00:00:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:00:30.000 Hello, hello, hello.
00:00:54.000 Today is Thursday, October 29th, 2026, episode number 1126.
00:01:01.480 Please remember to like, share, follow, and hit the notification button so you know when
00:01:06.740 we go live on this show.
00:01:09.040 You are in the litter box with Jules and Cat Turd.
00:01:13.200 Hey there, Cat.
00:01:14.280 How are you?
00:01:15.280 Hey, hey, hey.
00:01:16.120 How are you doing over there?
00:01:18.160 Oh, just trying to get ready to turd stock it up.
00:01:20.800 All right.
00:01:21.540 So you ready?
00:01:22.800 Trying to get ready.
00:01:24.000 It's a lot to do.
00:01:25.600 Well, do you have your costume picked out and all of that?
00:01:28.960 Yeah, well, I've got to do some trick-or-treating.
00:01:33.500 Well, good.
00:01:33.940 I don't have candy, but I've got the costume.
00:01:35.760 Oh, there you go.
00:01:36.500 It depends on what your idea of candy is.
00:01:38.620 I mean, really.
00:01:39.580 At our age, it's kind of like, hmm, you know, what is the idea of candy?
00:01:44.000 What do you really want that day?
00:01:46.220 Well, you've got everything ready.
00:01:48.020 I know a lot of the littermates are very excited.
00:01:50.360 I saw Corky had his outfit all laid out, real style in boots.
00:01:55.120 Of course, you notice I love the shoes.
00:01:57.180 I gravitate to shoes.
00:01:58.640 It's just who I am.
00:01:59.760 I'm sorry.
00:02:00.580 Don't judge.
00:02:01.900 But yes, he's ready to go.
00:02:03.740 I hear that there are rumors of a lot of people that are going to be there that are just going
00:02:10.460 to be in the area even or that are close by that are going to try to hit the after party
00:02:15.500 as well.
00:02:16.960 And hip turd may make an appearance. 0.99
00:02:18.960 I hope hip turd does. Hip turd has been there in the past, but we'll see. Who knows? Always has
00:02:25.540 tricks up hip turd's sleeve. So anyway, what else is happening? You ready to go? All packed? What
00:02:33.160 time? Do you have an idea of when you're leaving? What time? Yeah, I don't tell anybody when I'm
00:02:36.660 leaving. That's true. Oh my gosh. That's really true. Yeah. Let's not have a tracker on cat.
00:02:43.260 that's probably not the best idea but it's going to be a great time and for those of you that have
00:02:49.560 been able to attend in the past awesome I know that you know exactly what you're going to see
00:02:54.680 and I know you're you're so excited about it but those that have never been before you're in for
00:02:59.420 some kind of treat so it's going to be a great show and it's going to be a great weekend and
00:03:05.780 it's going to be a great next week now just so everybody knows we won't be here on the show
00:03:10.860 tomorrow Friday but and I won't be doing the Saturday show a political rendezvous on Saturday
00:03:16.700 but on Monday the 2nd I will be here for the day before the elections getting everybody ready
00:03:22.640 getting everything going and I will be here for the rest of the week until whenever so just so
00:03:28.580 you know just if you don't see us tomorrow don't panic we're gonna be right back on Monday I'm
00:03:32.720 going to be on back on monday so that you know all right every trick in the book is what we decided
00:03:40.780 to call this is because that's the hour truly and we're starting of course in alaska again
00:03:46.460 where the justice department put in writing yesterday that it wants to find out whether
00:03:52.580 a senate campaign walked into a federal courtroom and tried to deceive a judge by one o'clock this
00:03:59.640 morning the governor had handed the whole thing to the state troopers nobody has been charged with
00:04:05.620 anything and we are going to say that more than once on this show so prepare yourself and then
00:04:11.320 we are going to put that ballot up on the screen and show you the two lines because there is a
00:04:18.040 right way to fix it and a wrong way and the wrong way throws your senate vote in the trash so i dug
00:04:24.520 up the sample ballots and i'll put them on the screen a little bit later so that you can decipher
00:04:28.840 from the two in Minnesota two men have been charged with felonies over what they did while
00:04:36.380 filming the way the state lets a stranger vouch for a voter you know who those are probably and
00:04:44.460 a federal judge has now put it in writing in 26 pages on why he will not let anybody set aside
00:04:52.320 a stack of mail ballots and hold them. One sentence on page 24 is the whole fight and we
00:05:00.460 need you to read it with us so that you know what's going on with that. But Hegseth, I believe
00:05:06.060 that is the story that we should probably start with because he has been awfully busy. There has
00:05:13.320 been a firing in and a referral to the doj of a general this was a big story that came out today
00:05:22.460 and boy i mean you want to talk about heads rolling well that's one word for it but it looks
00:05:30.360 like we have found the leaker so yeah this is fantastic news we've talked about the leaker for
00:05:38.120 a long time agreed he's a three-star general put him in put him in strip him of rank put him on 0.98
00:05:46.340 trial military trial and send him to leavenworth enough of this crap i'm sick of it this something 0.95
00:05:51.860 has got to be done absolutely it should be because this is just unacceptable in every single form 0.91
00:05:59.740 so here we've got some things about this particular character he was fired wednesday
00:06:07.040 by the Secretary of Defense. He's accused of leaking classified information on the Iran and
00:06:12.880 Russia-Ukraine wars. The case has been referred to the Justice Department, and I've got a little
00:06:19.080 history on him, so I'll let you know exactly what we know about him so far. This is Lieutenant
00:06:26.240 General Brett Sylvia, West Point, class of 1994, 32 years in uniform, airborne and air assault,
00:06:36.120 multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan with the 101st, a distinguished service medal,
00:06:44.540 six bronze stars, one of them with valor, and a purple heart. This is quite a change.
00:06:54.960 The way that he's normally introduced, well, that's going to change real soon because the
00:07:02.100 The job he lost is the J-5, Director for Strategy Plans and Policies on the Joint Staff.
00:07:09.040 Now, that office drafts the war plans and carries them between the generals, the Pentagon's policy to shop and the White House.
00:07:18.100 If there is a plan for Iran, it was written in that room.
00:07:22.540 Now, a Pentagon official told CBS News what the accusation is.
00:07:28.400 Classified information on the Iran war and the Russia-Ukraine war handed it to the press.
00:07:34.780 He was polygraphed three times about sharing classified material with reporters.
00:07:41.540 He failed every single one of them.
00:07:45.200 Now, they thanked him publicly for 32 years of distinguished service and they wished his family well.
