00:03:40.900 I don't know what that means.
00:03:42.460 We are going to dive in.
00:03:44.020 She's been featured in Women's Health, Men's Health, HuffPost.
00:03:46.880 She is the real deal.
00:03:47.980 It is Dr. Shannon Chavez.
00:03:50.040 Hey, guys.
00:03:51.100 So happy to be here.
00:03:53.300 I'm nervous for you slightly because this is our first podcast ever.
00:03:57.980 and uh literally we're just diving right in with talking about sex into in the highest degree uh
00:04:05.040 and i really want to talk about everything around it relationships uh breakups dating blah blah blah
00:04:10.940 uh this podcast quite honestly is going to be extremely extremely real it's going to be more
00:04:15.560 raw than the vlogs any other content you've seen me in um and it's actually really exciting because
00:04:19.660 this is the beginning of of a very long journey and as we dive into the podcast slash audio space
00:04:25.680 Right now, we're going to do three podcasts a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
00:04:28.860 So make sure to subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts.
00:04:33.540 Leave a rating.
00:04:34.500 Five stars, by the way.
00:04:35.920 Literally only five.
00:04:36.680 Otherwise, like, don't leave. 1.00
00:04:37.800 Yeah, fuck off. 1.00
00:04:39.980 So I just want to dive right in. 1.00
00:04:43.120 Licensed psychologist who specializes in sexual health and wellness.
00:04:47.160 What does that mean?
00:04:48.640 You know, sexual health is something that affects every single one of us.
00:04:53.380 I mean, sex is how we all got here.
00:04:54.720 And for me, I thought if I was going to be dealing with people, how am I not going to be dealing with sex?
00:04:59.760 So I wanted to specialize in it so I could be prepared to deal with all of the variety of issues that come along with our sexuality, because sex is complicated and diverse and a lot of stuff comes up.
00:05:10.600 So I wanted to be prepared to be able to deal with anything that came through the door.
00:05:14.820 True. It gets tricky sometimes. I often don't know if I'm even doing it right myself, which actually brings me to my next point.
00:05:21.540 You're a sex coach. What is that?
00:05:24.720 Well, I don't actually see people having sex, but I give them all the skills they would need to have better sex. So it may be improving technique. It may be learning how to communicate during sex. It may be just being able to talk about it and exploring your sexuality. Sex coaching is more solution focused. So here's the problem. Here's how we fix it.
00:05:45.640 Interesting. Interesting. So I mean, so so basically, if you're having problems in your sex life, you're you're the go to girl.
00:05:51.400 I'm the sex doctor.
00:05:52.320 amazing so how did you how did you get into this because sex is is sort of a taboo topic right it's
00:05:58.780 it's okay five minutes dude i'm like i like five seconds i'm so hot right now just having like a
00:06:03.700 little it are you having a mental break yeah i think so just got like 30 seconds yeah go ahead
00:06:08.840 uh i think uh mike just think mike
00:06:12.980 yo mike just broke down on the podcast on our first he's got literally yo he looked me straight
00:06:21.660 the eyes you weren't even talking bro you said like one word like what's good so yo colin colin
00:06:28.160 do we continue i think we continue so yeah this is common people get anxiety when we start talking
00:06:34.780 about sex no seriously the most common things that already happened to mike i'm here to stay
00:06:40.280 yeah mike left the room thank you spencer you're welcome yo which is crazy because when you walked 0.99
00:06:46.880 in, clearly Mike is the one with the most like big dick energy. So what about sex makes people 0.99
00:06:54.240 uncomfortable? Like it's a taboo topic. How did you get into it? You know, people always ask that
00:06:58.280 question. I was always curious about sex. I grew up in a conservative, Catholic, Latino household.
00:07:03.740 Were you Mormon? No, I was Catholic. Sex was not talked about openly, but I was curious about it.
00:07:08.500 It was everywhere. I had young parents and, you know, as a kid in the eighties, sex was everywhere.
00:07:12.740 so for me it was an interest. Did you talk to your parents about sex? Yes I was the one having
00:07:17.660 the time I had a lot of questions so I'd go to mom and be like you know I heard this thing at
00:07:20.760 school today or what's this and I got in a lot of trouble for it. What was that first conversation
00:07:25.600 like? Yeah well I remember I heard wet dream in like first grade and I didn't know what that was
00:07:30.280 so I asked my mother what that was and she started crying. Almost every sex talk I had with my mom
00:07:35.240 she was in tears. Oh that's so I learned right away that sex made people uncomfortable but for
00:07:40.520 me, it seemed like something so natural. I mean, everyone, that's how we all got here. It's what
00:07:44.760 we all have in common, but people, uh, you know, are so uncomfortable talking about it because
00:07:49.500 there's so much shame around it. There's so much, uh, stigma around talking about sex and how you
00:07:54.940 should do sex and what it's like, but I think it's a part of our identity. No matter what type
00:08:00.620 of sex you're having, it's a part of who you are. True. True. That's, that's a, it's a very
00:08:04.440 interesting perspective. Me, I'm, I'm very open with my parents to be honest with you. I'm probably
00:08:10.400 too open with my parents don't really give give too many shits because you know i think part of 0.95
00:08:16.000 our relationship is the fact that we can talk to each other about whatever spencer i know yeah is
00:08:21.120 not not so open my parents didn't have that that openness i guess so i am curious as to how
00:08:28.260 like education and parenting you know affects that conversation that you've seen well you know
00:08:34.680 they probably didn't have a great sex talk with their parents i know for my mom she said sex was
00:08:39.020 never talked about. Even to this day, I remember my grandmother first came into my office and she 0.86
00:08:44.060 said, why would anyone want to be a sex therapist? So even in our culture, it was something that,
00:08:48.160 you know, is that something that people do? But I think the talk varies depending on your
00:08:52.120 culture, depending on your background, depending on the age of your children.
