00:01:00.000 Hello, hello, hello.

00:01:28.940 Today is Monday, December 18th, 2023, episode number 474.

00:01:36.220 Please remember to like, share, subscribe, and hit the notification button

00:01:40.220 so you know when we go live.

00:01:42.700 You're in the litter box with Jules and Cat Turd.

00:01:46.560 Hey there, Cat. How are you?

00:01:48.480 Hey, hey, hey.

00:01:49.340 How goes it today?

00:01:51.200 It's another Monday.

00:01:52.540 Yes, indeed it is.

00:01:56.180 Cannot miss it.

00:01:57.440 We do need to tell people we're off next week, though.

00:02:00.420 Yes, we absolutely are.

00:02:04.440 Friday will be our last show, so we will be out until, we'll come back on the 3rd.

00:02:09.640 I will be traveling on the 2nd, so the 3rd is when we will return.

00:02:13.980 So that'll be a nice week.

00:02:15.560 I'm really looking forward to it.

00:02:18.560 Absolutely, I am.

00:02:19.980 Oh my gosh, I know you are, too.

00:02:20.980 I was just telling you before the show, I got up at 3 this morning.

00:02:24.100 I'm trying to get everything done this week.

00:02:25.820 I'm going to take a true, like, in my pajamas.

00:02:28.660 I'm not going to the Bahamas.

00:02:30.440 I'm not going to Alaska.

00:02:32.400 Oh my gosh.

00:02:32.600 I'm just going to sit in my pajamas and do nothing.

00:02:34.980 Who can blame you, though?

00:02:36.940 I mean, really, everybody's been running around like crazy.

00:02:40.660 There's one breaking story after the other.

00:02:43.960 And so it's just a constant thing.

00:02:46.600 And so I am thinking, hey, you know what?

00:02:48.640 It's time to spend time with your loved ones and enjoy your pets and the things that are around you.

00:02:54.200 I'm just going to chill.

00:02:55.900 It's time.

00:02:56.960 It really is.

00:02:57.800 It's just too much all at once.

00:02:59.340 I was telling you, I went and bought my Christmas turkey just so I could get it over and so I didn't have to do it this weekend.

00:03:06.200 Yeah, you know.

00:03:06.860 It's going to be a pajamas and socks kind of vacay for you, which is how it should be.

00:03:11.700 I mean, who can blame anyone?

00:03:13.600 This is how it should be.

00:03:15.140 I cannot imagine anything that I would enjoy more as a couple of days of that.

00:03:19.040 But I can only do it for like half a day.

00:03:21.320 And then I'm out.

00:03:22.000 I got to go.

00:03:22.680 I can't.

00:03:23.160 I can't lounge.

00:03:24.100 I'm just not a lounger.

00:03:25.460 I get nervous when I'm just sitting there.

00:03:27.700 I mean, I got to get out the door.

00:03:30.940 But one person that's having a problem right now, and I swear it's just one story after another.

00:03:37.740 We've got a developing story going on here.

00:03:40.060 The one million Hunter Biden's Chinese business partner, Patrick Ho, wired him in 2017, is the subject of a separate bribery investigation.

00:03:53.040 So this is completely separate from everything that we've been talking about.

00:03:58.580 This story has emerged.

00:04:01.340 So the $1 million Hunter Biden Chinese hunter, you know, his business partner, Patrick Ho, he wired him in 2017.

00:04:10.260 It's totally a separate investigation that's going on.

00:04:13.280 You remember in 2017 when the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Xi Ping Patrick Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage,

00:04:25.620 who was a business partner with Hunter and Joe Biden's slimy brother, Jim Biden.

00:04:30.740 Well, Patrick Ho was later put on trial and found guilty of bribing government officials around the world to advance interest of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:04:43.760 I kid you not.

00:04:45.320 I thought it was a $5 million payment or something.

00:04:47.460 Or is that another bribery he did?

00:04:48.960 It's another one.

00:04:51.020 This is a news story that is true.

00:04:52.540 I can't keep up with all the bribes.

00:04:54.060 There's too many.

00:04:54.780 It's so true. 0.84

00:04:55.920 This is a huge story.

00:04:57.300 It's another one.

00:04:58.420 There's so many tentacles to this thing.

00:05:01.500 I mean, who did they not take bribes from?

00:05:05.000 That would probably be an easier question.

00:05:07.500 So you've got all of these emails that were released from Hunter Biden's laptop from hell revealed that Joe Biden's slimy grifter brother, Jim, was providing wire instructions to Patrick Ho, the spy chief of China.

00:05:22.760 Patrick Ho, a Hong Kong national, was suspected of being a covert agent for the Chinese government and was previously under FISA surveillance.

00:05:31.980 Ho was charged with money laundering in connection with CEFC contracts in Africa in 2017.

00:05:40.360 This is all according to court documents.

00:05:43.360 And yet you will hear nothing from the lamestream media.

00:05:46.700 Not a thing.

00:05:48.420 Crickets.

00:05:48.820 But also, all these investigations and stuff are coming out.

00:05:57.760 And so, I mean, what does the FBI do now under Christopher Wray?

00:06:01.500 They work for the Democrat Party.

00:06:03.020 They go after their political opponents.

00:06:05.560 So what does the Democrats want to do right now?

00:06:08.220 Democrats want to get rid of Joe Biden and have somebody else run.

00:06:11.400 So what's the FBI do?

00:06:12.820 And they've charged Hunter with all these things.

00:06:15.000 Now here comes some more bribery charges.

00:06:16.620 And you've got to remember, they work for the Democrat Party.

00:06:20.680 Well, 100%.

00:06:22.580 So it's coming to light because they want him off the ticket.

00:06:26.860 Well, they do.

00:06:28.180 But this is the thing.

00:06:29.780 I mean, come on.

00:06:30.840 Who is going to beat President Trump?

00:06:32.940 Nobody.

00:06:34.060 Everybody that they are proposing is losing this battle by a lot.

00:06:39.640 And it's because they have been going after President Trump the way they have.

00:06:43.760 I mean, everybody knows what this is.

00:06:46.880 They know it's election interference.

00:06:49.220 Everything that we've been talking about.

00:06:51.240 So I got this from your page, the election betting odds.

00:06:54.960 And chances of a U.S. presidency in 2024.

00:06:58.740 President Trump, 42.4%.

00:07:01.400 And you've got Biden.

00:07:03.560 You've even got Newscom, the greasy gopher over here, who is 29.8%.

00:07:09.760 He is a Biden.

00:07:11.900 That's Biden.

00:07:13.020 Then Newscom is 6.9%.

00:07:15.840 President Trump is green light all the way.

00:07:19.680 Hair gel Hitler. 0.90

00:07:21.400 I mean, you know.

00:07:24.200 He's just not going to make it.

00:07:25.840 And then everybody else keeps talking about the fact that, you know, Kamala Harris.

00:07:30.600 I mean, she is not somebody that's going to be able to step into these shoes.

00:07:34.160 They knew this going on.

00:07:34.860 They don't even consider her.

00:07:36.160 Nobody talks about her on either side.

00:07:38.260 It's like they go around her completely.

00:07:40.280 Here she is the sitting vice president, so to speak.

00:07:44.700 Don't lie for the betting odds either.

00:07:46.700 Because if you want to know what I trust more than any betting odds are the polls.

00:07:50.840 Well, the polls don't lose any money if they get wrong.

00:07:53.020 The betting odds, these companies that do the betting odds for Vegas and all these other companies, that you can go in there and you bet on the presidential race. 0.99

00:08:01.200 Their polls are going to be more accurate because they lose their ass if they're not. 0.99

00:08:05.920 Exactly. 1.00

00:08:07.600 Exactly.

00:08:08.960 It's unreal.

00:08:10.460 People laugh at them.

00:08:11.340 I think they're more accurate.

00:08:12.400 They've always been.

00:08:13.960 Well, you can't deny what has been slowly coming down the pipe.

00:08:17.960 And this is what everybody's starting to recognize.

00:08:21.080 Joe Biden and the entire Biden family, pretty much, they don't have anything to sell.

00:08:26.760 Okay.

00:08:26.900 They don't have regular businesses that people want to say, oh, okay, I like your product.

00:08:31.540 I'm going to buy that.

00:08:32.720 Or I love your services.

00:08:34.080 They don't have anything like that going on.

00:08:36.260 They are selling access.

00:08:38.380 That's it.

00:08:38.980 It's very plain to see to anybody that's been paying just a little bit of attention.

00:08:44.100 So the indictments of a four-year scheme to avoid the $4.1 million tax obligation he owed between 2016 and 2019 and filed false tax returns.

