Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - THOUGHTCRIME Ep. 18 — Fake News Causing World War 3？ Blacklist Hamas Backers？ Mackey the Martyr？

00:00:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard to this week's edition of Thought Crime.

00:00:04.340 First up, Missilegate, Fake News, World War III.

00:00:09.140 Next, the boys and I discuss, are we going to blacklist the Hamas lovers? 0.99

00:00:14.740 And finally, Doug Mackey, the martyr.

00:00:18.280 What went on when the Biden administration decided to charge and sentence a meme maker for making memes in 2016?

00:00:26.520 All this and more ahead. Go out and commit thought crime.

00:00:30.540 From the age of big brother.

00:00:33.220 If they want to get you, they'll get you.

00:00:35.600 DNSA specifically targets the communications of everyone.

00:00:39.520 They're collecting your communications.

00:00:50.660 Okay, everybody. It is Thought Crime Thursday.

00:00:54.960 Everything. By the way, if the media says something, just believe it.

00:00:58.320 That is the lesson of the last week and a half.

00:01:00.460 Blake, hello.

00:01:01.320 Yes.

00:01:01.460 I mean, I agree. We got to believe the media and everything they do.

00:01:04.060 Everything they do.

00:01:04.660 That's what we've been told for years. So why would they lie?

00:01:06.820 Tyler Boyer is with us. Tyler.

00:01:08.580 What's up, guys? Good to see you.

00:01:10.200 Things are going great.

00:01:13.080 And then Jack Posobiec, what's new and exciting?

00:01:16.520 Believe all media, believe all politicians, especially in matters of war.

00:01:22.600 I know if there's one group of people that would never lie to us, it's the leaders of the federal government.

00:01:30.420 Or send us to war.

00:01:31.480 So, Blake, what are we discussing first?

00:01:38.360 All right. So, obviously, last week Hamas was the big topic.

00:01:42.460 This week Hamas is still the big topic.

00:01:43.960 They have a way of forcing themselves into the news.

00:01:45.700 So, you know, for years we had to endure, like, disinformation was the biggest threat to the American Republic.

00:01:51.740 It was going to destroy us all if we ever allowed anyone to read an untrue thing.

00:01:55.340 That's why we had to believe all media.

00:01:56.800 It was basically the new national motto.

00:01:58.640 So this week we had this event in Gaza.

00:02:02.940 A hospital blew up, or maybe it was a hospital parking lot, or maybe it was a car.

00:02:07.280 It's not clear.

00:02:07.900 But what the media said was that, you know, Israel just went and blew up a hospital and killed everyone in Gaza.

00:02:16.260 It was reported by the New York Times.

00:02:17.820 It was reported by Ben Collins at NBC, who never lies about anything.

00:02:21.820 And they basically almost rushed us into World War III.

00:02:24.660 We had rioters outside the U.S. Embassy in Jordan.

00:02:27.460 We had Iran throwing up a black flag or a white flag.

00:02:31.700 I don't know. 0.98

00:02:31.860 Black flag of death. 1.00

00:02:33.020 Iran always loves its flags and suicide bombers and its insanity and all of that nonsense. 1.00

00:02:38.680 And, you know, they basically just made it the biggest crisis imaginable, all driven by our media. 0.74

00:02:42.680 And now it turns out, you know, it might not have been Israel.

00:02:46.520 It might not have been a bomb.

00:02:48.000 It might not have been a hospital.

00:02:49.160 And it doesn't appear to have been 500 dead, which means it was an entirely fake story.

00:02:52.980 It would be like them reporting on the Titanic sinking, and then it turned out that, like, someone's fishing boat tipped over.

00:02:59.220 So, Jack, where do you stand on this story?

00:03:01.840 I think that, I mean, obviously the media took and ran with this during the fog of war.

00:03:07.500 It interrupted Joe Biden's potential meeting with Al-Sisi, King Abdullah, and Mahmoud Abbas.

00:03:14.980 Joe Biden is no longer in the region, I think.

00:03:17.120 Joe Biden is left, right?

00:03:18.100 I think he's out of the region.

00:03:19.440 Yeah, he's back now.

00:03:19.460 Yeah.

00:03:19.880 So, Jack, how should we think about this?

00:03:22.260 Well, so when it comes to Missilegate, which has really been the topic du jour on Twitter, on social media, which then, of course, feeds down into our political discussions and really drives so much of our politics because you even saw this.

00:03:37.500 It fed into this, I don't even know what we're calling it, insurrection, Hamas erection of the – no, I did not just say Hamas erection. 0.62

00:03:47.760 Just for the record, media matters, I'm not talking about Hamas erections. 0.98

00:03:52.220 I'm talking about Hamas erection. 0.97

00:03:54.680 Those are something separate, by the way. 0.86

00:03:56.200 Hamas erection was when the pro-Palestinian protesters broke into – I think it was Cannon Office Building – and stormed the Capitol, surrounded Marjorie Taylor Greene as well as other members of Congress, occupied the Capitol complex there for a number of hours until police were able to get them out, some of which, of course, resisted against police.

00:04:18.440 None of which, by the way, will ever – all in the midst, by the way, of the speaker fight, none of which will be charged for any type of obstruction of Congress or any of these things like Trump supporters do.

00:04:31.640 And by the way, folks, for all the kids out there watching, that's what actual power looks like.

00:04:36.480 The left can go and do something like this and walk away scot-free, can walk away with maybe a misdemeanor, maybe a fine, maybe not even that.

00:04:45.100 Whereas you and your parents and your grandparents, you're second-class citizens, you're basically sharecroppers because we live in the left's world right now.

00:04:55.780 We live in the uniparty world and we haven't gotten there. 0.51

00:04:57.880 So anyway, Charlie, to your point on all of this was that there was this – there was an explosion, right?

00:05:04.320 It took place in Gaza.

00:05:05.640 At first, we weren't sure what was hit.

00:05:07.000 We weren't sure what was going on.

00:05:08.080 There was a wild, completely sensationalized story that came out that said a hospital had been bombed and that hundreds of people had been killed, most of which were children.

00:05:19.080 Oh, my gosh, how horrific.

00:05:20.680 That's insane.

00:05:21.540 But, of course, me, I'm just sitting there saying, can I see evidence of this?

00:05:25.200 Can I see what actually happened?

00:05:27.580 Okay, I see your headline.

00:05:28.600 That's horrible.

00:05:29.320 That sounds really bad.

00:05:30.520 I would like to see what the evidence is.

00:05:32.080 There's a guy I follow on Telegram and X, zero-sum-24.

00:05:36.680 He's trying to get to be the very first account that got to 100,000 followers while doing so completely locked.

00:05:44.380 This guy is probably the best account on anywhere on the internet to find ground truth of any situation.

00:05:50.360 He always gets the spice.

00:05:51.380 They call him the spice king because he does this, whether it's Ukraine, whether it's Israel-Gaza, et cetera. 0.99

00:05:56.180 He's always got videos.

00:05:57.120 Both sides.

00:05:57.660 Doesn't take sides.

00:05:59.480 And, you know, he showed there were definitely a lot of bodies.

00:06:02.920 There were people killed, civilians killed, or at least people hitting this thing.

00:06:06.260 We couldn't tell.

00:06:07.000 Some of them were obviously, you know, dead or just injured.

00:06:09.800 But I noticed right away that a lot of the videos showed people who were outside of a hospital, not people who were inside of a hospital.

00:06:16.960 I remember thinking, well, if the hospital was hit, why would the people be outside of the hospital?

00:06:22.680 So that was something I had kind of filed away.

00:06:24.260 It's a bit strange.

00:06:25.800 Then we find out the next morning that actually it wasn't the hospital that was hit.

00:06:29.000 It was the parking lot that was hit.

00:06:31.180 So that was lie number two out of the entire thing.

00:06:34.740 Then we get all sorts of competing claims from both the IDF side, from the Hamas side, saying this happened, that happened.

00:06:40.540 But what was really interesting, Charlie, and this, I think, goes back to your point in terms of all this of missile gates,

00:06:45.420 is that the New York Times and the AP completely ran with everything that Hamas said.

00:06:52.640 The New York Times even had to change their headline three times in a row as more evidence came out of this entire thing.

00:07:00.800 By the way, we can see very little impact crater there.

00:07:04.540 If you guys can throw that picture back up real quick, I can analyze it a little bit.

00:07:07.720 Very small impact crater.

00:07:10.060 That is not something that you would see from a major bomb or from a JDAM or something like that.

00:07:15.660 If there was an aerial burst, you might see something like this.

00:07:18.880 But we're also seeing evidence of cars that were on fire.

00:07:21.300 You also see right there, by the way, cars that seem to be relatively unscathed.

00:07:26.260 And just looking from the picture, it doesn't seem like they could have driven in there after the explosion.

00:07:31.400 So it looks like this explosion only hit some of the cars that were in the parking lot.

00:07:37.140 So, you know, to this point, you know, just based on this information, you can't really say that this was one way or the other.

00:07:44.560 But certainly those initial claims were false.

00:07:46.720 So, so, Blake, the initial claims were false.

00:07:51.440 But talk about the ramifications that happen afterwards, the geopolitical fallout because of the wrong accusations.

00:07:58.680 Well, yeah.

00:07:59.020 So this was happening just as Biden was traveling to the Middle East.

00:08:02.880 He was going to do a summit in Amman, Jordan, right next to Israel.

00:08:05.760 There was going to be some attempt to quickly broker a deal or some sort of peace, I think, between the wider Arab world and Israel.

00:08:13.760 Keep this from spiraling out of control.

00:08:15.420 And this gets canceled.

00:08:16.660 And it's because Abbas, the head of the Palestinian Authority, he says there's going to be three days of mourning for all the victims of this hospital atrocity.

00:08:24.720 Iran starts freaking out.

00:08:26.080 Now, the entire Arab world is protesting.

00:08:28.740 And I think, you know, this is probably going to happen anyway.

00:08:31.520 They have their own Arab language media.

00:08:33.420 They have their own social media accounts that they follow that use their impossible-to-read language.

00:08:39.740 But they – this gave a lot more life to it, especially – and it also – it just totally messed things up in the West.

00:08:45.960 We got derailed by this.

00:08:46.920 This gave a lot of life to all the people who are essentially pro-Hamas in this entire conflict already. 0.56

00:08:53.160 And it took them – I think the New York Times took 20 hours before they updated their article to reflect that there was more uncertainty about this.

00:09:01.660 And, like, 20 hours might as well be a century in modern media time.

00:09:06.080 Everyone is going to remember the original version of this story.

00:09:08.880 No one is going to remember the clarifications later.

00:09:11.180 The New York Times, in its article, talks about a woman walking through the rubble of the ruined hospital, which turned out, no, she was just walking through this bombed parking lot.

00:09:21.420 There was no evidence of a destroyed hospital.

00:09:23.720 But they just repeated all of these lies.

00:09:25.920 And, you know, it seems like now things are dialing back without this exploding into a huge calamity.

00:09:31.860 But this is the sort of stuff that leads to actual conflict.

00:09:34.920 You print lies that cause people to overreach themselves, to overreact. 0.98

00:09:39.440 And suddenly this dumb terrorist attack has turned into World War III. 0.99

00:09:44.940 Or potential. 0.98

00:09:45.780 And the media seems unrepentant on a lot of this stuff, to be perfectly honest.

00:09:50.300 And so, Tyler, what's your take on this?

00:09:52.560 You saw this unfold in real time on social media.

00:09:56.520 Well, I just keep thinking back to the Ukraine nuclear power plant situation,

00:10:03.520 where it was just all this back and forth of what's going on, what's really happening,

00:10:09.420 and, you know, the media getting it wrong numerous times along the way.

00:10:14.240 And you've got people here at home who are just becoming pawns of the war schemes.

00:10:21.000 So it's insane.

00:10:23.000 Totally insane of what we're seeing.

