,
00:30:19.360 by the way, so like, um, you know, I might be Polish, but I did play Bernardo in West ride story.
00:30:26.140 So I think I know a little bit about Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico, but the,
00:30:38.240 the, there's a whole song in West side story about like Puerto Ricans coming to the whole musical is
00:30:43.840 literally about Puerto Ricans coming to America and they're like dumping on Puerto Rico. And I think
00:30:49.820 for the movie, they had to like sanitize the lyrics. I think, is that, is that Ariana Grande? She
00:30:54.700 plays the, uh, I can't remember in, in the movie, they had to totally change it because they were
00:30:59.940 like, okay, this goes a little, I think it's Rogers and Hammerstein is the original. And they're like,
00:31:03.720 this goes a little bit too hard on Puerto Rico. Like you, you, you lousy Island and everything.
00:31:10.360 Puerto Rico. I want to pull up the lyrics to that actually. And they're like dumping on it. So it's
00:31:15.440 like, like the question of is Puerto Rico American is a legitimate question, right? Yes. We know that
00:31:21.280 they're U S citizens. We get that, but I don't think it's illegitimate. And by the way,
00:31:25.440 we are not saying that either. Like that's when we say all American, we just mean all American.
00:31:29.640 It's like USA baby. Um, but at the same deal with like, like, like I served in Guam a couple of times
00:31:35.360 and Guam is a U S territory, but it's got its own unique culture. And I'm just saying there's a
00:31:39.680 difference when you're born in the, the, you know, an actual part of the United States that is
00:31:46.540 connected to other parts of the United States when there's not, but, but, but hold on. I just
00:31:52.040 have to do it. You speak the language. Well, but yeah, but she's trying right here. Yeah. 360.
00:31:57.660 Puerto Rico. Play that again. Puerto Rico. One more time. Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico.
00:32:06.880 I give her an A for effort and a C minus for delivery. I, uh, I have a, I have a new bet for you,
00:32:15.660 Cliff. If the Eagles don't go to the, to the Superbowl, I think you should still have to go
00:32:20.380 to the Superbowl, but you have to wear a Puerto Rican jumpsuit. Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico.
00:32:27.580 Um, I might be there with you, man. I don't know. Oh, come on, Jack. This whole thing is your fault.
00:32:36.620 This is all Jack's fault. He had to, he memed this thing into, into existence. Next thing I know,
00:32:41.740 I'm getting, I'm getting emails from legitimate press outlets going like, is turning point USA
00:32:47.060 really planning its own halftime show? And I was like, wow, shoot. And then our inbox flooded.
00:32:53.720 Our inbox flooded. No, if, if the Eagles don't go to the, to the Superbowl, we're all going to enjoy
00:33:00.200 the alternative halftime show together. And you guys have to go to the Superbowl. You have to pay
00:33:06.140 for the tickets and you have to celebrate bad bunny. That's like the, you have to dress up in
00:33:11.220 drag. You have to dress up in Puerto Rican drag. Actually, in the real, even in the movie version,
00:33:20.280 the Steven's, uh, even in the, uh, uh, the Spielberg film, she does actually saying Puerto
00:33:26.500 Rico, my heart's devotion, let it sink back in the ocean. So that's in the 2021 woke era version.
00:33:33.420 And that, that's still pretty hard. Cause the whole point is like, they don't like
00:33:37.740 the Island and they want to be in America. There's a whole song about this. Like you're the libs.
00:33:43.500 This is your Broadway. This is your God. This is your temple. I know your lyrics. I was the guy
00:33:51.180 at Shakespeare in the park. Okay. I know how this works. You have a whole musical about hating
00:33:57.660 Puerto Rico. We have a, we have a, uh, rumble rant. Oh, from Zuzu's pedals, which again,
00:34:07.180 we love Zuzu's pedals. Uh, I want to talk about a great movie. I want jelly roll and Brandon Lake
00:34:13.340 singing hard fought hallelujah at the all American halftime show request. Jelly roll lost a ton of
00:34:19.420 weight. Have you guys seen that? Yeah, I have. He's a, he's a good Christian guy too. No,
00:34:24.860 I saw Jerry jelly roll last year at SummerSlam because he performed at WWE SummerSlam. And I
00:34:32.060 was there in Cleveland. True story. All right. We'll say, I want to talk about this. Steven
00:34:37.020 A Smith. I've been chomping at the bit to get to it. So can I, should I give the, should I give
00:34:41.900 the primer and then we dive into it a little bit? So explain. Yeah. So explain this because there
00:34:47.820 was this, you know, I guess we're doing sports today and this is with like such a Charlie story.