00:08:56.580 I mean, this whole thing, this whole thing about Devin Archer and Joe Biden as witnesses in a criminal case in Southern District of New York without even notifying him.

00:09:09.280 When you talk about this nine-count indictment filed, it's huge in California.

00:09:15.240 It really is.

00:09:16.480 It's not helping old Gavin Newsom over there.

00:09:19.580 But you've got evasion, tax evasion.

00:09:22.260 You've got failure to file and pay taxes and false fraudulent tax returns.

00:09:27.900 And now his daughter is also being implicated.

00:09:31.840 I mean, when I say it's the entire family, I mean, all of them are being called. 0.99

00:09:36.160 I call them the Biden garbage family for a reason. 0.98

00:09:38.780 It's just, I mean, just go over it. 1.00

00:09:42.240 Gosh.

00:09:43.080 She had in her diary, he's going to sleep.

00:09:45.060 He calls him Pedo Peter.

00:09:46.360 She had in her diary, which we know is hers now, that Joe showered with her to an inappropriate time.

00:09:54.360 Hunter's on crack.

00:09:55.620 He's with girls that look like they're nine on his laptop. 0.99

00:09:59.600 He's a crackhead. 0.96

00:10:01.500 She was in rehab. 0.99

00:10:03.020 That's where she lost her diary.

00:10:04.700 It was under the mattress at a rehab facility.

00:10:07.020 That's where somebody found it at. 0.97

00:10:09.800 And then he's, I mean, Bo dies, and then he's screwing his wife, and she's screwing him back. 0.98

00:10:17.240 Oh, my gosh. 0.94

00:10:18.060 I mean, it just never ends with his family.

00:10:20.180 I mean, they are just, and they're all selling out to China, bribing Ukraine, running offshore accounts, running 18 different LLCs with nothing.

00:10:30.020 Like you said, they don't sell a product.

00:10:31.800 They don't have Trump wine or motels or anything like that, like Trump does, or golf courses or, you know, property.

00:10:39.720 They don't own nothing but their own houses they get from bribing everybody.

00:10:43.500 I mean, this family is just, there's just nothing good about them. 0.90

00:10:47.440 No, they are corrupt to the core, and everybody that's been paying attention knows this.

00:10:52.620 I mean, they're buying houses with cash. 0.51

00:10:54.740 They've got, you know, all kinds of precious gems they are able to acquire.

00:10:59.540 I mean, this is absolute bribery scheme, right?

00:11:03.380 And you've got all kinds of people that are talking about it.

00:11:06.880 Here's the first daughter, Ashley Biden.

00:11:08.940 She owes $5,000 in income tax.

00:11:11.220 Lean documents show.

00:11:12.560 Well, here's the other thing.

00:11:14.840 When you start wondering about this family, it's very odd.

00:11:17.460 Like you said, I mean, you've got Hunter Biden that is sleeping with his dead brother's wife.

00:11:23.660 It's almost like they can't let anybody else into the family, right?

00:11:27.300 There are too many family secrets, so they have to either go and hire it out, right, or they have to keep it in the family.

00:11:35.040 In a few years, he's had $800,000 in credit card debt and payments to just hookers and strippers, and then $1.4 million taken out of ATMs in a few years, which we know what that's for.

00:11:50.740 That's for crack and drugs. 0.99

00:11:52.880 And then in the same breath, he's got a little baby, and he won't give her any child support.

00:11:57.620 He fights it all the way to the core.

00:11:59.100 That's $2 million she could have had to set her up for the rest of her life right there, just what you spend on drugs and hookers in a few years. 1.00

00:12:06.200 That's right.

00:12:06.700 And they fight that all the way to the bank, pretending to be, he hires enough lawyers where they would never have to pay. 1.00

00:12:12.500 She could have got all the money, just give them what you're giving the lawyers and take care of your damn kid, you scumbag. 1.00

00:12:18.140 Oh, my gosh. 1.00

00:12:18.980 They're just the worst of the worst. 1.00

00:12:20.480 They're scum. 1.00

00:12:21.500 Everybody knows it. 1.00

00:12:23.060 And then let's don't even talk about Joe sniffing and grabbing and biting and grabbing everybody's shoulders and whispering to little kids' ears and saying inappropriate crap, and he don't have any personal space, and just groping everybody and sniffing them. 0.98

00:12:38.720 My God. 0.98

00:12:39.440 Well, it's so true.

00:12:40.440 Never ends.

00:12:40.780 Well, and when you start talking about the left can't meme, well, what did they decide to do?

00:12:45.820 TMZ Sports tries to pull this number.

00:12:49.700 Donald Trump ogles ring girl at UFC 296. 0.84

00:12:53.680 What are they trying to distract from the biggest sniffer and the biggest creep and the biggest pedo we've ever witnessed on the screen? 0.95

00:13:00.100 Joe Biden and say, oh, but look at Trump. 0.97

00:13:02.480 But half-necked ring girls walk around that ring. 1.00

00:13:05.400 Everybody in the thing.

00:13:06.480 Every guy in the place is looking at them.

00:13:08.260 My God.

00:13:08.560 I don't see, you know.

00:13:09.720 Unless you're a Democrat.

00:13:11.780 Then you're in the back room with, you know, the Senate.

00:13:15.940 Oh, my gosh.

00:13:17.440 Yes. 0.99

00:13:17.960 You're recording porn videos right there. 0.99

00:13:21.400 Oh, my gosh. 0.90

00:13:21.940 God, what do you think he's going to do?

00:13:23.360 You're going to look up at every one of them. 0.98

00:13:25.180 But isn't this ridiculous? 0.93

00:13:26.720 Okay. 0.97

00:13:27.240 So he's human.

00:13:28.060 Thanks for that.

00:13:28.740 Because you know what?

00:13:29.220 A lot of the times we don't think that he is.

00:13:31.400 It's incredible the things that President Trump is able to achieve.

00:13:34.400 Hide your head.

00:13:35.260 Here comes the.

00:13:35.960 Oh, I know.

00:13:36.640 Don't look.

00:13:37.340 Here comes the round girl. 1.00

00:13:39.400 Hide your head.

00:13:41.360 She's in a bikini.

00:13:42.400 We're in Vegas.

00:13:43.620 Oh, boy.

00:13:45.180 That's what they have, though.

00:13:46.380 That's the whole purpose of it.

00:13:47.820 Yes.

00:13:48.340 I mean, you know, why would she be in a bikini if she didn't want to be looked at? 1.00

00:13:51.520 I mean, let's face it.

00:13:52.380 Let's go there.

00:13:53.120 Yeah. 0.95

00:13:53.360 So it's ridiculous. 0.98

00:13:55.080 Once we look at her, I won't look at her. 0.93

00:13:57.440 It's a win-win situation for everybody.

00:14:00.420 It's crazy.

00:14:01.640 But I mean, these are the kind of things that the left really thinks that people are going

00:14:05.220 to hop on, right?

00:14:06.960 And we're not.

00:14:07.960 Yeah.

00:14:08.340 We're not interested in any of that.

00:14:10.100 Did they not see what happened in the Senate?

00:14:12.120 Oh, my God.

00:14:12.760 The TMZ?

00:14:14.020 Are they covering that?

00:14:15.020 But they didn't even mention it.

00:14:16.640 No.

00:14:17.140 They definitely will not mention it.

00:14:18.660 But the other thing that they don't want to mention also—

00:14:21.820 That's your neighbors.

00:14:22.860 Well, this is the problem.

00:14:24.880 Aren't they out of Hollywood?

00:14:26.100 Oh, yeah.

00:14:26.940 I mean, this is an ongoing thing.

00:14:31.600 I mean, but the one thing that they can't do right now is talk about what is so obvious,

00:14:37.380 that wherever President Trump goes, this is the response he gets.

00:14:44.540 I mean, look at this.

00:14:48.660 Oh, my gosh.

00:15:16.620 I mean, this is what's happening.

00:15:17.940 Can you see Joe Biden going to something like this?

00:15:21.320 Well, he couldn't walk that far.

00:15:23.620 No, he could not.

00:15:25.580 No, he could not.

00:15:26.720 I don't even know what you call what he looks like when he walks now.

00:15:29.100 My goodness.

00:15:29.900 Oh, it's sad, isn't it?

00:15:31.140 I mean, it really is.

00:15:32.020 I mean, it's sad for me.

00:15:32.520 He tries to do a half-step run.

00:15:34.660 That's the funniest part.

00:15:35.560 Like, hey, look, I'm really healthy.