00:08:55.120 Are you, are you active on social media?
00:08:57.560 Not, not so much.
00:08:58.900 Okay. Well, there's this thing happening right now called no nut November. Are you,
00:09:03.340 are you aware?
00:09:04.000 No nut as in nuts.
00:09:05.960 No, no, you can have, you can have nuts. You can still have balls. 0.99
00:09:09.020 You can eat nuts, but you can't, you can't like, like it's a challenge that people are 0.94
00:09:13.220 doing.
00:09:13.580 Yes, exactly.
00:09:14.100 And I'm actually participating in it.
00:09:16.180 Do you, is that healthy to just store up all the, all the, the nut?
00:09:21.000 Actually, no, it's not healthy. 0.99
00:09:22.440 The more you masturbate or stimulate and have ejaculations, the better your prostate health. 0.98
00:09:27.720 So there's a lot of information about abstaining from masturbation. 0.99
00:09:31.200 What I recommend is as long as you're masturbating on a regular basis, make sure you're varying
00:09:35.560 it different ways that you're doing it. 0.93
00:09:37.840 Like upside down?
00:09:37.980 yeah upside down sideways different techniques and ways that you're conditioning yourself to 0.98
00:09:43.640 not only have a one-way track this is not a joke in your body I should masturbate upside down is 0.99
00:09:48.240 that what you're saying yeah try it this is incredible wow that's amazing never done that 0.99
00:09:52.060 breaking news you're absolutely blowing my mind down so okay so let me let me push that one step
00:09:58.160 further um two months ago I had a a boxing fight trained six months for it um the result was a
00:10:05.620 draw. But I had heard somewhere along my training camp, you can't have sex. You can't ejaculate a
00:10:12.720 month before the fight. And even I got like paparazzi a couple of times and they asked me
00:10:17.100 because it's like a rumor like that athletes like don't have sex up to a month before their big
00:10:22.400 event. And I and I did not. And I had a girlfriend at the time. It was very difficult. Very difficult.
00:10:26.920 Is that is that true or false? Because there's a lot of mixed information about that. But the
00:10:31.560 interesting thing is, did you notice a difference? Did you have any impact in your performance
00:10:36.440 because you didn't stimulate? I think it's more of a mental experience than it is physiological.
00:10:41.920 Sort of like a placebo effect, right? Because I don't know, right? Like here I am training my
00:10:48.080 ass off. And like, quite honestly, all I want to do is not, but I can't because I heard about this
00:10:54.100 thing. Like, doesn't it decrease your testosterone? Not necessarily. So ejaculation does not decrease
00:11:00.820 your testosterone there's a lot of myths around it hey mike why don't you sit down first episode
00:11:05.240 i got a little heebie jeebies my bad hey it happens it happens so she she uh she's not a
00:11:10.240 fan of no nut november i'm not either i'm not participating in it at all you know what else
00:11:15.160 mike does not participate in my man's doesn't wear condoms quite honestly like i'm just gonna
00:11:19.660 we need to change that today that's not like always true just like i would say like 99.9
00:11:25.080 of the time but that's an issue too i hear this a lot from my male clients you know a condom it
00:11:30.240 doesn't feel the same way these are all issues that i think you need to deal with there's a
00:11:33.920 different sensation obviously when you wear a condom but it's there's like no sensation 0.99
00:11:38.180 it's not a different sensation i'd rather not have sex i recommend masturbating with a condom 0.58
00:11:44.240 if you really have an issue with it so you can start getting used to the experience of wearing 0.62
00:11:49.300 a condom so it's not uh an issue but i don't want to get used to the experience of wearing a condom
00:11:53.840 i want to not get used to that experience at all then you're probably going to get an sti well sti
00:11:59.200 is is sexually and transmitted infections so we don't call it disease we call it infection
00:12:04.620 because most of them are treatable most of them like listen i i like the like i like the concept
00:12:13.140 of condoms like and i and listen i like i want to include the concept of condoms it's a great
00:12:19.080 it's a great idea like you know as a as an idea and as a concept like it is i don't know like
00:12:25.240 but the thing is listen i don't i don't want to condone like that practice like i just yeah the
00:12:31.100 whole thing like like seriously like i don't i want to like i want people to be safe out there
00:12:35.360 and stuff but like i just i don't know like well look look look contraception hate them i understand
00:12:39.700 and he's and there's different types of condoms what about those to try about skin which is a
00:12:44.340 good brand it's not latex it's very thin and they're still really great uh no free no free
00:12:49.320 brand deals so i'm just kidding just a personal favorite no i'm just kidding i'm just kidding so
00:12:54.900 Okay, but no, but contraception in general is very important.
00:12:58.340 For those of you listening, please don't take Mike as an example.
00:13:02.480 You wear a condom, wear any sort of contraception.
00:13:05.580 What about those dental dams?
00:13:08.760 Yes, a dental dam is a piece of latex that you lay over the vulva, 0.98
00:13:14.880 which is the female genitalia, and it is a protective barrier. 0.87
00:13:20.220 Sounds like a nightmare. 1.00
00:13:21.960 Sounds like a nightmare.
00:13:22.560 You know, honestly, they are probably not the most attractive looking thing.
00:13:27.020 But if it comes to safety, you'll just you'll just work around it.
00:13:29.860 Hands off. Hands off of the dental dam.