00:07:51.040 hours later they withdrew their own statement it did not appropriately reflect the full circumstances
00:07:57.900 his page on the joint staff site it's downed his official army biography is offline there is
00:08:06.620 no replacement that has been named no acting director normally the vice director steps up
00:08:12.900 that has not happened in this case the war planning chair is empty while the president
00:08:18.980 weighs news strikes on Iran. He is the second man pushed out of that chair in a year his
00:08:26.020 predecessor was forced to retire last fall. Officials say the firings come down to a short
00:08:32.560 list of reasons. One of them is being suspected of leaking to the press. This one came with a
00:08:39.740 number. A purple heart does not buy a man the right to hand the war plan to a reporter. Okay,
00:08:46.760 32 years earned him a public thank you they pulled it back the same day nobody takes back a thank you
00:08:54.380 for nothing remember that I did a whole bunch of research on this guy and I mean he went from
00:09:00.600 being this incredible figure to not I mean fallen when you talk about fallen this guy
00:09:10.980 really and so this is a picture of him just so you all can see him you can see
00:09:17.340 what he looks like here I did this whole research thing on him because whenever
00:09:21.240 I see something like this it's like okay whose side are you on leaking to a
00:09:25.560 a reporter really i mean six bronze stars 32 years purple heart and he decides that he's gonna give
00:09:43.280 all of that up and give the gods to a reporter and this puts this could put this is about war
00:09:51.060 during wartime. Like in Iran, it could put
00:09:52.900 people in jeopardy, man. 1.00
00:09:54.820 If anybody knows better, it's
00:09:57.140 this guy. That's
00:09:59.220 the point. If
00:10:00.660 anybody knows better, it's
00:10:03.080 him. He knows what
00:10:04.960 happens in wars. He has
00:10:07.100 served in them.
00:10:09.020 Honorably, in fact.
00:10:11.060 And then you put him inside,
00:10:12.680 put him in a desk, and what
00:10:14.620 happens? He sings like
00:10:16.660 a canary.
00:10:20.020 Unbelievable.
00:10:21.060 It really is.
00:10:22.520 It's just a horrible, horrible thing.
00:10:27.280 So there's a lot of things that are going on, tons of them.
00:10:31.800 The governor orders a criminal investigation.
00:10:37.420 This is the boom that is going around right now, Alaska, Alaska.
00:10:42.920 And let me tell you, I was really grateful because a lot of people said,
00:10:46.220 hey, you know what, there's all kinds of stories that are out there.
00:10:48.880 One of them is about how people need to handle their voting and if they make a mistake.
00:10:55.240 And so we'll go through that.
00:10:56.720 I figured that this is the perfect place to go through it.
00:10:59.980 But yes, we have the Justice Department.
00:11:04.100 They put it in writing yesterday that it wants to find out whether an Alaska Senate campaign
00:11:10.340 walked into a federal courtroom and tried to deceive the judge.
00:11:14.560 and by one o'clock this morning the governor had handed the whole thing to the state troopers
00:11:21.060 so we're not going to waste your time by telling you the entire story again you already know that
00:11:28.500 there are two men named sullivan on that ballot what changed is the last 24 hours so that is what
00:11:36.460 the change is it stopped being a ballot story and it started being a legal exposure story
00:11:43.660 That's what happened.
00:11:45.460 So Tuesday, with all of the memes and all of the things that were going on, you had the Justice Department.
00:11:52.360 They were in federal court in Alaska fighting to keep that campaign out of its own lawsuit.
00:11:58.660 Wednesday, it filed three pages taking that back.
00:12:03.100 So here's the clause that it actually opened up with.
00:12:06.400 It was a quote.
00:12:07.220 Given a change in circumstances, the New York Times reporting that proposed intervener Alaskans for Mary and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee orchestrated a sprawling conspiracy to recruit and prop up a sham candidate for the purpose of deceiving Alaskan voters, end quote.
00:12:35.120 Yeah, there's going to be some big trouble in this.
00:12:37.780 This is just blatant cheating.
00:12:39.940 This is not cheating or just dirty, this is criminal.
00:12:44.260 This is going all the way to the top.
00:12:49.000 It is.
00:12:49.820 It blows up.
00:12:50.660 We talked about it a little bit each day, and we talked about it.
00:12:52.580 It was breaking yesterday, the New York Times story,
00:12:55.680 and now it's just like since then it's gotten even bigger.
00:12:58.900 I mean, this has been a story.
00:13:00.900 This has been in court.
00:13:02.200 It has already been talked about.
00:13:03.640 President Trump has talked about it on his campaign.
00:13:06.720 I mean, this is a huge deal.
00:13:10.640 And now all of a sudden, it looks like they've got the goods on the whole thing, which is great.
00:13:17.220 So in this particular piece, I mean, the evidence, of course, will determine what happens next because the clock is running.
00:13:26.820 I mean, this is the same week, the same state, one hand asking a federal judge to make it go away.
00:13:35.140 The other hand is doing this because this all happened at one o'clock in the morning.
00:13:41.400 And things were moving really quick.
00:13:44.480 And we'll see.
00:13:45.160 I mean, the evidence will determine what happens next because he names no person in it.
00:13:50.620 He says anyone or any organization and look at which department he picked.
00:13:56.260 It wasn't the lawyers. It wasn't the attorney general's civil shop. It was public safety. That's who they gave it to, the troopers. That is the building that opens criminal files. So the man who signed it is term limited, and he is out on the 7th of December.
00:14:19.780 but this again is not the first time that this straight this state has tried i mean his own post
00:14:27.100 says that the division of elections looked at this in june and that quote the new reporting
00:14:34.460 substantially supports the division's findings that's the quote and i mean we read that june
00:14:42.440 finding ourselves because it sits in a federal court file we've been talking about it on the show
00:14:48.860 quite a bit but alaska's own elections director they wrote that the declaration of candidacy
00:14:55.980 was filed quote with a purpose to confuse or mislead she also decertified him a court put
00:15:07.100 the name back on and the opinion explaining why has never still been written still it hasn't
00:15:14.120 there's nothing on it. So that is the escalation, basically. In June, the state asked politely
00:15:19.420 through the front door. They got told no. This morning, it stopped asking.
00:15:25.180 So the other side, of course, the Sullivan, you know, this whole group, they are denying everything.
00:15:32.920 I mean, their denial is the same one that we read you yesterday, word for word, and it hasn't
00:15:36.780 changed since. They said no involvement with either Sullivan campaign, and they did not recruit
00:15:42.120 anybody into the race I mean this is their position today and the candidate herself I mean
00:15:47.900 at a Kenai Peninsula event she said quote nobody's waking up worried about ballot composition end
00:15:57.520 quote that's what she had to say about the whole thing so in August primary the in the August
00:16:05.800 primary the second sullivan took two and a half percent in a race that could decide who runs the
00:16:12.120 united states senate nobody sorts the second choices until the 18th of november and a very
00:16:20.140 large number of alaskans have already voted yeah how many voted for the wrong one that is the thing
00:16:29.000 I mean, that is the next block, and that is something that you can do something about.
