00:00:30.000 We'll be right back.

00:01:00.000 We'll be right back.

00:01:30.000 Hello, hello, hello.

00:01:36.200 Today is Tuesday, November 18th, 2025.

00:01:40.440 Episode number 925.

00:01:43.640 Please remember to like, share, follow, and hit the notification button so you know when

00:01:49.500 we go live on this show, you are in the litter box with just Jules today.

00:01:55.640 Cat Turd has some things he has got to take care of and he is going to tell you all about

00:02:01.260 those tomorrow.

00:02:02.500 But in the meantime, I don't divulge.

00:02:05.060 So you'll just have to be right back.

00:02:06.060 So you'll have to wait until then to find out what it was all about.

00:02:08.280 It was nothing harmful, nothing bad.

00:02:10.720 He is fine.

00:02:12.000 I should probably preface with that.

00:02:13.740 Because of course, I know all of you immediately think the worst.

00:02:17.980 Especially in this environment with what is going on.

00:02:21.260 No, he just had some things he had to salvage.

00:02:23.940 I'll just put it that way.

00:02:25.660 He's fine.

00:02:26.700 He's in a great mood.

00:02:28.300 Nothing, nothing in a bad way at all.

00:02:30.680 So just want to make sure that that is clear.

00:02:32.560 But he will be with us tomorrow at 3 p.m.

00:02:34.340 Eastern time.

00:02:35.000 Just so you know.

00:02:36.260 He wants to talk all about Marge.

00:02:38.120 I mean, should we start there and get it over with?

00:02:41.520 I mean, to me, she's just not that important.

00:02:43.700 But as it pertains to the Epstein files, you know, I mean, I guess I could lead off there 0.73

00:02:48.960 because it's so ridiculous. 0.91

00:02:50.300 This whole me, me, me, me thing is the worst look I have ever seen in my life. 0.95

00:02:57.780 And I know that Kat did some posting on it as well today.

00:03:01.560 But I mean, really, I did not hear anything about the victims.

00:03:05.660 I just saw Marjorie Taylor Greene stand there in the midst of victims, making it all about 1.00

00:03:12.440 herself.

00:03:13.920 So, you know, here you've got she not only refuses to let the feud go, she is determined 0.99

00:03:21.240 to go ahead and go further with it with smearing the president of the United States.

00:03:27.340 And so the House has just so everybody knows, they have voted, which is a wonderful thing.

00:03:34.040 And they are going to release the files.

00:03:36.460 I think this is fantastic.

00:03:38.320 You know what President Trump's stand is on all of this.

00:03:41.360 He's all for it.

00:03:42.580 He wants it to happen the sooner, sooner rather than later.

00:03:46.640 President Trump is all about transparency.

00:03:48.500 As you all know, he expressed full support for the House and Senate voting to release the

00:03:53.520 Epstein files, emphasizing his willingness to sign the bill immediately upon arriving at

00:03:58.920 his desk.

00:03:59.560 He's going to do so right away without even a second thought.

00:04:03.320 You've got, of course, the Democrats.

00:04:05.600 Trump has said over and over again, if there is anybody that needs to be concerned about

00:04:10.880 this, it's the Democrats.

00:04:13.260 They were much closer, of course, with Epstein than he ever was.

00:04:18.080 It is a Democrat hoax.

00:04:20.700 And he's highlighted prominent Democrats like Bill Clinton, Reid Hoffman, Larry Summers with

00:04:26.240 Epstein.

00:04:26.700 I mean, they've all been to the island multiple times.

00:04:29.660 We have a record of this.

00:04:30.660 So I think it's great.

00:04:31.700 I think it's wonderful that it is going to be out there in the open for all to see.

00:04:37.620 So, of course, President Trump had to go ahead and show you why they are trying to shift gears

00:04:42.960 and deflect from all of his successes.

00:04:45.320 When you start looking about at all the things that he has done, reducing prices, achieving

00:04:50.880 energy independence, avoiding wars.

00:04:53.840 I mean, this is a peacetime president.

00:04:55.660 He is all about that.

00:04:57.460 Urging these accomplishments.

00:04:59.440 They shouldn't.

00:05:00.660 And we should be talking about those.

00:05:02.360 Not overshadowed by Marjorie Taylor Greene and Epstein.

00:05:05.860 I mean, really.

00:05:06.720 Has anybody else had enough of this nonsense?

00:05:08.700 I know I have.

00:05:11.060 But the transparency is in motion.

00:05:13.100 Here you've got the Department of Justice.

00:05:16.560 They have already released tens of thousands of pages related to Epstein and is investigating

00:05:23.080 connections involving the Democrat operatives.

00:05:26.780 He also asked the question, hey, how come when the Democrats were in charge, when you had

00:05:32.100 Joe Biden up there, why didn't he release them?

00:05:35.320 So the House is set to vote.

00:05:37.620 They have passed that they are going to release the Epstein files.

00:05:43.400 Now, all of a sudden, it is basically for them to determine if names will be released at

00:05:50.380 all.

00:05:50.660 I say release at all.

00:05:52.220 But you had representatives Ro Khanna, Democrat California, and Thomas Massey, of course, he

00:05:58.320 has to get his mugshot in there and with bipartisan support.

00:06:02.780 And so everybody is on board.

00:06:05.440 Of course, President Trump has assured everybody he has no ties to Epstein.

00:06:11.540 And of course, the Democrats are a little concerned right now, I'm sure.

00:06:17.200 So this is great news.

00:06:18.960 You have the vote.

00:06:20.180 It took place.

00:06:21.240 They have voted to release all of the Epstein files.

00:06:25.180 And that happened on Capitol Hill today, this afternoon.

00:06:29.620 Clay Higgins, the United States representative from Louisiana, was the only member to vote

00:06:35.440 no on the bill.

00:06:37.140 Higgins took to X to declare that the bill abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure

00:06:43.520 in America.

00:06:44.320 So the bill will now move on from the House of Representatives to the Senate before it will

00:07:06.160 pass on to the president's desk.

00:07:09.220 So President Trump has the authority to release the entire trove of files himself, and he has

00:07:15.120 repeatedly promised full transparency.

00:07:17.580 This is after months of clashing with House Republicans.

00:07:21.940 But here's the deal.

00:07:23.340 I mean, weren't they just calling him a king?

00:07:25.380 So why would he do that?

00:07:26.540 He's letting it go through the regular chain that it normally goes through, and then he will

00:07:31.680 be happy to sign it.

00:07:32.820 He's made that very apparent that he has no problem with transparency.

00:07:37.560 He wants it out there, and do with it what you may.

00:07:41.440 So the House of Representatives, they passed the Transparency Act.

00:07:45.220 Now we just need to find out how they've been using our taxpayer dollars to get a lot of people

00:07:51.280 that are in Congress, right, where they are able to pay off victims of their own.

00:07:56.980 This whole thing is scandalous.

00:07:58.740 It stinks to the core.

00:08:00.040 There's a lot of people that are nervous right now.

00:08:02.420 You all know it as well as I do.

00:08:04.240 So you've got a lot of people that are saying, hey, you know what?

00:08:08.960 This is the only thing that Democrats have to try to ruffle the feathers of President Trump

00:08:14.440 in such a stellar administration.

00:08:16.600 This is all they've got.

00:08:18.740 But there are people that should be very concerned.

00:08:22.060 And the Clintons, of course, being one of them.

00:08:25.800 Bill and Hillary Clinton have refused to appear before the House Oversight Committee

00:08:30.440 for Epstein depositions.

00:08:33.600 And this could not be more apparent than now.

00:08:37.920 They're very concerned.

00:08:40.060 So when you talk about President Trump, he wants to be transparent.

00:08:44.420 He is openly supporting the release of the Epstein files.

00:08:47.980 He's been focusing on his achievements.

00:08:49.880 He's been very critical of the Democrats, and they're hiding a lot of this information.

