00:01:41.760 We'll be right back.

00:02:11.760 We'll be right back.

00:02:41.760 Litter box with Jules today.

00:02:44.200 I think Cat Turd is about to make a break.

00:02:46.900 I'm serious.

00:02:47.920 I just had an exchange and he popped his head up there today.

00:02:51.880 I saw and you know what?

00:02:53.840 You can't keep a good cat down.

00:02:56.120 That's for sure.

00:02:57.240 But he did give an update, which is really great because I know you all are praying and

00:03:01.680 you have got his best interest at heart.

00:03:04.820 He has just not felt well, but he said he's still in the hospital.

00:03:08.720 His stomach is feeling much better, but still waiting for more tests today.

00:03:13.340 They do.

00:03:14.320 They do know that both times this happened.

00:03:17.900 It was because of scar tissue from his appendix surgery decades ago.

00:03:22.600 So hopefully a little bit later on, he will know, but he just wanted to extend a thank

00:03:27.840 you to all of you and your well wishes.

00:03:30.880 I'm sure he's going berserk.

00:03:33.260 You know, he does not like to be trapped like that.

00:03:35.920 And let's face it, this has not been an easy journey for him, both getting there.

00:03:42.880 I mean, he hit a deer, he wrecked his truck.

00:03:45.740 I mean, this has not been an easy voyage.

00:03:48.060 And then once he gets there, he can't get out.

00:03:51.200 But not only that, at the Cat Turd Ranch, it's snowing.

00:03:54.680 I have fires over here in LA and it is snowing over there in Florida.

00:04:00.300 Yeah, so I don't know what to say other than hold on to your hats because this is going

00:04:05.760 to be a very interesting, interesting event.

00:04:10.020 I mean, from one day to the next, we never know what's going to happen.

00:04:12.820 So, well, it started out already.

00:04:16.000 We can go right with all of that here.

00:04:18.520 We have got a federal judge who is weighing in and blocks Trump's executive order on birthright

00:04:26.220 citizenship nationwide.

00:04:27.740 Of course, the resistance has fired its first shot across the bow against President Trump,

00:04:34.760 courtesy of the judicial branch.

00:04:38.600 As News Nation reported, you had a federal judge for the time being who blocked Trump's

00:04:43.700 executive order, ending birthright citizenship, regardless of the parent's immigration status.

00:04:50.820 And of course, this particular judge, this is Judge John C. Koenor.

00:04:55.780 He is of Seattle, ruled for open borders and advocates in the case, which was brought by

00:05:02.860 the states of Washington, Arizona, Illinois, and Oregon.

00:05:07.420 So these states claim the 14th Amendment and the Supreme Court case law have submitted birthright

00:05:15.080 citizenship, even for the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens.

00:05:20.180 So this is just one of the five lawsuits being brought by 22 states in total, along with a

00:05:27.920 number of illegal alien advocate groups across America.

00:05:32.680 Haven't they been paying attention that this is one of the biggest reasons why President Trump

00:05:38.560 won the election?

00:05:39.720 They really are not going to learn a thing.

00:05:44.080 The more they object, the more they do, the worse it gets for them.

00:05:48.580 I mean, in real time, even.

00:05:51.400 Davos.

00:05:52.020 Of course, you've got 2025.

00:05:54.200 They celebrate neo-paganist movement.

00:05:58.540 All right.

00:05:58.920 So they don't want to actually identify children in the womb, right?

00:06:03.560 When their baby's in the womb. 0.90

00:06:04.840 But yet, when it comes to a stream or a river or a tree, that's where they are going to focus

00:06:10.540 on.

00:06:11.540 So it promotes giving personhood to forest, rivers, valley, streams.

00:06:15.740 But yet, of course, they're not going to give personhood to a baby in the womb.

00:06:21.900 Does this surprise anybody?

00:06:23.180 It really should not.

00:06:25.140 I've never seen anything quite like the left.

00:06:28.600 So, of course, a human being is a little bit different.

00:06:31.620 So here you've got a Davos speaker who says some of the climate action that has really

00:06:38.620 intensified, they're still on that racket.

00:06:41.920 In the last couple of decades, Switzerland has invested, developed some different ways

00:06:47.320 of engaging in preservation and conservation and management of ecosystems.

00:06:54.160 One example is it's become a place where nature has been given legal personhood to that

00:07:00.720 ecosystem's right to exist, to thrive, to regenerate, are codified and recognized in Swiss law.

00:07:09.480 This is such an unusual group of people.

00:07:11.620 I am serious.

00:07:12.400 Sometimes I even wonder if they are.

00:07:15.100 Well, of course, you have got the Haitians, one in particular, that is being deported and

00:07:23.720 had some words for President Trump.

00:07:25.620 F. Trump, Biden forever, bro. 0.96

00:07:28.720 Haitian illegal alien gangster with a long rap sheet freaks out after ICE takes him off the street. 0.99

00:07:36.760 What a crud. 0.98

00:07:37.860 That's all I have to say.

00:07:39.260 This is what is going on, especially when you try to deport.

00:07:43.700 No wonder President Trump and everybody else is ready to see them go.

00:07:48.380 Here was an example of the exchange.

00:07:51.380 This is a post from America and an illegal alien from Haiti with 17 criminal convictions

00:07:58.900 as he is being deported.

00:08:01.600 These are the words.

00:08:02.920 If you are sensitive to language, you may want to step away from your screen.

00:08:06.380 I'm not going back to Haiti.

00:08:07.920 One of those threats.

00:08:08.880 I'm not going back to Haiti. 0.94

00:08:10.360 One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti. 1.00

00:08:13.300 ICE says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions in recent years.

00:08:18.980 F. Trump, you feel me?

00:08:20.660 Yo, Biden forever, bro.

00:08:22.360 Thank Obama for everything that he did for me, bro.

00:08:26.840 ICE Boston quickly takes down its next targets, including this illegal alien from Brazil who

00:08:32.920 has an Interpol Red Notice for armed robbery.

00:08:35.820 This Salvadoran illegal alien charged locally with rape and released by a sanctuary jurisdiction.

00:08:42.020 And this Dominican illegal alien charged with assault with a deadly weapon and heroin trafficking.

00:08:49.540 Officers also arrested this Guatemalan MS-13 gang member facing gun charges.

00:08:55.160 ICE says he was released from local custody just the day before.

00:08:59.060 Their detainer request was ignored because of sanctuary policies.

00:09:03.080 This is a very dangerous job and we have the best of the best that are trying to get it done

00:09:09.540 for we the people.

00:09:10.480 I'll tell you what, I mean, President Trump is absolutely listening to each and every single

00:09:16.220 one of you, but do not think for one second that this isn't a dangerous situation.

00:09:21.940 And he has got all kinds of people that are working in real time against him.

00:09:27.740 So you all just need to make sure that you are prepared.

00:09:31.540 It's real serious.

00:09:32.920 I mean, we've got all kinds of things that we're going to cover today just to give you

00:09:35.780 an idea of the resistance.

00:09:37.340 We knew it was coming.

00:09:39.460 Are the globalists gearing up for a pandemic scare after failing at the ballot box?

00:09:45.160 Well, that's what a lot of people are talking about, that November ballot box.

00:09:49.080 Oof.

00:09:49.600 You all told them exactly how you felt.

00:09:52.840 Well, just weeks before President Trump's inauguration, California Governor Gavin Newsom has

00:09:58.780 declared a bird flu state of emergency, granting himself sweeping powers reminiscent of COVID-19

00:10:06.280 policies.