00:16:35.440 So, Kat, I mean, this is really, when we talk about how the Democrats have had this kind of pattern before,
00:16:44.160 they've shown this behavior before, this is awful.
00:16:49.500 And it is very damning to anybody that was involved in it.
00:16:54.600 There are rumors right now of who all was involved, that lawyers need lawyers all the
00:17:00.620 way up to the top, that there are also political figures that knew about this when it was going
00:17:08.340 on.
00:17:08.980 I don't have anything like that to give you.
00:17:11.640 I don't have proof of that.
00:17:13.280 I'm just saying what some of the rumors are, but this is big.
00:17:20.040 This is really big.
00:17:21.880 so the thing that you can do because I thought about you know how do we how do we address
00:17:29.900 something like this I mean what do we do to to help people out there understand what's what they
00:17:34.660 can do and what is going on here well I pulled up some samples and here is there are the two men
00:17:43.520 you know that named Sullivan on the Alaska ballot and the only thing on that page that tells them
00:17:49.120 apart is a label that most people will never think to read. That is the thing. So I actually
00:17:56.400 pulled the piece of paper, the official state of Alaska sample ballot for the 3rd of November,
00:18:02.260 off the state's own website. And here is the United States senator contest. And I'm going to
00:18:08.960 read you both lines exactly as they are, just so you can see them, because it's important for you
00:18:15.380 to see what you're dealing with here it's it's very tricky i mean it reminds me of a california
00:18:20.200 trick it it's one of those where you just go all right wow how somebody could easily get confused
00:18:26.760 so here it is just so you can see it you've got they're right next to each other okay
00:18:34.580 daniel j jr this is on this line here and then of course his last name sullivan
00:18:41.380 and then you have Dan S and the registered Republican incumbent in very small letters
00:18:49.240 right next to it Sullivan so you have both Sullivan stacked on top you know one right
00:18:56.140 next to the other Daniel J Sullivan Jr and then you have Dan S Sullivan and this in parentheses
00:19:05.220 so you're writing this in you're under pressure you're going okay Daniel Dan they both look the
00:19:12.440 same you're in there and anything could happen so this is what it's all about right here and then
00:19:23.160 tying the ends up but here's one thing that what people are talking about here and it's in the
00:19:31.660 united states district court it's in the district of alaska the plaintiffs notice withdrawing
00:19:37.480 opposition to motion to interview intervene the united states intends to seek expedited
00:19:45.260 discovery from the campaign regarding the reported conspiracy they are not messing around
00:19:51.800 not at all good they can't they can't do this you could you know you can go change your name
00:20:02.440 in like a day sure so in the future i mean the the you could just say okay uh david jolly's on
00:20:08.760 the ballot so i'm just gonna go change my name to david and run as the independent to try to
00:20:14.520 mess with him i mean this this this could just snowball into craziness it's gotta be tamped
00:20:20.560 I don't see how they're letting her continue on the ballot after this dirty trick. 0.99
00:20:24.080 This is just dirty. 1.00
00:20:25.600 Right.
00:20:25.880 It is.
00:20:26.440 It really is.
00:20:27.580 And the thing about it is when you think about how long it has been brought up and then all of a sudden somebody got some evidence about somebody did somebody wrong, then all of a sudden it becomes even a bigger issue.
00:20:41.980 So this is going to be huge.
00:20:45.420 So the as you can see, you can see the names here.
00:20:48.580 I mean, they're right there.
00:20:50.180 so you can see exactly what the voters are dealing with so one line says quote sullivan
00:20:55.540 comma daniel j jr that is the entire line no party nothing after it the other line says sullivan
00:21:04.040 comma dan s open parentheses registered republican closed parentheses incumbent
00:21:10.440 end quote so that's the tell and it's the only tell it is not the first name because one of them
00:21:18.240 is printed Daniel and one of them is printed Dan and under pressure I mean again those are the same
00:21:23.980 word the tell is the label the senator's line carries a party and it carries the word incumbent
00:21:31.100 the other line carries neither but here is the part that no one has really said yet and that
00:21:38.700 is the reason why we're never going to tell you to look for a spot on the page the order rotates
00:21:45.260 by house district so we open two of them on the ballot for the house district one the unlabeled
00:21:54.280 sullivan it sits directly above the senator okay back to back on the ballot for the house district
00:22:02.820 20 the senator is at the top of the contest and the unlabeled sullivan is at the bottom of it
00:22:11.080 with two others in between same race same day two completely different arrangements i pulled them
00:22:22.300 both so that you all could see them i mean this is this is crazy it is cat i mean it it truly is
00:22:30.720 it's just unbelievable it's one of the biggest dirty tricks ever in usa history politics
00:22:35.800 this is the other ballot they're gonna they're gonna they got subpoenas going out right now
00:22:41.380 oh i know it this is this is a huge john solomon story said that uh that lady what's her name uh
00:22:50.720 i can't think of it uh pellet pellet or yeah yeah john solomon said today that um her lawyers need
00:23:00.080 to get lawyers today right that's what i was saying you know it that's what i was saying but
00:23:04.560 Yeah, he goes, you know, their lawyers better get lawyers because they were in on it and they can prove it.
00:23:08.420 Well, the thing is, I try not to say that.
00:23:10.860 I mean, I mentioned it at the beginning that those are rumors.
00:23:13.260 I don't have anything concrete to actually back that up, and nobody has been charged yet.
00:23:17.860 But that's why I prefaced earlier that it goes all the way to the top.
00:23:23.080 Not only are they talking about the lawyers, they are also talking about politicians that were involved in this as well.
00:23:30.980 They knew exactly what they were doing.
00:23:34.560 So, I mean, when you realize that both of these ballots are out there and they are in completely, they are arranged differently, that is even more confusing.
00:23:49.560 That makes this thing even worse.
00:23:53.060 So, as far as all of the people that have, you know, that have voted, oh my gosh.
00:23:59.880 I mean, this is tough because when you start looking at the whole thing, you go, oh, my gosh, you know, what happened?
00:24:06.000 I mean, you have to read the label.
00:24:07.780 That's the thing.
00:24:08.540 I mean, but not everybody does.
00:24:12.180 So the part this is when we started talking about it.
00:24:15.980 All right.