00:08:54.380 I mean, you've got all kinds of crooked criminal types in the government that have been putting

00:09:00.100 things, placing things in burn bags.

00:09:02.340 We don't know if we even have all of the information because I'm sure somebody, somebody in the old

00:09:10.200 Biden administration, the Comey types, even his daughter Maureen, if you start looking at

00:09:16.000 Epstein close enough, you know that she was not only involved in the Epstein files and,

00:09:21.200 of course, that case, but also the Sean Diddy Combs case, interestingly enough.

00:09:27.960 Well, now she's out of there. 1.00

00:09:29.760 But you have got the Clintons' position.

00:09:32.980 Well, they are refusing to cooperate.

00:09:35.600 Bill and Hillary Clinton have reportedly refused to appear before the House Oversight Committee

00:09:40.700 for depositions related to their connections with Epstein.

00:09:44.380 You had legal delays.

00:09:45.740 Their depositions initially were scheduled.

00:09:48.280 And you remember us reporting on this, for October 2025, they were postponed at the request

00:09:54.940 of their legal counsel.

00:09:56.720 And they now outright refuse to comply with subpoenas.

00:10:02.000 So, of course, you have the frequent association with Epstein.

00:10:07.100 You have Bill Clinton.

00:10:08.800 He's got documented ties to Epstein, including over 20 flights on Epstein's plane and multiple

00:10:15.840 visits to the White House.

00:10:17.920 Criticism from Republicans.

00:10:19.680 Of course, you have key figures that have said, look, hey, what's the problem here?

00:10:23.940 Why are they not showing up?

00:10:26.000 Representative Anna Paulina Luna and Chairman James Comer, they have called out the Clintons

00:10:31.660 for their lack of accountability and refusal to cooperate.

00:10:35.200 So, I mean, what are the differences here that you won't hear from the lamestream media?

00:10:41.000 Transparency versus evasion.

00:10:43.240 So, Trump has advocated for full transparency, emphasizing his administration's openness and

00:10:48.980 cooperation.

00:10:50.380 The Clintons, they have refused to testify, suggesting a complete lack of transparency.

00:10:57.160 And, of course, their involvement in what they were doing over there on Epstein Island, no

00:11:03.700 telling how many times.

00:11:04.660 I think 20 is being more than generous.

00:11:08.580 I mean, I'm thinking there's a lot more than that trips that were made all around the world.

00:11:13.680 Don't forget, it wasn't just the island.

00:11:15.820 Epstein was everywhere.

00:11:18.640 So, you've got Trump who has positioned his issue on a partisan and is making it very clear.

00:11:26.080 It is a distraction.

00:11:28.100 And, of course, instead of focusing on Republican achievements, what do they do?

00:11:32.520 They always pull out the Epstein card.

00:11:35.100 But the Clinton silence and refusal to engage, it leaves this narrative wide open for them.

00:11:42.380 It makes it very clear, at least to all of us, that there is something for them to hide.

00:11:48.080 So, Trump's proactive stance, it absolutely aims to show the world that he is not only

00:11:55.940 confident, but he's also innocent.

00:11:59.880 And yet, the Clintons, their refusal to appear, it is evasive and it is going to damage their

00:12:07.140 credibility.

00:12:08.140 Anybody that won't show up there.

00:12:09.820 But here's the thing.

00:12:11.560 You've got a stark divide in how the two parties handle scrutiny and public accountability regarding

00:12:17.240 the Epstein case.

00:12:18.320 And all Marge up there, you know, making it all about her, was just kind of the icing on

00:12:24.100 the cake.

00:12:24.940 She is on the wrong side, has been for quite some time.

00:12:29.180 She had the opportunity to come out and talk about the victims, which I encourage people

00:12:34.140 to do because no one should ever suffer such a fate. 0.95

00:12:37.740 But this is the most ridiculous thing I think I have ever seen. 0.93

00:12:44.180 So, of course, Cat Turd is over here talking about it. 0.88

00:12:46.900 Thomas Massey and Marjorie Taylor Greene promised to read the names almost 80 days ago and never

00:12:53.000 did.

00:12:53.400 They lied again.

00:12:55.080 So, he's responding to a post by at C underscore 3C underscore 3.

00:13:00.820 Anyone else think it's weird?

00:13:02.160 Epstein victims keep saying they're going to name names, but they never name names.

00:13:06.340 They just keep having press conferences and making videos.

00:13:10.500 Something is off.

00:13:12.000 I mean, there's a lot to be said about this case.

00:13:15.100 And the more that you dig, the more you find out about it.

00:13:18.900 Scary stuff, scary times that people would protect people in such high positions, but they

00:13:25.720 are, even the victims.

00:13:27.620 But a lot of you are very aware that this kind of worked like a pyramid scheme, right?

00:13:32.860 So, a lot of these girls that were victims themselves were recruiting other girls, and it just worked 0.88

00:13:40.660 that way.

00:13:41.400 It's a real sick situation.

00:13:43.880 And again, I mean, it's one that, you know, you wouldn't wish on anybody.

00:13:49.480 So, of course, a lot of people are speaking out.

00:13:52.100 But the fact that you've got Marjorie Taylor Greene over here making it about herself, it is repulsive.

00:14:00.560 And, of course, Kat is, you know, putting it out there. 0.76

00:14:04.340 He's like, does this psycho ever take a look in the mirror?

00:14:07.880 Check it out. 0.81

00:14:08.380 One of the most destructive things to MAGA is watching the man that we supported early

00:14:20.000 on three elections for people that stood hours, slept in their cars to go to rallies, have fought

00:14:31.160 for truth and transparency, and to hold what we consider a corrupt government accountable.

00:14:38.860 Watching this actually turn into a fight has ripped MAGA apart.

00:14:44.760 And the only thing that will speak to the powerful, courageous women behind me is when actually... 0.99

00:14:55.500 That's, it's a little low.

00:14:57.200 I'm sorry, I did not do this recording, so I'm just going to bear with me.

00:15:00.540 It's just a few more seconds, and I will put the link in the chat.

00:15:04.320 But some people aren't having trouble, but I know it is a low video, so here we go. 0.91

00:15:09.040 ...has actually taken to release these files, and the American people won't tolerate any other bullshit. 0.97

00:15:16.100 That's where we are today. 0.90

00:15:17.300 Thank you.

00:15:18.500 Okay, so I'm sorry it was low.

00:15:20.580 I apologize for that again.

00:15:22.020 I don't, I have it all the way up on my end.

00:15:25.060 But of course, I mean, she is making it all about herself.

00:15:30.140 She always has.

00:15:31.360 She always will.

00:15:33.100 And Kat, of course, highlights it.

00:15:35.480 Me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me.

00:15:37.080 Let's see if this recording is a little bit louder.

00:15:40.400 That's what we did by fighting so hard against the most powerful people in the world,

00:15:47.820 even the President of the United States, in order to make this vote happen today.

00:15:52.400 I was called a traitor by a man that I fought for five, no, actually six years for.

00:16:02.060 And I gave him my loyalty for free.

00:16:05.300 I won my first election without his endorsement beating eight men in a primary.

00:16:10.060 And I've never owed him anything, but I fought for him for the policies and for America first.

00:16:19.020 And he called me a traitor for standing with these women and refusing to take my name off the discharge petition.

00:16:26.460 Let me tell you what a traitor is.

00:16:27.980 A traitor is an American that serves foreign countries and themselves. 0.98

00:16:36.060 A patriot is an American that serves the United States of America and Americans like the women standing behind me.

00:16:44.940 And I want to tell you that this only became possible today because the American people whom we serve as representatives here in Congress demanded that this vote happen.

00:16:59.640 And they put more pressure on every single elected politician in this city than has ever been put on them.

00:17:08.020 And today you are going to see probably a unanimous vote in the House to release the Epstein files.

00:17:16.980 But the fight, the real fight will happen after that.

00:17:21.980 Well, you can hear it right there.

00:17:25.060 Here she is glorifying herself and she is talking about herself and how, you know, she is basically she's the reason she fought for President Trump.