00:10:07.640 This comes after a severe case of H5N1 bird flu, and it was reported in Louisiana.

00:10:14.920 Critics like Nicholas Holscher warned that the pandemic fears may be weaponized to challenge

00:10:20.820 Trump's agenda, including the nomination of RFK Jr. to lead HHS.

00:10:27.660 Is there a health crisis, or is there a power play?

00:10:31.360 Well, last summer, Dr. Peter McCullough, he warned about the bird flu, linking the virus's

00:10:37.140 rapid spread to gain-of-function research, now a common practice at many labs globally.

00:10:44.360 Dr. McCullough urges early prevention just in case, recommending a contagion emergency

00:10:49.600 kit from the wellness company.

00:10:51.620 His medical board-approved solution with five critical saving medications like ivermectin,

00:10:57.480 Tamiflu, a nebulizer, hydrochloroquine, and every household now has access to these

00:11:04.840 hard-to-get medications in the event of another plandemic, as we like to call it.

00:11:11.120 You can get yours by filling out a digital intake form, and your kit will arrive in one

00:11:16.540 to two weeks.

00:11:17.480 Don't wait until the deep state puts their plans into action.

00:11:22.500 You need to stay ready for the unexpected.

00:11:25.120 You can head on over to TWC.health, and you can use the code CATTURD.

00:11:30.840 That's TWC.health slash CATTURD.

00:11:34.200 Use the code CATTURD to save $32 off plus free shipping.

00:11:39.160 Now, again, this is for U.S. customers only, but we've already had and have been through

00:11:46.860 this rodeo once before.

00:11:49.200 We know exactly how these people operate. 0.71

00:11:52.460 Gavin Newsom is one of the worst of the worst.

00:11:55.120 Unfortunately, he is my governor, but here he is giving himself sweeping powers.

00:11:59.940 And then with the arrival of the fires and everything else, the Hue fires, a lot of evacuations, that's

00:12:07.400 about 20 miles, I'd say, about give or take from me down by Magic Mountain.

00:12:12.160 But that is an absolute rager as well.

00:12:15.260 So they're going to do anything and all to make sure that we stay under their rule.

00:12:22.580 Unbelievable, isn't it?

00:12:24.060 And yet they sit here and claim that to be the case with President Trump.

00:12:29.340 Gosh, what a beauty these folks are. 1.00

00:12:32.800 All right.

00:12:33.220 So, of course, we've got more news.

00:12:36.460 You all are going to love this particular number.

00:12:38.660 It looks like Trump has completely, he's listening, listening to everybody here.

00:12:45.740 He has revoked former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's security detail despite alleged threat

00:12:52.820 from Iran.

00:12:54.260 According to the former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, has had his security details revoked.

00:13:02.900 It's awesome.

00:13:04.400 You really cannot help it.

00:13:06.200 You honestly cannot help it.

00:13:09.040 Oh, and it looks like we have some breaking news.

00:13:11.080 Hang on a second.

00:13:11.900 Hey, boys.

00:13:12.600 Here we go.

00:13:19.720 All right.

00:13:21.840 So it looks like we have got some breaking news over here that John Ratcliffe has been

00:13:29.460 confirmed as CIA director.

00:13:32.200 That's happening right now.

00:13:34.220 Awesome.

00:13:35.280 Awesome.

00:13:35.700 We need to go ahead and get these picks done.

00:13:37.800 And get this whole thing taken care of.

00:13:40.860 Wow.

00:13:41.540 So that is now a thing.

00:13:44.820 And the Trump war room is reporting on it.

00:13:48.480 And so, yes, it has been confirmed.

00:13:51.100 Here we go.

00:13:53.460 Confirmed.

00:13:54.260 Here it is.

00:13:56.220 Let's get this going for y'all.

00:13:57.680 Let's have the votes necessary to become the next CIA director to be confirmed to that

00:14:05.100 position.

00:14:06.100 65 yes votes to 22 no votes.

00:14:09.740 We expect that there's maybe another 13, 14 votes outstanding.

00:14:13.060 But he is well over the 50 vote threshold or 51 vote threshold needed to be confirmed.

00:14:19.040 So he will become the next director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

00:14:23.160 We'll keep watching that vote.

00:14:25.020 Wonderful.

00:14:26.020 Okay.

00:14:26.540 So now we just have the rest of them to get on board because I know that there are a whole

00:14:30.920 bunch of traitors in the mix.

00:14:32.920 And I'm going to head on over to, of course, Cat Turds page because even though he's being

00:14:38.640 held hostage at this point against his will.

00:14:43.060 Sandra Fox, there's alert to the Senate floor.

00:14:45.080 We go now.

00:14:45.680 And John Ratcliffe.

00:14:46.300 Oh, even though he's being held hostage, it's nothing's going to stop the cat.

00:14:51.100 I'm sorry, but nothing is going to stop him.

00:14:53.120 So here we've got some holdouts, which will not surprise you.

00:14:58.200 We've got GOP Senator Lisa Murkowski, who announced that she will vote no on Pete Hegsus

00:15:04.220 nomination.

00:15:06.200 And here she has got a quote.

00:15:09.660 The leader of the Department of Defense must demonstrate and model the standards of behavior

00:15:15.740 and character we all expect from service members.

00:15:19.340 And Mr. Hegsus nomination to the role poses significant concerns that I cannot overlook. 0.98

00:15:26.960 Let's make sure we get this fool out of office, please. 0.95

00:15:30.700 I mean, this is something about living in California that I get to do because, as you all know, they 0.99

00:15:36.060 have cheated in our elections since the very beginning of time.

00:15:38.780 In fact, just a couple of weeks ago, they finally finished stealing seats over here in

00:15:43.080 California because they count until they get their desired result.

00:15:48.680 So what I do is I participate in other races like this one.

00:15:53.160 Susan Collins, I guess, joined the flock of all of these traitors. 0.98

00:15:57.520 And here is Kat Turd also reporting on her.

00:16:01.340 Susan Collins also votes no on advancing Pete Hegsus confirmation for Secretary of Defense.

00:16:08.980 They're certainly not hiding who they are.

00:16:12.360 They really are not.

00:16:13.960 But we, the people, have spoken.

00:16:17.480 And we are going to continue to speak loudly and clearly so everybody in the back hears us.

00:16:24.920 Never seen anything like this group of people.

00:16:28.020 So speaking of security clearances that have been revoked, Warhawk John Bolton awakened at

00:16:35.160 12.01 a.m. on January 21st as Secret Service delivers notice of Trump's protective detail

00:16:44.220 revocation.

00:16:45.900 So gone.

00:16:47.180 Poof.

00:16:47.640 In an instant.

00:16:49.180 They are all losing all of those wonderful perks of being deep staters that they have been 0.89

00:16:54.560 able to hold on to this entire time.

00:16:57.600 And John Bolton, happy that he had to wake up to that news.

00:17:03.640 So the disgraced former National Security Advisor John Bolton was awakened at the stroke of midnight

00:17:09.580 on January 21st by Secret Service agents who delivered a notice to him.

00:17:14.320 President Trump had officially revoked his protective detail.

00:17:18.100 You can recall that President Trump revoked the Secret Service protection of John Bolton

00:17:23.400 on Monday.

00:17:24.660 Well, all of a sudden, the security clearance in an executive order on his first day in

00:17:30.040 office, now all of a sudden he's losing his security.

00:17:33.660 He's going to be just like you and me.

00:17:36.120 Imagine that.