00:34:52.540 Kash Patel pops up in New York city today and he gives this, I love what you said about it too,
00:34:57.900 Andrew earlier, where it's like, this is just like a story that you think would happen in like
00:35:02.700 normal America, like pre insanity America. Yep. It was exactly, that's exactly what it felt like. It
00:35:09.900 was like, Oh, we're, you know, there's mafia ties. There's, there's a legal, uh, throwing of games.
00:35:16.940 Like, so this one guy from the Miami heat was in 2023 was basically, if you don't know, it's a prop
00:35:23.580 bet that you can make on some of these platforms, whatever a prop bet is an individual, uh, you're
00:35:28.460 betting on the individual's performance, right? How many points he's going to score over under how
00:35:32.700 many assists, how many steals, whatever. And so basically he says that his ankle is hurt. He goes
00:35:40.300 out after the first 10 minutes. So of course, if you bet the under on his performance and he only played
00:35:45.180 10 minutes, you're probably going to win that bet. But then there was also like Chauncey Billups,
00:35:49.260 who's the head coach of the Portland trailblazers. He's apparently been implicated in an, an illegal
00:35:56.620 poker scheme that's been coordinated with the mafia. And they're using like x-ray and high tech devices
00:36:03.500 to cheat at poker, these high stakes game. And they were using Chauncey Billups hall of famer,
00:36:08.220 now current coach as the, the, the fishing expedition to bring in the big, the, the high net worth people.
00:36:14.780 Cause if you hear, Oh, NBA hall of famers involved in this must be legit. It's going to be good,
00:36:19.500 good games. And so, you know, all in there's 34 people that have been implicated and arrested
00:36:25.900 by the FBI in this. And, and here's, here's the funny part, Jack, the investigation started in 2023.
00:36:34.140 Who was the president in 2023? Joe Biden. Well, the correct answer is the auto pen.
00:36:41.680 Excuse me. I'm sorry. It was the auto pen. You missed that one. That's fine. I said,
00:36:46.000 I totally missed that one. So, but fix it, fix it on the post, fix it in post. It was the auto pen,
00:36:51.520 Andrew. Yeah, exactly. So like, listen, let's even take, let's even take cash Patel out of this.
00:36:56.480 This is the New York FBI assistant director, Chris, Christopher Raya, uh, talking about this 311.
00:37:04.000 Victims were attracted to play alongside well-known professional athletes and coaches
00:37:08.800 like Chauncey Billups only to be unknowingly deceived through rigged shuffling machines,
00:37:15.920 fixing the odds in their favor as alleged. And as you just heard from the U S attorney's office,
00:37:23.440 this alleged scheme wreaked havoc across the nation, exploiting the notoriety of some and the wallets
00:37:31.200 of many to fund the Italian crime families. Yeah. And so, so here, here's, what's crazy.
00:37:38.720 You got the Bonanno crime family, the Gambino crime family, the Genovese crime family, the
00:37:44.000 Chase state crime family. So this is like a whole like mafia. They use like Rico statutes to do this.
00:37:50.720 You know, we've talked a lot about how Rico statutes are out of date. If you're going to go
00:37:53.680 after Antifa because they're decentralized. Well, the mafia has a hierarchy. Rico statutes can apply.
00:37:58.880 Yeah. So then. Oh, okay. Go ahead. No, I was just going to throw in, we, we really got to talk
00:38:07.200 about some of the, some of the ways that they were cheating, right? Uh, you know, especially some of
00:38:12.400 the game cheating, the, the, you know, the, the, the x-ray poker tables. I mean, we all know Cliff
00:38:18.880 Maloney is a world poker champion. I don't know if he's ever used x-ray poker tables. Maybe he's got
00:38:23.840 some kind of like x-ray reflector in his hat. That's why he always wears a hat. Um, so he's able
00:38:29.280 to, oh gosh, guys, why you got to do that to Cliff? Why you got to do that to Cliff? Look at Cliff.
