John Bolton - CONSERVATIVES - The ONLY REASON good things get done - Time to take CREDIT

00:00:00.000 Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel 504 a.m. Friday, October the 17th. I hope you're

00:00:09.440 having a great day today. I certainly am. I've got my big blue mug of coffee with me

00:00:14.140 today. Looking forward to the weekend for sure. And just before I move on to today's

00:00:19.220 topic, I was in Costco in Okotoks yesterday with my mother-in-law. We were doing a little

00:00:23.720 shopping. I was sitting in the food area there. And a couple from Diamond Valley, which is

00:00:28.300 just southwest of Calgary, came by to say hi. And I'm sorry I tried to remember your

00:00:33.860 names. They just are gone. But I do appreciate you coming up and talking to me. I enjoyed

00:00:38.680 our chat. You have a great weekend. So what are we going to talk about today? I think the

00:00:45.200 title of this video, I haven't made up my mind yet, would be everything that's good in this

00:00:49.560 country happens because of conservatives or all good policies lead to conservatives in

00:00:54.940 Canada, something like that. Because I'm going to run through something that's happened over

00:00:59.880 the last 24 hours that I think is important. And I'm wondering why it's happening now. I'll

00:01:05.280 get to it in just a moment. Now, why am I saying all good policies in this country are because

00:01:10.940 of conservatives? You liberals and people who voted for liberals, you need to listen closely

00:01:14.660 here. The first time I brought this up was on a video I did back on March the 10th. And

00:01:22.920 the video was called, it's got a long title, Pierre Polyev makes Mark Carney eat crow and no one is

00:01:28.340 talking about it except me. And what am I talking about? Well, let me just show you a quick little

00:01:36.780 clip of that video. What am I talking about? Watch this. So my government will immediately eliminate

00:01:45.780 the divisive consumer carbon tax on families and farmers and small and medium-sized businesses.

00:01:54.500 My government will immediately eliminate the divisive consumer carbon tax. Those words passed

00:02:00.820 the lips of Mark Carney yesterday. The new liberal leader, the new prime minister, Mr. Net Zero,

00:02:06.980 Mr. Climate Change, Mr. Special Envoy for Climate to the UN said those words yesterday. And you're going to

00:02:12.740 say, John, we knew this was coming. But until they passed his lips yesterday, this did not exist.

00:02:18.160 And the Conservative Party and Pierre Polyev are not taking credit for it because it's only because

00:02:22.600 of them he said those words yesterday. And the Conservatives and Pierre Polyev have said nothing

00:02:27.160 to take credit for this. Carney is taking credit for it. He is. So March 9th, that's a significant day

00:02:34.860 here in Canada. What happened on March the 9th? Well, March 9th, Mark Carney became the prime minister.

00:02:40.280 He didn't get officially sworn in until about five days later. But on that night, he won the

00:02:45.640 leadership race and became the prime minister of Canada. March 10th, I did that video. So the night

00:02:50.740 that he became prime minister in Canada, he announced the end of the carbon tax. And all the way through

00:02:56.380 the rest of the year, right up to this point right now, everything that's happened that's any good in

00:03:01.360 this country is because of Pierre Polyev and the Conservatives and other Conservatives in this country as

00:03:06.300 well. Liberals, you need to understand this. And something's happened in the last 24 hours,

00:03:12.640 which is suspect. It's because of Conservatives as well. I'll get to that in just a moment. So

00:03:19.120 what else am I talking about here? EV mandates. Pierre Polyev and the Conservatives made an issue

00:03:25.200 about EV mandates. They made it in the House of Commons. I'm not going to play clips for you. It

00:03:29.800 will go on too long. Talking about how the government, the Liberals, are taking away your

00:03:35.900 choice for cars by 2035. That was the plan. You would not be able to buy the car you wanted

00:03:40.760 when you got to 2035. And the keyboard warriors who just love Mark Carney and hate Pierre Polyev

00:03:46.740 and the Conservatives in this country said we were wrong. But what happened? Carney got rid of the EV

00:03:51.160 mandates, at least for now, because they're going to come back. Housing. Pierre Polyev made an issue

00:03:58.880 about housing all the way through the election, prior to the election, how housing prices are far

00:04:04.480 too high in this country. And it's because of the government. I did a video on that yesterday,

00:04:09.200 how the government needs to get out of the way. And we've now got a housing corporation in Canada,

00:04:13.340 which is an absolute mess. Polyev's plan was better. But if it wasn't for Pierre Polyev,

00:04:18.280 would we be talking about housing at all? No. Car theft. Pierre Polyev joked about car theft.