00:10:25.000 But people are just, like, totally confused, I think, on the ground that are paying attention.

00:10:30.480 And we've got this entire thing going on in Congress and the battle that's happening in Congress.

00:10:35.080 And it's just people are sick of it.

00:10:39.840 So, Blake, talk about, do you think the Israeli social media team could have focused their efforts on something

00:10:45.500 other than trolling Gigi Hadid and doing Keanu Reeves memes at the Iranian Revolutionary National Guard?

00:10:51.960 It wouldn't hurt.

00:10:53.360 It's hard for me to imagine a country, like, we think of Israel as this hyper-competent military power,

00:10:58.520 but they are not advanced in meme warfare, it seems.

00:11:01.280 Like, you read the, even before, even before the Gigi Hadid thing started happening,

00:11:05.440 they were just posting strange, overly emotive things.

00:11:10.060 They want, they did a post that had, like, these My Little Pony graphics.

00:11:14.200 Yeah.

00:11:14.460 I'm not making this up.

00:11:15.520 I don't have it, unfortunately.

00:11:16.440 Someone should, someone on our team should find it.

00:11:17.860 There was, like, this.

00:11:18.220 Is it the same firm they're using that was doing the Ukrainian stuff?

00:11:22.280 It sounds like, it's like, it literally might, it's.

00:11:24.900 It's like the same guys.

00:11:25.620 It might be, like, some, I don't know, is it Moledova?

00:11:28.380 What is that where they sell a patrol car? 0.92

00:11:29.520 The Moldovans are Macedonia, Macedonia. 0.98

00:11:31.840 The Macedonian meme warriors.

00:11:33.640 Yeah, it's like, they had these, like, My Little Pony graphics that's like,

00:11:36.340 we know your children can't read this, but, you know, Hamas killed all of these children,

00:11:40.780 and be sure to hug them.

00:11:42.040 And then Israel posts that on one of their official accounts.

00:11:44.300 And then Israel goes and picks a fight with a model. 0.61

00:11:46.920 And Israel just posts Keanu Reeves memes.

00:11:50.180 And all of this is like, it's not that it's necessarily bad if, you know,

00:11:56.080 a college student was doing this.

00:11:57.760 But you're a nation state.

00:11:59.500 You're a member of the United Nations.

00:12:01.840 Why are you doing this?

00:12:04.100 And everyone is, like, it's just, it's super jarring to see.

00:12:09.720 And especially when they're trying to deal with misinformation everywhere,

00:12:12.960 it's sort of hard to take them seriously when they're also doing this.

00:12:17.120 Now, that doesn't excuse what the press is doing where they've decided,

00:12:20.720 oh, we're going to believe Hamas about everything and race to believe all of their accounts 0.99

00:12:25.680 when Hamas is, you know, they're really running around chopping children's heads off.

00:12:30.880 Or allegedly, they might have only shot them in the head. 0.99

00:12:33.200 They might have only, you know, bashed their brains out. 0.97

00:12:34.880 You know, we don't want to impugn the dignity of Hamas here.

00:12:38.320 But it's just, this entire incident has not been the finest hour of really anyone involved in it.

00:12:46.000 Yeah, and I just, I think you guys can hear me now.

00:12:48.420 I hope so.

00:12:49.380 We had some mics cutting in and out.

00:12:51.000 Better?

00:12:51.340 Okay, good.

00:12:52.640 I mean, so here you have the Macedonian meme warriors that are being outsourced by both the IDF and Ukraine.

00:12:58.880 And it would be one thing if they were really good at it, right, Jack?

00:13:01.680 I mean, Jack, you're kind of one of the, I would say, brigadier generals in the modern meme war, right?

00:13:06.900 You've survived many such volleys and attacks and salvos from the enemy.

00:13:10.700 Israel can't meme. 1.00

00:13:11.680 I'm just going to be honest.

00:13:12.800 Like, Israel cannot meme.

00:13:15.020 Jack Posobiec.

00:13:16.860 Yeah, so I'm not really sure what this was in terms of Israel.

00:13:23.700 I mean, guys, at the end of the day, if you're trying to fight something like this in a meme, just stop.

00:13:29.460 Just stop right there.

00:13:30.620 Because, again, you know, if you're a powerful military, for you to be posting memes at all is cringe.

00:13:37.980 If you're posting memes that are incredibly outdated, like that particular Keanu Reeves meme, it's even worse.

00:13:46.460 So what you're actually doing is degrading yourselves and then you're opening your up to comparisons like, as we said, like Ukraine, who I think, by the way, Charlie, the bot farms are out of Moldova.

00:13:59.720 The consultants are actually out of the UK when it comes to Ukraine.

00:14:05.520 I was trying to pull up the actual name here.

00:14:07.840 I think it was McHugh, something like that.

00:14:10.760 So this, you know, the Ukraine Advice Project and all these different things that just popped up out of nowhere, like all those Ukrainian billboards were suddenly all across the United States, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, like overnight.

00:14:21.800 You know, when this happened, it looked like I snapped my fingers and the TV went off.

00:14:25.560 That was cool.

00:14:26.900 But, you know, even Iran with their sort of time is up, it reminds me of when they were posting Soleimani memes at President Trump right before President Trump turned Soleimani into Pico de Gallo.

00:14:40.940 And so here's here's a great example of how meme warfare can be used in conjunction with kinetic warfare.

00:14:48.640 So President Trump warns Iran to stop having their militias attack U.S. embassies.

00:14:56.620 They refuse.

00:14:57.760 These are IRGC-backed militias operating throughout Iraq.

00:15:01.860 Soleimani is also there.

00:15:03.940 President Trump orders a strike, kills him, a strike that Netanyahu and his team was supposed to be part of at one point, later pulled out of.

00:15:10.520 Um, then after turning Soleimani into Pico de Gallo so bad that the guy had to be identified by the ring on his hand, then President Trump threw it up and just posted the star-spangled banner on Twitter.

00:15:26.060 No comment.

00:15:27.520 That's meme warfare.

00:15:29.300 Okay.

00:15:30.040 So, Blake.

00:15:30.940 So, I mentioned this bizarre My Little Pony meme.

00:15:34.840 I don't think, it's not literal My Little Pony, but you'll see what I mean.

00:15:37.140 It's very weird.

00:15:38.360 This is posted by the official Israel Twitter account.

00:15:41.100 Now, is there a speaker translation issue, meaning, like, is there some sort of, like, inside Hebrew culture that we don't get?

00:15:46.520 I'm not Israeli.

00:15:48.040 I don't know.

00:15:48.600 I've shared this.

00:15:49.500 I've seen this with a few friends.

00:15:50.680 They're all as baffled as I am.

00:15:52.080 So, we need, uh, number, uh, 101.

00:15:54.940 Yeah.

00:15:55.400 So, I want you to read it, though.

00:15:57.700 Okay.

00:15:58.080 Well, so, we got it here.

00:15:59.220 It said they have English on it, I believe.

00:16:01.360 No, we just have the My Little Pony up. 0.99

00:16:03.100 Oh, do we not?

00:16:04.000 Oh, okay.

00:16:04.540 Okay.

00:16:04.820 So, this was, like, a video.

00:16:05.640 The text is bizarre.

00:16:06.180 So, it's like, we know your children cannot read this.

00:16:09.740 And then it goes, we have an important message to tell you as parents.

00:16:13.680 Forty infants were murdered in Israel by the Hamas terrorists, ISIS. 0.56

00:16:18.920 Just as you would do everything for your child, we will do everything to protect ours.

00:16:25.380 Now, hug your baby and stand with us.

00:16:28.100 And then it shows, like, a kind of an autograph.

00:16:30.560 It might be, like, the coat of arms of Israel.

00:16:31.820 Let's play cut 102. 0.72

00:16:33.380 Let's play cut 102. 0.72

00:16:48.920 That's from the official...

00:17:05.760 Posted by Israel, at Israel on Twitter.

00:17:11.100 Hug your baby and stand with us?

00:17:14.160 But this is...

00:17:14.700 But what?

00:17:15.380 What?

00:17:15.680 It's just...

00:17:19.160 Like, try to imagine the U.S. State Department doing this.

00:17:22.640 And, you know, we have our differences with the Biden administration.

00:17:27.320 It's not hard to imagine the U.S. State Department doing this.

00:17:28.640 Okay, it's true.

00:17:29.480 It's true.

00:17:29.760 We would do this.

00:17:30.420 And then we would say that that's a very bad thing for the U.S. to do.

00:17:33.440 The only country I think that could get away with this is, like, Japan. 0.99

00:17:36.420 Because Japan just... 0.99

00:17:37.040 No, that's right.

00:17:37.660 That's what I ask is that, I mean, is there some sort of, like, anime-type culture that I'm not aware of in, like, Israeli culture?

00:17:44.800 I know they'll do very self-deprecating, like, humor.

00:17:50.820 So, like, when Bibi runs for re-election, he'll do an ad where it's, like, Bibi is the babysitter.

00:17:56.520 And he'll, like, come over and babysit your kids.

00:17:58.600 And they'll have, like, a strange ad.

00:17:59.760 This is a real ad they did where he's, like, the babysitter and shows up and is, like, trying to, like, take care of these rascally kids.

00:18:05.600 So, you've got to elect him to defend Israel, which they did, and it didn't work out that well, it seems.

00:18:11.080 But, so there's a bit of that.

00:18:13.740 But other than that, and then, so this is, if this were a standalone thing also, but then they go from this to picking a fight with a model.

00:18:22.440 And they go from this to Keanu Reeves memes, all while they are badly losing an information war over...

00:18:29.980 Well, that's the point, right?

00:18:30.880 So, Jack or Tyler, whichever one we want.

00:18:32.800 Let's start with Jack.

00:18:33.520 So, Jack, here's the hospital thing.

00:18:35.980 Israel, they deployed a couple people on TV.

00:18:37.800 They said, yeah, we'll be releasing evidence.

00:18:39.580 But, I mean, here's a thought crime.

00:18:42.980 No, I'm not going to do it.

00:18:43.740 I got in too much trouble.

00:18:44.880 Jack, your reaction?

00:18:45.660 Nope, not going to do the thought crime.

00:18:46.940 Nope, not going to do it.

00:18:47.740 Sorry, Jack, take it away.

00:18:48.440 Nope, nope, nope, I learned my lesson.

00:18:52.080 Nope, can't do that.

00:18:53.580 I was going to do it.

00:18:54.460 It was about to be a great question.

00:18:56.220 It was going to be really good.

00:18:57.660 It was going to be spicy.

00:18:59.120 It was going to be accurate. 0.74

00:19:00.340 It was going to be precise.

00:19:01.280 And I'm not going to do it.

00:19:02.000 Sorry, Jack.

00:19:02.720 Tyler's yours.

00:19:05.240 Yeah, so, I mean, look, you know, we had Scott Horton on the show earlier today.

00:19:09.000 And he was dropping thought crimes left and right about who actually got the ball rolling

00:19:14.000 in terms of the dominoes that created Hamas in the first place.

00:19:18.620 And it's just interesting, Charlie, because when you look at these, I'll put it this way.

00:19:22.920 But Biden was about to have these summits with the entire Arab world, just about.

00:19:29.920 And people need to understand that what we're seeing here is this power struggle in the Middle

00:19:36.000 East.

00:19:37.080 And so Biden blows up the Abraham Accords.

00:19:39.360 Like, they're pretty much just gone.

00:19:40.600 They're pretty much just gone right now.

00:19:42.000 And so the power struggle that's come up is the Sunni world versus the Shia world. 0.75

00:19:47.560 So it's like the Iran axis versus the Saudi axis.

00:19:52.220 And so Hamas, even though they're not necessarily Sunni, or excuse me, necessarily Shia, they 0.68

00:19:56.600 kind of align with the Iran axis.

00:19:58.380 Then you have the Arab world, and that's predominantly the Sunni axis.