00:13:31.460 What about just like one? What about just like having one partner?
00:13:34.660 You know, like monogamy. Yeah, like monogamy.
00:13:37.020 Like I'm not another thing I'm not really good at.
00:13:40.360 Well, if you if you are going to go to towards a monogamous orientation in your relationship, I just recommend you both get tested so you don't have to worry about it.
00:13:48.280 And how often would be monogamous? You don't have to worry about it.
00:13:52.400 But if you're out there in the field dating and I recommend at least every every couple of months.
00:13:57.920 Have you heard this? You cannot get an STD if you never get checked.
00:14:02.100 Fact. Fact. Is that true?
00:14:05.620 Wait, what do you think? Obviously, you wouldn't know about it.
00:14:08.560 You can't get an STD if you don't get checked.
00:14:11.340 there's a lot of there's a lot of stis that are not uh that are not um when you're getting tested
00:14:18.740 for for example uh hpv human papillomavirus men it's almost undetectable for men to get treated
00:14:25.560 or to get tested for that so they're big carriers for that oh boy and it's one of the number one
00:14:29.940 causes of cervical cancer for women wow and and just for the record so you probably all have it
00:14:34.720 to be honest with you
00:14:35.700 alright listen
00:14:37.000 we'll be doing swab tests
00:14:38.600 after this podcast
00:14:39.460 see that's one
00:14:42.140 that's one thing
00:14:42.960 I am responsible about
00:14:44.080 is I get tested
00:14:44.700 like all
00:14:45.140 I was about to say
00:14:45.960 constantly
00:14:46.480 like I keep
00:14:47.420 I keep like
00:14:48.200 like a printout
00:14:49.720 of my results
00:14:50.360 next to my bed
00:14:51.280 so like when I come home
00:14:52.240 from the bar with a girl
00:14:52.980 I'm just like yo
00:14:53.560 what's up
00:14:54.000 want to like review
00:14:54.860 my results from last week
00:14:56.260 this is amazing
00:14:58.100 that's an example
00:14:58.960 for everyone
00:14:59.740 I mean we should get
00:15:00.480 comfortable talking about
00:15:01.100 but also wear condoms
00:15:02.120 once again
00:15:02.660 right
00:15:03.260 Right. Yeah. You want to be open about getting tested and asking your partner to get tested.
00:15:07.560 I do want to say for the record, we are we are all clean because we did get tested. We know
00:15:11.440 because otherwise I'd be slightly, slightly scary. Yeah. So keep sliding in those DMS.
00:15:18.700 I have a question about that. DMS. Great, great little segue. OK. DMS are often a great way for
00:15:28.700 people to connect. Right. Same with like dating apps. What are your thoughts on dating apps?
00:15:34.580 Cause I, um, I was just in a relationship. I got out of it. I took my time to be depressed and
00:15:41.080 emotionally unavailable and, uh, do nothing for about a month and a month and a half, maybe.
00:15:47.020 Then I like, I hopped on this dating app and the dynamic of dating apps is so intriguing to me.
00:15:54.300 I've never met up with anyone on a dating app. And quite honestly, I don't think I ever will.
00:15:59.940 It's, it's, it's odd to me. Do you have, do you have an opinion about dating apps and people
00:16:06.440 meeting through the internet? I do. Because again, you're looking at photographs of people,
00:16:11.820 you're looking at a profile and maybe you're making judgments about who that person is.
00:16:15.420 So you may have this fantasy in your mind of who that person is and then you meet them in person 1.00
00:16:19.160 and they suck. They don't, you know, they don't meet your expectations. And that's because dating 0.99
00:16:24.060 apps I think are feeding into this fantasy of ideal partner and people are putting out their
00:16:28.380 best self and then you meet them in person and they're completely different than who they who
00:16:32.400 they say they are online or their picture is old or you know again they're putting out there what
00:16:36.340 they want people to see but then they can't have a great conversation when they're with someone in
00:16:40.100 person which is an issue too. Yeah that happens all the time I feel like that that's like even
00:16:44.080 prevalent on Instagram too like you have people that look a certain way on Instagram then you meet
00:16:47.280 them in person you're like well oh yeah it's a it's a it's a it's a real life catfish yeah no
00:16:52.400 yeah it's true just like i'm i'm strictly talking about like what you said it's like
00:16:56.280 you see these people in dating apps and you you're really only judging them based on what they look
00:17:01.740 like and their bios like of course i mean i mean sure bro but everyone's got like a clever bio like
00:17:06.480 my friends put me on this app or like something i'm kidding anyways you know i don't read the
00:17:10.380 bios you've seen me swipe it's like by the way mike swipes right on everyone yeah i have an issue
00:17:15.360 with this swiping culture too because again you're basically culture picture and terminology
00:17:20.220 swiping culture the picture probably isn't you know who is the person based on the picture and
00:17:24.940 a lot of people are putting pictures of you know their bodies and you know no shirt on and that's
00:17:29.000 just you know that's ridiculous that's not showing people who you really are that's why i judge by
00:17:33.180 like a much more impactful uh unit of measurement which is like likes and comments instead you know
00:17:38.180 popularity on social media because like if you go by the picture a picture could be fake the
00:17:43.260 engagement's real though no it's he's being facetious but it's like okay so so like all
00:17:49.380 You got, you got Tinder, right?
00:17:50.640 Yes.
00:17:51.080 Tinder.
00:17:51.640 Mike.
00:17:51.900 Shout out Tinder.
00:17:52.580 Shout out Sean Rad.
00:17:53.680 What's good?
