00:00:00.960 From the age of Big Brother.
00:00:03.320 If they want to get you, they'll get you.
00:00:05.900 The NSA specifically targets the communications of everyone.
00:00:09.820 They're collecting your communications.
00:00:19.720 Okay, everybody, it is Thought Crime Thursday.
00:00:21.940 Honored to be with you as always.
00:00:23.340 We have a great crew with you.
00:00:25.280 We have Jack, I believe, Blake and Tyler.
00:00:28.000 Is that correct?
00:00:28.960 Tyler is literally just getting in the seat right now.
00:00:32.180 Tyler is getting in the seat at this moment.
00:00:34.440 Just flew in.
00:00:35.120 So I want to remind you guys that this program is brought to you, of course, on Rumble by Rumble.
00:00:41.700 Look, it's very important.
00:00:42.860 One of the most incredibly important things to the survival of the company of Rumble is happening right now.
00:00:47.640 When Rumble first started in 2013, they built the platform for the small creator.
00:00:51.800 They didn't censor or have any bias.
00:00:53.300 They were fair and treated all creators equally.
00:00:56.000 No one thought platforms would censor political conversation.
00:00:58.640 Or censor opinions on COVID.
00:01:00.460 But they did.
00:01:01.420 Facebook admitted that they felt pressure from Biden and Harris administration.
00:01:05.260 Rumble did not.
00:01:06.200 And they held the line.
00:01:07.560 They're attacked daily for giving us a voice to talk to you.
00:01:10.480 They're attacked in the corporate media.
00:01:12.280 They're attacked by governments like France.
00:01:14.100 And they're attacked from brand advertisers who refuse to work with them.
00:01:17.920 Corporate America is fighting to remove free speech.
00:01:22.840 Rumble is fighting to keep it.
00:01:25.700 Rumble won't survive with brand advertisers.
00:01:27.860 And they won't get much of it watching our show on Rumble.
00:01:31.200 It is the most they can ask from you.
00:01:32.720 But if you really believe in this fight and if you have the means, one major way you can help Rumble survive is by joining Rumble Premium.
00:01:40.560 Join the community that believes in the First Amendment and believes in our human right to freedom of speech.
00:01:45.920 Rumble is offering $10 off with the promo code KIRK10 when you purchase an annual subscription.
00:01:52.440 Go to rumble.com slash premium slash KIRK10 and use promo code KIRK10.
00:01:57.540 Like I said, if you have the means and believe in the cause, now is the time to join Rumble Premium.
00:02:01.780 I am a member of Rumble Premium.
00:02:03.620 So go to, again, rumble.com slash premium slash KIRK10.
00:02:08.200 Do this right now.
00:02:09.680 rumble.com slash premium slash KIRK10.
00:02:12.080 Okay, Jack and Blake are with us.
00:02:15.620 Who wants to take this first?
00:02:17.220 Lots of Attorney General news.
00:02:18.760 Who wants to break it down for our audience?
00:02:21.080 Blake, you go first.
00:02:22.140 What are you talking about?
00:02:23.540 Oh, man.
00:02:24.260 It's wild.
00:02:25.640 And we do have Tyler here.
00:02:26.640 He just flew in.
00:02:29.120 Man, so I guess summary, in case anyone was under a rock today.
00:02:33.300 You know, we warned people last week not every Trump pick was going to get through because he was doing what we wanted.
00:02:40.020 He was pursuing an aggressive strategy.
00:02:42.240 He was saying, like, you know, he was going for it all with all of his picks.
00:02:48.000 He was not making safe ones.
00:02:49.280 He didn't.
00:02:49.860 He wasn't worried about batting 1,000.
00:02:51.700 And so he nominated Matt Gaetz last week for Attorney General.
00:02:55.420 I think a lot of us were excited about that.
00:02:57.780 We thought this is a guy who will have the right energy for what we need at DOJ.
00:03:01.680 But it was not to be.
00:03:04.060 He did pull back.
00:03:05.740 He withdrew his nomination for Attorney General.
00:03:08.040 It makes him, I believe, tied for the third shortest cabinet nomination in history.
00:03:16.760 There was one person who was nominated for Secretary of War more than 100 years ago who was nominated for one day.
00:03:24.280 I don't know the details on that, so I have to go look that up.
00:03:27.040 And then also Bernie Carrick was nominated the same number of days.
00:03:31.000 And then I believe he had to withdraw due to those Bush's pick for Homeland Security.
00:03:35.920 And he had to withdraw.
00:03:36.760 And instead we got, I believe, Tom Ridge, which forced us to endure 20 years of Tom Ridge as like a presidential nominee contender.
00:03:47.120 But now we have to see.
00:03:48.340 He was my governor.
00:03:49.580 It was a whole thing.
00:03:51.800 Gruesome, ghastly.
00:03:52.820 So now we have to ask ourselves, who is the next, next AG of the United States?
00:03:58.680 That is the question.
00:04:01.460 Jack, why don't you break down your opinion on all of this?
00:04:06.540 Look, so my opinion on all of this.
00:04:09.480 I'll put it this way.
00:04:10.640 When Matt Gaetz's name came out, I said, wow.
00:04:15.020 Because even go before that, right?
00:04:17.480 So even before that, we were all saying, so Donald Trump is one.
00:04:20.940 We've got the majority.
00:04:22.220 We've got the Senate.
00:04:23.420 We've got the House.
00:04:24.200 And people are all looking around saying, OK, what do we do now?
00:04:27.480 We've got this mandate.
00:04:28.480 And people were putting together their shortlists.
00:04:30.300 Obviously, in terms of the cabinet, probably the number one most important pick for the cabinet is the attorney general.
00:04:36.440 There was no question.
00:04:37.600 And people were putting together their shortlists.
00:04:40.300 People were putting together the who's who.
00:04:42.800 People were flying down to Mar-a-Lago.
00:04:44.900 Charlie, you and I were there.
00:04:46.340 And we saw people doing the interviews.
00:04:48.520 And Matt Gaetz's name was not on any of those lists.
00:04:51.060 This was a total out of right field surprise pick.
00:04:55.860 It was something that took D.C. by absolute storm.
00:04:59.180 It was something that took, I think, Trump world by absolute storm.
00:05:02.300 And you saw everybody line up behind it because we said, you know what?
00:05:05.520 This is the kind of guy who's a pit bull.
00:05:07.900 This is the kind of guy who absolutely can do the job, knows what needs to be done, has the guts to do so.
00:05:14.000 But I do think that there was that question in the back of all of our minds, that voice in the back of our minds saying, wait a minute, guys, we have to live in reality.
00:05:24.440 And we know, look, OK, we've got a bunch of really, really good senators elected.
00:05:29.220 We flipped a lot of great seats.
00:05:31.120 But at the same time, 50 votes is a tall order in the United States Senate.
00:05:35.840 And a lot of us were thinking, is it possible to get him over that finish line?
00:05:41.500 And we knew that we could lose three.
00:05:43.720 But as it turns out, it turned out and I figured those three would be Alaska, Maine and Utah.
00:05:49.280 The, you know, the Mitt Romney clone who just got elected in Utah.
00:05:53.320 But as it turns out, it was for the magic number we need.
00:05:57.620 It was three, but we ended up with four because Mitch McConnell was a hard no, which came out in Jonathan Swan and a bunch of people.
00:06:05.480 And Charlie, you had tweeted about this as well.
00:06:07.960 So the idea being that, you know, for people who have been in D.C. for a long time, for people who have been in the business or people who, by the way, have been in the MAGA movement for a long time.
00:06:15.760 We know that things don't just magically appear for us.
00:06:19.160 You've got to work for it.
00:06:20.000 You've got to fight.
00:06:20.740 And MAGA does not take days off.
00:06:22.280 This movement does not take days off.
00:06:23.840 And so essentially it's like, OK, that's where we are.
00:06:26.740 But we're in a much better position than we were beforehand because now we've already gone through the process.
00:06:34.860 Now we've already seen, you know, where the where the where the sleeping snakes are in the in the field.
00:06:42.020 And we can determine which way to go forward.
00:06:44.460 And by the way, I know for a fact, and Charlie, I know, you know, as well, that these are these are all discussions and thoughts that President Trump himself and his team have had all along while looking at this.
00:06:56.620 Yeah. And so the question is, who's next?
00:06:58.300 And there's a lot of names being floated there.
00:06:59.960 I do want to say, though, that the the deputy attorney general that has been nominated, Todd Blanche, is terrific.
00:07:06.980 This guy, when he represented Donald Trump personally, remember, in the civil trial, Todd Blanche left his very, very high white shoe law firm, you could say.
00:07:19.740 Is that is that the right way to word it?
00:07:22.020 White shoe law firm, Blake?
00:07:23.360 It's there's some sort of.
00:07:24.840 Yeah, yeah.
00:07:25.640 That's for like the top law firms.
00:07:27.240 That's kind of the slang.
00:07:28.140 Yeah. So and he represented Donald Trump in that criminal trial and and was amazing.
00:07:36.940 And he's a total fighter.
00:07:38.920 He lost a lot.
00:07:40.300 In fact, let me read this to you.
00:07:42.260 Blanche left the law firm that he was at just to be able to represent President Donald Trump.
00:07:48.180 He was a partner at Calowander, Wickersham and Taft, which has 400 attorneys and five offices.
00:07:57.240 And does six hundred million dollars a year in revenue.
00:08:00.420 He left that because if you're to represent Donald Trump, you're not allowed to be at any of those law firms.
00:08:06.420 He doesn't care.
00:08:07.260 He said, I wanted to represent Donald Trump.
00:08:08.880 And so following the May 30th conviction on 34 felony accounts, Blanche stated that to Trump's defense team, obviously plans to appeal the verdict.
00:08:21.020 So he has demonstrated that he is loyal to the president.
00:08:23.200 And what he wants to do with the attorney general's office, we shall see.
00:08:29.300 But I think that's a very important name to consider.
00:08:32.300 And you've got to give like Matt Gates made this decision himself.
00:08:35.840 I know Matt very well.
00:08:37.040 And I've kind of been seeing his name throughout this process.
00:08:40.440 And Matt was like, look, there is an immovable block of five or six senators.
00:08:44.300 I'm not going to have the president spend all of this political capital if we can't move these senators.
00:08:49.680 And I think he deserves a lot of credit for that.
00:08:52.100 Tyler, your reaction?
00:08:54.280 Yeah, I mean, I was a little bit I was hoping that what we had discussed before was going to happen where this would go.
00:09:00.380 It would force a vote.
00:09:01.400 And for sure, I think this was going to be one of the first confirmation processes.
00:09:08.240 Usually, I think AG would probably be up there.
00:09:11.820 So I'm wondering if a little bit of strategy changed a little bit within Trump world and thinking that this may have impact on other confirmations.
00:09:22.500 And so maybe you never know what kind of horse trading is going on in the background with some of these things.
00:09:28.100 It's likely that there is some significant horse trading going on, which is good for other appointments, cabinet appointments here.
00:09:37.620 And I'm sure that that's part of the process was like, hey, look, if you pull out now, figure it out, we'll sail some of these others through, which is good.
00:09:49.700 But at the same time, we just put up at Turning Point Action, Charlie, and you know this, and we're going to be going very hard on this.
00:09:58.100 It's tpaction.com slash no excuse, which gives all of the voting records for every single one of the Republicans who voted to confirm all of Biden's appointees.
00:10:10.020 And so it's just good for the general public to know the more educated that the public is on these issues, on specifically which appointments that were approved by Republicans in your own home state.
00:10:21.100 That gives you the wherewithal to call them, to talk to them, to create a hubbub, to get on X and other places and talk a lot more about this because it is without reason to approve some of these like Mayorkas, for example, but not be in the saddle for Donald Trump's appointment.
00:10:43.020 Tyler, can you pull some of those up, by the way?
00:10:45.320 So what Tyler's talking about is going to be one of the most ambitious grassroots efforts that we've ever done at Turning Point Action, and it's not an election-focused one.
00:10:53.280 It's about confirmation, which, by the way, 501c4 exists to help do lobbying of officials, and we are going to be directly lobbying people from senators from Idaho,
00:11:03.500 senators from South Dakota, senators from Arkansas, senators from Mississippi, senators from Kansas.
00:11:08.940 We are going to be involving the grassroots in holding these senators accountable.
00:11:15.200 So, Tyler, let's drop some of these votes.
00:11:18.100 They're quite remarkable.