00:20:02.640 So what ends up happening here is that Biden, just look, just look at what was supposed to

00:20:11.560 happen.

00:20:12.020 Biden was supposed to have all these meetings with the Sunni axis, with the Arab axis, the

00:20:19.380 Saudi axis.

00:20:20.360 He ends up having none of them, doesn't meet with Al-Sisi of Egypt, doesn't meet with Abbas,

00:20:25.580 the Palestinian leader, doesn't meet with the King of Jordan, King of Douboula.

00:20:28.640 And in fact, the only person he meets with is Netanyahu.

00:20:33.820 So it's interesting that now it looks as though it's, you just see, we're talking about meme

00:20:39.640 warfare, we're talking about optics, right?

00:20:41.120 Meme warfare is basically optics.

00:20:42.780 So the optics of posting something like this My Little Pony video, I'm sorry, they're just 0.98

00:20:47.680 retarded. 1.00

00:20:48.640 It's just, it's so bad.

00:20:50.780 It's worse.

00:20:51.640 Like, don't do that.

00:20:52.600 If you want people on your side, do not post things like this.

00:20:55.560 The same with the Keanu Reeves meme.

00:20:58.080 Just stop.

00:20:59.020 Just stop completely.

00:21:00.120 Very, very bad optics.

00:21:02.080 You want to look like you're defending your people.

00:21:03.840 You want to look like you're strong.

00:21:04.800 You want to look like you're serious.

00:21:05.900 That's the optics that you should be portraying right now.

00:21:08.100 And not over the top either.

00:21:09.700 You want to look serious.

00:21:10.580 But anyway, Charlie, the optics that they came up with, just to finish my thought, is that

00:21:14.660 it's Biden and BB, Biden and Netanyahu, and the rest of the world stands with the other

00:21:21.860 side.

00:21:22.260 So rather than Biden come out as a peacemaker, he looks like more of a warmonger.

00:21:28.080 Yeah, so, Blake, this is a point that you have made.

00:21:33.240 You know, we think of Israel that they always have a plan and they move decisively.

00:21:37.080 I don't think they really are sure about their path forward right now.

00:21:40.300 I think that they're still recovering from the attack.

00:21:43.020 There's lots of hostages.

00:21:44.360 There's a chance they might not even invade.

00:21:47.280 There's a chance that at this point, we don't know.

00:21:50.340 Blake, it doesn't look like Israel has a firm plan right now.

00:21:52.640 Not at all.

00:21:53.480 And in the past, they've been very successful in this way.

00:21:56.400 But remember, in the past, they have more stable union united governments.

00:22:00.380 They're better prepared.

00:22:01.380 They have a more, they have a better understanding of the world that they're in.

00:22:04.920 Whereas, going into this, was Israel very stable before this attack?

00:22:10.220 I mean, they weren't collapsing.

00:22:11.700 But they had one election after another.

00:22:14.060 Their politics is very sharply divided.

00:22:16.480 Their sitting prime minister is not firm in power.

00:22:19.600 He's actually trying to avoid getting Donald Trump to himself.

00:22:22.260 And this attack hits, and it doesn't, it's not the sort of attack like how 9-11 was, where, you know, it strengthened Bush and allowed him, gave him a stronger mandate for action.

00:22:35.080 This is much more along the lines of, well, it seems that Netanyahu allowed something really bad to happen.

00:22:40.940 So his popularity is in the toilet.

00:22:42.640 So his personal legitimacy is lower than before.

00:22:45.320 And now it's, they're initially saying they're going to invade Gaza, and then instead they delay the attack.

00:22:53.360 I think they claimed it was due to weather, but I think a lot of people are wondering, do they just not know what they're going for?

00:22:59.940 And they're, you know, maybe the Biden administration is telling them, don't do it.

00:23:03.060 Maybe they're just totally unsure what they're able to get away with here.

00:23:07.420 And they just seem very uncertain.

00:23:10.240 And they don't have, they certainly don't have confidence, I think, in the United States' own government to back them up.

00:23:18.300 And it's just tremendously uncertain for them.

00:23:21.720 What are they going to do?

00:23:22.560 And on top of that, the IDF doesn't seem as effective as it was before.

00:23:26.220 The Shin Bet doesn't seem as effective as it was before.

00:23:28.760 This is not, this is a disaster that happened because they were unprepared and they were caught napping.

00:23:33.960 And now suddenly they're supposed to turn around and know exactly what to do, and they don't.

00:23:37.500 So, so anyone could take this.

00:23:41.740 The path forward for Israel is going, is unclear.

00:23:44.640 I mean, we would think for certain that we would have some sort of path forward.

00:23:48.960 But the real question that people are asking, Jack, is what, or Tyler, what is going on with Joe Biden's chin?

00:23:56.480 Yeah, I think, I think there's about as much of a path forward in Israel as there is with Joe Biden's face right now.

00:24:03.200 Because there is a wide gap that's happening between both his new chins that he has. 0.96

00:24:10.000 Some are referring to them as chin balls.

00:24:12.320 I don't know if that's something that we can, we can go with permanently here. 0.96

00:24:17.460 But there's probably as much distance between his chin balls as there are between Netanyahu and Israel wanting to work with him.

00:24:26.240 So, that's probably, again, the right hand, not talking to the left hand, the right chin ball, not talking to the left chin ball, the chin humps, the chin humps.

00:24:37.640 I disagree.

00:24:38.440 See, I disagree.

00:24:39.840 I just disagree.

00:24:40.840 You see, because I don't think there's anything strange at all.

00:24:43.460 Biden simply stores extra moisture in his chin humps for long journeys.

00:24:48.540 This is totally normal.

00:24:49.760 It's something that he does.

00:24:52.120 And I don't want to see anybody out here that is poking fun or making fun of Joe Biden or his jaw or his other jaw.

00:25:03.860 He's wearing one of those masks that our friend over in the Netherlands wears, I think, when he's out on the beach.

00:25:13.680 Who, Leatherface? 0.98

00:25:15.320 Yeah, Leatherface.

00:25:16.500 No, this is where – this is where – that's where his – see, this – so, okay, here's my other theory on this, right?

00:25:25.140 What if we haven't been dealing with the real Joe Biden all along?

00:25:29.360 So, you see Tony Blinken right there.

00:25:30.780 A lot of people pointed out Tony Blinken, he's kind of the man behind the throne, certainly when it comes to foreign policy.

00:25:35.740 Him and Victoria Newlands was the Blinken-Newland administration, at least when it comes to foreign policy.

00:25:40.260 And he's sort of looking in like, what is going on right now?

00:25:42.600 So, what if we haven't been dealing with Biden Prime for years?

00:25:47.900 And it's kind of like that movie The Prestige.

00:25:50.180 And Tony Blinken's got one of those prestige machines.

00:25:54.280 And see, every time he makes a new Biden, it only lasts for like a couple hours.

00:25:57.860 So, it's a use-by-use basis.

00:25:59.480 So, what you're seeing now is one of the Bidens as it's getting very, very close to its rapid expiration date.

00:26:05.680 And he's going to have to, you know, dispose of this one and then make a new Biden very quickly.

00:26:13.040 Man.

00:26:14.360 That is tough to look at.

00:26:16.040 Well, for those listening on podcast, Blake, you get the job.

00:26:18.980 Describe Joe Biden's chin if they haven't seen it.

00:26:21.680 Come on, Blake.

00:26:23.200 So, think of…

00:26:24.020 They're listening on audio.

00:26:25.120 They say, what are you talking about?

00:26:26.320 Think of two withered, fleshy, hairy objects separated at a wide distance and yet inextricably bound together by a fleshy mass.

00:26:45.460 It's that Nancy Pelosi picture of her bent over wearing the swimsuit.

00:26:50.780 And it's…

00:26:51.320 No, I can't get that in my head.

00:26:53.480 It's really close to that.

00:26:54.820 So, I'm just…

00:26:56.060 I'm trying to paint a picture for listeners.

00:26:58.400 Okay, Blake, should we cancel Hamas supporters?

00:27:00.720 Walk us through the topic and the debate.

00:27:02.480 Candace Owens and Megyn Kelly got in a Twitter debate over this. 1.00

00:27:06.320 Bill Ackman really started it.

00:27:08.060 Tell us all about it.

00:27:08.840 Yeah.

00:27:09.160 So, obviously, we all know what cancel culture is and how it's manifested.

00:27:12.720 People lose job offers.

00:27:14.200 People get fired from jobs all for their takes online.

00:27:17.200 And it's always been a phenomenon suffered almost overwhelmingly by people on the right or people on the left

00:27:24.120 who accidentally, like, go against the code of what a left-winger is supposed to believe.

00:27:28.080 But we're finally seeing something pretty different here, which is we have people on the left who are saying a thing left-wingers believe,

00:27:36.080 which is essentially, I love terrorism, death to Israel, and they're getting hit for it. 0.92

00:27:40.920 So, we had recently the law firm Davis Polk yanked job offers from three people who signed on to statements at Harvard supporting Hamas and opposing Israel.

00:27:53.840 And there have been a few other cases.

00:27:55.600 And then, as you said, we have Bill Ackman on Wall Street saying,

00:27:58.620 we should build a blacklist of the names of people who signed pro-Hamas statements and blacklist them from investment banks,

00:28:06.180 private equity firms, analytics firms, all the firms in the finance world, which, of course, a lot of Jews in that world, 0.99

00:28:12.860 a lot of Israelis in that world, a lot of people who have looked at these recent events and said, 0.99

00:28:17.040 holy crap, these people want us dead. 0.95

00:28:19.780 And I don't want to hire those people and I don't want to work with them. 0.99

00:28:22.440 But it is, you know, rational to say, or reasonable to ask, okay, these are not, still not work-related things.

00:28:30.080 Should we blacklist people for this?

00:28:32.260 And, you know, my initial thought is probably the first building block of getting rid of cancel culture generally 1.00

00:28:38.520 is, in fact, making sure that people on the left can suffer it as well.

00:28:41.940 Yes.

00:28:43.080 Yeah, and so, I mean, I'm torn.

00:28:45.140 I see it both ways, but I'm mostly in the camp of allowing these people to have some sort of punishment and suffering.

00:28:50.520 And what I think is funny is that they're actually too cowardly to put their name behind the statement at first

00:28:56.380 and they're mad that they got exposed.

00:28:58.420 You have to own your views, okay?

00:29:00.540 You've got to own your views.

00:29:02.020 But, Jack, do you think that it is a step too far?

00:29:04.480 Candace Owens' argument is as follows. 1.00

00:29:07.020 Candace Owens says that young people do stupid stuff. 1.00

00:29:10.060 Thomas Sowell was a Marxist at a young age. 1.00

00:29:12.420 Good thing he wasn't put on a list.

00:29:14.100 Good thing that he wasn't canceled.

00:29:15.580 That instead of trying to cancel these kids, we should try to win them over

00:29:18.040 and that it makes us no better than the left, seething with rage,

00:29:21.500 just trying to get rid of young people that might be making a mistake. 1.00

00:29:24.840 Jack Posobiec, where do you land?

00:29:27.940 Charlie, here's a brief description of my political stance on this.

00:29:34.260 Crush the left. 1.00

00:29:36.120 And I have no further details or policies other than that. 1.00

00:29:39.820 Cancel every single one of these commies scum right now. 1.00

00:29:43.900 Put them on every single list that's out there. 1.00

00:29:46.400 That truck that was driving around with their names,

00:29:49.060 I want to find the guys that were running that truck,

00:29:52.040 and I want trucks all across the entire country with this.

00:29:55.860 I will pay for them to drive around in your neighborhood. 0.62

00:29:59.360 These guys, and then you had the Global Intifada chat,

00:30:02.060 and these people running around with like an SPLC lawyer

00:30:04.240 who's like in the chat under her true name.

00:30:06.500 Do you have any idea what it's,

00:30:08.400 oh, I'm so sorry, people are like, they're crying out there.