00:17:54.640 Mike is an avid user of Tinder.
00:17:57.220 You use Tinder, right?
00:17:58.260 Tinder for hookups, Bumbles for short-term dating, Match.com for the long real-term thing.
00:18:02.560 Is this true?
00:18:03.760 My dad uses Match.com.
00:18:05.340 Yeah.
00:18:05.480 He's looking for love.
00:18:06.480 Really?
00:18:06.980 Yeah.
00:18:07.140 GP's trying to hook it up.
00:18:08.040 I would say Match is for a little bit of an older generation.
00:18:11.240 I think millennials are all about Tinder, Bumbles, Coffee Meets Bagel.
00:18:14.840 I mean, there's all these different things. 0.96
00:18:15.900 Coffee Meets Bagel, bro.
00:18:17.380 Have you tried Banana Meets Muffin?
00:18:20.320 It's actually a really popular one.
00:18:21.520 Fire, dude.
00:18:22.400 Fire.
00:18:23.080 Wait, wait, wait.
00:18:23.660 Match.com.
00:18:24.200 Does this work?
00:18:25.040 Do people match and get married?
00:18:26.560 Yes, I know.
00:18:27.020 Actually, I know a handful of couples that got married off of Match.
00:18:30.520 I know a couple, a good friend of mine, their first date, after their first date, they never
00:18:35.220 spent a day apart.
00:18:36.020 That's amazing.
00:18:36.600 Now they're married.
00:18:36.880 What?
00:18:37.100 Seven years now married.
00:18:38.040 Ready for this?
00:18:38.760 It happens.
00:18:39.360 My sister, my older sister, met her current husband on Match.com.
00:18:43.840 Jesus.
00:18:44.400 So it can happen.
00:18:45.240 Yeah.
00:18:45.460 Yeah. And they have baby Chase now and he is, he is awesome. And so are they. I mean,
00:18:49.480 it's great. Shout out baby Chase. Shout out baby Chase. Three months old. I hope you're
00:18:52.680 not listening to this. Watch Sesame Street. I think it depends on what you're looking for.
00:18:58.860 If you go into online dating and you know what you're looking for, then you're going
00:19:01.820 to be able to weed out all these people like Mike that maybe aren't interested in finding
00:19:05.600 a relationship. I'm just going to pick on you. Please don't. No, please do. No, please
00:19:13.060 do. We all pick on Mike. You asked for it when I came in today. You did. You gave her a hard time
00:19:17.580 when she walked in. The first thing the doc said when she walked in, she's like, wow, there's a lot
00:19:22.360 of male energy here. We're like, yeah, big, big energy. B-V-E as we call it. So, okay. Dating apps.
00:19:29.820 Yo, I'm going to open up here. It's a little bit of a story time. So I hopped on this dating app.
00:19:35.420 It's called Raya. Raya. Raya is the name of the name. I haven't heard of that one.
00:19:41.320 wait whoa you showed in beverly hills check it out this is raya raya raya this is not a brand
00:19:48.520 deal by the way i'm not getting paid uh you guys because i'm gonna send you an invoice um raya
00:19:52.920 apparently okay so this is an app it's a dating app that is um it's it's exclusive for people in
00:19:58.320 the industry if you have like a an image or a reputation or do some kind of artistic work it's
00:20:03.480 like a celebrity only dating app like you gotta get approved for it you have to get approved like
00:20:07.900 heavy way and you've never heard of this no so okay just like tinder just like uh the other
00:20:12.560 dating apps you you put your pictures up and you put a song under it so people can be like i like
00:20:17.420 she like he likes queen great song must be a great guy right so i signed up for this after i was uh
00:20:22.920 done being depressed wait you got approved for it yeah man because low-key i got denied
00:20:28.120 did you really well i like what happens is you get entered onto like you're on the waiting list
00:20:32.360 like we'll let you know when you're approved they never guess what i've been on the waiting 0.94
00:20:34.920 list for fucking 16 months dog dog i i've been approved i've been approved for like three four 0.99
00:20:39.220 years i've had the app then but yo i can i i will match with these girls and i never have the balls 0.99
00:20:45.940 to meet up with them it's the weirdest thing to me like i just like i'll do it and just because
00:20:51.000 it's like interesting but i could never actually meet up with someone i found on a dating app which
00:20:56.680 is weird i don't know if it's like a personal problem i have or if i don't like have the time
00:20:59.560 or whatever it is. But, um, one day I went to go log on to the dating app and, um, I
00:21:06.640 got a, I got a screenshot. Actually, let me find this here. Uh, so you communicate with
00:21:14.060 women on the app. So you'll email or text or what, what's the main form of communication
00:21:18.600 set up as, as Tinder or Bumble just, but you're not swiping. No, yeah, you are swiping. Yeah,
00:21:23.660 yeah, for sure. But do you, how do you, how do you match? How do you find someone that
00:21:28.280 you want it's the same concept but it's just the uh just celebrities celebrities yeah celebrities
00:21:33.780 only yeah exactly very interesting yeah but i what's the whole idea of the song just to show
00:21:39.140 your musical interest or what what would you say the idea it's just like to give you like it's like
00:21:44.000 to like like a little bit of your personality yeah exactly i kind of like that i kind of like
00:21:48.120 music i think is a big important important part of relationships no it's it's definitely cool so
00:21:51.880 check us out though one day i came on it and by the way i had been on it for two days
00:21:55.360 and uh log on get a message pop up screen it says uh raya's community managers conduct periodic
00:22:04.460 reviews regarding membership renewal based upon our current community engagement guidelines
00:22:08.860 raya has decided not to holy bro hold up did not finish their sentence renew down no no raya has
00:22:19.760 decided not to thank you for your support and involvement wow that so you got denied not denied
00:22:28.020 i was in you're in i got revoked revoked but yo raya has decided not to no period no comma and
00:22:36.280 not even like not to what bro not not to what not to thank you for your support yeah not to thank
00:22:41.400 you for here can you can we get a close-up of this and and also not even like the team at raya
00:22:46.100 raya decided that like the app is an automated decision maker i think judge jury and executioner
00:22:52.460 like yeah i'm not a big supporter of this type of i know it's insane i think someone my guess is
00:22:59.300 someone um at the company like really doesn't like me or maybe even jake and just like y'all
00:23:04.620 maybe someone you dated and it's just like getting revenge you know you thought about it um pissed
00:23:09.400 off the wrong person wow dude you didn't you see that's the thing about this podcast you never told
00:23:14.020 me that story and you tell me pretty much everything
00:23:16.120 and you never told me that.
