00:02:59.260 benefits from Ontario. Ford's comments came in the form of a social media post on a case reported by
00:03:04.920 the National Post involving a man who said he came to Canada in 1997 on a temporary work permit.
00:03:12.620 Although his permit expired after four years, he's been living here ever since. So 30 years ago,
00:03:18.000 basically. And you'd think the tribunal in Ontario that looked at this case and gave this
00:03:22.420 guy welfare would say, listen, he's been contributing to society for close to three
00:03:27.320 decades. We want him to have welfare because of that contribution. But from what I understand,
00:03:32.500 this guy has not been paying taxes. And he's been collecting money under the table ever since.
00:03:39.720 And you're going to pay for this guy's welfare. Now, you may say, John, it's only one person,
00:03:44.320 for goodness sakes, don't worry about it. But this kind of stuff spreads. Here's Brian Lilly

00:04:04.940 potentially following the path of not leaving, we could see more of this. I would say it's
00:04:10.320 inevitable. We're going to see a lot more of this unless the rules change. Sadly, it's not just

00:04:21.940 pay no tax and have no legal status in Canada. As a matter of fact, Pierre Paulyev made an issue of
00:04:27.720 this. Fact, six million Canadians can't get access to a family doctor. Fact, it takes 30 weeks for
00:04:35.060 the average Canadian to see a specialist. Fact, while you can't get health care, liberals force
00:04:39.780 you to pay higher taxes to fund deluxe supplementary health care benefits for asylum 0.82
00:04:46.500 claimants who've been rejected, who are non-Canadians, non-permanent residents, and have never paid
00:04:52.040 taxes in this country. Fact. The reality is that these services include many things that are not
00:04:58.800 covered by your public plan. Things like physiotherapy. Fact. The cost of providing these

00:05:12.200 percent under the liberals to over a billion dollars money diverted away from our health care

00:05:29.500 then you hear that some of these people who are here illegally or asylum seekers or are temporary

00:05:41.060 you mad. And it has another effect as well, which is pretty sad. I'm not against immigration. I'm for

00:07:53.640 like they were the people that were persecuted, not going to read it. And Rachel Notley as well