00:30:10.940 What if the left starts doing that to us?

00:30:13.820 What if it comes back and starts happening to conservatives?

00:30:17.500 Boo-hoo. 1.00

00:30:18.620 Where have you been for the last year,

00:30:20.780 not even, the last 18 months, the last eight years?

00:30:25.480 We got a guy, I know we're talking about it later,

00:30:27.000 but we got a guy who's actually going to federal prison

00:30:30.920 over posting Hillary Clinton memes,

00:30:34.380 and you guys are worried about putting people on a list?

00:30:38.420 I'm sorry, stop making justifications

00:30:41.920 for people that want to throw us in the gulags.

00:30:45.880 Stand up for yourselves, stand up for our side,

00:30:49.540 and actually fight to win.

00:30:52.780 So I got to, and I want Tyler to be chiming in on this,

00:30:55.420 because Tyler has some fun shared history at Turning Point USA.

00:30:58.420 Communists love lists.

00:30:59.560 They've always loved lists.

00:31:01.060 And when you use a tactic against a communist,

00:31:03.940 they usually don't like that.

00:31:05.140 When you use one of their favorite tactical strategies,

00:31:07.760 one of the Alinsky rules against them, they freak out.

00:31:10.140 So we have the professor watch list,

00:31:11.420 which is nothing more than a exposure journalistic type project, right?

00:31:16.420 They hate our professor watch list.

00:31:18.380 Tyler could tell you all about it.

00:31:19.840 In some ways, I kind of like using their own tactics against them.

00:31:23.060 Tyler, are you pro-blacklisting the Hamas simplified size? 0.57

00:31:26.740 Can we win these young people over at Harvard University?

00:31:29.400 And remember, it's Harvard.

00:31:30.480 That's an important part of the story.

00:31:31.740 This is not just some sort of local rink in a community college.

00:31:34.500 They're hiding behind the brand and the weight and the,

00:31:39.820 what's the word I'm looking for?

00:31:41.720 The prestige of the Harvard Crimson.

00:31:44.240 Tyler, your thoughts.

00:31:46.100 Yeah, I mean, corporate America,

00:31:48.140 and you brought up the professor watch list, right?

00:31:52.240 Corporate America has to live by the same exposure

00:31:56.880 that what the left does to us, right?

00:31:58.360 So people actually don't even participate in that craziest stuff

00:32:04.140 if you look back at recent history.

00:32:06.640 And they're canceling people out of banks.

00:32:08.920 They're preventing people from participating in normal,

00:32:11.860 everyday activities of life.

00:32:13.720 And this is happening from corporate America.

00:32:16.260 The corporatists are doing this, right?

00:32:17.700 The individuals who are running some of the largest organizations

00:32:21.200 that are privately held are doing this to average citizens

00:32:24.480 with no repercussions.

00:32:25.700 I don't see any reason at all why we shouldn't be guilt tripping

00:32:29.940 those same people into preventing,

00:32:33.320 into not hiring people who are sympathizing

00:32:37.220 or aiding and abetting terrorists.

00:32:41.000 It is absolutely insane.

00:32:42.660 That's just free speech.

00:32:44.040 That's just talking about the things that people are doing in America

00:32:48.480 that shouldn't be okay.

00:32:50.660 And the fact that they're willing to take bank accounts away

00:32:54.060 from kids who are conservative

00:32:57.080 and people who are participating with conservative politics

00:32:59.460 who are relatively doing very little

00:33:01.780 or doing nothing harmful at all

00:33:03.500 other than participating in the process,

00:33:05.220 but people who are actually aiding terrorists

00:33:08.680 and supporting terrorism

00:33:09.920 and supporting the mutilation of human beings 0.99

00:33:13.840 and laughing about it,

00:33:15.740 yeah, they should be exposed

00:33:16.940 and we shouldn't give them a seat at the table.

00:33:18.700 And so that's, again, that's not me.

00:33:22.140 I'm not the person giving that person a job,

00:33:24.120 but I think it's fair to have that information public.

00:33:27.460 And that's free speech.

00:33:29.080 You know, that's actually,

00:33:30.640 I actually have a little bit of a different take

00:33:32.020 than you, Charlie, on it,

00:33:33.680 is I actually don't think that that's list material at all.

00:33:36.720 I think that's beyond that.

00:33:37.520 I think that's just open, free speech,

00:33:39.020 which is just truth.

00:33:39.880 And I think that that's actually the greatest combatant

00:33:44.280 to the way that the Alinskyites do business,

00:33:46.720 which is they'll stick a short list of all of us

00:33:50.960 that are on this podcast right now onto a list

00:33:53.700 and try to exclude us from participating

00:33:56.100 in everyday life in America

00:33:57.540 because they disagree with us.

00:33:59.560 But the only thing that's the Achilles heel to that

00:34:03.020 is the truth,

00:34:03.700 which is continuing to talk about

00:34:07.600 and perpetuate what's really going on

00:34:10.000 so then people can actually make up their own minds

00:34:12.440 and realize that, you know,

00:34:13.780 where we are is actually right in kind of

00:34:15.800 the middle of society and the heart of society.

00:34:18.360 And that's what they hate.

00:34:19.680 They hate that.

00:34:22.140 Blake.

00:34:23.160 So something that stands out to the dynamic here

00:34:26.680 is one thing the left takes advantage of

00:34:29.660 is they take the fact that people in the past

00:34:33.060 have been canceled or fired

00:34:35.100 or taken out for conservative or right-wing views

00:34:38.020 and this feeds itself.

00:34:39.860 They say, you know,

00:34:40.780 you associated with this person who was so bad,

00:34:43.120 he got fired for his views.

00:34:44.800 And, you know,

00:34:45.420 what was the justification for firing that guy?

00:34:47.240 He associated with someone who was canceled,

00:34:49.240 fired, suppressed for his views.

00:34:50.880 And what's the best argument they have

00:34:52.540 for why they're the mainstream,

00:34:54.140 everything they do is acceptable?

00:34:55.360 Because these consequences never happen to them.

00:34:57.420 They're just a mainstream person.

00:34:58.860 No one they know has gotten fired

00:35:00.640 for this sort of thing.

00:35:01.520 And I actually am relatively speaking

00:35:05.220 a free speech absolutist.

00:35:06.660 I think opinions for the most part are harmless things

00:35:08.860 and people should be allowed to have them.

00:35:10.580 But we increasingly don't live in a society

00:35:13.100 that operates on that principle.

00:35:14.640 And I think you're unlikely to get into that situation

00:35:17.480 until there's a sense of equal stakes

00:35:19.500 for all parties involved.

00:35:21.100 That everyone has a sense of fear.

00:35:23.640 You know, wait a minute,

00:35:24.560 we're going to just vaporize everyone 0.71

00:35:26.040 if we keep this up.

00:35:27.720 And right now we don't have that.

00:35:29.180 And I think the biggest thing

00:35:31.160 that we want to get out of this

00:35:32.340 is right now people are being fired for saying,

00:35:35.460 you know, all they did is sign a list

00:35:36.800 saying that they're okay with Hamas 0.74

00:35:38.180 decapitating babies in Israel.

00:35:40.240 But, you know, we actually have had rhetoric

00:35:42.860 like this all the time.

00:35:44.760 We found there was one of the people

00:35:47.260 who's actually gotten upset.

00:35:48.260 He's like, oh, I've seen all these liberals

00:35:49.820 and they don't, they're defending Hamas.

00:35:51.820 And this guy in 2014 had a tweet

00:35:55.000 that it was something along the lines of like,

00:35:57.080 I wish we could play pinata 0.99

00:35:58.340 with like white guys who hang themselves. 0.99

00:36:01.680 And the left has had rhetoric like this 0.97

00:36:04.100 about just white people, about conservatives,

00:36:06.680 about whatever group they've decided

00:36:08.600 they dislike for years.

00:36:10.060 And that's all been okay.

00:36:11.560 It finally with Israel did go too far. 0.98

00:36:13.380 But we have to point out,

00:36:14.480 this is not a new frontier in the left's rhetoric.

00:36:17.320 It's just that they've finally upset

00:36:20.380 the right people in their own coalition

00:36:21.920 to make them bug out.

00:36:23.560 But I think we need to take advantage of this

00:36:25.000 and point out the left are really 0.95

00:36:26.640 a very deranged and violent bunch. 0.81

00:36:29.080 And, you know, if they start losing jobs over it,

00:36:32.020 that might be a step towards us

00:36:33.080 having an actual free speech society

00:36:34.900 rather than one where the people

00:36:36.560 who support decapitating children 0.87

00:36:38.340 are somehow our chief censors.

00:36:40.320 Well, and this brings up the...

00:36:41.800 So, Tyler, go ahead.

00:36:43.220 I was just going to say,

00:36:43.960 this brings up, again,

00:36:45.040 with the corporates' viewpoint of BLM,

00:36:48.580 and we haven't talked about this enough,

00:36:50.060 I don't think,

00:36:50.600 is just the pendulum hasn't truly swung

00:36:52.860 all the way back

00:36:53.820 from the damage that they did

00:36:55.540 by funding in such a heavy way

00:36:59.460 the Black Lives Matter activists

00:37:02.300 who burned down cities

00:37:03.280 and now are like the greatest Hamas supporters

00:37:06.980 in quote-unquote normal American society,

00:37:10.940 which they introduce these people to.

00:37:12.880 Sorry, I just wanted to throw that in there too.

00:37:15.040 Wait, wait, wait.

00:37:15.800 Do we have...

00:37:16.240 Yeah, so let's...

00:37:17.380 Jack, go ahead.

00:37:18.380 Jack's going to say something.

00:37:18.900 I was going to say, do...

00:37:19.640 I was just going to ask,

00:37:20.800 do we have that clip of the Hamas leader?

00:37:24.080 I know it's from a couple years ago

00:37:25.140 talking about George Floyd.

00:37:28.740 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:37:29.560 Yeah, we could dig that up.

00:37:30.580 We have that in the cut sheet.

00:37:31.580 So, but I want to expand on this a little bit more.

00:37:33.900 So, one of the parts of this story

00:37:35.500 that I've been most interested in

00:37:36.920 is Jewish donors getting aggressive.

00:37:41.000 That's really at the base of this, right?

00:37:42.300 This would not be a story

00:37:43.440 if it was not for Bill Ackman.

00:37:45.680 Huntsman is not Jewish.

00:37:46.740 He's LDS, right?

00:37:48.180 Ken Griffin...

00:37:49.000 Yes.

00:37:49.960 John Huntsman left the LDS church.

00:37:52.620 But he's still Mormon. 0.92

00:37:54.560 No?

00:37:55.220 He's culturally Mormon.

00:37:56.100 He's culturally Mormon, at least.

00:37:58.440 Really?

00:37:59.020 I had no idea.

00:38:00.420 Sorry, Abby.

00:38:01.400 That's a thought.

00:38:03.140 Yeah, great.

00:38:04.160 But there's these other donors, too.

00:38:07.200 Mark Rowan from University of Pennsylvania

00:38:08.940 is another one who piled out a bunch of money.

00:38:11.060 This is promising.

00:38:12.680 It shouldn't have to take this.

00:38:14.280 I mean, I do get why this is.

00:38:15.940 I mean, obviously, if you're a Jewish donor,

00:38:16.960 this matters a lot.

00:38:18.060 But here's a thought crime, Blake.

00:38:20.180 When will white Anglo-Saxon Protestant donors

00:38:23.240 pull their money for all the anti-white hatred

00:38:25.240 that has been spewed on campus? 0.93

00:38:26.720 I get the Jewish thing.

00:38:27.640 This, for them, is their Rubicon.

00:38:29.600 And it should be. 0.97

00:38:30.360 This is the biggest massacre of Jews, 0.96

00:38:32.140 says the Holocaust.

00:38:33.140 No Jew in their right mind 1.00

00:38:34.240 should fund a university campus.