00:11:19.560 Yeah, grassroots lobbying, Charlie, is completely within the wheelhouse of every 501c4,
00:11:24.560 and every 501c4 that we have on our side should be doing this work and reminding people of this.
00:11:31.120 So, yeah, again, it's tpaction.com slash noexcuse.
00:11:34.580 You can also find it.
00:11:35.920 We're going to be putting this on our cabinet website, which is tpaction.com slash cabinet,
00:11:41.360 which you can track all the cabinet appointments.
00:11:43.760 And then also we have this new campaign that's coming out that we'll talk a lot more about,
00:11:50.460 about getting all of Trump's mandate appointments through.
00:11:54.300 But, again, you can go to tpaction.com slash noexcuse.
00:11:57.000 And if we look, just for example, let's just take a look at some of these bad ones.
00:12:00.580 Smerick Garland had quite a few people that voted for it.
00:12:04.260 Murkowski, obviously, you know, the typical Murkowski-Collins, so we won't mention them
00:12:10.440 because we'll just assume they voted for every bad person.
00:12:12.800 But Joni Ernst in Iowa, Chuck Grassley in Iowa, Jerry in Kansas, Mitch McConnell, obviously,
00:12:19.980 who couldn't, you know, get through his press conference today.
00:12:24.160 Senator Bill Cassidy in Louisiana, Tom Tillis in North Carolina, James Langford in Oklahoma.
00:12:30.100 Oklahoma is, you know, arguably the deepest red state that we have in the country.
00:12:33.620 And James Langford was all about Merrick Garland.
00:12:37.080 So, you know, Mike Rounds in South Dakota, John Thune in South Dakota, John Cornyn in Texas,
00:12:42.700 Mitt Romney, obviously, Shelley Moore Capito in West Virginia, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson.
00:12:50.460 I don't think we have a problem with Ron Johnson on any of the appointments, but, you know, he voted for that.
00:12:54.580 And then you look over at Mayorkas, you had Dan Sullivan from Alaska voted for Mayorkas.
00:13:01.560 You had Shelley Moore Capito also, again, voted for Mayorkas.
00:13:09.180 I mean, there's just a lot, if you go through all this, a lot of people who are not very friendly to us
00:13:15.160 in any kind of way and have done a pitiful job in their positions that have all voted.
00:13:21.680 So you can go to tpaction.com slash no excuse to follow along and use that information.
00:13:27.100 We're going to be actually organizing email and call systems that come out of that
00:13:32.300 so we can make it easy to say, hey, all of you voted for this person.
00:13:37.100 Why won't you vote for President Trump's appointment?
00:13:39.260 So, I mean, this is perplexing to me.
00:13:43.980 And, Jack, I want you to build this out.
00:13:46.100 Why is it that so many of these red state senators are willing to vote for Joe Biden's nominees,
00:13:52.780 but they drag their feet for Donald Trump's nominees?
00:13:57.140 Well, it really is amazing, Charlie.
00:13:58.980 And you've got to go into the primary process for all this because, look, here's what the dirty little secret is.
00:14:06.160 When we say rhinos, when we talk about a rhino, you have to understand the psychology of a rhino
00:14:11.500 and what the makeup of a rhino is.
00:14:15.260 So a rhino is an embarrassed Democrat.
00:14:18.660 And a lot of the Republican senators who currently sit in the Republican caucus,
00:14:23.840 let's not name names right now, but let's just say that I know them very, very well.
00:14:29.180 A lot of them, and you see this, by the way, in pretty much every red state,
00:14:32.920 they're embarrassed Democrats.
00:14:34.320 What do I mean by that?
00:14:35.060 That they personally are Democrats.
00:14:37.780 They have the belief structure, the ideals, the ideology of a Democrat,
00:14:43.160 and they also have the financial backing of whatever corporate interests are in their state.
00:14:50.640 And so they will know that they have to be registered as a Republican if they want to run and win,
00:14:58.060 kind of like you have to be registered as a Democrat if you want to run and win
00:15:01.400 in statewide California or New York.
00:15:04.360 And so what will happen, by the way, the DA, Nate Hockman, who just got elected in LA County,
00:15:11.180 a great example of this, where he was a Republican who had to leave the party and run as an independent
00:15:15.240 so that he could get elected in that state because they just won't do it.
00:15:18.480 Well, the flip side also exists, boys and girls, and it exists within our red states
00:15:24.840 because you have all of these – I don't know.
00:15:28.000 Who's that guy, Dave Phelan from Texas, who ran the false impeachment on Paxton and some of these other guys
00:15:36.880 where they just sit there and they are essentially Democrats, but because they live in a state
00:15:41.940 where you have to be a Republican to get elected, then you go and run as a Republican.
00:15:48.220 And every once – you know, John Tester was doing this for years, by the way,
00:15:50.780 and he finally got called on it because you'll do a video even though he was a Democrat.
00:15:55.500 Every four years you'll make a video of yourself shooting a gun, wearing a cowboy hat,
00:16:00.280 or driving a tractor or something like that,
00:16:02.080 and then you just walk back to Washington, D.C. and do whatever big business,
00:16:06.940 whatever your corporate interests want you to do,
00:16:09.420 and then they'll come around, come primary time, and they'll say,
00:16:11.840 you've got to reelect me.
00:16:12.860 Well, I'm the Republican.
00:16:14.160 I'm fighting for you, and I'm pro-Trump.
00:16:16.080 But when it comes down to issues like this,
00:16:19.420 when it comes down to issues that actually matter,
00:16:23.240 that could actually shake up the system in Washington, D.C.,
00:16:27.200 that is when they show their true color.
00:16:29.640 So I'll put it this way, Donald Trump just got a lot of clarity.
00:16:33.260 He just – he paid a high price for it,
00:16:35.380 but he got a lot of clarity as to what's coming out of the United States Senate Republican Caucus.
00:16:41.340 All right, so now let's go around the horn, guys.
00:16:43.360 Which do you think, Blake, is going to be the toughest confirmation that is looming?
00:16:48.840 Obviously, you know, we can condense the list down.
00:16:51.520 This will be an interesting thought crime panel discussion.
00:16:54.600 Do you think the most difficult will be Bobby, Tulsi, or Hegseth?
00:16:58.900 Which of the three, Blake, do you think will be the most difficult?
00:17:01.680 I have a strong opinion on this.
00:17:02.960 I will go last.
00:17:03.780 Blake, go first.
00:17:04.960 What feels weird to me is, I guess, intuitively to me,
00:17:10.780 it feels like Hegseth should be the toughest one.
00:17:13.720 Like, that's how it feels it should be to me,
00:17:16.340 given I feel like we've sort of –
00:17:19.340 it is weird to pick a TV host to run DOJ –
00:17:22.960 or not DOJ, DOD.
00:17:24.540 And, like, rationally, it's one where you would probably want the highest standards.
00:17:29.120 Like, the stakes are really high.
00:17:30.940 It's an enormously complex organization.
00:17:33.320 It's almost like being the CEO of a company with, you know, three million employees.
00:17:37.820 It's very huge.
00:17:38.620 Whereas, you know, like, DNI, or Director of National Intelligence,
00:17:42.900 you can – you know, you're just sort of sifting information.
00:17:45.580 You're, like, preparing digest for the president.
00:17:48.000 That said, it just does seem like the narratives have decided to solidify on RFK as the toughest one.
00:17:55.960 The reason – I think I am going to go with him actually being the toughest one.
00:17:59.400 The reason I'm going to say that is RFK is the one where actual money is at stake,
00:18:05.460 where you have very large industries with many billions of dollars
00:18:10.220 that are 100% not going to want RFK in that job,
00:18:14.840 and they'll go all out.
00:18:17.100 They will research.
00:18:18.120 They'll bring up every single piece of, you know, hit piece material they can.
00:18:24.140 They might, like, break the law.
00:18:26.220 They'll, like, break into a psychiatrist's office to steal his, like, his medical records or something.
00:18:30.960 Like, I've heard of that happening before.
00:18:33.220 I can see everything being on the table because of the amount of money being involved,
00:18:36.920 and you don't quite have the same kind of stakes there for DOD or for DNI.
00:18:42.520 And so I would guess that RFK is going to be the toughest one,
00:18:47.080 even though it doesn't make a ton of sense to me.
00:18:52.660 Jack, which one do you think will be the most difficult?
00:18:54.840 And then I will close.
00:18:57.380 Okay, yeah.
00:18:58.040 So, well, I mean, he's highly.
00:19:00.360 That, no, Blake, I just wanted to say that I agree with what you're saying about Pete,
00:19:04.380 that he seems to be the one that currently seems to be more of,
00:19:09.380 has an easier path or at least seems to have an easier path than the others at the moment.
00:19:15.340 RFK, of course, that's going to be a knock-down, drag-out fight.
00:19:18.160 You've got billions of dollars on the line when it comes to pharma,
00:19:21.920 when it comes to GMOs, et cetera, et cetera.
00:19:23.840 I honestly think it's going to be Tulsi because the Tulsi fight has already begun.
00:19:29.320 Nikki Haley, and everybody was laughing about Nikki Haley.
00:19:31.440 He said, oh, ha, ha, she's putting out this little statement on her podcast nobody listens to.
00:19:35.360 And she's going after, you know, Tulsi.
00:19:37.460 She's got sour grapes and she's jealous and all this because she got passed over.
00:19:41.600 Look, look, listen to what Nikki Haley was saying in there.
00:19:44.820 These statements regarding Saudi Arabia, regarding Iran, regarding different peace deals,
00:19:50.540 things that Tulsi has weighed in on in the past, stuff that she may have said when she was a card-carrying Democrat,
00:19:56.800 by the way, before she had her conversion, before she came over as a Republican,
00:20:01.300 they are going to use, just like Yen Miranda writes, anything you say can and will be used against you.
00:20:08.280 And so they're going to bring all that up.
00:20:10.040 And then keep in mind, folks, you've got the war party out there that is looking at billions of dollars coming down to the very end
00:20:18.020 when it comes to the Ukraine war, when it comes to Israel-Gaza, when it comes to so many other things around the world.
00:20:24.940 And so they want one of their people in there.
00:20:27.440 And certainly, by the way, the intel community does not want someone up there who's actually going to declassify things
00:20:34.060 and tell the truth about various operations that have been going on because the DNI actually does have budget oversight
00:20:40.700 for the other agencies, specifically for the National Intelligence Program, the NIPF.
00:20:51.100 So the NIPF, which is the National Intelligence Program framework.
00:20:54.320 Your acronyms, I'm acronymed out. I'm acronymed out, Jack.
00:20:57.440 I can't.
00:20:58.920 We literally talked about it.
00:21:00.680 Charlie and I were chatting about this.
00:21:03.940 Charlie and I were literally chatting about this all day, and I go and drop one on him.
00:21:08.780 It is just, I can't.
00:21:10.260 It is what people that are not qualified to be in charge of things, they do this to try and intimidate you.
00:21:18.640 It's the intel budget. It is the intel budget.
00:21:21.460 That's what I'm talking about. It's the intel budget.
00:21:23.100 So it's sort of like it decides what programs get funded where at what agencies.
00:21:29.300 That's called the NIPF.
00:21:30.480 And the DNI does have to sign off on that.
00:21:32.700 So that's a huge piece of it.
00:21:34.580 And look, if she sits there and starts asking questions about, hey, what's going on with this?
00:21:38.520 What's going on with that?
00:21:39.680 That's going to lead to a lot of answers that people do not want out there.
00:21:44.040 So I think Tulsi.
00:21:45.520 Tyler, which of the three do you think are the most, is going to be the hardest?
00:21:49.260 You know what?
00:21:49.760 I actually think, I have a different take.
00:21:52.400 I think RFK is it.
00:21:53.840 I think RFK is going to be the toughest.
00:21:56.140 And here's the reason why.
00:21:57.940 RFK was banished from the Democrat circles because of the amount of, there's one thing that you can do that will tick off the Democrats more than anything else, based off of their infrastructure that they have.
00:22:12.660 And the new Soros arrangement with everything else, with Arabella.
00:22:18.180 And that is to fundraise away from other Democrats.
00:22:22.420 And so I actually think that there is the largest axe to grind and there's the most hatred and vitriol out of anybody, including Matt Gaetz, is actually for RFK.
00:22:34.000 So getting him across the finish line would be massive, would be huge, because the Democrats are being told from the people who hold their purse strings that RFK is public enemy number one and this should have never happened.
