00:00:11.640Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel. It is 4.08 a.m. Thursday, November the 5th.
00:00:16.700I hope you're having a fantastic Thursday. Thank you so much for being here today.
00:00:21.200Not sure exactly what I'm going to call this video or what I'm going to have on the thumbnail that you see when you click on it,
00:00:27.980but it might be something like this. Mark Carney and the Liberal Party living up to my low
00:00:32.640expectations. Something like that. Perhaps. We'll have to see what I come up with by the end of
00:00:38.700this video. Now, this is something that's been discussed here before. We knew this day was
00:00:46.060coming. On Thursday, Mark Carney, the Liberal Party, Ottawa, Francois-Philippe Champagne, the
00:00:51.040financial ruin minister for Mark Carney, will present the budget. And they're going to look
00:00:56.520you in the eye and lie. We knew this day was coming. We knew what this was all about. We know
00:01:03.580how Mark Carney and his financial ruin minister are cooking the books and he's hidden it over the
00:01:09.160last year or so behind just a few words. In fact, four of them. Please forgive me for playing this
00:01:16.080again. I have a simple rule. Spend less, invest more. A government that spends less so that Canada
00:01:21.640can invest more. To spend less and invest more. Spend less, invest more. I'm sorry,
00:01:32.560I have to play that again, but it is a recurring theme here. As the famous propagandist once said,
00:01:39.280say a lie once, it's still a lie. Say a lie a thousand times, it becomes the truth. So Mark
00:01:43.960Carney's been repeating this ad infinitum since he popped up in early 2025. Spend less, invest more,
00:01:50.040And boy, have they been spending a lot of money. But there's something that's being missed in the
00:01:54.380news coverage of this that I think is very disturbing. Actually, there's a couple of
00:01:59.160things that's being missed in this news coverage, which I'm going to get to in just a moment.
00:02:03.380It's kind of the bow or the, sorry, the cherry on the top of the sundae here. So here's an article
00:02:08.760that's running in the National Post today. They missed this altogether. I'm not going to read a
00:02:12.440lot of this to you. In fact, I'm going to let some other people's words explain to you what exactly
00:02:17.140is going on here. I've explained it here on this channel before. Let's get into this.
00:02:22.100Carney's 2026 federal budget to show much lower deficit, new figures suggest.
00:02:26.440Spend less, invest more. Hmm. So let's get into this just quickly. Very little bit of this story.
00:02:31.720Link in the description. Finance Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne said in the spring
00:02:36.100economic update that the government expected to post a deficit this year of $66.9 billion,
00:02:41.000down from $78.3 billion that had been projected in Carney's first budget last fall.
00:02:46.380Trevor Toome, an economics professor at the University of Calgary who closely follows federal finances,
00:02:51.740said their federal government would likely post a deficit of about $35 billion for the full fiscal year.
00:02:57.420If Ottawa did nothing from September to the end of March to affect its revenue or spending,
00:03:03.440that would be less than half what was projected a year ago in the budget.
00:03:07.280The main reason for the lower deficit have been an increase of 7.1% in federal revenue so far this year
00:03:13.500due largely to Ottawa sucking up more income tax. So they think they're lowering the deficit on your
00:03:19.460backs, but they're spending us into oblivion because Mr. Toome isn't telling you something
00:03:24.600here. We go to this article from Lauren Gunter. This is just from a little over a month ago.
00:03:30.020Kearney liberals play fast and loose with federal books. This explains it quite clearly. Again,
00:03:36.480link in the description, spending, then covering it up. That's the only fiscal strategy that
00:03:42.760Kearney Liberals is good at. They will spend an added $38 billion this year over last. The Canadian
00:03:48.560Taxpayer Federation calculates the federal government will spend $594.8 billion in 2026-27
00:03:55.460and much of that, nearly $65 billion, will be borrowed money. Since last year, the Kearney
00:04:02.000government has split federal spending into two budgets, operating and capital. Well, why do I
00:04:07.160have to read this? Here is Pierre Polyev in the House of Commons. He's got a poppy on his shoulder.
00:04:11.860I think this is less than a week ago explaining exactly what's going on here and how the liberals are pulling the wool over your eyes.
00:04:19.860Because the prime minister has cooked the books, he's decided that if he divides the debt and deficit up onto three separate credit cards, that it won't cost as much.
00:04:30.400He says some of the spending is operating.
00:04:32.780Some, he arbitrarily says, is investment.
00:04:36.200And further sums are for crown corporations.
00:04:40.420At the end of the day, it's all money that the government has to borrow on which it has to pay future interest, all of which is a burden on the shoulders of taxpayers.
00:04:51.020To be clear, what he calls investment is fuzzy, undefined, and based on no generally accepted accounting principle, no other government in the world follows his definitions.
00:05:03.480It is simply what he picks in order to reduce what he calls his operating budget.
00:05:09.240Well, even with cooking the books, he hasn't managed to do that either.
00:05:13.700The Parliamentary Budget Officer reports that operating spending is up 11% in just over a year,
00:05:19.860well over three times faster than the growth in the population and the overall economy.
00:05:26.300And he intends to add $733 billion to our national debt over the next five years,
00:05:33.580according to the parliamentary budget officer. This works out to $40,000 in new debt
00:05:39.700for every single family in this country. Does that make it clear enough for you what's going
00:05:45.280on here? The deception? You know, and I was watching that clip early this morning when I
00:05:50.660pulled it up. I was thinking this is like mafia level deception, right? The mafia presents these
00:05:58.600books to the government when it comes to taxes, but over here shows all the criminality. The
00:06:03.400difference being here, that the mafia can't get away with it if you actually see these books.
00:06:07.880The liberals, if they show you the books right now, will get a massive majority and be applauded for
00:06:12.800this. And that leads me to my final point, which is coming up in just a moment. Now, if that clip
00:06:18.440in the House of Commons didn't explain it to you, Pierre Pauly has been talking about this,
00:06:23.180as I have for quite some time, the Spend Less, Invest More, the two sets of books. Here he is
00:06:27.560back in late April. What Mr. Carney is talking about is taking tens of billions of dollars of
00:06:32.380new spending off the books, hiding it from Canadians so that he can artificially lower
00:06:37.800the deficits that people see reported. But that doesn't mean that Canadians won't have to pay
00:06:43.420the price. In fact, every single dollar the government spends is paid for by Canadian
00:06:50.280taxpayers, either through taxes today or inflation and debt tomorrow.
00:06:56.060He explains it so well there in 27 seconds.
00:07:00.860I mean, just think about what's been happening over the last year.