00:24:16.340 Let me tell you, when you when you look at the ballot, you're already in there.
00:24:21.860 You mark it.
00:24:22.560 You make a mistake and you look again and your stomach drops and you're going, oh, my gosh, I just voted for the wrong Dan Sullivan.
00:24:30.100 Do not cross it out.
00:24:32.940 Okay, I want to be very clear about that one
00:24:35.440 because it feels like the honest thing to do
00:24:38.140 and it's the single move that can actually cost you that race on your own ballot.
00:24:43.000 Alaska's marking rules are mandatory.
00:24:46.000 In the statute's own words and a cross out in the Senate contest
00:24:49.980 is a correction in the Senate contest.
00:24:53.140 So that is how a counting board has to read it.
00:24:56.460 So what you do instead, the answer is already printed on the ballot in your hand in one sentence.
00:25:03.780 You, if you make a mistake, you can ask for a new ballot.
00:25:08.660 It's right there on the ballot itself.
00:25:11.660 It's a quote.
00:25:12.740 And the law behind that sentence is better than what most people actually expect.
00:25:17.820 If you spoil a ballot, the official shall provide another one for you.
00:25:23.140 You can get up to three.
00:25:24.860 and the spoiled one is destroyed without being examined nobody reads your mistake and nobody
00:25:31.280 keeps it so credit where it is earned I mean if you know and I honestly need to give a shout out
00:25:38.600 to Piper mom at Rhodes 16k this is the reason why I went looking for it and all of those
00:25:46.860 instructions at all is because she said something about it she was like hey you know what you need
00:25:52.000 to tell people what to do when they're in the at the polls in the voting box because if they make
00:25:58.820 a mistake they need to be aware of how to how they remedy it so I really appreciate her calling
00:26:05.320 attention to it but wow but the hard one is this because I went into the statute book for it instead
00:26:12.700 of guessing because a hopeful wrong answer here will cost somebody their vote if you already
00:26:19.220 mailed it back or if you handed it in or if you voted early in person there is no do-over
00:26:26.360 I looked for that one Alaska has no procedure to pull a ballot back none to cancel one none
00:26:34.880 to spoil one that is already in there and no rule anywhere that says a second ballot replaces the
00:26:41.940 first once the official accepts it the law is finished with you essentially but here's the thing
00:26:50.920 I have to make sure that I make this clear there is a part that you actually need to hear about
00:26:55.960 this because somebody out there is going to get this very wrong and I want to make sure that they
00:27:01.260 don't do not go and vote a second time okay I I know some of you are like why does she have to
00:27:07.720 even say that. Well, some people don't know that. Alaska Statute 15.20.203 makes having already
00:27:18.380 voted a reason for a review board to challenge your ballot and throw it out. And Statute 15.56.040,
00:27:28.980 it makes voting more than once, meaning to have both of them count a Class C felony. So that is
00:27:37.620 not a fix, that's a charge. You just need to know that. But there are a lot of people that have
00:27:44.760 already voted. And so this is... Yeah, they're going to work all this out. I mean, if the
00:27:49.560 Republican wins, it'll just probably fade out and hopefully they still charge everybody.
00:27:53.980 This is a big mess. I mean, it really is. So for anybody that has, you know, that so far all in,
00:28:03.980 I mean the law gives you a receipt not a do-over so what you can do is you can check your ballot
00:28:08.340 if you're confused and see if it was received and accepted and you can go to myvoterportal.alaska.gov
00:28:16.360 and you can go and see how you voted if you're questioning what happened when you were in the
00:28:21.180 booth but yeah the whole remedy belongs to people who are still voting there so if that is you
00:28:29.500 listen to the next part i mean if it is still on your table unmailed the state answers in its own
00:28:37.000 word that you should dispose or destroy of your absentee ballot if you choose to vote in person
00:28:44.840 so do not mail it go in in person is open and it is open all weekend early voting and absentee in
00:28:54.140 person runs through election day and the regional offices they're open on saturday 10 to 4 so a
00:29:01.060 ballot that you can drop off has to be at the voting location by 8 p.m tuesday one deadline
00:29:07.220 is already gone and i'm telling you to do so so that you do not waste a day on it you can no
00:29:12.440 longer request a ballot in the mail that closed on the 24th online delivery is open until 5 p.m
00:29:19.700 alaska time monday there's gonna be people getting arrested for this i'm telling you i know it i know
00:29:25.300 it i'm just worried about so many people that are confused by it because you've got two different
00:29:29.320 ballots out there in completely different orders just switched i mean the whole thing is
00:29:34.340 i've got both of them it's cheating i mean and you know only the top four get in there whatever
00:29:41.760 because of uh if you don't think people are voting the wrong name he got in the top whatever
00:29:47.100 through ranked choice voting because his name is dan sullivan yes don't that he's in the finals
00:29:52.600 basically because of that because people voted things other guys so don't think they're still
00:29:56.520 not doing it wow all these people in alaska you think man they're out there fishing for salmon
00:30:02.300 and getting chased by grizzly bears you think they're on x all the time even knowing this is
00:30:07.880 even happening i mean just you think about the people that are actually voting and they've heard
00:30:14.460 the name sullivan right i mean he was their senator he's the incumbent and then all of a
00:30:19.640 sudden you see it on two different ballots in two different places and you've got a pen in your hand
00:30:25.400 two identical names in front of you you know you're not really up on politics like we are let's
00:30:31.720 pretend right i mean you go to work you've got a family to feed you've got lights to turn on you
00:30:36.780 got all this stuff that's going on in your life and you see sullivan and you're just like okay
00:30:40.320 i'm doing my thing think about how many times that happened
00:30:43.280 you don't know anything about it yeah because you just i mean most people you're in you vote
00:30:53.280 you're you know you don't just sit there and take your time and read everybody i mean you just look
00:30:56.820 down okay i know i'm voting for sullivan so you look down you see a sullivan you mark it i've done
00:31:00.820 my civil duty let's go to lunch exactly yeah i voted for some dude in a fishing village that's
00:31:06.140 drinking five balls of scotch and you had no idea nobody knows of and you don't know if his real
00:31:11.180 name is that and who knows that's right goodness sakes what a mess we have i don't know how they're
00:31:18.580 going to straighten it out except the the right thing to do would be she's off the ballot for
00:31:24.220 sure and they can pick another they should have to run this again in like a month they should just
00:31:29.340 strip it all and do a redo man get him off the ballot i mean because this is so unconstitutional 0.99
00:31:35.500 it's not even funny it is they're gonna throw it out if she wins anyway oh she's going to happen
00:31:40.600 anyway i mean i really think that there's going to be there's no way there's no way you can win
00:31:45.240 and keep going forward with this man this is i mean some things you can but not this
00:31:49.640 it is really you think about what it did to people i did and a lot of people still don't
00:31:57.820 know what's going on think about that i mean there are a lot of people that are like okay
00:32:01.260 well i voted i'm back in my my groove i'm i've got halloween going on this weekend and when they
00:32:07.000 lose and if he loses they won't even know why no i mean when you're in a race you know all they
00:32:15.640 got to do is get seven percent six percent of the republicans to vote for the wrong sullivan
00:32:22.080 well it's over especially this ranked choice voting see i know that completely changes the
00:32:29.240 issue too it's very very confusing really bad so here we are in the final hours of the midterms
00:32:39.040 and all kinds of things are going on here and you've got races that are very close you have
00:32:44.740 minnesota's own law book that shows its work on one page 15 struck out and eight written in and
00:32:52.260 The state's own auditor says people vote before anyone ever checks who they are.