00:17:38.240 Well, we still have the toxic rhino senators. 0.99

00:17:41.940 And it looks like along with those two, you've got McConnell.

00:17:45.300 So not only do you have Collins and Murkowski, you also have McConnell, who looks like they

00:17:50.980 are going to attempt to make sure and detour Hegseth from being the defense secretary.

00:17:59.520 We'll have to have VP Vance, who will break the tie.

00:18:04.040 And I'm sure he will do so gladly with a smile on his face.

00:18:08.200 But here's the thing.

00:18:10.220 We know now, we always have, those that have been paying attention.

00:18:14.020 We have got a lot, a lot of work to do.

00:18:18.440 And we're going to have to do it together.

00:18:20.120 We still have a Senate that is just absolutely controlled by these rhinos. 1.00

00:18:26.260 And we've got to get them out of office.

00:18:28.100 I mean, there are plenty of people that we can put in those positions.

00:18:31.640 And as long as we pay attention to those races, like we did with President Trump's,

00:18:36.160 we can make sure that we get the right people in to do the job.

00:18:39.440 So just so everybody knows, I have been working on the show with IT Guy.

00:18:45.000 So hopefully, we have corrected when the video will play, and then it stops.

00:18:51.560 But I have to use an entirely different system.

00:18:54.420 So if I'm a little slow, or if things start shouting in the middle of the show, or what

00:18:59.680 have you, I apologize in advance.

00:19:02.920 I've got to learn how to drive this new machine.

00:19:06.040 So anyway, I'm just giving you a heads up.

00:19:08.960 I'm paying attention to you in chat.

00:19:11.740 So if anything does happen, you can let me know.

00:19:15.380 It has certainly been a wild ride.

00:19:17.560 All right, so everybody's talking.

00:19:19.680 Everybody's talking.

00:19:20.360 You've got the Saudi crown prince who vows to invest $600 billion in the U.S.

00:19:27.220 in the next four years.

00:19:29.920 Will President Trump make the kingdom his first foreign trip?

00:19:34.100 Well, stand by, probably.

00:19:36.360 He's got all kinds of people that are investing in our country because they know that he represents

00:19:40.980 hope, change, and he is going to be, if anybody can get it done, it's going to be President

00:19:48.240 Trump.

00:19:48.740 You can see all of the movement, everything that's going on with AI, technology.

00:19:54.060 He's cutting all of the red tape.

00:19:56.760 He's doing everything that he can to make sure that America is back on top.

00:20:02.180 If he doesn't do it, he knows China will. 0.95

00:20:04.720 So there's no hesitation.

00:20:06.280 He's bringing everybody to the table.

00:20:09.520 And they look like they're just happy to give him their money.

00:20:14.640 I've never seen anything like it.

00:20:16.720 It's like the art of the deal on steroids.

00:20:19.940 You even have the Trump effect going on, and here we go.

00:20:24.280 The automaker, Stellantis, announces reopening of the Illinois plant.

00:20:29.140 It will build new trucks in Detroit.

00:20:31.800 Remember, the autoworkers, President Trump had a special message to them.

00:20:36.900 He said, make me president, and you will never have to worry about your jobs going overseas.

00:20:41.620 He wants to bring all of that back here, which is going to be fantastic.

00:20:46.120 We've got to have it.

00:20:47.160 But first, we've got to make sure that our country is secure.

00:20:51.960 President Trump is going to do just that.

00:20:56.220 We don't want to stay up late at night worried about who is getting into this country. 0.98

00:21:00.880 I know you all don't.

00:21:02.360 I certainly don't.

00:21:03.820 And so here's one way that we can make sure that we're getting a good night's sleep,

00:22:13.380 Time is flying so fast with all this news.

00:23:15.380 Hopefully you will have the same exact results.

00:23:18.100 So, the things that keep us up at night, well, if that guy wasn't scary enough that I played

00:23:25.460 a little bit earlier, President Trump has signed an executive order shutting down all physical

00:23:32.780 entry of migrants at the southern border.

00:23:36.020 That's right, it's closed.

00:23:37.720 Don't even bother.

00:23:39.180 President Trump has one message to those trying to invade America.

00:23:43.040 Trump has signed an executive order suspending the physical entry of aliens engaged in the

00:23:51.920 ongoing invasion of the United States through the U.S.-Mexican border.

00:23:56.980 This includes designated crossings and ports of entry.

00:24:02.220 Through the exercise of his authority under the Immigration and Nationality Act and the Constitution

00:24:07.600 of the United States, President Trump is authorizing and directing the Department of Homeland Security,

00:24:14.680 the Department of Justice, and the Department of State to take all necessary action to immediately

00:24:22.720 repel and remove illegal aliens across the southern border of the United States.

00:24:29.480 And that is according to the order.

00:24:32.900 And so, he is using everything that he's got.

00:24:35.800 Have you noticed that people are now going back and referring to illegal aliens as illegal

00:24:42.520 aliens and not immigrants and all that nonsense? 0.54

00:24:46.060 I mean, you've got the lamestream media that are actually changing their words because they

00:24:52.660 know that this is a mandate and that is what you want to hear.

00:24:56.200 They're being called what they actually should be called and that is an illegal alien.

00:25:01.300 Alien.

00:25:01.900 They are not an immigrant. 1.00

00:25:03.760 Not yet.

00:25:04.560 They came in here legally, illegally. 0.96

00:25:06.680 And so, if you want to add criminal illegal alien in front of that, you would be speaking

00:25:12.060 correctly.

00:25:13.780 So, of course, he's got all kinds of things happening over there at the southern border and,

00:25:20.160 you know, he really has needed to.

00:25:22.660 This has been a really big deal.

00:25:24.320 Well, President Trump orders the active duty military forces to the southern border as his

00:25:31.080 quest to stop the illegal migrant invasion ramps up.

00:25:35.560 He's got all kinds of people.

00:25:36.880 And like I say, it is a very dangerous job.

00:25:40.240 They said, don't even be surprised if you see people propelling from planes and helicopters,

00:25:46.480 et cetera.

00:25:47.180 You're going to see all kinds of things going on.

00:25:50.220 So, Holman previously emphasized that even without the help of sanctuary leaders, the

00:25:57.220 feds would still wait until they got out of jail. 0.99

00:26:00.880 Then we'll go out into the neighborhoods and get them.

00:26:03.940 With interior enforcement beefed up, Trump is now focusing on the exterior.

00:26:09.500 CNN reported this morning that thousands of active duty U.S. troops are at the southern U.S. border

00:26:16.120 with Mexico.

00:26:18.120 And this is, of course, two days after.

00:26:21.660 Apparently, the number is now up to 1,500 active duty forces and they are treating it as the

00:26:28.540 emergency that President Trump has declared.

00:26:31.100 They are using it in that fashion.

00:26:35.120 And so, of course, everybody is cheering them on at this point saying, yes, get them out.

00:26:41.420 These are the worst of the worst.

00:26:44.100 And one of the big things that President Trump campaigned on.

00:26:48.100 So you've got CNN who is confirming that Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, has been

00:26:55.120 deploying active duty forces to the border.

00:26:57.980 And they will enable Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, which has personnel on the

00:27:04.600 border, to refocus on rounding up illegal migrants already inside the country.

00:27:10.760 CNN also noted that federal law bars active duty troops from carrying out law enforcement

00:27:17.200 roles, including arrest or seizing drugs without authorization.

00:27:22.620 However, on inauguration day, President Trump signed an executive order declaring a

00:27:27.940 national emergency at the southern border.