00:17:34.180 She, you know, and then she talks about in the other video about how it has ripped apart MAGA while she is the one sitting up there giving all of these interviews because President Trump just sent her a poll saying, hey, no, you shouldn't run for Senate.

00:17:48.800 You are going to lose.

00:17:50.040 You're 20 points behind.

00:17:53.360 You need to realize where you are.

00:17:55.620 And no, we're not.

00:17:57.180 I'm not going to endorse that.

00:17:58.680 You need to stay right in the spot that you are.

00:18:00.780 Well, she took this, ran with it in the other direction.

00:18:04.120 And, of course, this is going to be her platform.

00:18:06.580 I think with all the money that she has made in the stock market, surely she would want to do something for these victims.

00:18:11.520 So I'm hoping that she will open up some kind of charity, some kind of place where they can get all of the counseling and everything that they need with all of the funds that she has made up there in her brilliant strategy of stock trading.

00:18:24.480 I mean, at this point, she's making more money than Nancy Piglosi did in the amount of time she has made it. 0.98

00:18:32.680 Really incredible stuff.

00:18:34.280 But here's the thing.

00:18:35.700 There are a lot of people that are very, very nervous about what's going to be released right now, as they should be.

00:18:42.280 But I hope they throw the book at them.

00:18:43.880 I really do.

00:18:44.580 I mean, there are so many victims of this.

00:18:48.940 And, you know, the Democrats are trying to run around with a narrative that truly is not there, that President Trump is somehow associated or connected. 0.99

00:19:00.960 Well, you can see idiot Schumer. 0.98

00:19:02.380 He makes a complete fool of himself when asked why Biden never released the Epstein files. 1.00

00:19:07.520 OK, so just ask him. 0.95

00:19:09.640 And here you've got Schumer who's saying when they asked him why Joe Biden never released the Epstein files.

00:19:18.180 He said they said, why wouldn't the Epstein files have been released the past four years when President Biden was in office?

00:19:26.480 He says, well, that's the question every American is asking.

00:19:29.520 Not every American, but so many Americans are asking.

00:19:32.920 What the hell is he hiding?

00:19:34.440 Schumer said without specifying that he is referring to President Trump.

00:19:38.480 Why doesn't he want them released?

00:19:41.280 When you don't want something like this released, when a whole lot of Republicans are calling for the release, he said, his own party members asking, people asking the question, what is he hiding?

00:19:53.140 Well, here's the deal.

00:19:55.080 He thought that he could deflect, but the question was asked.

00:19:59.180 Biden had ample amount of time to offer all of the information on Epstein to the public.

00:20:06.160 He didn't.

00:20:06.900 And there's a reason why he didn't.

00:20:09.400 When you've got prominent people like, you know, royalty that has been named on this list, you have Bill and Hillary Clinton who have also been named and who will not appear to testify before Congress and are evading this whole thing.

00:20:26.320 Then, yeah, it goes all the way up.

00:20:28.840 You've got big corporate moguls.

00:20:31.240 You've got big tech moguls that are also involved in this whole thing.

00:20:34.840 Well, no one is above the law.

00:20:37.920 Just ask the Democrats.

00:20:39.340 So hopefully they're going to be on the hot seat soon.

00:20:42.580 But as far as Marge trying to act like President Trump is the reason why MAGA is being torn apart, she just needs to look in the mirror herself and see that she has a lot to do with this. 1.00

00:20:55.620 Well, here we go.

00:20:57.560 Sean Diddy Combs.

00:20:58.700 I mean, it just seems natural to mention him immediately afterwards.

00:21:03.620 He is being investigated by L.A. Sheriff Department over a new sexual assault allegation.

00:21:09.860 And so while he is at FCI Fort Dix, the guarantee, the shortest possible prison time on the other side of the country is there is more trouble brewing.

00:21:22.460 So in Los Angeles, there are new sexual assault allegations against Diddy.

00:21:29.540 Apparently, this happened to a Largo, Florida man in 2020.

00:21:36.500 Investigators say that they received a report on Friday from a police department in Florida where the alleged victim lives.

00:21:44.280 The L.A. County Sheriff's Department Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the allegations.

00:21:50.040 And a spokesperson for the Largo, Florida Police Department told ABC that the department assisted the East Los Angeles Sheriff's Office with an investigation into Combs, but that it is not investigating any alleged crimes independently.

00:22:07.680 So this is going to be an interesting investigation.

00:22:10.440 I hope anybody that this man has terrorized comes forward and that the complaints and the investigations continue to ramp up.

00:22:18.740 Just because he's in prison doesn't mean that people outside of that first case weren't abused and hurt by this person.

00:22:27.960 Hopefully, they will have the courage to come forward now and start filing complaints like this particular man did.

00:22:34.780 So the police received a report from music producer Jonathan Hay.

00:22:40.240 According to the police report, Combs pleasured himself in front of Hay and asked Hay to finish him off.

00:22:47.620 This happened in February 2020.

00:22:50.480 Hay said that he did not respond because he was in shock and that Combs then tossed this semen-stained shirt at him. 0.98

00:22:58.760 Just a disgusting individual. 0.85

00:23:01.980 The report also details a incident in which Hay's head was forcibly covered and did he force this whole oral situation to happen.

00:23:13.260 And this is why he is bringing these charges.

00:23:15.760 He said it was awful.

00:23:16.760 He provided Largo police with pictures and videos to show he was collaborating with C.J. Wallace on the music project,

00:23:26.060 which he said led him being introduced to Combs and the incidents that occurred afterwards.

00:23:32.340 This man has described himself as the devil.

00:23:36.160 Okay, this is who he is and he is proud of that fact.

00:23:40.520 Unfortunately, I live in this town and I know of so many people that have been in just horrible situations such as this and I'm just sorry to see it, that it continues on.

00:23:52.320 Hopefully there's going to be a lot of people that, oh no, this dream died again.

00:23:57.820 I'm sorry about that.

00:23:58.920 It will happen probably again, but we've had trouble all day on, and here we are again.

00:24:06.380 We're back on live.

00:24:07.440 I'm sorry.

00:24:08.260 I don't know.

00:24:09.180 We have been, I know the internet was dead today.

00:24:12.660 You had cloud fare issues.

00:24:14.160 I'm sorry.

00:24:15.540 We'll just continue to press on.

00:24:17.500 And again, you all know that this show, you can catch the whole episode after this show on our YouTube channel or on our website.

00:24:27.260 I upload it so that it's available to you without interruption because the recordings, there's nothing that goes on with them.

00:24:33.860 It's just the live stream.

00:24:34.960 So please, I apologize in advance.

00:24:38.100 I'm sorry if it interrupts you.

00:24:40.060 You can watch it.

00:24:41.420 Just visit our website or go to our YouTube channel on Jules Jones Live and you'll see the whole show there.

00:24:48.200 It's been quite a week of this stuff.

00:24:50.360 I know everything went down this morning and I saw a lot of people up in arms over it.

00:24:56.040 Imagine preparing for shows like we do.

00:24:58.760 I mean, meaning just coming, trying to get our research done and all of that and not being able to stream.

00:25:03.860 It's just as frustrating for us too because we love being here with all of you and it is just awful, just annoying.

00:25:11.060 Well, speaking of Hollywood, Hollywood's Great Collapse, you're not going to believe these numbers.

00:25:16.120 And it's because of people like Sean Diddy Combs.

00:25:18.520 It's because of different, you know, moguls in the entertainment business, Harvey Weinstein, all of them. 0.87

00:25:26.940 Just horrible individuals, just the worst.

00:25:29.400 So the entertainment industry, they're in serious trouble right now.

00:25:34.680 A lot of it is now owned, of course, and farmed out from China, as you know.

00:25:40.600 But the facts don't lie.

00:25:42.840 And because Hollywood decided to get political, you're starting to see a lot of things happen.

00:25:48.500 I mean, it's impossible to ignore it.