00:32:58.000 So that is not our paraphrase.
00:33:00.760 That is the state's own paperwork, and we pulled it this morning.
00:33:06.720 So here is the page.
00:33:07.800 You have Minnesota's own session law.
00:33:10.820 It was from 2013, where you can watch the legislature edit the vouching statute in real time.
00:33:18.340 15 struck through, 8 written in its place.
00:33:22.260 so this has to do with of course o'keefe that whole story i mean that whole thing has blown
00:33:30.040 up as well i mean now you've got two men that are standing inside of this gap this week hennepin
00:33:38.180 county prosecutor charged james o'keefe and cam higbee with felony counts each by summons and
00:33:45.820 not by warrant over how they approached that same process back in august charged not convicted
00:33:52.600 and we'll continue to remind you of that but neither man signed an oath themselves neither
00:33:59.840 one of them did which is exactly why the prosecutor's own theory says that the process
00:34:04.300 starts the moment somebody sits down at that table not a signature the man charged has answered in
00:34:11.860 his own published words that the charges criminalize investigative journalism and that
00:34:17.560 he stands by the reporting this is o'keefe himself he's not backing down one incy bency bit neither
00:34:24.380 should not should he so what how it comes out in a court is going to be very interesting but
00:34:32.620 if you put the two halves on one table the process two men are now charged over is the exact process
00:34:39.660 whose ceiling Minnesota has cut twice and never raised.
00:34:43.900 This is where the law treats a bare signature as proof of intent.
00:34:48.240 And the state's own auditor, they say that it lets people vote before anybody checks who they are.
00:34:54.340 And that's the state's own counties admitting it.
00:34:58.920 In writing, they are not reporting the way the law says that they must.
00:35:04.380 So that's not a safeguard.
00:35:06.780 guard that is actually a signature so the one thing holding that whole system up is a stranger's
00:35:14.500 name on a piece of paper it's the craziest situation I have ever seen because the reporting
00:35:20.880 on that was incredible you had James O'Keefe who was going to these different voting facilities
00:35:29.040 and he was able to confirm that he could vouch for up to eight people.
00:35:37.000 Vouch for them.
00:35:39.080 All he did was expose it.
00:35:41.040 He didn't vote or sign anything or do anything himself.
00:35:44.940 He just exposed it.
00:35:48.000 And they are the ones that they are trying to get for felonies.
00:35:52.780 Two of them.
00:35:55.180 Unbelievable.
00:35:55.780 so i know what james o'keefe's halloween costume is going to be this this year he's already got
00:36:05.300 them but it's crazy i mean when when you start looking at this stuff it's nuts but there's a
00:36:13.500 lot of great things too you have texas senate candidate ken paxton who calls for texas to
00:36:20.920 completely eliminate property taxes sound familiar kat this is a huge selling point for florida and
00:36:29.820 i know well our you have to vote yes on amendment three here in florida by the way but
00:36:35.580 for some reason when they have to change something like that they have to get like
00:36:41.460 when we when they were going to pass legalized marijuana it had to be 60 percent too instead of
00:36:47.040 50 and it like 59 percent of the point something people voted to legalize it but it barely missed
00:36:54.680 wow there were people betting there were so many people betting on that to pass they were already
00:36:59.440 building dispensaries all over the place already building oh my god and they lost like less than
00:37:05.000 percentage point so it's hard to get 60 percent of the vote on anything even if you said the sky's
00:37:10.300 blue oh my so that's what sucks if it was 50 and then they the they the democrats put a full court
00:37:18.760 press man ads everywhere tens of millions of dollars because it's a tax and they don't want
00:37:23.380 to get rid of any tax that's the democrats and they say that the same things they always do
00:37:28.420 all the police departments are you ain't gonna have the police department you ain't gonna have 0.98
00:37:32.060 schools you ain't gonna have firemen you ain't gonna have this bullshit well i think it is a 0.96
00:37:37.520 wonderful thing to entice Texans to vote for Paxton. And that is really something that needs 0.97
00:37:45.280 if you wanted to push, there's your push. That is a great idea. And I loved seeing the president
00:37:50.300 up there talking to everybody about Ken Paxton. I mean, he, President Trump is doing an amazing
00:37:56.500 job. I don't know how he is doing everything that he's doing. But he's doing it beautifully
00:38:02.220 trump style and his one million dollar voter fraud reward since we're on the fraud situation
00:38:10.940 how check my vote can help citizens actually investigate this was great because it kind of
00:38:18.000 leads you right on to it this was after the president announced a one million reward for
00:38:23.200 information on voter fraud that leads to an arrest and conviction the reward covers fraud in past
00:38:29.880 elections or the 2026 midterms following an October 26 truth social post which the litter
00:38:38.300 mates were the ones that brought it to our attention and so checkmyvote.org provides
00:38:45.620 tools to examine public voter records and identify potential irregularities this platform
00:38:52.900 tracks Michigan absentee ballot activity and supplies analytical access to voter files.
