John Bolton - Accentuate the POSITIVE - When SO MUCH is Negative

00:00:00.000 Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel 3.32am, Friday, December the 12th. I hope you're having

00:00:08.540 a great start to your Friday morning, one day away from the weekend. I do have my trusty big

00:00:13.740 blue mug of coffee with me this morning. It is tasting very sweet. And I've been up since very

00:00:20.340 early. I know a lot if you would say, John, 3.32 in the morning is very early. It is. But I've been

00:00:27.100 up since shortly after one o'clock. And I laid in bed till almost 2.30, I guess, just seeing what

00:00:32.000 was going on in the world. And I've been up for about an hour. And I was thinking this morning

00:00:36.560 about something that I had been asked to do by some people in the independence movement. Now,

00:00:40.960 you're seeing me with my Alberta Republic hat on. If you're in Canada, the country known as Canada,

00:00:46.640 and don't live in Alberta, this has as much to do with you as it does with Alberta. But I've been

00:00:52.740 asked by some people and suggested by people that we need to focus on the positive things of Alberta

00:00:57.800 independence as opposed to continually focusing on the negative things of being part of Canada.

00:01:03.960 And I think that's a good idea. So what I'm going to do going forward, every time I mention something

00:01:08.060 negative about Canada, I'm going to talk something positive about Alberta independence. And I'm going

00:01:12.820 to do that today. Okay, so that's the rule I'm going to go by in the future. Because I think it's

00:01:18.200 hard to separate the two things. I think it's important to tell people what's going wrong

00:01:23.600 in Canada. And that might get them more interested in the independence movement.

00:01:28.140 So the first thing I'm going to do today, first positive thing, we're going to start on a positive

00:01:31.580 note today. How would you like it if you paid less tax and were able to keep more of your money?

00:01:38.020 Because if you look at this document right here, this is from the Alberta Prosperity Project,

00:01:42.480 independence is costed out right here. They say within five years, we could have no income tax at all.

00:01:48.120 I mean, that would save you or at least give you 30% more take home pay. So if you're sitting on the

00:01:53.440 fence right now, how would you like it if your boss came to you yesterday and said, we're going to raise

00:01:58.000 your wages by a third, you would love that it would change your life. So that's what Alberta

00:02:03.060 independence can do for you. And there's been good news on the independence front over the last 24

00:02:08.380 hours, I sent out a text. I hope he had his phone on do not disturb. I sent out a text this morning

00:02:15.580 to somebody from the Alberta independence movement for an interview on what happened

00:02:20.560 yesterday. We'll get to that in a moment. But I saw this story and here's the negative part that's

00:02:24.540 coming, folks. Treaty 8 chiefs denounce Alberta-Ottawa pipeline agreement. That's the memorandum of

00:02:30.780 understanding between Danielle Smith and Mark Carney. Here they are yesterday at a news conference.

00:02:37.360 Treaty 8 grand chief Trevor Mercurdy had some strong words for Canada and Alberta.

00:02:41.860 We have formally notified the Prime Minister that any further attempt by Canada, Alberta or industry

00:02:47.560 to move ahead without us will result in immediate action. Those actions will include willfully

00:02:54.940 withdrawing cooperation from joint initiatives, fully exercising our treaty, constitutional, political

00:03:03.540 and legal mechanisms to defend our sovereignty. We are demanding that all actions stemming from this

00:03:09.280 MOU and pipeline announcement be paused immediately until our free prior and informed consent is

00:03:15.440 obtained. If this country believes in reconciliation, in treaty implementation, in respect for indigenous

00:03:21.920 rights, then the federal government must uphold its highest legal and moral obligation. Treaty 8

00:03:27.480 First Nations will not allow decisions about our lands and our future to be made without us.

00:03:31.580 So the chief there suggesting some type of action, what that action could be. I don't know. It could be

00:03:36.640 blockades. Threatening legal action if the feds ever agree to put a pipeline through, which I don't think

00:03:43.080 they will. And this will be held up for years. You know, here's the thing. For every indigenous 1.00

00:03:49.580 aboriginal group or whatever they're calling themselves these days, for every group that wants a pipeline,

00:03:54.660 there's a group that doesn't. And those are the people that will hold this up forever.

