00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:39.620 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:46.300 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:50.240 Tulsi Gabbard has enough votes to become the next director of national intelligence.
00:00:56.160 A durable peace for Ukraine must include robust security guarantees to ensure that the war will not begin again.
00:01:04.260 That said, the United States does not believe that NATO membership for Ukraine is a realistic outcome of a negotiated settlement.
00:01:15.520 President Trump's team laying out plans for reciprocal tariffs.
00:01:18.500 Under the plan, the U.S. would charge other countries the same amount to import products into the U.S.
00:01:22.780 as they charge to import U.S. products into their countries.
00:01:25.680 White House trade advisor Peter Navarro said they will start with the countries that the U.S. is running the biggest deficits with.
00:01:32.220 If there's not a good feedback loop from the people to the government, and if you have rule of the bureaucrat, if the bureaucracy is in charge, then what meaning does democracy actually have?
00:01:45.720 If the people cannot vote and have their will be decided by their elected representatives in the form of the president and the Senate and the House, then we don't live in a democracy.
00:01:56.700 We live in a bureaucracy.
00:01:58.820 You said these people don't know anything and they don't know what they're doing.
00:02:03.080 That's right.
00:02:03.560 But they're appointees.
00:02:04.380 I'm talking about Elon Musk.
00:02:05.240 I understand.
00:02:05.760 But they are appointees of the duly elected president.
00:02:08.720 But your view is because you don't personally believe they know enough that the duly elected president who appointed a treasury secretary and who appoints special appointees like Elon Musk shouldn't be able to act as the president because you don't personally believe they know enough?
00:02:22.900 Well, they certainly know.
00:02:24.480 Or do elections mean anything to you?
00:02:25.740 Well, it's got nothing to do with elections.
00:02:27.740 Of course it does.
00:02:28.700 This morning, the president spoke to President Putin of Russia.
00:02:33.000 They spoke at length and the president released a statement following that conversation in great detail.
00:02:38.560 I can also confirm that the president just recently got off the phone with President Zelensky of Ukraine.
00:02:45.160 He told me to tell all of you.
00:02:46.760 They were very good calls.
00:02:48.080 They were very positive.
00:02:49.020 And the administration is wholeheartedly committed to a peace deal to end once and for all the Russia-Ukraine war.
00:02:55.820 Ending the Russia-Ukraine world war.
00:03:00.440 That is MAGA world peace right there.
00:03:03.440 And that's exactly what is happening.
00:03:04.940 President Trump, three weeks in, promises made, promises kept.
00:03:08.720 That is the theme.
00:03:09.840 And it continues, of course, breaking.
00:03:11.920 President Trump said that Putin has agreed to negotiate and end the war in Ukraine.
00:03:17.500 This is huge.
00:03:18.480 I'm Michelle Bacchus filling in for Jack Posobiec because, hey, he's over in Europe right now with Pete Hegseth.
00:03:24.420 Another major announcement coming from there as well.
00:03:27.620 Let's also bring in Kevin Posobiec for more on this.
00:03:30.640 Kevin, I just want to acknowledge Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has said on Ukraine,
00:03:35.560 no NATO membership, no return to the pre-2014 borders, no U.S. troops in Ukraine,
00:03:41.820 and no more relying on the U.S. for the majority of military funding.
00:03:45.380 Look, we said that this had to be a negotiation in which no side is going to get everything that they want.
00:03:51.300 This is going to be realistic.
00:03:52.880 And that's what's happening.
00:03:54.000 We're moving the needle forward.
00:03:58.720 It's good to be with you again, Michelle.
00:04:00.200 Thanks for being here on Human Events with us.
00:04:02.680 Yeah, so NATO's essential function is to ensure collective defense of everyone in NATO.
00:04:10.800 So an attack on one is an attack on all, essentially.
00:04:14.340 And that's why we can't have – like, Ukraine doesn't have a government, first off.
00:04:19.120 It's all corrupt.
00:04:20.760 I think, you know, we're still dealing with the Biden and Obama administration's dealings with Burisma and all this.
00:04:27.820 Like, still, there's just so much corruption.
00:04:30.500 We can't have that.
00:04:31.500 So we have Trump's envoy in there for MAGA world peace, bringing everybody in, in position, making the phone calls, and we're making it happen.
00:04:40.840 You know, this is only a month into the presidency, and we're already having peace deals, not only in Russia and Ukraine, but in Israel and Palestine as well.
00:04:51.780 It's incredible to see.
00:04:52.780 Yeah, let's be clear.
00:04:55.700 The Biden administration used Ukraine as a money laundering scheme, and they were getting rich off of all the corruption over there.
00:05:01.940 It has to end.
00:05:02.880 And, you know, I know we're going to go to break here in a moment, but Secretary of Treasury, Scott Besson, is being sent to Ukraine as well to meet with President Zelensky.
00:05:10.360 These are big moves happening today.
00:05:12.840 We're going to continue to dive into them.
00:05:14.460 We talk with Jack Posobiec.
00:05:16.160 We're going to be back in just a moment.
00:05:17.840 You're watching Human Events Daily.
00:05:19.460 Don't go anywhere.
00:05:24.800 Stand in our way in our golden age has just begun.
00:05:28.480 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:05:30.260 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:05:34.900 Welcome to the second American revolution.
00:05:39.320 Welcome back to Human Events Daily.
00:05:43.720 Guys, this is a huge day for MAGA world peace.