00:27:31.620 This was absolutely essential thanks to the Biden regime's deliberate attempt to remake

00:27:37.820 American society courtesy of or open borders and no interior enforcement.

00:27:44.760 Trump stated that he would decide within 90 days whether or not to invoke the Insurrection

00:27:50.640 Act at the border, which would allow active duty troops to be used for law enforcement.

00:27:58.280 Isn't that interesting?

00:27:59.460 Finally, they're going to use the word insurrection where it needs to be used and properly used,

00:28:05.700 not against we, the people.

00:28:07.980 I saw all kinds of stuff today that I just absolutely, it really got under my skin when I wasn't trying

00:28:13.940 to set up the show.

00:28:14.840 I was looking at a lot of these orders from, and you're going to see a lot of this stuff

00:28:20.320 from the previous administration, but this just made my blood bowl.

00:28:25.180 This is who the DHS labeled as terrorist.

00:28:29.220 This is an actual memo written and released by them.

00:28:35.020 The Department of Homeland Security must be stripped down, gutted, and rebuilt.

00:28:39.980 Now, at died suddenly underscore is who put out this particular piece, but this is going

00:28:46.620 to make you mad, and it should, because it's you.

00:28:50.260 It's you that the Biden regime was after, as you know, but here it is in writing.

00:28:56.280 Domestic extremism lexicon, you've got April 9th, it classifies individuals as extremists

00:29:05.880 if they identify, are identified, with one or more of the following.

00:29:12.860 So this is the criteria, and this is what they describe as an extreme, a right-wing extremism,

00:29:21.360 and this is what they were after, highlighted in green up here at the top.

00:29:27.320 Military veterans, that's right.

00:29:30.200 So military veterans, you've got, this is the report from 09, absolutely it is, but just

00:29:36.160 so everybody knows, this was a memo, and I seriously doubt it has changed that much since

00:29:41.920 Biden and Obama got into action.

00:29:44.600 These are military veterans who have fought in foreign wars and are disgruntled about the

00:29:49.760 takeover of the U.S.

00:29:51.860 Anti-war individuals or groups, you've got tax resistance movements, these are groups or

00:29:58.180 individuals who vehemently believe that taxes violate their constitutional rights and that

00:30:04.220 the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which allowed Congress to levy taxes on income,

00:30:10.800 was not properly ratified.

00:30:13.480 Also tax protest movement, tax freedom movement, anti-tax movement.

00:30:18.080 You've got militia, members oppose most federal and state laws, regulations, and authority.

00:30:24.960 I think maybe they would fall into that category, particularly firearms laws and regulations.

00:30:31.100 You have alternative media, hmm, wonder who they could be talking about there, which provide

00:30:37.620 interpretations of events and issues that differ radically from those presented in mass media

00:30:43.820 outlets that they control.

00:30:46.380 You've got opponents of open border policies.

00:30:50.600 Hello, isn't that what we have just been discussing?

00:30:53.320 Single issues, groups or individuals who focus on single issue or cause.

00:30:58.280 Animal rights, environmental or anti-abortion.

00:31:02.500 Patriot movement, a term used by right-wing extremists to link their beliefs to those commonly

00:31:08.900 associated with the American Revolution.

00:31:11.600 Also, Christian patriots, patriot groups, constitutionalists.

00:31:16.740 Hmm, nice.

00:31:18.460 So then, of course, they continue to outline what it means.

00:31:23.260 It says, frequent references to the Constitution.

00:31:25.700 Apparently, that's not okay.

00:31:27.460 Support of third-party candidates.

00:31:29.880 Support of an audit of the Federal Reserve.

00:31:32.720 Opposition to the carbon tax to be paid to a World Bank.

00:31:37.120 Opposition of U.S. Submission to the United Nations and or the World Health Organization.

00:31:43.960 And then, of course, you've got the U.S. Department of Defense Current Training Manual.

00:31:48.680 So all of this is in here and what they are referring to as a low-level terrorism versus

00:31:54.820 a high-level threat.

00:31:58.960 I cannot wait until we get all these people out of this government.

00:32:02.880 It's going to take a serious purge, though.

00:32:04.720 So they have been there for a long time, and they have only gotten more and more comfortable.

00:32:11.920 It's just some of those things that everybody just needs to be aware of.

00:32:16.340 So, of course, here we are in action.

00:32:19.140 We've got the new White House press secretary who confirms that 1,500 additional troops are

00:32:25.580 being sent to the southern border.

00:32:27.320 So it's so nice to see a new press secretary.

00:32:31.720 I know you all join me in that whole thing.

00:32:34.980 I am not going to miss the old one at all.

00:32:37.920 In with the news.

00:32:38.960 So the White House press secretary has confirmed reports that President Trump has sent at least

00:32:44.100 1,500 troops to the U.S. southern border to stop the invasion of our country.

00:32:50.080 It's about time they stopped going after American citizens, wouldn't you say?

00:32:55.660 In fact, Kat this morning sent over something that really got me just, you know, back into

00:33:03.240 the old train of mind.

00:33:06.200 When you have Carly Bonet, who is talking, and she put this particular post to President

00:33:11.820 Trump talking about it, when he called out Bank of America, well, a lot of you probably

00:33:18.880 remember when Kat Turd had Bank of America is Commie Trash. 1.00

00:33:24.740 Now, I'm going to give you a little back story on that.

00:33:27.580 It was because I had opened up an account at Bank of America so when we first started our

00:33:35.280 show that we would be able, I would be able to split the donations with Kat.

00:33:39.480 This is before, you know, this right when we started and I'm like, okay, so I'm going

00:33:43.380 to send you donations if we get them and we're going to divvy it up that way.

00:33:47.060 So I created a bank account for just us.

00:33:50.400 Well, they must have seen my memos that said Kat Turd at the bottom because all of a sudden

00:33:57.360 they picked up real quick that my account was in the litter box and that it was completely

00:34:02.700 solely, you know, all of the things like from running the podcast.

00:34:07.700 Everything was running in and out of that and they cut us off.

00:34:11.260 In fact, I tried to get somebody on the phone.

00:34:12.960 I couldn't get anybody on the phone to talk to me about what was going on with my frozen

00:34:17.200 account because I couldn't get funds to transfer.

00:34:20.480 I was like, Kat, I'm doing everything I can to get you this and I can't do it.

00:34:24.760 And he said, oh, no, you know, the banks are running slow.

00:34:27.540 You know, we were really trying to give him every single excuse in the book for what was

00:34:31.880 going on.

00:34:32.620 But it wasn't any of that.

00:34:34.860 No.

00:34:35.620 So round and round, I went on the phone.

00:34:37.900 They said, OK, ma'am, well, if you'd like to stop by a branch and talk to one of our representatives,

00:34:42.160 you're just going to have to do that.

00:34:45.140 Well, I did.

00:34:46.840 And that's when I met Worm Boy.

00:34:49.660 And Dean Harmon put this together.

00:34:52.320 Bank of America Worm Boy was so excited to tell me that they had closed my account and that

00:34:58.340 they didn't have to give me a reason they froze our account where you're going to bring

00:35:03.540 it down to 15 percent.

00:35:05.240 OK, so this is interesting.

00:35:06.520 This thing just starts playing on me.

00:35:07.800 This new system that I have nearly scared me to death.

00:35:12.080 I heard President Trump talking.

00:35:15.100 I'm like, oh, my gosh.

00:35:16.080 Yes, exactly.

00:35:17.260 But anyway, this is Worm Boy.