00:23:17.780 I don't know, bro. At first I was like,
00:23:20.160 what the fuck? This is weird. 0.99
00:23:21.760 You pounded your chest.
00:23:24.060 Testosterone just flowing out my
00:23:25.400 body. But then I was like, this is
00:23:28.200 great for me because I should not be on a dating app
00:23:30.060 quite honestly. I just got shit to do. 0.99
00:23:31.920 Well, if you're not meeting the people anyways, what's the point? 0.97
00:23:33.900 I was intrigued, bro.
00:23:36.040 My thought on it is that
00:23:37.900 there's a certain amount of
00:23:39.280 recklessness
00:23:40.600 in meeting people that you've
00:23:43.780 matched and never like like like you match these people you're swiping three match people in like
00:23:48.400 one second you're like yo i want to meet up i'm like a little reckless like i meet people all the
00:23:53.500 time like i'll match them and be like yo you want to get a drink yeah sure me let's do tequila shots
00:23:57.180 like i'll just meet people yeah yeah man i can't do it it's weird though you know i think it becomes
00:24:03.020 compulsive so you're just swiping just for the compulsive or impulsive with no with no real need
00:24:08.920 to or no real desire to actually meet anyone so i'm just doing it you know because it's making
00:24:13.880 me feel good it's boosting my ego but it's not actually getting you you're not actually looking
00:24:18.560 to date anyone which is the problem building off that how what do you think is the best way to
00:24:24.360 handle relationships in a healthy way can you be more specific in regards to finding a new
00:24:29.700 relationship i'm all about in person i think everyone should meet organically in person
00:24:34.400 because when you meet in person, you're, you're reading facial cues, body language,
00:24:38.640 there's pheromones, which are these chemical messengers. Is that, is that the thing that
00:24:43.000 helps us attract when you, when you smell, you're like when your partner has like a smell and you
00:24:48.340 love that smell, right? You like smell her hair. But it's not an actual scent. It's actually a
00:24:53.160 chemical, but that it, it evokes certain emotions that you've linked to that person who you love.
00:24:58.060 Because not everyone's smell is, is going to be attractive to everyone. Specific smells can be
00:25:03.560 more attractive to certain people depending on your pheromone match yeah yeah so there's a whole
00:25:07.340 science behind it that's sort of the biology i had i had a girl tell me uh one day we were like
00:25:12.240 talking and she goes let's see if we like each other's sense and she came up and smelled my hair
00:25:17.180 and at first i was like this is kind of weird but i was like oh but she's kind of right because
00:25:20.160 you know it's important you like hug your girl and you smell her like her neck and her hair and
00:25:23.900 she's like oh yeah totally low key if a girl said that to me we'll talk to her ever again
00:25:28.660 when people are fighting in relationships or on the verge of divorce their smell becomes offensive
00:25:33.040 so i noticed that a lot oh i hated the smell of his breath everything was terrible
00:25:36.980 you start to it has a lot to do with when they're about to disconnect you don't want to be with
00:25:42.400 someone who's stanky no absolutely no you hate to see that hygiene is very important especially
00:25:46.880 as we're talking about that could be that's like a huge like that could be like a deciding factor
00:25:50.720 like from like moving on from like a one date to like a relationship like if a girl i'm talking to
00:25:55.920 or like hooking up with has bad breath or like oh bro it's like it's like i'm out i don't even
00:26:01.480 want to tell you like i just want to just leave like i got some gum you should probably tell her
00:26:06.820 someone needs to tell her someone's gotta tell you like i'm gonna tell her right before i tell
00:26:11.080 her like to leave you know what i'm saying i'm not gonna tell her and be like yo if you freshen
00:26:14.500 it up maybe this will continue like i'm gonna be like yo here's a note and put it in the uber
00:26:20.060 like i'm gonna give the uber guy the message to deliver on the way home yeah can you get a
00:26:24.040 toothbrush please apparently i have a looped hair at the top of my head oh my god it looks ridiculous
00:26:28.820 it's sticking straight up
00:26:29.760 why don't no one tell me this
00:26:30.960 I don't know
00:26:31.300 I didn't actually notice
00:26:32.460 can someone help me
00:26:33.160 no wait can you stand it straight up
00:26:34.700 hey shout out
00:26:35.340 shout out to Danny
00:26:35.920 for letting me know
00:26:36.520 and also 1.00
00:26:37.020 fuck y'all 1.00
00:26:38.420 why don't you just tell me bro 1.00
00:26:39.460 what's wrong with these guys
00:26:40.260 I'm so focused on your beard
00:26:41.800 what's good
00:26:42.580 Danny is everyone else
00:26:43.720 looking okay over here
00:26:44.680 do I still look sweaty
00:26:46.440 after that panic attack
00:26:47.360 earlier
00:26:47.800 speaking of
00:26:48.740 speaking of like
00:26:49.440 scents and like
00:26:50.980 you know
00:26:51.380 that kind of thing
00:26:52.320 and I don't want to bring this up
00:26:53.400 but I do think
00:26:53.880 it is important
00:26:54.860 I have a
00:26:55.860 I have a problem 1.00
00:26:57.180 like pooping in front of girls 1.00
00:26:58.300 like to be quite I'm just gonna put it out there no I appreciate your honesty like I won't like I
00:27:02.380 like quite honestly I won't do it even in a relationship I will not do it the amount of
00:27:07.180 times I've escaped my own house to go poop somewhere so a girl or girlfriend will not see