00:05:46.840 We've been talking about it all week because Putin has agreed to begin negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
00:05:54.540 President Trump coming out and saying that he spoke with both President Zelensky as well as Putin, and they're ready to get to the table.
00:06:00.920 Again, as we said, this is going to be realistic outcomes.
00:06:03.500 This isn't going to be where everyone gets what they want.
00:06:05.840 Nonetheless, though, this is huge for MAGA world peace and part of the agenda.
00:06:10.500 And who better to report on this and be live in the action than Jack Posobiec.
00:06:14.860 He's in Europe right now with Pete Hankseth as they continue to promote the mission and stop World War III.
00:06:22.180 Let's hear where he's at right now.
00:06:24.400 Jack Posobiec, Eurodispatch, day two.
00:06:28.560 And folks, what can I say?
00:06:30.220 Massive, massive news from President Trump.
00:06:33.360 The hammer has been dropped across Europe with a three-pronged hit directed from the White House, but also with some hits being directed elsewhere.
00:06:45.660 Today, Scott Besson arrived in Kiev for a meeting with Vladimir Zelensky.
00:06:52.060 And his work with Zelensky was directed towards an economic partnership contingent on the end of the war.
00:06:59.620 And, of course, we know that he was talking about those rare earth minerals as well as other resources in Ukraine that could be used for the U.S. economy and potentially as a way to backstop and backpay for some of the billions and billions of dollars of taxpayer money that had gone to fund the Ukrainian war effort under Joe Biden.
00:07:22.580 And many of those loans never to be paid back.
00:07:25.580 But then Secretary of Defense Pete Hankseth across Europe in Brussels giving a blistering speech saying that the war will end, but we will not return to the status quo where Ukraine would be pushed into NATO.
00:07:41.900 That, in fact, the door would be closed for Ukraine into NATO, that there would not be a return to the 2014 borders, that instead a new peace, a lasting peace, and an understandable peace would take place on the European continent, upon which I am now your humble host reporting to you from.
00:08:05.900 So we've seen a massive response, the ripples affected from the ministers of the defense across Brussels, and then all of this leading towards the Munich Security Conference this weekend, where Zelensky and J.D. Vance will have their meeting, their first ever sit down.
00:08:26.320 This is tremendous, ladies and gentlemen, we are seeing real change, we are seeing an actual work from the president, huge action from President Trump directing his envoys across Europe to end the Ukrainian war.
00:08:42.780 But then, after all of this took place, while Besson was meeting with Zelensky, President Trump himself elected to make a phone call and hold a phone call with Vladimir Putin directly in Russia.
00:08:59.000 Trump then released on Truth Social a readout of his own call, saying that they had a long and productive conversation between himself and the president of Russia.
00:09:08.980 They talked about the need to end the war. He talked about the sacrifices that Russia and America both made in World War II.
00:09:17.960 He talked about the need for common sense and said that Vladimir Putin himself also agreed on the ideal of common sense, the campaign theme in many ways of Trump 2024.
00:09:30.300 Perhaps most significantly, not only did President Trump work on a deal to say he wanted to end the war, but it also seems that he was aiming at renormalizing relations with Russia and the West,
00:09:45.280 saying that he wanted to continue to work together with Russia in areas where it made sense and committed to not only inviting Putin to the United States,
00:09:57.360 but also that President Trump himself would be making a state visit to Russia.
00:10:04.700 Monumental news, something that in the first term, frankly, would have been unthinkable.
00:10:10.460 But as we say, we are going to do things that have never been done.
00:10:15.760 And this has been a refrain in Europe for a long time from a lot of people, a lot of skeptics looking at the Ukraine war, saying,
00:10:24.300 how is it that the U.S. and Russia can simply end this war but not have to pick it up in the next couple of years,
00:10:32.180 if there's a Democrat administration that gets back in, or if there is no normalization of peace between Russia and the West?
00:10:39.080 President Trump is now looking to take it upon his shoulders and his alone with his envoys,
00:10:46.500 J.D. Vance, Pete Hegseth, Scott Besson, your Vice President, Secretary of Defense, and Secretary of the Treasury,
00:10:53.720 to work out an economic and security peace between not just Ukraine and Russia, but Russia and the entire West,
00:11:03.020 with President Trump potentially working himself to make that trip to Russia, likely Moscow,
00:11:10.680 the same way that he traveled to North Korea by himself, meeting with Kim Jong-un in the first administration.
00:11:18.060 Folks, what we're seeing right now come out of Europe is nothing short of fantastic.
00:11:24.160 This news for peace is incredible.
00:11:26.760 MAGA world peace is on the table.
00:11:29.140 And President Trump is delivering for the American people and for the people of the world.
00:11:35.900 World War III has been canceled.
00:11:39.120 This is Jack Posobiec, your correspondent, here on the European continent for Human Events Daily.
00:11:47.260 World War III has been canceled.
00:11:50.800 A historic day in the right direction as we achieve MAGA world peace.
00:11:55.480 Listen, Kevin, this all comes back as well to a key point that we could have, when Kamala Harris was over there,
00:12:01.940 exactly where J.D. Vance was, just not joining NATO.
00:12:07.700 Pete Hegseth laid it out right there and said that Ukraine will not be a part of NATO.
00:12:12.360 It's as easy as that.
00:12:13.820 No, we're not going back.
00:12:17.200 We're not going back.
00:12:18.160 We're not making any more, well, bias deals with Zelensky or anyone else affiliated with Ukraine.
00:12:24.080 We don't want any more U.S. troops in Ukraine.