00:38:33.920 Oh, come on, come on. Look, you're, you're letting all my vices show here. So look, here's my advice
00:38:39.200 to any poker players out there. And there are a bunch on the right. It's kind of interesting
00:38:43.040 community, but my advice is this, do not play any type of high-end home games. So you have tournaments
00:38:49.200 that are, you know, overseen by casinos, professionals. They've obviously got regulations
00:38:53.920 and then you've got these home games. I know a lot of really good players that find themselves
00:38:57.440 in some of these home games. And of course, I mean, when you're talking tens of thousands
00:39:01.360 of dollars, they're going to rig some of these games. I mean, they're so profitable. Um, but that
00:39:06.480 photo there was a world poker tour event I won in 2022. Uh, I don't, I don't talk about it too often
00:39:12.880 because I'm knocking too many doors, but that is my vice. I love the competition of poker,
00:39:17.040 uh, tournament poker specifically. Uh, it's an even game. Everybody starts, but it's, uh,
00:39:22.160 do not play home games unless you know the folks running them. Yeah. Because apparently you get
00:39:26.960 x-ray tables that can see the cards that you're putting down. Well, that's amazing.
00:39:31.680 If you watch it, if you, if you watch it, any of the television tables now, so I've been at the TV
00:39:36.400 table maybe two or three times. The way it works is literally, and that's the same stuff I guarantee
00:39:41.040 you they were using is when you put your cards face down, it's able to read them through the table.
00:39:46.480 So like, as you're on the TV table, you have to wear the microphone, but one of the rules is
00:39:50.800 you have to place your cards on like this four inch by four inch, uh, area. And it's reading
00:39:57.200 your cards through x-rays or through some sort of sensors. So it's not like this is new technology.
00:40:02.480 It's just that obviously that's very regulated, but that's what these folks are using to go out
00:40:07.360 and swindle these people out of tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:40:11.040 Well, this, this is, I mean, that would be one thing if that was it, but then ESPN, ESPN's own
00:40:21.040 Stephen A. Smith felt just, I don't know, emboldened to bend the facts to fit an ideology,
00:40:31.600 Jack, just to full circle it for you and literally gave one of the dumbest takes I have ever heard in
00:40:41.120 the history. Uh, let's just say modern politics. Cause I'm sure, you know, I'm not going back to
00:40:46.080 the civil war, but in the modern politics, this is literally one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
00:40:51.120 Three 52. Don't be Trump is coming. He's coming. It's not hyperbolic. It's not hyperbole. I'm dead
00:40:58.320 serious. He's coming. I'm just giving you the message. I'm telling you what I know, meaning what
00:41:06.320 has been told to me not by him. Cause I don't talk to him and I don't agree with him and I didn't vote
00:41:12.240 for, but you must understand this is the climate. He ain't messing around.
00:41:22.060 So he goes on this diatribe, basically saying, does that even mean? No, he's saying that Trump
00:41:27.280 is coming for the league. He he's saying that because the NBA is filled with black men that
00:41:32.300 typically, I guess, don't like him or that have been activists against him, that this is all a
00:41:37.980 revenge tour. This is Trump coming for the FBI and the FBI sticking his FBI on the NBA out of
00:41:46.020 revenge. He's coming for sports. This was Trump revenge. Like literally nothing to do with president
00:41:52.260 Trump. The FBI started this investigation in 2023 when this, uh, guy from the Miami heat went down
00:42:01.060 and there was tweets about it online that, Hey, I heard he's going to go down with, with an ankle
00:42:04.760 injury, like take the, take the under on the prop bet. And so then that got out. And so they start
00:42:11.220 looking into it and they realized there's a lot going on in the NBA and there's all these people
00:42:16.020 indicted and you know, it's, it's one of those things. And, and Angelo just pointed out, there's
00:42:22.760 a guy named Damon Jones, an unofficial assistant coach of the Lakers in 2022, the time of the incident,
00:42:29.120 he's since retired, but probably committed the most egregious of the, all these violations.
00:42:34.880 He allegedly sold at one of the games, the information that LeBron James wouldn't be playing
00:42:40.280 the following day, which then led to big bets and big wins for some of the players at the game.