00:25:51.120 The box office numbers for October 2025, along with the summer season, it was the worst in decades.

00:25:58.000 It's not a temporary slump.

00:25:59.900 It is a sign of a deeper systemic issue.

00:26:03.720 So the era of the movie star is over.

00:26:07.060 Big names are no longer guaranteeing success.

00:26:09.880 I mean, even when someone as charismatic as Glenn Powell couldn't even save Running Man, it flopped with a week, a $17 million opening.

00:26:20.680 Then it shows you one thing, that star power alone isn't enough to draw audiences anymore.

00:26:27.740 So I can't help but feel that Hollywood has completely lost touch with its audience.

00:26:32.240 The constant political messaging, the virtue signaling, and the woke narrative, they have alienated a huge portion of moviegoers.

00:26:42.800 People are tired of being lectured to, you know, what they want to be when they're trying to be entertained.

00:26:48.840 They don't want to deal with, like, political issues.

00:26:51.620 They want to just relax, watch a movie, watch a character.

00:26:55.320 You know, I mean, what is this turned into?

00:26:57.940 But on top of that, they also have very fierce competition when you start talking about streaming platforms, video games, shorter attention spans, especially when it comes to Generation Z.

00:27:13.160 It is completely different, and Hollywood has failed.

00:27:16.360 They have failed to keep up, and it shows.

00:27:19.060 So the quality of movies, they're not there either.

00:27:21.980 The endless remakes, uninspired storytelling.

00:27:26.120 It's made it hard to care about what's coming out of the industry, and it feels like people are more focused on pushing an agenda than creating something that people actually want to watch or something that they're actually passionate about.

00:27:39.480 So Hollywood, as we know it, it looks like it's D-E-A-D, but they need a wake-up call.

00:27:46.360 They need to realize that, hey, you know, we want to watch talent.

00:27:49.360 We want to see people that are there being their true self or enjoying the character, becoming the character, and entertaining us.

00:27:57.360 But no, not anymore.

00:27:59.780 So the numbers don't lie.

00:28:01.960 You've got 2025, the summer season, delivered some of the worst box office results in decades.

00:28:09.060 I mean, it's a systemic failure.

00:28:11.640 All of it is just starting to tell a story in and of itself.

00:28:15.720 So that's a good thing.

00:28:16.840 Now, we also have the corruption.

00:28:21.960 Of course, we have corruption.

00:28:24.380 Well, we have a federal judge who gave the U.S. attorney, Lindsey Halligan, a temporary win in the Comey case.

00:28:32.520 This is after the magistrate judge orders DOJ to hand over grand jury materials.

00:28:38.860 So it happened on Monday evening, and this is a temporary win after the DOJ appealed.

00:28:46.620 A magistrate judge's order to hand over grand jury materials in Comey's criminal case.

00:28:53.420 All right.

00:28:53.720 This guy, I covered him on Saturday.

00:28:56.180 If you haven't watched that whole episode, I uploaded the whole version.

00:28:59.800 We also had trouble on that show multiple times.

00:29:03.260 Just horrible.

00:29:04.600 We were kicked off the live stream.

00:29:06.120 I don't know, countless amounts.

00:29:07.580 But if you want to watch it, you can see it on our YouTube channel and then also on JulesJonesLive.com.

00:29:12.460 I've got it up there for you to watch.

00:29:15.380 But we did a huge deep dive on this fraud.

00:29:19.180 Now, what's interesting about how this case is moving is that he has got the best of the best on this case.

00:29:27.260 They are trying to say that Lindsey Halligan, that she, you know, she put out and tried to really convince a jury that she had even more proof than she actually did.

00:29:41.320 That there was more to come, so to speak, if he were to be, you know, if they were to go ahead and assign a grand jury to the case, if he were to be indicted.

00:29:51.400 So they're trying to pull all of this stuff.

00:29:54.200 All right.

00:29:54.460 Well, first off, just so everybody knows, all of this has been done before.

00:29:58.380 This is not the first rodeo.

00:30:00.760 I mean, when you start looking at all the different people that have tried the exact same thing that they are trying right now.

00:30:09.380 In fact, I've got a few people that are actually talking about it.

00:30:14.040 Mike Davis says, nonsense.

00:30:16.000 A magistrate judge, William Fitzpatrick, appointed by a partisan D.C. area Democrat judges in 2022, is going out of his way to carry the water for James Comey.

00:30:28.100 Fitzpatrick, through his highly irregular ruling, is grasping at straws to try to make his findings that Lindsey Halligan somehow did something wrong.

00:30:36.460 Well, she didn't, just so everybody knows.

00:30:38.360 She did not.

00:30:39.380 Fitzpatrick is pretending that there is missing evidence and, you know, that they know the evidence against Comey is damning.

00:30:48.840 He lied to Congress to cover up his clear corruption in politicizing and weaponizing intel agencies and law enforcement to take out political enemies.

00:30:59.900 It's the biggest scandal in American history, especially from somebody that held the position of the director of the FBI, who really, long story short, wanted a seat at the table in a Clinton administration.

00:31:15.940 That's why he was doing it all.

00:31:18.400 So they're doing everything they can to stop Lindsey Halligan.

00:31:21.700 She is clearly, obviously, over the target.

00:31:24.700 That the Justice Department must appeal this fact-free lawless ruling by Fitzpatrick.

00:31:31.040 It's the deep state protects its own, as you all know.

00:31:34.760 But they're doing everything that they possibly can.

00:31:38.060 In fact, you've got Julie Kelly, who is also talking about the Lindsey Halligan case against Comey, who has asked for a judge for an emergency hold on the magistrate Judge Fitzpatrick.

00:31:53.960 It's exceedingly rare order forcing DOJ to turn over all grand jury materials, including recordings to Jim Comey and his team.

00:32:05.700 And it appears that Fitzpatrick may have misrepresented the facts.

00:32:10.960 So all of this is coming down to the wire on Comey.

00:32:15.320 And generally, there are there's never really a ground to invalidate an indictment.

00:32:21.740 Misstatements of law by prosecutors in front of a grand jury is subject to that.

00:32:27.240 It has a long history of litigation, not a new topic.

00:32:30.960 And defendants rarely win on it.

00:32:34.480 Now, that is according to Shipwrecked Crew, who is also weighing in on the case.

00:32:39.320 But they are doing everything that they can to cover for these shady characters.

00:32:45.920 In fact, you also have Margo Cleveland, who is also dishing on it, 1.00

00:32:51.140 because it's just gotten to be so big.

00:32:53.400 I mean, and when you start talking about some of the people that worked, you know, with trying to take down President Trump,

00:33:01.240 no other person that I know of that should not be up there, and especially in the manner that he is,

00:33:08.420 is Judge, you know, Boesberg, who we also did a deep dive on on Saturday, coincidentally, the week before.

00:33:17.600 Sure. So here you've got Margo Cleveland, who is also talking about it.

00:33:22.740 She says, I'm baffled by what's going on.

00:33:25.700 Here we've got denial, which means that the panels order, you know, a mandamus.

00:33:30.640 It is in effect and that the order vacated Boesberg's contempt related proceedings.

00:33:36.080 Boesberg seems to want to restart the contempt charges against President Trump.

00:33:41.080 This is wild.

00:33:44.180 Well, just to give you an idea of all the things that are happening,

00:33:48.560 you've got Eric, Senator Eric Schmidt, who is really giving a nice thread on this whole thing.

00:33:54.720 When you talk about corruption, it's big.

00:33:58.460 So he puts out here, no more delays.

00:34:01.420 Judge Boesberg must be suspended immediately.

00:34:05.000 And he should be. 0.97

00:34:07.240 I mean, when you start talking about all the things that this clown is up to. 0.96

00:34:12.280 So he says impeachment is underway. 0.95

00:34:14.720 He should not get to hear another case.

00:34:17.420 This afternoon, I led the effort to make that suspension happen.

00:34:21.120 He put together a thread.