00:03:58.420 I've had lawyers here saying they don't have a constitutional right to block pipelines. They

00:04:04.160 don't have a veto. Folks, I'm here to tell you, I think they have a veto. And I was thinking back

00:04:09.960 this morning about this. Back on May 3rd, I was at the Alberta legislature and we had an

00:04:17.400 independence rally back then. A couple of thousand people showed up. It was great. And the group that

00:04:21.380 was there before us had booked the spot on the Alberta legislature steps. They had to leave to let us

00:04:27.060 come in. But there was a group of aboriginal people on a hill to the right of the stage

00:04:31.380 who yelled and screamed into a microphone constantly through our whole event to disrupt

00:04:36.880 us. And there wasn't a cop. There wasn't anybody from the Alberta legislature. There wasn't an

00:04:42.080 official in this country that would have walked across and told those people they had to get off

00:04:46.480 the land because they didn't have a right to be there. And I remember saying to somebody at the

00:04:50.520 time, they've got the native veto. Do you really think the federal government's going to go in

00:04:55.980 and move a group of natives off land they think is their own in British Columbia?

00:05:00.620 If a pipeline is okayed to go out to the West Coast, do you think that's going to happen? I don't

00:05:05.820 think there's a freaking chance, despite the fact that they don't have a right to do it. They have

00:05:11.320 the native veto. Now we're going to move on to the next thing. But before we move on to that,

00:05:15.320 something positive about the Alberta independence movement. $47 billion of our money that we raise

00:05:22.440 here in Alberta would stay here to fund better hospitals, schools, and roads if Alberta leaves.

00:05:28.320 So that's the next positive thing. Then we move over to this. And I just want to say before I move

00:05:32.640 over to this story that I have personal experience with this. I have personal experience with this.

00:05:38.160 I had to stop recording for a minute to compose myself a little bit. I have personal experience with

00:05:42.500 this next story. And I don't know where you stand on this issue. Whether you think it's okay for

00:05:47.760 somebody who's elderly with cancer that isn't going to live, that's in pain, whether it's okay

00:05:53.480 for them to decide when their life ends. I don't know how you feel about this, but we're doing far

00:05:57.240 too much of this. That's what this procedure was about when it was passed, but we're doing this far

00:06:04.020 too much. And we're offering this to people who have depression. We've become rather ghoulish here

00:06:12.320 in this country. Then there's this story from Front Page Magazine. This is true. Canada's euthanasia 0.62

00:06:17.080 kills 96% white people. And do you realize we've killed 75,000 people this way since 2016? And it's

00:06:25.820 going up every year. And according to the story, we'd be doing a lot more of it if we could become more

00:06:30.880 efficient with our health care system. Because as you know, our health care system isn't very

00:06:35.440 efficient. I guess that's a saving grace that we're actually maybe saving some lives here

00:06:40.360 because we're inefficient. And then there was this story earlier this week that turned my stomach.

00:06:46.440 Glenn Beck, American broadcaster. The people who love the Canadian socialized health care system say

00:06:52.800 how bad the United States system is. And you've got an American broadcaster trying to save a woman's

00:06:58.620 life. This is one of the most heartbreaking interviews I have ever done. She wants to live.

00:07:03.360 The husband of Jolene Van Alstyne tells me Jolene had planned to end her life through Canada's MAID 0.86

00:07:08.760 program because she couldn't get the surgery she needed after eight years of incredible pain 0.69

00:07:14.060 and loneliness. She doesn't want to do MAID, right? I mean, if there's another option. 0.76

00:07:20.040 No. No. No, she doesn't. She wants to live. But when your life is absolutely stolen from you,

00:07:30.260 stolen from you for eight years, and you suffer so much pain, depression and anxiety,

00:07:38.120 I love her with all my heart. And I will do anything to get her the help she needs if it's out there and

00:07:47.800 available. But at the same time, I can't blame her. It will break my heart. But to be honest with you,

00:07:58.280 Glenn, if she's a strong girl, if it was me, I think I would have had a gun to my head long ago.

00:08:08.120 That's the way I feel.

00:08:15.320 Miles, you're not alone. And neither is Jolene. We'll find a way to make this happen if it is at

00:08:28.760 all possible. We pray for you. There are millions of people who are praying for you now, and we'll do

00:08:34.720 everything we can. Thank you, Miles. I appreciate that so much. God bless you.

00:08:39.380 Let me put this into perspective for you. Mark Kearney, Prime Minister of Canada, liberal,

00:08:50.120 spent $736,000 of your money on a photo op to go to the Gaza peace agreement signing. And this woman

00:08:59.920 can't get the health care she needs in this country. She's got to go to the United States. 1.00

00:09:05.020 And we'll move on to the next thing. And just another point here, a good point about Alberta

00:09:10.820 independence. No more woke propaganda in classrooms when it comes to your kids. We're already doing

00:09:16.680 that here in Alberta. And if we get our independence, we're going to do the same thing in our new

00:09:20.700 country. Which takes us to the next point. Here is Scott Moe. He's the Premier of Saskatchewan. The

00:09:25.840 federal government gave next year's equalization amounts to provincial finance ministers. This map is

00:09:31.200 clear which provinces are driving Canada's economy and how the equalization formula disincentivizes

00:09:37.840 economic growth. The West is paying for the East, and in particular, Quebec. And they've got the gall

00:09:45.000 to tell us that we can't develop our resources out here. They should be down on their knees thanking us.