00:42:45.820 So that was, that was one. So you could, and you start wondering about this and Cliff, you probably
00:42:51.340 know this as well. And, and actually you follow the NBA with your sons, but there's a new concept in
00:42:56.600 the NBA called like, what is it? Load sharing or something like working, you know, you, you
00:43:01.860 reduce their load. So you're constantly load management. That's the expression. So load
00:43:07.460 management. So they're, they're, they, they've got this whole concept where, well, we got this
00:43:10.860 load management cause you know, we want to save LeBron's legs. So he's fresh in the playoffs
00:43:14.760 or whatever. How much load management is going on? That's actually just illicit gambling over
00:43:21.680 unders on prop bets. Yeah. Cause you're going to sit your best players to keep them fresh
00:43:27.740 for the, you know, for the playoffs or the tougher, or maybe you're actually just working
00:43:34.600 a side angle and there's a side hustle and you know, something that other people don't
00:43:37.860 know. And you know, you're only going to play LeBron James about 15 minutes that night
00:43:40.900 and you're going to take the under and a guy that usually is like a triple double. Well,
00:43:45.680 you could take the under on that pretty well. Nope. So, I mean, I'm just saying the NBA is
00:43:50.700 obviously the most shoddy and corrupt of all the sports leagues. You could make an argument
00:43:55.540 about any of them. Sure. But this is like really damning to the NBA. And here you got
00:44:00.300 Stephen a Smith coming out and making a completely deranged argument. This is Trump's vengeance
00:44:07.380 tour against the black man or something. I don't know what, where he's getting off on
00:44:11.460 this, but it's completely unhinged. Well, it's twofold. So one, I think there's
00:44:15.660 the racist attack against Trump, which is the obvious one. The second though, that's
00:44:20.140 the least less obvious one is if you remember back in the election, the president had kind
00:44:27.500 of some, some really fierce words for the owners, the NBA owners. Yeah. And for a lot
00:44:33.020 of the big sports, it wasn't just NBA, it was all the major sports because there's a, I
00:44:37.680 believe there's a belief that exists, which is true that the sports franchises, which a lot
00:44:44.520 of them are conservatives that run them. A lot of them are alleged conservatives are
00:44:49.500 scared of their player base and some of their fan base. And they initiated all this really
00:44:57.820 anti vicious, anti-Trump rhetoric throughout the years that the president served in this
00:45:02.760 first administration. And in the years during the, the whole, you know, fake auto pin, uh,
00:45:08.920 presidency. Right. So you had coming into 2024, I think there were some statements off to
00:45:14.400 pull them, but there were some statements that the president made. There was like, yeah,
00:45:17.100 well, you know, basically the sports owners are going to have to pay their, their, their
00:45:23.360 dues, uh, somewhere along the lines. So there's not a ton of love lost, I think in the sports
00:45:29.920 owner. So you're saying there is credence to what Stephen A. Smith is saying. No, I'm
00:45:34.600 not saying there's credence. I'm saying that the angle that I think he's speaking to is
00:45:40.240 the one that you're mentioning, which is that Trump is racist. I think he's speaking to what
00:45:44.680 you're talking about, that there's like some, there's some like Trump vengeance to it. And
00:45:48.640 he's like, I'm going to get these.
00:45:49.580 No, here's the best part. Yeah. The best part is that he's not really making any point. Right. He
00:45:56.860 reminds me kind of of Mark Cuban when Mark Cuban would come out and like, you know, always feel
00:46:01.380 like he had to have some hot take just to be edgy and to kind of always have this rumor of like a
00:46:06.240 third party presidency or the celebrity running for president. Just, you don't have to have a hot
00:46:11.100 take on every single issue, right? Everything is not about racism. Everything is not about being
00:46:15.820 the guy that has the cool takes that you can get the clicks. And you listen to what he said. He's
00:46:20.240 like saying six different things at once, but as long as he can take a stand against Trump,
00:46:24.760 he's trying to tap into some weird base. So I just, I love when these people feel that they
00:46:29.160 always have to talk. Sometimes what they have to say is not interesting. And this is one of those
00:46:33.600 cases with Stephen A. Well, so my take on it is that he, he has been floating a political run
00:46:39.680 of some type, right? It's like, is he going to go for president or something? And he got a little
00:46:45.060 Trump friendly in the 2024 race. He got a little like, Hey, Democrats, you, you're, you're being
00:46:52.440 stupid, all this lawfare, it's going to come back to bite you. And then, you know, with the
00:46:56.620 assassination, I think he saw the writing on the wall, kind of, kind of, kind of cozied up to a
00:47:02.140 centrist common sense position, took a bunch of flack. And now he's, he's flexing his progressive
00:47:08.800 bona fides by coming after Trump. I think you're totally right. So the, the, the, well, okay. So
00:47:17.100 here's, here's my next point though. I'm so excited to go after Stephen A. Smith and I'll
00:47:21.840 tell you why. And Jack, you know, this clip, I was at this news nation town hall event.