00:38:36.580 But shouldn't other groups

00:38:37.660 start divesting their funds?

00:38:38.980 For sure, for sure.

00:38:39.740 And I hear this a lot.

00:38:40.920 It shouldn't have taken this, and I agree.

00:38:42.840 But rather than, you know,

00:38:43.660 we should never have bad blood

00:38:45.260 that it took people.

00:38:46.880 It's like the biblical parable.

00:38:48.220 The man who comes in at 3 p.m.

00:38:49.600 gets the same wages

00:38:50.540 as the man who was there at dawn.

00:38:53.140 As long as they realize

00:38:54.540 the left has gone insane,

00:38:55.700 we should be grateful that they realized it,

00:38:57.460 even if it took them too long.

00:38:58.400 Now, as for, you know,

00:39:00.400 normal WASP-y donors, 0.64

00:39:02.020 I think there's a fatal flaw here,

00:39:03.400 which is if they didn't donate

00:39:05.560 to their school,

00:39:07.060 the football team might not win

00:39:08.900 as many games.

00:39:09.960 And they would feel sad on Saturday.

00:39:11.840 We don't attack college football around.

00:39:13.360 I'm not attacking college football.

00:39:14.880 I'm only attacking the obsession

00:39:16.580 with college football.

00:39:17.860 And, you know,

00:39:18.800 I think we would have a better country

00:39:20.400 if they were willing to take that leap

00:39:22.360 and say,

00:39:23.000 I'm not going to donate

00:39:24.080 to the football team

00:39:25.080 if you keep having genocidal 0.99

00:39:27.000 anti-white hatred at my school. 0.99

00:39:28.800 And I know that's tough.

00:39:29.880 I know that's a huge burden.

00:39:31.260 I know it might be

00:39:31.880 the most painful thing

00:39:32.900 the typical, you know,

00:39:34.400 wealthy white male Republican

00:39:35.600 has ever done.

00:39:36.960 But he might have to say,

00:39:38.360 not having my race get genocided

00:39:40.800 off the face of the planet

00:39:41.840 is more important

00:39:42.820 than making sure

00:39:44.080 that we beat Ohio State.

00:39:45.640 I think there's, I mean...

00:39:48.080 Jack or Tyler.

00:39:48.920 Yeah, I think there's something

00:39:50.140 I would just add to it.

00:39:52.440 I mean, I don't think Blake's wrong

00:39:53.640 in any sense

00:39:54.720 other than, like, you know,

00:39:56.480 whatever, obviously,

00:39:57.620 amount of times

00:39:58.540 he was dropped as a child.

00:40:00.580 But more in the sense of

00:40:03.680 I think there's something else

00:40:04.800 that's going on

00:40:05.680 where, you know,

00:40:07.480 a lot of wasps just believe...

00:40:09.440 And I say this as someone

00:40:10.220 who's not a wasp.

00:40:11.240 But I think they actually

00:40:13.740 kind of believe in wokeness

00:40:15.860 to a large extent.

00:40:17.320 Like, they actually...

00:40:18.180 It's not something where they...

00:40:20.140 Where they view themselves

00:40:21.360 as a group that is actually

00:40:23.100 experiencing oppression

00:40:24.760 in the same way.

00:40:26.180 It's that they look at it as,

00:40:27.980 oh, we deserve this.

00:40:29.560 We should have to go through this.

00:40:32.880 They have this white guilt.

00:40:34.620 They have this, you know, 0.93

00:40:36.320 it's white man's burden,

00:40:37.760 as they used to say in the past.

00:40:39.120 This idea that, oh, we have to help

00:40:40.960 and this is the most tolerant way

00:40:42.420 we can be.

00:40:43.360 So I just don't think

00:40:45.400 they view themselves

00:40:46.540 in the same type of a group

00:40:49.740 of ethnicity

00:40:50.420 that you see from other groups.

00:40:51.900 I just don't see it.

00:40:55.320 Yeah, so, I mean,

00:40:56.380 the defection of, you know,

00:40:59.100 these donors is exciting.

00:41:02.580 Blake, can you go through

00:41:03.120 some of the numbers here

00:41:03.940 and just some of the details?

00:41:05.380 Pull that up.

00:41:06.440 It's exciting because finally

00:41:07.740 we're starting to see

00:41:08.260 these major institutions.

00:41:09.360 But what's been unbelievable, Blake,

00:41:10.780 is that these institutions

00:41:12.020 are losing billions of dollars

00:41:14.220 and they're actually still

00:41:15.800 more afraid of their administration

00:41:16.980 and their students.

00:41:17.840 You would think that they would

00:41:18.600 come out and be like,

00:41:19.220 I'm so sorry.

00:41:20.500 It actually goes to show

00:41:21.460 that money and donations

00:41:22.720 are not the most important thing

00:41:24.320 for these colleges.

00:41:25.420 It's definitely not.

00:41:26.400 Now, there is good stuff.

00:41:27.760 The Wexner Foundation,

00:41:29.020 which I believe in the past

00:41:30.140 has been linked to a certain

00:41:31.500 infamous alleged human trafficker,

00:41:34.860 but they're very angry

00:41:35.700 at Harvard over this.

00:41:37.580 There was a donor

00:41:38.620 to Harvard's Kennedy School.

00:41:42.900 Someone get the name for me

00:41:43.960 because I can't easily search

00:41:45.240 and talk at the same time.

00:41:47.040 But I know that he donated

00:41:48.500 about $20 million.

00:41:50.080 There was someone with

00:41:50.720 $200 million in lifetime donations,

00:41:52.880 I believe, to UPenn.

00:41:54.920 They've pulled out.

00:41:55.900 So we have some big,

00:41:57.120 big names that are dropping off.

00:42:00.140 And Idaan and Bhatia Ofer

00:42:02.000 had donated $20 million

00:42:03.640 to the last capital campaign

00:42:05.180 of Harvard Kennedy School.

00:42:06.800 And they quit.

00:42:07.540 They gave enough money

00:42:08.920 to get on the board of Harvard.

00:42:11.000 And they have announced

00:42:12.520 they're not going to give anything more

00:42:13.720 for the time being

00:42:14.380 because of their shocking response,

00:42:16.440 as they called it.

00:42:17.860 Mark Rowan, of course,

00:42:19.180 announced he's not donating,

00:42:20.440 but he did more than that.

00:42:21.360 He wrote an article

00:42:22.280 for Barry Weiss's publication

00:42:24.800 saying all you other rich people

00:42:27.080 should also quit donating.

00:42:28.400 So he's being very public with that.

00:42:31.380 And yet you're still right

00:42:34.120 at the same time.

00:42:34.720 They're very terrified

00:42:35.780 of their student base.

00:42:38.320 Those are the people

00:42:39.080 who are there right now.

00:42:41.420 But the activist base

00:42:42.620 of the administration

00:42:43.380 and the professors,

00:42:45.340 they're terrified of them.

00:42:46.560 I think this is a thing

00:42:47.680 on the right.

00:42:48.340 Often we do want to believe

00:42:50.200 everyone's paid for

00:42:51.720 by George Soros or something.

00:42:53.020 They're held hostage by ideologues.

00:42:54.100 Yeah, they're held hostage

00:42:55.800 by ideologues.

00:42:56.520 But what we do underestimate

00:42:57.480 is the sheer number of people

00:42:59.140 who just,

00:43:00.260 they're true believers in this.

00:43:01.360 Well, that's what I'm saying

00:43:01.980 is that ideology actually

00:43:03.260 triumphs getting paid.

00:43:05.760 Definitely, definitely.

00:43:06.820 And honestly,

00:43:07.700 I think this is something

00:43:08.840 where the left often

00:43:09.660 has an advantage over us.

00:43:11.360 There's an awful lot

00:43:13.340 of liberals who are willing 0.98

00:43:15.020 to commit crimes

00:43:15.880 and go to prison

00:43:16.740 for what they believe in.

00:43:18.660 And you think of all those people

00:43:20.140 who would lay in front

00:43:21.640 of vehicles

00:43:22.160 or get arrested

00:43:22.860 to try to stop

00:43:23.580 like a pipeline

00:43:24.580 from going up.

00:43:25.400 And as strong

00:43:27.480 as we feel about things,

00:43:28.640 like how many conservatives

00:43:29.740 on any issue

00:43:30.500 are willing to

00:43:31.280 actually go to prison

00:43:32.580 or even get like

00:43:33.700 hit by a car

00:43:34.520 just for the sake

00:43:36.040 of what they believe in?

00:43:37.760 And that level of intensity

00:43:39.540 is the reason

00:43:41.720 they win a lot of things.

00:43:42.960 Well, if you want,

00:43:43.640 if you want a thought crime though,

00:43:44.860 you ready for a thought crime?

00:43:45.980 Blake or Jack,

00:43:47.060 some people thought

00:43:48.120 they were willing

00:43:48.700 to sacrifice a lot

00:43:49.940 on January 6th.

00:43:52.360 They thought that, right?

00:43:53.840 And many of them

00:43:55.380 did nothing wrong

00:43:56.400 and they get thrown

00:43:57.360 into prison forever.

00:43:58.720 Is part of the reason

00:43:59.580 why people are afraid

00:44:00.600 is because you get

00:44:01.700 that chilled

00:44:02.460 and you get thrown

00:44:03.980 into prison?

00:44:05.260 There's a bit of that,

00:44:06.320 but a good comparison

00:44:07.480 might be,

00:44:09.140 it feels incredibly extreme

00:44:10.520 to make this comparison,

00:44:11.660 but the Northern Irish rebels

00:44:13.380 who fought against the UK,

00:44:16.260 they would,

00:44:17.100 they did hunger strikes

00:44:18.540 in prison

00:44:19.020 and they cared enough

00:44:19.960 that they literally,

00:44:21.320 several of them

00:44:21.780 starved to death.

00:44:22.520 Bobby Sands is,

00:44:23.200 Bobby Sands is a famous one.

00:44:24.420 He literally starved

00:44:25.260 himself to death

00:44:25.820 and I believe

00:44:26.200 a few others died as well.

00:44:28.460 That takes an enormous

00:44:29.580 amount of discipline

00:44:30.320 and an enormous amount

00:44:31.080 of intensity

00:44:31.520 and I'm not even weighing in

00:44:32.600 on who's correct

00:44:33.280 in that conflict,

00:44:34.580 but I do think

00:44:36.080 the right certainly

00:44:37.500 doesn't have a lot

00:44:39.040 of people

00:44:39.320 who have that level

00:44:40.280 of intensity,

00:44:41.660 right or wrong,

00:44:42.960 and the left

00:44:44.060 does have a lot of people.

00:44:45.500 It's sort of a mindset.

00:44:46.540 They just,

00:44:46.840 they get that self-culture

00:44:48.240 of people who are willing

00:44:49.240 to give,

00:44:50.640 they give everything

00:44:51.740 for the cause

00:44:52.420 no matter how insane

00:44:53.380 it is.

00:44:56.740 Because it's insane.

00:44:58.020 Jack,

00:44:59.200 your experience,

00:45:00.700 ideology

00:45:01.140 or money,

00:45:02.400 which is a big,

00:45:03.280 a bigger driver

00:45:05.380 of the left's energy?

00:45:09.460 Oh,

00:45:09.960 well,

00:45:10.300 you know,

00:45:11.000 it's,

00:45:11.520 it's interesting way

00:45:12.440 to,

00:45:13.020 to look at it.

00:45:13.740 So,

00:45:14.240 I guess I would say

00:45:16.000 the,

00:45:16.700 the energy

00:45:17.580 is created

00:45:19.020 by the ideology.