00:12:26.440 And we're not relying on the USA to bring money to Ukraine because everything that we've sent over there has been put on the black market or just squandered.
00:12:37.560 You know, they're not fighting with tanks and, like, these dated military weapons anymore.
00:12:44.140 It's all about drone strikes these days and cyber warfare, cyber attacks.
00:12:49.680 So what we want is obviously no boots on the ground, and that's what we're seeing.
00:12:56.400 So we're not, yeah, we're not going to rely.
00:13:00.020 I saw a thing on Tucker recently where he said that Ukrainians are, of all the weaponry we're sending over there,
00:13:07.540 at least half of it from our budget is being put on the black market.
00:13:12.060 And then where do these weapons go?
00:13:14.220 They don't go to fight in Ukraine.
00:13:15.560 It's being sold to the Mexican cartels and then being redistributed to the border where we're being fought by our own taxpayer-funded weaponry.
00:13:29.580 It's bonkers.
00:13:30.540 We're quite literally shooting ourselves in the foot here with this.
00:13:34.760 And you have to ask.
00:13:35.440 Funding our own demise.
00:13:36.060 It begs the question, who would want to continue this war?
00:13:40.220 Who would want to see them continue fighting?
00:13:42.620 And it's the deep state, it's the bureaucrats, it's the contractors that are benefiting financially from all of this, the NGOs included.
00:13:48.920 You've done deep dives into it.
00:13:50.960 That's who really wants to perpetuate this war here.
00:13:54.140 Just think, Kevin, the amount of soldiers on both sides that have died over the past years.
00:13:59.900 For what?
00:14:01.040 To continue this war so some deep staters can get rich off of these contracts and extra checks?
00:14:07.680 Absolutely, yeah.
00:14:08.460 And I think as well, I think, you know, I have yet to look into all the emails that we got about the rare earth elements to be in the deal from Ukraine to get some of our benefits back, some of our taxpayer-funded money back.
00:14:21.580 But I'd like to point out that every piece of footage I've seen from Ukraine is usually drone strikes against soldiers, weary soldiers in the battlefield, like tragic footage of deaths that way.
00:14:39.680 And also on the front end of it, just videos of men, young and old, being drafted into this war.
00:14:46.900 And they know, because they have the internet, that this is just like attrition.
00:14:51.900 It's just attrition, really.
00:14:53.280 And it's not like old warfare.
00:14:56.420 This is new warfare.
00:14:57.920 And nobody wants, we just don't want, the Ukrainians don't want to fight anymore.
00:15:02.320 And especially the United States.
00:15:06.540 And that's exactly it, too.
00:15:08.060 This is new warfare.
00:15:09.700 It's a new era.
00:15:11.120 And it's time we put an end to it.
00:15:12.620 Stick with us.
00:15:13.140 We're going to be back in just a moment.
00:15:14.680 We're live with Brian Glenn right outside the White House following that press conference with Caroline Levitt.
00:15:19.180 Don't go anywhere.
00:15:19.980 You're watching Human Events Daily.
00:15:21.040 Today, you know, they talk about influencers.
00:15:26.480 These are influencers.
00:15:28.380 And they're friends of mine.
00:15:30.720 Jack Posobiec.
00:15:32.220 Where's Jack?
00:15:33.160 Jack.
00:15:34.160 He's done a great job.
00:15:38.320 And if you're wondering where Jack Posobiec is today, he's over in Europe with Pete Hegseth completing the mission.
00:15:45.060 MAGA World Peace stopping World War III.
00:15:47.080 And it was a historic day for that.
00:15:49.280 All eyes right now on President Trump and Elon Musk.
00:15:52.520 The fight continues.
00:15:54.020 Democrats grasping at straws, trying to do anything they can at this point to try and stop Elon Musk.
00:15:59.960 Why?
00:16:00.460 Why would you want to stop fraud and corruption and wasted money?
00:16:04.360 That's the golden question that these Democrats just can't seem to answer.
00:16:07.700 And if you notice, the rhetoric at first was that Trump and Elon and the administration was a threat to democracy.
00:16:12.880 Well, that didn't necessarily work.
00:16:14.880 So that's why they've moved on now to a constitutional crisis.
00:16:18.400 Let's bring in Brian Glenn and Jack Posobiec as well.
00:16:21.860 Brian Glenn just gone out of the White House press briefing room where he was able to ask a question today about Doge and that continued corruption and fraud that is uncovered.
00:16:32.640 And it seems as if many Democrats and even the mainstream media want to turn a blind eye, Brian, to some of this.
00:16:37.880 It's incredible the pushback that you see here, not only in the briefing room, but online as well.
00:16:46.880 And I sat in that two hour subcommittee hearing right there where Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene chairs that committee.
00:16:55.060 And to see House Democrats just absolutely play clown games in regards to finding out this fraud and really pushing back on it.
00:17:05.540 And they spent the better of two hours basically turning it into an anti-Trump, anti-Elon Musk discrediting his ability to do anything that he's doing right now and really making fun of Republicans.
00:17:19.900 And this is something, Michelle, as we know, President Trump ran on basically rooting out the fraud, the abuse, the corruption in our government.
00:17:29.960 And to see Democrats stand so boldly against that makes me think maybe they're a part of the corruption, fraud and abuse in our government.
00:17:38.780 But it's really amazing to see that, you know, but the American people are watching, Michelle.
00:17:44.240 They know what's going on.