00:35:19.060 And this is basically the character that I had to sit and talk to about how thrilled

00:35:23.840 he was that I wasn't going to be able to open or have access to my account and that

00:35:29.140 they would be sending me a check.

00:35:31.520 Thank you very much.

00:35:32.260 I had to wait for that check for like three weeks for it to process.

00:35:35.680 So we were completely out of funds.

00:35:38.020 Yes, those were the early days.

00:35:39.660 But we have been victims of all of this, too.

00:35:43.180 So, you know, they shut down our account as well.

00:35:46.360 So here is President Trump.

00:35:48.600 He just called out the guy from Bank of America for not letting conservatives do business.

00:35:54.000 Here is the clip of that.

00:35:56.700 Here you go.

00:35:57.420 Let me get this for you.

00:35:59.780 Where you're going to bring it down to 15 percent, which is really something.

00:36:05.820 And by the way, speaking of you and you've done a fantastic job, but I hope you start opening

00:36:10.960 your bank to conservatives because many conservatives complain that the banks are not allowing them

00:36:16.300 to do business within the bank.

00:36:17.940 And that included a place called Bank of America.

00:36:20.700 They don't take conservative business.

00:36:24.020 And I don't know if the regulators mandated that because of Biden or what.

00:36:27.420 But you and Jamie and everybody, I hope you're going to open your banks to conservatives because

00:36:32.500 what you're doing is wrong.

00:36:33.520 Claudia was leaving for her pickleball tournament.

00:36:35.700 I've been visualizing my match all week.

00:36:38.280 She was so focused on visualizing that she didn't see the column behind her car on her

00:36:42.360 backhand side.

00:36:44.280 Good thing Claudia is with Intact, the insurer with the largest network of auto service centers

00:36:48.820 in the country.

00:36:49.940 Everything was taken care of under one roof, and she was on her way in a rental car in

00:36:53.760 no time.

00:36:54.240 I made it to my tournament and lost in the first round.

00:36:57.880 But you got there on time.

00:36:59.700 Intact Insurance, your auto service ace.

00:37:02.320 Certain conditions apply.

00:37:03.620 When I found out my friend got a great deal on a wool coat from Winners, I started wondering,

00:37:09.040 is every fabulous item I see from Winners?

00:37:12.140 Like that woman over there with the designer jeans. 1.00

00:37:14.860 Are those from Winners?

00:37:16.400 Ooh, or those beautiful gold earrings.

00:37:18.860 Did she pay full price?

00:37:20.200 Or that leather tote?

00:37:21.200 Or that cashmere sweater?

00:37:22.100 Or those knee-high boots?

00:37:23.880 That dress?

00:37:24.660 That jacket?

00:37:25.340 Those shoes?

00:37:26.380 Is anyone paying full price for anything?

00:37:29.360 Stop wondering.

00:37:30.580 Start winning.

00:37:31.520 Winners.

00:37:32.100 Find fabulous for less.

00:37:36.020 Absolutely.

00:37:37.040 Mr. President, I'll say that your friend Gianni said hello, told me to tell you hello,

00:37:42.160 and we look forward to sponsoring the World Cup when it comes both this summer for the

00:37:46.960 club and next year, so thank you for getting that for the United States.

00:37:49.820 Thanks.

00:37:50.140 He's got to call them out right front and center, which is exactly what he's doing.

00:37:54.980 So when Cat Turd got that trending, there is no doubt that probably President Trump heard

00:38:01.140 it because it went on for days.

00:38:03.000 I mean, I think that trend went on for three days.

00:38:06.000 Every time I had a second. 0.94

00:38:07.320 So if you go into your search bar on X, and if you push pound Bank of America is commie trash,

00:38:13.980 you will have that picture of Worm Boy.

00:38:16.140 That's how he came to be, because we have really been through it on this show.

00:38:20.860 There was a time where we didn't even have platforms.

00:38:23.600 I mean, we were on gaming platforms, and that was it.

00:38:28.980 All right, everyone.

00:38:29.860 So as we move into all of this other stuff, we've got ICE.

00:38:34.280 The Boston cracks down on criminal aliens, MS-13, murder suspects, and Haitian gang members

00:38:41.240 with 18 convictions.

00:38:43.160 They were nabbed in a major raid.

00:38:45.680 I don't understand why everyone isn't completely cheering this on.

00:38:51.500 I mean, really.

00:38:52.660 Come on already.

00:38:53.940 They have the names.

00:38:55.340 They have the stories of the people that have lost their lives and the criminals that have

00:38:59.660 been running states like New York.

00:39:02.120 I mean, from what I understand, I have friends that live in New York, and they're like, you

00:39:06.000 know what?

00:39:06.620 I know at least one person that has been robbed or has been attacked by somebody that is not

00:39:12.680 from this country.

00:39:13.460 It's really gotten bad there.

00:39:15.880 It's really bad in L.A. where I am.

00:39:18.460 But you've got the operation has led to 300, the arrest of 300 individuals.

00:39:26.060 So it resulted in eight arrests, including multiple members of the notorious MS-13 gangs,

00:39:34.260 suspects who were wanted on Interpol red notices for murder and rape, and a volatile Haitian gang

00:39:41.980 member with an alarming record of 18 convictions in recent years.

00:39:48.360 So that was the gentleman that we met a little bit earlier that was screaming about Trump by

00:39:54.460 and praising Biden.

00:39:56.040 So you know exactly what kind of work Biden did for these criminal illegal aliens. 0.95

00:40:01.360 But the arrest involved collateral detention where ICE apprehended an illegal alien and not

00:40:08.760 originally targeted, but found in the company of an MS-13 gang member.

00:40:14.460 This gang member had been released just days before by a sanctuary jurisdiction that refused

00:40:21.320 to honor an ICE detainer.

00:40:23.540 Good luck.

00:40:26.000 With Homan at the wheel, he is going to make sure that he gets these people out of our country. 1.00

00:40:31.480 And I'm cheering him on all the way, as you are, I'm sure.

00:40:35.960 So we've got the House to vote on Lake and Riley Act after the amendment and passage in the Senate.

00:40:41.960 The bill heads to President Trump's desk.

00:40:46.140 There are 156, if you can believe it, Democrats who voted in favor of rapists and murderers roaming our streets. 0.96

00:40:55.740 So 156 Democrats voted to protect these violent criminal illegal aliens, including rapists and murderers from deportation.

00:41:05.080 And they actually have got them all listed here.

00:41:08.100 I'm going to list them.

00:41:09.400 I'm going to give it to you, too, so that you all have it.

00:41:12.480 And that way you've got, you know, what you need in chat.

00:41:15.800 But yes, this is what we are up against with the Democrats.

00:41:20.260 So all of them, a whole bunch of California, a whole bunch from all of these other states.

00:41:26.300 And here are their names.

00:41:29.540 And this, I don't know how they would even have a position in government.

00:41:33.320 Of course, AOC.

00:41:35.000 There she is.

00:41:35.740 She took time off trying to compare Elon Musk to a Nazi, I guess.

00:41:43.060 But here's the list of Democrats who voted against the act.

00:41:48.100 They never cease to amaze.

00:41:50.700 Then you've got House Speaker Mike Johnson.

00:41:54.260 He announces a new panel to uncover the real truth behind January 6th.

00:41:59.660 This was fun because Marjorie Taylor Greene absolutely let a reporter have it. 1.00

00:42:05.920 She said, we are so tired of you talking about January 6ers being pardoned. 0.78

00:42:11.400 Why aren't you talking about the real criminals that Biden pardoned?