00:15:36.740 I did a half-step run little move.

00:15:38.740 Yeah, no.

00:15:39.900 There's nothing healthy about Joe.

00:15:41.740 Joe is in really bad shape, and people are wising up to it, too.

00:15:46.960 They really are.

00:15:48.080 But the thing with Hunter, it's not going away.

00:15:51.060 It's not going away anytime soon.

00:15:52.980 When you start looking at the charges here, between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the defendant,

00:16:01.140 meaning Hunter Biden, individually received more than $7 million in total gross income.

00:16:06.740 This included in excess of $1.5 million in 2016, $2.3 million in 2017, $2.1 million in 2018, $1 million in 2019,

00:16:21.380 and approximately $188,000 from January through October 15, 2020.

00:16:27.740 In addition, from January through October 15, 2020, the defendant received approximately $1.2 million in financial support to fund his extravagant lifestyle.

00:16:40.240 This is according to the indictment, okay?

00:16:42.880 Anyway, the Fed still have not indicted Hunter on FARA or bribery charges, even though he received millions of dollars from China, Russian, Romania, and other countries without providing any actual services.

00:16:58.760 Nothing.

00:16:59.920 They didn't pay any.

00:17:00.680 He didn't pay any taxes on a lot of this stuff.

00:17:02.580 Nothing.

00:17:02.940 Got millions.

00:17:03.520 Didn't pay a dime.

00:17:04.520 Exactly.

00:17:05.320 And now...

00:17:06.100 Didn't say he was a foreign agent.

00:17:07.840 Didn't do anything.

00:17:08.820 Just, I'm above the law.

00:17:09.920 I'm a hunter.

00:17:10.420 Let's go do some crack. 0.94

00:17:11.480 I don't have to do any of it, right?

00:17:13.460 I mean, Daddy's going to protect me.

00:17:14.960 I don't need to do anything like that.

00:17:17.340 He's 50-something years old now, and he's, Daddy, help me.

00:17:20.160 Daddy, help me. 0.97

00:17:21.160 It's ridiculous. 1.00

00:17:21.720 Just, God, what a loser. 1.00

00:17:23.200 And it's just playing out in front of the American people just to watch this two-tiered system. 0.99

00:17:27.880 Oh, yes, I agree there's white privilege, and the poster boy is Hunter Biden.

00:17:32.240 This is your prime example of how that comes into play.

00:17:37.300 So, the charges that I just rambled off to you and the money that I just rambled off to you,

00:17:42.480 that doesn't include this new story.

00:17:45.420 So, now you've got this new story.

00:17:47.580 Paul Sperry is reporting, and the $1 million from Hunter Biden's Chinese partner, Patrick Ho,

00:17:55.080 that he wired him in 17, has been the subject of a separate bribery investigation.

00:18:00.500 You have law enforcement that is basically saying these investigations determined that the payment was not for legal fees as claimed.

00:18:10.060 Hunter was not even licensed in New York.

00:18:14.540 Yeah.

00:18:16.860 Yep.

00:18:20.520 It's just the tip of the iceberg.

00:18:22.700 It's just one big, giant criminal enterprise, the Bidens.

00:18:26.320 It really is.

00:18:27.500 It really is. 0.95

00:18:28.140 And all to feed Hunter's crack addict and sex addiction. 1.00

00:18:32.940 And prostitutes. 1.00

00:18:33.240 All of it. 0.97

00:18:34.580 Well, I mean, like I said, they're having to hire it out.

00:18:37.040 They can't bring anybody into this family. 0.82

00:18:39.020 It's way too corrupt.

00:18:39.960 There are too many secrets that are buried in there.

00:18:43.120 So, they'd rather keep it in-house.

00:18:45.240 And that's pretty much too bad.

00:18:46.800 And there's a lot of it that's not secret.

00:18:48.560 Thanks to Hunter filming every crime he did for seven years straight. 0.97

00:18:53.200 Hey, I'm going to go do some blow and then rent three hookers. 1.00

00:18:58.780 I'm the vice president's son. 0.98

00:19:00.920 What should I do, Bob?

00:19:02.460 Oh, you should get a video camera and videotape all of it.

00:19:06.300 Every day.

00:19:07.760 For years.

00:19:09.060 It just goes on and on for years, Kat.

00:19:13.340 I mean, this is what's so insane.

00:19:15.300 And so, then you flip on over to 2007 and you have an FBI investigation that resurfaces now that everybody is on the spotlight.

00:19:25.540 You know, you've got a Biden is clearly heard on the tape.

00:19:29.800 So, a capital city newspaper of record published recordings on Sunday of resident Joe Biden's brother James engaged in scoring off his famous last name during the 1990s.

00:19:43.600 Okay, so, you can hear James Biden deal-making caught on FBI tapes.

00:19:50.200 In the article, Washington Post is accusing Joe Biden, James Biden, and his wife, Sarah Biden, of being involved in influence peddling.

00:20:00.420 What emerges is a tale of money, politics, and influence stretching from Mississippi.

00:20:06.020 And yes, I say Mississippi that way.

00:20:07.840 Somebody had to comment.

00:20:08.860 Why don't you know how to spell or say Mississippi?

00:20:11.580 Well, let me tell you something.

00:20:12.640 If you don't live in Mississippi, then you say Mississippi.

00:20:16.980 If you're born and raised there, you skip all the crooked letters in between and you get the humpback, humpback eyes.

00:20:23.380 Now, those from the South will know exactly what I mean when I say that.

00:20:27.040 And those that don't, you'll have to figure that one out.

00:20:30.640 But this is big.

00:20:32.180 And when you were talking earlier about the fact that they are now talking about this now.

00:20:36.460 Speaking of the Washington Compost, as I like to call them, this is a big deal.

00:20:43.180 So, you've got money, politics, and influence stretching from Mississippi to the corridors of power in Washington.

00:20:51.120 One that has echoes of a legal thriller by John Grisham, who, like the novelist William Faulkner, once lived in Oxford.

00:20:59.740 It is, at the heart, a tale of the bond between the Biden brothers.

00:21:04.900 Listen to this exchange.

00:21:06.380 I don't know why it's not playing.

00:21:12.160 Here you go.

00:21:13.320 For some reason.

00:21:14.320 And I told him that we had a relationship with you guys.

00:21:17.240 I told him about the real Washington presence, that this was not going to be, you know, a bullsh**, you know, shingle hung somewhere in a window.

00:21:24.240 That this was a real deal.

00:21:25.440 That Sarah was coming on, you know, as a named partner, equity share in the venture.

00:21:31.200 That we were changing the name of the firm to include her, told her that, you know, Hunter was going to be involved, you were going to be involved.

00:21:38.060 You know my hesitancy to be a, to, to be a...

00:21:42.120 That's huge.

00:21:43.920 I mean, here they are, talking about it.

00:21:46.700 And who is talking about it?

00:21:48.080 Who's actually covering the story?

00:21:50.600 The Washington Compost.

00:21:52.200 This is James Biden, who is speaking in a phone conversation on October 15th, 2007, and it was recorded by the FBI.

00:22:05.180 That's big.

00:22:06.400 There's so much.

00:22:07.520 I mean, you know, you can sit there and you can go down the stories.

00:22:09.720 They got them dead to rights, though, and they've had them like this.

00:22:12.360 They just want, they want the Bidens out now, so they're going to start leaking this stuff.

00:22:15.640 That's exactly what's going on.

00:22:17.420 Absolutely.

00:22:18.300 They're going to push them right out.

00:22:19.540 But everybody is absolutely on to what's going on here.

00:22:24.880 And you've got a lot of complicit, you know, Republicans that are letting them get away with all of this stuff, and people are tired of it.

00:22:32.880 Kash Patel did a really great job of going on the record, talking about the relationship between the FBI and the DOJ.

00:22:40.880 Kash Patel, Republican majority, rewarded the FBI and DOJ for breaking the law, approved the FISA process through the next election cycle.

00:22:53.640 Of course.

00:22:55.140 They're owned.

00:22:56.540 That's all, that's all anybody can, can really talk about.

00:23:00.120 The fact is that they are owned 100%.

00:23:04.540 Here's the explanation.

00:23:06.280 The biggest concern I have going forward is the politicization and weaponization and creation of a two-tier system of justice as a result.

00:23:13.820 Back when Devin Nunes and I ran the Russiagate investigation and exposed the FISA corruption, we recommended a slew of fixes so it would never happen again.

00:23:21.620 Unfortunately, Congress chose to allow 702 FISA to basically be reauthorized.

00:23:27.620 What does that mean?