00:45:20.800 The money

00:45:21.540 directs

00:45:22.900 the ideology,

00:45:23.860 but you can throw

00:45:25.200 as much money

00:45:25.980 as you want

00:45:26.540 at something

00:45:27.020 that has no

00:45:28.480 true belief

00:45:29.860 or true

00:45:30.660 ideological

00:45:31.320 critical mass

00:45:32.340 of people

00:45:33.160 like,

00:45:33.800 for example,

00:45:34.520 the,

00:45:35.380 the DeSantinistas

00:45:36.440 and,

00:45:37.520 and their frailed

00:45:38.240 presidential campaign,

00:45:39.500 which,

00:45:39.740 you know,

00:45:40.160 show me what money

00:45:40.920 they didn't have

00:45:41.960 because they were just

00:45:43.420 obviously trying to,

00:45:45.340 you know,

00:45:45.600 run right off a cliff

00:45:46.620 and tell people

00:45:47.100 to come with them.

00:45:49.300 So just because

00:45:50.140 you have money,

00:45:50.920 but without a,

00:45:51.940 a,

00:45:52.280 an ideology

00:45:52.920 that at least

00:45:53.480 fits with people,

00:45:54.280 you're not going

00:45:55.360 to be able

00:45:55.820 to be successful

00:45:56.660 or at least

00:45:57.140 get to a critical mass.

00:45:58.560 But with the left,

00:45:59.740 no,

00:45:59.860 it starts ideologically

00:46:01.340 and this is something

00:46:02.240 that the left does

00:46:03.140 that,

00:46:03.900 you know,

00:46:04.140 I'm going to get

00:46:04.720 into like Trump

00:46:05.400 territory here

00:46:06.080 because there's

00:46:07.540 something very smart

00:46:08.660 that George Soros does.

00:46:10.700 There's something

00:46:11.300 very clever,

00:46:12.160 very cunning,

00:46:12.800 very treacherous

00:46:13.860 that he does

00:46:14.800 and it's simply this.

00:46:16.600 He and the other

00:46:17.980 left-wing billionaires,

00:46:19.420 whether it be

00:46:19.820 Eric Hoffman,

00:46:20.940 whether it be

00:46:21.280 Arabella Investors,

00:46:22.560 whether it be

00:46:22.900 all these dark money groups,

00:46:24.100 we know all the names,

00:46:25.300 David Brock

00:46:25.840 and his,

00:46:26.260 his gang,

00:46:27.100 they run around

00:46:28.520 and create,

00:46:29.480 make work jobs

00:46:30.580 for people

00:46:31.400 that already believe

00:46:32.520 leftist ideology

00:46:33.520 and the leftist ideology

00:46:34.560 comes from universities,

00:46:36.500 it comes from TV shows,

00:46:37.640 it comes from movies,

00:46:38.520 there's so many

00:46:38.960 different sources of it,

00:46:39.920 it's all around us,

00:46:40.860 it permeates us,

00:46:42.100 it surrounds us,

00:46:43.100 it penetrates us,

00:46:43.880 it binds the galaxy together

00:46:45.180 and so when the left-wing money

00:46:49.780 comes in,

00:46:50.900 they create these organizations

00:46:52.320 to make people be able

00:46:53.920 to be professional

00:46:55.200 left-wing activists.

00:46:57.080 This doesn't exist

00:46:57.980 on the right.

00:46:58.600 We believe in the private sector,

00:47:00.100 we believe in the right,

00:47:01.600 we believe in people making money,

00:47:03.460 capitalism,

00:47:04.220 innovation,

00:47:04.840 all of these wonderful things

00:47:05.980 but this is why

00:47:06.900 when you see activists

00:47:07.980 on the right

00:47:08.560 or like Charlie,

00:47:09.240 you get,

00:47:09.500 you know,

00:47:09.640 people will attack you

00:47:10.560 for this all the time

00:47:11.240 where you're saying,

00:47:11.960 hey,

00:47:12.060 we need to build something

00:47:12.980 to fight back

00:47:13.660 and they'll say,

00:47:14.300 oh,

00:47:14.520 you're just trying to raise money

00:47:16.260 and try to get rich

00:47:17.440 off of politics or something

00:47:18.660 and it's like,

00:47:19.220 no,

00:47:19.400 I'm actually trying to build

00:47:20.540 an organization

00:47:21.180 to fight back

00:47:21.920 against what they have

00:47:22.960 because if we don't organize,

00:47:24.680 then even though we have

00:47:25.580 the best ideology in the world,

00:47:27.240 it's just entertainment

00:47:28.300 and there's other,

00:47:30.500 okay,

00:47:30.700 I'm not going to go there

00:47:31.460 but there are people

00:47:32.860 in the conservative media space

00:47:36.060 that do not do any organizing,

00:47:38.420 that don't get involved

00:47:39.380 in campaigns,

00:47:40.260 that won't stand up,

00:47:41.440 that won't raise their hand

00:47:42.460 even though when there's

00:47:43.400 a contested election going on

00:47:45.740 in the place where they live,

00:47:47.780 they won't do anything

00:47:48.780 but they're more than happy

00:47:49.940 to sit and do their podcasts

00:47:51.620 and do their shows

00:47:52.760 and be whitelisted on YouTube

00:47:54.100 and run around and make money

00:47:56.120 because that's all

00:47:56.720 this is about for them.

00:47:57.680 It's not about moving the needle,

00:47:59.300 it's not,

00:47:59.800 and the way to move the needle

00:48:01.080 is through organization,

00:48:02.440 period.

00:48:03.060 That's where the money comes in.

00:48:06.860 Let's play cut 125.

00:48:08.360 This is another one

00:48:10.860 and there's just two things

00:48:11.560 that I've just broken here.

00:48:12.460 This 125,

00:48:13.220 this is at an elementary school,

00:48:14.500 I think,

00:48:14.800 or a middle school,

00:48:15.500 maybe a high school

00:48:16.020 in San Francisco

00:48:17.060 of young kids screaming

00:48:18.960 like maniacs 0.99

00:48:20.520 of Jew hatred. 0.99

00:48:21.980 Play cut 125.

00:48:23.540 From the river to the sea,

00:48:26.180 Palestine will be free.

00:48:28.280 From the river to the sea,

00:48:30.480 Palestine will be free.

00:48:31.080 Palestine will be free.

00:48:32.620 From the river to the sea,

00:48:34.860 Palestine will be free.

00:48:38.360 All right,

00:48:38.820 geography lesson time.

00:48:40.360 This is a,

00:48:41.420 is it a dog whistle?

00:48:42.340 I don't want to call it dog whistle.

00:48:43.360 It is a statement.

00:48:44.440 It's a geography statement

00:48:45.540 that is calling

00:48:46.700 for the abolition

00:48:48.400 of the state of Israel 1.00

00:48:50.500 and killing Jews. 1.00

00:48:52.420 That means from the river, 1.00

00:48:54.680 the Jordan River

00:48:55.640 to the sea.

00:48:57.100 Jordan River

00:48:57.540 where our Lord and Savior

00:48:58.380 was baptized by John the Baptist,

00:49:00.700 goes up to Lake Tapernaum

00:49:01.860 where Jesus walked on water,

00:49:03.060 all the way

00:49:03.880 to the Mediterranean Sea

00:49:04.820 to be free.

00:49:05.880 They want the abolition

00:49:06.880 of the state of Israel.

00:49:08.120 So anyone listening right now,

00:49:09.300 when you hear

00:49:09.960 from the river to the sea,

00:49:11.160 that's what it means. 0.78

00:49:11.940 It means get rid of Israel. 1.00

00:49:13.480 It's code for kill Jews. 1.00

00:49:15.200 That's what it is. 1.00

00:49:15.800 It's in contrast

00:49:16.860 to something like

00:49:17.720 the two-state solution,

00:49:19.060 which you'll hear

00:49:19.720 people tout it,

00:49:20.460 which is there'll be

00:49:21.380 a Judean Samaria

00:49:22.320 becomes some Palestinian state.

00:49:24.040 Yeah, well, yeah, exactly.

00:49:25.180 So, well,

00:49:25.740 the two-state solution

00:49:26.600 would be, yeah,

00:49:27.160 it would be that

00:49:27.700 there's like the West Bank

00:49:28.800 and the Gaza Strip

00:49:29.940 would be a state

00:49:31.000 for the Palestinians,

00:49:32.680 the Muslims in the area,

00:49:35.180 and then you have Israel 0.74

00:49:36.640 for the Jewish people

00:49:38.020 and anyone else, I guess,

00:49:39.040 who wants to remain

00:49:39.960 a citizen of Israel.

00:49:41.060 And then, yeah,

00:49:42.480 from the river to the sea

00:49:43.220 is all of this,

00:49:44.380 wipe the slate clean,

00:49:45.200 one state,

00:49:46.700 a Palestinian state.

00:49:49.040 I want to add on to this

00:49:50.540 and then we'll get

00:49:51.140 to the next topic here.

00:49:52.580 I want to get to Douglas Mackey.

00:49:53.760 This is a professor

00:49:54.740 at University of California, Davis.

00:49:57.300 Boy, every day

00:49:58.120 that college scam book

00:49:59.600 ages like a fine wine, man.

00:50:01.380 I got to be honest.

00:50:03.200 It was, I got a lot.

00:50:04.960 It's funny,

00:50:05.440 there were donors

00:50:06.780 to a turning point USA

00:50:08.520 that are Jewish

00:50:09.960 that didn't like the book.

00:50:11.380 They said it was too extreme

00:50:12.300 and now they think

00:50:13.240 that I'm totally right.

00:50:14.140 So I feel,

00:50:14.440 this is a professor,

00:50:16.100 Gemma De Cristo.

00:50:17.180 I'm going to read her tweet.

00:50:18.180 You ready?

00:50:18.820 Put it up on screen.

00:50:20.080 Gemma De Cristo,

00:50:21.160 quote,

00:50:22.040 one of the group of people

00:50:23.940 we have easy access to

00:50:26.200 in the United States

00:50:27.200 is all these

00:50:28.940 Zionist journalists 0.98

00:50:30.600 who spread propaganda

00:50:32.540 and misinformation.

00:50:34.380 They have houses

00:50:35.640 with addresses,

00:50:37.460 kids in school.

00:50:39.000 They can fear their bosses,

00:50:40.700 but they should fear us more.

00:50:43.660 Knife, axe, 0.55

00:50:44.860 blood, blood, blood emoji.

00:50:47.540 That is a University

00:50:48.760 of California, Davis

00:50:50.480 professor.

00:50:52.480 It's more readable

00:50:53.280 than the usual

00:50:53.960 like university paper

00:50:55.140 they churn out.

00:50:55.960 It is.

00:50:56.800 And honestly,

00:50:57.780 she should be arrested 0.96

00:50:58.580 for that.

00:50:59.220 I mean, that,

00:50:59.940 that's,

00:51:00.980 I mean, Blake,

00:51:01.600 you know the law

00:51:02.000 better than I do,

00:51:02.540 but conservatives

00:51:03.400 have been arrested

00:51:04.160 for less.

00:51:04.980 Proof here.

00:51:07.060 Who is going,

00:51:08.620 what is a worse

00:51:09.480 social media post?

00:51:10.920 What Gemma De Cristo

00:51:11.880 just put up there

00:51:12.700 or Douglas Mackey

00:51:13.980 making a meme

00:51:14.700 in the 2016 election?

00:51:16.260 Perfect segue,

00:51:17.240 right, Blake?

00:51:17.640 Exactly, exactly.

00:51:18.700 So, Douglas Mackey,

00:51:20.040 we've talked about him

00:51:20.860 a lot on,

00:51:21.900 on your show.

00:51:23.300 I think we've talked

00:51:23.900 about him on

00:51:24.280 Thought Crime before,

00:51:25.260 but he is the meme maker

00:51:27.880 during the 2016 election.

00:51:29.420 He was a big supporter

00:51:30.020 of Donald Trump

00:51:30.720 and he made a meme

00:51:31.860 that this is a joke

00:51:32.740 that goes back decades.

00:51:33.800 I remember this joke

00:51:34.620 being told

00:51:35.180 during the 2000 election

00:51:36.520 when I was 10.