00:39:00.640 CheckMyVote was established after the 2020 election to increase the transparency in voter
00:39:06.900 rolls. So this is a great tool that you can use. You can go and check and see how your vote is
00:39:13.660 doing. CheckMyVote.org. It will give you direct access to public voter files so that you can
00:39:21.520 examine the records you can flag irregularities you can track absentee ballot activity in michigan
00:39:29.300 this is ahead of november 3rd so this platform it launched after 2020 and thank goodness it did
00:39:36.260 but it's one more tool that you can use good stuff somebody's gonna get that million dollars
00:39:42.620 with all the fraud that's going on i think i don't think we're gonna have a problem with that
00:39:49.240 at all i mean there's plenty of fraud i mean you look at it all over the place and my gosh
00:39:57.100 so it's just it's gotten so out of control i'm just glad that you've got investigative reporters
00:40:03.860 that have brought all of this stuff out into the open it had to happen you know in your state
00:40:10.000 yes democrat governor's proposing a mileage tax now if he wins oh yeah they've been talking about
00:40:16.900 it for a long time and then and then it come out not only is that for his gas engines but
00:40:23.580 the electric engines that they want to get you yep you're going to pay it too it is unreal
00:40:31.020 you think you think you don't have to pay gas now you do you got to pay tax on a gas you don't even
00:40:36.740 use why do you think people are running not walking to get out of this state they you can
00:40:43.880 see the writing on the wall. This is going to be the haves and the have-nots. That's what this
00:40:48.440 state is going to be. It already is pretty much there. But even the haves are leaving because
00:40:54.920 they don't want to be taxed. They're not going to do that. No. It's not going to be on their dime.
00:40:59.980 No way. Amazing. Polymarket.com. Make sure that you go over there and check it out if you want

00:41:47.280 they have a question up there for today venezuela's venezuela's interim leader delcy rodriguez
00:41:54.820 pledges new elections saying that they will be held with the world as witness so opposition
00:42:03.560 leader Maria Carina Machado is currently the favorite to win Venezuela's election. You can
00:42:09.920 go ahead and if you want to weigh in, see what you think. The next Venezuelan presidential election
00:42:16.080 winner, and they've got some names over here if you think you know who is going to take that prize,
00:42:21.200 but I'm glad to see that. I'm glad to see that Delcy Rodriguez says that the world will witness
00:42:29.480 it because my gosh you've seen what has happened to venezuela
00:42:33.820 unreal yeah just rotten man well that's brazil's so big and so full of just good people and it's
00:42:44.740 just like rich in culture and oh and it could be just another just all it needs is get away from 1.00
00:42:51.800 And the damn dictators, socialist, communist dictators. 1.00
00:42:55.500 Gosh, you got that right. 1.00
00:42:58.080 I mean, it was a beautiful place.
00:43:00.280 It just really was thriving.
00:43:02.080 And that's what happens when you have people that just take over a country.
00:43:07.440 And that's a perfect example.
00:43:10.620 Well, speaking of dictators and somebody that nobody voted for,
00:43:15.620 this name is going to sound awfully familiar to all of you. 0.87
00:43:19.400 Well, I have reported on this buffoon so many times, and I've got show after show on him. 0.80
00:43:27.700 He comes up constantly. 0.91
00:43:29.380 I'm sure a lot of you know exactly where I'm headed.
00:43:32.140 Well, on Monday night, the Justice Department put a 47-page brief on the public record
00:43:39.080 explaining why nobody is allowed to read the Omar Warrant, and eight of those pages are solid black.
00:43:47.860 Now look, I pulled this whole thing down this morning.
00:43:51.800 I went through it page by page so I can tell you what's in it and what is not.
00:43:57.480 On the 12th of October, federal agents searched the Washington home of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
00:44:06.240 The warrant that let them in is sealed.
00:44:10.500 16 organizations went to court to have it unsealed.
00:44:14.160 Monday night the government filed its answer and that answer is the 47 pages but before I read even
00:44:22.840 a word of it one thing has to be said out loud and that is that Omar has not been charged yet
00:44:29.320 with anything I mean there is not a count there is not an indictment there is nothing a search
00:44:34.900 warrant is not a charge just make that clear and an investigation is not a finding so think of that
00:44:43.240 when we're going through it but heading into the survived what survived the ink was quote the
00:44:52.080 warrants execution starts on october 12th 2026 and it is still ongoing and now now they gave that
00:45:02.780 if they're going to release the sealed documents to that bozberg that's where i was going that's
00:45:10.240 the name that i have reported on forever that's the guy and that is so so i think people are
00:45:17.960 probably thinking the opposite is true on this so the doj is fighting they you're about to say oh
00:45:23.360 he'll never release them no i think he's gonna release them because the doj trump's doj is
00:45:29.640 fighting for him not to be releasing saying it could really undermine their investigation
00:45:34.480 that they're in the middle of now.
00:45:36.680 So he probably will release them.
00:45:38.440 We will see.
00:45:39.980 It could ruin their whole case if you release them.
00:45:41.980 So it's probably the opposite of what you're thinking.
00:45:44.340 Well, it's Bowsberg.
00:45:46.120 We never know what he is going to do.
00:45:48.000 This guy, I have, again, I've done show after show on him. 0.74
00:45:52.300 He is one of the worst of the worst.
00:45:55.620 I mean, you wonder why something like this actually is allowed to happen,
00:45:58.620 how he's able to get every single case.
00:46:01.840 well that's because his position is written that way it dies on his desk so page 11 it kept a
00:46:12.040 heading I mean and this one is the government's own calendar in its own words and this is the
00:46:17.720 quote that the applicant the applicants asked to unseal the search warrant records three days into
00:46:24.360 the warrants execution and 19 days before the subject's election that's the quote the government
00:46:31.760 counted the days to the election itself. So who is doing the asking? Well, 14 news organizations
00:46:40.980 are in one group, the New York Times on its own, and a conservative legal watchdog that filed
00:46:47.580 separately. The Associated Press, Reuters, Bloomberg, the Washington Post, Politico,
00:46:54.280 the big Minneapolis paper they joined yesterday almost none of them are on our side of anything
00:47:02.340 and that is exactly why this one actually matters so the government's own reply it opens like this
00:47:10.120 this request sounds rash because it is rash its position is that the warrant is still being
00:47:19.780 executed the investigation is live and the court should say no for now it is also wrote in that
00:47:29.180 unsealing today that it would publicly expose quote suspected criminal wrongdoing end quote
00:47:37.040 against a person whose name is blacked out inside that very sentence suspected so that is their word
00:47:45.040 that's not ours and still nobody has been charged but here is the part that actually stopped me
00:47:51.680 cold that watchdog filed again on Wednesday and it did not ask to see the warrant it asked for a list
00:47:59.940 which documents are sealed and the reason given for each one its own filing says it cannot get us
00:48:08.100 the sealed docket. So it cannot even name every record it is arguing about. It asked for that
00:48:15.760 list by noon today and nothing has come back. I've been checking. And then the judge, you know who
00:48:22.160 the judge is. You have seen the headline. The judge the president wanted impeached picks up the
00:48:29.100 Omar warrant fight. The impeachment half is absolutely 100% real. It's on paper. There is
00:48:37.460 a resolution that was filed in the house in march of last year there's one article abuse of power
00:48:44.680 that built on the deportation flights i mean this guy has got a history miles and miles long
00:48:54.640 but the word that it picked the truth is actually better i mean that court has a local rule there are
00:49:03.160 rule 57.6. And I read it myself. It's when an outsider asks a court for relief in a criminal
00:49:12.680 investigative matter, and no judge has been assigned to it. The clerk refers it to the chief
00:49:18.620 judge. Nobody has been charged, so no judge was ever assigned. So the clerk did what the rule
00:49:25.680 says he is the chief judge a rule walked that file onto bozberg's desk not a coincidence and not a
00:49:36.980 hand that's how it actually works because people are like how does he keep getting it well that's
00:49:43.680 the role so what he has decided about the warrant zero he hasn't said a word i mean i read the live
00:49:52.060 docket an hour before we came on and what he has ruled is that the government's own argument for
00:49:58.460 secrecy stays secret too filed under seal and one-sided that's what we have this morning the
00:50:06.000 clerk folded all three of those cases into one and we'll see the replies if they land tomorrow
00:50:13.760 i mean the election is on tuesday so that brings it closer to home when you think about it everybody
00:50:21.820 is shouting about this today every side all day that's all i've heard about is omar bozberg all
00:50:27.600 day and they're shouting about a document that not one of them has read us included
00:50:34.240 so here's some breaking news breaking right now okay
00:50:38.200 Yeah, shooting just happened at the door of the Republican Party of Virginia headquarters.