00:34:22.700 And here is his letter to Chief Judge Cherie Shrinvinson of the D.C. Circuit.

00:34:29.460 So he put together a letter saying, look, this guy, we've got to get this clown off these cases.

00:34:34.080 So on November 4th, the articles of impeachment were filed against U.S. District Judge James E.

00:34:40.640 Boesberg, chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia,

00:34:46.440 following his call for impeachment.

00:34:49.380 So he got up there with several other members that are looking into this whole thing,

00:34:55.300 this 2020 election interference investigation.

00:34:59.760 And this is what he had to say on the matter.

00:35:01.960 Judge Boesberg gave a speech about how he was going to thwart the Trump agenda before he got those cases.

00:35:12.460 He was the not the assignment judge at the D.C. courts have a daily assignment judge.

00:35:19.200 He wasn't the assignment judge.

00:35:20.620 He's on vacation.

00:35:22.860 Somehow gets these cases at one in the morning.

00:35:24.960 Was he tipped off?

00:35:27.500 Did somebody tell him these cases against President Trump and his agenda now were coming?

00:35:31.500 I don't know.

00:35:31.980 We should find that out.

00:35:33.760 But Judge Boesberg, that what he did to President or what he did to Senator Cruz and maybe other senators,

00:35:40.800 absolutely.

00:35:41.480 And I don't say this lightly.

00:35:42.600 Absolutely is worthy of impeachment proceedings.

00:35:45.840 There has to be accountability.

00:35:47.080 The American people have heard a lot about this and you're going to hear more.

00:35:50.740 We should have Watergate-style hearings on this for months.

00:35:56.600 If we're ever going to root this out, we have to be serious about it and consequences have to follow.

00:36:02.540 Resignations, firings, criminal prosecutions.

00:36:05.580 You simply can't in this country use the justice system to throw people in jail because they have a red jersey on or a blue jersey on.

00:36:16.260 This is so true.

00:36:18.260 And for people that say that this is bigger than Watergate or comparing it to Watergate in any way, shape, or form,

00:36:26.700 let me tell you something.

00:36:27.340 This is 100,000 times bigger than Watergate.

00:36:30.920 What they did to President Trump is outrageous.

00:36:33.920 It should never even compare.

00:36:35.060 You shouldn't even put the two in the same room.

00:36:37.760 It's ridiculous what they actually did to President Trump.

00:36:41.460 And everybody knows it.

00:36:42.740 Anybody that's been following these cases, I mean, they're really interesting.

00:36:45.880 I suggest you look at some of these deep dives that we've done because it exposes them all.

00:36:52.420 So to discipline Judge Boesberg, a former formal judicial misconduct complaint is required.

00:36:59.840 The chief judge of the circuit, you've got him who is charged with ruling on such complaints.

00:37:06.940 And this is Shrens Basin.

00:37:09.300 On July 28th, 2025, the DOJ filed a judicial misconduct complaint against Judge Boesberg.

00:37:18.140 And they have continued on.

00:37:20.920 You've got under 28 U.S.C. Section 352, they mandated to expeditiously review the complaint

00:37:29.240 and determine whether to take appropriate corrective action.

00:37:33.220 Well, as of November 17th, 2025, he has yet to rule on the July 28th complaint.

00:37:41.620 Now, that is a major problem.

00:37:44.520 He's supposed to do this quickly.

00:37:46.060 He's supposed to get this all out there.

00:37:48.080 If he dismisses the complaint, he must do so in writing, which he has yet to do.

00:37:52.260 If he dismisses the complaint, the DOJ may petition the Judicial Council of the D.C. Circuit for review,

00:38:00.580 a body which Judge Boesberg himself serves, creating a clear conflict of interest in these proceedings.

00:38:08.340 He sits on the board.

00:38:10.300 I mean, this is the whole thing.

00:38:11.800 Chief Judge James E. Boesberg.

00:38:15.400 He keeps popping up all over the place.

00:38:18.200 It is the most incredible thing.

00:38:19.700 I have never seen a more active judge, but it also explains why he's the one that keeps

00:38:25.420 actually catching these cases because he wants to.

00:38:31.160 So, Boesberg has racked up quite a laundry list of misconduct so far, forcing his way onto

00:38:37.300 high-profile cases over which he lacks jurisdiction, showing prejudicial animus for the Trump administration,

00:38:45.180 signing off on illegal gag orders in the partisan Arctic Frost investigation. 0.99

00:38:50.740 That's who this clown is. 0.68

00:38:52.540 You've got the recent revelations about the potential rubber stamping of gag orders represent 0.96

00:38:57.740 a disturbing trend for Judge Boesberg.

00:39:01.780 Just this last summer, in a sealed case, the D.C. Circuit reversed Boesberg's overly permissive

00:39:09.240 grant of a government-requested gag order against ex-corporation.

00:39:14.740 All of this is now coming to the surface.

00:39:16.800 This guy was active.

00:39:17.800 So, there is a clear precedent for the administrative suspension of a judge pending an impeachment inquiry.

00:39:26.320 The most recent federal judge to be impeached was G. Thomas Porteras, Jr.

00:39:33.420 He was administratively suspended by a judicial counsel while his misconduct was investigated.

00:39:40.800 So, this particular judge, this new chief judge, Sri Srivastis, he must expeditiously rule on the

00:39:50.800 DOJ's judicial misconduct complaint and administratively suspend Boesberg while the impeachment inquiry unfolds.

00:39:59.960 We cannot tolerate rogue, self-professed, prejudicial judges ruling on our nation's most important cases.

00:40:08.980 It's the wildest thing.

00:40:10.400 You've got a group of judges that are completely covering up for the swamp

00:40:16.980 because they think that they are above the law and that it is only a matter of time before the next administration comes in

00:40:25.720 and it's going to be one of Democrat favor and they are going to be heavily rewarded. 0.99

00:40:31.860 They think we are this dumb. 0.96

00:40:33.720 They think that you are not going to show up if President Trump is on the ticket. 0.98

00:40:38.520 Little do they know is that we remember the Biden years very clearly.

00:40:43.420 We remember it very well and how dark those days are and what has happened to our country as a result.

00:40:50.980 When you start talking about the amount of crime and the people that Biden just let into this country,

00:40:57.500 it is astounding.

00:41:00.260 It truly is.

00:41:01.880 And this first year back, that's what President Trump has been 100% focused on,

00:41:09.240 is what is happening in our country as a result of the open borders

00:41:14.900 and allowing anybody and everybody to come in.

00:41:19.120 Unbelievable what we have all had to endure.

00:41:22.040 I mean, there are so many victims. 0.99

00:41:23.840 Our crime was way up thanks to all of these clowns. 0.96

00:41:28.540 But President Trump is getting the House in order, thank goodness, even with resistance. 0.94

00:41:33.320 I cannot imagine a state, especially one of Chicago, saying,

00:44:10.880 So we're going to head on in to why we are all here today.

00:44:17.300 And thank goodness we've got ICE on the case.

00:44:20.040 ICE is on fire.

00:44:22.380 And of course, you've got the Democrats, again, that are doing everything they can

00:44:26.580 to push back on such a wonderful thing that the president is trying to do to help out these areas.

00:44:33.580 So get this.

00:44:34.840 Over 130 immigrants were arrested in North Carolina.

00:44:38.240 You had federal agents who arrested at least 130 people within the first day of operations.

00:44:44.740 This is in North Carolina's largest city.

00:44:49.260 They are going in there and they are doing the work that needs to be done.

00:44:53.560 So from reproductive rights to climate change to big tech,

00:44:57.940 you have got all of these different issues that are happening right now.

00:45:02.180 But right, what we're pushing is to make sure that people that are here illegally don't stay here. 1.00

00:45:08.400 And that's why ICE is on the case.

00:45:10.720 In fact, here in when you talk about Charlotte, North Carolina,

00:45:16.300 15% of the entire county school population missed school today.

00:45:22.740 We're talking about 20,935 students were absent today.