00:23:28.120 What does 702 mean?

00:23:29.020 It's fancy for foreign intelligence surveillance.

00:23:32.240 It means me as a former national security prosecutor and intelligence operative would go overseas and manhunt terrorists.

00:23:37.380 That's what it's for.

00:23:38.320 But the FISA court in April of 2022 publicized an opinion that said the FBI used it illegally 275,000 times domestically against Americans.

00:23:50.300 16 different occasions against those affiliated with January 6th, 19,000 times domestically against donors to a congressional campaign and wait for it, 24,000 separate times against Americans and groups in and around January 6th.

00:24:07.740 That FISA process has been turned on its head, redirected inwards, and anyone who says, oh, that's just a Republican conspiracy speak, that's the FISA court that rescinded Rod Rosenstein's illegal surveillance of Donald Trump twice based on our investigation.

00:24:24.460 And now they do it again and they prove the FBI and DOJ have weaponized justice and the Republican leadership in Congress allowed it to be reauthorized essentially through the next election cycle.

00:24:35.860 So what will this mean in terms of the FBI, Christopher Wray, going into the next election?

00:24:42.720 Well, that's just it. Christopher Wray goes to Congress and says, I fixed it all. We have more training.

00:24:49.220 Well, unfortunately, when you have the police officers, the cops in this country break the law, we can't rely on themselves to police themselves.

00:24:57.000 That is a communist form of a police representation.

00:25:00.500 What we have to have had done is Congress to put forth a bill that put in cops from Congress in the FISA process at the FISA court, limiting their abuse of this power.

00:25:12.120 I mean, just think of it.

00:25:13.000 If Chris Wray and Merrick Garland and company utilized the FISA process to manhunt terrorists that were illegally coming into our country through our southern border,

00:25:20.940 we wouldn't lose two dozen of them based on their own testimony.

00:25:25.240 And so what Chris Wray has now done is weakened American national security and redirected one of the most sensitive intelligence apparatuses against elections and those protesting their free speech right within America.

00:25:37.020 And every time the FISA court asked the FBI, why did you allow your agents to do this?

00:25:41.420 Their answer was, I could not recall.

00:25:43.660 And they gave them a get out of jail free card and the Republican majority, I know this is harsh,

00:25:48.480 rewarded them for breaking the law and allowing this election interference to continue through 2024, mainly against Donald Trump.

00:25:55.560 Wow.

00:25:55.860 And we're going to reward them back.

00:25:58.200 We're going to primary every single last one of them.

00:26:00.820 They do not.

00:26:01.900 They do not represent we the people at all.

00:26:04.600 The GOP is basically punting.

00:26:08.000 They are giving it away.

00:26:10.240 They do not want President Trump to have control over the House or the Senate.

00:26:15.440 That's it.

00:26:16.240 They don't want to give it to him like he had it the first four years before Paul Ryan, McConnell, and all the other rhinos teamed up with him to make sure that they could handicap President Trump. 0.92

00:26:27.200 And they see the writing on the wall.

00:26:29.220 There is going to be a Trump presidency.

00:26:31.400 There's going to be nothing they can do about it to stop it.

00:26:35.040 We are going to show up in margins never seen before.

00:26:39.340 This president is absolutely incredible.

00:26:42.400 President Trump is going to take his position back in the Oval Office.

00:26:46.920 It's not if, it's when.

00:26:48.860 And the American people and America cannot wait.

00:26:51.800 The enthusiasm is huge.

00:26:53.920 And they know it.

00:26:54.780 They can feel it.

00:26:56.120 Everyone can.

00:26:57.340 Even people on the left that didn't even like President Trump, that were gaslit so bad, that were brainwashed over and over again.

00:27:06.320 I mean, of course, you still get some of the relics that still are stuck in that time frame, in that time warp.

00:27:12.320 But for the most part, people are excited about President Trump's return.

00:27:18.040 They cannot wait to see what he's going to do next.

00:27:21.400 And they know it's going to be a lot better than what we've seen the last four years.

00:27:28.200 I don't see anybody can stand up.

00:27:30.940 He's got 32 percent.

00:27:32.380 I saw he got his lowest today, Biden, 32 percent. 1.00

00:27:35.560 Who in the hell are these 32 percent idiots? 1.00

00:27:38.860 The media, the lobbyists, the war machines, the big farm, the big tech. 1.00

00:27:46.180 All of these people are terrified of President Trump.

00:27:51.000 They know that he has got so much that he is going to do.

00:27:54.960 And that includes exposing them for what they are.

00:27:58.060 And I cannot wait.

00:27:58.680 He said on day one he's going to make that straight.

00:28:02.180 He's going to get all of that straight.

00:28:03.800 It needs to happen.

00:28:04.720 The way the DOJ has been bribing and their inner workings, the FBI, using them as a tool for all of this stuff, election interference.

00:28:16.880 Everybody in this country should be angrier than they have ever been in their entire lives.

00:28:22.060 We watched them steal an election totally and collectively.

00:28:27.100 100 percent stole it in the middle of the night while you were sleeping.

00:28:30.420 Yep.

00:28:31.100 They certainly did.

00:28:32.160 Well, this is a huge revelation that a lot of people are starting to understand.

00:28:38.820 They're starting to talk more about the FISA process through the next election cycle.

00:28:43.820 We saw how they used it before to the detriment of Donald Trump.

00:28:47.720 Again, they were trying to hinder his presidency.

00:28:50.580 Well, you've got this bozo, DeSantis.

00:28:54.800 Gosh, God, I'm telling you something.

00:28:57.280 I mean, dig a bigger hole.

00:28:59.140 I'm really starting to dislike him in a major way.

00:29:01.600 Who can blame anybody for feeling the same way?

00:29:05.140 I mean, what is his deal?

00:29:08.500 So he, all right, you've got DeSantis on Morning Joe because he has nowhere to go.

00:29:14.500 He criticizes Trump for not pardoning the January 6th insurrectionist while he was in office.

00:29:22.120 Pardon who?

00:29:22.560 They hadn't even charged him yet.

00:29:25.940 That was on purpose.

00:29:27.380 Pardon who?

00:29:28.120 A ghost?

00:29:28.860 Uh-huh.

00:29:30.740 That's the one.

00:29:31.520 This is the lie that Julie Kelly, who is all things January 6th, the foremost expert in this country on January 6th, he's trying to get through everybody's head.

00:29:41.400 Pardon who?

00:29:43.320 Unreal.

00:29:43.760 They hadn't even charged, all these people were charged in the last two or three years when he wasn't president.

00:29:48.560 Pardon who?

00:29:50.320 That's where she comes in.

00:29:51.620 She says, blames Trump for J6, makes absurd claim that he could have granted clemency for people who were not arrested or charged after January 20th, 2021.

00:30:03.300 DeSantis again refuses to denounce DOJ's abusive and ongoing prosecution of January 6ers to instead indulge Joe and Micah.

00:30:13.720 What a fraud.

00:30:15.040 Here he is blaming Trump. 1.00

00:30:17.440 Going to that, going to Joe, Morning Joe, the biggest two idiots, left hacks in the world and sucking up to them and throwing Trump people and January 6th people under the bus. 1.00

00:30:28.140 Gosh. 1.00

00:30:28.780 Desperate. 0.99

00:30:29.460 Ridiculous. 1.00

00:30:30.040 Here he is. 0.91

00:30:30.580 And with respect, even just over the weekend, he was talking about the January 6th insurrectionists, those who were tried and convicted as hostages.

00:30:41.980 And he was talking about dictators around the world and how much he loves them and he's such good friends with them.

00:30:48.880 You don't have any concern about the comments that he's making?

00:30:53.600 Well, it's interesting on the January 6th protests.

00:30:56.780 I mean, he called that rally knowing that that was going to be in D.C. where things could get potentially out of hand.

00:31:04.060 And he's now saying he would do clemency for, I guess, the nonviolent.

00:31:08.100 But he could have done that when he was president.

00:31:12.120 He could have said, look, this was, he could have taken responsibility.

00:31:16.500 He could have said that the people that, not the violent people, obviously, that's a different, different, it's a bird of a different feather.

00:31:22.700 But on the people that were there just as protesters and kind of got caught up in it, he could have granted clemency to them.

00:31:28.840 And he chose not to because I think he was told that if he did that, he could potentially risk being convicted at a Senate impeachment trial.

00:31:35.220 So the idea that now he's going to help people that were railroaded, he could have done that before he left office.

00:31:41.720 Searchlight Pictures presents The Roses, only in theaters August 29th.