00:17:45.220 You know, I have to butt in real quick because I saw an analogy the other day and it basically said a boyfriend asked to go through his girlfriend's phone.
00:17:55.300 And if she's hiding anything, why would she want to, you know, not allow him to have her phone?
00:18:00.640 Right. It's a similar situation here.
00:18:02.260 If you're hiding stuff on your phone, you don't want someone going through it.
00:18:05.100 But if you have nothing to hide, absolutely take my phone.
00:18:07.620 That's that's what it seems like here, Kevin.
00:18:08.960 It does. It does seem like that, doesn't it?
00:18:12.680 And what an amazing analogy.
00:18:15.000 But, yeah, listen, the the the Doge, I got to say, I did a little more research on it.
00:18:22.240 And I don't know, I saw I saw a video online stating that Clinton and Gore actually did a similar program back in the 90s.
00:18:33.000 And it was called the Rego Reinventing Government, which actually also did a lot of the same functions as what they're just doing now.
00:18:42.020 So, yeah, we're exactly right.
00:18:43.400 Like, why why would you be against any kind of fraud?
00:18:46.720 It's because they have nothing.
00:18:47.860 They got nothing.
00:18:48.980 They just they just think that Trump advances, you know, he's a Nazi.
00:18:53.380 And, you know, that's it.
00:18:54.720 That's all they have.
00:18:55.960 And they just they're just losers.
00:18:58.380 They're just losers.
00:18:59.360 They don't like winning.
00:19:00.320 It's not natural to them.
00:19:01.780 And they just want to attack.
00:19:05.480 And I like who would want to pay more taxes for needless things.
00:19:09.360 It doesn't make sense.
00:19:10.600 And, Brian, I got to say, too, like for the Medicare and the Medicaid, like how is it even possible like to make an improper payment?
00:19:18.380 You said two point seven trillion dollars.
00:19:20.240 How is that even possible?
00:19:21.980 Like up until a couple of years ago, I would go myself to travel to like a different state or country and try and use your credit card somewhere.
00:19:30.140 And it doesn't allow you.
00:19:31.900 It doesn't allow you to use your credit card and says, well, you know, maybe this is improper purchase or something for anywhere from a couple hundred dollars.
00:19:40.260 We're talking trillions of dollars here.
00:19:42.400 Like, how's that?
00:19:43.240 It blows my mind how that's even possible.
00:19:47.240 So it must be a bureaucracy, right?
00:19:51.180 Yeah, no, it is.
00:19:52.560 And I tell you what, there's several victims here.
00:19:54.940 One victim is the American taxpayers who are paying for this.
00:19:58.660 But the second victim that perhaps no one's talking about are the people that were denied for whatever reason some of their benefits, the people who rightfully deserve to get these benefits.
00:20:10.380 And it becomes a point where, you know, the people that are fraudulently, the fraudsters that are getting these payments are really taking away from people that should have gotten it.
00:20:20.920 So the system is broke.
00:20:22.660 The accountability is broke.
00:20:24.300 And that's what I think all Americans want to fix right now.
00:20:28.240 And Michelle and Kevin, I'll ask you this.
00:20:30.320 I want to know Democrats right now that are watching this show, and God bless you, and we appreciate you watching us, but Democrats at home, what do they feel about their fellow representatives blocking this stuff?
00:20:43.520 I have got to imagine that they are not aligning with these House Democrats playing these games up on in that committee.
00:20:51.960 I just can't imagine that they have stooped to that level.
00:20:55.920 All Americans want accountability.
00:20:57.420 This is not a political issue.
00:21:00.020 This is not a party issue, I should say.
00:21:01.940 This is an American issue.
00:21:04.380 Blown away by it.
00:21:06.220 I think that's a phenomenal point to end on there, Brian, because who can argue against that?
00:21:11.400 What exactly is your reason?
00:21:12.520 That's why you're seeing the Democrats grasp at straws right now.
00:21:15.380 This is really the hill that Democrats chose to die on, trying to stop fraud and waste?
00:21:21.640 Stick with us.
00:21:22.580 We're here on Human Events Daily.
00:21:24.160 We will be back in just a moment with more.
00:21:27.420 And Jack, where is Jack?
00:21:31.100 Where is Jack?
00:21:33.400 Where is he?
00:21:34.700 Jack, I want to see you.
00:21:38.340 Great job, Jack.
00:21:39.760 Thank you.
00:21:40.520 What a job you do.
00:21:41.960 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:21:43.340 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who'll be getting Pulisic.
00:21:49.120 Welcome back to Human Events Daily.
00:21:52.600 I'm Michelle Packus, filling in for the great Jack Pasovic, as he's on a special mission over in Europe with Pete Hegseth, doing great work over there.
00:22:00.760 Let's get right into it, because seven in ten Americans believe that President Trump is keeping his promises.
00:22:06.500 The motto, promises made, promises kept.
00:22:09.000 We've seen it.
00:22:09.580 It's been a flurry of executive orders.
00:22:11.420 It's been a flurry of action.
00:22:12.400 Just today, we're closer to world peace under MAGA.
00:22:16.660 These are huge steps.
00:22:18.260 And, of course, the American people, this is exactly what they voted for.
00:22:21.180 As much as the Democrats continue to rail into Doge and Elon Musk and the Trump administration, people voted for reform.
00:22:28.520 And that's exactly what they're getting.
00:22:30.260 In fact, CNN is even forced to admit this.
00:22:33.600 Take a look.
00:22:34.620 You know, I think one of the things that's so important for politicians is for folks to believe what they're saying and that they're keeping their campaign promises.