00:22:50.800 Okay, any thought there, Jack?
00:22:56.540 Well, one thing I'd like to throw out is, you know, do we think, and sort of a question for the bunch, do we think that someone like Tulsi or RFK, who Tulsi was Democrat until five minutes ago, RFK is currently a card-carrying Democrat, do we think there's any possibility of Democrat votes coming over for them?
00:23:18.260 You know, you look at something like a Bernie Sanders, who Tulsi was instrumental towards in 2016.
00:23:25.200 You look at someone like a John Ossoff, who's in a state that Trump won decisively and he's up for re-election in 26.
00:23:31.920 Or even someone like John Fetterman, who's trying to play this game of like, oh, I'm a moderate, I'm based Fetterman or whatever.
00:23:37.960 I'm not saying that I think it's going to happen, but I also think, why not target three or four and see what happens?
00:23:45.860 Yeah, I think it's highly unlikely.
00:23:47.140 My belief, my belief is this, I think Tulsi is by far the hardest, and hear me out, that Bobby Kennedy's going to be tough, however, he is so well-liked by the base.
00:24:00.220 Tulsi is too, but Bobby will get like fever pitch support from the base.
00:24:04.260 I think Tyler agrees that there's Bobby energy that doesn't exist of all the other three.
00:24:10.600 Secondly, with HHS, it's going to be a fight.
00:24:14.200 There is a ton of money there, but of the three, I'm not going to say it's going to be easy.
00:24:19.840 Of the three, the keeper of secrets, Tulsi Gabbard, is going to be the biggest fight.
00:24:26.300 You think about Pete Hegseth, okay?
00:24:28.760 So with Pete Hegseth, he'll make the military less woke.
00:24:32.620 He'll make it more lethal.
00:24:33.680 In some ways, neocons will be okay with that, right?
00:24:39.080 It's not, and he will only be able to do as much as what the president does, right?
00:24:44.460 And there's not like mass amounts of like institutional long decade disruption to their plans that Pete Hegseth can do
00:24:53.540 that the president is not already determining, right?
00:24:56.580 Because the president every single day is dictating the cadence of the foreign policy.
00:25:03.060 Okay, now Pete will be able to, you know, by the way, a lot of senators are coming out in support of Pete, a lot.
00:25:09.020 Mark Wayne Mullen, like he's gaining a lot of momentum on the Hill, more so than the other nominees.
00:25:15.080 Now, by the way, I love Tulsi.
00:25:16.380 I was just with her today.
00:25:17.280 Like I'm 100% behind Tulsi.
00:25:18.820 However, let me build out the case.
00:25:21.080 Bobby is interesting.
00:25:23.180 I think Bobby is going to do very well in his confirmation hearing.
00:25:26.060 He'll have depth of knowledge.
00:25:27.580 And what is their excuse for Bobby going to be?
00:25:29.780 That he's a vaccine skeptic?
00:25:32.220 Okay, I think he'll actually be able to explain that pretty well.
00:25:36.180 But with Tulsi, think about it.
00:25:38.300 What Tulsi could do at the head of DNI, we're talking about fulfilling the promise of the JFK files.
00:25:44.280 We're talking about finding out potential foreign involvement in 9-11 beyond what we know, like Saudi intelligence, etc., which, Jack, I know you've been very interested in throughout the years.
00:25:55.580 We're talking about getting to the baseline of the origins of COVID.
00:26:00.480 We're talking about the origins of Russiagate.
00:26:03.420 The keeper of secrets, if I had to say where they're going to fight the highest, is the intel community.
00:26:09.700 Does anybody disagree with that assessment?
00:26:11.660 I'm not saying anyone is easy, but I think the easiest will actually be Pete, and the hardest will be Tulsi.
00:26:18.040 Feel free to disagree, guys.
00:26:19.660 Well, and it would be fitting, too, if Tulsi got through, that the former congresswoman who looks most like an X-Men would release all the information about aliens.
00:26:32.300 Wait, which X-Men?
00:26:34.380 Storm.
00:26:35.760 Well, no.
00:26:36.640 She has the white.
00:26:38.020 Oh, no, no, you're right.
00:26:38.760 It's Rogue.
00:26:40.840 It's Rogue, yeah.
00:26:41.960 She doesn't look like a Rogue.
00:26:42.920 Yeah, Rogue has the white streak there.
00:26:44.000 Oh, she has the white streak.
00:26:45.020 She has the white streak.
00:26:45.460 Oh, kind of.
00:26:47.940 Rogue's like a Southern girl.
00:26:49.620 You guys don't understand your X-Men lore.
00:26:53.460 You're getting it all wrong.
00:26:55.180 She's all of them folded into one, okay?
00:26:57.960 Wait, wait, wait.
00:26:58.720 Here's a piece of it that I'd love to throw out, by the way, though, which, and I'd love to get into that later.
00:27:04.520 But, you know, Charlie, not only would she declassify that, she would declassify the wiretapping that's going on currently in the U.S. government.
00:27:15.300 Or, by the way, the wiretapping that goes on.
00:27:17.500 Correct.
00:27:47.700 No, I don't think so.
00:27:49.860 So, remember what they did to Flynn.
00:27:51.920 Remember what they did to Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.
00:27:54.220 If you think that that kind of stuff, inserting people, people being inserted from the deep state into the administration or having the FBI run these operations on people inside the White House itself, if you think that they just stopped and they went away, like, is it your first day here?
00:28:10.600 I'm confused.
00:28:12.400 Yeah, and so, Blake, what do you think of that assessment?
00:28:14.520 Again, I think Bobby's going to be a fight, but I think Bobby and Trump are creating a very close relationship, what I'm seeing.
00:28:21.820 And I think Trump is willing to go to the mat for Bobby for multiple reasons.
00:28:26.640 And, again, I am totally on board for Tulsi.
00:28:29.260 Again, I'm trying to help her any way I can.
00:28:31.220 But I think Trump looked to Bobby at an inflection point where that endorsement really, really made a difference.
00:28:36.600 Remember, that was the day after the Democrat convention.
00:28:38.860 It was at the Turning Point Action event in Arizona.
00:28:43.100 There was a lot of momentum that came after it.
00:28:45.980 So, Blake, what do you think of that assessment?
00:28:48.660 Yeah, I think that makes sense.
00:28:49.740 And I think, bigger picture, Trump does care, kind of in this very direct businessman way, about delivering on overt promises that he made.
00:28:58.880 And, you know, he very much considered that a priority with his first admin.
00:29:02.560 Like, you know, really saying, promises made, promises kept.
00:29:04.880 Here's how I delivered on all the things that I said I would do when I was running.
00:29:08.660 And I think he probably views this RFK thing the same way.
00:29:11.820 You know, he had a businessman's deal.
00:29:13.880 If you endorse me, I will let you take charge on this specific agenda.
00:29:19.960 And I've talked to people who are just like, oh, well, RFK is served.
00:29:23.320 He's not useful anymore.
00:29:24.460 Cut him loose.
00:29:25.020 Like, what sort of, like, weird HBO poisoned brain you have where he's just like, oh, use them and throw them away.
00:29:31.480 That's not how Trump operates.
00:29:33.340 Trump does consider it.
00:29:34.680 But it's not that he'll, it's not that he, like, is incapable of saying, like, oh, this person, it's not working out, we have to pull it.
00:29:40.900 But this was a direct promise he made.
00:29:42.680 He got votes.
00:29:43.880 He maybe won the election because he made this promise.
00:29:46.400 And if he breaks it, it's like, what other deals can he propose for the rest of the next four years?
00:29:52.460 He's a guy who breaks his deals.
00:29:54.400 So I think you're very strong.
00:29:55.600 You're very correct.
00:29:56.400 He will go to the mat for RFK.
00:29:58.440 I just, I personally wonder, will that be enough?
00:30:02.260 Will you just run into that brick wall where you're going to have, you know, 15 Republican senators who say, sorry, Pfizer says it's a no-go.
00:30:10.140 We're not going to let it go.
00:30:11.280 And then where do you go from there?
00:30:13.780 Tulsi, I understand your argument, but I think about the fact, like, Meghan McCain has already endorsed Tulsi.
00:30:20.780 I think that is easy to make fun of.
00:30:22.720 I think that actually could go a little bit of a ways where you'll have a few of those voices who will say, wait, guys, this Russian asset thing people say is dumb.
00:30:31.640 She is literally a serving member of the United States Armed Forces right now.
00:30:36.760 Like, if you think she's a Russian spy, why isn't she being investigated?
00:30:40.480 Why isn't she undergoing a court martial?
00:30:42.380 Oh, everyone knows this is BS.
00:30:43.880 This is just a thing they made up.
00:30:45.700 And I think there's room for that narrative to expand and spread.
00:30:52.140 Like, people are going to go, okay, this is a woman who was a member of Congress and, like, she ran for president as a Democrat.
00:30:58.720 She didn't win, but this wasn't considered a manifestly insane treasonous thing.
00:31:05.060 And combined with the fact that, as I said, D&I, there's not as much money invested in it.
00:31:11.040 And, like, if they scuttle her, you know, Trump could easily just install someone else who might have the same agenda.
00:31:18.180 I think she has better odds than Charlie rates it as, but I can understand the argument.
00:31:23.340 Yeah.
00:31:24.100 And I'll just kind of give my take on Tulsi.
00:31:26.620 I actually think that they're mishandling the Tulsi situation, you know, from a typical Saul Alinsky playbook type of an angle.
00:31:36.660 I think that you brought up, Charlie.
00:31:39.720 I could be wrong.
00:31:40.940 We'll see.
00:31:41.960 But I think that the opening is there to try to attack RFK from an Alinsky type perspective.
00:31:51.180 But there's less of that with Tulsi.
00:31:53.680 And I think that entire.
00:31:54.740 No, you're right.
00:31:55.260 I mean, make the enemy live up to a book of its own rules type thing.
00:31:58.480 Because the left talks a good game on healthy eating and on against corporate farming.
00:32:03.980 Now, I will say, though, Tyler, Bernie Sanders, Ron Wyden, they tend to be against the intel agencies.
00:32:09.500 But there's not a lot of those Democrat senators, though.
00:32:11.600 Not a lot.
00:32:12.860 Yeah.
00:32:13.680 There's not.
00:32:14.300 I mean, we'll see.
00:32:15.020 I mean, and I could be totally wrong here.
00:32:17.320 I could, you know, here's, again, this is where I just always look to, like, where are the purse strings?
00:32:23.680 And who poses the greatest threat to the purse strings within the Democratic state?
00:32:29.940 This is the reason why Bernie endorsed Hillary, ultimately.
00:32:33.480 And this is why Bernie endorsed Joe Biden.
00:32:35.420 And this is why Bernie endorsed Kamala.
00:32:37.160 I mean, it was a little easier for him with Kamala, but is that ultimately his access to the left's data and money pool, and, you know, specifically Act Blue and all of that, even though he may not, you know, subscribe to every element of it, is dependent upon his willingness to play ball on these things.
00:32:56.200 And, again, you know, that's why I think all these are going to be difficult with Democrats.
00:33:00.900 The real question is Republicans and see if we can overcome and who can't get bought off by, you know, the center-left joint in D.C.
00:33:12.280 Well, and there's a ton, too.
00:33:14.040 And, by the way, you know, just to say, Chelsea is personally my favorite pick out of any of the cabinet thus far.
00:33:19.820 And just, as I say, as a guy who was in the intel community and understands how much reform is actually needed there, and I don't know anybody else on the scene that's actually going to be able to do anything like she would.
00:33:32.600 I mean, go in there and actually start shaking things up in the 18 agencies.
00:33:36.880 That being said, yeah, no, Tyler, what you were saying as well about the way it's being managed.
00:33:41.740 I mean, Tulsi is someone who, what is the main thing that, beyond her service and beyond her record, what is the main thing that people know about her, is she is fantastic on camera.
00:33:52.420 She is fantastic in interviews.
00:33:54.500 She is fantastic.
00:33:55.200 I mean, why not have Tulsi Gabbard go out there and respond to this latest, the long-range missile thing in Ukraine?
00:34:01.520 Why not have Tulsi Gabbard respond?
00:34:03.020 You know, Putin just gave this huge speech throwing down in Moscow talking about, hey, if you want a war, you've got one.
00:34:08.640 If you, you know, we've got these long-range missiles, or I guess it's medium-range ballistic missile with a hypersonic glide, et cetera.
