00:00:59.240 toward another failed government in Ottawa. This is pretty doom and gloom, this article
00:01:05.060 in the Financial Post from Gwyn Morgan. But it's where this took me that's remarkable. Not just
00:01:12.120 where it took me, but when it took me, okay? And I'm going to play some clips for you in just a
00:01:17.320 moment. And when I looked back on the date of these clips, my jaw dropped because time is
00:01:24.140 slipping by quickly as Canada continues to slip into the abyss. So let's read a little bit of
00:01:29.500 this article right now. The pivot toward a declining Europe, the staggering federal deficit,
00:01:34.060 the secular sag in investment. These are all bad long-term signs. Now, just before I get more into
00:01:39.820 this article, you might remember that later this month, this is happening. In three weeks,
00:01:46.000 the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the president of the European
00:01:51.740 Council, Antonia Costa, will be in Montreal. And that is when Canada will launch a new
00:01:59.680 transformative alliance with the European Union. Sorry about that. I didn't warn you it was coming.

00:03:38.340 of Business associate professor, and he talks about Mr. Draghi in this clip. Now, stay tuned
00:03:44.180 at the end. I'm going to tell you when he said this. Can we really pivot a trillion dollars
00:03:50.660 two-way trade with Canada and the U.S. and walk away from the United States to go 10,000 kilometers
00:03:56.300 across the ocean to the European Union, which his friend, Mark Carney's friend, Mario Greggie,

00:04:05.960 Now, many of you may say that Professor Lee here is being rather astute with his analysis

00:05:01.800 that European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wants to regain some semblance of

00:05:12.580 collapsing EU would be like boarding a cruise ship that's already sinking.
00:05:18.040 Before the election of the Trudeau government in 2015, Canadian investment abroad was about
00:05:22.940 equal to incoming investment. Since 2015, $828 billion more in investment capital has left the

00:05:49.260 would put forward such a budget in these escalating inflationary times. To see a much-lauded former
00:05:55.080 central banker do so is perplexing. That's Mark Carney. The average Canadian family already paid
00:06:00.400 42.3% of its income in taxes, compared with 35.5% spent on housing, food, and clothing combined.

00:06:27.300 the Combating Hate Act, which amended the criminal code hate propaganda provisions,
00:06:31.380 as well as Bill C-34, which establishes a new digital safety commission to regulate online
00:06:37.180 content. I'm worried about these things. Frontier Centre senior fellow Pierre Gilbert says,
00:06:42.540 this increasing control over what Canadians can say and read is deeply troubling if success is
00:06:48.160 measured by whether Canada is becoming more prosperous, whether immigration is sustainable,
00:06:53.000 and whether Canadians remain free to speak their minds. This government is failing. Story out
00:06:57.220 yesterday, they're over on a trade mission in India. Talk about bringing 15 more Indians to
00:07:02.380 this country. That was yesterday. The Carney government would like us to believe our problems 1.00

00:07:52.300 in self-inflicted decline well before he became U.S. president. And here is Professor Lee in that
00:07:59.060 same interview 19 months ago talking about this. And the word's been used a lot lately. I've used
00:08:05.360 it for about six months or longer, it's an existential crisis. It is, Trump is the symptom
00:08:12.720 of our problems. I know most Canadians, starting with our national leadership, say Trump is our
00:08:17.140 problem. Trump has exposed fundamental problems in our economy of rapid declines in productivity.
00:08:25.380 When I saw that clip, my jaw dropped. That was 19 months ago. He's talking about an existential
00:08:31.360 threat when he's talking about tariffs. And it's a lot worse now than it was back then. And nothing's
00:08:36.860 been done about this. But then he said, Trump is a symptom. And my eyes popped open. Because I'd

00:09:51.660 think enough people will buy into this European Union thing, and he's probably right. A large
00:09:56.380 percentage of Canadians think it's just fine because they've been brainwashed and propagandized