00:27:13.200 me is is unprecedented quick quick note on that he just shows up randomly in me and Spencer's
00:27:18.880 rooms in the morning sometimes like I'll have a girl over and he'll pop through the door and be
00:27:23.620 like hey what's up guys and then just goes in the bathroom closed door I'm like oh okay well he's
00:27:27.760 he's got you know but yo but i'm not the only yo this i'm not the only one you're not alone
00:27:32.300 i know i'm not for sure i know i'm not because my friend told me yeah i'm right there with you
00:27:38.240 bro men and women do it yes men and women have this issue are you like that too no i'm comfortable
00:27:43.700 i'm married though so yeah that's a huge difference yeah what's that what's that like
00:27:48.100 what's that like by the way marriage or pooping while you're married
00:27:50.960 I'm talking about marriage. Cause like I'm, I'm slightly bored with life and I'm really
00:27:59.600 thinking about that type of thing, mainly cause I want children. Right. You know, I think marriage,
00:28:04.380 if you're going to get married, like my husband and I did, you have to make your own rules.
00:28:08.040 You have to do things according to what work for both of you and not the traditional,
00:28:12.580 uh, you know, these are the identities of husband and wife. Cause that's not really
00:28:16.240 where we are now in our culture. So my husband and I are both business owners. We're very busy.
00:28:20.200 We like to do different things. So we don't require each other's attention all the time.
00:28:24.300 We have a lot of independence in our relationship. And I think that's what makes it work.
00:28:27.980 What's your husband do? I'm curious. He, uh, he's a restaurant owner.
00:28:31.440 Okay. Very cool. Very cool. So, all right. So y'all, y'all are like comfortable. You're
00:28:34.700 cool with each other. Right. Because we made our own rules. So marriage works for us. And
00:28:38.280 I find our marriage successful because we do it our way and we don't care about what anyone else
00:28:43.820 thinks. And because of that, we respect each other and we communicate well. So I think if
00:28:48.560 you are going to get married you want to make sure you have that level of foundation in your
00:28:52.840 relationship first good communication honesty you can be you can you can let your partner know what
00:28:57.920 your needs are we we need a game plan for this man yeah logan here he's so impulsive though like
00:29:05.640 impulsive impulsive whatever you want to call it like you'll give him a game plan you're like all
00:29:09.480 right here's the deal like here's your strategic plan like you've got this nice girl like things
00:29:12.820 are going well, and then he's just like, I don't want
00:29:14.740 a girlfriend.
00:29:16.060 I just got stuff to do.
00:29:18.640 Maybe you're not ready.
00:29:19.120 He's definitely not ready.
00:29:21.060 Commit to that type of, that level
00:29:22.800 of relationship. Okay, I'm not, you're right.
00:29:25.200 You know what I am ready for?
00:29:26.620 A child. Oh my God. I want
00:29:28.780 a kid. I want a kid
00:29:31.200 so bad. Shut up. 1.00
00:29:33.240 Can you imagine, can you imagine 1.00
00:29:35.040 bro, just a little Logan, just run around 0.99
00:29:36.720 just tearing shit up. 1.00
00:29:38.300 You can have a child 1.00
00:29:40.660 without having a family do you want a family along with that it's like i might get a foster
00:29:44.500 kid i might get a foster kid i swear to god i might get a maverick foster kid to just come
00:29:49.020 be our little our boy who we raise to just own the world yeah i'd be down for that i'd be down
00:29:55.740 for that is there like a bridge between like a pet like kong and a kid like is there one step
00:30:00.580 up that's like one step below like my mom gave me a plant for example it died within i don't know
00:30:05.940 three days like that was my first test failed completely just horribly so then i didn't even
00:30:10.940 make it to the cat or pet stage because the plant just williams died like he already has completed
00:30:16.460 the pet stage like what's next between that and a kid well i think if you really want a child
00:30:20.720 maybe you should spend time with a baby or a young toddler just to see you know babysit for a day
00:30:25.980 and see how it is just to see the responsibilities that go along baby chase babe i don't know maybe
00:30:31.840 i don't know maybe chase i don't know so okay i'm not gonna lie we we stalked your instagram a
00:30:37.280 little bit okay and you have you have some fun things on there incredible can i please tell me 0.93
00:30:42.320 what you like okay all right so check us out um you posted a picture it says morning sex and you 0.95
00:30:47.600 said i'm smiling today because of morning sex the best start to a monday yes guess who else loves 0.98
00:30:51.760 it me logan i love it i love it i think i think more people should be having sex in the morning 0.71
00:30:57.020 because at the end of the day you're tired you're thinking about sleep in the morning both men and
00:31:01.240 women their testosterone levels are the highest and that helps with desire yep wow and you're
00:31:06.200 well rested you should be at least and you're you're feeling good in the morning yeah you've 0.99
00:31:09.740 had a good night's sleep no absolutely i i know very well not to go near his room like around 10
00:31:14.680 a.m like when he has a girlfriend and stuff you know because he's just he's just getting it going
00:31:19.060 i just get tired at night i just i'm so tired i'm so exhausted same here and i wake up in the morning 0.88