00:34:15.900 Have Tulsi be the person responding on all of these various things.
00:34:19.020 Empower her to actually be, and she could sit with, you know, sit with Mike Waltz and figure out what they want the response to be,
00:34:25.800 and then could actually be, in a sense, sort of setting it up so that it's almost like she's doing the job already.
00:34:32.040 And I think she would get a lot of support, maybe not so much just on the inside game, but you've got to build up the outside game.
00:34:39.840 And you're right, Charlie.
00:34:40.500 She doesn't have that kind of Bobby Kennedy energy, but if you put her out there and actually have her start giving statements,
00:34:45.700 she's going to be someone that's going to break out of the sort of MAGA silo, and our silo is bigger than it's ever been.
00:34:52.420 But she's going to reach out to independents.
00:34:54.080 She's going to reach out to women.
00:34:55.200 There's so many people are going to want to hear what Tulsi has to say.
00:34:57.940 I think it would be a media strategy for her could be helpful if now, you know, if done properly, if done properly.
00:35:05.580 So I think we've glossed over something that's important.
00:35:09.820 What's next for Matt Gaetz?
00:35:12.220 Matt Gaetz resigned from the current Congress, right?
00:35:15.700 So he resigned from the Congress of 2023 to 2025.
00:35:23.400 That Congress hasn't ended yet, and the next Congress is the one that he was elected to.
00:35:28.620 So maybe this is a Blake question.
00:35:29.780 Blake, does that resignation count for the seat or the session that he was just elected for or no?
00:35:35.820 I don't even know how that works.
00:35:37.320 Wow.
00:35:37.820 I've never thought about that, I guess.
00:35:41.760 You get what I'm saying, right?
00:35:43.000 I get what you're saying.
00:35:44.960 I wonder if it's like you'd probably have to get into the technicalities.
00:35:50.340 Like, he sent a letter to the governor saying he was resigning effective immediately.
00:35:55.120 Maybe they, that, like, technically exclude, like, that essentially is him announcing he's forfeiting.
00:36:01.800 Ah, we got him back.
00:36:03.840 Charlie is back.
00:36:04.780 I've been answering this question.
00:36:06.200 It's very simple.
00:36:07.320 Yes, if Matt Gaetz wishes he could, he can easily resume the next Congress.
00:36:11.860 He resigned from this Congress.
00:36:14.540 Just then tell DeSantis to cancel the special election.
00:36:17.780 Very simple.
00:36:18.620 It's still within the window.
00:36:19.640 Candidates have not yet been filed.
00:36:21.500 Until candidates are filed for that special election, the governor has the ability to cancel that special election.
00:36:26.120 He has, like, a week and a half to decide.
00:36:28.440 Oh, that was simple.
00:36:29.480 Yeah.
00:36:29.740 I mean, in his resignation letter, he said he did not intend to take his oath of office.
00:36:35.160 Yeah, I mean, I do not think he's going to, I don't think he's going back to Congress.
00:36:38.780 I don't think he's going back to Congress.
00:36:40.160 So, I mean, it doesn't look like it, but we could force him.
00:36:44.040 But we could grab him, put him in the van, drive him.
00:36:47.340 He'll wake up in Congress.
00:36:49.160 Welcome back.
00:36:50.000 Kick him out on the steps.
00:36:51.640 You have to go back.
00:36:52.940 Yeah.
00:36:53.460 I mean, we might need to vote.
00:36:54.740 So, the way these things are looking, it's very close.
00:36:58.760 But assuming he doesn't go back to the House, some people have brought up he could be appointed to the Senate vacancy, but you would need DeSantis to go along with that.
00:37:08.420 But, and it's, there might be a lot of people who want that Senate seat, and he also just might not want himself.
00:37:13.620 DeSantis will not give that to him.
00:37:14.760 That's, that's not happening.
00:37:16.680 The story was always that he wanted to run for governor, and when DeSantis was headed out, and there's no reason he still can't do that.
00:37:22.840 That's only two years out.
00:37:24.180 So, we can give it right to campaigning.
00:37:25.820 By the way, but if DeSantis, but if DeSantis gave, and they've had a good relationship, they've always maintained a good relationship, even with the primary being notwithstanding, that if DeSantis appointed Gates to the Senate seat, then that would clear the governor's seat for the 26 race.
00:37:44.440 So, DeSantis could kind of, could then maybe maneuver to get one of his people over there.
00:37:50.680 Very true.
00:37:51.320 Because he's term limited.
00:37:51.700 Of course, a common sense, yeah, is the reason he would want the Senate seat to be open is that DeSantis himself would want to get into it.
00:37:59.840 Some people have even said he might, you know, appoint his wife, Casey, and, you know, there's like, it's like Star Wars.
00:38:06.860 Only like five families are allowed to hold offices.
00:38:09.240 The biggest sign that you know that Matt's not going back to Congress, you want to know what it is?
00:38:14.540 Ginger posted on Instagram the end of it.
00:38:17.900 Yeah.
00:38:18.520 So, when the wife says that it's over, it's really over.
00:38:23.020 Right, everyone?
00:38:25.340 Yeah, I mean, she was backing up.
00:38:26.040 All right, I need to have one of our partners.
00:38:29.520 Okay, let me go to one of our partners here on Rumble.
00:38:32.660 They say evolution has gone soft, that men have traded their strength for comfort.
00:38:37.660 But if you're not about to let your instincts go dull, it's time to fuel up with something raw, real, and primal.
00:38:43.200 It is called naked organs.
00:38:44.760 We're talking pure bison, kidney, heart, and testicles, some of which, some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet.
00:38:51.720 Bison liver alone packs some more than three times more than vitamin A than muscle meat,
00:38:55.340 along with high levels of vitamin B12, iron, and folate, all essential for energy, immune health, and keeping you sharp.
00:39:02.240 And the best part, you get all these powerhouse nutrients in a form that's easy to take, no raw organs required.
00:39:07.640 Head to benaked.com and use promo code Charlie for 15% off.
00:39:10.780 That is benaked.com.
00:39:11.920 Time to silence the noise, reclaim your power, and go back to be unstoppable.
00:39:16.300 Okay, I have a hard stop here, guys, in about 20 minutes.
00:39:20.920 You guys are more than welcome to continue and proceed.
00:39:26.360 What is Blue Sky?
00:39:27.420 Somebody fill me in on this.
00:39:28.580 I'm hearing about this a lot.
00:39:30.260 Oh, this is great.
00:39:31.380 So Blue Sky is, let's see, actually, let's bring it up on the other laptop so people can look at it.
00:39:38.940 One of the things that's great about this is, I guess, like, there's no intellectual property at all
00:39:43.760 in terms of how you make a website because Blue Sky just looks exactly like Twitter.
00:39:48.700 It uses, like, the exact same logo except it's a butterfly instead of a bird.
00:39:54.280 I don't know if people can see this easily.
00:39:57.460 And it, like, has the exact same feed structure.
00:40:02.480 As far as I can tell, it even, like, uses, like, the same icons.
00:40:05.560 Like, oh, you got replies.
00:40:06.920 You have your re-skies.
00:40:09.460 In fact, I think the lingo term they're going with instead of tweet is, I've read this, it's skeet,
00:40:17.780 which, one, is exactly like tweet, and two, look it up on Urban Dictionary.
00:40:24.540 There is a gross meaning of that that we're not going to talk about here.
00:40:29.020 But it's, like, all just 100% the exact same thing as Twitter, except what it is is it's Twitter
00:40:36.620 for people who miss old Twitter.
00:40:40.240 Not really old Twitter when it was funny in, like, 2015 when Trump is taking it over,
00:40:46.580 but oppressive Stalinist Twitter in 2020.
00:40:50.600 Like, people who are mad that, ah, when people say things that I don't like about vaccines
00:40:57.300 or about elections, ah, it makes me so mad.
00:41:00.700 I just want to go to a place where it can be censored.
00:41:03.220 And so it's censored Twitter.
00:41:04.680 It's maximum censorship Twitter.
00:41:06.440 There's a great post by Nate Silver that he just made today, actually.
00:41:11.700 You guys can put it up there.
00:41:12.780 I would join Blue Sky if it was, like, 2012 to 2015 Twitter.
00:41:16.800 But the people going there seem to think 2019 to 2020 Twitter was good
00:41:20.680 when it was the most miserable place on Earth,
00:41:23.060 unless you happen to fit within a very particular lane.
00:41:28.420 And that's the thought he's had.
00:41:30.160 It's a thought a lot of people are having.
00:41:32.400 One of the funniest things is all these,
00:41:35.180 so all these libs are joining Blue Sky.
00:41:37.320 One of the funniest examples of this is all these sports journalists are joining Blue Sky
00:41:42.300 because they're all ideological screamer people.
00:41:45.240 And the athletes are not.
00:41:46.260 The athletes are just staying on Twitter because Twitter is bigger and more popular.
00:41:48.740 But these are all zealots, so they have to go to Blue Sky.
00:41:51.980 And I guess I should explain the reason they're doing it
00:41:54.760 is because they've decided that Musk is to blame.
00:41:59.020 Like, you know, the evil orange Hitler came back.
00:42:01.320 And it's because there wasn't enough censorship on Twitter.
00:42:04.140 They could have censored this.
00:42:05.180 So now they're finally voting with their feet.
00:42:07.140 And it's all these, like, you know, the Stephen King,
00:42:10.540 boomer, lib, resistance types who are mad.
00:42:13.980 And one of the funniest things that's happening is
00:42:15.680 there's sort of a left-wing, real-raw-news conspiracy thing
00:42:21.040 that thinks, like, Musk stole the election by having Starlink satellites.
00:42:26.420 Yeah, Blue Anon.
00:42:27.180 Like, they stole the election with the Starlink satellites.
00:42:30.480 And they're all getting banned on Blue Sky
00:42:32.240 because they auto-ban all the election deniers.
00:42:35.980 Yeah.
00:42:36.180 Yeah, and so I think the Babylon Bee guys set up over there
00:42:42.520 and they started posting some articles
00:42:44.300 and, like, every single one of their posts got taken down on Blue Sky.
00:42:48.460 But one of the interesting things,
00:42:50.340 I don't have any at my fingertips
00:42:51.840 and I don't know any that I can actually mention here
00:42:56.180 in polite company because Thought Crime is, of course, a family show.
00:43:00.600 But there have been some really funny Anons
00:43:04.300 going over and brigading Blue Sky.
00:43:08.280 And basically what they're doing is they're going over there
00:43:10.120 and pretending to be leftist
00:43:11.620 and just saying, like, the craziest stuff
00:43:13.740 to troll them and let's just mess with them
00:43:17.140 and see, like, and see how they respond
00:43:19.380 and see how they react to things.
00:43:21.280 Like, the one, I think there was one that was like,
00:43:23.640 I'm a proud trans woman
00:43:25.700 and I'll use the bathroom wherever I want.
00:43:27.860 Not just whatever room it is,
00:43:29.200 wherever place I'm standing in,
00:43:31.200 I'm going to use the bathroom right there.
00:43:32.760 And how dare you tell me otherwise?
00:43:34.940 And they're going up against these, like,
00:43:37.660 you know, like Rob Reiner and Mark Cuban type people.
00:43:40.200 They're like, wait, what are you talking about?
00:43:41.860 They don't, and they just don't know
00:43:43.120 how to respond to it whatsoever.
00:43:44.720 This is similar to,
00:43:45.940 for those who are familiar with their deep lore
00:43:50.200 of the movement,
00:43:51.320 it's similar to back in the old days
00:43:52.960 when 4chan used a Brigade Tumblr
00:43:54.800 in, like, the Gamergate era
00:43:58.780 and some of that stuff.
00:44:00.600 And it's just been,
00:44:02.100 it's been absolutely hilarious.
00:44:06.460 Hilariously also.
00:44:07.500 Let's go to Jussie Smollett
00:44:07.820 in the time we have remaining, guys.
00:44:09.480 So, what is the news with Jussie Smollett?
00:44:11.780 I definitely want to hit this.
00:44:13.480 This is MAGA country.
00:44:14.840 The juice is loose.
00:44:16.780 Juicy Smollett, as Dave Chappelle called him.
00:44:19.300 So, Jussie Smollett, that was five and a half years ago
00:44:22.760 at this point.
00:44:23.180 It was early 2019, I believe.
00:44:24.960 As everyone remembers,
00:44:26.040 Jussie Smollett was attacked by guys
00:44:28.620 wearing MAGA hats.