00:31:47.220 From the director of Meet the Parents and the writer of Poor Things, comes The Roses, starring Academy Award winner Olivia Colman, Academy Award nominee Benedict Cumberbatch, Andy Samberg, Kate McKinnon, and Allison Janney.

00:32:00.120 A hilarious new comedy filled with drama, excitement, and a little bit of hatred, proving that marriage isn't always a bed of roses.

00:32:08.080 See The Roses, only in theaters August 29th.

00:32:10.840 Get tickets now. 0.99

00:32:11.720 Liar, liar, hands on the fire. 1.00

00:32:16.500 100% lie. 1.00

00:32:18.280 Who?

00:32:19.740 They didn't start arresting these people until the spring, most of them.

00:32:23.140 My gosh.

00:32:23.900 They wanted to make sure they arrest him.

00:32:25.540 They waited until he got out of office to start arresting these people.

00:32:29.280 And they're making more arrests as we speak.

00:32:32.260 Here you go.

00:32:32.860 You've got Chris Ray's FBI arrest main nurse for walking through open door on U.S. Capitol on January 6th, nearly three years after the protest.

00:32:44.160 They want to show the world that their investigations are alive and well and they are coming after Americans, each and every single person. 0.82

00:32:53.580 They're going after the Constitution, your God-given rights.

00:32:56.280 That's what they're going after.

00:32:58.160 Here we go.

00:32:59.060 Again, you've got another one to add to the list.

00:33:01.620 She walked into the U.S. Capitol through an open door and leaving the building less than an hour later.

00:33:08.660 So you have Ray and FBI assets, they stalked this poor woman and arrested her last Wednesday.

00:33:17.160 Sylvester was filmed inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.

00:33:20.760 There were no signs up warning the main nurse that she was trespassing.

00:33:25.220 It was all a setup.

00:33:26.320 I mean, everybody has seen the red carpets, the open doors, the single file lines, them being waved in.

00:33:33.440 This was absolutely a setup.

00:33:36.940 No question about it.

00:33:38.040 Now go to and talk to anybody that wants to talk about it.

00:33:41.380 It has no effect on me.

00:33:44.180 We watched the whole thing go down.

00:33:46.400 That, the ghost buses, you've got FBI informants who were dressed in all black and then changed into MAGA afterwards just so that they could acclade and blend in while they were causing all these disruptions.

00:34:01.080 You'll never convince me otherwise that this wasn't an absolute entrapment.

00:34:05.600 It was.

00:34:06.360 It really was.

00:34:07.720 It was completely.

00:34:09.200 They went right after these people.

00:34:11.860 Now they want to make an example.

00:34:13.040 Every single person that asked me if I was going to D.C. I warned every single one of them on the phone, don't go.

00:34:20.280 Stay away from there.

00:34:21.860 Gosh, it's so true.

00:34:23.340 It is really true.

00:34:24.680 I saw, I just, I could smell it from a mile off.

00:34:26.980 I warned every single person that talked to me privately to go.

00:34:29.540 Please don't go.

00:34:30.540 Please don't go, man.

00:34:32.620 I know you support Trump and everything.

00:34:34.260 Don't go.

00:34:34.920 Something ain't right.

00:34:36.360 Well, look at what's happened.

00:34:38.180 They have destroyed people's lives.

00:34:41.120 And it is awful to hear the stories and to watch.

00:34:45.300 And this is, this is something, this is a stain on our government that will never go away.

00:34:52.520 Nobody will ever forgive them for what they did.

00:34:55.520 The whole thing has got to be defunded.

00:34:57.740 These different branches have got to be defunded.

00:35:00.400 They've got to go away if they ever come back at all.

00:35:03.400 But what did the Republicans do?

00:35:05.300 Oh no, we're going to give you $30 million for a new building.

00:35:08.880 We're going to reward you handsomely.

00:35:11.200 We're going to make sure that you can continue to spy on the American people. 0.64

00:35:14.820 We're going to give you the reins.

00:35:16.400 You continue to run the show.

00:35:19.140 That's why those people have got to go.

00:35:21.640 They should not be sitting there in those seats.

00:35:24.940 They're not representing us at all.

00:35:27.360 They are representing a tyrannical government that is completely out of control.

00:35:33.460 And there's no reason why any of those people should have a seat on the Republican side of the aisle ever.

00:35:40.640 They are the enemy within.

00:35:42.700 That's what they are and will continue to be.

00:35:46.400 God, I mean, who needs enemies when you've got the Republican Party?

00:35:51.860 Never seen anything quite like this.

00:35:54.220 So it's gotten out of control.

00:35:56.320 So we have a sponsor today.

00:35:59.480 And the sponsor is blackoutcoffee.com.

00:36:02.600 Head on over there.

00:36:04.300 Holiday craziness is here again.

00:36:06.800 It's that time of the year when family gatherings and hectic shopping.

00:36:11.100 So you can start your days outright by pouring yourself a strong cup of blackout coffee.

00:36:16.560 Blackout coffee is an active supporter of hardworking Americans who see their work as their duty.

00:36:22.200 They don't put up with any liberal woke nonsense.

00:36:31.500 Blackout coffee only uses premium grade coffee beans.

00:36:35.080 Most people don't even know what premium coffee even tastes like because those woke mega corporations keep pushing lower grade beans onto the American people.

00:36:46.020 Drink and share with family and friends a great cup of coffee this holiday season.

00:36:50.440 Added bonus, you can skip those long lines at the store.

00:36:54.300 All you need to do is order online.

00:36:57.280 The folks at Blackout Coffee ship within 48 hours of roasting.

00:37:01.700 It's incredible.

00:37:02.980 So do us a favor and go to blackoutcoffee.com forward slash LB and see what we're talking about.

00:37:11.100 They're the real deal.

00:37:12.080 It's time to quit drinking the woke corporate junk coffee every morning.

00:37:16.900 That's blackoutcoffee.com forward slash LB or use the coupon code LB for Litterbox for 20% off your first order.

00:37:26.740 Make the switch to Blackout Coffee.

00:37:28.720 You can thank us later.

00:37:30.240 And they are selling out.

00:37:31.560 Just so everybody knows, the Cocos, because I was trying to get a whole bunch of this stuff, sold out.

00:37:38.600 We've got a lot of sold out signs here.

00:37:41.960 So make sure that you place your orders because I'm using them as stocking stuffers, the coffee and all of these different Cocos and teas they even have.

00:37:51.900 But make sure you get your orders in because there's not going to be anything left.

00:37:56.320 Make sure that you get them in as soon as possible with the holidays here because they're gone.

00:38:00.640 There's a lot of things that are sold out already.

00:38:03.620 Even the holiday blends and things, they're going like crazy.

00:38:07.460 So make sure that you go ahead and place your order today or there's not going to be anything left.

00:38:13.840 And that's a good thing for them.

00:38:15.840 I'm thrilled that they're doing so well.

00:38:18.280 I really am.

00:38:19.100 And I'm glad the sponsor of theirs really has been great.

00:38:23.080 People have been asking me for lead times.

00:38:24.800 I'm still waiting to hear about lead times.

00:38:26.740 I don't know when they're going to be replenished, but I will let you know.

00:38:30.080 People have been asking me about some of their favorites.

00:38:32.640 And so I will keep you posted as soon as I know.

00:38:35.180 I'm taking it from somebody to order stuff.

00:38:37.220 It's hard this time of year to know exactly what you need for Christmas and stuff.

00:38:43.340 It's true.

00:38:44.640 It's tough because some years, I mean, I'm just, I'm selling it.

00:38:48.040 How can you sell out?

00:38:49.580 Because if I order too much of every single thing I got, that's $80,000 I don't have to sit around.

00:38:56.880 So you don't want it sitting around and you don't want to run out and you just kind of have to guess.

00:39:02.020 And, you know, the economy's not as good this year as it was the year before.

00:39:05.020 There's a lot of factors.

00:39:06.140 So I can promise you it's a tough little thing to walk.

00:39:12.260 At normal times, it's easy.

00:39:13.960 But during Christmas time, you never know.

00:39:16.000 Oh, you really do not.

00:39:18.620 But that's the thing.

00:39:19.320 They didn't know what they were getting themselves into in this litter box of ours when they decided to partner with us.

00:39:24.140 Because we've been putting out posts.

00:39:25.940 We've been, you know, shouting out, hey, blackoutcoffee.com.

00:39:30.060 And remember, if you use LB as your promo code, you will get an incredible discount of 20% off.

00:39:36.860 And so.

00:39:37.300 That doesn't stand for pounds.