00:31:22.740 i'm like yo monday let's fucking go one thing i'm curious about how do you deal with the whole 0.84
00:31:29.340 breath situation because to me I found it's a mutual thing if you're if you're kind of on the 0.89
00:31:33.820 same page about it you stay away can I can I answer this and then I want to hear your like
00:31:37.620 actual answer yes me personally bro I drink three gallons of water a day every girlfriend I've ever
00:31:44.520 had is upset that my breath does not smell in the mornings ever because I'm so hydrated there's not
00:31:52.680 like there's not anything happen so like that's also why because I know I'm like hygienic I'm
00:31:56.800 ready to go i'm i'm fresh so but like morning breath is a thing right i usually recommend and
00:32:02.160 this is what i do you just brush your teeth first and then jump oh really back into bed
00:32:05.920 so my husband and i've done that i've done that that's actually that's a great idea very very 0.99
00:32:10.840 simple or you just focus on oral sex oh another big fan big fan yeah another one another one of 0.99
00:32:19.540 these i'm this is like two parts you said you you make my soul come and also also you have one that 0.99
00:32:25.980 says my favorite sex position is the one where they are down to grow with you as a person and
00:32:30.900 care about your mental health and wellbeing. How much, how much greater is it when you like love
00:32:36.120 someone when you have sex versus just like a random hookup? Well, I think love is a type of
00:32:42.240 connection that activates your mind, body, heart, and soul. Absolutely. There's different forms of
00:32:48.060 love. I mean, I'm sure you all share as friends, a form of love. I hate, I hate, I hate these guys.
00:32:54.200 I really do. I really do. I hate them. I hate to be here. I mean, love is powerful. Back in the, 1.00
00:33:01.240 you know, early days, they used to think it was a mental illness because of what love causes you
00:33:05.880 to do. It causes obsessive thinking, difficulty concentrating. And so, you know, I think love is
00:33:11.640 one of the most powerful emotions. It's funny that you say that it's really what we're influences
00:33:16.560 our behavior, too. It's funny that you say that. I also think like like in my opinion, it depends
00:33:21.700 on like the, the people involved. I think some people are able to just separate themselves from
00:33:27.160 like feeling an emotion and just have sex as much as I, I, I like, I'm kind of random when it comes
00:33:33.060 to like relationships and like sex, I thoroughly see the difference between sex with someone that
00:33:37.700 I genuinely care for and enjoy their company outside of sexy time. Uh, it sounds so bad,
00:33:43.740 like weird, but, um, but like, I, I am able to like get into it so much more when I have that
00:33:48.980 genuine relationship with someone and and i know that's how this dude is and i i mean yeah no i
00:33:54.600 just i it's it is a big difference for me like i'm not like the horniest dude in the world so
00:33:59.920 when i have someone i can like actually connect with it's just it's just it's just that much
00:34:04.300 better you know i think love helps you let your guard down yeah you feel more vulnerable and
00:34:10.940 you're not so much in your head you can just relax what about soulmates do you believe in
00:34:14.900 soulmates is that a thing um it can be i believe people can connect and they can feel you know they
00:34:22.300 can feel like best friends they can feel like partners for life they can feel like they've
00:34:26.240 known each other and another time and place i mean i really believe that can happen you just described
00:34:31.620 pretty much me to the t that's that happened in my last relationship and uh it's it's you know
00:34:39.200 it's tough it's tough because i'm sorry there's nothing over there i'm just like you know it's
00:34:44.140 something flying around i mean but okay so breakup sex is also a thing you have a post here you said
00:34:50.780 a wise man once said nothing he let her vent and then they had sex is that like that's breakup 0.98
00:34:56.660 sex well no no that's makeup sex i'm sure people have breakup sex too but makeup sex is you know 0.93
00:35:02.820 having a fight or a disagreement is an arousal state so arousal is what triggers into sexual 0.74
00:35:08.940 desire or sexual, uh, any arousal can be either sexual or emotional arousal that can lead to,
00:35:15.260 to sex. It's like, what, what about, um, fighting with someone makes you horny? Is that like kind
00:35:20.600 of fucked up? I was fighting KSI in no way was I horny. I just wanted to beat the shit out of it. 0.99
00:35:27.220 But I'm sure you wanted to do something after the fight. No, man, I went straight to sleep. 0.99
00:35:31.080 No, that's what I mean. I was concussed. Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes those fights create so much
00:35:35.140 passion. Those fights can create so much
00:35:37.300 passion that it makes you want to have 0.99
00:35:39.300 sex with your partner. Even though you can't stand them 0.99
00:35:41.240 or you hate them in the moment. He was giving all of us an interesting
00:35:43.180 look after the fight. Yeah, I
00:35:45.060 agree with that. Even during the fight
00:35:47.300 I think he was not paying attention to the fight. He kept
00:35:49.120 looking over and he was like.
00:35:50.720 Not true.
00:35:52.060 Hey, not true.
00:35:55.340 So, alright, here's the thing. Females 1.00
00:35:57.020 are complex creatures. Complex as hell, bro. 1.00
00:35:59.200 Not really. Not really.
00:36:01.400 There's some basic things that you need
00:36:03.220 to know that can help. Ready? Here you go.