00:44:29.540 He said, this is MAGA country,
00:44:30.660 and they hung a noose around his neck
00:44:31.920 and did all this bad stuff.
00:44:33.580 And it was all transparently fake.
00:44:36.020 It was some bizarre attempt to boost his career
00:44:38.700 by being the victim of a hate crime.
00:44:41.600 And Kim Fox, the DA,
00:44:43.760 or whatever they call it in Chicago,
00:44:45.680 dropped all charges against him
00:44:47.140 for extremely obvious, politically motivated reasons.
00:44:50.080 So, they appointed a special counsel
00:44:51.600 who investigated it, charged him.
00:44:54.180 He was convicted in 2021
00:44:55.460 and sentenced to 150 days in jail.
00:44:57.900 He never served a single day of that,
00:45:00.780 even though many people have gone to prison
00:45:02.580 for lesser things, in my opinion.
00:45:03.720 He never served a single day.
00:45:05.260 It's been winding through
00:45:06.460 the extremely glacial Illinois justice system
00:45:08.760 for three years now.
00:45:10.220 And the Illinois Supreme Court says,
00:45:12.200 actually, it's double jeopardy
00:45:14.380 that they charged him through a special counsel
00:45:16.340 after DA Kim Fox dropped the charges
00:45:20.860 because in the process,
00:45:22.700 he forfeited some $10,000 bond or whatever.
00:45:26.940 And so, it was double jeopardy, they say.
00:45:29.640 So, the juice is loose.
00:45:31.400 He is an innocent man,
00:45:33.180 just like another famous person
00:45:36.620 with juice as a nickname.
00:45:38.000 And it's pretty wild.
00:45:41.320 And I do think there's actually
00:45:42.720 a serious takeaway here,
00:45:43.980 which is, it was always, to me,
00:45:45.740 inherently ridiculous
00:45:46.680 that Smollett, like,
00:45:49.240 he gets charged just for filing
00:45:50.780 a false police report,
00:45:52.380 like he called, like,
00:45:53.600 and, you know, it's a 150-day thing.
00:45:55.680 He was basically doing a blood libel
00:45:58.260 against half the country.
00:45:59.820 Like, if we believe the concept
00:46:01.360 of a hate crime exists,
00:46:03.200 a crime, like, motivated by hatred
00:46:05.380 against another group of people,
00:46:06.620 what is not,
00:46:08.200 what is more fitting than
00:46:09.240 you make up a completely insane,
00:46:12.780 salacious allegation
00:46:13.640 against a group of people
00:46:14.480 to encourage hatred of them?
00:46:17.200 I think faking a hate crime
00:46:18.840 should actually be a serious thing.
00:46:20.400 Like, federal government comes in,
00:46:22.980 charge him with a civil rights offense,
00:46:24.540 and say,
00:46:25.100 you're going to jail for five years,
00:46:26.780 ten years,
00:46:27.620 because it is not acceptable
00:46:28.780 to defame a group of people like this.
00:46:31.180 That's my take.
00:46:32.060 He could have started race riots in Chicago.
00:46:34.240 Yeah.
00:46:34.900 He literally could have started race riots
00:46:36.420 every day.
00:46:36.680 This is what would start, like,
00:46:37.640 pogroms against Jewish people,
00:46:39.060 is they would say, like,
00:46:39.640 oh, we found evidence that
00:46:40.920 the Jews did this evil thing,
00:46:42.280 and then they would murder them.
00:46:43.900 That's what they would do in Russia.
00:46:45.240 That is how bad stuff starts.
00:46:48.000 Yeah.
00:46:48.380 This is not a,
00:46:49.340 okay, it is funny,
00:46:50.400 because he is specifically
00:46:51.520 a stupid and ridiculous person,
00:46:53.380 but what he did was really bad.
00:46:56.780 Really, really bad.
00:46:57.820 And I think a good thing
00:47:00.020 for whoever the next AG is
00:47:02.120 in following up on Gates
00:47:03.440 is we should treat,
00:47:05.200 you know,
00:47:05.660 faking a hate crime
00:47:06.840 is,
00:47:07.740 it is the real hate crime,
00:47:09.020 as it were.
00:47:09.900 Mm-hmm.
00:47:10.820 It should get the correlated punishment.
00:47:12.780 All right,
00:47:13.040 this is one of my favorite clips ever.
00:47:14.260 By the way,
00:47:14.480 I knew this was fake
00:47:15.240 as soon as,
00:47:17.020 because I know Chicago very well,
00:47:18.560 as soon as Jussie Smollett
00:47:19.600 said that these guys
00:47:20.500 were walking around
00:47:21.340 in negative 10-degree weather.
00:47:22.660 If you've ever spent time in Chicago
00:47:23.760 when it's negative 10-degree weather,
00:47:24.900 no one is gallivanting around,
00:47:27.200 you know,
00:47:27.820 saying this is MAGA country
00:47:29.220 on the way to Subway.
00:47:30.320 And I know the neighborhood,
00:47:31.440 it's right near Streeterville.
00:47:32.840 This did not happen.
00:47:34.420 Play cut 74.
00:47:36.700 They took our beautiful bench.
00:47:39.060 This is where we waited
00:47:41.120 for Jussie to come
00:47:42.900 before we attacked him.
00:47:45.600 So we got here
00:47:46.720 with 10 minutes to spare,
00:47:48.580 and we had to plan
00:47:50.020 our escape route
00:47:50.960 to survey the land.
00:47:52.620 His building is actually
00:47:53.800 right here,
00:47:55.300 right above the stairs
00:47:56.660 that we're going
00:47:57.460 to attack him at.
00:47:58.800 We made sure we got there
00:48:00.120 at 2 a.m.,
00:48:01.460 sharp.
00:48:02.140 On the dot.
00:48:02.740 On the dot.
00:48:03.540 We had no phones
00:48:04.500 because he did not want us
00:48:05.720 to bring any phones.
00:48:07.440 He said,
00:48:08.140 so we don't lose them.
00:48:09.500 I don't know
00:48:10.140 if that's really the reason,
00:48:11.580 but you can deduce
00:48:13.020 your own reason.
00:48:14.140 So 2 a.m.,
00:48:15.380 he was nowhere to be found.
00:48:17.660 He was not there.
00:48:18.880 So we were like,
00:48:19.820 damn, what do we do?
00:48:21.400 We didn't have
00:48:22.160 no way of contacting him.
00:48:23.540 He had no way
00:48:24.340 of contacting us.
00:48:25.540 So we waited here
00:48:26.400 for about, what,
00:48:27.880 4 minutes?
00:48:28.620 It was about 4 minutes.
00:48:29.660 Roughly 4 minutes.
00:48:30.220 But it felt like forever.
00:48:31.820 Because it was cold
00:48:32.720 as balls.
00:48:34.160 So I saw him
00:48:34.980 out the corner of my eye,
00:48:36.280 and I was like,
00:48:37.180 okay, that's him.
00:48:38.040 Let's go.
00:48:39.540 We got to go get
00:48:40.580 this Empire.
00:48:42.280 Yeah, that's him.
00:48:43.800 That's him.
00:48:44.320 That's that nigga.
00:48:44.660 That's that nigga.
00:48:46.180 Get that nigga.
00:48:47.540 Oh, he's moving fast.
00:48:48.600 Come on, let's get him.
00:48:49.380 Get that nigga.
00:48:50.040 Let's get him.
00:48:50.780 As we crossed the street,
00:48:52.620 we said hey
00:48:53.440 to get his attention.
00:48:55.620 Hey, nigga.
00:48:56.800 Hey.
00:48:57.460 He turned around,
00:48:58.960 looked at us,
00:49:00.000 and that's when
00:49:00.540 we started yelling
00:49:01.340 the famous slurs
00:49:03.880 he wanted us to yell.
00:49:05.460 Hey.
00:49:06.120 Aren't you that
00:49:06.700 Empire
00:49:07.120 it's MAGA country.
00:49:12.540 Isn't that like
00:49:13.140 right by Trump Tower?
00:49:13.720 He said, what did you
00:49:14.240 say to me?
00:49:15.160 And then that's when
00:49:16.020 I threw the first punch at him.
00:49:18.700 I held the blow
00:49:20.120 because I didn't want
00:49:20.820 to hurt him, of course.
00:49:21.960 So I made it look real.
00:49:23.500 This is so good.
00:49:23.960 But I held it.
00:49:25.260 Then we started tussling,
00:49:26.880 moving around,
00:49:28.220 and then I threw him
00:49:29.140 to the ground.
00:49:30.160 He wanted it to look
00:49:31.200 like he fought back.
00:49:32.800 That was very important
00:49:33.860 for him
00:49:34.660 because he said,
00:49:35.580 hey, don't just
00:49:36.300 beat my ass.
00:49:37.520 Make it look like
00:49:38.140 I'm fighting back
00:49:39.040 and whatnot.
00:49:39.660 So we did that,
00:49:40.860 and then I threw him
00:49:41.900 to the ground.
00:49:42.700 And while,
00:49:43.580 after I threw him
00:49:44.220 to the ground,
00:49:45.040 he had no bruise.
00:49:46.520 I wanted it to look
00:49:47.400 more real.
00:49:48.600 So then I threw him
00:49:49.760 to the ground.
00:49:50.440 After I threw him
00:49:51.040 to the ground,
00:49:51.880 I used my knuckle
00:49:52.980 and gave him a noogie.
00:49:54.720 So I went like this.
00:49:55.600 Give him a noogie.
00:49:57.540 I gave him a noogie.
00:49:58.220 Why did I do that?
00:49:59.080 To give him a scar,
00:50:00.380 to give him a mark,
00:50:01.540 to make it look real,
00:50:02.580 like he really did
00:50:03.720 and get his ass beat.
00:50:05.260 After I did that,
00:50:06.700 I fake kicked him.
00:50:07.840 I don't know
00:50:08.200 what he was doing.
00:50:09.080 I wasn't paying attention.
00:50:09.880 That's where I came around
00:50:11.240 with the bleach,
00:50:12.380 the infamous bleach
00:50:13.500 in the hot sauce bottle,
00:50:15.560 poured it on his shirt.
00:50:17.080 Then I finally put
00:50:18.460 the rope around his face.
00:50:19.820 I did not put it
00:50:20.600 around his neck.
00:50:21.340 I just placed it
00:50:22.000 on his face,
00:50:22.820 and that's when
00:50:23.580 we took off.
00:50:25.500 Charlie,
00:50:26.140 isn't that like
00:50:26.800 right by Trump Tower?
00:50:28.000 Isn't that like
00:50:28.500 right over...
00:50:29.380 It's a little ways away.
00:50:31.540 It's about five
00:50:32.580 or six blocks north.
00:50:33.720 But it's the general area.
00:50:35.500 It's the general area.
00:50:36.360 Remember,
00:50:37.240 you can walk around
00:50:38.180 there pretty...
00:50:39.740 I know the street
00:50:40.900 that that happened.
00:50:41.900 I know,
00:50:42.480 like I've been there
00:50:43.140 many times.
00:50:43.980 And yes,
00:50:44.480 not only can you walk
00:50:45.160 around there,
00:50:45.520 this is right near
00:50:46.200 the Gold Coast neighborhood,
00:50:47.780 a little bit south actually,
00:50:49.060 like Streeterville River North.
00:50:50.260 the idea that anyone back then
00:50:55.140 would wear a MAGA hat.
00:50:55.960 Now,
00:50:56.400 mind you,
00:50:57.340 I might believe
00:50:58.240 the MAGA hat portion
00:50:59.500 of this in 2024,
00:51:00.880 now that we've brought
00:51:01.900 the MAGA hat back.
00:51:03.140 But the MAGA hat
00:51:04.780 was like verboten
00:51:06.360 back when this happened.
00:51:08.040 Well,
00:51:09.400 and like everything
00:51:09.980 about it is,
00:51:10.960 you just remember,
00:51:12.640 it takes me back
00:51:13.520 to the UVA story.
00:51:14.980 Remember the Rolling Stone story
00:51:16.100 about the assault at UVA?
00:51:18.180 And like the details
00:51:19.140 in these stories
00:51:19.740 are so ridiculous
00:51:20.820 and everyone
00:51:21.820 would believe them.
00:51:23.320 So it's like,
00:51:24.260 okay,
00:51:24.660 that they would recognize
00:51:25.900 this guy
00:51:26.680 in the street
00:51:27.660 at 2 a.m.