00:47:28.900 Chris Cuomo invited me. I was like, he was like, it's going to be this really peaceful thing. It's
00:47:33.480 going to be conversation is the cure. We're going to just, it's just going to be a discussion. It's not
00:47:37.540 going to be high intensity or whatever. Next thing I know, I get there and they're like,
00:47:41.940 Hey, we had to move some things around. You're with this Midas touch kit. I was like, what's his
00:47:45.040 name? Never heard of him. Guess his name's Adam. So I have to go sit there. And next, within like
00:47:50.700 a minute of being on stage, come back from a commercial break, a minute on stage. They gave
00:47:56.660 me the first word. I'm like, Hey, progressives are prone to political violence. All the polls show
00:48:01.160 it. Boom. He comes at me and goes, he goes, well, do you disavow the young Republican
00:48:07.440 group chat? And I was like, Whoa, hold on, Mr. Energy. You're like, your energy is making
00:48:12.660 my skin crawl. Like this, like this is not constructive. I'm not going to do your disavow
00:48:16.920 Olympics. And then he looks over to the panel, which was Bill O'Reilly, Chris Cuomo, and like
00:48:21.980 Stephen A. Smith. I think Joe Manchin was there. Maybe I can't remember. He looks over
00:48:26.080 and Stephen A goes, hell yes. And like, just totally throws me under the bus. So I'm very excited
00:48:31.520 to show this clip now that Stephen A is proving himself and his showing his true colors. Play
00:48:37.740 cut three 63. There has been a trend of, I think you, you know, let's just say, let's
00:48:44.940 be gracious and say in the era of Trump, maybe it's a reaction to Trump. I'm open to those
00:48:50.080 discussions, but there is a justification for political violence. It shows up in every
00:48:55.180 poll and it's coming from progressive. And just think about this. We saw these Nazi group
00:48:59.420 chats, which I'm sure you condemn, right? This Nazi group chat. Well, we can talk about
00:49:02.420 it. Do you condemn it? I want to talk about it. Wait. So when they said gas chambers,
00:49:06.640 disavow when they say gas chambers, you won't. So you're like J.D. Vance. You just won't
00:49:10.200 condemn this. Well, I actually had J.D. on the show today. We had a whole conversation.
00:49:13.020 You guys can all condemn this, right? Hell yes. Thank you. Oh, look at that. Stephen A.
00:49:17.860 Smith. Hell yes. Oh, yeah. That was your finest moment. Andrew, that, that was your finest
00:49:25.420 moment. Could have been, you know, I would almost give you an A, but it's got to be an
00:49:30.120 A minus. I have notes for myself. It's got to be an A minus because I have notes. It could
00:49:33.520 have been a little bit more. Well, you could have shut him down a little more because it's
00:49:36.660 like, I don't answer to you. I'm not going to play your little struggle session game.
00:49:41.200 Well, again, it's really simple as that. Chris Cuomo reeled me in saying it was going to be
00:49:45.820 this peaceful, sweet thing. And next thing I know, this kid's coming at me. Oh, he totally
00:49:50.240 did. And to be fair to Chris, Chris ended up having him. I think Chris was offended for
00:49:55.040 me. He sent me a nice note afterwards. And then he had the kid on his show the next
00:49:58.760 night. And he basically was like, you know what you were doing. You were trying to get
00:50:02.460 that clip and you trying to call him a Nazi. And I don't think the Midas touch guys are
00:50:06.620 very happy with Chris. Oh, yes. Yes, exactly. Why is that like, why is that like boom? Why
00:50:13.260 is it like echoey boomer? Anyways. So it was a funny, like unspoken thing that happened in
00:50:18.560 that moment where I was like, freaking Stephen A. Smith just like chimes in out of nowhere.