00:22:41.760 So I think this gives you a pretty gosh darn good idea of what may be going on.
00:22:46.200 Trump's doing what he promised to do.
00:22:48.840 You go back to April of 2017.
00:22:51.120 It was just 46 percent of all Americans who said that Trump was doing what he promised to do.
00:22:56.360 Compare that now to February of 2025.
00:23:00.040 You know, there was a good show that was on during the 1990s called A Different World.
00:23:04.540 That is what's going on right now.
00:23:06.240 We're living in a different world.
00:23:07.760 Seventy percent of Americans say Trump is doing what he promised to do.
00:23:12.440 Again, compare that to April of 2017, when it's just 46 percent.
00:23:16.380 When Americans are 24 points more likely to say that you're doing what you promised to do,
00:23:21.400 it's no wonder that your net approval rating is much more likely to be on the positive side of the ledger.
00:23:26.160 Then on the negative side, and so far, what we're seeing, again, is Americans 21 days so far
00:23:31.960 versus just 11 days during his entire first term that Trump has a positive net approval rating.
00:23:37.680 Isn't that the point of running for office and getting elected is to make promises and actually keep them?
00:23:43.920 It's kind of astounding that we've gotten away from that so far in American politics,
00:23:48.520 where so many politicians will say whatever they can say on the campaign trail just to get elected to do the exact opposite.
00:23:54.440 I believe the phrase was flip-flop Kamala, if you remember, when she was willing to flip on quite literally any stance,
00:24:00.780 if that meant a bump in the votes with the American people.
00:24:03.520 Let's also bring in Kevin Posobiec and, of course, a favorite, Rasmussen Reports, Mark Mitchell.
00:24:09.900 Mark, thanks so much for joining us.
00:24:12.440 What a wild time. What a wild time. Happy to be here.
00:24:16.120 Hey, Mark.
00:24:16.440 Your reaction to 70 percent, 7 in 10 Americans agreeing Trump is keeping his promises.
00:24:23.760 There's just so much I can say.
00:24:27.020 I think about the fourth turning often about what the future of America holds for my kids,
00:24:32.020 and I thought it might be World War III with Russia or China.
00:24:35.460 And it turns out we're at the end of the fourth turning now,
00:24:37.880 and it's World War III with our own government who's been using influence and power to gaslight us
00:24:44.360 and pit us against each other just so they could plunder the treasury like the fall of the Roman Empire.
00:24:49.920 And it is being reversed. I don't think we've come to terms at all with how far this den of snakes goes.
00:24:57.940 The hidden story here is that Harry Enten, who was not allowed to give this kind of good news on CNN prior to the election,
00:25:05.020 now it seems like he's just free and happy because he's allowed to tell the truth,
00:25:09.940 was quoting a CBS News poll.
00:25:12.900 CBS, before the election, was polling six points to the right of Rasmussen Reports.
00:25:18.160 And now in that very same poll, they give Trump a 53% approval rating, the exact same as we have today.
00:25:25.700 So the hidden story is everybody was shilling for Democrats, was shilling for this power machine,
00:25:30.780 was enabling this plunder, was stealing the future of my children.
00:25:35.720 When you ask a politician, like, how are we going to cut the debt?
00:25:39.180 They always wind up going to entitlement reform, and that means my children are not going to get Social Security.
00:25:44.760 We don't know how much Social Security is going to fake people.
00:25:47.480 We don't know how much is going down to people like in the cartels based on false repeated Social Security numbers.
00:25:53.500 This is getting wild.
00:25:55.520 I was looking at Google Trends last night.
00:25:57.540 It's my second favorite tool behind polling.
00:25:59.920 And believe it or not, Google searches in Washington, D.C. for the term criminal defense attorney
00:26:06.600 are higher, three times higher than the next highest state in the United States.
00:26:11.320 So we have, I mean, this is just going to, we're going to see more and more, and it's wild.
00:26:16.720 I have no idea where the Overton window is going to wind up and whether or not we're on the precipice.
00:26:21.160 We might save the country this year.
00:26:23.320 It's wild.
00:26:25.240 Gee, gentlemen, why do we think that the term criminal defense lawyer is up so much in D.C. right now?
00:26:31.820 Yeah, and it's going to go higher, I think, because the spike in D.C. was so high on January 28th.
00:26:39.260 That's when it really started.
00:26:40.760 And I think that's when the news about going after the FBI people that were pursuing January 6th,
00:26:45.920 investigating the January 6th people.
00:26:48.020 So maybe that's just one department.
00:26:49.840 Who knows what's going to happen when they get under the hood at Treasury,
00:26:52.740 when they start auditing the Department of Defense,
00:26:55.220 when they start looking at what goes through the Obamacare marketplaces.
00:26:59.080 We have just scratched the surface.
00:27:01.580 This is literally like if you sent somebody back in time to fix the Roman Empire.
00:27:07.260 It'll change the course of history.
00:27:11.200 I can't wait.
00:27:12.500 I truly cannot wait.
00:27:14.740 Yeah, and you mentioned, Mark, about the J6.
00:27:18.820 I was there for Cash's confirmation hearing,
00:27:22.520 and they just kept berating him about this, especially Adam Schiff.
00:27:26.480 And, you know, criminal defense, we're going to see.
00:27:29.820 We got Tulsi in there now.
00:27:31.580 DNI, she's going to be the head, intel for the CIA, NSA, and FBI.