00:51:29.440 Yeah.
00:51:30.260 While wearing
00:51:30.860 their MAGA hats
00:51:31.580 at 2 a.m.
00:51:32.240 when it's 10 degrees out,
00:51:33.400 as one does.
00:51:34.620 And then just like,
00:51:35.880 yeah,
00:51:36.400 let's assault this guy.
00:51:38.300 What are we going
00:51:38.740 to assault him with?
00:51:39.460 The noose
00:51:40.220 that we're carrying
00:51:41.920 around at night.
00:51:43.680 And a hot sauce bottle.
00:51:44.440 And the bleach
00:51:45.260 that we are also
00:51:46.580 carrying around
00:51:47.600 in Chicago
00:51:49.200 in the middle of the night
00:51:51.280 for some reason.
00:51:53.620 And...
00:51:54.060 It was probably
00:51:55.360 in a Kirk's hot sauce bottle.
00:51:57.020 It could be.
00:51:58.100 It could be.
00:51:58.440 It probably was
00:51:59.320 a Kirk's hot sauce bottle.
00:52:00.580 Did we verify
00:52:01.340 which hot sauce this was?
00:52:02.560 Ooh.
00:52:02.940 That they poured out.
00:52:04.100 And keep in mind,
00:52:05.220 Kamala Harris,
00:52:06.280 I believe,
00:52:06.780 still has her tweet up
00:52:07.720 about what happened
00:52:08.560 to Juicy.
00:52:09.060 She does.
00:52:09.720 And I don't think
00:52:10.940 she's ever even...
00:52:11.720 She was never even asked
00:52:12.580 about it.
00:52:13.400 Who has the tweet up?
00:52:14.800 Kamala.
00:52:15.240 Who?
00:52:15.700 Oh, yeah.
00:52:17.040 Sorry, I don't know
00:52:17.740 who that is.
00:52:17.960 She was this woman
00:52:17.980 who ran for president once.
00:52:19.480 It was...
00:52:20.120 No, Donald Trump
00:52:21.260 is the president.
00:52:22.040 Donald Trump.
00:52:23.660 You know what's crazy
00:52:24.800 about this entire thing?
00:52:26.300 2019,
00:52:27.000 everyone forgets this.
00:52:28.100 It was never reported on.
00:52:29.880 There were aggressive
00:52:31.060 Antifa people
00:52:32.080 outside threatening people
00:52:33.720 in Washington, D.C.
00:52:34.840 that walked out
00:52:35.720 of the Trump Tower,
00:52:36.640 out of the Trump Hotel.
00:52:38.160 Every time they walked
00:52:39.180 out of the Trump Hotel,
00:52:40.600 threatening...
00:52:41.100 I witnessed it
00:52:42.820 numerous, numerous times.
00:52:44.300 And this was just
00:52:44.980 before COVID happened.
00:52:47.080 Charlie,
00:52:47.340 you remember all this
00:52:48.320 when things were
00:52:49.440 going on down there.
00:52:50.820 You could not
00:52:51.800 come out of there
00:52:52.380 and walk safely
00:52:53.040 out of there
00:52:53.380 because they would...
00:52:54.120 It wasn't that dangerous
00:52:55.220 because they wouldn't
00:52:56.140 actually do it,
00:52:56.700 but they would actually
00:52:57.460 threaten you
00:52:58.220 for wearing a MAGA hat.
00:53:00.060 It was the opposite.
00:53:01.220 It was literally
00:53:01.980 the opposite happening.
00:53:03.740 No one ever reported on it.
00:53:05.080 People got assaulted
00:53:05.800 all the time,
00:53:06.560 got pushed around.
00:53:07.920 They would get in your face.
00:53:08.980 They'd spit on you.
00:53:09.720 They'd do all sorts of things.
00:53:11.400 Nothing ever was done
00:53:12.600 about it.
00:53:13.600 And then meanwhile,
00:53:14.100 this guy just makes stuff up
00:53:15.160 that something that never happened
00:53:16.580 and it never would happen.
00:53:18.180 It's crazy.
00:53:19.600 I totally agree.
00:53:20.860 All right.
00:53:21.320 I got to dash
00:53:21.980 in just a second here,
00:53:23.180 but...
00:53:23.600 And I think
00:53:24.700 if you guys can keep on going,
00:53:25.820 that would be great.
00:53:27.460 But one other topic here
00:53:30.280 I do want to
00:53:31.220 kind of introduce, guys,
00:53:33.500 which I think is important
00:53:35.060 very quickly,
00:53:36.640 is kind of around
00:53:38.580 what we spoke about earlier
00:53:40.400 with the administration.
00:53:42.900 Anything that you guys
00:53:44.160 are seeing
00:53:44.780 on the Democrat side
00:53:46.560 or on a subversion side,
00:53:48.560 Jack in particular,
00:53:49.780 that we have to watch out for
00:53:51.240 for undermining
00:53:52.180 Donald Trump's agenda
00:53:53.340 and marching orders
00:53:54.620 for our audience
00:53:55.220 before I sign off?
00:53:57.780 I mean, subversion.
00:53:59.240 Yeah, there's
00:53:59.760 all sorts of subversion.
00:54:01.180 There's no question about that.
00:54:02.680 I'm not saying
00:54:03.200 it's on the Democrat side,
00:54:04.200 but no,
00:54:04.600 it's Republicans,
00:54:06.160 it's establishment types
00:54:07.080 getting into the admin.
00:54:08.140 Look, we won the war,
00:54:09.340 but can we win the peace?
00:54:10.760 Right?
00:54:11.080 So we won the battle.
00:54:12.240 We won the big fight.
00:54:13.380 We won the election.
00:54:14.520 Great.
00:54:14.960 Awesome.
00:54:15.460 But now the peace comes.
00:54:16.840 And Charlie,
00:54:17.320 you've been down there
00:54:18.260 doing the yeoman's work,
00:54:19.160 of course,
00:54:20.320 really trying to fight this out
00:54:22.760 because, look,
00:54:23.360 if we don't have the right people
00:54:25.000 in the right positions
00:54:26.220 come January 20,
00:54:28.020 come January 20,
00:54:29.380 then all of the gains
00:54:31.280 that we have put together
00:54:32.080 could all fall apart.
00:54:33.420 And, you know,
00:54:33.860 think about all of the threats
00:54:35.580 that happened in 2017.
00:54:37.880 People do not remember
00:54:39.400 that 2017 as a year
00:54:42.100 was a year of pure hell.
00:54:44.400 It was a year of hell.
00:54:45.480 It really was.
00:54:46.260 The entire establishment
00:54:47.740 came after every single person
00:54:49.500 associated with the Trump campaign,
00:54:51.200 every person that they were looking,
00:54:52.580 that they were going after.
00:54:53.480 They had a special prosecutor
00:54:54.660 that went after.
00:54:55.960 Jeff Sessions was, like,
00:54:56.860 sucking his thumb in the corner
00:54:57.840 crying about this.
00:54:59.340 And all of which happened
00:55:00.880 under the guise
00:55:03.200 of the Trump administration,
00:55:04.540 a lot of which, by the way,
00:55:05.640 was a response.
00:55:06.260 This is such an important lesson.
00:55:07.680 You're exactly right.
00:55:08.920 No, keep going, Jack.
00:55:10.040 Just finish it off
00:55:10.920 because they're going to try
00:55:11.940 to do the same thing
00:55:12.700 over and over again.
00:55:13.880 Yeah.
00:55:14.640 Yeah, so this idea
00:55:15.560 that, like, oh, we're just...
00:55:16.680 And you saw what just happened
00:55:17.420 in Gates.
00:55:17.820 Like, that's real power.
00:55:18.740 Okay, that's real power.
00:55:20.660 And MAGA is going to come up
00:55:22.140 against that
00:55:22.840 the same way we did in 2017.
00:55:24.440 And you notice that,
00:55:25.480 that in 2017,
00:55:27.160 there were certain initiatives
00:55:29.120 that never fell through
00:55:30.820 or that never kept up.
00:55:32.520 Steve Bannon was bounced
00:55:33.820 from the White House.
00:55:34.460 A lot of good people
00:55:35.200 were bounced from the White House.
00:55:36.760 And you got people
00:55:37.580 like H.R. McMaster in there.
00:55:39.520 The Town Drunk.
00:55:40.620 You got General Kelly in there.
00:55:42.680 And you go look at this guy.
00:55:43.580 So, again, you know,
00:55:45.180 we saw so much subversion
00:55:47.000 even from people
00:55:47.860 who, quote, unquote,
00:55:48.900 look good on paper
00:55:50.040 that eventually turned around
00:55:52.120 and started stabbing people.
00:55:53.060 John Kelly was running around
00:55:54.800 talking about Nazis and Hitler
00:55:56.500 in the waning days
00:55:57.620 of the election of 2024
00:55:59.080 just a couple weeks ago.
00:56:00.820 And this was a guy
00:56:01.620 who was Homeland Security
00:56:02.820 secretary
00:56:03.840 and a guy who was
00:56:04.820 chief of staff
00:56:05.360 of the White House.
00:56:06.620 So don't sit there
00:56:07.080 for a second and tell me
00:56:07.960 that, oh, we can just
00:56:08.980 bring in anybody
00:56:10.040 off the street
00:56:10.820 who spent enough time
00:56:11.840 in Washington.
00:56:12.320 And by the way, John Kelly,
00:56:13.340 when I was at Guantanamo,
00:56:14.920 he was the Southcom commander.
00:56:16.260 So he came in
00:56:16.740 a number of times, right?
00:56:17.740 He was part of the system.
00:56:19.000 I met him a bunch of times
00:56:19.900 down there.
00:56:21.000 But it doesn't matter.
00:56:22.000 When you're part of the system,
00:56:23.180 you're part of the system.
00:56:24.780 And MAGA is not part
00:56:25.980 of the system.
00:56:26.600 MAGA is trying
00:56:27.020 to take over the system.
00:56:28.460 So you're going to see this.
00:56:29.620 It's like an immune response, right?
00:56:31.720 You're going to see
00:56:32.460 this immune response.
00:56:33.520 And I hope people
00:56:34.180 can just wake up,
00:56:35.680 just wake up and realize
00:56:36.820 you got to get ready
00:56:37.480 for that before it comes.
00:56:38.440 Okay, so Tyler is here.
00:56:42.040 Blake is here.
00:56:43.000 Myself, Charlie had to run.
00:56:45.880 He's down there in West Palm.
00:56:47.980 I'm going to be in
00:56:49.140 and out a little bit.
00:56:50.900 I have a war room hit coming up,
00:56:52.820 but I will be coming back.
00:56:55.440 But we got Tyler, man.
00:56:56.880 We and Blake as well.
00:56:58.000 We've got to talk
00:56:58.800 about this stuff with Russia.
00:57:00.700 This was the big one.
00:57:01.940 And before the Gates news came out
00:57:03.820 and this like hoax story
00:57:04.800 about Trump, you know,
00:57:05.660 maybe having a heart attack
00:57:06.620 or something was totally fake
00:57:08.040 that came out of some
00:57:09.320 like fake pool at Mar-a-Lago,
00:57:12.740 which is just ridiculous.
00:57:13.920 Ridonkulous, actually.
00:57:15.940 Tyler, did Ukraine get nuked last night?
00:57:19.440 What's going on?
00:57:21.340 That was about as close
00:57:23.540 as the report was
00:57:24.720 of what was going on at Mar-a-Lago.
00:57:27.180 So the answer was that
00:57:29.800 Ukraine got nuked
00:57:31.640 and Donald Trump
00:57:32.860 had a heart attack simultaneously.
00:57:34.060 So that's what was coming out.
00:57:36.220 Yeah, actually.
00:57:37.440 But you have you have more
00:57:38.640 of the intel on exactly
00:57:39.540 what happened
00:57:40.200 and can get to the specifications.
00:57:42.340 But look, I'll tell you right away.
00:57:44.540 I mean, this thing
00:57:46.400 is escalating quickly
00:57:47.740 and it's that at the cost
00:57:49.880 of America,
00:57:50.640 it's at the cost
00:57:51.520 of the entire world
00:57:52.460 for the Russian people,
00:57:53.620 for the Ukrainian people,
00:57:54.500 because, you know,
00:57:56.520 Joe Biden is not,
00:57:58.940 you know,
00:58:00.240 not staying on his meds
00:58:01.560 and not getting enough rest.