00:45:30.820 This is a conservative estimate.

00:45:34.220 And it is one-seventh of the major Southern public school district here.

00:45:40.240 It is illegal.

00:45:41.760 It's there illegally.

00:45:42.840 This is according to Stephen Miller.

00:45:44.740 It's that bad.

00:45:46.120 So the reporting here is being done by Eric L. Daw and he's got a fabulous account there on X.

00:45:53.300 But think about that.

00:45:55.060 They knew ICE was coming in and so they missed school.

00:45:58.380 You've got full, you've got major issues.

00:46:02.540 DHS brings immigration enforcement.

00:46:05.200 It is surging in Charlotte, North Carolina.

00:46:08.280 The Department of Homeland Security,

00:46:10.040 They formally launched an immigration law enforcement operation in Charlotte in addition to its ongoing work in Chicago.

00:46:18.760 Americans should be able to live without fear of violent criminal illegals hurting them, their families, or their neighbors.

00:46:25.060 This is DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

00:46:29.820 She said in a statement, she said,

00:46:31.220 Look, we are surging DHS law enforcement to Charlotte to ensure Americans are safe and the public safety threats are removed.

00:46:40.940 Of course, you're going to have the pushing back on all of this on illegal, criminal illegal aliens.

00:46:47.600 But who would want them here?

00:46:49.140 You've got Venezuela that basically opened up their, their prisons and said, go on to America.

00:46:54.820 You are free to roam.

00:46:56.480 That is a unreal feat.

00:46:59.100 And of course, the Biden administration didn't do one thing about it, actually encouraged it because they want to replace us with new voters, right?

00:47:08.140 So that's the idea behind all of that scary stuff.

00:47:12.660 But ICE is there doing just incredible work.

00:47:15.800 We're so proud of our men and women that are out there fighting for us.

00:47:20.500 Border Patrol agents arrest two lunatics in Charlotte after separate attacks on federal officers.

00:47:27.560 This is amid the massive immigration crackdown.

00:47:31.240 You're seeing this kind of violence.

00:47:33.060 You're seeing them turn on our agents, our ICE agents, on our police officers.

00:47:38.600 Sad stuff, but it's true.

00:47:40.360 The criminals are getting desperate and they are getting not only desperate, but even more dangerous.

00:47:45.680 So Border Patrol agents, they arrested two unhinged individuals in separate incidents.

00:47:51.200 This is after they assaulted federal officers.

00:47:54.420 They rammed law enforcement vehicles and led agents on a dangerous high-speed pursuit through residential neighborhoods.

00:48:02.360 This is one of many that have been happening just in the last few months.

00:48:07.740 You've got the federal presence that has intensified.

00:48:12.120 It's part of Charlotte's Web.

00:48:13.820 It's a major immigration enforcement surge.

00:48:17.780 And it was ordered under President Trump's crackdown on the illegal immigration.

00:48:22.740 So they have been arrested, one Charlotte man, after he weaponized his van and attempted to ram law enforcement officers.

00:48:30.780 This is during an immigration enforcement operation.

00:48:33.380 The Department of Homeland Security released the chilling footage showing a white van swerving off the road and into a patch of grass while trying to evade agents.

00:48:44.360 So then you had a high-speed chase that went into all of these residential neighborhoods.

00:48:51.760 Anything could have happened.

00:48:53.760 And one officer was injured during the attack.

00:48:57.220 This is scary times right now.

00:48:59.200 So you can see a little bit of it.

00:49:00.640 Here you go.

00:49:01.020 What is it?

00:49:02.940 They're chasing the meagles.

00:49:04.980 Kevin!

00:49:06.020 Kevin!

00:49:07.040 Kevin!

00:49:08.120 Kevin!

00:49:10.180 Sorry.

00:49:10.820 It's a little loud.

00:49:11.720 All right.

00:49:14.080 So that's all we were able to capture there.

00:49:15.780 And I apologize.

00:49:16.620 Some of these videos are really loud and some of them are really low.

00:49:19.380 I have no control.

00:49:20.660 This is a live show.

00:49:22.060 I see them when you see them.

00:49:24.300 We're just going with whatever is out there.

00:49:27.400 So, again, we're going to hopefully somewhere fall in the middle.

00:49:31.680 But, yes, I mean, you've got this, you know, happening right now.

00:49:37.200 And these brave men and women are out there on the front lines.

00:49:40.640 I mean, you've got them fighting every single day.

00:49:43.600 In fact, you've got the Trump administration, who has sued California for banning federal

00:49:48.960 agents from wearing face coverings so that they can protect themselves.

00:49:53.880 The Trump administration has filed a lawsuit against California challenging two new laws

00:49:59.240 that ban federal agents from wearing face coverings and requiring them to display identification

00:50:05.160 during the operations.

00:50:06.520 The lawsuit argues that these two laws violate the Constitution's supremacy clause, asserting

00:50:13.960 federal laws take precedence over state laws.

00:50:17.660 California's No Secret Police Act prohibits officials from concealing their identity with

00:50:23.540 face coverings, with exceptions for undercover agents, SWAT teams, and medical reasons.

00:50:29.720 The No Vigilantes Act, it mandates non-uniformed federal agents to display identification, including

00:50:39.380 their agency and badge number.

00:50:41.820 And it started in January.

00:50:45.140 So, critics, including the Department of Homeland Security, they have claimed that these laws

00:50:50.520 endanger, of course, federal officers by exposing their identities.

00:50:55.400 Well, I mean, look at what they've done with Supreme Court justices. 0.55

00:50:58.000 For example, you had some Looney Tune that ended up going to kill Brett Kavanaugh at his home

00:51:04.780 and ended up only getting a slap on the wrist.

00:51:08.120 But we know that's what the left tends to do.

00:51:11.200 They have been inciting violence non-stop, around the clock.

00:51:16.240 So, this is why it's important that they are not out there in harm's way.

00:51:21.520 But again, you've got a lawsuit, thanks to the Trump administration, that are saying,

00:51:26.360 look, this is putting them and their families at risk.

00:51:30.980 So, California officials, including Governor Gavin Newsom, he defended the law as measures

00:51:37.420 to ensure transparency and accountability in law enforcement.

00:51:42.420 The federal, that's his claim anyway.

00:51:44.700 The federal government has stated that it will not comply with these laws, labeling them

00:51:49.620 unconstitutional and a threat to officer safety.

00:51:53.220 All they have to do is look around and see this environment, this climate lately, and

00:51:57.940 they can see exactly what they have created.

00:52:00.080 But that's what they want.

00:52:01.020 They want to intimidate people.

00:52:02.900 They want to stop all of this from happening.

00:52:05.420 But it's not going to.

00:52:07.300 I mean, President Trump has made it very clear that not, and he did it in his first administration

00:52:12.640 too.

00:52:13.080 Not only is he going to build the wall, but he is also going to clean up the border, which

00:52:20.080 he has done.

00:52:21.140 Incredible numbers that they are reporting as far as immigration, illegal immigration in

00:52:27.420 this country.

00:52:29.100 Well, Tammy Duckworth, staffer, who posed as a lawyer to free an illegal alien from ICE

00:52:34.900 custody, has been fired.

00:52:36.620 Okay, fired.

00:52:37.760 Now what?

00:52:38.300 So this is Senator Tammy Duckworth, this is a Democrat from Illinois.

00:52:44.800 She identifies ICE that she has fired this staffer who was accused by ICE of pretending

00:52:50.440 to be an attorney of a previously deported illegal alien in an effort to free him from

00:52:57.920 federal custody.

00:52:59.700 This is the wildest thing.

00:53:01.140 She tells, Duckworth tells ICE in a letter that she was not aware of any of it, right?

00:53:05.420 She's pleading the fifth, plead the fifth, right?

00:53:08.720 You know that video well, I'm sure.

00:53:10.960 So she says that her office has terminated the employee since then.

00:53:15.100 She had no idea.

00:53:16.580 It's a big shocker to her.