00:09:51.880 We are their benefactors. And then we move along to our next good point. Your voice will actually

00:09:57.380 matter in elections. It does not matter right now. Every Albertan knows that the elections are

00:10:03.140 determined by the East. We've got no control of who runs this country anymore. If we're our own

00:10:08.280 country, your voice will matter in elections. Moving on to the next thing, there is this. And

00:10:13.100 this just happened yesterday. This is disgraceful.

00:10:17.900 This is the most disgraceful thing that an MP can do. Walk across the aisle. He has betrayed the people

00:10:24.080 who voted for him. Now the liberals are one step away. One step. Well, maybe 20 steps across the

00:10:30.860 aisle to a majority if one more conservative goes. And I can see it happening.

00:10:37.000 Now, what's been happening over the last several years, you have to remember, is the liberals have

00:10:42.120 survived by getting support from other parties. They did it with Jagmeet Singh and the NDP.

00:10:46.060 And the NDP got everything they wanted because the liberals had to kowtow to them. They've actually

00:10:54.160 gone to the bloc to get support for Bill C-9. They're not going to have to do that anymore if

00:11:00.160 they get a majority. Think about that. They'll do whatever they want. There are more C-bills coming 1.00

00:11:06.780 down the line. A lot of them are going to take away your free speech rights. And then there's this.

00:11:11.100 Just imagine, this is part of the liberal website. It's still up there. This is their plan.

00:11:15.500 Reinforcing the CBC and Shrining and Protecting the CBC Radio Canada. They're going to give them

00:11:21.240 funding forever. This is the propaganda wing of the Liberal Party. They're going to give them

00:11:25.300 funding forever and it will never be taken away. Now we're going to move along to something positive.

00:11:31.100 And this just happened within the last 24 hours. This is from the Alberta Prosperity Project.

00:11:35.440 Bill 14 has passed. It gets royal assent. At 11 o'clock, Mitch Sylvester resubmitted their question.

00:11:42.020 Do you agree that the province of Alberta should cease to be part of Canada to become

00:11:46.460 an independent state? Signatures start late January. Game on. So this is good news for 0.95

00:11:52.220 the independence movement. I'm going to let you hit listen to Keith Wilson here. Keith's

00:11:55.460 got a YouTube channel. Go over and support Keith. I'll put a link to his channel below.

00:12:00.280 This is what Keith has to say about Alberta independence.

00:12:02.600 Very soon, you're going to be asked to sign a petition and will then lead to a referendum,

00:12:09.000 I suspect, in October of 2026. And it'd be really important in the time between now and then

00:12:14.300 that you reach out to your friends and your neighbours, that you talk to your colleagues,

00:12:19.800 the guys on your hockey team, everybody you know, to explain to them the importance of independence,

00:12:25.880 the prosperity that that will bring to your community, to you, to your family, to your

00:12:32.440 children, to your grandchildren, and how it is a way out of this dystopian nightmare of Ottawa

00:12:38.600 controlled Canada under the Liberals. An independent Alberta will not be subject to Bill C-69.

00:12:46.100 It will not be subject to a carbon tax and these other things. It will not be net zero.

00:12:51.800 We will be able to control immigration to reasonable, sensible levels. We will be able to 0.99

00:12:57.600 have in Alberta, in independent Alberta, our own criminal justice system. We won't have this

00:13:02.460 catch and release and two-tier politically motivated justice system that we've all witnessed.

00:13:07.100 We'll have a prosperity that will come from our ability to develop our resources. So it's really

00:13:11.980 important that you talk to your neighbours, to your colleagues, to anybody you meet about the

00:13:17.080 incredible advantages that will flow to Albertans through independence.

00:13:20.880 There are some good things happening and good things are coming down the road for Alberta

00:13:24.980 independence. Despite all the things that are negative in Canada, I'll try to live up to that

00:13:29.480 agreement in the future to say something positive about Alberta independence each time I talk about

00:13:34.800 negative things in the rest of Canada. And there's a lot more negative I didn't even touch on.

00:13:40.040 British Columbia? Trainwreck. We'll get into that another day. Thank you very much for watching.

00:13:46.320 If you liked the video, please give me a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel,

00:13:50.300 ring the bell for notifications. I will see you in the next one.