00:58:04.080 And there's a little bit
00:58:05.220 too much Jill
00:58:05.880 going on over there,
00:58:06.860 I think.
00:58:07.800 And hence,
00:58:09.160 we're, you know,
00:58:09.840 they're trying to escalate real quickly.
00:58:11.040 This is their last chance
00:58:11.980 at World War III,
00:58:13.240 you know,
00:58:13.780 over the course
00:58:14.320 of the next couple months.
00:58:15.540 And they're seeing it
00:58:16.960 slip away from them
00:58:17.820 very, very quickly.
00:58:19.660 And so,
00:58:20.240 hence,
00:58:20.600 we have,
00:58:21.260 you know,
00:58:21.640 an obvious response
00:58:23.300 for the Russians
00:58:23.860 after what Joe Biden
00:58:26.580 came out with last week.
00:58:27.360 It always disturbs me
00:58:28.840 when people in D.C.
00:58:31.780 or in the defense establishment
00:58:33.560 or on Twitter
00:58:34.620 or I guess on Blue Sky now,
00:58:36.440 when they're very cavalier
00:58:37.820 about the risk
00:58:38.840 of this blowing up.
00:58:40.200 We're like,
00:58:40.500 oh, do we have to say,
00:58:41.380 it would be irrational
00:58:42.520 for Russia to do something.
00:58:43.820 Wait, wait,
00:58:44.140 everyone's 100% rational.
00:58:45.840 Do we have to go
00:58:46.560 to Blue Sky now
00:58:47.380 to see war response?
00:58:50.380 Ooh,
00:58:50.660 I'll have to see if like,
00:58:51.700 I'll have to see if like,
00:58:52.440 Vinbin is on Blue Sky
00:58:53.940 doing like deranged
00:58:55.240 Jack Posobiec
00:58:56.160 has to have a Blue Sky account
00:58:58.120 just to follow
00:58:59.320 what the warmongers
00:59:01.340 are doing.
00:59:02.440 Man,
00:59:02.940 oh,
00:59:03.120 we should have done it.
00:59:03.780 We should have set up.
00:59:04.760 I'll put an N on it.
00:59:07.080 We should have,
00:59:07.480 I'll use my trusty army of N.
00:59:09.140 I'll use my blue sky account
00:59:09.520 and then at the start
00:59:10.600 of the segment,
00:59:11.080 Jack has an N.
00:59:12.760 We should have created
00:59:13.720 a Blue Sky.
00:59:14.140 Jack,
00:59:14.360 wait, wait,
00:59:14.860 Jack has an N.
00:59:15.600 Wait, wait,
00:59:16.060 Tyler,
00:59:16.360 what makes you think
00:59:17.040 I don't have an account
00:59:17.960 on Blue Sky already?
00:59:20.540 Sorry,
00:59:20.980 go ahead,
00:59:21.360 Blake.
00:59:21.720 I was saying
00:59:22.060 we should have had
00:59:22.620 Charlie create
00:59:23.440 a Blue Sky account
00:59:24.320 and then we should have
00:59:24.980 had to make one post
00:59:25.980 which is that like
00:59:26.920 only,
00:59:27.620 you know,
00:59:27.900 like trans women
00:59:30.120 are men
00:59:30.800 or something
00:59:31.300 and just see how long
00:59:32.040 it would take him
00:59:32.520 to get banned.
00:59:33.040 Let me tell you
00:59:33.820 a story about Charlie Kirk.
00:59:35.180 I've watched Charlie,
00:59:35.960 one of our earliest
00:59:36.980 campus things that we did
00:59:38.080 was we were trying
00:59:38.800 to flip
00:59:40.800 the student government
00:59:41.960 at University of Oregon,
00:59:43.380 his pride and joy
00:59:44.100 and Charlie was,
00:59:45.740 this was early
00:59:46.340 in the days before
00:59:46.980 it was like everyone
00:59:47.980 in the world knew
00:59:48.700 who Charlie was
00:59:49.560 and he was bobbing up
00:59:50.440 and down,
00:59:51.280 walking through the campus
00:59:52.260 like campaigning
00:59:53.080 and he got exposed
00:59:54.340 like within five minutes.
00:59:55.580 It was like not even close.
00:59:57.020 This was like five seconds.
00:59:58.880 That would be Charlie Kirk's,
01:00:00.140 you know,
01:00:01.980 his entire Blue Sky exposure.
01:00:06.040 It would be not even
01:00:07.120 within a few minutes.
01:00:08.620 Holy cow.
01:00:09.740 This is what Vindman
01:00:10.980 is saying over on Blue Sky,
01:00:12.300 which one of the funny
01:00:13.000 things about Blue Sky
01:00:13.740 that I forgot to mention
01:00:14.380 with Charlie is
01:00:14.940 you'll totally see libs
01:00:16.460 who think like
01:00:17.060 this is our secret clubhouse
01:00:19.080 where we can just say things
01:00:20.420 and no one will know
01:00:22.140 and they'll just be grinch.
01:00:23.200 That's what I'm saying.
01:00:23.920 For all I know,
01:00:24.440 Vindman also tweeted this.
01:00:25.280 That's why we need Jack.
01:00:26.080 It's funnier to have Jack
01:00:27.280 on there than Anon
01:00:28.300 because the Jack Anon account
01:00:30.680 on there just like
01:00:32.240 just tracking and responding.
01:00:34.420 Yeah.
01:00:34.700 Yeah, basically like a,
01:00:35.820 like a,
01:00:36.600 like a trans dem.
01:00:37.900 But anyway,
01:00:38.900 Alex Vindman
01:00:39.460 right below his post saying
01:00:40.640 five years ago today,
01:00:42.040 I justified in Congress
01:00:43.980 heroically against Trump.
01:00:44.980 He says,
01:00:46.080 he says that Biden
01:00:46.980 lifting the restrictions
01:00:47.740 on the long range missiles
01:00:48.740 so we can, you know,
01:00:49.560 lob rockets at Kursk
01:00:51.000 is not a big deal,
01:00:52.220 especially as Trump
01:00:53.320 will likely cut support.
01:00:54.960 The most meaningful action
01:00:56.140 Biden can take
01:00:56.960 is to push as many resources
01:00:58.360 as possible
01:00:59.240 before January 20th.
01:01:01.160 Empty the stores.
01:01:02.800 Send everything.
01:01:05.000 Just every single weapon
01:01:06.320 the U.S. has.
01:01:07.340 It's all going
01:01:08.480 to tiny man in Kiev.
01:01:10.180 This is getting all of it.
01:01:11.460 Obviously a bad idea.
01:01:12.580 This is like,
01:01:13.300 it's truly insane
01:01:14.560 and what I kind of,
01:01:15.280 the thought experiment
01:01:16.100 I like to tell people to do
01:01:17.220 is think of the most
01:01:18.700 deranged war monger
01:01:21.440 you've ever like met in,
01:01:24.260 you know,
01:01:24.380 if you're in D.C.
01:01:25.140 or if you've been out
01:01:25.980 in the political world.
01:01:26.780 Like there are those
01:01:27.380 lunatics who are like,
01:01:28.360 we should do a nuclear
01:01:29.120 first strike
01:01:29.760 because they can't
01:01:30.440 hit us back.
01:01:30.980 Like there are people
01:01:31.400 who think that way.
01:01:33.100 Russia has those people too.
01:01:35.440 Probably more of them.
01:01:37.040 You know,
01:01:37.260 a large share of Russians
01:01:38.420 are inebriated
01:01:40.180 on cheap distilled spirits
01:01:42.680 at all times.
01:01:44.660 And like there are people
01:01:48.040 who there are people
01:01:49.100 in Russia who think like
01:01:49.960 we're the biggest country
01:01:50.940 in the world.
01:01:51.420 Like we can survive anything.
01:01:52.640 Like we can beat America
01:01:53.880 or like Americans are weak.
01:01:55.440 They won't be able
01:01:56.100 to shoot back.
01:01:56.780 They're lame.
01:01:58.580 They're pathetic.
01:01:59.380 There are people
01:01:59.780 who think that way.
01:02:00.980 And all these people
01:02:02.740 are like we need
01:02:03.260 regime change in Russia
01:02:04.120 to get rid of Putin
01:02:05.360 who is Hitler.
01:02:06.800 It is very bold
01:02:07.780 to assume the person
01:02:08.680 who would replace Putin
01:02:09.880 if you took him out now
01:02:10.900 would be more hinged
01:02:13.320 than Putin is.
01:02:15.140 He could easily
01:02:15.740 be substantially less hinged
01:02:17.400 than Putin.
01:02:18.200 Could be.
01:02:18.780 And they are just
01:02:21.120 very quietly doing this
01:02:22.160 because it's out
01:02:22.640 of the news cycle.
01:02:23.600 We're having more coverage
01:02:24.520 on the transition.
01:02:26.140 We're having less coverage
01:02:27.580 on politics generally.
01:02:28.740 A lot of people
01:02:29.260 are tuning out
01:02:30.060 but there are these
01:02:31.400 tedious obsessed people
01:02:33.540 like Mr. Vindman
01:02:34.580 and his weird wife
01:02:36.180 and his weird relatives
01:02:37.700 who just
01:02:38.360 they want war forever
01:02:41.020 and they'll do their best
01:02:42.840 to hand off
01:02:43.840 as big a war
01:02:44.780 as possible to Trump
01:02:45.840 because we know
01:02:46.820 Trump's disposition.
01:02:47.800 He doesn't like
01:02:48.280 to start wars
01:02:49.160 but he also doesn't want
01:02:50.340 to like take a loss
01:02:52.060 or seem like he's weak.
01:02:53.700 So I think
01:02:54.060 they may even realize
01:02:55.320 if we can make this war
01:02:56.380 as big as possible
01:02:57.340 Trump will feel
01:02:58.720 somewhat committed
01:02:59.680 to the status quo
01:03:01.560 because he can't
01:03:02.620 come in
01:03:03.080 and immediately look weak
01:03:04.220 by scaling things back.
01:03:05.780 It's very sinister
01:03:07.140 what they're doing
01:03:07.860 and it's very dark
01:03:09.480 to think of
01:03:09.960 how many thousands
01:03:10.800 of people
01:03:11.240 are going to die
01:03:12.160 because these lunatics
01:03:14.160 are worked up
01:03:14.940 about stuff
01:03:15.460 they read on Blue Sky
01:03:16.600 to think that
01:03:17.620 oh we need to send
01:03:18.940 every single weapon
01:03:20.020 in the U.S. arsenal
01:03:21.040 to this kind of
01:03:22.660 failed state
01:03:23.940 in Eastern Europe.
01:03:26.680 Makes me feel nuts.
01:03:29.060 Getting my audio
01:03:30.480 as being funky.
01:03:31.700 No it's completely
01:03:32.960 it's completely nuts
01:03:34.220 but at the same time
01:03:35.420 we have to remember
01:03:36.640 that like you say
01:03:38.900 they have been using
01:03:40.180 these weapons
01:03:40.700 for a long time
01:03:41.380 these hypersonic missiles
01:03:42.280 by the way
01:03:42.840 which what was
01:03:44.120 really interesting
01:03:44.680 was I was talking
01:03:45.940 on Human Events
01:03:47.460 earlier today
01:03:48.020 about IOC dates
01:03:49.260 and so that's
01:03:49.800 initial operational capability
01:03:51.360 and so the fact
01:03:52.960 that Russia did use
01:03:54.540 a hypersonic glide vehicle
01:03:55.860 it seems
01:03:56.600 I should say
01:03:57.600 hypersonic vehicle
01:03:58.860 we don't know
01:03:59.280 if it was actually
01:03:59.840 glide or not
01:04:00.600 that this was
01:04:02.740 the idea being
01:04:03.560 is that this is
01:04:04.300 a medium range
01:04:05.260 ballistic missile
01:04:05.960 or even intermediate range
01:04:07.620 not intercontinental
01:04:08.800 ballistic missile
01:04:09.440 which have never
01:04:09.980 been used before
01:04:10.740 by the way
01:04:11.260 in a combat situation
01:04:12.880 between two countries
01:04:13.920 even though a lot
01:04:15.520 of ICBMs
01:04:16.340 so like
01:04:16.940 they are also
01:04:18.200 dual use
01:04:18.880 in terms of
01:04:20.100 the space program
01:04:21.020 because that's
01:04:21.720 literally how powerful
01:04:22.720 they are
01:04:23.040 so a lot of the
01:04:23.640 Elon Musk stuff
01:04:24.360 that you're seeing
01:04:24.760 the Starship
01:04:25.340 and some of those
01:04:26.540 launchers
01:04:26.980 they can even
01:04:27.480 you know
01:04:27.720 the Falcon Heavy
01:04:28.600 and different stuff
01:04:29.160 they can be
01:04:30.020 they could potentially
01:04:31.140 also be used
01:04:32.240 as an ICBM
01:04:33.360 and as people know
01:04:36.040 the original history
01:04:37.180 of the space program
01:04:38.180 that's actually how
01:04:39.340 the rockets
01:04:40.500 the V2
01:04:41.060 and the Saturn V
01:04:41.900 etc.