00:42:15.760 Unbelievable.

00:42:17.400 So the House GOP is going to investigate the actual truth behind the January 6th rather than

00:42:22.980 the sham job performed by the unselect committee.

00:42:26.900 They want answers as they should.

00:42:28.680 The more you learn about that day and what they were doing to manipulate the crowd and

00:42:34.480 all of the different things and tactics, I mean, they absolutely were behind this entire

00:42:40.660 thing.

00:42:41.880 So Mike Johnson, Speaker Mike Johnson, announced on Wednesday the creation of a select subcommittee

00:42:48.860 to investigate events that happened before and after January 6th, 2021.

00:42:55.660 So this is another reason why you saw Biden going in there and offering all of these pardons

00:43:02.520 because it was really ultimately not only to get MAGA, but to get President Trump and to

00:43:09.420 make sure that he wasn't able to run again for office.

00:43:12.560 Not only that, he wanted to also interfere in the election by having everybody think that

00:43:18.720 he was in charge of this insurrection.

00:43:21.640 Well, it was an insurrection, all right, but it was from the feds and that's why it's been

00:43:25.040 dubbed fedsurrection.

00:43:26.980 So many people were hurt that day.

00:43:30.260 And as you know, there's a long list of January 6ers that are just now being able to be set free.

00:43:36.000 And so not all of them, I mean, there's still some that aren't, but House Republicans are

00:43:41.360 proud of their work in exposing the false narratives peddled by the politically motivated January

00:43:47.720 6th committee during the 117th Congress, but there is still more work to be done.

00:43:55.140 They were only able to do this work because of you all, you all that were there and you

00:44:01.240 all that shared those videos on social media, another reason why the left wanted to shut

00:44:07.360 us all down was for that reason.

00:44:10.000 They didn't want you to have a video up that day.

00:44:12.680 They didn't want President Trump to have his video up there telling everybody to go home.

00:44:18.140 Please go home in peace, which is what he did or address anyone.

00:44:22.940 I mean, all of that got covered up.

00:44:24.840 And then they tried to highlight all of the things that they could to show, right, Trump supporters

00:44:30.600 in a bad light.

00:44:31.540 Well, it didn't work because there were too many other videos that were showing ghost

00:44:36.260 vehicles without plates on the back and big white buses that, you know, they had taken

00:44:42.060 all the information, all the logos and everything off.

00:44:45.320 We know who they are.

00:44:46.760 We know where they were from.

00:44:48.580 We know that Nancy Piglosi, as I like to call her, absolutely played a role in this whole thing

00:44:53.980 and others.

00:44:55.260 She wasn't the only one, Liz Cheney, and she even was trying to interfere in the investigation 0.98

00:45:00.800 up until the very end.

00:45:03.360 Well, you have Barry Loudermilk, Republican of Georgia, who will chair the new subcommittee,

00:45:09.880 which will fall under the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary Committee chaired by Representative

00:45:15.980 Jim Jordan from Ohio.

00:45:18.140 He said he was honored to be tasked with continuing the investigation into the events surrounding

00:45:24.500 January 6, 2021, and the failures that led to the breach of the United States Capitol.

00:45:31.580 What happened at the Capitol that day was the result of a series of intelligence, security,

00:45:38.380 and leadership failures at multiple levels within numerous entities.

00:45:43.880 He appreciates the Speaker Johnson's commitment to the work and is looking forward to working

00:45:50.500 with Chairman Jim Jordan to continue to uncover all of the facts and begin the artist's task

00:45:58.000 of making needed reforms to ensure that this level of security failure may never happen again.

00:46:06.380 So this is going to be really, you want to talk about flipping the script, this is going

00:46:12.080 to be a perfect example of it.

00:46:14.640 So according to the reports, the committee will have the authority to scrutinize the action

00:46:19.400 of deep state FBI officials, and that's going to be fantastic.

00:46:26.820 Also, there was a little rumor that was running around, and I actually want to make a retraction

00:46:34.500 because we do make retractions on this show.

00:46:37.060 Thank you, Proudly Deplorable.

00:46:38.640 We had heard that Biden had pardoned Michael Byrd, but he did not.

00:46:44.920 So he went and did a search for me on Grok.

00:46:49.200 No, resident Joe Biden did not pardon Michael Byrd.

00:46:53.320 There have been discussions and requests, as noted by a post on X, suggesting that Michael

00:46:58.820 Byrd, who was involved in the shooting of Ashley Babbitt during the January 6th Capitol

00:47:03.520 riot, might seek a pardon.

00:47:05.960 However, there is no evidence from the available web results that Biden issued a pardon to Byrd.

00:47:13.680 Instead, Biden issued preemptive pardons to other individuals, including members of his

00:47:19.120 family, political figures, January 6th committee, all of those folks, and public servants like

00:47:24.980 Dr. Anthony Fauci and members of the January 6th committee.

00:47:31.100 The tides are turning, and I am here for it.

00:47:35.880 I cannot wait to see what happens with the Trump administration, but they are absolutely

00:47:41.180 crying like nobody's business.

00:47:44.320 You have to, this is the time.

00:47:46.060 Now, we knew they were not just going to, regardless of the defeat, the trifecta, the

00:47:51.420 absolute landslide.

00:47:52.840 We knew they weren't going to take this lying down.

00:47:55.520 They were going to pitch a fit. 0.97

00:47:56.980 They were going to try to obstruct and try to delay all of the tactics that we've seen

00:48:02.140 them do time and time again.

00:48:03.660 So it should be no surprise that they're doing that right now.

00:48:07.900 But the American people have spoken, and you all swing a big hammer.

00:48:13.140 You've got Tim Burchette, who demolishes vile Trump hater Jim Acosta, who I heard is furious

00:48:19.120 because he is, his slot is being moved because he doesn't get along with Trump.

00:48:25.780 And so you have that going on.

00:48:29.120 But when the CNN anchor brought up the January 6th pardons, he completely shut him down.

00:48:38.100 Listen to this.

00:48:38.940 And I just want to ask you, if any of these people who were released from prison, if any

00:48:44.360 of them commit crimes in the future, should Donald Trump take personal responsibility for

00:48:49.780 that?

00:48:50.980 No more than Joe Biden should take personal responsibility for the 14 million people

00:48:55.280 for Lake and Riley losing her life because he didn't have enough guts to enforce the law.

00:48:59.440 I'm not talking about Jake Americans. 1.00

00:49:01.340 If Joe Biden pardons people and they reoffend, he's obviously responsible for that.

00:49:06.240 Okay, there you go.

00:49:07.740 Getting a little testy there.

00:49:10.660 Oh, this is just, this is the time.

00:49:12.720 This is truly what we're all just looking forward to seeing because it has been so long.

00:49:19.180 We've been living underneath this rock forever.

00:49:22.820 Well, it looks like we've got some more breaking news.

00:49:25.720 Oh, Kat would be so proud.

00:49:26.880 I'm using the breaking news button.

00:49:29.360 Okay, boys, here we go.

00:49:30.920 It looks like we have got President Trump signed's order to declassify all files related to the

00:49:46.080 assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr.

00:49:52.800 Everything is about to change.

00:49:58.960 Debs' date, beware.

00:50:01.040 You were not the first and you will not be the last.

00:50:04.000 But yes, this is actually happening.

00:50:06.320 President Trump has signed to say, go ahead and release the files.

00:50:10.400 He's got the power and he is going to use it.

00:50:14.540 Fantasimo.