00:36:04.880 mozzarella sticks. The first is if you make a woman feel desired, like she is the object of 0.97
00:36:12.880 your desire that can trigger her desire. So if you're waking her up instead of just jamming it
00:36:17.220 in, as he said, you want to maybe kiss her passionately, tell her she's beautiful, be
00:36:22.280 sensual, be loving that can trigger her desire. And then she's going to want it more. I heard
00:36:26.240 one of the girls I was involved with told me that, um, the, the foreplay actually begins 0.95
00:36:32.780 when the date starts oh yeah like at dinner oh yeah first thing in the morning what yes that's
00:36:38.280 that's his life that first communication but all of that plugs into how you're feeling about your
00:36:43.100 partner later that day interesting so but yeah i agree to that you know if you're on the date it
00:36:48.520 starts right away what's happening in that interaction can determine what's going to
00:36:51.820 happen later that night compliments yes compliments i mean yeah yeah but yeah yeah for i mean for sure
00:36:58.020 it just seems so obvious to me though i like to do things that are like slightly uh creative or
00:37:01.920 like special, you know, that like maybe only you and the girl understand.
00:37:06.240 So it has that little inside little like thing that like only you two are going to connect
00:37:10.240 and understand and vibe together on.
00:37:12.500 Yeah.
00:37:12.940 So Logan has compliments, has like an issue with compliments.
00:37:17.120 No, I don't have an issue with it.
00:37:18.660 Not like an issue, but there's like predictable compliments.
00:37:20.380 Here's my issue.
00:37:21.220 Girl, all the girls that I will ever, ever be with will stimulate me both emotionally
00:37:26.820 and physically.
00:37:27.760 so if i see a girl and she's beautiful like quite honestly she knows she's beautiful so i'm only
00:37:33.600 going to tell her she's beautiful if i feel it in the moment and i it's coming genuinely from the
00:37:37.580 heart rather than how come you never tell me i'm beautiful yeah well no i don't know i do it i do
00:37:43.780 it beautiful i do it mike i tell you you're beautiful all the time i just i just want to
00:37:48.320 mean it you know what about flirting i mean flirting is sort of that way where we can be
00:37:52.060 give compliments and we can make someone feel good and we may not necessarily mean it but it
00:37:56.620 can make the person feel good and it feels good for you too. Do you flirt? I, I, I love flirting,
00:38:01.680 but I'm, and I'm good at it. What makes me good at it is like, everything I do is like,
00:38:05.980 it's, it's authentic and genuine. That's like, that's what, that's what I'm saying. Like,
00:38:09.560 if you tell a beautiful girl, like, I think you're beautiful. Like shut the fuck up. They've heard 1.00
00:38:13.900 it. You know, like to me, I just, it's, do you think the, do you think that that humor is the
00:38:20.160 number one way to a woman's like soul or heart? Not necessarily. Some women don't like humor.
00:38:25.460 I think it has to do with personality. 1.00
00:38:27.280 A lot of women do, because if you make someone laugh, it feels good. 0.97
00:38:30.360 People like to laugh. 0.96
00:38:31.520 Laughing is really great medicine.
00:38:33.420 Mike, that's his number one asset.
00:38:34.820 But I think for all three, I think all three of us, though, too.
00:38:37.640 You know what I'm saying?
00:38:38.160 I think like humor, like it breaks ice on first dates.
00:38:41.900 It keeps life fun on second, third and 50th dates.
00:38:45.440 And it and it and it, you know, just girls love to laugh. 0.93
00:38:48.880 Yeah. 1.00
00:38:49.160 Everyone loves to laugh.
00:38:50.160 Yeah.
00:38:50.400 But you have to read the situation.
00:38:51.800 obviously if if uh you know she's not into it or she you know your joke isn't appropriate then
00:38:57.980 she's probably going to be turned off for sure for sure this this this tap this topic has so 0.95
00:39:03.140 many so many intricacies to it okay okay i want to i want to i want to end on this sexual bucket 0.97
00:39:09.620 lists oh yeah things you want to do before you die sexually sexually this i mean depends who 0.95
00:39:17.660 you're talking to right but like this could get crazy are there any things this could get crazy
00:39:22.520 are there any things you've seen or heard that are just like incredibly fascinating
00:39:26.800 as far as sexual bucket list i have one if you get stuck go ahead mike all right so so uh ever
00:39:33.960 since i was like involved mozzarella steaks afterwards always always since i was like 16 0.58
00:39:39.740 years old i always wanted to like float uh in like a seated sexual position from a large bundle
00:39:48.040 of balloons like have you seen up the movie up yeah for example like i saw that movie and
00:39:54.060 instead of like being like an older man and woman in a house like i was just like in a seat like 0.97
00:39:59.540 having sex like floating through the sky like hello down there you know we're fucking that's 0.99
00:40:05.400 the first i've ever heard all right he's ready fly flying sex like mile like mile high club type 0.99
00:40:11.020 stuff but without the but without the plane you ruined it hey maybe it's just me have you heard 0.94
00:40:18.340 anything like this i've heard a lot of sexual adventures that have to do with role play uh
00:40:23.380 you know basically bringing in uh new elements threesomes not that threesome is the the fantasy
00:40:29.400 or bucket list but you know with someone that's unpredictable that you wouldn't expect so i like
00:40:34.000 hearing things that are probably the more taboo that are the sexual bucket list items like having 0.99
00:40:39.560 sex with two sisters or or two brothers if you're a female hey i have a brother whoa ladies dm dm 0.98
00:40:51.140 accepting applications um all right this this is this is crazy interesting thank you for talking 0.57