00:39:38.480 It stands for litter box.

00:39:39.820 Yes, exactly.

00:39:42.100 Now, if you get into that cocoa, it could sound, it could end up being pounds.

00:39:46.700 But if you stay with the flavored coffees, that's okay.

00:39:50.580 At least as far as I can tell.

00:39:52.720 So here you go.

00:39:53.740 We have got some good news.

00:39:55.640 All right.

00:39:55.980 So everybody was very upset.

00:39:58.220 I know.

00:39:58.500 I should probably do our breaking news for good news.

00:40:00.460 Okay, boys.

00:40:01.400 Here we go.

00:40:09.820 All right.

00:40:10.360 So everybody has been very upset about the Confederate memorial in Arlington Cemetery that was being dismantled today.

00:40:17.880 So here it is.

00:40:19.040 This was being reported by Citizen Free Press.

00:40:21.780 Check it out.

00:40:23.960 We're watching all of this happen.

00:40:28.820 Taking down statues.

00:40:31.740 Monuments.

00:40:33.920 Our history.

00:40:36.540 Good, bad, or indifferent.

00:40:37.840 So there were a lot of reactions to this.

00:40:41.280 And then it made it to a judge.

00:40:44.540 And you've got the Honorable Judge Rossi Alston Jr., who was appointed to the federal bench by President Trump,

00:40:52.480 has just issued an order halting the removal of the Confederate memorial at Arlington Cemetery.

00:41:00.040 So there you have it.

00:41:01.340 And if you would like to chip in, this is being reported by Dr. Benjamin Braddock.

00:41:07.840 You can chip in for the legal fight, defend Arlington, and they've got a campaign going on right here.

00:41:14.340 I'm going to go ahead and follow them as well.

00:41:16.960 If you don't believe the statue or believe, it's history.

00:41:21.000 They're just trying to erase history.

00:41:22.700 You can't just put the good history parts up and say, well, we're just going to tear off everything, and this guy did this when he was 17.

00:41:30.700 We're going to take him down.

00:41:31.980 It's history.

00:41:32.660 These are big historic things that happened in our country, big historic things that happened, historical figures in our country.

00:41:39.540 And you can't just erase them.

00:41:40.960 It's true.

00:41:41.940 It's true.

00:41:42.420 There's a story to be told.

00:41:44.440 There's a beginning, a middle, and the end.

00:41:46.620 And there are two sides of the story.

00:41:48.680 Not all of it's good history.

00:41:49.900 They just destroyed.

00:41:50.420 They took Anja Mom off Pancake Mix. 1.00

00:41:53.420 Exactly.

00:41:54.040 And her family wanted her on there.

00:41:55.880 They were proud of her for being on there.

00:41:57.580 Of course.

00:41:57.660 She's a celebrity and a star.

00:41:59.700 Oh, my gosh.

00:42:00.120 And they took her off, and her family didn't even want it.

00:42:02.700 They don't care.

00:42:04.460 I mean, really?

00:42:05.420 Yeah.

00:42:06.100 That's what they're trying to erase, because they want to tell a completely different story.

00:42:10.480 And it doesn't jive with their narrative.

00:42:13.000 That's the problem.

00:42:14.440 And they're losing this.

00:42:16.020 That's the whole thing.

00:42:17.280 They really are.

00:42:18.120 So you've got Defend Arlington that is doing a great job of that.

00:42:21.920 I got this original post from I Mean Therefore I Am, too.

00:42:25.560 She's just done an awesome job.

00:42:27.080 All of you really are doing incredible work.

00:42:29.800 But the big thing was, of course, what happened at the Capitol, I mean, on the Senate, in the

00:42:37.140 Senate, and the video, and all of that.

00:42:39.840 Kat, I'm going to let you go ahead and start with that whole conversation, because, well,

00:42:45.880 the Senate, what was going on with all of the porn that was floating around, where X

00:42:50.760 actually became X-rated over the weekend with all the videos that were going about.

00:42:57.260 Oh, my goodness.

00:42:58.340 Oh, my God, there's so much to, yeah.

00:43:00.140 So, man, how do I say this?

00:43:02.840 That's why I pushed it on you.

00:43:04.220 I was like, I can't talk about it.

00:43:08.380 I know.

00:43:09.100 I was like, man, it was like the Hunter videos.

00:43:11.340 Will you please quit sending me this in my DM?

00:43:13.640 I don't want to look at it, the video.

00:43:15.360 Exactly.

00:43:16.180 Exactly. 0.97

00:43:17.120 Well, this is how arrogant they are. 0.99

00:43:19.040 This is how arrogant they are. 0.97

00:43:20.600 You know, decency's back on the ballot. 0.90

00:43:22.560 Please.

00:43:22.880 And, I mean, this is what goes on in Washington, D.C., though.

00:43:27.880 This is what goes on in Washington, D.C., a lot.

00:43:30.000 That's what's happening in that town. 1.00

00:43:31.400 There's a lot of drugs, a lot of prostitutes, a lot of crap going on up in there with all 1.00

00:43:36.460 them scuzzballs. 1.00

00:43:39.300 But, yeah, so, you know, remember when the left had a fit?

00:43:44.600 A fit. 0.98

00:43:45.740 That guy grabbed Laura Boebert's boobs on the outside of her dress. 1.00

00:43:50.460 Oh, my God, threw a fit. 0.98

00:43:53.040 But, you know, these two guys, you know, slamming each other.

00:43:57.580 That's perfectly fine.

00:43:59.500 Ain't nothing wrong with that.

00:44:00.920 Oh, it's incredible, isn't it?

00:44:02.900 I mean, you know, the more you find out about how de-sleaze actually works, the worse it

00:44:08.000 gets.

00:44:08.520 But these are, this is Biden's administration.

00:44:10.720 I mean, this is Biden's America.

00:44:12.600 I mean, everything that has happened under this regime.

00:44:16.400 I mean, this is why people are completely going, OK, let's get back to normalcy.

00:44:21.180 This is, there's nothing normal about this.

00:44:23.760 But it's part of their narrative.

00:44:25.020 They're trying to change the fabric of America.

00:44:26.860 And people are very on to what is going on.

00:44:29.920 They have woken up to what is happening to our country.

00:44:34.240 And it's bad.

00:44:35.680 It really is.

00:44:36.680 But speaking of cages and things, you have got representative, former representative George

00:44:43.080 Santos, that is hinting that there are cages inside of house office buildings. 0.95

00:44:48.980 I kid you not.

00:44:50.600 So part of this whole thing.

00:44:52.040 Would you doubt it?

00:44:52.940 I don't doubt it one bit.

00:44:54.680 I don't either.

00:44:56.160 I really don't.

00:44:57.540 I mean, here we go.

00:44:59.980 He started this exchange.

00:45:02.160 And this is a Gateway Pundit article that I ran across.

00:45:05.620 It says, you seem confident here.

00:45:07.720 Should we be looking for some videos from you in the cages?

00:45:11.580 You know what happens in the cages don't stay there, right?

00:45:15.420 LOL.

00:45:15.780 And he was responding to this Brian Metzger, who says, I'm enjoying the people from outside

00:45:21.240 D.C.

00:45:21.760 We're referring to it as the Senate hearing room, as if there's just one or even the

00:45:29.060 Senate floor.

00:45:30.940 So this conversation is being played out in the open.

00:45:35.420 And of course, we're all just going, OK, so what does this actually mean?

00:45:40.440 What does this translate into?

00:45:42.680 Well, you can imagine.

00:45:44.020 I mean, you've got all kinds of people.

00:45:46.560 Matthew Cawthorne, who was talking about coke and sex parties.

00:45:50.140 This is not the first time that we've heard about all of this stuff.

00:45:54.020 Not at all.

00:45:55.200 This has been going on for quite some time.

00:45:57.880 So I think I think what's happening in Washington, D. Sleaze is leaking and people want these

00:46:07.080 people to start talking, especially with the way they've been treated.

00:46:10.500 I mean, come on, go ahead and spill it.

00:46:11.920 What do you have to lose?

00:46:13.200 So the conversation went back and forth and he says, what are the cages?

00:46:17.300 I've been informed that there are storage spaces in the House office building anyways.

00:46:22.360 So Santos is not the first person on the Hill to claim there are cages.

00:46:28.840 Semaphore reported three sources have shared that they have heard rumors of shenanigans

00:46:33.360 occurring inside the office storage area, too.

00:46:37.700 Too many lack respect, self-respect and respect for the institution they serve.

