00:00:11.400 talking about this topic this morning. And it's disgusting. I think the liberals are injecting
00:00:18.360 race into the election campaign. It's the only way I can look at this. And why am I saying this?
00:00:24.540 Because of this article I saw on Juneau News. Trudeau government releases implementation plan
00:00:30.540 for black justice strategy. The Trudeau government has released its plan to implement the black justice
00:00:35.540 strategy, an initiative the government hopes will address systemic racism. Now, where does this all
00:00:42.300 come from? This is the first I've read about this. I don't know if you've seen it anywhere else. Well,
00:00:45.900 this goes back to 2021. This is the liberal webpage. And this is from their 2021 platform,
00:00:51.660 Black Canadians' justice strategy. Anti-black racism and discrimination are a reality in Canada.
00:00:58.360 This is what the liberals think of you. And they are acutely felt in Canada's policing and criminal
00:01:04.360 justice system. Black Canadians are significantly over-representative in the federal prison system,

00:01:44.120 this month. Here it is. And this is their strategy, and they're in the implementation phase right now.

00:01:55.580 from unconscious bias. Now, how woke is that? And this is what you're going to get more of if you vote

00:02:31.520 That's white people. Let's take a look at something. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
00:02:36.540 I've said many times, is not worth using as toilet paper, as long as it has Section 1. Section 1 allows
00:02:43.520 the government to take away your rights. And that's what they did during the trucker convoy.
00:02:48.480 But this is Section 15. Every individual is equal before and under the law. Well, with this new black
00:02:54.100 justice strategy, that's no longer the case in Canada. Let me go through a little bit of this
00:02:59.420 Juneau News article. Not the whole thing. Let me just roll down here. Some of the recommendations
00:03:05.900 in the report include cutting incarceration rates of black and indigenous Canadians by 50%. Now,
00:03:11.400 they don't say cutting crime by 50%, which, by the way, is one of the things Pure Polyev is talking
00:03:16.380 about a lot. The crime rate in Canada is too high. They do not talk about cutting crime in Canada.
00:03:22.080 They talk about cutting incarceration rates of black and indigenous Canadians by 50%. That means
00:03:27.400 people who commit crimes aren't going to go to jail as much because of their skin color.
00:03:32.380 That's racism, folks. And that's what the Liberal Party is injecting into our government and into law
00:03:39.380 and into an election campaign. Expanding the use of impact of race and culture assessments,
00:03:45.040 the legalization of hard drugs, something, again, Polyev has talked about,
00:03:48.540 and increasing the minimum wage to $21 per hour?
00:03:56.880 The implementation plan outlines how the federal government will be spending the $78 million
00:04:01.340 allocated to implementing some of the black justice strategy's recommendations over the next two
00:04:06.740 years. Now, I want to go to another article. Now, this is from last July, when they first told
00:04:12.760 people about this black justice strategy. Now, this goes back to July 18th. National Post,
00:04:18.180 Jamie Sarkinack, expect more injustice from the Liberals' forthcoming black justice strategy.
00:04:24.280 So let's go down here and read a little bit of this article. These measures, numbering 114 in total,
00:04:30.220 were recommended to the federal government by a steering group at the end of June to shape the
00:04:34.760 Liberal government's forthcoming black justice strategy, an initiative that will be sure to
00:04:39.220 promote disorder and advance the well-being of a select few if the guiding material is any
00:04:44.560 indication. Scrolling down here, the report's authors go on to suggest more employment programs
00:04:51.060 for their particular in-group, prioritization for housing, inclusion in all provincial school
00:04:57.620 curriculums, addition of specialized black courts to the Canadian judicial system, funding for black
00:05:03.280 businesses, mental health professionals, parents, parental supports, court workers, and early
00:05:08.820 career lawyers. Now, listen to this. The federal minimum wage, the authors said, should be raised to
00:05:15.360 $21 an hour, and a Canada livable income of $9,000 for all adults in poverty, time frame unspecified,
00:05:25.420 should be introduced. A safe supply of drugs, meanwhile, should be expanded. So we've heard a lot
00:05:31.260 about universal basic income as the Liberals are looking for their new leader. It's been suggested by
00:05:37.680 Mark Carney. A report came out, I think, last week saying it would help with our social programs if we
00:05:42.980 had a universal basic income. And now the Liberals have released this, saying that they would like to
00:05:48.900 see a Canada livable income, particularly for people of color in this country, which is bribing people
00:05:58.360 to get their votes. It's disgusting. And the timing of this is dubious. Now, let me ask you a question.
00:06:05.680 Why are there more black and indigenous people in prison? The basic reason would be the fact that
00:06:13.040 they commit more crimes. So instead of finding out why they're committing more crimes and trying to
00:06:18.300 cut back on that, they're trying to cut down on the number of people who go to jail and prison in
00:06:24.560 this country. Meaning, people will not be convicted of crimes if they're of a particular skin color.
00:06:30.900 Meaning, if you're a white person, you're more likely to go to jail in Canada simply because of
00:06:37.700 your skin color. Now, how racist is that? Now, if you use the same logic, why are there more men in
00:06:44.300 prison than women? Because men commit more crimes than women do. I've seen that there's 21 men in
00:06:50.140 prison compared to women. Should we be having a special man incarceration program in Canada?
00:06:57.780 I mean, it uses the same logic.
00:07:01.260 Jamil Giovanni last year, MP from Durham, he talked about this, goes back to July 8th,
00:07:07.260 Trudeau liberals have released a so-called black justice strategy report recommending radical policies
00:07:12.400 that will lead to more crime, drugs, and chaos. Liberals must reject these troubling recommendations
00:07:17.940 and fix the justice system that Trudeau has broken. He's got a full thread there. I'm going to put

00:07:29.680 again of this is dubious. Now, the question has to be, if this is asked of all the liberals, of course,
00:07:35.860 they're going to be in lockstep with discriminating against, and I'm going to say it, folks. Call me a racist