00:53:18.900 But Libs of TikTok is also reporting on it.

00:53:22.520 A member of Senator Tammy Duckworth, she posed as a lawyer and falsified a homeland security 0.61

00:53:30.320 form in order to secure the release of a criminal illegal alien.

00:53:37.060 That person's name is Jose Ismael Ayuso Sandoval, an illegal alien who has been deported four

00:53:45.400 times.

00:53:46.480 And you can see it right here.

00:53:48.560 Don't know the condition of this video.

00:53:51.080 I'm just telling you in advance.

00:53:52.160 I don't know if it's going to be really loud or not.

00:53:55.560 Okay, it's going to have no sound.

00:53:56.820 So we lucked out, but there you have the person there over here filling out all of this

00:54:02.140 paperwork criminal and she has been fired.

00:54:06.500 So that's good.

00:54:09.120 Home for the holidays.

00:54:10.900 This is really great news.

00:54:12.960 Florida Attorney General announces the rescue of 122 missing children.

00:54:19.140 Keep going.

00:54:20.120 That's all I have to say.

00:54:21.520 Praying for the children that are being trafficked in this country, that are being held against

00:54:26.620 their will, that have been separated from their families.

00:54:29.760 This is a tragedy of enormous proportions.

00:54:34.500 I'm just so sorry about all of all that I read every single time.

00:54:38.420 It's just awful.

00:54:40.140 They just get worse.

00:54:42.020 So you've got Florida Attorney General James Uthemeier.

00:54:45.520 Uthemeier, he announced the results of a statewide rescue operation titled Operation Home for

00:54:51.800 the Holidays, which located or safely recovered 122 children, making it one of the largest child

00:54:58.680 recovery operations in American history.

00:55:02.480 So the historic U.S.

00:55:03.860 Marshal Service, they led recovery initiative and it has expanded across Tampa Bay, Orlando,

00:55:09.580 Jacksonville, Fort Myers, and into nine other states, resulting in six felony arrests, with

00:55:17.420 additional charges expected as investigations continue.

00:55:22.040 The operation spanned over a two-week period and was charged with proactively locating vulnerable

00:55:28.660 youth throughout Central Florida, including 57 children in the Tampa Bay region, 14 in

00:55:35.460 Orlando, 22 in Jacksonville, and 29 in Fort Myers.

00:55:39.580 The children ranged in ages from 23 months to 17 years old, and many had experienced various

00:55:47.860 levels of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or exposure to other criminal activity.

00:55:53.840 It is incredibly sad, and I cannot even imagine how these law enforcement officials feel right

00:56:00.940 now, especially being in the trenches with all that, seeing the damage that has been done

00:56:04.720 to these poor children, because it is awful.

00:56:07.060 So they've got them, thanks to one of the single largest child rescue operations in U.S.

00:56:14.320 history.

00:56:14.780 122 missing children are safe today as a result of those efforts.

00:56:21.400 Praise God.

00:56:22.780 Thank you.

00:56:23.560 Gosh.

00:56:24.920 Awful.

00:56:25.480 You've got the Donald Trump administration.

00:56:29.160 They have made an emergency appeal against Oregon National Guard, which they are doing

00:56:36.140 because, hey, you know what?

00:56:37.740 Here, you've got the Trump administration.

00:56:40.600 They are trying to do everything that they can.

00:56:43.260 They're deploying the National Guard units to Oregon and Illinois, and it has triggered a

00:56:49.760 wave of legal challenges that now tests the limits of presidential authority and domestic

00:56:56.180 security.

00:56:57.480 So in Oregon, you had the U.S. District Judge Karen Emmergut. 0.98

00:57:02.980 They permanently blocked the deployment to Portland after finding a three-day hearing that the

00:57:09.800 administration failed to meet the statutory requirement of Section 12406 and violated the

00:57:16.640 10th Amendment.

00:57:18.340 So they contacted, Newsweek contacted the DOJ and the Office of the Governors of Illinois

00:57:24.720 and Oregon for comment, but it was outside of normal business hours.

00:57:29.940 They have not.

00:57:31.380 But it's become a central battleground for the fight over President Trump's authority to

00:57:37.360 federalize and deploy the National Guard.

00:57:39.500 You know, they fought it here in Los Angeles, well, California, and they are fighting it in

00:57:44.140 a lot of these deep blue states.

00:57:45.760 Imagine saying, oh, no, we don't want your help.

00:57:48.520 Really?

00:57:49.200 Are you kidding?

00:57:50.340 These are in some of the highest crime areas in this country.

00:57:54.620 And brilliant as President Trump is, he started at the top.

00:57:58.480 He started in Washington D. Sleazy, where people would not even roll down their windows when

00:58:05.380 they were in their cars because they were terrified.

00:58:07.820 You had restaurants that were empty.

00:58:10.220 And now he is bringing all of the life back in the swampiest of the swamp.

00:58:15.780 Good for him.

00:58:16.720 So the fact that you've got these blue states, that he's showing up and he's showing what

00:58:20.980 can be done, and he is trying to make sure that we reduce the crime in these areas, get

00:58:27.760 criminal illegal aliens out of our country.

00:58:30.340 And you've got people up there saying, oh, no, stop.

00:58:33.400 We don't want that.

00:58:34.640 It's just mind boggling.

00:58:36.260 But if you're on the left, it shouldn't really, really shouldn't shock you.

00:58:42.520 You have a Tennessee judge who blocks Trump's use of National Guard in Memphis, but gives

00:58:47.140 time for government appeal.

00:58:49.080 Oh, how kind of them.

00:58:51.280 Yeah.

00:58:52.000 And then you have, of course, the Mexican national extradited to the U.S. on forced labor

00:58:58.140 RICO charges.

00:58:59.660 This is going to be an interesting showdown with Mexico and the U.S., considering there are

00:59:04.080 a lot of people that are here illegally from Mexico.

00:59:08.920 So there have been people that have been, Villatoro, Moreno, and others allegedly confiscated

00:59:15.540 during the workers' passports to prevent them from leaving, threaten their families in Mexico,

00:59:20.260 and use the fear of arrest or deportation to maintain control.

00:59:25.620 So Moreno, 53, known as Kishi, made his first appearance in federal court on Friday after

00:59:33.000 being apprehended and extradited from Mexico to the United States.

00:59:37.940 He faces four federal charges that are tied to what prosecutors describe as a multi-year

00:59:43.620 labor trafficking operation that exploited Mexican agricultural workers.

00:59:49.400 The charges included conspiracy to violate the racketeer-influenced and corrupt organization,

00:59:56.840 the RICO Act, conspiracy to commit forced labor, conspiracy to obstruct federal proceedings,

01:00:03.400 and one count of forced labor.

01:00:06.060 Authorities allege that these crimes occurred between September 2015 and December 2017.

01:00:12.940 So now all of a sudden we've got him back in custody.

01:00:17.880 If convicted on all charges, Villatoro, Moreno, faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal

01:00:25.180 prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

01:00:29.000 This case is being prosecuted by the assistant U.S. attorney, Issa Spurgel, in the middle district

01:00:36.000 of Florida, and trial attorney Matthew Timon of the Justice Department Civil Rights Division.

01:00:43.600 Lots of stuff happening.

01:00:45.240 I mean, President Trump, when he said that he was cracking down on this, he meant it,

01:00:49.140 and he is not going to let go of this.

01:00:52.040 You have an illegal alien terrorist that was let into America and given work authorization 0.99

01:00:57.220 by Biden regime, busted by ICE while driving an 18-wheeler.

01:01:02.920 He received commercial driver's license thanks to Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro.

01:01:07.740 Not only is that happening and running wild in California,

01:01:10.860 but it's also happening in Pennsylvania and in other states.

01:01:16.160 And here's the thing.

01:01:16.980 When they have those commercial license, it doesn't just affect California or Pennsylvania.

01:01:23.760 It affects all of America.

01:01:25.860 They are unleashed onto the roads.