00:46:43.520 A disappointed Representative Don Bacon, Republican Nebraska, told Semaphore,

00:46:48.540 The House shouldn't be too smug watching the scandal unfold, though.

00:46:53.160 Three sources told Semaphore that they had heard rumors of shenanigans in the members' cages,

00:46:59.220 office storage areas, apparently favored by the more discreet.

00:47:05.100 All in all, it's a fitting year end for the 118th Congress, where the once shocking is increasingly

00:47:12.720 routine.

00:47:13.700 I mean, between that and Coke and the White House, is anybody really surprised?

00:47:18.540 Here it is.

00:47:19.880 Further clarification.

00:47:21.920 Heard rumors of shenanigans in the office storage areas, apparently favored by the more.

00:47:29.700 Hmm.

00:47:31.760 Not telling.

00:47:32.340 This is just what we know.

00:47:34.100 This doesn't include all the...

00:47:35.640 I'm telling you, they...

00:47:37.540 It's just...

00:47:39.540 It's just a...

00:47:41.060 There's no telling what goes on.

00:47:42.420 Look what they're...

00:47:43.140 Look what...

00:47:43.920 I mean, this guy is so arrogant that he does that, then he films it, and then he puts it out. 0.92

00:47:49.920 Oh, yeah. 0.91

00:47:51.640 Thinking he's going to be a hero or something.

00:47:53.740 Well, I mean, he's like a full-blown, you know, Instagram sensation.

00:47:59.760 I guess some of the stuff that he's been putting out there for quite some time.

00:48:03.880 He's alluding to Lindsey Graham.

00:48:06.080 He's alluded to a lot of other people.

00:48:08.400 Meet me in the shower, Lindsey.

00:48:09.620 I saw that one.

00:48:12.240 I mean, come on.

00:48:14.320 There's enough to all of this to where everybody's going, okay, so let's spill it.

00:48:20.040 So hopefully they will.

00:48:22.400 No telling what our October surprise is going to even look like right now with all of these shenanigans going on.

00:48:28.780 Oh, it's hard to believe we can make it to October.

00:48:31.200 I know.

00:48:32.280 You have to kind of wonder.

00:48:33.620 2024 is going to be nuts.

00:48:35.400 Yeah.

00:48:36.080 It really is.

00:48:37.260 And, but they're not getting away with it.

00:48:41.100 People are aware of it.

00:48:42.560 We're watching it all happen.

00:48:45.540 The drugs across the border, the invasion that we're watching here, this is terrible stuff.

00:48:51.620 I mean, and so far, this is the point.

00:48:54.620 I mean, they want to fund with our taxpayer money open borders.

00:48:59.620 Let there be no question about that.

00:49:01.800 That's exactly what they're doing.

00:49:03.560 So we're funding this whole thing.

00:49:07.060 And this was great by Kelly Maga.

00:49:09.320 Can anyone explain why our military is here when the invasion is here?

00:49:16.140 It's our border.

00:49:18.100 I've been saying it.

00:49:19.320 We, from, we're in military zones from World War I and World War II.

00:49:24.260 Protecting what?

00:49:25.440 Exactly.

00:49:26.020 I mean, I was stationed in Germany.

00:49:29.200 I mean, people are in the Philippines and Korea still.

00:49:33.460 And we got all these problems.

00:49:34.800 They're not in the hot spots.

00:49:36.600 It's unsustainable.

00:49:39.460 Absolutely unsustainable.

00:49:41.980 It's an invasion.

00:49:43.040 It's how our tax dollars are being used under the Biden regime.

00:49:47.240 Think about this.

00:49:48.080 And here's I mean, therefore, I am at I'm Nemo.

00:49:54.040 167,000 illegal border crossings in the first 17 days of December that we know of.

00:50:01.840 This is roughly 15 million of illegals in four years of Biden's presidency.

00:50:08.900 Vote for Biden in 2024 is a vote for millions of more illegals.

00:50:14.160 America won't be able to survive four more years of his regime.

00:50:19.680 Check this out.

00:50:21.020 We are back on the Eagle Pass border and we want to show you the situation here in real time.

00:50:25.380 Right now, Border Patrol agents are saying that they're averaging over 2,000 illegal crossings per day.

00:50:30.080 And it's overwhelming officials and resources.

00:50:32.440 Take a look at the scene here right now in Eagle Pass.

00:50:35.040 There's nearly 2,000 migrants awaiting to be processed.

00:50:38.140 You can see these long lines here of migrants.

00:50:40.560 Majority of them are arriving from Venezuela.

00:50:41.920 They are crossing from Pérez Negos, swimming through the Rio Grande River.

00:50:45.380 They're getting through their concertina wire in the shipping containers and they're lining up to be processed here.

00:50:49.540 We actually have migrants being lined up now and more are over there.

00:50:53.360 You can also see some of the agents handing out the space blankets to migrants as we now approach the nighttime.

00:50:58.900 Majority of these migrants will be waiting multiple hours to be processed and might not even be processed in the early morning hours of tomorrow.

00:51:07.720 But just take a look at the scene here in Eagle Pass.

00:51:10.280 It looks like just a little town is living under this bridge here.

00:51:13.820 And you can just see the amount of Border Patrol agents that are here.

00:51:17.240 Local police have to be here.

00:51:19.060 Local sheriffs.

00:51:19.960 So it's requiring a lot of resources.

00:51:22.340 And what our contacts in Mexico are saying is this isn't slowing down anytime soon.

00:51:26.840 So stay tuned for our full coverage on News Nation from here.

00:51:30.400 Unbelievable.

00:51:30.800 I mean, but don't think that it's just the Democrats.

00:51:35.140 You've got the Congress that's held by the Republicans.

00:51:38.800 Senate Republicans slam establishment GOP for rushed and secret border negotiations with Democrats.

00:51:45.480 Besides that, you've got Republicans likely to lose House control in 2024, according to GOP strategists.

00:51:52.200 Who's going to vote for it?

00:51:53.080 Exactly right.

00:51:54.440 Nobody.

00:51:55.280 Nobody. 1.00

00:51:55.960 All of these clowns need to go. 1.00

00:51:57.580 We put you in there and gave you the gavel. 0.99

00:51:59.200 You didn't do nothing with it. 0.98

00:52:00.360 But just screw us. 0.56

00:52:01.480 Then you go on Twitter and mock us. 0.97

00:52:03.920 Of course.

00:52:05.040 Of course.

00:52:05.740 And now they're after who you know who.

00:52:09.520 You've got House Democrats demand that Thomas recuse himself from Trump immunity case.

00:52:14.720 Of course.

00:52:15.760 Right.

00:52:16.180 The Democrats, they're saying that Thomas is his impartiality may be questioned because his wife was intimately involved in Mr. Trump's alleged efforts.

00:52:26.740 To overturn the 2020 election.

00:52:29.680 So they are working on all of this.

00:52:31.640 And you've got the Republicans that are just quiet as little mice.

00:52:35.520 They think that they're going to be surprised when they lose or they're going to act surprised.

00:52:41.540 They don't want it anyway.

00:52:43.120 They don't want to do the work.

00:52:44.400 They would rather just sit back and moan and groan about the Democrats and say, but if you put us back in office, we're going to be there for you.

00:52:53.680 No, you're not going to have the chance again.

00:52:56.240 Not after what we've witnessed.

00:52:58.380 We're not going to give you that chance again.

00:53:01.900 I mean, this whole thing is just going up in flames.

00:53:05.400 I've seen some weak Republican Congresses before with majorities.

00:53:09.640 I mean, you know, the one under Paul Ryan, because that was all him not letting it.

00:53:14.320 You got to remember, they don't have to bring anything up for the vote.

00:53:17.140 They don't want to.

00:53:18.520 Absolutely.

00:53:20.100 I mean, and then not only did Johnson, the new McCarthy, bring it up, then he voted for it for the Pfizer renewal.

00:53:28.640 Absolutely.

00:53:29.080 That was done on purpose, and the fact that he even got a little visit from Paul Ryan lets you know everything that you need to know.

00:53:38.940 The swamp is very deep, and it runs in Washington, D. Sleaze, and here you've got a board member now.

00:53:44.360 This is Paul Ryan, who would not be reelected into government again, and he knew that, and that's why he left after being Speaker of the House, one of the worst ever,

00:53:52.980 the one that completely derailed President Trump and all of his plans for bringing our country forward and moving us forward.

00:54:00.620 So you've got all of them that are still working there amongst each other, right, amongst themselves.

00:54:06.960 Well, the deep dives are on the judges right now.