00:04:26.340 It's not a joke. I've got a friend myself who has had two cars stolen from him. One of them's

00:04:31.640 overseas. He got the other one back, luckily, but had major repairs on it because they tried to tear

00:04:36.420 it apart in the inside because there's tracking devices on vehicles. But Polyev's made a point

00:04:40.940 about car theft. And it wasn't until he brought that up that they started talking about car theft.

00:04:46.460 It's because of the Conservatives. Oh, and by the way, when it comes to EV mandates as well,

00:04:51.340 we've got to give some credit to Danielle Smith because that was one of her things, 0.99

00:04:55.040 one of those nine demands she had of the next government, which happens to be the Liberals.

00:05:00.100 What about a tax break? Liberals don't give you tax breaks. The carbon taxes break. Thank

00:05:05.000 Pierre Polyev for that. But Polyev said he was going to give people a tax break. The Liberals gave

00:05:10.580 you a tax break. Half the size as Polyev's. Again, their policies aren't as good as the 1.00

00:05:15.660 Conservatives, but they wouldn't have given you any tax break if it wasn't for Pierre Polyev and

00:05:21.260 the Conservatives. Money for defense. The Liberals have been starving our defense in this country and

00:05:30.540 our military for years. Pierre Polyev made this an issue. We need to strengthen our defense. And if it

00:05:36.500 wasn't for Pierre Polyev and the Conservatives talking about this, there'd be no more money

00:05:40.760 for defense. But now we have more money for defense. And Carney's taking credit for all of

00:05:46.340 these things. We talked during the election how he was stealing all of the Conservatives'

00:05:51.900 policies. And they have. The only reason anything good happens in this country is because of

00:05:57.100 Conservatives. The Conservatives might as well be running the government right now. And folks,

00:06:01.200 it'd have been better off if they were. Now, what's the latest thing? Let's go back to Pierre Polyev

00:06:06.800 months and months and months ago when he said this. And Mark Carney has said he will not change any of

00:06:14.380 the catch and release liberal laws. Like so many elites who don't have to feel the effects of their

00:06:20.400 policies, he agrees with them. When he lives in a protected neighborhood, he is surrounded by security,

00:06:27.400 spent most of his adult life not even living in Canada. He has no idea what it's like to feel

00:06:32.440 endangered in his community. So the point made here is that Polyev has been talking about crime

00:06:40.180 in this country for months, if not years. I think he's been talking about it since he first became

00:06:45.860 the leader of the Conservative Party a long, long time ago. And of course, the keyboard warriors who

00:06:50.000 like Mark Carney and the Liberals and hate Pierre Polyev for some reason and Conservatives in this

00:06:54.240 country have been mocking Polyev for making an issue out of this. And now what's happened next?

00:06:59.200 We get this. This is an article from Brian Lilly, Toronto's son. Carney liberals plan to get tough on

00:07:04.880 crime. This is just from yesterday. I got an email from Lilly. I get regular emails from him talking

00:07:10.760 about this. I'm not going to read this whole article. I'll put a link in the description so you

00:07:14.140 can read it. I enjoy Brian Lilly very much. But this is part of the article right here. Carney sounding

00:07:19.400 like Conservative leader Pierre Polyev. In making the announcement, Mark Carney was sounding an awful

00:07:24.640 lot like Pierre Polyev. Quote, in Canada, you should be able to wake up, get in your car, drive

00:07:30.120 to work, come home and sleep soundly at night, Carney said. Another article here. Carney says bail reform bill

00:07:37.500 coming next week. RCMP getting money to boost pay for credits. So they're going to do something about

00:07:42.240 crime right now. And if it wasn't for Pierre Polyev making an issue out of this, this wouldn't be

00:07:48.360 happening right now. So the question that needs to be asked is why is this happening right now?

00:07:57.100 Right? Here he is talking about this. I believe this was just yesterday.

00:08:01.700 We're strengthening the criminal code to get tough on bail and sentencing, keeping violent criminals

00:08:07.460 and repeat offenders off our streets. So all of a sudden, the liberals seem to think there's a

00:08:13.080 problem with crime. Now, their answer to getting rid of crime up until this point has been taking

00:08:18.020 guns away from law-abiding citizens in this country. Now, just before I get to why I think

00:08:26.520 this is happening now, and I'm just spitballing here, folks. Maybe you can let me know in the

00:08:31.760 comments what you think about this. But just before I get to that, Pierre Polyev and the

00:08:36.780 Conservative Party should be walking out and saying what I'm saying right here, right now.

