00:04:26.200 right now. Pardon me for being skeptical, but what could have been done to get investment in
00:04:31.740 the country without having to fly all these people in? And I'll state it again, at your expense, 0.98
00:04:36.940 what could have been done? Well, remove the federal red tape that's been plaguing the country
00:04:42.820 for the last 10 years that has caused a trillion dollars of investment to flee. That's all they had
00:04:48.480 to do. This is a facade. This is political theater. I mean, let me just go over. I just
00:04:55.060 wrote this down. Still in place, the Impact Assessment Act, the West Coast tanker ban,
00:05:00.820 industrial carbon taxes, which are to increase by six times. We have to do carbon capture,
00:05:06.520 carbon pricing, endless reviews on projects, environmental reviews, indigenous meddling. 0.85
00:05:12.620 Look into who is meddling in Canadian affairs from the United States of America. We hear about 0.83
00:05:17.420 the Tides Foundation, groups like that, giving money to indigenous groups to get in the way.
00:05:22.120 All of these things can change. We'd get more investment if we just got the government out
00:05:26.080 of the way. And I want to know what in the national interest means. If we really need
00:05:31.760 to grow our economy and it's in the national interest, shouldn't you be telling indigenous 1.00
00:05:35.360 groups to go take a hike? Get out of the way or we'll cut your funding? Just half it. You don't 0.98

00:05:49.040 at right now. So what does the government do? They've got a plan for the country, which has
00:05:54.280 failed. So they've got another plan by bringing in all these so-called investors from around the
00:05:59.220 world. As Reagan said, when the plan fails, the planners plan. Meanwhile, you've got Stephen
00:06:05.200 Harper. And boy, people are ragging on Stephen Harper. I like Stephen Harper. I voted for him.
00:06:11.200 I think he's one of Canada's greatest prime ministers. But we get a headline like this.
00:06:17.900 Harper says Canada could have become an energy superpower over a decade ago. Blames Trudeau
00:06:23.620 policy choices. Well, there is a headline of the blindingly obvious. For God's sakes, Mr. Prime
00:06:30.400 Minister, what are you doing at Mark Carney's summit? Well, obviously you've got your hands
00:06:35.100 on a pension fund here in Alberta, so that's why you're there. So I guess there's a good reason
00:06:40.020 for you to be there. But for God's sakes, everybody knows that we could have done a lot better if we
00:06:45.540 hadn't got Justin Trudeau. And with all due respect to Stephen Harper, with all due respect, sir,
00:06:50.800 again, I voted for you. Every time you were the prime minister, I voted for you. You lost to this
00:06:57.600 guy. And when you think about it, what's worse, losing a 20-point lead to Mark Carney in the
00:07:08.660 Liberal Party last year or losing to that guy? Honestly, think about it. So, you know, get the

00:07:26.380 I'm here to help. Okay. And this is what the United States is doing. They'll no doubt get
00:07:31.080 investment because of this. At G20 Energy Summit, U.S. reveals it ended emissions restrictions on
00:07:39.000 coal and gas powered plants. Today, we are cutting the red tape to deliver the largest power sector
00:07:44.260 deregulatory action ever, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin said. That's
00:07:50.340 what Canada needs to do. And I'm going to get to you in just a moment, okay? And while we're
00:07:55.940 talking about things like investment summits, what's being forgotten in all this? People have
00:08:01.440 just kind of forgotten about this. Now, this is Dave McKay, Chief Executive of the Royal Bank of
00:08:07.960 Canada. Another headline of the blindingly obvious, Canada needs a trade deal with the U.S.
00:08:14.260 RBC CEO says. Yeah, we need a trade deal, but we're not talking about that right now.
00:08:21.080 But where's Mark Carney? You know, every time something's going on that that's a little bit
00:08:26.160 uncomfortable for this man, he runs off to Europe. You know, he went to he went to Tuscany recently
00:08:31.600 when trade talks with the United States were ongoing. He wasn't there to try to make a deal
00:08:38.760 for Canada. So where's he going now when we need a deal with the United States? Off to Europe.
00:08:44.260 to, to, to court the EU to become, well, as this says, Canada to the highest level of a relationship
00:08:51.320 with the EU, according to von der Leyen here, Ursula von der Leyen, who is the president of
00:08:56.820 the European Commission. This is where Carney is now, instead of getting a deal with the United
00:09:00.220 States of America. But you have to remember, he can't do this if he gets this, because this
00:09:05.440 was his plan all along. Okay. So what's this got to do with you? Well, it's all about you.
00:09:13.820 And this is what's being forgotten here. Okay. The trade deal and you got my cream back.

00:11:28.900 impossible. The cost of living is so high here. You know, I don't think investment summits are a
00:11:35.800 bad idea, but there's easier way to do things. I think it is political theater. And let's face it,
00:11:41.680 a lot of these people are Mark Carney's friends. They're all going to benefit greatly
00:11:45.560 from this. They're all going to enrich themselves. Meanwhile, the government is not thinking about
00:11:51.460 you. What we need is less government in our lives. We need less Mark Carney. We need less
00:11:58.420 liberals. We need less Ottawa. And for people in Alberta, we need to vote for option two on