00:50:54.560 Currently, a statewide manhunt is underway.
00:50:57.520 Somebody pulled up and shot a lady.
00:50:59.360 I think she was coming out of the door of the Republican Virginia GOT headquarters downtown Richmond.
00:51:05.780 Staff is safe.
00:51:06.820 oh my gosh a woman was shot
00:51:10.340 woman was just shot right outside the virginia is she alive
00:51:15.740 this is literally happening right now the shooting appears to have happened at the door
00:51:21.120 of the republican currently a manhunt is underway i'm trying to i mean it's just breaking right now
00:51:27.180 everything i've read you's under two minutes gosh oh my gosh yeah so it could have been a hit i don't
00:51:35.340 that is hard okay here it is got it right here wow virginia
00:51:44.200 it was not the the state gop says the shooting was not connected to its operation and none of
00:51:53.840 His staff was hurt.
00:51:57.880 Okay, so.
00:52:01.540 I don't know about that.
00:52:04.600 Interesting.
00:52:05.620 If there's a manhunt, if there's a manhunt now for the guy that shot the girl, the woman at the door of it,
00:52:12.660 how do they know it wasn't related to that?
00:52:14.460 They don't even have any information about it.
00:52:17.220 They don't even know who shot her.
00:52:18.580 Well, this is the state GOP.
00:52:20.100 How are you supposed to know that?
00:52:22.260 I don't know.
00:52:23.040 this is what they're reporting, is that the state GOP came out
00:52:26.320 and they said it was not connected to its operation.
00:52:30.880 Just a coincidence.
00:52:32.320 It's for the election. 0.99
00:52:33.400 Somebody had to kill that store. 0.92
00:52:35.240 There's always something.
00:52:37.060 I mean, it just never ends around here.
00:52:39.420 So Patrick Stewart just died, too, at 86.
00:52:41.760 Patrick Stewart of Star Trek, The Next Generation,
00:52:45.780 and then, you know, he's in so many movies.
00:52:50.080 Professor X on the X-Men.
00:52:52.040 Oh, okay.
00:52:53.620 Paul hit a guy.
00:52:54.740 Oh.
00:52:55.300 I know you don't watch movies, so you never understand when somebody dies as a movie star.
00:52:58.620 I don't.
00:52:59.420 I don't watch movies.
00:53:01.220 If it was years ago, we'd say Elvis died, you'd be like, who?
00:53:05.160 I watch the criminals in real time.
00:53:07.200 Most of them are in politics or in government.
00:53:11.500 They're much more entertaining.
00:53:13.160 I'm telling you the truth.
00:53:14.360 I've never seen anything like this.
00:53:16.100 When you talk about the criminals and crooks and the amount of money and the different things that they have pulled over the years, my gosh, it's hard to believe.
00:53:28.260 Wow, may he rest in peace.
00:53:30.420 Sorry about that.
00:53:31.680 I'm sorry about a person that was shot.
00:53:35.460 There's actual blood on the sidewalk still.
00:53:39.860 and that's what we're
00:53:44.340 I can show that
00:53:46.140 but alright
00:53:48.240 that's what's at the
00:53:51.040 at the headquarters
00:53:53.500 so gosh
00:53:58.280 awful
00:54:00.820 there's also more news on
00:54:04.860 Ilhan Omar
00:54:05.860 what is she doing now? 0.71
00:54:08.640 She married her other brother. 0.99
00:54:11.660 Yeah, that's what one would think. 0.79
00:54:13.620 She married her brother, now she married her other brother.
00:54:14.880 Well, no, just basically the Obama administration,
00:54:19.520 they were the ones that probed the Omar marriage
00:54:22.440 and found evidence that she did marry her brother.
00:54:27.880 So she was probing her brother?
00:54:29.860 Well, he's probing her.
00:54:32.020 Horrible, Kat.
00:54:33.440 That's horrible.
00:54:35.920 It's horrible for her.
00:54:37.180 She's the only one who married her brother.
00:54:38.640 So the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, they actually investigated Representative Ilhan Omar's 2016 marriage to Ahmed Nursed, Elmi.
00:54:51.220 This was during the Obama administration, and they found some evidence that the marriage was actually fraudulent.
00:54:58.220 But the case didn't proceed because the alleged conduct fell outside the five-year statute of limitations.
00:55:06.080 that's the reason conveniently you had the statute of limitations that were up now she has stated
00:55:16.440 over and over again that she is not related to elmy even though her name says otherwise and
00:55:21.960 we're starting to hear all kinds of confirmations about that but until we have them we're not going
00:55:26.920 to of course share them until we have absolute proof that that's going on but that's the rumor
00:55:32.760 A lot of people think that that happened.
00:55:37.480 I'm one of them.
00:55:41.420 Reading this, I'm trying to read everything's breaking right now.
00:55:43.620 The Alaska governor, Dany, tells Fox, this is less than an hour ago, that the other Dan Sullivan refused to talk under oath.
00:55:55.940 It tells you everything you need to know.