00:27:38.480 I mean, this is going to be a total reversal.
00:27:41.340 We're going to go after all of them.
00:27:43.280 It's going to be amazing.
00:27:44.700 And, I mean, yeah, they just got that.
00:27:47.860 They had nothing on Cash.
00:27:48.980 I mean, they kept going after him about the song, the song that he had,
00:27:52.440 the national anthem that he, like, I don't know, liked on, what,
00:27:58.400 like Twitter, Instagram, and promoted it.
00:28:00.980 The national anthem.
00:28:02.300 So, I mean, come on.
00:28:04.000 That's all they got against him.
00:28:06.960 Listen, like, this is going to be incredible to witness.
00:28:12.980 Yeah, promises made, promises kept.
00:28:14.680 I'm going through the Trump's platform here.
00:28:17.500 It's just amazing.
00:28:18.440 I mean, everything on here we're seeing, and it's only the first month.
00:28:23.560 It's only the first month.
00:28:24.900 Seal on the border, deportation, end inflation,
00:28:27.980 make American energy dominant, tax cuts.
00:28:32.520 You know, we're still working on the budget.
00:28:34.720 And, you know, we're going through a bunch of hard numbers here,
00:28:37.580 but it's just amazing to see, like, you're talking about his approval ratings
00:28:41.560 and approval ratings at Doge.
00:28:45.260 We got to celebrate our small wins, and they come every day.
00:28:49.260 Say again, go ahead.
00:28:50.340 I think people fighting this, it's so transparent.
00:28:52.760 It's so transparent what they did.
00:28:54.580 So they were still very effective at controlling the dominant narrative
00:28:58.500 up until literally the election day.
00:29:00.520 There were stories that were dropping a week before the election
00:29:02.760 that were all over the place, like the guy telling the joke about Puerto Rico
00:29:07.040 and about the Liz Cheney thing.
00:29:08.940 But all of a sudden after the election, the core left tuned out
00:29:12.340 of their propaganda machines and has gone into, like, echo chambers.
00:29:16.740 And where they're at is it's kind of like the Kubler-Ross cycles of grief.
00:29:22.200 You know, they went through shock and denial, and now they're in, like,
00:29:26.180 they're trying to gin up, like, anger and defensiveness,
00:29:29.760 and they're trying to jumpstart a rebellion.
00:29:32.000 So you look at Reddit, and there was a lot of, like, violent calls to violence
00:29:36.500 that are being suppressed now.
00:29:38.520 Blue Sky, those people are, like, inconsolable.
00:29:41.740 And I don't think you really see much in the way of any politicians
00:29:45.100 sticking their neck out of the line.
00:29:47.300 Like, they had to beg Chuck Schumer to come out
00:29:49.620 and put up some kind of resistance,
00:29:51.200 and he got ruthlessly ratioed by literally everybody and their mom on Twitter.
00:29:55.940 And so the environment is completely changed.
00:29:58.280 They have no ability to mount a defense,
00:30:01.400 and you can even see it in Google Trends right now.
00:30:04.040 Like, just two days ago, all of a sudden, out of nowhere,
00:30:08.100 organic searches for the term constitutional crisis
00:30:11.120 just ticked up to, like, 10 times the highest level
00:30:13.820 they've ever been in the last 15 years of Google.
00:30:16.280 It's absolutely incredible.
00:30:17.860 So it's all this pearl clutching, all this fake outrage,
00:30:20.480 and it's not going to work because the numbers are phenomenal.
00:30:23.660 Donald Trump, his approval rating's been up over the last week, three points.
00:30:27.460 He's at 53%.
00:30:29.060 Fewer people strongly disapprove of Donald Trump
00:30:31.780 than they did in January of 2017.
00:30:34.160 So everything they threw at this guy didn't work.
00:30:36.880 And then people have also been, you know, well, he's Teflon Don.
00:30:41.760 We've thrown everything at him.
00:30:42.940 It doesn't stick.
00:30:43.760 So let's go after Elon Musk.
00:30:46.040 But we polled on Elon Musk, and he has a 52% favorable rating, 31% very.
00:30:51.600 So he's net plus six, and Trump's net plus eight right now.
00:30:56.520 And so he's just as favorable as Trump is.
00:31:00.440 And then we also said, do you approve or disapprove of Elon Musk being in charge
00:31:03.660 of the Department of Government Efficiency, which is cutting government waste?
00:31:07.520 And we get a 55% approval.
00:31:10.380 And then, you know, how important is it to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse
00:31:13.820 in the federal government?
00:31:14.740 And these numbers are all from just a few days ago.
00:31:16.580 So these are people who are watching what is happening,
00:31:18.900 watching this major hatchet fall on Washington.
00:31:22.260 86% say important, 66% vary, including 82% of Democrats who say important.
00:31:29.960 So this is the new normal.
00:31:32.120 And I, you know, I guess we'll see what's going to happen with this debt ceiling.
00:31:35.180 But my advice to Republicans, my advice to Congress is you're not just going to want
00:31:40.200 to put your same kind of massive, like 3,000 page bill out there.
00:31:43.780 You're going to get blasted in the face.
00:31:45.180 And everybody's going to know that you were taking money from USAID,
00:31:47.960 just like these press outlets.
00:31:49.800 It is a new normal, and politicians are not ready for it.
00:31:53.180 Well, let me ask you this.
00:31:54.460 As we talk about peace negotiations that are going to begin between Ukraine and Russia,
00:31:58.840 how's that going to affect Trump's approval rating?