00:51:38.080 The joke goes essentially,

00:51:40.280 hey,

00:51:40.720 hey,

00:51:41.300 Democrats,

00:51:41.880 be sure to vote

00:51:42.540 on next Wednesday.

00:51:44.200 You know,

00:51:44.420 the Republican elections

00:51:45.340 on Tuesday,

00:51:46.080 the Democrat elections

00:51:47.000 on Wednesday.

00:51:48.200 It was a variant of that 0.94

00:51:49.300 and it was a dumb meme 0.98

00:51:50.280 that says, 0.97

00:51:51.120 Hillary supporters,

00:51:52.320 you can now vote

00:51:53.040 by text message.

00:51:54.080 Just send your text message

00:51:55.080 to this number

00:51:55.660 and you can vote.

00:51:56.760 There is no evidence

00:51:57.860 anyone actually

00:51:58.660 attempted to vote

00:51:59.760 this way

00:52:00.400 versus any other way.

00:52:01.480 There is no evidence

00:52:02.160 anyone was disenfranchised

00:52:03.360 by this

00:52:03.840 and there's no evidence

00:52:04.880 it did anything

00:52:05.380 to swing the 2016 election

00:52:06.840 in the slightest

00:52:08.140 and it was,

00:52:09.760 as far as we can tell,

00:52:10.440 essentially only seen

00:52:11.340 by Trump supporters

00:52:12.220 because that's who

00:52:12.760 followed this guy's

00:52:13.440 Twitter account.

00:52:14.980 Four years

00:52:16.000 after the 2016 election,

00:52:17.840 the Joe Biden government,

00:52:19.740 the Joe Biden DOJ

00:52:21.740 hauls this guy in,

00:52:22.780 prosecutes him,

00:52:24.860 convicts him

00:52:25.460 in New York,

00:52:26.300 in New York City,

00:52:27.020 so not the most

00:52:27.820 unbiased jury,

00:52:29.400 convicts him

00:52:29.860 and now he's been

00:52:30.480 sentenced to

00:52:31.360 seven months

00:52:32.340 in jail,

00:52:33.360 jail,

00:52:34.000 prison,

00:52:34.380 I'm not sure

00:52:34.680 which one it is,

00:52:35.380 seven months

00:52:36.000 and he doesn't even

00:52:37.060 get a stay for appeal.

00:52:38.180 He has to serve it

00:52:38.840 right away.

00:52:41.140 I know some people

00:52:42.500 who are on his team,

00:52:43.620 they're completely

00:52:44.520 blindsided by that.

00:52:46.040 They say that's

00:52:46.480 incredibly rare to do

00:52:47.760 but that really gets

00:52:48.700 at what's the heart

00:52:49.320 of this which is

00:52:50.080 just like so many

00:52:51.020 of the January 6th cases,

00:52:52.440 just recently

00:52:53.040 the Biden administration

00:52:54.340 appealed

00:52:55.040 to get tougher sentences

00:52:56.620 on several men

00:52:58.180 who've already been given

00:52:59.060 15 year sentences

00:53:00.560 over January 6th.

00:53:01.960 They say it needs

00:53:02.420 to be tougher.

00:53:03.540 Same here.

00:53:04.060 This is all

00:53:04.820 very vengeance motivated.

00:53:06.760 They very much want

00:53:07.380 to maximize

00:53:08.140 the pain here.

00:53:10.060 It is,

00:53:10.580 rather than

00:53:11.660 a justice system,

00:53:13.300 it's a vengeance system

00:53:14.880 in the most

00:53:15.400 sort of

00:53:16.360 much like a tribal society

00:53:18.320 that they apparently

00:53:19.080 want to turn America into. 0.84

00:53:21.440 Yeah, so let's,

00:53:23.080 Jack, you've really been

00:53:23.760 following the Douglas Mackey thing.

00:53:25.240 What do you think

00:53:25.740 is the big takeaway

00:53:26.560 that people have been missing?

00:53:28.820 Yeah, I would throw out though

00:53:30.320 that I have heard

00:53:32.700 that Doug's report date

00:53:36.720 will be 18 January.

00:53:39.240 That, of course,

00:53:39.820 is also up for appeal.

00:53:41.480 So they are going to try

00:53:42.160 to fight that stay,

00:53:44.100 try to overturn

00:53:44.880 that decision.

00:53:45.960 So people have heard

00:53:48.000 that they just had

00:53:48.800 their first baby,

00:53:49.760 Doug and his wife.

00:53:51.460 And so it looks like

00:53:53.720 they'll be able

00:53:54.080 to have the holidays.

00:53:55.540 And then he's supposed

00:53:56.500 to report on 18 January.

00:53:58.040 And again, remember,

00:53:59.580 this is over posting

00:54:01.420 a meme,

00:54:03.300 posting, you know,

00:54:04.500 a series of memes.

00:54:05.320 By the way,

00:54:05.600 there's another series

00:54:06.280 of memes

00:54:06.700 that Doug posted

00:54:07.860 called

00:54:08.440 Hashtag Draft Our Daughters

00:54:10.040 and basically warned us

00:54:12.160 that if the Democrats

00:54:13.060 got back in office,

00:54:14.380 they would lead us

00:54:15.320 all to war.

00:54:16.640 Of course,

00:54:17.240 Hashtag Draft Our Daughters

00:54:18.300 was satire based

00:54:19.440 around Hillary's embrace

00:54:20.660 of and really ride

00:54:22.520 of the feminism wave

00:54:24.340 of the 90s,

00:54:26.020 of course into the 2000s

00:54:27.780 and then hoped to ride

00:54:29.060 it all the way

00:54:29.600 into the presidency

00:54:30.380 with her infamous slogan 1.00

00:54:32.040 Hashtag I'm With Her.

00:54:33.880 Probably one of the

00:54:34.680 most narcissistic slogans

00:54:35.920 that we've ever seen

00:54:37.260 grace the face

00:54:38.660 of the American

00:54:39.320 presidential field.

00:54:41.000 But the website

00:54:42.700 is memedefensefund.com,

00:54:45.360 memedefensefund.com.

00:54:47.420 I've donated.

00:54:48.660 I encourage everyone

00:54:49.660 to donate because

00:54:50.720 whether or not

00:54:51.680 you agree with everything

00:54:52.900 that Doug has ever

00:54:54.100 said or done,

00:54:55.280 his meme account,

00:54:56.820 of course,

00:54:57.120 was known as Ricky Vaughn.

00:54:58.600 It was an anonymous account.

00:55:00.540 A lot of trolley stuff

00:55:01.820 was posted on there.

00:55:02.700 A lot of memes

00:55:03.140 were posted on there.

00:55:04.120 Whatever.

00:55:04.860 The point is,

00:55:06.020 it's about having

00:55:07.580 the freedom of speech

00:55:08.720 to make what is essentially

00:55:10.080 the modern political cartoon.

00:55:13.520 So a meme is

00:55:14.780 the modern political cartoon.

00:55:17.520 And do you want

00:55:18.480 to be a country

00:55:19.280 that not only attacks

00:55:21.140 cartoons like this,

00:55:23.960 censors cartoons like this,

00:55:26.280 but actually arrests people

00:55:28.520 who make cartoons like this.

00:55:30.920 And, you know,

00:55:32.080 Mark Dice,

00:55:33.320 the YouTuber and blogger,

00:55:36.300 you know,

00:55:36.520 he did a video yesterday

00:55:37.820 where he was walking around,

00:55:39.260 I think it was Santa Monica,

00:55:40.240 saying,

00:55:40.900 going to people saying,

00:55:42.440 hey, you know,

00:55:43.160 we've banned people

00:55:44.060 from election disinformation

00:55:45.700 on Facebook,

00:55:46.980 but it turns out

00:55:47.780 people are saying

00:55:48.380 that in public.

00:55:49.120 Do you think

00:55:49.400 we should start arresting them?

00:55:51.260 And he was having people

00:55:52.760 sign a petition saying,

00:55:54.000 should we arrest people

00:55:54.740 for denying that Joe Biden

00:55:55.780 won the 2020 election?

00:55:57.500 And he was getting people

00:55:58.540 left and right,

00:55:59.520 left and right,

00:56:00.800 sign up this petition.

00:56:02.300 He's like,

00:56:02.580 you know,

00:56:02.860 they're not allowed

00:56:04.000 to say on Facebook,

00:56:04.680 you shouldn't be able to say it

00:56:05.540 over the dinner table, right?

00:56:08.280 And these people

00:56:09.720 are just signing left and right.

00:56:10.800 They're more than happy

00:56:11.500 to sign.

00:56:11.880 Oh, yeah,

00:56:12.200 of course those people

00:56:12.860 should be arrested.

00:56:13.500 You can't be.

00:56:13.900 And the one guy said,

00:56:15.280 the one,

00:56:15.640 I think it's actually a woman

00:56:16.300 who says it to him,

00:56:16.880 he goes,

00:56:17.500 well,

00:56:17.620 that's a danger

00:56:18.760 to our democracy.

00:56:19.860 So these phrases

00:56:21.220 are repeated

00:56:22.200 over and over

00:56:23.740 and over again.

00:56:25.720 And I'm going to sound

00:56:26.320 like I'm plugging it,

00:56:27.140 but Dinesh D'Souza

00:56:27.840 has got his film

00:56:28.580 Police State coming out.

00:56:30.160 And I'm like,

00:56:31.360 did Dinesh D'Souza

00:56:32.300 program this week's news

00:56:34.460 or this month's news

00:56:35.580 to, you know,

00:56:37.460 serve as a promotion

00:56:38.300 for his new film?

00:56:39.220 Because that's exactly

00:56:40.380 what it feels like

00:56:41.260 this country is turning into.

00:56:42.660 When a guy can go

00:56:44.720 from posting memes

00:56:46.080 to facing the bars

00:56:48.820 of a jail cell

00:56:50.420 years and years later

00:56:52.480 over posting

00:56:53.760 an obviously hilarious meme,

00:56:57.620 which, by the way,

00:56:58.960 they were not even able

00:57:00.580 to find anyone

00:57:01.820 who actually said

00:57:03.680 they thought they were voting

00:57:04.980 when they sent a message

00:57:06.620 to this number.

00:57:08.540 They weren't even able

00:57:09.440 to find one victim,

00:57:10.620 even at the trial.

00:57:11.560 They weren't able

00:57:12.540 to find a victim

00:57:13.220 of this entire thing,

00:57:14.440 but they said

00:57:14.760 it didn't matter.

00:57:15.540 And by the way, Charlie,

00:57:16.300 I'll throw it back to you here

00:57:17.160 because the specific charge

00:57:20.720 that they went with

00:57:21.680 was actually a direct tie

00:57:22.680 to President Trump.

00:57:23.520 And this is a test case

00:57:24.400 in many ways

00:57:25.060 because what did they get him on?

00:57:27.560 Conspiracy against rights,

00:57:29.540 which is one of the very same charges

00:57:31.640 that President Trump

00:57:32.920 is being hit with

00:57:33.680 over January 6th.

00:57:34.700 A lot of J6ers 1.00

00:57:35.480 were hit with this one.

00:57:37.320 Conspiracy against rights,

00:57:39.180 which is this old

00:57:40.220 19th century law

00:57:41.980 that's been dusted off.

00:57:43.200 It's incredibly vague.

00:57:44.540 It was actually meant

00:57:45.240 for the KKK.

00:57:47.120 Everybody knew it was meant

00:57:48.940 for that purpose at the time,

00:57:50.460 but they've dusted it off.

00:57:51.480 And it's as Blake says,

00:57:53.300 when he's able to string

00:57:54.380 more than two words together,

00:57:55.980 that what they are doing

00:57:58.360 is they're taking

00:57:59.200 the friend-enemy distinction

00:58:01.080 and applying that now

00:58:02.280 to the law.