00:08:41.840 Like he should have taken credit for the carbon tax. Now, for those of you who say the carbon tax

00:08:48.000 isn't actually gone, I know that. It's still on the books, folks. We've got another carbon tax on

00:08:52.480 our fuel. We've got the emissions cap or the emissions tax as well. This all costs you money

00:08:57.180 when it comes to your fuel in this country. But Polyev should have taken credit for that,

00:09:00.880 like he should have taken credit for the EV mandates, like he should have taken credit for policy

00:09:04.800 on housing and car theft and tax breaks and money for defense. And he should be taking

00:09:09.540 credit on this because all of a sudden they've had a come to Jesus moment on crime. Why?

00:09:14.460 When Carney got rid of the carbon tax, that took all of the wind out of Polyev's sails because his 0.97

00:09:27.300 mantra for ages was ax the tax. And as soon as he did that, that was gone.

00:09:32.120 Is Carney getting tougher on crime because he thinks we might go to an election and this is

00:09:43.160 just one more box he can tick off and take that one more thing out of Polyev's quiver

00:09:48.580 that he has against the government? Now, the conservatives are already saying that they're

00:09:53.340 being tough on crime doesn't go far enough, but it's like liberals and everything. They go half-assed

00:09:57.580 on everything. They went half-assed on the carbon tax. They're going half-assed on housing. They're

00:10:02.480 going half-assed on your tax break. They're going half-assed on money for defense. They do everything

00:10:07.500 half-assed. They're not good at anything. But I'm just wondering if that's what's going on here.

00:10:12.960 And I'm wondering what else might come up before November 4th. We've still got, what, a week and a

00:10:16.680 half to two weeks before that happens. What other thing is Carney going to promise all of a sudden

00:10:20.700 that looks like he's doing good for the country?

00:10:22.840 I don't think that the NDP want an election right now. They're in dire straits. They haven't got any

00:10:30.720 money. They haven't got any leader. So they'll probably still prop up the government. The

00:10:35.120 Bloc Québécois like being in the position they're in because they can hold the government ransom,

00:10:39.360 Canadian taxpayers for ransom for whatever they want. Because the liberals are kissed their ass 1.00

00:10:43.300 because they'll want votes in the next election and we'll pay for it. How they got supply management 1.00

00:10:47.740 into law now? Because the government's desperate. They're only a minority right now. You've got

00:10:52.740 to remember that. So I'm just wondering if that's what's going on right now. It's going

00:10:56.180 to be interesting. Now, I was thinking this morning, wouldn't it be great if we did have

00:11:01.920 a vote of non-confidence? Carney, call the election for December the 25th. I'd be happy to go out

00:11:07.480 on Christmas Day to give you and the Liberal Party a lump of coal. I'd be really happy to do

00:11:11.860 that. But what do I think is coming up after the budget and maybe into the new year? I think

00:11:17.900 they'll wait into the new year for this. Stuff like a GST hike. The Liberals always tell you what's

00:11:24.700 good for you. They're always dictating what's good for you. They'll frame it this way. We're

00:11:28.660 going to raise the GST so we can pay down the deficit because that's a big issue with pure

00:11:32.700 poly effort right now as well. And the Conservatives will say this is an extra tax on Canadians and the

00:11:39.960 Liberals will say, but this is good for you. This is good for the country. What are you complaining

00:11:43.460 about? We're paying down the deficit. But they won't. They're spending more and more and more.

00:11:48.240 Spend less, invest more, right? And also, who knows? I've mentioned this before. I've heard

00:11:54.240 others talk about this. Universal basic income. That could be the other thing that's coming.

00:11:58.880 Because an election, what do they say, about 18 months for a minority government? I think that's

00:12:04.220 quite possible. It could be next fall. Around this time, it could have another election. So they might

00:12:09.360 float UBI out there. The politician that robs Peter to pay Paul will always have a friend in

00:12:14.860 Paul, George Bernard Shaw. Let me know what you think in the comments. I just think it's kind

00:12:20.100 of interesting that the timing for this crime thing is happening right now. And I think there

00:12:25.720 could be some more things popping up. Keep your eyes open over the next week and a half to two weeks

00:12:30.260 before the budget that will, again, will take the wind out of the sails of pure poly effort and

00:12:34.380 conservatives. But Pierre, Conservative Party, take credit for all these things. It's only because

00:12:39.540 of conservatives in this country that any good policies have come out, even though the liberals

00:12:43.980 half-assed them, and the only reason why anything good gets done in Canada. The only good reason

00:12:50.760 because of conservatives.

00:13:04.380 Standard contractors will probably have the biggest impact atouza. But if they need to comment on green

00:13:24.600 teeth, and it's against them it can really make something blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Howую