00:56:02.760 yeah so this is from i don't know somebody's name i can't pronounce again um yeah alaska
00:56:13.180 governor tells fox dan jay solomon refused to talk under oath during the initial probe
00:56:19.120 yeah well i mean i would say that he probably is going to bleed the fifth like so many because
00:56:28.620 this is this obviously plus he's a guy that's never even been in the spotlight before anything
00:56:34.040 i mean i i there's no telling what they promised that guy well he realizes that whatever they
00:56:42.620 promised him isn't worth it and so he is going to now that it is blown up to epic levels and it is
00:56:49.420 in court in the new york slimes and everywhere else there's really no hiding over this one
00:56:54.960 speaking of stabbings and shootings and things do you know there was a trump supporter that was
00:57:00.800 stabbed outside a rally there's a video that's going around yet now i mean i saw the video but
00:57:08.320 the police are saying now that they were in a fight and he tackled on this and his the police's
00:57:16.220 pocket knife come out of his pocket and then just wedged and pinched his shirt and there's no knife
00:57:22.560 in his back that's what i'm hearing that the object is that impossible the video actually
00:57:30.700 shows the man with an object in his back you saw it i mean i saw it there was a knife clearly in
00:57:36.560 his back this was at a trump rally in ohio this was after a fight the man asked the officers if
00:57:42.880 he had been stabbed and police as the police detained a person nearby this happened in
00:57:49.140 shoemaker city on the ohio university campus so the police confirmed the man had not been stabbed
00:57:57.560 which was like wait a minute what happened here so yeah i mean who who knows what happened they
00:58:07.580 responded to the fight they clarified there was no stabbing and organizers should coordinate with
00:58:14.500 law enforcement to station additional officers at the perimeter that's what people are calling for
00:58:19.540 but they're saying that he wasn't stabbed I saw I saw the knife in his back which is very odd
00:58:27.940 so I don't know what to make of that story at all he says I think I've been stabbed that's what he
00:58:33.540 said to police and they pushed the story online before any official word on Thursday morning they
00:58:41.360 the police confirmed the man had not been stabbed and they said it did not confirm anything that
00:58:48.580 actually happened i don't know man that video like he had knives in him to me i mean i mean
00:58:53.420 you couldn't see it but i mean come on i didn't see blood though now that i'm thinking about it
00:58:57.900 now that it's been you you wouldn't on a pocket knife with 15 layers of clothes like that i mean
00:59:03.440 it's just pretty crazy and back to the alaska story um so you know the doj is federally
00:59:10.880 investigating the hell out of them right now but you know since the alaska governor ordered
00:59:16.360 investigation into it now the states she's got two problems now she's got a federal investigation
00:59:20.700 against it and the state now oh this is the governor ordered investigation too so now they
00:59:26.000 got state charges possible and federal charges possible yeah that's exactly what we're talking
00:59:31.900 about this is going all the way there is going to be nothing left when this is over everybody is
00:59:40.500 upset about this i mean both sides but there are a lot of this is on tmz today um the tmz guy 0.93
00:59:50.960 and they were doing a little panel you know that scumbag and um they were going i hope the 0.55
00:59:58.420 democrats take over congress that harvey whoever's name that said if i lived in alaska i would not 0.97
01:00:03.780 vote for mary beltoli after finding out that she and her people did and tried to rig that election 0.96
01:00:09.760 so desperately confused voters so she was trying i hate using donald trump's word trying to rig
01:00:16.660 this election yeah i mean that comes from a mega uber liberal this is it's sorry man they got to
01:00:23.640 do something about it they can't let this stand can't just say oh we'll get it next time
01:00:27.840 terrible well i have the video if anybody y'all want to watch the video to see about the stabbing
01:00:34.740 i mean just to see what you think because we did see the knife in the guy i mean but i want to see
01:00:39.740 it again, because now that they're saying, no, it didn't happen, I'm curious. Let's just look at
01:00:44.540 this for the last seconds here. 1.00
01:01:09.740 He's got a fucking knife in his mouth, y'all. 1.00
01:01:13.880 Look, he's got a fucking knife in his fucking mouth, y'all. 1.00
01:01:17.680 Arrest him! 1.00
01:01:21.660 Okay, so now that I'm looking at it again, I don't see any blood.
01:01:31.300 Here is the knife, and I don't see any blood.
01:01:36.020 you heard him say you think duct tape's pinching it i mean i don't know but you would think you
01:01:46.300 know i mean where's the blood if you get stabbed you've got something like a knife in you and uh
01:01:53.040 i don't know but he's got something on here underneath it looks like yeah he's got layers
01:01:58.700 of clothes i mean it almost looks like he's got a vest of some sort on underneath there look at it
01:02:04.520 It looks like even a tactical vest.
01:02:06.780 Who knows what to believe in why people lie so much.
01:02:08.920 But there is no blood.
01:02:10.180 So, yes.
01:02:12.120 It's curious, anyway.
01:02:16.300 We'll leave you with a mystery.
01:02:18.420 All right, well, that's it for us.
01:02:20.200 Kat, is there anything else you'd like to add?
01:02:24.220 I don't know if you're...
01:02:25.120 No, we won't be here tomorrow.
01:02:26.920 Not tomorrow, but Monday.
01:02:29.720 Yeah, you will.
01:02:31.440 I will.
01:02:32.440 So, I won't be doing my Saturday show.
01:02:34.220 I'm going to get 100 questions about that.
01:02:35.920 I just know it.
01:02:36.860 All right, so we're gone tomorrow.
01:02:38.600 We're gone Saturday, but I will be here with you on Monday to resume and to get everybody to the polls.
01:02:44.580 Make sure that you work on people this weekend.
01:02:47.060 That's all on you.
01:02:47.800 I'll see where I'm at in my vacation, but I'm going to try to maybe call in Wednesday after the midterms to comment.
01:02:54.680 Yeah, it's going to be quite a deal.
01:02:56.880 I'm going to get everybody revved up on Monday and Tuesday and see what happens,
01:03:01.780 and then we're going to just go through the week
01:03:04.380 because you're going to be gone.
01:03:05.700 So we'll have a good time.
01:03:07.360 We've got a lot of things planned for everybody.
01:03:08.780 So we just got to win.
01:03:12.420 That's all I have to say.
01:03:13.780 I mean, let's go.
01:03:15.340 Let's get there.
01:03:16.280 Let's make our voices be heard loud and clear.
01:03:19.800 We completely reject the Democrats
01:03:21.960 and the Democrat Socialists of America.
01:03:25.120 I think they've done it for us this time. 0.74
01:03:27.100 So it should be an easy argument to win.
01:03:30.340 All right, well, that's it.
01:03:31.780 I'm wrong.
01:03:32.920 You all be safe.
01:03:34.060 Be kind to one another and we will see you later.
01:03:37.520 Bye.
01:04:01.780 We'll be right back.
01:04:31.780 We'll be right back.