00:50:15.200 I could not be more thrilled.

00:50:17.160 Okay, it looks like this is going to be a really crazy news day.

00:50:21.380 And then, of course, we've got another one.

00:50:24.720 Trump orders all of this stuff.

00:50:26.540 Okay, good.

00:50:27.660 All right, so that's what we have.

00:50:29.940 And I'm going to pull it on the screen.

00:50:31.760 Again, I've got a new system.

00:50:32.860 You're going to have to be patient with me because not everything works the way it's supposed to.

00:50:38.780 All right, so let me see how this goes.

00:50:43.240 You're going to hear a little something, something.

00:50:45.820 All right, so here it is.

00:50:48.060 I've got the order here.

00:50:52.500 Let me get this on the screen.

00:50:55.680 Well, if anything can slow me down, it's a new system.

00:50:58.480 So here we go.

00:51:00.320 These are the files.

00:51:01.560 Here they are.

00:51:02.640 Trump orders the release of a long, and of course, here it is, of a long secret final files on JFK, RFK, MLK, assassinations.

00:51:14.180 He has done so, and it looks like he announced these actions in the Oval Office.

00:51:21.240 This is after decades of speculations and conspiracy theories about each of the slayings.

00:51:28.420 You have President Kennedy, who was assassinated in November 1963 in Dallas with Lee Harvey Oswald, the primary suspect,

00:51:38.620 himself being shot two days later by Jack Ruby, spurring lasting debate about a possible conspiracy.

00:51:46.400 See, oh, this is going to be so neat to go through these files.

00:51:51.360 You all know how exciting this is going to be to read truly because we're going to get to the bottom of all of this.

00:51:58.400 And then, of course, you have RFK and King.

00:52:02.140 You're going to find out about those files as well.

00:52:05.020 So, again, this is great news because we're going to get to the bottom of how the deep state operates

00:52:12.940 and those questions that have been lingering for so long.

00:52:17.000 Thanks, Rob.

00:52:17.900 Rob is working hard right now getting us this news.

00:52:21.980 Thank you for that.

00:52:23.260 So, we've got Trump who urged to continue his pardon spree for 21 peaceful pro-life advocates

00:52:32.160 and the ones that were persecuted by Biden's DOJ.

00:52:36.780 President Trump is not wasting a minute.

00:52:39.320 He's going to use absolutely all of that incredible energy that he has to make sure that he gets all of these people out from under the scale.

00:52:47.200 So, after four years of the most tyrannical administration in American history,

00:52:52.880 President Trump has just said, all right, enough of all of this.

00:52:57.360 He is going to make sure that he gets all of these people out.

00:53:00.620 To illustrate both the urgency of Trump's task and the depth of the Biden DOJ's depravity,

00:53:07.680 you've got the, not only the letter of the then-incoming president introducing petitions for pardoning 21 peaceful pro-life advocates.

00:53:20.840 The letter originated with the Thomas More Society, which has characterized itself as a national public interest law firm

00:53:28.820 defending life, family, and freedom.

00:53:32.000 So, he has got this going on, and President Trump got on truth to let everybody know.

00:53:39.720 He says, I just called the mother of Ross William Albright to let her know that in honor of her and the libertarian movement,

00:53:49.600 which supported me so strongly, it was my pleasure to have just signed a full and unconditional pardon of her son, Ross. 0.64

00:53:57.840 The scum that worked to convict him were some of the same lunatics who were involved in the modern-day weaponization of government against me.

00:54:08.520 He was given two life sentences plus 40 years. Ridiculous. 1.00

00:54:16.300 Thank God. I'm serious when I say it for President Trump. 0.99

00:54:21.140 This is just really something to watch.

00:54:24.440 Trump has pardoned J6ers, but what about this man? 1.00

00:54:27.840 Everybody's starting to say, hey, hey, hey, what about this? What about that?

00:54:31.440 Mike Shirley, a political consultant who refused to lie about Matt Gaetz and President Trump, still doesn't have a pardon.

00:54:39.200 And they're going into all the details of why he deserves one.

00:54:45.460 That in a legal case that questioned his integrity, morals, and professional life,

00:54:51.060 you had a convicted sex offender, Joel Greenberg, who became a state's witness along with a friend who claimed that Shirley initiated bribes and helped them abuse a public office.

00:55:03.140 Shirley, who has been a political prisoner for nearly a year, has been unable to care for his mother and Australian Shepherd,

00:55:13.300 who have both been battling cancer during these most precious moments.

00:55:18.440 They've all been robbed with being with his family.

00:55:21.860 So President Trump is probably going to get this on his desk before too long.

00:55:27.220 And they're saying, hey, you know what?

00:55:28.680 Let's go ahead and get everybody a pardon.

00:55:32.820 J6ers absolutely deserve justice.

00:55:35.120 But so do people like Mike Shirley.

00:55:37.740 Leaving people on the field like this lets the deep state have their cautionary tales that you should bend to their will because no help will come.

00:55:48.480 I agree 100%.

00:55:50.840 I mean, that day they did everything they could to rattle everyone.

00:55:54.700 And I have no doubt that President Trump is going to use the power that he has to make sure that he gets them out.

00:56:01.900 President Trump issues a warning to Joe Biden.

00:56:06.460 He says this.

00:56:07.780 He didn't give himself a pardon.

00:56:10.080 Now, he sat down with Sean Hannity last night and he criticized Joe Biden's decision to issue the preemptive pardons to several family members and associates in the final moments of his presidency.

00:56:24.580 Trump highlighted that while Biden pardoned his siblings and their spouses, he notably did not grant a pardon to himself.

00:56:34.020 During the interview, Hannity brought up the issue of preemptive pardons, reminding Trump that Biden had once campaigned on the promise that he would never use them.

00:56:44.980 Well, Biden says a lot of things that he doesn't remember, as you all know.

00:56:49.180 I mean, this guy is so out there.

00:56:52.060 It's just wild.

00:56:53.460 I mean, take, for instance, December 3rd, 2020.

00:56:56.980 And we all remember when he said that he was never going to pardon Hunter.

00:57:00.820 Well, that didn't happen either.

00:57:02.840 President Trump is reportedly considering a wave of preemptive pardons for his adult children and for Rudy Giuliani.

00:57:10.920 He's also floated the idea in private conversations, according to our reporting, of possibly pardoning himself, which he insists he has the power to do, though that has never been litigated.

00:57:21.560 Does this concern you?

00:57:24.420 All these preemptive pardons?

00:57:26.020 Well, it's it concerns me in terms of what kind of precedent it sets and how the rest of the world looks at us as a nation of laws and justice.

00:57:38.740 But look, our Justice Department is going to operate independently on those issues that how to respond to any of that.

00:57:52.320 I'm not going to be telling them what they have to do and don't have to do.

00:57:56.020 I'm not going to be saying go prosecute A, B or C. 0.54

00:57:59.440 I'm not going to be telling them that's not the rule.

00:58:01.980 It's not my Justice Department.

00:58:03.860 It's the people's Justice Department.

00:58:05.780 So the persons or persons I pick to run that department are going to be people who are going to have the independent capacity to decide who gets prosecuted and who doesn't.

00:58:15.520 Now, in terms of the pardons, you're not going to see in our administration that kind of approach to pardons. 0.94

00:58:23.260 Liar, liar, pants on fire. 0.97

00:58:26.880 This guy, honestly, he doesn't know, though. 0.99

00:58:29.280 I mean, really, at this point, I think everybody realizes that he wasn't in control at all.