00:32:01.240 I mean, how much higher can it go?
00:32:03.000 That is something that the American people were heavily invested in,
00:32:06.300 because, of course, it could consequently affect them.
00:32:09.400 Well, so I differ from everybody else here.
00:32:11.780 And everybody says, well, Trump came into office this time around with a higher approval rating.
00:32:15.440 And that's not actually what I found.
00:32:16.820 And back in the first term in January of 2017, he got up to 59%.
00:32:22.180 And the highest he's been so far is 53% this term.
00:32:26.080 And that's not anything to do with his performance,
00:32:28.860 because we know he's got tens of millions more votes.
00:32:31.220 It has to do with the fact that literally the CIA and the deep state
00:32:35.960 drove a significant chunk of his country insane.
00:32:38.900 And so there are people who will no longer objectively look at the output of his work.
00:32:43.800 And so I don't think we're ever going to see a scenario again
00:32:46.200 where Trump gets to a plus 60, over 60% approval,
00:32:49.420 unless we go to war with, you know, Russia or China,
00:32:52.820 or unless there's a decade of economic correction.
00:32:56.240 And maybe that economic correction will happen sooner rather than later.
00:32:59.940 But people are just too strung out.
00:33:01.480 I look at the Democrat Party, and they've literally driven so many people insane.
00:33:06.700 It's like a cult.
00:33:07.520 And the cult's getting smaller and smaller, but it's getting more insane and more insane.
00:33:11.820 And what we find out is that the cult leaders now are doing it to protect themselves
00:33:15.440 because they're complicit in criminal activity.
00:33:18.240 That's what it is.
00:33:19.480 And so something's going to break because it looks like they can't get to that bargaining stage
00:33:23.680 of the grief cycle.
00:33:26.840 And that's what they need to do to succeed.
00:33:29.220 And I think about the Democrat Party.
00:33:30.720 Think about the massive opportunity there is, the huge power vacuum in that party for
00:33:37.040 somebody to step in there and say, listen, guys, we've done a lot of bad things.
00:33:41.060 Like we've made a lot of people insane and have some pretty stupid policies.
00:33:44.720 Maybe we should correct that.
00:33:46.280 Maybe we should be more like Bill Clinton instead of more like AOC.
00:33:49.280 And it doesn't look like that's what's going to happen, but they could like AOC is going
00:33:54.420 to be eat the rich populism versus Trump populism.
00:33:57.000 And they're going to fail even harder with that.
00:34:00.100 I don't know, Mark.
00:34:01.260 I think if I think if Trump negotiates some peace in Russia, the sky's the limit here.
00:34:06.040 You know, we had the prime minister of Japan offering for the Nobel Peace Prize here.
00:34:10.800 I think I think we're in for a lot more approval ratings.
00:34:14.600 Everything he's doing, you said constitutional crisis.
00:34:17.360 Yeah, we're keeping tabs with you, Mark, because we want to we want to track that.
00:34:21.720 Don't go anywhere.
00:34:22.580 We're going to be right back with more.
00:34:24.280 Of course, that's Mark Mitchell Rasmussen reports and really interesting findings there,
00:34:28.220 especially when it comes to criminal defense lawyers in D.C.
00:34:31.700 Stick with us.
00:34:32.400 We'll be right back.
00:34:36.360 Jack is a great guy.
00:34:37.840 He's written that fantastic book.
00:34:39.600 Everybody's talking about it.
00:34:40.780 Go get it.
00:34:41.940 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:34:45.380 And we're going to turn it around and make sure it's actually quite a good day.
00:34:49.100 Amen.
00:34:49.400 Welcome back to Human Events Daily.
00:34:54.380 I'm Michelle Bacchus filling in for the great Jack Posobiec, who's on a special mission right now.
00:34:59.140 Let's also bring in Kevin Posobiec, who is joining me.
00:35:03.000 Kevin, it is a huge day.
00:35:04.440 Not only are we talking about MAGA world peace, which has been phenomenal,
00:35:07.980 something that we all have been anticipating under Trump.
00:35:10.460 But now we have Tulsi Gabbard officially confirmed as the director of national intelligence.
00:35:14.960 And I'm going to admit it was a little weird because the vote was going to happen at 1230 in the morning.
00:35:20.640 And then it got canceled due to some some light snow, I would say.
00:35:24.120 However, we were able to get her across the finish line and get her confirmed.
00:35:28.000 Now the focus moves on to RFK Jr., who just passed a major Senate hurdle and is poised to be confirmed.
00:35:35.060 And, of course, then we have Kash Patel as well, who will be voted out of Judiciary Committee tomorrow, mind you.
00:35:41.540 You know, Kevin, it's interesting because remember, when Trump announced his picks,
00:35:46.460 many Democrats and honestly even some Republicans said that these picks are going to be dead on arrival.
00:35:51.380 And, of course, the Democrats are trying to slow walk this, but we are slowly but surely getting them through.
00:35:56.880 We are. We are. We're definitely getting them through as much as the Democrats want to stall everything
00:36:03.740 because of a couple of inches of snow.
00:36:06.360 I was contemplating going down there myself last night.
00:36:09.140 I don't know if it was open to the public, but I would have loved to witness that.
00:36:13.800 How dangerous was the snow, Kevin?
00:36:16.900 Are you in? Are you by the area?
00:36:20.060 I was driving around. Yeah, I am in the area right now.
00:36:22.840 I am in the D.C. area.