00:54:10.160 You've got the dishonorable Judge Beryl Howell, who was exposed in detail why January 6th judge that presided over Rudy Giuliani's trial must be impeached.

00:54:20.000 Trump-hating judge shredded the Constitution.

00:54:23.260 Think about this.

00:54:24.440 They are going after Rudy Giuliani.

00:54:26.700 He has been ordered to pay $148 million.

00:54:29.640 Exactly what you think she would be like.

00:54:31.520 Yep, precisely.

00:54:33.560 Yeah, that's what they do.

00:54:34.580 They're like, okay, well, we're not going to go after the cheaters that were on video cheating.

00:54:38.740 We're going to go after the people saying they were going to be cheaters, and here's how we're going to do it.

00:54:42.440 We're going to sue you.

00:54:43.320 You're going to get no jury trial.

00:54:44.500 We're going to pick that weirdo-looking Karen there, left-wing activist who's not even a real judge. 1.00

00:54:49.820 She's just an activist for the Democrat Party.

00:54:52.520 We're going to let her decide everything, and she's just going to award you $100 billion zillion with no real trial, no jury, nothing.

00:55:01.260 You can't even make your case.

00:55:03.240 This is to destroy Rudy Giuliani.

00:55:06.380 There is no other purpose than that.

00:55:08.400 They want to destroy this man.

00:55:11.000 So basically, $148 million, that is what a corrupt jury ordered him to pay, and they ordered him to pay the former Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shane Moss.

00:55:26.620 Yeah, the ones that were feeding all of those ballots through the machine.

00:55:30.700 Yeah, that group.

00:55:32.180 They're going to be rewarded by a corrupt jury.

00:55:35.380 But this is how they've been doing it, and this is why Soros has been so instrumental in this whole thing, making sure that you've got DAs, talking of ugly, when you're looking at this picture, this judge over here.

00:55:49.880 You've got Attorney General Letitia James admits her guilt in denying Trump due process, says that the judge found Donald Trump guilty before this trial even began.

00:56:01.740 This judge is about as corrupt as you can possibly be.

00:56:06.340 She and the Attorney General is as well.

00:56:09.300 Letitia James is seeking $250 million in damages, where there is no victim in the fraud case.

00:56:16.580 She is also seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any business in New York.

00:56:22.720 She accused Trump of inflating his assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies.

00:56:28.240 No one has been hurt.

00:56:30.360 Not one person has been hurt.

00:56:34.680 This is to, again, interfere in our elections.

00:56:38.620 This is how they do it.

00:56:40.280 Remember, this is the same Letitia James that said,

00:56:43.440 Too male, too pale, too stale.

00:56:46.580 And so we've got to stand up to the federal government.

00:56:55.920 We've got to stand up to bullies.

00:56:58.120 We've got to stand up to an administration which is too male, too pale, and too stale. 0.99

00:57:09.720 Racist. 0.98

00:57:10.040 Too male, too pale, and too stale. 0.99

00:57:20.380 Too male, too pale, and too stale. 0.62

00:57:22.780 Too male, too pale, too stale.

00:57:22.960 And we will not.

00:57:24.140 Okay, so you get it.

00:57:25.740 You get the point of that.

00:57:27.140 That's what we have here.

00:57:28.500 And don't forget that Letitia James, 0.98

00:57:30.820 she actually ran her campaign on getting President Trump. 1.00

00:57:37.080 That's what her whole campaign was about. 0.69

00:57:39.480 That's their thing now.

00:57:41.780 They're going to go into these D.C. and New York and Atlanta

00:57:44.820 and all these left-wing places,

00:57:47.840 and that's how they're going to try it,

00:57:49.340 just like they're doing Giuliani.

00:57:50.500 That's exactly what they're trying to do to Trump.

00:57:51.960 We're just going to try to take every dime you ever earned illegally,

00:57:55.200 and you get no trial, you get no jury,

00:57:58.280 you get no witnesses, you get nothing. 1.00

00:58:00.880 Bullshit. 1.00

00:58:01.600 They're all going to be overturned, I'm telling you. 1.00

00:58:04.020 Oh, my gosh, yes.

00:58:05.740 And they know this.

00:58:07.660 I mean, they are using this finite rule in New York.

00:58:11.580 And here's the thing.

00:58:12.620 New York is going to suffer

00:58:13.760 now that they've brought this as a precedent

00:58:16.040 into the whole thing.

00:58:17.700 And in Goron, he also is an elected official,

00:58:21.620 and he is doing the exact same thing.

00:58:23.960 These people have made so much money

00:58:27.340 by campaigning on getting Trump.

00:58:30.500 It's unfathomable.

00:58:32.160 I mean, really.

00:58:33.440 This is what we have here,

00:58:35.080 and we wonder why everything's going down.

00:58:37.460 Well, this is why.

00:58:38.700 They're not interested in how your cities are doing.

00:58:41.180 They're not interested in the crime

00:58:42.680 or prosecuting the criminals

00:58:44.700 or people that are here illegally.

00:58:47.000 Oh, no, they're going to set them up in a fancy hotel

00:58:49.360 so that they can complain about the food, right?

00:58:52.240 We're talking about people that are here illegally. 0.97

00:58:54.820 They're going to take veterans out of nursing homes 1.00

00:58:57.760 and replace them with illegals.

00:59:00.220 That's their plan. 0.91

00:59:02.720 They don't care about you.

00:59:04.680 This government absolutely hates you.

00:59:08.260 They want to replace you

00:59:10.340 because you believe in freedom.

00:59:11.740 They want your tight 50% of your paycheck,

00:59:15.040 and they don't give a damn. 0.78

00:59:16.120 Boy, they've been taking it, too.

00:59:20.100 I don't, I, you know,

00:59:21.380 this whole, the whole economy and everything else,

00:59:24.820 everybody is just waiting

00:59:26.020 because you know exactly what's going on with this economy.

00:59:29.700 It's bad.

00:59:30.800 When you talk about the credit card debt,

00:59:32.900 when you talk about employment.

00:59:33.740 A lot of people are broke.

00:59:34.660 Oh, yeah.

00:59:36.180 Not only that, I mean, you've got...

00:59:37.580 And if you're not broke,

00:59:38.300 you don't want to spend no money.

00:59:39.860 Exactly.

00:59:41.200 I mean, here it is,

00:59:41.920 Bidenomics, numbers of Americans upside down,

00:59:45.220 down on auto loans.

00:59:46.800 It continues to climb.

00:59:48.480 That credit card debt,

00:59:50.960 you've got employment

00:59:52.000 that people are sure is going to start to dwindle.

00:59:56.000 We've got, we're, we've,

00:59:57.820 we've got a very tumultuous track ahead of us,

01:00:01.940 and everybody sees the writing on the wall.

01:00:05.340 And so, you know, this is Biden for you.

01:00:08.060 He would rather,

01:00:09.580 he would rather,

01:00:10.580 with all the homelessness that we have in the United States,

01:00:14.080 the historic highs,

01:00:15.420 I live it every single day.

01:00:17.000 Every single day I walk out on the sidewalk.

01:00:19.620 There are tent cities everywhere in LA.

01:00:21.900 Everywhere.

01:00:22.860 So when you talk about the record number

01:00:24.500 of illegal border crossers

01:00:25.940 that have come into America over the last few years,

01:00:29.080 Biden can now take credit

01:00:30.340 for another historic first.

01:00:32.500 You've got homelessness

01:00:33.420 is now more rampant than it has been

01:00:35.840 since the government started keeping track.

01:00:39.620 I mean, this is so bad,

01:00:42.820 and yet we've got all of these homeless Americans

01:00:44.860 that are on our streets,

01:00:46.360 and yet illegals that are pouring into our country.

01:00:49.280 And who are they taking care of?

01:00:51.400 The illegals. 0.79

01:00:52.520 They're not taking care of the American people at all. 0.50

01:00:56.940 Think about this.

01:00:58.080 They give them $5,000 credit cards.

01:00:59.980 Well, you can't afford Christmas presents for your kids.

01:01:02.640 We're paying for it. 1.00

01:01:04.100 Disgusting. 0.52

01:01:04.940 So U.S. homelessness is up 12%,

01:01:07.560 the highest level since reporting began in 2007.

01:01:11.160 But everything's fine.

01:01:13.380 You know?

01:01:14.540 Just let the people that are coming in here,

01:01:16.380 breaking all of our laws and everything else,

01:01:18.540 just let them keep on coming.

01:01:21.680 Unbelievable.

01:01:23.260 All right, everybody.

01:01:24.400 Well, I just want to thank you,

01:01:25.660 and I want to make sure that I give everybody