00:50:24.240 Like he's got a role to play in this exchange. Hell yes. And I just remember going like,
00:50:29.760 man, screw that guy. Like what? Come on. And I'm sure Stephen A. Smith is also has also
00:50:35.580 condemned Jay Jones, right? Oh, I'm sure. I'm sure. Not just rhetoric, but specific
00:50:41.880 descriptions of violence to Republican children. Yeah. Well, I'm sure he's called him, called
00:50:47.200 him to drop out of the race. I'm sure of it. I'm sure we can find that. Yeah, I'm sure.
00:50:50.260 I mean, honestly, for all I know, he has. I mean, I just like, but the point is I had
00:50:56.440 a bone to pick with Stephen A. Smith. So when he's coming in here with this vast conspiracy,
00:51:01.460 34 arrests, and they say it's just the tip of the iceberg. It's an ongoing investigation.
00:51:05.520 We all can see the flops. We can all see the like the calls, the five steps, no, no traveling
00:51:11.220 calls. We can. I mean, excuse me. The NBA is a complete S show. I mean, the whole thing is
00:51:19.320 just a total mess. And for him to come out and not say, you know what? I'm ashamed of
00:51:24.120 this coach. I'm ashamed of these players for throwing games and faking injuries for bets
00:51:29.060 that you have disgraced the league. You've tarnished a reputation. It's a league I love.
00:51:33.080 No, instead of that, instead of trying to hold them accountable, he takes it and turns
00:51:38.780 it on Trump. All these people are doing all these illegal things, swindling millions and
00:51:42.960 millions and millions of dollars out of people's pockets, innocent people. And that's
00:51:47.460 his take that it's Trump's fault. Truly mind blowing.
00:51:50.480 Hey, hey, hey, it do be like that, Mr. Colvett.
00:51:56.160 Hell yes.
00:51:59.480 Why is it echoing? I don't get it.
00:52:02.220 Why is it like the Stephen A. Smith voice of God echo?
00:52:07.020 I don't know. Because it's probably more appropriate to his actual ego. So yeah, that's about right.
00:52:12.100 I suppose. Look, guys, I know I know some of you guys have hard outs. Cliff, Tyler, shout out your
00:52:17.960 shout outs, man. I'll jump in and just say New Jersey is the play right now. NJ chase dot org.
00:52:25.880 Y'all can follow me on X. Appreciate the thought crime crew. Excited for election day coverage.
00:52:30.880 Love you guys. Back at you, brother. Same. Tyler. Shout out. Tyler. Tell us about the super chases again.
00:52:38.000 We're rocking and rolling both in Arizona. We have folks down in Georgia who are working their butts off as well for a smaller election down there. And then also in New Jersey, like we mentioned, those nationally that want to get involved.
00:52:53.060 If you're not in any one of those states, just download the Turning Point Action application. It's tpaction.com slash app for easy access to that and get involved. You can tap the arrows in the top left hand corner and then input your info and then you'll be right away be able to knock doors, make phone calls, write text messages or help with sending postcards to voters who need to hear it.
00:53:18.880 So please jump in there and get used to it. Just a few hours a month can go a whole long way with helping save the country. So we appreciate that.
00:53:27.520 Save New Jersey. Gosh, that would be a wonderful win, to be honest.
00:53:32.440 Big deal.
00:53:33.160 We are going to be back at the Charlie Kirk show tomorrow. We've got the AMA Ask Me Anything Fridays. So be a part of that.
00:53:42.940 I'll be there for that. Yep. Tyler's going to be there for that. And so we often get a lot of Turning Point Action questions, so it'll be good.
00:53:51.780 And then that's freedom at charliekirk.com or join themembers.charliekirk.com, members.charliekirk.com, and you can become a member. Ask Me Anything.
00:53:59.960 That's going to be our show tomorrow. And yeah, Jack, it's up to you. You're the final throw.
00:54:04.580 Yeah, and just a program note, as we know, Blake is on assignment in Italy. Reports are that he has joined a nunnery.
00:54:15.100 So we're not really sure if that's taking. Obviously, the Catholic Church has rejected male nuns for a long time.
00:54:24.700 But hey, I guess times change. So female priests and Blake is trying to break the barrier and be the first male nun.
00:54:32.300 So, you know, yes. Hats off to Blake and I, you know, just really pray for him.