00:36:24.000 And I got all-wheel drive. I mean, I'm from the Northeast, so it was very, very much bearable.
00:36:31.380 But I don't know.
00:36:31.820 Was it worth canceling the boat?
00:36:33.500 They're technically south of the Mason-Dixon line.
00:36:36.640 They pretend to be Southern.
00:36:38.340 Like, I don't know.
00:36:39.080 You see some videos of people swerving all around.
00:36:41.500 But I don't know.
00:36:43.160 Not to toot my own horn, no pun intended, but I'm a pretty good driver.
00:36:46.700 But you see, that's like part of their lack of transparency.
00:36:53.520 They're always, you know, but what's happening is that people are being lobbied to vote against
00:37:00.600 or see if they can pull votes away from Tulsi, away from RFK,
00:37:05.560 or if they could have their pockets lined by any backdoor deals, you know, moving forward to stop this MAGA agenda from going through.
00:37:17.780 You have Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Adam Schiff.
00:37:21.640 You have all the likely suspects coming in.
00:37:24.700 Mitch McConnell, you know, he voted against Tulsi.
00:37:28.400 He'll probably vote against the other two.
00:37:30.420 The only Republican, mind you, to vote against Tulsi.
00:37:33.660 That's true.
00:37:34.660 Yeah, that's true.
00:37:35.680 I mean, you had Tulsi put on surveillance on a watch list as a domestic terrorist.
00:37:41.420 You know, you got Big Pharma going after.
00:37:43.860 Do you think they want RFK in?
00:37:45.860 You know, how many deals do we think Big Pharma is doing right now with everybody, you know,
00:37:52.080 every Democrat that's leaning towards voting RFK in?
00:37:56.600 You know, how many millions of dollars do you think are being put on the table here?
00:38:01.300 I don't know about you.
00:38:02.080 You know, I will say that that does worry me, and I would love to get the numbers, and I should look that up here.
00:38:08.380 But the amount of power and money that Big Pharma has, the amount of control that they have over these politicians is astronomical.
00:38:16.620 And I feel like sometimes we do underestimate the power of these companies.
00:38:20.340 And it's worth noting, especially as you get people like RFK Jr. in there to shake it up.
00:38:24.460 Again, it goes back to the fact that these are not your standard picks.
00:38:28.560 Donald Trump campaigned on the promise of reform.
00:38:31.220 In fact, as Democrats continue to try and hit Elon Musk and Doge, he was on the campaign trail saying time and time again that Elon Musk is going to be a part of the administration.
00:38:39.940 Elon Musk is going to come in and shake things up, go through this budget line by line.
00:38:44.380 The American people voted for reform.
00:38:46.160 There was a massive mandate for that, and that's exactly what they're getting.
00:38:49.260 That's exactly the case as well with these picks.
00:38:51.580 They're not conventional.
00:38:52.740 They're not always the people that you would see, the deep state, the Democrats, even the typical rhino Republicans pick.
00:38:58.580 These are people that are coming in and shaking things up.
00:39:01.740 I can't wait to see what else we have in store for it.
00:39:07.860 It's the Democrats, they don't even, they can't even credit Trump for any of these wins.
00:39:16.020 It's amazing to see because they're not hardline like Republican wins, like stereotypical ones.
00:39:23.100 You know, we have Tulsi coming in.
00:39:24.640 She's, you know, she was on camera saying she was supporting Bernie Sanders like how many years ago.
00:39:30.320 And then, you know, now we have her voted in and, you know, we have Anna Luna as well.
00:39:36.680 I wanted to mention she's, she just got nominated to a house oversight committee to release all these files about JFK, you know, MLK, RFK, the Epstein files, you know, the highlights.
00:39:51.140 But what else is she going to uncover about, you know, the vaccine, you know, origins and the effectiveness of, I don't know.
00:40:02.740 I mean, Anna Luna herself, she put forth legislation.
00:40:05.460 She was one of the first in Florida to ban dyes in food.
00:40:09.200 I can't recall if it was yellow 5 or red 40, whatever they are, but she was one of the first to successfully put that through.
00:40:18.060 And, yeah, like how is that not a bipartisan issue?
00:40:22.840 So the list goes on.
00:40:25.520 I mean, even Mark Fogle, I would like to mention, I did a little search on him.
00:40:30.260 And I don't know if you know why, but he was arrested in Russia for possession of 17 grams of medical marijuana.
00:40:38.700 And, you know, they sentenced him to 14 years for drug smuggling, large-scale supply of drug smuggling in Russia.
00:40:46.300 And, you know, that's a separate topic.
00:40:50.400 But you'd think, why wouldn't the Biden and Kamala administration want to do that?
00:40:54.360 Like, why wouldn't they want to, like, these are just such small wins.
00:40:58.680 And we're going to continue to see that, but on a much larger scale from RFK and cash.
00:41:05.240 I mean, it's going to be, it's going to be monumental.
00:41:09.100 Well, you mentioned the Epstein files, and that's something that a lot of people have been waiting to hear about.
00:41:15.780 Cash Patel saying, let's open them.
00:41:18.460 We're going to open them on day one.
00:41:19.900 And I think there are a lot of deep state Democrats, Hollywood elites, people under the blanket that are very nervous for this to come out.
00:41:27.120 There's a lot of pedophilia.
00:41:28.640 There's a lot of corruption and fraud that we are just touching the surface of, folks.
00:41:32.660 And it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
00:41:35.980 Make sure to follow along.

00:41:39.700 Thanks so much for watching.