01:01:28.080 They do not speak English.

01:01:29.620 They do not follow the laws when you are trying to drive one of these massive trucks.

01:01:36.760 And they are putting everybody's lives in danger.

01:01:40.360 And so here you've got them just handing this stuff out like candy, a commercial driver's

01:01:47.200 license.

01:01:47.920 And you can think, again, the authorization by the Biden regime.

01:01:52.860 Because we're paying for everything that happened on Biden's watch.

01:01:56.940 So the appeals court has halted the Department of Transportation restrictions on commercial

01:02:03.600 driver's license for illegals.

01:02:05.900 A federal appeals court in the District of Columbia has temporarily blocked the dot enforcement

01:02:13.020 of a new rule that narrows the conditions under which states may issue commercial driver's

01:02:18.600 license to non-citizens.

01:02:20.680 Unreal.

01:02:21.340 The ruling following an October 20th petition from two truck drivers and the American Federation

01:02:28.880 of State, the County, and Municipal Employees, AFSCME, seeking judicial review of the interim

01:02:37.440 final rule by the DOTS Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

01:02:42.520 This happened in September.

01:02:44.320 So the rule limits eligibility for, you know, commercial driver's license, CDL, to holders

01:02:53.160 of H-2A.

01:02:54.460 This is a temporary agricultural workers, H-2B, temporary non-agricultural workers, and ET,

01:03:02.780 which is a treaty investors, visas with no other immigration categories eligible, according

01:03:09.660 to this document that was published on September 29th.

01:03:14.080 So in November 13th, the ruling, the appeals court said the federal government did not follow

01:03:19.760 proper procedure in drafting the rule and failed to articulate a satisfactory explanation

01:03:25.800 for how the rule would promote safety.

01:03:28.640 So they are going to have to file it all over again.

01:03:32.540 So it's a little, you know, a little delay, but they're, they're not really saying you've

01:03:38.940 got transportation secretary, Sean Duffy, will continue efforts to keep unqualified foreign

01:03:44.720 drivers off American roads.

01:03:47.180 And so they're going to continue to fight this.

01:03:50.420 Any way that they can slow these things up, they are slowing them up.

01:03:55.180 You also have an illegal alien semi truck driver, Audrey Valishan, who came to the U.S. 1.00

01:04:02.340 illegally in 2017 and was supposed to leave in 2018, but didn't.

01:04:09.360 Instead, you had the IND state police partner stopped him this week, illegally driving a big

01:04:18.000 rig on their roads.

01:04:19.480 This happened in Indianapolis.

01:04:21.940 And this is with a New York driver's license.

01:04:25.720 Again, where are they going?

01:04:27.220 They're going to the deep blue states so that they can terrorize, I guess, the rest of you.

01:04:32.320 I happen to live in one of these deep blue states.

01:04:35.740 So I'm just as frustrated as you are because I have to deal with it on a regular basis.

01:04:39.840 But when it goes to neighboring areas, you shouldn't have to go through what we go through.

01:04:45.200 Ah, but it does affect you.

01:04:47.460 It affects all of us.

01:04:48.960 So he is now in custody and he faces deportation proceedings.

01:04:53.540 So hopefully they're going to continue to press it.

01:04:57.280 They're going to continue to do great things.

01:04:59.580 One very bizarre story.

01:05:01.040 I'll leave you with this one because I know we're over, but just wanted to give you this one.

01:05:06.360 Michigan man named J.D. Vance was sentenced to two years in federal prison for threatening

01:05:12.700 to assassinate Trump and the vice president.

01:05:16.640 OK, he has the exact same name. 0.98

01:05:18.480 But get this.

01:05:19.140 He also has Donald as his middle name, which I found to be funny.

01:05:22.560 So it's funny.

01:05:24.320 OK, not in a ha ha.

01:05:25.580 It's just happy he's doing this, but just very odd, ironic, right?

01:05:30.600 So a 67 year old Michigan man named James Donald Vance Jr., who shares the exact initials

01:05:39.040 as J.D. Vance with the vice president, was sentenced Monday to two years in federal prison

01:05:45.700 for posting online death threats against President Donald Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance,

01:05:51.060 and a member of the president's family.

01:05:53.860 This is a man.

01:05:54.980 He has now been convicted.

01:05:56.780 He's from Grand Rapids area.

01:05:58.760 He used the blue sky handle Diaper J.D.V. to post a series of violent threats in March

01:06:06.240 and April.

01:06:07.420 In the messages, Vance Jr. stated he did not care if Secret Service agents shot him or if

01:06:13.920 he spent the rest of his life in prison as long as he could carry out the killings. 1.00

01:06:18.080 This guy is just an absolute crazy person. 0.96

01:06:21.780 So James Donald Vance Jr. pleaded guilty to two felony counts threatening to kill the president 0.99

01:06:27.400 and the vice president and transmitting interstate threats.

01:06:32.320 Each charge carried a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

01:06:38.920 So that's what we're going to end on today.

01:06:43.140 Stranger things have happened.

01:06:45.300 All right, everybody.

01:06:46.420 Well, thanks for being here today.

01:06:48.520 Kat will be back tomorrow, as you all know.

01:06:51.520 I let you know that.

01:06:52.760 But it was great being able to connect with you today, at least a little bit.

01:06:56.100 I think we had a couple of interruptions.

01:06:58.020 Sorry about that.

01:06:59.000 Hopefully it's going to be smoothed out.

01:07:01.820 Again, I am working with my IT guy this evening.

01:07:04.680 But just strange things are happening lately.

01:07:07.360 When you look at what's happening with just the system, somebody had a theory, not a theory,

01:07:13.080 but they were just showing just what kind of attacks we are facing right now.

01:07:19.240 And it is incredible.

01:07:21.380 I mean, they started giving the numbers of how many people were out.

01:07:25.860 I mean, this is a global outage.

01:07:28.620 Just so you know, Tony Saruga, he started talking about it.

01:07:34.180 Outage severity, global scope across all time zones, 11,000 plus reports in the USA in the first hour,

01:07:43.580 3,800 plus reports in the UK the first hour.

01:07:48.060 Multiple critical services failed simultaneously.

01:07:51.680 Error types reported.

01:07:54.060 HTTP 500 internal server error was the most common.

01:07:58.620 The HTTP 502 bad gateway.

01:08:03.040 Then the HTTP 503 service unavailable.

01:08:07.060 Turnstile capture verification failed.

01:08:09.760 Dashboard inaccessible.

01:08:11.580 API completely offline.

01:08:14.300 Now they're talking about how dangerous this is to the safety of all of us.

01:08:18.860 Which services were down?

01:08:20.320 X, which is formerly known as Twitter.

01:08:22.880 Post won't load.

01:08:24.000 Chat GPT API blocked globally.

01:08:27.160 PayPal transactions were failing.

01:08:30.200 Uber Eats order system was down.

01:08:32.420 League of Legends can't play.

01:08:34.380 Canva can't design. 0.96

01:08:36.040 Down Detector can't even report the outages.

01:08:39.620 Thousands of websites showing 500 error pages.

01:08:43.840 The most insane part?

01:08:45.540 Internet dependency on cloud fare.

01:08:48.600 One company.

01:08:49.780 Multiple failure points.

01:08:51.220 Zero geographic isolation.

01:08:53.980 Cascade effect to dependent services.

01:08:57.480 This wasn't a small incident.

01:08:59.800 It was a systemic failure that exposed how fragile internet infrastructure is.

01:09:06.360 When will we decentralize?

01:09:08.200 So here you can see it all right here.

01:09:10.680 You can see all of the outages.

01:09:12.500 All of the errors.

01:09:13.900 All of the different things that happened as a result of all of this mess and mayhem.

01:09:20.080 Here it is.

01:09:21.740 We've been through a lot the last couple of weeks.

01:09:23.980 But I hope you all are well.

01:09:26.140 Anyway, I will see you tomorrow at 3 o'clock p.m.
