00:54:21.260 The investigation in which Nessel falsely attempts to tie to DiPierno involves a tabulator that was given by the Ross Common Clerk to another Michigan attorney to be reviewed after the clerk became suspicious of the 2020 election results.

00:54:38.140 The tabulator was taken to Oakland County where an examination was allegedly performed and the results were shared with Matt DiPierno, who used the report to bolster his case in the Antrim County, in Antrim County.

00:54:51.260 On December 14, 2020, Matt DiPierno shared the results of his forensic audit in Antrim County with 100% fed up.

00:55:04.220 After the forensic examination of 16 Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, a live security operations group has concluded that Dominion voting machines were assigned a 68.05% error rate.

00:55:21.260 DiPierno explained that when the ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder.

00:55:39.840 The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote, DiPierno explained.

00:55:48.980 The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is 1 in 250,000 ballots, or 0.008%.

00:56:01.120 Based on the Allied Security Operations Report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DiPierno states,