01:04:42.380 were created
01:04:43.300 were part of
01:04:44.000 a war effort
01:04:45.460 we don't have time
01:04:46.540 to go down
01:04:47.000 that entire rabbit hole
01:04:48.340 right now
01:04:48.820 project paperclip
01:04:49.960 but
01:04:50.680 point being is
01:04:52.360 the United States
01:04:53.180 apparently had been
01:04:53.980 monitoring these hypersonics
01:04:55.420 but didn't actually know
01:04:57.180 that it was ready to go yet
01:04:58.720 because they said
01:04:59.280 well wait a minute
01:04:59.680 the Russians haven't
01:05:00.280 actually tested this thing
01:05:01.480 so we don't know
01:05:02.420 if it can actually work
01:05:03.520 and Putin said
01:05:04.660 in his video
01:05:05.760 he said
01:05:06.520 look
01:05:06.840 this was
01:05:08.160 the operational test
01:05:09.360 of the hypersonic missile
01:05:10.640 and it passed
01:05:12.140 with flying colors
01:05:12.920 so even he kind of admitted
01:05:14.580 that they hadn't done
01:05:15.940 the testing on it
01:05:16.680 and this was
01:05:17.240 an operational missile
01:05:18.880 but something that
01:05:19.980 was being intended to
01:05:21.460 you know
01:05:21.780 send a message
01:05:22.540 etc.
01:05:23.300 etc.
01:05:24.040 to the West
01:05:25.060 to say basically
01:05:25.840 look
01:05:26.220 you know
01:05:26.560 either
01:05:26.900 we can do peace
01:05:27.880 or if you want a war
01:05:28.620 we'll give you a much
01:05:29.600 wider war
01:05:30.280 and a lot of the hardliners
01:05:31.560 look
01:05:31.880 here's the thing too
01:05:32.900 and Tyler
01:05:33.220 you kind of mentioned it
01:05:34.380 Blake you mentioned it
01:05:35.060 where a lot of the hardliners
01:05:36.400 in Russia right now
01:05:37.060 are saying
01:05:37.400 wait
01:05:37.740 why should we take peace
01:05:38.800 when we're winning
01:05:39.380 why should we take a peace deal
01:05:40.780 when the US just said
01:05:41.560 they're not going to give
01:05:42.080 the Ukrainians
01:05:42.600 any more dollar bills
01:05:43.520 why don't we just take
01:05:44.500 all the rest of the territory
01:05:45.660 from the border of Ukraine
01:05:48.240 all the way out
01:05:49.180 to the Zineper River
01:05:50.340 maybe even Odessa
01:05:51.280 why not
01:05:51.860 so the hardliners
01:05:52.640 are sitting there saying
01:05:53.340 don't take the deal
01:05:54.620 keep going
01:05:55.280 that's the real danger
01:05:56.880 yeah I mean
01:05:59.580 look
01:06:00.460 here's one thing
01:06:01.500 I know about the Russian people
01:06:02.520 they are fully behind Putin
01:06:04.240 they are 100%
01:06:06.380 1000%
01:06:08.100 dedicated to Putin
01:06:09.000 the entire country
01:06:10.840 trusts his judgment
01:06:11.920 and their strategy
01:06:14.260 of what they're trying to do
01:06:15.140 I mean
01:06:15.480 and look
01:06:16.420 to this point
01:06:17.420 and again
01:06:18.160 I don't want to get too deeply
01:06:19.080 into this
01:06:19.580 and start a debate
01:06:20.360 and all this
01:06:20.960 this is just observational
01:06:23.200 from what I've heard
01:06:24.180 from my Russian friends
01:06:25.340 that I still have over there
01:06:27.160 and even Ukrainian friends
01:06:28.340 that are over there
01:06:29.040 is
01:06:30.000 they
01:06:31.180 you know
01:06:32.440 Russia's been very clear
01:06:33.460 about what they want
01:06:34.160 they want a specific
01:06:35.420 piece of Ukraine
01:06:37.500 they have
01:06:38.720 continued to just pummel
01:06:40.340 that specific piece
01:06:41.840 of Ukraine
01:06:42.300 and
01:06:43.500 you know
01:06:44.520 they've kept everything else
01:06:46.420 pretty darn stable
01:06:47.560 with how they've interacted
01:06:48.960 with the rest of the world
01:06:49.940 they've kept
01:06:51.620 everything pretty stable
01:06:53.160 with how
01:06:53.720 other bordering countries
01:06:55.360 that they've had
01:06:56.100 and
01:06:57.280 this is
01:06:58.480 like
01:06:58.940 they're not
01:06:59.420 I just
01:06:59.980 I don't see them
01:07:01.120 unrelenting
01:07:01.720 without
01:07:02.720 some kind of
01:07:04.140 you know
01:07:05.040 peace brokering
01:07:06.060 that's going to come
01:07:06.740 from only
01:07:07.580 a guy like
01:07:08.980 Donald Trump
01:07:09.480 at this point
01:07:10.000 and
01:07:10.820 you know
01:07:11.800 they're going to
01:07:12.440 probably want
01:07:13.560 you know
01:07:14.320 the US
01:07:14.820 to go to the table
01:07:16.160 for
01:07:17.580 some of their interests
01:07:18.840 and
01:07:20.120 you know
01:07:21.020 whether or not
01:07:21.560 the US has
01:07:22.320 you know
01:07:22.820 any interest in doing that
01:07:23.740 that's going to be
01:07:24.540 you know
01:07:25.120 a
01:07:25.600 art of the deal
01:07:27.180 type of a thing
01:07:27.860 I think there's going to be
01:07:28.780 a lot
01:07:29.100 to gain
01:07:29.900 in this
01:07:30.980 future Trump presidency
01:07:32.220 both in the Middle East
01:07:33.280 and with Turkey
01:07:34.700 and with so many other things
01:07:35.700 that we've discussed before
01:07:36.500 but
01:07:36.780 you know
01:07:37.780 I
01:07:38.500 have significant trust
01:07:40.260 that the president's
01:07:41.240 going to be able to have
01:07:42.260 the wherewithal
01:07:43.880 to come out with
01:07:45.020 a good deal
01:07:45.900 that's best for us
01:07:46.840 and
01:07:47.880 probably de-escalate
01:07:49.200 where we're going
01:07:50.120 but what
01:07:50.680 Biden's doing right now
01:07:51.920 is clearly
01:07:52.340 not going to help
01:07:53.260 it's going to escalate
01:07:54.420 we're getting nothing out of it
01:07:55.640 in fact
01:07:56.420 it's costing us
01:07:57.180 billions of dollars
01:07:57.940 it's
01:07:58.180 yeah
01:07:58.880 if we had elected
01:07:59.780 Joe Biden
01:08:00.300 for another four
01:08:00.920 or
01:08:01.180 Kamala Harris
01:08:02.220 Kamala Biden
01:08:02.980 for another four years
01:08:04.040 it would have been
01:08:05.440 it would have cost us
01:08:06.380 it would have bankrupt
01:08:06.920 the country
01:08:07.680 we would have probably
01:08:08.320 spun into
01:08:08.900 like massive debt
01:08:10.520 and not to mention
01:08:11.240 probably entered into
01:08:12.500 World War III
01:08:13.120 and so
01:08:13.820 I'm just very bullish
01:08:15.400 on the outcomes here
01:08:16.640 I think that it's going to be
01:08:17.800 a very positive outcome
01:08:19.140 that's going to hopefully
01:08:19.720 de-escalate
01:08:20.420 save lives
01:08:21.120 and you know
01:08:22.540 that may mean that
01:08:23.600 you know
01:08:24.240 Russia has
01:08:24.920 a little bit more influence
01:08:26.460 over Ukraine
01:08:27.040 which they always have
01:08:28.340 basically anyways
01:08:29.320 you know
01:08:29.900 now they're just
01:08:30.700 continuing to add to the rubble
01:08:32.020 by
01:08:32.800 you know
01:08:33.420 providing more weapons
01:08:34.440 to throw at Russia
01:08:36.000 and forcing Russia
01:08:38.280 to respond even more
01:08:39.240 where they're trying to
01:08:39.920 you know
01:08:40.580 Russia ultimately
01:08:41.200 wants to rebuild
01:08:41.800 some of these places
01:08:42.340 that they want to
01:08:43.020 they want to control
01:08:44.220 so
01:08:44.820 you know
01:08:45.840 it's the
01:08:46.460 prolonging that
01:08:47.500 doesn't seem like
01:08:48.480 the best move
01:08:49.020 for the people of Ukraine
01:08:49.880 doesn't seem like
01:08:50.500 the best move
01:08:51.320 for the people
01:08:51.860 of Eastern Europe
01:08:52.360 and certainly not for us
01:08:53.680 as Americans
01:08:54.240 who pay for all this
01:08:55.380 so
01:08:55.720 or I guess we don't
01:08:57.040 really pay for it
01:08:57.700 it's made up money
01:08:58.620 yeah exactly
01:09:00.720 alright guys
01:09:01.660 well I think that's
01:09:02.520 that's about the
01:09:03.200 we could go in
01:09:04.400 and debate that
01:09:04.980 forever
01:09:05.400 but
01:09:05.820 shout out
01:09:06.960 your
01:09:07.300 socials
01:09:08.920 unless people
01:09:09.300 know where to
01:09:09.740 follow you
01:09:10.220 yeah you can
01:09:12.500 follow me
01:09:12.780 at Tyler Boyer
01:09:13.600 and you can't
01:09:15.640 follow me anywhere
01:09:16.320 because social media
01:09:17.500 is bad
01:09:18.720 sometimes I'll take pictures
01:09:20.580 don't let him
01:09:21.320 don't let him
01:09:22.540 get away with that
01:09:23.120 one folks
01:09:23.600 Blake has got a
01:09:24.380 massive TikTok
01:09:25.280 addiction
01:09:25.720 whatever
01:09:26.660 no a girl
01:09:27.660 messaged me on
01:09:28.420 this week
01:09:29.420 on Instagram
01:09:31.160 I think
01:09:31.620 it's like
01:09:31.980 hey is Blake
01:09:32.760 available
01:09:33.520 and I said
01:09:34.540 I don't know
01:09:35.500 I said slide into
01:09:37.800 his DMs
01:09:38.920 non-existent DMs
01:09:40.800 it's not possible
01:09:41.640 they can't find me
01:09:42.500 gotta go through
01:09:43.060 one of the gatekeepers
01:09:43.800 alright guys
01:09:44.760 alright guys
01:09:45.580 so that has been
01:09:47.560 this week's
01:09:48.500 Thought Crime Thursday
01:09:49.280 and remember
01:09:49.900 go out there
01:09:50.420 and commit more
01:09:51.180 thought crimes
01:09:52.320 thought crime is death
01:10:15.580 what are the things
01:10:17.960 in that situation
01:10:18.700 in that situation
01:10:19.480 and that's why
01:10:20.680 we had a
01:10:21.860 we need to
01:10:23.040 see you
01:10:23.420 you
01:10:24.520 go out there
01:10:25.220 in that situation
01:10:26.100 where we go
01:10:27.240 no
01:10:27.620 don't let go
01:10:28.740 yeah
01:10:29.280 we can
01:10:29.660 go out there
01:10:30.340 so
01:10:30.460 we can
01:10:31.040 we can
01:10:31.220 drive
01:10:32.220 that
01:10:32.540 we can
01:10:32.560 go out there
01:10:33.360 and get
01:10:34.140 you
01:10:34.260 can
01:10:34.700 do
01:10:34.920 mean
01:10:35.520 and
01:10:36.560 let
01:10:37.440 quit
01:10:38.060 doctor
01:10:38.680 and
01:10:39.720 hurt
01:10:40.520 and
01:10:41.420 let
01:10:42.280 speak
01:10:42.840 on
