00:37:23.980 and evidence that certain pages of the presidential records had been torn up.

00:37:30.280 the NARA referral included a citation to 18 U.S.C. 2071.

00:37:36.720 This passage proves intriguing for two reasons.

00:37:39.980 First, it appears the special agent in charge made a criminal referral

00:37:43.940 of the former president because documents Trump had returned to the archivist

00:37:48.720 had been torn up at some point.