00:58:03.040 So Charlie,

00:58:03.880 I think,

00:58:04.800 I'd love to hear

00:58:05.300 your analysis on this,

00:58:06.560 but I think this is definitely

00:58:08.100 a test case for Trump

00:58:09.540 when it comes to that.

00:58:12.240 Yeah, no doubt.

00:58:13.280 I mean,

00:58:13.520 all this,

00:58:14.220 the test cases

00:58:15.260 of them resurrecting,

00:58:16.820 the test case

00:58:17.500 for the Foreign Agent Act

00:58:18.880 was Michael Flynn, right?

00:58:19.780 The test case

00:58:20.420 for the meme thing

00:58:21.100 is Douglas Mackey.

00:58:21.920 They resurrect these old laws

00:58:23.200 and they find test cases

00:58:24.720 in jurisdictions they like.

00:58:25.820 Blake, you have a thought,

00:58:26.460 then Tyler.

00:58:26.800 The KKK Act, 0.98

00:58:28.800 that is literally

00:58:30.240 what they nicknamed

00:58:31.020 the law in question,

00:58:32.100 this Conspiracy Against Rights Act.

00:58:34.100 If you read the law in question,

00:58:36.220 it's so clearly meant

00:58:37.540 for some form,

00:58:39.420 like,

00:58:39.760 coherent racial terrorism.

00:58:41.180 You can see why

00:58:41.660 it was aimed at the KKK.

00:58:42.880 It's someone who uses

00:58:43.640 violence,

00:58:44.780 intimidations,

00:58:45.740 threats

00:58:46.080 to deny someone

00:58:47.620 of a core right.

00:58:49.060 And obviously the intent

00:58:49.980 was the KKK 0.52

00:58:50.880 after the Civil War

00:58:52.540 would ride up

00:58:53.820 to black people's homes 0.99

00:58:54.820 and they would menace them, 0.99

00:58:56.500 you know,

00:58:56.640 the infamous burning crosses

00:58:57.700 they became known for later,

00:58:58.920 but also just,

00:58:59.540 you know,

00:58:59.720 much more gangster-like behavior, 0.99

00:59:01.800 point a gun at them 0.96

00:59:02.580 and say, 1.00

00:59:03.200 if you vote

00:59:04.320 or attempt to vote, 1.00

00:59:05.380 we will kill you. 1.00

00:59:06.940 And in some cases 1.00

00:59:07.620 they just did kill people

00:59:08.800 as a form of terrorism.

00:59:10.540 And that's so obviously

00:59:12.080 what it was meant for.

00:59:13.100 Now they're taking,

00:59:14.180 they're just saying

00:59:14.820 telling a lie on the internet

00:59:16.560 is a form of denying

00:59:17.660 someone rights.

00:59:18.700 So they are changing it

00:59:19.620 from violent behavior

00:59:20.740 to just saying something untrue.

00:59:23.460 And then they're taking it

00:59:24.800 in these totally different contexts

00:59:26.960 and vastly expanding.

00:59:28.680 You know,

00:59:28.820 it used to be that

00:59:29.420 you have to intimidate

00:59:30.640 someone in a concrete way.

00:59:32.160 Now they're just saying

00:59:32.840 you told a fib

00:59:33.680 and we have no victim,

00:59:35.020 but in theory

00:59:35.540 we could imagine

00:59:36.180 someone falling for this.

00:59:38.100 And they've already,

00:59:39.320 this is what they're,

00:59:40.240 they literally did charge

00:59:41.180 Donald Trump

00:59:41.680 with this exact same law.

00:59:43.600 They say that

00:59:44.240 by holding his rally

00:59:45.460 at the Capitol

00:59:46.440 and whipping up his supporters

00:59:48.060 to storm the Capitol,

00:59:49.620 that's what they say he did,

00:59:50.800 that he was doing

00:59:51.720 a conspiracy against rights.

00:59:53.040 And there's essentially

00:59:54.340 no limit to how this law

00:59:55.720 can be abused

00:59:56.360 if you accept that.

00:59:57.820 You could say,

00:59:59.360 you know,

01:00:00.200 if you,

01:00:01.020 you're promoting,

01:00:03.740 you know,

01:00:04.180 you promote this

01:00:04.920 dangerous political movement.

01:00:06.160 You could say,

01:00:06.600 you support a political movement

01:00:07.840 that wants to take away

01:00:08.720 the rights of minorities.

01:00:10.320 That's what the right

01:00:11.120 wants to do.

01:00:11.820 And so that's a conspiracy

01:00:12.900 against rights.

01:00:13.620 That's not freedom of speech.

01:00:14.840 That's conspiracy against rights

01:00:16.260 because your ideas

01:00:17.300 are bad ideas.

01:00:18.580 There's no limit to it.

01:00:19.640 And this is,

01:00:21.400 it's not really

01:00:22.420 just a meme maker case.

01:00:23.580 It is truly the case of,

01:00:25.760 can we get away

01:00:26.380 with criminalizing

01:00:27.280 the opposition?

01:00:29.000 Tyler,

01:00:29.500 you have a meme story

01:00:30.220 then we'll wrap it up.

01:00:31.320 Yeah,

01:00:31.500 I had,

01:00:31.840 so this week I posted

01:00:33.060 the join or die meme,

01:00:36.340 the original meme,

01:00:37.900 right?

01:00:38.200 The original political meme.

01:00:39.200 I think Ben Franklin did it,

01:00:40.300 right?

01:00:40.480 The join or die meme.

01:00:41.920 Yeah,

01:00:42.120 that is the original

01:00:42.960 political meme.

01:00:43.620 100% correct.

01:00:43.960 So I posted join

01:00:46.240 and in brackets

01:00:47.140 Jim Jordan or die

01:00:48.420 this week 0.54

01:00:50.080 because everything going on,

01:00:51.220 right?

01:00:51.980 And I had all these,

01:00:53.760 it must have got posted

01:00:54.820 in one of the,

01:00:55.540 in one of the lib groups.

01:00:57.540 And so I got like

01:00:58.720 a hundred messages

01:01:00.180 like,

01:01:00.620 are you saying

01:01:01.620 that we should, 1.00

01:01:03.160 you're going to kill people 0.99

01:01:04.360 if they don't vote 0.73

01:01:05.420 for Jim Jordan?

01:01:06.840 Yes.

01:01:07.160 I'm like,

01:01:08.960 oh,

01:01:09.320 oh my gosh.

01:01:10.420 So I like took the time

01:01:11.520 like one at a time

01:01:12.460 to go through

01:01:12.940 and message them

01:01:13.700 and like,

01:01:14.500 hey,

01:01:15.020 I don't know if you know

01:01:16.140 history,

01:01:17.100 but like it was about

01:01:18.340 coming together

01:01:19.180 or else what I'm saying

01:01:20.480 is the Republican Party

01:01:21.200 is going to die

01:01:21.660 if we don't come together.

01:01:23.040 And they're like,

01:01:23.680 oh,

01:01:24.360 okay.

01:01:24.840 But like,

01:01:25.420 this is like the exact

01:01:26.360 same thing

01:01:26.800 where it's like taking memes,

01:01:28.440 addressing it,

01:01:29.960 the same thing.

01:01:30.780 Like they,

01:01:31.200 they were like coming at me.

01:01:32.360 Some of these messages

01:01:33.240 were like,

01:01:33.740 this person needs to be

01:01:35.500 absolutely canceled

01:01:36.840 because they're like 0.96

01:01:37.500 wanting to kill people

01:01:38.460 over Jim Jordan. 0.97

01:01:39.440 I'm like,

01:01:39.700 oh my gosh,

01:01:40.320 it's like these people

01:01:40.980 have no idea what's going on.

01:01:42.580 And Blake,

01:01:42.860 you brought up

01:01:43.260 a really good point.

01:01:44.440 What's really crazy

01:01:45.280 is like nobody

01:01:47.300 or not Blake,

01:01:48.140 I think it was,

01:01:48.820 I think Jack,

01:01:51.020 you brought this up

01:01:51.600 was like no one

01:01:52.160 was disenfranchised.

01:01:54.040 Like they're throwing

01:01:55.300 this kid in jail.

01:01:56.460 No one was actually

01:01:57.240 disenfranchised.

01:01:57.860 There's no proof of it.

01:01:58.940 Meanwhile,

01:01:59.360 here in Maricopa County,

01:02:00.420 we had all the machines

01:02:02.440 shut down

01:02:03.000 because they misprogrammed

01:02:04.960 or reprogrammed

01:02:06.580 the machines

01:02:07.500 to read the wrong

01:02:08.140 size paper

01:02:08.740 that literally

01:02:09.460 disenfranchised

01:02:10.480 thousands,

01:02:11.460 they have,

01:02:11.880 they have affidavits

01:02:12.880 for thousands

01:02:13.800 and thousands

01:02:14.420 of people

01:02:14.920 that would flip

01:02:15.480 elections here

01:02:16.140 in Maricopa County.

01:02:17.380 And,

01:02:17.820 and there's not,

01:02:18.960 it's not a single

01:02:19.420 Republican that's,

01:02:20.260 that's worth his salt

01:02:21.740 that's going to take

01:02:22.660 that to pass.

01:02:24.120 It's,

01:02:24.960 it's,

01:02:25.320 the thing is,

01:02:25.860 it's not,

01:02:27.020 and I say this all the time,

01:02:28.160 and you're 100% right.

01:02:29.000 I'm sure we can all sit here

01:02:30.260 and think of a million things

01:02:31.960 the libs do,

01:02:32.900 President Trump being gagged,

01:02:33.900 for example,

01:02:34.700 by the judge in his case

01:02:36.420 that would,

01:02:37.520 that do affect

01:02:38.100 as election interference.

01:02:40.100 But I say this

01:02:40.960 a million times,

01:02:42.220 it's,

01:02:42.580 and it's,

01:02:43.060 it's useful to,

01:02:43.880 to lay this stuff out

01:02:45.620 every once in a while,

01:02:46.260 but at the same time,

01:02:47.100 it's not hypocrisy

01:02:48.860 on their part.

01:02:49.620 It is not hypocrisy.

01:02:50.860 It is hierarchy.

01:02:52.300 They are showing us

01:02:53.260 who is in power.

01:02:54.240 That's why their people

01:02:55.140 can storm the Capitol

01:02:56.200 and walk away

01:02:57.260 with impunity.

01:02:58.880 The Republicans

01:02:59.420 won't even hold

01:03:00.180 a hearing on it.

01:03:01.080 They won't even go

01:03:01.720 into the global

01:03:02.340 intifada chat.

01:03:03.380 They won't even point out

01:03:04.160 the fact,

01:03:04.520 they have their true names

01:03:06.160 in the global intifada chat.

01:03:07.940 The SPLC

01:03:08.820 is an organization

01:03:10.800 that has a 501c3 status.

01:03:13.440 You won't even see

01:03:14.500 the Republican Attorney General,

01:03:15.800 I know we've talked about

01:03:16.360 this on the show before,

01:03:17.360 the Republican AG of Alabama

01:03:18.700 will not open an investigation

01:03:20.580 into that situation

01:03:21.940 to see whether or not

01:03:23.380 the SPLC was involved

01:03:25.060 in organizing

01:03:25.980 this insurrection

01:03:28.040 that did,

01:03:29.240 by the way,

01:03:29.640 stymie and block

01:03:30.360 the work of Congress.

01:03:31.760 You won't see anything

01:03:32.520 like that because

01:03:33.380 our side

01:03:34.160 has adopted

01:03:35.580 this mindset

01:03:36.440 of a second-class,

01:03:38.180 second-class citizen,

01:03:39.800 second-tier status,

01:03:41.020 and essentially what it is

01:03:42.300 is learned helplessness

01:03:43.700 to the point where,

01:03:45.120 you know,

01:03:45.440 I mean,

01:03:45.640 look at us.

01:03:45.980 We can't even choose

01:03:46.540 a speaker.

01:03:46.900 It's terrible.