00:58:34.120 He had the Obama administration, the leftovers that were orchestrating this whole entire thing.

00:58:39.620 And they used this old man with dementia, who was crooked as the day is long, so was his family, to continue on.

00:58:45.860 You wonder why the last four years were as hectic and as horrible as they were.

00:58:51.480 It was because no one was in charge of the nuthouse.

00:58:55.040 I mean, that's really what you had.

00:58:56.420 You had a whole bunch of bureaucrats.

00:58:58.160 You had a whole bunch of lobbyists.

00:59:00.140 You had people that wanted to take responsibility for one thing but not for another.

00:59:04.100 They all had their own ideas of what they wanted for us, for you, and it looked like the cluster that it actually was.

00:59:14.040 It was horrible.

00:59:15.400 So Hannity asked him, he said, Joe Biden ran and said he would never do preemptive pardons.

00:59:19.800 It was an issue that came up when you were leaving your first time.

00:59:24.620 And Trump responded.

00:59:25.920 He said he thought he heard that I was going to do it.

00:59:29.440 I didn't want to do it.

00:59:30.660 I was given the option.

00:59:31.960 They said, sir, would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself?

00:59:35.480 I said, I'm not going to pardon anybody.

00:59:37.960 We didn't do anything wrong.

00:59:40.620 And we had people that suffered.

00:59:42.940 They're incredible patriots that had people that had suffered.

00:59:47.420 We had people that suffered a lot.

00:59:49.640 You had Bannon put in jail.

00:59:51.000 You had Peter Navarro put in jail.

00:59:53.060 You had people that suffered, of course.

00:59:55.400 I mean, honestly, there was a while there.

00:59:57.320 We were all wondering who was going to represent President Trump legally

01:00:01.680 because he couldn't find representation.

01:00:04.460 They had tainted that pool as well.

01:00:07.480 And far worse than that, they lost their fortunes.

01:00:10.040 They lost their whatever, their nest egg, paying it to lawyers and those people.

01:00:15.980 And people said, and they don't even, and they wouldn't have ever even taken most of these people.

01:00:21.700 They wouldn't have even taken a pardon.

01:00:23.520 So President Trump was real honest about what happened.

01:00:27.860 And you can just look and use Rudy Giuliani as case in point.

01:00:33.340 What they have done to that man is so appalling, I can't even wrap my head around it.

01:00:41.080 They have taken everything from him.

01:00:45.100 America's mayor.

01:00:46.380 I mean, one of the most incredible people, one of the most brilliant people.

01:00:51.280 And just tried to destroy him in every way, shape, and form.

01:00:57.940 So, of course, when you look at the contrast, you've got this guy who was running around,

01:01:02.860 meaning Biden, giving everybody pardons.

01:01:05.500 You know, the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is that he didn't even give himself a pardon.

01:01:10.060 And if you look at it, it all had to do with him.

01:01:15.660 Most of it did, of course.

01:01:17.120 I mean, he was the, he was the brand, Biden was.

01:01:21.100 So that was an interview that was held and very interesting.

01:01:27.300 I mean, you've got, you've got so many people that are now on Team Trump.

01:01:32.040 Pastor Sewell, he pleads for Trump and elected leaders to have courage to address voter fraud.

01:01:38.420 Like evidence, he and activist Ramon Jackson uncovered in Detroit.

01:01:44.240 Ramon Jackson.

01:01:45.800 So you've got Bo Loudon, who is talking about this Detroit church crowd chants Trump as Trump takes the stage.

01:01:55.320 Trump was speaking at the 180th church in Detroit, Michigan.

01:02:01.700 And was talking about, of course, the one thing that we all know oh so well, voter fraud.

01:02:09.080 California isn't the perfect example.

01:02:11.240 I don't know what is.

01:02:12.380 I mean, let's not forget that Reagan came out of this state.

01:02:15.680 And then we also had a Republican National Convention come out of San Diego.

01:02:20.260 But because they continue to count ballots until they get their desired results, we're going to have people up there like Murkowski and others who they just give all of the campaign donations to.

01:02:33.660 And then even change the voting methods, right?

01:02:36.600 Ranked choice voting to get their people in.

01:02:40.560 Chewbacca should have won that race. 1.00

01:02:41.920 And we know that.

01:02:42.640 And we are now paying the price for all of this.

01:02:45.080 Even though we were able to clean house and get a complete trifecta, a landslide of epic proportions under all of this happening is amazing.

01:02:55.800 But you all showed up.

01:02:57.540 Every single one of you.

01:02:58.940 You can thank yourselves for all of this happening.

01:03:03.240 Everything that we're seeing now.

01:03:05.100 They would have thrown away the key if President Trump would have lost that election.

01:03:10.020 But you made sure that that absolutely did not happen.

01:03:13.100 I thought this was cool.

01:03:15.840 And we got to always end, if we can, on a positive note.

01:03:19.040 There's going to be a lot of positives coming up here lately.

01:03:21.880 So we've got to focus on them, right?

01:03:23.800 I mean, we know what the deep state is going to do, right?

01:03:26.080 They're going to put up a roadblock at every single angle.

01:03:29.320 But that doesn't mean it's our roadblock.

01:03:31.720 We get to celebrate as well.

01:03:33.600 This was cool.

01:03:35.340 You have Vice President J.D. Vance who visited the Oval Office for the first time.

01:03:41.800 This happened yesterday.

01:03:43.100 From the hills of the Appalachia to the halls of power in Washington, D. Sleaze.

01:03:49.320 It has been beautiful to watch.

01:03:51.700 If any of you have watched the movie, I was able to see it, Hillbilly Elegy.

01:03:56.880 Even though I don't have a Netflix account, a friend of mine works over at Netflix and was

01:04:00.220 able to send it to me.

01:04:01.360 And I loved the movie.

01:04:03.400 Make sure that you go and check it out.

01:04:05.760 But Speaker Mike Johnson, he followed J.D. Vance into the Oval Office.

01:04:11.120 And you can see the moment that he was able to capture of his first time in.

01:04:16.700 This is J.D. Vance's first time to step into the Oval Office.

01:04:39.140 It's incredible.

01:04:42.860 This is incredible.

01:04:43.640 Oh, my gosh.

01:04:45.660 I just loved that.

01:04:46.680 So I wanted to share that with you because, you know what?

01:04:49.500 We're going to have a lot of those incredible moments.

01:04:51.780 And he's already talking about his kids and everybody settling in, of course, to the Vice

01:04:58.020 President's residence.

01:04:59.800 And it's just neat.

01:05:01.260 I think the kids stole the show.

01:05:03.720 I'm sure everybody is, and I'm sure the walls appreciate the little pitter-patter of those

01:05:08.140 little feet running up and down those halls.

01:05:11.620 All right, everybody.

01:05:12.500 Well, I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

01:05:15.880 Please keep Cat Turd in your prayers.

01:05:18.200 Bless his heart.

01:05:18.840 He has really had quite a last couple of weeks.

01:05:22.020 I mean, it has been pretty rough, to say the least.

01:05:25.760 No pun intended.

01:05:26.560 But keep him in your prayers, and hopefully he will be with us soon.

01:05:31.200 In the meantime, you all be safe.

01:05:33.280 Be kind to one another, and we will see you tomorrow at 3 o'clock p.m. Eastern Time.

01:05:38.480 Toodaloo.

01:05:56.560 I'll see you tomorrow at 3 o'clock p.m. Eastern Time.

01:06:13.480 We'll be right back.
